Bannon's War Room - Episode 2316： Kari Lakes Continued Fight; Title 42 Lifted And Millions More Plan To Cross Into America

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going with evil on

00:00:11.320 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.920 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've tried to do everything

00:00:21.680 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:25.260 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:33.080 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:41.020 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k back

00:00:48.220 four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth upon this continent a new nation

00:01:02.500 conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal

00:01:09.260 now we are engaged in a great civil war testing whether that nation or any nation so conceived

00:01:19.580 and so dedicated can long endure we are met here on a great battlefield of that war we have come to

00:01:29.520 dedicate a portion of it as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that their nation

00:01:36.220 might live it is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this

00:01:42.240 but in a larger sense we cannot dedicate we cannot consecrate we cannot hallow this ground

00:01:54.200 the brave men living and dead who struggled here have consecrated it far above our poor power to add

00:02:04.360 or detract the world will little note nor long remember what we say here but can never forget

00:02:13.080 what they did here it is for us the living rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they

00:02:21.160 have thus far so nobly carried on it is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining

00:02:28.920 before us that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they here gave the

00:02:37.640 last full measure of devotion that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain

00:02:47.880 that this nation under god shall have a new birth of freedom and that government of the people

00:02:55.800 by the people for the people shall not perish from the earth

00:03:09.640 okay four score and 79 years ago that speech uh in gettysburg a couple things about that speech

00:03:17.080 remember it was only a few minutes long and combined you know uh written by lincoln either

00:03:24.440 two nights before or partly on the train up there and even the night before in the gettysburg hotel

00:03:29.480 i think it was where he stayed or right the the if you've been to gettysburg right in the square

00:03:34.360 um it was only three minutes long i think it was everett was the um spoke beforehand and for three hours

00:03:41.880 he was a great orator of his time and afterwards he came to lincoln said hey uh i tried to do my best but

00:03:47.800 yours yours will be remembered and remember that nobody really uh took any know the speech until

00:03:54.600 essentially years later became uh much bigger when started to be taught in in schools um

00:04:01.400 lincoln there the important thing it's what we try to do here in the war room on the unfinished work

00:04:06.520 and that's what you see if that work is in mexico or we're talking about brazil or we're talking about

00:04:11.400 georgia maloney in italy or uh you know in in hungary uh what's going on there uh with the great fight 1.00

00:04:19.000 or if it's in arizona or if it's in the halls of congress and you're not going to win all these fights

00:04:25.160 just not we're going to win uh and the ones we win we're going to take advantage of full advantage of

00:04:31.000 and we're not going to go down without a fight in any of them right and we're doing the analysis so

00:04:34.920 people can understand what happened on um november 8th uh and what the victory show us and what the

00:04:41.880 defeat show us one thing i can tell you on the defeats is that there's definitely an aspect of

00:04:47.320 establishment republicans the kind of people that have gotten the controlled opposition

00:04:52.440 that have taken your money and taking your effort and time and time again over decades and decades and

00:04:56.760 decades won elections and basically pissed away uh the wealth uh and the uh the backbone of this

00:05:05.640 nation the controlled opposition republicans just want to go along and get along and we'll be able

00:05:09.400 to show you in different states and particularly i think it's glaring in arizona also you have to be

00:05:15.960 objective about the ballot manufacturing business as shown in um in nevada and in pennsylvania but

00:05:22.520 particularly nevada is just a egregious example how laxalt had that uh senate seat stolen from it

00:05:29.240 so a lot of unfinished work that's what we're here in the war room i got to tell you people are fired

00:05:33.960 up and you're starting to see what the investigation of my york is and people are saying hey well i got

00:05:37.320 to see results absolutely but remember it's a process so you got to get into the process and

00:05:41.560 that's why these battles over the next couple of weeks um everywhere particularly on capitol hill on this

00:05:47.320 lame duck because the stuff they're going to try and do in the lame duck is going to make your head

00:05:51.000 blow up so a lot of that a lot of fights up on capitol hill but we're still fighting in in

00:05:56.120 different places by the way i've asked todd bensman to join us because this situation with my yorkus

00:06:02.280 is so um important i want him to comment on it also he's going to tease us about a massive uh report

00:06:09.400 he's breaking on monday morning he's gonna be back here at 10 o'clock a.m to start the show on something

00:06:15.320 that shows you that it's the reason why i think that will eventually lead to garland's impeachment

00:06:21.480 and to uh and eventually one of the aspects of i said article one of joe biden's will be the invasion

00:06:26.440 of the southern border what todd bensman has will shock you we'll get part of it today and then part

00:06:31.480 of it tomorrow but my york has been put on notice that his investigation is going to start under jim

00:06:35.480 jordan and maybe daryl isa but it's going to start forthwith i want to go though but there's a lot of

00:06:40.920 unfinished work in uh arizona where uh a um a woman named carrie lake came to the forefront over the 0.95

00:06:48.840 last year year and a half two years as really a leader of this movement carolyn wren joins us from

00:06:55.160 by the way we'll get to the trump clip in a second we're also all over this special council don't think

00:06:58.920 we've uh we're doing a lot of work on that we're going to get to that in a minute mike davis going to

00:07:03.720 join us at the bottom of the hour to talk about that and other things about big tech being used on

00:07:08.920 these elections and the suppression of information caroline wren joins a senior advisor to carrie lake

00:07:16.280 what is going on what we we know you guys are working behind the scenes uh carrie lake has

00:07:21.560 already said she's going to contest this she's bringing up information what is the timing and

00:07:26.840 what what's the kind of the arc what's the general direction of this sure just kind of even on the

00:07:32.840 comments of what you're just saying earlier it's it with too often when election days you know either

00:07:37.640 don't go away or something bad it's republican candidates and their consultants they just pack

00:07:41.720 up and leave and move on this is part of the reason why we're in this place in 2022 and we

00:07:45.720 have all these issues with our voting systems carrie is never going to do that our team is not going 1.00

00:07:49.800 to do that we are going to continue to fight to correct the just thousands and thousands of

00:07:55.400 wrongdoings we've seen in this election and bring to light the tens of thousands of voters who are

00:07:59.080 disenfranchised with this shoddy election and mainly because carrie said this to me we are facing an

00:08:04.120 existential crisis as a party our grassroots supporters do not have faith in the elections

00:08:09.480 nor should they and if we don't fight now then when and so right now there's a lot of different

00:08:14.040 things going on i think we'll learn a lot more on monday you saw some things out of coches county

00:08:18.360 happening where they're refusing to certify we're looking to see what implications that will have

00:08:21.720 on maricopa county if they decide not if they should decide not to survive i don't really have

00:08:26.040 that expectation it's you know katie hobbs is in charge of the certification process our our 1.00

00:08:31.080 opponent and so she's going to fight this every way but i would hope that the courts end up stepping 1.00

00:08:35.320 into to fight with this as well it just seems to me that this thing is in such a mess and you're

00:08:41.080 having so many thousands of people coming forward not just with their own individual stories but

00:08:45.800 process stories and you know you've got a manual the manual says how you're supposed to run this thing

00:08:51.480 and these guys are calling audibles you know when the systems break down which there's no reason

00:08:56.360 like how could it possibly break down exactly that moment how could you have not thought this thing

00:09:00.600 through right particularly when you know that carry lakes voters are coming out on game day for

00:09:05.320 months and months and months whether it's mike lindell or everybody because they don't trust the system

00:09:09.720 and so there's no problem in the system up and then you have this massive outpouring on on game day

00:09:14.760 and immediately the system breaks down and they come out and what they tell you is all uncoordinated

00:09:20.920 none of it makes sense they're making it up as they go along and they have a

00:09:24.280 thick manual promulgated under the signature of wait for it katie hobbs there's a there's a way to

00:09:32.600 do things and yet you look at that and compare it to everything else and they just kind of threw the

00:09:37.080 manual out and made it up and in fact it it'll be brought up i'm sure in your filings or however

00:09:43.160 you guys decide to do it the uh i think the attorney for maricopa county was sitting there going hey i

00:09:48.280 you know you can't one of the reasons they didn't want to extend hours i think he actually said to

00:09:53.080 extend voter fraud or whatever because people are just running around going to different locations

00:09:58.200 there was a process that process supposed to be that process if uh if executed upon uh ms wren is what 0.60

00:10:08.680 you can have an election that can be certified if you decide to just throw that process out because you

00:10:14.200 have issues that you should have taken care of on the machines but you just can't throw the process

00:10:18.520 out and make it up as you go along that's disenfranchisement because certain people

00:10:23.000 will be treated certain ways and other people not to treat other ways and some people are just going

00:10:26.520 to go you know people don't have time to wait three and a half hours or two and a half hours in line 0.92

00:10:32.200 and when they see it that's absolute in your face voter suppression and these clowns at maricopa 0.91

00:10:38.120 county who are absolute disgrace and that's what i say for arizona this is playing out all over the 0.63

00:10:42.920 world so this is going to affect investments later on this is going to affect people's wanting to come

00:10:46.600 to arizona this is not a republican issue this is not a mega issue this is not a this is not a

00:10:53.400 independent or democratic issue this is an issue for all arizonans and quite frankly everybody in

00:10:58.120 the country that we have to get our arms around exactly what happened the facts of what happened in

00:11:05.640 arizona particularly maricopa county you just come out of the blue you mentioned it

00:11:10.040 cochise county just last night in the middle of the night hey we don't know if we can certify we

00:11:15.320 got to we got it we got some questions we got to ask and i hear with my contacts in these other

00:11:19.960 counties there's just as big issues and these and these people that have tried to run the election

00:11:25.320 and they're going hey we got to do a review of this your your thoughts and observations ma'am

00:11:31.160 yeah it's it's just it's ridiculous can you imagine if this had happened in philadelphia or

00:11:34.760 detroit and inner city you know democrats have been disenfranchised on election day i mean my god

00:11:40.040 like the doj would have i don't know some percentage let's say 48 of the 87 000 armed irs agents they

00:11:46.840 would have out there trying to figure out what the heck's going on so it is just the the um double

00:11:51.560 standard is ridiculous and even the media downplaying this too and saying oh well you

00:11:55.720 know they're screaming about 48 of of uh ballot places went went down on election day but 52 you know 0.84

00:12:01.800 we're we're working and operable you go to the next one like what if you would you get on a plane

00:12:06.600 where 48 of the you know basically half of the engine was working okay but hang on hang on but

00:12:13.000 hang on that's the heart of it go back to the manual it's just not that you can cut you're not a free

00:12:18.520 agent you're not a floater you just can't float right he came out and said well if you live in tempe

00:12:24.280 you can work in the surprise but there's a process when you check in right the whole thing is spoiled

00:12:29.800 ballots in the in the ledger this is my point 52 52 percent and said well hang on but that's just

00:12:38.280 a general overall percentage first off how possibly could you prepare for two years for game day and

00:12:45.720 have 48 of the machines have technical malfunctions carolyn wren well we just said our attorneys just sent

00:12:52.600 a letter you know it's one of one million letters we're just filing off to them and document things

00:12:56.120 but um you know that the the company that these machines that failed is a company out of japan

00:13:01.080 and they recalled these machines in 2021 that maricopa county was absolutely aware of this fact

00:13:06.360 so one thing we want to know when did they become aware that this company had recalled these machines

00:13:10.120 because they weren't working we should know that and when they started to not work throughout the

00:13:13.800 week and in fact i came on your show and said that on october 12th when they started early voting

00:13:18.600 that there were no issues that were reported and some of these reporters in arizona who are now

00:13:22.760 basically acting as spokesman for maricopa county it is hilarious i'm like why don't you actually go

00:13:27.000 ask these questions but they kind of actually ended up making a really good point that we hadn't

00:13:30.680 thought of because if on the 12th october 12th there were no issues and then these ballots were being

00:13:35.560 sent to medtech which is a centralized place we now know through some of our poll observers that

00:13:40.360 and let me get this number sound correct 44 polling locations that opened on the 28th

00:13:45.000 had about four or about 43 percent of them did have issues and there was 12 polling locations that

00:13:49.960 opened about the 10 days rolling up that had these same printer issues and we now have sworn

00:13:54.680 affidavits that said that they were aware of these problems and now we want to know okay so if you were

00:13:59.720 aware of them between the 12th and leading up and to election day what did you do to fix it because

00:14:04.440 the percentage was going up each day and then you put more of these machines out that you knew would

00:14:08.200 fail and there were really simple like setting changes that you could make none of them were checked

00:14:12.520 so it is getting it is now to me cross the point of this is incompetence and it has to at some

00:14:17.240 point be malice like it is just unbelievable and every time the media tries to push back on us and

00:14:21.800 say oh this is a trail mate you're actually proving our point more there is no way that anyone

00:14:25.640 could argue that this was a well-run election and cleena mitchell put out an excellent report 0.76

00:14:29.880 this morning that everyone should go and look at she has observers and election workers all throughout

00:14:33.480 maricopa and 95 of the respondents said their concern with the election process was the voting

00:14:38.520 technology the observers were reporting chaos i mean there is just so much information coming in

00:14:43.480 and hang on one second we're going to hold you through the break we've got the great todd

00:14:48.440 benzman from cis on mayorkas uh mike davis coming about special counsel all of it next in the war room

00:15:05.000 okay uh caroline and we're i think we're going to get clito on here on monday but um you're you're

00:15:11.080 doing work there's all types of affidavits coming in what can people because there's nobody outside

00:15:19.000 of president trump right now in the political world that um is of more focus to the war room audience

00:15:26.120 than uh ms carrie lake of uh arizona so um can you just kind of preview next week i know you don't

00:15:36.440 want to give away your legal strategy or anything like that but i i assume that we're going to see

00:15:40.760 a little more of carrie lake on what we call carrie lake offense the carrie lake attack mode 0.51

00:15:46.280 we are going to yes i think that um she'll definitely be be out and in front of this 0.93

00:15:50.840 next week uh still waiting the lawyers there's a couple different teams of lawyers who are trying

00:15:54.840 to figure out what to do there's different uh suits be brought and you forget there's there's a

00:15:58.120 whole slate of candidates who are disenfranchised in this election too abe homaday the attorney general

00:16:02.840 candidate that we desperately need in there i think as of this morning is down 540 votes he

00:16:08.040 is a legal team that's looking at options mark benchem is such a fighter and you know was

00:16:12.360 absolutely disenfranchised in this election blake masters you should go to his twitter page and see

00:16:15.800 the things that he put out yesterday about maricopa county so it's um then the the delay is not that

00:16:20.600 we're not fighting or not wanting to it's that it's nuanced there's a lot of candidates here who's

00:16:24.680 who worked for two years very hard and they deserve for every single legal vote to be counted and for

00:16:29.400 no to know exactly why and what when but in front of the world we have to vet this we owe this this

00:16:35.560 is bigger just like the trump movement now is bigger that what's happening in mexico city is

00:16:39.320 bigger and in brazil is bigger than the bolsonaros as great as they are and as much as i love them

00:16:44.280 the trump movement here is bigger than president trump as much as we love him and he's the leader and

00:16:48.360 he's going to be our nominee and in in 24 uh this is bigger than carrie lake this is bigger than blake

00:16:53.880 masters there's something so wrong in arizona that has to be vetted in front of the in front of the

00:17:01.240 entire world we need radical transparency and and and people in arizona particularly the business 0.93

00:17:07.960 community if you think you're serving yourself by having a clown like this guy bill gates wander 0.80

00:17:14.920 out there with that fargo accent and and get badee badee badee badee badee badee all that spin and 0.95

00:17:20.440 gaslighting he does those days are over you have got to have full transparency and people have to

00:17:25.080 know exactly what went on and they got to bring the receipts you know all the communication that's

00:17:30.680 why you know i i don't know if the courts take over this process but at some point in time and

00:17:35.880 the democrats deserve this as much as the republicans this this can't continue on if the republicans

00:17:40.760 have won this you should still do the exact same thing this thing was just it just stinks to

00:17:45.480 high heaven it's unprofessional and i gotta tell you i i absolutely agree at some level they can't

00:17:52.200 be just that incompetent right you know gates was part of this pack that was trying to stop the

00:17:56.760 candidates you just it's so absurd what happened and not just that here's the thing there was this

00:18:03.880 was under a spotlight from two years ago you couldn't put a bigger spotlight on anywhere but arizona

00:18:09.720 they came up with the procedures a detailed procedures manual i'm gonna say i agree with the

00:18:13.960 procedures and not agree with the procedures but my point is they went through a whole process

00:18:18.040 remember they tried to pass bills some things passed a lot of stuff didn't but they came up with

00:18:22.120 procedures promulgated by ms hobbs right her if if it's not by the book why is it not by the book

00:18:32.360 you just can't call audibles bill gates does not have some planetary power uh to to call audibles

00:18:39.880 when people in their lives are going there to do something that they that is their basic civic

00:18:44.600 duty what lincoln told us at gettysburg the unfinished work the unfinished work was in arizona

00:18:50.680 on 8 november that's why lincoln's address about the war dead of gettysburg wasn't just about the war

00:18:59.400 dead it was about the task and purpose of the war dead okay that is arizona today we can't let this go 0.84

00:19:07.960 and we won't let it go and i don't care if every republican consultant in the country screw you i

00:19:12.280 don't care what you have to say your people stabbed us in the back on that day that's fine we're big

00:19:17.880 boys and girls we'll deal with that but don't sit there and lecture me that no you got to get to the

00:19:23.320 bottom of this here's why you're gonna have a ton of people hard-working people good people say screw

00:19:28.680 it i'm just gonna live my life i'm just gonna i can't deal with it anymore i'm gonna live my life

00:19:33.000 if you lose that you lose the country and that's what they want they want the exhaustion they want

00:19:39.240 the demoralization that's the purpose of this exercise from their perspective and that's what

00:19:44.280 we're never going to agree with okay if we're going to go down we're going to go down with a fight and

00:19:50.520 trust me we ain't going down and everybody says oh the big victory hey you see the white house you got

00:19:55.960 i got zen master jean pierre hey the first time they rattled her zen com was yesterday about the

00:20:01.640 hunter biden thing they are so nervous in the white house you don't think in the yorkist family

00:20:05.480 the thing about lawyering up right now on this thing we're going to get to benzen in a second

00:20:08.520 caroline how do people get to you and particularly how they look forward to monday let's say

00:20:15.960 yeah and i think the reporters need to do their jobs they aren't asking quite the new york times

00:20:20.360 came to me and said they were working on america county story and i said great i've got so many

00:20:23.800 questions you should ask maybe why did they use a japanese printing company's equipment was discontinued in

00:20:28.120 2021 why won't you why won't maricopa county release the number of voters who checked in and

00:20:32.280 dropped off a mail-in ballot which was then voided why was a curing extended a dim areas america outside

00:20:37.480 of maricopa county and not in maricopa county from this past wednesday how many drawer three ballots were

00:20:42.120 never counted when did the fading timing marks did you discover that those were a problem during the

00:20:46.120 process between october 12th and election day and you know and instead that they don't they don't

00:20:50.200 want to write they won't ask any of these things they want to know who our lawyers are and are we which

00:20:53.880 maga people are we working with i'm like who who cares here's a hundred questions you should go be 0.94

00:20:58.520 asking maricopa so for right now you know we're putting a lot of things out at carrie lake war

00:21:02.760 room carrie are at carrie lake at caroline wren we're throwing these things these things out there

00:21:07.400 and i'm hoping that some investigative reporters start picking these things up and really looking into

00:21:11.400 it okay thank you so carrie lake war room i guess my attorneys will probably talk to you guys

00:21:16.360 this afternoon about just kidding what a what a what an homage it's an homage we understand

00:21:24.200 caroline wren thank you very much honored to have you on here okay bensman uh let's get the breitbart

00:21:30.120 story back up todd bensman has been because of his expertise the audience understands about the invasion

00:21:36.440 a couple of years ago he was the one of the lead witnesses when the republicans had this um had an

00:21:44.120 investigation into into issues on the southern border of course nancy pelosi around the house

00:21:49.560 you guys did they they forced you into a conference room or did you have to go to like

00:21:53.320 across the street to the starbucks and have the hearing todd bensman no i mean it was the freedom

00:21:59.480 caucus held a border hearing pelosi wouldn't let them have a room on that on the hill so they had to go

00:22:06.040 off campus to some other place they held it they held it anyway but yeah but hold it this ain't

00:22:11.880 gonna happen this time you've seen the letter they shot the shot across the bat of mayorkas

00:22:16.440 todd bensman will be one of the key uh witnesses in this no doubt given his expertise you saw the

00:22:22.120 letter you saw the breitbart exclusive tell me um inside you saw what they're asking to to look at

00:22:29.960 how serious do you think this can be made well they can this is one of the one areas where the

00:22:37.640 republican controlled house can actually make a difference in the sense that they can hold

00:22:43.720 hearings now finally that the muzzle is off and they can actually start to make inquiries uh there's

00:22:51.240 talk about doing an impeachment of mayorkas uh there are a ton of unanswered questions about this border

00:22:58.600 crisis and how it got started and who did what when and what the thinking is uh and i'll just tell

00:23:05.560 you that i have a short list of my issues that i think uh the mayorkas dhs should be made to answer

00:23:15.560 for one of them is this widespread use of parole humanitarian parole authority they're only supposed

00:23:24.200 to do this like for one here and there they've done this they've given this to a million and a half

00:23:29.880 people massive numbers whole categories of immigrants are just being handed uh parole into the united

00:23:37.960 states but the other thing is uh the mayorkas is widespread claim of prosecutorial discretion to pick and

00:23:50.360 choose which congressional laws that they're going to enforce the ones that they chose not to enforce

00:23:57.560 or all of them deportation detention they ended interior deportation ice officers not allowed to do

00:24:06.440 their jobs uh have to call in advance for uh for permission to arrest aggravated felons um

00:24:14.680 the the refusal to comply with court orders title 42 they found all these ways to get around uh

00:24:23.160 title 42 they've reduced it down to 30 percent 35 of of uh people push back the use of uh remain in mexico

00:24:33.080 i could go on and on they're required by the court to enforce the old the policy of remain in mexico

00:24:40.520 they're like found all these loopholes and they're barely doing it so uh really the the the failure to

00:24:50.200 follow congressional statutes by lying about uh detention centers being too full when they're

00:24:58.840 all completely empty we can't do this because they're full but they're empty uh and there's

00:25:05.400 evidence of that the prevarications just go on and on and on and the sandbagging of information

00:25:13.480 that the the american public desperately needs to be able to determine what the hell is going on

00:25:19.800 at the border i think finally the republican controlled house will be able to get some of

00:25:26.200 that answer i want i know you're going to put it up uh early monday morning and todd's going to be

00:25:31.400 back to kick off the show on on um on monday but todd just real quickly it's you're going to blow

00:25:38.040 this thing up on monday because you're going to see this is so well thought through this is just

00:25:42.360 not they're acting by chaos because there's so many people coming they have a plan to get as many people

00:25:48.040 these illegal aliens into the country as quickly as possible todd's about to break a story on monday 0.79

00:25:53.320 that will make your head blow up about how it's like precision engineering they're they're like

00:25:58.600 guys at uh like johnson controls right they're they're process and these are process engineering

00:26:03.800 uh todd how do people get to you between now and then because i know you're going to break the

00:26:08.440 story on monday morning over at cis we're going to have you on to kick off things monday at 10 a.m

00:26:13.160 where do people get to you in the interim todd well the story goes up at cis.org at 1 a.m monday

00:26:20.760 morning uh and it'll be out uh you know there's a video a 10 minute video uh that i put together on

00:26:27.880 on the ground in mexico and also a written piece with a lot of photos uh t bensman at getter is my

00:26:34.760 social media and uh todd bensman.com also and let's get the book the books on amazon could be

00:26:43.480 pre-ordered todd's been this big blockbuster story 1 a.m will be up we'll have it up on the worm site

00:26:49.720 immediately and todd will kick off the show at 10 a.m on monday morning todd bensman thank you

00:26:55.000 quick break mike davis special counsel next collusion to do bad things to the greatest

00:27:03.040 movement they want to do bad things to the greatest movement in the history of our country

00:27:09.040 but in particular bad things to me but i've gotten used to it people are corrupt and yet they go after

00:27:15.800 innocent people under the guise of legitimacy over the years i've given millions and millions of pages

00:27:22.360 of documents tax returns and everything else and they have found nothing which means i've proven to

00:27:28.500 be one of the most honest and innocent people ever in our country larry knows that they got everything

00:27:37.540 president trump uh throwing down heartless bringing mike davis mike uh to your expertise

00:27:44.700 president trump when he says they've they've uh and i don't even know what the thinking is over doj

00:27:50.560 but they have picked a radical right they have picked a radical uh that is a headhunter

00:27:56.440 to try to go do this he's had a couple of epic fails but they've empowered a basically the most

00:28:02.720 radical guy they could possibly do to go after president trump is that is that the essence of it

00:28:07.420 well let's just look at jack smith jack smith uh was the head of the public integrity section

00:28:13.760 and the obama justice department he was appointed by eric holder and eric holder's uh people at the

00:28:21.220 political appointees of the justice department to lead the public integrity section he was implicated

00:28:26.920 there's jack smith was implicated in lois learner's scandal where lois learner at the irs used the irs

00:28:33.860 weaponized the irs against uh conservative groups and it seems like uh jack smith turned a blind eye to

00:28:41.200 that there's also the issue of uh jack smith was in charge of the corruption prosecution against

00:28:48.840 virginia governor bob mcdonald bob mcdonald was a potential republican presidential candidate and so

00:28:57.220 what happened uh this jack smith took him out on a a bogus legal theory that was overturned eight to

00:29:05.200 nothing by the united states supreme court uh justice glee had died otherwise it would have probably been

00:29:10.620 nine to nothing it is very difficult to have a supreme court unanimously overturn a criminal

00:29:16.800 conviction and jack smith found the way uh with the bob mcdonald case and it seems like what they're

00:29:22.880 trying to do is run the bob mcdonald play against president trump president trump has announced that

00:29:28.540 he's a republican presidential candidate so what does attorney general merrick garland do

00:29:33.300 he calls in uh jack smith again to take him out do we have the uh do we have the jean pierre the zen

00:29:41.880 master do we have that ready to go i want to play that can we go ahead and play that i want to play

00:29:46.920 that i want i would like uh i would like uh uh go ahead let's go ahead and play it i want uh i want

00:29:52.680 mike davis's response the top republican on the house oversight committee congressman comber has said

00:29:57.940 that he's investigating the president's involvement in his son hunter's uh foreign business dealings

00:30:02.400 uh one looking for your reaction to that and and then on the merits of the allegations can you address

00:30:07.820 whether the president was involved in any of his son uh hunter or his brother's uh foreign business

00:30:13.060 dealings so look i you know um there's there's some a little bit of uh interesting uh you know kind of

00:30:20.600 on brand uh thinking here because um you know congressional republicans uh ran uh saying that

00:30:27.980 they were going to fight inflation uh they said they were going to make that a priority they were

00:30:32.760 very clear about that these past uh several months and instead what they're doing is they're focusing

00:30:38.240 uh you know they're focusing they're making their type priority they get the majority and their type

00:30:43.360 priority is actually not focusing on the american families but focusing on the president's family

00:30:47.960 they're not coming up with solutions on how we're going to lower costs for for american families

00:30:52.580 they're not coming up with solutions how are we dealing with uh issues that matter the most

00:30:57.820 to american families look uh the the midterm elections were very clear they were very clear where

00:31:04.160 okay thank you zen master uh jean marie um that's not going to cut it they're going to do a lot

00:31:15.160 on inflation here's what they're going to do on inflation not letting you pass a nominalist bill

00:31:19.880 that you want to have two trillion dollars unfunded how about that suck on that for your inflation okay

00:31:24.720 that's all going to be stopped but you're going to get investigated every single day mike davis uh is

00:31:30.900 that a good enough defense of the white house oh you ran on inflation and now you're telling the

00:31:36.840 american people we want to investigate your thoughts sir it's just nonsense there is smoking gun evidence 0.99

00:31:42.520 that president biden his son hunter and president biden's brother james were on the ukrainian

00:31:48.280 and chinese payrolls this is corrupt or this is foreign corruption of a of a president he could be

00:31:56.140 compromised and the house republicans outlined 10 potential crimes that president biden may have

00:32:01.800 committed and they need to get to the bottom of this remember congress has committees they can walk

00:32:06.540 and chew gum at the same time they have a constitutional duty to do oversight and it is certainly

00:32:12.320 within congress's oversight purview to figure out whether the sitting president of the united states

00:32:17.760 is compromised by his son hunter and his brother james's corrupt foreign dealings with china and ukraine

00:32:24.800 this is nonsense to say that that this is not a legitimate inquiry by house republicans and the bigger

00:32:30.580 question is why didn't attorney general merrick garland appoint a special counsel to look into the

00:32:36.880 this smoking gun evidence of foreign corruption of his boss president biden there is a more compelling

00:32:42.660 arguments actually it's more compelling under the law that garland appoint a special counsel

00:32:47.840 to investigate his boss rather than his boss's political opponents and so the house republicans senate

00:32:55.660 republicans they need to raise holy hell about this on monday that garland has appointed a special

00:33:01.460 counsel a heat-seeking missile to go after biden's political enemy but has ignored the evidence that

00:33:08.720 biden his son hunter his brother james were allegedly on chinese and ukrainian payroll

00:33:15.140 once you compare and contrast that because we had the lead story on gateway pundit today was just

00:33:21.940 something i read from a text message from um from marjorie taylor green she was on yesterday saying

00:33:28.240 hey you got to absolutely fight and fight uh to the death here to cut him off on money uh and the

00:33:34.540 appropriations bill and she texted after she finished the interview she was at moro lago i think last night

00:33:39.540 she texted me she'd had a conversation with kevin mccarthy and she said i could go ahead and read it it

00:33:44.820 was a lead story on gateway pundit uh overnight mccarthy said not a penny not a penny if there's a fight

00:33:51.780 we got to have not a penny so but i want you for the audience mike because people have come to kind

00:33:55.920 of revere you about explaining things explain this whole concept of special counsel and why

00:34:00.660 we are now uh from october three years or we're two years into the hunter biden thing with nothing

00:34:08.260 happening and yet trump has gone through the molar two impeachments uh the january 6th grand juries

00:34:17.480 everywhere and that's just on these topics i mean he's this is the fifth or sixth one that he's done

00:34:23.480 they're trying to destroy you got to understand with something with trump it's not the charge it's

00:34:27.980 the ride they're trying to break president trump the reason we have to have his back more than ever

00:34:33.920 is not simply because of the man donald trump part of it is that but part of it is that they want to

00:34:42.120 take your voice away by breaking him and this is the latest attempt to break him they're trying to

00:34:48.120 break him now with this to try to demoralize him to try because they're just going to keep coming

00:34:52.400 and coming and coming where they get off scot-free well i got news for him and here's a great thing

00:34:58.100 about the hunter biden thing part of that we never went into but we have the receipts the chinese

00:35:05.960 communist party corruption and compromise the biden family i am one of the world's leading experts on that

00:35:11.500 to be blunt okay i'm the head of the super hawk in the white house every book documents it plus i'm

00:35:17.480 the only civilian in the history of the country history of the country be fully sanctioned by the

00:35:21.580 chinese communist party four minutes into biden's four minutes after he took his hand off the bible

00:35:26.560 four minutes on the 21st i'm their enemy and they know i'm their enemy i love it right i detest these

00:35:34.100 people what they've done to the chinese people however i just want to make sure everybody understands

00:35:39.060 it on the laptop from hell the compromise is at a level of treason okay and you'll see all that

00:35:46.280 but the individual perversion of this family and it's family not just hunter biden family

00:35:54.620 will shock the american people and so hey you're gonna go off to trump we've held back

00:36:02.200 sorry not sorry we're gonna get into the depravity the depravity of this family that purports to

00:36:13.200 represent the people of this nation okay fine we're gonna let the people of this nation see and then

00:36:17.280 you weigh and measure it it's not just hunter biden it's the family it's a perverted family

00:36:23.980 in the documentation the laptop from hell read miranda divine's book it will shine even the most

00:36:30.760 hardened hardened and jaded person it will shock you shock you what's in that laptop which really

00:36:37.640 has never come out in a systematic way it's all coming out now want to do this want to play smash

00:36:44.260 mouth hey we can give as good as we get and we're going to give it hard okay this is the reason that

00:36:51.060 we were taken off twitter this is the reason they took us off twitter because the war room twitter can

00:36:55.940 i've never had a tour account one more tour account was putting up the financial compromise

00:36:59.480 and every now and again one of the people on the staff would put would put up something that was

00:37:04.300 not the financial compromise okay but no if you're going to do this you're going to do it but how how

00:37:10.600 are we how are we two years into this and now six years into trump and trump is one thing after the

00:37:15.620 other after the other and the biden's because of the justice department has never been by the way it's

00:37:20.660 bill barr chris ray and merrick garland it's just not it's just not uh democrats here it's also the

00:37:28.000 administrative state republicans mike davis yeah so the whole reason we have a special counsel provision

00:37:34.940 is when the attorney general is conflicted right and so or or the justice department is conflicted or

00:37:40.640 there's an appearance of conflict there is absolutely a an appearance of conflict at best even a conflict

00:37:46.360 of interest for the attorney general to be investigating his boss the president of the united

00:37:51.560 states there is no reason there should not be a special counsel appointed to look look into president

00:37:57.580 biden his son hunter and his brother james there is smoking gun evidence of foreign corruption of the

00:38:03.520 president of the united states he has compromised there this has to be this has to be looked at by a 0.93

00:38:09.560 special counsel this is not about looking at crackhead son hunters you know dealings with prostitutes

00:38:16.580 this is about the president of the united states and how he is compromised and it is on this laptop and it

00:38:23.340 is being covered up it was covered up by the fbi and now it's being covered up by attorney general

00:38:28.060 merrick garland and so we have the attorney general unleashing this heat sinking missile jack smith

00:38:35.040 against president trump uh garland's boss's uh chief political enemy uh based upon non-crimes the

00:38:42.120 non-crime of objecting to a presidential election it is not a crime to object to a presidential election

00:38:47.880 democrats did it in 1969 2001 2005 2017 it's only a crime to object to elections in third world

00:38:56.780 marxist hellholes and that's what the democrats tried to turn this country into it is not

00:39:00.560 it's particularly not a crime we have the evidence that you stole the election and you're illegitimate

00:39:07.120 42 percent of the american people agree with us okay and we're gonna get into a lot more of that

00:39:12.820 mike hang on i know you've had the great crusade against the tech oligarchs we're gonna see what

00:39:18.080 the real meaning of that next in the world getter has arrived the new social media taking on big tech

00:39:30.080 protecting free speech and canceling cancel culture join the marketplace of ideas the platform for

00:39:38.000 independent thought has arrived superior technology no more selling your personal data no more censorship

00:39:44.400 no more cancel culture enough getter has arrived it's time to say what you want the way you want

00:39:52.720 download now quad review says the dhs plans to target i'm quoting now inaccurate information

00:39:59.040 domestically on a wide array of subjects including quoting the origins of the covet 19 pandemic

00:40:05.440 the efficacy of covet 19 vaccines racial justice u.s withdrawal from afghanistan and the nature of u.s

00:40:13.320 support from for ukraine this is what you're devoting your agency's resources to so i guess

00:40:19.480 my first question is is an american citizen who criticizes covet mandates now to be treated as a

00:40:24.040 domestic terrorist uh you have three inaccuracies in the question you post to me number one border

00:40:29.080 security is a priority of ours number two the department does not censor speech and number three

00:40:33.880 we did not publish a quadrennial review does it exist the quadrennial review i believe it is

00:40:39.720 being worked on well it's been published in the media will you make it public uh when it is final

00:40:45.160 it will be public here's my question then if if you're not censoring speech and if you're not treating

00:40:51.480 americans as domestic terrorists then why is it that you're pressuring big tech to treat american

00:40:57.880 citizens as if they're threats to the homeland why are you pressuring them to censor speech thank you for

00:41:03.400 taking the time to meet today wanted to make sure you saw the steps we took just this past week to

00:41:08.600 adjust policies and what we are removing with respect to misinformation you familiar with that

00:41:12.840 one just yes just yes or no uh no because i'm the secretary of dhs well i'm asking you that because

00:41:18.360 it's funny you say that a federal judge has just found as a finding of fact mr secretary that your

00:41:25.000 office and i'm going to quote now is supervising the nerve center of federally directed censorship we have

00:41:32.360 example after example of this administration coordinated apparently according to a federal court by your

00:41:38.040 agency pressuring coercing social media companies to engage in censorship is that constitutional that

00:41:45.240 is unequivocally false is what the emails show it is unequivocally false senator you're not having any 0.55

00:41:51.400 meetings with them whatsoever uh we meet with um the tech companies how often to address to address

00:41:58.920 the homeland security you're saying that that no one in your office has ever met with coordinated or

00:42:04.920 otherwise engaged in any contact with the social media company in which you spoke to them about

00:42:09.160 vaccine mandates about uh covet mask mandates about the withdrawal from afghanistan about the

00:42:15.880 whip about the current uh us involvement in ukraine none of that has ever happened i i don't know what

00:42:20.200 you're referring to senator i've cited a federal judge who says your department is engaged in supervising

00:42:26.520 the nerve center of federally directed censorship here's my point the federal government may not use

00:42:32.280 private third parties to engage in activities that are unconstitutional that's exactly what you and

00:42:38.840 this administration are doing you are leveraging private companies to carry out censorship on your

00:42:44.920 behalf it's dystopian but worse than that it's unconstitutional it's also false okay uh i want to get

00:42:52.040 in mike davis this kind of gets to the heart that in the axios piece you've got big tech now these tech

00:42:57.480 oligarchs that it's kind of merged with the administrative state to to oppress and suppress 0.99

00:43:03.640 suppress the voice but oppress the american people this is the heart of your crusade correct 0.96

00:43:09.480 yeah i mean this is a clear blatant first amendment violation for government actors to work with private

00:43:16.040 actors to censor silence de-platform cancel american citizens based upon their political viewpoints or the

00:43:23.720 fact that they're questioning governments uh the whole point of the scientific method is to question

00:43:29.480 the science that's the whole point and so when you have the white house you had jen saki announcing 0.91

00:43:35.160 from the white house podium that the biden administration is working with big tech to

00:43:39.640 to censor covet this information whatever the hell that means they censored ran paul a medical doctor and

00:43:47.000 a senator because he questioned fauci and the science the covidians and he was censored uh he was kicked

00:43:53.880 off of youtube and so what i've been doing at the internet accountability project and i've been doing

00:43:58.120 this as a lonely fight on the right for three years is calling on uh calling on republicans calling on

00:44:04.520 conservatives to to band together with populist liberals and break up big tech we need to break up

00:44:11.000 big techs gatekeeping power over information and commerce if google competed with youtube instead

00:44:17.800 of acquired youtube there is no chance that youtube would have de-platformed senator ran paul a sitting

00:44:24.840 senator and when you have monopolist when you have google amazon facebook and apple these trillion dollar

00:44:30.760 monopolist they get their antitrust amnesty and section 230 from uh section 230 immunity from the
