00:00:00.000
Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China
00:00:04.340
and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
00:00:07.180
You don't want to frighten the American public.
00:00:09.480
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
00:00:15.000
broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
00:00:19.500
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
00:00:21.500
France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
00:00:25.960
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S.
00:00:33.400
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:00:36.860
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
00:00:40.160
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
00:00:56.820
Okay, Thursday, 10 November in the year of our Lord, 2022.
00:01:04.740
A lot of this is going to be a press conference in Maricopa County.
00:01:11.460
Caroline Wren is going to join us back here from the Cary Lake,
00:01:18.360
Make sure we're going to go to also about Colorado and Lauren Boebert.
00:01:22.840
For those folks out there worried about Harris County, Texas, we're going to be all over that.
00:01:27.220
We are all over that and probably have an update for you guys this afternoon.
00:01:31.900
I want to go bring in Congressman Jim Banks, a naval officer from the great state of Indiana.
00:01:38.940
Congressman Banks, you ran the Republican study group.
00:01:41.780
You kind of laid out what the agendas should be.
00:01:45.220
You were in back at really a lot of the intellectual work, heavy lifting for the commitment to America.
00:01:50.400
You talked about a joint select committee that was going to be on China.
00:01:55.560
Walk us through as we – it looks like we're going to be now, I don't know, 223 to 212, 225.
00:02:00.480
It's 11 to 15 seat, maybe even more depending on how things break.
00:02:04.800
People are all over the country from Connecticut to Alaska to Washington to Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, California,
00:02:13.180
fighting for these seats because they're all – a bunch of them on knife's edge.
00:02:16.060
First off, can you give us an assessment of where you think we stand on that and then walk us through the framework of what the agenda is going to be,
00:02:22.520
both to stop the madness that's coming in the lame duck and then to go forward as we take charge in 2023, sir.
00:02:32.860
Obviously, Tuesday night was not the outcome that many of us had hoped.
00:02:36.480
It's not going to be as large of a majority, but it will be a Republican majority, and that's the bottom line.
00:02:43.340
The voters are giving us an opportunity to lead.
00:02:47.260
Steve, I happen to believe that the election outcome would have been much larger,
00:02:51.840
but voters, while they don't want Democrats, radical Democrats in control,
00:02:56.460
they're still skeptical of Republicans because the last time that Republicans had the majority, we let the voters down.
00:03:02.980
So we have an opportunity over the next two years, if we do what we say we're going to do
00:03:07.620
and hold the Biden administration accountable and pass the agenda, the framework that we put forth
00:03:14.580
and called our commitment to America, if we keep our commitments,
00:03:18.040
then I believe that majority will grow even larger in 2024 and we'll win back the White House as well.
00:03:24.400
We have a lot of work to do in the lame duck, a big fight over spending to make sure that the radical Democrats
00:03:31.440
don't advance all of their causes that they know they won't be able to when we get the majority.
00:03:39.260
But on day one of the Republican majority, January 3rd, we have to roll up our sleeves,
00:03:43.500
do what we say we're going to do, keep our commitments, advance the populist pro-American first agenda
00:03:52.100
And I intend to be on the front lines of making sure that that happens.
00:03:57.980
In your mind, this covenant or commitment, what did the American people entrust you with,
00:04:09.880
It's bigger than the majority that Nancy Pelosi has run this thing with.
00:04:12.800
And people have got to connect 2020 to 2022 because you picked up, what, 15 seats then.
00:04:18.620
So, and folks got to remember, in the Newt Gingrich revolution in 94 and the Tea Party revolution in 2010,
00:04:29.600
So when you're picking up 50 seats or 60 seats, it came off lower.
00:04:32.800
We clearly had in the gun sites 30 to 50 seats that were there.
00:04:39.600
A lot of it broke the other way, but some broke our way,
00:04:42.020
including the ones that we're trying to close now.
00:04:44.040
But as you see it, what mandate do you think the American people actually gave you?
00:04:51.620
Well, first of all, we have to secure the border.
00:04:54.020
We have to use the leverage that we have with the majority,
00:04:56.760
no matter how big the size of the majority, to secure the border.
00:05:00.440
Immigration policies that put American workers first.
00:05:03.740
Foreign policy that puts America first in its interest.
00:05:07.640
We have to make America energy independent again.
00:05:10.440
And the first priority, H.R. 1, of the Republican majority will be a bill to do just that, energy independence.
00:05:18.800
We have to pass balanced budgets and address inflation by being fiscally responsible.
00:05:25.520
These are all things that we can do with a Republican majority, no matter the size,
00:05:30.300
because there's broad Republican unity on our side to advance that type of America first agenda
00:05:40.680
And for the last two years, we've seen the opposite.
00:05:42.660
So we have a mandate to do that with a Republican majority.
00:05:46.780
As you know, Steve, I'm running for the number three leadership position, the whip job.
00:05:51.700
And that job becomes even much more important in a smaller majority
00:05:56.400
to make sure that we're negotiating with Republicans to pass our bills,
00:06:03.340
but to get it done with the Republican majority,
00:06:07.120
enforcing what they used to call the Hastert rule,
00:06:10.680
that a majority of the majority of the Republican majority would support something
00:06:15.240
before we whip it and support it and allow it to come out of the House.
00:06:18.720
That would be a major role of Republican leadership and of the whip job specifically.
00:06:24.580
And that's why I feel compelled and called to step up to the plate
00:06:29.500
and lead in that manner in this upcoming majority.
00:06:31.700
I want everybody that's maybe not familiar with the nomenclature,
00:06:36.820
correct me wrong, if you're familiar with House of Cards,
00:06:39.000
I think House of Cards, the lead character there started,
00:06:43.060
I'm not trying to make any analogy that's not true of that guy,
00:06:45.740
but that was the whip job in that HBO series, was it not?
00:06:52.840
Yeah, so it shows you that it's a very, very, very,
00:06:58.100
is probably one of the most important jobs in politics.
00:07:01.700
What you just laid out, right, is very coherent, the agenda,
00:07:07.180
it ties directly into your commitment to America,
00:07:09.840
it would tie into what we talk about on the show all the time
00:07:12.820
and the audience supports the guys that went out and rang doorbells
00:07:15.940
and gave money and were call centers and all that,
00:07:19.460
and are there as election officials, the precinct strategy.
00:07:25.280
As I look down, just an observation, Congressman Banks,
00:07:29.300
I don't see that as Biden's, you know, when you say secure the border,
00:07:33.140
they have a radical, not just open borders, it's an evasion of borders, no ice.
00:07:37.580
When I look at America First, they're all over the map,
00:07:41.020
they're spending money everywhere, there's no cohesion,
00:07:43.860
you don't see any real strong commitment or any organized effort in the South China Sea
00:07:51.060
When you see energy, I mean, they have John Kerry.
00:07:57.880
And they've already agreed to discuss the framework for reparations.
00:08:02.860
Forget how radical the climate change or global warming agenda is anyway,
00:08:09.720
on just shutting down energy, and this is why Europe is in such a fiasco.
00:08:15.940
The COP27, which is people in our audience know,
00:08:18.620
is these massive meetings they have every year.
00:08:21.720
The one in Egypt right now, the number one thing is reparations
00:08:26.800
And when I say reparations, I mean trillions of dollars
00:08:29.400
of what they call reparations for climate damage.
00:08:33.060
That, and the Biden administration has John Kerry,
00:08:35.460
and they've already talked about, we can be open to discussing
00:08:42.440
So if you go down everything on Biden, this is, I would just say,
00:08:51.660
So how, as the whip, or how is the guy that was one of the intellectual architects
00:08:55.380
of the intellectual part of this, how do you view the unbridgeable gap?
00:09:03.600
We have to make sure that we get it done with the Republican majority,
00:09:06.320
not go to Joe Biden and the House Democrats and negotiate on their terms,
00:09:12.580
but force them to negotiate on our terms and use the leverage of the spending bills
00:09:17.220
that we'll pass to put bills on Joe Biden's desk and dare him to veto it.
00:09:24.440
These Democrats have sold out America, and we're not being given the majority
00:09:31.420
We're giving the majority to fight back against them.
00:09:35.680
And we have to put bills on his desk that reflect the mandate that we have.
00:09:39.620
But there's also a large component of the majority, which is holding the Biden administration
00:09:45.020
accountable, investigating them for what they've done to this country,
00:09:51.040
Secretary Mayorkas, what he's done to completely abandon the rule of law
00:10:02.200
That's what the voters are choosing us to lead to do.
00:10:04.460
You'll have Rand Paul, when the Senate gets the majority,
00:10:07.080
he'll have oversight of the NIH to hold Fauci and the NIH accountable for the mess that they created
00:10:18.920
So the Republican Study Committee has been what's kind of the intellectual architecture of this.
00:10:24.700
And I just want to, because the media is spinning it, Joe Biden says,
00:10:29.360
You know, the American people said we've got to work together.
00:10:31.200
In the two years up until now, can you tell our audience how much the Democrats have reached out to you guys
00:10:38.200
to work together in the House or the White House?
00:10:40.540
How much working together has it been until the votes came in starting Tuesday night
00:10:45.980
that they're trying to slow walk to now know that we have the American people
00:10:51.280
How much cross-isle working together and hearing your ideas has there been in the last two years, sir?
00:10:57.640
Steve, not one time has Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi reached out to me,
00:11:04.780
the leader of the largest caucus in Congress, to work on anything,
00:11:09.920
especially on issues that solve the challenges that America faces the most with inflation
00:11:14.440
and energy costs and the border, the drug crisis, spending.
00:11:20.200
Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden haven't done that a single time over the last couple of years.
00:11:24.640
So how can we take their word that they would want to do that over the next two years?
00:11:28.500
But that's not what Republicans are being given a majority to do.
00:11:31.040
We're giving a majority to fight back against their radical agenda, and we can't back off of that.
00:11:36.680
We can't betray the voters who gave us this historic opportunity to be in the majority
00:11:42.420
by negotiating with the radicals that have put the country in the place that it is today.
00:11:49.120
Look, people that know you, everybody is obviously very high of your character,
00:11:53.480
and, you know, you're kind of Indiana nice, Midwest nice.
00:11:56.800
If you look at House of Cards and look, it's obviously a drama.
00:11:59.520
But the one thing is the ruthlessness that they have to run things when it's about power,
00:12:04.180
and particularly when your country's on the line.
00:12:09.260
Are you tough enough or ruthless enough to have this job to make sure that America is actually defended
00:12:15.520
and that you're the guy that's going to not fold and be the guy that's got to stand in the breach, sir?
00:12:23.900
Yeah, Steve, I have a rock-solid record of putting America first the six years that I've been in Congress.
00:12:31.860
I'm proud of the tough work that we've done to hold our party accountable and keep us in the right place over the last couple of years
00:12:39.600
when a lot of Republicans wanted to abandon the American first principles that has made our party bigger and stronger than ever.
00:12:46.960
Republican Study Committee stood in the gap and led the way.
00:12:53.060
The voters are counting on us in the majority to stand strong, be tough, fight back.
00:12:59.720
And if we do that, like I said before, we will grow what might be a very small, slim majority.
00:13:05.800
We will grow that majority even bigger and stronger in the 2024 election if we keep our word.
00:13:13.380
The difference between the 15 or 20 we picked up or the 10 to 20 we picked up and the other 30 is a knife's edge.
00:13:21.580
And people are just sitting there going, hey, convince me, show me.
00:13:25.140
Congressman Banks, how do people find out more about you?
00:13:27.820
How do they find out more about you and what's your social media?
00:13:31.760
Yeah, it's Congressman Jim Banks or Rep Jim Banks on all of the platforms, Twitter, Facebook, through social.
00:13:46.520
I've had the opportunity and the pleasure of knowing you for a couple of years.
00:13:49.720
You've had our back on many tough fights in the in the Trump White House.
00:14:06.180
And that's what made this show kind of famous was the audience are grinders.
00:14:19.480
By the way, we're focused a lot on Arizona because Arizona is a key pivot of what's going on.
00:14:30.340
We're all over these other, how do I say it, situations.
00:14:59.360
Listen to this convicted home title thief explaining what happens when he forges your home's title
00:15:08.780
Nobody thinks that I can take their house and borrow against the house.
00:15:21.220
After I've stolen the title, borrowed against it, or sold the property,
00:15:24.480
it's 60 to 90 days for that person to even figure out that they're the victim of this crime.
00:15:34.720
Home title fraud is growing two and a half times faster than credit card fraud.
00:15:42.080
Here's how to protect yourself and verify your home's title is still in your name.
00:15:51.280
Then register your address for your no-obligation home title report,

00:16:12.360
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:16:27.800
Montana 1, Commander Ryan Zinke wins that in Montana.
00:16:35.100
I think that would have been a little clearer, a little more MAGA.
00:16:39.120
But Commander Zinke is now identified as the winner.
00:16:51.360
So the 11 a.m. or the 11 a.m. Eastern time, 9 a.m. your time,
00:16:56.920
they kicked that to later in the afternoon too.
00:17:02.220
And I just want to make sure the audience understands this.
00:17:05.060
It's a mathematical impossibility for Katie Hobbs.
00:17:22.860
So if MSNBC is saying that, they know the game's over.
00:17:29.300
And particularly because Carrie Lake represents
00:17:38.620
I think they're trying to do a couple of things.
00:18:17.020
I mean, the issues that they had on election day
00:18:39.600
I don't know of any, you know, evidence to that.
00:18:52.820
if we can put the cross chart on with the blue,
00:19:06.740
you can just vote and put it in box number three
00:19:29.480
It's chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
00:19:37.500
run elections here in Maricopa County as a team.
00:19:41.140
And we're very excited about how things are going today
00:20:00.700
Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
00:20:12.400
maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots,
00:20:28.480
If their ballot's not going through the tabulator,
00:20:30.760
then we will ask them to go here at door number three
00:20:37.520
Those ballots will remain secure in there all day long.
00:21:04.840
But here's the thing, behind door number three,
00:21:31.580
Because Blake Masters could come down to 1,000 votes.
00:37:14.660
And of course that kind of shows up in the laptop from hell
00:37:20.560
and cutting these deals with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:37:29.580
it was Biden who famously bragged about over 25 hours
00:37:41.460
I had actually submitted a Freedom of Information Act request
00:38:31.360
but specifically these Chinese Communist Party ties.
