Bannon's War Room - Episode 2966： Mortgage Rates Soar; Continued Corruption Between US And CCP

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.700 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.920 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.200 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.140 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.540 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.300 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:22.240 It's going to happen.

00:00:23.500 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.900 MAGA Media.

00:00:27.800 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.680 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.440 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.800 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:51.700 The US mortgage rate surged this week to their highest level in 21 years.

00:00:57.140 The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averages 7.09%.

00:01:01.840 That's the highest it's been since April 2002, when it was 7.13%.

00:01:07.540 Jenna Smilic is New York Times Federal Reserve and economy reporter.

00:01:11.980 She joins me now.

00:01:13.420 You know, the people who have these 2%, 3% rates, they are not selling.

00:01:18.860 So they're not, you know, putting more of these existing homes on the market.

00:01:23.340 What's the outlook for the housing market?

00:01:24.980 Yeah, they're just bragging about those 2% to 3% rates at parties, right?

00:01:31.400 Yeah.

00:01:31.940 You know, it's a really interesting moment for the housing market because if you are a new buyer in this market, you're just being clobbered from all sides.

00:01:39.680 We've got mortgage rates at a 21-year high.

00:01:41.780 We've got very little inventory because, as you mentioned, people just aren't selling houses.

00:01:46.780 And we have seen, you know, actually some new construction coming online.

00:01:50.320 But that hasn't been as robust as you might have expected in a world where we didn't have higher interest rates.

00:01:55.140 You know, the higher interest rates also deter people from building houses.

00:01:58.200 And so tough time to buy a house.

00:02:00.380 Affordability is really, really tough.

00:02:02.080 Prices are high even as these mortgage rates keep ratcheting up.

00:02:06.080 And so it's a very challenging moment for the housing market, which is why we've seen a real slowdown in the housing market over the last year and a half.

00:02:12.880 Let's talk about gas prices.

00:02:14.640 A 10-month high, up about $0.30 more than a month ago, still lower than a month.

00:02:19.640 Okay, hang on for a second.

00:02:20.800 I'm going to get into the gas prices with Dave Walsh.

00:02:23.600 It is Saturday, 19 August, Year of Our Lord, 2023.

00:02:28.440 On this date in 1848, the New York Herald, which was the New York Times of its period, that was the paper.

00:02:35.800 In fact, I think that was the paper that one of the papers really promoted then Abraham Lincoln when he went to Cooper Union and gave the talk that really propelled him into the presidency.

00:02:45.960 I'm thinking, what, 1858.

00:02:49.280 In 1848, they announced first big paper in the East to announce they found gold out in California and initiated the gold rush of 1849.

00:03:01.120 This day in history.

00:03:03.340 Gold is on everybody's mind because the Federal Reserve continues to print money.

00:03:09.440 The deficits are larger than Biden or McCarthy told you they're going to be.

00:03:14.660 We now know the Chinese Communist Party has dumped, I think it's 800, I read this morning, $848 billion worth of government securities.

00:03:23.800 They can no longer, there's going to be, there is a rolling credit event.

00:03:27.800 Remember, write that down.

00:03:29.500 Take your number two pencil and write that, put that into your notebook, nomenclature, credit event.

00:03:33.800 You're going to hear a lot about this in the coming days and weeks ahead as the world now prepares for the implosion of the Chinese economy, the CCP's economy, under a mountain of debt that they can't pay off. 0.71

00:03:49.400 Of course, Politico's got a story.

00:03:51.300 I think I got up on Getter, but I haven't given the guys in Denver.

00:03:53.780 My bad, but I'll put it up later when Brad comes on.

00:03:56.820 The Commerce Secretary, they're sending the Commerce Secretary, they're sending the Commerce Secretary to Beijing.

00:04:05.380 And Beijing's saying right now, hey, we need help and you've got to help us.

00:04:09.800 And what you've got to ease up on is the Trump tariffs and other things that President Trump put in to break the Chinese Communist Party and actually to bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States and make sure our farmers were not being gamed by the Chinese Communist Party. 0.71

00:04:29.420 There's a lot going on, but the most important thing that is going on right now is the global capital markets because that's going to drive so much of these other things.

00:04:37.440 We know from Chip Roy, he has sent out a 10-part tweet thread, and we are going to have Russ Vogt is going to kick off the show on Monday morning and walk us through all of it.

00:04:49.380 There is going to be – they're going to force Biden's hand to shut down the government on September 30th.

00:04:54.740 Kevin McCarthy made a major, major, major strategic mistake out in – as we knew he would, and that's why we were all over what was going on in Jackson Hole.

00:05:03.820 To the donors, because remember, the donors are the guys that told him to cut that deal in the first place.

00:05:12.400 Remember, the donor class are the ones that told McCarthy, cut a two-year deal, don't have it one year.

00:05:16.780 Because it was just one year that next May at the beginning of the general election with the country even at $35, $36 trillion of debt, people will start looking around and say,

00:05:28.220 hey, we've got to do this, we've got to do that, but one thing we have to do is maybe we have to raise taxes on the donor class, and that's the one thing they refuse to do.

00:05:37.200 They don't mind pushing this spending as long as you're paying for it through inflation, through higher mortgage rates, higher credit card rates, lack of credit, even the credit card industry for yourself.

00:05:51.100 As long as you're paying for it, as long as you're underwriting it, they don't mind it.

00:05:56.640 But McCarthy tipped his hand and already talked about how close – a political report this week – how close he's working with Schumer and McConnell already on a CR.

00:06:06.400 We just need a couple more weeks. We just need a couple more weeks to get the appropriations in. That's all a lie.

00:06:12.040 This has to be brought to a head. It has to be brought to a head. As soon as they return in September, it has to be brought to a head.

00:06:17.280 And remember, all the conservatives that sat there and backed the spending bill and said, hey, we're going to give them the appropriations process.

00:06:23.480 That's where we're really going to make the cuts. Just remember who they were and remember to hold their feet to the fire when these votes come up because you're not going to get control of our economy.

00:06:35.420 We're not going to pull out of this until step one, we stop the Federal Reserve from just continuing to print money to pay for these massive deficits that don't help you.

00:06:45.700 Think about it for a second. What is the government actually doing for you that's helping you besides destroying the purchasing power of your hard-earned income?

00:06:54.860 Now down 17, what, 17, almost 20 percent since the Biden regime took over.

00:07:00.580 The Durban, they're meeting this week and trying to come up with an alternative currency, a basket of it.

00:07:05.700 It shouldn't be lost on you that the pressure on the ruble and the pressure on China's yuan are probably the greatest they've ever been.

00:07:13.980 Now that is not simply that, hey, people want to keep us as the prime reserve currency.

00:07:18.480 Those economies, first off, the Russians are paying the price right now for the economic warfare that's being driven by the West against them in this fight for the Ukraine.

00:07:29.400 And, of course, the CCP has been kicking the can down the road forever.

00:07:34.120 The only thing that can save the Chinese Communist Party, the only thing, is a bailout by the United States government, by you, the taxpayers.

00:07:41.220 And they're going to try to do it in many different ways.

00:07:43.780 Tariffs, you watch.

00:07:44.680 The Commerce Secretary is heading over there.

00:07:46.540 And the headline in Politico, Beijing needs a helping hand and the Commerce Secretary is going over there to have a conversation with them.

00:07:52.800 Think about that for a second.

00:07:54.300 The Chinese Communist Party, the greatest enemy we've ever had, external enemy we've ever had. 0.95

00:07:59.440 The greatest existential threat exterior to this country we've ever had.

00:08:04.000 Three times.

00:08:04.880 When we gave the country to Mao and the communists, right, and stabbed the nationalists in the back in 1949, in 1989, when the Bush junta sent Scowcraft over during Tiananmen Square, when the blood hadn't even dried of Chinese patriots that were trying to rally around the goddess of democracy, we sold them out and backed Deng Xiaoping and the regime. 0.66

00:08:28.680 And, baby, here it comes the third time.

00:08:31.260 And then we let them in the World Trade Organization.

00:08:33.080 We did all that, right?

00:08:34.580 There's a new book out by the editor over at Axios called China Rules or Beijing's Rules.

00:08:40.380 And I have many smart guys I know on Wall Street and other places.

00:08:42.880 And they're saying, man, this thing is like a revelation.

00:08:44.880 We didn't know this.

00:08:45.620 It is material that if you had followed me on Breitbart Radio, you would have heard seven or eight years ago.

00:08:53.600 If you're just now a member of the Wardroom Cadre, Wardroom Posse, the vanguard here, you've heard it for the last three years.

00:09:01.860 And it's shocking what people don't know.

00:09:03.800 The rules-based, the post-war international rules-based order, this fetish that you hear on MSNBC and the New York Times got to be withheld, upheld by your tax dollars in the bloods and sweat of your children and grandchildren, sons and daughters on the foreign battlefields.

00:09:24.200 That is the system that the CCP helped create and then gamed with the party of Davos, the city of London, Wall Street, the Silicon Valley, gamed to take the high-value-added jobs away, make sure that those high-value-added jobs are performed by slave labor of the Lao Baixing in China, right, to your detriment, to your detriment.

00:09:49.700 And now they want you to defend that at all costs, the post-war international rules-based order, which is crumbling all around us, and what they will do to support that, the lies and misrepresentations and bald-faced lies and the immoral activity of throwing the best and the brightest, the flower of their generation in Ukraine into the churnal house of the eastern front of that war.

00:10:19.440 Coupled with now, we're sending, we're going to go bail out the Chinese Communist Party again? Is that what that, is this what Biden's going to do? It wouldn't have anything to do that he's compromised.

00:10:29.980 It wouldn't have anything to do with he's compromised, that he ran the pivot to Asia for Obama. And the entire time, all he did was kowtow to the Chinese Communist Party. His entire eight years as vice president, we forward deployed one marine brigade to Brisbane, Australia. That was it. That was the big pivot.

00:10:49.440 When we came to the White House and said, hey, I want all the documents. They're going to fill a room. We want to go through every piece of analysis, every document. They sent a thing like this. It wasn't a room. It was a memo. That's what they had done.

00:11:00.900 And now we know why. The guy was on the take the entire time. The guy was taking money. And so here's for McCarthy. McCarthy, you're not going to divert you. First off, you must immediately begin a formal impeachment inquiry.

00:11:16.980 Even the media is reporting. Even when you go out to to to Jackson Hole with all the big shots and bigwigs, they're even saying this is so egregious. And these are people that are not Trump fans.

00:11:28.640 This is so egregious. You've got to get to the bottom of Joe Biden. And now, you know, from the emails they've gotten that he's talking to Hunter all the time under a false name.

00:11:37.540 Who does that? Do you do that with your kids? When you when you got to communicate with them, do you make up some make up some name for your email? Do you do that?

00:11:46.460 I don't think so. Right. Why? I tell you why. They knew they were taking money with two fists from the Chinese Communist Party.

00:11:53.040 And now they're going to bail them out. The only way the Chinese Communist Party doesn't fall because they're going to have they're already having a massive credit event. 0.86

00:12:01.140 Evergrande is declared bankruptcy. The shadow bank with Zhangji, the shadow bank, another two hundred fifty billion dollars is teetering on the edge.

00:12:09.420 They've got what country day is the other is the other real estate lender, other commercial property lender like Evergrande on on basically about to auger into the hillside, as they say, in naval air.

00:12:21.100 It's all sitting right there. A massive credit event for the Chinese Communist Party.

00:12:27.100 And people are talking about they need a trillion dollar bailout. They don't have a trillion dollars.

00:12:31.460 And quite frankly, they don't since they're not the prime reserve currency, they just can't print it like the United States can.

00:12:38.000 This is one of the reasons for Durban. This is one of the reasons they want to have a de-dollarization.

00:12:42.680 They want to take that power away from us and they want that power.

00:12:46.600 The timing for them right now couldn't be worse, but they're going to come up with an alternative.

00:12:49.900 And by the way, the BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, are be joined by another 40 countries, another 40 countries that are creating a different order than the post-war international rules-based order.

00:13:03.900 And you know why? They're tired of the West jamming them.

00:13:07.320 Now, I'm not making an excuse for these people. Many of them are our enemies.

00:13:10.380 But we have played into their hands and here's who's done it.

00:13:14.200 The elites, the elites who have concentrated all the wealth and power, have concentrated all the wealth and power in this country and made out more than any generation in history.

00:13:23.400 They have consolidated more wealth themselves than have ever been done.

00:13:26.580 If the founders came back here, they would go, what have you guys allowed to happen?

00:13:29.380 We specifically fought a revolution. So we didn't have not just a monarchy.

00:13:34.020 We didn't have an oligarchy. We didn't have the British East India Company running the ports and running trade in the United States.

00:13:40.800 We fought that. You remember the Tea Party? That's what we threw the tea over the side, said, hey, suck on this, London.

00:13:46.360 Right now you've allowed it. Not just allowed it. Let's be brutally frank. 0.97

00:13:50.480 You rang doorbells, gave money and voted for it. That's that is what Donald Trump's hammering.

00:13:57.240 That's why Donald Trump is such an enemy to the system. That is why Donald Trump is such a threat.

00:14:02.120 That is why at last count, 91 indictments, 700 years in prison. Think about that for a second.

00:14:08.680 Ninety one indictments, 700, 700 years in prison for what?

00:14:12.620 For bringing up the fact that the elite stole the 2020 election and this illegitimate regime has got us now on the precipice of a constitutional, a geopolitical, a financial and economic and cultural crisis.

00:14:27.680 Short commercial break. We're going to roll it all through. We'll start in Ukraine, go to China, come back to the United States economy, talk about energy.

00:14:34.260 Then we're going to visit. We're going to go to Maui, get a special report from there.

00:14:40.320 Joe Allen's here. And we're going to have a very special segment on the Commonwealth of Virginia, my beloved home state.

00:14:47.920 All next in the world.

00:14:48.940 You should choose an air purifier like your life depends on it, because it just might.

00:15:05.880 Canadian wildfire smoke has blanketed the United States, reaching as far as our southern states.

00:16:29.760 Use your agency.

00:16:31.440 Your host, Stephen K.

00:16:32.960 Babb.

00:16:33.400 One of the central parts of this fight that's going to happen when they return on September 12th, September 12th to the 30th, of which Joe Biden is going to be forced to shut down his illegitimate regime.

00:16:49.040 Part of this firefight is going to be on this situation in Ukraine.

00:16:52.640 Just remember, and when you talk to friends, they're going to sit there and go, what are you talking about?

00:16:57.220 When you start telling them the details that you've learned here in the war room and by your own study and analysis and going to different sites, they're going to go, wow, I've never heard that.

00:17:06.440 I've never heard that.

00:17:08.200 Well, it's now all coming out.

00:17:09.660 And what they're trying to do to separate themselves from the catastrophe they've caused, they're pushing out all kinds of alternatives right now.

00:17:17.540 We're going to make sure that you understand the inside baseball of exactly what's happening here.

00:17:22.040 But just remember, everything we said about Ukraine from the very beginning of this war has turned out to be 100% accurate.

00:17:28.840 We were right in all the other mainstream media and, quite frankly, the embarrassing fanboys in the conservative movement, right, were wrong, 100% wrong.

00:17:38.460 And we told them why they were wrong at the time.

00:17:40.080 And all they've done is now had 50,000 – excuse me – the Pentagon's new estimate I put up last night, I think, at the Guardian, Ben Harnwell.

00:17:50.280 I think that the source of the Pentagon said 70,000, 70,000, I think, KIAs, 70,000 killed in actions of the Ukrainian army, another 120,000.

00:18:04.740 I think the KIAs may be both civilians and military, but 120,000 wounded, and many of those severely wounded.

00:18:17.940 Ben Harnwell, walk me through.

00:18:20.780 Right now, there's a massive pivot going on as they understand that, first off, the reason that – the biggest problem they have is that a lot of the Ukrainians are waking up to the fact that this is a slaughter pen, and they've been funneled into that slaughter pen, particularly their young people. 0.70

00:18:40.660 And the parents and the young people have come up with every bit of cash they can get to make sure that their sons and daughters are not funneled into the charnel house.

00:18:50.300 And that's why they've had this massive – Zelensky last week, as Ben broke on here, relieved all the members of the senior command of the recruitment divisions, coming – starting with this in Odessa, where the guy had taken $5 million and laundered the money through his wife to Spain, to Spanish real estate.

00:19:09.120 But now we're seeing – since these articles, since the New York Times reported yesterday, 500 – and they got that – the New York Times and Washington Post, Ben, are getting this directly from American senior intelligence officials, 500,000 casualties total in Ukraine now.

00:19:27.240 Ben Harnwell, what's the pivot we're seeing?

00:19:29.360 Ben Harnwell, I just want to add to what you were just saying.

00:19:33.740 We're going to cover this a little bit later in my segment today.

00:19:37.300 But the average figure that people are bribing, that the parents of young kids are paying to officials, have been paying up until they were all fired, as you said last week, on a per-person basis is between $2,000 and $10,000 per person.

00:19:54.120 Cash, an envelope under the counter.

00:19:58.800 That gives basically the market price of protecting your kids' life.

00:20:04.400 The pivot is underway, Steve.

00:20:06.300 We've been describing this as it was taking place, before it took place, as it was taking place.

00:20:13.000 And the latest news in this, this was from during the week.

00:20:16.060 Now, it depends how naive Warren Posse – it really depends how naive you want to be when you digest these facts.

00:20:24.480 I'm guessing from the Warren Posse's perspective, they're all BDI cynics like me, so I don't think it's going to wash particularly.

00:20:32.340 However, the official story is that Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General for NATO, his chief of staff, gave an interview to a Norwegian newspaper.

00:20:44.080 And what he said was, and I quote, I think that a solution could be for Ukraine to give up territory and get NATO membership in return.

00:20:56.620 And obviously, the Ukrainians were quite upset with that, put a lot of pressure on NATO.

00:21:03.720 And there was a half-hearted walk back of that expression.

00:21:07.240 But the pivot is this.

00:21:10.500 This is NATO basically saying, it's pulling the rug from the Ukrainians' position that it's held quite consistently right across the administration,

00:21:22.080 that they want every inch of their territory back, not just from the present invasion, but from 2014.

00:21:30.060 It's primarily Crimea, which obviously was basically a means for keeping the United States in funding the war,

00:21:39.840 because that's the position that Russia is remotely going to accept, even on the essentials for peace negotiations to take place.

00:21:51.940 So this is NATO basically putting the rug from under that position.

00:21:54.880 Now, when I say it depends how naive you want to be, Jens Stoltenberg came and said, no, no, this is my chief of staff misspoke.

00:22:03.380 That's not really what he meant to say.

00:22:06.020 Now, you can either believe that the chief of staff speaking in Norwegian to a Norwegian newspaper was basically a novice at his job,

00:22:17.480 didn't really pay much attention to what he was saying.

00:22:19.620 Or you can actually say he was laying out very clearly a signal to Ukraine how things are going to be in the very near future.

00:22:27.400 I will let the war room possibly decide for themselves whether they believe this was signaling quite overtly or just an innocent blunder.

00:22:37.740 I tell you why, Steve, I think that that this was deliberately because it was actually there's a logic behind what he was saying.

00:22:46.240 He said that if any negotiations to end the war were to take place between Russia and Ukraine,

00:22:52.140 then they would have to take into account who controls what on the ground.

00:22:56.980 Now, I don't see how you can walk that back because that is a pretty clear and logical argument to have when two countries are at war with one another.

00:23:05.840 Who controls what at this present moment in time that peace negotiations are going to start and how are we going to go forward?

00:23:13.940 So to then pivot away from that and say, oh, well, you know, that is all a misunderstanding.

00:23:20.260 I don't really understand how that can happen.

00:23:22.020 But principally, Steve, I would suggest that NATO has obtained quite a lot out of this war.

00:23:28.500 You remember that French President Emmanuel Macron said in 2019, this is when I actually this is when I would date the present phase of this war.

00:23:37.840 He said that NATO was brain dead and on life support.

00:23:42.840 And I think that was the remark when he said that's really scared the Americans and thinking, hang on, we need to give NATO a fresh lease of life here because it is an institution without an existential purpose following the fall of the Berlin Wall.

00:23:58.140 So we need to synthetically create a war so everyone can say, thank God, NATO has saved the day.

00:24:04.840 And I think everyone is now basically saying how great NATO is and everyone within the globalist elites, of course, not in our sector of the press.

00:24:14.000 So it's found its new purpose, protecting Eastern Europe. 0.69

00:24:18.720 So really, from NATO's perspective, this is already mission accomplished.

00:24:23.780 The question is, is that who's going to be paying for this as we go forward?

00:24:28.180 But I think it's very interesting now that these statements are being made, not in for like the war room, but as high as the chief of staff to the secretary general of NATO.

00:24:39.800 Now, the next story I'd quickly like to mention.

00:24:42.620 But hang on, but hang on, but hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:24:47.360 This is this is basically what President Trump said when he when he months ago, he said, I can get these guys in a room and sell this in 48 hours.

00:24:56.980 The outline, the implication, what he was talking about, he could get a negotiated settlement out, but people are going to have to be rational and reasonable.

00:25:04.640 And the reality on the ground is going to be the reality on the ground, not these ideologues that are so maniacally anti-Russian, not just anti-Putin, they're anti the Russian people.

00:25:17.500 These people are you watch that.

00:25:19.400 Well, just watch MSNBC, watch CNN.

00:25:21.160 They come on and they've been wrong about everything and they've lied about everything. 0.97

00:25:24.100 And Mersheimer called them out and said, you're going to kill all these kids in the in the Ukraine. 0.61

00:25:28.680 What Trump was implying was something I'm not saying membership in NATO, but Trump implied this months ago.

00:25:36.220 And he said, I could settle this thing in 24 hours as a negotiator.

00:25:39.240 And, man, they were ripping on Trump.

00:25:41.100 Well, they're not ripping now because they're jammed up.

00:25:44.600 And here's the reason.

00:25:46.920 The troops on the battlefield, they're reporting today.

00:25:49.300 I don't know if you got the story is one of yours, but they're famed 82nd.

00:25:52.900 They have an 82nd air assault group, which is the elite of the elite 2000 troops.

00:25:58.700 They have not put that into the mix.

00:26:00.680 They just announced in the early morning hours this morning, I think it was, that they're going into the front.

00:26:06.480 Their strategic reserve is now going in as they continue to try to pierce through.

00:26:10.680 So Zelensky, understanding he's got a problem with his underwriters, is trying to go all in and try to get as much movement on the battlefield as possible.

00:26:20.900 They're throwing now elite Ukrainian troops into the churnal house and, you know, put all the furniture onto the fire to get the boiler going. 0.93

00:26:33.420 So this is what you're seeing, Ben Harnwell.

00:26:36.540 See, I mean, that's absolutely right.

00:26:37.720 Firstly, they've got a personnel problem now in Ukraine about who's available to fight this war.

00:26:43.340 Up until now, I mean, I don't want to be too cynical or pejorative for the Ukrainian war effort.

00:26:50.960 But up until now, they've been taking civilians and putting them in military uniform, which is basically the equivalent of putting them in military costume.

00:26:59.220 Let's be honest about that.

00:27:00.220 And then five, pushing them in the direction of the bullets.

00:27:02.720 Well, at some point, those guys, you know, biology, the basic materia prima, the starting material, is going to run out.

00:27:13.380 And if you don't have any guys left, you're going to press gang to send them to the front line.

00:27:18.860 How are you going to take this war forward?

00:27:20.660 That's what they're press ganged.

00:27:23.260 Ben, hang on for one second.

00:27:24.460 We're going to hold you through the break.

00:27:26.760 On Saturday, we reviewed the music we played during the week.

00:27:29.660 We're going to do the song Missouri from Petty Officer First Class Horton.

00:27:33.840 We played this at the election summit.

00:27:36.740 We're going to leave this hour with this fabulous song of the great state of Missouri.

00:27:41.800 Ben Harnwell, Nicole from the new federal state of China, Dave Bratt, Dave Walsh, all next.

00:27:46.720 We're going to go through the hills, down to Silver Dollar City for a step back in time.

00:27:54.220 All of this and so much more in that home state of mine of Missouri.

00:28:03.360 So sweet dust fires in the dogwood trees.

00:28:06.760 When I go home, you'll find me in Missouri.

00:28:13.940 Okay, imagine you're at your doctor's office.

00:28:33.540 Your doctor glances up from the chart and says, and I quote,

00:28:37.240 Hey, whatever you're doing, keep it up, end quote.

00:28:40.880 Now that's the field of greens, better health promise.

00:28:46.340 Check out this customer testimonial.

00:28:48.200 He said, and I want to quote here, I've been taking field of greens,

00:28:51.740 and this is the second time my doctor has danced into the room, praising my blood results.

00:28:57.200 Credit where credit is due.

00:28:59.040 Thanks, field of greens, end quote.

00:29:02.420 Now each fruit and vegetable in field of greens was medically selected for a specific health benefit.

00:29:28.640 but they can promise at your next checkup, your doctor will notice you improve health or you get your money back.

00:29:36.140 Let me repeat that.

00:30:01.440 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:07.260 Like we said, start the show in 1848.

00:30:09.640 The New York Herald, the paper of record for this country at the time,

00:30:14.480 announced that they had found gold around San Francisco

00:30:19.820 and started the gold rush of 1849.

00:30:24.120 Make sure we want you totally up to speed,

00:30:26.940 particularly right now as we're going through very uncertain times.

00:30:31.520 One of the reasons we're going through very uncertain times,

00:30:33.160 you have such weak leadership, not just in our country,

00:30:37.380 but in many of the financial institutions of the world.

00:30:39.840 Make sure you go to Birch Gold right now,

00:30:41.200 birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:30:43.340 Three-part series, the end of the dollar empire,

00:30:45.580 the end of king dollar, but we've done a pricey.

00:30:47.520 We've done a short summary to get you up to speed,

00:30:50.720 everything they're talking about on the de-dollarization

00:30:53.140 of taking us away from being the prime reserve currency,

00:30:56.920 which is our enemy's number one objective right now financially.

00:31:01.840 President Trump had a brilliant answer on Larry Kudlow the other day.

00:31:04.640 And look, there is definitely a long discussion and debate

00:31:08.700 we should have in this country

00:31:09.920 about whether we want to remain the prime reserve currency.

00:31:13.160 I'm not saying that it's perfect because it's far from it.

00:31:16.440 But it does give a certain – it comes with tremendous responsibilities,

00:31:21.540 tremendous accountability, but it also has certain opportunities.

00:31:27.140 But that has to be weighed and measured,

00:31:28.820 and a decision has to come from the American people,

00:31:32.100 maybe in the process of ending the Federal Reserve, right,

00:31:35.980 and turning back over to control, not by the prime broker-dealers

00:31:41.480 and these elites that have run it and run this country to a ground

00:31:44.820 and make themselves wealthy by printing money

00:31:47.200 for the last, what, almost over 100 years.

00:31:51.060 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:31:52.680 And make sure when you go to Birchgold, ask them,

00:31:55.420 ask Philip Patrick and his team,

00:31:56.800 why the central banks of the world are buying gold

00:31:59.020 at record rates in 2022 and 2023?

00:32:01.420 Make sure you ask that question.

00:32:03.260 Immerse yourself in information.

00:32:04.660 That's what this show's about.

00:32:06.420 Ben Harnwell, the Ukraine, getting more and more dangerous. 0.96

00:32:09.860 I'm going to get Bratton here in a second.

00:32:11.040 It's got a major policy implications here in the United States

00:32:15.740 because Biden's got another $20 billion net.

00:32:18.560 You know, Hawaii didn't want to talk about,

00:32:21.040 first I've already announced, no federal investigation into Hawaii.

00:32:24.300 They're going to let the state authorities do it.

00:32:25.420 No federal investigation into Hawaii about what caused it.

00:32:29.360 No really, you know, no package for the Hawaiians to make sure

00:32:33.420 that the speculators can't come and buy their land.

00:32:35.420 You're not hearing anything about that.

00:32:36.540 But you're hearing $20 billion for Ukraine, $13 billion in more weapons systems

00:32:41.100 for the defense contractors' profits,

00:32:43.780 another $8 billion to pay for their medical,

00:32:46.420 to pay for their pensions, to pay for everything you don't have.

00:32:49.740 Okay?

00:32:50.220 So, Ben, where are we in this?

00:32:54.460 Steve, there's a very serious article that I'm going to make a reference to now.

00:33:00.080 I spent an hour reading it this morning, and it's the sort of thing that you wish

00:33:06.480 you could unread it afterwards because it's absolutely terrifying.

00:33:10.280 I'll give a quick shout-out to a contributor on Getter who brought it to my attention,

00:33:15.800 Chris Stormack, who regular War Room Posse members will probably know

00:33:20.540 because he comments very intelligently on a lot of what we do here on the War Room.

00:33:25.280 This is an article, Steve, from the review Russia in Global Affairs.

00:33:32.320 It's published in English and in Russian.

00:33:36.540 The magazine is based in Moscow.

00:33:42.780 And it's absolutely terrifying because the argument here that they lay out,

00:33:47.220 and I'll post a link on Rumble for this.

00:33:51.720 The posse must read this.

00:33:52.800 So, it's worth the effort to read this.

00:33:55.760 The argument, Steve, is that at this point in the war, Russia should take stock of the situation

00:34:02.320 and exploit a point that we've been saying really throughout the year and a half

00:34:07.520 that this war has been going on, that Russia winning this battle is existential for Russia,

00:34:13.480 and it's not for the West.

00:34:14.920 And the best way of making the West realise this, because the West now is so invested in terms of credibility,

00:34:22.420 not in terms of military necessity, in terms of credibility, the West is invested.

00:34:27.800 So, the best way that Russia can draw this attention to the West to realise what is at stake, 0.61

00:34:33.760 which is all-out thermonuclear Armageddon, is to contemplate now a limited use of nuclear missiles.

00:34:42.520 The article is suggesting a strategic escalation into the nuclear sphere so that the West will realise now 0.74

00:34:51.120 what the next step will be and back that, repeat, because from the Russian perspective,

00:34:56.520 Ukraine winning this war is existentially necessary for Russia, and it is not for the West.

00:35:02.700 If you may give me 30 seconds, Steve, I'm just going to read one of many, many absolutely terrifying extracts from this article,

00:35:11.040 and I strongly encourage the posse to go and get this out and to read it in full,

00:35:15.140 but I'll read it now just to give a taste of the sort of things here that's in this article.

00:35:19.560 It's a very long article, but very well written.

00:35:21.340 We will have to make nuclear deterrence a convincing argument again by lowering the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons,

00:35:46.380 set unacceptably high, and by rapidly but prudently moving up the deterrence escalation ladder.

00:35:54.820 The enemy must know that we are ready to deliver a pre-emptive strike in retaliation for all of its current and past acts of aggression

00:36:04.300 in order to prevent a slide into global thermonuclear war.

00:36:10.100 Steve, absolutely terrifying, but we in the West have been escalating this for now a year and a half,

00:36:15.920 and now we see here that the Russian intelligentsia is taking what we've been doing,

00:36:20.980 the escalation that we've been doing, and now suggesting that Russia should take the initiative there

00:36:25.520 in terms of escalation in the nuclear sphere.

00:36:29.540 Ben, hang on for one second. I want to bring in Dave Bratt on this.

00:36:32.460 So, Dave, both Chip Roy and Russ Vogt are working on a program to force McCarthy's hand.

00:36:42.400 McCarthy had a major strategic unforced error this week.

00:36:48.540 He actually announced or leaked to the press and the people around him, the brain trust around him leaked to the press,

00:36:54.360 that he was very far down the road with Schumer and McConnell on a CR, as we told you was going to happen.

00:37:01.760 But now they've showed their face cards just because he needs a couple more weeks.

00:37:05.500 He just needs a couple more weeks, just a few more weeks to make sure he can get all these cuts in for the appropriation process,

00:37:12.360 which is all a lie.

00:37:14.040 How is Ukraine, the $20 billion is part of it, they want a much bigger supplement in this whole appropriations,

00:37:20.900 you know, not just the $20 billion, they want additional.

00:37:22.820 How big is the Ukraine situation going to play into this really forcing Biden's hand and forcing McCarthy's hand

00:37:30.240 to actually have Biden shut down his own government?

00:37:33.720 Because at some point in time, you just got to say no.

00:37:36.480 And now I'm pretty sure we got the votes because I think there's enough votes out there

00:37:41.260 that McCarthy would have to go again to the Democrats.

00:37:44.860 And I think this time you would see a lot of people saying,

00:37:47.380 OK, if he's just going to do this and if he's just going to have Hakeem Jeffries as the majority leader,

00:37:53.120 it's time to motion to vacate.

00:37:54.860 Dave Brett.

00:37:56.660 Yeah, well, Harnwell just set it up very nicely.

00:38:00.040 What this really all is about from Ukraine to the budget, to the House weakness, lack of leadership,

00:38:05.260 it's about self-preservation as a free people.

00:38:09.320 You know, when in the course of human events it becomes necessary to take action,

00:38:13.300 hey, we are there, right?

00:38:16.600 When it comes to war itself, St. Augustine said,

00:38:19.900 yes, you can go to war only if it's to help the defenseless, the weak.

00:38:24.060 We didn't go to war to help the weak.

00:38:26.720 We set up the Ukraine and those young men as pawns to use the weak against Russia to bring them down. 0.99

00:38:33.640 So the whole thing's immoral.

00:38:35.860 We were created in God's image to be a free people.

00:38:39.080 That's the self-preservation.

00:38:40.520 All these global forces are moving against our ability to act in the image of God as a free people.

00:38:47.500 We are not serfs.

00:38:48.780 We are not slaves.

00:38:50.460 And we need to tell our representatives to start acting like it.

00:38:53.940 The Democrats have no problem.

00:38:55.520 If we got 20 items that are existential, one is getting out of this war.

00:39:00.400 There's plenty of others that you just mentioned.

00:39:02.080 We need auditing the Fed, finding out what's going on in the central bank digital currency,

00:39:07.700 whacking away this $2 trillion extra spending every year with $7 trillion budgets that's funding all the cronies and oligarchs across the world.

00:39:17.300 These are not in the interest of the American people.

00:39:19.760 The polling all shows it, but the people feel powerless because our representatives are not serving us.

00:39:26.280 So this is key.

00:39:28.380 We need to act strongly.

00:39:30.400 We need to get in touch with our representatives and start to say,

00:39:33.120 now is the time to stand up for our self-preservation as a country against China.

00:39:38.260 Your piece yesterday with D.C. Drano showing Sequoia Capitol and how we're still trying to milk every last nickel of profits against an enemy that's coming right after us.

00:39:48.340 This is serious business.

00:39:49.700 The American people need to get serious about who they are.

00:39:52.120 We are all made in the image of God.

00:39:55.220 That's who we're meant to be.

00:39:56.420 We need to start acting like it.

00:39:59.880 Hang on for one second.

00:40:00.840 I want to bring in Nicole from the new federal state of China. 1.00

00:40:03.100 Nicole, I want you to walk through.

00:40:05.460 You guys have been doing some tremendous work about this entire fiasco of the Chinese Communist Party's financing and these companies that are now insolvent and what's going to happen and warning America not to bail them out.

00:40:17.980 Give us your thoughts, ma'am.

00:40:19.700 Well, good morning and thank you so much for having me.

00:40:22.260 Remember years ago when Trump was in the White House and you and Mr. Maus Guo, the leader and founder of our movement, had been warning the American people that the CCP has already launched an economic warfare against the U.S.

00:40:35.760 And that is using the U.S.-listed Chinese companies or the CCP companies to scam American people's pension fund, including the TSP, the Thrift Saving Plan. 0.73

00:40:46.980 And years have already passed and now we're seeing the CCP is now claiming bankruptcy protection for one of its largest developer, Evergrande, for its $31 billion debt restructuring.

00:41:03.200 And so that is the CCP's economy crisis building over to the U.S.

00:41:08.560 And asking the American people and the entire international financial market to pay for the consequences.

00:41:15.860 So you guys have been warning that the U.S. should cut off the ties with the CCP and stop the American people's public pension fund and TSP from funding the CCP's modernization of their PLA.

00:41:28.860 And now, as we speak, the CCP is launching the military drill near Taiwan as a show of force to protest U.S. support for Taiwan.

00:41:39.240 So this country is already in a big crisis economically, financially and diplomatically.

00:41:45.560 And so I think that I have heard that people say, hey, Steve Bannon and Maus Guo are extremists.

00:41:52.220 No, you guys are not.

00:41:53.640 You are just being right.

00:41:55.240 And I hope you were wrong, but everything that you guys have been warning years ago has become a sad reality.

00:42:03.480 You know, I want to we're going to watch the bankruptcy court.

00:42:07.620 I would like to see the bankruptcy court treat Evergrande, which is a front for the Chinese Communist Party money laundering, as they're treating Miles Guo in bankruptcy court.

00:42:17.400 OK, Miles Guo in bankruptcy court, they took the side.

00:42:19.400 The bankruptcy court in the United States took the side of the CCP and every aspect of it.

00:42:23.540 Now, this shows you the rot in our court system.

00:42:26.580 This shows you the rot in our there's no rule of law in this country.

00:42:30.080 That's what these are show trials.

00:42:32.100 I want to show Evergrande came to a U.S. court.

00:42:34.520 Here's the reason.

00:42:36.180 So it's three hundred and I think twenty billion dollars of liabilities.

00:42:40.800 This thing makes the Greek situation. 0.65

00:42:42.600 Remember a couple of years ago, oh, Greek is, you know, you got to bail out Greece. 0.76

00:42:45.700 It's got a whole EU.

00:42:46.760 The whole EU currency is going to come.

00:42:48.100 Now, these are and that doesn't include country was a country wide or country day doesn't include it doesn't include the shadow bank.

00:42:56.640 Zhang Jing, you add them up, you're almost at a trillion dollars of liabilities.

00:43:00.420 I think it's seven hundred fifty billion dollars of liabilities with no ability to pay it back.

00:43:05.320 Zero ability to pay it back.

00:43:07.660 OK, short commercial break.

00:43:09.520 We're in this crisis for one reason.

00:43:11.720 The global elites have worked hand in glove to steal as much money as possible from the peoples of the world, Lao Bai Jing and their American counterparts, the deplorables. 0.96

00:43:23.460 And now when the crisis strike, they want to bail out and they're going to work a bailout.

00:43:29.320 You watch between bankruptcy courts and what they're doing, the commerce secretary over there right now, the elites are working 24 seven of just like in 2008, had to bail themselves out again from all the lies.

00:43:42.520 They're looking on a bailout in Ukraine.

00:43:44.360 They're looking at a bailout in the Chinese capital markets all on your back, the back of you and your sons and daughters.

00:43:52.820 Short break back in the warm in a moment.

00:43:54.580 COVIDtaxrelief.org got a small retail business, almost $80,000.

00:44:09.220 COVIDtaxrelief.org got a manufacturing business, nearly 250 grand.

00:44:15.140 And COVIDtaxrelief.org just got a large distribution business, almost $900,000.

00:44:25.360 If you run a business, church or nonprofit and paid your employees through all or part of the pandemic, you could qualify for up to $26,000 per employee through the government's CARES Act.

00:44:40.780 But beware of clickbait or pay upfront companies who make you do the work and take a huge percentage of your refund.

00:44:49.700 COVIDtaxrelief.org receives a low reasonable commission only after you receive your refund.

00:44:56.420 And with 300 CPAs and tax experts, no one is better at getting you the maximum benefit than COVIDtaxrelief.org.

00:45:04.680 Visit COVIDtaxrelief.org now because this plan expires soon.

00:45:11.980 That's COVIDtaxrelief.org, COVIDtaxrelief.org.

00:45:17.600 The refund examples are not a guarantee and not all businesses qualify.

00:45:22.180 That's why you have to check today with COVIDtaxrelief.org.

00:45:27.060 I offer you a choice, a choice between two worlds.

00:45:30.700 Will you take the blue pill and continue living in a world where a corrupt few control everything?

00:45:35.520 Or will you take the red pill and join us?

00:45:38.580 What the elites don't want you to know is that there are 200,000 open committee man seats in the Republican Party.

00:45:45.600 These party members are the ones who determine the future of the GOP.

00:45:49.300 Let's take our country back, one precinct at a time.

00:45:53.200 Visit precinctstrategy.com now.

00:45:57.060 You know, the neoliberal neocons that are the Murdoch family, this week when they have the Keebler-Ls up there,

00:46:06.300 because as commander-in-chief, you know, this is your chief magistrate, CEO of the government,

00:46:13.540 and commander-in-chief of the armed forces, you have to make tough calls and you have to understand the world.

00:46:20.380 You have a bunch of people running there that have no earthy idea about the world.

00:46:23.300 In fact, their ideas are not just antiquated, they're dead wrong.

00:46:26.120 You know, Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, Chris Christie over there with the bouquet of flowers, he's wandering around and rubbing up, he's writing a poem.

00:46:33.180 He took a, he took what is a Van Halen song and wrote new lyrics.

00:46:36.500 Can you think about that for a second?

00:46:38.340 How humiliating is that?

00:46:40.640 Tim Scott, all of them.

00:46:42.420 All the cheerleaders in the air cons. 1.00

00:46:43.700 The reality of Ukraine is just one piece of a complex chessboard, geopolitical chessboard, that we have to be very, very, very careful about right now.

00:46:56.380 We're slipping into a kinetic third world war.

00:46:58.960 We're already at a third world war with the Chinese Communist Party after us. 0.99

00:47:02.020 But these people are not, they have the, they have the understanding of a junior high school social room teacher.

00:47:10.940 The cheerleading of Mickey Haley, oh, liberty and freedom and liberty and freedom and liberty and freedom.

00:47:15.300 Come on.

00:47:17.020 Get real and get serious.

00:47:18.460 Talk to me about the liberty and freedom of the 70,000 or 70,000 that they're, that the New York Times and the Washington Post and CIA reporting.

00:47:27.000 How, how big an undercount you think that is?

00:47:30.480 How many families are destroyed?

00:47:32.180 How many children are murdered?

00:47:34.660 Or other?

00:47:36.660 How many young men and women have been slaughtered?

00:47:39.460 Slaughtered.

00:47:40.560 And the happy talk, you can see these people bouncing around and, you know, the liberty and freedom and all this. 1.00

00:47:45.760 It's all crap. 0.91

00:47:46.720 But it's unworthy to enter the discussion and debate of a free people that have to make hard calls. 0.99

00:47:58.460 Ben Harnwell, you've done an extraordinary job on Ukraine.

00:48:01.480 You and Poso have been the tip of the spear in this.

00:48:04.040 Give me your closing thoughts.

00:48:05.080 We'll let you go for a Saturday and get, get about it in Rome.

00:48:08.540 Your closing thoughts today on Ukraine.

00:48:11.920 Thanks, Steve.

00:48:12.660 So, Denver, if I might call on my third article, which is the Breitbart piece, which has the headline, Zelensky chastises citizens for dancing and drinking during the war.

00:48:24.620 I'm just going to talk.

00:48:25.420 If you guys are able to put the videos of that in the background as I talk, that will give an illustration as to what this article is about.

00:48:33.000 Basically, Steve, you know, and we thank you.

00:48:35.100 Thanks, Denver.

00:48:35.920 We've been talking about how President Zelensky has a job now to convince the West to remain engaged in this elective war, this war of choice.

00:48:46.960 Well, he doesn't only have a job to convince the West to continue supporting this war financially and militarily.

00:48:54.600 He's got a job to convince his own citizens.

00:48:57.960 Now, we did cite a poll last week that said 76.6% of Ukrainians hold Zelensky directly responsible, and that's a quote, directly responsible for corruption in the military and in the government.

00:49:11.560 And 55% of the Ukrainians said that this war was inevitable and necessary.

00:49:17.940 That means like a sizable minority, 45% believe that other solutions could be found.

00:49:23.260 That was some time ago.

00:49:26.160 The situation is moving on a day-by-day basis.

00:49:28.780 Ukrainians themselves, again, last week we had the pictures of the Ukrainians sending themselves on the beach at where, of all places, at Odessa.

00:49:40.760 His country is also amongst the factors that are sliding away out of his orbit.

00:49:49.100 And I think that's an illustration that we're constantly being asked to sacrifice more and more.

00:49:55.660 Americans are going to be asked to stump up $24 billion to keep this war in movement, and his own people are out-parting.

00:50:06.440 Yeah, Ben, what's your social media?

00:50:09.840 Where do people go to get all your great stuff?

00:50:12.320 Great.

00:50:36.700 I loved a girl, Saginaw, Michigan, Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of a wealthy, wealthy man.

00:50:50.440 But he called me that son of a Saginaw fisherman and not good enough to claim his daughter's hand.

00:51:03.880 Oh, I'm up here in Alaska, looking around for gold. 0.99

00:51:13.480 Like a crazy fool, I'm a-digging in this frozen ground so cold. 0.98

00:52:18.340 He gave me a great big party with champagne.

00:52:24.580 Then he said, son, you're a wise, young, ambitious man.

00:52:32.660 Will you sell your father-in-law your Klondike name?

00:52:37.840 So now he's up there in Alaska, digging in the cold, cold ground. 1.00

00:52:47.720 The greedy fool is a-looking for the gold I never found. 0.99

00:52:56.180 And it serves him right, but no one is missing him. 1.00
