Bannon's War Room - Episode 2415： The Speaker Chopping Block

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.140 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.740 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've tried to do everything

00:00:20.520 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.080 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.900 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.840 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k back

00:00:47.060 okay welcome tuesday three january year of our lord 2023 in the year starting off with a bang

00:00:56.980 historic 12-year feud coming to a head this afternoon between the tea party revolt the

00:01:03.300 populace revolt the trump movement all of it against the cartel this afternoon it'll start

00:01:07.680 with a vote for kevin mccarthy they're over in conference right now trying to corner uh the

00:01:14.000 conservatives or the right wing or whatever the cartel busters let's say that the cartel busters

00:01:18.100 so it's going to be quite intense uh a lot of this by the way this is also inextricably linked

00:01:23.080 to the rnc chair vote they're all part of a whole cloth so to speak and this gets back to the precinct

00:01:29.820 committee strategy and the involvement of of individuals here's what's happening on capital

00:01:34.860 on the rc they don't want your voice they don't want your opinion what they want is your money and your

00:01:41.720 work right kind of like the government they want you to go to work and they want you to pay your

00:01:45.600 taxes and they want you to shut up send your sons and daughters to foreign battlefields um other

00:01:50.560 than that they just want you to shut up and be the proletariat that you are um the uh same thing with 0.52

00:01:56.960 the uh in in politics and that's why today's such a huge massive day i've got mike davis on deck

00:02:03.240 hopefully uh mtg i will tell you for the people trying to get the the conference looks like it's

00:02:07.000 running longer and they're also sidebar meetings and side pocket meetings as people get ready

00:02:11.780 for the 12 o'clock uh i want to go to uh steve stern steve uh you've been at the forefront of the

00:02:18.020 precinct strategy and the grassroots movement you're firing off the football in 2023 this is one of the

00:02:24.140 reasons you're having this huge fight on capitol hill today between the uh the populist conservatives

00:02:29.260 and the cartel walk us through your 2023 what's your what's your prospects of this what are you

00:02:34.820 working on so first let me just say i'm starting my 69th year in business and you don't have too

00:02:40.540 many people in that category so what i did was i gave most of the business my son and i started

00:02:46.540 working on the republican party and i went out uh with you and i met you over at america fest and i

00:02:53.580 started talking to a lot of people and a lot of people didn't know what the precinct strategy was so

00:02:57.920 let me start off by saying that i wouldn't be here was the dan schultz dan schultz wrote the book and i

00:03:03.520 want everybody to get the book on go to amazon uh how to get involved uh go to precinctstrategy.com

00:03:11.940 now i went there last night just to re-look it over and see i think everybody should go there because

00:03:16.820 we got to get involved now what's happening in our projections when i was out in turning point i work

00:03:21.740 with tyler boyer and you know he's got 400 000 kids available so they are making a projection that

00:03:28.060 they're going to get 5 000 new precinct people committee men and committee women involved they've

00:03:34.100 already got hundreds and i'm working very closely with all their field reps and they're going to put

00:03:39.220 three or four people in pennsylvania they're going after the states where we have the problem so as you

00:03:43.820 know we're going to have a big zoom here coming up next week tuesday for two different zooms one is

00:03:49.200 going to be precinct strategy we welcome everybody uh we're going to have it anywhere from 70 to 200

00:03:53.980 people on it at three at eight o'clock eastern time and we're going to have a election fraud

00:04:00.720 prevention at 330 we have 70 of the top uh people in the country uh that are going to be on that i

00:04:08.320 don't want to mention all the names but i'll give you a few of them uh we got the cause of america

00:04:12.200 uh we're going to have um uh lindell speaking which is very terrific we have center for american

00:04:18.300 election integrity cause of america the america project on and on so we have the top people coming

00:04:24.300 in and why is that important because we're going to come up with something that is going to be super

00:04:28.920 phenomenal we're going to join forces precinct strategy and election prevention broad and what

00:04:37.540 that really means is we're going to try to go to after every chairman that have two or three people

00:04:42.780 appointed so we can have a national organization going on and we can get to the bottom of this

00:04:48.380 so during these zooms we're going to come up with solutions because we all know what's going on out

00:04:54.240 there so that's part of our uh great strategy for the new year also um i'm working with general flynn

00:05:00.500 general boldock and major malloy and getting offices of the army navy air force etc to start to work

00:05:08.060 and get involved get the veterans involved we want to get 30 40 000 veterans into our precinct

00:05:13.720 committee people to to try to help and how is that going to happen well they know all the people

00:05:20.020 i'm going to yeah yeah only thing only thing i would recommend we're gonna have a clip from dan

00:05:24.100 crenshaw here later i'm a veteran they're veterans and they're veterans there are a lot of veterans that

00:05:28.800 are woke or uh part of the cartel and there's a you know there's a particularly a lot of these young

00:05:33.740 veterans today you got to be a lot of and by the way you can have your political beliefs i

00:05:37.940 got no beef with that whatsoever it's a free country you serve your country you can believe

00:05:43.040 and work on what you want but just being a veteran it's not like in the old days just being a veteran

00:05:46.580 doesn't mean you're you're on the right at all i mean it's a the the the number of woke uh folks

00:05:53.820 in the military i tell you what uh hang on for a second steve i want to bring in uh mike davis on this

00:05:59.280 because we've got breaking news on um uh and by the way dan crenshaw took a real shot at uh at the

00:06:06.640 right this morning about being chaotic and about not knowing how to govern and all that you're

00:06:10.420 going to hear a lot of this i want to make sure you understand particularly on fox when you're

00:06:14.520 watching fox you're not watching fox what you're watching is the murdochs okay the murdochs have

00:06:20.580 paul ryan on their board for a reason that reason is that they are the controlled opposition and they

00:06:26.660 are the uniparty and they're going to put the uniparty people up there and what they're going to do

00:06:29.860 is sometimes they're going to cover that in the patina of conservatism as they can sit there and say

00:06:35.460 how chaotic this is how terrible this is listen if you want to take on the administrative state

00:06:40.420 if you want to take on the tech oligarchs if you want to take on larry fink and the asset

00:06:44.400 manager oligarchs on wall street if you want to combat the chinese communist party and all their 0.99

00:06:48.880 influence in the united states um you know um what did uh what did mao se tong say a revolution is not

00:06:55.580 a dinner party so this is not going to be a dinner party there's going to be some elbows thrown there's

00:06:59.580 going to be some hurt feelings there's some hot talk lauren bober just stuck out it just came out of the 1.00

00:07:04.460 conference if we can get that up uh denver i know you can't do it immediately she said hey i'm a no

00:07:09.080 vote and she's not part of the five hard no she's not part of the nine signatories of the house freedom

00:07:14.560 caucus a proposal she's one of these what i call i don't call them stragglers but this kind of this

00:07:19.040 group of three four maybe five her set that said you know i've watched everything i have a couple

00:07:23.960 of red lines here mccarthy hasn't gotten there i want to bring in mike davis uh mike um you're a fighter

00:07:31.540 right we know that uh but in this way is is this a walk me through your experience on on on on capitol

00:07:39.440 hill with where what your perspective is about this fight that's about to take place that quite frankly

00:07:44.760 is 12 years longer than that but definitely since the tea party revolt in 2010 it's 12 years brewing

00:07:52.080 between the populist movement uh the american people the little guy versus the cartel sir well i was an

00:07:59.300 intern for house speaker newt gingrich back in the fall of 1998 uh during the impeachment proceedings

00:08:05.100 against bill clinton and i remember uh pretty clearly that uh speaker gingrich was king of the hill

00:08:12.300 one day and out the door the next and so things can change quickly on the hill if you don't deliver

00:08:18.520 as the speaker you shouldn't be the speaker it is a very powerful position you essentially run

00:08:25.300 hang on that that part of history is amazing because it's not the 94 revolt i want you to go

00:08:29.740 through this is very important about 98 and they had all the issues about the impeachment but the 98

00:08:35.200 midterms didn't come out like they thought walk us through what happened to newt gingrich and and they

00:08:39.680 flash and then livingston livingston his replacement all of a sudden newt gingrich was the man

00:08:45.000 and then he wasn't right walk us through that mike davis well what happened was that house republicans

00:08:51.740 should have picked up house seats in 1998 it was an off year election uh with bill clinton as president

00:08:58.340 it should have been a good year for republicans and house uh republicans ended up losing house seats

00:09:03.620 that year and so i it could have been for for the impeachment i was all for the impeachment that's the

00:09:08.980 office i worked in was the speaker's policy office where they ran the impeachment um but it turned out

00:09:14.500 bad politically and uh speaker gingrich uh who who i greatly respect they they turned on him very

00:09:21.900 quickly and then livingston was the speaker designate designate and uh then he had some

00:09:27.240 personal issues come out and then dennis haster came out of nowhere and became the house speaker

00:09:32.060 uh what i would say about today's current house race is look we have a whole different world over the

00:09:39.740 last three years since 2020 when it's no longer the liberal democrat party it's the marxist left

00:09:46.660 democrat party we saw this with blm we saw this with antifa we saw this with covidians we now see it with

00:09:52.620 gender chaos with pronouns and trying to groom kids in schools and uh you know gender affirming care

00:09:58.980 this is a new world we're in and we need to make sure our political leaders are you know up to speed

00:10:05.980 they're willing to fight in this new world and from what i've seen from kevin mccarthy he's not he's

00:10:11.100 just not willing to he is a creature of washington he cares about keeping the lobbyist in washington

00:10:17.100 happy he's been doing big text bidding for years uh jeff miller his top lobbyist has taken millions

00:10:23.640 of dollars from apple and amazon and now jeff miller's running he's the campaign manager for kevin

00:10:29.840 mccarthy's hang on the reason you're excited you were to intern with gingrich you were also the clerk

00:10:35.500 for gorsuch who i think is with alito the two leading intellectuals now we have on the court that's

00:10:41.180 that's driving the court uh to the right and basically to freedom and liberty so you know

00:10:45.980 where this comes from you've also taken on the tech oligarchs you've been sitting there going hey look

00:10:51.300 unless we get this is not about 230 this is we have to basically have a trust busting almost like

00:10:56.420 they had at the turn of the 20th century to take these apart when when russ vote calls this a cartel

00:11:02.900 do you buy that theory of the case that you have an administrative state that has the things like

00:11:07.280 the the the oligarchs in silicon valley in in basically have a piece of ownership of what goes

00:11:12.960 on in capitol hill yeah absolutely i mean we see we've seen this vividly during covet with you know

00:11:19.280 it's between big tech the pharmaceutical industry uh the the bureaucrats like the fauci the tony fauci's

00:11:25.900 and the deborah burks the bureaucrats the cdc absolutely we saw it very personally all of us did

00:11:32.620 how dangerous this is to our personal individual liberties uh with with these covid lockdowns with

00:11:38.720 the censorship from big tech if you dare to question these covid lockdowns they censored

00:11:43.740 doctors and scientists who question covid measures and they censored these doctors who ended up being

00:11:51.080 right and how many millions of people unnecessarily suffered even died how many kids were kept out of

00:11:59.420 school how many kids are years behind in school and look these aren't the rich kids where their

00:12:03.860 where their moms can afford to to get them tutors and take care of them through homeschooling these 0.99

00:12:08.700 are oftentimes the poor hispanic and black kids who suffered the worst during covid democrats pretend

00:12:14.660 like they care about minorities they don't they use them they use them every time to to achieve 0.99

00:12:20.380 their marxist political ends and it's just it's sickening and we need leaders who recognize this and 0.99

00:12:26.540 have the backbone to stand up to this in this process you've got three camps you've got the hard

00:12:31.380 nose and they each have a different reason why they're hard no you would never kevin crowd you've

00:12:36.060 got then the nine signatories of the of the of the counter proposals to mccarthy and then you got

00:12:42.100 the lauren boberts and the others as you've seen the process talk to us about the process does the

00:12:47.800 process and what they're proposing not just shifted to the right but are they are they uh informing this

00:12:54.340 the opposition on the right in the mega movement are they informing what's happening on on with all

00:13:00.060 those issues of big tech big money uh the cartel are what they've laid out as far as rules and content

00:13:06.980 about debt ceiling others is this what was needed to either break the cartel or at least to shift the

00:13:12.620 entire conference to the right absolutely the speaker is such an important job look at what happens

00:13:19.560 every year with the omnibus or other spending bills the speaker goes into a back room with the

00:13:26.000 white house staff and the senate leadership they negotiate some horrific back room deal that blows

00:13:31.480 blows apart spending a spending spree and then he comes back to his conference and says you have to

00:13:37.280 vote for this or you know the the country is going to go off of a cliff or something bad is going to

00:13:42.000 happen so it's a process control completely controlled by the speaker of the house if we don't have a

00:13:48.200 speaker of the house who is red filled and committed to our popular populist conservative agenda that is

00:13:56.040 a big mess and we don't need to have this big mess why why do we need kevin mccarthy if he's not this

00:14:02.100 okay let's say that has to go for a few extra hours today big deal or even a few extra days big deal

00:14:08.360 remember kevin mccarthy says that we're not going to be able to pursue our oversight agenda if we don't

00:14:13.780 elect a speaker today that's nonsense remember he hasn't even picked committee all the committee

00:14:19.380 chairman who would do the oversight because he's worried that he'll alienate or anger people who

00:14:24.120 will vote against him if he doesn't pick them for committee slots this is all well the lack of a red

00:14:30.080 wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened biden more wasteful government spending higher taxes

00:15:32.140 take action use your agency post stephen k back okay welcome back um kevin mccarthy kyle cheney of

00:15:41.980 political is reporting that kevin mccarthy has just said he'd be very comfortable setting a record

00:15:46.800 for most floor votes for speaker you've got to go back to 1855 in the years leading up to the civil war

00:15:53.680 there were 100 as we've told you on here 133 votes uh to finally get to a to a speaker and the

00:16:01.780 members actually agreed to pick it by plurality a plurality just to get it done back then very

00:16:06.940 contentious interesting enough some of the same issues particularly single uh issue on a bill was

00:16:12.620 one of the big issues of that time besides the other issues tearing the country apart marjorie taylor

00:16:17.940 green now joins us congressman green you're fairly unique in that you are one of the leaders of the

00:16:23.540 maga movement uh and particularly in the house where you've been a great voice but you've been

00:16:27.600 an ally of kevin mccarthy in his speakership uh now as that expands you've got the house freedom

00:16:35.040 caucus with the nine people with general uh uh perry scott perry putting this letter out you got

00:16:40.180 now lauren bobert her nose a close ally of yours is now she has said she's a no vote jim jordan though

00:16:45.520 did just say that he believes the votes are there to elect mccarthy where coming at a conference where

00:16:51.240 do you think this stands uh about to go to high noon in this historic vote ma'am well i think we're

00:16:57.720 going to see i think there's still a few members that have their heels dug in and may not vote for

00:17:02.160 him on the first ballot but let me explain it to you like this steve i'm the only republican in the

00:17:07.480 conference that has no committees being kicked off my committees early on i'm also very dedicated to

00:17:14.320 the agenda you see to me steve it's not about a personality contest i don't care about who we elect

00:17:20.180 for prom king what we need to do is we need to get a speaker in place because here's the facts that

00:17:26.280 the base has not been told by my friends who are opposing kevin mccarthy we cannot fire any of nancy

00:17:33.140 employee nancy pelosi's employees in the capitol i'm talking about sergeant at arms i'm talking about

00:17:39.620 clerks at the desk i'm talking about very important employees in the house in the capitol they cannot be

00:17:46.420 fired until we get a republican speaker we can't even swear in as members of congress we can't hold

00:17:52.580 investigations we cannot pass bills we can do nothing without a speaker and this is what they

00:18:00.380 have failed to explain let me tell you something else we have the rules package the rules package is

00:18:05.040 so good i'm going to quote my friend matt matt said on our sunday conference call that the rules

00:18:09.840 package is an exquisite rules package that gives the people unprecedented weaponry that is a direct

00:18:17.040 quote from matt gate so you can see that all the negotiations that we have all worked on very hard

00:18:22.920 from the freedom caucus with leadership and getting this in place has worked and it's satisfactory but

00:18:29.600 here's the problem steve my friends in the freedom caucus and matt and lauren boebert and others

00:18:34.800 they don't know how to make the art of the deal because they aren't willing to take the win when

00:18:39.920 they have one they're making this about never kevin and that is the wrong move because it's a failure

00:18:45.960 to every single person that worked hard on republican campaigns across the country people that docked

00:18:51.360 not doors for hours on end grandmothers that pulled five dollars that they didn't have out of their 1.00

00:18:56.960 wallets and gave to candidates for them to win races this is about an agenda that we have brought

00:19:02.920 forward and it's an agenda i believe in i want to investigate hunter biden i want to investigate

00:19:07.880 joe biden i want to investigate the fbi and the department of justice i want to investigate the dc jail

00:19:14.120 right here in washington dc that still has january 6 defendants rotting away in this jail

00:19:20.600 i want to investigate the covid 19 vaccines and i want to know why people are dropping dead suddenly

00:19:27.720 steve we can't do any of this while my friends are sitting over there and guess what i found out

00:19:33.160 we all found out in our conference meeting just then that three of them three of them went in kevin

00:19:38.680 mccarthy's last night and were making personal demands for themselves demanding subcommittee uh uh

00:19:45.960 chairmanships demanding gavels basically for themselves demanding who should be on committees and who

00:19:51.840 shouldn't be on committees and these so-called friends of mine never demanded anything for me while i

00:19:57.720 have zero committees i want you to know steve i have not made any deal i have not asked anything for

00:20:03.880 myself nothing zero the only thing i'm doing is trying to get our republican conference together

00:20:10.360 and get moving to do the job that we promised the american people we would do and i am i'm gonna fight

00:20:17.000 like you've never seen before until we can make that happen and i want the conservative base in this

00:20:21.960 country to understand you can't always trust everyone when they're sitting there telling you

00:20:27.640 trust us we have a plan well let me tell you something right now steve there is no plan they

00:20:33.720 have no plan there is no candidate that can win in our conference and i'm going to tell you as a

00:20:39.480 true conservative myself it is unfortunate that we cannot come up with a true conservative as speaker

00:20:46.200 and i tell you why that can't happen it's because of the makeup of our conference unfortunately this is

00:20:51.800 not the american people's vote and i say that unfortunately because i wish it was unfortunately

00:20:57.800 we have to pick a speaker based on every single member in our conference because we are like board

00:21:04.040 members we are all the same we all have the same power we have a voting card and out of 222 of us

00:21:12.200 we have to come to 218 and i'm coming i'm coming forward and voting for kevin mccarthy and i'll tell

00:21:17.960 you why because of the agenda the agenda i just laid out and we're going after biden we're going

00:21:24.040 after mayorkas we want our borders secure we are sick and tired of the invasion we want to audit 0.98

00:21:30.040 ukraine for the american people they deserve where their money is going because i don't think any more

00:21:34.520 money should go to ukraine and they deserve accountability and transparency for this country and we can't do 1.00

00:21:40.360 any of it any of it until people get on board and we move forward with a speaker i think that's one

00:21:45.880 of the issues is that is mccarthy really that if you look at the if you look at the proposal he put

00:21:51.080 forward on saturday in writing in his signature and quite frankly i was stunned that he did that

00:21:57.000 um it wasn't really it had some nice ideas but it was just like the commitment to america was very

00:22:02.360 fuzzy and particularly on ukraine and the issues you mentioned about what his really his his his

00:22:08.120 commitment to this i don't think it's about the outline of what you just talked about which is an

00:22:12.600 agenda the question is is is kevin mccarthy the guy they actually do when we talk about the rules

00:22:18.280 package my understanding is they put forward a proposal they would have i think you and three or

00:22:23.560 four other members of conservatives actually on the rules committee to give you know to give the the

00:22:29.080 the maggot republicans essentially control close control and that was dismissed that was dismissed out of

00:22:34.520 no i'm a member of freedom caucus steve i'm a member of freedom caucus and the group that is

00:22:39.560 negotiating being called freedom caucus is not representing freedom caucus because we never

00:22:44.600 took an official position and i also found out that no one went in there and negotiated and

00:22:49.960 negotiated anything for me but i haven't asked for anything for myself you see that's the difference

00:22:55.320 steve i'm not in there demanding marjorie marjorie marjorie i'm in there saying for the american

00:23:00.840 people for the american people for the american people and that pisses me off when we have other

00:23:06.360 republicans and they're saying trying to tell the base let me remind you matt gates his first vote in

00:23:12.920 congress was for paul ryan as speaker and then he went on and cheerleaded paul ryan while i was at home

00:23:19.960 pissed off at paul ryan because he was failing president trump and failing our maga agenda you know

00:23:25.640 chip roy who everybody's saying chip roy is conservative chip roy did not object on january

00:23:31.000 6 to joe biden's electoral college votes no he voted for joe biden's electoral college votes and let

00:23:36.760 me tell you something else chip roy you know what else he set out the vote for the january 6 committee

00:23:42.520 he did not vote against it he set it out because he was for it you want to know something else there's

00:23:47.880 plenty of people with voting records scott perry the chairman of our freedom caucus before his general

00:23:53.880 election he would not vote against the gay marriage bill because he was scared how it was going to

00:24:00.200 affect him in his general election i'm sorry that is not courage that is fear and he was scared of

00:24:07.000 election results and he didn't do the right thing but when the bill came back around that he did not

00:24:12.280 know it was going to do none of us knew it was coming back after his election he voted the night

00:24:17.880 the general pair hang on hang on hang on we have a plan i'm sorry you can't trust everyone okay the

00:24:26.520 nine that sent the letter that responded to mccarthy is there anything in the content of that letter

00:24:31.960 you're saying they don't represent the freedom caucus they're they're uh uh trying to spin that

00:24:36.840 they represent the freedom caucus is there anything in that letter and they're back and forth mccarthy

00:24:41.080 you don't agree with they the letter they sent with their nine signatures the after they got

00:24:47.240 everything they wanted and they said it's still not good enough let me tell you about the motion to

00:24:51.960 vacate steve motion to vacate with five members of congress they're proving that's the perfect number 0.53

00:24:58.040 right now because they're preemptively vacating the chair they're showing that five is the magic number

00:25:04.760 why go any lower because they're capable of even blocking him from holding the gavel if they want to

00:25:10.360 so five is the perfect number they got everything they wanted in the rules package they had gotten

00:25:15.960 everything and you know what they're doing now they're walking in and saying give me this chairmanship

00:25:21.960 give me this give me that they are all about them they don't respect anyone else they don't respect me

00:25:28.440 they don't respect anyone else they're making it about themselves and that is what i have a serious

00:25:34.120 problem with because we aren't elected to come here to be about ourselves we are elected to

00:25:40.200 come here to represent the people and you better know if you want to be successful in anything you

00:25:46.280 go in and you fight like hell for the deal you want well they did it and i and i'm proud of them for

00:25:51.800 doing it fought like hell for the deal that they wanted they got the deal and they're willing they're

00:25:57.400 unwilling to take it how in the hell are we ever supposed to be successful if we cannot take a win when we

00:26:03.800 have it and move forward and actually work for this country america is sick of the drama steve

00:26:09.400 sick and tired of the drama and watch do you have to leave for the house can we hold you through a

00:26:13.400 quick commercial break and bring you back because we have other questions obviously for you

00:26:17.400 were names named did they did they name names in the conference did they name the three names that went

00:26:22.600 to mccarthy and asked for individual deals yeah i know would you be willing to share here on national

00:26:29.320 television yeah i'm happy to talk about it okay hang on you're gonna stick for a short commercial

00:26:36.360 break i understand they're gathering over in the capital we're going to take a short commercial break

00:26:40.680 we're going to return with congressman marjorie taylor green a leader of the mega movement that has thrown in

00:26:45.560 hard with kevin mccarthy we also have a mike davis uh with us uh we're going to jump back to mike

00:26:52.360 but we're going to take a short commercial break we're going to get to marjorie taylor green who is 0.79

00:26:55.960 a uh what i say very focused on this issue marjorie taylor green's uh mantra is take the win take the 0.98

00:27:05.640 win we're going to drill down on that in a minute and see if it actually is a win or if it's a uh a false

00:27:11.560 promise all next in the word

00:28:10.360 four-week emergency supply food kit your orders ship fast and free don't wait for the shelves to

00:28:17.640 be empty go to mypatriotsupply.com right now mypatriotsupply.com i've been leader for four

00:28:24.200 years i came into this position and we had less than 200 members we are now sitting in the majority

00:28:30.840 we put forth to the american public a commitment to america there's times we're going to have to argue

00:28:36.040 with our own members if they're looking at for only positions for themselves not for the country

00:28:41.320 for the last two months we worked together as a whole conference to develop rules that empower

00:28:47.160 all members but we're not empowering certain members over others last night i was presented

00:28:52.920 the only way to have 218 votes if i provided certain members with certain positions certain gavels

00:28:59.240 to take over church committee to have certain budgets and they even came to the position where

00:29:04.040 one matt gates said i don't care if we go to plurality and we elect hakeem jeffries and it

00:29:08.440 hurts the new frontline members not to get re-elected well that's not about america and i will always

00:29:14.680 fight to put the american people first not a few individuals that want something for themselves so we

00:29:19.640 may have a battle on the floor but the battle is for the conference and the country and that's fine

00:29:24.920 with me okay let me take it by the way is that a misdirection play uh congressman green uh about

00:29:33.480 these names about people asking for it because isn't this at the end of the day and the reason

00:29:37.880 that you know so many of your um most ardent followers particularly in the war room are shocked

00:29:45.000 every time you come up and pitch for kevin mccarthy isn't this the 12-year fight of the populace versus

00:29:50.520 the cartel and kevin mccarthy just represents the worst elements of the cartel ma'am yeah you know what

00:29:57.480 steve here let me tell everyone you know what people might not like right now is that i'm telling

00:30:02.440 them the truth what do you want do you want me to sit on your show and lie to everyone because if

00:30:08.280 that's what you want from marjorie taylor green you are never going to get it i refuse to lie to anyone

00:30:14.520 and simply right now because the base doesn't like what i'm telling them it doesn't mean that it's not

00:30:19.800 the truth i'm telling you 100 the truth because that is my job that's the only thing i want to do i want

00:30:25.880 to rip it all wide open you know what i am why i'm upset because matt gate lauren bobert and scott

00:30:32.760 peary the chairman of the freedom caucus walked in kevin mccarthy's office last night and made their

00:30:37.960 own personal demands for which subcommittee chairmanships they want to have and who they

00:30:43.880 want on committees and who they want taken off committees and guess what the chairman of the freedom

00:30:48.840 caucus negotiated nothing for me nothing for me and i'll back this up even further i read text messages

00:30:55.560 i read text messages from these people but i know but hang on but this one this wasn't personal

00:31:01.320 this wasn't hang on hang on hang on go ahead no i really need to say this people understand

00:31:09.320 this is one vote do you know where all the fights really are we have to get to 218 on every single bill

00:31:17.400 we passed we have to get to 218 to actually make anything happen on the house floor and out of 222

00:31:25.480 members that is practically impossible that's where my power is that's where every single conservative

00:31:32.120 has power is with our voting card and if anyone thinks that this is the hill to die on they are

00:31:38.760 absolutely wrong because every single bill that we have to go in there we have to fight for conservative

00:31:44.600 principles we have to fight for america first on these bills and that is what i am dedicated to do

00:31:50.840 it's not about the person we put in there as speaker it's about fighting for the right things

00:31:55.720 for our country and that is exactly what i'm going to do steve i just want to make sure but gates

00:32:01.800 perry and bobert on the meeting last night if this is what was explaining the conference weren't asking

00:32:06.520 for themselves personally they had very specific recommendations on on subcommittee chairs committee

00:32:11.720 chairs etc but they were putting that forward as as as and specific names including people that

00:32:18.200 would join you on the rules committee that uh very specific names that they felt would give a more

00:32:23.080 concern i've said i've put in my work every single one of us steve every member of congress we get to

00:32:30.920 fill out a form and write on the form which committees we would like i just made my request like everyone

00:32:37.000 else i didn't go in someone's office and get behind closed doors and demand this is what i want in

00:32:43.160 order for me to vote for you i didn't do that not at all i looked at an agenda and i've talked with other

00:32:49.640 many of our colleagues in our republican conference and said this is what we need to do this is what

00:32:55.400 america needs we have to secure our border we have to hold the biden administration accountable look at

00:33:00.520 what has happened on twitter files that is unbelievable the fbi the cia and god knows who

00:33:06.680 else has been censoring americans on social media and it goes way past twitter it goes to facebook

00:33:12.600 instagram and all other kinds of places google especially but think about this they're walking

00:33:17.800 in there and making deals for themselves these are people that i have aligned myself with but they

00:33:23.080 have personally attacked me simply because i've said let's do our jobs and not play a personality

00:33:29.640 contest i'm sick and tired of the personality contest that's the never trump movement the never

00:33:35.560 trump movement is simply against maga against president trump because they don't like him 0.77

00:33:41.560 enough of this i don't care who anybody likes and who they don't like we have a damn job to do 0.68

00:33:47.480 that is why we are here we have a job to do and so let me tell it let me tell conservatives

00:33:53.400 across the country something you better be careful when someone is saying trust us we have

00:33:59.320 a plan and they won't tell you what the plan is at least kevin mccarthy has put out a plan extensively

00:34:07.320 all over the media all over his website and every single press conference he gives and every single

00:34:12.360 interview he does at least we know the public plan and it's something that 222 republican members

00:34:19.240 can get aligned behind and work our butts off to make it happen that's what we owe the american people

00:34:25.080 because i know regular people at home they're not working hard at work to pay their taxes for us to

00:34:30.360 come up here and be mad and say oh i'm not voting for that person i just don't like him he gave me

00:34:35.560 everything i asked for but it's just not enough that is ridiculous we have a job to do and it's time to get

00:34:42.920 to work real quickly because i know you gotta go when you say take the win and you're telling gates and

00:34:50.040 you're telling bobert and perry and the freedom caucus and and chip roy and these guys take the

00:34:54.040 win be specific what do you mean by that what is the win that you're defining that is the real win

00:35:00.040 here and not some some performative uh smoke and mirrors ma'am so the win is to quote matt gates the

00:35:07.320 exquisite rules package that's what he called it that is what we have debated on for months now the

00:35:13.960 rules package that has been put together that is talked about that we have talked about extensively of

00:35:19.240 returning congress to the way it functions and making it work for the country matt gates calls

00:35:24.360 it an exquisite rules package that is what he called it on our conference call on sunday take it

00:35:30.920 take the win and i'm going to tell you something steve i'm not tired of winning i want to keep winning

00:35:36.440 i feel like president trump i want to keep going as long as possible okay that's the buzzer i'm heading

00:35:42.280 down to the house floor right real quickly real quickly how many votes are you prepared to tell

00:35:46.920 mccarthy to sit there before you go back to conference your when you're in mccarthy's year

00:35:50.440 how many votes you think you're gonna be going on today he is not leaving he is not leaving it is

00:35:56.440 unbelievable he just sit there and and swore up and down to our entire conference he's not leaving

00:36:03.240 and neither is everybody else so it's time for for my friends to take the win let's do our jobs okay i'm

00:36:11.000 out i gotta go thanks steve congressman green thank you for it's an honor to have you on here thank

00:36:15.160 you very much mike davis i want to bring i can tell you right now in the chats who are congressman

00:36:21.320 marjorie taylor green's not just biggest fans biggest supporters uh let's say they're not there

00:36:26.440 yet they're not i think i can saw i can say they're not there yet they don't want to take the win

00:36:33.240 your your assessment serve what you just heard i have the greatest respect for marjorie taylor green

00:36:38.920 i'm one of her biggest fans i have been for a long time i just respectfully disagree with her on this

00:36:43.480 uh if if kevin mccarthy is not elected speaker which he should not be it's there's not going to

00:36:51.400 be huge disruption in the house we might have a few extra hours of votes if kevin mccarthy wants to

00:36:56.040 drag this out for a few extra days that's fine guess what what's going to happen after that is

00:37:02.360 almost certainly steve scalise will become the speaker and tom emmer and elise stefanik will move up

00:37:09.080 uh to the and fill the spots it's not going to be huge disruption uh this is you know this isn't

00:37:15.560 you think steve well hold on that's a bombshell you think skeez well hold on before i get to that

00:37:20.040 when he talks she talks about the win and defines it as a rules package or the memos you've seen going

00:37:26.360 back and forth do you are you buying any of that or you think that she's bit on something that's

00:37:32.280 essentially a misdirection place sir is her definition of a win which she believes is a win and she by the

00:37:38.200 the way she's shown courage in what she believes are her convictions i know a lot of our audience

00:37:43.000 90 percent of them maybe 95 percent thinks it's wrong they agree with you but do you think even

00:37:48.520 what she just defined is actually a win no i mean it's it's it's very swampy it's very dc it's very

00:37:57.000 inside the beltway uh it might be a win if you're a nerd working on a committee in the house right but

00:38:02.920 step back what is how is that a win for the american people that you can you can file a

00:38:07.240 motion to vacate the chair with five votes like who gives a day right so look let's look at kevin

00:38:12.520 mccarthy's record over the last three years on big tech where has he been where has he been big tech

00:38:19.240 is censoring silencing de-platforming canceling conservatives including president trump including

00:38:26.520 marjorie taylor green including me where the hell was kevin mccarthy you know where kevin mccarthy

00:38:30.840 was he was taking big tech's money and jeff miller his top advisor his top lobbyist was

00:38:36.920 taking millions of dollars from apple and amazon that's all you need to know okay but if i but

00:38:42.120 hold it we did a poll at this audience uh over war room and i think 67 two-thirds of the audience voted

00:38:47.560 for jim jordan to be the replacement jim jordan is kind of the boat idol of the of the conservative

00:38:53.240 right as an attacker is jim jordan's worse than kevin in this specific area is jim jordan not worse

00:38:59.560 than kevin mccarthy well i mean he is but either one of them would be terrible as speaker because

00:39:06.680 they're too beholden to big tech uh let me just settle this for everyone that kevin mccarthy can

00:39:13.400 send out his surrogates to make these emotional attacks these personal attacks uh at the end of

00:39:19.000 the day he's not going to be the speaker so uh what what what is the realistic alternative you know

00:39:23.960 steve scalise i'm not i'm not being paid by steve scalise or his champion i've never even spoken

00:39:29.800 with him but he is almost certainly going to be the next speaker and so people just need to get

00:39:33.560 their heads wrapped around that it's not going to slow down the house oversight agenda because again

00:39:38.920 kevin mccarthy has not even picked the chairman who are going to who are going to take over every

00:39:44.520 committee in the house so they haven't staffed up so to say that if they don't vote for kevin mccarthy

00:39:50.120 at noon it's going to slow down the oversight agenda is completely disingenuous they don't

00:39:54.840 even have committee chairman picked or committee staff hired why why would you say because this is

00:40:01.080 kind of the republican the next guy the next guy in line steps up why are you telling people if it's

00:40:06.680 not mccarthy it will be scalise will step up emmers will go from a whip to uh uh what conference uh

00:40:14.040 chair and and what uh uh uh stefanik will be whip is that that you're saying they're all

00:40:20.120 ratchet up why do you say that i don't know if scalise will become speaker if mccarthy doesn't

00:40:24.680 get the speaker slot mccarthy's not going to get the speaker slot obviously there's too many people

00:40:28.600 who are holding out i saw this with newt gingrich back in 19 1998 uh i don't know if emmers will stay

00:40:34.760 in the whip position and elise will take the majority leader or vice versa but that's what's going to happen 1.00

00:40:39.320 and everything's going to be fine they're going to continue their oversight agenda

00:40:43.000 and you won't have a speaker of the house who is beholden to big tech and whose top advisor isn't

00:40:48.040 that but but hang on isn't that just but but for all this fight are the sturm and drang isn't that

00:40:53.480 just uh particularly with scalise and emmers isn't that more just the the cartel is it won't they won't

00:40:59.640 the cartel have won then what will be the victory i think i you know i don't know about emmers but i

00:41:05.880 know that scalise is a lot more gettable and a lot more uh conservative on the issues that we care

00:41:12.200 about in the war room posse like big tech than kevin mccarthy is kevin mccarthy doesn't i don't

00:41:18.120 know if he has a guiding principle uh or a conservative bone in his body other than he

00:41:23.640 wants to be speaker at all costs we heard marjorie taylor green say that he'll go vote after vote

00:41:28.360 after vote after vote well that that means that he's making this about himself instead of about

00:41:33.240 the house republican conference and the conservative agenda this is about winning the speakership at all

00:41:38.920 cost rather than what's better what's best for the house republican caucus and for the for the

00:41:43.480 american people more broadly mike how can people follow your coordinates on social media and your

00:44:16.200 real quick i want to go to dr ryan cole we've had him on the show many times before dr cole we only

00:44:20.600 got a couple minutes we'll have you back on this afternoon and tomorrow but demar hamlin's situation

00:44:26.520 a lot of people are saying hey this is all vax related we had maria ryan on here saying hey it's

00:44:31.080 sudden death syndrome and maybe was it commotio cortis what's your give me a couple minutes what's your

00:44:36.840 analysis of what happened uh the honest answer is uh god bless him let's hope he pulls through

00:44:43.640 uh there's plenty of speculation at this point we don't know obviously he took a hit there have

00:44:50.600 always been heavy hits in the nfl a direct hit to the heart when it's in just the wrong beat can cause

00:44:58.680 the rhythm of the heart to go into a quiver and and cause all of a sudden the heart not to beat

00:45:05.720 correctly and then induce a heart attack and a patient or individual's athlete will collapse

00:45:11.160 drops his his fall is very similar to others that we've seen across the world in professional

00:45:17.080 athletes who have died suddenly thankfully he's still alive and in critical condition and you know

00:45:22.840 kudos to those amazing first responders who were able to get a rhythm back to his heart

00:45:28.280 the honest answer is that at this point we don't know and uh would it be contributory well we would have to

00:45:35.960 know how recent his most injection was we do know uh their myocarditis rates up to two point three

00:45:43.240 percent out of the thailand study two point eight percent out of this uh recent dr mueller switzerland

00:45:48.440 study so it could be a contributing contributory factor but the honest answer is we don't know

00:45:55.000 and dr cole dr cole we'll have you back on how do people what your social media so people can follow

00:46:01.160 you in this conversation because this is one of the things charlie kirk got lit up last night even

00:46:05.720 mentioning it was the vaccine how can people follow you today before we get you back on and have

00:46:09.240 more time to explore this they're on twitter at dr cole uh the number 12 and then my website is

00:46:33.000 safety uh damar hamlin and we're going to make sure we drill down on it this afternoon mcculloch

00:46:37.640 we have dr cole back also tomorrow uh let me go to anna polina luna's office captain bannon joins us

00:46:44.840 uh captain bannon wait i know you're there for the for her ceremony but she said some of the things

00:46:50.040 today give us an update of what's going on ma'am um it is very very um great in this office today and in

00:46:59.400 the building and very momentous day however it is going to be a wild ride and the pressure game

00:47:06.120 will still continue and those constituents or those uh congressmen and congressman-elect that will be

00:47:13.080 sworn in today that are holding out that are voting no are doing so for their constituents so i

00:47:19.160 respectfully disagree with mtg saying that it they're thinking of only themselves they are not

00:47:24.360 they are thinking of their constituents back home and those home states real quickly uh anna polina

00:47:31.240 luna has been a big ally of of mtg as bobert and gates have been what any any thoughts of anything

00:47:37.080 she said today i know she's responding to her constituents particularly after fox having newt

00:47:42.280 gingrich and uh carl rove and other establishment types bombard people yesterday that anna polina all 1.00

00:47:47.560 these people the worst people in the world the kamikazes i think they call them the kamikazes 1.00

00:47:51.880 uh what's your assessment of that she i respectfully disagree with what they said about her he is a

00:47:59.160 great person she will be a great congressman as of today and she is doing exactly what her

00:48:05.480 constituents want her to do they do not want kevin mccarthy as speaker of the house and she is going to

00:48:12.520 respect what her constituents say those people that voted her into office the people that got out

00:48:17.800 grassroots campaign for her and got her elected she is going to respect what they want not you know

00:48:23.960 a decision based off of feelings it is what her constituents want uh mo you're up on uh capitol hill

00:48:32.120 and the thick of it can you give your uh what's your coordinates how do people track you down throughout

00:48:51.720 passionately uh you know fighting for kevin mccarthy let's be honest she's she's thrown in hard

00:48:58.040 uh and i understand that i think the audience right now is probably 99 to 1 uh percent uh against this

00:49:05.640 and are not buying the arguments but she's thrown in hard as she's a fighter and she there she was there 1.00

00:49:10.520 when you heard the bell go to the votes we're going to be on getter charlie kirk's going to pick

00:49:14.440 this up live it's going to be intense mccarthy said he's not going to go back in conference in

00:49:19.000 fact what i heard is that he said hey if we take the first vote and they try to force us back in a

00:49:24.200 conference and i'm not going to allow it but if i go in a conference what i heard from people that

00:49:29.240 were close to the situation he would actually resign from congress before he did that because

00:49:33.240 he understood he'd get bled out in a closed door conference they're going to stay on the floor

00:49:37.160 and fight this throughout the day he has said he has told people that if he has to break the record

00:49:42.920 133 votes they're going to stick around and have 133 votes okay we're going to be up on getter
