00:02:24.000 like probably between 500 and 800 a night, and Border Patrol confirms that I was over there. It took a few
00:02:31.140 days to find out where they were all coming in, in mass. Yuma, what's going on over there is the
00:02:40.960 governor, Governor Ducey, put up these rail car things in between the gaps in the wall to try and
00:02:47.280 keep the flow out. And while it did stop the flow in those areas, they just like go a half mile down
00:02:54.620 the road and get in another section. And so what's happening in there is they've all kind of conversed
00:03:02.600 in this one section. Border Patrol knows it well. So they've got like, they've got this whole system
00:03:09.020 set up with porta potties, water stations, covered canopy sections where they, people get out of the
00:03:16.600 heat. And like, they literally have to take off anything they're carrying with them and lay on
00:03:22.880 the ground. So it's about 500 to 800 people a night coming over there. The cartels are the ones
00:03:27.380 who charge these people the money. It's in the thousands of dollars each. I think the cheapest
00:03:34.840 you can get is like a kid. It's like 500 bucks. And it depends if they can afford it or, you know,
00:03:39.920 the circumstances. I think we lost him. Let's go ahead and try to reboot and I'll bring Naomi up.
00:03:52.260 I just want to give you some statistics about the border in the last two years of the Trump
00:03:57.040 Well, the first two years, 526,000 apprehensions at the border in 17. Who was in the White House
00:04:04.680 with President Trump in 17? 526 says we weren't messing around. They knew we'd try to close the
00:04:10.180 border. We're going to build the wall. In 18683, in Biden's first two years, Biden's first two years,
00:04:17.020 1.9 million in 2021 and 2.5 million so far in 2022. That is what almost four and a half million
00:04:28.900 will be 4.9 million by the end of this year. And remember, virtually 90% of those have not been
00:04:34.420 returned. So one mate is actually already in the asylum program, the other being processed.

00:05:19.660 about this greatest crime humanity has ever sustained. So before I tell you about Dr. Fauci's

00:05:36.580 showing that the WHO and the Bill and Milton Gates Foundation and a few other bad actors,
00:05:43.860 many of them enmeshed with the Chinese Communist Party, had come in at the metanational level at the
00:05:50.460 start of the pandemic to kind of enforce what we all lived through, the lockdowns and the erasure of
00:05:56.120 civil society with no other outcome except for take the vaccine, take the vaccine, take the vaccine
00:06:01.020 passport. Well, now more pieces of this puzzle have come into place. So Tom Fitton's organization,
00:06:09.200 Judicial Watch, which I adore, they FOIA, the government, meaning Freedom of Information Act,
00:06:15.180 which means, you know, government records belong to us, but we don't get to see them usually unless
00:06:19.860 someone submits a Freedom of Information request. So his organization did that. And among the
00:06:25.940 shocking revelations just released, and you can see this on Judicial Watch's website, one of them
00:06:32.080 is that an October 2021 lawsuit uncovered that over a 10-year period, Dr. Fauci and others at NIH received
00:06:41.700 more than $350 million in secretive royalty payments from drug companies and other third parties.
00:06:51.480 So again, you may have heard already, because it kind of trickled out earlier, that Dr. Fauci and his
00:06:57.620 colleagues had received royalty payments. And you may remember that he refused to answer Senator Rand Paul
00:07:03.480 when Senator Paul asked directly, what are these royalty payments? Who is paying you? Who else is being
00:07:09.060 paid? Where are these millions going? Dr. Fauci didn't answer. But this is, but now you have the
00:07:16.480 receipts, right? Now you have the results of the FOIA for Dr. Fauci's and his colleagues' payments
00:07:24.400 in Judicial Watch. And so now I want to ask you to put that side by side with this also from Judicial
00:07:32.280 Watch. There's a document called Pharmkin Tabulated Summary in their FOIA responses, which identifies that
00:07:40.880 all in vitro metabolic stability studies of these two ingredients were conducted at Medicilon Preclinical
00:07:48.200 Research, LLC, a testing facility located in Shanghai, China. Studies within this record indicate
00:07:57.540 work was done in August 2020. So this is the vaccine. This is the vaccine. This is the COVID-19
00:08:06.180 vaccine. So please start assembling the mosaic in your mind. I've been telling you, China, China,
00:08:14.480 China. I've been noting, we all know the virus emerged from China, lab leak or not, that's still

00:09:06.500 in the SEC filing for BioNTech, the subsidiary of Pfizer that makes the injections that are injected into
00:09:14.080 you if you had a Pfizer vaccine in the United States. And so now 100% of the tech is owned by
00:09:21.500 China. And I've warned you that Fosun Pharma has opened two manufacturing plants, Fosun Pharma USA,
00:09:28.020 in Boston, Mass, and in Princeton, New Jersey. So here you see the whole hideous
00:09:34.980 backstory of what happened to us in the last two and a half years. A massive flow of money
00:09:43.180 to Dr. Fauci and his colleagues. Hang on, hang on. I want to make sure we don't, I want to make sure

00:10:10.000 and Fauci and these guys had redacted, had redacted the name and location of the facility in China
00:10:16.680 saying it was confidential commercial information. Is that correct? That's why it was not,
00:10:22.480 that's why we didn't know this before when they did other FOIA requests.

00:10:57.360 including redacting this saying it was confidential commercial, not national security, but commercial
00:11:04.820 information. So this is especially ironic because they're the ones who benefit from it being
00:11:11.280 confidential commercial information. They're the ones with the patents. They're the ones with the
00:11:15.900 royalties. Well, this is what Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says, quote, Americans are now
00:11:21.920 going to want to know why did the Biden operation try to hide COVID vaccine ties to China? So there's
00:11:31.120 really so much in here that's being concealed that it's very hard to summarize. But one of the examples
00:11:36.800 is that NIAID records show that it gave nine China-related grants to EcoHealth Alliance. HHS records
00:11:45.040 included and, quote, urgent for Dr. Fauci email chain, citing ties between the Wuhan lab and taxpayer
00:11:51.720 funded EcoHealth Alliance. HHS records include a grant application. Oh, HHS records showed the State
00:12:01.880 Department and NIAID knew immediately in January 2020 that China was withholding COVID data, which was
00:12:08.960 hindering risk assessment and response by public health officials. So China, oh, and they also have,
00:12:16.620 HHS confirms what we found with our biodistribution study. In May of 2022, this year, HHS records
00:12:24.620 regarding biodistribution studies and related data for COVID-19 vaccines show a key component of the
00:12:29.780 vaccines developed by Pfizer-BioNTech, lipid nanoparticles, listen if this sounds familiar,
00:12:35.780 everyone, were found outside the injection site, mainly the liver, adrenal glands, spleen, and ovaries
00:12:40.860 of test animals eight to 48 hours after injection. You have heard this before because our team
00:12:46.820 independently found this even earlier than HHS did. And HHS found out about it in May of this year
00:12:54.660 and didn't tell you. They kept telling you it was safe and effective. So what you have here,
00:13:00.380 it keeps going on. March 2021, HHS records, or this may be what you're referring to,
00:13:04.580 show that NIH officials tailored confidentiality forms to China's terms, and that the WHO conducted
00:13:11.420 an unreleased, quote, strictly confidential COVID-19 epidemiological analysis in January 2020.
00:13:17.720 October 2020, Fauci emails include his approval of a press release supportive of China's response
00:13:24.100 to the 2019 novel coronavirus. In other words, this is a, all right, this is a collusion

00:13:42.040 in China, the payment of hundreds of millions of dollars to our senior scientists, the heads of

00:21:05.140 National Laboratory at UT Medical Branch, Dr. James W. LeDuc, warned Chinese researchers at the Wuhan
00:21:12.360 Institute of Virology of potential investigations into the COVID issue by Congress. By Congress. In other
00:21:21.120 words, the scientists and the healthcare professionals advising the American people and advising the
00:21:28.460 COVID effort were so enmeshed and aligned via Chinese money to China, they were acting so traitorously
00:21:37.080 that they alerted their Chinese colleagues and bedfellows about the risk of our congressional
00:21:43.420 investigations into them. Hang on one second. I want to hit the rewind, and I want to go through
00:21:49.080 that slowly because the University of North Carolina and the University of Texas at Galveston
00:21:53.700 are up to their necks in this thing. Give us, again, what happened at Galveston about essentially
00:22:00.820 tipping off the Chinese that, hey, certain people are going to be snooping around here, ma'am.

00:22:14.120 the relationships are UT and the COVID effort. So May of 2022, so this is very recent, you see in the
00:22:22.040 timeline an escalating cover-up, right? People scrambling to warn their colleagues, to cover up
00:22:28.620 their tracks. May of this year, just a few months ago, UT Medical Branch records, and they're linked,
00:22:34.740 show the former director of the Galveston National Lab at UT's Medical Branch, Dr. James W. LeDuc,
00:22:41.580 warned Chinese researchers, the originators of this whole horrific thing at the Wuhan Institute of
00:22:50.080 Virology of potential investigations into the COVID issue by the United States Congress. Warned them.
00:23:02.780 Wow. And remember, with this whole thing about being in China and working out of the Wuhan lab and
00:23:08.840 this BioNTech, as we talked about in the spring of 2020, when the Chinese are all of a sudden
00:23:15.040 running around, CCP's running with a vaccine, like people were saying that no Chinese said,
00:23:19.780 hey, in 10,000 years, the Chinese have never come up with a vaccine, right? And SARS is 17 years ago,
00:23:26.140 it didn't even come close to coming up with a vaccine. So this thing has been fishy from the
00:23:30.820 absolute very beginning. And why would BioNTech need a Chinese essentially lab or partner or
00:23:37.980 something there? And here's what gets me. When everybody's talking about BioNTech and Pfizer and
00:23:41.640 all these guys running around, correct me if I'm wrong, Dr. Naomi Wolf, I don't remember anybody
00:23:46.300 ever saying at the time when the thing was coming out of Wuhan, oh yeah, by the way, one of the big
00:23:51.140 apparatuses for the vaccine maker is going to be in mainland China. Do you ever remember that coming
00:23:57.980 up until you found it in June of this year, you and your team? Back in 2020, when they were putting
00:24:03.680 billions of dollars in these companies, when they were staying the microphone in the Rose Garden,
00:24:07.500 everybody's running around, did the name China or mainland China ever come up, ma'am?
00:24:12.500 No, of course not. But what you've got to understand is those giant checks that the
00:24:17.520 Biden administration has been writing for COVID response and for rolling out this safe and
00:24:22.020 effective vaccine that was tested in Shanghai in August of 2020, manufactured in Shanghai,
00:24:28.700 those checks have gone to China. And the ingredients that are killing people, the ingredients that are
00:24:34.340 maiming our police, our armed forces, sterilizing our armed forces, killing babies, injuring 648 babies
00:24:43.560 in the VARS database, those are coming out of China. So again, I always say as a political consultant,
00:24:49.700 read events backwards. The other thing I want to remind you of is the August 2021 experiment in Hong
00:24:55.580 Kong overseen by China that showed that the first injection in mice harms them, causes cytokine
00:25:01.480 storms. The second injection causes catastrophic damage, enlarges the heart, makes visible white spots
00:25:08.100 on the heart, enlarges the liver. It's a bioweapon. And, and, you know, when I say read events
00:25:14.140 backwards, what is the way, if you're China, to get a deadly injection into the arms of millions of
00:25:22.500 Americans, your existential adversary, spend 350 million buying off the top scientists, top medical
00:25:30.100 advisors, buying off HHS, buying off NIAID. So easy.

00:26:55.880 Communist Party run entity, which owns most of the largest Chinese state run pharmaceutical company.

00:36:38.680 master judge Deary, where the government has been up completely upside down. The government
00:36:44.020 recommended five different vendors, Steve, to handle the voluminous amount of property. They took an
00:36:51.740 illegal raid and break in a president of Trump's home of Mar-a-Lago. Well, all five of those
00:36:57.620 recommended vendors told the government, the DOJ, no, we're not interested. Why? Because the DOJ is
00:37:03.240 trying to push deadlines, which are so aggressive, so unreasonable, that their own vendors are pushing
00:37:09.160 back on them saying no. Beyond that, the DOJ has now admitted to having three filter team failures,
00:37:15.940 meaning the team that's supposed to filter privileged information has failed in keeping
00:37:20.840 that information and painted prosecutors with that information. And the next step, Steve,
00:37:27.000 also extremely, extremely troubling, is that you have now had three different inventories,
00:37:35.180 three amendments to the DOJ's own inventory that have to be made. So what's the reason for that?
00:37:41.380 It remains to be seen. But the DOJ absolutely not bringing their best, absolutely not growing any
00:37:48.460 trust in themselves after this illegal, unwarranted, and unprecedented raid on President Trump's home on
00:37:54.600 August 8th. It's only gotten worse.
00:37:56.440 Board, yeah, this is, okay, so if you watch MSME, CNN, which, you know, we monitor it,
00:38:03.360 they're saying the exact opposite, that you guys really got to regret that you went to the special
00:38:07.140 master route, and you really got to regret you drew this judge, because this is basically calling
00:38:12.060 all your bluffs. What do you have to say to that? How fake news is that, sir?
00:38:17.940 It's fake news to the utmost degree. And it's not just fake news, it's projection and transmission
00:38:26.340 of the utmost degree. Of course, CNN's going to say that, because, hey, now we're sitting here almost
00:38:30.760 two months after the illegal raid, and the DOJ has done nothing but be embarrassed. The mainstream
00:38:35.540 media have been embarrassed by the leaks that have gone on time and time again. And Judge
00:38:40.620 Cannon has called the DOJ out for those leaks, saying, hey, none of this information was leaked
00:38:45.620 before the raid, but after the raid, there seem to be leaks left and right. So who's responsible
00:38:51.580 for not keeping the information secure? And then let's go to the most important parts,
00:38:55.900 please. Under the Presidential Record Act, under the PRA, there's no enforcement mechanism,
00:39:00.240 there is no right to conduct even the DOJ criminal investigation, let alone the illegal raid.
00:39:07.320 And under the famous Clinton-Sogdor case, Judge Amy Berman-Jackson, which is not a friend
00:39:12.660 of conservatives, as we all know, she ruled that if a president does not designate in their
00:39:19.460 time in office any of their documents of property as presidential, they're all personal.
00:39:24.060 And that fits like a glove in this issue. Everything, everything the president chose to
00:39:29.940 take with him from the White House is personal records. There's no, absolutely no allowance
00:39:34.860 for the illegal raid and aggressive action from the DOJ. It was a complete overstep, total
00:39:41.400 weaponization of law enforcement and targeting of the strongest political opponent the Democrats
00:39:46.800 have. Joe, feckless Joe Biden is talking about a sadly deceased congresswoman today at an
00:39:52.080 abandoned White House. Feckless, confused Joe Biden trying to attack President Trump by
00:39:56.860 weaponizing law enforcement, but it's blowing up in their face because the American people
00:40:00.200 aren't, are standing up and fighting against it.
00:40:03.680 I want to go back to the timing in these vendors for a second. So these vendors, because the DOJ's
00:40:09.600 schedules, they want to have it all done by next week. And then they want to go indict
00:40:14.040 President Trump on a non-crime right before the midterm elections. This is what their
00:40:17.760 whole thing has been about the midterms. So, so what, what did the vendors, all five of
00:40:21.840 their vendors came back and said, dude, we can't do this. This, this, this time schedule
00:40:26.180 is insane.
00:40:27.600 This is their own vendors who came back and it's whatever the DOJ is thinking they could
00:40:31.940 do. There's absolutely no criminal enforcement under the DRA one. And President Trump followed
00:40:37.280 the DRA two. And the, again, a famous judicial watch versus NARA case specifically says that
00:40:43.800 these are all personal records. So, but yeah, in terms of the vendors, this is the government's
00:40:48.640 chosen vendors. The government pinpointed these vendors and said, these are the ones we want
00:40:52.320 to go with. And what happened when the government and, and, and President's council together
00:40:56.640 approached and the vendor said, no way, no how we can't do this. It's the, you know, we're not,
00:41:01.080 we're either not interested or progressive and they, and they turned the DOJ to turn the
00:41:06.400 government down because the, again, DOJ is trying to weaponize their power, weaponize
00:41:12.860 their, their investigative techniques as much as possible. And they're failing at every
00:41:17.920 single step.
