Bannon's War Room - Episode 2627： The Indictment Of Trump; The New York Show Trials

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.420 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.020 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.780 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.360 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.180 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.120 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.280 everything let me just before you go let me just ask you chris because you've been asking a lot of

00:00:56.360 questions this hour and i know nobody's really been able to ask you this question yet but i i just

00:01:00.760 can i just get your kind of chris-o meter in terms of um how much you think this changes the country

00:01:07.840 if at all i think it changes the country um i i think there's there's there's a kind of no going

00:01:14.200 backness to it that i i think is correct i i have to say and this is a little weird to say it back to

00:01:19.060 you i thought your the monologue you did about that this has happened before though not specifically

00:01:24.420 the president's but when citing you know the menendez trial and the john edwards trial and

00:01:27.800 has really actually been kind of a north star for me and i think is actually the the thing that i'm

00:01:31.820 kind of holding to almost aspirationally um which is other countries have done this we have done it in

00:01:38.140 other contexts and if the law is to mean anything this is part of what that law means even if if

00:01:45.180 people think it's a bad case and they don't they don't have the goods then he you know then then

00:01:49.580 he's acquitted or he you know he gets his his rightful uh due process like all of that's important

00:01:54.340 and i'm trying not to get out over the outcomes i do think ultimately personally that the man is

00:02:00.840 guilty of one of the greatest crimes ever committed in this country of attempting to end america's 0.60

00:02:05.340 constitutional republic as we know it and should face some formal legal accountability for that at

00:02:09.640 some point yes and and i mean and should face some accountability for that at some point and we don't

00:02:16.140 know if any of that will ever be formal legal accountability because part of what goes into

00:02:20.340 that is charging decisions right and and and that you know while he was still president that was one

00:02:26.500 of the things that constrained the prospect of legal accountability for him then was this weird

00:02:30.520 justice department rule that we have about not indicting that one person in the country no

00:02:35.120 matter what they do as long as they have that job like there's all these intricacies around whether

00:02:39.020 or not there's legal accountability including once charges are brought whether or not you are convicted

00:02:45.100 um and and what kind of sentence you're given accountability is a is a broad thing um and we are

00:02:51.100 seeing an attempt at legal accountability for him for the first time in his life it's fantastically

00:02:55.320 newsworthy because of that but it's not a it's not a systematically different thing for our country

00:03:00.160 to see a politician indicted how when you look at when you think about lincoln when you think about

00:03:06.400 fdr think about lbj uh whom you work for what was their view of how they had to both represent the

00:03:20.000 opinion of the country and still lead the opinion of the country well first i'd just like to say the only

00:03:28.600 reason i was irritated was not the idea that you were my son i thought that was great optimistic son

00:03:34.060 it was that it was a one-night stand i mean i wanted to have a full relationship with mr rogers

00:03:38.920 it should come out of love but anyway you know i just like to take your point i mean you bring this

00:03:44.320 up all the time he's such a character we now write to each other as father you know hello mother

00:03:49.080 my son is writing to him now saying i found i have a brother so this has all gotten crazy but

00:03:54.600 anyway i love it um i think that the important thing is leaders do set a tone of conversation

00:03:59.900 um something has to be bubbling up from the society as a whole as i was saying before whether

00:04:05.020 it's a civil rights movement or a women's movement or gay rights movement but the right leader at the

00:04:09.120 right time is able to channel those thoughts and that movement into legislation into changes and one

00:04:15.740 of the things that saddens me about right now that we're going to go through these indictments with

00:04:20.180 mr trump is that what are we going to be talking about time is something that you can never get

00:04:25.540 back we're going to be spending so much time talking about him we've spent so much time since 2015

00:04:30.320 talking about it has that made us a better people has that made us as john say care about other things

00:04:37.060 than ourselves and align ourselves we've seen these cycles in history again just to go back to it

00:04:42.380 to give us a little bit of hope for the future i mean after the reconstruction era there was a time of

00:04:47.760 much more looking toward materialism between then and the turn of the 20th century then you get that

00:04:53.920 progressive movement then you get world war one then you get people wanting to go back to private

00:04:58.460 life and you have the 20s the roaring 20s again a decade of materialism then comes the new deal and

00:05:04.300 then comes world war ii and then comes the silent generation of the 50s so there are these cycles and i

00:05:09.520 think there's a lot of possibilities right now in the country you've had people marching for the right

00:05:13.940 for women to choose you have had people now in tennessee marching for greater gun control safety

00:05:19.120 the majority of the people believe in gun control stricter laws the majority of the people believe

00:05:23.560 in a woman's right to choose the majority of the people want voting rights they have to get out there 1.00

00:05:28.340 they have to get out there together and marching we saw their marching in the country of georgia right

00:05:33.080 now in this last week where they were able to pull back on a russian imposition thing we saw it in

00:05:37.580 israel it's time it's time to get out there it's time for us to become part and yes we are

00:05:42.980 individuals but our best individual is to align with others who believe in the values that we

00:05:47.940 want our country to go and that's how change happens always happens from the ground up it's

00:05:52.120 time for the time for momentum and it is it is something that hopefully conservatives and liberals

00:05:59.500 people on all sides can come together on speaking of conservatives i i found this quote uh from russell

00:06:06.920 kirk i'd love to read and then father martin love to get your reaction um and of course kirk as as usual

00:06:15.200 uh ends up quoting burke and he says this it remains conceivable even now that much worth conserving in

00:06:22.080 our culture may be protected and renewed burke in 1795 denied with vehemence that great states

00:06:30.640 inescapably are subject to cycles of growth it is time that we said no further we've got to call

00:06:36.460 merrick garland from the justice department down to the capitol we've got to call him onto the carpet

00:06:41.120 put him under oath find out what they're doing has doj cooperated in this what are they aiding this

00:06:47.400 prosecution we've got to go after these soros prosecutors who've been put into office all across

00:06:52.960 the country and expose the dark money network that has gotten them into power this is you are right

00:06:59.940 jesse this is the democrats have crossed the rubicon here and they bridge the they burn the bridge behind

00:07:04.160 them they have now we've got to defend democracy they have and i'm sure there was coordination between

00:07:09.060 the justice department and the d so let me i i've got a couple of things here for you um let me just

00:07:14.400 go through i'm going to bring a i think a different perspective to this we have the banking crisis they

00:07:19.700 say it's fine it's just beginning we um yesterday we had the saudis and uh brazil and um china enter a

00:07:30.540 deal to where the petrodollar is over brazil and china are going to trade in their own currency

00:07:37.220 that's the beginning of the end of our currency that means a dollar collapse that means we become

00:07:42.820 venezuela we will have war with china we will have war with russia and iran uh we have the

00:07:49.640 restrict bill we have social media and our nsa and everybody else in bed with each other silencing

00:07:56.120 people we of course have the raccoon dogs which we all know is bullcrap um and now this week we have a

00:08:02.820 new uh gun grab that they're trying to do um biden and his family taking money from the chinese what do

00:08:11.540 you think this donald trump thing is really all about the american the america that we knew

00:08:17.300 the fundamental transformation that started in 2008 is finished we are no longer viewed as a superpower

00:08:26.300 we are now a an elderly what we're joe biden just walking into the twilight what this is all about i

00:08:36.700 believe is trying to inflame this country is in they've wanted violence from the right from the

00:08:44.940 beginning they can't wait it they need it because if we strike out look at january 6th the day they're

00:08:53.460 letting the shaman out of prison because it was all trumped up thank you tucker carlson for revealing

00:09:00.740 this the day they're letting him out they do this to donald trump they want you to strike out why

00:09:08.940 because then they can close the cage i'm going to make another prediction for you uh tucker you said

00:09:15.120 i got it right well everything i've been talking about since 08 this is the time i'm going to make

00:09:21.760 a prediction by 2025 we are going to be at war we are going to have a new dollar a currency that probably

00:09:31.940 is coming from the central bank will have a currency collapse uh and we will live in a virtual police

00:09:38.920 state i know that might sound crazy to a lot of people it's not far off the the bill of rights

00:09:47.720 is gone nobody is paying attention where are the republicans where are the decent democrats that can see

00:09:58.540 this is this is insanity donald trump the reason why this is going to help donald trump and that's

00:10:09.060 why i don't think they're doing it so he can't run they're doing it because they want people to

00:10:13.780 strike out please turn to god repent pray for our country pray for peace put on the full armor of god

00:10:21.680 but here's what's really what they miss donald trump is not even a person anymore he is a symbol he is a

00:10:32.620 symbol of the average everyday guy that keeps getting screwed every single time watches other people

00:10:41.120 screw up big banks screw up their companies and get away with it he's they see people all the time

00:10:48.300 doing stuff that they know if they did they'd be in prison for 20 years but because they're not part

00:10:55.620 of the elite they get away with it donald trump has taken arrow after arrow and that's why

00:11:02.060 this is the way the average american feels tonight yeah i hope that there's a few republic or democrats out

00:11:12.320 there but this guy has been taking the bullets for the average person now for years and people on the

00:11:20.940 right feel like he's the only guy that really gets what the people are feeling and it's uh it's not gonna

00:11:29.840 it's not gonna end well uh for the democrats in the next election we cross the rubicon you cross the

00:11:36.660 rubicon of burn the bridges and back you went brother get glenn back comes back converts back to 0.94

00:11:42.240 the trump movement uh a big deal right uh when fox news comes out with a full-throated defense last

00:11:49.060 night of president trump uh in the trump movement a uh an inflection point one of the darkest days in

00:11:56.280 american history uh welcome it's friday 31 march year of our lord 2023 we've got darren beady trying to

00:12:03.500 get boris mike davis we're pretty packed this morning darren beady your assessment of uh of the

00:12:09.340 implication have we crossed the rubicon darren beady have we crossed the rubicon because of this

00:12:13.820 um yes but i think it's really a symptom of underlying things that have been in the works for a long time

00:12:21.520 i mean it's people are saying this is it's certainly outrageous but it's not surprising and in many ways

00:12:28.500 it's the inevitable culmination of all of the trends that we've seen set in motion since trump's historic

00:12:36.680 victory in 2016 i mean people forget trump ran against the coordinated opposition of every single

00:12:44.700 powerful institution in the country and he won he humiliated them the regime can't stand for that

00:12:54.100 they can't stand the fact that he's still around they can't stand the fact that he's the front runner

00:13:00.520 again to run against and defeat joe biden they can't stand that he continues to lead

00:13:07.660 one of the most powerful movements in american history opposing the corrupt regime he has to be

00:13:15.800 taken off the chessboard that has to happen it was always baked into the cake the so-called trump

00:13:22.020 derangement syndrome always had to culminate with the next stage of deplatforming taking him off

00:13:28.640 twitter it wasn't enough debanking wasn't enough blacklisting him in the media wasn't enough it had to

00:13:36.560 move to the next stage and that's criminalizing political opposition and you see it in the most

00:13:43.420 prominent symbolic figure as glenn beck was saying of the average person who's been demonized and now

00:13:50.540 criminalized by a corrupt and illegitimate regime

00:13:54.920 yeah darren if you could hang through uh the break or uh darren beady's going to join us uh

00:14:01.260 mike uh mike davis trying to get boris uh from down in mora lago i think darren gave you a pretty good

00:14:06.440 summary uh and i really appreciate i like the fact people came out and stood uh with president trump

00:14:12.080 last night had his back full-throated defense but darren beady hits the nail on the head this is all

00:14:18.160 from 2015 2016 the opposition last last night what they did is a cross river car about the

00:14:24.360 criminalization of it but these forces have been in works for for since day one day one going against

00:14:32.240 the american people that's why they hate trump we continue to say that they hate trump because

00:14:35.720 trump represents you trump puts you in the room not the room not the deal trump not only puts you in

00:14:41.120 the room he puts you at the head of the table short commercial break we're gonna return we got mike

00:14:46.120 davis we have darren beady boris epstein we have frank gaffney rebecca koffler all of it jammed up

00:14:51.640 here in the first hour of the world

00:16:26.940 here's your host steven k band give me that one davis okay welcome back um let's go darren beady um

00:16:37.760 there's some full-throated responses last night from fox and others that haven't exactly been with

00:16:43.380 on you know kind of faded from the trump movement over the last couple of years uh do you think that

00:16:48.660 was opportunistic or do you think it's they understand the meaning of what you just laid out

00:16:52.880 that this has been trump's victory was just not a victory of a politician or just not a victory of

00:16:59.020 the republican party it was something very different right it was a populist nationalist america first

00:17:04.620 mega movement that came together around working people working class folks the middle class that

00:17:10.180 had been forgotten about uh the forgotten man and woman and that's what trump stood for from the

00:17:14.880 beginning and look he's he's got lots of faults everybody understands that right we did there's a lot we

00:17:19.040 left on the table in the first administration some things we did that were absolutely counter to our

00:17:23.880 movement there's some horrible personnel picks all that being said directionally it was really the

00:17:29.880 confrontation with the administrative state which you've always said you and i are close friends

00:17:35.100 and colleagues we debate all the time about the ccp versus administrative state you've always said hey

00:17:39.780 if we don't take on and defeat the administrative state first it doesn't matter if we take down the ccp 1.00

00:17:44.260 uh your thoughts sir no i think it's absolutely right um trump is not an ordinary politician he's a

00:17:53.260 transformational figure he's a once in a generation charismatic force and in that sense he is the

00:18:00.480 beating heart of this powerful movement that the regime is so terrified of it's that simple that's why

00:18:08.400 they have to get rid of him because they know as i said earlier in a segment that went

00:18:13.360 massively viral there there is no trumpism without trump people in this kind of pseudo sophistication

00:18:21.920 think you can just take the script and this talking points and maybe you know beef up the policy and you

00:18:27.780 have something without you know whatever they say the embarrassing tweets or whatever you can't have it

00:18:34.260 without trump you can't have a political movement without its leader and trump is the leader of this

00:18:41.840 movement he's the symbol he's the charismatic force and that's why he is uniquely the target

00:18:48.560 of the regime and i think now this is manifestly true to the point that even the people on fox news

00:18:56.180 look they're so desperate to blacklist this guy because they know that any bit of attention he gets

00:19:02.140 he resonates with the people and they say okay we just can't give him any more attention blacklist well

00:19:07.080 now they can't blacklist now you know they say necessity is the mother of invention well necessity

00:19:12.920 is also the mother of extremely reluctant lip service and that's what they had to give even on fox news

00:19:19.780 because any sensible person looking at this understands two things that trump is the number one target of

00:19:28.680 our corrupt regime and two that there's a reason for that because he is the living symbol and embodiment

00:19:36.260 of this movement that is a once in a lifetime political force that's why they have to give room

00:19:42.840 so even fox they'll pay their lip service but as we were saying they make no mistake a lot of the people

00:19:49.660 coming to trump's defense here they're waiting for the next acceptable opportunity to stab him in the back

00:19:57.020 so it's it's a temporary thing for a lot of people but it's a good thing because it clarifies

00:20:02.680 trump's unique position as the bulwark so to speak as the force opposing the corrupt regime there's

00:20:13.620 nobody else there's no alternative there's no trumpism without trump there's either trump or there's

00:20:20.640 this dystopian hell that the country once known as america now i call it the globalist

00:20:26.900 american empire that represents the combination of the worst elements of east germany brazil and 1.00

00:20:34.340 south africa that's the direction we're heading toward and arguably we're already there and trump

00:20:40.240 is the guy we have to help us stop it for now for better or worse he's what we have that's why

00:20:46.160 they're attacking him after trump the deluge right talk to me about this corrupt regime talk to me about

00:20:53.600 ray epps sir and the work you're doing over there on revolver about this entire situation

00:20:58.080 well talk about the regime and its lies you know one of the biggest lies is this so-called

00:21:04.740 insurrection which we've correctly dubbed as the fedsurrection on the basis of a large history of

00:21:13.580 comprehensive reporting on the topic and one of the smoking guns of this fedsurrection is a curious case

00:21:19.020 of ray epps now i'm sure most of the listeners here are familiar with this they can re-familiarize

00:21:24.180 themselves but there's been an astonishing development in the story of epps so the new york

00:21:29.780 times recently reported new york times which by the way have done fully dedicated puff pieces on this

00:21:35.260 guy epps he's the only j6 participant that the new york times write a puff piece on it's actually

00:21:40.560 pretty amazing and in their recent report they said ray epps has retained a lawyer and he's basically

00:21:46.540 threatening tucker carlson and me and revolver news saying tucker needs to preserve communications

00:21:53.740 with darren beattie basically suggesting that there's going to be some kind of defamation lawsuit

00:21:59.320 who knows the very idea is ridiculous but the buried lead here is the lawyer that epps has retained you know

00:22:07.100 epps's former lawyer is this guy called john bliszczak who is a nine-year veteran of the fbi which is kind of

00:22:14.380 interesting but his new lawyer is far more interesting his new lawyer is a guy called

00:22:19.080 michael tater who works for guess who he works for david brock one of the most notorious and disgraced

00:22:27.860 hatchet men deep in the bowels of the democrat hillary clinton machine now think about this

00:22:35.580 ray epps like according to the official version ray epps was this trump supporter wearing a trump hat

00:22:41.620 in military camouflage demanding people go into the capitol he's texted his own nephew saying he

00:22:49.780 quote-unquote orchestrated it he's there whispering in a guy's ear moment before that first and initial

00:22:55.860 breach he's a former head of the oath keepers the most demonized and prosecuted militia group in

00:23:02.440 relation january 6th is getting puff pieces from the new york times adam kinsinger who never saw

00:23:09.000 a trump supporter he didn't want to see rotting away in prison for less than 50 years adam kinsinger

00:23:15.400 is coming to his defense new york times is coming to his defense the department of justice refuses to

00:23:20.620 prosecute him and now of all people he's got allies in the democrat hillary machine associated with david

00:23:29.440 brock working for david brock and and the final bit i mean there's much more to it but the final

00:23:34.580 summary point on this is that as part of epps's new lawyer storied resume he worked for perkins coy

00:23:44.060 the notorious democrat affiliated law firm whose um partner mark elias was the general counsel for

00:23:55.240 the hillary campaign it's come out from matt gates and others that the fbi had like a skiff inside this

00:24:01.840 place these are the people defending epps yeah don't don't don't don't bury the lead david brock

00:24:10.100 is also the head of it's just not hillary clinton david brock is the organizer of the anti-weaponization

00:24:16.880 of of uh of government panel they've said they're going to take on every politicians up there every

00:24:22.320 politician every witness they're going to go demonize every witness david brock is at the center

00:24:26.400 of the of the counter movement to get to the bottom of the of the uh weaponization of the

00:24:31.720 government which talks about the apparatus i also want to make sure in the cold open reason we played

00:24:35.680 that for you is they're saying yeah this thing in new york's important we you know this criminalizes

00:24:39.760 trump this criminalizes the the politics of trump but they all say the he he committed the greatest

00:24:45.280 crime in american history darren beattie the greatest crime in american history which was the peaceful

00:24:50.220 transfer of government on on january 6 your thoughts about that about the about january 6

00:24:55.680 and trump's involvement in what they call the greatest crime in history which is what they still want to

00:25:00.340 get him for sir well i think it's a great crime but for very different reasons i mean i the fact that

00:25:08.020 you know it's overwhelming evidence of artificial interference federal involvement in j6 a big setup

00:25:16.060 really the whole thing and one of the original pieces we did on it we called it a mega blood libel i

00:25:21.040 think it is criminal it's a it's and it's uh a deeply malicious kind of setup operation that's designed

00:25:29.880 to facilitate this narrative that the national security state should go against trump supporters

00:25:35.320 um domestically in the united states and so in that respect it's criminal it's uh but it is rich

00:25:42.760 kind of darkly ironic that the false version of january 6 as an insurrection is so um uniquely offensive

00:25:54.040 to these democrat types in the far left of course who are all disingenuous about it but they claim

00:26:00.440 it's uniquely offensive because of how it interferes with this um uh prized process of peaceful democratic

00:26:10.340 transition of power and meanwhile these are the same people who have basically violated one of the most

00:26:17.880 sacred and important norms central to the process of peaceful transition of power which is you don't

00:26:25.900 criminally indict a former president unless and suppose you have a really good reason and they certainly

00:26:33.400 don't have one here and it's not really good to criminally indict for a sitting president to have his

00:26:41.680 department of justice criminally indict his presumptive um nominee that would run against him in the next

00:26:49.400 presidential election you know everyone says it and it's true it's it's banana republic stuff it is deeply

00:26:56.880 and essentially contradictory to the very norms that these people pretend to defend when they spout the lies

00:27:04.740 pertaining to the so-called insurrection which as i pointed out is really a fedsurrection and therefore in a

00:27:11.700 way that they don't intend when they say it is one of the greatest crimes in recent american history

00:27:17.600 darren how do people get to you and how they get to revolver for all the breaking analysis commentary and news

00:30:03.860 okay welcome back uh very honored to have uh mike davis with us mike uh great hits on uh jesse waters

00:30:12.140 last night senator hawley says we've crossed the rubicon and they burned the bridge in back of them do you

00:30:18.780 do uh do you believe that sir do you agree with that absolutely i mean this is this is unbelievable

00:30:26.080 what man uh the soros funded manhattan da alvin bragg here again he pushed the prior da to decline

00:30:33.640 these charges the uh the manhattan u.s attorney's office declined these charges the federal election

00:30:39.560 commission declined these charges this is a bogus legal theory that they're pursuing that even the new

00:30:45.440 york times and washington post through shade on this is so destructive what alvin bragg is doing

00:30:52.600 to our country and sure it may help him in uh limousine with the limousine liberals and the

00:30:59.260 leftist crazies in manhattan maybe he won't get a primary challenge next time he'll raise a lot of

00:31:04.560 money he'll be a hero when he you know goes to these coffee shops in manhattan and everyone's wearing

00:31:11.580 their their covet masks still they'll love him but this is insane what he's doing to our country it's

00:31:17.260 destructive this is what we do in third world marxist hell holes and banana republics and you 1.00

00:31:22.820 know as a george soros funded prosecutor uh you know soros seems to hate america so maybe this is

00:31:28.020 all working out according to plan um the the tell was that they um you know they gave a misdirection

00:31:38.720 play then they uh then they announced the indictment or leaked it to the media didn't even tell

00:31:43.300 uh the president's lawyers then immediately leaked that they had a conversation that they wanted to

00:31:49.280 they voted on the indictment on thursday they wanted him to this is a president of the united states

00:31:53.960 wanted him to come in and be arraigned the next day sir give me your perspective of that about what

00:32:00.520 a setup this is yeah i mean this is this is this is a show trial this is a show trial they think they're

00:32:07.820 getting trump here they think they're going to take him out as a presidential contender because

00:32:12.940 they they fear they can't beat him in the polls so they're just going to indict him all this does

00:32:17.060 is undermines the democrats lawfare campaign this is there are three parts to the democrats lawfare

00:32:23.440 campaign number one is special counsel jack smith the garland special counsel who's looking at the

00:32:30.320 non-crime of a former president having his presidential records in the office of former president which is

00:32:35.900 allowed under the presidential records act the second part of this lawfare is democrat fulton

00:32:42.220 county da fanny willis who's looking at president trump for the non-crime of objecting to the

00:32:47.880 presidential election and lobbying uh people to object to the presidential election that is

00:32:53.200 specifically allowed by the electoral count of 1887 and the first amendment if that were illegal

00:32:59.220 democrats would be in jail for objecting to the presidential elections to republican wins in

00:33:04.440 1969 2001 2005 2017 alvin braggs is the weakest case that's what's so baffling that he went first

00:33:13.960 it's such a weak case it reminds me during the kavanaugh confirmation when the democrats rolled out

00:33:19.120 six bogus charges of you know that that essentially kavanaugh was a serial gang rapist when he was a 1.00

00:33:26.220 teenager even though he testified he was a virgin well into his 20s what was so stupid about the 0.97

00:33:31.440 democrats is they put out michael avenatti and his fleabag client julie swetnick first and it undermines 0.98

00:33:38.580 the other five allegations that's exactly what's happening here bragg went first because he's a

00:33:43.520 buffoon and he couldn't help himself and so he's going to undermine the other the other two cases are

00:33:49.460 are bs cases too they're non-crimes but they're a lot more credible on their face than alvin bragg's

00:33:55.520 completely nonsensical bs trumped up bogus charges based upon a legal theory he previously rejected

00:34:03.980 you you didn't bring up and i want to ask you why did you miss it or is it for a reason because

00:34:11.160 on the cold open they're saying you know we got a game for the greatest crime in the history of the

00:34:15.620 country was the not peaceful transfer of power a jack smith's j6 you you don't even consider that

00:34:22.780 worthy of comment now that that the ones they're pressing are the mar-a-lago uh classified documents

00:34:29.280 and the uh in the situation in georgia and fulton county you think the j6 is is is of not even of

00:34:35.740 interest uh anymore i guess the j6 part of jack smith's special counsel investigation kind of

00:34:42.880 dovetails in with the fulton county one again it's not it's not a crime to object to presidential

00:34:49.180 elections it's not a crime to twist arms politically to get people to object to presidential elections

00:34:55.580 that's covered by the electoral count of 1887 that's covered by the first amendment so they're

00:35:00.520 both whether it's jack smith's other half of his special counsel investigation or democrat

00:35:06.660 fulton county da's uh investigation down in georgia it's it's this it's the same non-crime you have a

00:35:14.080 first amendment right you have a statutory right under the electoral count of 1887 to object to

00:35:18.880 presidential elections or you did you did uh uh when when trump did this now they've amended the

00:35:24.440 statute but uh that you you do have the right to object how for the average american watching this

00:35:32.860 how did the profession of law because here you have not just some of the biggest you know

00:35:37.780 used to be a revered uh new york city uh manhattan district attorney for many many decades you you had

00:35:46.180 um you've got the justice department you've got some of the biggest law firms in the country people

00:35:51.220 work these law firms what has happened it seems so quickly and rapidly over the last few years to the

00:35:58.240 uh to the legal profession because it's the legal profession at the end of the day yes there's

00:36:02.420 politicians the source but you've got these maniac lawyers there that are at the vanguard of this

00:36:08.440 what happened to the legal profession sir in the rule of law yeah i mean all you have to do is go

00:36:13.520 look at stanford law school stanford law school invited a federal appellate judge judge kyle duncan

00:36:19.100 on the fifth circuit to come speak and stanford law school is one of the top you know top three law

00:36:24.340 schools in the country up there with harvard and yale and the university of chicago i mean it's it's a

00:36:29.160 one of the best schools and these are supposed to be the best and brightest students you have these

00:36:33.320 leftists shouting down a speaker and it's not just any speaker it's a judge it's not just any judge

00:36:38.600 as a federal appellate judge they're shouting him down and screaming at him and calling him names and

00:36:43.680 saying the most vile things and then the dean shows up they he asked for a dean the dei dean

00:36:49.980 shows up and you know she joins the mob and there were three other administrators from the stanford law

00:36:55.140 school in the mob this is what's happening with our legal profession it's just like what's happening

00:36:59.460 with the democrat party this is not our parents or grandparents democrat party these are not liberals

00:37:04.600 who love america and just disagree with conservatives on the best way to get there

00:37:08.460 these are leftists these are marxists they hate america they hate free speech they believe in 0.99

00:37:15.140 censorship they they hate equality they believe in equity they hate due process they believe in me too

00:37:20.720 people need to wake up to the fact that we're not dealing with good faith actors on the other side 0.97

00:37:26.540 anymore these are marxists these are monsters and we need to eradicate them from the political debate 1.00

00:37:32.140 uh mike how can people uh get you particularly your social media now that you're you're covering 0.98

00:37:39.740 this non-stop and the media hits you're doing around are very very powerful how can people get

00:37:44.220 get to you article three project.org article number three project.org at article three project at article

00:37:52.340 number three project on getter twitter truth and my personal is at mrd dmia mrd dmia and to all the

00:38:01.000 bannon listeners out there stay peaceful do not do anything that even looks like you're threatening

00:38:05.900 violence because they'll throw you in the gulag stay peaceful trump is going to prevail here he's

00:38:10.760 going to be the next president of the united states mike you agree with that part of this is the set of

00:38:16.540 trap to to have people let their emotions take over here well if you look at this with the a cold

00:38:22.940 calculating eye this could be this could unite a vast portion of the country and we could come out

00:38:28.300 bigger winners and president trump can come out bigger winners of all if you play your cards

00:38:32.560 correctly you you what are your thoughts on that 100 this is unifying even trump deranged parts of the

00:38:40.200 dem of the republican party around trump it's going to make him stronger he's going to be unstoppable he

00:38:45.740 will be the next president of the united states after this indictment and steve when i'm the acting

00:38:50.100 attorney general uh for about three weeks before i get chased out of town i am gonna rain hell on dc i will 0.82

00:38:56.820 i will clean out the fbi in three weeks and i will bring indictments against soros and hillary and

00:39:03.100 obama and biden's it's going to be a good three weeks um we're very serious about that you as the

00:39:12.460 as the next attorney general and you ran all the toughest confirmation hearings who's going to run

00:39:18.460 your who's going to manage your confirmation here you'll make your self-managed confirmation hearing

00:39:22.380 but that's why i'm going to be acting there's no chance i will get confirmed to anything i think

00:39:26.660 i'd get one charity vote from chuck grassley and it will destroy his 50-year political career

00:39:32.120 well i i'm a betting man and i don't think that's quite right uh but i do agree with you sir

00:39:39.120 on the fact this is your night president trump and uh and you're one of the uh the people i know that

00:39:44.620 he looks to for for for judgment he's done such an amazing job on uh on these media hits and with

00:39:49.700 your efforts on big tech and everything the last couple of years honored to have you on here thanks

00:39:52.860 for uh carving time out today thank you steve mike davis um there's a lot more to go through we're

00:40:00.520 going to have it five to seven at night we're obviously going to be live tomorrow so it's a lot

00:40:04.280 going on you talk about show trials i asked rebecca koffler she's got an amazing piece up right now 0.99

00:40:09.820 about putin uh rebecca in the in moscow in the 1930s they had these type of trials

00:40:15.400 where they had these show trials this is what this is in new york city it's nothing but a show

00:40:19.280 trial this is all politics has nothing to do with the law this is the this is what happens when you

00:40:25.900 have the takeover of a part of the judiciary system by radical marxists like george soros rebecca

00:40:31.020 koffler why does this remind you of of the worst of the uh of the bolsheviks in the soviet union and

00:40:37.700 it reminds you of what putin and the kgb can do ma'am i'm terrified uh steve i i'm an immigrant

00:40:44.360 from soviet russia as uh you know i lived under the totalitarian regime and now i do not recognize

00:40:52.820 our country uh basically uh whoever is driving this turmoil uh they're trying to destabilize america

00:41:02.180 and they're trying to kick out president trump out of the 2024 campaign this is exactly what uh putin

00:41:12.320 does this is classic putin's uh playbook uh what he did with his opponent alexei navalny for example

00:41:20.940 um who exposed corruption in putin's government he threw him in jail and right now he is rotting in a

00:41:29.220 in a russian prison uh i see all of the hallmarks of uh totalitarianism uh creeping in into our country

00:41:39.100 under joe biden's presidency and uh i know it's probably hard for americans to uh imagine

00:41:45.680 that america the land of freedom could even become one day you know a totalitarian state

00:41:53.980 but look at it this way uh these american bolsheviks they've locked us down during 0.99

00:42:01.440 covid right we were not allowed to go uh do our jobs kids were not allowed to do um to go to school

00:42:09.800 they forced us with this uh so-called vaccine that was basically an experimental drug they're now

00:42:17.920 having january 6 you know uh protesters the the the people who simply you know are political prisoners

00:42:25.980 they have them in in gulags you know we have censorship they're after religious people 1.00

00:42:32.620 right they're trying to disarm americans is it not reminding you of uh what exactly happened you know

00:42:40.600 back in during the soviet times in russia or you know in fascist germany i am literally terrified

00:42:48.960 uh steve because i came here for freedom my children are here and there's really nowhere to go

00:42:55.180 america is still the best country in the world and we must fight to make america free again and

00:43:02.040 normal again we cannot let these bolsheviks uh destroy their country uh and remove president 1.00

00:43:09.480 trump from running in 2024 rebecca how do people get to you on social media how do they get to your

00:45:59.340 the uh savage angels uh also i'll be up uh putting up uh content all weekend as we hurl into the by

00:46:06.420 the way we're gonna talk about our trip to uh east palestine a lot to go through there uh including

00:46:12.020 the after effects of that justice department announced this morning that i was suing norfolk

00:46:16.240 southern to make sure they underwrote the entire cost of that it's the cost and the scale of it that we

00:46:21.560 got to talk about but it looks at least looks like a little bit of action coming there frank gaffney

00:46:26.880 uh joins us now it shouldn't be lost anybody that when president trump's arraigned on tuesday

00:46:31.600 the three top anti-ccp fighters in this country donald j trump miles guo and stephen k bannon all

00:46:38.240 indicted in new york city i'll talk more about that uh later this afternoon and and the that's not a

00:46:44.160 coincidence the three top anti-ccp fighters all indicted in new york city and there is that is

00:46:50.860 not a coincidence frank gaffney uh there's a the real indictment that should be out there you and

00:46:58.140 the team at the committee on the present danger china have done an amazing job over the last couple

00:47:02.220 of years of documenting this now we've actually put it into book form uh of the indictment uh this is

00:47:08.960 not this phoniness that's happening in new york city this is not uh which is nothing but a show

00:47:13.960 trial this is not all this bogus stuff that working the justice department stopped trump

00:47:18.500 they're trying to stop trump for one simple reason he's the head of the most powerful political

00:47:23.380 movement in american history and particularly the america first national security part of that

00:47:27.860 and the focus on taking down the chinese communist party and thwarting them everywhere in the world

00:47:32.680 including their influence peddling and the and the corrosive uh the corrosive nature of what they've done

00:47:38.780 in the united states with their partners uh is something that the world must see and you've now

00:47:43.760 written a book with the help of the of the folks over the committee on the present danger china to lay

00:47:48.480 out that indictment frank gaffney we have steven and much of this is with your great help uh including

00:47:55.480 as uh allowing us to have this be the first imprint of your new war room books uh line and i couldn't be

00:48:04.460 more proud of that um you know there's an expression uh favored by communists uh steve it's no accident

00:48:11.700 comrade and whether it's what you were just talking about about where the other indictment went down

00:48:17.240 the fact that they have been determined and i say the chinese communist party and their friends

00:48:25.180 have been determined to prevent anyone from really understanding let alone responding appropriately to

00:48:35.000 the warfare that the chinese communist party has been engaged in against us for decades

00:48:40.700 uh and as a result in part thanks to that elite capture of their friends uh which we documented

00:48:47.920 in a very powerful webinar of our committee on the present danger china just yesterday and i really

00:48:55.240 commended everybody it's about to be loaded up at present danger china.org if it isn't by the time

00:49:01.600 you hear me saying this hopefully it will be in the next few minutes it was entitled the chiden

00:49:08.420 administration can we defeat the chinese communist party if our leaders work for it 0.96

00:49:15.560 and the reality is with the help of the great peter schweitzer miranda devine trevor loudon and brian

00:49:24.300 kennedy the answer to that is probably no we have to get rid of and i mean through appropriate legal means

00:49:35.160 the people who are working for our mortal enemies the chinese communist party in leadership positions not

00:49:41.340 just in political life but in business and finance and academia and media you can't possibly win even an

00:49:48.480 unrestricted war let alone the kind that the chinese communist party clearly has in mind for us under 0.86

00:49:53.800 xi jinping namely a shooting war if the people who are supposedly leading our side are working for the other

00:50:01.740 one so the indictment is a i think very instructive way to think about what we're against and to begin to

00:50:09.320 respond to it we start with the proposition as you say frequently steve here the chinese communist party

00:50:16.180 is a transnational criminal organization and what we document drawing on this body of work from the

00:50:24.820 committee on the present danger china's webinars over 70 of them over the past eight or nine months or so

00:50:30.000 is that war crimes that the chinese communist party and its friends and enablers uh in this country 0.97

00:50:41.060 have perpetrated against us we've got eight different charges as part of this indictment in that regard

00:50:47.700 political warfare economic warfare energy warfare biological warfare information operations uh taking down our

00:50:56.520 military military and so on in addition talk about their crimes against humanity against incredibly their own people

00:51:07.080 to say nothing of others around the world again notably in the case of their biological warfare attack

00:51:13.780 of covet 19 and then finally steve we've got 20 different action items that have to be taken

00:51:21.100 inspired by your call to action action action well it's action times 20 specific practical near-term

00:51:30.360 things that we not only can do but must do if we're going to counter what the chinese have done to us 1.00

00:51:37.200 already and hopefully deter what they have in mind for us next frank frank hang on for one second

00:51:43.900 because i want to hold you through the break steve cortez is going to join us too i just want to

00:51:47.100 point to the um cover of the financial times today china warns europe not to follow u.s demands to trade

00:51:53.240 for trade curbs with beijing the pressure is now on the eu um as they also they're also announcing deals

00:52:01.360 uh for uh oil that they're going to convert into one uh the brazil has announced lula's marxist regime

00:52:08.520 down there has announced as i i was interviewed in the new york times of brazil last weekend where i said

00:52:14.540 all this is going to happen that lulu was nothing but an adjunct to the chinese cameron's party regime

00:52:18.960 and then they announced they're going to do all their trade in yuan frank hang on because you know

00:52:23.640 we're starting a new book line and i want to come out with books that have power and impact what frank

00:52:29.820 gafting the team at the present danger of china has done this book the indictment it names names because
