Stephen K. Vance is back in the War Room talking about all the latest in the Ukraine crisis and all the other stuff that s been going on in the world, including Russia, Iran, China, and much more.
00:01:01.820If you can't go in person, we'll make sure the videos are up, some of the live streams, all of it, so you can get some of the top experts in the country.
00:01:08.400President Trump yesterday, of course, he tweeted out, he put it up on True Social, just World War III.
00:01:13.220And the snowflakes in the media, Democratic left, went absolutely bonkers, complete, total, full meltdown on something that's obvious when you see what's going on.
00:01:25.100And you see, quote-unquote, our allies or people that we've given breaks to, like Elon Musk, in China this weekend selling us out, selling us out.
00:01:32.580Look at the European, there should be not one more penny spent on Ukraine.
00:01:38.680Let Macron, and let the, you think Macron's got problems right now in the streets of, with the Yellow Vest burning down Paris because they want to increase the Social Security age a couple of years?
00:01:49.420By the way, where's your full pension?
00:01:51.280Your full pension, you got that good pension plan and worry about that health care, that great health care, right?
00:02:06.340France's not paying for their own people.
00:02:09.080But Macron comes out of there and says, yeah, that currency thing, you know, I think we need some alternatives.
00:02:14.200And, no, we can't get dragged into this thing with the CCP.
00:02:17.240Of course, they've dragged us into the, I shouldn't say dragged in, the Biden regime has been at the forefront of this.
00:02:22.520And, obviously, now you have top secret slides made for the Joint Chiefs of Staff that show you, and all they're talking about, oh, who leaked it?
00:02:43.780The key, the part that they're worried about and they want to take your eye off is the triumphalist narrative in Ukraine is a stone-cold lie, according to the slides.
00:02:53.580Of course, in everything they say, you know, if you read all the things about the fifth paragraph, you know, they go, we think that slide was doctored.
00:02:59.060Of all the slides that came out, the only one they're saying is doctored happens to be the one that has the math about the Ukraine war.
00:03:04.400You had the Pentagon papers that the New York Times got.
00:03:07.300You had the Afghanistan papers that the Washington Post broke, which tells you all the lies you were told about Afghanistan for decades by both parties, decades.
00:03:17.780Lindsey Graham's up there, the big, he's crying tears.
00:03:20.200You got to support Trump or you got to send troops to that.
00:04:47.180When Joe McCarthy, because they get all the stuff he did on Wheeling and the 20th.
00:04:51.620Let me just give you one fact you can't get away from.
00:04:54.580When he stood in the floor of the Senate and gave a five-hour speech, I think three hours he gave on the floor, and then he put two hours into the record.
00:05:14.560And what had happened at Yalta, by the way, in Crimea, in the Ukraine, or what the Russians claim is theirs, which I could care less if Ukraine has it or the Russians have it.
00:05:25.380It makes no difference to me who controls Yalta, Sevastopol.
00:06:04.920Because you never realize, you never understand, hey, how did Patton and Montgomery, how did we break out of Normandy?
00:06:10.160How do we drive across northern France?
00:06:11.740How did we do Market Guard and all these huge – how did we get – got to the Rhine, got to Metz, got to the Saar, got to – how did we not get to Berlin?
00:06:19.860Who made the decision not to go to Berlin?
00:06:21.900Who made the decision to give – not take Prague and not take Berlin?
00:09:57.800Two weeks ago, Steve, a 28-year-old woman who identified as a transgender murdered six Christians at Covenant Presbyterian School.
00:10:06.860That Thursday, Justin Jones, Justin Pearson, and Gloria Johnson basically broke the rules of the Tennessee House of Representatives in the chamber and incited a riot with bullhorns and chants, et cetera.
00:10:20.860They were – two of them were expelled this past Thursday.
00:10:26.940Under the Tennessee state constitution, the legislative – the county legislative body from which these expelled members reside may select an interim successor.
00:10:43.860So this afternoon, Metro Nashville is looking at selecting an interim successor.
00:10:49.620There's one problem with their current plan to name Justin Jones the interim successor.
00:10:56.740There's a definition of successor, and that definition means taking another person in.
00:11:02.020Well, here's – okay, Leahy, hang on.
00:11:05.400This is what they're hammering you guys.
00:11:07.240Is what they did – is that all they did with the things leading up to this?
00:11:11.100Is what they did so bad that you had to go to kind of the political death penalty of expulsion?
00:11:22.480Never in 227 years of the Tennessee General Assembly have members of the General Assembly taken over the House of Representatives without proper recognition by the chair.
00:11:36.000Never has any member of the Tennessee General Assembly incited a riot of rioters who were trying to breach the chamber.
00:11:48.060There's no question about it because this was an attack on the constitutional republic and the authority of the Tennessee House of Representatives.
00:12:40.560Yeah, I think there will be a big crowd.
00:12:42.080They're going to march to the Metro Council.
00:12:44.280I expect the Metro Council to unconstitutionally appoint or name Justin Jones as the interim successor.
00:12:52.380They're then going to march back to the Capitol building and try to intimidate the Tennessee House of Representatives to re-seed them.
00:13:00.320I don't anticipate that the House of Representatives will see them because they will probably take it under advisement, ask for legal advice, and ultimately I don't think they will see them.
00:13:11.520The state Supreme Court will rule in the House's favor.
00:13:13.840Well, we're going to see if all those Hollywood types there in Nashville and all the globalist big businessmen in Nashville, when they pull your NFL franchise, we'll see how tough.
00:13:24.000We're going to see – it's a time of – it's going to be a time of revealing of character what's happening in Tennessee because the pressure is going to come on Tennessee like nobody's –
00:13:35.280Okay, I've got – I've already marked you down last week.
00:13:39.240I didn't say they're going to pull it.
00:13:54.720Biden is bringing a bunch of, in essence, sort of left-wing communist influencers into the White House to be the sort of the tip of the spear for his 2024 campaign.
00:14:08.360We're going to cover that this afternoon in the afternoon show.

00:16:34.920Okay, as I told you on the Hill newspaper, because they're coming at you, the audience, they're coming at you in what you stand for every which way, every angle, because you're the head of the creditors committee, because the working man and woman in this country is the full faith and credit of the United States of America.
00:17:49.080That's what they're threatening to do.
00:17:50.680I want to make sure everybody, you know, two years ago, we started talking about this.
00:17:57.120A year and a half ago, we started putting out the end of the dollar empire.
00:17:59.900You've got to immerse yourself in what we call macroeconomics.
00:18:03.560I don't care if you dropped out of high school in your freshman year.
00:18:06.920We will get you up the learning curve on this, and you have to understand it.
00:18:09.560You cannot understand the power dynamic in this nation and the world unless you understand the intersectionality of money and power and the ability to print money and power.
00:18:22.080Once you understand that, and the reason they don't teach us, the reason they don't want you knowing about it is once you understand the con, the scam, you're going to say no more, not on our watch.
00:18:30.780And that's when we can start taking down the ruling class in this country.
00:18:35.100Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:18:39.620You get the full series, the latest installments, The Debt Trap.
00:18:43.440I started writing this in November, and it's like ripped from today's headlines.
00:18:47.760Like you read the Hill newspaper, you read that, you go, hey, these guys kind of understand what's going on.
00:19:09.620Make sure we're not just trying to make you the smartest person at the dinner party or the backyard barbecue or in the stands of your kids' little league and soccer games.
00:19:18.340We're doing this to save this republic because only you can save it.
00:19:26.000And you have to be the army, the awakened, not this influencer army that Biden's going to use again, and that's what they're going to do on a Chinese app, TikTok.
00:19:37.320Of course, they now all claim there's something else.
00:19:40.380There's something insidious about this fifth column that's in the country.
00:19:43.960It's deeply embedded in these documents put out by Governor DeSantis and Rufo last week.
00:20:01.460Tell us how deeply embedded this diversity, equity, and inclusion is and how insidious it is to this republic, ma'am.
00:20:09.020Well, it's a billion-dollar industry that infects just about every institution in America, and one of the things that I have noticed and I don't hear many people talking about is that it's like affirmative action on steroids.
00:20:25.420It takes affirmative action that had racial preferences to a whole new level because it doesn't even give lip service to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
00:20:42.100And what we find is open, blatant discrimination against whites and Asians.
00:21:07.400Because this is something like the transgender affirmation movement.
00:21:12.420For a lot of people, this kind of came out of nowhere, and all of a sudden, wow, when you see Rufo's analysis of Florida, you realize how sophisticated, well-thought-through, and multi-billion-dollar industry it is.
00:21:26.200And I can say 1964, we had a civil rights movement.
00:21:30.900It culminated with three major civil rights bills.
00:21:35.200And that set up an era of non-discrimination, equal opportunity, equal accommodations.
00:21:43.220By the 1970s, we had affirmative action.
00:21:46.520But by 1976, we had many whites noticing and complaining about reverse discrimination.
00:21:54.000And the left, I would say, that they became more and more aggressive with affirmative action until there were more lawsuits.
00:22:05.880And then when Sandra Day O'Connell, I would say, in the early 2000s, they issued a decision in the Michigan cases where she said she thought affirmative action would be needed for 25 years.
00:22:23.160The left, I believe, out of fear that affirmative action would be struck down by the court, they switched over to DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:22:34.660And the diversity that's being pushed today is not like the diversity that initially followed affirmative action, where you went out and you tried to make people aware of opportunities.
00:22:46.940You tried to bring them into the system where they would be integrated.
00:22:50.600What they're doing now is favoring certain groups, bringing them in and telling them that they don't have to integrate, that they have to be affirmed.
00:23:01.100And the equity, when I went through, after the civil rights movement, getting my education, equal opportunity.
00:23:10.560You had an equal opportunity to succeed or fail.
00:23:18.240And with their equal outcomes, you don't even have to be qualified for a position.
00:23:22.740And when they talk about inclusion and their belonging, they want people to come in as discrete groups, making their own demands, not integrating into the workplace or the academic setting.
00:23:36.680And they want other people to make them feel like they belong, whether they're qualified or not, whether they're disrupting the institutions.
00:23:47.500We're supposed to make them feel like they belong.
00:23:50.240And the universities are really pushing Marxism, culture Marxism.
00:23:55.880That's what's taken over the DEI industry.
00:23:59.580And with affirmative action, unless the Supreme Court strikes it down, when they issue the ruling involving Harvard and North Carolina and the Asian students, unless they strike down affirmative action, there's no end to DEI and CRT, which is reverse racism.
00:24:35.180The bill that I testified in favor of had to do with ending compelled speech at state universities, at public universities.
00:24:47.120And what we have found is that Christian and conservative students are openly discriminated against in those institutions and that this bill would make it illegal to demand that new faculty or students adhere to certain beliefs.
00:25:07.360They would not have to put forth diversity statements or make statements about what they would do in the future for diversity if they were hired.
00:25:19.300There is another Texas bill that would eliminate the entire DEI industry out of public colleges and universities.
00:25:29.220And so there are two Texas bills to watch.
00:25:32.020They all have to do with DEI and CRT in the classroom.
00:25:37.840And Texas has moved even further than Florida to eliminate these programs from publicly supported state universities and colleges.
00:25:47.760And they're doing this because they realize that it's unconstitutional and it runs counter to our civil rights laws as well as human decency and who we are as Americans.
00:26:02.500Dr. Swain, how do people – I know you've got a book out that you wrote about this on CRT.
00:28:43.280After I've stolen the title, borrowed against it, or sold the property, it's 60 to 90 days to even figure out that they're the victim of this crime.
00:28:51.760You know, by that point, you start getting foreclosure notices.
00:28:54.520You've got four mortgages on your house.
00:30:25.520You've warned us for a long time, Dr. Lindsay, about this.
00:30:29.660But I think it's the first time, at least for me, that I can see the details and see how systemic this is.
00:30:35.980This is incredibly well thought through, incredibly focused.
00:30:39.680It's strategic, and they're executing on this diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:30:44.600Can you walk us through what's happening, sir?
00:30:46.500Well, yeah, I mean, what we're seeing here from Ruffo in Florida is typical, actually, across the United States.
00:30:53.060This was being unfolded in Oklahoma a couple of years ago when I was there as well with the University of Oklahoma hiring a new DEI dean almost every other day on average.
00:31:02.800The idea is that they're actually embedding DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and officers and committees in every aspect of university life, every single department.
00:31:14.740So you think, well, you know, they've got their gender studies or whatever, but no, it's in engineering.
00:31:23.500And when you hear that it's in law and it's in medicine and it's in engineering, you'd better get scared because those are some serious problems.
00:31:30.160And so they're hiring what amounts to, in no uncertain terms, political officers, what they used to call commissars, to enforce the ideology behind diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:31:41.440To understand that's very simple, equity has a definition.
00:31:45.000Most people haven't heard the definition.
00:31:46.620If I tell you the definition, you're going to say that means that's a different word you defined because that definition is an administered political economy in which shares are adjusted so that citizens are made equal, which you'll immediately recognize as the definition of socialism.
00:31:59.960And that's the objective behind this ideology.
00:32:04.320So diversity and inclusion become tools.
00:32:08.720It determines who gets to be an officer, and you get to be an officer if you have the view of equity that you're supposed to have based on whatever your identity categories are.
00:32:18.660And inclusion is the justification to censor and purge anything that doesn't go along with the program.
00:32:23.840You have to kick out anything that doesn't make somebody feel welcome or belonging or whatever, just like we heard Dr. Carol Swain say.
00:32:30.100So what we see is the sovietization of our university structures, and it is deep, it is embedded, and it is so much more thorough than people realize.
00:32:39.800It isn't a handful of officers or a small office somewhere on campus that has outsized influence.
00:32:45.780It's hundreds of administrators at every college campus embedding into every single department and touching on every single program that the university is engaged in.
00:32:54.000What you said, commissars, if you go and you deal with any Chinese company, they have political guys in there from the CCP.
00:33:02.300This is why Business Insider's story about me this morning going after Musk said, oh, you know, well, you know, that's been unproven about his thing.
00:33:10.280Everything with Tesla has political officers.
00:33:12.700Every one of these companies have what are called essentially commissars.
00:33:16.020They're political officers of the CCP to make sure that you're following the party line, just like at Stalingrad.
00:33:25.740The commissars, this is why they wanted to do it at West Point with the situation about sexual discrimination and the sexual issues they had in the military.
00:33:37.160They want to put political commissars in there.
00:33:40.080Once again, people think that red states don't have this problem.
00:33:42.840Dr. Lindsay, walk us through the scale and the scope of this issue, sir.
00:33:48.960This is universal at this point, especially in colleges, universities and schools, whether that's higher education or lower education, K through 12.
00:33:59.880The DEI apparatus, the woke programming in schools across every level has been a deliberate program that they've been building out.
00:34:08.280The left has been building out in this country since the 1970s.
00:34:10.780The goal written by Marcuse in 1972 is explicitly was to take over education at every level.
00:34:17.840And at this point, like I said, you talk about states like Florida with Ron DeSantis as governor is actually literally leading the way and trying to solve this problem.
00:34:29.920And you find that these states are just completely corrupted by this here in Tennessee.
00:34:35.480I mean, in the Knoxville area, the University of Tennessee is completely corrupted by this.
00:34:40.480Being in a red state is absolutely no protection whatsoever against the the encroachment of this political ideology taking over our schools and our universities.
00:34:52.140Howard, by the way, this ties back to the tick to the tick to the tick to the tick to influencers.
00:34:58.560And that's why you look at Wisconsin and Madison and Arbor and Michigan.
