Bannon's War Room - Episode 2355： Remembering Pearl Harbor 81 Years Ago Today; Updates From Arizona

00:00:00.000 this is the final scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going with the evil

00:00:10.200 on these people you're just not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the

00:00:16.500 people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:00:20.500 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.840 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.660 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.780 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bat

00:00:47.180 it did you know that night uh churchill churchill heard the news on the bbc uh he was at a birthday

00:00:59.340 dinner uh at checkers and immediately wanted to declare war on japan in fact i think it was april

00:01:04.960 harriman uh the american envoy who had to say you can't declare war on a radio broadcast but there

00:01:10.560 was a phone call that night between roosevelt and churchill and roosevelt churchill said is it true

00:01:15.700 mr president and roosevelt said it's true we're all in the same boat now and you could argue that

00:01:23.460 we in fact had been in the same boat since the first of september 1939 when uh hitler invaded poland

00:01:30.840 but isolationism in america was so strong was so ambient uh you could feel it that uh even after

00:01:39.540 that great secret conference uh in august of 1941 fdr meets churchill they issue the atlantic charter

00:01:46.600 it's this marvelous statement about democratic lowercase d principles and fdr comes home and the

00:01:53.860 draft is renewed by a single vote in the congress uh that's how divided we were

00:01:59.680 we interrupt this program to bring you a special news bulletin the japanese have attacked pearl

00:02:18.000 harbor hawaii by air president roosevelt has just announced the attack also was made on all naval

00:02:23.500 and military activities on the principal island of ohio and now we take you to honolulu

00:02:29.020 one two three four hello mbc hello mbc this is kku in honolulu sawa i am speaking from the roof

00:02:42.800 of the advertising company we have witnessed this morning a distant view the middle of south harbor

00:02:53.800 and a severe bombing of south harbor by airing scientists and other than japanese

00:03:01.000 the city of ponolulu has also been attacked

00:03:06.520 and considerable damage done this battle has been going on for nearly three hours

00:03:15.400 so

00:03:20.600 thank you

00:03:24.100 so

00:03:28.600 We've got a testing test going down close and down, but it has been a very severe attack.

00:03:45.600 No news and the Army appear now to have the air and the sea under control.

00:03:51.600 First of all, do I have that? Just a second.

00:03:54.600 This is the telephone captain. Did you stop that off?

00:03:56.600 Yes, sir. We have time to get on and let's just call.

00:04:00.600 We're walking to New York now.

00:04:03.600 Easy.

00:04:05.600 One, two.

00:04:11.600 One moment, please.

00:04:14.600 Mr. Vice President, Mr. Speaker, members of the Senate, of the House of Representatives.

00:04:23.600 Yesterday, December 7th, 1941, a date which will live in infamy.

00:04:38.600 I ask that the Congress declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by Japan on Sunday, December 7th, 1941, 0.71

00:04:57.600 a state of war has existed between the United States and the Japanese Empire.

00:05:08.600 We're ignoring the dangers happening at our border and the national security crisis that's happening in our country while we are completely protecting another country's border and also waging a proxy war with Russia.

00:05:34.600 We had five million people across our border illegally since Joe Biden took office.

00:05:41.600 And let's compare that to how many Russians have invaded Ukraine. 0.89

00:05:45.600 82,000 Russians have invaded Ukraine.

00:05:48.600 I think the American people and the taxpayers of this country deserve to know why the Biden administration and this Congress is so interested in funding the protection of Ukraine's border and not the protection of our border.

00:06:03.260 That's a very good question.

00:06:04.780 I also support that this committee in Congress has the highest responsibility to conduct stringent oversight over the Department of State and U.S.A.

00:06:16.400 Every single U.S. dollar accounts in the Biden administration should expect the Republican control majority in the House next Congress to be vigilant in demanding transparency and accountability for U.S. assistance to Ukraine.

00:06:32.800 The American taxpayer deserves this.

00:06:38.980 So the era of writing blank checks, I think, is over.

00:06:43.800 Should be the era of writing any checks.

00:06:45.940 It is Wednesday, 7 December in the year of our Lord, 2022, 81 years from the date of the day that we'll live in infamy.

00:06:54.180 Secondly, of course, having read every line of all, I think there's seven commissions, seven investigations, seven committees when you wrap it all up about Pearl Harbor.

00:07:07.240 There's a lot.

00:07:07.700 Let's say there's a lot of prominent people had memories like Tony Fauci when it came time to ask very specific questions about how Pearl Harbor actually occurred.

00:07:19.320 We'll get more of that later.

00:07:20.300 Steve Cortez with it, but I've got to start with Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.

00:07:25.940 Today, Time Magazine announced Zelensky, man of the year, person of the year, whatever it is.

00:07:33.020 You can go to my getter and put that up, guys.

00:07:35.340 I put up a little snarky comment on that.

00:07:38.220 Congressman Greene, there's a lot of power plays happening up on Capitol Hill right now in this lame duck.

00:07:45.460 You've got the debt ceiling. You have the omnibus, which has all the funding Ukraine in it.

00:07:49.800 You've got the amnesty bill. They're working on two million, two million illegal aliens to be to be given citizenship.

00:07:56.580 You've got the Defense Authorization Act that we did get the little win on the vaccines going forward, but it's got all the other wokeness up in it.

00:08:03.980 It's quite frankly, a disaster.

00:08:06.160 And you've been fighting the good fight since the day you showed up and showed how to be a party in opposition.

00:08:10.820 Slow things down, make them put them on the record for everything.

00:08:14.080 Give us your assessment, Pearl Harbor, Day Lives in Infamy, and where we are today geostrategically and with your hard throwdown of, hey, no more money for Ukraine until we find out where the other tens of billions of dollars went.

00:08:29.240 And we need a complete and total audit, ma'am.

00:08:31.700 Well, Steve, in the open, I was watching the scenes from Pearl Harbor and just thinking about the greatest generation.

00:08:39.520 That's our grandparents' generation and just amazed at what courage they had and love for our country.

00:08:46.420 And they really, when they were called, they rose to the responsibility and the duty to defend America and our borders.

00:08:57.560 But today, we have a drastic difference in the leaders in charge and the generation and generations today and how they feel about our borders and our country and patriotism.

00:09:09.720 And it is so shameful.

00:09:12.020 I'm actually glad that our grandparents don't see these things.

00:09:15.820 And for those that are still left alive, they mourn it.

00:09:18.720 But the reality is our border is being invaded every single day.

00:09:22.180 We've had over 5 million illegal aliens try to come into this country, and some have very successfully entered our lands. 0.61

00:09:30.420 Over 300 Americans are dying every single day from fentanyl poisoning.

00:09:35.380 And the cartels are the greatest business partner to the president of the United States.

00:09:41.100 And you just showed that image of Time magazine, Man of the Year, and it's Zelensky.

00:09:45.560 Well, the Democrats, they treat Zelensky like he's governor of the 51st state of the United States, and they act like Ukraine is part of our country.

00:09:55.660 And I absolutely find that repulsive.

00:09:58.580 Now, we've said all along that we are sorry for what the Ukrainian people are going through, that we're against the invasion.

00:10:05.680 But Ukraine, it needs to be reminded to everyone, Ukraine is not a member of NATO.

00:10:10.180 And we should not be defending Ukraine. 0.87

00:10:13.500 We should not be sending billions and billions of dollars to Ukraine.

00:10:18.580 We should not be equipping them with our military equipment.

00:10:22.480 This is a war that we shouldn't be involved in, especially while we're ignoring the invasion at our southern border.

00:10:28.000 It's outrageous.

00:10:29.800 As a matter of fact, if you want to ask me how I feel about our southern border, if we're taking any military action,

00:10:36.080 we should be attacking the cartels in Mexico, not spending our time focused on some other country's borders that's across the gigantic ocean.

00:10:45.560 And most Americans can't even find Ukraine on a map.

00:10:48.540 That's how I feel about it.

00:10:49.780 But as far as for our country and for our hard-earned tax dollars and Americans who obey the audit, if they get audited by the IRS, guess what?

00:11:00.100 They have to respond to that audit and they obey the laws in our country and pay their taxes every single year.

00:11:06.620 I introduced a privilege resolution that was heard in the Foreign Affairs Committee yesterday.

00:11:14.820 And every single Democrat voted against this privilege resolution, which was to audit Ukraine.

00:11:21.900 And it was a very simple resolution asking the president, asking the Department of Defense, asking the State Department for basically the receipts.

00:11:29.600 And where is the money going?

00:11:31.060 Because every single American deserves that answer.

00:11:33.840 Whether you're Republican or Democrat, you deserve to know where United States tax dollars are going in Ukraine.

00:11:41.400 And that's so simple.

00:11:42.780 It's not for the war, against the war.

00:11:45.060 It's just asking for transparency and oversight for the American people and where their billions and billions of dollars are going.

00:11:53.340 And the Democrats flat out refused, Steve.

00:11:55.800 It was unbelievable.

00:11:57.980 And in their responses, they also attacked me and attacked my character.

00:12:02.460 They didn't even talk about the resolution, some of them.

00:12:05.640 Some of them just attacked me as their reason for voting no for the American people to have an audit of Ukraine.

00:12:13.580 And then some of their answers were outrageous.

00:12:16.120 Several of the Democrats said, well, you know, Representative Green can go in.

00:12:22.480 She can go look at the information herself because it's privileged and it's confidential.

00:12:28.520 And she's a member of Congress, so she can go look at it.

00:12:31.380 But the American people don't deserve to know.

00:12:33.440 And they said it was fine for the members on the Foreign Affairs Committee to be able to know the information.

00:12:38.580 But the American people don't need to know.

00:12:41.780 And then Representative Connolly went as far as to say, well, you know, we just have to keep funding the war and keep making sure that we're providing everything that Zelensky and Ukraine needs to fight this war.

00:12:53.500 And then maybe we'll consider transparency later.

00:12:56.900 These were the actual statements of the Democrats.

00:12:59.840 While it was amazing the difference in what Republicans, our Republicans said on the committee.

00:13:06.560 You played a clip right there of Congressman McCaul.

00:13:11.100 He is the leading ranker, Republican ranker on Foreign Affairs Committee.

00:13:16.000 And he, even though he supports the war in Ukraine, he came out and said he completely supports the audit of Ukraine.

00:13:23.060 And he said, no more blank checks.

00:13:25.500 No more blank checks.

00:13:26.540 Republicans will not be writing blank checks.

00:13:28.640 That is a huge step in the right direction.

00:13:31.720 And I was thrilled to see it.

00:13:33.700 And then the rest of the Republicans on the committee, every single one voted yes for an audit of Ukraine.

00:13:39.440 Didn't didn't matter where they stood on funding for it.

00:13:42.580 Didn't matter where they stood on the war over there.

00:13:44.480 They resoundingly, Republicans want transparency and oversight and voted yes on my resolution for the audit of Ukraine.

00:13:53.600 We've got a minute in this segment.

00:13:55.540 I'd like to hold you over for a couple of minutes.

00:13:57.400 Will the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened Biden, more wasteful government spending, higher taxes, the deepening of inflation?

00:15:51.820 You can't get him in Bed, Bath, or Beyond because they yanked him because of his fight for election integrity and fighting for his country.

00:15:59.300 Marjorie Taylor Greene.

00:16:01.320 Congressman Greene, let's connect.

00:16:02.680 Up on Capitol Hill right now, you've got the Senate.

00:16:04.760 And they're in various stages of trying to improve an omnibus of $2 trillion discretionary spending right now, unfunded.

00:16:13.360 A fiasco with all types of wokeness in funding these NGOs.

00:16:16.960 It was just a complete disaster.

00:16:19.020 You've got this defense authorization where they gave us the vaccine, kind of no more vaccines going forward.

00:16:24.560 Didn't reinstate the guys.

00:16:25.700 The whole bill is full of wokeness. 0.98

00:16:30.160 Also, the defense authorization and the omnibus both have all types of Ukraine funding and just funding throughout the world of places we should never be.

00:16:41.100 You've got amnesty.

00:16:42.280 Tom Tillis has cut a deal, $2 million.

00:16:44.280 Right now, with invasion of the southern border, 5 to 11 million, 5 to 10 million here that we know on just on the invasion under Biden, they're putting the biggest magnet out there and amnesty for two.

00:16:56.520 And by the way, talking about 15 to 20,000 per day starting December 21st, 21 December, when they take off Title 42.

00:17:04.720 This is right from Border Patrol.

00:17:06.060 We're hearing this.

00:17:07.140 You've got amnesty for 2 million.

00:17:09.060 They've got a handshake deal on that.

00:17:10.560 And thank God, Josh Hawley and some patriots up there saying over my dead body.

00:17:14.700 But that's the trend jam through.

00:17:15.920 Plus, they're a little hinky with the debt ceiling.

00:17:18.800 They're trying to end around on the debt ceiling.

00:17:20.860 With all that going on Capitol Hill, tie that.

00:17:23.380 And let's be blunt.

00:17:24.700 This was a disaster in Georgia, right? 0.91

00:17:26.880 This is a Senate seat we should have won.

00:17:29.080 So connect the dots.

00:17:30.240 You're a Georgian. 1.00

00:17:32.440 The 14th District is one of the key districts in the state of Georgia, particularly for MAGA.

00:17:37.560 Give us your assessment of tying those two together.

00:17:40.620 Well, let me lay this out real clear for everyone to understand.

00:17:44.100 And this is especially for the campaign consultants with the 30,000-foot view where they look down on Georgia and arrogantly think they know how to win races in our state.

00:17:53.980 This is for Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and the rest of the Republican senators.

00:17:59.720 You guys are the reasons why we are losing Republican races all over the country.

00:18:04.380 And this is your third loss in my home state.

00:18:08.460 So let me inform you on behalf of Georgia, this is your third strike and you're out.

00:18:13.840 You don't belong in our state running key races anymore.

00:18:18.100 No, thank you.

00:18:19.020 We don't want your help.

00:18:20.400 Let me let you know something, Steve.

00:18:22.380 I was never asked very often by the Herschel Walker campaign to come speak at any of his campaign events.

00:18:29.060 They only asked me to come to maybe two, I think, two or three in my own district when he was campaigning all over the state running for Senate.

00:18:39.360 But they only asked me a couple of times in my own district, which I find extremely insulting.

00:18:45.360 You know, I was born in middle Georgia in Baldwin County.

00:18:48.520 I went to school inside the perimeter of Atlanta in DeKalb County, and I lived in North Atlanta suburbs for well over 25 years.

00:18:59.420 I have a very good understanding of Georgia, my home state.

00:19:03.140 I've got family all over South Georgia, middle Georgia, and I absolutely love the district I represent in Northwest Georgia, Georgia's 14th district.

00:19:11.100 But the audacity and really the frank rudeness of the campaign consultants and Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham, where they thought, you know, we're going to keep Marjorie Taylor Greene away from Herschel Walker, and we don't need her voice at his campaign rallies and events where we're campaigning all over the state.

00:19:30.820 I think it's a really major mistake and an insult to me and an insult to people who support me and Republicans all over Georgia, because I don't have a popularity problem in my home state.

00:19:41.980 Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham do.

00:19:44.300 And these consultants, they've lost plenty of times, and they really – no one should hire them again.

00:19:50.040 And the millions of dollars that they've made off of these campaigns, they should give it back to Republican donors for wasting their money.

00:19:58.760 And that's exactly how I feel about it.

00:20:01.200 That Senate seat was extremely important to not only Georgia, but important to the entire country.

00:20:07.880 And here's another thing.

00:20:08.800 They told President Trump to stay out of Georgia.

00:20:11.360 That was another major mistake. 0.99

00:20:13.260 And then the same fools are out there running around trying to blame President Trump today. 0.98

00:20:18.020 Well, they should have invited him to Georgia to campaign with Herschel Walker. 0.96

00:20:21.680 They should have invited me to campaign with Herschel Walker more, because I'm the only Republican woman elected from the state of Georgia on a federal level.

00:20:30.820 And I would have helped out.

00:20:32.220 But I do want to let you know I helped out anyways.

00:20:35.020 And the 14th District had the highest turnout for this runoff race yesterday.

00:20:40.320 So I'm very proud of my district.

00:20:42.100 I'm very proud of our voters that turned out.

00:20:44.340 And I'm proud that I still sponsored ads.

00:20:47.200 I still promoted Herschel Walker and campaigned for him while they rejected my help pretty much everywhere else.

00:20:53.260 They brought down horrible Republican senators like Joni Ernst, who came down to Georgia and basically went on her little apology tour promoting her horrible votes in the Senate. 1.00

00:21:05.320 And then, you know, this is how they look down on Georgia, though.

00:21:08.620 They don't understand our state at all.

00:21:10.420 It was only in the last few weeks of Herschel Walker's campaign where they actually wanted Governor Brian Kemp's ground team actually wanted their help and asked for their help.

00:21:22.580 You know, Brian Kemp won with a landslide because he's popular in our state.

00:21:26.800 He's done a good job, but they didn't really want them involved until the last few weeks.

00:21:31.060 I mean, even Governor DeSantis, I think they finally got a tweet out of him the night before the election.

00:21:36.640 So this is the message that people in Washington need to understand.

00:21:41.520 This is the message for the know-it-all Republican consultants.

00:21:45.840 You don't know how to run races in Georgia.

00:21:48.260 All you know how to do is lose.

00:21:50.300 And we are very angry today.

00:21:52.200 We're extremely angry today.

00:21:53.980 Georgia is not a blue state.

00:21:55.720 We're not a purple state.

00:21:56.760 We're a red state.

00:21:58.140 We just need the right candidates.

00:21:59.780 We need the right campaigns.

00:22:00.940 And we need the right support.

00:22:02.640 And it needs to be Georgia all the way, homegrown. 0.99

00:22:06.700 That's exactly how it needs to be.

00:22:08.540 So Mitch McConnell and the senators up here in Washington, they're the problem in the Republican Party.

00:22:14.920 And the way they legislate, the way they vote, and the messaging that they give, it does not inspire voters to vote.

00:22:22.280 It doesn't even turn in dependence.

00:22:24.120 And that's the problem that we have up here in the Senate.

00:22:26.680 And just like I said, I want to go back to something you said, because all they're saying, you know, they got guys quoted, this is the end of Trump, that this is Trump's downfall.

00:22:36.520 They're all blaming Trump.

00:22:37.520 But they block President Trump from coming into Georgia at all, which he's enormously popular, even in the stolen election of the stolen election of 2020.

00:22:47.760 It was only a few thousand votes.

00:22:49.680 Right.

00:22:50.200 I mean, this guy's enormously popular in Georgia.

00:22:52.560 They keep him out, yet they blame him today.

00:22:54.500 Your thoughts on that?

00:22:55.280 Exactly right.

00:22:56.880 President Trump got the most amount of votes of any Republican president in United States histories. 0.99

00:23:03.800 So those guys are a joke and they're liars. 1.00

00:23:06.080 If they want to blame President Trump for this, they are blind and they're fools. 1.00

00:23:10.860 They're just never Trumpers. 1.00

00:23:12.040 They always were.

00:23:13.200 They always have been and they always will be.

00:23:15.460 And so their voices don't matter because they're wrong.

00:23:18.080 This is not President Trump's fault at all.

00:23:20.800 This is Mitch McConnell's fault.

00:23:22.780 This is Lindsey Graham's fault.

00:23:24.060 This is the way that campaign was run.

00:23:26.920 You know, there's things happen.

00:23:28.540 They did things that they shouldn't have done.

00:23:30.720 I'm not blaming Herschel Walker.

00:23:31.900 I'm blaming the campaign team.

00:23:33.580 You know, they were invited by bikers for Trump to do this big ride in North Georgia that was going to be a toy drive for kids cancer.

00:23:41.580 And they didn't have Herschel Walker out there.

00:23:43.760 And Chris Cox called them, invited him and wanted him there and begged him to come.

00:23:49.000 But he didn't show up.

00:23:49.980 You know, if you want to have a good turnout, you work with the grassroots.

00:23:54.460 And Bikers for Trump is one of the best organizations that helps you turn out voters.

00:24:00.520 You should never turn your back on bikers for Trump.

00:24:03.160 But that's what they did.

00:24:04.040 And then they called into they wanted a restaurant in my district.

00:24:08.060 It's a wonderful family owned restaurant.

00:24:11.020 And they were going to bring Fox and Friends there.

00:24:13.500 And the restaurant owner put it out on her Facebook page, was so excited, told everybody.

00:24:17.980 They were drumming up as many people to come.

00:24:20.400 Then they called the night before and they said, oh, no, no, no.

00:24:22.420 We're going to move Fox and Friends to the Marietta Diner.

00:24:25.120 I mean, how rude.

00:24:26.560 You don't do that to people.

00:24:27.920 If you want to have people turn out to vote, set your plans correctly in the first place and then stick with them so that you don't insult people and upset people.

00:24:37.060 Let me ask you, who in Lindsey Graham walking Herschel Walker around the state of Georgia, is that a good idea for grassroots and for the MAGA team in Georgia, ma'am?

00:24:49.260 Absolutely not.

00:24:50.240 Herschel Walker had a woman voter problem. 1.00

00:24:53.220 He had a woman voter problem. 0.99

00:24:54.840 Do you think Lindsey Graham makes women want to turn out and vote? 0.97

00:24:58.960 I don't think so.

00:25:00.320 Lindsey Graham can't really relate to grandmothers, mothers, daughters in our state. 0.92

00:25:05.740 He knows nothing about our state.

00:25:07.520 He doesn't make anyone want to turn out.

00:25:09.460 He didn't make South Georgia turn out.

00:25:11.440 You can look at the graphic I sent you and you can see the pathetic results that we had all around Atlanta and then also in middle Georgia. 0.51

00:25:18.860 It was terrible.

00:25:20.240 Lindsey Graham doesn't inspire people to go vote. 1.00

00:25:23.040 Half the time, Republican voters are angry at Lindsey Graham because you never know which one you're going to get. 1.00

00:25:28.560 Lindsey Graham 1.0 or Lindsey Graham 2.0.

00:25:31.520 Lindsey Graham that's supposedly pro-life or Lindsey Graham that's like, oh, yeah, let's have abortion up to 15 weeks. 1.00

00:25:37.680 It's like, why do we have Lindsey Graham hand-holding Herschel Walker, carrying him all around the state while you're totally rejecting President Trump, totally rejecting me and not asking me to go anywhere, not using Governor Kemp's ground team until the last few weeks, and ignoring the most popular Republicans for conservative Republican voters across the country.

00:25:59.400 That's how that campaign was run.

00:26:01.400 That's how that campaign was run.

00:26:01.940 But we had a massive turnout.

00:26:03.920 But, look, you're showing video clips right here.

00:26:07.340 Do you know what that is right there?

00:26:08.720 That's an awesome Stacey Abrams voter turnout. 1.00

00:26:12.260 That's exactly what that is because she developed that system in Georgia, and Republicans have never been able to duplicate it. 0.93

00:26:20.120 So, Congressman Green, we know you've got tons of fight up on Capitol Hill for the power struggles, everything.

00:26:25.500 How do people get to you?

00:26:26.400 How do they follow you?

00:26:28.180 I'm on all the social media, Steve.

00:26:30.220 Just look for the verified accounts, and I appreciate people following along.

00:26:34.840 And just keep watching what we're going to get through in this next, the end of the lame duck session.

00:26:39.920 Dangerous time for America.

00:26:41.700 We know you're fighting, Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.

00:26:44.500 By the way, the honoree at the gala, the Young Republican Club in New York, on Saturday night.

00:26:50.800 It'll be a big war room turnout there, Congressman.

00:26:52.840 Yes.

00:26:53.140 Thank you.

00:26:53.620 Can't wait for it, Steve.

00:26:56.020 Okay, short break.

00:26:58.000 Davis, Cortez, Bob next.

00:27:13.800 Nobody thinks that I can take their house and borrow against the house.

00:27:16.980 Oh, no, I have title insurance.

00:27:18.540 It's in my name, or he would have to get some special document.

00:27:21.840 They would call me.

00:27:23.200 You know, nobody's calling you.

00:27:24.920 You're living in a delusion.

00:27:26.620 After I've stolen the title, borrowed against it, or sold the property, it's 60 to 90 days for that person to even figure out that they're the victim of this crime.

00:27:34.420 You start getting foreclosure notices.

00:27:36.300 You've got four mortgages on your house.

00:27:38.040 You don't even own your home anymore.

00:27:39.240 It's not even in your name.

00:27:40.100 Home title fraud is growing two and a half times faster than credit card fraud.

00:27:44.840 You could be a victim and not even know it.

00:29:07.440 Okay.

00:29:09.500 Mike Davis.

00:29:10.340 So I got Christina Bob with Blockbuster News that combines this Twitter fiasco with – and what's coming at the revolutions of Twitter with Maricopa County.

00:29:20.620 I'm going to get to that in one second.

00:29:22.720 Mike Davis, I know you're on time constraint today, but I've got to get you on here.

00:29:27.360 A major day today, the other day about the religious liberty, a huge day in the Supreme Court.

00:29:33.060 Every day is a blockbuster day there.

00:29:34.720 Today, though, the independent state legislatures, North Carolina.

00:29:39.380 Explain to the audience how important is what's being argued before the Supreme Court today, sir.

00:29:43.380 Well, this is important because under the Constitution, there are two provisions in the Constitution, the Elections Clause, which is Article I, Section IV, Clause I, and the Electors Clause, Article II, Section I, Clause II, that says that state legislatures decide the time, place, and manner of elections.

00:30:05.280 That's the Elections Clause, along with how you appoint presidential electors for the presidential election.

00:30:11.620 So that's the Electors Clause.

00:30:13.900 And it's very clear under the Constitution, it says state legislatures.

00:30:17.000 And now that Republicans control a majority of the state legislatures across the country, the Democrats don't want Republican-controlled state legislatures drawing congressional lines, doing redistricting, setting the rules of federal elections.

00:30:35.280 And so what they're trying to do is take away that power from the state legislatures and give it to the state Supreme Courts that are Democrat-controlled or Democrat-controlled independent commissions.

00:30:46.660 And it takes away the powers under the U.S. constitutions from the state legislatures.

00:30:51.000 And the Supreme Court is hearing a case today that's going to look at that issue.

00:30:57.380 The case is called Moore v. Harper, and I hope, I think, that the Supreme Court is finally going to hold that this is the Elections Clause under the Constitution, it's the Electors Clause under the Constitution.

00:31:11.680 It is not a theory, as the Democrats call it.

00:31:13.900 It's actually in the Constitution, and you need to follow the Constitution.

00:31:17.800 So it's state legislatures set time, place, and manner of elections unless Congress overrides it, U.S. Congress overrides it, and not state Supreme Courts, not state-appointed independent commissions.

00:31:31.500 Of all the stuff that's going to happen in this session, I think this is not the top.

00:31:36.780 It's the top two or three.

00:31:38.060 They're in full meltdown about this.

00:31:39.420 They're already trying to argue in advance to try to blunt whatever the decision is.

00:31:43.720 Why is the left so freaked out about what's happening today and what the – and they're saying this is what happens when you get a guy like Trump in, you get these radical right judges.

00:31:55.760 Why are they so – it sounds pretty straightforward.

00:31:58.180 It sounds like it's the Constitution.

00:32:00.400 This shouldn't be something that big a deal.

00:32:02.740 Yet they're in full meltdown already even before the arguments today.

00:32:06.920 Mike Davis.

00:32:07.440 Yeah, if you look at the 7,383 state legislator seats around the country, Republicans control 55%.

00:32:17.480 If you look at the 98 state legislative chambers, Republicans control 59%.

00:32:23.340 If you look at the number of state legislatures, Republicans control 57% of the 28.

00:32:29.920 There's full state control of Republicans in 22 states.

00:32:33.740 This is why Democrats are calling this a theory, independent state legislature theory, when it's actually the words in the Constitution.

00:32:45.660 How is this playing out?

00:32:47.360 You got these guys up there, and they're being very quiet, which is dangerous, the Electoral Count Act.

00:32:52.040 You've heard about the debt ceiling, amnesty, defense authorization, omnibus.

00:32:55.560 People already know we're fighting these nonstop, behind the scenes, nonstop.

00:33:00.660 I think we've actually had pretty positive movement in a couple of them.

00:33:03.740 Very quiet about the Electoral Count Act, but this ties back to the Electoral Count Act.

00:33:08.000 They're trying to change that, which is just some law on top of all this.

00:33:11.640 How does that play into what's being argued today?

00:33:14.820 Well, what the Electoral Count Act does is it sets the rules for how Congress counts the votes once they're determined by each state.

00:33:24.240 And so there's some interplay, but I think the Democrats are more concerned about this Moore versus Harper case because it means they can't have their Democrat judges, state judges, and their Democrat commissioners redraw congressional lines and set the rules of elections.

00:33:40.420 For example, state courts can't use COVID to change federal election laws like they did during COVID.

00:33:50.340 That violates the Constitution, and that violates the elections clause because it's the state legislatures that decide the time, place, and manner of elections or Congress, not state courts, not state commissioners.

00:34:02.600 And so they clearly violated the Constitution in 2020 when they unconstitutionally, unilaterally changed election rules because of COVID.

00:34:12.600 It was nonsense.

00:34:13.380 It was a power grab by Democrats.

00:34:16.220 And after the Supreme Court rules in Moore versus Harper, I'm pretty confident they're going to rule the right way here.

00:34:22.700 And that means that any laws that were changed outside of the state legislature because of COVID are unconstitutional.

00:34:30.120 They're going to get ruled back.

00:34:32.720 Mike, how do people follow you because they're going to want to follow you today, tomorrow, next day about this?

00:34:37.820 The arguments are going to take place.

00:34:39.060 Where do they go?

00:34:40.840 Article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:34:44.080 On Getter Twitter Truth, it's at Article3Project, at Article3Project.

00:34:48.320 And my personal is M-R-D-D-M-I-A.

00:34:53.180 M-R-D-D-M-I-A. 0.99

00:34:54.320 Thank you, Steve.

00:34:55.560 The Getter's always got, like, good factual stuff.

00:34:59.800 The Twitter, particularly later at night, comes in a little hot.

00:35:04.000 By the way, Davis, I know you've got to bounce because you've got to get a haircut.

00:35:06.800 Hair looks fine.

00:35:08.420 Hair looks fine.

00:35:09.700 Just looks good.

00:35:10.800 Don't get a high and tight on me.

00:35:13.120 Mike Davis, thank you for joining us.

00:35:14.840 Thank you, Steve.

00:35:15.500 I want to get to Cortez in a second because I've got to spend some time with Cortez on a number of issues.

00:35:19.680 Let me get Christina Bobb in here while we're on elections. 1.00

00:35:22.740 Christina, pretty blockbuster news you've unearthed in Maricopa County.

00:35:27.140 And the reason you've got your new book out where if people want to see how important this argument in the Supreme Court is today,

00:35:33.720 you've got to read Christina Bobb's book, Stealing Your Vote, right?

00:35:37.840 Because you give a first-person account of all the madness that happened after 2020.

00:35:43.080 Absolutely.

00:35:43.440 And why the state legislators are so important.

00:35:46.380 Why it's so important.

00:35:47.260 So this is a big deal today, Christina, this argument in the Supreme Court?

00:35:50.700 A hundred percent.

00:35:52.060 Yeah, absolutely.

00:35:53.020 I mean, we need the state legislatures to keep their power.

00:35:55.600 And we saw in 2020 that most state legislatures, particularly the Republicans across the country, had atrophied.

00:36:02.480 They didn't even realize how powerful they were.

00:36:04.400 They didn't realize that they were the checks and balances in our elections.

00:36:07.380 And it was through phone calls and myself included calling them to say, hey, do you know you have the authority to check what's happening right now?

00:36:15.360 And they didn't even know.

00:36:16.540 And so I think this is a big wake-up call for everybody and right at the risk of losing the authority that they have, which I don't think they will.

00:36:23.840 I think the Supreme Court will read plainly what's written in the Constitution.

00:36:27.700 So I'm not too worried about that.

00:36:29.920 But it absolutely is a wake-up call about checks and balances in our government.

00:36:34.580 Talk to us about this blockbuster news coming out about individuals in Maricopa County, how it ties back to Twitter, and more importantly, DOJ and FBI involvement in these elections, ma'am.

00:36:45.520 Absolutely.

00:36:45.960 Well, it's what everybody suspects we now actually have documented proof for, particularly as it relates to Maricopa County.

00:36:52.580 So CISA, the federal agency that's part of the Department of Homeland Security, was coordinating meetings to supposedly control misinformation about the election.

00:37:03.820 And they had executives from Twitter involved, Ms. Gad, who was recently fired by Elon Musk for her partisan views on Twitter.

00:37:14.620 She was the Twitter representative at these meetings.

00:37:17.140 That's documented here.

00:37:18.400 And it's also documented that Stephen Richer, the recorder for Maricopa County, was involved and was directly working with CISA, with the federal government, as well as with Twitter and Big Tech, to censor and manipulate information related to the elections.

00:37:36.140 Now, these are the elections that Richer supposedly was responsible for recording.

00:37:40.260 He's the recorder of this county.

00:37:42.540 And he's been out there saying, oh, it's the most secure election ever.

00:37:46.320 Everything's fine.

00:37:47.040 But he has shown time and time again that he's extremely partisan.

00:37:50.080 He had a super PAC that was aimed at taking down election denier candidates, including Carrie Lake, the election he was overseeing.

00:37:59.100 And now we have documented proof that he was directly working with Twitter and CISA to try to control the narrative and potentially manipulate the outcome of the election.

00:38:07.360 Where did you where did this information come up from and how come is it hasn't come?

00:38:12.960 Why are we hearing about this now instead of before about this control manipulation?

00:38:17.360 So I received this from some of the attorneys working for Carrie Lake's team.

00:38:22.220 They're going to be filing.

00:38:23.000 It will be included in her election contest that I expect to come out this week.

00:38:27.780 And of course, I made sure that it was legal and appropriate for me to be able to release it.

00:38:32.880 But this has come from the lawyers doing a legal investigation and they obtained it through legal discovery.

00:38:38.400 Why is the federal government in the middle of this? 0.95

00:38:42.000 The woman on Twitter is a traitor. 1.00

00:38:44.680 I put this up all the time. 0.98

00:38:46.300 She's been fired, but she's got tremendous culpability in what went on.

00:38:50.580 Why is the federal government in the middle of this with a with a platform to suppress people actually asking questions about election fraud?

00:38:58.940 That's a great question.

00:39:00.100 And I think from what we can tell so far, it's because the federal government has been weaponized against conservatives in order to entrench this woke mafia into the federal government.

00:39:10.540 And I believe it started at least with the Obama administration, if not sooner, because we see that the Department of Justice has become weaponized.

00:39:17.160 The FBI, CISA, DHS, the Department of Education.

00:39:21.500 I mean, they've completely turned all of these agencies into woke hubs.

00:39:26.860 And so I think there's a lot of people with culpability, and particularly if you're a member of the federal government doing this, that's a very, very serious concern because you're an official.

00:39:36.080 And don't forget that during the hubbub of 2020, right in the aftermath of everything where everybody was asking questions and saying 2020 was there was clearly something wrong.

00:39:45.320 You know, within the days following, it was the director of CISA who came forward and said, oh, this was the most secure election in U.S. history.

00:39:51.720 Trust me, I'm from the government.

00:39:52.880 And so I think we need to take a very close look at that federal agency, figure out what they're doing, because as we've seen with Twitter recently, whatever their activities were, it's highly, highly likely that they were extremely partisan and detrimental.

00:40:07.400 Oh, yeah, but Elon Musk fired Baker yesterday for lying, for suppressing information, even after Matt Taibbi and Weiss are in there.

00:40:15.020 He's still lying to try to suppress information.

00:40:17.040 How do they get to the book and how do people follow you on social media, Christina?

00:40:20.060 Thank you. Stealing your vote, you can get it on Amazon.

00:40:38.920 Yes, thank you to War Room and all the amazing patriots that actually educate themselves on it.

00:40:43.740 Yes, it went to number one in political freedom category and actually human rights.

00:40:47.560 So that was exciting.

00:40:49.780 Okay, what's your social media?

00:40:51.120 How do people follow you?

00:41:07.440 Christina Bob, thank you very much.

00:41:09.400 Thank you so much.

00:41:11.580 Cortez, 30 seconds and we're going to come back.

00:41:14.300 Your thoughts on this morning so far?

00:41:17.620 Well, you know, to connect the dots between Georgia and Ukraine, what happened in the election last night and Ukraine.

00:41:23.260 Voters in Georgia, particularly Republican and conservative voters, they understandably do not trust the Republican Party to have conviction and truly represent them in Washington, D.C.

00:41:33.260 for valid reasons, such as what's going on right now in the U.S. Senate, which is Republicans working with Democrats to try to massively continue funding that war.

00:41:42.600 Republican voters, understandably, very reticent.

00:41:45.820 Okay, Steve Cortez is going to be on the site.

00:41:48.320 Also, later, Russ Vogt is going to put forward this balanced budget that Congress is working on, the very controversial one.

00:41:55.600 That's got some people saying we can't vote for McCarthy because he doesn't back it.

00:42:00.040 We're going to get into all of that, how we actually get the economy and our capital markets sorted with the balance sheet of the United States.

00:42:06.560 All next in the world.

00:42:08.460 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:45:01.400 Steve Cortez, money, power, Zelensky, time man of the year, December 7th.

00:45:07.520 They don't miss a beat.

00:45:08.480 The left knows how to do it.

00:45:10.020 They're jamming through up on Capitol Hill.

00:45:11.820 Massive.

00:45:12.480 Literally, the commitments will be hundreds of billions of dollars for Ukraine, not the 40 or 50 they're talking about.

00:45:17.500 Steve Cortez.

00:45:18.140 This time man of the year thing is really something.

00:45:21.820 It would be terrible on any day, but particularly on December 7th, which, of course, is a sacred day in U.S. history.

00:45:26.720 And I think there's really two aspects here that are worth discussing, both how, first, how undeserving Zelensky is of this honor,

00:45:33.180 but then also how Time Magazine reflects the broad corruption of the corporate media.

00:45:37.380 You know, first, regarding Hollywood Zelensky, you know, what has he actually done to earn this honor?

00:45:42.100 Well, in between posing for photo shoots at Vogue, what has he done?

00:45:46.120 He has outlawed opposition parties in his country.

00:45:49.340 He has taken over and nationalized the media of that country.

00:45:52.620 And now, most recently, he has banned the Orthodox Ukrainian Church, one of the oldest Christian churches in the world. 0.74

00:45:58.640 He is a tyrant in every way.

00:46:01.040 And let's also not forget, Steve, this hasn't gotten enough attention, I don't think, even on our side ideologically. 0.77

00:46:06.280 Don't forget this Polish missile scam. 1.00

00:46:08.340 He really tried to bait Poland, NATO, and, yes, the United States into a kinetic shooting war with Russia over a scam,

00:46:17.400 claiming that Russian missiles killed Polish civilians, which the country of Poland, the United States, NATO have all officially gone on the record to say,

00:46:25.140 no, these were Ukrainian missiles.

00:46:27.560 And Zelensky refused to back down.

00:46:29.660 He has still not acknowledged that these missiles came from his military.

00:46:33.840 And we hope that it was just incompetence, but it's possible, of course, that he was trying to create a false flag operation. 0.98

00:46:40.320 So this man is an absolute scoundrel. 0.97

00:46:42.760 He is a money launderer, and he is not deserving of any praise from any sensible people in the United States. 0.98

00:46:49.500 Now, on the aspect of Time magazine, you know, this once really revered publication,

00:46:53.280 I have to believe that Henry Luce, the founder, is rolling over in his grave today.

00:46:58.280 He was a great patriot.

00:46:59.540 He dug the last century, the American century. 0.69

00:47:02.220 This is not going to be a second American century, unfortunately, if we don't get a better and healthier press here in the United States,

00:47:10.420 because collapse in corporate media, or excuse me, trust in corporate media is absolutely collapsing.

00:47:16.900 And that is not my opinion.

00:47:17.920 That is as reflected by the numbers and by the data.

00:47:20.820 If we pull up chart number one here, please, I want to show this is from Gallup polling.

00:47:24.860 This is trust in media.

00:47:26.780 That chart goes all the way back to the 1970s.

00:47:29.200 Gallup has been doing this for decades, and that is broken down by party affiliation.

00:47:33.840 The top line in the blue are the Democrats, the middle line, independents, and the red line are Republicans.

00:47:39.380 Notice back in the 1970s, lots of trust from all segments of American society.

00:47:44.540 That number of approval, trust in corporate media, was generally in the 60s and 70s for all groups, for Republicans, Democrats, and independents.

00:47:51.200 But for independents and Republicans, it has been cratering for decades since, for Republicans reaching only 14% and only 27% for independents, having any trust in the corporate media.

00:48:07.100 And again, I want to tie this back to Time Magazine's antics today are reflective of why, quite properly, sensible Americans, Republicans, independents have almost zero trust in the corporate media.

00:48:19.680 And that's the reality that is problematic for our country, for our republic.

00:48:24.500 For a republic to be healthy and thriving, we need a properly functioning mass media.

00:48:30.240 We need a properly functioning press that holds those in power accountable.

00:48:34.740 We have the exact opposite right now, where the corporate media does the bidding of the oligarchs in the United States, including massively supporting and constantly propping up this ridiculous Zelensky theme.

00:48:48.140 We got a couple of minutes, and I want to tee up the Russ vote, the great former head of OMB under President Trump, because you also need a healthy Republican Party.

00:48:56.880 Right now, you've got the Republican senators on Capitol Hill, on the omnibus, on the defense authorization, on amnesty and debt ceiling, double dealing, the entire Republican Party for what they stand for, but particularly MAGA and the MAGA base.

00:49:10.320 Connect those dots to me about how you can see it in Georgia, and people are just now livid about this.

00:49:15.500 Yes. So listen, Tom Tillis right now, Senator, Republican, supposedly Republican, Senator from North Carolina, he is right now scheming with Kirsten Sinema from Arizona to grant amnesty to millions of illegal migrants in the United States.

00:49:31.440 And he wants to get it done in these closing days. He's furiously working to get it done during this lame duck session.

00:49:37.180 Why? Because he knows that once the Republicans are in charge of the House, even if the Senate passes an amnesty, it is dead on arrival over at the GOP House.

00:49:44.660 So this is a guy, this is a globalist, uniparty hack, who is working hand in glove with the Democrats, with open borders Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden, to try to grant amnesty at a time when our border has been effectively vaporized.

00:49:59.820 Amnesty is always a bad idea, but it's a particularly terrible idea at a time like this, when the flow of illegals into the United States has reached an absolute crisis phase.

00:50:09.760 Let me give you some numbers on that, by the way. And this is from Bill Malugan, who does fantastic reporting for Fox News.

00:50:15.400 He says that for the month of November, according to his sources, 73,000 known gotaways, known gotaways where CBP was aware that they were crossing,

00:50:25.880 but unable to apprehend them in just the month of November.

00:50:30.080 Steve, we're reaching almost a million a year pace of known gotaways.

00:50:34.900 By the way, speaking of customs and border protection, very tragically overnight, an agent died.

00:50:39.960 An agent died in an accident while pursuing illegal migrants.

00:50:43.040 There are a lot of brave people, many of them Hispanic, bad hombres, who are doing the hard work of guarding the United States. 1.00

00:50:49.240 And their work has been made far more dangerous, far more difficult because of uniparty hacks like Tom Tillis of North Carolina, 0.99

00:50:57.240 who, again, is creating so much angst among Republican voters.

00:51:04.260 OK, Cortez is going to hang with us. We have a very special next hour.

00:51:09.320 Russ Vogt, the last OMB director under President Trump, is going to unveil what he's been working on of how we get the budget of the United States balanced.

00:51:18.240 That's a starting point to sort this mess out. Next in the war room. 0.51

00:51:22.800 We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when they're no more. Let's take down the sea sea.
