On today's show, Stephen K. Bannon is joined by the Posse to discuss the latest on the Epstein/Pizzagate case, the upcoming Super Tuesday trial in Georgia, and why President Trump is the only one who can save the country.
00:07:38.000And just I don't I'm not feeling it from the Republican Party leadership down in the great state of Georgia, because this is going to be a humiliating process for Georgia, not for Donald Trump, sir.
00:08:04.920I've heard from other senators that say we don't have subpoena power.
00:08:08.600Well, I would encourage them to look at Georgia Code 28-1-16, which gives the ethics committee in both the Senate and the House subpoena power through the Fulton County, ironically, Superior Court.
00:08:22.360We've got the ability to subpoena documents, to subpoena witnesses.
00:08:26.700And at the end of the day, we've got the legislative authority to call in the Supreme or the state troopers and bring these people in.
00:08:33.980Right. I mean, we are not taking action.
00:08:37.720I figured by 10 days into this, I would have 15, 20 of my fellow Republican senators signing on, calling for a special session.
00:08:44.480And they have pointed their fingers and given every excuse in the book not to take action.
00:08:49.220I mean, it only takes a simple majority to defund Fonnie Willis.
00:11:06.720They've got a First Amendment right to question the integrity of an election.
00:11:09.520But Donald Trump and these 19 others, they're not being treated like Americans.
00:11:13.520Steve, I swore an oath to the Constitution and I have a legislative duty to advocate my other legislators into calling for a special session.
00:11:23.320And for them to point and make a finger at this prosecutorial counsel, well, guess what?
00:11:28.760That thing hasn't even maintained Supreme Court muster yet.
00:12:50.040I don't want to have to draw my rifle.
00:12:52.300I want to make this problem go away with my legislative means of doing so.
00:12:57.860And the first step to getting that done is defunding Fonnie Willis of any Georgia tax dollars.
00:13:04.240And hopefully Representative Jordan and Representative Biggs will follow suit in Congress and strip her of her federal dollars, too, because she is not upholding her oath to the Constitution.
00:13:12.900Senator Moore, before I let you go, got about a minute.
00:13:17.500What specific action are you calling on for your federal senator or state senators down in Georgia?
00:13:23.340Write a letter to the governor and say, I am signing on with Colton Moore asking for a special session immediately.
00:13:31.680If you live in the state of Georgia, please double down on your state senator and your representative and say, do what we want as a constituency.
00:13:53.320And if you live outside of the Georgia, you can always go to my website, coltonmoore.com slash emergency.
00:13:59.400You can sign on to the special petition there and any help that you can give in this fight.
00:14:04.620I mean, just today, you know, I had two senators, Senator Bo Hatchett and Senator Shelley Eccles, who were like, oh, Colton's just grandstanding.
00:14:13.340We sent out a thousand plus text messages in each one of their districts out of my campaign funds today, reminding their constituencies that they are the holdup right now on calling a special session.
00:14:25.940I mean, I will take this flag to the governor's feet.
00:14:32.660Senator Moore, real quickly, give again, where do people go?
00:14:56.440As central banks and countries like China, India, Australia begin transitioning to a digital currency, the Federal Reserve has been contemplating the same for the United States of America.
00:15:10.560With a digital currency, the government could track every single purchase you make.
00:15:15.080Officials could even prohibit you from purchasing certain products or even easily freeze or seize part or all of your money.
00:15:23.980These are some of the reasons concerned Americans reach out to Birch Gold Group.
00:15:29.080They want to have a physical asset that's independent from the U.S. dollar.
00:15:34.160Gold held tax sheltered in a retirement account.
00:15:37.500Remember, gold held in your tax sheltered retirement account.
00:17:26.840And it was not simply about voter integrity and how the election was stolen and showing affidavits and math, etc.
00:17:33.680You actually called for, I guess, the removal, the firing, the impeachment of Fannie Willis.
00:17:40.040Why are you taking a harder stand than the Senate of Georgia, which could call a special session and get down to this defunder immediately?
00:17:48.740Well, it's because we have more courage, Steve.
00:17:52.440And so today we called for the impeachment of Fannie Willis for prosecutorial misconduct.
00:18:01.820And what that means, according to the law, is tyrannical partiality in the color of her office.
00:18:09.100And we went through this 41-count indictment step by step, and we explained how she misapplied law and statements of fact or factual information in order to drum up all these charges and claim that her political adversaries, 19 of her political adversaries, were actually committing crimes of racketeering.
00:18:40.700The reason we did this is because we're all about election integrity and security for the next election.
00:18:46.740And if she can do this to 19 of us, many of whom were Georgia citizens, honest Georgia citizens, she's going to come after everyone in the state of Georgia eventually under these false claims that we cannot exercise free speech to challenge elections in the state of Georgia when they're conducted improperly.
00:19:11.740Just give me – just give me – take a second and just give a summary of the prosecutorial abuse here as you see it because I've talked to – and we're on Mike Davis on at six.
00:19:23.200I've talked to a lot of experts, and they're saying this – and this is why I keep talking – calling out Kemp and the AG to say this is a humiliation for Georgia.
00:19:33.260This racketeering RICO thing is absurd.
00:19:36.240It's absurd, and people know it's absurd, and you can't hide from it.
00:19:56.060And even if they were not, they were protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution as free speech.
00:20:04.980She has claimed that you can't – you know, making a presentation to the Senate and the House and their committee hearings, that is solicitation, a violation of oath of office.
00:20:22.820She tried to criminalize all the legitimate contingent electors for the 2020 election.
00:20:30.780She filed false charges against the – for computer crimes.
00:20:34.700It didn't really happen against those who were trying to expose voting system failures.
00:20:40.320And then she filed false charges against those trying to protect potential witnesses of election crime.
00:20:47.960So it's basically a complete misapplication of racketeering, forgery, and solicitation statutes and trying to apply those to perfectly legal activities in the state of Georgia.
00:21:09.160I've been inundated from calls from professionals to say this.
00:21:12.680What is the attorney general – the attorney general and the governor could shut this thing down right now.
00:21:16.480What is – or the senators could call a special session and shut it down.
00:21:20.160What is it about the establishment, the political – the conservative Republican political establishment in Georgia that doesn't get what's going on here?
00:21:29.180Well, first of all, they're not really all that conservative.
00:21:33.280But they're part of the uniparty that you've described on your show quite often.
00:21:40.960They were elected by the voting system.
00:21:43.600And just this weekend, we were at the 8th District Fish Fry in central Georgia.
00:21:50.880And Governor Kemp was the keynote speaker there.
00:21:54.300He did not want Voter GA there as a sponsor.
00:21:57.940So we had already paid our sponsorship fees to – and we wanted to support that event like we did the state convention where we were so warmly received.
00:22:07.580But he didn't want anyone even wearing a shirt that mentioned election integrity.
00:22:18.640He's completely gone off the rails trying to cover up what happened in 2020.
00:22:24.380And then you've got the attorney general who has complete unbridled authority to make sure that the affairs of the state are conducted legally and properly.
00:22:36.180We cited the statute today in our press conference.
00:22:39.820And he has been absolutely quiet and even filed an amicus brief on behalf of Secretary of State in an attempt to prevent us from looking at the counterfeit ballots in Fulton County.
00:22:50.960So these two are just completely useless.
00:22:54.700And then, as you said, Steve, it falls upon the legislature to do something.
00:23:00.660And they need to investigate the election, conduct – hold a special session, as Senator Colton Moore has said.
00:23:07.800And they need to investigate Fanny Rollins and take the appropriate action, which is a clear case of impeachment.
00:23:17.140So hats off to Colton Moore for leading that charge.
00:23:20.480We wish him the best, and we will back him 100 percent.
00:23:24.480Carlton, let me – I want to go back to this fish fry because I did see some video over the weekend.
00:23:30.540I want to make sure I'm not misinterpreting.
00:23:52.200And Sam Carline, who was interviewing him at the time, repeated it.
00:23:56.080And then Brian Kemp repeated it again.
00:23:59.000But my favorite comment, though, was just a little bit longer in the video when Phil Searcy, who was running the video, had a great account.
00:24:07.300He said that, hey, you know, we just want transparent elections.
00:24:10.860And he says – he turns to Phil and says, well, if you want transparency, you need to be a poll worker.
00:24:18.040Well, being a poll worker doesn't give you transparency if Brian Kemp is insisting on cutting the – counting the ballots in full sequency.
00:24:28.660And Brad Rasmusberg and Chris Carr aren't hellbent on keeping those ballots secret so that we can never verify the electronic voting results or detect counterfeit ballots.
00:24:42.540We need honest, transparent elections.
00:24:45.300And hats off to Colton Moore for leading the way.
00:24:48.040Why – I didn't get – when the video got sent to me, I couldn't understand why the governor – is he like a mob boss?
00:24:59.060Why do you have a problem with the election integrity t-shirts?
00:25:03.120What's the problem with election integrity?
00:25:04.640This is fascinating, Steve, and I wish I could give you a clear answer as to what the problem is.
00:25:13.640But the Georgia GOP statewide, as you know, we've talked about on your show, we have – they have – election integrity advocates have swept all of the positions in the state executive – official positions in the state executive GOP.
00:25:29.640But some of the district chairs are still camp holdouts, and in this case, it was the eighth district chair Chan Jones and the eighth district who voted to not allow us to attend.
00:25:43.160And then Chan Jones did not want any election integrity shirts at all, even just things that said truth and trust and transparency.
00:25:54.480They wanted those banned, and that was done almost assuredly at the behest of Governor Kemp because we understand that Governor Kemp refused to speak unless Chan Jones had – who was one of his high school or college buddies – unless he had cleared the room of that type.
00:26:17.260If anything visible in regards to securing Georgia elections for 2024.
00:26:27.500If finally – if this trial goes forward, which I don't think it will – I think this thing will be shut down long before – but if it did, is there any question in your mind that if you guys get to present – and this is truly adjudicated – that the American – people in Georgia and the American people and people throughout the world will see that Georgia was stolen in 2024, sir?
00:26:47.260Well, there's no doubt in my mind, Steve, and that is why I think you're absolutely right.
00:26:53.400This case will never go to trial, in my opinion, because what this is all about and what's happening now is political grandstanding.
00:27:04.080Fannie Wallace filed this against political adversaries in an attempt to inflict as much damage as she could on her political adversaries.
00:27:14.600She's obviously a Democrat and was supported wholeheartedly by the Democrats, and she's simply trying to take out as many ranking Republicans as she can.
00:27:27.380I'm not talking about necessarily those who are in office, but the infrastructure of lawyers and activists and everything else she can take out with this crazy indictment that she has come up with.
00:27:43.200So, Garland, how do people get to you, social media and website, where do people go?
00:30:39.120She's rolled up in this, these American citizens.
00:30:41.940Now, average American citizens, Harrison Floyd, because of the pressure put on by this show and making sure that Harrison had good attorneys, I understand that Harrison is going to be out tonight between 6 and 7.
00:30:56.880If he's out and he's near a cell phone, we're going to try to get Harrison to call in.
00:31:01.240If not, we'll have him tomorrow morning.
00:31:02.720But I think that's going to be taken care of.
00:31:04.840But the folks in Georgia, particularly the political establishment and the political establishment in Georgia, should understand something that's not going away.
00:33:31.840Here we call to more other people have to say.
00:33:33.580OK, on another front, talking about elites that have sold us out, I want to talk about the Chinese Communist Party.
00:33:41.500And this is one of the reasons I want the the CCP situation is now coming up to the forefront because their economy is teetering because the Chinese Communist Party over leveraged and kind of had a Ponzi scheme, even more than the Ponzi scheme and commercial real estate here, which is about to crater in the good old United States of America.
00:34:01.920They've got a 2008 type Ponzi scheme going in their commercial real estate in China.
00:34:07.960So now everybody on Wall Street and the Biden crime family and all they're trying to think about is a bailout.
00:34:13.660One thing you have to remember now, they're teetering.
00:34:17.660They're trying to put together bricks to try to give the U.S. dollar to destroy the U.S. dollar.
00:34:21.460They're trying to put together another geopolitical entity that can help them consolidate the Eurasian landmass and become a hegemon and force the United States basically out of Asia.
00:34:55.600The Pacific has been the future of this country since the late 19th century.
00:35:00.120Now, we keep going fighting wars for the elites in Europe and sacrificing the blood and treasure of this country and particularly the blood of our finest that go to fight.
00:42:36.920All the nitrous oxide, sulfur has all been eliminated from gas plants.
00:42:41.020But we've also begun to, acceding to this administration, stop building large conventional combined cycle gas turbine plants that recycle their exhaust to create 50 percent more energy, massively thermally efficient, therefore very low polluting.
00:42:57.080And again, in actual pollutants, those have largely been eradicated by GE, by Siemens, by Mitsubishi in the design of these plants.
00:43:04.400But despite that, because we're chasing now net zero, not massive improvement, which we have made already, we're chasing net zero, we have stopped budgeting, building, baseload, continuous duty, fossil generation at an enormous cost to ratepayers of building all this renewable stuff.
00:44:08.960He said, and I want to quote here, I've been taking Field of Greens, and this is the second time my doctor has danced into the room praising my blood results.
00:44:23.560Now each fruit and vegetable in Field of Greens was medically selected for a specific health benefit.
00:44:30.340Some support vital organs like heart, lungs, and kidneys.
00:44:33.340Others support metabolism for healthy energy and weight loss.
00:44:37.720If you're busy, if you don't get enough exercise, if you eat too much fast food, take Field of Greens.
00:44:45.760Look, Field of Greens can't promise your doctor will dance into your room, but they can promise at your next checkup, your doctor will notice you improve health or you get your money back.
00:45:25.440Okay, we're getting Dave Walsh booted up for the 7 o'clock hour because there's more I've got to go through with this.
00:45:33.120But just as a snapshot, if you can put the article back up, that piece is from The Guardian.
00:45:39.220This is not a MAGA paper, as I know our audience knows.
00:45:43.700It's probably the most left-wing major paper in the world.
00:45:46.080One of the best edited, but it's all left-wing content.
00:45:50.560And they're making a case because they're even more than being Democrats and progressives.
00:45:54.840They're the cult of climate change is the highest, and they're calling out China.
00:45:58.240But here's the part, is the elites act like China's our active partners, and China tells the world, yes, we've got – we're going to be net zero in – what year could we be net zero?
00:46:41.040And the 6 o'clock hour is one of my favorite hours of the four hours of the day because we can do – the clock is different, so I can get into detail, a little more detail.
00:46:50.340Okay, now at 7 o'clock on Getter, and I think on Rumble too, Joe Allen, Joe's book is released today.
00:46:56.600And so we're going to do an hour kind of Q&A with yours truly and Joe Allen, of course, Grace and Mo, and I think Jane Zerker will be there too.
00:47:35.320You know, the best part, I think, is really getting some feedback from some of the people who have read the book or read large portions of it.
00:47:42.460You never really know exactly how something's going to hit until it's actually touched somebody, until they've actually gotten their head wrapped around it.
00:47:51.500And just knowing that the physical copies are going out and people are going to be able to explore a nightmare world that doesn't necessarily have to come to pass.
00:48:01.260As far as Amazon goes, despite certain hurdles, it's definitely kept up in the upper echelons of the top 100 new releases.
00:48:41.880I think that the message in the book is strong enough that as people read it, they'll see where it's coming from.
00:48:49.420And I really do hope that by the time they've gotten to the end, what they're thinking about is the type of positive future they would like to create for themselves,
00:48:58.520having had a really broad sampling of some of the dreams coming out of Silicon Valley, coming out of DARPA, coming out of the CCP,
00:49:07.000and more and more so coming out of our own legislature and Congress.
00:49:12.180Yeah, but people about that, and this is a very optimistic book if you work your way through it,
00:49:18.600but there's going to be a long, tough struggle on this.
00:49:22.280You know, Divine Providence and his wisdom has decided that this is the time and place in this kind of temporal world that your being is manifested.
00:49:33.120And I would love to say it's Sunlit Uplands.
00:49:40.740But you live right now in one of the most exciting times in the history of mankind because we're at the affliction point.
00:49:49.140And I'm not even talking about the fight here for populist nationalism and the Trump movement.
00:49:52.840You're at an affliction point for the entire human race in the history of the human race.
00:49:57.740In fact, I would say you have an obligation, a duty, your dharma is to throw in here and help us fight on team human being.
00:50:16.340And that's essentially, this book is a primer in that.
00:50:18.380You will, you will come away changed if you go, if you work your way through this book, you will think quite differently about where we are as a species and where this planet is.
00:50:31.560And this is no, you know, mumbo jumbo hocus pocus around the cult of climate change.
00:53:18.320Now I'm going to go there sooner or later.
00:53:22.000For War Room veterans, you know, we have been all over the supply chain issue with China and medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:53:33.800China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that.
00:53:38.660I got an emergency medication kit from them.
00:53:42.460The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics are in extreme short supply across the United States.
00:53:49.800But you know that because you're a viewer or listener of the show.
