00:20:26.920 going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers. Again, we have 223 vote centers across
00:20:33.660 the county. In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this
00:20:41.560 tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through. But this is
00:20:48.500 something we've prepared for. We have a redundancy. The ballot will not go through this tabulator. And by
00:20:54.300 the way, those ballots that go through this tabulator, they go back here in the machine.
00:20:58.380 If their ballot's not going through the tabulator, then we will ask them to go here at door number
00:21:03.240 three and place their ballot into this secure box. Those ballots will remain secure in there all day
00:21:10.460 long. And at the end of voting after 7pm, when everything is completed, then these ballots will
00:21:16.420 be taken out securely and delivered by a bipartisan team, so Republican and Democrat, down to here at the
00:21:24.040 Central Tabulation Center, where they will be tabulated.
00:21:29.580 You know, we're really excited. Everything is really kicked off. It's great. Oh, by the way,
00:21:34.120 there's 20% of machines and then 20. You don't have to go to the University of Chicago, correct,

00:32:27.420 over 50 right now, affected by tabulator malfunctions. The voters are showing up. They're
00:32:36.020 being told that the tabulators don't work, that they can just simply fill out their ballot and
00:32:40.800 put it into box three or drawer three. Now, if you remember from 2020, drawer three, box three,
00:32:48.840 those are all the ballots that they send to digital adjudication. Those are the ballots that someone
00:32:53.740 else gets to decide how you voted. So my advice is do not put your ballot for precious vote,
00:33:00.420 your voice, into a so-called secure box in Maricopa County, unless that is the only thing
00:33:06.960 that you can do to make sure that you actually cast a vote. Otherwise, go to another polling location.
00:33:13.400 You can find them at maricopa.vote. You can find where they are. Check with the poll workers who are
00:33:18.880 there to find out if that location are working. If they are not working, do not sign in. Once you sign
00:33:26.520 in, you're like a prisoner in that polling place. You've got to cash your ballot there. They're not
00:33:32.140 going to let you just stand around inside the polling place saying, I'm waiting for the tabulator
00:33:36.600 to work. One option you have is to ask for the accessible voting device. And it takes a long time
