00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.080 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:16.680 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:20.440 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do
00:00:23.820 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these
00:00:31.540 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to
00:00:39.100 save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:46.980 not gotten there yet sounds like the president of the united states is still trying to decide
00:00:57.700 whether the constitution which says the validity of the public debt of the united states shall not
00:01:02.620 be questioned overrides the cap on public debt legislated by congress called the debt ceiling
00:01:10.000 if congress fails to pass an increase in the debt ceiling to cover the debts already incurred
00:01:16.360 by congressional spending can the president and the treasury use the authority of the constitution
00:01:23.680 to continue to incur more debt to pay the government's bills which are bills that were
00:01:31.960 legislated by congress everyone has changed their minds about the debt ceiling all republicans in
00:01:39.000 congress have changed their minds about the debt ceiling they used to vote to raise the debt ceiling
00:01:44.380 under the last president republican president without any conditions at all that's what joe biden wants
00:01:50.780 them to do this time but republicans have changed their minds throughout joe biden's 36 years in the united
00:01:57.080 states senate there was never any question that the debt ceiling would be increased whenever necessary
00:02:04.820 and it was every single time both parties used to agree that increasing the debt ceiling was a must
00:02:13.260 pass bill that's what they called it a must pass bill both parties called it that i worked on the senate
00:02:19.700 committee that has jurisdiction over the debt ceiling and there was never any question that it would be
00:02:25.660 raised whenever necessary and no republican ever tried to play games with the debt ceiling that joe biden knows
00:02:33.940 those days are long gone first of all this is not your father's republican party this is a different
00:02:40.700 no sir a different group there are two possible ways to get around house republicans opposition to raising
00:02:48.620 the debt ceiling one is the complicated parliamentary route of a discharge petition in the house of
00:02:53.860 representatives which we discussed here last week the other is for the president to simply declare that
00:02:59.860 when and if the debt ceiling limitation comes into conflict with the constitution the president
00:03:07.360 will use the power of the constitution to override the legislated debt ceiling i had been thinking that
00:03:17.160 that that is the most viable alternative for president biden under the circumstances but recently
00:03:23.480 began to see weaknesses in that idea especially when i reread harvard law professor lauren
00:03:30.680 or his tribe's 2011 new york times op-ed piece in which he pointed out the constitution grants only
00:03:37.380 congress not the president the power to borrow money on the credit of the united states that gave me my
00:03:45.220 strongest doubt about the president using the so-called constitutional option to ignore the debt ceiling
00:03:52.940 until i read professor tribe's newest article about the debt ceiling in the new york times titled
00:04:00.600 why i changed my mind on the debt limit and joining us now to explain is professor lawrence tribe who has taught
00:04:08.340 constitutional law at harvard law school for five decades as the new york times noted in his latest opinion essay
00:04:13.640 put a pin put a pin in that right now put a pin in that right there because i'm gonna get dave
00:04:17.400 bright on i'm gonna go this the reason i want to start it's uh tuesday 9 may 2023 eric prince is going
00:04:24.180 to join us uh shortly he's in the middle east he's going to join us to discuss um uh victory day what's
00:04:30.260 happening victory day in russia and moscow today and also the uh the ever uh evolving spring offensive
00:04:39.300 in ukraine we got a lot on the debt ceiling obviously joe allen's going to be here a lot of
00:04:43.720 on artificial intelligence security capital it's signal not noise of course we're going to be all
00:04:50.160 over the border and what's happening at the border with our folks but this verb and i've got mark
00:04:55.640 mitchell here with some amazing polling and rahima kasam's got a incredible piece up at um at uh national
00:05:02.640 pulse we're going to put up momentarily um when i get mark on here we get mark from rasmussen
00:05:08.380 but this is very important for the creditors committee to know and to know the work that you
00:05:15.800 have done in the fear that you've put into what we call the cartel and the cartel is the combination
00:05:22.460 of the lobbyists the big corporations the law firms the consulting firms the pr firms and these
00:05:28.620 apparatchiks up here that are that are the um that the house and the senate the people that vote you
00:05:35.040 know you have some true leaders and people of courage most of these guys are just time servers
00:05:38.780 men and women are time servers um there are three things and i just want to go back to o'donnell
00:05:46.440 a grundune staffer on daniel patrick monahan's staff who thought he was kind of fleet average but
00:05:52.980 he you know he's this guy is the one dialed into the he's the most dialed into the biden regime
00:05:58.160 a biden regime by the way is peaked and now they're making every effort how to get rid of
00:06:03.920 biden and and rasmussen is going to talk to us about that but there's three things that we've
00:06:09.600 taken off the table lawrence tribe will continue on for another four minutes i'll play part of it
00:06:15.300 when brack gets on here to talk about this 14th amendment he's totally just made up some bizarro
00:06:24.060 theory that uh you can evoke it because of the duties these kind of these new duties of the
00:06:30.200 president the duties of the president to continue to spend money i'm not kidding you lawrence tribe
00:06:34.520 this guy was going to be on the supreme court my point is we've broken their back the discharge
00:06:40.060 petition out the paul krugman fantasy the fetish of the one trillion dollar platinum coin out the 14th
00:06:51.960 amendment out last night they conceded the 14th amendment is not going to work all kind of
00:06:58.620 stories they in the way i was telling hey don't be talking to 14th amendment lawrence tribe comes up
00:07:01.980 with this convoluted oh it's not the things it's his duties and responsibilities and just all this
00:07:09.300 mumbo-jumbo the bottom line is we're cutting off avenue this isn't a major negotiation you're cutting
00:07:15.540 off avenues of retreat you've had the senate come in now with the with the 43 and the senate give the
00:07:21.780 letter it said hey we we need massive cuts we back the house the bill is not anywhere near where you
00:07:28.340 want it we understand that uh but that's our next play and it also for the for because this is an
00:07:35.100 ongoing process but right now as they meet at four o'clock you're cutting off their avenues of retreat
00:07:40.200 you're cutting off their ability to pivot and look at an alternative to have leverage against us
00:07:45.680 we have leverage and it's come coming hot and heavy you know not just buying all of them that
00:07:50.700 you're ultra mega extremists that you're uh you know these massive cuts you're going to inflict so
00:07:55.960 much pain on the economy and send the economy it's going to be chaos it's going to be this is going to
00:08:00.980 be that but we've got it was janet yellen was the one that said it janet yellen says there you know
00:08:06.780 the 14th amendment and these other alternatives are going to force a constitutional crisis
00:08:10.400 that's what we're looking at in the summer this is the summer of joy as we get down to memorial
00:08:17.360 day and then kick into the summer you've got the uh as we had julie kelly on right now you had these
00:08:23.560 multiple indictments of trump because we're going to show you some polling in a second trump's ascended
00:08:29.900 maga's ascended maga's ascended trump is ascended trump is going to be the next part he's going to
00:08:35.900 be the property he's the presumptive nominee now he's going to be president united states and these guys
00:08:40.940 are sweating bullets because saying oh my god trump and the trump movement and the people around trump
00:08:45.740 back in power but now that they know and they know where to look for the crimes and the treason
00:08:50.040 and the selling out of the country with uh by the way times of london front page story going to
00:08:55.260 get ben here sequoia capital the democratic party the selling out of the nation uh by chinese communist
00:09:02.240 party operatives that are funding chinese technology with american pension fund money oh yeah oh yeah oh
00:09:08.660 that's the way the system works discharge petition off the table uh one trillion dollar fantasy coin
00:09:17.000 off the table 14th amendment off the table they will shatter their numbers will drop he'll drop into
00:09:24.900 the mid-20s even trying to any of these we're cutting off their avenues of retreat we're cutting off their
00:09:30.780 ability to pivot and get leverage on us we have the leverage they hate it that's where their heads are
00:09:36.320 blowing up it's not the republican establishment it's you and don't get me wrong they're going
00:09:41.740 to try to break you that's all coming but at least today going into that meeting mccarthy you just say
00:09:47.240 no no not interested doesn't work for me and axios has got the buried lead axios has got the story
00:09:56.200 day it's what it's all about here's what they're going to be ambling for you know mccarthy we can get
00:10:00.420 this energy thing we give it a little bit of energy we can give you some cuts uh you know some cuts
00:10:05.660 some optics but you got to give us a trick give us a train just give us a train dollars get us through
00:10:09.800 the summer let's let's not negotiate with the june deadline coming up the prioritization of payments
00:10:18.440 is anything you can push out tom elliott had that great tweet the other day he gets it we got five
00:10:24.800 trillion dollars in cash coming maybe less because the tax revenues are less because of their economies
00:10:29.100 tanking i got that but a lot of cash comes in in that cash you just pay the interest remember
00:10:36.320 they're changing the nomenclature they're saying you know janet yelling because we have to pay our bills
00:10:41.780 we have to pay our bills a default lady is a security of issued by the united states that's backed by the
00:10:52.120 full faith and credit united states it's not some contractor it's got a got that that is doing some work
00:10:58.240 and you stretch the payments out or maybe wait for it you cancel the contract or you say we're not
00:11:03.460 going to do this the purchase order you can stretch you pay you can pay you yes you pay your bills but
00:11:09.440 you can pay them you don't have to pay them on an exact date certain look in your own personal life
00:11:13.880 there are many companies i've been involved with that made the um made the accounts payable
00:11:19.760 the short-term accounts payable the current the current liability is part of the permanent capital
00:11:24.740 structure as we call it the permanent capital structure donald j trump's an expert in that let
00:11:31.640 donald j trump run this deal your priority of payments cash comes in interest gets paid any
00:11:37.220 securities that got a role gets paid no default janet yellen's got to make a very specific decision
00:11:43.900 and we're going to nail her to this only janet yellen in that clown at 1600 the illegitimate
00:11:49.820 uh clown occupying 1600 pennsylvania avenue they have to make a specific decision to default on a
00:11:57.800 government issued security full stop capital markets know this smart people know this they
00:12:05.600 understand it's all we got to pay our bills okay we're going to pay the interest going to pay the
00:12:10.600 face amount of the debt anything comes due we're going to pay social security going to pay medicare pay
00:12:14.840 defense and then hey we have to have a conversation we have to have a conversation because you're short
00:12:23.620 by the way biden's tax plan i'll say give me the tax plan he had oh i'm gonna tax the wealthy
00:12:31.500 we should mccarthy should vote it out of the house pass the day since the senate said dare you
00:12:36.440 they're all democratic donors i have no problem taxing the wealthy until we bleed them white
00:12:44.980 i don't have any problem you know why they're all progressive democrats that hate maga
00:12:50.500 there's a couple of not but hey sorry not sorry i have no problem send that over let let dare them
00:12:59.120 dare them to pass i'm not gonna pass that are you kidding me it's all their donors all the scam you
00:13:03.400 sell the scam they're going to kick it into a on a tax-free basis kick into some trust keep all the
00:13:08.940 profits over there pay all their staff pay themselves all of it tax-free did i say it was
00:13:14.720 tax-free the whole system's a scam all they're going to look all they can't sell the bonds they can't
00:13:22.660 raise taxes they don't have enough underlying growth that you get more taxes because growth they don't have
00:13:28.260 anything they actually can do so all they want you to do is keep your mouth shut and let them
00:13:34.440 just keep the printing press rolling the game's over and maga is the one that called their bluff
00:13:41.860 and we got the face cards because and this is why they hate this is why they're squirming this is why
00:13:48.460 every day is just default it's going to crash the economy it's going to crash everything because it's
00:13:53.120 not your dad's republican party they're ultra maga extremist and all you are is the adult in the room
00:14:01.320 you are the adult in this room and like it's you know you see when kids act up and they're going to
00:14:07.700 run around and do all that hey it takes patience it takes steadfastness it takes grit
00:14:16.980 and that's why it takes the deplorables and maga a perfect time for you to be in charge
00:14:26.320 okay short commercial break we're gonna come back we've got uh mark mitchell of rasmussen some
00:14:32.520 amazing pollings coming out we got eric prince as soon as we track you down we got dave bratt we got a

00:14:52.280 work to do man the ramparts today in the war room
00:14:55.840 president trump recently issued a warning from his home at mar-a-lago and i want to quote this
00:15:05.980 our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard which will be the greatest
00:15:11.840 defeat frankly in 200 years end quote he did that in the interview that i had with him a couple weeks
00:15:17.900 ago at his home now there are three reasons the central banks are dumping the u.s dollar
00:15:24.960 inflation deficit spending in our insurmountable national debt the fact is there's one asset that

00:17:01.520 and start the process do it today take action here's your host stephen k bannon
00:17:06.780 okay um i've got mark mitchell of um rasmussen mark you've done some work on um you've done some
00:17:19.960 work on um on polling but you've done polling on debt ceiling and where the american people are
00:17:25.540 particularly these negotiations and understand the general american public is not like the war room
00:17:31.560 posse war room posse are working class folks middle class folks they're highly engaged
00:17:35.820 and quite frankly we have people on here all the time in capital markets and i go in the chats
00:17:40.120 and going and they don't quite get it that's what this audience this audience has risen to the
00:17:43.820 occasion here and are now the chairman of the creditors committee because they're they're savvy
00:17:47.940 but give us what you're polling shown what the american people where they're coming down on this
00:17:52.160 negotiations right now sir yeah tough one to pull on because if you ask people hey are you watching
00:17:57.800 this closely they pretty much are all going to say yes um but in this case uh your audience knows a
00:18:03.220 lot more than pretty much every other voter out there uh but when they asked based on what you
00:18:07.140 know about the republican debt ceiling plan do you support or oppose it 57 pretty strong majority of
00:18:12.820 all voters at least somewhat support it 32 strongly support it and even among democrats it's got pretty
00:18:19.180 good pretty good support uh what's that number 44 of democrats at least somewhat support the
00:18:24.980 republican debt ceiling plan so i thought that was pretty incredible president joe biden has agreed to
00:18:30.520 meet uh with house speaker kevin mccarthy to negotiate a deal for raising the debt ceiling
00:18:34.700 who should compromise more to reach such a deal president biden voters say 40 president biden should
00:18:42.240 um compromise more speaker mccarthy 25 so another i mean that's a 15 point margin with how divided this
00:18:50.940 country routinely is you know voters back the republicans on this strongly even among democrats it's roughly
00:18:58.900 split 37 percent of democrats though more say that president biden should compromise only 31 say
00:19:06.140 speaker mccarthy so even democrats are saying you know we want to reach a deal here sit down at the
00:19:11.080 table and talk this this this is a stunning number though the stunning number is 57 percent just i want
00:19:17.740 to make sure we pull 57 percent of the american people say biden should basically compromise on this
00:19:23.560 uh 57 percent at least somewhat support the republican debt ceiling plan and only 34 percent are opposed
00:19:31.900 only 21 percent strongly opposed um but 15 points more voters you say that president biden but this is
00:19:39.000 the important hold this is the important thing besides the war room because even conservative media has
00:19:44.000 done a terrible job on this they've just been inundated with oh this is terrible you're gonna be putting
00:19:48.920 people out in the streets i mean the the propaganda put out by the the cartel to know that 57 the
00:19:55.680 american people sit there and go hey we're being played here is is enormous let's pivot by the way
00:20:00.920 raheem kasam's got an amazing raheem kasam's got an amazing um uh story up a national pulse about your
00:20:09.120 poll your polling you've done on uh on bobby kennedy biden and also a trump kennedy ticket versus others
00:20:15.180 and you walk us through it uh yeah absolutely uh rfk juniors out there making waves and if it's in
00:20:21.140 the news it's in our polls so we've been polling on it uh we did some polling before that showed that
00:20:25.560 62 percent of democrats want to see biden primaried and 46 percent of all voters at least somewhat
00:20:31.900 support uh robert kennedy's run uh including 52 percent a majority of democrats so that was pretty
00:20:38.180 encouraging at the time um but this time we came out and we did a three-way primary matchup against
00:20:43.320 joe biden uh bobby kennedy and marianne williamson and kennedy and biden are pretty much tied biden
00:20:51.220 edges them out by one point 36 to 35 percent now of course that's among all voters not who votes in
00:20:57.400 democrat primaries um but it gives you a gauge of what the level of national support is among
00:21:02.840 democrats biden gets 62 percent and kennedy gets 19 percent williamson only gets four percent and then
00:21:10.120 you know 16 percent some other candidate not sure that's a pretty strong showing that's where
00:21:14.740 de santis is among republicans and some other people's polls and that's better than kind of
00:21:19.860 this like momentary bounce that we saw people like nikki haley get when she announces uh but what's
00:21:25.860 interesting is that kennedy has way more support among republicans now obviously republicans aren't going
00:21:32.220 to be uh voting in the democrat primary uh unless it's an open primary state but uh 50 percent uh to
00:21:39.760 12 percent kennedy over biden among republicans and kennedy also uh edges biden by four points among
00:21:46.140 independents uh and then what we also thought was interesting to test is and you you know you you
00:21:52.020 mentioned this too uh that we should do it is okay well uh what does kennedy look like on the trump
00:21:57.400 ticket and they do pretty well biden and harris tie trump and kennedy 44 to 44 percent um i think
00:22:04.580 that's a pretty solid showing considering that he's actually declared himself as the democrat candidate
00:22:10.160 uh now he doesn't do as well as some of the matchups that we just did recently with some republican
00:22:15.760 democrat uh vp potentials um you know trump and de santis didn't did way better than this um but
00:22:22.720 he actually trump and kennedy actually beat um one of the other republican matchups we did with trump
00:22:28.720 by a few points so it's not you know pie in the sky here it could potentially happen and probably the
00:22:36.280 biggest question mark the biggest area of uncertainty is when you add kennedy to a trump ticket he picks
00:22:44.160 up a few trump picks up a few points of democrat support loses a few points of republican support
00:22:48.780 but he loses quite a bit among independents and i'm trying to postulate why that might be i think
00:22:54.200 part of it might be is the more conservative independents who would consider voting for kennedy
00:22:58.980 are probably already voting for trump and for some reason having kennedy on the trump ticket
00:23:05.740 makes some of the independents wake up and say no i'm going to vote biden harris so we'll have to look
00:23:10.800 at that hold on hang on hang on what's totally counterintuitive that you're telling me conservative
00:23:15.480 independence seeing trump and kennedy and kennedy being actually acceptable to a certain amount of
00:23:22.720 republicans i understand most republicans uh they would spit on the floor first but you would have
00:23:28.160 conservative independents that would back the radical biden harris plan over their plan over a trump
00:23:34.760 kennedy that it's counterintuitive is it not i don't want to go too much out on a limb on this one
00:23:40.280 steve because it's two separate samples and with independents there's always a luck of the draw
00:23:44.560 whether you get more third-party people and so until i see those two questions asked in the same
00:23:49.200 poll uh i really don't want to go too far but among independents trump kennedy ticket loses a few points
00:23:56.360 compared to trump only and biden harris gains a few points compared to biden only and we're talking
00:24:04.420 four or five points so um we test it again and we would love to have other people test this as well
00:24:11.980 here's where i want to i want to go back to your biden kennedy if you can give this because i'm
00:24:19.060 gonna put up some polling in a second that that's done now about trump de santis where de santis is now
00:24:25.940 15 16 percent i mean these numbers are just i've never seen anything like it it's just horrific and um
00:24:32.000 the um um the democrats saying they're not going to have they're not going to have a primary they're
00:24:39.780 not going to have a debate the kennedy who's kind of surging or coming at like 19 or 21 percent
00:24:44.620 is not legitimate enough to even have a primary so can you walk us through the kennedy biden matchup
00:24:50.980 um yeah absolutely now we don't have we don't have just biden kennedy we only have the democrat
00:24:57.900 primary and so we have joe biden taking 62 percent of the vote kennedy kennedy taking 19 um not a bad
00:25:05.840 first showing that's way better than you'd see from somebody that you know one of these people
00:25:11.060 that doesn't have a shot that comes and announces and makes a big splash and then disappears
00:25:14.840 um and also here's you know farther up in the crosstabs here's the big takeaway that i would look at
00:25:21.680 is that on a national level uh rfk jr's got a 54 percent favorability rating among all likely voters
00:25:28.580 uh that's about eight points higher than joe biden is right now and even among democrats he has a 52
00:25:34.400 favorability rating now republicans are really dragging kennedy's favorability up they have a
00:25:40.100 61 favorable rating uh which is fascinating he's running as a democrat and he's perceived more
00:25:45.040 favorably by republicans um but he is liked among democrats and he is more liked than biden on a
00:25:52.660 national scale and 62 like i said before even before kennedy's name was mentioned 62 percent of
00:25:59.200 democrats want to see biden have a primary challenge uh you know irregardless of what joe biden's
00:26:05.620 favorability ratings are or his job performance rating uh really the trump biden matchups tell you
00:26:11.540 where it's at and he only gets 40 percent of the nation nationwide vote and that's bad now we've had
00:26:17.740 some other polling that just shows man things are changing on the biden campaign and i didn't mention
00:26:23.360 this one to you before but we've asked this a few times is biden really doing the job of president
00:26:28.200 where are other make others making decisions for him behind the scenes only 38 percent of u.s likely
00:26:35.300 voters think that biden is really doing the job of president 55 percent think now think others are
00:26:40.900 making decisions for him behind the scenes this is an incredible swing from the numbers just two
00:26:47.360 months ago uh for the first time a majority now say that the president is just doing what he's told
00:26:53.680 and isn't in the driver's seat and every other time we've asked it wasn't a majority it was low 40s
00:26:59.420 so really in the last two months people are opening their eyes and you know he declared in the last two
00:27:05.060 months he came out and said i'm gonna i'm gonna run again for president and people are saying no it's
00:27:09.620 you're just following orders and you can only get so many of those pictures of his pre-prepared press
00:27:15.880 notes um before really people are gonna wake up and say he's not in the driver's seat uh everybody
00:27:22.640 needs to go to your channel and dig into this more so how did they get to you mark that's another

00:30:44.520 soviet soldiers and civilians died in world war ii the highest of any nation as a 12 year old veteran
00:30:52.040 alexander podrobed served as a spotter for partisan forces in occupied belarus he recalls one occasion when
00:30:59.160 he managed to distract a group of nazi soldiers who were about to stop a cart that was being used to
00:31:04.840 smuggle supplies i ran down the slope towards the soldiers they noticed me and they shouted halt halt
00:31:15.000 i kept running they started to fire at me i thought they would kill me after i heard the car passed safely
00:31:21.560 i fell down the germans dragged me and kicked my face with their boots i was all beaten up
00:31:27.560 iban sokolov was stationed in moscow as a cadet of the artillery academy and later became an officer in
00:31:35.080 the artillery corps he describes the first nazi air attacks in 1941. goebbels declared that russia
00:31:44.360 would be burned down during the night of 21st july at 2210 200 german planes began to destroy
00:31:52.440 moscow with incendiary bombs the temperature of the incendiary bombs is 2 000 to 3 000 degrees celsius
00:31:59.960 it burns everything the defense of stalingrad is synonymous with the carnage of the eastern front
00:32:07.160 two million people died as nazi forces tried unsuccessfully to take the city vladimir ananiev
00:32:14.040 was a sapper in the red army at the time we firmly believed that germans would kill us
00:32:22.360 in any case and this very fact drove us to fight until the end and we did each one of us in his
00:32:29.320 own way we were doing what we were supposed to do at the end of the war a huge victory parade was
00:32:36.200 staged in moscow's red square saturday's anniversary parade is intended to honor the events of 70 years
00:32:43.240 ago but many western leaders including german chancellor angela merkel have declined invitations
00:32:49.880 to attend because of russia's military intervention in ukraine veteran sokolov says it is disrespectful
00:33:01.000 it hurts a lot because i went to germany as a liberator so i am amazed that merkel who knows
00:33:07.000 perfectly well that she was saved by the russians who gave her the opportunity to study and become a
00:33:12.120 politician declares that she won't come to see the parade victory day should also reflect on the
00:33:19.160 suffering that followed 1945 in the soviet union says historian andrey zubov our totalitarian regime
00:33:29.400 did not fall then but became stronger and that is another reason why this was a victory with tears in
00:33:35.560 our eyes not only because of huge losses but also because the victory had not brought about the end of
00:33:40.840 the totalitarian stalinist regime surviving veterans have been given special medals on the 70th anniversary
00:33:48.040 of victory day but the growing tensions between moscow and the west have cast a shadow
00:33:53.480 over events to mark the victory over nazi germany
00:34:08.680 the
00:34:35.340 We'll be right back.
00:35:06.260 Seventy-eight years ago on 8 May was victory in Europe.
00:35:11.020 Of course, they signed the instrument of the surrender, unconditional surrender of the German army, the Wehrmacht at 2200 Berlin time, when effective at 2300.
00:35:21.080 And that was the 9th of May in Russia.
00:35:26.780 They celebrate victory day the day after.
00:35:28.840 Eric Prince, how does this inform us of the current war, the Third World War that's beginning on the Eurasian landmass between the two Slavic entities, the Ukraine people and the KGB out of Moscow, sir?
00:35:47.380 You know, Steve, I think it's important for Americans to remember that it was the Soviet army that killed three out of four Nazi soldiers.
00:35:57.260 And for as much damage as the U.S. took fighting and killing Nazis, a very worthy fight, we lost 250,000 Americans doing that.
00:36:08.340 The Russians lost 1.2 million alone at the Battle of Stalingrad.
00:36:15.560 They, as your video led up to, 25 million people died in the Soviet Union fighting the Nazis.
00:36:23.640 So it's right for us to remember that Russia, that the damage sustained by Russia is seared into their memory, into their genetics, but that doesn't give them the right to latch on to whatever their neighbor countries are to make them part of the former Soviet Union, to reawaken the Soviet Union again because they feel like it.
00:36:52.280 It's a real it's a real it's a real failure of statecraft by the Biden administration that we had lost so much credibility and so much deterrence by the complete screw up in Afghanistan and really even the screw up in Iraq, because Iraq is now run by Iran, that Putin felt that he could get away with it and that he could do it at so little cost.
00:37:20.000 That Putin felt that it would be worth it.
00:37:21.000 Of course, it's a dumb idea for Ukraine to ever be part of NATO.
00:37:26.280 We don't need to antagonize or inflame Russian sentiments on that.
00:37:32.340 But fine, if we had given Ukraine the means to defend itself with a lend-lease type program with some old U.S. aircraft like I'd recommended four months before they invaded, this whole debacle could have been prevented.
00:37:45.520 The really sad thing is if the Democrats had not come through with the entire Russia election collusion hoax, I think Trump could have made a deal with Putin to pull him into the orbit in the West.
00:38:01.580 The long-term natural ally and trading partner between the Russian people is Europe and the United States.
00:38:10.480 It is not China and it is not in the long-term interest, in the medium-term interest even, of Russia to be synthesized and to allow the eastern provinces of Russia to effectively also to become protectorates of China.
00:38:27.460 Our natural allies, like they were in World War II, are Lao Bai Jing, the Chinese people that took 40 or 50 million casualties.
00:38:38.900 I think the Russian army is 25 million.
00:38:40.940 I think there's another 25 million civilian dead.
00:38:44.980 There were 40 or 50 or 60 million.
00:38:46.640 Remember St. Petersburg or Leningrad at the time, 900-day siege.
00:38:50.000 They're eating their cannibalism at the end.
00:38:52.520 The scale of the war on the eastern front, and the generals in the west knew this, and that's why they also said we'd never get into a fight near Kursk or Stalingrad or in eastern Europe.
00:39:09.540 How does this – this whole thing, Eric, now, we just had – and we put the footage up.
00:39:14.100 I don't know if we played, but we put the footage up of Bakhmut the other night, looked like Dresden in 1945.
00:39:21.120 The spring offensive.
00:39:23.080 Give us your – go ahead.
00:39:24.600 Give us your military assessment of the spring offensive, what's going to happen here in eastern around Bakhmut, in eastern Ukraine, the Russians being eastern Ukraine, and down in Crimea, sir.
00:39:35.440 So, to do modern maneuver warfare with tanks and mechanized infantry, et cetera, you know, the Battle of Kursk was 6,000 tanks and 2 million soldiers.
00:39:49.880 What this spring offensive envisioned by the Ukrainians is a few hundred tanks and 10, 20, 30,000 soldiers, and I don't think the Ukrainians have the wherewithal to do – it's one thing to have tanks that can maybe break through,
00:40:09.340 but you need mechanized infantry with armored personnel carriers, and you need a massive logistics tail to feed those beasts with fuel and with ammunition, and they're even short on ammunition in a lot of areas.
00:40:21.860 So, I think there will be some incremental gains possibly made, but unless you have all the stuff to follow on, that offensive is not going to go much faster than one tank of gas is going to take them,
00:40:35.640 which is why the Ukrainian leadership has been really trying to manage expectations of just how spectacular or not spectacular the spring offensive will be.
00:40:44.920 It's not going to start yet because you have to wait for the fields to dry.
00:40:50.560 You know, the Battle of Kursk didn't start until early July, but what are fantastic farm fields that were covered with snow and then rain?
00:40:56.900 They're mud. They're mud bogs, and they will have real difficulty maneuvering until those fields are dry.
00:41:05.640 I doubt very much that they'll be able to retake Crimea.
00:41:09.580 It's effectively an island with a very narrow peninsula across the top, only five kilometers wide.
00:41:14.500 Very easy for the Russians to fortify that, and I think that would be a hard red line that the Russians may even go nuclear if they envision the loss of Crimea.
00:41:25.800 So, it's a mess. It's really sad, and I wish we had a stronger president that could drag these parties to the table and make it stop.
00:41:35.640 Eric, give us your strategic assessment again about this whole thing about the Russia collusion.
00:41:42.500 It was driven by the deep state and the administrative state to separate the Russian people and the American people.
00:41:47.860 How important a deal is that is now that Russia, the KGB, is the junior partner of the CCP, sir?
00:41:53.460 Well, you know, I remember growing up how much the Democrats loved the Soviet Union, and they liked it when it was a leftist-run government.
00:42:03.200 And look, Putin is a nationalist, not so much a globalist.
00:42:07.160 He's definitely not a freedom-loving, pro-free market capitalist guy that we would want in any way, shape, or form.
00:42:17.400 But I think the left was so shocked and embarrassed that Trump won.
00:42:23.520 They needed an excuse, and they created the Russia collusion hoax out of thin air.
00:42:28.760 And it really tied Trump's hands politically, diplomatically, from making that kind of deal with Putin.
00:42:39.480 Look, it is reasonable to respect Russia for the work they did in destroying Nazism.
00:42:46.640 Absolutely.
00:42:47.980 Again, they took by far and away most of the casualties doing that.
00:42:52.240 But that doesn't give them free license now.
00:42:56.400 And so the collapse of American deterrence and American credibility, it's what leads to that.
00:43:02.580 It's what leads to the Saudis not joining the Abraham Accords like they were going to down to the last days before they were going to announce the Abraham Accords.
00:43:12.280 But instead, because they didn't get the security guarantees that they'd expected, that they'd had, that they'd enjoyed this cooperation with America since 1944 with Roosevelt and the king, that instead they flip and they recognize Iran diplomatically.
00:43:32.040 That was done from a position of weakness, not of strength.
00:43:34.580 So American credibility and deterrence matters all over the world.
00:43:38.180 Our long-term opponent is the Chinese Communist Party, and deterring them from doing something aggressive and invasive on Taiwan is very much our national interest.
00:43:50.140 And so the United States not getting rolled in Ukraine and letting and helping Ukraine at least survive as a state.
00:43:56.580 And yes, Ukraine has issues, all countries have issues, but at least the Ukrainian people have showed up en masse by the tens of thousands, voted with their bodies to defend their land.
00:44:10.780 So again, this points to the...
00:44:13.580 Eric, if you just hang on for one, just hang on one second, I'm going to hold you through the break.
00:44:19.140 Frank Gaffney is with us, Dave Bratt, Joe Allen, Ben Harnwell.
00:44:23.560 We've got a lot to go through, and we're going to get through it all.
00:44:25.800 Short break, back in a moment.
00:44:28.320 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:44:30.880 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:44:32.740 Let's take down the CCP.
00:44:36.080 In my younger days, I was a naval officer on a destroyer.
00:44:39.740 In fact, I was the A-gang officer in charge of all the engineering systems that were not main propulsion.
00:44:46.200 And one of those was air purification.
00:44:48.700 And I can tell you, the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.
00:44:52.220 If all home air purifiers are the same, why did the U.S. Department of Defense select EnviroCleanse to protect and purify the air on board our Navy ships?
00:45:02.480 Because EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral technology goes beyond ordinary HEPA filters to destroy airborne illness causing cold and flu viruses, including COVID.
00:45:14.340 EnviroCleanse is the new science in air purification.
00:45:17.860 And now you can order one for your home.
00:45:20.120 This is how you help stop colds and flus from taking your whole family down.
00:45:24.900 This is how you destroy allergy-inflaming toxins and mold from the air your family breathes.
00:45:29.560 In fact, this hospital-grade technology is so powerful that it promises far fewer colds and allergies and better sleep.

00:46:34.220 This new one looks pretty good.
00:46:36.620 Really?
00:46:37.400 Did you know Ron DeSantis backed deep cuts to Social Security and Medicare?
00:46:41.860 Ron DeSantis?
00:46:43.200 Yeah.
00:46:43.760 He voted to cut Social Security or Medicare, not once, not twice, but three times.
00:46:48.600 DeSantis even tried to raise the retirement age to 70.
00:46:52.160 I thought DeSantis was one of the good ones.
00:46:54.340 But he's just another career politician.
00:46:58.520 America needs Trump.
00:47:00.520 Make America Great Again, Inc. is responsible for the content of this advertising.
00:47:04.220 By the way, I'll talk about it more in the second hour.
00:47:07.680 Our own Steve Cortez has come up with a huge piece in Newsweek.
00:47:13.480 DeSantis for president.
00:47:14.500 He must not have seen the current polling.
00:47:16.600 But, hey, it's a free country.
00:47:17.680 I have pinned that article with my thoughts at the top of Getter.
00:47:22.800 And as soon as it's loaded into Denver, we'll show that to you in the second hour.
00:47:27.820 But you can go to Getter right now.
00:47:28.920 If you're on Getter, go check it out.
00:47:31.140 And Grace and Captain Bannon will put that into all the chats so people can see my thoughts on that editorial.
00:47:38.880 And like I said, it's a free country.
00:47:40.840 We're free men and women.
00:47:43.500 But we're here to save our country, not to play games, not a time to play games.
00:47:48.200 And we're not game players here in the war room.
00:47:51.380 Eric Prince.
00:47:52.240 Last thing, the CCP, you know, we had this conference, the Third World War, the early years.
00:48:00.860 We're going to have Frank Gaffney on here in a second.
00:48:02.540 They're already at a war with us, unrestricted warfare.
00:48:06.620 Given what's happening with the dollar and, look, you know the Middle East better than anybody.
00:48:10.460 The long-term output deals with the Saudis.
00:48:12.560 The long-term output deals with Iraq.
00:48:14.380 The long-term output deals with the mullahs.
00:48:16.360 The budding strategic and military alliance with the CCP and the mullahs in Persia right now.
00:48:23.480 And what's happening in the South China Sea and the Straits of Taiwan where clearly the Seventh Fleet is not ready to take on a kinetic war.
00:48:32.260 Where do you think in this overall expanding Third World War?
00:48:36.000 Give us your thoughts and observations on it.
00:48:38.840 I think China will wait until the next Taiwan presidential election.
00:48:46.560 They'll try to get a much more Beijing-friendly president in place in Taiwan, a KMT-type candidate.
00:48:56.740 I think they will try to—
00:48:57.840 Terry, Terry, ho, ho, ho, stop, stop.
00:48:59.840 Terry Guo, I said it the other day.
00:49:01.360 We defeated Terry Guo, the Foxconn guy.
00:49:04.400 He's a CCP asset.
00:49:06.280 All of his factories are in China.
00:49:07.800 The factory he saw by running away at Apple's, his factory.
00:49:10.420 He's one of the worst guys in the world.
00:49:11.440 We defeated him the last time in the primary.
00:49:14.280 We came at heart.
00:49:15.200 He's already announced.
00:49:16.360 You're exactly right.
00:49:17.560 He's the KMT's pro-China, pro-CCP candidate.
00:49:23.980 Correct, sir?
00:49:24.540 And that election takes place in January 24.
00:49:28.020 That is a game-changer, correct?
00:49:31.280 It is.
00:49:32.200 So they will try to do this with soft power and black bags and pay and entice and coerce, you know, to do it the clandestine way.
00:49:47.460 And if that fails, then I would be shocked if they don't try an aggressive way before the next U.S. presidential election.
00:49:55.100 Because for them, for their perspective, I can't imagine a better candidate for them to go against than Biden and the weakness that's been shown on a repeated basis globally.
00:50:06.700 To me, we're seeing the world breaking into a multipolarity where the Pax Americana, whether it's on the high seas or on, you know, countries melting, you know, routinely and regularly,
00:50:26.380 or Iran seizing multiple large oil tankers just coming out of the Gulf, that is not American credibility on display.
00:50:36.900 That is the weakness, and the Chinese will push into that vacuum as well.
00:50:44.700 Eric, thank you very much.
00:50:46.240 I know you're not on social media, so there's no place to get you, but thank you very much for taking time.
00:50:50.780 I know it's late there for coming on The War Room.
00:50:52.960 I greatly appreciate that.
00:50:54.980 Always happy to talk with you, Steve.
00:50:56.380 Thanks, brother.
00:50:59.700 Eric Prince, telling you the way things are.
00:51:03.820 Frank Gaffney, it's game day today.
00:51:06.640 The book's in stores.
00:51:08.660 Give me your assessment of draft off of Eric Prince there.
00:51:13.820 Where are we in this Third World War, and why is the indictment what we need to do with the fifth column here in the United States,
00:51:21.100 and particularly the criminals in Beijing, sir?
00:51:24.360 Well, let me just share a little bit of good news before we get started on what's not so good.
00:51:30.800 I understand that on game day, P-Day, as I call it, publication day,
00:51:36.180 the indictment has opened on Amazon as the number one bestseller in the national and international security category.
00:51:47.060 That, I believe, Steve, is probably virtually entirely thanks to the War Room posse, those pre-orders and maybe the game day orders.
00:51:57.140 Thank you to all of your listeners and, you know, you most especially for making this possible.
00:52:05.000 I couldn't be more pleased and excited.
00:52:06.480 As to what has just been discussed, I couldn't agree more with Eric on the perception that the Chinese Communist Party has
00:52:17.640 of our weakness, of our irresolution, of our, well, compromise or capture, if you will.
00:52:27.840 My friend Natalie didn't think capture was the right word for it, but I do, because it makes clear that that means people are now subordinated
00:52:40.900 in our leadership to our mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party, and it's, you know, you opened earlier with this very compelling, you know, historical retrospective.
00:52:59.800 We're in the middle of making history, folks.
00:53:02.680 We're watching steps be taken right now, that if we have the privilege of writing the histories in the future, and that's not a given because you have to be victorious, generally, to write them.
00:53:18.840 We will look back on this time, Steve, and you've put it very well, as the early years of World War III and the decisions that are being made now or the failures to make decisions,
00:53:30.840 the actions that are being taken now or the failures to act, are contributing to steps that are being taken in Beijing and in capitals around the world, and they are coming for us, unfortunately.
00:53:45.120 That's the point of this book, to help us protect against it.
00:53:49.140 We're going to take a 90-second break. I want you to hold.
00:53:52.040 Brian Kennedy is going to join us in-house.
00:53:54.060 The indictment, number one on Amazon in national security.
00:53:58.920 Short break. Back in a moment.
