00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.860 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:17.460 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:21.220 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:24.800 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people
00:00:32.620 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my
00:00:40.560 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann
00:00:47.780 president trump has received a target letter
00:01:13.280 from the department of justice stating that they intend and are likely looking at an indictment
00:01:21.820 of president trump for january 6th where have we heard this before who could have predicted
00:01:28.500 that they would be looking at an indictment for trump over january 6th we've been telling you about this
00:01:34.660 for months at this point we brought julie kelly on to tell you about this and as i said a turning
00:01:41.520 point action over the weekend in west palm beach i will say here again the plan is not just to indict
00:01:49.140 and convict trump over january 6th in washington dc that's just step one step two ladies and gentlemen
00:01:58.000 is to take that conviction and then parade it around in every single one of the 50 states
00:02:07.440 where he is on the ballot and try to strike him from the ballot they're trying to strip him from
00:02:14.660 the ballot they are preemptively meddling in our elections this is the two-track plan to stop donald trump
00:02:24.580 from winning the presidency once again the first is to defeat him conventionally through the primary
00:02:31.180 we've seen that has completely failed it's over it's done the primary's been over for a long time
00:02:37.680 at this point number two unconventionally this is unconventional warfare against the american people
00:02:45.740 this is unconventional warfare against the national populist movement this is unconventional warfare
00:02:52.660 against who we are as a nation we are not a republic anymore we are living through an era of regime
00:03:01.660 politics and the moment you understand that and accept that is the moment that you can understand
00:03:07.820 where we are and what time it is you have to know what part of the movie you're in this is the part
00:03:16.940 where it looks like they're gonna take out the good guy and if they do strip him from the ballot
00:03:23.980 i said it on stage over the weekend i'm not afraid to say it because it is not a
00:03:29.480 it's not what i want it's not what i desire but it's what i believe is the most likely outcome
00:03:39.360 that if you strip donald trump from the ballot it will blow this country apart it will tear this country
00:03:46.200 apart at the seam 1776 will commence this is the insanity that they are willing to go through
00:03:53.340 just to prevent a guy from being able to stand in a legitimate free and fair election we've already
00:04:00.620 seen how they threw all the rules out the window in 2020 and state after state counting ballots that
00:04:06.740 never should have been counted and then they say joe biden's the winner and we say what what about
00:04:11.700 all the rules you broke we don't care what about the laws that you broke we don't care
00:04:14.860 because joe biden has to be the winner arizona pennsylvania wisconsin do you understand and i'll
00:04:24.640 just say it folks are you paying attention yet two sources confirmed to nbc news that former
00:04:31.520 president donald trump received a letter from special counsel jack smith this week informing him
00:04:38.560 that he is the target of a federal investigation into efforts to overturn the legitimate results of
00:04:45.340 the 2020 election those efforts include but are not limited to the january 6th attack on the united
00:04:52.240 states capitol although a target letter does not definitively mean a person will be charged in most
00:04:59.320 cases it is a precursor to an indictment joyce fans tell us why this is so significant
00:05:06.420 well it's particularly significant in this case joe it's corrected in a normal situation when
00:05:14.280 prosecutors send out a target letter it means that they anticipate that they're about to charge that
00:05:19.800 individual in a high profile matter like this you can be certain i can't i can't take any more of
00:05:27.020 virginian politics uh brother posobic i think lays it out pretty clearly uh except i disagree with one
00:05:34.400 central element they're not gonna wait for a conviction on the indictment themselves they're
00:05:39.100 gonna go and try to take him off the ballot in 50 states this is the election interference
00:05:42.540 wednesday 19 july the year of our lord 2023 there are no coincidences
00:05:47.260 on um they come at trump isn't it interesting just what a day before um they're going to have this
00:05:57.240 historic screening in bedminster of sound of freedom and all the kind of the many of the uh leaders or
00:06:04.360 people that are pulling together to put together a war council to stop this uh epidemic of uh trafficking
00:06:11.180 of women and particularly trafficking of children worldwide but particularly into the united states
00:06:17.900 uh for sex uh is are coming together the jim cavizos of the world the tim ballards the eduardo's
00:06:25.520 investigate from mexico uh and we're going to be doing thanks to real america's voice and also
00:06:31.240 jason miller and the team to help put this together we'll be doing live coverage
00:06:34.320 uh from posopical start at two we'll pick it back up with four subject to my uh arrival uh natalie
00:06:43.060 will be anchoring the four o'clock i'll be there for the five o'clock so we'll have at least three
00:06:47.940 hours of this and then we're gonna have a special interviews in our six o'clock hour with all the
00:06:53.760 leading participants so uh a full day of that then the the film tonight we'll have more footage
00:06:58.660 tomorrow but on the day that happens uh they're coming at trump from many many different
00:07:03.540 angles and uh you know for for uh jack when he lays out like it's a film where they're coming for
00:07:11.420 the good guy they ain't taking the good guy out in this one the pushback has already been intense
00:07:16.720 it's going to get a lot more intense uh we got a lot to talk about on we got polling we have a lot
00:07:22.540 of discussion on congress what's going on um just a lot happening today we're going to get it all in
00:07:27.740 i want to start with natalie winters natalie first uh and and the biggest news in the last
00:07:35.140 couple of hours has nothing to do with this uh putin responded to taking out the bridge in crimea
00:07:43.160 and he took out today the missile attack that was our first one in fact if we can get the other
00:07:47.620 footage i jumped in there because i couldn't take any more msnbc uh if you um he took out all the
00:07:54.820 grain facilities you know he kind of canceled the grain export deal but he really canceled it
00:08:00.720 overnight uh with a a missile strike into odessa and took out all the it looks like took out all
00:08:08.200 much of the grain infrastructure to send the message the wall street journal is reporting
00:08:12.700 remember we've been doing specials with birch gold about the road to durban this durban pact
00:08:20.520 etc with the bricks wall street journal is reporting right now i don't know if i've gotten
00:08:25.140 it to denver or not but they're reporting and harnwell will be here at 11 that putin is not going
00:08:29.760 to travel to durban because he's afraid of being arrested uh we'll drill down on all that because now
00:08:36.980 with the grain out you're about to hear some real tremors particularly in europe the middle east africa
00:08:43.820 uh about the situation with grain and this is the we've warned people about this escalation
00:08:50.020 and the biden regime just continues to happy talk you know it's last night another 1.3 billion dollar
00:08:56.080 deals being cut the house can't even force him to the uh force biden to come forward the war powers
00:09:01.960 resolution or even a a strategy paper on what we're doing here this thing's going to escalate
00:09:06.580 it's metastasizing and it's going to get out of control the spring offensive is a disaster
00:09:11.220 for the ukrainians that's essentially halted all the hype we had on that uh didn't go anywhere
00:09:16.860 have reports now of ukrainian young men that are um terrorized even going outside because they're
00:09:23.980 going to be conscripted conscripted sent to the front with like a week's training
00:09:28.000 into the charnel house i want to have uh we're gonna have natalie natalie great job yesterday but
00:09:33.760 today they had this timeline one o'clock there's going to be more hearings i think oversight
00:09:38.160 as you know war room is not exactly excited about these hearings that the the preparation form
00:09:45.560 how top and comer runs and goes on fox all the time and look he seems like a nice guy
00:09:50.060 and i'm sure they're trying to do their best but they put up a timeline last night
00:09:54.340 fairly rudimentary i would say for a staff they're supposed to want they staff up like democrats
00:09:59.720 a fairly rudimentary timeline i want everybody to see that if we can put it up i want your comments
00:10:05.940 natalie and it's just they're not staffed up they haven't hired killers they've got plenty of money
00:10:12.320 the democrats do it obviously the judiciary oversight and weaponization the three big
00:10:19.120 committees just don't have just don't have the resources natalie winters your your thoughts and
00:10:23.540 observations sure we definitely don't need nice guys we need cold hard killers and i just don't
00:10:30.540 think that we're seeing that from house republicans if they had one ten thousandth of the tenacity
00:10:37.480 and fervor that the establishment has when it comes to going after donald trump the bidens would be in
00:10:44.240 jail because the evidence that we actually have and that we've been talking about for years now
00:10:49.540 is actually criminal unlike the bogus charges that they have you know really weaponized against donald trump
00:10:55.960 but the timeline that they put together i mean like i told you it really reads like a plagiarized high
00:11:01.740 school project i mean i'm glad for people who are just coming to the story they now instead of a
00:11:06.140 strongly worded letter have now a timeline to go through the story of biden corruption but the first
00:11:12.860 date on the timeline is the date in 2009 when the biden or rather when the obama administration took
00:11:19.540 over power that's not really an exclusive piece of information i think we wanted this committee the
00:11:25.800 weaponization committee of course too but specifically oversight to really get to the bottom the
00:11:30.840 financial transactions the personnel the people uh the wire transfers not just with the chinese
00:11:36.540 communist party but with a host of countries conveniently all the countries that joe biden was
00:11:41.220 put uh on assignment to really work on of course ukraine being one of the leading ones in addition to
00:11:46.860 china but i just don't think that you see really the resolve from house republicans to go after like i said
00:11:53.660 we want to produce the evidence because we know it exists that will lead to convictions or at least
00:11:59.920 indictments against these people not just timelines with cool graphics uh they have a hearing today i
00:12:06.800 will say the one glimmer of hope um is that today at 1 p.m oversight is going to hold a hearing uh with
00:12:14.280 the irs whistleblowers and that's a sort of different hearing than what i think we've seen in the past
00:12:19.880 because this isn't just people talking about you know second or third hand testimony or even in some
00:12:25.460 cases just a press conference from the members themselves but these are people with primary
00:12:30.560 knowledge of the corruption of the intimidation tactics that the biden regime is using to cover up
00:12:37.300 what really is one of the largest scandals i think in modern political history uh certainly we need more
00:12:43.860 than a timeline uh to really get to the bottom of it i hope they have some tricks up their sleeve but i
00:12:50.220 don't know if they do but but here's the thing you've got this uh and they clearly did it in a in a hurry
00:12:57.220 something happened for jack smith to send that over on a sunday afternoon right something we know
00:13:02.780 something happened that got them jumping right they've got this uh at least what abc's reporting is in the
00:13:09.860 indictment isn't even dealing i guess with their fantasy of this insurrection or stopping a government
00:13:15.800 proceeding all these things that they've been pushing it's some you know it's this theoretical
00:13:20.840 thing they're talking about a government i guess a government um uh event but it looks like it's kind
00:13:26.760 of slapped together but they know how to weaponize even when they have nothing here we have everything
00:13:32.800 i thought about this last night going through it and this is just not acceptable the timeline and
00:13:38.020 they're pushing out this is our big thing natalie winters in her sleep could have given me something
00:13:45.380 literally 10 times better than this as a first cut and you know how we work natalie you and i were
00:13:49.900 talking i said hey let's do this but being let's cut this they've got like things in there like the
00:13:54.020 romania they've got these long speeches and not even clips to get to the point it's amateur let me be
00:13:59.520 blunt it's just amateurish where's the staff where's the money where are the killers this is just
00:14:07.240 not acceptable and cometer running over at fox news all the time and badee badee badee and giving
00:14:12.440 a new updates it doesn't work it's not working we know we have whistleblowers the things driving this
00:14:18.340 are people in the government actually come forward and in risking everything we need stone cold killers
00:14:27.000 just like the democrats have and they're out there why are these staffs not hiring him why are the
00:14:33.360 permanent staff is not bringing in additional people. On weaponization, what's Jim Jordan
00:14:38.920 doing? What's Kramer doing? They're nice guys. They're very nice people. They're good men.
00:14:43.940 We need hard, tough, cold-hearted men and women right now. It's not acceptable.
00:14:52.420 Short break. Now he's going to stick with us through the break.
00:14:54.600 We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the seat. Well, Congress once again allowed
00:15:00.900 itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration and raising the debt ceiling
00:15:05.200 for the 79th time, paving the way for continued reckless spending and further devaluation of the
00:15:13.700 U.S. dollar. As our national debt continues to skyrocket, how are you protecting your savings?
00:15:20.700 Times like these are a great reminder to diversify a portion of your savings into gold.
00:15:26.600 And you can do that with the help of Birch Gold. Here's the easiest way to do it. Birch Gold will
00:15:32.060 help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold. And you don't pay a penny out of pocket.
00:15:41.320 As BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa band together against the dollar,
00:15:46.960 more and more central banks are diversifying. You know what they're buying, gold. Follow their lead.

00:16:28.320 The leader of our party, and Donald Trump is going to beat Joe Biden in 2024 for a second time.
00:16:35.200 Why are they doing everything they can to prevent him from being on the ballot in 2024? I'll tell you why.
00:16:40.720 Because Donald Trump will win in 2024. And the left just, they're scared.
00:16:47.120 Let's bring in our chief congressional correspondent, Manu Raju. He's up on Capitol Hill.
00:16:51.380 Manu, you got some colorful language there from the congressman. What more are you hearing from Republican lawmakers?
00:16:57.120 Yeah, Republicans are trying to plot exactly how to respond to the news that Donald Trump could
00:17:03.160 potentially face his third criminal indictment. You've seen actions taken already in the other
00:17:09.220 indictments, including going after the prosecutor in New York over the first Trump indictment and then
00:17:15.380 trying to ask for his testimony, as well as seeking records from Jack Smith himself as part of
00:17:20.340 the classified records probe. And now there's calls from some on the hard right to defund the special
00:17:26.240 counsel's investigations altogether. That includes coming from Congressman Matt Gaetz, who said that he
00:17:30.920 planned to introduce a bill to go after the special counsel's investigation. And I just caught up with
00:17:36.060 Congressman Byron Donalds, another one of Donald Trump's prominent allies on Capitol Hill. And he indicated
00:17:41.620 that it may be time to go after the Justice Department's funding when it comes time to fund the government.
00:17:48.960 This is outrageous, and Jack Smith is out of control. What we are looking at while we're dealing with
00:17:53.600 appropriations is some of the dollars that are going to the relevant agencies, because of the
00:17:57.360 Department of Justice is going to have a two tier system about how they choose to investigate and
00:18:01.240 prosecute, then maybe they don't need that much money. Now, all of this is seen by Democrats as a
00:18:07.200 blatant way to interfere. Let me have this. Okay, there's a fire. There's a firestorm up on the hill.
00:18:15.040 Remember, the only thing you got wrong, they're not going to wait for a conviction on the indictment.
00:18:19.380 They're going to move and they got money in the 50 states to strip Trump off the ballot. So that's
00:18:24.720 the next big fight. Natalie, today at one o'clock is these whistleblowers. This should be pretty
00:18:32.960 explosive. You're on your way to Bedminster, you're going to be anchoring the four o'clock on the on the
00:18:39.860 Sound of Freedom. Any final concluding thoughts? You've probably done more original investigation
00:18:45.540 into the Biden crime syndicate, and particularly the relationship and the connections with the
00:18:52.940 Chinese Communist Party than any individual in the nation's capital or the country. Your thoughts
00:18:58.460 before you hit the road, before you bounce. Sure. I think what I would like to say to
00:19:03.300 Representative Comer, and Steve, you know full well what it's like to be the target of the
00:19:07.180 administrative state, probably second only to Donald J. Trump. But of course, look to members like
00:19:12.420 Congressman Matt Gaetz, even MTG, Boebert, people who really have faced the wrath of the
00:19:18.120 establishment, whether it's the Ethics Committee, indictments, you name it, investigations. And the
00:19:23.020 real tell, I think, Steve, that this committee is not really doing anything. Yeah, sure, they've been
00:19:27.700 subject to a few hit pieces from the mainstream media. But until James Comer gets the same treatment,
00:19:33.420 like actual fighters in Congress, people like Matt Gaetz, that committee is entirely performative.
00:19:39.620 Because if they actually were getting too close, right, getting close to the Achilles heel of the
00:19:44.680 administrative state, which is Hunter Biden and all of his corrupt business dealings with Kazakhstan,
00:19:49.400 Romania, Ukraine, the Chinese Communist Party, they would be waging full-blown, full-scale warfare
00:19:55.560 against Comer and all the members on that committee. But they seem to just be skating by. So I have hope,
00:20:02.540 cautious optimism for this hearing today. Like I said, we have actually primary source, people who have
00:20:07.600 first-hand knowledge of the corruption and intimidation tactics that the Biden regime is
00:20:12.620 using. But we're many months into this Congress, and we need to be a heck of a lot further
00:20:16.980 than just some timeline that'll fade into oblivion when this, you know, 118th Congress is over, or 119th.
00:20:26.740 Natalie, where do people go for your social media?
00:20:30.820 Natalie G. Winter is on all platforms, and we will see you at 4 p.m. today, live from Bedminster.
00:20:36.520 Sure.
00:20:39.140 Natalie, thanks, and thanks for getting up there. Jack Posobiec, live at 2. Natalie,
00:20:43.200 when I was going to pick it back up at 4 o'clock for the Worms, special expanded broadcast day,
00:20:49.580 thanks to Real America's Voice and the great team of Parker Sig, Rob Sig, and Harry,
00:20:55.700 all the team up there to set up. And Natalie will be at 4. I'll be there hopefully during the show,
00:21:01.180 Natalie. If not, I'll be there at 5 to take the baton from you. But we got Caviezel, Tim Ballard,
00:21:07.540 Eduardo, Carrie Lake will be there, Caroline Renn, tons of folks talking about this movement
00:21:13.540 to eradicate this epidemic. Natalie, thank you so much. Appreciate it.
00:21:18.180 Congressman Eric Burleson joins us from Missouri. Congressman, first off, the folks in Missouri,
00:21:26.400 we love getting congressmen on because we love talking about their constituents, and there can't
00:21:29.820 be any better patriots, greater patriots out there than your district. What's their sense
00:21:34.900 of where this whole thing is right now, the Biden regime, the attacks on Trump? Just give us a sense
00:21:40.780 of your district and where the folks' heads are at right now. Yeah, my district is full of patriots.
00:21:48.220 It's a red district, and people are frustrated. I'm frustrated. I think we, and I can explain to
00:21:56.880 them that we are working as hard as we can within the oversight committee to investigate what this
00:22:03.920 Biden crime family has done, but I think we need more resources. You know, I'm a freshman, but these
00:22:11.480 are the kind of things that I'm asking for, so I don't know exactly how this place works. But what's
00:22:16.200 clear to me is that when the Democrats were in charge and they were investigating, they brought in
00:22:20.320 the troops. They brought in all of these former attorneys to come in to prosecute and to investigate,
00:22:27.400 and I think that we need to do more. Give us a heads up. Today at 1 o'clock, one of the things
00:22:35.860 that's shocking to people is you have, I mean, it looks like just bald-faced lies from the Justice
00:22:41.520 Department and the FBI, and I think even low-information voters and moderates and people
00:22:46.380 just don't pay attention to the news. It's now starting to break through that something must be
00:22:50.440 deeply wrong. This afternoon at 1, and I know Real America's Voice is going to be going in and out of
00:22:56.100 coverage of this. You guys have another hearing today, and in this, you've got another, and I
00:23:01.620 believe it's an FBI special agent is now coming forward with the IRS. Just give us, tell us what
00:23:07.320 you anticipate today happening at the hearing. So I think it'll be enlightening because you're
00:23:15.040 going to hear from people that are not Republicans. These are individuals, one of them even claims to
00:23:20.800 vote Democrat, that they're just, they were sick into their stomach about how they were treated,
00:23:28.800 how their investigation was blocked. The fact that everybody else in their long history and
00:23:34.100 their careers that did these same crimes is served jail time. I mean, Wesley Snipes served three years
00:23:41.260 in prison for less than what Hunter Biden did. And so their testimony about how they were slow-walked by
00:23:49.400 Leslie Wolf. She specifically denied access to interviews. She denied access to, she said that
00:23:56.640 you can't get a warrant to the Biden, you know, the residents in the guest house of where Hunter was
00:24:03.720 staying. And then she tipped off the Biden attorneys before they actually got the warrant to search his
00:24:12.520 storage unit. Like to me, this is, this is absolutely unacceptable. And what I want to see
00:24:18.320 happen, the actions that I want to take is I want to use the Holman rule to cut the salary of someone like
00:24:25.020 Leslie Wolf, who is, who is betraying our country.
00:24:31.640 So you want to go, if the facts are there, I mean, you want to go on offense. You've got Gates, you've got
00:24:35.980 Byron Donalds, you have others up there right now saying, hey, look, we ought to be in appropriations
00:24:41.060 trying to defund a lot of this stuff. And even Gates saying he's going to put forth legislation
00:24:45.600 to defund Jack Smith because you think that's out of control. Where's your, where's your head on this?
00:24:51.760 And as importantly, where are the people in your districts head on all of this, this DOJ, FBI
00:24:57.940 situation with the Bidens and also against Trump?
00:25:00.940 Yeah, I think the American people are frustrated. They see that it's a two-tier justice system.
00:25:08.360 The, and I, and I'm fully in agreement with Matt Gates. I'm going to co-sponsor the bill that he's
00:25:13.260 suggesting because I do think that we can't just let this continue. This cannot, people cannot get
00:25:20.000 away with what they're doing to the American people, what they've been doing to conservatives,
00:25:24.100 how they've been using their powers to silence and then investigate and then to try to invoke fear
00:25:33.120 into the hearts of conservatives. It's just, it's really un-American and it cannot, we can't tolerate
00:25:39.720 it. So to me, whenever I talk to other members of Congress that have been here for a while and I say,
00:25:45.140 what are we going to actually do to start to, to correct this? Their response, Steve, is, well,
00:25:51.680 we're going to fix it in the FISA whenever we reauthorize FISA. And that's great. I think that
00:25:56.600 we do need to do that. I think we need to do that. But in my opinion, heads need to roll.
00:26:02.580 Yeah. Yeah. Hey, Congressman, can you hang her for one second? We're going to, we're, we're playing a
00:26:07.580 tribute to American music. We want to hold you through the break. Congressman Eric Burleson
00:26:12.080 from Missouri 7 is with us where he's on the oversight committee. Take a short break.
00:26:17.160 Today we have this month of July is pride in our country, pride in old glory, pride in the flag.
00:26:23.020 We're going to have a battle hymn of the Republic. We're going to go out with that. We're going to
00:26:28.380 come back in the next slot. We got Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen. We have Eric Burleson and we have
00:26:34.020 Alex deGrasse with the new map for Congress in Alabama. We're going to get to all of it next in the
00:26:41.100 war room.
00:26:41.380 Of his terrible swift sword, his truth is marching on.
00:26:50.120 I have seen him in the watch fires of a hundred circling caps. They have
00:27:20.100 builded him an altar in the evening news and damps. I can read his righteous sentence by the
00:27:28.820 demon flaring lamps. His day is marching on. Glory, glory, hallelujah. Glory, glory, hallelujah.
00:27:48.180 His day is marching on. He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never sound retreat. He is sifting
00:28:07.800 out the hearts of men before his judgment seat. Oh, be swift my soul to answer him. Be jubilant my feet.
00:28:17.600 Our God is marching on. Glory, glory, hallelujah.
00:28:28.320 When's the last time you checked the legal title to your home? Why? Because most victims of home title
00:28:35.400 theft don't know they're a victim until it's too late. Like this homeowner. Check this out.
00:28:41.160 She was getting ready for a home remodel when everything got shut down. She discovered her
00:28:46.540 property wasn't in her name anymore. She was a victim of a devastating crime called home title
00:28:52.120 theft. A criminal had forged the deed to her home and took over as the new owner. Now she's fighting
00:28:58.980 back to get her home back. This is why I say if you own a home or a property, get home title lock.
00:29:07.160 Your home property and equity are the most valuable assets you have. By the way, there's reported 80 to
00:29:13.440 90 percent of your net worth of average American's net worth is in their home. And home title lock
00:29:20.240 helps you protect them. Home title lock puts a 24-7 shield around your home's title. Let me repeat,
00:29:27.080 a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week, 365-day shield around your home's title. The instant they detect activity
00:29:36.960 or tampering, they help shut it down fast. First things first, you need to verify you aren't already
00:29:44.320 a victim of home title theft. Find out for free with a sign up when you use promo code Bannon.

00:30:13.740 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:16.160 Okay, welcome back. NBC News is reporting that the Attorney General out there is looking into the
00:30:27.560 alternative electors. I think there were 16 in Michigan yesterday. Indictments, average age of
00:30:36.260 these people were 71 or 72 years old. RNC members, GOP members, grassroots members, I think 16 of them,
00:30:45.240 multiple felonies. I think it added up to, you know, I don't know, 50 or 60 years of prison.
00:30:52.680 They're trying to criminalize supporting President Trump at all. NBC News reporting
00:30:59.080 that Fannie Willis is well down on her thing in Georgia and now Arizona's reporting doing the same
00:31:06.780 thing. I'm just saying they have criminalized being MAGA. They've criminalized being a grassroots
00:31:15.020 Republican. They've criminalized supporting President Trump. That's where we are. Congressman,
00:31:22.040 one o'clock today is the hearing. It should be very explosive with this, with the FBI agent coming
00:31:30.040 forward. How do people get to you? How they get information about this, your social media,
00:31:35.780 your website, all of it? Because I can tell you people are clamoring for inside baseball on this
00:31:40.680 situation because they're looking for the Republicans to follow the rules but to get very focused on this
00:31:48.640 and get focused fast. So where do people go for information on you? Yeah, I'm on all the social
00:31:53.560 medias. My handle is at Eric, or Rep Eric Burleson, spelled B-U-R-L-I-S-O-N. I also, we have a podcast,
00:32:02.720 you'll like this, Steve, myself, Eli Crane, Andy Ogles, Josh Burkeen, freshman members of the Freedom
00:32:10.180 Caucus. We have a podcast called Fresh Freedom. It's called Fresh Freedom and it's on Wumble.
00:32:16.640 There's a hardcore right there. Yeah, so it's us kind of backstage just talking about what's going on
00:32:23.760 and from the perspective of freshmen. How often, we'll push that hard, how often does that come
00:32:31.440 out? About once every other week. Okay, perfect. Pretty good group. And you were invited to join
00:32:40.400 the Freedom Caucus. That says a lot. As we found out yesterday, it's not easy to get into. You got
00:32:45.400 to be hardcore, which we know you are. Congressman Burleson, and particularly say, give our regards to
00:32:51.140 everybody in Missouri in your district. We love the folks out there. We're going to be out there in
00:32:55.540 mid, in Springfield, in mid-August, I think the 16th and 17th of August with Mike Lindell at the
00:33:02.060 Election Summit. So we went last year, just loved it. So thank you so much for coming on the show.
00:33:06.460 I would love to meet you. I'd love to see you there. I'll see you there when you come.
00:33:09.900 We'll set it up and make sure you're there. We'll set it up. We're going to do War Room non-stop
00:33:16.380 while we're there. So I'd love to have you out there. Can't wait. Thank you, sir.
00:33:21.140 Congressman Eric Burleson from Missouri. Sound of freedom. A couple of things. A couple
00:33:29.380 of housekeeping. Administrative, as we call it. The mini-administrative state of the War Room
00:33:35.600 apparatus. Gonzo media at its best. Sound of freedom. Really, really thankful for the Trump
00:33:43.080 team to put this together today. With President Trump's packed schedule, with everything that's
00:33:49.140 going on. And then with all the attacks on him non-stop by the deep state and this out-of-control,
00:33:56.680 really criminal apparatus in the Justice Department and the FBI, to carve out time. Because remember,
00:34:03.260 he's the first person ever to make... The very first week we were there, the first executive
00:34:08.140 order, and talking about the border and what we're going to do on the wall and shutting down
00:34:12.320 the border, these executive orders, the central part of the executive order was trafficking
00:34:17.700 of humans, particularly women and children for sex. In fact, I've argued, I think one of the things
00:34:25.520 that oversight should do immediately are these committees, is Mays and Boebert and MTG, all of
00:34:33.060 them ought to get the SARS reports, the thick file on Hunter, they said the thickest file on the SARS
00:34:38.780 reports over Treasury, are about the trafficking of women for sex from the Ukraine and Russia.
00:34:44.580 They ought to bring those in, they ought to get 10, 12 of them, however many they are, and just give
00:34:48.100 them an open mic, sit them down there in Congress, and let them address the nation. Let's just hear it.
00:34:52.740 You see all these stories of the, the fracases he's had at, at the, at the, was it the Chateau
00:34:59.880 Marmont in, in Beverly, on Sunset Strip, right? The, the, the cool club for the, all the aficionados
00:35:09.640 of the culture of depravity of Hollywood and, in the entertainment industry there. But let's just get
00:35:17.560 them in front of an open mic, let's just do it. So the Sound of Freedom, the film set more
00:35:22.360 record yesterday, it's getting close to a hundred million dollars. Go to angel.com slash
00:35:26.940 form, get your tickets, take friends, if you've seen it, go again, take people. This is building
00:35:31.020 into a movement. It's one of the reasons we're having this today at Bedminster. There'll be
00:35:33.960 a lot more to report on this, but there's a number of people sitting down and putting
00:35:38.680 together a little more formalized apparatus to make sure we can end this epidemic. NPR is
00:35:44.920 out today too, go full, NPR going full groomer. Oh, this movie's QAnon, this movie is the
00:35:51.020 worst element in American society. They're all conspiracy theory wing next. Just go see
00:35:55.860 the film. Just go see the film and you decide. You're an adult. Just go see it. NPR on the
00:36:01.620 war path right now about it. Sound of Freedom. Alex DeGrasse, we've got some good news. Alex,
00:36:09.020 you're a guy on this. And by the way, the fight for the house and the fight for control and
00:36:13.700 power is already very advanced. It's just not about fundraising. The Republicans are doing very
00:36:19.020 well on fundraising, very well on getting the issues focused, but there's a pregame battle
00:36:23.960 as it was last time. And you were our Sherpa that took us through this and made sure we
00:36:28.580 can understand it. What is happening in Alabama? There's been legal cases, state Supreme Court
00:36:34.360 cases. The Supreme Court weighed in here. What is going on and what particularly is happening
00:36:40.440 in Alabama that looks like people may be setting things right on this?
00:36:50.040 Do I not have Alex DeGrasse? Is he on mute? Alex, you may be on mute or we just can't get
00:36:55.560 it up. That's fine. We got him?
00:36:57.260 You got me.
00:36:58.360 Alex, you want to try that again?
00:37:00.160 Yep.
00:37:00.880 Okay, I think you got him off mute. Yeah, go ahead.
00:37:03.520 The Supreme Court ruled that we needed new maps in Alabama. Prior to that, a three-court,
00:37:10.200 three-judge panel had brought that to the Supreme Court. And they proposed maps. There was one out
00:37:16.340 of the State House, one out of the State Senate. And there was a lot of Democrats kind of going
00:37:20.580 crazy talking about picking up another seat. They were going to have some majority, multiple
00:37:26.160 majority African-American seats that would help deliver an additional Democrat seat, possibly
00:37:32.120 have waves into other seats. And if you look at that Livingston map, we believe this follows the
00:37:38.440 law and would be about one safe Democrat seat, so there'd be no changes. So people have to take a
00:37:45.820 step back, not panic. We're focused on fair, legal maps that pass scrutiny. This will be challenged,
00:37:52.180 of course. We expect to win in court. And that's how this is going to go down. But it takes a lot of
00:37:57.400 courage to try to hold the line on this. And Alabama Republicans deserve credit for that as
00:38:02.340 they work through this, because we can't cow to what's considered some of the most advanced
00:38:07.360 Democrat lawfare. I mean, this is all coordinated at the top. This is their play, not just here in
00:38:13.200 Alabama, but South Carolina, Louisiana. Obviously, they look to steal three to four seats in New York.
00:38:18.920 They've got, you know, Ohio that we're looking at, North Carolina. So it's all over the place. It's very
00:38:24.500 tough. I think Axios had the lead article a couple of days ago that these redistricting fights could
00:38:29.440 decide the house. So this is very complex, like you're talking about, Steve. And people need to
00:38:34.000 really hone in like we did last time and really let people know that we want fair maps. We don't want
00:38:39.540 Mark Elias to be pressuring these Republicans to fold, and that would be a big problem.
00:38:47.640 Okay. I just want to go through for people at home, keeping the scorecards. We're going to spend a lot
00:38:53.480 of time on this like we did in the last cycle. The battlefield map right now is Ohio, North Carolina,
00:39:03.060 New York, right? And then you get down to Alabama, Louisiana, I think in South Carolina. Are there any
00:39:08.480 other states right now in your mind? I mean, is that the list? Is that the universe that we'll be focused
00:39:14.600 on in the days and weeks ahead? Or do you think they'll expand out to be others?
00:39:19.780 I think Democrats are certainly going to try to expand out in the South, but I think we feel
00:39:25.320 pretty comfortable where we're at. I think that is the background as you laid out with some
00:39:29.340 possibilities for more fair maps, like in North Carolina, where we expect to pick up some seats
00:39:35.080 now that we took control of the state court. That's the key. So you look at some of these races like we
00:39:40.940 spoke about, I think a couple of weeks ago in the show, state court systems are the most key,
00:39:46.960 both on election integrity and on redistricting. And we're already preparing for the next decades
00:39:52.920 of redistricting, because that will be key. Coming off President Trump's victory.
00:39:57.020 The state courts, the state courts, the state courts, and particularly the state Supreme Courts,
00:40:02.420 correct? This is like in Wisconsin. We had this fiasco early in the year that they are for the
00:40:07.880 audience. They're two prompt, one for election integrity, to make sure Mark Elias can't pull the
00:40:12.420 nonsense they pulled in Wisconsin last time. Remember that? And also for these redistricting.
00:40:18.120 Go back to Alabama. Just explain it one more time for me, because I'm slowing the uptake here.
00:40:23.620 This map we have right now, is that the map? Is that, that is obviously the Ferris map. Is that,
00:40:30.540 who put forward that map? And is that going to be the map they get signed off on?
00:40:34.320 Yeah. So the Livingston map is the state Senate map that's going to the House. State House had,
00:40:40.620 had put up one too. We think this is a great legal fair map and it's going to be signed off. It will
00:40:46.540 be challenged. You know, the most competitive seat based off the Trump margins is Trump by 12,
00:40:53.140 I think with Barry Moore. And look, I think if there's a plurality African-American, it's not two
00:40:58.940 majority, the lower court ruling had said, you know, two majority African-Americans or close.
00:41:05.000 And so, you know, I think that's what they're going with. I think they're following the legal
00:41:09.460 ruling down at the lower, the state court and the Supreme Court had sort of said, hey, look,
00:41:14.360 you got to just fix this. So this will run through the process, of course, but we feel good. I do want
00:41:19.220 to say Wisconsin is another battleground and that's a good example of, we blew it in that state
00:41:24.420 Supreme race. And now they're kind of revisiting the maps and that will be a big fight. And they
00:41:29.440 think they could sink one or two. Well, that's why, that's why I wanted, I want to make sure
00:41:33.140 that that's added to the universe because we blew it on the, we blew it on the, on the,
00:41:38.840 on the Supreme Court justice and we warned people this was going to happen. That guy wasn't our
00:41:43.320 number one pick, but you got to, sometimes you got to go with what you got. Right. And now
00:41:46.880 Wisconsin, let me just reiterate this. And even can't, I agree with Kemp for the first
00:41:52.960 of my life. You got Wisconsin, Georgia and Arizona are must haves for, for 2024. It shouldn't
00:42:01.420 be lost on people that they just brought the charges on these alternative electors
00:42:07.440 and they're going to bring them, it looks like they're going to bring them in Georgia and NBC
00:42:12.660 News is announcing that they are going to bring them in, in Arizona. Remember, I was not an
00:42:18.860 alternative electorate guy for the simple reason is that I didn't think any state legislature
00:42:22.920 would actually flip. I think they would not certify and you still can't certify the Biden
00:42:27.800 electors. It would go below 270. You kick it to the house, like it's lays out in the Electoral
00:42:34.140 Count Act of 1887 and in the constitution. And you would vote by state party delegation.
00:42:40.560 We would win 27, 23, or maybe Liz Cheney would vote against it. She was the rep from Wyoming.
00:42:46.200 It was only one vote. But we, we held, we, we controlled the state party delegations. You
00:42:51.580 don't vote individually, vote as a state party delegation. And then that, the majority of
00:42:56.240 that controls that. So these things are all, I realize it's a little complicated, but this
00:43:01.200 is quite important. You got to get the infrastructure. And since you're the cadre, this audience is
00:43:06.200 the tip of the tip of the spear. You've got to understand this. Alex, I thank you for this
00:43:12.680 and we're going to have you back on often. And particularly, please get to me in any updates.
00:43:15.980 We'll follow this very closely because they're trying to steal the house of representatives
00:43:22.060 before the first vote is cast. Alex DeGrasse, where do we go get information to follow you,
00:43:26.920 sir?
00:43:27.860 I'm at DeGrasse on TruthGetterDeGrasse. Everyone on Twitter, thank you, Steve and the posse.
00:43:32.340 Really important to lock in on those battleground election apparatus. This is a full deal there.
00:43:37.100 Thank you.
00:43:39.660 Huge. Okay, the fights over the districts will be before us for the next several months and
00:43:46.260 we'll be on top of it. Okay, we're going to go out with the battle hymn of the Republic.
00:43:50.860 We're going to turn with Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen. Polling, next.
00:43:54.480 Right now, many Americans are feeling powerless. You know the feeling. The economy isn't stable,

00:46:04.440 Okay, there were over 2,000 precinct committeemen.
00:46:11.100 I think virtually all of them from this show that came to the ACT-CON.
00:46:16.280 The 6,000 to 8,000 people were at ACT-CON over the weekend, which was the most amazing conference I've seen in a long time.
00:46:22.020 That is Royce White right there in that incredible spot that's been made about the precinct committee.
00:46:28.360 And people want to take action. People want to use their agency.
00:46:31.260 Mark Mitchell, I think you've given a reality check with this latest poll that Rasmussen has done about the consent of the governed or even the governed's interest in how they're being governed today.
00:46:47.680 Walk us through your pretty shocking poll. Walk us through it.
00:46:50.420 Well, thanks for not having me follow a congressman because the numbers, it would have been a little awkward.
00:46:58.480 The theme that we've been hammering on is defailing trust in our institutions.
00:47:03.300 And leadership in D.C. is one of the places that Americans are losing trust.
00:47:07.280 One of the questions we've asked many times over the years is, does the federal government today have the consent of the governed?
00:47:14.540 And only one in four American voters say yes.
00:47:17.640 It's 25 percent and 59 percent say no.
00:47:21.280 Not one single demographic of Americans say that the federal government has the consent of the governed, except for one demographic.
00:47:29.940 And that's Joe Biden's strong supporters.
00:47:32.680 And with them, it's only 47 percent to 34.
00:47:35.800 But just across the board, Democrats, 36 to 47.
00:47:39.700 Republicans, 18 to 74.
00:47:42.080 And independents, 20 to 58 percent.
00:47:45.900 And Americans don't think that it's rockets.
00:47:48.440 But hold on.
00:47:48.680 But hold on.
00:47:49.140 But hang on.
00:47:49.680 Hang on.
00:47:50.080 Hang on.
00:47:50.480 Hang on.
00:47:51.000 This gets to the heart of my argument, my speech on Sunday.
00:47:53.900 This is all when people think of the federal government, they just don't think of elected officials.
00:47:59.480 It's also the administrative state.
00:48:02.380 No one, 25 percent, I think, because no one bought into the concept.
00:48:06.200 The framers didn't have this leviathan of this permanent.
00:48:10.040 It's even beyond a bureaucracy.
00:48:11.280 It's an administrative state and a deep state aspect to it that's so grown.
00:48:15.180 And obviously, men and women who hold their liberty and their freedom as paramount are not going to agree to this non-elected bureaucracy that kind of runs the country.
00:48:29.400 Am I off on that?
00:48:31.480 No, I think there's three pieces here.
00:48:33.980 And the biggest, most salient piece is that these institutions are failing and Americans know it.
00:48:39.220 Because the numbers that we've talked about, where 64 percent of voters think that the FBI has become politically weaponized, and almost 60 percent of voters agree that the stuff that the Department of Justice is doing is similar to a banana republic, those are the most obvious and salient numbers.
00:48:56.540 And then you look at congressional leaders, and they don't have great favorability.
00:49:00.800 It's not good, but it's not absolutely horrible.
00:49:03.820 The issue is that, for some reason, they get down there, and people get frustrated that nothing changes and they don't do anything.
00:49:10.940 And one of these other questions supports it.
00:49:12.960 Whom does the average congressman listen to the most, party leaders in Congress or the voters he or she represents?
00:49:19.100 And two-thirds of voters think that congressmen are listening to the party leaders and not themselves.
00:49:23.620 Only 19 percent think they're listening to the representatives.
00:49:26.740 And again, that one's just across the board, every single demographic.
00:49:30.120 Even the Joe Biden's strong supporters think that that's the case.
00:49:34.660 So there's something that happens down in D.C. when people send their leaders down there, and the administrative state issues don't seem to get fixed.
00:49:43.160 How does this cut to national leaders like Trump, et cetera?
00:49:46.540 Are you saying that, hey, people think that it's weaponized and it's off its, you know, the DOJ and the FBI?
00:49:52.680 How does this roll to affect Trump, Biden, these other national leaders, not just congressional leaders?
00:50:00.120 Well, when Trump gets prosecuted, his approval ratings go up.
00:50:03.660 So we just cut a video yesterday where I went in a lot of detail of Trump's latest favorability numbers.
00:50:10.900 And he is right now the highest rated national politician of any party, of anyone we test.
00:50:17.440 He's the only one that's actually north of 50 percent with all voters.
00:50:21.160 And that's really incredible.
00:50:22.320 Even Ron DeSantis can't get above 50 percent.
00:50:25.540 And he hasn't had near the negative news that Donald Trump has.
00:50:30.120 Even Bobby Kennedy, I think, was only 48 or 49 percent.
00:50:33.940 So nobody's up there.
00:50:35.280 And, of course, Trump is almost 10 points higher than Joe Biden on a daily basis.
00:50:39.660 But what happened is he entered the year a little north of 50.
00:50:43.280 He got indicted.
00:50:44.180 It jumped up to 59 percent.
00:50:45.900 And he's back down to the sort of low 50s where he probably structurally should be.
00:50:50.480 So that's what happens when you indict your political opponents.
00:50:53.620 It makes their favorability go up.
00:50:55.800 You've done this as an exercise in what I call the fourth turning.
00:51:04.080 That's an intellectual construct by Neil Howe and the writers that came out with the book and the concept.
00:51:10.520 But we're in a fourth turning.
00:51:12.680 And that's when institutions really get questioned.
00:51:15.120 And that's when institutions have to be kind of redefined.
00:51:19.280 Is this the latest in your report?
00:51:21.460 Are the numbers you're seeing here reinforcing that, that we have a crisis of our institutions here in our country?
00:51:33.480 I wonder.
00:51:34.640 And I looked into that concept quite a bit.
00:51:36.740 And I think that actions are going to lead public opinion on this.
00:51:40.980 I almost think the public opinion might kind of be topping out and in some ways reversing a little bit.
00:51:46.620 So those consent of the government numbers, 25 percent say yes.
00:51:49.960 That's actually not the lowest in our polling history.
00:51:53.420 There was actually a period after Obama got elected in 2013 to 2014 where these numbers just absolutely bottomed out in the teens.
00:52:02.120 Now, looking at what changed between now and then, Republicans and independents actually have kind of eased off since then, which is incredible because 80 percent of Republicans and 66 percent of independents, I think, believe there's going to be cheating in the next presidential election.
00:52:16.140 I think part of the problem is they're overwhelmed.
00:52:18.560 They've been dealing with these issues for so long.
00:52:21.160 But the biggest change there is that that question was asked back when Obama was president.
00:52:26.820 And back then, Obama's strong approvers did not think that the federal government has the consent of the governed.
00:52:33.780 And today, Joe Biden's strong approvers by a plurality do.
00:52:37.380 So between in 10 years, that's what's happened.
00:52:40.380 And, you know, again, there's another reason that almost 60 percent of voters agree that the media is truly the enemy of the people.
00:52:47.240 But I think there's this sort of 30 percent of the population that is just not going to maybe wake up to this concept that things will start to fall apart potentially very quickly.
00:52:57.620 Mark, could you just hang on for a second?
00:53:02.780 I just want to hold you quickly.
00:53:03.760 I know you're busy.
