Bannon's War Room - Episode 2430： The Fight Over The House Rules Package

00:00:00.920 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:05.800 Pray for our enemies, because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:00:10.980 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.300 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.260 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:18.640 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:20.400 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:22.580 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:00:26.000 Mega media.

00:00:26.920 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:32.800 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:36.560 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:42.960 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:00:48.980 Okay, welcome. It is Monday, 9th January, the year of our Lord, 2023.

00:00:53.560 If you think last week started off with a bang, this week almost as intense over the weekend.

00:00:58.620 Of course, we told you this morning on the show about the situation in Taiwan Straits

00:01:02.540 with the combat exercise of the air and naval blockade by the PLA,

00:01:08.460 the People's Liberation Army, the People's Liberation Navy, the Chinese Communist Party.

00:01:13.500 And also in Ukraine, trench warfare there.

00:01:16.900 We're going to have Rebecca Koffler on in the second hour, talks about that. 1.00

00:01:19.800 Matthew Tierman is going to be to also talk about Ukraine, but also give us updates on Brazil.

00:01:26.620 Juan Xishan, we told you Juan Xishan, who's the hammer.

00:01:29.400 He is the strategist and the hammer for Xi.

00:01:33.420 Been with him forever.

00:01:34.720 He was tied up with Bolsonaro when the Chinese Communist Party were buying all the commodities

00:01:39.420 from Bolsonaro back in the early 2000s on Bolsonaro's, excuse me, Lula's, on Lula's first term,

00:01:46.520 where Lula got caught up in the corruption and all the kickbacks and all that.

00:01:51.080 Juan Xishan was at Lula's inauguration ceremony over the, I think, the first, second, third of January.

00:01:59.200 The Chinese Communist Party, up to their neck in Brazil, going to be a working partner because Lula is a international criminal,

00:02:08.780 spent many years in prison in Brazil for graft and corruption.

00:02:13.760 And he's an atheistic Marxist with a plan overall to flip the entire South American continent,

00:02:22.080 turn into a Marxist entity.

00:02:25.500 Very, very dangerous what's happening there.

00:02:27.200 The election, remember, they had the election.

00:02:29.300 We brought up all the anomalies in the election because of the machines.

00:02:32.900 And they had, by the Constitution, the military was supposed to do an audit.

00:02:35.680 They gave an audit report.

00:02:37.280 They gave an audit report.

00:02:39.060 And it was, by the way, we live down on the, on the, okay, listen, we're going to go to the House of Representatives.

00:02:44.740 A lot happening there.

00:02:45.480 We're going to get back to Brazil in a moment.

00:02:46.700 Let's go live to the floor of the House. 0.67

00:02:57.200 We're going to, okay, today, what's going to happen at five o'clock?

00:03:09.920 They're going to have this rules.

00:03:11.020 We understand, walk, it's been a lot going on today, walking into this vote that Nancy Mace

00:03:16.700 and I think Tony Gonzalez and some of the other moderates have been flipped.

00:03:20.320 They're going to have this rules package.

00:03:21.560 I'm sure the Democrats are going to debate.

00:03:23.560 Jamie Raskin has a comment out there.

00:03:27.320 It's up on Twitter.

00:03:28.600 If we, if Denver's got it, they can put it up.

00:03:30.520 But Jamie Raskin says he doesn't agree with this rules package.

00:03:33.560 In fact, he disagrees with it very strongly.

00:03:37.460 And particularly, as you would imagine, Jamie Raskin, a defender of the administrative state

00:03:42.760 in the rogue FBI and the rogue Justice Department.

00:03:44.960 Jamie Raskin says he vehemently disagrees with setting up this weaponization of government

00:03:50.240 subcommittee under Jim Jordan.

00:03:52.580 Jim Jordan looks like he's going to chair it.

00:03:54.180 Axios is breaking that.

00:03:56.240 And that the weaponization of government, he says, first off, he says it's dubious.

00:04:00.360 His purpose is dubious.

00:04:02.340 But more importantly, he says it has immense investigatory power.

00:04:07.660 And he disagrees with this.

00:04:08.720 Jim Jordan.

00:04:09.460 This is the reason people ask me all the time, why didn't Jim, why is Jim Jordan not the speaker?

00:04:13.640 Why is Jim Jordan backing McCarthy?

00:04:17.120 Why is Jim Jordan not want to be speaker?

00:04:18.660 The reason is Jim Jordan wants to take these two years, and particularly the kickoff year,

00:04:22.920 he wants to get down into the trenches.

00:04:24.960 What he wants to do is to really get down and to do these investigations.

00:04:29.320 He leads judiciary.

00:04:30.640 That'll be all over the FBI.

00:04:32.060 It'll be all over the DOJ.

00:04:33.240 But particularly, the new Frank Church-type commission committee to look into the intelligence

00:04:40.020 agencies, to look into the CIA, to look at DHS, to look at FBI, DOJ, all the overreach.

00:04:47.240 Basically, the weaponization of the government against the American people.

00:04:52.340 And just even naming that is shaming.

00:04:55.540 You know, the FBI, the founders of the FBI, the great agents that were the anti-communist

00:05:01.200 agents back in the 40s and the 50s, would be rolling over in their graves to know how

00:05:06.040 the FBI has tarnished their reputation.

00:05:08.200 We're going to have Mike Lindell on here in a second.

00:05:09.740 Remember, they canceled Mike Lindell, took his phone.

00:05:12.060 Well, guess what?

00:05:13.340 That's weaponization of the FBI against American citizens.

00:05:17.080 So we've got a lot going on.

00:05:18.360 As soon as something happens, I'm looking to my producers here.

00:05:20.960 As soon as something happens, I'm going to get the hand signal.

00:05:22.660 And we're going to go to the floor, not just for the prayer or for the Pledge of Allegiance,

00:05:28.740 which are very important, but the formalities will take place.

00:05:32.200 And then we'll get there when they start rolling.

00:05:34.520 This rules package, the vote on that is very important.

00:05:37.400 This will set the tone.

00:05:39.260 If I could play, I tell you what, can we go ahead?

00:05:41.500 Let's go ahead and play.

00:05:42.440 I want to play the clip from Admiral Kirby.

00:05:45.660 MSMEC, they're in a meltdown because remember, this is day 72 of the crisis.

00:05:50.140 Day 72 of the crisis in Brazil.

00:05:51.860 No, the mainstream media looked the other way.

00:05:55.100 When tens of millions of people are on the street, Brazilians, 1.00

00:05:58.100 do these massive demonstrations that we covered, right, very thoroughly.

00:06:02.360 They said, hey, there's something huge going on here.

00:06:04.660 The military is supposed to have an audit.

00:06:06.760 The military did, I think it was a 65-page report.

00:06:09.780 And what the military said is that, hey, there's a lot with these machines,

00:06:12.780 the code, the data, the tabulators.

00:06:16.640 We want to see all of this.

00:06:18.220 We really want to see the machines.

00:06:19.380 We have all these issues.

00:06:20.580 We don't know if we can actually fully audit this or really get to the bottom of it.

00:06:24.800 And, of course, the courts completely overruled that to say, no, we're just going to go on

00:06:28.420 and go there.

00:06:29.140 So there's so many open questions, just like in the United States.

00:06:33.260 And we are, you know, if the mainstream media is going to wet themselves and cry and pull their

00:06:40.280 hair and set their hair on fire, go ahead. 1.00

00:06:41.960 It's a free country. 0.99

00:06:42.740 Go ahead and do it.

00:06:43.740 Go ahead and do it.

00:06:44.540 Okay, you're wrong.

00:06:45.820 We're right.

00:06:46.460 But we'll continue to fight this out.

00:06:48.240 We're never going to back off.

00:06:49.480 We're not going to back off one inch.

00:06:50.720 And the people of Brazil want answers.

00:06:53.100 What they want is the release of the machines.

00:06:55.000 Why were the machines not turned over with the code, with the tabulators, with all of it?

00:07:00.700 Why was it not turned over to the military so they can complete their official audit?

00:07:05.280 Let's go to Admiral Kirby and then we'll bring in Mike Lindell and Natalie Wenders.

00:07:08.280 Let's go ahead and hear this.

00:07:09.740 What do we know about, and I know you're not going to get into specifics about visas,

00:07:13.880 so I'm going to be very careful of how I ask it here.

00:07:15.480 If, in fact, there was an issue with Bolsonaro overstaying his visa and not taking appropriate

00:07:20.700 action, do you believe that this administration would take moves to expel him from the country

00:07:26.320 and, if Brazil asked, would the U.S. extradite him?

00:07:30.420 I don't want to get into hypotheticals now.

00:07:32.600 There certainly has been, and we're not aware, of any extradition requests from Mr. Bolsonaro.

00:07:36.900 I think, as Ned Price at the State Department put it, again, we can't talk about his particular

00:07:41.480 visa situation by law, but if somebody were to come in on an A visa, as Ned very, I think,

00:07:49.760 succinctly put it, the responsibility is on the visa holder to meet the requirements under

00:07:56.400 that visa.

00:07:57.020 In this case, it would be doing official work.

00:07:59.180 And do you know if former President Bolsonaro has met those requirements?

00:08:06.260 Again, I can't talk about individual visa cases, and I'm not going to talk about Mr. Bolsonaro's

00:08:12.720 situation specifically.

00:08:15.100 Let me ask you this.

00:08:16.080 I know that there had been some discussion, as of at least a few hours ago, of President

00:08:18.860 Biden and President Lula having a conversation about what has happened in Brazil.

00:08:22.340 Have they had that conversation yet?

00:08:23.740 Has that phone call been scheduled?

00:08:27.640 There's been no communication directly between President Lula and President Biden, clearly.

00:08:33.120 If and when it's appropriate for the two of them to talk, the president would certainly

00:08:37.800 be willing to have that conversation.

00:08:39.700 You heard him say very, very clearly, both the reporters while we were on the ground in

00:08:44.320 El Paso, as well as in various statements, that we condemn this violence, this political

00:08:49.260 violence in Brazil.

00:08:50.300 We certainly stand in support, full support for Brazil's democratic institutions and in

00:08:56.920 support of President Lula.

00:08:58.920 To that end, there is real concern, I think, inside the administration about the parallels

00:09:04.240 that we saw as it relates to threats to democracy from, for example, January 6th.

00:09:07.900 So on that end, two questions for you.

00:09:09.280 Do you believe, does this administration believe that former President Bolsonaro played a role

00:09:13.640 in inciting his supporters?

00:09:14.760 President Lula has called for an investigation, and I think we're going to let that play out

00:09:21.000 right now.

00:09:21.580 I think it's important to let the Brazilian authorities take a look at this appropriately

00:09:26.080 and determine if someone's responsible, who that might be and at what level.

00:09:31.840 They'll have our complete support going forward.

00:09:34.340 Has Brazil raised any concerns over the potential role of Americans in inciting the violence, like

00:09:39.340 perhaps somebody like Steve Bannon?

00:09:40.880 I'm not aware of any concerns raised by the Brazilians, specifically with respect to any

00:09:48.340 kind of American support for this.

00:09:50.800 Again, they've launched an investigation.

00:09:54.000 We're going to let them proceed with that.

00:09:56.400 And if there's anything that they might need from us to support them in the work of that

00:10:01.860 investigation, clearly we do that.

00:10:03.300 But I'm not aware of any discussions along that line.

00:10:05.780 So to be clear, then, is the U.S. doing any of its own kind of investigation or agreed to

00:10:10.440 any kind of investigation into a potential link to Americans, into U.S. citizens here?

00:10:14.540 Or is that something that is not on the table for this administration?

00:10:16.560 No, there's no active U.S.-only investigation here, and we haven't been asked by the Brazilians

00:10:23.240 to assist with theirs.

00:10:25.220 This is their investigation, and we want to respect that process and let them work through

00:10:28.800 it.

00:10:30.720 By the way, we'd strongly recommend to Lula, if they're going to do an investigation, we

00:10:34.880 strongly recommend that in the investigation, they include the investigation machines.

00:10:40.080 Please just go back.

00:10:41.440 And I understand it's tough for the team over at MSNBC and for CNN and Morning Mika to catch

00:10:47.460 up with a story that's in the 72nd day, okay, that you guys have not covered from the beginning.

00:10:53.480 Please go back and show me any footage where you covered these demonstrations with millions

00:10:58.860 of people in the street, the largest, this is why I call it the Brazilian Spring, the largest 1.00

00:11:04.140 demonstrations in modern times, peaceful demonstrations about an election outcome.

00:11:11.160 Please show me CNN on BBC, CNN, MSNBC.

00:11:16.520 Please send us the clips.

00:11:17.740 We won't play the clips here on War Room because we searched for the clips.

00:11:20.320 We couldn't find them.

00:11:21.440 This is the 72nd day of the crisis.

00:11:24.560 This is the 72nd day.

00:11:25.900 Where are your clips?

00:11:27.320 Where are they?

00:11:28.880 Where, MSNBC, where is it?

00:11:31.720 Ms. Wallace, where's your clips?

00:11:33.340 Where's your analysis?

00:11:34.260 And day 72, where is it?

00:11:35.720 Oh, we, we fully, we think Lula doing an investigation is terrific.

00:11:40.640 And here's what we recommend.

00:11:41.940 We strongly recommend follow your constitution and go back to the document.

00:11:47.620 I think it's 65 pages long, right?

00:11:50.340 It's by the military.

00:11:51.460 It's required by law in Brazil.

00:11:54.140 And it's an assessment.

00:11:55.240 And that assessment is about the machines.

00:11:58.020 I said, we need to see the machines.

00:11:59.700 We need them to turn them over.

00:12:00.640 We need to see the data.

00:12:01.580 We need to see the code.

00:12:02.540 We need to see the tabulators.

00:12:04.000 There's all these questions.

00:12:05.620 Certain things don't look right, but we can't do it until we actually get it and we're being

00:12:08.820 blocked.

00:12:09.200 And this is what we need.

00:12:09.920 This is what we need.

00:12:10.500 This is what we need.

00:12:11.080 Please, Lula, can you please have your investigators start there?

00:12:16.320 Like, like the new panel that's going to come up about J6, about the Fed's direction on J6.

00:12:20.980 It's going to have Pelosi and it's going to have the information.

00:12:23.540 It's going to have the intelligence.

00:12:25.000 It's going to, because everybody's sitting there, what happened on this thing?

00:12:27.860 Why was it even allowed to happen?

00:12:29.180 We're going to have all that and the Ray Epps and all this.

00:12:31.560 You're going to get down to 14,000.

00:12:33.420 They've already agreed to release the 14,000 hours of footage.

00:12:38.120 That's all released.

00:12:38.760 But let's go back to November 3rd.

00:12:40.820 Let's do it.

00:12:41.440 Let's see what, come on.

00:12:42.480 If this is a debate, would you not like to see Mike Lindell for three days in front of

00:12:48.520 the nation in a thing and let the Democrats take their shot?

00:12:51.920 Get the best experts you got.

00:12:53.540 Get counsel.

00:12:54.200 Here's the thing.

00:12:54.980 The way they're going to run these things is the way that Congress is supposed to be

00:12:58.040 run.

00:12:58.680 You're going to have a ranking member in the minority party and you're going to have a 0.72

00:13:02.660 minority counsel.

00:13:04.220 All the evidence will be given to the minority side, just like it should be, and they'll be 0.99

00:13:07.960 cross-examined.

00:13:09.080 So you won't have the show trial you had here on J6.

00:13:12.640 You won't have people just kind of make it up.

00:13:14.100 Well, the FBI, he was grabbing the wheel and he had a guy in a head choke, a headlock.

00:13:19.700 Trump had people in headlocks and there's no cross-examined of a witness.

00:13:24.100 This is why, by the way, this is why the J6 thing, the 845 pages, bomb, bomb-a-thon.

00:13:32.000 No, let's do it right.

00:13:34.600 Lula, please, I'm glad you're doing an investigation.

00:13:36.960 Please fully investigate every aspect of it.

00:13:39.740 We love investigations.

00:13:40.900 We want complete accountability and complete transparency.

00:13:45.760 But please, please, please start.

00:13:47.780 You've got to report from your military.

00:13:50.160 Tell the Supreme Court justices, all those judges that kind of overruled it.

00:13:53.140 Can you start there?

00:13:54.520 And let's turn over the machines.

00:13:55.940 Let's turn over the machines.

00:13:56.640 Turn over the data, the code.

00:13:57.660 Because if you won, why do you care?

00:14:00.340 You can rub our nose in it.

00:14:02.100 You can rub our nose in it.

00:14:03.700 Please, just release it.

00:14:05.000 Come on, come on, come on. 0.97

00:14:06.220 You can do it.

00:14:06.820 You can do it.

00:14:07.860 You can do it.

00:14:09.380 MSNBC, please, we request footage from MSNBC, BBC, CNN.

00:14:14.920 Please show me the coverage in day 72 of the crisis.

00:14:19.640 Please show me.

00:14:20.660 Nicole Wallace, please show me your coverage.

00:14:23.580 Morning Mika, show me your coverage.

00:14:24.980 Because coming into day 72, you're coming in a tad late.

00:14:29.500 Will the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened Biden,

00:14:34.140 more wasteful government spending, higher taxes, a deepening of inflation?

00:15:33.680 Use your agency.

00:15:34.540 President Kennedy, and I quote, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding

00:15:39.400 the back of the tiger ended up inside, end quote.

00:15:42.640 The American people get it.

00:15:44.520 They rejected extremism in the last two elections.

00:15:47.700 That's why they picked Joe Biden.

00:15:49.500 And that's why the red wave turned into a pink splash.

00:15:53.180 But my Republican friends still aren't listening.

00:15:55.680 And in fact, they're still empowering the extremists.

00:15:58.200 Don't take my word for it.

00:15:59.420 Let's go through their rules package.

00:16:01.140 They're giving a single member the ability to remove the speaker at any time, letting a

00:16:05.780 small far-right faction hold their leadership hostage.

00:16:08.780 They're trying to shut down criminal investigations into the former president's wrongdoing.

00:16:13.720 They are making it easier to slash taxes on billionaire corporations while dismantling the social

00:16:19.340 safety net.

00:16:20.100 They're giving committee chairs unbalanced discretion over which witnesses can testify,

00:16:25.400 rejecting pandemic safety procedures like remote voting, and trying to force an end to

00:16:30.780 congressional staff unionization.

00:16:34.140 And the icing on the cake, a new subcommittee to push QAnon conspiracies and launch fake investigations

00:16:40.860 into non-existent scandals.

00:16:43.340 What's next?

00:16:44.140 A rule requiring we all wear tinfoil hats?

00:16:47.640 This package is disrespectful not just to this institution, but to the people who sent us

00:16:52.660 here to govern.

00:16:53.500 I urge a no vote, and I reserve my time.

00:16:55.880 Gentleman's time is reserved.

00:16:57.020 Gentleman from Oklahoma.

00:16:58.180 Thank you, Mr. Speaker.

00:16:59.000 I want to begin by thanking my good friend from Massachusetts for his leadership of the

00:17:03.840 Rules Committee over the last four years.

00:17:06.320 While we certainly haven't always agreed, we've tried to always be agreeable working with one

00:17:11.500 another.

00:17:12.300 And I certainly associate myself with his remarks about the terrific work of the staff on both

00:17:17.380 sides of the aisle for helping us facilitate the operation of the House over that four-year

00:17:24.160 period.

00:17:24.440 I look forward again to working with my friend in the years ahead.

00:17:27.660 Mr. Speaker, I rise today to offer the Rules Resolution that will govern the House during

00:17:32.280 the 118th Congress.

00:17:34.260 Determining the rules we will follow is one of the first and most consequential decisions

00:17:38.820 we must make as a body at the beginning of each Congress.

00:17:42.420 In many ways, the rules of the House of Representatives serve to demonstrate where our priorities and our

00:17:47.760 values lie as an institution.

00:17:49.480 And make no mistake, the priorities of the new Republican majority are fully on display

00:17:55.040 in this resolution.

00:17:56.620 First and foremost, Mr. Speaker, we're taking action to reopen the People's House and to

00:18:01.520 ensure that we, the people, elected servants, are here in Washington, D.C. doing our jobs.

00:18:08.440 For far too long, the House allowed members to do their jobs from home without ever setting

00:18:13.560 foot in Washington.

00:18:14.500 What started out as a pandemic accommodation lasted far longer than necessary.

00:18:20.340 But today, even President Biden admits that the pandemic is over.

00:18:24.360 It's time for the House of Representatives to return to our normal operating procedures,

00:18:29.220 and it's time for the members of Congress to actually show up to work.

00:18:33.560 Today, the rules, today's rule package.

00:18:36.400 Let me jump in here.

00:18:37.440 By the way, the rules, the rules package is going to be debated.

00:18:40.520 We're going to come dip in and out of that as my crack staff and the guys in Denver, men

00:18:44.520 and women in Denver, tell me this. 1.00

00:18:45.900 I want to bring in Mike Lindell.

00:18:49.240 We can go ahead and take his voice down.

00:18:50.840 Thank you.

00:18:52.440 The, I want to bring in Lindell, Mike Lindell, because he's got a bolt.

00:18:56.140 Mike, I want to just go to Brazil for a second.

00:18:58.540 Eduardo Bolsonaro came to the Cyber Symposium, and I would actually say that of the entire

00:19:07.060 Cyber Symposium, at least from my perspective, I thought it was one of the most brilliant

00:19:11.400 presentations.

00:19:12.560 And I dare, I want to go back.

00:19:14.040 We should play it on the six o'clock show or in a webinar.

00:19:16.960 He literally walked through what was going to happen in Brazil about the machines.

00:19:20.820 I mean, he came and gave a brilliant assessment of exactly what's going on.

00:19:24.600 Tell me about Eduardo Bolsonaro in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in mid-August of 2021, sir, talking

00:19:31.520 about the Brazilian election, Mike Lindell.

00:19:35.100 Right.

00:19:35.420 He called it.

00:19:36.160 And remember, they tried to get paper in Brazil, and they voted down, saying, no, we don't want

00:19:44.540 a backup to the machines where they could just count the paper.

00:19:48.260 So you've got to realize in Brazil, what just happened there, it's a one-day voting, and

00:19:53.360 it's just a machine.

00:19:55.420 And like you said, your tabulators and all this stuff, it's all computers.

00:19:58.660 There's no paper.

00:20:00.180 So the only way to do an audit is to open up the machines.

00:20:04.380 And Barcineiro, he called it.

00:20:06.080 He said his media there is even worse than the U.S., but I beg to differ.

00:20:10.700 I believe it's almost equal.

00:20:12.020 I know, Steve, you showed at the beginning of your show, and you were showing MSNBC finally

00:20:18.360 voicing their stuff, saying, you know, let's investigate how this got started over here.

00:20:23.260 Well, what about Fox News?

00:20:25.200 Where has Fox News been?

00:20:26.860 Fox News could right now be reporting, saying, hey, you want to investigate something?

00:20:31.500 You better investigate those machines, because it could have happened here in the U.S., too.

00:20:36.100 Wow, what a concept, right?

00:20:37.760 They could, but Fox News is once again silent, just like they always are when it comes to

00:20:44.020 elections or machines or anything to do with saving our country, for that matter.

00:20:49.160 Steve, you said it right, is, you know, they should investigate these machines.

00:20:54.920 This is what they have to do.

00:20:56.380 It's in their context.

00:20:56.960 By the way, by the way, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:20:59.840 This is not Eduardo Bolsonaro saying it.

00:21:02.740 It's not President Bolsonaro saying it.

00:21:04.940 It is not Mike Lindell saying it.

00:21:07.400 It's not Steve Bannon saying it.

00:21:09.120 This is the official constitutional process in Brazil for what is their audit.

00:21:14.620 The military has a responsibility for an audit report.

00:21:17.880 It was their report that said, hey, we can't do this because there's no backup on paper.

00:21:23.260 We need the machines.

00:21:24.620 We need the code.

00:21:26.000 We need the data.

00:21:27.280 We need the tabulators.

00:21:28.500 This is what we need.

00:21:29.380 And by the way, that was foreshadowed over a year ago at Warren Bolsonaro to see exactly

00:21:35.720 what was going to happen almost down to the thing.

00:21:37.820 And for the mainstream media on day 72 to jump into this thing and start running around with

00:21:43.840 your hair on fire the same way they did on J6.

00:21:46.360 And this is what's so important about these investigations.

00:21:48.460 That's why the guy's sitting there going, it's QAnon, tinfoil hat.

00:21:51.820 They are so petrified of the investigation of Jim Jordan.

00:21:57.280 Little Jamie Raskin, by the way, we pray for Jamie because he's got the cancer.

00:22:03.040 But on politics, we got to come in hot, Jamie, because you're sitting there going, it has

00:22:08.300 immense investigatory power.

00:22:10.800 They are so afraid of Jim Jordan.

00:22:13.380 They're so afraid of this subcommittee.

00:22:16.300 And this is why I want everybody in the audience to understand.

00:22:18.160 Of all the fracas last week, one of the things you didn't have an alternative because Jim

00:22:22.800 Jordan was adamant.

00:22:23.980 And now we know why.

00:22:24.780 Jim Jordan says, no, I want judiciary.

00:22:26.900 I've worked all the time.

00:22:27.760 I know where I got to go on this.

00:22:29.280 And he knew he was going to take the chairmanship of this subcommittee.

00:22:33.000 Hey, and they're quaking in their boots over at the FBI, over at DOJ, over at DHS, because

00:22:38.580 Jim Jordan, when that brother rolls, he rolls hard, Mike Lindell.

00:22:42.600 Do you think that's going to be a very important subcommittee, sir?

00:22:45.820 It's going to be huge.

00:22:47.000 Like you said before, I mean, they took my phone.

00:22:49.840 Well, I've done all I can.

00:22:51.060 I've appealed out to the Eighth Circuit right below the Supreme Court.

00:22:55.320 But coming at him from another angle, it's like if people don't know about it, did it

00:22:59.720 really happen?

00:23:00.820 This subcommittee is going to be huge.

00:23:03.680 They have weaponized the FBI.

00:23:05.920 I mean, I know people have got their doors bashed in for no reason in Colorado, New Hampshire,

00:23:11.460 Texas, all over our country.

00:23:13.220 They're bashing their doors in and saying, oh, I'm sorry, nothing to see here.

00:23:16.740 Let's move on.

00:23:18.140 All for intimidation and to put fear into people.

00:23:21.580 And what is the main thing?

00:23:22.820 You got those guys saying, oh, yeah, we don't want this because, you know, wearing tinfoil

00:23:27.360 hats.

00:23:28.100 Well, what they're...

00:23:29.180 And I'll tell you what, why wouldn't you look into these things?

00:23:33.660 Because that's what they're afraid of, Steve.

00:23:35.600 They're all afraid.

00:23:36.560 It all comes down to our elections being set right.

00:23:40.100 Once we have our elections right, they're afraid of, you know what?

00:23:43.020 This is 70% Republican country.

00:23:46.020 We the people.

00:23:46.820 We the people.

00:23:47.640 By the way, if they had nothing to hide, why wouldn't they just...

00:23:50.720 Why wouldn't they let the military finish their audit?

00:23:52.800 Why wouldn't they turn it over?

00:23:54.640 They're not turning it over to Bolsonaro.

00:23:56.380 They're not turning it over to Bolsonaro's party.

00:23:58.640 They're following the Constitution of Brazil.

00:24:00.800 By the way, Morning Mika, get that number two pencil out and write that down, following Constitution.

00:24:04.400 I know on Morning Mika, you've read the report, right?

00:24:07.320 I know you translate from Portuguese to read it.

00:24:09.240 I know the dim bulb that rides shotgun with you, Joe, he read it already.

00:24:13.160 Maybe not.

00:24:13.900 Okay, we'll have him make sure he reads it.

00:24:15.960 Mike, I want to pivot to you're actually running for the RNC chair, and you're kind of running

00:24:23.000 as the precinct strategy guy, the Dan Schultz, Steve Stern.

00:24:27.380 You're a pure populist, one of those Minnesota populists up there.

00:24:32.480 You're running for the little guy.

00:24:35.060 There's also been...

00:24:36.280 And by the way, Alabama, I think today I saw Alabama came out.

00:24:39.960 They didn't back Harmeet Dillon.

00:24:41.660 They didn't back Michael Lindell, but they said they're not going to back Ronna McDaniel.

00:24:46.200 Give us a sense.

00:24:46.940 Where does your campaign exist?

00:24:50.140 Tell me about it right now.

00:24:51.560 What's happening on it?

00:24:52.400 And particularly, there's some things that have come up, I think, in South Dakota.

00:24:55.780 Right, right.

00:24:56.220 Well, you've got great things going on from the top end when I'm calling all the 168.

00:25:01.400 Remember, it's three people from each state and territory that vote, and I've been going

00:25:06.000 right down the list.

00:25:07.120 And it's a little slower process than I thought it would be because some of them I talk to

00:25:11.900 for three or four hours.

00:25:14.120 Some of them I fly to the state and visit them directly.

00:25:18.440 Hold it, hold it, hold it.

00:25:19.620 I have flown with Mike Lindell.

00:25:21.600 He can talk for three hours and keep you amazingly entertained.

00:25:25.460 But so when he says he gets you on the phone, when he gets you on the phone, if you want

00:25:30.360 it, baby, all you got to do is go ahead, Mike.

00:25:33.680 And I'm finding out, Steve, the longest calls are the ones where I feel like I'm doing a

00:25:39.420 sales pitch to say, we can't have the status quo.

00:25:42.780 We can't have Ronna McDaniel. 0.62

00:25:45.280 We need something different.

00:25:47.660 You need a different input to get a different output.

00:25:49.820 But one of the most disturbing things where I've kind of had to stop and halt everything

00:25:55.300 right now and sound the alarm, what's going on in South Dakota right now, you can't even

00:26:00.700 make this up, everybody.

00:26:03.100 As you all know, with the precinct strategy, there was hundreds of thousands of empty spots

00:26:09.160 at the precinct level in the Republican Party all over our great country.

00:26:13.380 Well, we've filled them up with people getting the word out here at the war room.

00:26:17.040 And myself and Dan and Steve with theprecinctstrategy.com.

00:26:21.940 And they filled them.

00:26:22.900 Well, in South Dakota, they filled hundreds of spots that had been open for decades.

00:26:28.540 And they all got voted in last June, everybody.

00:26:32.960 Well, when they went to the convention, now they had a say.

00:26:35.600 They had a vote.

00:26:36.580 And they voted in some great people that were the people's choice.

00:26:40.960 OK, they're right down there at the grassroots level.

00:26:43.740 And they hear it from the people at the precinct level.

00:26:46.320 Well, here's what the state of South Dakota, what the GOP is going to try and do this Saturday.

00:26:52.540 It's absolutely horrific if they do this.

00:26:56.240 And what they're going to do is they're going to vote out the precinct strategies vote.

00:27:01.500 I mean, the precinct committeemans vote.

00:27:03.320 So if you're a committeeman or a woman, you won't ever get to vote again. 0.85

00:27:09.080 If this goes across our country, Steve, it'll be the end of the Republican Party.

00:27:14.620 Hang on for a second.

00:27:15.600 Let's take a short commercial break.

00:27:17.140 We're going to return.

00:27:17.860 We've got Mike Lindell.

00:27:19.040 We've got action on the floor of the House on the rules package.

00:27:21.980 We've got Natalie Winters with her new investigation.

00:27:24.820 We are locked and loaded in the war room.

00:27:27.340 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:27:30.660 Let's take down the CCP.

00:27:34.120 Fair warning.

00:27:35.120 Listen to this convicted home title thief explaining what happens when he forges your home's title

00:27:41.580 and takes over as the new owner.

00:27:44.240 Nobody thinks that I can take their house and borrow against the house.

00:27:47.060 Oh, no, I have title insurance.

00:27:48.600 It's in my name.

00:27:49.720 Or he would have to get some special document.

00:27:51.900 They would call me.

00:27:53.280 You know, nobody's calling you.

00:27:55.000 You're living in a delusion.

00:27:56.480 After I've stolen the title, borrowed against it, or sold the property,

00:27:59.820 it's 60 to 90 days for that person to even figure out that they're the victim of this crime.

00:28:04.500 You start getting foreclosure notices.

00:28:06.360 You've got four mortgages on your house.

00:28:08.120 You don't even own your home anymore.

00:28:09.320 It's not even in your name.

00:28:10.540 Home title fraud is growing two and a half times faster than credit card fraud.

00:28:14.940 You could be a victim and not even know it.

00:28:16.980 Here's how to protect yourself and verify your home's title is still in your name.

00:28:42.180 The government once said, a lousy process leads to bad legislating.

00:28:49.180 Today, through a mandatory 72-hour rule,

00:28:53.320 we allow more thoughtful and deliberate consideration

00:28:56.340 that will improve what we pass out of this house.

00:29:00.280 Finally, this rules package helps restore some fiscal sanity.

00:29:05.140 Over the past two years, the American people have been hindered

00:29:08.400 by out-of-control spending by the government,

00:29:11.120 and now our constituents are saddled with trillions in debt

00:29:14.280 and the highest inflation levels in a generation.

00:29:17.940 House Republicans today will once again ensure the federal budget operates like any other,

00:29:23.700 requiring offsets for any additional spending,

00:29:26.820 eliminating budget gimmicks,

00:29:28.360 and requiring inflationary analysis of the bills we consider.

00:29:32.140 I am proud to stand by my friend and colleague from Oklahoma

00:29:35.940 in support of this package, and I urge members to do the same.

00:29:40.440 Thank you, Mr. Speaker, and I yield back.

00:29:42.600 Okay, let me have it.

00:29:44.720 There's going to be a debate on this rules package throughout.

00:29:49.040 We're going to be dipping in and out.

00:29:50.180 Right now, on Getter,

00:29:53.280 Grace Chung and Mo Bannon are going to,

00:29:56.080 Captain Bannon are going to set up a live stream of this

00:29:58.700 so that you can multitask.

00:30:01.400 You can both listen to that and watch the show.

00:30:03.140 How does that sound?

00:30:04.560 And give your feedback into both, give chats into both.

00:30:07.240 I want to go back to Mike Lindell.

00:30:08.920 So, Mike, I think, aren't they just changing the votes

00:30:11.460 so they're going to take things away from a convention

00:30:13.340 and put them into, as I understand it,

00:30:15.380 take it from a convention where the precinct strategy would go and vote

00:30:18.300 for, I don't know, the lieutenant governor or the attorney general

00:30:20.660 and move that to a primary?

00:30:22.320 Is that what the basic, is that what this issue is,

00:30:25.000 or am I missing the point?

00:30:27.160 Well, I think there's more to it than that.

00:30:29.220 They're taking away,

00:30:30.180 I think there's two separate things going on there,

00:30:32.520 but they're taking away the precinct,

00:30:35.040 at the precinct level,

00:30:36.620 their input, their right to vote.

00:30:38.820 So they're not going to be able to vote anymore.

00:30:42.140 And that's what they volunteered to do.

00:30:45.160 When they came in in June,

00:30:47.200 they didn't really like it at the convention

00:30:51.660 that they all got together

00:30:53.920 and they voted in some people

00:30:55.800 that the GOP might not have wanted in.

00:30:58.280 Now, I've also heard, Steve,

00:30:59.660 that they, remember,

00:31:00.840 these are the people that vote in the GOP,

00:31:04.280 that vote in the ones that are voting them out,

00:31:07.420 so to speak.

00:31:08.240 So it's like if I had a bunch of people in a room

00:31:10.700 that were going to vote me out,

00:31:12.800 well, I'm going to, you know,

00:31:14.340 I'm going to go,

00:31:14.760 hey, how about I just get rid of those people?

00:31:17.180 And it's very dangerous what they're doing.

00:31:20.080 And I've reached out to the governor.

00:31:22.680 I hope she comes out with a statement,

00:31:24.280 Governor Kristi Noem.

00:31:25.680 I hope she comes out with a statement

00:31:27.420 to saying how serious this is

00:31:29.560 and why do you change the rules

00:31:31.860 in the middle of the case?

00:31:34.600 Kristi Noem's a pretty good friend of yours, right?

00:31:36.400 You're pretty close.

00:31:37.100 She's in South Dakota.

00:31:38.680 You're Minnesota,

00:31:39.900 but you spend a lot of time in South Dakota.

00:31:41.480 You've had all the big symposiums there.

00:31:43.200 You had your big,

00:31:44.460 another big, I think, event,

00:31:45.900 open air event there.

00:31:46.840 You're pretty close to the folks up there?

00:31:49.520 Yeah, absolutely.

00:31:50.480 And I'm very worried that's,

00:31:51.960 you know, if it was Minnesota,

00:31:55.180 you know, they'll be next,

00:31:56.780 you know, right next door.

00:31:57.900 And here in South Dakota,

00:32:00.280 you know, that's solid red.

00:32:01.680 You would think that they wouldn't even do anything

00:32:03.660 or think of doing anything like this.

00:32:06.020 It's very,

00:32:06.520 I got a lot of relatives there.

00:32:08.180 I spend a lot of time in South Dakota.

00:32:12.000 Here's what I don't understand.

00:32:13.120 They had two,

00:32:13.740 correct me if I'm wrong,

00:32:14.480 I might have the count wrong.

00:32:15.780 I think in the 18 senators that voted for the Omnibus,

00:32:21.540 which basically took the gavel out of McCarthy

00:32:24.020 and the hand,

00:32:24.980 you see the rules fight right there,

00:32:27.020 took it out of the,

00:32:28.280 and by the way,

00:32:28.720 that rules package is pretty tight,

00:32:30.140 pretty impressive.

00:32:30.900 Got to be passed,

00:32:31.640 got to be enforced,

00:32:32.560 but directionally good.

00:32:34.000 They kept the gavel in Nancy Pelosi's hand

00:32:36.140 for the spending.

00:32:36.860 The spending,

00:32:37.300 we could have today,

00:32:38.660 literally walked in and zeroed FBI,

00:32:40.760 DOJ today.

00:32:42.400 We could have,

00:32:42.840 we could have zeroed the department.

00:32:44.340 Guess what?

00:32:45.320 You're not getting any cash.

00:32:46.860 You're going to come here and explain to us why you're letting evasion of the

00:32:50.100 Southern border.

00:32:50.620 You're going to explain to us why you're going after abortion clinics,

00:32:53.660 why you're sending 15 guys on a SWAT team to arrest people saying the rosary

00:32:57.580 at these,

00:32:58.540 at these abortion mills. 1.00

00:33:00.440 You're going to sit there and explain to people why you're going after you need

00:33:03.980 another $120 million to go hunt down other people related to this J6 madness. 1.00

00:33:09.860 You're going to have to explain that or no money.

00:33:11.880 You're not going to make payroll.

00:33:13.260 We would have had that power.

00:33:14.980 Why did,

00:33:15.500 why for,

00:33:16.380 and by the way,

00:33:16.960 you don't have better people in this country than in South Dakota.

00:33:19.900 That is salt to the earth.

00:33:21.160 And to make a living in South Dakota,

00:33:22.440 you got to get up and work.

00:33:24.380 You got,

00:33:25.060 you got to work.

00:33:25.740 It's,

00:33:26.060 you know,

00:33:26.480 it's nothing's given to you up there.

00:33:27.960 I don't understand why they got senators.

00:33:29.700 They're totally owned by McConnell.

00:33:31.320 And I think the Congressman is the first guy in for McCarthy.

00:33:34.760 Didn't even want to be,

00:33:35.420 if it had been for him,

00:33:36.280 we wouldn't have had any of the fights last week and none of these changes.

00:33:38.780 How can a state that's so MAGA,

00:33:42.380 that's got the salt of the earth there that supports Trump.

00:33:45.280 And I don't know,

00:33:45.700 Trump wins by 40 points or 50 points.

00:33:48.000 How is it?

00:33:48.660 So how's the establishment got a lock on it?

00:33:51.620 Mike Lindell.

00:33:52.880 Well,

00:33:53.080 you just said it,

00:33:53.780 the establishment.

00:33:54.880 It's not the MAGA.

00:33:55.920 I think it's the establishment.

00:33:57.360 There's another,

00:33:57.760 there's other agendas there.

00:33:59.080 And I've heard this from the grassroots there.

00:34:00.940 I've heard this from,

00:34:02.000 I mean,

00:34:02.340 they came to me with all these concerns.

00:34:05.220 There's more concerns than just this,

00:34:07.040 this precinct thing.

00:34:08.320 So they're trying to do on January 14th,

00:34:12.520 this coming Saturday.

00:34:13.700 But yeah,

00:34:14.600 you got,

00:34:15.080 this is the thing I've been looking at through our whole country for two years,

00:34:18.340 Steve.

00:34:18.860 If it doesn't make sense,

00:34:21.240 it's a deviation from what you would normally expect.

00:34:24.440 Well,

00:34:24.680 then there's a different input.

00:34:26.220 There's a different,

00:34:26.900 there's something behind it.

00:34:27.960 You got to peel back the onion and say,

00:34:29.700 why would they vote for that omnibus bill?

00:34:32.020 Why would they do that?

00:34:33.680 Can you explain it?

00:34:34.700 I mean,

00:34:35.200 I,

00:34:35.480 you know,

00:34:35.760 I can't explain it other than,

00:34:38.120 you know,

00:34:38.440 you look at these Republicans across our country that have made,

00:34:42.280 that have been blockers.

00:34:43.780 They have been blockers.

00:34:45.400 And you say the word establishment from,

00:34:47.700 from,

00:34:48.480 you know,

00:34:49.100 call them rhinos.

00:34:50.040 I call them the uniparty.

00:34:51.860 I think a lot of this,

00:34:52.840 the uniparty is.

00:34:53.780 Are you,

00:34:54.520 are you,

00:34:55.140 do you,

00:34:55.400 do you believe you're pretty hard for,

00:34:57.340 for guys that get to know you're pretty hard hit.

00:34:59.080 You're a fabulous guy,

00:35:00.620 obviously turn your life over to Christ and you're a good man,

00:35:03.560 but you're a pretty tough businessman from your,

00:35:06.280 put your businessman hat on,

00:35:07.460 not your politics hat.

00:35:08.720 Do you get a feel that you're getting any traction in your,

00:35:11.960 in your race for,

00:35:13.120 uh,

00:35:13.480 to be the guy that turns around the RNC?

00:35:15.320 A hundred percent.

00:35:17.540 Uh,

00:35:17.800 today,

00:35:18.200 the last couple,

00:35:18.980 three days here were just amazing.

00:35:20.740 Uh,

00:35:21.540 uh,

00:35:21.900 from morning till night,

00:35:22.940 talking to the different,

00:35:23.980 different,

00:35:24.520 uh,

00:35:25.340 different states and territories,

00:35:26.960 the different people that are going to do the actual voting.

00:35:29.220 And,

00:35:29.540 and,

00:35:30.260 uh,

00:35:30.780 I'm,

00:35:31.240 uh,

00:35:31.420 I've been solid.

00:35:32.260 I'm solid nominated.

00:35:33.300 So we don't,

00:35:34.040 you know,

00:35:34.300 to anybody out there going to what,

00:35:36.000 who are your states?

00:35:36.820 The media keeps calling me.

00:35:38.020 I've had three calls just while I've been on your show,

00:35:40.420 Steve going,

00:35:40.880 what states are nominated.

00:35:42.840 Yeah.

00:35:42.980 Who,

00:35:43.240 who's voting for you?

00:35:44.660 Oh yeah.

00:35:45.020 I'm sure you'd really, 0.94

00:35:46.020 I'm really going to tell you all you horrible journalists out there. 0.91

00:35:48.720 So you can attack these people. 0.97

00:35:50.620 And,

00:35:51.160 uh,

00:35:51.320 and this is what I don't,

00:35:53.160 uh,

00:35:53.640 I really believe that we get there into California.

00:35:56.820 And,

00:35:57.480 uh,

00:35:58.000 I think,

00:35:58.600 uh,

00:35:59.160 I think I get a great chance because Steve,

00:36:02.380 every one of these guys had asked me,

00:36:04.220 how would you solve this problem?

00:36:05.640 How would you solve this problem?

00:36:06.960 I've got an answer for everyone.

00:36:08.620 If you,

00:36:09.140 if you silo out the problems,

00:36:10.920 but the biggest problem is our election platforms.

00:36:14.080 And I'm two years ahead of,

00:36:15.900 of anybody in that category,

00:36:18.060 two years.

00:36:18.780 Let me ask,

00:36:19.720 let me,

00:36:20.060 let me ask if they do an investigation,

00:36:22.000 if they do an investigation,

00:36:23.680 um,

00:36:24.740 if they do,

00:36:25.320 in fact,

00:36:25.600 let's go to,

00:36:26.440 do we have Johnson in South Dakota?

00:36:28.200 Hang with,

00:36:28.500 let's go to live to the floor and hear a dusty Johnson, 0.81

00:36:30.740 South Dakota,

00:36:31.220 actually talk about the rules package to review legislation before we vote on it,

00:36:34.940 requiring every bill to deal with only a single subject,

00:36:40.040 getting rid of proxy voting,

00:36:42.500 bringing back the Holman rule,

00:36:44.240 which will allow this body to target specific spending line items,

00:36:48.820 and then the return of cut go,

00:36:51.220 so that spending increases have to be offset by spending reductions.

00:36:56.840 Every single one of these big conservative wins,

00:37:00.680 Mr.

00:37:01.000 Speaker,

00:37:01.400 and,

00:37:01.580 and many more like them,

00:37:02.980 were supported by the Republican conference long before the excitement of last week.

00:37:10.300 Today's rules package is actually proof of Republican unity,

00:37:14.360 and it is proof that we are committed to increased accountability,

00:37:20.760 transparency,

00:37:22.180 and fiscal responsibility for this chamber and for,

00:37:26.000 and for our country.

00:37:27.360 And I yield back.

00:37:30.280 Okay.

00:37:30.800 That's a congressman,

00:37:33.620 congressman Johnson from South Dakota,

00:37:36.240 by the way,

00:37:36.620 it was in the conference,

00:37:37.960 bro,

00:37:38.420 but it wasn't going to be in the rules until they had the fight last week.

00:37:41.260 Just saying,

00:37:42.240 Hey,

00:37:42.460 I know,

00:37:43.020 I know what you had in the conference.

00:37:44.880 I know it's in the platforms.

00:37:46.420 I know what everybody agrees on,

00:37:47.720 but until those heroes stood up and got it done,

00:37:50.360 nobody's on board.

00:37:51.900 Last question,

00:37:52.840 Mike Lindell,

00:37:53.780 for the investigation that Lula told Biden that they're going to do on this,

00:37:57.800 would you volunteer to actually go to Brazil and present all the information you have to Lula of Brazil?

00:38:05.200 Would you go down there,

00:38:06.120 fly down there and make yourself available to present everything you know about the machines and everything you've learned about the machines to try to sort that situation out,

00:38:13.600 sir?

00:38:14.620 Well,

00:38:15.120 not,

00:38:15.560 not me personally,

00:38:16.520 because I've heard about this Lula guy.

00:38:18.660 I,

00:38:19.140 and I've got,

00:38:20.220 but I have,

00:38:21.660 I have actually people that have already volunteered to go down there if need be.

00:38:26.920 And they can do a lot better presenting this.

00:38:29.420 So they've already told them,

00:38:30.780 we've already reached out to Brazil and said,

00:38:33.140 Hey,

00:38:33.240 if you want us,

00:38:33.960 we're available.

00:38:34.860 So we'll see what happens.

00:38:37.800 Hold on,

00:38:38.280 hold on,

00:38:38.500 hold on.

00:38:38.760 You've hold on.

00:38:39.320 Hang on.

00:38:39.660 You're breaking news here.

00:38:40.460 You've actually reached out to the authorities there and say that you guys,

00:38:43.340 your team of the technical people and all your people are available to go down and actually brief them.

00:38:49.880 Absolutely.

00:38:50.540 We have,

00:38:51.120 we've reached out to the Senate there and they,

00:38:54.000 and the authorities.

00:38:55.020 So,

00:38:55.680 you know,

00:38:56.220 we're,

00:38:56.580 we're ready.

00:38:57.640 I can't convince you.

00:38:58.300 I can't,

00:38:58.720 I can't,

00:39:00.320 I can't,

00:39:00.540 I can't convince you to,

00:39:02.200 I can't convince you to miss the,

00:39:04.660 the Vikings during the playoff season.

00:39:06.780 I'm just kidding.

00:39:07.960 Mike Lindell.

00:39:10.040 How can,

00:39:11.120 I've heard about that Lula guy.

00:39:12.680 Like you're watching.

00:39:13.820 Don't just take war room,

00:39:15.360 get broader,

00:39:16.000 you know,

00:39:16.380 get a broader,

00:39:17.140 you listen to MSNBC,

00:39:18.500 go listen to BBC for a while.

00:39:20.040 You think he's,

00:39:20.800 you think he's Abraham Lincoln,

00:39:23.480 right?

00:39:23.740 If you listen to BBC long enough,

00:39:25.140 not the atheistic Marxist transnational criminal partner of all,

00:39:30.560 you got to know about Lula.

00:39:32.220 You can sum up Lula in one thing.

00:39:34.100 He's got one.

00:39:34.940 She's Sean.

00:39:35.460 One.

00:39:35.760 She's Sean is the master evil strategist of the Chinese Communist Party. 0.98

00:39:40.380 And all Lao Bai Jing to watch this show.

00:39:42.240 And all the expatriate Chinese that know this are listening.

00:39:45.640 And the one,

00:39:46.200 she Sean is the evil genius in back of she.

00:39:49.800 Okay.

00:39:50.480 He's the guy that flies to Tehran to cut the deals with the Mullahs.

00:39:53.240 He's the guy behind the scenes,

00:39:54.620 cutting the deals with the Arabs. 0.77

00:39:56.120 He's the guy that's cutting the deals with Pakistan. 0.74

00:39:58.860 He's the guy cutting the deals on one belt,

00:40:00.540 one road.

00:40:01.060 He's the guy that's made the deals and all in the Caribbean.

00:40:03.520 And he and Lula are thick as thieves.

00:40:06.840 He flies down at his age.

00:40:08.120 He's not in great health.

00:40:09.480 He flies down for Lula's inauguration.

00:40:12.160 That is to send a message.

00:40:14.100 And the message that is sent to is to the American people and to the

00:40:16.980 Chinese people and the Brazilian people that the CCP is now back in 0.98

00:40:21.520 charge.

00:40:21.820 That's all you got to know about Lula.

00:40:23.640 Okay.

00:40:24.080 Mike,

00:40:24.360 how do people get to your show and how particularly find out more about

00:40:27.720 your race to be chairman of the RNC?

00:40:30.180 Yeah,

00:40:30.720 everybody download the Frank speech app.

00:40:32.900 My show is in an hour.

00:40:35.060 It's on Lindell TV and it's at 6 PM central time,

00:40:39.980 every Monday through Friday.

00:40:41.800 And also you can reach me on every single social media platform from

00:40:45.420 getter to a true social telegram gab.

00:40:51.660 I put stuff out everywhere,

00:40:53.360 but the best place is to go to Frank speech,

00:40:56.140 get all your information there.

00:40:57.520 Anything you want to know.

00:41:00.160 How many followers do you have on Twitter right now?

00:41:02.900 About 600,000.

00:41:07.000 And that's rising every day.

00:41:08.160 And they just let you back on,

00:41:24.300 Let Michael and Bill back on.

00:41:25.400 I'm just kidding,

00:41:25.980 Mike.

00:41:34.580 Steve.

00:41:34.880 And so if Elon's out there,

00:41:36.020 Elon,

00:44:26.860 Download now.

00:44:29.160 I urge his passage and I yield back.

00:44:34.740 Mr. Speaker, the general lady mentioned the 72-hour rule.

00:44:37.800 Once again, I'll say you're welcome.

00:44:39.840 And then she talked about this being the most open and transparent rule ever.

00:44:44.680 Maybe the general lady can share with us the secret three-page addenda 0.99

00:44:47.760 that we're reading about because none of us have seen it.

00:44:50.760 So much for transparency.

00:44:52.300 I guess she's not going to share that with us.

00:44:53.920 But in any event, I yield one minute to the gentleman from the District of Columbia,

00:44:58.080 Ms. Holmes Norton.

00:44:59.240 General lady from the District of Columbia is recognized for one minute.

00:45:01.980 Let me have it.

00:45:02.500 The secret three-page addendum is a – this is that – the basis of it was that letter we told you about that McCarthy signed a week ago Saturday, New Year's Eve,

00:45:14.100 and that the nine responded on Sunday, New Year's Day, that began the process of that nine joined with the five to become the corpus, the core part of the rebellion.

00:45:25.620 I want to make sure you understand this debate going on, the rules package.

00:45:29.220 The Democrats are taking shots.

00:45:31.040 Obviously, we think we have the votes.

00:45:32.860 This thing has been whipped. 1.00

00:45:34.040 The Republicans are making the case for this new kind of revolutionary rules package.

00:45:38.820 The Democrats are saying a lot of this stuff is awful.

00:45:41.140 It shouldn't go.

00:45:42.120 It's unconstitutional.

00:45:43.900 It's terrible.

00:45:45.200 But the problem is not just simply from – is not just simply from the Democrats.

00:45:53.220 The Republicans – remember, this has gone in very tough, and I want to tell you – Bill Kristol has just tweeted out, and I want to read this.

00:46:02.720 Representative Jason Smith of Missouri to lead Ways and Means, and that's the taxation part.

00:46:07.840 That's a massive committee.

00:46:09.380 Jason Smith – and you know Jason Smith.

00:46:11.000 He's pure MAGA.

00:46:12.580 Jason Smith of Missouri to lead Ways and Means, Mark Green of Tennessee to run Homeland Security.

00:46:18.160 Okay?

00:46:18.740 And what Kristol's upset is Dan Crenshaw got blown out.

00:46:22.760 Today, two things happened.

00:46:24.040 Dan Crenshaw, I think for the reason he said he called us terrorists, right, that he was eliminated.

00:46:29.900 And also Mike Rogers in Alabama stepped down from the steering committee, which is very powerful.

00:46:37.440 Then later, because of so much support from leadership, he said he stepped back on.

00:46:41.060 But he knows he's on report, as we used to say in the Navy.

00:46:44.840 Bill Kristol tweets out, Representative Jason Smith of Missouri to lead Ways and Means, Representative Mark Green of Tennessee to run Homeland Security.

00:46:52.760 Extremist election deniers running key House committees, as well, of course, as the conference as a whole, while moderates roll over for a dangerous rules package and its secret addendum.

00:47:06.680 This is Bill Kristol.

00:47:08.640 This is why they call themselves Republicans, but there's two parties here.

00:47:12.380 There's a populist nationalist party, and there's a neoliberal, neocon, Wall Street, corporate, country club Republican party.

00:47:21.240 And right now, the populist nationalist party is in control.

00:47:25.920 What do we have here?

00:47:27.900 Oh, Chip Roy.

00:47:28.480 Let's go to the floor and hear Chip Roy.

00:47:30.880 That's why we're here.

00:47:32.040 Everybody keeps running around in classic swamp speak, talking about secret deals, secret addendums.

00:47:39.660 What we're talking about is how people come to an agreement in this town to ensure that we're going to carry out what we said we're going to do.

00:47:48.040 The rules package is on full display.

00:47:50.960 The rules package has been on full display and publicly available since Friday, to best of my knowledge, earlier last week.

00:47:58.000 The text of that rules package has been something we could look at.

00:48:02.540 And my friends are right.

00:48:04.360 A good chunk of that text was the agreement reached a while back, a couple of weeks ago, a week or two ago, with one significant change.

00:48:12.260 The single person motion to vacate, which is in the spirit of that which goes all the way back to Jefferson.

00:48:18.180 In fact, we are currently now operating not under any rules.

00:48:21.680 That's why we're having a debate.

00:48:22.800 We're about to debate on adopting the rules.

00:48:24.320 I could walk down right there into the well and file a motion to vacate single person right now because that's the precedent.

00:48:33.780 That's what we're operating under because that goes back to Jefferson.

00:48:38.080 Listen, the whole point here is trying to ensure that we're continuing the great history of the people's house.

00:48:46.360 Yes, we have had conversations and agreements as individuals are supposed to do, looking each other in the eye and saying,

00:48:53.580 we're going to bring balanced budgets to the floor of the house.

00:48:58.000 You bet that we've got agreements that we're going to do that.

00:49:01.160 You bet that we've had agreements that we're going to bring the Texas border plan to make sure we secure the border rather than perpetuating the fraud that the president of the United States continues to perpetuate endangering the American people.

00:49:12.220 You bet that we're bringing forward a promise to have legislation that will set term limits because the American people are tired of a house that doesn't represent them. 0.61

00:49:21.140 You bet that we've got agreements to do those things.

00:49:23.920 You bet that we've been talking about making sure that we can bring amendments to the floor of this house, open debate amendments on appropriations bills, that that was a part of the package that we're talking about.

00:49:34.360 And you bet that a part of our agreement was ensuring that a church-style committee under the leadership of my good friend, the gentleman from Ohio, Mr. Jordan, and the Judiciary Committee to target the weaponization of government against the American people.

00:49:48.460 You bet that those agreements were reached.

00:49:50.580 I will not back away from that or shy away from it.

00:49:53.060 But this rules package is a rules package that reflects this body, the entirety of the Republican Party, on making sure that we restore the people's house.

00:50:01.960 And we are united to do that.

00:50:03.780 We are coming out of last week strong, united, to make sure that we stand up for the American people.

00:50:09.200 And I encourage everybody to vote for this rules package.

00:50:11.980 And I yield back.

00:50:14.480 Members are advised and reminded not to engage in personalities toward the president.

00:50:21.980 Gentleman from Massachusetts.

00:50:23.640 Thank you.

00:50:24.000 And I want to thank the gentleman again for mentioning the 72-hour rule, which has been mentioned many times.

00:50:28.900 But I wrote it.

00:50:29.820 And I want to thank you for keeping it.

00:50:31.380 But when I hear people talk about balanced budgets, give me a break.

00:50:36.120 The first bill that you are bringing to the floor, pointing to CBO, adds $114 billion to the debt.

00:50:42.700 So we don't need lectures from anybody on that side about balancing the budget.

00:50:46.620 Give me a break.

00:50:47.380 And I would like to, maybe the gentleman can, again, share with us the secret addendum that apparently was negotiated behind closed doors so we actually know what agreements were made.

00:50:57.740 I mean, four days and 15 votes.

00:51:00.100 And there's only one change in the rules package, going from five to be able to vacate the chair to one.

00:51:06.920 Well, there's a lot more to it.

00:51:08.560 We all know that.

00:51:09.580 But that's a big secret.

00:51:10.780 So much for transparency.

00:51:12.640 At this point, I yield one minute to the gentleman from New York, Mr. Torres.

00:51:16.300 Gentleman from New York is recognized for one minute.

00:51:18.340 The so-called rules package proposed by House Republicans would perpetuate the same disorder, division, and dysfunction that nearly devoured the Republican nominee for speaker.

00:51:28.700 A single-member threshold for filing...

00:51:30.340 We're going to have to cut away this intense debate on this rules package on the floor of the House of Representatives.

00:51:36.260 We're going to roll Natalie Winters, our co-host and executive editor.

00:51:39.580 She's got a blockbuster story.
