00:00:00.000 didn't bend to the bully.
00:00:01.760 But what this did is it showed Trump followers
00:00:04.140 just how important this role is of Secretary of State.
00:00:07.500 In most states, this is the person
00:00:09.300 who certifies the final election results.
00:00:11.680 So after this night, you have all of these election deniers
00:00:14.980 starting to run for Secretary of State.
00:00:17.540 I'm Wes Allen, and I've spent years
00:00:19.160 fighting liberal attempts to change our elections.
00:00:21.360 Chuck Gray, Wyoming's proven conservative champion.
00:00:25.100 Cracking down on election sheets.
00:00:26.820 They're, you know, for low-level technical roles.
00:00:29.560 But suddenly, after all the attention
00:00:31.720 on how Team Trump attempted to kind of bully
00:00:35.020 secretaries of state into helping them
00:00:36.840 overthrow the 2020 race,
00:00:38.780 these races are suddenly drawing a lot of notice
00:00:41.120 and tons of campaign cash.
00:00:43.440 One such candidate is this guy,
00:00:45.460 Jim Marchant of Nevada, which is a swing state.
00:00:48.400 In 2020, Marchant also lost an election
00:00:50.980 for Nevada state legislature.
00:00:52.680 I was a victim of voter fraud.
00:00:54.420 I ran for Congress here in Nevada,
00:00:56.300 and I won election day.
00:00:58.100 I won early voting.
00:00:59.440 Only after two weeks of fraudulent mail-in ballots
00:01:02.860 did I lose.
00:01:03.840 Feeling like the whole system
00:01:04.900 was rigged against him and his party,
00:01:07.100 six months later,
00:01:07.900 Jim Marchant is running to be Nevada's Secretary of State.
00:01:10.760 Jim will fight against voter fraud
00:01:12.320 with voter ID, paper ballots,
00:01:14.020 and full election audits.
00:01:15.560 Jim is a winner.
00:01:16.820 Oh, and he actually won the Republican primary.
00:01:19.640 Marchant has said that he would not
00:01:21.260 have certified the 2020 election results.
00:01:23.160 Marchant ran on this platform
00:01:24.760 obsessing over election integrity.
00:01:27.180 The people of Nevada have not elected anybody since 2006.
00:01:31.240 They've been installed by the deep state cabal.
00:01:34.400 Your vote hasn't counted for decades.
00:01:36.740 You haven't elected anybody.
00:01:38.300 The people that are in office have been selected.
00:01:40.940 So how much power does this guy actually have
00:01:42.700 to affect election results?
00:01:44.300 Plenty.
00:01:44.960 As the state's top election official,
00:01:46.960 Nevada's Secretary of State,
00:01:48.580 kind of helps set how elections are conducted
00:01:50.740 and is responsible for investigating voting fraud claims.
00:01:54.160 Marchant is just one of dozens of election deniers
00:01:57.080 all around the country
00:01:58.080 running for top state offices that oversee elections.
00:02:01.960 And while some will lose their primary race
00:02:03.840 and never get elected,
00:02:04.800 many are winning in the primaries.
00:02:06.520 Like in Arizona,
00:02:07.480 a very important swing state where Biden barely won.
00:02:09.880 And now,
00:02:10.600 where you have election deniers
00:02:11.680 who have won the GOP primary
00:02:13.420 for all three of the state's top offices
00:02:15.880 that oversee elections.
00:02:17.420 This adds to an already growing trend
00:02:19.460 of Republicans winning Secretary of State races
00:02:21.960 around the country.
00:02:22.720 As your Secretary of State,
00:02:27.060 I will continually work
00:02:29.320 to protect the sanctity of our elections.
00:02:36.120 Peter K. Navarro
00:02:37.720 joining Stephen K. Bannon in this hour.
00:02:43.080 We spent the first hour
00:02:45.220 going over with Richard Barris
00:02:47.520 a tour of this country.
00:02:49.880 The Taking Back Trump's America book
00:02:51.800 is a mission.
00:02:53.400 The goal now
00:02:54.220 is to throw Nancy Pelosi
00:02:55.740 out on her ass as speaker.
00:02:58.120 And the way we can do that
00:03:00.140 is by going state by state.
00:03:03.400 And the posse
00:03:04.280 helps people
00:03:05.880 who are running
00:03:07.180 and have a chance
00:03:08.260 and they need your help.
00:03:09.380 And Cameron's putting up a list
00:03:10.880 to be like Navarro's picks
00:03:12.780 on the website.
00:03:14.480 We'll have that later today.
00:03:15.620 But now
00:03:17.040 what we're going to do
00:03:18.520 is we're shifting
00:03:19.760 focus to Nevada.
00:03:21.660 There's a lot of news out now
00:03:23.420 where Nevada
00:03:24.320 essentially is ground zero
00:03:26.060 in this massive shift
00:03:27.920 of Latino voters
00:03:29.640 to the Republican Party.
00:03:32.460 And
00:03:32.780 it's a shift
00:03:35.160 which has caught the Democrats
00:03:36.720 by surprise.
00:03:38.100 it should not have
00:03:39.260 given
00:03:39.940 the values
00:03:41.640 of
00:03:43.440 Latinos
00:03:45.440 with respect
00:03:46.260 to the family
00:03:46.920 traditional values.
00:03:49.160 And so
00:03:49.460 it's kind of
00:03:50.240 a whole new ballgame.
00:03:51.640 So
00:03:51.660 we got
00:03:53.120 Steve.
00:03:54.080 Let's
00:03:54.300 bring Steve in here
00:03:56.440 first.
00:03:57.340 Say hello.
00:03:58.220 He's reading the newspaper
00:03:59.020 I think.
00:04:00.480 Yeah, yeah.
00:04:01.080 I'm catching up.
00:04:02.080 Get your buddy in here
00:04:03.200 will you?
00:04:03.540 I'm catching up.
00:04:03.900 You take an hour off.
00:04:05.420 I can see your tan went up.
00:04:07.620 You were at the sun tanning booth
00:04:09.760 getting a haircut.
00:04:11.420 You do look a little better.
00:04:12.500 Thank you.
00:04:13.100 Hold it.
00:04:13.600 Yeah.
00:04:14.080 Look at this guy.
00:04:15.260 He's just kicking back.
00:04:16.500 He takes an hour off.
00:04:17.960 Yeah.
00:04:19.400 Hold it.
00:04:20.000 Hold it.
00:04:20.620 Go ahead.
00:04:21.040 The audience on Getter
00:04:23.800 was getting to me
00:04:24.400 and said
00:04:24.560 can we please stop
00:04:25.380 selling the book?
00:04:26.140 Can you come back
00:04:26.720 for an hour
00:04:27.180 and help out the heart?
00:04:28.140 No.
00:04:29.340 Peter.
00:04:30.080 Peter.
00:04:30.740 The book's amazing.
00:04:31.320 Hey, it's a mission.
00:04:32.260 It's not a book, Steve.
00:04:33.320 Remember that.
00:04:34.000 It's a mission.
00:04:34.560 I'll give you one for free, buddy.
00:04:36.120 What do you got there?
00:04:37.400 But here's why I'm reading
00:04:39.400 the New York Times.
00:04:40.300 It's because on the front page
00:04:41.660 of the New York Times
00:04:42.400 and huge inside
00:04:44.020 and you know I love
00:04:45.020 the New York Times.
00:04:45.680 I've read it since
00:04:46.180 I was a paperboy at 10.
00:04:47.920 The whole story is
00:04:49.680 Nevada reflects
00:04:51.400 Democrats' hurdles
00:04:53.420 across the USA.
00:04:56.660 Nevada reflects
00:04:57.920 the hurdles
00:04:58.900 that Democrats have.
00:04:59.840 This is 100%
00:05:01.100 about Jim Marchand
00:05:02.540 and the great team
00:05:03.440 in Nevada
00:05:04.060 that is running out there
00:05:05.840 and really putting
00:05:06.700 and they talk about
00:05:08.000 the bet, Peter,
00:05:09.540 that the Democrats
00:05:10.680 went on abortion
00:05:11.700 and they went for
00:05:12.540 college-educated women
00:05:13.840 and the Trump movement
00:05:16.500 and taking back
00:05:17.320 Trump's America,
00:05:18.320 the movement
00:05:18.860 went for working-class
00:05:20.740 Hispanics
00:05:21.440 to join MAGA
00:05:23.280 and their significant others
00:05:25.300 and their spouses,
00:05:26.180 particularly
00:05:26.520 non-college-educated
00:05:28.120 Hispanic men
00:05:28.960 and it's been overwhelming
00:05:30.620 and Nevada's in play,
00:05:32.400 the huge headwinds.
00:05:33.320 This is a damning article
00:05:34.740 with what,
00:05:35.980 four weeks to go,
00:05:36.900 five weeks to go,
00:05:38.220 35 days is it to go.
00:05:40.700 This is a damning article
00:05:41.820 and Peter,
00:05:42.280 I think it shows
00:05:43.100 more than anything
00:05:43.980 you do in the book
00:05:45.540 to define what MAGA is,
00:05:47.460 to define the policies
00:05:48.440 and particularly
00:05:49.120 to define the economic policies.
00:05:51.560 You know,
00:05:51.820 populism
00:05:52.420 and economic nationalism
00:05:53.540 is built around
00:05:54.660 a set of policies
00:05:55.860 that allow
00:05:57.340 the middle class
00:05:58.200 and the working class
00:05:59.060 to share in the bounty,
00:06:00.640 to share in the wealth,
00:06:01.920 to share in the value creation
00:06:03.480 of this nation
00:06:05.080 and what we've had
00:06:06.740 for,
00:06:07.280 I don't know,
00:06:07.700 40 or 50 years
00:06:08.720 or for many,
00:06:09.980 many decades
00:06:10.600 is really a concentration
00:06:12.620 of that wealth
00:06:15.400 by Wall Street,
00:06:16.600 by the globalist corporations,
00:06:18.860 by the Uniparty,
00:06:20.260 that,
00:06:20.380 you know,
00:06:20.580 the paymasters
00:06:21.320 of the Uniparty
00:06:22.420 are Wall Street
00:06:23.260 and the globalist corporations
00:06:24.500 and you can see
00:06:25.680 in the concentration
00:06:26.360 of wealth.
00:06:27.140 0.5% Peter
00:06:29.440 of our citizens,
00:06:30.640 American citizens
00:06:31.280 own more assets
00:06:33.220 and more wealth
00:06:33.900 than 90%.
00:06:34.720 And in Nevada,
00:06:36.860 you're seeing this play out
00:06:37.940 and that's why you need
00:06:38.900 the Jim Marchant's
00:06:39.740 are going to win,
00:06:40.340 the Adam Laxalt's
00:06:41.200 are going to win,
00:06:42.240 the governor candidate
00:06:43.380 out there is going to win
00:06:44.240 and Marchant,
00:06:45.500 and what they're freaking out
00:06:46.440 about Peter
00:06:47.000 is once Marchant
00:06:48.320 and Fincham
00:06:49.620 and Karamo
00:06:50.740 and these great secretaries
00:06:52.380 of state
00:06:52.800 are installed,
00:06:53.960 you're only going to have
00:06:54.940 free and fair elections
00:06:55.960 and transparent.
00:06:56.900 And Peter,
00:06:57.200 as you know
00:06:57.620 from the Navarro report,
00:06:59.540 if you had the canvassing
00:07:00.760 boards cleaned out
00:07:01.840 and the voting records
00:07:03.140 up to date
00:07:03.720 and everything set
00:07:05.140 by law,
00:07:06.660 remember,
00:07:07.400 it's impossible
00:07:08.140 for Democrats
00:07:08.760 to win.
00:07:09.320 Peter Navarro.
00:07:10.700 You know,
00:07:11.120 what was interesting
00:07:12.260 to me,
00:07:13.020 Steve,
00:07:13.480 about that New York
00:07:14.400 Times article,
00:07:15.480 I ran for Congress
00:07:18.240 way back when
00:07:19.280 in the 90s
00:07:20.260 and got to know
00:07:21.440 kind of the lay
00:07:22.540 of the land
00:07:23.120 and the big
00:07:23.680 political force,
00:07:25.620 interestingly enough,
00:07:26.740 in Nevada
00:07:28.140 is the Culinary Union,
00:07:30.660 right?
00:07:31.120 Because they're the union
00:07:32.040 that represents
00:07:32.940 all the big hotel
00:07:34.540 workers on the strip.
00:07:36.620 I mean,
00:07:36.860 it's a huge,
00:07:38.500 powerful organization
00:07:40.180 with a lot of clout.
00:07:41.940 There's like a vignette
00:07:43.840 there in that,
00:07:45.600 in these stories
00:07:46.680 about this shift,
00:07:47.880 about how these culinary
00:07:49.060 workers are going,
00:07:51.060 walking precinct
00:07:51.960 by precinct
00:07:53.000 and the Democrats
00:07:55.380 that they're knocking
00:07:56.520 doors on
00:07:57.300 are what,
00:07:58.200 we refuse to open
00:07:59.180 the door,
00:07:59.720 are screaming
00:08:00.460 at these people,
00:08:01.780 screaming at these people
00:08:03.340 that Biden sucks,
00:08:05.920 that this,
00:08:06.280 that,
00:08:06.440 the other thing,
00:08:07.260 think about the economy,
00:08:08.800 we don't care about
00:08:10.120 Roe v. Wade
00:08:11.080 and it's like,
00:08:12.100 whoa.
00:08:12.820 And so,
00:08:13.300 what that tells me
00:08:14.420 is that this is
00:08:15.720 deeply,
00:08:16.380 deeply embedded.
00:08:17.160 Let's go ahead.
00:08:19.260 By the way,
00:08:19.840 by the way,
00:08:20.220 don't bury the leak
00:08:21.160 because you went
00:08:21.560 to the most important
00:08:22.320 part of a 5,000 word
00:08:24.120 really report
00:08:25.360 in the New York Times,
00:08:26.280 takes up many pages.
00:08:27.740 When they go around
00:08:28.700 and they're knocking,
00:08:29.400 they're walking
00:08:30.660 and they're knocking doors,
00:08:31.620 which you should,
00:08:32.200 this is grassroots
00:08:32.800 so the union guys
00:08:33.640 are doing it.
00:08:34.700 The biggest,
00:08:35.360 the first thing
00:08:35.840 the woman,
00:08:36.300 people scream
00:08:37.080 is that the Democrats
00:08:38.120 have destroyed
00:08:39.180 the economy.
00:08:40.480 I can't live.
00:08:41.720 I can't buy food.
00:08:43.300 I mean,
00:08:43.700 this is,
00:08:44.540 and these are
00:08:45.160 working class people
00:08:46.260 that should be
00:08:47.020 theoretically Democrats
00:08:48.420 and they're sitting
00:08:48.900 there screaming
00:08:49.360 to the Democrats,
00:08:49.900 get out of my door.
00:08:51.180 You've destroyed
00:08:51.840 the economy.
00:08:52.700 I can't afford
00:08:53.340 to live.
00:08:53.800 The inflation's
00:08:54.440 out of control.
00:08:55.400 I mean,
00:08:55.800 this is the best spot.
00:08:57.440 It's impossible
00:08:58.500 with a fair count here
00:09:00.600 for the Democrats
00:09:01.600 to hold these seats,
00:09:02.780 Peter,
00:09:03.060 as you know.
00:09:03.660 You've seen this coming
00:09:04.600 and it's in the book.
00:09:05.760 By the way,
00:09:06.140 I would love to go
00:09:06.980 to those doors,
00:09:07.720 knock on them
00:09:08.200 and hand them
00:09:08.580 a copy of your book
00:09:10.800 so they could see
00:09:12.180 what we stand for.
00:09:13.880 Yeah,
00:09:14.460 taking back Trump's
00:09:15.480 America is a mission.
00:09:17.160 I think we had a chance
00:09:18.560 here to take back
00:09:20.460 the House
00:09:20.980 in a resounding way
00:09:22.180 now based
00:09:22.960 on everything
00:09:24.060 we're talking about
00:09:26.280 here, Steve.
00:09:27.000 And look,
00:09:28.020 Nevada,
00:09:30.140 man,
00:09:30.500 they were one
00:09:31.320 of the six
00:09:31.840 battleground states
00:09:32.940 where Trump,
00:09:34.160 quote,
00:09:34.440 lost.
00:09:35.520 And if that state
00:09:36.980 finally shifts
00:09:38.120 Republican,
00:09:39.240 it's going to augur
00:09:40.240 very,
00:09:40.860 very poorly
00:09:41.940 for the Democrats.
00:09:44.660 And yes,
00:09:45.160 they have destroyed
00:09:45.920 the economy.
00:09:47.260 Let's,
00:09:47.840 you want to bring
00:09:48.560 in Jim now?
00:09:49.460 Hold on,
00:09:49.620 hold on,
00:09:49.880 hold on,
00:09:50.120 hang on,
00:09:50.680 hang on,
00:09:50.980 hang on.
00:09:51.260 Let's bring Jim
00:09:51.820 in a second,
00:09:52.200 but I want to just
00:09:52.800 make sure we're also
00:09:53.660 talking about
00:09:54.320 when I said,
00:09:55.660 and I said today
00:09:56.340 going to court,
00:09:57.180 our mission,
00:09:58.100 don't worry about
00:09:59.120 the noise,
00:10:00.040 only focus on the
00:10:00.860 signal,
00:10:01.200 which is 8 November.
00:10:02.400 One of the key things,
00:10:03.580 and Peter,
00:10:04.020 you remember this
00:10:04.680 in your analysis,
00:10:06.020 is that state
00:10:07.500 legislatures are going
00:10:09.080 to be all important,
00:10:10.300 particularly with
00:10:10.920 the Supreme Court
00:10:11.740 now deconstructing
00:10:13.460 the administrative state.
00:10:14.600 A lot of this
00:10:15.280 is going to be put back.
00:10:16.740 There's this massive
00:10:17.560 case,
00:10:18.780 I think in North Carolina
00:10:19.780 about redistricting
00:10:20.540 the state legislatures.
00:10:21.900 And Peter,
00:10:22.700 as you remember,
00:10:24.020 and we take the six
00:10:25.100 problem states
00:10:26.460 in 2020,
00:10:28.160 the only state legislature
00:10:29.440 we didn't control
00:10:30.580 was in Nevada.
00:10:32.540 And so Nevada
00:10:33.160 state legislatures
00:10:34.140 in play.
00:10:34.640 We're going to flip
00:10:35.200 a couple like in
00:10:36.080 Minnesota,
00:10:36.800 et cetera.
00:10:37.200 So these state
00:10:37.800 legislatures,
00:10:38.420 it's not just,
00:10:39.340 remember,
00:10:39.740 our whole purpose
00:10:40.540 is to win from
00:10:41.040 school boards,
00:10:42.240 election boards,
00:10:43.280 canvassing boards,
00:10:44.240 medical boards.
00:10:45.380 Anytime you have
00:10:46.120 a board or a commission,
00:10:47.540 we want to be
00:10:48.140 the dominant party
00:10:49.040 on that.
00:10:49.440 And this is what
00:10:50.280 democracy is.
00:10:51.180 This is what
00:10:51.560 grassroots,
00:10:52.220 the Democrats
00:10:52.900 are freaking out
00:10:53.680 because they don't
00:10:54.220 have the enthusiasm.
00:10:55.560 And don't forget
00:10:56.540 the state legislatures.
00:10:58.240 The reason that
00:10:58.980 we never got
00:10:59.740 the traction
00:11:00.300 we should have
00:11:00.800 gotten in Nevada
00:11:02.720 is we didn't have
00:11:03.800 Jim Marchant
00:11:04.600 as Secretary of State
00:11:05.540 and they had
00:11:06.120 a Democratic
00:11:06.720 controlled legislature.
00:11:08.780 So,
00:11:09.080 Peter,
00:11:09.300 as you know,
00:11:10.100 this is all
00:11:10.780 up and down.
00:11:11.300 We look to
00:11:11.680 destroy the
00:11:12.300 Democratic Party
00:11:13.080 as a national
00:11:13.680 political institution
00:11:14.620 on 8 November,
00:11:15.540 sir.
00:11:16.460 And to that
00:11:17.260 point,
00:11:17.800 Steve,
00:11:18.600 it was the
00:11:19.120 state legislatures
00:11:20.360 who not only
00:11:21.580 passed all
00:11:22.320 those rules
00:11:23.280 that basically
00:11:24.700 allowed the
00:11:25.280 Democrats to steal,
00:11:26.360 but if you look
00:11:26.920 now at Alaska
00:11:28.840 and Maine,
00:11:30.320 we went over this
00:11:31.060 with Richard Barris,
00:11:31.960 they've got that
00:11:32.960 ranked choice
00:11:33.880 voting thing
00:11:35.440 which is nothing
00:11:36.260 more than
00:11:37.500 the Democrats
00:11:38.320 control the world
00:11:40.040 thing.
00:11:40.560 It's just like
00:11:41.240 freaking stupid.
00:11:42.600 You get like
00:11:43.160 a Republican
00:11:46.180 candidate
00:11:47.540 winning
00:11:48.440 It's not stupid.
00:11:49.280 It's not stupid.
00:11:50.020 It's not stupid.
00:11:51.480 It's not stupid.
00:11:53.560 It's the way
00:11:53.900 you keep the
00:11:55.400 establishment
00:11:55.780 in charge.
00:11:58.140 Those are
00:11:58.820 anti-mega
00:11:59.700 moderates.
00:12:00.620 The ranked choices.
00:12:01.960 is anti-mega.
00:12:03.860 Anti-mega.
00:12:04.640 We've got to
00:12:05.020 reverse that.
00:12:05.580 That's where
00:12:05.820 we've got to
00:12:06.060 take state
00:12:06.440 legislatures.
00:12:07.620 Sarah Palin
00:12:08.100 should be in
00:12:08.480 the House
00:12:08.740 right now.
00:12:09.860 She should be
00:12:10.420 in the House
00:12:10.800 right now.
00:12:12.360 What I did
00:12:13.480 with Barris,
00:12:14.220 which was
00:12:14.940 really interesting,
00:12:16.600 Steve,
00:12:17.040 is I culled
00:12:18.160 down a list
00:12:19.020 of about
00:12:19.920 35 races
00:12:21.520 into like
00:12:22.740 10 that the
00:12:23.480 posse can go
00:12:24.320 out and help
00:12:25.420 and really make
00:12:26.140 a material difference.
00:12:27.140 A lot of those
00:12:27.820 races, Steve,
00:12:28.780 are ones that
00:12:29.640 Kevin McCarthy
00:12:30.540 in the House
00:12:31.380 have not
00:12:33.480 gotten behind
00:12:34.400 that we can
00:12:35.240 win.
00:12:36.320 The other
00:12:37.840 one that
00:12:38.500 like, wow,
00:12:39.560 it's like
00:12:39.940 Mitch McConnell
00:12:40.820 and Blake Masters
00:12:42.020 in Arizona.
00:12:43.000 We can win
00:12:43.820 that race,
00:12:44.620 Steve.
00:12:45.980 Big time.
00:12:47.180 That's the
00:12:47.620 other thing
00:12:48.240 we're facing
00:12:48.760 here.
00:12:49.000 Trump's
00:12:49.400 America.
00:12:50.260 When we
00:12:50.580 take back
00:12:51.040 Trump's
00:12:51.380 America,
00:12:51.960 we not
00:12:52.420 only take
00:12:52.900 it back
00:12:53.180 from the
00:12:53.480 Democrats,
00:12:54.000 we take
00:12:54.440 it back
00:12:54.760 from the
00:12:55.100 RINOs.
00:12:56.240 That's what
00:12:56.760 we've got
00:12:57.160 to do.
00:12:58.280 Signal out
00:12:58.860 noise right
00:12:59.580 now through
00:13:00.240 November.
00:13:01.880 That's what
00:13:02.360 we've got to
00:13:02.720 focus on,
00:13:03.360 sir.
00:13:04.500 We have to
00:13:05.140 run through
00:13:05.840 the tape.
00:13:06.640 I also want
00:13:07.340 to say we're
00:13:07.760 going to be
00:13:08.040 talking about
00:13:08.520 individual
00:13:08.980 districts
00:13:09.560 starting today
00:13:11.600 because we
00:13:13.060 can pick up
00:13:13.540 40 or 50
00:13:14.100 seats.
00:13:15.160 We can have
00:13:15.680 the biggest
00:13:16.000 majority.
00:13:16.420 Look,
00:13:16.660 there's 74
00:13:17.260 that they're
00:13:18.420 putting money
00:13:18.900 into.
00:13:19.520 I believe
00:13:20.000 we can still
00:13:20.400 get to 100
00:13:21.140 if we deliver
00:13:22.900 the shattering
00:13:23.540 blow that we
00:13:24.140 can deliver.
00:13:25.080 We really have
00:13:25.620 over 280,
00:13:26.820 300 members
00:13:28.520 of the House
00:13:29.060 and really
00:13:29.460 destroy the
00:13:30.080 Democratic Party.
00:13:31.420 Crush it
00:13:32.060 down.
00:13:32.420 Let me say
00:13:32.900 something real
00:13:33.520 quick on that.
00:13:34.500 Let me say
00:13:34.880 something real
00:13:35.280 quick on that
00:13:35.720 because the
00:13:36.020 thing that
00:13:36.400 came out
00:13:37.160 with Barris
00:13:37.680 which was
00:13:38.060 fascinating,
00:13:39.680 that summer
00:13:41.100 bump that
00:13:42.160 Biden had
00:13:43.060 and everything
00:13:43.440 was closing
00:13:44.100 and morning
00:13:45.360 Joe was
00:13:46.240 kind of like
00:13:46.800 just over
00:13:48.820 the moon
00:13:49.240 kind of thing,
00:13:49.780 that's gone.
00:13:51.360 That is just
00:13:52.180 obliterated
00:13:53.420 because people
00:13:54.580 are looking
00:13:55.320 at the
00:13:56.260 economy,
00:13:57.540 the financial
00:13:58.280 markets,
00:13:59.440 and what
00:13:59.960 they can buy
00:14:00.940 in the
00:14:01.240 supermarket.
00:14:02.500 This thing
00:14:03.340 is,
00:14:03.620 right now
00:14:04.240 at least,
00:14:04.900 it's moving
00:14:05.540 Republican
00:14:06.700 on the
00:14:08.060 economy.
00:14:08.760 It's stupid.
00:14:09.120 It's the
00:14:09.380 Hispanic woman
00:14:11.220 in the New
00:14:11.620 York Times
00:14:11.980 story yelling
00:14:12.660 at the guy
00:14:13.280 knocking on
00:14:13.760 the door
00:14:14.100 saying Democrats
00:14:14.940 destroyed the
00:14:16.200 economy.
00:14:17.520 Get out of
00:14:18.200 here,
00:14:18.380 Conor.
00:14:19.240 Get out of
00:14:20.060 here.
00:14:21.020 The last
00:14:22.680 thing,
00:14:22.940 quickly,
00:14:23.360 it's like
00:14:23.640 the unions
00:14:24.280 when I was
00:14:25.360 with Trump,
00:14:25.980 they always
00:14:26.480 worked against
00:14:27.200 their own
00:14:28.060 membership.
00:14:29.040 The leaders
00:14:29.560 worked against
00:14:30.560 their own
00:14:30.900 membership.
00:14:31.480 It broke
00:14:31.860 my heart.
00:14:32.480 The Teamsters,
00:14:33.400 the AFL,
00:14:33.820 the CIO.
00:14:34.720 Some of the
00:14:35.040 craft unions
00:14:36.420 are with
00:14:36.760 Trump.
00:14:38.160 Carpenters
00:14:38.640 usually.
00:14:40.500 All right,
00:14:40.800 brother,
00:14:41.260 we'll be right
00:14:42.060 back.
00:14:42.440 We'll be right
00:14:43.920 back.
00:14:44.440 We'll be right
00:14:46.020 back.
00:14:46.440 We'll be right
00:14:54.260 We'll be right
00:14:55.260 now.
00:14:56.260 You know what's
00:15:00.480 never good?
00:15:01.760 When your
00:15:02.100 nation's supposed
00:15:03.440 authority on
00:15:04.240 economic policy
00:15:05.300 completely misses
00:15:06.740 the flashing red
00:15:08.260 lights of
00:15:08.820 impending
00:15:09.180 inflation.
00:15:10.680 Now,
00:15:11.000 Treasury
00:15:11.260 Secretary Janet
00:15:12.100 Yellen has
00:15:12.840 finally admitted,
00:15:13.980 quote,
00:15:14.240 There's been
00:15:15.200 an unanticipated
00:15:16.160 and large
00:15:16.620 shocks to the
00:15:17.240 economy that
00:15:18.020 have boosted
00:15:18.540 energy and
00:15:19.080 food prices and
00:15:20.520 supply bottlenecks
00:15:21.520 that affected our
00:15:22.280 economy badly that
00:15:23.960 I didn't, at
00:15:25.780 the time, fully
00:15:27.480 understand, end
00:15:28.240 quote.
00:15:28.960 You know who
00:15:29.520 understands the
00:15:30.300 real threat of
00:15:30.940 inflation?
00:15:31.900 People who
00:15:32.720 invested in
00:15:33.480 gold and silver
00:15:34.320 with Birch Gold
00:15:35.880 Group.
00:15:36.460 They're protecting
00:15:37.420 their savings from
00:15:38.280 a highly turbulent
00:15:39.280 economy by
00:15:40.640 diversifying their
00:15:41.720 401k or IRA into
00:15:44.800 gold, physical
00:15:46.320 gold.

00:16:25.360 War Room
00:16:25.900 Pandemic with
00:16:27.560 Stephen K.
00:16:28.380 Bannon.
00:16:29.000 The epidemic is a
00:16:30.140 demon and we
00:16:30.940 cannot let this
00:16:31.660 demon hide.
00:16:32.820 War Room
00:16:33.460 Pandemic.
00:16:34.980 Here's your host,
00:16:36.280 Stephen K.
00:16:37.020 Bannon.
00:16:42.520 Peter K.
00:16:43.420 Navarro in
00:16:44.220 today on the
00:16:45.160 War Room.
00:16:45.780 We've got Stephen
00:16:46.280 K.
00:16:46.660 Bannon in
00:16:47.940 another city
00:16:48.680 reading the
00:16:49.400 New York Times
00:16:50.320 and we will
00:16:51.960 get to him
00:16:52.500 shortly.
00:16:55.120 But first, I
00:16:57.860 am bringing in
00:16:58.540 Jim Marchand
00:16:59.220 since I'm the
00:16:59.800 captain of the
00:17:00.440 ship.
00:17:00.800 Hang on.
00:17:02.300 Hang on.
00:17:03.520 You're killing
00:17:04.060 me.
00:17:04.500 You're the host.
00:17:05.660 No, you're the
00:17:06.440 host.
00:17:06.920 I'm the wingman.
00:17:07.540 You're killing me.
00:17:07.920 You're running
00:17:08.920 this.
00:17:09.500 You bring on
00:17:10.060 Marchand.
00:17:10.760 You do the
00:17:11.120 interview.
00:17:11.440 I'll jump in.
00:17:11.980 I'm just the
00:17:12.480 wingman today.
00:17:13.260 It's like a
00:17:13.860 Moliere play,
00:17:14.940 dude.
00:17:15.740 Every time I
00:17:16.420 try to bring
00:17:17.900 Marchand in,
00:17:18.660 you bring
00:17:18.980 somebody in.
00:17:21.800 Okay, look.
00:17:23.000 Let's do it.
00:17:23.640 Marchand is like
00:17:24.760 ground zero right
00:17:26.800 now in the
00:17:27.800 seismic shift that's
00:17:29.400 going on here in
00:17:30.360 America.
00:17:30.720 So let's bring
00:17:31.400 him in and hear
00:17:32.740 what's happening in
00:17:33.740 the great state of
00:17:35.020 Nevada and whether
00:17:36.220 he's got the
00:17:37.020 culinary union
00:17:38.140 switching sides at
00:17:39.560 this point or
00:17:40.200 whether they're
00:17:40.660 still getting
00:17:41.200 doors slammed in
00:17:42.120 their face by
00:17:43.200 Democrats telling
00:17:44.140 the culinary union
00:17:45.160 that the
00:17:45.640 Democrats are
00:17:46.280 destroying the
00:17:46.820 economy.
00:17:47.460 So without
00:17:48.420 further ado, is
00:17:50.880 Jim there?
00:17:52.280 Yes, I'm here.
00:17:53.580 All right,
00:17:54.060 Brian.
00:17:54.240 I'm here.
00:17:54.980 So boots on
00:17:56.300 the ground.
00:17:57.940 How's your race
00:17:59.000 looking?
00:17:59.800 How's Laxalt race
00:18:01.100 looking?
00:18:01.660 How's Nevada
00:18:02.240 looking?
00:18:03.000 And are we
00:18:04.320 going red
00:18:05.340 finally in
00:18:06.160 Nevada?
00:18:07.900 I think we
00:18:08.900 are.
00:18:09.520 Indications, it
00:18:10.620 appears that way.
00:18:11.920 The polls are
00:18:12.900 looking good for
00:18:13.920 us.
00:18:14.580 Some of us
00:18:15.420 better than
00:18:15.920 others.
00:18:16.760 Some of them
00:18:17.420 are tight for
00:18:18.200 some of the
00:18:18.900 Republican
00:18:19.980 candidates out
00:18:20.780 here.
00:18:21.660 Fortunately, my
00:18:22.500 poll numbers
00:18:23.080 look good.
00:18:23.700 I'm up by
00:18:24.260 eight and
00:18:25.140 typically very
00:18:26.560 liberal polls,
00:18:27.660 which I think
00:18:28.340 bodes well for
00:18:29.420 us.
00:18:30.240 So we're
00:18:31.380 looking forward
00:18:31.860 to it.
00:18:32.260 I think the
00:18:33.020 reason is,
00:18:34.280 there's a lot
00:18:34.700 of reasons,
00:18:35.240 but one of
00:18:35.740 them is Hispanics
00:18:36.600 are coming
00:18:36.980 our way.
00:18:38.060 I have
00:18:38.700 been going
00:18:39.440 to a lot
00:18:40.160 of Hispanic
00:18:40.940 events out
00:18:41.760 here, and
00:18:42.820 my colleagues
00:18:43.640 when I was
00:18:44.140 in the
00:18:44.420 assembly out
00:18:45.080 here that
00:18:45.820 are Hispanic,
00:18:47.300 they looked
00:18:48.460 at me,
00:18:49.100 what are you
00:18:49.560 doing here?
00:18:50.260 Republicans
00:18:50.700 never come to
00:18:51.540 these things.
00:18:52.260 I said,
00:18:52.540 they are now.
00:18:54.160 I said,
00:18:54.540 I'm here.
00:18:55.360 And some
00:18:56.340 of the looks
00:18:56.820 on their
00:18:57.180 faces like,
00:18:58.360 you know,
00:18:58.660 what is this
00:18:59.300 guy doing
00:18:59.840 here?
00:19:00.100 But I
00:19:00.960 know, I
00:19:01.460 was pretty
00:19:02.000 friendly with
00:19:02.800 the Hispanic
00:19:04.400 assembly people
00:19:05.540 that I served
00:19:06.260 with, and so
00:19:07.600 we got along.
00:19:08.400 We kind of
00:19:09.140 were joking
00:19:09.540 around, but
00:19:10.180 the thing
00:19:10.540 that I found
00:19:11.200 was I was
00:19:13.820 very well
00:19:14.620 received by
00:19:15.680 the Hispanic
00:19:16.620 community that
00:19:17.480 was there at
00:19:19.400 these Hispanic
00:19:21.780 events.
00:19:22.760 And I have
00:19:24.320 hired a
00:19:25.520 person out
00:19:26.440 here that
00:19:27.560 was written
00:19:28.100 up in the
00:19:28.920 Wall Street
00:19:29.500 Journal as
00:19:30.760 one of the
00:19:31.480 leading Hispanic
00:19:33.000 activists in
00:19:33.720 the country.
00:19:34.880 And she's
00:19:35.580 really helped
00:19:36.140 me out here,
00:19:37.080 you know,
00:19:37.300 get to some
00:19:37.900 of these events
00:19:38.640 and actually
00:19:39.660 learn about
00:19:40.300 them.
00:19:40.780 I'm on the
00:19:41.200 radio, I'm
00:19:41.640 on a Hispanic
00:19:42.260 radio show at
00:19:43.180 930 this
00:19:43.940 morning out
00:19:44.960 here, our
00:19:45.800 time.
00:19:46.400 So we're
00:19:47.760 doing everything
00:19:48.700 that we need
00:19:50.140 to do to
00:19:50.660 win this race.
00:19:51.660 And I think
00:19:52.300 the New York
00:19:52.740 Times article is
00:19:54.540 a perfect
00:19:55.100 example of
00:19:56.380 what's going
00:19:56.960 on.
00:19:57.360 And the
00:19:58.560 Democrats are
00:19:59.580 losing their
00:20:00.040 minds out
00:20:00.760 here.
00:20:01.180 So they
00:20:02.140 realize there's
00:20:03.580 a shift and
00:20:04.800 it's because we
00:20:05.600 now are paying
00:20:06.200 attention to
00:20:07.320 the Hispanic
00:20:07.960 vote and
00:20:09.040 the minority
00:20:09.520 vote and
00:20:10.640 they don't
00:20:11.140 like it one
00:20:12.140 bit.
00:20:13.420 Jim, it's
00:20:15.320 true that a
00:20:16.240 lot of Hispanics
00:20:17.120 have a D
00:20:17.880 by the party
00:20:19.400 registration,
00:20:20.440 but certainly
00:20:21.120 as you know
00:20:21.940 firsthand, it's
00:20:24.100 an R by the
00:20:25.460 values, by the
00:20:26.860 traditional family
00:20:28.360 values.
00:20:29.240 So I think
00:20:29.760 that's certainly
00:20:31.080 working to
00:20:32.680 your advantage
00:20:33.600 and this
00:20:33.980 country's
00:20:34.440 advantage right
00:20:35.100 now.
00:20:36.220 The question
00:20:36.880 I have is,
00:20:37.760 is there any
00:20:38.900 evidence now
00:20:39.860 of desperate
00:20:40.920 dark money
00:20:41.600 coming in
00:20:42.380 through George
00:20:43.620 Soros or
00:20:44.240 anything like
00:20:44.700 that?
00:20:45.840 Run that down
00:20:46.620 for me, sir.
00:20:47.720 Are you kidding
00:20:48.560 me?
00:20:48.900 I mean, he
00:20:49.280 just gave
00:20:50.400 almost a million
00:20:51.700 dollars to my
00:20:52.580 Secretary of State
00:20:53.440 opponent and
00:20:54.520 that doesn't
00:20:55.360 even include
00:20:55.980 the PAC
00:20:56.440 money that
00:20:57.000 they have
00:20:57.400 coming in,
00:20:58.360 pouring into
00:20:58.960 Nevada to
00:20:59.860 try to support
00:21:00.840 some of the
00:21:01.520 Democrat
00:21:01.960 candidates because
00:21:03.020 we have, like
00:21:04.400 you mentioned
00:21:04.840 earlier, we
00:21:06.840 might have an
00:21:07.740 opportunity to
00:21:08.600 flip one of
00:21:09.260 the legislative
00:21:10.420 chambers out
00:21:12.220 here, Senate
00:21:12.780 hopefully, the
00:21:14.860 Assembly out
00:21:15.560 here, the
00:21:15.940 State House is
00:21:17.380 going to be a
00:21:17.800 little more
00:21:18.200 difficult, but
00:21:19.020 we've got a
00:21:20.120 chance and we
00:21:20.860 can certainly
00:21:21.360 pick up seats
00:21:22.320 there, so
00:21:23.480 it's not
00:21:25.660 looking good
00:21:26.180 for them and
00:21:26.600 they're bringing
00:21:27.480 in tons and
00:21:28.640 tons and tons
00:21:29.360 of money and
00:21:30.600 they're on TV.
00:21:31.500 If you saw the
00:21:32.120 TV ads out
00:21:33.100 here, it's
00:21:34.020 one after
00:21:34.760 another just
00:21:35.500 hit piece on
00:21:36.420 mostly us
00:21:37.940 Republicans and
00:21:39.540 I think the
00:21:40.680 people, what I'm
00:21:41.980 hearing out in
00:21:42.520 the field, we're
00:21:43.060 sick of it, we
00:21:43.800 don't believe it
00:21:44.600 and that's why
00:21:46.900 we've got a
00:21:48.060 decent chance
00:21:49.340 of winning.
00:21:50.280 But we still
00:21:51.460 have the same
00:21:52.220 election system
00:21:53.440 in place.
00:21:55.580 Jim, don't
00:21:56.660 bury the lead.
00:21:58.080 Go back,
00:21:58.840 Soros put a
00:21:59.480 million dollars.
00:22:00.740 No, no,
00:22:01.600 Marchant and
00:22:02.300 these guys, the
00:22:02.980 reason it's so
00:22:03.500 important and the
00:22:04.160 coalition is so
00:22:05.060 important with
00:22:06.240 Fincham and
00:22:07.160 Karamo and
00:22:07.880 these great
00:22:08.400 Secretary of
00:22:09.060 State, Soros is
00:22:11.080 a smart guy.
00:22:11.960 In fact, he's a
00:22:12.480 brilliant guy.
00:22:13.020 He's cunning and
00:22:14.000 he's evil, but
00:22:14.840 he's brilliant.
00:22:15.440 He understands
00:22:16.580 the linchpin of
00:22:17.380 this.
00:22:17.620 This is why
00:22:18.080 years ago,
00:22:18.840 Peter, as you
00:22:19.420 remember, he went
00:22:20.140 after attorney
00:22:21.140 generals, local
00:22:22.440 prosecutors, and
00:22:23.820 secretaries of
00:22:24.520 state.
00:22:24.920 When nobody was
00:22:25.860 focused on those
00:22:26.540 downed ballots, he
00:22:27.400 was putting big
00:22:28.160 money in it.
00:22:29.060 For him to come
00:22:29.800 in with
00:22:30.720 Marchant,
00:22:31.240 remember,
00:22:31.700 Marchant,
00:22:32.440 all of it.
00:22:35.080 Remember,
00:22:35.300 Pennsylvania,
00:22:36.300 it was
00:22:36.440 Bookfar,
00:22:37.420 those were the
00:22:38.780 ones which
00:22:39.260 swung the
00:22:40.140 2020 election.
00:22:41.080 Swung the
00:22:41.420 2020 election.
00:22:42.880 So you should
00:22:43.320 fear that money.
00:22:44.320 We've got to
00:22:44.760 figure it out.
00:22:45.100 Go ahead,
00:22:45.440 Steve.
00:22:46.620 We don't know,
00:22:47.480 but that million
00:22:48.080 dollars coming in
00:22:48.940 this late.
00:22:49.940 No,
00:22:50.120 because he knows,
00:22:51.840 Peter,
00:22:52.720 that a Marchant as
00:22:54.580 the head of the
00:22:55.140 coalition and
00:22:56.320 Nevada,
00:22:57.380 Nevada,
00:22:58.240 the Secretary of
00:22:59.080 State's important
00:23:00.380 to have free
00:23:01.340 elections because
00:23:01.960 the Harry Reid
00:23:02.620 machine may be
00:23:03.600 getting a little
00:23:04.340 rusty, but
00:23:05.660 brother,
00:23:06.180 there are
00:23:06.400 professionals out
00:23:07.260 there at
00:23:07.540 stealing elections.
00:23:08.540 That's the
00:23:09.040 professional division.
00:23:10.940 These aren't
00:23:12.620 trained amateurs.
00:23:13.580 These are pros.
00:23:15.100 Why do you think
00:23:15.760 Source puts a
00:23:16.400 million dollars in
00:23:17.140 here late in the
00:23:17.700 campaign on a
00:23:18.920 Secretary of
00:23:19.460 State race?
00:23:20.020 Jim Marchant.
00:23:21.660 Yeah,
00:23:21.920 exactly.
00:23:22.400 You're exactly
00:23:23.020 right.
00:23:23.700 And they see
00:23:24.780 the gains we're
00:23:26.380 making out here.
00:23:27.300 They see the
00:23:27.940 sentiment of the
00:23:28.700 people here in
00:23:29.340 Nevada are not
00:23:31.000 buying what they're
00:23:31.960 selling anymore.
00:23:33.440 And out here,
00:23:34.480 gas has gone up
00:23:35.940 what,
00:23:36.320 30,
00:23:36.680 40 percent in the
00:23:37.660 last week.
00:23:38.280 I think in two
00:23:38.840 days it went up
00:23:39.640 30 cents.
00:23:40.940 And people are
00:23:41.560 seeing that.
00:23:42.720 There are the
00:23:44.720 shelves on the
00:23:46.460 supermarkets.
00:23:47.480 Some of them are
00:23:48.120 getting bare.
00:23:48.800 People are getting
00:23:49.480 there.
00:23:50.160 They're finally
00:23:50.640 waking up because
00:23:51.700 it's actually
00:23:52.380 affecting them,
00:23:54.560 their lives every
00:23:56.080 week.
00:23:57.260 But yeah,
00:23:58.440 the money they've
00:23:59.300 got coming in
00:24:00.020 here is insane
00:24:01.060 and it's
00:24:02.380 obscene.
00:24:04.340 But we're
00:24:05.560 behind the
00:24:06.400 A ball.
00:24:07.040 We don't have
00:24:07.600 that kind of
00:24:08.120 money.
00:24:09.060 It's hard to
00:24:09.660 compete with them
00:24:10.460 on TV and
00:24:11.600 just typical
00:24:12.820 ways that you
00:24:14.080 normally campaign.
00:24:16.660 But we're
00:24:17.800 getting our
00:24:18.220 message out.
00:24:19.180 And that's one
00:24:19.680 of the things
00:24:20.160 that I've done
00:24:20.740 that I think
00:24:21.340 that I kind of
00:24:23.200 didn't do that
00:24:24.160 most other
00:24:24.740 politicians do
00:24:25.740 is shy away
00:24:26.520 from the
00:24:26.900 MAGA message.
00:24:28.320 And I've been
00:24:28.840 going full force
00:24:29.900 since the
00:24:30.840 primary because
00:24:32.280 that's what
00:24:32.720 people want to
00:24:33.320 hear.
00:24:33.620 They want
00:24:33.940 somebody that's
00:24:35.120 going to bring
00:24:37.380 confidence back
00:24:38.820 into the
00:24:39.480 election system
00:24:40.340 so that they
00:24:41.140 have confidence.
00:24:42.000 And that's
00:24:42.240 exactly what I'm
00:24:43.100 going to do.
00:24:43.920 We're going to
00:24:44.420 finally have a
00:24:45.600 fair and
00:24:46.020 transparent election
00:24:47.020 out here in
00:24:48.000 Nevada.
00:24:48.660 And then if we
00:24:49.180 elect all of
00:24:50.320 the other
00:24:51.300 secretaries of
00:24:52.100 state in our
00:24:52.580 coalition,
00:24:53.100 they're going to
00:24:54.060 do the same
00:24:54.640 thing and we're
00:24:55.680 going to turn
00:24:56.180 this country
00:24:56.780 around.
00:24:57.320 And that's the
00:24:57.800 way we're going
00:24:58.280 to do it through
00:24:59.260 the secretary of
00:25:00.220 state offices.
00:25:00.840 And that's how
00:25:01.620 George Soros
00:25:02.440 knows.
00:25:03.280 He knows it.
00:25:04.360 Make the
00:25:05.060 audience feel
00:25:06.060 better right now.
00:25:06.980 We had the
00:25:08.380 Gateway Pundit
00:25:09.060 guys on yesterday.
00:25:10.060 What can people
00:25:10.800 do now to
00:25:11.960 make sure
00:25:12.460 8 November
00:25:13.740 is not stolen
00:25:15.320 by the Harry
00:25:16.440 Reid union
00:25:17.940 machine in
00:25:19.060 Las Vegas?
00:25:20.280 What do people
00:25:21.540 have to do now,
00:25:22.520 Jim, to ensure
00:25:23.700 that Marchant,
00:25:25.880 the lower
00:25:26.940 chamber of the
00:25:27.460 House, I think,
00:25:28.380 Laxalt, the
00:25:29.440 governor, the
00:25:30.360 AG, all of
00:25:31.300 them, what
00:25:32.420 do people need
00:25:33.060 to do?
00:25:33.900 They need to
00:25:34.720 get out and
00:25:35.620 vote and vote
00:25:36.720 on election
00:25:37.500 day.
00:25:37.980 That's what
00:25:38.340 we're telling
00:25:38.820 everybody.
00:25:40.260 If we vote on
00:25:41.420 election day and
00:25:42.700 not really vote
00:25:43.800 during the early
00:25:44.460 voting, the
00:25:45.500 other side
00:25:46.020 doesn't really
00:25:46.620 know how many
00:25:47.260 votes they
00:25:47.900 need and we
00:25:49.520 can overwhelm
00:25:50.260 them on election
00:25:51.180 day.
00:25:51.680 That's critical
00:25:52.740 because if we
00:25:55.200 get out and
00:25:55.940 overwhelm the
00:25:56.740 system, no
00:25:57.940 amount of
00:25:58.580 manipulation they
00:25:59.840 have built into
00:26:00.760 the election
00:26:01.380 system,
00:26:02.420 will work.
00:26:03.520 We can
00:26:03.900 overcome it.
00:26:05.060 All of these
00:26:05.920 people that are
00:26:06.600 saying, oh, so
00:26:07.680 what's the use of
00:26:08.440 me getting out and
00:26:09.240 voting because it's
00:26:10.220 rigged and what's
00:26:12.640 the use?
00:26:13.720 You've got to get
00:26:14.660 out and vote.
00:26:15.340 If we come out
00:26:16.060 and 80%, 90%
00:26:17.340 turnout, there's
00:26:19.260 nothing they can
00:26:20.060 do to rig the
00:26:21.180 system so that
00:26:22.220 they win.
00:26:23.320 If we have a
00:26:24.320 fair and transparent
00:26:25.080 election, I guarantee
00:26:26.400 you Nevada's red.
00:26:27.560 most of the other
00:26:28.780 blue and purple
00:26:30.580 states will be
00:26:32.020 red.
00:26:32.940 That's what has to
00:26:33.940 happen.
00:26:34.320 They have to get
00:26:34.900 out and vote.
00:26:35.760 Don't believe this
00:26:36.700 red wave stuff
00:26:37.680 either.
00:26:38.080 A lot of people
00:26:38.560 are saying, oh,
00:26:39.660 we're going to
00:26:40.260 take this.
00:26:40.900 I can just sit
00:26:41.600 home and I don't
00:26:42.300 have to worry
00:26:42.920 about it.
00:26:43.720 No, you have to
00:26:44.820 get out and vote.
00:26:45.780 You have to make
00:26:46.520 sure that we
00:26:47.860 overwhelm this
00:26:48.740 system so much
00:26:49.880 that no amount
00:26:50.660 of manipulation
00:26:51.620 that they have
00:26:52.360 built into the
00:26:53.160 system will work.
00:26:54.740 That's the way
00:26:55.340 we do it.
00:26:57.060 Jim, that's a
00:26:58.740 beautiful point.
00:26:59.500 I just want to
00:27:00.060 emphasize this.
00:27:01.460 It's a cynicism
00:27:02.500 born a reality.
00:27:03.800 It's like they
00:27:04.620 don't know what
00:27:05.620 the margins are
00:27:06.500 going to be so
00:27:07.200 they don't know
00:27:07.900 how much they
00:27:08.680 have to steal
00:27:09.380 it by.
00:27:09.940 You run a
00:27:10.520 really big risk
00:27:11.900 when you try to
00:27:12.760 steal an election
00:27:13.660 that you overdo
00:27:15.620 it.
00:27:15.960 It was a thing
00:27:17.560 of dark, tragic
00:27:18.980 beauty with the
00:27:20.240 Democrats where
00:27:21.420 they just stole
00:27:22.660 enough.
00:27:24.280 Bannon,
00:27:24.760 Bannon's
00:27:25.880 sitting on the
00:27:26.420 rooftop in
00:27:27.400 Washington, D.C.
00:27:28.960 at night and
00:27:30.180 the election
00:27:30.840 night in 2020
00:27:32.800 and he calls me
00:27:33.720 up and says
00:27:34.180 we got this.
00:27:35.400 By the morning
00:27:36.280 he says they
00:27:37.240 stole it and
00:27:38.300 it's like in
00:27:39.100 that interim they
00:27:40.020 stopped and
00:27:41.680 then they figured
00:27:42.300 out what to do.
00:27:42.980 Jim, how do
00:27:44.220 people send you
00:27:44.860 money and
00:27:45.820 volunteer quickly?
00:27:47.980 Yes,
00:27:48.340 jimmarchant.com,
00:27:49.640 J-I-M-M-A-R-C-H-A-N-T.com

00:27:53.240 coalition,
00:27:54.420 SOS4America.com,
00:27:56.900 SOS4America.com,
00:27:59.880 that helps our
00:28:00.520 coalition.
00:28:01.360 It gets the
00:28:02.400 vital secretaries
00:28:03.680 of state around
00:28:04.520 the country
00:28:05.060 elected that we
00:28:06.320 desperately need to
00:28:07.400 save our country
00:28:08.120 and God bless
00:28:09.040 both of you.
00:28:10.620 All right,

00:29:35.760 war room pandemic with stephen k bannon the epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide war room
00:29:46.240 pandemic here's your host stephen k bannon
00:29:50.080 all right peter navarro in uh reversing roles a little bit today with stephen k bannon he's the wingman
00:30:01.940 today in the war room um what we're going to do next is talk a little bit uh about this suit that
00:30:08.460 president trump has filed against cnn a defamation suit i want to set this up uh with a little
00:30:14.720 discussion um of a few chapters in taking back trump's america where i talked about how uh the
00:30:21.500 dominating the daily news cycle dominating the daily news cycle was the challenge every president faces on
00:30:28.920 a daily basis at the white house if you can make sure you have positive news you're in good shape
00:30:35.160 um if if the other side dominates the news cycle uh that's a bad day for you and in the white house
00:30:43.340 the problem we had with the corporate media uh not just cnn and msnbc and new york times wall street
00:30:52.560 excuse me um the washington post but also half of fox news was that they would push and pimp stories
00:31:01.700 designed to harm trump even if those stories otherwise would not have been at the top of the a block and b
00:31:12.060 block in say the news uh of the day right and and we failed at that mission most of the time and it
00:31:21.420 took a tremendous toll on president trump he had more fake negative coverage than any president in any
00:31:31.440 time in our history hands down and it's very hard to maintain a high approval rating um or a likability
00:31:41.560 rating when you're constantly being barraged so now fast forward cnn has been doing its cnn stuff
00:31:51.380 despite their claims that they've shifted management are going to be less political that's just a bunch
00:31:56.360 of bs at this point and donald trump has filed suit so who better to bring in uh than the uh
00:32:05.380 inestimable mike davis to talk about the following is this suit frivolous or is it possible uh that it
00:32:15.920 could win number one and number two is it simply possibly just a way of putting cnn on notice to
00:32:24.500 stop doing what they're doing and and back them off from what they're doing so mike my brother um let's
00:32:31.280 say you uh on this issue and steve of course chime in as you will sure i mean it's it's certainly not a
00:32:38.820 frivolous lawsuit it has merit to it because the the lawsuit cites to specific times that cnn defamed
00:32:45.760 president trump they talk about uh they they said he was a racist they said he was a russian lackey
00:32:50.920 they said he was an insurrectionist uh they compared him to hitler they compared him to nazis
00:32:55.640 they said he was lying about the election so that's certainly if you can prove that those are that those
00:33:01.260 are false which they clearly are he has a defamation case he has to as a public figure under a let me ask
00:33:06.820 your question mike mike it's not just does he just does he have to prove they're false or that they
00:33:14.260 were reasonable beliefs for example the election remains in dispute there are plenty of people who
00:33:22.060 believe it was stolen plenty of people who believe it was not if if he has a reasonable belief as he did
00:33:30.140 for example on january 6th that that election was stolen um does he have to just prove he
00:33:36.800 had a reasonable belief or does he have to prove the election was stolen so look under there's a case
00:33:42.900 called new york times versus soul of solomon where trump he has a heightened standard because he's a
00:33:48.460 public official so he has to prove public figure that that cnn acted with actual malice against him
00:33:54.380 that it was knowingly false or reckless a reckless disregard for the truth it's a it's a it's a high
00:34:00.860 hurdle for public officials to sue for defamation but if trump can prove uh that what cnn reported was
00:34:08.620 false he has a case yet yet on that point um if you were simply able to depose jeff zucker for example
00:34:18.200 and get the email chains um of zucker uh chris burman uh don lemon chris cuomo um you would likely
00:34:29.500 see um a true even though steve doesn't believe in conspiracies you would likely see a conspiracy
00:34:37.280 within cnn uh to take trump down and zucker never hid that so um a suit like this it's a civil suit
00:34:47.260 and that doesn't that provide trump broad powers to get that kind of data and depose people
00:34:54.280 well if you want to show the actual malice you would you'd have to show like if you if you show
00:34:59.580 that cnn made these false statements and they knew that they were false so they or they just didn't
00:35:04.980 care they had a reckless disregard on on whether they were true or false yes you can get you can you
00:35:10.100 can get that uh information through discovery through through the civil lawsuit process so uh on on the
00:35:16.780 face of this complaint mike mike mike and peter isn't this though the the threat of discovery
00:35:25.480 the threat of getting the emails of getting the minutes from the notes of getting the producers
00:35:30.920 and all the producers and everybody that worked this thing has sat in the meetings and you got
00:35:35.460 the stelters you got the whole crew isn't the threat of discovery and deposition isn't this suit
00:35:42.700 really put a shot across the bow of john malone to say number one you got to clean this rat's nest up
00:35:48.620 and number two settle i mean the last thing they will ever allow to happen if this is allowed to
00:35:54.480 go forward is to get to that because peter you're right you're going to see uh you remember there's
00:35:59.340 no coincidences you're going to see coordination between the shows you're going to see they've been
00:36:03.300 talking about producers and blocks and people sitting there going i don't know if we have the
00:36:07.000 information on this because if you go back and they cite specific uh case you know specific hits
00:36:12.900 i think this is to to to to humiliate them on the discovery process in the depositions and to force
00:36:21.260 the new owner john malone to say hey we're not going to number one and and and looking at this we got
00:36:26.160 to clean this mess up no more just you know change as you said peter change one or two guys out
00:36:30.740 but change the whole ethos number two it's a settle guys to that point we'll go right back to mike
00:36:36.640 um the dominion lawsuit against the fox news corporation i know this for a fact put a
00:36:45.680 tremendous tremendous chilling effect across the talent in at fox news i mean they were like they
00:36:54.720 were getting they were getting requests for all their emails phone records this that and the other
00:37:00.500 thing funneled into the legal department of fox uh they they they were just dead ass frightened and
00:37:08.320 and almost overnight fox stopped covering the election issue they flipped they suit they they
00:37:15.520 fired lou dobbs so these kind of lawsuits can have a chilling effect mike what say you on on on steve's
00:37:24.020 point well that might be the effect of it i i you you can't trump can't say that that's his intent for
00:37:30.680 filing this lawsuit because there are anti-slap provisions uh when you're so when you when you make
00:37:36.580 defamation lawsuits if you're doing it to try to silence people for uh opposing you politically you can
00:37:43.300 pay sanctions for that i mean it's i don't think that's what trump's doing here i what i see
00:37:47.840 with this lawsuit is he's tired of being called a racist he's tired of of being accused of lying
00:37:53.240 he's tired of cnn smearing him it was a pattern of smears against president trump they defamed him
00:37:58.920 and i think that this is a legitimate lawsuit to uh to try to to try to get cnn to admit that they
00:38:05.160 defamed him that they were doing false reporting to smear president trump um steve let's switch gears
00:38:11.920 about once you uh uh throw uh mike a question out the big tech oligarch no no no but yesterday yesterday
00:38:19.800 i gotta tell you i haven't i haven't seen a segment blow up like look one of the and president trump
00:38:24.940 is at the tip of the spear on this right it's not just cnn he says the smear team it's also
00:38:29.680 the big tech oligarchs that essentially de-platform why he was commander-in-chief of our nation
00:38:34.720 the big tech oligarchs are a massive problem and we can't look away from that anymore
00:38:39.220 one of the big driving forces mike in in taking over the house has always been to hold these guys
00:38:45.600 accountable and uh and and and now you know yesterday your your segment blew it up tell us
00:38:50.980 exactly where do you think since you've dedicated your life to this where do you think we actually
00:38:56.180 stand as a party and a movement on going after big tech and taking apart these oligarchs sir
00:39:03.940 well the problem is is that our politicians in washington need to stop taking big tech money
00:39:10.840 because then they do their bidding and it is a huge problem where you have politicians in dc
00:39:16.920 particularly in the house and house leadership who claim that they're taking on big tech and they claim
00:39:22.500 that they are you know gonna gonna be a champion for conservatives and small businesses and then behind
00:39:28.540 the scenes they do big tech's bidding and we just saw this there were three bills that worked their
00:39:33.380 way through the house of representatives that would hold big tech accountable these antitrust bills
00:39:37.580 they are very modest bills but they're important bills one would allow state attorneys general to
00:39:42.680 bring antitrust lawsuits in their home states instead of getting dragged out to the federal
00:39:47.200 courts in california with tech-friendly judges and having their cases dismissed one would increase the
00:39:51.800 filing merger filing fees on big tech and lower them for for small businesses so we can uh so we can
00:39:58.320 uh we can add antitrust federal antitrust law enforcement to make sure that that google and amazon
00:40:05.240 and facebook and apple aren't crushing competition uh canceling conservative shuttering small businesses and
00:40:11.400 another one would make these big tech platforms disclose if china or other american enemies are subsidizing
00:40:19.660 their mergers their acquisitions of other companies there is no reason that house republicans should oppose
00:40:24.980 these bills but only 39 house republicans join these bills because congressman jim jordan whipped so
00:40:31.500 hard against these bills and it is baffling for a lot of people that he's doing this because he
00:40:36.020 pretends like he is this champion against big tech when in fact he takes big tech money and his staff
00:40:42.680 takes big tech trips and he needs to decide whether he's going to be a champion for his constituents back
00:40:48.640 in ohio or if he's going to continue to be google ship and mike to that point this is uh the president
00:40:56.320 trump's um favorite word when um he's upset with somebody's word disappointment i can't tell you
00:41:04.180 how disappointed i am with jim jordan he is not the man i knew and sat with across the table in air force
00:41:12.320 one uh the wrestler the tough guy the guy who comes in on the outside he has made his bed right now with
00:41:20.980 kevin mccarthy um he's got his sinecure at the judiciary committee and for whatever reason that big tech money
00:41:30.340 thinks he needs to sustain him that guy could win in ohio at least the old jim jordan without spending a
00:41:37.860 single dollar there so i i it's like i'm glad you called him out on that i was actually in a meeting
00:41:45.120 uh on that uh when i was in the white house trying to crack down on twitter and facebook and i was
00:41:51.880 astonished um at the lack of will in that meeting steve go ahead now what is that's the point i mean
00:41:59.560 because jim jordan is a good man he's revered in this movement that's what i think was shocking
00:42:04.580 yesterday with so many people everybody thinks he's anti-big tech so mike uh give us the details
00:42:11.480 do they have to take this money to win why have they done this and why particularly a guy like
00:42:16.560 jordan who as you know the president thinks very highly of uh this movement thinks very highly of
00:42:21.480 is that if he's gonna be head of judiciary probably the most one of the most powerful if not the most
00:42:26.260 powerful uh chairman uh next with holding people accountable why is he soft on big tech in your
00:42:32.520 opinion i that's a very good question it's a you wouldn't think that you know fifteen thousand
00:42:39.000 dollars of pack money would buy out for politicians yes it's it's unbelievable to me that here's here's
00:42:45.140 my problem with jim jordan it's not like daryl isa daryl isa is uh fully supportive of tech and you know
00:42:51.660 what he should be those are his constituents back in california daryl isa doesn't pretend like he's
00:42:57.060 taking on big tech like jim jordan jim jordan pretends like he's taking on big tech and then
00:43:02.740 he does their bidding behind the scenes and what angers me the most about jim jordan is not only does
00:43:07.800 he do their bidding behind the scenes but he knifes good people like congressman ken buck like
00:43:12.880 senator chuck grassley my former boss mike lee tom cotton for for being principal all right mike
00:43:19.260 why don't you hang on let's let's let's say let's hold him through the break yeah we'll be right

00:46:28.120 the white house in 2024 we first first must win back the house of representatives in particular
00:46:35.760 take that gavel out of the cold insider trading hands of nasty pelosi peacefully at the ballot box and
00:46:43.640 later on today we're going to put up a list of candidates that you and the posse can help what we
00:46:51.560 did with richard barris was winnow down a number of congressional races that are toss-ups that may
00:46:58.520 have been neglected by the republican party in dc that can win just a couple of them kelly cooper
00:47:05.900 arizona four anna luna florida 13 tyler kirschner minnesota two uh gibbs in michigan three smith in north
00:47:15.080 carolina one we'll have a whole list of navarro's dozen or so and this is the way to take
00:47:21.480 back trump's america it's not only getting out the vote on game day as jim marchant told you we need
00:47:28.500 to overwhelm their ability to steal through sheer turnout it's also between now and the election day
00:47:36.240 helping these candidates get to the finish line and don't forget blake masters i'm going to kick it
00:47:41.480 to steve to take us out now um with our next guest and a tribute uh to the great loretta lynn steve
00:47:48.520 yeah uh jeff rainford we got jeff rainford the investigative reporter at the border let's go

00:47:58.180 minutes on where you are what happened what did you see hey steve uh yeah i'm in eagle path
00:48:03.540 texas here and actually the uh the live active shooter was just this morning i saw a bunch of
00:48:10.960 border patrol and uh state troopers racing out down the road here uh these people are coming
00:48:18.100 across all over the place cartels are dropping them like all up and down down this road you can
00:48:23.040 see the wall behind me um but i saw these troopers i just get in their uh their suvs and race down the
00:48:30.100 road so i chased them on a whim and then all of a sudden i hear uh there's active shooter uh military
00:48:37.040 guys we got army guys out here uh who are supporting supporting playing supporting roles
00:48:41.600 for the border patrol they're racking their guns like going down in this into a ravine i'll turn you
00:48:47.500 around this is the road where it goes up to its close now i was down in the middle of it all i had
00:48:53.080 my drone up uh cameras up and uh and then eventually i got kicked out because it turned into an active
00:49:00.680 crime scene i believe there's uh at least one body uh down there active shooter was
00:49:06.920 the initial um the initial call i'm getting some some other reports that say it might be uh an
00:49:16.700 actual suicide uh from a national guardsman or a member of the military that's not totally not
00:49:23.240 confirmed wow it's not confirmed at all so we don't know we don't know if this is active shooter hang
00:49:28.940 we don't know if this is active shooter from the cartel or if it may be even some uh suicide you
00:49:33.660 don't you don't know right now don't they don't we don't know and everybody's very tight-lipped i've

00:49:46.800 are they can't say anything right now uh hopefully it's not you know one of our service members who uh
00:49:55.120 i mean i've i've been out here and i've heard i don't want to get anybody in trouble but uh so
00:49:59.820 no names or anything but um you know not everyone is they don't believe you know the military needs
