00:35:42.680 no one focused on that because that's the key the key point is that congress by statute gives it to the

00:35:47.760 president he's then signed an executive order that that devolves it to the epa administrator as should

00:35:53.740 be but why is no one focused on that that that's responsibility uh is with joe biden in the oval office

00:35:59.560 and with his deputy that's the administrator of the epa who i might mention was on a plane getting it was on

00:36:05.500 a plane to uh to africa i think for a nine day uh junket with a bunch of hollywood types on global on
