00:00:00.000 Or sort of the state of Carrie Lake's disinformation as she stands still a very, very decent chance.
00:00:06.320 She's very much still in this.
00:00:09.300 Right. When Tim was actually here at the tabulation center with me yesterday, I know that he could feel the tension that was in the room.
00:00:16.340 He could feel the tension that was in the room.
00:00:18.180 And largely that was because, you know, you have the likes of Chairman Bill Gates.
00:00:21.440 You have recorder Richard here.
00:00:22.700 These are the elections folks here who have overseen these elections, fair, accurate ones.
00:00:28.840 Not only in 2020, but now here.
00:00:31.220 They have been at the center of threats.
00:00:33.200 They have been at the center of harassment.
00:00:35.500 They have been at the epicenter of everything that Trumpism, Donald Trump and his allies, leaving phone calls and voicemails for him to pressure them to help overturn the 2020 election.
00:00:45.620 And now, yet again, they're at the center of this.
00:00:47.640 And that is where, when we were in the room yesterday, I think there was some tension and frustration over the slow release of the ballots.
00:00:54.600 It's well understandable. And there's no reason to suggest that it is for nothing other than to make sure that it's secure and that each of the mail ballots were, in fact, sent in by individuals who go by the name on that ballot.
00:01:05.920 But what happens as a result is exactly what you guys were speaking about, is when you have that open space and that open air, it's folks like Cary Lake that go and fill that void there that call into question, why is this slow walking?
00:01:18.300 Why is this taking place?
00:01:19.580 Mark Fincham, I don't urge people to go to his Twitter account, but my goodness, every hour you come up with a new conspiracy theory.
00:01:26.380 His latest this hour was suggesting that why does the Republican state treasurer candidate, Kimberly Yee, have 215,000 more votes than any other statewide candidates?
00:01:35.360 Well, I can tell you, as somebody who has been covering Kimberly Yee for years, she's walked much more of a straight line, Doug Ducey type conservative role here.
00:01:43.540 And it wouldn't surprise most folks who have covered here politics.
00:01:45.940 But for Mark Fincham, he goes and tells his hundreds of thousands of followers who are following him on whether it be Twitter or far right elements of the Internet, that there's a conspiracy and that the folks here behind me who are simply going and adjudicating and making sure that these ballots are legitimate.
00:02:01.660 And this nice woman here who is putting in the ballots into the tabulation machine are some part of a conspiracy.
00:02:07.100 And there is nothing to suggest that. And that is where the hope is at some point here that we are able to close that void there, because in the meanwhile, it's these folks who are creating these conspiracy theories as we speak.
00:02:18.820 Vaughn, I know you're getting pulled, but let me let me just ask you one question.
00:02:21.400 You know, these are the same people who had eternal patience for the fraud, you know, the what were they called?
00:02:27.420 Cyber Ninjas. Cyber Ninjas took weeks and months. They were Trump's allies. They were from Florida.
00:02:32.780 They had no experience. They weren't from Arizona. They had lots of patience for that.
00:02:36.960 I want to if you could just for our viewers who are not.
00:02:40.480 Take Nicole Wallace this afternoon. I tell you what, I want to get ready to play that.
00:02:44.180 Maybe I play that when we bring Ben Burkwam and Ben is in Maricopa County and we're going to get to Ben Burkwam in a second.
00:02:51.380 But we got some wood to chop for us. Have Alex de Grasse.
00:02:54.160 Yes. So, Alex, I want to I want to get into the details.
00:02:57.520 Oh, by the way, it's Friday. Of course, it's Veterans Day here at Armistice Day in Europe.
00:03:03.660 It's 11 November in the year of our Lord, 2022. You're in the war room.
00:03:08.580 I want to go to Alex de Grasse from Team Elise.
00:03:11.540 And Alex, there seems to be some sort of confusion.
00:03:14.900 The Associated Press says they're not going to call the house, not going to call the who wins the house until at least Tuesday.
00:03:24.600 And then they've implied that there are California races that are outstanding that could take, and I quote, weeks to determine.
00:03:32.180 Where do we stay? You want to walk us through exactly where we're standing in the house?
00:03:36.320 Because MSNBC's got up 220 to 215.
00:03:39.280 They had up 222 to 213 last night.
00:03:42.540 They've had as much as 223, I think, to 212.
00:03:46.780 So they're kind of agreeing that we've taken the house, but there seems to be some sort of uncertainty about all this.
00:03:52.020 So I want to go through and make sure everybody, because people have been working off your math now for weeks, I want to make sure we go back to that.
00:04:00.160 So can you give us an assessment of where we stand?
00:04:04.720 Yeah, so the Associated Press is called 211.
00:04:08.480 We need 218, Steve.
00:04:10.820 So Eli Crane and Young Kim were called yesterday.
00:04:14.060 And I'll go through all these, but I'm going to give a quick summary, and I'll go through each district.
00:04:17.920 Ken Calvert took the lead.
00:04:19.680 Lauren Boebert's in a commanding position.
00:04:21.400 Joe Kent cut his deficit in half.
00:04:25.300 Mike Erickson in Oregon, six, is still in the fight.
00:04:28.500 And then, so we'll go here.
00:04:30.220 Now, on top of those 211 that have already been called, we have seven that we've got in the bank, Steve.
00:04:36.560 Undoubtedly strong.
00:04:38.240 We hold them.
00:04:38.840 There's no issue.
00:04:39.580 That's Arizona, six.
00:04:41.180 That gets at the 218 right there.
00:04:42.820 Hang on.
00:04:43.480 Let's go.
00:04:45.280 I just want to slowly go from the 211.
00:04:48.360 You say there's seven more that are in the bank but have not been called by Associated Press.
00:04:53.380 Let's just go through those seven, and let's name the district, and let's name the individual, and then if you can just give us the spread and so people can ascertain that.
00:05:02.440 So let's go ahead.
00:05:03.040 Sure, so we've got Arizona six with Juan and Siskamani.
00:05:07.480 Last night, update was compromised largely of 20,000 votes from Pima County.
00:05:12.740 The votes were counted were absentee ballots, which are bad for us.
00:05:16.740 There's still roughly 120 ballots outstanding to be counted in Pima.
00:05:20.460 We expect about 20,000 of those to be Arizona six votes, and we've been working with the campaign and the RNC and the NRCC.
00:05:28.440 Remaining absentee ballots will be returned, and it's going to be election day and overall election day votes.
00:05:34.840 We still have a significant amount of votes outstanding in Pima County, so it's very good for us.
00:05:39.420 So that, we've got a big spread there.
00:05:41.600 Not going to be a problem there.
00:05:43.040 We actually think, though, Associated Press will call this possibly.
00:05:47.720 Could be tonight.
00:05:48.560 Could be tomorrow.
00:05:49.160 Could be through the weekend.
00:05:50.000 But this one should be handled pretty soon.
00:05:51.960 Yeah, and I just want to tell you, hang on, Decision Desk has already called this, just so you know.
00:05:56.980 Decision Desk has already called Juan late last night.
00:05:59.880 Okay, keep going.
00:06:01.700 Then we've got California three.
00:06:03.660 Assemblyman Kevin Carley, total MAGA.
00:06:05.880 It's a big win.
00:06:07.380 We've got, I think it's called Placer County.
00:06:09.680 It's the largest county in the district.
00:06:11.480 They're going to be updating us tonight around 5 o'clock Pacific.
00:06:15.280 We expect the race to be called shortly.
00:06:16.840 So this is another one.
00:06:17.660 We could bag this tonight into tomorrow with the Associated Press.
00:06:22.440 We've got Fighter Pilot Hero, Mike Garcia, California 27.
00:06:27.320 Another update tonight, so probably around 11 p.m. Eastern time.
00:06:31.880 Hopefully this will be called next week.
00:06:34.720 Just with the California process, these things take forever there.
00:06:38.220 It's out of control.
00:06:38.820 The rest of these are all California, one in Oregon, New York, and we'll get to that.
00:06:43.560 California 41, Ken Calvert.
00:06:46.060 We think that this should be called either tonight or early next week.
00:06:50.160 That's California 41, Ken Calvert.
00:06:54.140 California 45, Michelle Steele, that's a hold seat.
00:06:57.720 That should either be called tonight or early next week.
00:07:01.780 So we feel great about that.
00:07:03.280 Oregon 5, Decision Desk called this.
00:07:06.080 Also, the state's newspaper called this.
00:07:08.620 That's one of EPAC candidate Lori Chavez-Daremer.
00:07:12.200 She's a Hispanic woman.
00:07:13.540 That's a flip.
00:07:14.140 So that should be called, I think, tonight.
00:07:16.600 But again, the local paper already called it.
00:07:19.000 The Oregonian, I think, is the name.
00:07:21.100 And then, so this is the desk.
00:07:23.660 And then NY22, Brandon Williams, he's leading by about 4,000 votes.
00:07:28.320 There's about 4,000 votes outstanding between affidavits and mail ballots.
00:07:33.120 Affidavits in New York typically go in our direction.
00:07:35.740 Mail ballots go heavily against us because those affidavit ballots are early in person.
00:07:40.760 So those are the seven seats right there.
00:07:43.200 That's 218.
00:07:44.240 Those are in the bank.
00:07:46.060 And now I want to go down.
00:07:47.760 Hang on a second.
00:07:49.760 Yeah, but hang on a second.
00:07:50.640 I just want to make an observation how it's going to be handled.
00:07:54.940 People are coming back into the city from both sides because it's going to be orientation week
00:07:59.360 and leadership votes and start of the lame duck session.
00:08:04.260 So it's going to be total chaos starting with the weekend.
00:08:07.080 For these seats, and even if Kylie's got such a spread or Garcia, your 213, 214, 215, and 216 seat,
00:08:15.420 which is California's 3, 27, 41, and 45, the Associated Press has already implied that a couple of those
00:08:22.420 that may be weeks, for instance, California 41 and California 45.
00:08:30.800 How do you work through the logistics, unless we get down and some of these other ones are going to be called shortly,
00:08:35.960 that how do you come and even put together the majority or even have a leadership vote when these are still going to be in question?
00:08:42.640 So they'll be here, Steve.
00:08:45.100 So the way we do it, as long as it's not called against us, all of these are invited to attend new member orientation,
00:08:51.160 which has been standard for Republicans.
00:08:53.320 So the House Admin Committee hosts them, and they'll all be here learning how to become a new member of Congress.
00:09:00.680 So they'll be voting in the leadership races on Tuesday.
00:09:03.420 There'll be a rule put up to do that.
00:09:05.160 There might be some people that disagree with that, but that will be decided by the Republican Conference on that process.
00:09:11.760 But they will be here if they're not certified yet.
00:09:14.560 Okay.
00:09:14.880 Go to your 219 to 222 then.
00:09:17.560 How do you get there?
00:09:18.520 What are your next four?
00:09:19.520 Sure.
00:09:20.340 So we've actually got seven that are kind of either 50-50 or leaning our way.
00:09:25.000 Actually, eight when you include Joe Kent.
00:09:27.080 That's Arizona 1, Schweiker.
00:09:30.580 Last night, there was a 50-50 split of 18,000 votes counted.
00:09:35.160 These are ones that were dropped off before Tuesday, as you guys, because you guys have been covering Arizona.
00:09:39.280 Those are typically, you know, 50-50.
00:09:41.600 There's about 100,000 votes between Election Day and in-person votes.
00:09:46.440 So they're going to break for our favor.
00:09:48.340 We're going to put that away.
00:09:49.780 We've got Lauren Boebert.
00:09:51.260 She's in a very strong position, Steve.
00:09:54.840 Last night, she was up by about 1,100 votes.
00:09:57.620 There was about 2,000 ballots among all the counties.
00:10:00.900 We're curing those ballots.
00:10:02.500 It's approximately 532 Democrats, 700 Republican, 1,300 independents to be cured.
00:10:10.660 I think we've cured a lot already.
00:10:13.540 So that's very positive.
00:10:14.780 And we feel great about Lauren Boebert.
00:10:16.680 So that would be number two.
00:10:18.480 By the way, her opponent, her opponent, who's been living on MSNBC, just said he considered his race, if nothing, a moral victory, which is already, you know, code word for, hey, we've looked at the numbers and she's going to win.
00:10:32.840 So I think that's a strong sign there.
00:10:35.420 Okay.
00:10:35.700 Keep going.
00:10:36.200 So we've got California 13, John Durante.
00:10:39.380 This one could take weeks to call.
00:10:43.460 It's a tough one, but we're optimistic.
00:10:46.600 This is sort of in the toss-up or lean Republican.
00:10:49.460 Then we've got California 22, sort of Bakersfield area, Valdeo.
00:10:54.280 We feel very good about this.
00:10:55.880 But, again, just with the counting process, it could take some time.
00:10:59.620 We have California 47, Scott Ball.
00:11:02.140 This one also could take weeks to call.
00:11:05.300 And also California 49, Brian Marriott, could take weeks to call.
00:11:11.020 And we've got Joe 10.
00:11:12.880 So he's making the gains that Joe needs to make, for sure, in this latest count.
00:11:17.340 He cut his deficit in half.
00:11:19.900 He's only down by about 2.6%.
00:11:21.800 I believe there's – I don't want to give the wrong number, but there's a significant amount of ballots to be counted, and they're curing, and their team is working.
00:11:28.660 And I know the audience on this show remembers, Steve, sort of in the primary, where he clawed back from.
00:11:34.200 So we feel very optimistic with Joe.
00:11:37.780 We've got Oregon 6.
00:11:40.540 So these are – and then we'll move to – so those are the eight, right, that could go either which way to give us some padding.
00:11:47.340 We win half of them.
00:11:48.300 That gets us to 222, and likewise, right?
00:11:51.360 Then we've got a couple more longer shot here, but I want to go through these because it's important.
00:11:56.880 Mike Erickson, he's down, but he's gaining ground.
00:12:00.280 That's in Oregon 6.
00:12:02.160 Jim Bognette has not conceded.
00:12:04.480 There's quite a lot of irregularities.
00:12:07.260 I don't know if he's been on the show to talk about it, but we should hit him up.
00:12:10.200 There's a lot going on there.
00:12:11.380 We've got a lot of legal stuff going on.
00:12:13.560 He's not conceding, and we're working on a strategy on that.
00:12:16.520 So that's a big one.
00:12:17.820 So that's Pennsylvania 8, Jim Bognette.
00:12:19.780 And then Nevada 3, it looks like it's sort of slipping from us, but it's not over yet.
00:12:25.620 April Becker in Nevada 3.
00:12:28.580 So that's sort of what's outstanding.
00:12:31.940 That can get you if you want all of them what you want.
00:12:34.040 It's 228 because I know Bognette's hard, but I think they're working out their legal strategy before they come on.
00:12:39.960 And Nevada 3 is tough.
00:12:41.900 Okay, so what do you think?
00:12:44.940 Here's the problem.
00:12:45.820 Aren't they slow walking all these?
00:12:48.540 And I realize they have some legitimate issues they've got to deal with with some of these ballots.
00:12:53.060 But particularly in California, they're saying it could take two or three weeks for some of these.
00:12:58.040 So how do you organize things?
00:12:59.760 I guess you say you get to 218, and it takes care of itself, correct?
00:13:04.360 Yeah, and we're hoping to be at 218.
00:13:06.560 We're there ultimately, right, in our map.
00:13:09.720 And, you know, you see it on MSNBC and everyone else.
00:13:12.560 I mean, they're admitting it.
00:13:13.780 But, you know, it's very frustrating, Steve, that they're not just saying it.
00:13:17.880 You know, they're causing a lot of havoc and chaos.
00:13:20.660 And they're on the mainstream media, you know, pumping what I would say misinformation to voters on the left side of the aisle.
00:13:28.060 You know, people that, you know, think they've got some type of, like you said, moral victory.
00:13:31.660 So it's definitely a little bit frustrating.
00:13:34.100 But, you know, we are organizing.
00:13:36.140 We're preparing everything for the majority.
00:13:37.840 These members that are in toss-up seats, they're all welcome to come here as long as it hasn't been called against them.
00:13:44.140 So that's pretty standard, actually.
00:13:45.700 So there will be a lot of, you know, Kevin Kiley will be here for new member orientation and for leadership votes, despite it being called or not called.
00:13:52.680 But we're very excited about a lot of these members coming in for sure.
00:13:56.760 I tell you what, can you hang on?
00:14:00.460 I just want to take a short commercial break and get back into this because, yeah, I think MSNBC and CNN, they're either listing – like last night it was 222.
00:14:11.320 I think one time it was 223.
00:14:13.280 They've been back to 220.
00:14:14.520 Now they're 220 and 215 for the Democrats.
00:14:19.880 It's a – so it's moving.
00:14:22.060 But they have not, you know, made it – only Politico did an article about how you could – how the Democrats would have a chance to actually keep the majority.
00:14:30.700 Okay, short commercial break.
00:14:32.280 Alex de Grasse, Ben Burquam.
00:14:34.460 We got Boris.
00:14:35.220 We're going to have later in the second hour Joe Kent, Carolyn Wren out in Arizona, Mike Davis.
00:14:41.240 We're packed up here this afternoon in the Fight Club to make sure to see how we close these in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, all of it.
00:14:53.660 Next in the War Room.
00:14:57.580 You know what's never good?
00:14:59.340 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation.
00:15:08.980 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote,
00:15:13.220 There's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly that I didn't at the time fully understand, end quote.
00:15:26.840 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?

00:16:49.900 Make sure you go.
00:16:50.520 You can't get it in a big box.
00:16:51.600 You can't get it at Walmart.
00:16:52.620 Can't get it at bed, bath, and beyond.
00:16:55.140 But you can get it on the War Room site.
00:16:57.080 That's MyPillow.com.
00:16:59.480 Promo code War Room.
00:17:00.580 You get right to our square.
00:17:02.220 So go check it out today.
00:17:03.540 Alex DeGrasse obviously makes, you know, everything's moving right now, particularly the leadership votes, the speaker votes, all of that.
00:17:12.920 When do you, as you sit here and look at it, given the AP said they're not going to call it until Tuesday at a minimum, what is the sense of you guys are inside the apparatus of when do you think you're going to know this thing's absolutely locked down and they're just trying to bleed the Republicans out?
00:17:28.300 Well, we feel great.
00:17:31.200 I mean, we have the 218 for sure, Steve, you know, unless they find a massive bag of ballots with Brandon Williams.
00:17:38.680 I mean, there is no path to the Democrats in Brandon Williams' seat as we have it now.
00:17:43.660 There are essentially just as many outstanding ballots that we know of as there are in the margin.
00:17:48.680 So, you know, with that being said, the 218 is there.
00:17:52.480 So, I mean, I understand why they maybe can't because there's different ballots, but we know that election day ballots in Arizona are going to go our way heavily, right?
00:18:02.220 I mean, these are things we know, but the AP won't rule on it, Steve.
00:18:05.940 So that's what the frustrating thing is.
00:18:08.560 I mean, we've got the 218, but it is floating out there.
00:18:11.060 It's annoying.
00:18:11.340 I noticed, right before I let you go, Alaska is not on here.
00:18:16.540 Is this because of this ranked choice voting it's going to take?
00:18:19.720 I think they've committed to come up with an answer before the 23rd of November.
00:18:24.700 Kelly Chewbacca is in good shape.
00:18:26.920 Sarah Palin, because her opponent said don't vote for her, I take it she's not going to be in great shape?
00:18:33.080 Yeah, I mean, we're all behind Sarah Palin 100 percent.
00:18:35.560 But that being said, the Democrats at 47 percent and she's at 24 and the other Republicans at about 20.
00:18:44.240 And so, you know, the way that worked, he did tell us he told his supporters to rank the Democrat.
00:18:50.520 And that's what happened last time.
00:18:52.160 That's how the Democrat got in there, which is unfortunate that he did that.
00:18:57.440 Frankly, no.
00:18:58.460 And the Democrats are going to have no power because it's not going to be in the majority.
00:19:01.140 It's a shame.
00:19:02.160 And this is one the Republicans should win relatively easily.
00:19:05.020 Just it's a really a crime.
00:19:06.460 That's ranked choice.
00:19:07.680 How do people tell you?
00:19:10.160 No, we got to stop.
00:19:11.060 We've got to take ranked choice to the Supreme Court.
00:19:13.420 A hundred percent.
00:19:14.040 It's a disaster.
00:19:15.140 We need Mike Davis on that.
00:19:16.520 I've talked about it.
00:19:17.480 You've got to come on and talk about it.
00:19:19.180 We've got brother Davis is actually joining us in the second hour.
00:19:21.920 He's on fire today.
00:19:23.680 Alex, how do people get to you?
00:19:25.880 Yeah, I'm on getter at the grass.
00:19:27.900 Truth at Alex the grass.
00:19:29.280 I'm on Twitter to grass 81.
00:19:31.560 Just let me know.
00:19:32.820 We've got more facts coming out.
00:19:34.520 Keep everyone updated as these races.
00:19:36.700 They'll be they're going to be counting through the weekend.
00:19:38.580 A lot of these places.
00:19:39.440 So we'll have some updates.
00:19:41.080 Hopefully wrap this thing up.
00:19:42.540 Okay, we're going to be on getter live all over the weekend.
00:19:45.420 We'll get to grass up.
00:19:46.320 I want people to follow him on all his accounts because there's a lot going on.
00:19:49.080 This weekend is quite important.
00:19:50.900 Thank you, Alex.
00:19:51.440 The grass hundred percent.
00:19:53.100 Yep.
00:19:54.460 I want.
00:19:55.860 Thanks, brother.
00:19:56.540 I want to go.
00:19:57.220 Let's can I go back and play?
00:19:58.600 I want to start at the beginning with Burkham.
00:20:01.320 I don't have Boris up yet.
00:20:02.600 Do I?
00:20:04.380 Okay.
00:20:04.720 If we don't have Boris, I want to.
00:20:06.280 Oh, Boris.
00:20:06.780 Okay, fine.
00:20:07.380 Let me get to Boris.
00:20:08.880 Boris.
00:20:09.160 So a lot happening for the audience.
00:20:11.620 We got like nine things that are happening simultaneously and we're trying to keep it all not just straight, but make sure they get the most pertinent information in the inside baseball.
00:20:21.520 Part of this is these leadership efforts.
00:20:23.900 Now, the Senate hasn't been called.
00:20:25.560 We got Laxalt out in Nevada.
00:20:28.500 Blake Masters in Arizona.
00:20:30.480 You got Herschel Walker with the runoff.
00:20:32.660 We know Alaska is going to be Republican.
00:20:34.700 We don't know if it's going to be the Republican slash Democrat Murkowski or if it's going to be Chewbacca, but it will be a held seat.
00:20:42.380 But in leadership in both senses, both branches, both the House and the Senate, they're kind of open revolts right now.
00:20:49.260 There's all kind of articles up where the House Freedom Caucus and Matt Gaetz and others around kind of this Russ vote Twitter chain is saying that they want to make a change.
00:21:01.980 There's eight or 10 people or 12 people that are adamantly against McCarthy.
00:21:05.080 They want to see change, whether that's Jim Jordan or others.
00:21:09.760 Now, in the Senate, it's kind of exploded.
00:21:11.520 There's been a letter sent.
00:21:12.480 I think Rick Scott, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio.
00:21:15.340 There's other people I'm hearing Rand Paul.
00:21:17.000 There's other people that are coming out and saying that, hey, we ought to slow down any leadership vote in the Senate until, you know, things are we actually know where we stand.
00:21:28.780 Associated Press is announcing they're not going to call the House for who wins at a minimum of Tuesday and, quote, unquote, California races could take weeks.
00:21:37.800 Just give us a sense where all that stands.
00:21:39.940 We'll see the President Trump out.
00:21:41.940 Where do we stand with just these leadership fights?
00:21:45.340 Steve, honor to be with you.
00:21:46.360 Honor to be with the posse.
00:21:47.840 There's definitely a lot of moving parts.
00:21:49.160 There's no two ways about it.
00:21:50.840 And it's overwhelmingly caused by the fact that we do not have a real election system in this country.
00:21:56.560 In the Senate, yeah, how could you have a leadership vote?
00:21:58.700 How could you have any leadership discussions until you know who's going to be in the caucus?
00:22:02.680 It makes no sense whatsoever.
00:22:04.340 Of course, Mitch McConnell is going to try to ram it through, but that doesn't make any sense on God's green earth to have a leadership vote, a leadership discussion before you know who's going to be, you know, who's going to be the senator from Arizona, the senator from Nevada, the senator from Alaska, the senator from Georgia.
00:22:20.340 And let's hope those are all MAGA candidates, Chewbacca in Alaska, Laxalt in Nevada, Masters in Arizona, and, of course, the one and only Herschel Walker in Georgia.
00:22:30.740 And then in the House, I mean, it definitely seems to be a combustible situation.
00:22:37.420 I'll put it this way.
00:22:38.360 You know, Kevin McCarthy obviously still has a lot of support, but also is, you know, I think is widely reported, facing some headwinds.
00:22:46.920 And, you know, if you look around the country, there's a lot of money spent on candidates and against candidates like Carolyn Leavitt, right, on candidates who end up losing primaries and where MAGA candidates won.
00:22:57.060 And those millions of dollars should have been spent on getting new seats.
00:23:01.180 So it's going to be very interesting to see how it all plays out.
00:23:04.540 You know, Gates has got a lot of ideas, how the Freedom Caucus seems to be not interested in particularly cooperating.
00:23:14.160 So I think there's a lot of development.
00:23:15.600 Now, keep in mind, the leadership vote in the House that's coming up next Tuesday is about everything effectively but the speakership.
00:23:23.380 The speakership is not part of the, quote-unquote, House Republican leadership vote.
00:23:27.400 The speakership is for the full 435 to decide that it doesn't truly happen until January 3rd of 2023.
00:23:35.120 So a lot of room between the lip and the cup, a lot of time, and I think a lot of developments still to come.
00:23:40.380 But most importantly, and you know I was going to say this, most importantly, the big announcement from President Donald J. Trump coming on Tuesday, on November 15th, 9 o'clock, from the one and only Mar-a-Lago Club.
00:23:52.800 And let me tell you, the response has been overwhelming.
00:23:56.160 To anybody out there who's crying and whining, oh, you know, there won't be interest, it is already sold out three times over.
00:24:04.560 Everybody and their mother wants to be there.
00:24:07.180 The amount of press requests, the amount of media requests, the amount of MAGA requests is overwhelming.
00:24:12.960 Frankly, it's an honor.
00:24:14.960 It's an honor to be a small part of that team.
00:24:17.260 And it is humbling just how many Americans want to be there to see President Trump's big announcement as we move into 2024 and taking our country back.
00:24:27.120 I take it does a lot of interest from international press also, correct?
00:24:31.880 So all over the world.
00:24:32.920 No doubt about it.
00:24:34.520 Donald J. Trump is the leader of the MAGA movement, the Republican Party, and is the true leader of the American people.
00:24:41.900 And everybody all over the world knows that.
00:24:44.000 And I'll tell you, to those of you who have a problem with this, you know, this truth post, that truth post, you know what?
00:24:49.320 To those who've been choosing to play stupid games, to backstab, to plant stories and plant nonsense, you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
00:25:01.860 To those who've been smart and said, you know, we're going to support President Trump if he chooses to run, well, that's a different treatment.
00:25:08.660 So to anybody who's got a problem with it, you know what?
00:25:12.560 That's your choice.
00:25:13.740 That's your prerogative as an American.
00:25:15.560 The way I see it, those who are trying to backstab President Trump, he doesn't play those games.
00:25:20.080 He's coming right at their face.
00:25:23.120 Choose wisely.
00:25:24.280 I guess it would be the thing to say.
00:25:26.980 Boris, you've got a couple minutes.
00:25:28.760 Let's talk about the House and the Senate.
00:25:30.900 These House races, how comfortable with you do you feel with the grasses list as you've looked at the math?
00:25:36.300 It's a good list.
00:25:36.920 I think we're on a double, we'll be in the majority.
00:25:40.020 I think 223 is a real, real possibility.
00:25:43.100 A couple breaks here and there, maybe you get to 225.
00:25:45.900 So Alex DeGrasse and the whole team there with Elise Stefanik, Chairman Stefanik, doing a great job as the GOP Conference Chair.
00:25:52.880 DeGrasse really knows that the race is inside out.
00:25:56.280 But again, the disgrace is that we cannot get these results within, it should be four hours and done.
00:26:02.600 That's what we need to have happen in this country.
00:26:05.020 And the fact that we're weeks out, days out, and then weeks out is unacceptable.
00:26:09.740 It is un-American.
00:26:10.840 It's unconstitutional.
00:26:12.180 And it's extremely debilitating to our democracy.
00:26:15.440 And then on the Senate side, I think Nevada, you've got Laxalt.
00:26:20.240 I do think he's got a great shot.
00:26:21.760 I think you'll have the same thing happening with Lombardo there for governor.
00:26:25.180 And then in Arizona, Carrie Lake, governor, I'm feeling good about it.
00:26:28.440 I think Blake Masters has a very straight path to that victory.
00:26:31.560 And let's not forget Kelly Chewbacca.
00:26:33.380 Kelly Chewbacca won that race.
00:26:35.040 Now they're doing that nonsense rank choice voting.
00:26:38.460 But she won that race.
00:26:40.240 And let's hope it stays that way.
00:26:42.840 Boris, how do people, that's a great assessment, how do people get you on your social media?
00:26:47.260 Because over this weekend, it's going to be pretty intense.
00:26:49.980 It's going to be intense this weekend.
00:26:51.060 It's going to be intense next week.
00:26:52.040 And it's going to be intense for months and years to come.
00:26:54.800 We also have got to make sure that we win that seat in Georgia on December 6th.
00:26:57.980 No doubt about it.
00:26:58.920 Intensity, offense all around.
00:27:00.780 My information, the website is hot, BorisCB.com, hot on BorisCB.com, hot on Getter at BorisCB,
00:27:06.020 on Twitter at BorisCB, hot on true socials at Boris, hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
00:27:10.780 Stay strong.
00:27:11.360 God bless.
00:27:11.840 All of us.
00:27:12.600 Shabbat Shalom.
00:27:14.580 Boris, thank you very much.
00:27:15.900 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
00:27:17.380 We're going to come back.
00:27:17.980 We're going to go to Arizona, our own Ben Berquam.
00:27:20.880 We're going to talk about what MSNBC is saying about the situation.
00:27:24.080 Of course, Ben Berquam has been in the, as always, he's in the middle of the action.
00:27:28.460 And now he's one of the principal actors in this about the access.
00:27:31.840 They're giving Ben Berquam, Real America's Voice, and, of course, the War Room to make
00:27:35.980 sure that we keep our intense coverage.
00:27:38.020 Everybody knows, particularly those that joined the show after the 2020 election, you know
00:27:43.700 the amount of time, effort, and focus we've given Arizona.
00:27:47.400 It's kind of the railhead of this whole thing.
00:27:48.700 As I said the other day on these talks or speeches, I was going around with Carrie Lake.
00:27:53.520 I said it started in Arizona.
00:27:55.420 It's going to end in Arizona.
00:27:56.680 So, we're going to make sure we're all over it.
00:27:59.380 Short commercial break.
00:28:00.600 Ben Berquam on the other side in the War Room.
00:28:03.680 It's all started.
00:28:05.900 Everything's begun.
00:28:07.620 And you are over.
00:28:10.300 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:28:14.060 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:28:16.620 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:28:19.140 We rejoice when they're no more.
00:28:21.040 Let's take down the CCP.
00:28:22.640 Look, you did the tough thing during COVID.
00:28:25.460 You paid your people.
00:28:26.660 And you pulled your business through the pandemic.
00:28:29.100 And now doing the tough thing could qualify you for up to $26,000 per employee at COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:28:38.340 Government funds are available to reward companies with two or more employees who stayed open during COVID.
00:28:44.540 This is not a loan.
00:28:45.940 And you don't have to pay it back.
00:28:47.640 This program is complicated, but nobody knows more about it than the CPAs and tax experts at COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:28:55.140 You pay nothing up front.
00:28:57.380 They do all the work and share a percentage of the cash they get you.
00:29:01.500 Businesses of all types, including nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took PPP loans, even if you had an increase in sales.
00:29:10.040 You did the tough thing for your employees during COVID.
00:29:13.600 Let COVIDtaxrelief.org help get you up to $26,000 per employee.
00:29:20.260 Visit COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:29:22.940 That's COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:29:25.920 Do this today.
00:29:26.920 Take action at COVIDtaxrelief.org.
00:29:30.960 More votes than any of the statewide candidates.
00:29:33.420 Well, I can tell you, as somebody who has been covering Kimberly Yee for years, she's walked much more of a straight line, Doug Ducey-type conservative role here.
00:29:41.580 And it wouldn't surprise most folks who have covered here politics.
00:29:43.960 But for Mark Fincham, he goes and tells his hundreds of thousands of followers who are following him on, whether it be Twitter or far-right elements of the Internet, that there's a conspiracy.
00:29:54.960 And that the folks here behind me who are simply going and adjudicating and making sure that these ballots are legitimate, and this nice woman here who is putting in the ballots into the tabulation machine, are some part of a conspiracy.
00:30:05.420 And there is nothing to suggest that.
00:30:06.820 And that is where the hope is at some point here, that we are able to close that void there.
00:30:12.240 Because in the meanwhile, it's these folks who are creating these conspiracy theories as we speak.
00:30:16.880 Vaughn, I know you're getting pulled, but let me just ask you one question.
00:30:20.080 These are the same people who had eternal patience for the fraud-it, what were they called?
00:30:26.080 Cyber ninjas took weeks and months.
00:30:29.140 They were Trump's allies.
00:30:29.900 They were from Florida.
00:30:30.820 They had no experience.
00:30:32.160 They weren't from Arizona.
00:30:33.380 They had lots of patience for that.
00:30:34.700 I want to, if you could just, for our viewers who are not hostage to any of the disinformation, but just explain what the process is.
00:30:41.780 What exactly are election officials doing?
00:30:44.300 What does the count look like?
00:30:46.980 Yeah, also to give you an idea here, it was this last state legislature that came within one vote of arresting the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors
00:30:54.600 because they refused to turn over the ballots to the gang that was completing that so-called audit here.
00:31:00.860 But the process that is underway here, number one, their signature verification process.
00:31:05.460 So all these mail ballots, especially those 290,000 that were dropped off in person,
00:31:10.960 they are going and comparing the signatures on the envelopes of the individuals, those voters who signed those envelopes.
00:31:16.580 They are then going against, whether it be the DMV database, whatever signature they have on file,
00:31:21.320 to confirm that that signature matches the one that is within the state records here.
00:31:25.760 We've also got the adjudication board, these folks here.
00:31:27.840 You've got a Republican and Democrat, so if there is something wrong, there's a fold in the ballot, a spill, ink that goes outside of the lines,
00:31:34.600 a Republican and a Democrat are going ballot by ballot to go and confirm that these ballots are legitimate and what the intent was.
00:31:44.480 Okay, welcome back.
00:31:46.560 We're in the war room.
00:31:47.520 Make sure you go to, by the way, this is all about Arizona, speaking of Arizona,
00:31:50.980 in the 16th of December, in Metro Phoenix, you'll have the AmFest, AmericaFest, put on by Turning Point USA.
00:31:59.740 Tucker Carlson's going to be there.
00:32:01.220 Candace Owens is going to be there.
00:32:02.700 Stephen K. Bannon's going to be there.
00:32:04.200 Of course, Charlie Kirchak, but literally dozens of others of MAGA personages are going to be there giving talks, workshops, all of it.
00:32:12.940 Go to tpusa.com slash war room.
00:32:16.920 You're going to want to go.
00:32:17.820 You're going to want to be there.
00:32:19.020 As everybody knows, when I go to these things, I spend a lot of time with the posse, meeting and greeting and talking and getting up to speed on what you guys are working on.
00:32:26.740 So I want to make sure that happens.
00:32:28.940 I think we'll be spending a lot of time in Arizona over the next couple of weeks between there and these knife fights, political metaphor, knife fights here back in D.C.
00:32:38.580 for leadership, the lame duck, all of it.
00:32:40.800 It's one of the craziest times I've ever seen.
00:32:43.700 Let's go to Ben Burkwam.
00:32:45.060 Ben, I take it you're getting ready to walk in and cover the press conference in Maricopa County.
00:32:50.580 It's going to take place today.
00:32:51.560 Oh, excuse me.
00:32:52.660 Excuse me.
00:32:53.160 I forgot.
00:32:54.040 I'm talking.
00:32:54.740 I thought I was talking to the gateway pundit, Jordan Conradsen.
00:32:58.420 Oh, no.
00:32:59.020 Hang on.
00:32:59.580 Let me hold it back there.
00:33:01.400 So, Ben, here's what I got to, you know, this is what I don't understand.
00:33:05.440 So you got to explain this one to me and to the audience.
00:33:07.380 You probably more than anybody, because you were out there for Trump pre the 2020 when they had all the huge caravans and the massive rallies and, you know, everybody was there.
00:33:19.860 You were really the number one investigative reporter on the scene in the days after on this.
00:33:26.360 You've been on this for two years standing in here, I guess, the tabulation center.
00:33:30.880 Um, why won't they let our Ben Berquam in, uh, inside to say, and these, it's not that these press conferences are scintillating.
00:33:39.380 Uh, you know, uh, Bill Gates comes out and Bill Gates reminds me of the guy in, um, we said this on the, said this on the Charlie Crookshire list in the movie Fargo, right?
00:33:48.400 The, the, the lead character, he kind of has that voice of the Fargo guy.
00:33:51.340 Uh, you know, no, no, no, no, Jerry, this is my deal.
00:33:55.340 This is my deal.
00:33:56.260 It's not, I don't want to find or see, right?
00:33:58.660 The, um, so it's a clown show every time they come out.
00:34:02.720 Why won't they let Ben Berquam inside to, to actually just, you know, be there, listen, like everybody else, ask a few questions.
00:34:08.920 Well, before I tell you that, I just want to say thanks for making me listen to MSNBC twice today.
00:34:16.300 Uh, you know, you know how much I love hearing it the first time.
00:34:18.520 Hold on, hold on, hang on, hold on, hang on.
00:34:22.120 Now that you're going to bring it up now, hold on.
00:34:23.980 Now that you're going to bring it up.
00:34:24.900 I was out with, uh, we were out with Carrie Lake last week and, uh, Tim Miller jumped me.
00:34:28.740 I knew Tim from his RNC days.
00:34:30.700 Now hold it.
00:34:31.580 Vaughn here.
00:34:32.200 Does Vaughn here have the turquoise like cowboy thing?
00:34:35.520 He looks like somebody from, um, uh, he looks like he's trying to be.
00:34:38.920 I got to say, he's got a blero and, and hold it.
00:34:41.940 But Tim Miller did not have his pukas or his pearls, whatever you call them.
00:34:45.920 He spends five days in Tucson, five days in Arizona and they toughen him up.
00:34:50.040 He doesn't have pearls.
00:34:51.500 Ben Berquam.
00:34:52.940 Yeah.
00:34:53.860 I got to say, I actually like Vaughn.
00:34:55.740 This might get him in trouble.
00:34:56.800 It might get me in trouble.
00:34:57.860 I'm working on Vaughn.
00:34:58.880 I'm red pilling Vaughn someday.
00:35:00.560 I believe Vaughn, if you're watching this, you're going to be on the right side.
00:35:04.100 That's coming.
00:35:04.800 And I do have to say shout out to ant rocks.
00:35:07.240 Uh, and, and Vaughn will know who that is, but there, there are people that are, are,
00:35:12.400 are on other networks, fake news networks that don't necessarily believe everything
00:35:16.460 they say, but they have to say it or else they wouldn't have jobs.
00:35:19.420 Now, I don't know if he's in that camp, but I know there are people out there.
00:35:22.460 I like Vaughn.
00:35:23.380 Uh, and I'm praying for Vaughn.
00:35:24.740 By the way, Hey, Vaughn, Vaughn is a, everybody should know Vaughn's a very good man.
00:35:29.220 Kerry Lake was our way to blow him up every day because all it, but Tim Miller, but people
00:35:33.620 never forget Tim Miller, the other hatchet, Tim, Tim was the RNC's comm chief.
00:35:37.820 He ran Huntsman's campaign.
00:35:39.900 He was Jeb Bush's spokesman.
00:35:41.360 I knew Tim, Tim in the, in the Breitbart embassy, Tim spent a lot of time.
00:35:45.260 He was RNC and he, his book was quite brilliant.
00:35:47.900 So Tim's a very smart guy.
00:35:49.420 He was on our side and he flipped because of Trump.
00:35:52.140 He just couldn't handle, he couldn't handle the Trump movement.
00:35:55.000 Vaughn is a guy that everybody I think respects a lot.
00:35:57.580 Of course, his, we, he makes our heads blow up, particularly when he was on Nicole Wallace.
00:36:02.920 I think that's the one that makes our heads blow up the most.
00:36:04.600 He was on Nicole Wallace.
00:36:06.020 Yeah.
00:36:06.980 Yeah.
00:36:07.320 Anyway, so all that being said, now I want to say one thing about what he said as well.
00:36:10.320 One of the biggest problems that we had in 2020, why we're here and, and, and what,
00:36:14.700 why people need to be in there watching this is the signature verification.
00:36:17.820 We went from historically on average, about three to 4% rejection rate of these mail-in ballots
00:36:23.780 to under 1%, in some cases, 0.3%, somewhere in that range, uh, in, across Arizona.
00:36:30.320 The reason why, uh, they gave the election to Joe Biden was mostly in large part to the
00:36:36.160 signature verification and allowing signatures that did not match the voters.
00:36:40.400 These were fraudulent votes that were harvested.
00:36:43.100 That's why 2000 mules exposed that vote harvesting.
00:36:45.820 These were not votes by people, uh, that were, that were in the ballots.
00:36:49.560 They were simply picked up and voted for by other people.
00:36:52.320 That's what took the election.
00:36:53.300 That's the big concern that we have here.
00:36:55.440 None of that was changed.
00:36:56.820 They, they're still, from what I understand, still have the same process and, and basically
00:37:01.180 accept anything.
00:37:02.020 When they say they match the signatures, I, I've seen the comparison.
00:37:06.080 There's no comparison.
00:37:07.340 You're talking about signatures that were left-hand versus right-hand writing.
00:37:11.280 It's, it's absolutely, uh, not true that they're, they're matching.
00:37:14.880 I mean, they do some signature verification, but the rejection rate should be around 3%.
00:37:19.160 If it's under that, there's a problem.
00:37:20.900 We're watching that.
00:37:21.620 The other thing I want to mention too, I just had some lovely, uh, war room posse folks
00:37:26.140 come out here and say, they're planning a rally protest tomorrow around noon out here
00:37:31.040 because of what I'm about to, and partly what I'm about to tell you and what you just mentioned
00:37:35.220 about, uh, the gateway pundit as well.
00:37:37.380 And what's going on in that building.
00:37:38.760 First off, this should not take days.
00:37:40.460 They knew these guys knew the potential.
00:37:42.900 They knew the numbers they were expecting.
00:37:45.100 It's just like any systems.
00:37:46.940 It's like any logistics.
00:37:48.360 You know, the numbers that are coming in, you plan for that, you hire the right people
00:37:51.500 and you're ready.
00:37:52.380 These guys are clearly just out of their depth.
00:37:54.900 And the question that nobody's asked any of them is you had two years to plan for this
00:37:58.560 and you have utterly failed who's to blame, who needs to be fired.
00:38:02.200 And I'd say just fire them all, but that's happening tomorrow at noon, local time here
00:38:06.580 from what I understand.
00:38:07.540 So anyone in the area that wants to come out and voice their, uh, dis disapproval for what's
00:38:12.280 going on.
00:38:13.160 That's what's happening noon out here.
00:38:14.540 But, and I want to tell you, this will tell us, but hang on, but hang on, but hang on,
00:38:19.760 Ben, hang on, slow down.
00:38:21.620 That's all going to be peaceful.
00:38:22.700 Cause this is why they put the fence around the, uh, this is why they put the fence around
00:38:26.180 the thing, by the way, but hang on, this is not war room calling for this.
00:38:29.260 We're definitely not calling for this, but the people, it's not us calling for it.
00:38:31.920 This is what other people they've got.
00:38:33.280 They, they, they've got, they've got, um, they've got a lot of police officers down there.
00:38:38.240 I think for no reason, because they're trying to get people scared.
00:38:40.660 Just like they put all the stuff around here, the hundred troops and the Capitol and the
00:38:44.260 thousands of troops here, uh, after a Biden took office.
00:38:48.320 It's, it's, it's, it's, it's a, it's a putting optics out there.
00:38:50.580 And this is what I'm hearing is it's, it's, it's a march.
00:38:53.440 It's a march of Jericho style.
00:38:55.140 They come, they pray.
00:38:56.220 It's all peaceful.
00:38:57.120 They're praying for God's light to shine, for the lies to be exposed and for the truth
00:39:01.200 to be revealed.
00:39:01.880 That's the plan for tomorrow from what I'm understanding.
00:39:03.960 Again, we're not organizing any of this stuff.
00:39:05.680 We just may be here and cover it.
00:39:08.220 Yeah.
00:39:09.040 Okay.
00:39:09.420 Go ahead.
00:39:09.860 Continue on.
00:39:10.420 So, but yeah, so this is, this is what was sent to answer your question.
00:39:13.780 No, Steve, I will not be in there for the press conference today.
00:39:17.080 The many tyrants that run Maricopa County have decided in their infinite wisdom that we are not
00:39:23.780 allowed in, our press credentials were denied for the exact same reason they denied gateway
00:39:28.200 pundits.
00:39:28.780 And I'm going to actually read this small section to you.
00:39:31.840 It's, it's, it's almost hysterical.
00:39:33.980 So you're denied because you, A, do not avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest, not
00:39:42.340 vague at all.
00:39:42.980 And B, are not free of associations that would compromise journalistic integrity and damage
00:39:48.520 credibility.
00:39:49.320 Therefore, you are not a bona fide correspondent of repute in your profession.
00:39:54.980 Now the email goes on to say basically a bunch of lies.
00:39:58.420 Yes.
00:39:58.900 I just love they threw in repute.
00:40:00.840 I don't want to, I don't want to get, I don't want to get into this.
00:40:03.940 I don't want to get, hang on.
00:40:05.260 I don't want to, I don't want to get into the thing of, of, of, of all your behavior.
00:40:10.780 No, but I want to go back to, was it journalistic ethics where they say, I just want to, I just
00:40:15.600 want to say this, I just want to say this, the rest of it was total BS.
00:40:19.100 That's all I'm going to say about the rest of it.
00:40:21.240 Okay, fine.
00:40:22.400 Um, Ben, but go back up to the journalistic part because you've got, don't you have all
00:40:27.200 these, you've got all these left-wing organizations and I'm even talking about MSNBC and CNN,
00:40:32.060 which are part of the app.
00:40:32.920 They're part of the apparatus.
00:40:34.340 You've got every left-wing organization there.
00:40:36.780 What'd they say about the journalistic part?
00:40:38.560 Uh, journalistic integrity, you, uh, excuse me, are not free of associations that would
00:40:45.900 compromise journalistic integrity or damage credibility.
00:40:49.020 Now, I don't know if they're talking about you, Steve.
00:40:50.960 I don't know who they're talking about.
00:40:52.300 They didn't give me any specifics.
00:40:53.700 I, I could just, I'm just left to presume what they meant by this.
00:40:57.780 I mean, it's just, again, it's laughable when you mentioned, as far as I know, it's only
00:41:02.840 integrity, war room, it's, uh, you, I would think you would help, but, uh, because you're
00:41:08.380 actually telling the truth.
00:41:09.220 How dare they?
00:41:09.740 This, but how dare they?
00:41:11.020 The only, the only, as far as I know, the only two networks, the only two news outlets
00:41:16.660 that were not allowed in, that were denied credentials for credentials for those reasons
00:41:20.460 were us and the gateway pundit.
00:41:22.260 And I just got to say, Jordan just texted me.
00:41:24.120 He says the gateway pundit is suing Maricopa County.
00:41:27.900 Uh, and, and so that more to come on this, but bottom line, Steve, all we want is the
00:41:32.580 truth.
00:41:33.480 All we want is the truth.
00:41:35.440 All we want is the receipts.
00:41:37.600 We want this thing to be sorted out overnight and tomorrow morning.
00:41:40.800 So Carrie Lake can get on with governing.
00:41:42.780 Okay.
00:41:43.520 That's it.
00:41:44.120 We're not backing up.
00:41:45.000 We're not backing off that Ben.
00:41:46.080 Hang around.
00:41:46.540 We're going to come back to Ben Burkwam in Arizona in a moment.
00:41:49.040 If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at the reaction

00:44:06.420 Let's go back to Maricopa County.
00:44:08.480 Look, you're going to see a lot of Maricopa County.
00:44:10.320 You're going to see a lot of Nevada.
00:44:12.780 We've got these huge battles.
00:44:14.840 We're also going to have a lot of Georgia.
00:44:17.580 Obviously, that heats up.
00:44:19.060 So this thing is never ending.
00:44:20.760 Of course, Washington, D.C.
00:44:22.260 Now, there are two leadership fights, and they are fights, both for the House and also now for the Senate.
00:44:30.540 Surprisingly enough, some senators came out and said, hey, we think this thing with Mitch McConnell is rolling way too fast, and we've got to really talk about it.
00:44:38.080 So this is all going on at the same time the lame duck's going to start, and that's going to be just a fiasco.
00:44:42.720 So Ben Burquam, Maricopa County, you're seeing a lot of war and posse.
00:44:48.540 Some people think they're coming together and don't want to do a Jericho, which is kind of a quasi-religious celebration event when they walk around and they pray, traditionally as they did in the Old Testament.
00:45:00.980 And I think it's a total overreaction by the authorities.
00:45:05.800 Every rally I've been to, everything I've been to, the posse out there, and by the way, we were out there for the last weeks to get enthusiasm to go vote.
00:45:15.120 You saw a massive turnout on Election Day.
00:45:17.840 It's one of the reasons they're talking about this.
00:45:19.800 It's one of the reasons they're talking.
00:45:22.120 Ben, I'm going to just toss to you.
00:45:24.540 It sounds like we've had a musical tradition going on.
00:45:26.680 I don't know.
00:45:26.900 It sounds like Gather at the River, right, which is one of my favorite hymns.
00:45:30.580 So I feel like I'm in a John Ford movie right now.
00:45:33.980 Ben Burquam in Maricopa.
00:45:35.880 I'll shut up.
00:45:36.700 I'll shut up, and I'll just toss it to you, brother.
00:45:40.400 That's a first.
00:45:41.320 No, I'm just kidding.
00:45:41.880 I love you.
00:45:42.620 No, by the way, just to mention what you said, we've had a ton of War Room Posse come out because they watch the show.
00:45:47.660 They watch what's going on.
00:45:48.360 They're fed up with what's going on, but, again, this is kind of an organic thing that I've just heard.
00:45:52.180 People are coming out.
00:45:53.020 They're coming out to pray.
00:45:54.020 They said they're coming out.
00:45:55.140 I've heard multiple people say noon tomorrow, so that's what I'm hearing, not something that we're organizing by any means,
00:46:00.860 but I do want to make mention of the point that you just made.
00:46:03.380 We've got basically three levels of security here, actually four if you count these water barricades that are behind the camera you can't see.
00:46:10.260 You've got a fence here.
00:46:11.440 You've got more barricades.
00:46:12.440 You've got police vehicles that are lined up, sheriff's vehicles that are lined up, basically barricading the building,
00:46:18.880 plus another spiked fence with security cameras that leads into the building.
00:46:24.260 The same people, the same ideology that wants us to have open borders on our southern border wants this level of security.
00:46:31.960 They don't want me to go in.
00:46:33.560 They don't want us to go in and to report on the election to make sure that there's actually integrity in the election.
00:46:39.660 They're okay with people invading our country on our southern border and getting bused into Phoenix and going anywhere they want to go in the country.
00:46:47.100 But when it comes to going in and actually observing we the people's right, the sovereigns of this nation,
00:46:52.300 the most important civic duty we get to perform as voting for our next leaders,
00:46:57.980 they get to decide who goes in that building and arbitrarily deny people that they don't like.
00:47:03.000 Really, what they should have just done in that email is just say, we don't like you.
00:47:06.640 You can't come in.
00:47:07.320 But hang on.
00:47:08.660 All of that being said, it doesn't matter.
00:47:10.780 Hang on.
00:47:11.420 Hang on.
00:47:11.940 Hang on.
00:47:12.740 I understand that they're telling you, Ben, you can't sit at the cool kids' table in junior high school, right?
00:47:18.740 It doesn't matter.
00:47:19.340 Hang on.
00:47:20.280 Hang on.
00:47:21.020 Hang on.
00:47:21.880 But let me give you the deeper thing.
00:47:24.940 The posse doesn't want to go in there and do anything.
00:47:27.380 All they want is this thing to be expedited.
00:47:29.660 They get the posse's got, first off, the deplorables have got jobs and they have families.
00:47:34.640 They just want this thing to sort.
00:47:35.540 They work.
00:47:36.120 But here's how they work.
00:47:38.040 Many jobs because of the Biden economy.
00:47:40.360 But here's the key point.
00:47:41.980 The woman who heads up the movement that is going to say, we've had enough of Ducey, enough of the Republican establishment, enough of the radical Democrats, enough of the open borders.
00:47:52.440 The woman who is going to declare on the first day of her governorship an invasion of the southern border, she's committed to that, an invasion of the southern border.
00:48:01.880 They've blocked this out around the building just for the optics.
00:48:07.620 It's just optics.
00:48:08.480 Nobody's going to go into it.
00:48:09.540 Nobody wants it.
00:48:10.240 There's not one war remember that has or deplorable or MAGA or whatever that has any interest in going inside because they're too busy.
00:48:18.680 This is all performative.
00:48:20.180 This is all optics.
00:48:21.320 And that's why it's such a sham, Ben Burkwam.
00:48:24.600 And it's the same reason why they allowed January 6th to happen so that they could create the investigation.
00:48:30.060 They wanted that to happen so that they didn't actually have the investigation into the ballots and into the voter fraud so that they could simply go after their political enemies.
00:48:39.260 It's the same thing here.
00:48:40.220 They want to create that environment that there's something dangerous here.
00:48:44.100 When in reality, I've been here all week.
00:48:45.380 And again, you've had people milling by.
00:48:46.820 You've had people praying.
00:48:47.580 But it's mostly been empty.
00:48:49.600 That's what they want.
00:48:50.660 They want you to be afraid.
00:48:51.780 They want you to live in fear.
00:48:52.780 They want you to think that the people that want to save this country are actually these violent thugs.
00:48:56.440 When in reality, it's their people.
00:48:58.620 It's the BLM and Antifa.
00:49:00.260 By the way, where'd they go?
00:49:02.020 That's the scary thing I want people to be aware of.
00:49:04.520 As soon as we do take back over, how long does it take for the Democrats to send BLM back out in the streets and Antifa back out in the streets to burn communities because they don't get their way?
00:49:13.200 They're little tyrants.
00:49:14.060 They didn't get the spankings they deserve.
00:49:16.020 How long does it take before that happens?
00:49:18.080 That's what I'm afraid of.
00:49:19.380 Not the posse.
00:49:20.380 Not the deplorables.
00:49:23.080 Ben, you keep going.
00:49:24.260 I'm going to actually sign the letter below it and say, yeah, I agree with you.
00:49:29.200 I'm just kidding.
00:49:30.200 I'm just saying the truth.
00:49:31.620 I'm just saying the truth of the real danger in America.
00:49:35.920 Ben, I've got to tell you, we've got it up on one of the people on Getter that makes these videos, made an amazing video of you in a war room posse member today praying.
00:49:45.680 It was very moving.
00:49:47.260 I heard that he lives in Europe.
00:49:49.740 He was watching the show.
00:49:50.720 He's very moved.
00:49:51.320 I want everybody to see it.
00:49:52.300 It's about Ben and the individual, the war room posse member that came by on his bike and stopped and said great things and talked about prayer and forgiveness and everything.
00:50:01.400 We don't do any of this for vengeance.
00:50:03.060 That's what we need.
00:50:05.040 Brother, how do people, since they're not going to see you in the press conference, how do they follow you on social media, brother?
00:50:13.260 You're right.
00:50:13.860 Who wants to be in there anyway?
00:50:15.300 You're better off.
00:50:16.220 We got something.
00:50:17.040 I don't know who you're saying.
00:50:17.980 Somebody's yelling something.
00:50:19.300 But you follow us.

00:50:35.880 Again, we're going to be out here.
00:50:37.180 We're still waiting for numbers.
00:50:38.640 We're expecting numbers tonight.
00:50:39.980 And as you mentioned, what they're desperately afraid of is Carrie Lake in that building.
00:50:43.980 But she's coming.
00:50:45.480 Six o'clock, I think.
00:50:46.900 Six o'clock Arizona time.
00:50:49.640 Eight o'clock tonight.
00:50:50.520 I'm sure Charlie Kirk and the guys will be covering it live.
