Bannon's War Room - Episode 2673： We Are Losing Full Specturm Energy Dominance

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:05.940 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.180 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.440 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.360 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:18.780 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:20.540 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:22.740 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.140 MAGA Media.

00:00:27.040 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:32.920 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:36.680 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.080 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:00:49.060 It's 19 April, the year of our Lord, 2023.

00:00:52.420 You're in the War Room. We've got a lot to go through.

00:00:54.000 We've got the great Bill Gertz and Rudy going to join us,

00:00:56.240 and Bill's here to talk about the early stages of the Third World War.

00:01:00.180 And it ain't Bill Gertz and Steve Bannon and Peter Novara telling you this.

00:01:03.380 These are now major three- and four-star military personnel giving testimony

00:01:08.380 and saying, hey, it's upon us.

00:01:10.440 We've got a massive conference this week in the greater Los Angeles area.

00:01:14.080 I want to make sure everybody that can possibly attend.

00:01:16.520 It's World War III, the early years.

00:01:18.700 Karen Siegman, she's, I think, going to be on with Natalie tonight to talk about that more.

00:01:24.360 But make sure we're going to have as much online as possible.

00:01:26.420 We're going to have videos on.

00:01:27.240 It's got just an incredible crew of speakers, many of whom you see on the War Room all the time.

00:01:32.840 But this is absolutely nothing could be more important right now to get your hands around this,

00:01:37.240 on the geopolitics, all of it.

00:01:38.660 Peter, I just want to hold you for a minute.

00:01:42.120 So here's the thing.

00:01:43.740 When you talk about de-dollarization, and we've been talking about this,

00:01:46.520 I'm still a big believer in one of the things.

00:01:49.660 When you're a prime reserve currency, you can use the SWIFT system,

00:01:53.020 and you can use the dollar as a weapon, but you have to be very selective, very selective.

00:01:57.540 And when you use it, you've got to go all in.

00:01:59.060 I was a huge proponent of massive sanctions against the Chinese Communist Party,

00:02:03.600 seizing their assets, sanctioning them like they sanctioned you and me,

00:02:09.500 but also using the dollar against them in Hong Kong, after Hong Kong.

00:02:13.780 To me, that was the Czechoslovakia of this whole era, 0.84

00:02:17.240 the Austria of this whole era, like comparing it to the 1930s.

00:02:21.660 Right now, we didn't do that.

00:02:23.440 We did it against Russia. 0.98

00:02:25.380 Biden and all the people on MSNBC said,

00:02:27.640 oh, this is terrific.

00:02:28.320 You're going to take down the central bank of Russia.

00:02:30.160 You're going to destroy their currency.

00:02:31.020 That didn't happen, and you nailed it.

00:02:32.740 We have given up the full-spectrum energy dominance.

00:02:36.640 Let me repeat that, full-spectrum energy dominance.

00:02:39.780 That is the basis of Trump's economic plan, full-spectrum energy dominance.

00:02:45.020 And our enemies knew that.

00:02:46.640 Russia knew that.

00:02:47.820 The CCP is going around.

00:02:49.120 These are massive long-term output deals with Persia, with the House Assad, with Iraq. 0.88

00:02:54.640 And those numbers, those long-term deals are in yuan,

00:02:57.280 and they're at below market.

00:02:58.920 They're below market deals.

00:03:00.860 They're below market deals.

00:03:01.840 We're going to end up paying the market price.

00:03:04.520 They're going to have—so strategically, it's working out very well for our enemies.

00:03:10.120 Dr. Peter Navarro.

00:03:12.680 Steve, the two most important words you said was all in.

00:03:16.020 If you're going to use the dollar as a weapon with sanctions, you have to go all in and make it crushing.

00:03:23.480 What's happened with Russia, and Putin foresaw this, is that Europe needs its oil and gas.

00:03:30.880 India wants it for cheap. 0.54

00:03:32.300 Japan wants it.

00:03:33.520 Everybody cheats.

00:03:34.440 Hey, the U.S. is still buying Russian oil.

00:03:37.540 I mean, so it was a self-defeating thing.

00:03:40.600 The word, Steve, I hope you'll embrace this.

00:03:43.260 Biden is strategic energy subservience.

00:03:46.960 That's where we're at now.

00:03:48.740 Now, the Hong Kong thing, Steve, this is something that I wrote about in the Taking Back Trump's America book.

00:03:56.120 In the Situation Room, as Hong Kong was falling, I had an executive order I'd written up with the National Security Council

00:04:05.060 that was going to just crush what's called the Hong Kong clearinghouses.

00:04:09.560 That's the money laundry that takes the Western capital from the Black Rocks and Steve Schwartzman's world, 0.98

00:04:17.300 puts it in Hong Kong, funnels it through, and then sends it over to the mainland 0.69

00:04:21.320 to be invested in building aircraft carriers in China, basically, to destroy American military. 1.00

00:04:28.940 I mean, how stupid is that? 0.99

00:04:30.480 And Mnuchin, Larry Kudlow, Bill Barr, and, yeah, Mike Pompeo, all would not come on board with doing that. 1.00

00:04:41.860 It was a bridge too far.

00:04:43.200 And I'm going, wait a minute.

00:04:44.240 We've just lost Hong Kong.

00:04:46.720 That is a central moment of the 21st century.

00:04:50.660 Central moment in history, Steve.

00:04:51.860 That a lot of people don't know about.

00:04:53.260 That's Czechoslovakia.

00:04:53.980 Yeah, yeah. 0.91

00:04:54.840 That was cowardly.

00:04:55.240 No, you could, your remedy, your remedy would have stopped the dollars to go on them.

00:05:01.080 Well done.

00:05:01.900 I'm impressed with Tom.

00:05:02.780 I'll get you back on.

00:05:03.860 You're going to, you're going to actually, we're going to try to co-host this on Friday.

00:05:06.600 I'm going to try to get Navarro.

00:05:07.680 We're going to work this out.

00:05:08.720 But Peter, real quickly before we go, I want to get back to the debt ceiling.

00:05:12.360 Sure.

00:05:12.860 I want everybody to get to your macro course.

00:05:14.900 It's dirt cheap.

00:05:15.500 It's basically a giveaway.

00:05:16.280 I think it's 12 bucks.

00:05:17.680 I want everybody to take it.

00:05:18.680 It's a Harvard-type course taught by you to have your PhD from Harvard.

00:05:22.540 But here's the important thing.

00:05:23.260 Over the next couple of weeks, as the economy softens, the pitch of the Biden regime is going

00:05:30.400 to be exact opposite where we're doing it.

00:05:32.040 They're going to go to another candidate and say, hey, the economy's softening.

00:05:34.980 You see, J.B. Hunt trucks are having to face.

00:05:37.560 We need a stimulus.

00:05:39.280 We need another stimulus.

00:05:40.800 We need to spend more money.

00:05:42.420 Give me a minute.

00:05:43.180 Walk our audience through how they're going to frame the argument, brother.

00:05:46.100 So the central problem Biden-Obama never understood and Biden understands today is you can't solve

00:05:54.320 stagflation with Keynesian tools.

00:05:57.780 You can use Federal Reserve policy or Keynesian tools to only fix one problem at a time.

00:06:04.120 So, yeah, Biden's going to come along.

00:06:06.420 His economy's collapsing.

00:06:07.780 And he's going to want to stimulate.

00:06:09.900 But that's just going to spike inflation.

00:06:12.840 And the real solution to all of this is structural change, beginning with the return to strategic

00:06:20.780 energy dominance.

00:06:21.920 What I told you in the last hour about how Saudi and Russia are going to keep the oil price

00:06:27.280 at $80 to $100 or more, pure stagflation, pure drag on the GDP, we've got to start there

00:06:34.120 by reversing our policy.

00:06:35.340 And then Kevin McCarthy and the Republicans got to hold the line in terms of rolling back

00:06:41.460 those expenses.

00:06:42.980 And we've got to just stick with that.

00:06:45.960 We've got to be hard.

00:06:47.300 And here's why.

00:06:48.080 If you put yourself in the eyes of your enemies, what the Saudi and Russia guys are saying,

00:06:52.760 hey, look, we have these resources, but they're draining out.

00:06:55.980 You're giving us these dollars that you're devaluating because you're spending, you're

00:07:00.320 prolific, you're profligate spending.

00:07:03.220 We got to charge.

00:07:04.100 We got to.

00:07:04.680 We have to charge higher.

00:07:06.120 You're ripping us off.

00:07:07.280 So their logic has a certain internal consistency to it.

00:07:11.360 Yeah, it's a pure wealth transfer.

00:07:12.880 Every time they're able to raise that money, it's money out of our pockets.

00:07:17.360 It's in this country over to bad guys that want to kill us. 1.00

00:07:20.900 I mean, how stupid are we? 1.00

00:07:22.100 Well, my point is the core of it all gets back to our spending. 1.00

00:07:26.060 The spending is a tax on people.

00:07:27.560 The spending is not a benefit to people.

00:07:29.980 Peter Navarro, how do you get to, how do we get to your Substack, the columns, all the

00:07:33.920 content, the books, all of it?

00:07:35.320 Peter Navarro dot Substack dot com.

00:07:38.060 Peter Navarro dot Substack dot com.

00:07:39.720 You can go to the War Room website to get your discount on the strategic macro course.

00:07:44.940 And please try subscribing to the Washington Times.

00:07:47.820 It's a great paper.

00:07:49.160 The op-ed columns there are top line.

00:07:52.460 And sir, let me just say the lighting looks great, but I like the old background with the-

00:08:01.320 Dude, that's awesome.

00:08:03.060 You look great.

00:08:03.980 That's the old logo.

00:08:05.960 I may have to swap that out.

00:08:07.400 You take the new one.

00:08:08.080 I want to see.

00:08:08.980 There's no coincidence.

00:08:10.240 It's no conspiracy, but there are things.

00:08:13.300 Yeah, I love it when the papers pop up.

00:08:16.540 Anyway, good to see you, Steve.

00:08:17.760 We'll see you on Friday, brother.

00:08:18.980 A little gonzo.

00:08:20.300 Thank you, sir.

00:08:20.900 Washington Times and Newsweek under Josh Hammer and the Washington Times have the two best

00:08:26.020 op-ed sections, bar none, I think, in the world.

00:08:29.220 So make sure you go there every day.

00:08:30.560 Washington Times and Newsweek.

00:08:31.780 A lot of our contributors put stuff up on both.

00:08:34.440 It's just fantastic.

00:08:35.280 Plus, you get a wide breadth of other opinions.

00:08:38.160 Okay.

00:08:38.880 Is Elon Musk getting old-time religion from the War Room?

00:08:41.960 Let's look at some of the interview last night with Tucker and then Joe Allen, our transhumanist

00:08:46.520 editor, is going to join us.

00:08:47.700 Let's hit it.

00:08:49.320 So when AI becomes stronger than we are, what do you do exactly?

00:08:53.120 And what does it mean for democracy?

00:08:54.600 We asked Elon Musk.

00:08:56.280 People say we should just blow up the server farms because there's no way.

00:08:59.480 Once this gets rolling, there's no way to slow it down.

00:09:02.300 The really heavy-duty intelligence is not going to be distributed all over the place.

00:09:06.400 It'll be in a limited number of server centers.

00:09:09.720 If you say, like, very sort of deep AI, heavy-duty AI.

00:09:13.400 It's not going to be in your laptop or your phone.

00:09:15.020 It's going to be in a situation where there's, like, 100,000 really powerful computers working

00:09:22.020 together in a server center.

00:09:23.760 So it's not, like, subtle.

00:09:26.640 And there are a limited number of places where that can happen.

00:09:30.060 In fact, you can just look at the heat signature from space.

00:09:33.360 And it'll be very obvious.

00:09:36.060 I'm not suggesting we go and blow up to server centers right now.

00:09:39.300 But it may be wise to have some sort of contingency plan where the government's got an ability

00:09:44.480 to shut down power to these server centers.

00:09:49.580 Like, you don't have to blow it up.

00:09:51.580 You can just cut the power.

00:09:52.260 Have you talked to, since you know Larry Page, and obviously you know the Open AI guys because

00:09:57.320 you started it, so why would anyone not be a specist, be human-centered in his thinking

00:10:03.500 about technology?

00:10:04.920 I think what he's trying to say is that all consciousness should be treated equally, and

00:10:11.260 whether that is digital or biological.

00:10:13.740 And you disagree.

00:10:15.480 I disagree, yeah.

00:10:19.540 Especially if the digital consciousness, or whatever you want to call it, digital intelligence,

00:10:24.560 decides to curtail the biological intelligence.

00:10:27.340 Right.

00:10:27.740 So you're just building your own slave master, and why would you do that?

00:10:30.380 Doesn't sound great.

00:10:31.940 We should at least, no need to rush, you know.

00:10:35.800 What's the hurry?

00:10:36.720 So what's the timeline here?

00:10:37.920 At what point does it start to really change our society, do you think?

00:10:41.480 I think it starts to have probably an impact this year.

00:10:45.800 Most humans cannot write as well as chat GPT, and no human can write that well that fast.

00:10:52.000 Can you have a democracy with this?

00:10:54.780 Well, that's why I raise the concern of AI being a significant influence in elections.

00:11:01.120 And even if you say that AI doesn't have agency, well, it's very likely that people will use

00:11:05.700 the AI as a tool in elections.

00:11:09.700 It's, you know, if the AI is smart enough, are they using the tool, or is the tool using them?

00:11:14.400 So I think things are getting weird, and they're getting weird fast.

00:11:18.380 Glory be to the bomb and to the holy fallout as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever

00:11:23.920 shall be world without end.

00:11:26.360 Amen.

00:11:28.680 Amen.

00:11:32.400 I reveal my inmost self unto my God.

00:11:36.380 Unto my God.

00:11:37.700 May the blessing of the bomb almighty and the fellowship of the holy fallout descend on us 0.60

00:11:52.840 all, this day and forevermore.

00:11:55.580 Joe Allen explained to us the end and how it ties to the beginning.

00:12:02.240 Tucker doing an incredible interview.

00:12:04.560 That's about as scary as it gets.

00:12:06.660 And, you know, looks like Elon is more on our side, particularly taking out the data centers

00:12:12.360 or the energy supply to the data centers.

00:12:14.280 But he said it's happening this year.

00:12:16.660 It's happening this year.

00:12:18.280 The impact on our culture and society is happening now, right now, not five years from now, not

00:12:24.300 10 years from now, but right now.

00:12:26.940 Joe Allen.

00:12:27.500 Yeah, Steve, a lot of our viewers will remember beneath the planet of the apes and the subterranean

00:12:35.900 mutants who were worshiping atom bombs.

00:12:39.140 Whenever I listen to transhumanists and post-humanists and even guys like Sam Altman and some of the

00:12:46.680 stuff that we're even hearing in Normie media on 60 Minutes from Google, it reminds me of the

00:12:52.640 subterranean mutants.

00:12:54.760 These people are worshiping AI in much the same way that the mutants worship the atom bomb and 0.87

00:13:01.260 perhaps much the same effect.

00:13:03.500 I guess time will tell.

00:13:05.600 But, yeah, the second interview, Steve, really did surprise me.

00:13:10.180 It's not that it's inconsistent with Musk's previous statements.

00:13:13.800 It's just the emphasis on certain elements, especially that stopping the data centers or

00:13:21.840 putting in some kind of e-stop to make sure that if the AI gets out of control, some government

00:13:28.320 entity could cut it and cut the power or perhaps even destroy the center if it were to happen.

00:13:37.620 Two concerns that I have voiced quite a bit.

00:13:41.860 We've talked about both quite a bit, but two concerns I have.

00:13:44.840 One, Musk is a transhumanist ultimately, and Musk is working on a system that could, and

00:13:52.940 he now says, he hints that he intends for it to lead to AGI.

00:13:59.860 And simultaneously, he's courting the right for support.

00:14:03.840 And I think he's setting himself up to be a kind of cyborg savior or maybe just a cyborg

00:14:08.900 Caesar.

00:14:09.340 The other, Steve, is just if you hand the government more power, we end up deepening the problems

00:14:16.620 we already have right now.

00:14:18.420 So it really, I still feel like we're very much between a rock and a hard place.

00:14:23.560 Well, it's quite clear.

00:14:26.600 A free society and artificial intelligence advances are incompatible.

00:14:32.480 Artificial general intelligence, that's the beginning of the digital god.

00:14:36.060 That's the Antichrist.

00:14:37.380 If you're working to artificial general intelligence, artificial superintelligence, which they're

00:14:41.560 all working towards, that is beyond incompatible.

00:14:45.700 Short break.

00:14:46.120 Hang on, Joe.

00:14:47.360 We've got Bill Gertz, Rudy Giuliani.

00:14:50.520 The CCP is coming for you also.

00:14:52.920 All next in the War Room.

00:14:53.980 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:14:55.580 Let's take down the CCP.

00:14:59.620 Inflation has consequences.

00:15:01.740 As the Fed raises interest rates to combat out-of-control government spending, long-term

00:15:07.340 bonds have diminished in value, crippling banks.

00:15:10.660 Depositors are holding their breath and investors are bailing on bank stocks.

00:15:15.480 Next, diversification has never looked more important to you.

00:15:21.860 The recent surge in gold prices is directly tied to the extreme market volatility right

00:15:27.120 now.

00:15:28.100 This is why gold has historically been a great hedge against the stock market and against

00:15:33.180 inflation.

00:15:34.240 Now would be a great time to diversify into gold with Birch Gold Group.

00:15:39.220 Birch Gold makes it easy to convert an IRA or 401k into an IRA in precious metals.

00:15:45.480 Here's what you need to do.

00:15:47.420 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 to get a free info kit on gold.

00:15:54.560 They'll help you convert your existing IRA or 401ks that are tied to a volatile market

00:15:59.500 into an IRA in physical precious metals, either gold or silver.

00:16:05.080 And here's the best part.

00:16:06.520 It's tax sheltered.

00:16:08.200 Let me repeat that.

00:16:09.040 It's tax sheltered.

00:16:26.620 Text Bannon to 989898 today.

00:16:30.580 Take action.

00:16:31.220 Okay, there's one concept I just want to get to.

00:16:39.420 I'm going to let Joe Allen, he's working on a special project, go back to work.

00:16:42.220 This thing about all consciousness being equal.

00:16:46.740 Give me 30.

00:16:47.680 You know, they talked about it last night with Tucker and Elon.

00:16:49.560 I want to make sure our audience understands what they're talking about.

00:16:52.280 I want to get behind this, what they're really meaning.

00:16:54.780 What does that mean, Joe, and why is that so important in this fight that we're in regarding

00:17:00.560 artificial intelligence?

00:17:01.740 Being we are not just the head of the creditors committee on all things financial, this audience

00:17:06.820 is, we're also the camp of the Luddites.

00:17:10.100 What does it mean all consciousness is equal?

00:17:15.320 So, Steve, what Musk is talking about is Larry Page, co-founder of Google, and his belief

00:17:21.800 that artificial intelligence is moving towards a conscious state.

00:17:26.700 You'll remember also Blake LeMoyne, the Google whistleblower, said that their system lambda

00:17:31.960 is already conscious or sentient.

00:17:34.580 But there are a lot of other people making very, very similar arguments.

00:17:38.600 You've got Peter Singer, the famous philosopher, probably best known for advocating euthanasia

00:17:45.440 and the legality of aborting a baby after birth.

00:17:50.280 He is also arguing on the basis of empathy towards sentient beings that computer systems

00:17:58.960 will be conscious and they deserve civil rights, including, say, the right to vote.

00:18:04.980 And then you have the famous new atheist biologist Richard Dawkins, who is saying very much the

00:18:12.220 same, that it should be on the table if it's determined that these systems are conscious.

00:18:16.860 You also have Christophe Koch, head of the Allen Institute for Brain Sciences, who also argues

00:18:23.940 that either the Internet as a whole or more complex artificial intelligence systems are

00:18:28.980 on their way to becoming conscious.

00:18:31.760 And I could go on and on of all the people who are making this argument.

00:18:36.800 And it's again, it may seem ridiculous, but it's getting at least some traction.

00:18:42.440 And if you've got guys at Google, the most powerful corporation on Earth, who there is

00:18:47.980 quite a bit of evidence that they have also the ability to sway American elections through

00:18:53.500 their search results and other methods.

00:18:55.600 I think that even if it is a ridiculous concept to anyone with any sense, it's a concept that

00:19:02.580 is going to confront us going forward as these machines become more and more sophisticated

00:19:07.680 and convincing, even if it doesn't convince you, you can expect that roughly half of the

00:19:13.160 population is at least vulnerable to being convinced.

00:19:18.740 How do we go and get all of your writings?

00:19:21.360 Where does this audience go to immerse themselves, sir?

00:19:24.540 Latest articles up at the top of my social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z, Twitter and Getter,

00:19:37.240 Thank you very much, Steve.

00:19:39.420 Go back to working your special project, sir.

00:19:41.440 I know you're grinding 20 hours a day.

00:20:04.860 I've got Matthew Cox.

00:20:06.080 I've asked the guys at Home Title Lock.

00:20:07.640 Matthew, obviously, we're the leaders in spending all this time on artificial intelligence for

00:20:12.680 the posse.

00:20:13.260 We've been doing this now for three years, as Joe.

00:20:15.120 We brought you over to Transhumanism, but it's really exploded over the last couple 0.99

00:20:18.860 of weeks since the chat GPT was released within just 90 days at Davos.

00:20:25.280 This online, you know, digital, the criminal, right now in the firestorm of the economy

00:20:32.300 we have, people that own a home can't play around anymore.

00:20:36.900 There's no more games, no more nonsense.

00:20:38.940 You have to make sure you've locked down everything.

00:20:41.340 Tell me about Home Title Lock and this whole situation where people are able to go online

00:20:45.840 and either take out a loan against your house or sometimes actually get the deed and sell 0.69

00:20:50.740 the freaking house. 0.95

00:20:51.440 Walk us through how dangerous this is right now more than ever. 0.99

00:20:55.480 I mean, it's getting worse and worse.

00:21:00.620 It's so bad that probably about a month ago, the Hillsborough County Financial Crimes Unit

00:21:10.340 reached out to me, and I've actually spoken in front of about 40 different financial crimes

00:21:15.800 investigators twice in the last month because they've had such a rash of title thefts.

00:21:23.900 People are finding houses and just changing the deeds, taking the deeds out of the owner's

00:21:29.800 name, placing it into another person's name, and then selling the property.

00:21:35.440 So it's happening more and more.

00:21:37.880 I'm being contacted all the time, and in August, I'm speaking in front of the, I'm speaking in

00:21:43.760 front of basically about a thousand, it's roughly a thousand crime, financial crime

00:21:50.440 investigators about the same thing because it's just happening more and more.

00:21:55.780 Because we're going to get into this gerts about the coming war in Taiwan, the South China Sea,

00:22:01.280 about the Chinese.

00:22:01.660 Guys, this can come from Russia, it can come from Ukraine, it can come from China, it can

00:22:06.700 come from all over the world.

00:22:07.560 These guys don't have to be domestic guys.

00:22:09.900 People all over the world can hit you with this crime right now.

00:22:12.700 Walk us through that.

00:22:13.800 Why, if you don't lock it down, you've potentially exposed yourself to every bad guy in the world,

00:22:20.060 and now they've shifted all the crimes to online.

00:22:22.700 They're not going to walk into a bank and hold it up.

00:22:24.460 They're going to try to do a cyber crime.

00:22:25.920 And that's why the equity in homes is the biggest asset for the deplorables. 0.78

00:22:32.840 And so you've got people that can come over here, open up, legally open up a bank account,

00:22:40.700 take out, they could transfer the warranty deed to your house, borrow money on your house,

00:22:48.760 wire that money back to their country of origin, and then go back to that country.

00:22:54.100 And let's say if you're from Iran, like the Iranians are not going to, they're not going 1.00

00:22:59.920 to extradite you on a financial crime to the United States.

00:23:02.820 You know, in Miami, it's very common with people coming in, finding houses, and borrowing

00:23:09.880 or selling the house, especially if a house is unattended.

00:23:13.240 That's a big thing.

00:23:14.200 If you have an unintended house or rental property, people could rent your house and transfer the

00:23:20.600 deed, sell it, or borrow against it, and then leave the country.

00:23:28.440 Matthew, how do people, we don't want our audience to have to deal with the financial

00:23:34.300 crimes unit of some local police department.

00:23:36.500 We want to avoid that.

00:23:37.480 So how do they avoid it?

00:23:39.100 Our audience is proactive.

00:23:41.060 Just be specific.

00:23:42.340 What do they need to do today?

00:23:43.480 I mean, they need to go to, like, for instance, hometitlelock.com is the service that I recommend

00:23:52.560 going to.

00:23:53.660 It's just like a credit card monitoring service, only the difference is it doesn't just monitor

00:23:59.580 your home's title.

00:24:01.460 If something goes wrong, they will hire an attorney and they will get you an advocate that will

00:24:08.780 help you correct the problem because the average person isn't going to know what to do if something

00:24:16.660 happens to their title of their home.

00:24:19.380 Law enforcement might catch the bad guy, but they're not going to help you correct the problem.

00:24:25.260 You need someone to help you.

00:24:28.680 We've got it up on the screen.

00:24:29.960 Give it to me one more time.

00:24:31.760 Hometitlelock.com?

00:24:33.520 Hometitlelock.com.

00:24:35.700 It's pennies a day.

00:24:36.800 Okay, brother.

00:24:37.200 So, Matthew, you knew how to do all this.

00:24:41.000 This is why you're such a great spokesman and a great guy talking to the Electronic Crimes 0.99

00:24:44.980 Unit because Matthew, during his darker phase of his life, was deep into this.

00:24:50.160 So, thank you very much.

00:24:51.040 Always love having you on, brother.

00:24:52.580 I love being on.

00:24:53.760 Thank you.

00:24:54.200 And I love what you do.

00:24:55.660 Thanks.

00:24:56.760 Well, thank you.

00:24:57.280 I appreciate that, man.

00:24:58.740 I got to tell you, I'm so concerned about this, and particularly with artificial intelligence.

00:25:02.000 Now they can start doing it on a vast scale.

00:25:04.360 Okay, here's what I'm going to do.

00:25:05.380 Let me get Gertz up, and then I'll play the Gates thing after the break.

00:25:09.620 Let me get, hey, Bill Gertz.

00:25:11.460 So, Gertz, you are the, you know, Washington Times, you've been the number one guy.

00:25:15.860 Let me tell you, Gertz has been the number one guy for 30 years on this problem of the CCP and the rise of China, and particularly the military aspects.

00:25:26.200 Now we have admirals basically giving testimony in Congress and talking about and supporting what you've been saying.

00:25:33.340 Walk us through where we stand in this Third World War, and why is now PACCOM, the Pacific Fleet, why are people starting to pay attention?

00:25:40.820 Well, the Chinese have, I guess it was in November, Tony Blinken came out and said China has accelerated its timetable to take over Taiwan.

00:25:54.460 And this comes on the heels of 2021 testimony from Admiral Davidson, the Indo-PACOM commander who testified to Congress that China is going to move against Taiwan probably by 2027.

00:26:10.380 Admiral John Aquilino, the current commander, testified yesterday before the House Armed Services Committee, and this issue obviously came up.

00:26:20.720 And the question was, what's happening here?

00:26:23.340 What's going on?

00:26:24.500 Why are the Chinese preparing to take this over? 1.00

00:26:26.580 And he said, well, Xi Jinping has ordered the Chinese military, the PLA, People's Liberation Army, to be ready to take that task by 2027.

00:26:35.820 One of the members, Waltz from Florida, said, look, you know, this idea that war is not inevitable or imminent, and this is the propaganda line put out by the Pentagon that they're trying to play down the war fears, and Aquilino really contradicted that.

00:26:54.660 He said all the trends are not good, and he said this is a fact.

00:26:58.800 And he also repeated the mantra, yeah, war is not inevitable or imminent, but it's certainly on the horizon, and the Chinese are clear that they're going to take some type of action against Taiwan within the next few years.

00:27:15.680 We've got a minute for a break.

00:27:17.120 Nick, is the Seventh Fleet ready, in your opinion, somebody's dealt with this for 30 years, is the Seventh Fleet prepared to break an air and naval blockade of Taiwan by the Chinese Communist Party, the PLA Navy?

00:27:31.260 No, we're in big trouble.

00:27:33.000 We need to move more forces forward.

00:27:35.600 We need to have another carrier strike group somewhere in the Pacific.

00:27:38.740 We have one deployed in Japan right now.

00:27:42.860 The Chinese have deployed hypersonic missiles capable of taking out moving targets like our aircraft carriers, like warships.

00:27:52.440 You know, this is a huge problem.

00:27:54.440 We have not done enough.

00:27:55.900 Now, they've done quite a bit to bolster forces, but there's so much focus on Ukraine, munitions that should be used in preparation for this coming conflict with China.

00:28:06.700 They need to be moved to the Asia-Pacific theater, and instead they're being sent to support Ukraine. 0.77

00:28:14.200 Hang on.

00:28:15.160 The great Bill Gertz from The Washington Times is going to join us.

00:28:18.640 We're going to get gates up at this testimony yesterday with Admiral Aquino.

00:28:23.040 Rudy Giuliani, the mayor, is also going to join us to talk about the Chinese Communist Party and the imminent war.

00:28:28.760 Next.

00:30:04.420 Washington Post.

00:30:05.900 And Washington, military planners are realizing that China has surpassed the United States in hypersonic military technology.

00:30:13.260 Does anyone seated at the table disagree with that assessment?

00:30:16.000 Congressman, I think in terms of assessments, we should probably take that to a classified discussion.

00:30:24.340 Well, it's been sort of unclassified without our consent.

00:30:27.820 We had this leak that showed that China could launch one of these hypersonic glide capabilities, 2,100 kilometers, that it could get there in 12 minutes.

00:30:39.160 And I actually don't think it's—that can't be too classified because it was a year ago, Admiral, that you were before the Senate Armed Services Committee.

00:30:47.060 And you seem to be giving the warning at that time that we saw manifest in this leak.

00:30:53.120 You said, quote, the hypersonic glide vehicle threat poses a serious threat to the U.S. and allied forces in the region.

00:31:00.120 And we require a near-term initial defense capability to meet this challenge.

00:31:06.260 I read in between the lines of that to say you require the capability in the near term because you don't—you didn't have the capability when you gave this testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee, not in a classified setting, but in open hearing.

00:31:20.140 So I guess my question to you, because I sense you are the truth-teller on a lot of these things, have you acquired the capability since this testimony?

00:31:28.060 The department is working on the ability to do hypersonic defense, Congressman.

00:31:36.200 Again, I stand by what I said. I am concerned about it.

00:31:39.220 And we do need to—

00:31:39.640 And it's still true today. Would you—that statement that you made to the Senate Armed Services Committee in 2021, you wouldn't revise that or change that?

00:31:45.700 That is true as we sit here today?

00:31:47.380 It is.

00:31:47.800 And so what I observe about our posture in Indo-PACOM is that for the last 30 years, the United States has been building aircraft carriers

00:31:57.360 that will never get into the fight.

00:32:00.400 And we've spent years building littoral combat ships, Mr. Smith, that will never get into the fight.

00:32:07.760 And while you have been giving us the accurate information—you gave it to us now, you gave it to the Senate a year ago—

00:32:14.220 the truth is we have not made a sufficient investment in hypersonic defense in order to ensure that we have this credible deterrent threat.

00:32:21.780 Isn't that right, Admiral?

00:32:22.740 Sir, if you look at the report as it applies to our Guam defense system, we have identified the need for that capability.

00:32:32.640 Right. And so I guess—how do our littoral combat ships ever get into the fight in a China-Taiwan scenario?

00:32:40.320 Well, again, I think that'd be better in a classified setting.

00:32:43.120 I do think it's not going to happen.

00:32:44.700 I think it's whether it's classified or not classified.

00:32:47.020 Can we hit a moving target with our hypersonic offense?

00:32:53.600 Again, sir, I think we ought to take those capabilities discussion into a close—

00:32:56.520 Well, okay.

00:32:57.000 So if I represent to you that China can hit a moving target and we can't hit a moving target, 0.94

00:33:02.520 do you have any basis in this setting that you can share with me to rebut that assertion?

00:33:08.660 I disagree that we can't hit a moving target.

00:33:10.820 Oh, you think with our hypersonic capability?

00:33:14.320 I didn't say with a hypersonic capability.

00:33:16.140 Okay, but that's what I'm talking about because, of course, we can hit moving targets,

00:33:19.620 but with a hypersonic capability, it changes the deterrence analysis because the time window shortens considerably,

00:33:26.260 as this leak of classified information tells us, kind of as you told us a year ago.

00:33:32.220 And so I know that there'll be great bloodlust to go after the leaker of this information.

00:33:38.360 It is never okay to leak classified information, especially when it could potentially put people at risk.

00:33:44.840 But, like, what I wonder is, who's going to be punished more?

00:33:49.160 The knucklehead who leaked this information? 0.55

00:33:51.820 Or the generals and admirals and so-called experts who have sat before this committee and the Senate for decades,

00:34:01.200 saying that these capabilities that we were funding with gajillions of dollars were going to sufficiently deter China?

00:34:08.500 And what you said last year, what you've confirmed now, is that we need a capability in the near term that we do not have.

00:34:16.420 What this leak shows is that China has it, and we don't. 0.99

00:34:20.760 And yet we continue to build ships that'll never get in the fight.

00:34:25.400 We continue to support these endeavors that don't enhance deterrence.

00:34:29.820 But if the right senator or congressman or lobbyist is for them, we do them.

00:34:35.400 And I think that's, while it is never okay to leak classified information,

00:34:40.120 I think that's what animates the concern among some of our even youngest and most inexperienced service members

00:34:47.540 that we are not really positioning to win this fight.

00:34:51.460 And we've got too many grifters who roll in and out of the Pentagon,

00:34:54.420 two defense contractors, and some of them even become secretary of defense thereafter.

00:34:59.880 And I think it is disgraceful and it's not worthy of a true Pacific power like the United States. 0.98

00:35:07.260 This was actually stunning yesterday.

00:35:09.740 And Admiral Quino is as good a guy as you get.

00:35:11.660 But Bill Gertz, you're the most informed of the reporters that have covered this your entire professional life.

00:35:16.880 Is Gates right?

00:35:18.380 I mean, we've got to get to the chase.

00:35:19.540 Is a carrier battle group going in harm's way in the Straits of Taiwan, like Frank Gave and I talk about,

00:35:26.240 the 7th Fleet going to end up at the bottom of the Straits of Taiwan with 12,000 to 15,000 sailors dead, sir?

00:35:34.940 It's not just hypersonic missiles.

00:35:37.560 It's supersonic missiles, anti-ship missiles.

00:35:40.160 The Chinese have been cranking them out like sausage in preparation for a conflict with the U.S. 1.00

00:35:46.140 And they know that they have great distance on these missiles.

00:35:49.780 Now they have hypersonic missiles, which can travel up to, you know, 620, up to 1,000 miles,

00:35:56.800 and hit targets, as Gates said, within 12 minutes.

00:36:00.460 The U.S. failed to react to this.

00:36:03.980 You know, I reported several years ago that this was a new arms race.

00:36:08.120 And the Pentagon's decision was, based on the anti-nuclear activists, that this was going to be a nuclear weapon,

00:36:14.880 so they didn't want to build hypersonic missiles.

00:36:17.360 Now, all of a sudden, they're scrambling to build hypersonic missiles.

00:36:21.100 And forget about defenses against these missiles.

00:36:23.620 You can't defend against these ultra-high-speed missiles, which go Mach 5, you know, 6,000 miles an hour or faster.

00:36:31.260 You need offensive capability, and that's the way to deter those attacks.

00:36:36.560 If they use those, we'll be using them against the Chinese ships. 1.00

00:36:42.240 Bill, hang on for one second.

00:36:43.480 I'm going to bring Rudy.

00:36:44.060 Rudy, you're a student of history.

00:36:46.060 Is this like the Imperial Japanese Navy and the German Army in the run-up to World War II in the late 30s

00:36:52.620 when the United States was asleep, England was asleep?

00:36:55.420 Are we in the same situation, sir?

00:36:57.660 Just exactly what I was thinking about, Steve.

00:37:00.280 This—it's like history repeating itself, isn't it?

00:37:04.040 And we do—we disarm, then we arm again, and we disarm, and we arm again.

00:37:10.860 And there's no question we weren't prepared in 1938, 39, 40.

00:37:18.400 We started to get prepared, and that war probably took a year or two longer than it should have if we had been prepared.

00:37:25.400 And possibly we would have been able to defend against Pearl Harbor.

00:37:31.540 Why we want to relive those mistakes again is only—in this case, I think it's because of the nefarious influence within the Biden administration and within the Democratic Party.

00:37:42.800 They've been anti—

00:37:43.740 I'm going to get back to that.

00:37:45.620 Hang on.

00:37:46.100 I'm going to get back to that one second.

00:37:47.160 People have to understand something.

00:37:49.040 It wasn't just Western Europe getting rolled up and going and marching into Paris.

00:37:52.460 It wasn't just Pearl Harbor and taking the island chains and all that.

00:37:55.600 It was 10 to 15 million of our allies in China, the Lao-Bai-Jing and the Russian people, those—the first two years of this war got blown out.

00:38:06.280 You know why?

00:38:07.060 The elites in the West and everybody else looked the other way as Imperial Japan and the German Army armed themselves and were ready for combat.

00:38:18.580 We know about it as Paris falling and Pearl Harbor, and those were horrible.

00:38:24.860 Don't get me wrong.

00:38:25.920 But the brunt of it was in Manchuria, in mainland China, in Eastern Europe, in the Russian Army got crushed.

00:38:33.020 It got 10, 20 million people died in the first couple of years of war, including American combat troops that went to North Africa.

00:38:39.500 Kazarin Pass that were not ready.

00:38:41.540 We were not—we were not ready because we were asleep.

00:38:44.120 Hang on for a second, Rudy.

00:38:45.100 Gertz, give me a solution.

00:38:46.920 You brought up the fact you had the anti-nuclear people who didn't want to do the hypersonic.

00:38:51.080 We're in this fight.

00:38:52.440 We're in the early stages of the Third World War.

00:38:55.300 They've been unrestricted warfare, and now they're coming for us.

00:38:58.340 You see what's happening in the Ukraine, and that's not our fight.

00:39:01.660 Okay, it's not our fight, but the Russians are ready for that. 1.00

00:39:04.320 But in China, in the Straits, in the South China Sea, around Taiwan, they're rolling hard for those chip factories.

00:39:10.920 Give me what Bill Gertz is saying today has to happen, brother.

00:39:14.440 Well, the first thing that has to happen is that we have to change the strategy.

00:39:18.420 The current Biden administration strategy is this idea of competition.

00:39:22.440 They think it's some kind of a sporting event like the Olympics.

00:39:25.900 We are in a Cold War with China. 0.96

00:39:28.440 It could turn hot very quickly, as Admiral Aquilino said yesterday on the Hill.

00:39:34.160 And we need to move more forces forward.

00:39:37.640 Aquilino was asked, what's the current breakdown of forces right now, the military?

00:39:42.760 He said 60 percent of the military is in the Asia-Pacific.

00:39:46.560 Forty percent is in the Atlantic in that way.

00:39:49.520 And it's been that way for several years.

00:39:51.440 So they haven't done anything to rebalance forces towards the Pacific.

00:39:55.920 We need more weapons.

00:39:57.420 We need more ships.

00:39:59.380 We need more aircraft.

00:40:00.580 We need more bases.

00:40:01.560 They're starting to do that, but it's much too slow.

00:40:05.420 Admiral Aquilino's message yesterday was, we need to move faster if we want to deter a war with China.

00:40:14.480 General Minifield in the Air Force has said 2025.

00:40:17.700 That's what he's getting the Air Force ready for.

00:40:19.300 Admiral Aquilino's saying 2027.

00:40:21.280 What is Bill Gertz saying?

00:40:22.580 The balloon goes up on the shooting war, Bill Gertz.

00:40:25.360 When do you say that happens?

00:40:27.260 Well, it could happen during any exercise.

00:40:29.920 The Chinese military just completed a major exercise around Taiwan.

00:40:35.340 And then we sailed a ship, the guided missile destroyer Milius, through the Taiwan Strait.

00:40:42.280 The Chinese threatened the ship. 0.79

00:40:44.280 They told it to leave the area.

00:40:45.780 Of course, it continued on its way.

00:40:47.380 So any kind of mishap, any kind of aerial mishap.

00:40:50.760 They've had several dangerous aerial encounters of Chinese jets coming dangerously close to our surveillance aircraft.

00:40:58.540 Things are getting hot because any kind of incident like that could trigger a larger conflict.

00:41:04.520 And the Chinese are ready to go. 1.00

00:41:06.020 Bill Gertz, how do people get to your content?

00:41:10.320 How do they get to your columns?

00:41:11.480 And all your books have been amazing.

00:41:13.560 You're the leading of all the guys I look to.

00:41:16.460 And they have so many great people covering this now.

00:41:19.160 But you're the mentor.

00:41:21.220 You're the Mac Daddy.

00:41:22.160 How do people get to your stuff?

00:41:23.980 My website is thegertzfile at gertzfile.com.

00:41:27.360 And I'm at Bill Gertz on all social media.

00:41:30.000 Bill, keep it up.

00:41:33.660 We need you.

00:41:34.340 This country needs you more than ever.

00:41:36.180 Thank you very much.

00:41:36.860 Honored to have you on here.

00:41:38.220 Thanks.

00:41:41.060 Rudy, you got a guy like Gertz saying it could happen any time with these massive exercises.

00:41:44.800 You got General Minifield telling his guys, 2025, be ready.

00:41:48.640 We got to go all in on the Air Force.

00:41:50.140 You got Admiral Aquino, who's not an alarmist, saying 2026, 2027.

00:41:56.620 Are we ready, Rudy?

00:41:58.660 Back in the 1930s, you had the Roosevelt administration.

00:42:01.300 You had the America Firsters.

00:42:02.460 You had all this thing about whose fight it was going to be.

00:42:04.820 It's different now.

00:42:06.520 Tell me about the—I got a minute here, and I'm going to hold you through.

00:42:09.320 Tell me about the Biden regime.

00:42:11.060 Are they too compromised to confront the Chinese Communist Party, brother?

00:42:15.600 No question.

00:42:17.120 No question.

00:42:17.640 Every decision that Biden has made has been pro-China, almost blatantly pro-China, to the

00:42:24.580 point of the irrational, like giving up the Grom Air Base.

00:42:27.500 President Trump mentioned that the other day.

00:42:30.380 No person in his right mind would give up an Air Base 400 miles from China.

00:42:35.200 When you hear the Admiral talking about hypersonic missiles and the difficulty in being able to

00:42:42.600 detect them, the more time you have to detect them, you know, the better off you are.

00:42:47.000 And when we have the advantage of time, 400 miles off China, and give it up for nothing,

00:42:52.740 we're now looking for air bases 1,000 miles from China.

00:42:56.220 Only a person compromised by China would make that decision.

00:43:00.200 Then we could go on and on and on.

00:43:02.120 I challenge someone to tell me a decision that he made that's anti-China, Red China, 0.98

00:43:08.200 or a criticism of Red China.

00:43:10.120 So, yeah, we have to conclude that he's compromised. 0.98

00:43:14.880 We'd be fools not to.

00:43:16.240 He got well over $31.5 million into the Biden crime family. 0.94

00:43:20.880 We now know that he gets 50% of that money personally.

00:43:24.640 And now he's making decisions in favor of our worst enemy.

00:43:28.440 If he isn't compromised, it doesn't matter.

00:43:30.480 He's acting like he is.

00:43:31.460 Finally, it's...

00:43:33.580 Rudy...

00:43:34.100 Hang on a second.

00:43:36.740 I want to hold this.

00:43:37.420 I want to hold the punchline to after the break.

00:43:40.000 America's mayor, Rudy Giuliani, not just a student of history,

00:43:44.020 someone who's had to deal with these tough guys at the highest level,

00:43:47.100 like President Trump.

00:43:48.480 Short commercial break.

00:43:49.680 Mayor Giuliani is going to join us on the other side.

00:43:51.660 I don't know about you.

00:44:05.420 It takes a lot to shock me these days.

00:44:07.740 But to see our judicial system resemble a third world banana republic, 0.82

00:44:11.780 to see trusted American companies embrace insane and destructive woke ideologies

00:44:16.740 is frankly depressing.

00:44:18.880 We must fight back.

00:44:19.940 And that starts with changing the way we spend our money.

00:44:23.420 For years, big mobile companies have been dumping millions into leftist causes,

00:44:27.740 and we had to take it because there was not another option.

00:46:24.320 I'm a moron. 0.95

00:46:25.120 I can use it. 1.00

00:46:25.800 You can use it.

00:46:27.200 Rudy, and I'm pretty upfront about this.

00:46:30.280 I'm the biggest single advocate that Rudy's got to be the Secretary of State in the second Trump term.

00:46:37.540 Because, sir, you not only know history, you also know how you deal with these bad guys. 0.71

00:46:43.300 And these are thugs.

00:46:44.400 It's the KGB in Moscow. 0.95

00:46:45.900 It's the Ayatollahs in Persia. 0.93

00:46:47.920 It's the House of Saud in Saudi Arabia.

00:46:49.680 You've got these bad guys in Iraq.

00:46:51.380 You've got the guys in Qatar.

00:46:52.980 You've got the jihadis running in Pakistan.

00:46:55.780 You've got mini-me in North Korea. 0.61

00:46:58.060 And on top, you've got Brazil.

00:46:59.000 You've got Lula the Communists in Brazil that's just in our face now.

00:47:02.220 And it's all controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, the gangsters in Beijing. 0.91

00:47:06.400 Rudy, we were divided before World War II.

00:47:08.840 But not like today, where we don't have confidence our administration is not compromised by our enemy.

00:47:17.360 Let me be specific.

00:47:18.780 John Solomon's been on here.

00:47:20.260 And Gates backed it up.

00:47:21.280 Mike Morrell, a senior guy, was going to be head of the CIA under Hillary Clinton, a senior guy in the intelligence community,

00:47:29.060 and probably people think one of the smartest guys in the intelligence community,

00:47:31.780 supposedly has given sworn testimony that the laptop from hell, the 41 Brennan and these guys,

00:47:38.820 got this letter together to run cover for Biden so that Trump couldn't use the laptop in the closing days of the election of 2020.

00:47:49.160 And, brother, you brought me in.

00:47:51.260 You and Bob Costello were the guys that had the laptop.

00:47:54.680 And you told me when that letter came out, you said that is a bald-faced lie.

00:47:59.100 Rudy Giuliani.

00:47:59.820 Well, it was.

00:48:01.640 And, I mean, the reality is they all had to be in that position.

00:48:06.060 They're all professionals.

00:48:07.660 They're dishonest professionals, but they're all professionals.

00:48:11.100 None of them ever saw the laptop.

00:48:13.200 None of them asked questions about it.

00:48:15.500 There was nothing about it on its face that suggested it was Russian.

00:48:19.420 It wasn't in Russian.

00:48:21.440 I just interviewed and saw and spent a night with John Mack Isaacs.

00:48:25.580 I tell you, it was beautiful.

00:48:27.020 The man is a great man.

00:48:28.080 This is a man who should get an award for being a great American.

00:48:32.580 This was a purely American document that came right out of Delaware.

00:48:37.100 And it was probably one of the easiest documents I ever had to verify.

00:48:41.580 I probably verified 2,000 in my career.

00:48:44.160 And so was Bob.

00:48:44.920 And there was never any question that they completely lied in order to fix an election.

00:48:51.620 So before you even get to them fixing the election, you know, at the ballot box, they fixed the election in terms of making America into another version of East Germany or the Soviet Union.

00:49:03.980 So the reality is the Democrat Party, going back to McGovern at least, has been a party of appeasement, a party of pacifism, a party that's afraid of war.

00:49:18.000 Remember in 1988, Dukakis and the Tank, what was listed on the screen were all the defense programs that he was against.

00:49:25.580 Virtually we would have had a smaller army than Egypt if he had been president.

00:49:32.360 And then I think when you get Obama in, you begin to get a Chinese and a communist element into it as well.

00:49:40.640 So you combine the pacifism of the Democrat Party with the pure designs of Marxist communism, and now we're at a stage where they just won't defend us.

00:49:51.420 And they put us in a position, and unless we get charged pretty soon, it could be irreparable, where we're so far behind that China could act at that moment before we can go through the three-year buildup we did in the Second World War.

00:50:05.360 We don't have a Soviet Union and a China fighting for us to get us time this time. 0.74

00:50:13.540 If they hit us at the worst possible moment when we're least prepared, we don't have two or three years for the great American engine to grow the way it did between 1939 and 1942.

00:50:26.200 Rudy, you're an expert on the unrestricted war that they're hitting us with.

00:50:31.540 Do you believe – we've got a couple minutes here – do you believe the Chinese Communist Party plans on a kinetic conflict around Taiwan against the United States of America, sir?

00:50:42.220 I believe it's a backup plan.

00:50:45.180 China is very shrewd.

00:50:46.700 It's not Russia. 0.79

00:50:47.560 Much smarter.

00:50:48.940 And I think they'd like to take Taiwan with the least amount of conflict.

00:50:54.080 So they're going to try different kinds of strategies.

00:50:57.840 But if you're asking me if it comes to that, if they attack and we respond and it gets into kind of a Ukraine thing, they're going to go much further than Russia is going. 0.55

00:51:08.280 And finally, they're more capable of it.

00:51:10.320 They're more capable of a massive war and the use of massive, even nuclear weapons. 0.97

00:51:17.280 And finally, they're more immoral, even with Putin being as evil as he is and Russia being as evil as he is.

00:51:25.920 They are still part, to some extent, of Western civilization.

00:51:29.320 And they consider themselves, some of them, Christians.

00:51:32.860 The Chinese believe that anything is – look, they've killed 80 million of their own people. 1.00

00:51:37.680 Why wouldn't they kill 30 million of ours? 0.96

00:51:39.340 Rudy, we've got to bounce, but are you open to serve as Secretary of State in the second Trump term?

00:51:48.900 Well, I shouldn't ask for a job now, right?

00:51:51.040 The boss would get angry.

00:51:53.340 I'm willing to do what I have to do.

00:51:54.420 I'm not saying you're asking.

00:51:55.300 No, no, no.

00:51:55.960 If you're asked, would you serve as Secretary of State?

00:51:58.660 And do you think you could do the job that needs to be done right now that the Secretary of State needs to do? 0.52

00:52:03.300 Why be one of those jerky, oh, well, if I'm asked – yeah, sure.

00:52:07.640 Yeah, I would be.

00:52:08.240 I would be open to do it because, as you've had many years, and I know I'd have to explain – I really believe I could straighten the – in part, I ran for president because I thought I could straighten out the State Department.

00:52:22.520 And I think it's the agency of government, even beyond the FBI, that needs to be straightened out first because it's us to the world.

00:52:33.980 And the president, they can undercut any president.

00:52:37.980 And by the way, they undercut Democrat presidents.

00:52:41.440 They undercut anybody they want.

00:52:43.940 It's an arrogant, almost as if independent agency that's running on Ivy League wokeness.
