00:00:00.000 is a dream for me. The most exciting part of the dream is the morning meeting. I love it because
00:00:04.460 it is unrestrained and it is unplugged. Ten minutes will give you everything we know about
00:00:10.000 the market. Scan the code to join and never miss the morning meeting. It's not pretty out there and
00:00:15.180 it's an expectation of course that we have a lot more earnings warnings to come and or a lot more
00:00:19.340 We didn't get to speak about Nucor. Nucor had been very strong. Nucor is opening a lot of plants
00:00:27.440 and now it turns out that Nucor is seeing weakness in very key product lines. Nucor, Hunt's been
00:00:34.460 seeing weakness in polyurethane. These are the things early, two weeks ago, we were saying
00:00:39.760 there's not a lot of pre-announces. Well that ended. There were so many pre-announces this week
00:00:46.160 that I think was a wake-up call to the Fed that maybe were being a little too glimbi-er 0.72
00:00:50.920 and saying 75. They've got to take this 100 off the table. That would be catastrophic at this point.
00:00:57.260 Catastrophic. Just because we also have a lot of other problems we're contending with as a country,
00:01:03.560 then I think you're really feeding into a narrative that's pulling America down and holding
00:01:08.700 America back. Of course we have a lot more work to do in the fight against inflation, in the economy,
00:01:14.400 and a number of things that need attention. But if we just ignore the significance of
00:01:19.540 legislative achievements that some people thought were dead and buried just days before they actually
00:01:24.160 happened, if we ignore what it means to have created 10 million jobs, most of any presidency in
00:01:29.420 the history of the republic, if we ignore the momentum that has been built, then we're not doing
00:01:35.420 our part to support people who are going to help us with the next decision.
00:01:39.100 It wasn't named the Climate Act. You deliberately, and some people would say erroneously, named it the
00:01:46.200 Inflation Reduction Act, and you're celebrating it on a day when, again, we had 40-year highs
00:01:50.860 in inflation. And you know how that affects people on the low end of things. It's like the most insidious
00:01:57.360 problem that, you know, an economy can face. And it's just to be celebrating on that day.
00:02:03.960 The worst thing about inflation is that it means people are paying too much, by definition,
00:02:08.920 for things. And what this bill does is allows people to pay less for things. Paying less for
00:02:13.600 energy, paying less for these home retrofits, paying less for prescription drugs, paying less for
00:02:18.540 insulin if you're on Medicare. As you know, Republicans successfully blocked us from getting $35 a month
00:02:23.340 insulin to everybody, but we were able to get it to Medicare recipients, and even paying less for
00:02:28.760 electric vehicles. So this is part of the fight against the effects that inflation have on people.
00:02:33.860 Look, we've got to have a whole other conversation over a drink about how bills get named, the acronyms
00:02:38.800 they come up with, the names we come up with. I get it. And there are a lot of different things that
00:02:42.920 are part of this bill, only some of which are related to inflation. But in my view, all of which are
00:02:48.660 going to make a big, very positive and historic difference for the American people.
00:02:53.880 Certainly clear-eyed about the headwinds that we're facing. We're seeing a lot of these concerns
00:02:59.960 and questions coming up. Still a lot of growth, obviously still exceptionally low unemployment.
00:03:06.700 But you look at the instability that there is, the consequences in Europe of the Ukraine war,
00:03:11.720 the fact that we're still far from seeing the end of the ripple effects of the COVID and pandemic
00:03:16.800 related shocks. The areas that obviously is really hurting for folks is housing. And we
00:03:22.380 see mortgage interest rates above 6% for the first time since 2008. How high do you think that's going
00:03:27.320 to go? You know, I think we've certainly seen a very substantial part of the increases that are
00:03:37.360 going to come. But it wouldn't surprise me if we see some further increases in mortgage rates.
00:03:50.000 That's what happens after a period of excess.
00:03:55.360 I'm hesitant to make a numerical forecast, but I don't think we're at the peak right now. But I don't
00:04:07.240 think we're going to see massive increases from here.
00:04:10.820 Are you worried that we can see a housing crash on the horizon?
00:04:16.000 I think for a variety of reasons, this is nothing like what happened in 2008 in some parts of the
00:04:28.100 country. But I think housing prices probably are more likely to fall nationwide from their current
00:04:37.100 current level than they are to rise. That's the consequence of the fact that the economy at some
00:04:46.780 point will slow. That's a consequence of the higher mortgage rates and the reduced affordability.
00:04:54.700 Unfortunately, I'm not sure at all that rents are going to fall. And I think rents may keep increasing in part
00:05:01.580 because given these mortgage rates, people are going to move from buying homes to renting the places
00:05:09.660 where they live.
00:05:11.980 OK, we've warned you about the clown show. We've warned you about all this nonsense when these clowns
00:05:17.820 are telling you to buy the dip. We've warned you about the Pete Buttigieg's of the world and all these
00:05:23.340 people that are in over their head that have no earthy idea what they're talking about.
00:05:26.860 And that we're hurtling now to a crisis of epic proportion. The even the trade association head
00:05:36.940 of U.S. gas and oil, I think is a trade association. And we're going to have Dave Walsh and on later,
00:05:45.100 said that the United States and Europe are both hurtling towards an energy and economic catastrophe.
00:05:51.180 Last night, just to make sure everybody understands FedEx and FedEx is a proxy for global commerce.
00:05:56.860 And if they put if you can put the if you put the tweet up and I got I got Mike Davis and Boris
00:06:01.180 because huge news coming out of the Trump thing. But Jim Cramer in June put up a put up an article in
00:06:09.580 in CNBC that said FedEx is going to have like its greatest year ever strong because of e-commerce.
00:06:15.180 This is, I think, June 29th, 26th, something like that, you know, 90 days ago.
00:06:19.980 The CEO reinforced that 60 days ago. Yesterday, they missed earnings. When I say missed earnings,
00:06:25.020 it's a collapse of their business globally. And the CEO is covering themselves. And I said,
00:06:29.500 we're in a global recession. The markets open today. It's a bloodbath, as we told you it's
00:06:33.580 going to be. And these clowns the other day saying, wait till 11 o'clock in the morning.
00:06:36.380 This is today. Wait till 11 o'clock in the morning. Come and buy strong.
00:06:40.140 The bond market is getting crushed. The stock market is getting crushed. There's no place to hide.
00:06:44.380 And you got Buttigieg, these people up there and barely caught, you know, kind of called out on
00:06:49.340 CNBC by Joe. It's in there and they're spinning these spending bills that have nothing to do with
00:06:55.020 inflation. And then Larry Summers, who's kind of running to be the next secretary of the Treasury,
00:07:00.380 he kind of says as hard as possible, hey, rates are going to go up. Mortgage rents are going to go
00:07:07.420 through the roof and that's going to kill working class people. This inflation is on fire. And you heard
00:07:11.500 Kramer at the open sitting there going, you can't have a one percent increase because they're talking
00:07:15.340 about the Fed not doing 75 basis points. We're doing a one. It'll crash everything. It's all
00:07:20.700 coming down around them. And Summers, the buried lady says, the era of excess that we've had.
00:07:27.020 In 18 months, any millennial, and here's the thing, you run around with the socials,
00:07:33.660 with the abortion, all that, run around, fine. You believe what you believe. I have no problem with
00:07:37.900 that. You believe what you believe. If any person under 35 years old votes for a Democrat,
00:07:44.540 you are destroying yourself financially, economically, and you deserve it. You deserve
00:07:49.820 it. You're big boys and girls now, okay? Anybody under 35 years old voting for this, understand,
00:07:55.580 you compare the fall of 2019 and the Trump record, and you compare it to the catastrophe we have today.
00:08:03.180 It's so unusual. There's no place to hide in this. There's no place to hide. You can't buy a bond.
00:08:09.020 You can't treasuries. We're going to get Brad in here in a second. Hey, I put up on get earth,
00:08:13.660 Argentina, Argentina, which the United States will be if we're not the prime reserve currency.
00:08:18.780 Argentina has 75% inflation. I think it's 75% inflation, excuse me, 75% interest rates and 100% inflation.
00:08:28.060 We're hurtling to our sovereign debt crisis because we've got the debt ceiling coming up.
00:08:34.540 That's when you come to war room. We've called this from day one, and it's only getting worse,
00:08:39.260 and they're sitting there spinning you as they're going to spin. We got huge news. We got economics.
00:08:44.860 We got the Martha's Vineyard. We got immigration. Lara Logan's going to join us. I got Davis and Boris
00:08:49.900 on the legal side because I got to get there. But Boris, I want to bring you in. Before you became part of
00:08:56.300 the Trump movement, you were a Wall Street guy. Just put it in perspective. Give me a minute on,
00:09:00.700 have you ever seen anything like this in your life, sir?
00:09:02.860 No. And the complete discrepancy, the complete divorce of perspective between Pete Buttigieg,
00:09:12.060 who I guess is now there's 2024 speculation. Do you think that guy's got what it takes to be
00:09:17.180 president in the United States? He doesn't have what it takes to be an intern at the Department
00:09:21.420 of Transportation, where he's supposed to be the secretary. This guy ran his town in Indiana.
00:09:30.380 He ran South Bend into the ground. It's a disaster. And now he's our secretary of transportation.
00:09:37.020 Hey, good for Joe Kernan to come in there and throw something. Usually a squawk back says,
00:09:41.180 oh, kissy, kissy. Let's talk about how great the movie Billions is. That's Sorkin over there.
00:09:46.060 Hey, it's a great show. Let's have a good time.
00:09:49.020 Hey, how about this? F you. Fastball at the head. Okay? Yeah.
00:09:53.500 You lie to the American people. Biden and his lackeys, like this guy Buttigieg,
00:09:59.580 lied to the American people with these Orwellian code names. Inflation Reduction Act. I know
00:10:05.820 somebody who was at that event and they thought it was pathetic. Pathetic. Okay? While the market's
00:10:11.420 down, ended up almost 1,300. Hey, here's something. We're going to give you a mantra from the war room.
00:10:16.780 Price is truth. Price is truth. That's what you're seeing today. By the way,
00:10:22.140 this is about the pension funds. This is about people's retirement. They've lied and misrepresented.
00:10:27.420 Here's what FedEx tells you, which you can't lie about. The global economy. FedEx is the canary in
00:10:32.140 the mine shaft. They're showing the commercial economy is collapsing before your eyes. This is
00:10:37.420 not a miss. This is the kind of miss people go to jail for. They go, hey, when did you know it was
00:10:41.260 not going to be five bucks and 30 cents? It was going to be two. When did you know it was the only
00:10:44.700 meat half? When did you know internally? Because Aunt Daisy in Minnesota is buying the stock in the 0.97
00:10:49.420 month of August. When did you guys know this? You just kind of drop it on us and you reinforce
00:10:54.540 what the war room has been saying. The global economy, you can see it everywhere, is collapsing.
00:10:58.540 And the canary in the mine shaft is FedEx. Now they can't run and hide from it. So Jim
00:11:02.380 Kramer's sitting up there. Yeah, Nucor, we got other buys. No, no, no. I think we're going to head
00:11:09.260 to another concept. We do nomenclature. Write this one. Put this in your book right now. Capitulation.
00:11:18.780 That's when the lies stop. That's when the guys that are fiduciaries start worried about getting
00:11:24.860 sued. That's when I say, I can't do this anymore. I can't buy this crap. Because I don't know where
00:11:29.660 the economy is going. Go ahead, sir. Everybody's talking about turnarounds and dead cat pounces
00:11:35.260 and bear rallies. None of that matters. That's all terminology. That's what people throw around
00:11:40.700 to people who don't know anything. Here's the bottom line. Our economy is a disaster. There's
00:11:45.820 no leadership. There's no stewardship. I mean, Larry Summers on CNN, I guess he's auditioning,
00:11:50.540 but I don't know. And with all due respect to Summers, it seems like he lost a couple,
00:11:54.940 two, three, 5,000 steps. Okay? So the issue is that the Democrats are so, and this isn't
00:12:03.660 a hyperbole. They're so bad at everything, but they're specifically horrible on the economy
00:12:09.840 because they don't know it. They don't understand it.
00:12:12.860 If you're a minority, if you're under 35 years old, if you're part of that coalition we're put 1.00
00:12:19.420 together, if you vote for it, you deserve it. There's nothing hidden here. And you're the ones
00:12:26.540 who are going to pay for it. Did you hear Summers at the end? The rents are just about to go turbo
00:12:30.940 charged. Okay? You ain't seen nothing yet. The food, the rent, the energy. You ain't seen nothing
00:12:38.220 yet. The only thing that's going to stop it is demand destruction. And demand destruction
00:12:42.380 is just a fancy Wall Street term for you've radically changed your lifestyle. You're not doing
00:12:47.580 anything. You're not going anywhere. You're not spending any money because you can't because
00:12:51.740 it's too expensive. Let me ask you a question. Let me repeat this. If you vote for it,
00:12:56.460 you deserve everything you get. Okay? Let me be brutally frank. It's time now to have a
00:13:02.620 conversation with these people that they get it. All the information is out there. And if you vote for
00:13:07.340 it, don't come back whining to us later because you deserve everything you get because you're making
00:13:14.540 a conscious decision as a free man or a free woman, boom. I got freedom. I got liberty. I've
00:13:21.180 seen the information. I know what I'm doing. Boom. You know, orange man bad. You know, Jake Tapper's up
00:13:27.180 there on CNN saying that the election integrity movement is, the MAGA election integrity movement
00:13:33.900 is a cancer that needs to be cut out. Okay? Well, hey, guess what, Jake? We ain't getting cut out
00:13:40.940 and we're only metastasizing. Okay? Because we're going to run the tables. You guys and CNN,
00:13:47.900 where's John Malone? How come Jake Tapper's not fired? Okay? This is an outrage. By the way,
00:13:55.900 I'll get you guys after the break. We're going to be jammed up here. Steve, one quick thing on this.
00:14:00.540 I want to say one quick thing on it. Demand destruction means capitalism destruction. It
00:14:04.540 means business destruction. Okay? Demand destruction is people don't want to buy things. That's
00:14:10.940 businesses go out of business. Jobs are lost. And this country becomes Venezuela. 0.94
00:14:15.900 It's not that they don't want to buy things. They can't buy things. That's demand destruction.
00:14:20.540 This is not you as a free man or woman making a choice. This is a choice that's foisted on you. 0.62
00:14:25.420 That's demand destruction. And between that, letting criminals out of jail, destroying our border,
00:14:30.980 the Democrats, it seems to me, willfully are destroying our country. It ain't an accident, folks.
00:14:36.140 It ain't an accident. Capitulation. Okay. Mike Davis, Boris Epstein,
00:14:40.220 Dave Brett, all next in the war room.
00:14:45.180 You know what's never good when your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely
00:15:05.580 misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation? Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen
00:15:11.780 has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy
00:15:17.000 that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly
00:15:22.480 that I didn't, at the time, fully understand, end quote. You know who understands the real threat of
00:15:30.320 inflation? People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group. They're protecting their
00:15:37.100 savings from a highly turbulent economy by diversifying their 401k or IRA into gold, physical

00:16:31.440 this demon hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:39.500 Okay, Boris, I've never seen a meltdown. Well, the Martha's Vineyard is a different thing. We'll have
00:16:45.080 Todd Benson on in a little while talking about that. But the meltdown on the legal side, I've never seen
00:16:48.860 anything like it, about the judge's rulings and about this investigation essentially being, I think,
00:16:54.040 over. But they're not arguing the legal things. They're saying the judge is corrupt, incompetent,
00:17:00.200 in Trump's pocket, Trump's lawyer. Give us your perspective on that.
00:17:05.120 My perspective is this, is that Judge Cannon obviously has studied the issues. And then,
00:17:09.380 as we said, always signal not noise for the audience. As we said last week, when the DOJ,
00:17:14.500 let's be honest, pathetically begged the judge to reconsider her own decision that she had just 0.54
00:17:19.940 made on Labor Day, there's no way that was going to work out for them. And she took him to school for
00:17:25.420 it. She took him to school for saying, hey, I just made this decision. Why are you back here? I already
00:17:30.480 told you that, A, there's going to be a special master. And B, there's an injunction on using,
00:17:35.780 injunction on using the material seized in the illegal raid of President Trump of Mar-a-Lago,
00:17:41.760 the raid and ransack of Mar-a-Lago. There's an injunction on using that in criminal investigation.
00:17:46.160 And she then went, yes, last night, she went chapter and verse all through it again,
00:17:49.620 again, again, pointing out that the DOJ has been leaking like a sieve and saying that their
00:17:55.260 perspective on, you know, oh, the PRA doesn't apply. She said, you know, in so many words,
00:17:59.700 hey, of course it applies. He's the, President Trump is a president, 45th, 46th, 47th president of
00:18:05.780 the United States. And this is the Presidential Records Act. So there's, which has absolutely no
00:18:10.680 enforcement mechanism. She also declassified. And by the way, there was also a general warrant
00:18:15.080 issue under the Fourth Amendment. So she, and some of these things I'm adding here,
00:18:18.440 but she went chapter and verse on why the government's motion to stay her own decision
00:18:23.160 made no sense whatsoever. And really in terms of, you know, in terms of strategy, it was a mistake
00:18:28.980 by then because now they went to a judge and said, hey, you were wrong on September 5th. You should
00:18:33.440 reverse yourself now. Of course she wasn't going to do that. And she was just going to lay it on
00:18:37.120 further on. And that's exactly what she did. So next steps, expect for the government to go
00:18:41.840 and try to appeal to the 11th Circuit, which is a good, which is the 11th Circuit is a circuit of
00:18:46.100 fair judges. So expect for it to go that way. But while that appeal is pending, Judge Cannon's
00:18:52.480 order stands. The motion to, you know, to stay her own order is denied. As she said very clearly
00:18:59.100 yesterday, now there's a special master appointment, Judge Deary out of the Eastern District
00:19:03.900 of New York, a very respected, experienced judge, and a judge, by the way, who was lied to. A judge
00:19:09.420 who was lied to by the DOJ during the FISA court process. So the special master is appointed. Judge
00:19:16.080 Cannon has made clear that even though there is a special master, all the final decisions absolutely
00:19:20.620 rest with her. It's Judge Cannon's job to make those determinations. Deary is going to separate the
00:19:27.280 papers in different boxes, but she'll continue to make the decisions. And there's a continued
00:19:31.660 injunction. The government is enjoined from using the materials seized during the raid and
00:19:37.300 ransacking Mar-a-Lago in any criminal investigation. So President Trump continues to show that the
00:19:43.400 Presidential Record Act applies, it's got no enforcement, and that the DOJ, and effectively,
00:19:50.460 listen, 10 seconds, Steve, effectively the judge said, the DOJ can't be trusted to look through these
00:19:54.400 documents to filter presidential executive privilege, attorney-clad privilege, partly because
00:19:59.860 they leaked, and two, because they've made mistakes. Yeah. Pardon my friend, but it was a bitch slap to 1.00
00:20:05.240 the DOJ. It was humiliating to the DOJ. You said it. Humiliating. Real quickly, looking down
00:20:11.600 range, the timing of the appeal, when do you think this happens, as you see it right now? They could
00:20:16.900 likely go to the 11th circle right away. Remember, they already noticed an appeal after her initial 0.95
00:20:22.600 award. Yeah. So you could see, but the appeal at this point, they're going to have a, they're going to
00:20:26.800 appeal, and they're likely going to also ask for a stay from the 11th circuit. But that's not,
00:20:31.680 you know, that's not automatic, because they ask for a stay doesn't mean they get a stay. So the
00:20:35.060 process right now, Judge Cannon is the head, is in charge of it. Her order stands. We'll see what
00:20:41.400 happens in the 11th circuit. But, you know, you got to remember, that kind of appeal, it's an
00:20:45.340 interlocutory appeal. That's an abuse of discretion standard. There's no, there's no reasonable,
00:20:50.740 you know, woke lefties put aside, you know, George Conway, he's having a good time all night,
00:20:54.480 and he's all crazed on CNN. All those lunatics put aside, okay, there's no real judge or justice
00:21:00.640 in America who would say Judge Cannon abused her discretion. She's a district court judge. She's 1.00
00:21:05.140 evaluated the laws, rules, and regulations, and she's come to the right decision. So the process,
00:21:11.360 the process, the process. Boris, how do people get to you on social media? Very important right now.
00:21:17.600 Absolutely. A ton going on. And very, real quick, very interesting articles you'll see in the New York
00:21:22.560 Times, even out of the mainstream media, about the DOJ not knowing really what to do,
00:21:26.720 either, either on the, on the document hoax and the raid, or J6 and other front.
00:21:31.180 My information, Boris.
00:21:32.000 No, no, we're going to put, we're, we're putting those up on Getter all the time. It's,
00:21:35.620 it's New York Times. The reporting company there is actually, because you know,
00:21:39.040 they're nervous people in DOJ are leaking that to them.
00:21:41.640 Oh, of course. The headline, the headline, like, oh, subpoenas, but also a lot of caution.
00:21:46.760 That's a message from the DOJ that they're, that they're nervous. And that's a message to
00:21:50.720 the base that, hey, we ain't got enough. So here's the bottom line. My information,
00:21:55.520 BorisCP.com is the website, hot on BorisCP.com, hot on Getter at BorisCP, on Twitter at BorisCP,
00:22:01.160 hot on Truth Social at Boris, the hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein. Stay strong,
00:22:05.740 God bless, and Shabbat Shalom.
00:22:08.240 Thanks. I want to bring in Mike Davis. Mike, one of the reasons, you know, we have Bratt and
00:22:12.600 Cortez and Navarro and others on the economic side, geopolitics. By the way, biggest news today
00:22:16.800 is actually the meeting with Xi and Putin as they consolidate power. We'll get to that later.
00:22:22.080 But we're very proud. You've called this from day one. Put in perspective, because now it's full
00:22:25.800 meltdown. If you watch CNN and particularly MSNBC, if you watch MSNBC from the 8th, August to today
00:22:32.320 about the raid, do you do understand everything they said is wrong? Everything. So if you watch MSNBC,
00:22:37.700 you deserve to walk around like a fool. I'm just giving you information to see who's right and who's wrong.
00:22:43.460 Mike Davis called this to a T from the beginning. Mike Davis, sir.
00:22:50.800 Yeah, it's amazing to watch the Democrat politicians who used to be former career FBI
00:22:57.700 and Justice Department officials. Like Andrew Weissman is particularly fun to watch. I've
00:23:02.820 been trolling him all last night. They're willfully ignorant of the law here. The president,
00:23:09.160 this is so much bigger than Donald Trump. Obviously, I'm a big fan of Donald Trump. But this is so much
00:23:14.120 bigger than Donald Trump. This is about the presidency and presidents going back to George
00:23:18.980 Washington have this thing called executive privilege. And it's it's under the Constitution,
00:23:24.760 the separation of powers where presidents can get candid advice from his advisors, both inside the White
00:23:31.460 House and outside of the White House, without worrying that their advice is going to end up in the
00:23:37.220 hands of Congress or some court through a grand jury. And we've had this for 250 years. Biden waived
00:23:44.660 Trump's claim of executive privilege to get Trump, which led to this unnecessary, unlawful,
00:23:51.480 unprecedented home raid where they grabbed 11,000 documents from President Trump, including executive
00:23:58.800 privilege, attorney-client privilege, medical records, tax records, personal records.
00:24:03.460 And it's just it was it was it was it was it was disgusting what the Biden administration did here. 0.82
00:24:12.380 And Judge Cannon saw right through it. She saw right through their leaks and their lies.
00:24:17.480 Her her opinions have been very well reasoned, very even keeled. And all all all she's saying is,
00:24:24.720 wait, we're going to take a pause here for a moment. I'm going to appoint this well-respected
00:24:29.700 Judge Deary. Both sides agreed to this guy. I'm going to appoint him. He's going to go through these
00:24:34.500 11,000 documents and and figure out what what what our executive privilege, what our presidential
00:24:41.180 records, what our personal records, what our attorney-client privilege, because the Biden Justice
00:24:47.320 Department just bypassed that process to get Trump. And it is very damaging to the presidency to do that.
00:24:54.300 And so it's just a it's a pause here to go through this. At the end of the day, President Trump is
00:24:59.720 absolutely going to win this case as a matter of law. He has the absolute constitutional right to
00:25:05.780 declassify anything he wants. He did it both through his January 19th memo on the crossfire hurricane
00:25:12.380 records and his actions. He has the right under the Presidential Records Act to have all these records.
00:25:17.040 And Judge Cannon will be by the 11th Circuit.
00:25:20.060 Mike, hang on for one second, because I got Dave Brett and he's got to bounce. I just hang on,
00:25:23.480 put a pin. I'm gonna come right back to you. Let me get Dave Brett. But Dave, we don't have time
00:25:26.960 to do the economic analysis because of time constraints that we're going to do. We'll
00:25:30.800 figure out to do it this afternoon or tomorrow. But I just want to give your perspective.
00:25:35.240 You and Cortez have been all over this this this this crash today because of the economy. It's a
00:25:40.720 it's a capital markets crash because of the economy. You've brought up the issue of a sovereign
00:25:45.020 debt crisis. Give me a couple of minutes before you get a bounce on where your thinking is
00:25:48.900 as of this morning, sir. Yeah, well, it's just a combination of what you called an historic day
00:25:56.200 when the inflation report came out. And that stunned markets because it shows it's staying
00:26:03.280 with us. And then the the feds sharpen their pencils. And like you say, Larry Summers acknowledging
00:26:10.700 interest rates are going to go up. Mortgage rates have more to go.
00:26:14.060 And so and so you do the math on that and you see thirty one trillion dollars in debt now
00:26:20.200 with a high interest payment. And on top of that, you have the Federal Reserve doing quantitative
00:26:26.680 tightening now like we've never seen a hundred billion per month. So that's a trillion per year.
00:26:34.360 We started doing that back in 19 or so, just a little bit of quantitative tightening. And the
00:26:39.800 Treasury market got wobbly. And the Treasury market is the sovereign debt crisis that we're
00:26:45.800 talking about. Right. The Federal Reserve system was set up to ensure a safe system, financial
00:26:51.780 system for banks, not to ensure the integrity of the United States Treasury as the as the currency
00:26:59.100 and Treasury bond of last resort. That's the government's role. Right. And so they put us in a
00:27:06.140 terrible spot. Everybody's levered up now. Inflation is high. Interest rates are going up.
00:27:12.380 The Fed's going to raise interest rates because they have to get rid of inflation because they
00:27:17.340 don't want they have to pay that higher interest rate on thirty one trillion in government securities.
00:27:22.940 Dave, hang on. I'm going to talk to you right after this show and try to figure out we can't get you
00:27:26.180 back on to Saturday or tomorrow morning because we've got to go through this analysis. This is something
00:27:29.660 that the audience has to understand. We are in uncharted territory. Uncharted. OK. And some of
00:27:37.180 these there are making massive mistakes every day. Dave, Brad, real quickly, how do people get you and
00:27:43.360 get her? Yeah. Yeah. Go to Brad Economics. The charts there from yesterday. And also I've got the
00:27:48.340 notes up there on not not only FedEx today. The news you brought up and broke is devastating for global
00:27:54.800 business, but also Goldman. Their their their portfolio of credit cards is subprime. Twenty five
00:28:02.560 percent of their credit card debt is subprime. If you haven't heard that word, that's from 08.
00:28:08.400 OK, we'll get you back on this afternoon. Mike Davis. We're going to get Mike Davis. We've got Todd
00:28:13.120 Benzman. We've got Lara Logan, Dave Walsh on energy, all of it. Strap in. You're in the war room.

00:29:43.980 War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon. The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon
00:29:50.800 hide. War Room Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:58.620 You know why they're trying to shut this show down in every different aspect and you know why they're
00:30:03.800 after me and know like nobody's business. It's very simple. There's never been a platform that on
00:30:10.860 a daily basis, six days a week, gives working class and middle class people actual information
00:30:19.000 from experts that talk to them like adults and don't chase a bunch of irrelevant stories, but
00:30:25.780 focus on what are the central issues of our day. And that's why I'm so proud to have people like Mike
00:30:32.140 Davis on here, like Steve Cortez, like Dave Bratt, like Todd Bensman, like Dave Walsh, consistently.
00:30:39.480 Right? These are all called shots on the Ukraine or the geopolitical, the CCP, what's happening.
00:30:46.080 And what they're afraid of is a population. This is what they fear about populism.
00:30:52.620 Citizens that actually have inside baseball about the way the system actually works.
00:31:00.960 And that's why I'm so proud of the guys that come on here day in a day at the men and women
00:31:04.860 come on here and just put out information.
00:31:07.960 Mike, extraordinary job on the appeal. And by the way, I know you got them, brother, because
00:31:12.700 I can see your Twitter feed and I see the articles and they're not even arguing law anymore.
00:31:16.760 They're not citing cases. It's all pure emotion.
00:31:18.660 They now, you got them, you got, when they go to the emotional side, you know, you got
00:31:23.320 them because you come at it like a lawyer relentlessly with logic and law and reason.
00:31:29.200 Tell me about the appeals process, the timing. And what do you think the outcome of that's
00:31:33.860 going to be?
00:31:34.700 I would say this first, Steve, when you have these deep state rats, like Andrew Weissman
00:31:39.640 cornered, you need to shoot them legally. And so they, they, they don't come back and do
00:31:44.480 what they've been doing in the past. Andrew Weissman was Mueller's top.
00:31:48.660 Uh, top prosecutor on, on the fake Russian collusion hoax. And he is going hysterical
00:31:53.860 on Twitter. He's, he's unhinged attacking judge.
00:31:58.400 He's a psychopath.
00:32:00.040 He is a lunatic. And I'd been, he's the, he's the Michael Avenatti of the Russian collusion
00:32:05.820 hoax. Go read his Twitter feed. It's unhinged. Anyway. So where we go from here, judge Cannon,
00:32:11.160 uh, put a, put a bow on her, her ruling yesterday, made it, uh, made it appellate proof. If the
00:32:20.280 Biden justice department tries to take this on an interlocutory appeal, which they can
00:32:24.140 try to do, they're going to lose. It's abuse of discretion standard. Even under a de novo
00:32:29.720 standard, the 11th circuit is going to look at this and say that this is a very well-reasoned,
00:32:34.280 even keeled, smart, effective way for the, for a court to look at these 11,000 documents
00:32:41.540 that the Biden justice department illegally rated from a former president to go through
00:32:46.740 those documents, to figure out what bucket they go into. And then they can tee up the
00:32:51.720 legal arguments later. It was a very, very good legal decision. There's a very good process
00:32:57.200 in place to handle these records marked classified or not classified. And, uh, I, I bet you anything
00:33:04.200 that judge Cannon's going to win. Mike Davis, how do people follow you? Cause now they need
00:33:09.480 to do this more than ever. Yeah. It's article three project.org article number three project.org
00:33:15.800 it's at article three project at article number three project on getter Twitter truth. And my personal
00:33:21.800 is M R D D M I A at M R D D M I A. And thank you, Steve. Okay. Thank you, brother. What we're trying
00:33:29.600 to do when we get the social media and all that, we're trying to make sure if you want an immersive
00:33:33.260 experience, you can get an immersive experience. It doesn't cost you anything, right? So you can get
00:33:37.300 an immersive experience, you can get in social media and get in these feeds and see the battle that's
00:33:40.720 going on a minute by minute. Also want to now more than ever, cause, uh, this is only going to get
00:33:47.360 more complicated as we go forward. And remember the, the, the thing in the fog of war is to make
00:33:51.780 sure you can actually focus on what's important, but we need people up to speed. That's why I go
00:33:56.340 to birchgold.com forward slash band and totally free the end of the dollar empire. And I put up
00:34:02.360 on getter today, Argentina as a object lesson of what happens when you're not the prime reserve
00:34:07.200 currency, we are playing with fire right here. And you have to understand what still allows us to do
00:34:13.340 this. And people say, well, then Steve, you can stop the madness. No, if we came off the prime
00:34:17.080 reserve currency, it would be an economic catastrophe in this country, right? And social
00:34:21.120 cohesion would be gone. Um, you got to go to birchgold.com forward slash band and get the part
00:34:27.880 two of the end of the dollar empire. This is about the fall of the U S dollars of prime reserve
00:34:31.940 currency. The meeting in Uzbekistan between she and Putin and all the other bandits, right. That
00:34:39.000 are trying to consolidate your Eurasian landmass. Um, it, because Biden has now forced people that
00:34:44.860 weren't in the arms of the Chinese country party into the arms of it. Part of the big thing they're
00:34:48.780 doing there is thinking through this basket of currencies. That would be an alternative to the
00:34:53.100 dollar. Not just going to happen overnight, but they're working on it nonstop. The key to this,
00:34:57.520 as we have said from the very beginning in the key to the Trump economy was full spectrum energy
00:35:05.020 dominance, full spectrum energy dominance, whether it's nuclear, whether it's natural gas, whether
00:35:11.620 it's oil, even the sustainables in every area, let's become full spectrum energy dominant, but let's
00:35:17.840 do it logically. That's why the economic, you're going to look back at the golden age of 19 of the
00:35:23.080 fall and Christmas of 19 as the math. Cause remember price is true. I want to bring in Dave Walsh,
00:35:29.320 Dave, two things. One, if Denver could please get up. The first article is, um, from a trade
00:35:35.640 association. I think it was on CNBC, us, um, oil and gas association that the president of it channels
00:35:42.520 Dave Walsh. And he says, Hey, uh, people understand something. Europe and the United States are heading
00:35:47.800 to, I think he said, economic energy and economic catastrophe. Explain once again, explain once again,
00:35:55.220 Dave Walsh, what, what he's, what you've been talking about and what he's talking about now.
00:35:59.320 Well, the problem in the, in the Midwest, in the Northeast, North of Virginia, up through Maine,
00:36:05.460 all the Midwestern States, and really everywhere in the country, excepting for the Southwest,
00:36:11.000 we've got almost total dependence on gas heating. And the issue becomes, if you look back historically,
00:36:17.180 January, February, gas prices spike way up typically from 50 to a hundred percent in 2001,
00:36:23.520 three, 2008, and 2022, January gas prices doubled. In, uh, 2010, uh, 14 and 16, they went up by 30 to
00:36:35.460 40% in January. So we're looking at realistically, probably based on where we are today, natural gas
00:36:41.980 prices elevating from a 12 to $18, $18 range in the winter months of January, February, because that's
00:36:50.320 when prices typically cyclically do spike up. Not to mention that we may have shortages and we may
00:36:55.820 have shortages because the amount of exportation going on and converting this gas to LNG at the
00:37:00.880 four terminals is, is huge. It's now, um, 11.8 billion, uh, cubic feet per day at all time record
00:37:08.420 level. So we may be also facing some shortages related to the massive exportation underway. So
00:37:14.340 that's a, that's the same sort of disaster Germany, Austria, England are looking at now visiting us in 0.98
00:37:20.740 respect to the fact that, you know, much of our country for home heating is dependent on natural gas
00:37:25.440 to begin with. And then in those, in, in those regions on electricity to displace some of that, well,
00:37:31.960 we'd have to have everybody run out and buy space heaters, which would be, you know, that's the supply of
00:37:37.180 those isn't going to be available. But in so many of the States in that, in that area, you're talking,
00:37:42.200 uh, uh, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York are net importers of
00:37:47.960 electricity already, therefore heavily dependent on Ontario hydro and Quebec hydro to supply hydro
00:37:54.440 electricity to them for their already known shortage of power supply, because they've shut down coal
00:38:01.240 plants over the last 10 years. They've shut down a couple of nuclear plants up there. Most pointedly,
00:38:06.060 the, um, the Indian point plant in New York and the main Yankee plant about 15 years ago in Maine,
00:38:11.760 they're taking huge amounts of baseload, continuous duty, electricity offline permanently,
00:38:17.400 which further stymied the state's ability to back this up with electricity. So yeah, it's a
00:38:23.500 significant, significant problem. Dave, hang on. Cause I got a second part to get into with this,
00:38:28.060 but I, well, today we're juggling a lot and people are coming in and out because we've got stuff to do,
00:38:32.180 but there's a lot of these guys got to bounce for all the commitments. Just hang right there,
00:38:35.180 Dave. Let's play a cold over for Todd Benson real quickly. And, uh, and then I'll bring Todd in.
00:38:40.120 I know he's got to bounce. Just go ahead and play it and I'll jump in. Jen, why is the
00:38:44.380 administration flying thousands of migrants from the border to Florida and New York in the middle
00:38:50.060 of the night? Uh, well, I'm not sure that it's in the middle of the night, but let me tell you
00:38:54.380 what's happening here. Um, it is our, um, 429 AM. Well, very early in the morning. Here we are
00:39:00.480 talking about early flights earlier than you might like to take a flight. Um, it is our legal
00:39:04.720 responsibility. I want to play this cold open. We see the lies of the Biden administration. What's
00:39:09.160 happening with the governor of DeSantis right now. I want to bring in Todd Benzman. Uh, Todd,
00:39:13.700 we couldn't do the whole cold open cause I know you're pressed for time, but I want to put in
00:39:17.420 perspective, uh, Martha's venues and meltdown because of what 50 illegal aliens have been dropped in 1.00
00:39:23.160 there. Give the audience a perspective of what's happened in this country, the invasion of this
00:39:27.240 country, the scale of it, as you talk about in your new book, but walk us through what the scale
00:39:31.760 of this is because the elites of Martha Vineyard are whining about 50 people. Right. Well, we're
00:39:38.680 looking at, we're, we're, we're exceeding 2 million people who have been, uh, either admitted into the
00:39:46.600 country by Biden's DHS or who have gotten away. Uh, and that's, and that's a good estimate of about a
00:39:53.720 million. That's an underestimate, but it's, it's data that's in a court filing. So we're looking at
00:39:58.980 2 million people that have spread out across the nation. Uh, typically they go by bus. So they enter
00:40:05.740 these cities and municipalities kind of sight unseen and get absorbed. And the mayors don't say anything.
00:40:13.000 They suffer in silence. Trust me when I say that mayors across the country are suffering. Uh,
00:40:21.880 their tax bases are getting hit hard. Their school districts are being swamped. Uh, they're going to
00:40:28.260 be paying taxes, uh, higher taxes for schools and everything for years and years to come. Uh, so,
00:40:35.800 so no, no, no, no. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. American citizens, working class and middle-class
00:40:41.420 Americans understand this right now, you're going to pay much higher taxes because you have a bigger
00:40:47.620 base of people that need assistance. That's what the government's done. They've dumped it in there.
00:40:51.420 They're going to throw a few tips to you, the federal budget of money. We don't have printing
00:40:55.100 money to bury your children. We don't have to take two. And I think the number is 4.9 Todd Benzman.
00:41:02.380 Right. Well, remember, uh, even the New York times recently did a big piece about Portland,
00:41:07.860 Maine, which is as far as you can get from the Southern border. It was a good piece. It was well
00:41:12.660 reported. And that city is swamped with illegal immigrants coming off the border. If me or any,
00:41:22.020 if I or any reporter out there wanted to go to any city in America, they would find a Portland,
00:41:28.020 Maine. The only reason that we're hearing about places like Martha's Vineyard and New York and DC
00:41:34.580 and Chicago is because Republican governors are putting them up there on buses and really visible
00:41:40.900 way. And cameras are attracted to it. You can see them, but everywhere else you could see them too.
00:41:48.120 If you just shined a light, they're everywhere and, and millions more are coming. I promise you
00:41:53.700 that we are going to see another 2 million or 3 million before the end of this, uh, Biden administration
00:42:00.800 and maybe 4 million, depending on what happens with title. Starting in January, starting in January,
00:42:06.240 we start impeaching him on the invasion of the Southern border. That's what's going to make it
00:42:09.920 stop. You have to have the political will to stop it. Todd, let's get the book up. It's a pre-order
00:42:14.960 right now. I think stunning cover, stunning book, Todd Benzman, our own Todd Benzman working on this
00:42:20.000 nonstop overrun how Biden, this is Biden's invasion of the United States to destroy this country.
00:42:26.960 And this is a no holds barred book, just like Todd Benzman can do it. Todd, what's your social media?
00:42:32.240 How do people get to you? I'm going to try to get you back on this afternoon or tomorrow morning,
00:42:35.360 because this Martha's Vineyard story speaks to a larger issue. And I think that's why DeSantis
00:42:40.480 brilliantly did it. Uh, give us, how do you, what's your social media? How do people get to you
00:42:45.680 during the day and order the book? Well, we in this country think that if, if they can't see it,
00:42:50.920 then it doesn't exist. So they don't have to do any, they don't have to take responsibility.
00:42:54.260 They're being forced to see it right now. Todd Benzman.com is where you can find
00:42:59.540 a way to pre-order the book. I'm at T Benzman at getter. Uh, my writings are at cis.org center for
00:43:08.300 immigration studies. Okay. This thing's going to build to a, uh, this is only going to build,
00:43:14.420 this is going to build now. And now the DeSantis has pierced the mainstream media. Todd,
00:43:20.800 thank you very much. Dave Walsh. We're going to get back to energy as the underlying issue
00:43:26.400 with the collapse of the American and global economy. All next in the war room.

00:46:14.300 In fact, get the first. The politics of money is part one. The fall of the dollars of prime reserve
00:46:18.900 currency is part two. It's all about the end of the dollar empire. Nothing except for maybe
00:46:25.020 transhumanism, which we're going to try to get Joe Allen here in the second hour about this executive
00:46:29.100 order, will have an impact in your life like this. So make sure you understand it. What we're trying to do
00:46:33.960 is give you the information so that you can make your own decisions. You're free men and women.
00:46:38.540 Dave Walsh. Once again, you've nailed it. I want to go to the second. It's a Yahoo story
00:46:43.920 that surprise, surprise. You actually, well, I'll let you explain it because now they're all caught.
00:46:50.140 Hey, we actually need more energy than we thought to actually do a transition to a sustainable economy.
00:46:55.000 And we're not making any energy and conservative guys like Dave. Well, I mean, it's a total mass of
00:47:01.040 confusion. Dave Walsh. Explain to us exactly what's going on in your own piercing logic, sir.
00:47:08.160 Well, the premise of the article is about going green will require more energy. And the premise is
00:47:14.940 about EVs. The discussion is not about EVs. It's that this problem is with us right now, because it
00:47:22.260 goes on to say that many conservatives argue that it's actually not feasible to be 100 percent
00:47:27.860 dependent on wind and solar. No, the facts of mathematics, physics, and weather deem that it
00:47:34.280 is completely impossible to be 100 percent dependent on wind and solar as we know it now.
00:47:39.500 If I had sent the camera and a charter to Denver may have them. I don't know if we can put them up.
00:47:44.860 Yeah, go ahead and just put them up. Call for them.
00:47:47.720 The daily wind dispatch for 2020, what that looks like across the country, it's a very jagged chart.
00:47:53.700 But anyhow, there's day to day to day, there's 75 percent. There it is. That's 2020 every day of
00:48:00.720 the year. That's the variability in electricity output from wind by day of the year in the year
00:48:06.500 2020. Look at that. 75 to 80 percent variability by day in the amount of electricity that that
00:48:13.820 resource provides. Now, here's the problem. You take West Texas with a huge installed base of wind
00:48:19.380 turbines. The wind, the wind feature across West Texas is about the same daily in one town to the
00:48:26.220 next. Therefore, you've got this phenomenon. You can't rely on but about 20 percent of that
00:48:31.920 capacity. See where the bottom of this chart is. The rest of the time, it's wildly jagged. The amount
00:48:37.960 of that average nine hour a day wind resource, when you can predict it's going to be there. It doesn't
00:48:44.780 matter how much of this you install. You still have this basic issue that across a large region,
00:48:50.980 it's not going to be there for you most of the time. 65 percent of the time, it's not going to be
00:48:56.420 there at all. And then the times that it is there, look at this, you're not going to know the degree of
00:49:02.420 availability of power generation that's going to provide you with a 75 to 80 percent variation in
00:49:08.120 that. It's basically a problem of mathematics. Solar is the same. It's the next chart. I chose a
00:49:14.820 given day over here in the southeast, the same bikey nature of complete unpredictability, even in
00:49:21.380 the time from nine to four, when you think you're going to have it on days that are cloudy, you have
00:49:26.480 no idea. So no matter how much of it you install, you never get to 100 percent capacity. Again, solar
00:49:32.980 here on the left hand side, you see it. That's a that's a typical day in in Florida between August
00:49:39.500 and October when you need it the most. Look, look what you've got because of cloud cover. Massive
00:49:44.840 variability inside the nine o'clock to four p.m. window when it actually might work. So even inside
00:49:51.440 it now before 9 a.m. zero after 4 p.m. zero all the way to 9 a.m. the next day. But inside that time
00:49:57.920 period when it is working, it's working very intermittently. You can't rely on it. You can't
00:50:02.640 predict it. So this article misses the fact that all. No, it points out that it's the reality is
00:50:10.840 of today. And you got Buttigieg, these guys, you know, is there any actions? Are there any actions
00:50:16.280 of this government? Is any actions of the administrative state in Biden right now to
00:50:20.720 alleviate this situation? That is the underpinnings of the economic collapse in the globally and
00:50:28.100 particularly led by the United States in Europe? And it's leading to a capital markets collapse.
00:50:32.700 Dave Walsh. The lack of power generation capacity is already way visible and evident in what's
00:50:38.600 happening in California, Texas, Colorado, and migrating up into the upper Midwest. Already a
00:50:44.860 present huge problem with brownouts and service curtailments because of because of this overadoption
00:50:50.300 of this kind of intermittent energy. What they'd need to do and they're not doing, we do need more
00:50:55.940 coal plants reopened. They're the nearest thing to providing known quantifiable baseload continuous
00:51:02.060 duty power that's generally available 98% of the time. The next thing would be build out more nuclear
00:51:08.940 and obviously build out more combined cycle plants. They're not pushing any incentivization to do
00:51:14.700 any of that. The first two they're killing completely. Coal particularly with even more
00:51:20.240 recent emissions regulations, which again, we have no energy policy. We only have an environmental
00:51:26.000 reaction policy promoted by the EPA and we need more gas plants operational because there is no storage
00:51:34.100 medium presently technically invented for wind and solar. There's a long, hey, I appreciate the people
00:51:40.820 are in line for 30 hours and six miles to honor and pay respects to their queen. Let me tell you,
00:51:47.220 from the United Kingdom to continental Europe to the United States of America, the most advanced
00:51:51.920 civilization, the most advanced economy in mankind's history, you're getting ready for a long, bitter,
00:51:58.860 cold, hungry winter because of policies, not the second law of thermodynamics policies. Dave Walsh,
00:52:05.340 how do people get to you between now and the time I have you back on?
00:52:08.300 Steve, the point of that is like England dismantled 40% of its baseload generation ahead of knowing 0.94
00:52:14.380 that this other stuff actually doesn't work. So they've experimented with it. Look what's
00:52:18.400 happening. The call is gone. The nuclear is three-fourths gone in the UK.
00:52:22.260 Anyhow, I'm at Dave Walsh on Energy on Getter. Thank you, Steve.
00:52:29.380 Dave Walsh, you're the best. Short break.
