Bannon's War Room - Episode 2660： Standing Up Against Marxist Prosecutors; Heels OF The Third World War

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.140 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.740 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.500 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.080 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.900 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.840 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.100 will you sue him for us oh we're going to definitely sue him we're going to be a real 0.99

00:00:55.800 pain in the ass i will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president we need to focus on 0.99

00:01:01.700 donald trump we need to follow his money what is fueling my soul right now is trump 0.99

00:01:06.140 this illegitimate president i look forward to going into the office of attorney general every day

00:01:13.060 suing him and then going home there is no more dire threat to the american way of life than the

00:01:20.760 corruption and weaponization of our justice system and it's happening all around us if we cannot

00:01:27.840 restore the fair and impartial rule of law we will not be a free country as president it will be my

00:01:35.320 personal mission to restore the scales of justice in america we want fairness and equality under the

00:01:41.940 law and to that end i will appoint u.s attorneys who will be the polar opposite of the soros

00:01:50.480 district attorneys and others that are being appointed throughout the united states very unfair to our

00:01:56.980 population very unfair to our country they will be the 100 most ferocious legal warriors against crime

00:02:04.220 and communist corruption that this country has ever seen as we completely overhaul the federal

00:02:10.580 department of justice and fbi we will also launch sweeping civil rights investigations

00:02:15.580 into marxist local district attorneys and that's what we have they're marxists in many cases

00:02:22.240 by refusing to charge countless crimes these soros prosecutors appear to be engaging in selective

00:02:30.220 enforcement based on illegal racial discrimination in chicago san francisco los angeles and every other

00:02:38.460 city where these maniacs have taken over the da's offices should face federal subpoenas of their staff

00:02:46.000 their emails and their records to determine whether they have blatantly violated federal civil rights law

00:02:52.460 as part of this effort there should be a federal inquiry into the soros prosecutor in austin texas

00:02:58.960 who charged a veteran with murder for defending himself against a threat by a heavily armed member

00:03:05.620 of a radical left mob i will also order the department of justice to establish a task force on protecting

00:03:12.600 the right to self-defense which is under siege nationwide in addition we will have a complete investigation

00:03:20.240 into the use of police state tactics by federal authorities to arrest conservatives and christians

00:03:27.240 we will find out who ordered it and we will hold them totally accountable there is much more that we

00:03:34.580 must do we have to confront this radicalized law in schools you take a look at what they've done to our

00:03:43.020 schools our beautiful schools we have to reform the far left bar associations and stop the purge of

00:03:50.460 conservative lawyers from conservative lawyers from major law firms i will do whatever it takes to

00:03:56.200 save our legal system among the greatest achievements of western civilization from the marxist barbarians who 1.00

00:04:03.640 seek to destroy it and we will do that we will save it thank you very much what is fueling my soul 0.99

00:04:09.900 right now is trump will you sue him for us oh we're gonna be a real pain in the ass i look forward to 0.98

00:04:16.600 going into the office of attorney general every day suing him and then going home he said i know my name 0.98

00:04:23.700 personally

00:04:24.160 okay wednesday 13 april year of our lord 2023 we've got tons of news today and a lot to break down there has

00:04:34.800 been an arrest in the um intel situation we're going to deal with that with jack basova is going to join

00:04:40.100 us at six we've got harnwell we've got dr bradley thayer rebecca koffler uh all packed up at six to go

00:04:47.380 through all that breaking news out of taiwan uh the hurtling towards the third world the kinetic part of

00:04:53.360 the third world war seb gorka dave walsh going to join us in this hour also got matthew taylor uh an

00:05:00.200 amazing new film uh about rudy giuliani in new york i'm going to get to all that but i want to get

00:05:06.200 mike davis in here president trump's up once again with latisha james this uh and we book ended with 0.92

00:05:13.980 how out of control she is how unprofessional she is it just she's a dirtbag it's just it's just it's 1.00

00:05:19.220 just disgusting um but he had that powerful video he put out today mike davis walk us through the power 0.98

00:05:25.780 and this is why the administrative state can't let trump trump back in because his learning curve

00:05:31.100 he's learned a lot from the first term and there's no games this time he's talking about getting rid

00:05:35.680 of all 100 u.s attorneys left-wing marxist u.s attorneys day one and restocking with american

00:05:41.920 patriots mike walk us through the power of what president trump laid out president trump is spot

00:05:47.240 on and it is it is exactly what needs to happen when president trump wins back the white house to take

00:05:53.020 back our g our justice system from the soros funded marxist and return it back to the american people 1.00

00:06:00.400 it is uh he everything he said was was absolutely correct there is democrats lawfare right now against

00:06:08.660 president trump they fear that they cannot beat him in the polls so they simply indicted him for the

00:06:13.760 first time ever a former president faces an indictment on a bogus legal theory by this george soros

00:06:21.260 correspondent manhattan da alvin bragg we also have this new york democrat attorney general tish james

00:06:28.200 who sued president trump for fraud based upon a laughable theory in order to have fraud you have to

00:06:35.760 show that someone detrimentally relied on a representation a material representation that you

00:06:41.780 made and there was damages to them so the fraud theory here is that president trump made representations

00:06:49.720 to sophisticated wall street banks he uh he paid them back in full with interest the banks were out

00:06:58.860 nothing but somehow this was fraud under tish james theory of fraud in new york you also have

00:07:04.300 man uh this fulton county da uh fanny willis down in georgia another democrat down in georgia 0.85

00:07:10.400 who's trying to prosecute trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election which you're

00:07:16.260 allowed to do under the under the under the electoral count act of 1887 you're allowed to do it under the

00:07:22.500 first amendment again if it were illegal to object to a presidential election democrats would be in jail

00:07:29.360 for objecting to uh the republican wins in 1969 2001 2005 2017 it's only illegal to object to presidential

00:07:38.940 elections in third world marxist toe holes and jack smith garland's handpicked special counsel

00:07:44.380 is also looking at that theory along with the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records

00:07:51.580 in the office of former president which he's allowed to do under the presidential records act

00:07:55.360 this is these are five different fronts where you have these democrat prosecutors going after president trump

00:08:02.260 this is lawfare and trump is exactly right that the you have the biden justice department colluding with

00:08:09.040 these with these local soros funded da's we saw this with matthew colangelo coming from the biden

00:08:14.960 justice department's number three office a political appointee in the biden justice department biden sent

00:08:20.760 matthew colangelo back in december to team up with alvin bragg to resuscitate this dead case this zombie

00:08:27.820 case against trump this case that was passed over a laughable legal theory passed over by the prior

00:08:33.160 manhattan da at alvin bragg's urging when he was the new york new york attorney general's office the

00:08:37.600 manhattan u.s attorney the federal election commission bragg himself and then mark pomerantz

00:08:42.400 this corrupt prosecutor in in manhattan went public with his political grievances unethically wrote a book

00:08:49.740 and bragg is trying to protect his left flank so he's teaming up with the biden administration to take

00:08:55.680 out trump this is lawfare this is un-american what they're doing this is out of the marxist

00:09:00.340 playbook and it's unacceptable we we have to end this that the only way we're going to end this

00:09:05.320 is when president trump is back in the white house and he does these key reforms that he outlined today

00:09:10.800 the other way we're going to end this is giving these democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine 0.90

00:09:15.460 so these republican state attorneys general these republican da's these republican prosecutors

00:09:21.060 they need to get creative and they need to start prosecuting these crimes there is there is no

00:09:26.420 shortage of crimes by george soros planned parenthood in the abortion industry the biden crime family

00:09:32.880 they need they if they step foot or had any interactions any transactions any dealings in

00:09:39.220 texas florida oklahoma missouri any of these red states these republican da's ag's prosecutors need to

00:09:47.220 start prosecuting you need to step up uh real quickly this leticia they're they're what their 0.74

00:09:53.740 theory is they're trying to bleed trump out but by by not just legal expenses but by the psych

00:09:59.140 psychologically having the focuses he's up there today being deposed by her and her team right on

00:10:03.840 this bogus fraud situation but what they intend to do is to bleed him out in all these different

00:10:09.020 aspects what you and others are doing is said no we're going to take this game we're going to go

00:10:13.160 back to the justice department because it's hardwired into merrick garland we can prove it is

00:10:18.620 that's what these hearings are going to be about we can prove it is and then we can bring impeachment

00:10:22.640 then once we get brian who's lied from day one once we get once we connect it back to the white house

00:10:28.280 which is very connectable mike davis then we can bring impeachment hearings i'm all for it we got to

00:10:33.380 go on offense every ag every district attorney ought to be in paneling grand juries now today on these

00:10:40.100 corrupt democrats and source let's run source back out of the country and throw his son in there too 0.54

00:10:44.700 we got to be all over this on offense one of the offenses is to get one of the ways on offense is to

00:10:50.460 connect colangelo and and and of course the special access the whole marlager situation back to garland

00:10:56.080 then back to white house council back to susan rice and back to uh biden and then start impeachment 0.94

00:11:02.120 hearings mike davis 100 there's no question we already we already know that matthew colangelo went from the

00:11:09.560 number three office as a political appointee to biden to bragg's office we know that that that's

00:11:14.620 clear collusion between the biden uh the biden administration and bragg i mean it's not like

00:11:20.400 colangelo quit his job in the number three office a senior political appointee quit his job one day and

00:11:26.440 you know went on online to look for a job and saw that bragg had an opening and so went up to

00:11:31.800 bragg's office in manhattan and just started working in december they they are clearly colluding

00:11:36.120 biden clearly authorized the unprecedented unnecessary unlawful home raid on president

00:11:43.000 trump to get back presidential records to which president trump was entitled right so

00:11:48.940 we know that with that biden had to waive president trump's claim of executive privilege we know from

00:11:55.160 america first legal that there are these documents showing that that biden uh opened up this special

00:12:00.700 access program with the archives we know that biden is driving this right so we need to have uh and

00:12:06.720 and i and i i've been a constant critic of jim jordan on the big tech fight he got off to a slow

00:12:11.500 bumpy start on oversight he is firing on all cylinders he's doing critical oversight and he needs to

00:12:17.840 keep going and we'll support that because he's doing critical work democrats cross the rubicon by

00:12:23.580 indicting president trump it's the first time ever it's happened in american history and you know what

00:12:28.700 we have cross the rubicon we we've crossed the rubicon we have to give them a dose of their own

00:12:33.460 medicine okay by the way at least the phonics going to be waved in on the hearing on on monday in new

00:12:40.220 york the field hearing of the judiciary committee we're going to be all over this tomorrow to break

00:12:43.860 it all down goldman dan goldman's going to be waved in i think by the democrats there's going to be

00:12:48.160 showtime on monday on this brag hearing up there and remember the federal judge is saying hey

00:12:53.600 my calendar is on the 19th i guess you're going to have these hearings uh last thing i got about a

00:12:58.400 minute mike donald trump's thrown down the gauntlet right not just he's we're both at the they're at

00:13:04.340 the point of no return we're at the point of no return as his attorney general sir do you have a

00:13:09.700 hundred u.s attorneys throughout the country that you can identify and put in place that will be

00:13:13.700 patriots and believe in the sovereignty of this nation and the rule of law and the constitution

00:13:18.280 in my three-week reign of terror as trump's acting attorney general i will do so many i will fire so

00:13:26.000 many people and appoint so many good people and i will indict so many democrats during that three-week

00:13:31.680 reign of terror we want to talk about a healthy dose of their own wet medicine acting attorney

00:13:36.440 general mike davis for three weeks is going to be the healthiest dose of medicine the democrats have

00:13:41.220 ever gotten in american history mike how do people get to your website how do they find you on social

00:14:10.980 we're hurtling towards a kinetic conflict in the south china sea straits of taiwan over taiwan the

00:14:17.780 oracle of omaha today warren buffett announced he dumped he dumped the four billion dollar stake he has

00:14:24.920 in taiwan semiconductor a a investment he loved he got rid of it why did he get rid of it as he told

00:14:31.080 people he got rid of it because of the uh the winds of war are blowing towards taiwan he sold the stake in

00:16:26.280 text bannon to 9-8-9-8-9-8 today take action maybe one step closer to attacking taiwan staging massive

00:16:36.380 military exercises miles off the taiwanese coast senior defense officials in taipei say 12 chinese

00:16:43.080 warships surrounded the island simulating a sea and air blockade for the second time in eight months

00:16:49.860 taiwan's military says three days of war games reveal rapid progress by the chinese navy what

00:16:57.600 appear to be the first ever simulations of aircraft carrier strikes with a highly advanced j-15 fighter

00:17:05.060 fleet china calls the flying shark on the taiwan strait china's shendong aircraft carrier launched

00:17:11.440 80 fighter jet missions and 40 helicopter flights the drills came with an ominous warning china's military

00:17:18.740 is ready to fight the taiwanese military issuing a strong condemnation saying it does not seek to

00:17:25.380 escalate but is determined to safeguard its sovereignty is beijing in your view threatening taiwan with war

00:17:33.320 yes indeed taiwan's foreign minister josef wu speaking exclusively to cnn condemning china's military moves

00:17:40.720 menacing imagery shows a barrage of ballistic missiles aimed at the island china launched real

00:17:46.960 missiles over taiwan for the first time last year look at the military sizes exercises and also their

00:17:53.160 rhetoric they seem to be trying to get ready to launch a war against taiwan china calls the drills a

00:18:00.640 serious warning against the taiwan separatist forces collusion with external forces and a necessary move to

00:18:07.740 defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity china's exercises like similar drills last august

00:18:14.480 followed high profile meetings with u.s house speakers nancy pelosi in taiwan kevin mccarthy in california

00:18:21.940 meetings the foreign minister calls crucial to counter decades of diplomatic isolation by beijing

00:18:28.660 china cannot dictate how taiwan make friends and china cannot dictate how our friends want to show

00:18:38.660 support to taiwan support including nine rounds of weapons sales to the island under the biden

00:18:44.080 administration alone u.s intelligence believes the people's liberation army is acting on orders from

00:18:51.220 president xi jinping himself the pla told to be ready by 2027 to take taiwan by force one u.s general

00:19:00.320 claiming it could happen even sooner in 2025 two years from now a war that could involve the u.s and its

00:19:08.300 allies as this fragile island democracy fights to fend off a future chinese attack and next time it may not be a drill 1.00

00:19:16.680 but there are concerns tonight that global democracies may not be united that particularly

00:19:24.140 after these comments from the french president emmanuel macron you know on the heels of his state visit

00:19:28.440 to beijing he almost was echoing the chinese president xi jinping's talking points he was cautioning

00:19:34.160 europe against being drawn into a taiwan crisis saying that europe should resist pressure to be a follower

00:19:40.200 of america well here in taipei of course lawmakers are asking why would an advanced democratic country

00:19:46.940 ignore the lives and potential deaths of people in other countries uh they really say that those

00:19:51.300 comments are puzzling erica lula from brazil is staying in front of the chinese development bank which 1.00

00:19:57.920 is really the bank of the bricks the brazil russia india china south africa and all the global south

00:20:02.960 saying that we got to get off the u.s dollar the chinese currency is going to be supreme and about

00:20:08.320 his partnership with the ccp you've had macron stab us in the back dr seb gorka put this in perspective 0.82

00:20:13.980 where are we in this hurtling towards the kinetic part of the third world war sir steve what what was

00:20:21.980 that was that what rush limbaugh used to call a random act of journalism from cnn that was that was quite

00:20:28.360 shocking look um i mean seriously that was quite a package i'm glad you played it you know better than

00:20:36.020 most uh you're actually the guy that opened my eyes to the chinese game plan uh the viewers the

00:20:43.320 listeners to the war room should need to do one thing in addition to you know listening to great

00:20:48.260 people like gordon chang david p goldman and uh rob spaulding our former colleague in the white house

00:20:54.880 you need to read one book written by the chinese by two senior pla colonels who are now of course

00:21:01.080 generals published in 1999 you can get you know an unclassified english translation for free online

00:21:07.000 it's called unrestricted warfare it is the manual there's a there's a little bit of propaganda in it

00:21:13.180 you know you take it with a with a pinch of salt but 70 percent of it is their game plan for how to

00:21:19.360 take down a superpower to become the hegemonic state in the world with everybody else as either

00:21:26.080 defeated or a tributary nation it's very very simple and and the question right now is and i'd love to

00:21:31.660 hear from you because one of those three gentlemen said what we witnessed last weekend is not the

00:21:38.700 prelude to kinetic war to you know steel on target and the physical invasion it was the biggest psyop

00:21:46.680 we've seen since um the marines faked out saddam hussein in 91 and convinced them norman schwarzkopf

00:21:55.740 convinced them that the marines were going to come from the south when in fact we came from the east

00:21:59.640 and and pushed them out of kuwait they are sending a message to the world that this is what we can do if 0.60

00:22:05.640 we wish to but they will win in the non-kinetic domain you know what i'm talking about whether it's

00:22:12.180 intelligence whether it's psyops whether it's informational warfare whether it's financial

00:22:17.000 warfare they will get what they wish to get without a shot being fired why because of the lack of

00:22:25.620 leadership in the white house as joe biden is is saying nonsensical things in in ireland as he's being

00:22:33.840 escorted by his son hunter who he says publicly in front of the irish politicians he's so proud of i'm not 0.99

00:22:41.140 sure which part he's proud of the the russian hookers or you know having sex with his other son's 0.93

00:22:47.460 dead widow but when china sees that they just send a message hey we can encircle taiwan so steve i think 0.99

00:22:55.140 the game plan is to achieve what they wish to achieve without firing a shot but you know you're the

00:23:00.400 former naval officer uh so i'm very curious to hear what you say no i think this i think the seventh fleet

00:23:05.620 and by the way we got thayer pasovic everybody we're going to talk about this in the next hour

00:23:09.320 uh the one concern i've got in in why the psyop part of it when they're going to show us how they

00:23:14.840 envelop it terry guo the head of foxconn a ccp asset announced last week that he's running in the

00:23:21.180 primary for be the komentang uh candidate in the january remember there's an election in 2024

00:23:27.760 the kmt unlike with shang kai-shek is now totally ccp asset they're going to run the quote with tank

00:23:35.200 people have to understand flipped they did a 180 yeah you're absolutely right you're absolutely

00:23:40.340 right so do you do you concur that the psyop part of it is been more successful than the kinetic well

00:23:46.100 but i think i yes i think they did a flex my fear is the seventh fleet we could lose 10 or 12 000

00:23:52.620 we could lose an entire carrier battle group in the first salvo of this i mean they're coming and

00:23:57.160 they're coming hard not that we can't but when you look at one thing so here's the one thing that

00:24:01.700 leaves me pause for thought that they have 70 percent of their energy come through the straits so

00:24:08.600 if if by some random act of national security professionalism we can actually isolate china 0.96

00:24:15.900 in terms of that 70 percent of oil and gas that come through the straits they're in big trouble steve

00:24:21.680 on 26 july 1941 the the roosevelt administration cut off uh the oil and all uh exports imports into

00:24:32.400 japan what five months later they had pearl harbor so this is from japan the economic co-prosperity sphere

00:24:38.740 seb we got a couple minutes here's what i'd like you picking on biden who's over there his homeland over

00:24:43.780 in ireland i know how you hungarians are you eastern europeans look down your nose at the irish

00:24:47.940 us mix what would you like to see joe biden do in regards you've got she with macron hugging up on

00:24:54.220 him he's got lulu the other day he's bringing everybody to the home office don corleone what

00:24:58.920 do you want to see joe biden do immediately to make sure that we're not sliding to a kinetic war

00:25:04.660 sir biden resign resign resign resign and uh you know say that uh only somebody like donald trump can

00:25:13.840 actually run the country and say you know he's firing his whole cabinet and then he's resigning

00:25:18.820 but look you want you want kamala you want kamala harris as commander-in-chief no i want all of them

00:25:25.340 out of there i want all of them but listen you mentioned orban the prime minister in hungary who

00:25:30.880 i worked for many many moons ago i mean look at this latest report with regards to the leaks

00:25:36.380 that the cia allegedly reports that that orban sees america as one of their top enemies this is

00:25:45.300 you know part of the populist movement that begins with brexit modi orban maloney and they see us as

00:25:52.960 the problem i want to be very specific here it's not america that's the problem it's organizations like

00:25:58.500 the cia like foggy bottom you've had mike benz on the show haven't you steve oh yes i'm the couple

00:26:05.760 so mike benz nails it you've got to listen to mike benz the establishment the ic the intelligence

00:26:13.060 community the state department the cia they did a 180 in 2015 when they saw trump coming around the

00:26:20.480 corner the problem was populism internationally and then populism domestically that's the problem

00:26:28.280 with orban that's the problem with you know nigel farage with donald trump with maloney with modi 0.60

00:26:34.980 it is representative government and think about this one thing they don't like populism steve what

00:26:40.880 is populism populism is when most of the people want something but you're not allowed to do that

00:26:48.700 because the elite gets to decide the minority of the minority gets to decide the direction of the

00:26:53.760 country so this is part and parcel whether it's orban whether it's trump whether it's brexit if you

00:26:59.440 represent the people's will you are the problem and you must be targeted by the establishment

00:27:05.580 alexander burns and politico the lead story today about how lula is going to try to lead a global

00:27:11.700 revolt against trumpism and why because populism they fear populism more than anything yes how do

00:30:08.540 at least with the phasing out of gas powered cars and they'll probably do the same thing with gas stoves is 0.99

00:30:16.020 they just ban the sale of any new gas powered cars or any new gas stoves and so the technology that you

00:30:25.440 have in your home the gas stove that you have in your home if it breaks

00:30:28.500 not only are you not able to buy a new one but it gets increasingly more difficult to just repair it

00:30:34.140 you get what i'm saying and so like i get it but that's a bump that's the normal bumps in the road

00:30:39.400 as you transition to things i know but jank like don't minimize the financial burdens associated with

00:30:44.480 these things okay because like i am literally freaking the out about the charging station thing

00:30:49.980 i'm like it's gonna call we're gonna take out a massive loan to pay for it we're not getting

00:30:55.260 any help from the government on that did you did you guys ask is there any tax credits but seriously

00:31:02.180 james say there's no government help at all to transition you guys about tax credits no no i'm

00:31:08.460 saying for the hoa like no i there's been no talk of tax credits i haven't seen anything about tax credits

00:31:13.440 i should look into it maybe there are tax credits but i don't give a about tax credits because you have

00:31:18.140 to shell out cash okay like i just i want to do something in response to climate change that is

00:31:25.260 not my my issue here my issue is how like we're forced to make all these changes that are a financial

00:31:32.520 burden a giant inconvenience with like little to no help and the solution from the government in terms

00:31:37.960 of like no no you get you get financial benefits for doing this tax credits no i don't want i don't

00:31:43.300 want the tax credits i won't give me the money give you give me the money okay don't tell me this

00:31:49.280 about how i have to buy like some new thing because the government's forcing me to do it

00:31:54.500 and then like after i file my taxes there's a certain portion of that purchase that might be tax deductible

00:32:02.220 i'm so sick of it it's just like like endless pressure pressure pressure pressure i can't take

00:32:10.680 it yeah i hear you and and we asked too much of the middle class we asked too much of the average

00:32:15.240 middle class is the most group of people in this country no i hear you on all that but at some point

00:32:20.740 we got to go to electric cars we don't have a choice like the plants burning so we got to go to

00:32:26.200 electric cars so when california says hey let's go to electric cars by whatever the number is 2025

00:32:31.700 etc yeah yeah it's gonna be tough but yeah and when at the same time now prices are coming down

00:32:38.400 right okay but cink let's not minimize the cost of like actually charging those cars right

00:32:46.900 because here's here's the other thing so gavin newsom pushes for and succeeds in passing legislation

00:32:52.820 in california that would ban the sale of electric cars at a certain year i think it is 2025 if i'm not

00:32:59.260 mistaken maybe not maybe it's 2035 i don't remember the exact year but eventually pretty soon you're

00:33:05.480 no longer going to be able to buy a gas powered car in california literally like that same month

00:33:12.720 kevin newsom's like oh there's a heat wave and our energy grid really can't handle it and so i'm just

00:33:19.780 going to ask you guys if you have electric vehicles please don't charge them right now it's just

00:33:23.600 no you can't do that okay i want to bring in dave walsh that's anna kasparian she's the co-host over

00:33:32.400 there at young turks uh she along with um was it julia bromowitz at bloomberg i think are two of the

00:33:38.400 smartest people on all television she's a total lefty complete progressive hates maga a trump war room 1.00

00:33:46.140 the ground we walk on but she's quite smart dave walsh with kennedy's uh candidacy and kasparian 0.97

00:33:53.640 laying it out and her whole message the pressure on the middle class everything falls on and what 0.97

00:33:57.760 they do you got a tax credit it's some ephemeral thing out there that maybe you have maybe you

00:34:03.280 don't have as you're getting crushed as they take your gas she said it they're going to take your gas

00:34:07.440 stove and then gavin newsom's going to come and say hey look you know we the grid's down dave walsh is

00:34:13.900 right you can't charge uh dave walsh your thoughts observations and analysis sir hey anna kasparian

00:34:21.820 a terrific antidote to greta great words i mean this guy and then the moderator though jake the

00:34:27.500 planet's burning just for the record global temperatures are equivalent across the last

00:34:33.120 eight years according to satellite data no change sea level rise 1.7 millimeters a year for the last

00:34:39.640 several thousand years acknowledged by the ipcc no change so anyhow the reality of that on the side

00:34:47.300 the fact of attempting to force the lack of choice to consumers means higher prices definitionally i had

00:34:53.780 a work associate at one point very senior guy reminded me choices are a good thing choices are a great thing

00:35:00.680 for consumers because they keep prices in check so the fact of having a choice of a gas car versus

00:35:05.640 electric car a stove that's gas or electric a heat pump or not a heat pump a water heater that's gas

00:35:12.360 or not gas choices are a good thing they keep costs down everybody knows that the nation is on fire on

00:35:18.780 these issues we're not accustomed to being forced to buy certain consumer items because the government

00:35:25.660 said so that's a totalitarian state thing that's a communist government totalitarian state thing

00:35:31.840 forcing gas only vehicles versus electric only over gas it it's a horrendous thing and it's endemic

00:35:39.020 it's endemic of something you've said before and it makes you know brings resonates elections have

00:35:44.920 consequences catastrophic elections have or rigged elections have catastrophic consequences there's a

00:35:51.320 tremendous amount of frustration these guys are out with so many lunatic insane positions because they

00:35:59.120 don't care they don't care because i'm here to tell you and i'm sorry to tell you in 2024 and 28 i can

00:36:05.480 tell you milwaukee philadelphia pittsburgh chicago philly atlanta seattle california will still vote democrat

00:36:12.620 80 20 no matter what happens i say vote vote in quotes and they know that and biden can hide in his basement

00:36:20.260 come out with these proclamations between machines and other traditional uh gerrymandering these guys do

00:36:26.940 that you know in their minds they've got this so it it it kind of looks to a lot of folks out here in

00:36:33.020 the public that it doesn't matter what they do and what they say they're going to retain office they're

00:36:38.180 going to retain control it it comes across as a very totalitarian whole set of of thinking this is this

00:36:45.260 is insane but this is why casparian she's on the left she finally the pressure in the middle class 0.99

00:36:51.860 she nailed it gavin newsom it's sometimes going to come back when you've all gone to electric vehicles

00:36:58.340 and you got rid of your gas stove so you got an electric stove he's going to sit there and go hey

00:37:03.140 the grid can't take it what i need is nobody to charge your car and nobody come on their stove

00:37:08.060 for like a week that's going to be the trade-off right if we're if we're actually going to do this

00:37:15.180 the nation needs right now begin to build right now something like 220 000 megawatt continuous duty

00:37:23.100 power plants we'll need 906 000 more gigawatt hours of electricity to furnish it's 24 percent more than

00:37:31.300 we now have installed capacity of electrification to fuel 100 us ev fleet especially by the mid 30s

00:37:39.020 the second thing you know they're aggressively talking about moving towards no use of gas in homes

00:37:44.660 across the midwest to northeast north of georgia where gas is used for home heating and a lot for

00:37:51.040 cooking and water heating commercially and in homes they're talking about eliminating all of that that

00:37:56.220 would be another 12 percent uplift in necessary electric power generation so between the two

00:38:02.100 you need something like 37 percent more electric power generation which would be something like 370

00:38:09.140 1000 megawatt continuous duty plants would need to begin to be built from right now to furnish that

00:38:15.940 are they talking about that no they're promoting incentives that promote tinker toys like offshore

00:38:21.620 wind you know offshore wind produces energy 42 percent of the time produces nothing 58 percent of the

00:38:27.960 time solar here in florida across most of the country produces energy about 5.4 hours a day about

00:38:34.560 four and a half hours a day the rest of the country the rest of the time nothing these are tinker toys

00:38:39.900 these would would not even you you could cover the country with solar panels and you can't make up the

00:38:45.340 kind of power deficit that's going to be present if we electrify all vehicles and and all home heating

00:38:51.500 there and they have no plan for that they have no plan for that it's not based in reality they're

00:38:55.720 talking about but they haven't talked about the electrical capacity necessary to fuel this this kind of

00:39:01.580 transition as we call it it's not being discussed

00:39:05.500 dave uh how do people get to you what's the social media people get to uh dave walsh energy

00:39:12.620 get to me at dave walsh energy on truth social and on getter thank you steve

00:39:16.980 the populist left and the populist right maybe we start thinking about this thing straight

00:39:22.500 or anna casparian's right the middle class are going to get crushing you saw a sink right there just

00:39:26.920 kind of well you know there's gonna be some speed bumps no it's not speed bumps dude

00:39:29.800 people are getting destroyed and they're going to get more destroyed let's go and let me play

00:39:35.800 before i get matthew taylor i want to play the trailer for this amazing new film let's go ahead

00:39:39.080 and play it and then we'll bring in matthew taylor the young filmmaker that made it people are fed up

00:39:43.580 with the fag both on the federal level and on the local level behind the famous manhattan skyline 1.00

00:39:51.520 new york is a mess you had to literally fear for your life it was terrible the city wasn't safe 0.96

00:39:58.780 there was a lot of crime there was a lot of graffiti half a million serious crimes reported

00:40:06.340 murders rapes robberies burglaries car deaths

00:40:08.700 it was just bedlam in the 70s the consensus view was that schools didn't make a difference

00:40:17.420 1.2 million people on welfare it was a great sense that the city cannot work it can't be governed

00:40:24.980 it can't function it's going up in flames when crime kids aren't learning the schools are crumbling

00:40:31.180 and i'm saying to myself like wow how did we get here

00:40:35.800 the early 90s was an exciting period because people are fed up with the fag both on the federal 1.00

00:40:43.560 level and on the local level people are open-minded they're willing to talk to each other across the

00:40:49.220 aisle there's a sense that the ungovernable city is no longer ungovernable that reforms are possible

00:40:55.600 the city could be made safer be made better to take back the streets of new york

00:41:01.140 and by focusing on the small things we disrupted bigger things from happening and so it changed

00:41:07.760 people's perception of what welfare could be a job opportunity not a way of life after being stuck

00:41:13.800 around 50 for 20 years it's now about 77 kids graduate on time we had 20 years of giuliani and

00:41:22.660 bloomberg and the crowning glory of what we got out of those 20 years was that the streets were no longer

00:41:29.560 disorderly the result of real efforts and real ideas by real people and it didn't just happen and

00:41:36.120 if you don't really understand that legacy you're doomed to watch it fall apart before your very eyes

00:41:42.800 there was no palpable fear of living in any neighborhood you could take the subway at any

00:41:49.020 time of night you could send your children to the store and there was no worry about what was going

00:41:54.000 to happen by the 1990s new york was not just a preferred destination but it was the capital of the world

00:42:02.520 again

00:42:02.960 matthew taylor joins matthew uh i know you love new york you know i love new york uh it's turned back into

00:42:20.000 a hellhole trump's brought up the other day but letitia james for this bogus uh fraud thing to be 1.00

00:42:25.700 deposed as a president what what inspired you to make this film to show us about the possibilities

00:42:31.740 in new york even when it was on it's it's uh it was in terrible shape in the 70s and 80s why did you

00:42:38.400 make this film well you know uh it really started as a project in 2019 to basically tell the story

00:42:47.320 because everyone knows that the city got better but not everyone knew how uh and then of course a

00:42:53.020 couple months later covet would strike and the city would descend into complete chaos and not just new

00:42:57.520 york cities across america and so the scope of the film changed through that process to not looking

00:43:04.740 backwards at how we got there but saying look this is actually a solution going forward because as the

00:43:11.120 trailer says this in my opinion is the greatest american turnaround story the numbers are massive people

00:43:17.120 talk about the crime but there was a lot of other things and a lot of other people that actually

00:43:21.380 worked on these problems you know across the aisle in incredible ways i mean you had 1.2 million people on

00:43:28.620 welfare that went down to 425 000 in just eight years most of the work was done in four so the film

00:43:36.460 really took on you know we it was a skating to the puck moment to really kind of tackle this uh these

00:43:41.920 problems that are coming right now hang on right we're hold matthew taylor over for the d block

00:43:48.780 matthew taylor this amazing filmmaker this is an amazing amazing film you do not want to miss it

00:43:55.160 got a big premiere at washington dc tomorrow we'll talk to you about how you get tickets

00:45:52.260 values he's just not ready to be president make america great again inc is responsible for the

00:45:57.660 content of his advertising governor santa is in ohio today he did declare a state of emergency down

00:46:04.400 there in south florida the fort lord at what 20 an inch of rain an hour for 20 unbelievable unbelievable

00:46:47.960 slash bannon today matthew taylor um you've got rudy in there tell me about you but you've done

00:46:54.620 something different you've got the rudy bloomberg package why did you in this turnaround why did you

00:47:00.220 unite uh these administrations i think we're there for a total of 16 years of memory serves me

00:47:05.340 actually bloomberg did a third term i think so they were there for what 20 yeah so why did you

00:47:12.060 combine them in the turnaround and the delivery 20 years walk me through that well you know of course

00:47:18.400 at the end of rudy's second term he did endorse michael bloomberg and you know he handed off the

00:47:23.720 9-11 rebuilding to michael bloomberg and a lot of the policies that that rudy had set in place

00:47:30.120 michael bloomberg would continue forward you know especially when it comes to welfare reform

00:47:34.660 um of course one of the we really wanted to look at three pylons in the film of crime education

00:47:41.080 um and welfare and rudy was able to succeed in crime and welfare but he didn't quite get control

00:47:47.780 of the school board and that was something that bloomberg would eventually do so we continued

00:47:52.060 into bloomberg to kind of show that to reform these three areas both mayors kind of combined you know

00:47:58.060 some of their principles and pretty much accomplished all three of those major things

00:48:02.780 that would set the city you know towards what we all knew it as and of course you know bloomberg took

00:48:08.100 took education and graduation from 50 to 77 so that was kind of his big accomplishment it also hadn't

00:48:14.840 happened in almost a hundred years where you had two republicans back to back in new york city

00:48:19.220 so that in of itself was kind of a miracle largely set up by the victories under the rudy giuliani

00:48:25.020 administration matthew as you look you've got chicago you have san francisco you have la you have

00:48:32.220 detroit st louis baltimore these great they're in implosion mode now is part of the reason you made

00:48:39.180 this film to show people a way to get back or is it too is that too unreachable now look new york city

00:48:47.180 was the worst it was the worst you had 2200 murders in 1990 you had 1.2 million people on on welfare

00:48:54.440 you had you know the city owned a fifth of harlem which scales up to roughly a fifth of the city

00:48:59.960 things were burned out it was the worst place in the world and they turned it around fairly quickly

00:49:06.280 so look i've lived in st louis i've lived in boston i've lived in number nine i'm from dc uh if you can

00:49:12.460 do it in new york city a city of that scale with millions of people and so much crime so much

00:49:17.400 infrastructure a city of 600 000 people 300 000 people like you know st louis you can turn it around

00:49:23.860 and so this film shows you how to do it and it it's actually not as complicated in these other

00:49:30.800 cities if you realign incentives and that's really what they did they said look there's a lot of money

00:49:36.280 coming in the city there's a lot of money that needs to go to infrastructure and general services

00:49:40.060 they just realigned incentives so people did what they were supposed to do in all of the services that

00:49:45.860 the government's supposed to do it's pretty obvious stuff and if they would kind of just focus

00:49:50.840 on those realignments of incentives they will get results as seen under giuliani and eventually

00:49:57.340 bloomberg to give us you know not just not just the 20 years under them but but de blasio would

00:50:03.220 actually benefit from from some of the safest you know years after bloomberg um until he would

00:50:09.240 ultimately destroy it in a short eight years by the way matthew a younger matthew was uh matthew taylor was

00:50:16.900 the director of photography for many of my films when i was a filmmaker a director then matthew became

00:50:21.420 a director i produced clinton cash which is quite frankly the reason they shanghaied me to go over

00:50:27.680 to the trump campaign after clinton cash came i said this guy must know something about clinton's

00:50:31.400 matthew did a great director job one of the things that blows me away about this film

00:50:35.080 is the beauty of the photography uh tell give me a minute on that because i tell people even if you

00:50:41.880 don't like the story you should watch this film because it's breathtaking how you've captured new

00:50:46.460 york talk to us about that you know this is really my love letter to the city you know i love new york

00:50:52.380 city i love the architecture i love the history and so when we set out to film this film i really

00:50:58.760 wanted to go to all the all five boroughs to the furthest parts of each borough and i wanted to capture

00:51:04.060 the essence of what it means to be in new york what it looks like to be in new york the things that you

00:51:09.820 see that make you feel good in new york city that the architecture the culture uh and i wanted to film it

00:51:15.380 and and you know as cinematically as possible i didn't want this just to be a documentary about

00:51:20.380 history i wanted to you to feel the the uh the power of the city as you watch it so aesthetic

00:51:27.100 was a big part of it you could turn the sound off and just actually just experience it i sometimes joke

00:51:32.540 that the credits are my favorite scenes because it's just a bunch of beauty shots at the end
