In the latest installment of the Arizona election recount, the results of the primary recount are in and there's still no clear winner in the governor's race between Kyrsten Sineman and Ruben Navarrette. Why is this happening? And who's to blame?
00:00:31.220They have been at the center of threats.
00:00:33.200They have been at the center of harassment.
00:00:35.500They have been at the epicenter of everything that Trumpism, Donald Trump and his allies, leaving phone calls and voicemails for him to pressure them to help overturn the 2020 election.
00:00:45.620And now, yet again, they're at the center of this.
00:00:47.640And that is where, when we were in the room yesterday, I think there was some tension and frustration over the slow release of the ballots.
00:00:54.600It's well understandable. And there's no reason to suggest that it is for nothing other than to make sure that it's secure and that each of the mail ballots were, in fact, sent in by individuals who go by the name on that ballot.
00:01:05.920But what happens as a result is exactly what you guys were speaking about, is when you have that open space and that open air, it's folks like Cary Lake that go and fill that void there that call into question, why is this slow walking?
00:01:19.580Mark Fincham, I don't urge people to go to his Twitter account, but my goodness, every hour you come up with a new conspiracy theory.
00:01:26.380His latest this hour was suggesting that why does the Republican state treasurer candidate, Kimberly Yee, have 215,000 more votes than any other statewide candidates?
00:01:35.360Well, I can tell you, as somebody who has been covering Kimberly Yee for years, she's walked much more of a straight line, Doug Ducey type conservative role here.
00:01:43.540And it wouldn't surprise most folks who have covered here politics.
00:01:45.940But for Mark Fincham, he goes and tells his hundreds of thousands of followers who are following him on whether it be Twitter or far right elements of the Internet, that there's a conspiracy and that the folks here behind me who are simply going and adjudicating and making sure that these ballots are legitimate.
00:02:01.660And this nice woman here who is putting in the ballots into the tabulation machine are some part of a conspiracy.
00:02:07.100And there is nothing to suggest that. And that is where the hope is at some point here that we are able to close that void there, because in the meanwhile, it's these folks who are creating these conspiracy theories as we speak.
00:02:18.820Vaughn, I know you're getting pulled, but let me let me just ask you one question.
00:02:21.400You know, these are the same people who had eternal patience for the fraud, you know, the what were they called?
00:02:27.420Cyber Ninjas. Cyber Ninjas took weeks and months. They were Trump's allies. They were from Florida.
00:02:32.780They had no experience. They weren't from Arizona. They had lots of patience for that.
00:02:36.960I want to if you could just for our viewers who are not.
00:02:40.480Take Nicole Wallace this afternoon. I tell you what, I want to get ready to play that.
00:02:44.180Maybe I play that when we bring Ben Burkwam and Ben is in Maricopa County and we're going to get to Ben Burkwam in a second.
00:02:51.380But we got some wood to chop for us. Have Alex de Grasse.
00:02:54.160Yes. So, Alex, I want to I want to get into the details.
00:02:57.520Oh, by the way, it's Friday. Of course, it's Veterans Day here at Armistice Day in Europe.
00:03:03.660It's 11 November in the year of our Lord, 2022. You're in the war room.
00:03:08.580I want to go to Alex de Grasse from Team Elise.
00:03:11.540And Alex, there seems to be some sort of confusion.
00:03:14.900The Associated Press says they're not going to call the house, not going to call the who wins the house until at least Tuesday.
00:03:24.600And then they've implied that there are California races that are outstanding that could take, and I quote, weeks to determine.
00:03:32.180Where do we stay? You want to walk us through exactly where we're standing in the house?
00:03:42.540They've had as much as 223, I think, to 212.
00:03:46.780So they're kind of agreeing that we've taken the house, but there seems to be some sort of uncertainty about all this.
00:03:52.020So I want to go through and make sure everybody, because people have been working off your math now for weeks, I want to make sure we go back to that.
00:04:00.160So can you give us an assessment of where we stand?
00:04:04.720Yeah, so the Associated Press is called 211.
00:04:45.280I just want to slowly go from the 211.
00:04:48.360You say there's seven more that are in the bank but have not been called by Associated Press.
00:04:53.380Let's just go through those seven, and let's name the district, and let's name the individual, and then if you can just give us the spread and so people can ascertain that.
00:10:18.480By the way, her opponent, her opponent, who's been living on MSNBC, just said he considered his race, if nothing, a moral victory, which is already, you know, code word for, hey, we've looked at the numbers and she's going to win.
00:10:32.840So I think that's a strong sign there.
00:11:21.800I believe there's – I don't want to give the wrong number, but there's a significant amount of ballots to be counted, and they're curing, and their team is working.
00:11:28.660And I know the audience on this show remembers, Steve, sort of in the primary, where he clawed back from.
00:13:45.700So there will be a lot of, you know, Kevin Kiley will be here for new member orientation and for leadership votes, despite it being called or not called.
00:13:52.680But we're very excited about a lot of these members coming in for sure.
00:14:00.460I just want to take a short commercial break and get back into this because, yeah, I think MSNBC and CNN, they're either listing – like last night it was 222.
00:14:22.060But they have not, you know, made it – only Politico did an article about how you could – how the Democrats would have a chance to actually keep the majority.
00:14:35.220We're going to have later in the second hour Joe Kent, Carolyn Wren out in Arizona, Mike Davis.
00:14:41.240We're packed up here this afternoon in the Fight Club to make sure to see how we close these in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, all of it.
00:14:59.340When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights of impending inflation.
00:15:08.980Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote,
00:15:13.220There's been an unanticipated and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks that affected our economy badly that I didn't at the time fully understand, end quote.
00:15:26.840You know who understands the real threat of inflation?
00:15:30.260People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group.
00:15:35.000They're protecting their savings from a highly turbulent economy by diversifying their 401K or IRA into gold, physical gold.
00:15:45.500It's not too late for you to take action now.

00:16:12.460Again, text Bannon to 989898 to claim your free, no-obligation information kit on protecting your savings with gold.
00:16:23.460War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:27.480The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
00:17:03.540Alex DeGrasse obviously makes, you know, everything's moving right now, particularly the leadership votes, the speaker votes, all of that.
00:17:12.920When do you, as you sit here and look at it, given the AP said they're not going to call it until Tuesday at a minimum, what is the sense of you guys are inside the apparatus of when do you think you're going to know this thing's absolutely locked down and they're just trying to bleed the Republicans out?
00:17:31.200I mean, we have the 218 for sure, Steve, you know, unless they find a massive bag of ballots with Brandon Williams.
00:17:38.680I mean, there is no path to the Democrats in Brandon Williams' seat as we have it now.
00:17:43.660There are essentially just as many outstanding ballots that we know of as there are in the margin.
00:17:48.680So, you know, with that being said, the 218 is there.
00:17:52.480So, I mean, I understand why they maybe can't because there's different ballots, but we know that election day ballots in Arizona are going to go our way heavily, right?
00:18:02.220I mean, these are things we know, but the AP won't rule on it, Steve.
00:18:05.940So that's what the frustrating thing is.
00:18:08.560I mean, we've got the 218, but it is floating out there.
00:20:11.620We got like nine things that are happening simultaneously and we're trying to keep it all not just straight, but make sure they get the most pertinent information in the inside baseball.
00:20:21.520Part of this is these leadership efforts.
00:20:30.480You got Herschel Walker with the runoff.
00:20:32.660We know Alaska is going to be Republican.
00:20:34.700We don't know if it's going to be the Republican slash Democrat Murkowski or if it's going to be Chewbacca, but it will be a held seat.
00:20:42.380But in leadership in both senses, both branches, both the House and the Senate, they're kind of open revolts right now.
00:20:49.260There's all kind of articles up where the House Freedom Caucus and Matt Gaetz and others around kind of this Russ vote Twitter chain is saying that they want to make a change.
00:21:01.980There's eight or 10 people or 12 people that are adamantly against McCarthy.
00:21:05.080They want to see change, whether that's Jim Jordan or others.
00:21:09.760Now, in the Senate, it's kind of exploded.
00:21:12.480I think Rick Scott, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio.
00:21:15.340There's other people I'm hearing Rand Paul.
00:21:17.000There's other people that are coming out and saying that, hey, we ought to slow down any leadership vote in the Senate until, you know, things are we actually know where we stand.
00:21:28.780Associated Press is announcing they're not going to call the House for who wins at a minimum of Tuesday and, quote, unquote, California races could take weeks.
00:21:37.800Just give us a sense where all that stands.
00:22:04.340Of course, Mitch McConnell is going to try to ram it through, but that doesn't make any sense on God's green earth to have a leadership vote, a leadership discussion before you know who's going to be, you know, who's going to be the senator from Arizona, the senator from Nevada, the senator from Alaska, the senator from Georgia.
00:22:20.340And let's hope those are all MAGA candidates, Chewbacca in Alaska, Laxalt in Nevada, Masters in Arizona, and, of course, the one and only Herschel Walker in Georgia.
00:22:30.740And then in the House, I mean, it definitely seems to be a combustible situation.
00:22:38.360You know, Kevin McCarthy obviously still has a lot of support, but also is, you know, I think is widely reported, facing some headwinds.
00:22:46.920And, you know, if you look around the country, there's a lot of money spent on candidates and against candidates like Carolyn Leavitt, right, on candidates who end up losing primaries and where MAGA candidates won.
00:22:57.060And those millions of dollars should have been spent on getting new seats.
00:23:01.180So it's going to be very interesting to see how it all plays out.
00:23:04.540You know, Gates has got a lot of ideas, how the Freedom Caucus seems to be not interested in particularly cooperating.
00:23:14.160So I think there's a lot of development.
00:23:15.600Now, keep in mind, the leadership vote in the House that's coming up next Tuesday is about everything effectively but the speakership.
00:23:23.380The speakership is not part of the, quote-unquote, House Republican leadership vote.
00:23:27.400The speakership is for the full 435 to decide that it doesn't truly happen until January 3rd of 2023.
00:23:35.120So a lot of room between the lip and the cup, a lot of time, and I think a lot of developments still to come.
00:23:40.380But most importantly, and you know I was going to say this, most importantly, the big announcement from President Donald J. Trump coming on Tuesday, on November 15th, 9 o'clock, from the one and only Mar-a-Lago Club.
00:23:52.800And let me tell you, the response has been overwhelming.
00:23:56.160To anybody out there who's crying and whining, oh, you know, there won't be interest, it is already sold out three times over.
00:24:04.560Everybody and their mother wants to be there.
00:24:07.180The amount of press requests, the amount of media requests, the amount of MAGA requests is overwhelming.
00:24:14.960It's an honor to be a small part of that team.
00:24:17.260And it is humbling just how many Americans want to be there to see President Trump's big announcement as we move into 2024 and taking our country back.
00:24:27.120I take it does a lot of interest from international press also, correct?
00:24:34.520Donald J. Trump is the leader of the MAGA movement, the Republican Party, and is the true leader of the American people.
00:24:41.900And everybody all over the world knows that.
00:24:44.000And I'll tell you, to those of you who have a problem with this, you know, this truth post, that truth post, you know what?
00:24:49.320To those who've been choosing to play stupid games, to backstab, to plant stories and plant nonsense, you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.
00:25:01.860To those who've been smart and said, you know, we're going to support President Trump if he chooses to run, well, that's a different treatment.
00:25:08.660So to anybody who's got a problem with it, you know what?
00:28:57.380They do all the work and share a percentage of the cash they get you.
00:29:01.500Businesses of all types, including nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took PPP loans, even if you had an increase in sales.
00:29:10.040You did the tough thing for your employees during COVID.
00:29:13.600Let COVIDtaxrelief.org help get you up to $26,000 per employee.
00:29:30.960More votes than any of the statewide candidates.
00:29:33.420Well, I can tell you, as somebody who has been covering Kimberly Yee for years, she's walked much more of a straight line, Doug Ducey-type conservative role here.
00:29:41.580And it wouldn't surprise most folks who have covered here politics.
00:29:43.960But for Mark Fincham, he goes and tells his hundreds of thousands of followers who are following him on, whether it be Twitter or far-right elements of the Internet, that there's a conspiracy.
00:29:54.960And that the folks here behind me who are simply going and adjudicating and making sure that these ballots are legitimate, and this nice woman here who is putting in the ballots into the tabulation machine, are some part of a conspiracy.
00:30:46.980Yeah, also to give you an idea here, it was this last state legislature that came within one vote of arresting the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors
00:30:54.600because they refused to turn over the ballots to the gang that was completing that so-called audit here.
00:31:00.860But the process that is underway here, number one, their signature verification process.
00:31:05.460So all these mail ballots, especially those 290,000 that were dropped off in person,
00:31:10.960they are going and comparing the signatures on the envelopes of the individuals, those voters who signed those envelopes.
00:31:16.580They are then going against, whether it be the DMV database, whatever signature they have on file,
00:31:21.320to confirm that that signature matches the one that is within the state records here.
00:31:25.760We've also got the adjudication board, these folks here.
00:31:27.840You've got a Republican and Democrat, so if there is something wrong, there's a fold in the ballot, a spill, ink that goes outside of the lines,
00:31:34.600a Republican and a Democrat are going ballot by ballot to go and confirm that these ballots are legitimate and what the intent was.
00:32:19.020As everybody knows, when I go to these things, I spend a lot of time with the posse, meeting and greeting and talking and getting up to speed on what you guys are working on.
00:32:28.940I think we'll be spending a lot of time in Arizona over the next couple of weeks between there and these knife fights, political metaphor, knife fights here back in D.C.
00:32:38.580for leadership, the lame duck, all of it.
00:32:40.800It's one of the craziest times I've ever seen.
00:33:01.400So, Ben, here's what I got to, you know, this is what I don't understand.
00:33:05.440So you got to explain this one to me and to the audience.
00:33:07.380You probably more than anybody, because you were out there for Trump pre the 2020 when they had all the huge caravans and the massive rallies and, you know, everybody was there.
00:33:19.860You were really the number one investigative reporter on the scene in the days after on this.
00:33:26.360You've been on this for two years standing in here, I guess, the tabulation center.
00:33:30.880Um, why won't they let our Ben Berquam in, uh, inside to say, and these, it's not that these press conferences are scintillating.
00:33:39.380Uh, you know, uh, Bill Gates comes out and Bill Gates reminds me of the guy in, um, we said this on the, said this on the Charlie Crookshire list in the movie Fargo, right?
00:33:48.400The, the, the lead character, he kind of has that voice of the Fargo guy.
00:33:51.340Uh, you know, no, no, no, no, Jerry, this is my deal.
00:44:22.260Now, there are two leadership fights, and they are fights, both for the House and also now for the Senate.
00:44:30.540Surprisingly enough, some senators came out and said, hey, we think this thing with Mitch McConnell is rolling way too fast, and we've got to really talk about it.
00:44:38.080So this is all going on at the same time the lame duck's going to start, and that's going to be just a fiasco.
00:44:42.720So Ben Burquam, Maricopa County, you're seeing a lot of war and posse.
00:44:48.540Some people think they're coming together and don't want to do a Jericho, which is kind of a quasi-religious celebration event when they walk around and they pray, traditionally as they did in the Old Testament.
00:45:00.980And I think it's a total overreaction by the authorities.
00:45:05.800Every rally I've been to, everything I've been to, the posse out there, and by the way, we were out there for the last weeks to get enthusiasm to go vote.
00:45:15.120You saw a massive turnout on Election Day.
00:45:17.840It's one of the reasons they're talking about this.
00:45:19.800It's one of the reasons they're talking.
00:45:55.140I've heard multiple people say noon tomorrow, so that's what I'm hearing, not something that we're organizing by any means,
00:46:00.860but I do want to make mention of the point that you just made.
00:46:03.380We've got basically three levels of security here, actually four if you count these water barricades that are behind the camera you can't see.
00:46:33.560They don't want us to go in and to report on the election to make sure that there's actually integrity in the election.
00:46:39.660They're okay with people invading our country on our southern border and getting bused into Phoenix and going anywhere they want to go in the country.
00:46:47.100But when it comes to going in and actually observing we the people's right, the sovereigns of this nation,
00:46:52.300the most important civic duty we get to perform as voting for our next leaders,
00:46:57.980they get to decide who goes in that building and arbitrarily deny people that they don't like.
00:47:03.000Really, what they should have just done in that email is just say, we don't like you.
00:47:41.980The woman who heads up the movement that is going to say, we've had enough of Ducey, enough of the Republican establishment, enough of the radical Democrats, enough of the open borders.
00:47:52.440The woman who is going to declare on the first day of her governorship an invasion of the southern border, she's committed to that, an invasion of the southern border.
00:48:01.880They've blocked this out around the building just for the optics.
00:48:21.320And that's why it's such a sham, Ben Burkwam.
00:48:24.600And it's the same reason why they allowed January 6th to happen so that they could create the investigation.
00:48:30.060They wanted that to happen so that they didn't actually have the investigation into the ballots and into the voter fraud so that they could simply go after their political enemies.
00:49:02.020That's the scary thing I want people to be aware of.
00:49:04.520As soon as we do take back over, how long does it take for the Democrats to send BLM back out in the streets and Antifa back out in the streets to burn communities because they don't get their way?
00:49:31.620I'm just saying the truth of the real danger in America.
00:49:35.920Ben, I've got to tell you, we've got it up on one of the people on Getter that makes these videos, made an amazing video of you in a war room posse member today praying.
00:49:52.300It's about Ben and the individual, the war room posse member that came by on his bike and stopped and said great things and talked about prayer and forgiveness and everything.
