00:45:49.220 um this is a 2020 election lawsuit out of georgia that basically it pertains to 147 000 absenteean

00:45:56.660 mail-in ballots that were previously unstealed by a judge now the plaintiffs in the case brought this

00:46:02.340 case forward alleging that fraudulent votes diluted their own as well as that fulton county broke the

00:46:08.340 georgia open records act well basically this judge after the plaintiffs did an analysis of the ballot

00:46:15.780 images that were made available they found a number of red flags including like handwritten

00:46:21.220 ballots that had been scanned in multiple time creating multiple images of the exact same ballot

00:46:26.820 and you could tell because of the handwriting well this actually corroborates some of the footage rudy

00:46:31.620 giuliani put out at state farm arena that showed people scanning the same stacks of ballots over and over

00:46:37.620 so after this was discovered the judge judge brian amaro had actually ordered that the ballots be

00:46:43.540 unsealed and that higher resolution scans of these ballots take place this was all set to move forward

00:46:50.180 until fulton county ended up hiring one of georgia's top criminal defense attorneys don samuel this guy is

00:47:26.100 was also found not to have any standing which is why judge amaro ended up siding with don samuel and

00:47:32.820 throwing it out well that case ended up going before the georgia supreme court who actually reversed

00:47:39.220 the decision and said that case did actually have standing and here's a direct quote it says only

00:47:46.660 plaintiffs with a concise cognizable injury can bring us to in georgia court unlike federal law however the

00:47:55.620 injury need not always be individualized sometimes it can be a general generalized grievance shared by

00:48:02.660 community members especially other residents taxpayers voters or citizens so this is huge and this is why

00:48:10.260 the georgia supreme court vacated the previous decision to throw out the georgia election lawsuit

00:48:16.660 so this is now going back to the appeals court and it will likely go back to the trial court where it once

00:48:23.060 stood that the next step in the case was to take more higher resolution scans of the ballots to confirm

00:50:49.380 were trying to take down and uh illegally because all all monuments and memorials are protected in the

00:50:55.460 state of georgia whether you like them or not and once the court ruled on that case they said that

00:51:01.300 citizens residents and taxpayers have always had standing in uh in georgia which is exactly what

00:51:08.340 i've been saying for over a year the uh it was an egregious decision originally that violated

00:51:14.260 all the united states supreme court presidents and the presidents uh that in the state of georgia
