Bannon's War Room - Episode 2343： The Constant Politicalization Of The Fed; Corruption In Cochise County

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:09.940 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.540 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.300 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:23.880 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.700 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.640 country this country will be saved here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:46.820 we had a rapid recovery from the pandemic when president biden was elected unemployment was

00:01:00.440 quite high it was close to seven percent and we put policies in place that generated a very rapid

00:01:08.360 recovery unemployment quickly fell back into the threes where is it now where is it now three seven

00:01:15.780 okay so normally you wouldn't expect um just because you had a rapid recovery uh for inflation to rise

00:01:24.500 very much if at all but it turned out the pandemic had very special impacts on the economy remember

00:01:33.040 everybody stopped spending on services they were in their homes for a year or more um they wanted to buy

00:01:41.760 grills and for office furniture they were working from home they suddenly started splurging on goods

00:01:49.480 buying technology um you know we were suddenly working through technology and bottlenecks started

00:01:58.260 developing where supply in particular important sectors of the economy just couldn't keep up with demand

00:02:06.420 amazon uh jp morgan meta disney paramount they've all done big cuts in anticipation of a recession

00:02:13.280 one doesn't seem to have shown up yet who's right are we headed for a recession because your counterpart

00:02:19.060 in england says that they're already in recession it's going to be the longest one since the great war

00:02:24.740 so i believe there is a path to bringing inflation down while maintaining a strong healthy labor market

00:02:31.620 do you think it's possible we're not heading into a recession yes we had a rapid recovery growth has

00:02:36.840 slowed down i expect the pace of job creation to slow down that's natural and expected when the

00:02:44.360 unemployment rate is close to the lowest in 50 years so i think we can take the heat out of the economy

00:02:52.520 and remember russia has conducted a brutal war against ukraine and that caused

00:03:00.280 gas prices to spike it's caused food prices to spike it's creating hardship all over the world

00:03:09.400 and um we're really trying to address those those strains as well that's another reason

00:03:16.820 inflation went up and we're trying to hold that down last press conference that you thought the path to

00:03:22.920 that soft landing had narrowed has has it continued to narrow or is it widened or i don't know if you can

00:03:28.920 have a wider soft landing but i i don't know that it's changed since that was this is what five six

00:03:33.360 weeks ago i was asked the question has it narrowed is it still possible and as it now is it it's

00:03:38.200 definitely still possible and it has narrowed because if you look over the course of this year

00:03:42.480 nobody expected us to raise rates this much no one expected inflation to be this strong and this

00:03:48.560 persistent and this you know to move up to have spread so broadly through the economy and so the extent we

00:03:55.240 need to get keep rates higher or keep them higher longer that's going to uh narrow the path to a

00:04:01.340 soft landing okay uh thursday one december year of our lord 2022 uh we're going to start with

00:04:07.400 economics we got an update on president trump's uh legal boris going to talk to us about the special

00:04:11.980 prosecutor a lot going on in cochise county and down in arizona lawsuits are flying people are talking

00:04:18.180 out of things right certified not certified we're going to get to all of it also um joe allen's going

00:04:25.180 to be back more updates on um on twitter elon musk and of course the end of homo sapiens as we know it

00:04:33.340 uh we'll get to that in the second hour i want to go to philip patrick or birch gold uh philip i want

00:04:39.400 to start i know we got updates you want to talk about markets and responsive markets but i had to

00:04:43.200 include that we played part of that this morning with steve cortez who who categorically said that

00:04:49.260 janet yellen is the worst secretary of treasury in the history of this republic and her lies and 1.00

00:04:54.540 misrepresentations and kind of just daffiness on uh on when colbert's the more serious of the people

00:05:01.800 right in an interview that it gets and he actually had more points to make about the economy about the

00:05:08.060 layoffs tell me about your assessment of yellen her performance and particularly see you see the

00:05:14.480 soft pivot yesterday um from uh from powell trying to tamp down what the other fed governors had said

00:05:21.120 because i'm sure he's getting massive heat from the uh from the white house about where we are in this

00:05:27.020 entire economic mess sir yeah correct i mean that was just an abomination of an interview from janet

00:05:34.060 yellen and even more than style was was content right a lot of what she said was just nonsensical

00:05:40.300 right this idea that people were spending like crazy during covid and that's why we have inflation

00:05:45.800 listen savings rates increased to the highest levels in history during the pandemic people were not

00:05:50.960 spending at the rate that they are right to try and lay the blame on the shoulders of russia when we 0.97

00:05:56.380 know inflation was a big problem before that blaming supply chains it's just an inability to accept

00:06:02.800 responsibility for a government that's been spending money nobody's talking about the fact that 80 percent

00:06:08.700 of all dollar bills that exist in the world did not exist three years ago but of course we're back

00:06:14.920 to putin and russia and supply chains it's just a nonsense the federal reserve are concerning right and

00:06:21.640 the market's reaction to the federal reserve i think even a bigger concern look at what happened with

00:06:27.000 pow right powell comes out and suggests that perhaps we're not going to raise 0.75 basis points in december

00:06:34.180 we're going to raise 0.5 the markets take that as good news right and what happens to the stock market

00:06:40.060 the dow jumped 700 points in a day now to be very clear he said in the same interview look rates terminal

00:06:48.160 rates going to be higher likely for longer he literally said for this one raise in december it's going to be

00:06:54.720 a quarter of a point less and the market to boom on the back of it then you look at black friday sales

00:07:00.840 numbers everyone was touting this is the best black friday in history right up two percent from last

00:07:05.940 year unless you factor in inflation black friday numbers are actually down five percent from the year

00:07:11.380 before but again the markets rally on the back of it and this is what's so concerning to me this is a

00:07:18.040 market that's responding on the news of the day even the good news we have isn't very good and they're

00:07:24.060 focusing on it this sort of liberal media is pushing this agenda but nobody's talking about

00:07:29.260 the bad news nobody's talking about an unfathomable unfathomable amount of debt nobody's talking about

00:07:35.920 ppi numbers shooting up nobody's talking about the fact that we don't have a handle on inflation

00:07:41.760 right essentials the things we need are shooting up non-essentials are the only things really coming

00:07:47.560 down why because everyone knows we're heading into a recession is this sort of reporting for me

00:07:53.620 that's a problem because what it does is it changes people's behavior it makes them comfortable in a

00:07:59.060 market they shouldn't be comfortable in and this is where i think the liberal media is really at fault

00:08:04.380 nobody's pushing reality today and that for me is a big big problem no they're not they're not

00:08:11.040 discussing about the underlying kind of structure of our economy i want to go back i want to make sure

00:08:16.020 because one of the things we pride ourselves here in the war room is to make sure people have

00:08:20.560 nomenclature so they can understand statics and process statics and dynamics critical path and

00:08:27.100 and actually start to help them think things through themselves so they're just not hit with

00:08:31.540 all these kind of random stories in media one of the buzzer or one of the concepts that gets thrown

00:08:37.320 around a lot is terminal rate and you hear guys on the tv and the business shows hey they changed

00:08:42.120 term explain the audience what terminal rate is why it's so important and why markets respond to that

00:08:47.200 it's very simple this is just you know where the fed project or how high the fed projected the interest

00:08:54.060 rates will get so what they're telling us is look they're likely going to be higher for longer but for

00:08:59.840 me i just don't see how the fed can get a handle on this inflation problem i think this target two

00:09:06.860 percent inflation that's the fed's mandate is going to be impossible to achieve for many many years to

00:09:14.240 come right because the reality is and we've discussed this many times on on your show and i know other

00:09:19.520 people have as well the fed are going to be very limited every single time they raise rates it cripples

00:09:25.620 the government in terms of debt and spending and we're in a position right now where we don't have

00:09:30.640 the money to spend so for me we're going to play this middle ground the fed will try and raise rates

00:09:35.900 as much as they can to slow the pace of inflation and in the meantime they're going to sacrifice

00:09:41.040 housing and stocks this idea that yellen has that somehow we can fix 40 year high inflation and the

00:09:48.260 markets will be fine it's a fallacy but it's just a case of how we get there this fed is taking the air

00:09:54.200 out of the bubble slowly when volka went up and popped that bubble but they cannot do what volka did

00:10:00.040 in the 80s we've got far too much debt and that tells me for the foreseeable future and i think it could

00:10:06.240 be a long time inflation is going to be the norm much much higher than that target two percent

00:10:12.400 well that's what they said at the weekend isn't that what he tried to correct because one of the

00:10:16.540 fed governors said that i see us increasing rates through 23 and even to 24 isn't that what he gave

00:10:22.960 yesterday he tried to soft pedal it because if you look into 24 people have to understand that the

00:10:28.620 the the the limited growth uh just agony of this thing you remember volka back in the 70s we were

00:10:36.100 a different nation had a bigger manufacturing base we were a superpower manufacturing we were essentially

00:10:41.400 a creditor nation uh it's totally different today we're kind of a essentially financially and

00:10:47.840 economically we're a bankruptcy right because the cap table's all messed up but to do that um really is

00:10:55.760 going to to hammer you not just that your your your uh ability to finance the government is just

00:11:00.860 going to increase that is nothing but bad news do you think powell came out to try to tamp that down

00:11:06.420 and what they say the fed's job is to take the punch bowl out to put the punch bowl get let the ladles 0.94

00:11:11.760 get back in for one more dip uh before year-end bonus time uh you pals pals uh pals becoming more and

00:11:19.820 more political with time and you're absolutely right this is window dressing right bonuses are paid at the

00:11:25.200 end of the year that's why corporate buybacks escalate dramatically towards the end of the year

00:11:30.180 they want to up those bonuses so you've got to make the numbers look good yes i think power was being

00:11:35.420 political and i think as reality kicks in next year they're going to change tactics they're going to

00:11:40.620 get more aggressive and they're going to try and slow the pace of this inflation down they have not

00:11:46.060 done it yet and even the fed themselves are split right lael brainards pushing the the line the

00:11:51.980 inflation that dragon is slain we're in the final throws john williams who's head of the new york fed

00:11:57.680 he's come out and said no way we got a long way to go terminal and uh the two percent target is a

00:12:04.220 fallacy for the foreseeable future i think williams is absolutely spot on this is an almost impossible

00:12:10.900 situation and it's one we're going to have to just ride out for the foreseeable future so let's talk

00:12:16.560 about riding it out i mean on capitol hill right now you have power politics like i've never seen before

00:12:21.200 uh the speaker of the house which is arguably the second most powerful person after the president

00:12:27.120 in in the entire u.s government because the founders put so much the the our house of

00:12:32.220 representatives was kind of modeled on commons right the senate being more of the house of lords

00:12:36.920 uh so the power really the juice went into the oversight the gentlemanly oversight went into the

00:12:43.640 senate but the the heat and the juice went into the into the house the speakership the speaker of the

00:12:49.540 house is an enormously powerful position as people have seen with nancy pelosi this fight has gotten 1.00

00:12:55.560 inextricably linked with the omnibus bill which is another two trillion dollars of spending not

00:13:01.280 financed the national defense authorization act which is trillion dollars it's also got all this

00:13:06.780 wokeness in it the debt ceiling there's so many complicated problems that are inextricably linked

00:13:12.560 do you believe that it's getting the attention i want to hold you through the break do you think

00:13:16.560 what the these massive fights behind closed doors do you think they're getting the attention that

00:13:22.240 they need and being explained to people about how this is just going to explode our national debt

00:13:27.920 we're already at 31 trillion uh people are saying how do we get here through covid and now you're

00:13:33.040 talking these massive discretionary spending bills sir yes absolutely this is what everybody should be

00:13:40.600 focusing on this is our nation that is in a colossal amount of debt and we're allowing a government to

00:13:47.540 continue spending this is the most important thing for people to be focusing on and the reality is it's

00:13:53.280 difficult to do through all the noise and all the nonsense and that's why and well the lack of a red 0.97

00:13:58.940 wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened biden more wasteful government spending higher taxes

00:14:04.940 the deepening of inflation and how do you protect your hard-earned savings from chaotic financial

00:15:02.540 agency okay here's your host stephen k back okay welcome back uh philip patrick uh philip here's

00:15:12.820 what i want to do in these uncertain times uh i think it's very helpful and we're going to go through a

00:15:17.620 lot of choppy water one of the reasons we're making such a big deal about the lame duck and i want to

00:15:22.480 thank this audience i've already gotten tremendous feedback that you're lighting up uh the phone of

00:15:27.940 banks over at the house of representatives as you should in the senate but you should be telling

00:15:32.480 people uh what your thoughts are about what they should be doing in the uh in this lame duck and

00:15:39.660 here's what it is just say no boris is going to join us in a minute we're going to talk about you know

00:15:45.500 president trump and the special counsel and all these things he's fighting there but here's what

00:15:49.120 they're trying to do as nancy pelosi walks out the door mitch mcconnell and the uh in the same kind

00:15:56.360 of group of senators that voted remember the collaborationists that voted for much of the

00:16:00.260 spending of philip patrick are going to try to cut deals on the debt ceiling they're going to try to

00:16:05.060 cut deals on amnesty they're going to they're going to get the omnibus so that our house that the the

00:16:10.020 majority republican house doesn't have any leverage they're going to pass that with trillions of 0.88

00:16:14.380 dollars or more debt and now we're going to have a trillion dollars financing charge

00:16:17.660 it's a fiasco um philip do you think that what happens in the next four weeks could constrain

00:16:26.060 uh trump or any republican president that came in a year or two from now given what they're trying

00:16:32.320 to do structurally with debt ceiling and other things sir absolutely yes and i've been saying

00:16:37.920 this for a while 2024 is going to be a tough job and the next couple of years are vital right we need

00:16:44.820 to give trump or whoever gets in in 2024 a real shot to turn this thing around but let's not forget

00:16:51.620 biden in the last two years has done a significant amount of damage to this economy to this country

00:16:58.040 that means in the next two years he'll have the ability to do the same thing should we not restrict

00:17:05.060 his ability to do so it is vitally important this is our opportunity to give ourselves the best shot i've

00:17:12.620 said this is going to be an almost impossible task even if everything was great tomorrow right even if

00:17:18.240 you know the biden stepped out tomorrow trump came in it's a tough job two more years of this it's going

00:17:24.480 to be impossible yes that is one of the most brilliant things i've heard in the show if trump was able to

00:17:30.320 step in tomorrow it's a tough slog for a guy as tough as trump what's before us because of all this

00:17:37.380 massive spending the geopolitical situation the other central banks are tapped out you've had this

00:17:42.740 concept called fiscal domination where these politicians and and and legislatures out the world

00:17:49.280 just spent and it was picked up by the by the banks with just easy money fiat currency that's all coming

00:17:54.720 to an end right so even for trump today it would be a tough slog think about two years from now

00:18:01.400 think about and the damage they're trying to do that's what they're trying to do in the lame duck

00:18:04.920 because a lot of these guys are going out to be lobbyists and going out to their corporate sponsors

00:18:09.160 they want to give them one final wet kiss before they go and that's where these that's where these

00:18:14.780 knife fights are so important and that's where the audience since you're the chairman of the creditors

00:18:19.100 committee you've got the ability to kind of do you know command by negation and kind of block this

00:18:24.220 philip i want people also you know a lot of smart people i'm talking to and fund manager etc are

00:18:30.500 really looking at precious metals like they've never looked at before i'm not a financial advisor

00:18:34.720 and i'm not here to tell people to do on that kind of micro basis but what we pride ourselves in the

00:18:38.880 show regardless of what it is and we got crom carmichael coming at the end of the show about

00:18:44.120 salting we try to give people access to information if you get access to information you can make your

00:18:48.800 own decisions the birch gold and here's one thing i want everybody to do it's totally free go to

00:18:54.320 birchgold.com slash banner right now you got to get the end of the dollar empire the politics of money

00:19:00.860 is coming back this is what they found from the founding of the nation until really the the federal

00:19:06.780 reserve in in what 1911 much of the politics of this nation was about money and currency and capital

00:19:14.700 investment right uh you could argue the civil war came down a lot of it came down to that the huge

00:19:20.460 fights about the building of the country the transcontinental railroad the homestead act

00:19:24.360 uh the infrastructure all of it these were massive fights this is why you had populace in the 19th

00:19:30.480 century like andrew jackson right like like abraham lincoln right and these huge fights these massive

00:19:36.900 fights were over guess what money and that's why the the creation of the federal reserve and i'm no

00:19:41.920 conspiracy theorist but one thing they wanted to do is said hey let's take that out of the political

00:19:45.780 mix maybe these guys we'll handle this we got we got a bunch of how about this why don't we have

00:19:52.760 the banks own the bank right and make the fees and and they can set the price that's that's logical

00:19:57.680 so i want to make sure everybody gets access to now because prestige metals has got to be an

00:20:02.720 alternative you got to put into your thinking on your range of alternatives we go through choppy water

00:20:07.600 so philip the one thing i like is you got guys like philip patrick and the rest of the team over

00:20:11.720 that you can actually talk to a human being and actually get some uh get some counsel on this so

00:20:16.180 where do people go philip very simple birchgold.com slash banner lots of good information

00:20:22.720 end of the dollar report uh gold investment kit as well all the information people like myself

00:20:28.840 again birchgold.com slash banner where you can reach me directly at philip patrick on getter as

00:20:35.420 well philip thank you so much appreciate you coming oh by the way they get to you on uh you're on getter

00:20:40.760 at philip patrick is that where people get you because your getter account is fantastic absolutely

00:20:45.120 at philip patrick on getter okay thanks uh thank you for us uh boris your streak i'm gonna get into

00:20:51.760 the legal side in a minute and i appreciate you joining us by phone but you're you're a guy from

00:20:55.640 wall street you know that this whole thing of what's called the bricks brazil what used to be

00:21:01.260 brazil russia indian china is kind of the alternative emerging markets it's expanding now and i kind of

00:21:07.020 call it the global south right and these guys have the resources we have fiat money and they're sitting

00:21:12.440 there going hey you know upon further review maybe we ought to think about what we sell these resources

00:21:17.280 to you for for this kind of paper money that you guys keep devaluing there's going to be a huge

00:21:21.860 meeting in the first week of of december uh the chinese are going to be there i think saudis are

00:21:27.740 going to be there they're talking about finally doing deals where they don't convert into dollars what

00:21:33.380 they're trying to do is end the dollar as the prime reserve currency boris you have studied empires

00:21:38.660 the rise and fall of empires uh what happens when an empire loses itself loses the ability

00:21:44.920 to have its currency be the prime reserve currency sir a total and complete annihilation

00:21:52.060 of the empires what happens that's what happens and if you look at the history if you look at the

00:21:57.160 history going back over 2 000 years if you look at the roman look at the visigod the holy roman empire 0.74

00:22:02.940 the the spanish empire which was so vast it has been actually understudied that you know the

00:22:11.940 spain had literally no end it was imperial mundi it was a world empire then on to the brits and then

00:22:20.980 you know the dual hegemony of the united states and the soviet union and and now where we are today

00:22:27.020 in an extremely troubling place and let's just be honest we got respite under the presidency of

00:22:33.160 donald j trump the arrested from america being sold down the river that started effectively started

00:22:40.060 with admittance of china to the wto in the late 90s so bill clinton george w bush barack obama

00:22:47.740 the uniparty the uniparty did all it could to sell america out and now we stand over 20 trillion

00:22:57.640 dollars in debt we stand economically crippled economically dependent and economically weak

00:23:05.020 what did president trump do when he came in he instituted tariffs he instituted a real border

00:23:10.640 and he actually he actually did one-on-one hand-to-hand combat battle both with our adversaries like the

00:23:19.020 chinese communist party and with our adversaries and our allies brands the eu and so many others

00:23:27.720 and what we have now under this pathetic excuse of a regime is honestly what feels like a looting

00:23:37.680 carcass eluded carcass a former great entity that is being picked apart piece by piece by piece

00:23:46.160 and if you think that the bricks but specifically china russia india yes brazil to some degree but

00:23:55.200 then very importantly the opec countries have any respect for the current current usa you are completely

00:24:03.080 and totally kidding yourself because a country that doesn't have a border is not a country a country

00:24:08.960 that doesn't have actual fiscal monetary policy is not a country and a country that focuses more on

00:24:15.800 83 000 genders or whatever it is that on feeding its own people is not a country and one of the most 1.00

00:24:22.740 telling things i thought i saw today was actually a post about the state dinner that biden is thrown

00:24:27.420 from a crone and it's all fancy schmancy and they're talking about all the hundreds of lobsters

00:24:32.720 they flew live lobsters from maine are you kidding me americans cannot afford turkey at thanksgiving

00:24:39.120 americans cannot afford gas americans can't buy gifts for their little beautiful kids for christmas 0.91

00:24:46.260 and and pathetic joe biden the head of the biden crime family is eating lobster with a french president 0.98

00:24:53.620 while praising the new world order america hasn't sold down the tubes do not kid yourself 0.98

00:25:00.580 this is not a mistake this is not an accident it's not a happenstance this is a deliberate betrayal of

00:25:07.880 america by the uniparty and the biden crime family is a huge leader in that betrayal and this is what

00:25:15.960 this is why the administrative state in the in the in the deep state are coming after trump

00:25:20.200 uh with hammer and tong i mean you got him in every different direction they're coming at him

00:25:25.000 under no circumstances can they have trump be president again am i incorrect in that thinking

00:25:29.900 boris epstein of course they're petrified they're petrified of president trump because president

00:25:35.480 trump is going to come back when he does win win the white house back he's going to come back

00:25:40.020 he's going to reinstitute tariffs he's going to put china back into its corner he's going to he's 0.63

00:25:45.440 going to continue to stand strong against adversaries and allies and you better believe

00:25:50.040 saudi arabia is going to be taking this chinese currency or the russian currency as payment it's going

00:25:56.280 to be back to the dollar it is going to be back to the dollar because what we have right now is such

00:26:01.760 utter and total disrespect that we are being without just being treated as a you know run-of-the-mill

00:26:07.540 developed country we're being treated as an irrelevant entity yeah the saudis don't care look at this

00:26:14.940 thing spitting by and say and then biden goes and he gives immunity to mbs and whether one agrees with

00:26:21.440 it or not you know i'm not even going to talk about that but the fact that biden was disrespected

00:26:26.060 she was effectively spat at by the saudis and i guess she will give you whatever you want and by

00:26:31.440 the way to the media you ought to be ashamed of yourself to the mainstream media if that happened

00:26:36.580 in the trump administration there would have been five weeks of coverage with biden nothing

00:26:42.320 absolutely absolutely criminal boris just hang her for one second we're taking a short break we're 0.99

00:28:57.240 let me have it let me have it let me have it marcus de lafayette is that a power forward in

00:29:01.740 somebody's draft pool boris epstein how embarrassing i mean this is just and first first off macron's

00:29:08.740 over here for only one macron and his mother came over here did i go there macron and his mother

00:29:14.740 came over um to um to basically make sure they know that the war room posse has said

00:29:22.940 no more money for ukraine marjorie taylor green's leading the charge the the the right wing of the 0.84

00:29:28.560 republican party said we're not funding this warning where we're going to fund uh the southern border of

00:29:33.620 the united states our sovereignty there that's why they're over there and of course what does he do

00:29:39.320 what does biden do he he he gives it all away in the first five minutes of the meeting that he's

00:29:44.700 committed to be all in on ukraine funny which is an unlimited pit uh boris uh you know the players

00:29:51.480 you know that part of the world how dangerous is what biden and how goofy he's he look on the world

00:29:56.920 stage particularly given how the french are about their language sir is he hammered he sounds

00:30:04.160 biden sounds literally drunk and no steve i know you're sensitive that's not an irish joke

00:30:10.220 what is joe i literally sound the guy sounds fall down dry marcus okay marcus

00:30:19.820 marcus here's the deal yes joe biden i'm gonna say this and you know i don't mean to be unkind but it 0.99

00:30:27.280 is what it is joe biden's always been the dumbest senator okay always he's always dumb democrats always 0.99

00:30:33.020 said he's done he's done he's the stone cold dumb okay joe biden's a dumb guy okay but this is so 1.00

00:30:39.400 beyond embarrassing for our country this is the world stage this is not a joke this is not rehearsal 1.00

00:30:47.100 this is the american president yes illegitimate and everyone knows it but this is the american

00:30:53.060 president and aaron sorkin ain't writing this up right michael douglas wasn't playing this

00:31:00.620 the american president is supposed to stand tall have broad shoulders and speak truth to the world

00:31:07.560 and the truth is that america is the greatest shining beacon on earth under joe biden we're an

00:31:13.500 embarrassment and i'll tell you this and i was i'm proud to say that i was if not even one of the

00:31:20.580 first folks on our side of our side of the spectrum to say that putin made a horrible mistake and i did it

00:31:26.020 on the show to the posse yeah always signal that noise i said on the day of that on the day of that

00:31:31.620 action on the day of the invasion i said putin is making a huge mistake huge mistake on the day in

00:31:37.000 the invasion and it was a mistake then and it's proved to be a colossal mistake full stop for america

00:31:43.100 to be sending money that we need in camden that we need in detroit that we need in newark that we need

00:31:49.040 right here in washington dc resources we do not have to be sending it halfway around the world

00:31:55.280 is a not just a mistake it's a travesty it is and by the way don't kid yourself it ain't just money

00:32:02.480 there are boots on the ground the same nonsense that the establishment pulls over america's eyes in

00:32:08.780 vietnam is happening right now we've got the advisors and all that craziness we need to focus

00:32:16.160 on america we've got to put america first and that's why president trump is running to take the

00:32:20.860 white house back and that's what he's going to do and believe you me and you've seen the same

00:32:24.740 graphics i've seen under obama under george w bush and under biden putin has made offensive moves and

00:32:32.300 invasions what did he do under president donald j trump nothing nothing nothing and if you need any

00:32:39.560 more proof of who we need who we need in the white house that's what you've got bush obama biden

00:32:44.840 invasions by russia what now what under president trump nothing and that's what we'll have when

00:32:50.760 president trump's back in mobile boris by the way i'll get into later in the week but the head of

00:32:55.960 special uh operations command sent out a thank you for thanksgiving one of these you know performer

00:33:02.480 things they send out to everybody but he mentioned they have 5 000 special operators deployed throughout

00:33:07.560 the world i'm saying hmm i don't know if i can count now that we're out of afghanistan and

00:33:12.060 effectively mostly out of iraq how do you get to 5 000 oops i guess uh i guess the buried lead there

00:33:19.120 is what we've got in ukraine so you're absolutely correct there there's all kind of i'm going to

00:33:23.460 give you a hint that's 5 000 going on the number of it the american people don't know russia big time

00:33:29.840 big time yes uh boris how do people get you on on your uh social media because people have to

00:33:36.180 follow you now particularly given all the activity no doubt about it and stay focused on the fact

00:33:41.180 that the institution the premise of the special counsel and the appointment of jack smith is biased

00:33:46.700 illegitimate and illegal and it's another way for democrats to try and steal elections from america

00:33:53.040 and america from president trump and maga stay focused huge piece in the watcher and talks about that

00:33:58.020 today about just how biased and illegitimate jack smith's special counsel is my information

00:34:03.500 boris ep.com is the website hot on boris ep.com hot on at boris ep on getter hot on getter at boris

00:34:10.460 ep on twitter at boris ep hot on truth social at boris hottest on the ground boris underscore

00:34:15.500 epstein stay strong god bless and i'll talk to you tomorrow boris thank you very much i appreciate it

00:34:21.380 okay there's a lot of activity going on in uh in um arizona in cochise county this certification i think

00:34:28.260 they may have moved their case to federal court there's some false notice or some notice about

00:34:33.100 they're supposed to certify tonight or move it up tonight there's all kind of confusion we're trying

00:34:36.880 to track down the players in cochise county but there's still candidates out there fighting hard

00:34:41.320 and go to arizona one you got josh barnett josh you join us here you put in a lawsuit that may be

00:34:47.820 the most intriguing of all can you walk us through the details of that sir sure there's there's five

00:34:53.500 main points in this lawsuit and you know the first thing we're pointing out is is controversy about

00:34:58.600 what happened and we're using the public record for everything and we're asking the court very

00:35:03.260 simply to take judicial notice about the chaos that ensued on november 8th number two the chairman

00:35:09.280 bill gates admitted the election was chaos on video and it's certifying election when he called it chaos

00:35:15.320 kind of contradicts everything number three ongoing ag investigation with the election integrity unit we

00:35:21.340 know that's still uh happening right now the court should recognize this and the maricopa county

00:35:26.080 response you know has multiple errors of facts and law and and they said it's for example they said

00:35:31.720 it's legal to check out voters and go vote in another location that's not what the manual or the

00:35:37.720 statute says that's not how you run an election you know we we want elections run um you know according

00:35:43.720 to what's in the book what's not in the book and and these people um are constantly changing the

00:35:49.380 rules uh you know we have uh you know an increase of you know 225 000 inactive voters between uh late

00:35:59.080 spring and the election so all 225 000 would need to have their inactive status cured by the poll worker

00:36:06.780 and none of the none of the poll workers were trained to do this and the word inactive is not even

00:36:13.080 in the poll training manual and we believe this you know added to the chaos in in in a disenfranchised

00:36:20.280 voter okay here here's hang on one second i want to this is important for the audience to understand

00:36:25.860 i think what's unique about your lawsuit and i can't understand because i've been a big proponent of

00:36:31.620 get in there before it's certified get in the court start getting tro's etc even though i understand to

00:36:37.900 do the contested election you have to wait till after it's certified but chop block them now make

00:36:42.920 them come out and try to defend it here here's what i find fascinating about your your what you've

00:36:48.160 put forward you've actually got the manual is that thick the manual is like two feet thick

00:36:52.900 and this has been highly negotiated right given what happened in 2020 you kind of make the point

00:36:58.840 in your lawsuit a lot is that they don't follow their own procedures and processes and that is kind

00:37:04.060 of these are not things that have a bandwidth of you can just call audibles and do it on your own

00:37:09.280 and you saw maricopa county just kind of made stuff up given the fact they've got this and it's so

00:37:14.920 contentious from 2020 part of your lawsuit is that that makes it illegitimate you can't have a set of

00:37:21.580 processes and procedures that are the way things are supposed to run and this throw the book out

00:37:27.600 on on game day is that essentially one of your big arguments here is that maricopa county just kind

00:37:32.260 of made it up as they go along and in making it up it it goes to the validity of this election

00:37:37.620 yes yes you'll see uh throughout the lawsuit it uses the word maladministration quite a bit throughout

00:37:43.500 um even in their own definitions misconduct is maladministration and when you have rules that

00:37:50.900 are broken procedure that's broken form that's broken statutes that broken you cannot tell me this

00:37:56.840 is a legitimate certifiable election you can't do it and that's what we're asking them to degree

00:38:02.080 and we're breaking it down a little further about some anomalies that we find uh with the numbers but

00:38:07.020 really when it comes right down to it that's what it is josh why what's the logic of because so many

00:38:14.140 people said no you got to wait till it's all certified and really certified by the state uh in in in on

00:38:19.980 december 8th is that you're running for a federal office and carry lake and these other for state

00:38:24.040 why did you go ahead and file this now what walk me through your critical path and your thinking

00:38:28.660 about that well you know the typical lawsuits that i've been thrown out there have been dismissed as

00:38:33.640 you know uh pretty much every single one i'm for standing um i i went in it as as standing as one of

00:38:39.640 the people and and when you do that you know i have the highest standing the highest political power

00:38:43.600 of anybody constitutionally uh we went into it a little bit different and and you know when you go

00:38:49.460 into this thing you have you know we've come out with the numbers that about 150 000 people

00:38:54.180 we feel were disenfranchised based on the inactive uh numbers versus the active numbers because

00:38:59.260 typically before an election the inactive numbers will lower and the active numbers will go up into a

00:39:04.880 big election like we had just recently but this was the opposite that actually jumped the inactive

00:39:10.340 voter roll uh went up 225 000 and and the active voter will actually decrease a little bit which is

00:39:16.460 unheard of it doesn't happen and it hasn't happened in the past you know four elections so um you know

00:39:22.060 and and then that's what all this ensued all this stuff that happened with the you know 31 percent of

00:39:27.360 the tabulators not working on election day all led to chaos you know the the printer's not printing

00:39:32.660 properly they they weren't even they didn't have the proper toner and all this stuff um led to chaos

00:39:37.660 the the um the i call them adjudication machines these tabulators so at door number three those

00:39:43.860 were misread ballots and they were taking those misread ballots and just tossing them in there

00:39:48.140 don't worry about it guys we're going to take care of it down at the county where it's going to be

00:39:51.480 adjudicated you know so and all this stuff like i said laid laid out just like um chairman bill

00:39:57.780 gates said led to chaos on election day we keep stressing that because that's exactly what happened

00:40:03.180 it was battle administration that caused it correct me if i'm wrong tom liddy this is what he'll get

00:40:09.860 when i think it was lake's team went in and sued to get through because the thing was so messed up

00:40:14.760 from the very starter's gun it was so screwed up it was six and seven in the morning in in arizona

00:40:21.760 uh that they went in and said hey these machines aren't going to be worked on or fixed we need three

00:40:27.320 more hours in the end tom liddy correct me if i'm wrong tom liddy who's the lawyer for maricopa county

00:40:34.060 argued you can't extend it because it's just going to give more opportunity for voter for voter fraud or

00:40:41.120 mal-administration he said basically it's just giving more time for mal-administration let's kind

00:40:45.080 of cut it off i mean that's essentially what he argued right well even in that video you'll see yeah

00:40:49.840 the the attorney argued with bill gates that that the um you know by by extending it people could come

00:40:55.820 back to vote that voted earlier that they wouldn't know who voted so technically you could say that that

00:41:00.560 could happen all the time all day long with with how they have things set up so it really set them

00:41:04.620 up you know to like even look more foolish in what they already do and also as you know as you know

00:41:09.420 steve that the apache county did get a two-hour extension and and um and you know i would consider 0.65

00:41:15.540 that you know um you know we're talking about equal protections for voters um i would say that that

00:41:19.880 clearly shows with maricopa not giving one and apache county given one within the same state clearly

00:41:25.000 shows that there's a problem there no no no equal protection under the law um i tell you what

00:41:30.480 i'm gonna take a short break and we're gonna come back because i gotta ask you i think you've got

00:41:33.980 court dates or people are supposed to be showing up but there's all kind of rumors katie hobbs

00:41:37.680 supposed to be here she's supposed to be in cochise county the judges are going to make them show up 1.00

00:41:41.560 it's uh it's basically a range war in arizona people like josh bar now just not going to sit

00:41:47.340 to take they're not going to say okay fine no this thing has got massive problems there is

00:41:52.220 disenfranchised voters we saw the poll today from uh from rasmussen was it 72 percent of the american

00:42:01.120 people think that this uh election was illegitimate and and poorly run this is the american people

00:42:07.180 everybody in the world is watching this everybody arizona's got to understand this you're basically

00:45:22.660 season the importance of taking care of yourself but i want to go back to josh burnett i gotta say

00:45:27.640 this the reason i love the suit this is kind of the one of the ones i wanted to get out there and

00:45:33.240 people i thought people should get out there because you just take it to them and here's the thing

00:45:36.320 you make your case and this is why the mark eliasis of the world hate things like that now eliasis is 0.98

00:45:40.960 tweeting out that cochise county approved this thing to at the pressure you know you got katie hobbs

00:45:46.840 putting her hand on the throat of these supervisors well hey my understanding is they got a lawyer and

00:45:52.220 they may be going to federal court this thing that people are tired of this and they're not going to

00:45:56.760 sit there josh the reason i love your thing is that your suit it's brilliantly written it's compelling

00:46:03.180 you don't have to be a you don't have to be uh uh you know um felix frankfurter to understand it

00:46:09.660 right it's it's very smartly written and and kind of brilliant and and not just that correct me if i'm

00:46:15.960 wrong tomorrow i think a judge has said hey barnett i want you in court and i want katie hobbs in court 1.00

00:46:23.720 and i want the maricopa county board of supervisor am i wrong has a judge said i want these guys in

00:46:28.720 court i want to hear this sir yes yes we have an order to appear tomorrow at 11 30 a.m via video

00:46:35.100 conference so you know i look forward to uh making our stating our case and making our point there

00:46:40.600 um are you going to fight this one all the way to the bitter end uh mr josh i'm not going to give

00:46:49.560 up on it you know everybody told me in 2020 josh give up on 2020 we got to look forward to 22 we got

00:46:55.380 to fix 22 you know we got to prepare for 22 now 22 comes and the same thing happened you know

00:47:00.620 virtually and now they're going to tell me what forget about 22 let's go to 24 i'm not going to

00:47:05.660 forget about i didn't forget 20 i'm not going to forget 22 and we need to fix this right now we

00:47:10.420 cannot have our elections uh run illegally uh with blatant administrations and malfeasance

00:47:16.600 and and and accept it it's it's unacceptable and you know when you have a uh for example

00:47:21.920 steven richard our county recorder maricopa what was this hurry to change the status of so many people

00:47:28.060 to inactive you know 225 000 additional in a six-month period um these are all registered voters

00:47:35.220 who now forfeit their vote if they don't know how to cure that and and the poll workers

00:47:40.020 were not taught how to cure it and so they were given provisionals and those votes

00:47:44.380 or you know were not counted not to mention you know the mix-up and everything else that happened

00:47:48.900 josh take yourself out of being a uh a candidate in this and being a combatant right a participant

00:47:55.800 just as a a citizen of one of the most beautiful places on earth a vast wilderness but stunningly

00:48:02.240 beautiful the last territory in the lower 48 to be turned into a state in the and it took to the

00:48:07.760 20th century to do it how does arizona look on the world stage and you're trying to be a chip 0.97

00:48:13.480 manufacturer and bring businesses from all over the world how does arizona look in this process sir

00:48:18.520 i think we seem to be the centerpiece of everything you know whether it's elections

00:48:24.580 the border obviously like you said the chip plant it's literally three miles from me just north uh you

00:48:30.280 know i have quite a few people that i've met you know that i've been uh from out of town here

00:48:33.880 working for the next couple years and um you know it's we seem to be in the middle of everything

00:48:38.780 here and and we are you know the wild west is it truly is the wild west that i hear we you know we

00:48:43.660 i believe we are truly red uh we've had a lot of californians moving in and maybe changing the

00:48:48.340 landscape a little bit but there's a lot of californians moving here to escape the communism

00:48:52.660 in california so there is a lot of that and you know we have a lot of independents as you're

00:48:57.080 probably aware we're dang near a third independent there's more independents democrats um at least

00:49:02.020 in my congressional district and throughout the state so you know it none of this stuff added up

00:49:06.760 and when things don't add up there's usually a reason why and you know and we we kind of laid out

00:49:11.100 laid out an argument on why we believe um you know rules form procedure we're all broken in this election

00:49:16.120 um statutes are broken and we lay them out uh we have arguments from um from finley for sorenson you

00:49:22.500 know where it'll show you that you know even honest mistakes are omissions on the part of elections

00:49:27.020 officers or irregularities and directory matters even though gross if not fraudulent will not

00:49:32.620 avoid an election unless they affect the result or render it uncertain so you cannot tell me with

00:49:38.500 everything that happened that there is 100 certainty this election was run perfectly like they claimed

00:49:44.880 it obviously wasn't josh how do people get we're going to put it up everywhere our website and all

00:49:50.460 we're pushing on getter uh all the different platforms and it's going to be in all the live chats

00:49:55.600 for people read everybody has got to read this everybody how do people get to your how do people

00:50:00.840 get to you on social media and how do they get to this uh filing you've made in court well i have a

00:50:06.360 barnet for az on uh getter uh you know on twitter josh barnet for congress on facebook and on uh barnet for

00:50:14.320 az on truth uh i'll re-post um the the complaint as well as the exhibits one through ten uh so everybody

00:50:21.920 can take a look at that and and you know and i just help you to remember you know there's even a

00:50:26.120 maximum law that i'll state when the form is not observed it is inferred that the act is annulled

00:50:30.440 so when forms not observed and broken much like it was here in many many different ways when you had

00:50:35.980 chaos on election day that was you know as stated by chairman bill gates himself you know anything

00:50:42.080 inferred or prior to that is annulity and and and there's nothing there's nothing they can say

00:50:48.720 that's ever going to change my mind all we ask for is a legally run fair election uh with

00:50:55.200 preferably without machine you know but you know when they're not even following their own statute

00:51:00.280 when they're not even following their own rules and procedures we we cannot allow this to happen

00:51:04.640 it absolutely has to be corrected so far it's can it cannot be it's a farce it cannot be certified

00:51:09.560 it's uncertifiable and i don't care how much pressure mark elias or katie house puts on people
