Bannon's War Room - Episode 2354： Gameday In Georgia; Corrupt Jim Baker Fired From Twitter

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going with the evil

00:00:09.920 on these people you're just not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the

00:00:16.240 people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:00:20.220 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.560 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.380 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.500 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:46.940 it's tuesday the 6th december the year of our lord 2022 and huge news a jury in new york city

00:00:56.280 found the trump organization guilty of 12 counts i think of tax fraud we're gonna force epstein and

00:01:02.260 hopefully mike davison later to explain the witch hunt on president trump uh james baker the former

00:01:08.820 fbi general counsel a very nefarious fellow was just terminated uh to elon musk tweeted out as

00:01:16.880 general counsel over at twitter another big story andy biggs announced today the congressman from

00:01:22.700 arizona that he is running for speaker of the house uh he is going to be on the show later

00:01:27.240 boris epstein is going to join us later we have miranda devine julie kelly darren beady

00:01:32.300 and d cash patel all going to join us about fbi activity uh department of justice activity

00:01:38.480 we got matthew tierman we are packed and by the way we're doing an extra bonus hour tonight whenever

00:01:43.520 we get the popcorn settle in get dinner maybe have an adult beverage seven to eight live real

00:01:48.560 america's voice coverage we got john fredericks and the real america voice team i think we're

00:01:53.380 getting jenny beth martin um we're getting gene siever uh all these great heroes from down in

00:01:59.040 georgia and here's the reason why uh this the um uh sterling gave sterling our favorite just had a

00:02:05.140 press conference a while ago and said he thinks it's going to be 1.2 million turnout today on game day

00:02:10.340 as we have said if maga turns out and john fredericks walks you through the numbers kind

00:02:14.660 of on the early voting roughly we were behind they thought maybe 200 000 votes 135 200 maybe 225

00:02:20.440 on the game day split theoretically should be 58 42 that if you get a million you can get close

00:02:27.800 a million one you should get there maybe tie it anything north of a million one hey it could be a

00:02:34.080 come from behind upset win uh driven by the camp turnout machine the ralph reed turnout machine

00:02:40.300 the tea party patriots turnout machine and just maga and georgia turning out to vote uh by the way

00:02:46.200 we're going to have also mtg in that third hour with john fredericks john fredericks on joining us

00:02:50.560 momentarily we're going to go to cobb county and sally grubb sally tell us just get get us up to date

00:02:57.360 on what's happened it seems like there's a massive turnout in the peach state today in inclement weather

00:03:03.740 what happened yes steve we've had actually a great turnout today um we had a lot of bad weather and

00:03:10.520 that's good for republicans and bad for democrats they don't like to get out because they might

00:03:15.540 have hair that looks like mine today for being out sitting outside and uh running back and forth to

00:03:20.840 the board of elections to be sure that we have uh free and fair elections we still have a lot to do

00:03:25.860 on election integrity but we're getting there and uh we just always need maga to turn out because maga

00:03:32.960 is the key um there's been a lot of people that have been disappointed about the vote and it's hard

00:03:38.580 to turn out the vote but they know our country is on the line they have got to get out they've got to

00:03:44.400 vote for herschel walker and we're coming down to the wire but things are looking good the mainstream

00:03:50.160 media has and particularly politico and some of the more prominent um the hill politico uh all msnbc

00:03:58.560 every night this has been historic that warnock is ahead he's got this machine this is going to be

00:04:04.160 a complete beatdown of of herschel walker uh what drove i don't think anybody was expecting the scale

00:04:10.620 of this turn first off the early vote was historic um but no one was anticipating the historic nature of

00:04:16.480 this turnout today was it the camp turnout machine is it just the dynamic a charismatic personality

00:04:22.820 of herschel walker is it maga is it people concerned because you remember in the special

00:04:27.280 election in 2021 there was an issue about turnout ma'am it's all of it together steve we all have to

00:04:35.020 work together to support these candidates we cannot just have an island of just camp supporters or just

00:04:41.240 maga supporters we have to all work together if we want to save this country and we have to

00:04:45.940 figure out how to do that and it let me tell you what the key is grassroots my people here in

00:04:51.420 cobb county have worked their fingers to the bone uh you have the warnock people the minute you put up

00:04:56.580 a sign they go steal it so it's it's getting that presence for herschel out there herschel's done a

00:05:02.400 fantastic job his team uh some of those folks are just amazing um and he's he's he's an overtime and he

00:05:10.400 is one that really lets the uh you know when the rubber meets the road and overtime he's out there

00:05:15.980 to get it done we said that today we started actually the show this morning with uh with the

00:05:21.080 tom brady a clip last night we said playmakers make plays and then we had john fergus on herschel

00:05:26.120 walker's had a history of being a playmaker and having a history of one wanting the ball when the

00:05:31.140 game's on the line did you see that here in this final draft because they were mocking him and

00:05:34.560 ridiculing him and saying you know all of a sudden you're popping up he's got a different uh uh nasty

00:05:39.480 thing being said about him every day did you see herschel walker actually just take it and drive this

00:05:43.680 home herschel is a winner he is a fighter and he is an ethical fighter he never wanted to run a

00:05:52.660 negative campaign you know people sometimes get in between that uh hey you know i hate negative ads

00:05:58.660 but then they would come to me and repeat something to me that they saw on a warnock ad and i'm like do you

00:06:03.160 realize that you just heard that on a warnock ad i mean come on you know herschel herschel is doing

00:06:10.900 exactly what he said he would do run a clean campaign have great people behind him get the

00:06:17.060 grassroots involved and be the georgia guy that we all need tell us about cobb county and tell us then

00:06:24.400 about the turnout today but tell us about your county you're the gop chair down there it's one of the

00:06:28.860 backbones of the country tell us about the county you know cobb county is a wonderful place to live

00:06:34.400 and grow up and i am a native here and um i tell you what steve i'm ready to fight for this county and

00:06:39.740 that's what it's going to take because whether anybody understands fully uh what the implications

00:06:45.340 are the liberals are out for georgia and they're out for cobb county and uh they're out for this this

00:06:53.240 metro area in general they have fulton there's a lot of great fighters in fulton they have dekab but

00:07:00.100 my counterpart in dekab marcy mccarthy is doing a great job there the deal is that there is this

00:07:05.660 normalcy bias with a lot of these people um where they see the warnock ads and they think that that's

00:07:11.980 reality but i'm telling you i've been to warnock rallies he does not have the following that he claims

00:07:17.140 to have people are aware but unfortunately when you have control of the media that's why we're so

00:07:22.880 thankful for you steve because when you have control of the media you put it out there and

00:07:27.160 people tend to believe it what folks have to do is get out get active action action action and see

00:07:33.660 for yourself he doesn't have the following that people think i want to say something steve cortez

00:07:40.080 who is a pretty good political analyst besides being a great capital markets guy he has said for a long

00:07:45.440 time that warnock is he believes the most radical member of the united states senate do folks in

00:07:51.240 georgia understand how radical warnock is i don't think they understand it steve because he has the

00:07:58.080 word reverend by his name which is real funny because i got a call from a local pastor who pastors

00:08:04.000 a church that happens to be a polling location and he called me because he wanted signs out in front of

00:08:10.360 there because there were warnock signs everywhere we had already put them up before then they got taken

00:08:15.260 down again so i go running over there to put more signs out and the pastor said to me he needs to have

00:08:22.100 the word reverend taken out from in front of his name he is a radical marxist

00:08:28.040 wow i i want to you know mitch mccollum came out today and said that uh he didn't think trump could be

00:08:35.260 um win the nomination or be elected president because these what he said about the constitution was out

00:08:40.460 this is the same time mitch mccollum's on capital in the senate trying to push through a two trillion

00:08:46.040 dollar omnibus discretionary spending package that's not funded it'll have to we just print money

00:08:50.580 he's trying to push through this defense authorization act it has all the woke nonsense in it and we've got

00:08:56.940 this one thing about the vaccine going forward but it has all this woke nonsense that's crushed

00:09:00.940 recruiting in the south south is the backbone of the military it's killed recruiting because of the

00:09:05.620 woke nature of it also amnesty they've worked at a deal for two million illegal aliens to be

00:09:11.060 for full amnesty mccollum's backing that and then the death ceiling they want to kick up the death

00:09:16.660 ceiling the folks in georgia understand in cobb county understand how important the billet that

00:09:22.980 herschel walker will take and how the country's kind of hanging on it you know um people do understand

00:09:29.580 that steve they they get it but it's all about spreading the message to your everyday man

00:09:35.560 and that's my mission get people to understand how these politicians even if they're even if

00:09:42.100 they're republicans how we have got to stand firm and we cannot compromise on things like vaccine

00:09:48.140 mandates we cannot compromise on things like student loan forgiveness we cannot compromise on

00:09:54.560 selling america out it is not for sale it is not up for grabs and we have to we have to educate the

00:10:01.180 people on that so i encourage all my counterparts in the gop help people understand what's at stake

00:10:07.640 we cannot just sit down and let them do this there's globalism in the democratic party and

00:10:13.680 there's globalism in the republican party and people have to understand that

00:10:17.520 sally uh last uh what you still got to run through the tape there's a couple more hours and and i know

00:10:24.660 you're getting out to vote you're going to get back to work here for everybody that can hear our voice

00:10:28.340 you've got to get out to vote this is a historic day in georgia right now what are you hearing about

00:10:34.380 what the aggregate number may be on game day uh in georgia today well as as i'm on with you steve i get a

00:10:42.520 text message that came across that um some are projecting 1.4 million and if we hit 1.4 million

00:10:49.600 herschel walker will be the next senator from georgia i gotta tell you you had ralph reed you had

00:10:56.480 jenny beth martin you had governor kemp's apparatus you had all the different counties you had yourself

00:11:01.500 and all your different county this is i mean i thought getting over a million would be very tough

00:11:06.500 right but getting particularly what happened in in 2021 and particularly there are a lot there are a

00:11:11.180 number of the deplorables and maga that are discouraged but you guys just did a fantastic job

00:11:16.040 there and let's hope maga represents sally we're gonna get you back in the seven o'clock hour for our

00:11:20.300 bonus hour coverage if you don't mind i know you'll be down at the herschel walker headquarters ma'am

00:11:25.000 i will i will it will get you by phone do you have any of your who are you down there with any

00:11:30.900 of your running mates i know you girl you gals in there in georgia can get in trouble quickly so what 1.00

00:11:34.980 who are you down there with you know it's so funny steve the lady at the board of elections she's a 0.99

00:11:40.520 democrat but she's my buddy and we laugh and joke and she's like hey keep it in the road and i said girl

00:11:45.160 you know it i'll be down there with all my all my great friends that we have uh we've been not we

00:11:50.920 haven't had any sleep but i'll be down there with ralph reed okay ma'am but by the way tell ralph

00:11:56.020 the organization just did a fantastic job all you guys however whatever the outcome is today

00:12:00.340 it looks like it could be a historic day of a turnout in the peach state the state of georgia

00:12:05.800 uh sally grubb the chairman of cobb county georgia in a in a fighter thank you ma'am

00:12:11.000 thank you thank you appreciate it steve thank you ma'am here's why we're gonna win and here's why

00:12:17.620 we're winning right is that you've got a county chair in georgia that has a better grasp on the

00:12:23.860 issues then you go to wall street and talk to these these clowns up there she's just bang bang bang you 1.00

00:12:31.060 got globalist bang right you got the illegal debt you got it all that means you're winning okay we're 0.92

00:12:36.780 gonna be packed for the next three hours let's just reset this and what we're doing uh there's been a

00:12:41.620 as john fredericks talked all week and he was realistic he said hey look you know warnock and he saw

00:12:45.880 this and all the different political uh is just let me know when fredericks is up he's up now john

00:12:51.260 fredericks perfect timing i want to toss right to you fredericks you walk through the math and you

00:12:55.500 weren't there promoting people say hey look these guys are early vote guys right and and they've got

00:13:00.100 they've had a huge turnout and it looks like they lead by as many as 200 000 votes you're going to

00:13:04.240 need a million to get close today at a 58 42 break you're gonna need a million one to tighten it up

00:13:09.940 anything over that you may do if you get to a million two then a million 150 000 to a million

00:13:17.020 two looks like you could pull it out what's happening right now we could we be north of that sir

00:13:21.420 yes i think we're going to get to a million three a million four right now as of 2 p.m 800 000 people

00:13:29.180 have voted and steve as you know a lot of republicans they work everybody knows this they some that could

00:13:34.760 have many of our people got two jobs i mean mag is working people right they're the people that are

00:13:40.880 coming to vote at night that have dirt under their fingernails the actual people that the democrats

00:13:46.140 loathe right they like the people walking around with kale in a baggie right that's that's their voter

00:13:53.440 our voters work right they got calluses on their hands will the lack of a red wave during the 1.00

00:15:58.700 frederich got an hour of bonus coverage from the real america's voice team john frederich is going to

00:16:05.060 join me at seven john's doing a five hour four or five hour uh panel discussion he always does on

00:16:10.260 frederich radio they're amazing frederich's walk me through the math uh they had a huge massive

00:16:15.860 turnout historic turnout record turnout early vote warnick was up about 200 000 votes roughly

00:16:21.540 right they did a good job and you walk through the math a million get you here a million one get

00:16:26.020 you here a million two get you here walk us through that uh at the end of the day on thursday this race

00:16:35.120 was ralphia warnock's that's why all the fake newsers were on tv uh basically dancing on walker and 1.00

00:16:42.020 trump's grave you got that earlier in the week friday out of the blue we have this massive early

00:16:47.700 voting turnout uh nobody could figure out why it happened hopefully it's because we've been telling

00:16:52.260 people in maga vote early we got this massive turnout on friday we shaved that by about 40 000

00:16:58.320 getting us down maybe about 180 you know 180 185 deficit now we go into game day where uh if you look

00:17:06.120 at historical records on november 8th walker's going to get about 57 to 58 percent of this vote

00:17:13.840 based on what happened on november 8th so you just look at those trends so look we said hey we're down

00:17:19.280 by about 180 000 if we get a million votes out and walker gets 58 percent you know that's that's plus 160

00:17:28.020 you know now we're in 25 000 or so we're in we're in range of pulling an upset here every every little

00:17:35.740 bit we go over that million this shaves down you get to a million two a million three now you got

00:17:42.660 walker up like right now at a one million two walker's going to get uh 600 we we estimate uh about

00:17:50.920 670 000 votes you know that's a significant bunch of votes over what warnock would get at about 42

00:18:00.240 uh two percent there so you know you just you just do the mess that is that's going to give

00:18:06.560 warnock about 200 000 additional vote uh more votes on game day today than warlock has if the votes 180

00:18:16.300 walker's going to win this race but what is amazing is the areas on game day where the vote is coming

00:18:23.040 from it is from all the mega areas the turnout in north georgia nobody can believe the lines that are

00:18:29.960 going on here that's where we're driving the vote trump voters are turning out we haven't seen

00:18:35.240 obviously what's going on tonight we were at 800 000 at 2 p.m we we estimated by five just an estimate

00:18:43.200 from talking to some people we're at about a million now we've still got two hours and this is where

00:18:48.960 we vote because we work right we get home from work and we vote everybody's got you know two jobs

00:18:56.380 in our in our movement so this is why if we can get to the million three today million forward some

00:19:03.120 estimates are hershey walker is going to win this race look rafael warnock went on fox news hours ago

00:19:09.540 pleading with his democrats to get out to vote he said we're not getting out in the rain this doesn't

00:19:15.380 make any sense and warnock said right on fox news there's a pathway for walker he said he said on 0.99

00:19:23.340 he went on fox news enough said he went on fox news that's right tv tv tv for stupid people john how 0.98

00:19:31.320 do people get to you between now you're going to be the leadoff batter at seven o'clock on real 0.99

00:19:35.240 america's voice extended coverage of georgia the one and only john fergus is there live john uh how do

00:19:42.220 people get to you how do they follow you on social media until then sir we got a hell of a shot to win

00:19:48.440 this race just follow me at jf radio show at jf radio show and of course our panel live here in uh

00:21:52.320 counsel to james comey a personal confidant of jim comey's as well he was involved in the first uh

00:21:59.880 illicit fisa warrant against carter page he was suspected of leaking classified information related

00:22:06.700 to jim comey uh he left uh was able to resign uh on the fbi i believe he was uh being investigated by

00:22:15.520 the inspector general and he went to law fair brookings etc the usual you know uh routine and then

00:22:23.940 he ended up over at twitter in 2020 as their deputy general counsel what's breaking right now steve

00:22:32.400 matt taibi is tweeting that barry weiss actually is the one remember when miranda devine was asking

00:22:40.040 why the fbi was scrubbed from the initial trove of documents yes so barry weiss recognized that the

00:22:47.180 documents she was getting was from someone named jim so she went back and said wait who's jim

00:22:53.160 and they said james baker and apparently she said her jaw hit the floor so he was the one

00:22:59.420 vetting the material going to the two independent journalists who are going to release the twitter

00:23:05.160 files on hunter by the laptop and barry weiss is doing this this barry weiss but this this is what

00:23:11.600 miranda devine said the other day on the show they didn't have the date time group on the email they

00:23:16.840 had a james baker email she goes hey they didn't provide they didn't provide the the timing of the email

00:23:22.540 that had been wiped now we know why james baker was vetting vetting his own material these guys are 0.98

00:23:29.060 they're the scum are they the scummiest in the world julie kelly and by the way julie kelly's irish 0.95

00:23:34.020 i'm irish it's not easy for the irish to say the fbi because when we were kids growing up you know 0.99

00:23:39.720 prominent people in the neighborhood were fbi agents it was a it was a revered institution

00:23:45.560 particularly among the irish catholics in this nation in the 30s 40s and 50s what happened tell us about

00:23:51.220 how bad is baker uh he's the bad dude and so he got exited from twitter today that's what elon musk

00:23:58.600 said uh but as i tweeted well good for elon musk he has fired one rogue corrupt fbi agent more than

00:24:05.440 william barr the attorney general ever did which was zero and so uh you know a lot of this does go

00:24:12.600 back to william barr these were people not james baker of course but all the fbi agents and supervisors

00:24:18.540 and honchos who suppressed this laptop information and bill bar had to have known about it so anyway

00:24:25.380 jim baker as jonathan turley calls him the kevin bacon of uh the fbi and russiagate he is tied to

00:24:32.840 the alpha bank hoax he testified during william sussman excuse me michael sussman's trial uh and

00:24:39.880 admitted that they were good friends so it's the same little cabal all in cahoots anyway james baker

00:24:45.020 out of a job tonight one tiny victory for the good side today but but here's the thing too that

00:24:51.180 this is when it comes when the big explosive nature of this it's it's obviously during during obama's

00:24:56.680 time when it gets started but a big hunk of this is under president trump's administration these are

00:25:01.080 guys that he picked and are senate confirmed christopher ray who is christy's lawyer and and

00:25:06.880 bill barr who's a bush apparatchik they're at the beating heart of this and this is this and by the

00:25:12.480 way we know we got them because you heard zen master jean pierre yesterday he said oh you know

00:25:18.380 it's old news this is they don't want to address it they don't want to do the mainstream media is not

00:25:21.800 going to deal with it until they're forced to and what's going to force them is investigations

00:25:25.940 and hearings leading to criminal referrals ma'am you agree with that i do and what will be

00:25:32.660 interesting is for elon musk now working with matt taibbi to find out everything that jim baker

00:25:38.740 himself has suppressed all the communications and texts who was he directly talking to i mean you are

00:25:46.100 talking with someone who is tight with as you just said uh the obama biden administration who is he

00:25:53.880 talking to in the biden campaign there has to be a lot more communications that he did not produce to

00:26:00.880 matt taibbi and so now that he's out of the job james baker uh let's make sure that we see all of the

00:26:07.360 documents we'll see all the communications and this will go much deeper i suspect uh than what

00:26:14.200 jim baker allowed matt taibbi to post last week julie can you just hang on for a second because i do

00:26:20.840 want to address this newsweek article because the headline was maga terrorism and they have uh they

00:26:26.500 have uh really thrown down and one of the reasons they kind of knew how we're going to represent

00:26:31.560 georgia and other places this fight is far from over it's just the top of the first inning

00:26:35.840 julie kelly from american greatness we got andy biggs who's announced he's running to be speaker

00:26:41.580 the house all next in the war room

00:26:43.420 fair warning listen to this convicted home title thief explaining what happens when he forges your

00:27:10.800 home's title and takes over as the new owner nobody thinks that i can take their house and

00:27:15.900 borrow against the house oh no i have title insurance it's in my name or he would have to

00:27:20.500 get some special document they would call me you know what he's calling you you're living in a

00:27:25.760 delusion after i've stolen the title barred against it or sold the property it's 60 to 90 days for that

00:27:31.860 person even figure out that they're the victim of this crime you start getting foreclosure notices

00:27:35.920 you've got four mortgages on your house you don't even own your home anymore it's not even in your

00:27:39.840 name home title fraud is growing two and a half times faster than credit card fraud you could be a

00:27:45.620 victim and not even know it here's how to protect yourself and verify your home's title is still in

00:27:51.900 your name visit home title lock dot com promo code radio then register your address for your no

00:27:59.120 obligation home title report a hundred dollar value you get for free again get your free home title

00:28:07.380 report at home title lock dot com promo code radio here's your host stephen k back

00:28:15.540 you know we're seen all over georgia on the real america voice and we're heard all over georgia by the

00:28:21.840 radio station we uh we own down there john frederick zones i want to make sure everybody in georgia

00:28:27.300 understands you have to get out and vote no matter inclement whether or not this thing is coming

00:28:31.200 down to the wire looks like a massive turnout today on game day every vote matters and the senate hangs

00:28:37.040 in the balance a 50 50 sharing power sharing relationship if herschel walkers to win tonight

00:28:41.920 is is a game changer particularly with manchin these guys facing uh re-election it could be

00:28:46.720 absolutely a game changer with everything going on capitol hill we're going to get into in a second

00:28:50.640 with uh congressman andy biggs we need we need your vote you got to get out julie kelly we're

00:28:56.180 pressed for time but i had to get you on here this newsweek article is outrageous it's something

00:28:59.940 you've been covering you've been covering the fbi you've been covering doj when they put a thing

00:29:04.020 saying hey and this is why biggs is so important running for speaker you need people with titanium

00:29:09.800 spines to stand up to the fbi and the doj they're increasing funding and they say they're going after

00:29:16.440 it's not domestic terrorism anymore it's mega terrorism that's the big bold headline in newsweek

00:29:21.720 what do they mean by that what is it and how do we stop it um so this is what we have said

00:29:29.800 for the last few years especially since january 6th that the fbi and doj are using the ruse of january

00:29:37.000 6th to target trump supporters and now they're openly bragging about it so christopher ray has said

00:29:43.340 for years that domestic violent extremism is a threat to the country there's no statistics there's

00:29:48.600 no data to back it up but an fbi official talked to newsweek and disclosed the number of cases steve

00:29:55.340 and that is 2 700 cases of alleged domestic terrorism in a country of 330 million people

00:30:03.180 more than a third of those cases the fbi official said relate to january 6th we know thanks to

00:30:09.380 whistleblowers that the bureau uh the fbi chiefs are telling uh agents in all 56 field offices to label

00:30:18.300 january 6th arrests even low-level petty offenses like parading or misdemeanor as an act of domestic

00:30:25.560 terrorism so they can bolster this body of evidence uh cook the books and try to justify christopher

00:30:33.080 ray's bogus narrative about domestic terrorists i.e trump supporters to continue to help advance the

00:30:39.840 democratic party's narrative and of course joe biden's uh claims that we are all uh quasi fascists

00:30:46.720 the guy living you covered michigan essentially broke the case in michigan but you covered that the

00:30:53.700 guy living in i think the pizza parlor in the basement with the mice and this guy's clearly not

00:31:00.180 playing with the full deck uh did they add to the government today asked for a sentence of life in

00:31:06.420 prison yes they asked for life in prison for adam fox who lived in the cellar of a vacuum repair shop

00:31:15.100 in a strip mall in grand rapids michigan he had no running water he had to use the toilet or brush

00:31:20.000 his teeth he had to go to the mexican restaurant down the strip mall he was entrapped by this fbi at

00:31:25.560 least a dozen fbi informants working with undercover agents and supervising agents to set up this sting

00:31:32.660 operation he was uh got a hung jury in april he was retried with another defendant in august and thank

00:31:39.720 you to a very very flagrantly uh active judge helping the government every step of the way and

00:31:47.920 accusations of juror misconduct um adam fox and another man barry croft were convicted the second

00:31:55.240 time around the government is asking for life in prison comparing adam fox to timothy mcveigh

00:32:00.900 and the brothers uh responsible for the boston marathon bombing absolutely atrocious considering

00:32:08.240 the number of children killed in both of those real terror attacks uh and now um this is again

00:32:16.260 something else to bolster the domestic terror narrative the entire sentencing memo is a disgrace

00:32:22.540 i posted parts of it on twitter and i'll probably be writing about it for later this week

00:32:27.080 uh julie thank you very much how do people get you on social media ma'am uh julie underscore kelly

00:32:33.260 two on twitter julie underscore kelly on truth social and getter my work is at american greatness

00:32:37.480 am greatness.com julie thank you okay next an american patriot let's play the cold open

00:32:43.800 republicans trying to make it harder for kevin mccarthy to get the speaker job he very much wants

00:32:49.700 with congressman andy biggs today declaring his own candidacy for speaker of the house next congress

00:32:54.840 saying he wants to defeat mccarthy and in his words break the establishment biggs is a key member

00:33:00.760 of the far-right freedom caucus a group that's expected to have a lot of influence with this

00:33:04.760 razor-thin republican majority in the house of representatives next year the house is going to

00:33:09.140 vote on its pick for speaker republicans at least on january 3rd well given their majority that's the

00:33:14.000 first day of the news session of congress joining me now is mbc's julie sirkin um you know the question

00:33:18.060 is you need what it's 218 right to get to be the speaker of the house kevin mccarthy might not have

00:33:24.220 it sounds like he doesn't have it potentially but andy biggs sure doesn't have it either right

00:33:28.960 unless something very dramatic changes yeah exactly look biggs challenge is serious and that kevin

00:33:34.320 mccarthy officially has an opponent in this race on january 3rd but it's less serious if you look at

00:33:39.620 the chances biggs actually has to winning the speakership himself because a few weeks ago behind

00:33:44.500 closed doors house republicans actually did this before right it was biggs against mccarthy 188

00:33:50.220 to 31 biggs surely picked up that size i want to jump in here because i want support taking it

00:33:54.620 away i'd rather hear andy pigs than the guys at msnbc uh this is serious i'll tell you why it's serious

00:34:00.580 andy biggs is one of the most serious guys i know uh he's got a very serious track record and you don't

00:34:06.480 take things on you i talked this morning about uh brady last night playmakers make plays you're a

00:34:13.940 playmaker why are you doing this andy biggs well you know steve we are in an existential crisis in

00:34:21.860 this country and you can either choose to continue on with uh a creature of the establishment and make

00:34:29.360 no changes and that's kevin mccarthy um a congenial fellow but he is an establishment creature and he's

00:34:38.600 not going to change the trajectory or path we're on and that means for the next two years you we've

00:34:44.120 seen the damage done by the biden administration in the previous two years can we stand as a nation

00:34:49.700 for another two years of that and so uh it is a it is a close margin it is an opportunity to leverage

00:34:56.120 that in the sense that uh i can ask my colleagues to let's change that path and trajectory we're on we

00:35:03.040 cannot take another two years of what's been going on um let me give let me give you a theory of the

00:35:10.600 case on ms on mainstream media all i hear is you need a speaker that can unite people and bring people

00:35:16.560 together and andy biggs speakership would be one of confrontation you would you would actually

00:35:23.760 confront the biden administration would that be bringing people in other words is the theory of

00:35:28.240 the case of what andy biggs wants to do which is confront this uh executive branch uh and actually

00:35:34.880 confront what's going on the senate or to try to have a group hug which is yours and what do you think

00:35:42.600 is working this is not a time for a group hug this is a time for us to stand up and be um soldiers and

00:35:52.300 and statesmen and fight the fight i mean we can we can come together as i can bring the conference

00:35:58.080 together i mean there will be there are things that that the the left side of my conference would

00:36:03.740 agree with the right side i mean things like build the build the fence things like um title nine

00:36:10.060 repairs things like uh get to the bottom of the covid uh origins and gain a function those types of

00:36:16.500 things both sides agree to well let's let's let's agree to those things but let's also agree to take on

00:36:23.260 the biden administration because what they're trying to what the biden administration is trying to do

00:36:27.660 is basically emasculate this country and take us over the edge so where it is irrevocably

00:36:33.220 marxist and and tyrannical we can't get there i mean the previous story and by the way julie does a 0.93

00:36:39.640 great job julie kelly does a great job this previous story of the continuing abuse of doj and fbi 0.81

00:36:45.240 that cannot happen we cannot allow that to happen so we have to stand up we have to say

00:36:49.940 no to an omnibus spending bill no to a continuing resolution spending bill no to the ndaa which the

00:36:56.400 national defense authorization act no to a debt ceiling lift we have to say no to these things

00:37:01.300 until the biden administration you are not going to get there and you're not going to have control

00:37:05.720 of this and we're going to use those as leverage points to start saving this country do you have

00:37:11.920 the steel in your spine when all the pressure comes down to say hey if they if you you know if

00:37:17.160 biden if you don't blink biden's going to shut down the government and blame it on you

00:37:20.520 time and time again do you have do you have the titanium steel necessary to take all the pressure

00:37:26.300 from media from donors from lobbyists from everybody constantly do you have that sir

00:37:31.080 yeah oh yeah i believe i do and and steve i'll give you a concrete example how you know it's true

00:37:37.520 when i was the senate president in arizona they uh my colleagues some of them uh on the the squishy

00:37:44.320 side of republicans wanted to expand medicaid so they i get a phone call and driving home has come back

00:37:49.940 to the capitol they're going to remove you from the office of senate president and ran through 0.71

00:37:54.540 medicaid expansion and i went back the governor was against me every media outlet in the state was

00:37:59.740 against me and the the soft side of the republican conference was against me but you know what i got

00:38:04.980 in there and i fought they did get their medicaid expansion but we fought and the result was

00:38:10.220 we actually moved to a more conservative on other issues we lost the medicaid expansion and did

00:38:16.160 exactly what i said we said there'd be uh you know you would bring up hundreds of thousands of

00:38:20.920 people onto the roll they've done that you have got to be willing to stand up for what you what you

00:38:26.680 know is right what you believe in because this time this time we were put here for this time steve

00:38:32.360 and you know this this is and this is the crossroads of this country we will decide in the next two

00:38:38.460 years whether we're going to become something that's you know unrecognizable to people who love freedom

00:38:44.460 or we're going to go back and try to reinstitute the constitutional republic that we are that's

00:38:51.240 what we need and i can do that give me i want to give you a specific example joe biden's handing out

00:38:56.480 to look at the new chip factory in phoenix but he said he's too busy it's not important enough for him

00:39:00.680 to go to the southern border what would andy biggs as speaker do about the invasion of the southern

00:39:05.780 border and confronting joe biden his regime it's it's not a big enough problem he says for him to go

00:39:10.320 down there sir well the first thing i would do is is i would hold a competing event down on the border

00:39:18.120 with the border patrol agents the rank and file doesn't have to be management although the management

00:39:22.440 is beginning to agree with me that something has to happen and you bring attention to it but it's not

00:39:27.880 a one-off thing you you bring members down constantly you hold the budget hostage and you say

00:39:36.400 you're not getting the budget we're willing to shut down this government until you start

00:39:41.740 reinstituting title 42 which goes away in two weeks you know instead you know what's happening instead

00:39:47.220 is they're talking about amnesty for daca they're talking about amnesty for farm workers they're

00:39:52.360 talking about other amnesties you know what that is that's a pull factor you have got to stand up

00:39:57.040 and say we're going to use the leverage points we have the leverage points we have is the budget and

00:40:01.500 right now steve as you and i are talking there's a good chance that the senate republicans um are

00:40:07.300 going to deal away our our biggest leverage point which is the budget and quite frankly i think speaker

00:40:13.720 uh speaker candidate mccarthy needs to stand up and be stronger telling them don't do it senate

00:40:20.920 republicans don't give into this you're going to kill us as a nation if you do so

00:40:25.520 andy biggs how do people get to you on social media your site to follow this because it's game

00:40:31.140 on now you've actually announced and you're competing against mccarthy's how do people follow

00:40:35.040 you you get to twitter and truth you'll find me at at rep andy biggs az at facebook you can go to

00:40:41.280 congressman andy biggs and and you go to instagram at rep andy biggs or you can go to biggs.house.gov

00:40:47.100 and you can get that information congressman biggs uh thank you very much honor to have you on here

00:40:52.520 thank you thank you steve appreciate all you do high stakes poker in this uh in the speakership

00:40:58.960 this is any biggs is a tough guy so like i said he lost the first round 188 to 31 but they're at

00:41:07.060 least a you know it's command by negation and right now they've got tremendous leverage this fight for

00:41:11.520 the speakership is going to be intense and what's going on in capitol hill right now just to recapture

00:41:17.640 that recap um put it in perspective you've got the amnesty he's talking about for 2 million

00:41:24.060 uh daca and everybody else 2 million uh individual illegal alien amnesty you've got to try and lift

00:41:31.060 the debt ceiling they're trying to prove the defense bill which is out of control wokeness but by giving

00:41:36.580 us the the vaccines going forward um in there um and they're trying to do um uh the the rest of the

00:41:44.660 omnibus and um let's see the debt ceiling the omnibus and that those three things right now

00:41:51.340 massive and mcconnell's in back of all of it he's in back of all of it right now the same time he's

00:41:57.440 trashing president trump what's happening on capitol hill this lame duck is historic by any understanding

00:42:04.500 historic by any understanding that's why you're going to need a tough speaker okay short break

00:42:08.560 a lot of people complain about the state of our country are the way woke corporations treat us

00:46:03.320 they wanted to be very physically aggressive they could have taken total control but they're not

00:46:08.900 they're constitutionalists and they believe in the peaceful process and transitions of power and they're

00:46:14.180 going to use every ability they have to continue to get the story out about the fraud and hopefully the
