00:04:52.000 Because if memory serves me correctly, Kelly Ward's been fighting this fight, and I think you actually got into court.
00:04:59.000 You're the only other person to ever get in court.
00:05:02.000 And if I remember, there was a lot of things that you talked about in 2020, and I think it was in Maricopa County, that sound like the same problems they had today in 2022.

00:05:14.000 What's most impressed you about the evidence that I want to talk about?
00:05:17.000 Go back to 2020, ma'am.

00:05:21.000 Well, you know, you cannot make this make sense, Steve, because this is a stolen election, just like 2020 was stolen, and probably elections before 2020 were stolen.

00:05:35.000 And I've been very impressed that the judge has seemed very fair and even.
00:05:40.000 You know, he could have dismissed this case in hand just before this trial ever started.
00:05:45.000 That's what happened in 2020.
00:05:47.000 And as you said, we were the only ones that actually got evidence put into court in 2020.
00:05:52.000 The case is Ward v.
00:05:54.000 Jackson.
00:05:55.000 Ward v.
00:05:56.000 Jackson against Maricopa County.
00:05:57.000 The judge allowed us to look at 100 duplicated ballots.
00:06:02.000 Duplicated.
00:06:03.000 Which means that a nice county employee copies your ballot if it won't go through the tabulator.
00:06:09.000 Now, there are a lot of people out there saying, well, there are observers, and these are bipartisan teams, and that's a bunch of BS.
00:06:16.000 These are people that just supposedly copy the ballot.
00:06:19.000 In 2020, there was a 3% swing of those 100 ballots that we were able to look at to President Trump.
00:06:26.000 3% of the ballots that Joe Biden inappropriately got that President Trump did not get in a race that was decided by 0.5%.

00:06:37.000 It was a very, very tiny margin, just a little over 10,000 votes that decided who got our electoral votes from Arizona.
00:06:46.000 And so we saw the problems with duplication.
00:06:49.000 And then today, during Terry Lake's trial, where we are putting on trial Secretary of State, Maricopa County, the Elections Department, they are on trial.
00:06:59.000 They are the defendants here.
00:07:01.000 We saw and had lots of discussion about duplicated ballots.
00:07:05.000 And the attorney for Maricopa, Liddy, Tom Liddy, had the nerve, had the gall to say, well, a ballot is duplicated.
00:07:14.000 It's tabulated, right?
00:07:16.000 Well, that piece of paper is tabulated that some nice county employee filled in, maybe correctly, maybe incorrectly, maybe nefariously, maybe just because they're stupid and they can't copy a bubble.

00:07:29.880 But that vote is what's tabulated, not the voter's original intent.
00:07:34.900 And we proved it in 2020 that there are inaccuracies in the duplication process.

00:11:42.540 Whenever they were having the preliminary hearing, you could see the uncomfortableness of Maricopa County and their attorneys, the Secretary of State's office, and the so-called governor-elect's office, as they were being told what they might have to face in this trial.

00:12:10.160 And, finally, she's getting a day in court to be able to expose what is happening in our elections.
00:12:16.860 What she just testified to just a few minutes ago is outrageous, what's happening with those ballots that are coming into Runbeck, that are not—they have no chain of custody whatsoever.
00:12:31.740 There's no record of how many ballots came into Maricopa County.
00:12:35.880 They have employees of Runbeck being able to add ballots in for themselves and for their families and for who knows whom.
00:12:44.020 And then those ballots go back to the county to be tabulated.
00:12:47.220 But no one knows how many were counted, how many extras were put in, how many were taken out.
00:12:53.520 There's no chain of custody whatsoever.
00:12:56.060 And that chain of custody is required by Arizona law.
00:13:00.040 Now, the question is, is anybody going to be held accountable?
00:13:03.320 Because this same thing happened in 2020, when you talk about the duplicated ballots in particular.
00:13:10.560 Those ballots are supposed to be matched up.
00:13:12.720 They have a serial number on the ballot, the original ballot, and the duplicated ballot, so that you can easily see that they're one and the same.
00:13:21.160 Again, this time in 2022, Maricopa County cannot produce the original ballots.
00:13:29.060 They're only producing the documents that were scanned in and were tabulated.
00:13:34.460 We don't know if those are legitimate documents or not.
00:13:37.760 And it is on Maricopa County to be able to prove that they are.
00:13:42.420 It isn't on us, on we, the people, to prove that it isn't.
