Bannon's War Room - Episode 2348： Stolen And Interfered Elections Have Consequences

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.000 these people here's the time i got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the

00:00:16.180 people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:00:20.140 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.480 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.320 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.420 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k back

00:00:46.860 okay uh darren beady darren beady the hardest by the way i go through my beloved new york

00:00:53.200 times the paper of record of the of the nation which i've tried to read daily ever since i was

00:00:58.020 10 years old as a paper boy in richmond virginia um you know and they have a staff that's up 24 7

00:01:05.180 it's the most important paper in the nation i know that makes my audiences our audiences head blow up

00:01:10.080 but that's the fact and it sets the tone missing today they must not had a night editor last night

00:01:15.700 missing today is any mention at least in my copy the national edition of anything related to uh the

00:01:22.080 laptop from hell and twitter's involvement darren you have dedicated your life since i've known you

00:01:27.700 in the white house and outside and the whole reason revolver was started to say we have a problem in this

00:01:33.280 country one of the central problems the beating heart of that problem is we have a national security

00:01:38.200 and intelligence apparatus that now thinks it governs the nation and they will select who's there

00:01:44.000 this is the heart of this story it's it's not simply the laptop it's not simply the biden's crimes

00:01:50.580 and their involvement and ownership by the chinese communist party it's not the perversion and

00:01:54.320 everything that that's going to show and in the in the sex trafficking in the child endangerment dr jill

00:02:00.080 biden the child endangerment that you knew about that we will have to show in excruciating detail

00:02:05.520 right with the facts it is the it's the piece that the republican president trump's appointees of

00:02:14.900 christopher ray and bill barr had this in december of 19 and the entire apparatus the 51 traders that were the

00:02:23.540 intelligence apparatus came together to act as a praetorian guard a praetorian guard to protect the asset that

00:02:30.420 asset being their dupe joe biden against the america first warrior donald j trump is that the basic beating

00:02:40.060 heart of why what this is about and why this is the most important thing right now in this nation sir

00:02:45.740 absolutely i mean this is the underlying story that's really been the most um you know terrifying

00:02:54.680 development that's run through the entire sort of trump phenomenon is this full-on integration between

00:03:01.480 the national security state and the democrat power structure and you see that nexus flexing its muscles

00:03:10.020 in a very direct and transparent way in these uh recent exposed emails and communications between

00:03:18.000 government officials leaning on twitter to censor critical information right during a presidential election

00:03:24.760 that's really the story and i have to go back to your point about the new york times they're ignoring

00:03:30.120 this and you know they ignore the original story they celebrate the censorship and now they're

00:03:39.200 ignoring the cover-up so it's the cover-up of the cover-up and the question is where can we get

00:03:45.080 ultimate accountability and the fact that a lot of these machinations with christopher ray and with

00:03:51.640 the intelligence community and all these operations from the fed's erection to the whitmer plot 0.62

00:03:56.180 choose twitter censorship were taking place at the government level under president trump shows that

00:04:04.400 he really had very limited control over the bureaucratic apparatus and the executive branch and that's

00:04:12.040 something that needs to change if we want to actually be able to wield power and force accountability and

00:04:19.200 that's kind of a chicken and egg but this is this is beyond it's even beyond that we have to do this

00:04:27.300 to save the nation this is what eisenhower warned about this is even what what what if you look at

00:04:34.360 what ukraine and all this involvement this is what washington and the founding generation not the

00:04:39.700 revolution but the founding generation of the nation warned about foreign entanglements this is the 0.82

00:04:44.060 globalist structure that wants to take the greatest nation on earth and do what with it what it wilt

00:04:50.200 right this is the fight this is absolutely the fight and and we're going to be able to use this

00:04:57.020 and this is why comer saying twitter guys hey that's that's fine but it's ray it's bar it's merrick

00:05:03.260 garland it's the cia it's all 51 all 51 of these intelligence officers and uh and executives

00:05:11.820 have to immediately have their security clearances stripped let me just repeat what the the most

00:05:18.480 important thing is biden knew when he addressed the nation when he talked at that debate when he

00:05:23.680 addressed the nation they understood what a big problem this was because they knew it was real

00:05:28.700 that's why they went into panic mode that's where they went into overdrive and miranda divine says they

00:05:34.860 they met they went and met the the twitter executives or you're going to show that they had a meeting

00:05:40.080 where they walked through oh there's going to be a a grab and dump uh russian disinformation about

00:05:45.400 hunter biden some information they're they're prepping the twitter executives one of whom happens to be

00:05:51.860 james baker's the former general counsel for the fbi people that don't have washington works

00:05:57.240 nothing happens that the general counsel doesn't have his hands on right he's the lawyer's lawyer

00:06:02.640 and the reason they knew that is they had the emails they had illegally started to surveil rudy

00:06:10.920 giuliani for two freaking years and they had my emails for over a year and a half they had bernie 0.60

00:06:16.700 carrick's they had bob costella our lawyer they were watching as we're doing the due diligence on it

00:06:22.540 that's how they walked in there this is the thing they will sit there and say no trump cannot beat 74

00:06:31.180 million votes and they say no trump we are going to select who we the apparatus wants those days are

00:06:38.740 over this is the hill we will die on it's either them or us okay they say you're domestic terrorists

00:06:46.120 dhs just puts out a warning yesterday over the christmas season over advent it's another domestic 0.97

00:06:52.520 terrorist warning i put up on getter hey they're the domestic terrorists they are domestic terrorists and 0.64

00:06:58.760 chris ray and the fbi and you'll see elvis chan's testimony this deposition you are the american

00:07:05.320 gestapo and i don't care if you like me saying or not like me saying you're the american gestapo

00:07:10.960 okay and we are pledged and have taken an oath to every generation that's come before us that we're

00:07:17.900 taking you on we can't let this go we cannot let this go i've said from day one that if we allow the

00:07:24.160 2020 election to stand to stand we don't have a country and this proves that you don't have a

00:07:31.160 country you have a national security globalist intelligence apparatus that wants to make its

00:07:36.760 own decision and works in its own internal logic darren beady 100 and look we we know the truth

00:07:45.380 it's exposed we knew it before it came out and now the receipts are out there for all to see

00:07:50.660 it's the job of war room it's a job of revolver to expose the truth to talk about the truth to

00:07:57.120 condemn it's the job of the gop to actually be able to inflict inflict accountability on those who 0.94

00:08:05.640 deserve it and it's really going to be a testing ground to see if the gop is worth anything if they

00:08:12.020 can inflict this pain because if they can't do that if they're not able to do that i said this jokingly

00:08:18.600 and it sounds self-serving but i mean 100 if the gop can't inflict accountability the gop can't the

00:08:24.620 gop the gop can't okay let me give you a news flash let me get let me give you let me give you a news

00:08:32.400 flash they can't we just didn't arrive at this point by some magical they're controlled opposition

00:08:39.060 mccall and these guys are all part of the problem you're going to need individual patriots to stand up

00:08:45.900 now and put it all like miranda divine like rudy giuliani they've taken the greatest mayor in the

00:08:51.940 greatest city on the face of the earth an individual to put away the five families into prison that broke

00:08:58.900 the mafia that broke mike milken and these criminals that were controlling wall street in the 80s that

00:09:03.720 came in and turned around new york city and turned it around so it was the great city that it once was

00:09:09.220 and then on 9-11 led the nation they've taken one of the greatest individuals of the 20th century

00:09:14.860 and they have tried to destroy him if you don't think they will try to destroy you or everybody

00:09:20.480 else they took a great man and have done everything with every power they have to bankrupt him to take

00:09:26.940 away his law license to humiliate him to break him he's not breakable but they tried that that's what

00:09:33.540 this is about and that's what we're not going to stand for sir okay one one quick rejoinder one quick

00:09:40.360 addendum to that and that's this the reason that revolver has been so successful people notice we

00:09:46.520 have a white hot piece up right now about the former head of trust and safety at apple her connection to

00:09:52.000 eric holder so go read that the reason we're so successful in these pieces is that we take a broad

00:09:57.800 problem but we focus on a specific individual who represents that problem we need accountability the way

00:10:05.740 you do that is focus on a specific individual whom who is the gop going to inflict pain upon is it going

00:10:15.400 to be christopher ray is it going to be merrick garland is it going to going to be vijaya good who is going

00:10:22.000 to suffer who is here here should that be is sure we should start with ray and bar let's start with

00:10:29.220 trump's attorney general that betrayed him let's start and betrayed the nation let's start with ray

00:10:34.220 let's start with bar and then we'll get into garland and the rest of them all you're 100 correct

00:10:38.620 we got to go full sol alinsky here let's say let's cull him from the herd and go after darren i got to

00:10:44.080 get to rudy i know you got to bounce how do people get to revolver because now more than ever you need

00:10:49.980 to be on revolver and checking out the news there every day revolver dot news we exposed a specific

00:10:56.760 person at apple who is the right hand woman of eric holder responsible for these decisions

00:11:02.760 you take the problem and you fixate on a person that's what the gop needs to do and we deserve

00:11:09.280 accountability otherwise they don't deserve a single penny from us give instead to war room and

00:11:15.380 revolver it's funny it says it's it's self-serving whatever but we actually get results the gop has

00:11:21.120 delivered nothing zero controlled opposition it's a joke a total joke uh darren thank you so much this is

00:11:28.820 the time for warriors thank you brother i want to bring in one of the greatest warriors in the 20th

00:11:33.840 century for a nation mayor rudy giuliani rudy give me your opening thoughts when you saw the initial

00:11:38.180 dump list i understand we're a long way from there in your journey of how they tried to destroy you sir

00:11:43.500 in the couple of years since you exposed this well as you know steve because you've pretty much been

00:11:49.440 in the same position as i have as others have uh sure you're concerned for yourself but i really am

00:11:55.960 much more concerned for the country all throughout this from the moment i found out in uh late um

00:12:03.260 2018 that hunter biden that was involved in a massive bribe at the highest levels of our government

00:12:11.180 and the ukrainian government the minute i got the four witnesses who could testify to that under oath

00:12:16.420 and our state department blocked their coming here and some united states senators were afraid to call

00:12:23.520 them i realized uh we were in a lot of trouble we were in a lot of trouble because i didn't know then

00:12:30.020 whether biden was going to run in fact at that point i didn't think he was going to run because i

00:12:34.780 as you know i believe he's suffering from dementia and has been for about four years and that's backed up

00:12:40.900 by one of my podcasts with eminent doctors who examined him so i i was very um i was very proud of

00:12:49.320 the fact that our country actually does work takes a little while to work for them but our values of

00:12:57.540 free speech and still burn very very strongly in certain people's hearts like elon mudd like uh the

00:13:03.960 young man uh taibi whose dad by the way covered me when i was uh when i was mayor also a great

00:13:10.120 reporter but but but rudy we're gonna go to break and we're gonna hold the mayor through then i really

00:13:14.560 appreciate you taking the time but what about ray the process of this one and i understand you were

00:13:20.040 on this case back in 18 and and and really you know exposing all this when their first phony

00:13:25.060 and fake impeachment that's all going to come to light now how it was part of this

00:13:28.960 but chris ray and bill barr had this document in 2019 we know people looked at it they knew they

00:13:36.220 had information they allowed an individual that was compromised financially by the worst criminal

00:13:41.380 organization in the world the chinese communist party they protected him to allow him to become

00:13:47.180 president of the united states and steal a presidential election that's never been done in the history of

00:13:51.040 this republic sir what should happen to them is that are they traitors are they guilty of treason

00:13:55.720 uh certainly here's your host stephen k back okay uh i want everybody to know tpusa.com go there

00:14:06.720 slash warm this amazing major gathering in phoenix and greater phoenix uh 17th to 20th um everybody's

00:14:25.140 going to miss we're going to broadcast live uh from the war room there real america's voice going

00:14:30.220 to be there huge we're going to put a huge effort into all this uh and many many of the people that

00:14:34.460 you know love and follow and all the different channels and podcasts are going to be there so

00:14:38.300 it'll be extraordinary we're going to start really drilling down this week starting on monday who's

00:14:42.860 going to be there the speakers etc so really i want everybody to attend tpusa.com go slash warm go

00:14:49.440 check it out immediately we want everybody there um my classical allusion cincinnatus was a general

00:14:55.560 that retired to go to his farm and just have his his um his final years you know to enjoy his his his

00:15:02.880 uh his farm and his life and his family he was called back to save his nation this is why they

00:15:08.440 called a general washington was always referred to as cincinnatus and the society of cincinnatus was a

00:15:13.520 society of the officers that directly uh worked uh and reported to um uh general washington it still

00:15:21.640 exists today of the of the the lineage of the um of the folks from cincinnatus and rudy giuliani for

00:15:28.900 all the great accomplishments he's done heroic accomplishments that he's accomplished i believe

00:15:34.460 he will be known at the end for this because this is where he was called back to save his nation i want

00:15:40.360 to go to congressman mtg who will be the tip of the spear on this the reason nothing happens congressman

00:15:46.480 green is that the bulk of the republican party is the controlled opposition christopher ray was a

00:15:52.080 republican lawyer a buddy i think christie's lawyer recommended by pushed by chris christie on donald trump

00:15:57.780 to be fbi director bill barr sat in these cabinet meetings knowing the information they had for over

00:16:04.760 almost a year almost a year when this was broken by the team of rudy giuliani bob costello myself

00:16:11.780 bernie carrick uh a jane the great calamity jane zirkle was one of the junior staffers on this

00:16:17.720 and the new york post miranda devine emma joe morris the entire legal staff the the consultants they

00:16:24.420 brought in rupert murdoch i'm no fan of rupert murdoch they stood in the breach the murdoch family boom

00:16:29.580 authorize this it could have destroyed the oldest paper if paper founded by alexander hamilton who

00:16:36.180 everybody knows was like the son washington never had this is the history involved in this and it was

00:16:42.040 to take on the deep state which i say is the minute it's in your face it ain't deep they're up in your

00:16:47.120 grill every day marjorie taylor green you have become an american hero over the last couple years because

00:16:52.340 they have tried to destroy you and the reason they tried to destroy you they didn't want you around for a

00:16:58.100 moment in history like this when true leadership and courage is needed what is going to be done here

00:17:03.840 ma'am with this situation with the laptop from hell and the revelations we now know of twitter and fbi

00:17:09.660 involvement ma'am well steve i really appreciate you laying it out that way because that is exactly why

00:17:16.620 i ran for congress you see i'm no different than you and and anyone listening to this show right now

00:17:22.340 is i got extremely frustrated and fed up with establishment republicans that allowed the the

00:17:30.660 persecution of president trump through russiagate they they allowed the muller investigation to

00:17:37.320 continue they did nothing to stop it they just stepped to the side and allowed president trump to

00:17:43.640 be politically persecuted even though everyone knew it was all wrong and it was abuse of power in every

00:17:50.280 single way um and it sickened all of us infuriated the american people watching it happen and unfold

00:17:56.940 day in and day out 24 7 uh with the political activists the democrats and the media and i i just

00:18:04.400 i was one of those people that in the first two years under president trump i was disgusted at paul ryan's

00:18:09.840 speakership that they couldn't accomplish anything that president trump ran on and that the american

00:18:14.980 people overwhelmingly supported and gave a clear message to the republican party nationally and said

00:18:21.720 we're done with your uniparty ways in washington we're bringing in an outsider and his name is

00:18:27.440 donald j trump and here's here's what's going to happen elon musk gave us a gift in this the information

00:18:34.820 that has been released but let me explain to everyone so that they don't get too far ahead this is just

00:18:42.860 the beginning of the information that's coming more is going to come out over time and it may be months

00:18:49.280 it could be even longer so let's talk about the power that republicans actually do have in the majority

00:18:56.420 in congress and then talk about what kind of results can we see because steve you and i both know

00:19:02.940 that there are a bunch of people that get to uh social media fame and fortune by claiming to know

00:19:10.060 things that they don't know and they mislead the american people and it's extremely frustrating

00:19:15.420 i don't want to mislead anyone i want everyone to understand exactly what we're capable of doing

00:19:20.120 and what we will be doing i look forward to serving on the oversight committee and what we are capable of

00:19:25.820 doing on oversight is investigations that is all of our committees we can investigate but we cannot

00:19:32.220 prosecute we can investigate and then we can write legislation that should be passed into law based on the

00:19:39.480 findings of our investigation that is our role by the constitution but we are not prosecutors

00:19:44.560 we are not the department of justice and so people are going to be easily frustrated watching a

00:19:51.080 republican majority over the next two years while we have no control in the white house and no control

00:19:56.800 in the senate and this is why i'm going to scream this loudly every single day elections have

00:20:01.820 consequences election interference has consequences and election fraud has consequences and the fact that

00:20:09.040 the republican party has not united on a national level in the most effective um and aggressive way to

00:20:17.440 stop all the things that are happening is a shame and it is it is completely turncoat on on the people that vote for

00:20:25.700 for republicans and so this is this is the responsibility we have in the majority we have to investigate we have to

00:20:32.500 use every power we have at our fingertips to to start to undo this and let me let me tell you the key component

00:20:39.700 the key component is this steve it's the fbi and the department of justice they are politically corrupt they only

00:20:47.700 care about one party and that's the democrat party and so what we have to do as republicans and the majority is

00:20:54.340 is use the power of the purse and we have to use the rules and procedures that we have in our possession

00:21:02.320 to totally gut the fbi and the department of justice because it's their job to prosecute it's their job to

00:21:11.060 put people in jail when they have broken laws and and that's what should happen in this instance but here's

00:21:17.620 here's the deal the information that has come out so far has to do with the biden campaign and the

00:21:24.380 hunter biden laptop and the collusion between the fbi uh collusion between homeland security collusion

00:21:31.460 with the dcc the dnc the biden campaign and outside organizations and so that's only what we have right

00:21:39.160 now but what we have coming is what is has happened since joe biden has been in the white house and that

00:21:45.720 will come out over time so i need everyone listen don't get caught up in some podcaster that screaming

00:21:53.080 republicans are doing nothing blah blah blah blah blah you have to understand that we have to operate by

00:21:58.220 the rules and the authority of the constitution and and listen to credible sources steve bannon your show

00:22:04.380 is credible but there's a lot of shows out there that are not credible and i'm i'm going to be easily

00:22:10.980 calling out that's a lie that's not right we can't do that but here's what we can do

00:22:15.700 and i'm going to say it that i've said it from the beginning i introduced articles of impeachment

00:22:20.120 on joe biden's inauguration day because we knew he was corrupt because we knew he was bought and paid

00:22:26.300 for because of what we already knew was on the hunter biden laptop that was suppressed and that was a

00:22:33.080 colluded effort between people in our government the democrat party the biden campaign and outside

00:22:39.880 group but here's what here's what we also have to understand and go forward on the other part i've

00:22:45.300 called for is gutting the fbi and the department of justice impeaching merrick gardland because they

00:22:51.680 are abusing their power and it's politically corrupt and it's and it's bankrupting our country

00:22:57.920 bankrupting us morally ethically and bankrupting our laws and we will not allow it i know you have to

00:23:04.440 get back on the campaign trail you've sacrificed your time to go down and fight for herschel walker

00:23:08.720 because we need that 50 50 but i just want to summarize if if appropriations are the anvil

00:23:14.560 and investigations are the hammer do you believe as you sit here today that there's enough testosterone

00:23:22.080 in the republican leadership and the republican party to actually force the showdown that the

00:23:28.120 appropriations when you say power of the purse that's a showdown do you believe you they have the

00:23:33.760 guts and the courage of the marjorie taylor greens that are up there that we can know but you can

00:23:38.880 count them on one hand to sit there and go hey this thing's got to get sorted this is for the we need

00:23:45.080 to save the country we cannot allow a national security and intelligence apparatus to be selecting

00:23:50.320 presidents here that do you think that these people have the stones to stand up on the appropriations

00:23:56.760 process and say bang it's zero until we get fundamental change until we start putting people

00:24:02.600 start pursuing criminal prosecutions against senior people ma'am yeah and i'm going to tell you who

00:24:09.060 gave us the shot of testosterone our voters the republican voters over the past several elections

00:24:15.060 we have elections every two years steve and every two years we have won inch by inch by inch this is a

00:24:22.060 game of inches and over the past several elections we've gotten that shot of testosterone we have seen

00:24:27.960 changes within our conference and i'm going to tell you why currently starting in january the majority

00:24:33.580 of our majority and i'm talking about republicans the majority of our majority over 50 percent of us

00:24:39.620 are brand new to congress in the past couple years you want to know what that means that means we ran

00:24:44.380 on america first policies that means we ran with trump endorsements that means we ran on pro-trump

00:24:51.180 policies and that means that our conference is changing we aren't the conference of the past we are not

00:24:56.540 the gop of the past and people are going to start seeing that difference starting in january now am i

00:25:01.640 saying everybody in there is great and going to do their job absolutely not because i don't trust

00:25:06.460 anyone and i'm not going to claim claims on behalf of other people but i am going to tell you that

00:25:11.720 thanks to the republican voters and donors all across america who have backed and supported um trump's

00:25:18.640 policies america first policy that is changing our republican conference and again celebrate the fact that

00:25:25.420 the majority of our majority is america first starting in january it is pro-trump and that means that

00:25:32.580 we're going to be working hard and going after them and you want to know something the ones that don't

00:25:36.680 want to do it we're going to be lighting them on fire with the people behind my back and the people

00:25:41.780 supporting every single bit of it congressman green we'll put up your social media we know you've got

00:25:46.800 to bounce honored to have you on here ma'am a true american warrior thank you very much for joining us

00:25:51.560 from georgia thank you steve short break mayor giuliani next here's your host steven k back

00:26:00.080 welcome back let's go to the modern cincinnatus let's go to rudy giuliani rudy obviously we're

00:26:06.380 going to have you back on next week and go through the details of all this but just in the time we have

00:26:10.420 remaining time we have remaining i need your wisdom and guidance you just heard mtg what would be your

00:26:16.200 guidance to republican leadership coma was on handy last night saying we're going to call

00:26:20.020 twitter executives obviously it's much deeper than that miranda divine there's all kind of news

00:26:25.580 coming out on fox and miranda divine to post about elvis chan this fbi uh senior agent the coordinator

00:26:32.100 of all this all the all the involvement of the fbi is going to come up from the depositions in in the

00:26:36.780 in the uh in the missouri and louisiana case we're going to get to all that what would be your guidance

00:26:41.440 sir in a couple of minutes for leadership of how they should start to think about firing off the

00:26:46.000 football january 3rd when they return you know i think a good investigation which we haven't really

00:26:53.140 had but in a long time um you have a target you have a a top of the totem pole you know we didn't

00:27:02.020 investigate the people at the bottom of the gotti family we investigated john gotti we didn't

00:27:07.180 investigate the bottom of the genovese prime family we went after veto genovese uh the totem the the top of

00:27:15.200 the totem pole should be the target this should be denominated investigation of joseph biden for 30

00:27:21.800 years of selling his office the proof is there it isn't it isn't uh going to be hard i could sit down

00:27:30.600 in an hour and show you all proof just right out of the hard drive and uh this is a racketeering case

00:27:37.380 uh and they and the congress should focus it on on it that way so when we have a real justice department 0.73

00:27:42.660 they can just pick it up prosecute him take his ill-gotten gains i mean people don't realize

00:27:48.440 the racketeering statute is a civil as well as a criminal state the genius of the of the statute

00:27:54.860 which i recognized because i was there when it was bad i can take the money away from the market

00:27:59.360 not just the put the criminals in jail i could destroy the empire but we've got to destroy some

00:28:05.600 of these empires that were developed by the buyer from money money from our enemy i mean it's

00:28:11.240 completely outrageous almost unexpressibly outrageous we got a guy sitting in the white 0.68

00:28:16.500 house it's taken well over 31 million dollars from our biggest enemy uh who who are right now

00:28:23.120 killing people in the street and he can't say anything about it his lips are bought sold and

00:28:28.720 closed uh that's the most important thing would you would you be would you volunteer to be an

00:28:36.020 advisor to these committees to talk to them about how you could use rico how you did it take down the

00:28:40.360 five families how you used to take down mike milken if they're not afraid of me because of the bad

00:28:45.960 publicity they get there's nobody in this country would know how to do it better than me i mean this

00:28:51.160 is a little bit of bragging now but no one has had the record i had as a prosecutor in the last 50

00:28:56.760 60 years i i didn't invent uh rico uh professor blakey did i was the first one to use it against

00:29:05.420 the mob against wall street against crooked politicians i i understood and no one else did

00:29:11.460 how you can destroy a criminal organization with and not just put somebody in jail so we took over the

00:29:17.800 teamsters union literally took it over and threw out the crooked management and in doing that we

00:29:25.140 saved the chiefs's union and lost it uh no one before me did it no one since me has done it though

00:29:31.480 we're you're listen at the end of the day this is what you're going to be remembered for

00:29:36.980 because this is where everything that came beforehand was parts of it but this is where you actually saved

00:29:43.220 the nation i mean this you are cincinnatus uh how do people get to you how do they get to all

00:29:48.880 the social media your morning show the wabc rudolph giuliani cs.com they can go back to episode

00:29:56.500 eight or nine and they can see the rico case that i'm talking about which i laid out two years ago

00:30:03.920 all all this happened in that two years is we've gotten an avalanche of evidence uh that added to it

00:30:11.060 made it much worse but there was a pretty bad case back then we we elected a man to the presidency

00:30:16.900 who was a lifetime criminal we didn't elect him we didn't elect he was selected it's not obvious

00:30:22.360 we're gonna get to the whole no no no we're gonna get to the whole thing they had this is like ancient

00:30:26.200 rome this is like ancient rome they had a praetorian guard the praetorian guard to serve remember they

00:30:31.720 had a whole string of just these bozo emperors that the praetorian guard wanted there just this is

00:30:36.860 this is this is like the roman this is exactly like the roman empire a very very i'm gonna tell the

00:30:42.740 i'm gonna tell the audience we're gonna win this here's why we're gonna win it oh i know you got

00:30:48.240 people like rudy you got people like bernie kirk you have people like miranda devine you have people

00:30:52.760 like mtg these people will go all in i've seen them they've gone all in

00:30:59.000 and i know he's the richest man in the world but it took guts to do that and he's targeted now

00:31:06.540 that guy is targeted they're gonna come after me i've got one pom-pom up i've got one pom-pom up

00:31:12.560 i just got i got nerd link and ccp issues but we'll work i've got issues on a lot of things we'll

00:31:17.360 work them out rudy you're obviously one of our heroes so uh you'd be you'd be careful you'd be

00:31:22.380 all your all your we did it as a team effort you know that no no i had the easy roll thank you sir

00:31:30.000 you're you're the hero thank you let's bring in mike davis uh he's another fighter as he said hey i

00:31:36.320 was born red-haired so irish so born fighting mike put it in perspective particularly you've warned

00:31:43.040 us now since you've been on the show for the last year and a half about big tech and now we've seen

00:31:47.420 it in high relief the big tech collusion with the radical democrats with the deep state it's all up

00:31:53.920 there and they're going to have more drops give us your first initial assessment sir yeah i mean it

00:31:59.160 confirms what we've all known which is big tech colluded with the democrats they colluded with

00:32:04.080 government to censor silence de-platform cancel trump conservatives republicans anyone with whom

00:32:12.220 the left disagrees because they know they can't win the war of ideas and so they just have to eliminate

00:32:17.500 the people who are uh their opponents and that's what they've done here this is this is i mean this

00:32:23.000 is outrageous what uh what twitter has done and and i agree with with mayor giuliani this is very

00:32:28.980 courageous what elon musk is doing uh he you know he spent 44 billion dollars on this dog investment

00:32:36.620 called twitter and he's you know he's going to take a lot of incoming heat on this tremendous

00:32:41.900 tremendous amounts of incoming heat they'll find a way to go after um and uh but do you agree you're a

00:32:48.780 pretty tough lawyer i said at the time he's buying a crime scene there's no doubt now that it's a crime

00:32:54.020 scene of treason of of selling out your nation of collusion of the thing gets so ugly and so nasty

00:33:01.320 but i know it's the global town square and i've said from the beginning it's underlying intelligence

00:33:06.380 apparatus ccp the fbi the cia other foreign intelligence services this is what and they've

00:33:12.860 just started to pick the scab a little bit correct mike davis yeah i mean what what's amazing to me is

00:33:19.620 is elon's trying to turn twitter back into a free speech platform which which which is what it's

00:33:24.400 supposed to be and the left is going crazy now they love twitter before elon bought it now they

00:33:29.560 now they hate twitter and they want to destroy it where are these leftists where's the washington post

00:33:33.700 where's the new york times why aren't they talking about tiktok which is a chinese surveillance tool

00:33:39.720 uh they they don't have any any problem with the the pornography the sex trafficking the child

00:33:44.860 pornography on twitter but all of a sudden they want to say that twitter is a hate platform

00:33:49.380 because elon musk bought it they they want to call it a hate platform because they don't i i guess 0.92

00:33:54.760 going after black lives matter is is a hate crime now going after covid that the covid the covidians

00:34:02.220 and their their crime of keeping society locked down for two years based upon bogus signs that's a

00:34:07.880 hate crime now everything the democrats oppose they call it a hate crime they want to shut it down

00:34:12.680 i mean this just shows this is what we've been talking about steve for a long time this shows that

00:34:16.640 big tech has too much power they're going to go after elon musk on the advertiser boycott they're

00:34:21.460 going to try to get his advertisers to to cancel twitter and bankrupt them that way and if that

00:34:27.080 doesn't work they're going to do to twitter what they what they did to parlor which is they go to

00:34:31.300 the app store duopoly google and apple they kick twitter out of the app store duopoly and then they

00:34:36.500 go to amazon and kick twitter off the internet and so that's their next play and that's why we need to

00:34:41.220 update and enforce our century-old antitrust laws that we've been talking about for a long time steve

00:34:46.260 to make sure that google amazon uh facebook apple they don't have this gatekeeping power where they

00:34:52.940 can crush free speech they can crush conservatives they can crush anyone anyone with whom they

00:34:58.240 disagree this is why davis is so brilliant he's been talking about this now for a year and a half

00:35:02.240 he's been many years but on the show for a year and a half it's come to fruition now you've seen what

00:35:06.380 the problem is they can include they're so powerful they include with the administrative state

00:35:10.540 and radicals and they can control everything mike how do people get to you on social media and

00:35:16.000 particularly go to the site and find out i know you get special things so the war room posse can find

00:35:19.600 out exactly what you're talking about legislatively with that we now need to do more than ever

00:35:23.740 yeah so it's article three project.org article number three project.org there is a link on there for

00:35:29.620 the war room posse just click click on war room and it shows the six bills the six bipartisan

00:35:35.120 antitrust reforms working their way through the house and the senate that we can pass now there's

00:35:39.640 actually a window of opportunity with biden house democrats uh house republicans senate democrats

00:35:46.240 senate republicans there's a bipartisan coalition to get this done kevin mccarthy and jim jordan need

00:35:51.680 to get on board there enough of their nonsense time to cut bait with big tech and get on board with

00:35:56.840 these reforms and then you can follow us on twitter truths uh getter at article three project dot uh

00:36:03.400 at article three project at article number three project to my personal on those three platforms

00:36:08.300 is m r d d m i a m r d d m i a and thank you steve you gotta you gotta watch him on getter he's got

00:36:14.560 information twitter he runs in a little hot particularly as it gets later in the evening

00:36:18.040 just uh just as someone that's an aficionado of your of your social media thank you brother

00:36:23.840 thank you another fighter i tell you the the warriors we've had on today i'm so proud this is why

00:36:29.460 we do the show let's bring another one julie kelly julie uh talk to me about elvis chan and about

00:36:35.380 this is not about just twitter executives this is about the fbi in the justice department and inclusion

00:36:41.200 with those executives ma'am walk us through elvis chan what a show steve thank you so much for

00:36:47.600 including me so elvis chan really is the conduit between silicon valley big tech and the fbi

00:36:54.620 he is an agent who works out of the san francisco fbi field office which sits in the heart of silicon

00:37:01.640 valley 300 plus big tech companies and their satellites and feeder companies now elvis chan and

00:37:09.640 the fbi field office in san francisco isn't actually investigating any of these companies as is their job

00:37:16.160 they are instead taking marching orders from democrats from nancy pelosi who is in who represents that

00:37:23.560 district and of course team biden in the during the 2020 presidential campaign to suppress and censor

00:37:32.660 information about the biden families overseas grift um thanks to eric schmidt the outgoing attorney

00:37:40.760 general for missouri thankfully going to the u.s senate and jeff landry the ag for louisiana filed this

00:37:47.600 major civil lawsuit uh to expose this collusion elvis chan is one of the two fbi officials who met with

00:37:55.300 big tech regularly twitter and facebook he's bragged about it openly in interviews and now the judge in

00:38:03.100 this lawsuit has ordered him to sit for a deposition to explain his role uh as you know the conduit uh between

00:38:11.800 these these interests to uh sabotage the 2020 election julie uh when is what are you going to do

00:38:19.900 we got to bounce but when are you going to tell audience because everybody's glued to your reporting

00:38:23.540 all the time when are you going to have some more reporting on this what are some stuff that we can

00:38:27.080 send people to i have i've tweeted out some articles now i have an extensive uh thorough article

00:38:32.820 talking about alvis chan but i'll have an update on uh tuesday and i think i'm going to uh be back

00:38:38.480 on your show hopefully monday to give a preview we'll have you back on monday one of the things

00:38:43.880 people would remember when nancy pelosi was elected she was kind of an anti-ccp tantam and square but 0.99

00:38:49.480 she was really involved in education she came up with the idea of the shakedown of silicon her rise

00:38:54.320 to power was the billions of dollars she raised from the investment banks in san francisco that 1.00

00:38:59.060 serviced high tech and the high tech venture capitalists she's deeply involved in this okay she's

00:39:05.800 deeply deeply deeply involved in all of this she's up to her neck with big tech this is how her her

00:39:12.180 family her husband and her made her fortune being kissed into friends and family rounds and she's

00:39:18.640 been the conduit to so much to big tech she's a central character in this julie kelly your reporting

00:39:24.080 is amazing real quickly what's your social media where do people get to you julie twitter julie

00:42:11.420 play a short clip from that your interview last night on live stream was just incredible then the

00:42:15.580 news today about what about what uh elon musk said about the brazilian election puts jane zirkle right

00:42:21.360 in the middle of all let's play the clip from last night going back to bostonaro and the party

00:42:27.180 what advice have you given them regarding the action they should take to combat this you have been such a

00:42:34.740 fierce fighter for this issue how have you advised president bostonaro and his party well i i i am most of

00:42:45.180 the time we talk about uh of about his his his strength and i i am advising him to to keep this this

00:42:58.100 strength and keep keep around the people who love who loves him so much and i think president

00:43:05.240 bostonaro is a very wise man and has been the leader of brazilian conservative movement for years

00:43:12.380 um a few years ago we live in a country where left wing parties use it to dominate the federal

00:43:22.020 geopolitics and for example the the partido dos trabalhadores the worksheets party and the lula's

00:43:29.280 party uh rule uh the the culture for 16 years like i said and left a uh a legacy of destruction and

00:43:38.320 instability uh president bolsonaro government uh lead brazil to economic role and uh lower in

00:43:48.820 unemployment and even uh even if this pandemic the the whole pandemic and i will always be like a

00:43:57.800 soldier to to president bolsonaro and i trust him to keep defending our conservative values that is god

00:44:05.740 our homeland our nation uh our families in freedom and he's he's the hope like our uh our nation you know

00:44:17.460 jane who was your guest last night how prominent is she brazil's right on the edge on the tipping 1.00

00:44:24.040 point and i want to tie it to this tweet that bolsonaro that uh elan musk just put out about

00:44:29.740 involvement of twitter in the elections jane zirkle so i spoke with congresswoman carla zambelli who has

00:44:36.820 been a huge fighter in all of this advising president bolsonaro and his party regarding the actions that they

00:44:44.480 should take in this matter and she has really been a voice for the people and because of that she has

00:44:50.500 of course faced the censorship that has come from the judiciary and potentially social media bodies as

00:44:58.580 elan musk said that it was a very likely possibility that twitter actually interfered in the brazilian

00:45:06.060 election giving preferential treatment to the leftists to the lula side and we saw as a result

00:45:13.360 that many bolsonaro allies have been suspended off of a platform but of course it's only a piece to the

00:45:20.520 censorship puzzle in brazil and now after this movement has grown and the tens of millions of

00:45:27.200 protesters have been outside military bases for many many weeks now we now see opposition party

00:45:33.660 politicians including senator renan caleros call for the arrests of these election protesters and they

00:45:40.740 have also called for the arrest in particular of carla zambelli for her efforts and there was a petition

00:45:47.480 filed to investigate her for her election efforts so they are really really going after the people of

00:45:54.960 brazil and carla zambelli is one of the political figures who is really putting a lot on the line

00:46:01.720 to stand in between the corrupt politicians and the people okay between now and monday we come back at

00:46:10.380 10 o'clock eastern eastern standard time live we're going to be up on getter we may be doing live

00:46:15.780 streams you got the the major cpac japan anti-ccp with gordon shang jason miller jane zirkle's all over
