Bannon's War Room - Episode 2267： Elections Observers Push Back Against Soros Funding; Baghdad By The Bay

00:00:00.000 President Biden just said out loud what the aims and objectives of his administration's policies are, which is regime change in Russia.

00:00:07.140 When you're calling for regime change in a nuclear state, that's a policy that you might want to think through before you do it.

00:00:13.520 With that $40 billion aid package now signed, more U.S. weapons will be on their way here soon.

00:00:19.540 The spending bill also brings the total U.S. expenditure on Ukraine to $67 billion.

00:00:25.780 For God's sake, this man cannot remain power.

00:00:30.680 We know where this escalation leads. It leads us closer and closer to the brink of a nuclear war.

00:00:36.580 But at the end of the day, we've got to realize we're at war.

00:00:39.260 The world is closer to Armageddon.

00:00:41.540 The White House is reinforcing President Biden's recent warning of the possibility of nuclear Armageddon.

00:00:55.780 Okay. Wow. Powerful. That's for Citizens for Sanity.

00:01:03.800 And what they did is, I think, tremendously brought in all the loose talk you've seen on MSNBC nonstop about this war.

00:01:10.500 Now, NBC News is reporting. I've got it up on Getter.

00:01:13.320 And by the way, if you don't have Getter, you've got to get Getter.

00:01:15.820 All weekend, we're putting live streams up.

00:01:18.620 There's four big rallies that the Savage Angels, which is Grace Chung and Moe and Jane Zirkle, are going to cover.

00:01:29.440 Also, we've got all kind of other stuff that's happening.

00:01:31.780 You've got debates, all of it, covered rallies.

00:01:36.760 This is going to be nonstop.

00:01:37.700 But I've got up there right now about there's a leak from a call in June.

00:01:42.660 Remember how much we were on this in June when Biden did another, you know, another billion dollars, just another billion dollars.

00:01:49.200 He talked to Zelensky, and Zelensky goes through that laundry list, only another 38 billion every month because we're going broke.

00:01:54.760 And Biden, quote, unquote, lost his temper.

00:01:56.900 So why is this getting leaked out with eight days ago? 0.98

00:01:59.800 Because they understand the Ukraine's a loser for them. 1.00

00:02:02.460 And people are disgusted of how this thing's escalated.

00:02:06.120 Of course, RT, which is a state-owned mouthpiece for the Kremlin, leaked over the weekend that Putin is ready to, I guess, meet with Biden and talk about de-escalation.

00:02:18.140 It's kind of hard to see, to make sense of all this, except the simple fact they've got to de-escalate.

00:02:23.060 Rebecca Coughley, we brought you in because of that ad in the loose talk about this nuclear war.

00:02:28.980 How dangerous is it, the talk on both sides, and not just the West, but clearly you've got the Biden regime and their lackeys in the mainstream media every night have loose talk.

00:02:41.720 They've dialed it back a lot lately because they understand Ukraine's a loser for them at the ballot box. 0.54

00:02:46.700 But how dangerous situation are we in, ma'am?

00:02:49.880 Super dangerous, Steve, because Putin is really taking this seriously.

00:02:54.940 It is not clear whether President Biden, when he said this man can no longer remain in power, whether he was serious or not.

00:03:04.120 But Putin certainly is taking it very seriously and is preparing for it.

00:03:10.240 The Russians have developed a very unique nuclear doctrine that is envisioning the battlefield utility of low-yield nuclear weapons in Europe.

00:03:23.300 And so Biden, with all his talks and the nuclear exercises that are right now, are just finished, actually, in Europe.

00:03:32.000 And he is planning to deploy B61's lower-than-normal-yield tactical nuclear weapons.

00:03:41.360 So all of this is showing to us that we are marching very, very steadily towards the nuclear Armageddon that he himself warned us about.

00:03:51.700 And I describe in my book how this story ends.

00:03:56.360 Talk to me about, over the weekend, and I want to tie it back to Putin's speech last week about not the decline of the West, but the collapse of the West, essentially.

00:04:05.340 You had Xi's speech on Sunday, which basically threw down the gauntlet of us and said, hey, we're coming for Taiwan, and we think you're a power in decline.

00:04:13.560 I mean, Xi couldn't have been any more on our grill.

00:04:16.260 And then his mini-me, because the CCP now underwrites all of the Russian situation, the Ukraine.

00:04:23.340 You had Putin with this kind of brutal, the West is falling apart, it's collapsing.

00:04:28.600 Tie that to this issue out of RT over the weekend that says that Putin is looking to sit down and talk.

00:04:34.680 Well, first of all, yes, Putin is ready to talk now that he is in a better position to talk.

00:04:45.720 Remember, he has destroyed about 30% of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, leveling power plants and water plants. 0.89

00:04:58.540 So what he's aiming to do is freeze Ukrainians and leave them in the dark. 0.87

00:05:05.240 Also, the grain deal is collapsing.

00:05:08.780 So Putin is fighting a multidimensional warfare here, not the conventional warfare that our generals think that he's fighting,

00:05:17.300 because they are gleefully counting the square inches that Ukrainian forces have recaptured from Russia.

00:05:24.800 But that is absolutely a different type of situation that Putin is assessing.

00:05:32.460 So that is why exactly he's ready to negotiate.

00:05:38.120 He understands that Zelensky is getting everyone angry over here.

00:05:44.300 He has exposed himself.

00:05:45.800 Even Biden now is mad at him and losing patience. 0.97

00:05:49.800 Zelensky exposed himself for the leech that he really is. 0.70

00:05:53.780 He's been siphoning billions of dollars out of U.S. taxpayers' pockets and out of our treasury to the point where we are depleting our own weapons supplies.

00:06:07.940 And so tying this back to China, when Russia and China team up, they present not just a grave threat, Steve, to America, but an existential threat. 0.93

00:06:21.520 As you just pointed out, China is financing this war.

00:06:26.480 In addition to Joe Biden, actually, he's the one who's financing this war by having cut the Keystone pipeline,

00:06:34.720 sending the prices of oil way up high that it covered two and a half times Russia's entire defense budget, right?

00:06:45.380 This is why Putin invaded at this time.

00:06:49.140 So going back to the elite.

00:06:51.540 Yes.

00:06:52.120 Yep.

00:06:52.880 No, give me a minute on the speech.

00:06:55.280 Yep.

00:06:55.660 Of course.

00:06:56.640 Yes.

00:06:57.000 So basically, in the speech, Putin blasted the neoliberal elite and their lunacy policies, you know, that they end up testrating our children,

00:07:11.400 basically tearing our society apart with all the racial stuff and marching towards socialism. 0.99

00:07:21.000 This is the system that destroyed the USSR, the country where I came from.

00:07:27.460 And now Biden and his elite want to force this atrocious system on our own country.

00:07:36.220 It's a totalitarian system.

00:07:38.120 And so when Biden said this man can no longer remain in power, what I can say is he can no longer remain in power.

00:07:46.720 Because if he doesn't end us up in the nuclear arm again, he's going to slowly destroy our country through socialism.

00:07:54.960 And people need to understand that we need to elect responsible leaders this November who understand the foreign policy and who don't profit from war.

00:08:06.900 Like right now, the entire Washington establishment is doing that whose stocks are high up right now.

00:08:13.600 It's the Locking Martin and the Republicans and all those Beltway bandits that are supplying primers. 0.63

00:08:20.980 Rebecca, where did they get the book?

00:08:23.460 Where did they get your book on Putin and his inner circle?

00:08:25.940 Anywhere.

00:08:26.600 On Amazon, Putin's Playbook, Russia's Secret Plan to Defeat America. 0.84

00:08:30.740 I am running my own podcast, Censored But Not Silenced, is because the U.S. government didn't want the American people to know how badly they botched the Russian threat.

00:08:42.540 Remember, Steve, when Russia and China were modernizing their militaries, including their nuclear weapons,

00:08:49.640 the Washington establishment and the intelligence services were chasing the non-existent Russia-Trump collusion hoax, right?

00:09:00.860 This is why we're in this situation today with Russia, China, Iran, North Korea.

00:09:06.660 Joe Biden and his reckless policies have been pushing all of these dictators together.

00:09:11.900 On the Eurasian landmass.

00:09:13.840 Rebecca, one more time, where did they get the book?

00:09:16.720 Amazon, Amazon, Bonds and Nobles, really, anyway, just Google it.

00:09:22.560 And I am on Twitter, at Rebecca0132.

00:09:25.960 I am on Getter, same handle.

00:09:28.100 And I just recently joined through socials.

00:09:31.360 So very, very excited about that.

00:09:34.260 So check out my analysis on Fox News and in New Yorker.

00:09:38.600 Yeah.

00:09:39.440 Thank you, Rebecca.

00:09:40.340 Really appreciate it.

00:09:41.320 Let's go to, we've got John Solomon.

00:09:43.220 John's here for another really breaking news article.

00:09:45.800 By the way, Catherine Engelberg, I'm just hearing, was just taken into custody.

00:09:49.740 And Greg Phillips.

00:09:51.260 We're going to try to get some footage of that. 0.66

00:09:52.840 This is ridiculous on a defamation suit.

00:09:55.880 Two warriors of True the Vote that really broke the story about the CCP.

00:10:01.420 John Solomon's up about another blockbuster story.

00:10:04.120 But, John, there's no individual in Washington, D.C., sir, that has spent more time investigating the Ukraine, Russia, all of it.

00:10:11.480 What do you make of, you know, we just played the daisy ad for citizens, you know, the loose talk about nuclear war.

00:10:16.800 Now NBC News is breaking four months after it happened, brother.

00:10:20.680 They had to break this morning that Biden was very snippy with Zelensky because Zelensky had unlimited, you know, needed $50 billion.

00:10:27.700 And Biden only gave him a billion.

00:10:29.760 Where do you think we stand with all this, sir?

00:10:31.660 Particularly all the investigations, which obviously we'll get back into with the new Congress.

00:10:36.460 But where we stand today on the involvement and corruption of the Biden crime family, sir?

00:10:41.640 Well, listen, Ukraine has been the Democrats' piggy bank for a long time. 0.68

00:10:45.220 And they've protected it through impeachment and through false stories and through censorship.

00:10:50.300 But the truth of the matter is Democrats have benefited greatly from Ukraine's oligarchs and from the donation systems, from the Clinton Foundation to Democratic donors.

00:11:00.120 And now, in the midst of this extraordinary war, they realize that if Congress has the full—Republicans are back in control of Congress, these things are going to come out.

00:11:10.240 And so they're posturing right now that the leak of the four-month-old Joe Biden was angry is all designed to posture and create plausible explanations after the election for congressional committees.

00:11:22.200 But the truth of the matter is we have meddled and been involved in Ukraine for a long time when Democrats are president.

00:11:28.520 And the payoff is that people like Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden get rich off of the Ukrainian schemes. 0.71

00:11:36.320 Can you represent—

00:11:38.680 And given the talks I know that you're having with people on Capitol Hill, people have got to understand, Solomon's been doing this for decades, one of the top, if not the top investigative reporter up on the Hill.

00:11:48.560 We understand the laptop for hell.

00:11:50.220 That's got a CCP part to it, et cetera.

00:11:52.940 Is there going to be, as you see it now, to go back to the beginning and find out exactly this whole Ukraine thing, even over and above the Hunter Biden?

00:12:01.140 Because this thing is so systemic.

00:12:03.780 The American people need to know exactly what this is all about, right?

00:12:08.060 Because we've taken a regional conflict now, and they're making an ad about—a Daisy ad about nuclear war, because they're talking about nuclear war.

00:12:16.020 John Solomon.

00:12:16.740 Right?

00:12:17.600 Yeah, listen.

00:12:18.220 I think this starts in 2014.

00:12:19.720 In April 2014, when Devin Archer, friend and business partner of Hunter Biden, goes and meets with Joe Biden the next day, Hunter Biden gets put on the board of Burisma.

00:12:29.320 What happened in those first couple of years?

00:12:31.000 The government knows what happened in 14, 15, and 16.

00:12:33.960 Why?

00:12:34.640 When they arrested Devin Archer for defrauding a tribe, they seized all of his and the company's documents that were the companies that Hunter Biden and Devin Archer were in business.

00:12:45.820 Those were the scams that were going on at the time.

00:12:48.620 The government has known since the spring of 2016 that Hunter Biden didn't pay his taxes on the Burisma money that he got in Ukraine.

00:12:56.100 So the question is, why has there been such a lack of curiosity by the FBI to run these things to ground much sooner than the summer and fall of 2022?

00:13:04.380 And the answer is the criminal investigation is currently on ice until after the election.

00:13:09.520 And I suspect it'll pick up momentum once Democrats realize they lose and Republicans are in charge of the committees.

00:13:17.760 Aren't you curious?

00:13:20.020 Wouldn't we have even the beginning of that color revolution, American involvement in that color revolution?

00:13:25.400 You've got all these players back in this administration that were part of the Obama situation.

00:13:30.720 I mean, I think the American people got to understand exactly the Bidens are a key part of this.

00:13:35.860 Don't get me wrong in how they're grafting money out of here.

00:13:38.080 But you said it's been a piggyback for the Clintons of the people.

00:13:41.780 But it's also directly related to American government policy that's never been fully explained on a campaign trail.

00:13:47.980 John Solomon.

00:13:49.280 Yeah, listen, Victoria Nuland, who's now the undersecretary of state, she was the architect of our Russia-Ukraine policies that failed under Obama. 0.99

00:13:56.000 My book, Fallout, focuses on the failed reset, Obama and Biden and the Clintons all get rich while they're trying to reset the relations with Russia.

00:14:05.680 That fails and Russia goes in emboldened and takes Crimea and Ukraine in 2014. 0.64

00:14:11.980 That is the original failure that has led all the way to the war in 2022. 0.82

00:14:16.900 But throughout that timeline, there's only one consistent thing.

00:14:20.200 Democrats got rich off of all things Ukraine.

00:14:23.300 And I think that that's where the extraction process begins for Congress.

00:14:27.640 And Trump got impeached over a perfect phone call.

00:14:30.460 John, I know you're busy, but please please hang through the break.

00:14:34.320 I want to talk about this new blockbuster story you've got about involvement of House Republicans in the monitoring of elections.

00:14:41.020 We're hearing about Jimmy Carter bringing in the CC-backed Carter group to monitor elections.

00:14:48.020 Looks like the cavalry may be on the way.

00:14:50.160 Next, short break, back with John Solomon.

00:14:57.620 You know what's never good?

00:15:01.400 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation.

00:15:09.260 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote,

00:15:14.480 There's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices

00:15:19.280 and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly that I didn't, at the time, fully understand.

00:15:27.740 End quote.

00:15:28.620 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?

00:15:31.460 People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group.

00:15:35.880 They're protecting their savings from a highly turbulent economy by diversifying their 401k or IRA into gold, physical gold.

00:16:23.380 War Room, Pandemic, with Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:29.080 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:16:32.880 War Room, Pandemic.

00:16:35.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:39.860 Okay, wow.

00:16:41.780 By the way, John Sama's with us, but breaking news here on Twitter.

00:16:45.720 The Atlantic Magazine, which, remember, that's kind of the railhead of the intelligentsia of the left.

00:16:50.940 Huge story.

00:16:52.620 The Atlantic publishes a call for amnesty rather than accountability for what has been done to people during the pandemic.

00:17:00.280 Okay.

00:17:01.340 Can I talk, and I don't have to listen to Mika? 0.97

00:17:05.300 It's called Let's Declare a Pandemic Amnesty.

00:17:08.380 We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID.

00:17:14.740 Oh, my God.

00:17:15.800 If you ever needed a better tell that we're going to win on November 8th right there, we're going to get more of that.

00:17:20.460 This is unbelievable.

00:17:22.800 Our own Natalie Winner is going to be on this, so more of this.

00:17:25.980 Also, Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips obviously arrested so they can make a big stink about this for exposing CCP influence and taking poll workers' data.

00:17:38.480 They called shots.

00:17:39.480 They were also involved with regional field offices with the FBI.

00:17:43.840 They said they thought those guys were in touch with FBI Central, but, hey, that doesn't leave this crazy judge to basically – and we hear they're under arrest right now, so we'll get more decent.

00:17:53.940 Also, the Atlantic, if that's the biggest tell that they are scared to death about the House taking over.

00:18:00.960 John Solomon, you will be a big part of all these investigations, sir, but you've got another blockbuster today.

00:18:06.860 Tell me about – because you've seen the Carter Center.

00:18:08.540 You know, Natalie Winners reports all the CCP influence in the Carter Center.

00:18:12.720 So you've come out and said you've got the House administration – they actually have House members or people associated with the House out monitoring some of these elections, sir?

00:18:22.800 They train dozens of their own staff to go out to the key races and have a congressional observer at every race enforcing their right under the Constitution to monitor elections.

00:18:33.280 So this is a massive new army that congressional Republicans under the House administration committee, Rodney Davis, has dispatched, and they are already doing some remarkable things.

00:18:42.480 They're actually putting letters and acquiring evidence for things that they've seen gone wrong already.

00:18:47.020 There were problems like election centers weren't properly open in the Atlanta area and operating fully because of misconduct or failures.

00:18:53.820 And so all across the country, they're now collecting evidence.

00:18:57.060 And one of the things Rodney Davis says in a letter to the Ohio Secretary of State is one of the reasons they're doing this is if a member of Congress later wants to contest an election,

00:19:05.760 he can take that evidence directly to the floor of the United States House.

00:19:09.740 So this has a preemptive long-term plan.

00:19:12.200 In addition, there's all sorts of incredible investigative material they're gathering already.

00:19:17.020 Tomorrow morning, we have a great story.

00:19:18.640 I'll share it here a little bit.

00:19:20.040 The Department of Labor, when you go to a work training center, they're trying to force you to register to vote.

00:19:25.100 Democratic pressure to register to vote.

00:19:26.760 When you go to a USDA place and apply for food stamps, they're trying to force you to register to vote.

00:19:31.960 Tactics by the Biden administration among the things being investigated right now by those observers.

00:19:36.620 Well, that's what I want to get to because you mentioned that executive order that he signed that essentially weaponizes every aspect of the government,

00:19:45.060 of the administrative state, to be actively engaged in this election.

00:19:49.260 This is essentially at the heart of what these House members are trying to do, correct?

00:19:54.360 To make sure they get to the bottom of what's actually been happening with – so that the local guys got so much going on and our volunteers got so much going.

00:20:01.680 And these guys are savvy enough to say, hey, we've seen the executive order.

00:20:05.080 We're going to make sure there's no funny business here.

00:20:08.100 That's exactly right at both levels.

00:20:09.720 At the local level, we know there's funny business, so they're watching that.

00:20:12.400 Remember the Secretary of State in Colorado just sent out 30,000 voter registrations to non-citizens who can't vote.

00:20:18.280 So those are the sort of things at the local level they're looking at.

00:20:20.500 At the federal level, they're looking at federal agency intervention to try to tip this election, try to put their thumb on the scale of the election.

00:20:27.320 And that's one of the things we're going to be writing about tomorrow.

00:20:29.200 John, how do people – the show follows us with Amanda Head.

00:20:34.940 The show's amazing.

00:20:35.860 But how do people get to Just the News and how do they get to your social media?

00:20:39.280 Yeah, justthenews.com.

00:20:41.000 And Jay Solomon reports on all social platforms, Getter, Truth, Twitter.

00:20:45.520 And the show is Just the News, no noise, right after you at 5 o'clock every day.

00:20:51.100 Thanks, brother.

00:20:51.960 I appreciate it.

00:20:53.320 John Solomon, you've got to make Just the News daily.

00:20:56.440 You've got to stop by there daily.

00:20:57.560 You've always got great stuff.

00:20:58.420 Okay, Jim Marchant, we're going to have Fincham, Karamo, others of these great secretaries of state, Marchant.

00:21:06.100 Marchant, it's now not the reason – but here's the question.

00:21:09.820 Soros is putting – I don't know.

00:21:11.520 They talked about $14 million between you and Fincham in Nevada and Arizona.

00:21:16.560 There's got to be a reason for that.

00:21:17.740 Why is George Soros picking on you, sir?

00:21:20.760 They're afraid of what we're doing out here.

00:21:22.860 They know that if we're successful in implementing our new system, that they're not going to win.

00:21:29.620 And I firmly believe that, and I think they know that.

00:21:32.480 And that's why they're dumping $14 million between Arizona and Nevada. 0.72

00:21:37.500 And a majority of that are going against myself and Fincham, and they know it.

00:21:43.560 I mean, what we're doing in Nye County and the pushback we're getting over there from the ACLU and Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada, which is a Soros organization, is unbelievable.

00:21:56.700 And they're doing everything they can to stop us because they don't want us to have a check and balance on the machines.

00:22:06.280 And we are going to do it no matter what, and they can't stand it because they know they can win if we have a fair and transparent election.

00:22:13.580 By the way, so Nevada, man, I absolutely love Nevada.

00:22:17.400 The folks there are the best.

00:22:18.660 But, you know, where you've got Arizona and you see Maricopa County and you see even maybe Fulton County, that's, I consider, like, guys in golf and play at the USGA level, not quite the pros.

00:22:29.200 The professionals are in Nevada and in Philadelphia.

00:22:33.940 Yes.

00:22:35.060 Yeah, that's a whole different level.

00:22:36.840 The unions, the Harry Reid machine, it's a different deal, correct?

00:22:41.580 A different level?

00:22:42.420 Yeah, it started here, 2004, Harry and George Soros.

00:22:48.280 They figured out that the Secretary of State offices were the most, one of the most important seats and elections in the country.

00:22:56.920 And what they've done since then, since they hatched it in 2004, our country's in the shape it's in because of that.

00:23:05.100 And the only thing we're trying to do is to level the playing field back to level.

00:23:09.280 Because we know that if we have a level playing field, a fair and transparent election, then the people, the representatives that get elected will be who the people want, not the ones that are selected.

00:23:22.500 So, and I know that's going to make some heads explode because I've said that in the past and they just, they lose their minds.

00:23:30.840 Yeah, it's not funny, but I often think, we do footage, who they hate the most.

00:23:36.320 Is it Marchant, Fincham, or Karamo?

00:23:39.180 It's one of the three.

00:23:40.260 You guys are all bunched.

00:23:42.040 You're all bunched.

00:23:43.660 But, no, one of the reasons I think...

00:23:46.040 The Republicans don't like us either.

00:23:48.540 So, that's the problem.

00:23:49.700 No, no support.

00:23:50.260 The RNC is not helping us one bit.

00:23:53.140 And that's a shame, isn't it?

00:23:55.440 Yeah.

00:23:55.940 Well, here's the thing, is that one of the reasons they hate you particularly is you wear two hats.

00:24:00.820 You're running for Secretary of State of Nevada to be kind of the sheriff that comes in and cleans out rats and that stuff.

00:24:06.420 But you're also ahead of the coalition, which makes their head blow up even more.

00:24:10.440 Walk us through, as we sit here today with Eight Days to Go, it's next Tuesday, it's game day.

00:24:15.320 Where do you think we stand in the coalition overall?

00:24:18.220 I think you've got 8, 10, 12 members of Secretary of State, and then broader with the other Secretary of State races.

00:24:23.680 This is a down-ballot race that nobody ever paid attention to, except for George Soros.

00:24:27.940 Let's hand it to him.

00:24:29.000 He's cunning.

00:24:29.860 He's cunning.

00:24:30.820 He's smart.

00:24:31.600 He's tough.

00:24:32.280 And he puts his money where his mouth is, right?

00:24:34.720 This guy, unlike a lot of the billionaires on our side of the football, this guy writes checks for things that are meaningful, like prosecutors, DAs, attorney generals, and Secretary of State.

00:24:44.560 I mean, he thought this through with those guys on the left decades before anybody woke up to it.

00:24:49.780 Where do we stand with the coalition right now?

00:24:52.480 Coalition, we're looking pretty good.

00:24:53.960 I think myself and Mark Fincham are ahead in the polls.

00:24:57.800 Christina's pretty close in Michigan.

00:24:59.800 Believe it or not, Audrey down in New Mexico is within striking distance.

00:25:04.120 We've got, you know, a newcomer, Rayla Campbell, in Massachusetts.

00:25:08.520 And, you know, we've got chances in all of these.

00:25:11.280 Diego Morales in Indiana is looking good.

00:25:13.580 Chuck Gray in Wyoming is looking good.

00:25:16.880 So we're looking pretty good.

00:25:19.280 By the way, look at that diversity.

00:25:22.600 MSNBC, look at that. 0.99

00:25:23.560 Yes.

00:25:24.020 From Audrey in New Mexico to Rayla.

00:25:26.060 And Rayla is a fire breather. 0.97

00:25:27.660 I mean, she and Christine Karamo.

00:25:29.420 I mean, good Lord.

00:25:30.360 Those women are on fire. 1.00

00:25:32.100 They are patriots.

00:25:34.060 Rayla is the first, I think, African-American woman in the history of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

00:25:39.640 And it's all crickets.

00:25:41.280 They don't want to talk about it.

00:25:42.960 And she won't back down an inch.

00:25:46.560 Marchant, how do people find out more about the coalition?

00:25:49.040 How do they find out more about your campaign?

00:25:50.500 We need people to volunteer, phone banks, all of it.

00:25:52.820 And if they're so inclined to hit you guys with a – if they're so inclined and are motivated to hit you with a donation.

00:25:59.500 I know everybody's just about tapped out.

00:26:01.460 But where do they go, sir?

00:26:02.360 Yeah, I know.

00:26:03.420 They go to my website, jimmarchant.com.

00:26:06.220 It's J-I-M-M-A-R-C-H-A-N-T dot com. 1.00

00:26:11.140 And then S-O-S for America, S-O-S, the number four, America dot com, is our coalition website.

00:26:17.820 And we need all the help we can get to combat all of the money that Soros has put into all of our states, actually.

00:26:24.140 So it's a battle, let me tell you.

00:26:26.980 And I think we're going to prevail.

00:26:31.640 Jim Marchant, honored to have you on here, sir.

00:26:33.900 Thank you.

00:26:35.000 God bless you too, Steve.

00:26:36.220 Thank you very much.

00:26:37.580 So this week we opened with Doug Mastriano.

00:26:40.300 We'll open the weekend.

00:26:41.220 We're going to have a combination of the governors on here.

00:26:44.120 We're going to have a combination of some of the House members between these seats and the Secretary of State and the AGs mix and match every day, every show.

00:26:52.060 So you don't want to run four hours a day.

00:26:53.580 Plus, we'll be doing lives up on Getter as we have to with all kind of breaking news and analysis.

00:27:00.700 I'm going to bring in Aviva Frye.

00:27:02.660 First off, Aviva, I'm going to hold you through the break.

00:27:05.420 We're going to get into the substance next.

00:27:07.180 But are you pulled down from Twitter?

00:27:09.400 Are you still up on Twitter?

00:27:10.860 Just give us your current status, sir.

00:27:13.040 I am currently locked out of my account for reasons.

00:27:16.940 Literally, that's what it says.

00:27:17.920 For reasons.

00:27:18.600 I don't know how long the lockout is going to be.

00:27:20.380 I don't know exactly what rule I broke.

00:27:23.400 Considering my Twitter feed, it was a pretty innocuous tweet.

00:27:25.880 That is the object, the impugned tweet.

00:27:29.420 Thus far, locked out and no news one way or the other.

00:27:32.940 The Twitter, internal and Twitter, they're letting go 25% of the staff today.

00:27:37.640 But instead of striking back at Elon Musk for his fact-checking both Biden and Hillary, they've got to pick on the one and only Viva Frye.

00:27:45.980 Viva, hang on.

00:27:47.380 Absolutely.

00:27:47.780 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:27:51.040 Viva, the one and only Viva Frye.

00:27:53.740 He may be on lockdown in Twitter, but he's unchained in the war room.

00:27:58.260 Short commercial break.

00:27:59.200 We're going to return with Viva Frye in just a moment. 0.99

00:28:01.920 The idea that the world is secretly run by this new world order and it is trying to censor you.

00:28:31.100 It's trying to prevent the world from seeing what's really going on.

00:28:34.000 And that Nancy Pelosi and people like that, those people in the QAnon spaces right now, those people are at the top of that sphere.

00:28:40.520 They are at the top of that pecking order when it comes to how people believe in conspiracy theories.

00:28:45.100 And I do want to stress this.

00:28:48.100 Right now, trending on Twitter is the lie about this guy.

00:28:52.560 It's the lie that...

00:28:53.620 It's trending.

00:28:54.320 It's trending on Twitter as we speak.

00:28:55.880 Because Elon Musk pushed it on Saturday.

00:29:00.580 Or yesterday, sorry.

00:29:02.300 I just want to make it clear how they got to this place.

00:29:05.980 So, first of all, lies on the internet move faster than the truth.

00:29:11.520 Okay.

00:29:13.760 Well, maybe if you put out some facts, maybe if we had a briefing that actually somebody came to the sticks.

00:29:19.880 Maybe if Nancy came to the sticks.

00:29:21.620 Why didn't...

00:29:22.380 I'm going to bring in Viva Frye. 1.00

00:29:24.780 And this is kind of the Viva Frye line of country.

00:29:27.820 And these guys, Posobiec, Viva Frye, Cardillo.

00:29:31.060 When these guys get on a topic like this, they are so thorough.

00:29:33.900 You can just go to their Twitter feed or watch their podcasts and their shows.

00:29:37.000 It's not what Warren does.

00:29:38.840 The reason we're on this is because they've made this their closing argument.

00:29:42.720 And they embraced it immediately.

00:29:45.160 And they're going to get blown out on the 8th.

00:29:48.820 They know it.

00:29:50.160 They're trying to set it up so that we can't govern.

00:29:53.340 This is what they did with Trump in the 16th thing.

00:29:55.880 They make it so that you can't govern because you're dangerous, you're evil, you're insurrectionists, you're anti-democratic, etc.

00:30:03.180 So, Viva Frye.

00:30:04.500 First off, how did you get bumped off a Twitter when Elon Musk is tweeting out some pretty controversial stuff over the weekend?

00:30:11.540 And where do we stand on getting you back up?

00:30:13.680 Well, I don't care about Twitter except for the fact that it's my running diary where I take notes, where I keep track of my thoughts.

00:30:20.960 The tweet that got me locked up, this is the first time in my Twitter life that I've been locked out of my account.

00:30:25.320 It was merely a response to someone named Matt Gertz, who is for Media Matters, where he says, now a significant portion of the right-wing population are going to believe some whacked-out conspiracy theory because Elon Musk tweeted a link to a story at something called the Santa Monica Observed about how the Paul Pelosi thing is a lover's spat or a late-night hookup gone wrong.

00:30:49.400 Whatever.

00:30:49.600 So, this guy puts out a 16-thread tweet with himself going through how right-wing extremists are going to believe conspiracy theories.

00:30:57.640 It's a foregone conclusion.

00:30:59.880 This was a right-wing, politically motivated, attempted assassination that results from the rhetoric of the right, yada, yada, yada.

00:31:07.300 They knew all this within 24 hours.

00:31:09.840 And the more details that come out, you know, it's a horrible act.

00:31:13.880 There's no but to that.

00:31:15.020 The more details that come out, the more questionable this becomes as to whether or not it's right-wing extremism, left-wing extremism, a wacko.

00:31:23.740 Okay, but let's see.

00:31:25.520 That's all intention and motive.

00:31:28.180 Here's what I've just been putting up, make this make sense.

00:31:32.720 Because I could tell as soon as it happened, it didn't, nothing was logical about this.

00:31:38.240 So, walk through as you know it and you've been following it.

00:31:41.220 Let's leave the Media Matters guy because they're all narrative.

00:31:43.520 What exactly do we know right now, factually, about what happened, sir?

00:31:49.180 And about this guy living over the former nudist colony in Berkeley?

00:31:54.680 The more we know, the crazier it gets.

00:31:56.920 It starts off with someone breaks into Paul Pelosi's house, shouts, where's Nancy, where's Nancy, and then proceeds to assault Paul Pelosi.

00:32:03.920 So, on its face, off those basic facts.

00:32:05.720 But hold on, but hang on a second, hang on a second.

00:32:07.360 But that's an alleged break-in.

00:32:08.820 We don't even know that fact.

00:32:10.480 Well, no, no, Steve.

00:32:11.300 We don't know the fact of, oh, he called, I'm here, I'm looking for Nancy.

00:32:15.960 They have a bag of zip ties, and then the prosecutor says, well, I can't confirm that.

00:32:20.080 AP breaks the story.

00:32:21.280 This is my point.

00:32:22.220 This is a wilderness of mirrors.

00:32:23.900 I haven't seen anybody actually come to a microphone with the chart and walk through just the timeline and the facts.

00:32:30.480 The gateway pundit, they're saying, hey, the guy couldn't fit to whatever the hole was.

00:32:36.020 And people are saying it's blown out, it's blown in.

00:32:38.060 Nobody knows.

00:32:38.820 And we're on Monday.

00:32:40.400 You know, we're about noon out there, right?

00:32:42.820 Go ahead.

00:32:44.020 No, Steve.

00:32:44.600 How about release the body cam footage?

00:32:46.420 How about release the calls?

00:32:49.020 Because it starts off with, you know, someone breaks in, screams, where's Nancy, where's Nancy, assaults Paul Pelosi.

00:32:54.620 Turns out it's at 2.40 in the morning.

00:32:57.040 Turns out the dude is either in his underwear when he breaks in, which means he traveled a fair distance in his underwear, or got in his underwear after breaking in.

00:33:04.760 Turns out there might have been a third person who let the police in, which raises questions.

00:33:09.300 There's a call in, you know, the dispatch, where it seems to be the RP, the reporting person, who's Paul Pelosi, saying, someone has broken in.

00:33:18.500 I don't know who they are, but they're a friend named David.

00:33:20.580 And then, you know, so the more that comes out, the less sense it makes.

00:33:25.600 The alleged assailant seems to be some, if he's not a lefty, and I'm putting lefty in quotes because I don't know how to characterize people anymore.

00:33:33.120 A nudist, hemp-making, you know, former Canadian moved down to Berkeley.

00:33:38.580 Not exactly.

00:33:39.400 Hold it, hold it.

00:33:39.760 Hold it, hold it.

00:33:40.440 Former registered, when he was registered, I think at all, was with the Green Party.

00:33:44.420 He's living in Berkeley.

00:33:46.300 And it looks like, by the way, the neighbors are saying they live like a pack of dogs, right?

00:33:49.860 And they got the Black Lives Matter sign. 0.99

00:33:52.440 They got the gay pride with the marijuana thing in the middle.

00:33:55.820 It's the two dudes.

00:33:56.860 You see the guy, FBI.

00:33:57.980 By the way, FBI rolls up Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht.

00:34:01.960 They're showing up with 15 guys with AR-15s to arrest people, saying the rosary in front of the abortion centers.

00:34:09.760 But the FBI is so polite in going up to these, to a guy that supposedly tried to assassinate.

00:34:16.140 They're not rolling up into the house, locking people down.

00:34:19.180 How do they know it's not a conspiracy?

00:34:20.520 If it's a guy trying to assassinate Nancy Pelosi, wouldn't they be all over the house kicking down doors with SWAT teams and, hey, get on the floor?

00:34:28.040 They walk up and say, hey, can we come in?

00:34:29.980 It's like, hey, dude, where's my car?

00:34:31.780 The guy's as high as a kite right there.

00:34:34.520 Viva.

00:34:34.840 It's an alleged assassination attempt, and we're to believe that there's no security, that there's no house footage.

00:34:42.020 And then the rebuttal is, well, Nancy Pelosi's out of town.

00:34:45.180 Oh, well, I'm sure they just leave the White House unattended when the president's not in it.

00:34:49.700 Some of the explanations are absolute.

00:34:51.380 Hold it.

00:34:51.400 First off, the Pelosi's, first off, the local cops, the local always send a detail for these VIPs.

00:34:57.160 Not just that.

00:34:58.440 They're worth $250 million.

00:35:00.920 Hey, bro, do you have a security camera?

00:35:03.960 Maybe a couple of rent-a-cops?

00:35:06.040 We're to think that Pelosi is giving, by the way, guys wandering around driving and having DUIs.

00:35:12.160 Nancy doesn't want to have a gatekeeper or somebody to keep the eyeball, a hairy eyeball on this guy? 1.00

00:35:16.560 Viva.

00:35:16.800 Well, that might have been one of the reasons why there was allegedly a wellness check, not an initial 911 call.

00:35:23.840 And Harmeet Dillon posted something the other day when I was able to follow on Twitter about how it was difficult to serve within this gated community.

00:35:32.080 But we're to be expected to believe, without questioning anything, without asking for answers, that a naked or semi-naked individual broke into the house of the third in line to the presidency.

00:35:43.620 Okay.

00:35:43.960 I'm sorry, Media Matters, but don't tell me that you know right now that this was a right-wing extremist motivated by Trump's rhetoric.

00:35:51.840 That, to politically weaponize what might be either a random act of violence.

00:35:56.200 If it's an assassination attempt and he had zip ties, they should roll up the house he was in, all of his associates, the nudist ex-girlfriend or whatever it is.

00:36:07.120 Why are there no other arrests?

00:36:08.780 Why is Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelberg being taken in for a defamation suit when they were working with the FBI and what they said two months ago about the CCP's involvement in this has been borne out by the L.A. prosecutor?

00:36:21.940 Why are they under arrest today by the FBI?

00:36:24.140 And you've got the people saying the rosaries, got up-armored tactical guys doing it, yet a supposed assassination attempt, and the guys over in Berkeley just saying, hey, dude, we're the FBI.

00:36:36.300 We just want to talk to you for a second.

00:36:38.140 If it's an assassination attempt, why are they not all rolled up?

00:36:41.640 Inquiring minds want to know.

00:36:42.860 And I'm not saying one narrative is right or the other.

00:36:45.360 I'm just saying it is very odd that in day four of this that you don't have any clarity, no body camera when we know that San Francisco is required to do that, no security cameras when we know that even if they were just rich people, they would have it.

00:37:00.880 There's nothing, Viva.

00:37:01.880 There's nothing except for leaks to the press and rhetoric, sir.

00:37:05.740 It makes no sense, and they're trying to characterize anybody who's asking the obvious questions.

00:37:12.000 They're trying to characterize them as conspiracy theorists.

00:37:14.060 I've got one very simple question.

00:37:16.180 If De Popp showed up in clothing, where are his clothes?

00:37:19.040 If he did not show up in clothing, how did he get – I don't know what people are saying.

00:37:22.520 It's 12 miles from Berkeley to the – I don't know.

00:37:24.940 How did he get there?

00:37:26.300 I do not believe for one second that they don't have Google Nest, that they don't have cameras.

00:37:32.240 I don't believe for one second that there was no security detail.

00:37:34.560 If there was no security detail, somebody's going to have some explaining to do.

00:37:38.080 None of it makes sense, but the second – I mean, it would seem that the second or within 30 seconds of raising some obvious questions, you get locked out of your Twitter feed if you raise those questions in the wrong context.

00:37:49.140 So, Viva, tell us about your coverage.

00:37:50.920 We'll have everybody on your, I guess, getter account.

00:37:55.120 Tell us about – where do you go from here?

00:37:57.400 What's the questions that Viva Fry wants to have answered today? 1.00

00:38:01.940 Hashtag, where are De Popp's clothes?

00:38:03.940 I want to know where the clothes are.

00:38:05.540 Did he show up in his underwear or did he get into his underwear?

00:38:08.800 Who was the third person if there was a third person?

00:38:11.660 And release the body cam footage because even according to the reporting, the police have the moment.

00:38:16.040 De Popp allegedly snatched the hammer from Pelosi's hand because apparently Pelosi was holding the hammer.

00:38:20.680 Although initial reports said they were both holding hammers.

00:38:22.860 But when they said today that nobody – that the third person – they said there was no third person.

00:38:27.660 Now they're saying opening the door.

00:38:29.440 Did the alleged assassin open the door or did the victim open the door?

00:38:36.100 And then how the cops – just explain to me how the police, having the door open by either the perpetrator or not, how did they then allow Mr. Pelosi to get hammered in the head?

00:38:48.080 What is going on here?

00:38:50.060 And if it wasn't in secret code, if it was not a 911, why wasn't it a 911?

00:38:54.920 Why was it just a – what is it?

00:38:57.580 A health and safety check, right?

00:38:59.260 A health and wellness check.

00:39:00.720 Nothing makes sense.

00:39:02.280 Nothing makes sense.

00:39:03.880 Full stop.

00:39:04.720 And the initial reports, they were both in their underwear.

00:39:07.600 Then some articles are correcting.

00:39:09.340 They misstated the attire of – none of it makes sense.

00:39:13.840 But it's the same tactic every time.

00:39:16.120 None of it makes sense. 0.94

00:39:16.920 And people are not stupid. 0.99

00:39:18.320 And so the way you have to write off the people who are not stupid, call them conspiracy theorists. 0.99

00:39:22.480 It's a foregone conclusion. 0.98

00:39:23.540 This was right-wing extremism from a nudist, hemp-wearing, jewelry-making, Berkeley, ex-Canadian who is known –

00:39:31.540 And former Green Party member.

00:39:33.760 And former Green Party member.

00:39:34.600 The only way you get more left of the Green Party in Canada is the Marxist party.

00:39:38.960 That's the only way.

00:39:40.140 So none of it makes sense.

00:39:41.240 But I'll be following it.

00:39:42.420 I'm going to be back in my Twitter account sooner than later.

00:39:45.560 It's an obvious either mistake, joke, or abuse.

00:39:49.220 And the irony is, congratulations to whoever reported that tweet or flagged it.

00:39:53.020 And Streisand Effect exists.

00:39:54.640 It exists for a reason because it exists.

00:39:56.680 And now more people are going to know about that, and more people are going to know about my Twitter account now.

00:40:00.280 So I'll be following it and keeping up to the latest information.

00:40:05.980 Viva, you do amazing work.

00:40:07.400 So once again, how do people follow you since you're out of Twitter?

00:40:09.860 Where else do they go, sir?

00:40:11.280 Well, they can go to locals.

00:40:12.660 VivaBarnesLaw.Locals.com is the best place.

00:40:15.940 I will be back up on Twitter.

00:40:17.240 It's TheVivaFry on Rumble.

00:40:19.920 VivaFry.

00:40:20.400 And I'll be going live in 15 minutes to go over the latest of the drama and some other stories.

00:40:25.340 But those are the best places.

00:40:26.480 Locals is the best.

00:40:28.120 VivaBarnesLaw.Locals.com.

00:40:30.040 By the way, VivaBarnes.

00:40:31.880 Those guys are hammers.

00:40:33.160 So make sure you go there.

00:40:34.080 Check it all out.

00:40:35.160 Viva, thank you so much.

00:40:36.620 Thank you very much, Steve.

00:40:37.380 So this one, this got so much, so we are inundated with news today.

00:40:44.360 And, and, and I mean, important stuff, but I don't want to miss what, and we'll have Natalie on.

00:40:49.680 So you got to watch the, uh, obviously every day you got to come to the five to seven, but Natalie Winters.

00:40:55.240 And if you don't think this is a tell the Atlantic magazine lead store, lead thing in this, and that that's the railhead of the intelligentsia of the left.

00:41:04.660 Let's declare a pandemic amnesty.

00:41:07.380 We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID.

00:41:13.820 Uh, and the disclosed TVs put out the Atlantic publishes a call for amnesty rather than accountability was been done to people during the pandemic.

00:41:21.000 Uh, let me think about this for a second.

00:41:22.820 Hang on for a second.

00:41:23.540 Uh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:41:26.320 There's not just going to be, uh, accountability Atlantic magazine and everybody associated with it.

00:41:32.960 It will be a proctology exam, a proctology exam.

00:41:38.220 Proctology.

00:41:39.480 Is that going to be banned on Twitter?

00:41:40.820 I'm not on Twitter.

00:41:41.600 I've never been on Twitter.

00:41:43.240 They had Jack Maxey was putting up stuff about the, uh, laptop from hell.

00:41:46.940 They freaked out about it.

00:41:48.140 That's why they took us down.

00:41:48.980 I have no intention ever, ever having anything worm ever.

00:41:51.500 I didn't even know it was up on Twitter.

00:41:52.600 I think Twitter is a total scam.

00:41:55.400 It's an intelligence apparatus. 1.00

00:41:56.900 The dumbest purchase in his life. 0.99

00:41:58.900 He'll regret every second of it, right? 1.00

00:42:01.220 The people there are awful.

00:42:02.720 The management team's awful. 0.98

00:42:03.880 The board's awful. 0.61

00:42:04.560 They all ought to be sued. 0.95

00:42:05.420 The people, the blue check people there are nothing but vermin, right? 1.00

00:42:09.720 No, no, no, no, no interest. 0.82

00:42:12.100 Okay.

00:42:12.860 Short commercial break.

00:42:14.560 We're going to stick on COVID when we're back.

00:42:16.600 Americans are discovering that if we want to change this nation, we have to change the

00:42:27.220 way the marketplace works.

00:42:28.500 Look, woke corporations are seeking to divide us. 0.94

00:42:30.680 Big banks are freezing the accounts of people who disagree with their political views.

00:42:35.200 And our supply chain is dependent upon countries that actively work against our values, like

00:42:40.440 the Chinese Communist Party.

00:42:42.340 It's time for a change.

00:42:44.020 And that change starts with you and your wallet.

00:42:46.600 That's why I'm proud to partner with Public SQ, the largest network of patriotic, freedom-loving

00:42:52.520 businesses and consumers our nation has ever seen.

00:42:55.380 Public SQ is the first app to connect freedom-loving Americans with their local community and the

00:43:01.240 businesses that share their values.

00:43:07.560 took a stand against COVID mandates, or a bank that can never cancel you for your political

00:43:12.440 views, Public SQ is your guide.

00:43:40.660 Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play.

00:43:44.120 Take action.

00:43:45.700 Do this today.

00:43:46.460 Getter has arrived.

00:43:47.920 The new social media taking on big tech, protecting free speech, and canceling cancel culture.

00:43:56.140 Join the marketplace of ideas.

00:43:58.360 The platform for independent thought has arrived.

00:44:01.100 Superior technology.

00:44:02.440 No more selling your personal data.

00:44:04.600 No more censorship.

00:44:06.340 No more cancel culture.

00:44:08.200 Enough.

00:44:09.360 Getter has arrived.

00:44:11.160 It's time to say what you want, the way you want.

00:44:14.600 Download now.

00:44:16.860 Okay, welcome back.

00:44:17.840 By the way, there's so much going on on Getter.

00:44:20.060 We've got Grace Chong, Mo Bannon, Jane Zirkle up there nonstop. 1.00

00:44:26.140 Our new executive editor, Natalie, is putting stuff up.

00:44:29.160 Also, this week is a call to the ramparts.

00:44:32.760 If you've already volunteered, all the way from Pennsylvania to Arizona to New York.

00:44:36.600 And by the way, New York's a very particular one because unbelievable.

00:44:41.000 Not just Zeldin and Henry are close at the state level.

00:44:44.120 You've got, I think, 10, 12, 15 house seats in play.

00:44:47.760 So this thing is on fire right now.

00:44:49.840 And Governor DeSantis had a massive rally over the weekend with Lee Zeldin.

00:44:54.960 I've never seen people fired up like they are in New York State.

00:44:58.340 And it's statewide.

00:44:59.260 The key to this is upstate New York, all of MAGA.

00:45:02.360 If MAGA turns out, these guys will win, the men and women.

00:45:06.180 It's obvious now.

00:45:07.100 They've done such a great job down in Manhattan, in the greater New York City area, and on Long

00:45:11.080 Island, in the suburbs just north of New York City.

00:45:14.660 But everything else, the Hupson Valley and all the way up to the mid part of the state,

00:45:18.260 up to the north country.

00:45:19.720 If MAGA turns out, because a lot of MAGA people say, well, we think it's over because

00:45:23.340 of Hocal and all this.

00:45:24.240 Not true.

00:45:25.180 And particularly, these house seats are just totally in play.

00:45:27.720 So we're going to make sure you go to War Room to volunteer.

00:45:31.360 There's something else that's come to my attention.

00:45:33.000 I've asked a guy, Jason Brown, from covidtaxrelease.org to come over, because I want to make sure

00:45:38.800 everybody that's an entrepreneur and a small businessman, because we cater to the small

00:45:42.960 businessman and the religious organizations, understand that this is happening.

00:45:49.000 There was the PPP program, but there was legislation written.

00:45:53.640 It's also a tax element of this that could be very beneficial to entrepreneurs.

00:45:57.660 So, Jason, I want you to take it and walk us through exactly what the law says on this,

00:46:01.760 and then what you guys are doing to help entrepreneurs, people, I think, over five

00:46:05.800 employees into a religious organization, a not-for-profit, to make sure that they can

00:46:11.660 at least get into this program and see if they qualify or not.

00:46:15.800 Yeah, thanks for having me, Steve.

00:46:17.480 So, originally, it was part of the CARES Act, which you're familiar with, right?

00:46:22.660 It was a $2.2 trillion stimulus package for business owners to help them retain their

00:46:28.660 employees and get through the pandemic.

00:46:30.460 The most well-known channel to funnel that money into the hands of business owners was

00:46:35.760 the PPP loans, right?

00:46:37.500 It was a feeding currency.

00:46:38.200 So, this was all under Trump's, this was the 2020 CARES Act that was done in the early

00:46:43.680 first six months of the pandemic, correct?

00:46:47.380 The CARES Act under President Trump, correct?

00:46:49.540 Yep, that's correct.

00:46:50.860 And originally, if you took out the PPP loan, you could not take advantage of the employee

00:46:56.420 retention credit, but they've since removed that restriction.

00:47:00.680 And so, now, businesses are able to take advantage of the employee retention credit

00:47:04.060 up to $26,000 per employee.

00:47:07.360 So, employee retention credit, meaning if they didn't get, if you took the, you don't even

00:47:14.100 have to take the PPP loan, but if you didn't let the employee go, they changed the CARES

00:47:17.840 Act to make sure that you could get access if you qualify up to $26,000 per employee from

00:47:24.320 some sort of tax benefit, correct?

00:47:25.880 Or is it cash back to you?

00:47:27.120 Well, it's essentially a tax credit, but since the program's already is over, it comes in

00:47:33.260 the form of a check from the U.S. Treasury.

00:47:35.880 And this is for businesses, even if you took advantage of the PPP loan or you didn't, but

00:47:40.840 you paid employees during the pandemic.

00:47:44.820 Yeah, it's exciting.

00:47:46.420 It's not a loan that has to be forgiven or paid back.

00:47:49.460 It's not a grant that is free money, but you're told how you have to spend it, correct?

00:47:54.120 You can take it in your business, put it in your business and take distribution.

00:47:58.500 This is for business owners that, you know, receive the government mandate to full or partially

00:48:05.040 close.

00:48:05.900 If you were victim of a supply chain issue or travel restrictions, or you were unable to

00:48:11.260 hold live meetings due to government mandate, several different ways to qualify.

00:48:16.280 So, I know it's, I know it's got to be complicated and that's what you guys do.

00:48:20.480 Where do people, I'm sure people have a million questions.

00:48:22.740 Where do they go to get the facts on this and to make sure it's not some sort of hinky, 0.98

00:48:27.940 you know, interpretation of a program, but it's actually black letter and it's in the

00:48:31.520 program itself that's been changed, the CARES Act, when they change certain elements of

00:48:35.920 it.

00:48:36.040 Where do they go?

00:48:37.300 Yeah.

00:48:37.900 Unfortunately, it is a bit cumbersome and, you know, we've fortunately over the past year

00:48:42.680 and a half been able to help about 25,000 businesses receive over $5 billion through the

00:48:48.840 ERC.

00:48:49.500 So, you can go to covidtaxrelief.org.

00:48:52.760 It just takes a couple minutes to speak with one of our experts.

00:48:56.060 We'll tell you if you qualify and roughly how much you qualify for.

00:49:00.840 So, covidtaxrelief, that's all one word, .org?

00:49:05.280 Correct.

00:49:06.280 And they can actually talk to a human.

00:49:07.900 Give them a phone number and you'll speak with one of our experts.

00:49:11.040 They'll talk to and see if they even begin the beginning qualification of this, correct?

00:49:16.720 That's correct.

00:49:17.480 Just takes a couple minutes.

00:49:19.580 Okay.

00:49:19.940 Give one more time.

00:49:21.240 Give that because I want everybody at least to get access to this and see if they qualify

00:49:24.960 in that.

00:49:25.240 You got to check it out because it's already been, the money's already been allocated.

00:49:29.640 Money's been allocated and they're certainly not giving it back, right?

00:49:32.640 So, covidtaxrelief.org.

00:49:38.200 Jason, thank you so much.

00:49:40.060 We'll make sure.

00:49:40.740 By the way, is any social media, is there any way people can get to you besides the org?

00:49:43.900 How else do they track you guys?

00:49:46.460 Yeah.

00:49:46.820 You know, right now, and of course, if you just even Google the CARES Act or ERC, there's

00:49:50.880 tons of information on it.

00:49:52.440 But you just want to make sure you get with a company that's going to maximize the credit

00:49:56.920 for you and do it the right way.

00:49:58.720 So, covidtaxrelief.org is definitely the best channel, Steve.

00:50:02.680 Okay.

00:50:03.180 Jason, thank you so much.

00:50:04.500 So, everybody, go check it out.

00:50:05.040 Thanks for having us.

00:50:05.700 Appreciate it.

00:50:09.300 This is all about what's blowing their heads up.

00:50:11.980 You know what's blowing their heads up and the reason they're doing the Pelosi demonization

00:50:14.760 because they're afraid of you.

00:50:16.360 They're afraid of whatever you want to call it, the silent majority.

00:50:19.860 Now, they got a new term for it, the secret majority, because everybody's so afraid about

00:50:23.620 being canceled by these radicals that they don't want to talk about it.

00:50:28.140 They're just going to show up to vote.

00:50:29.100 So, what they're concerned about is not just people showing up to vote.

00:50:32.580 They're worried about the force multipliers that is the war room, and they're also very

00:50:37.460 worried about the precinct strategy and everybody's signing up and volunteering.

00:50:40.740 We've got it up on Getter, all the different places you can go.

00:50:43.700 So, you want a piece of this win.

00:50:46.840 This is your victory.

00:50:47.900 Nobody came for you.

00:50:49.120 You are the cavalry.

00:50:50.680 Right?

00:50:50.860 Remember, the left-wing media is going, oh, my God, he's talking, you know, John Ford

00:50:55.140 Western stuff.

00:50:56.960 This is how awful this is.

00:50:58.100 Go watch a John Ford Western and then tell me that.

00:51:00.180 Okay?

00:51:00.340 This is all yours.

00:51:03.740 This is whether we win or how big we win is all dependent upon you.

00:51:09.300 Okay?

00:51:09.740 The American people are going to sit in judgment on this, and it depends on how much effort

00:51:14.760 we put in in the next eight days.

00:51:16.620 So, for now, the afternoon, evening show is going to be on fire.

00:51:20.080 Everything, we're going to be up on Getter nonstop.

00:51:22.000 We're building up to election night coverage.

00:51:23.940 There's going to be a lot going on between now and then.

00:51:26.080 We're going to do a couple of three surprises.

00:51:28.660 So, just stay tuned.

00:51:30.260 I can guarantee you one thing.

00:51:32.160 You're going to get nothing but signal and no noise in the war room.
