Bannon's War Room - Episode 3004： Trial Of Ken Paxton Starts; McCarthy Must Get With The Program

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.920 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.520 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.280 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do

00:00:24.660 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these

00:00:32.360 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to

00:00:39.940 save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.820 well i haven't had the occasion to go to east palestine there's a lot going on

00:00:57.400 here and i just haven't been able to break i was thinking whether i'd go to east palestine

00:01:02.200 this week but i then was reminded i've got to go literally around the world i'm going from

00:01:08.520 from washington to india to vietnam to and so i it's going to be a while but uh we're making sure

00:01:17.740 that east palestine has what they need materially in order to deal with their problems democrats are

00:01:23.980 winning the close races because i think the democrats understand that you know you can be

00:01:28.240 the superficial which would what you know what we're seeing on the republican side with substance

00:01:32.800 and the substance the policies uh the practices of the biden harris administration improving people

00:01:38.220 live look this past week uh this this uh this movement to reduce prescription drug prices that's

00:01:45.960 going to help democrats but i have to say something because george i'm old enough to say this uh i've

00:01:51.920 seen two movements outside of the social justice movements in my life on the political side one was

00:01:57.420 the reagan movement reagan had a hold on his base the country at large they saw him as someone who was

00:02:05.240 willing to stand up for american values whatever that might have meant now i thought it was reactionary

00:02:10.040 the other movement i saw was barack obama hope and change that galvanized the american people i've

00:02:16.400 never seen anything like this with donald trump i mean what doesn't kill you make you stronger i mean

00:02:20.920 being convicted i mean being indicted that's making them stronger raising 10 million dollars using an

00:02:26.800 ugly mug shot uh to raise money this is a movement and anyone who thinks that you can apply the old

00:02:33.140 political rules to trying to defeat this candidate based on he's scary he's ugly whatever you might want to

00:02:40.040 this is a movement and we have to respect the fact that it's a movement from the wall street journal

00:02:44.860 that has president joe biden and donald trump in a dead heat in a 2024 general election matchup

00:02:52.400 in the survey 46 percent say they would vote for biden while 46 say they would vote for trump

00:02:59.160 eight percent say they are undecided so in this conversation mixing this in really shows you where

00:03:08.200 the country's at joe well and it's gene but i mean just well just look at the numbers gene you've got

00:03:15.300 you've got 46 percent of americans supporting a guy who's been indicted four times indicted for

00:03:20.880 stealing nuclear secrets and indicted for stealing war plans called a rapist by a new york judge

00:03:27.340 saying that what he did was was was akin to rape uh you you've got a guy that's that's being charged uh

00:03:35.740 for his uh illegal payoffs to porn stars i mean we could go down the list a guy who started a riot on

00:03:44.040 january the 6th uh an insurrection uh had had fake electors had this fraudulent scheme uh to to steal

00:03:54.220 votes from millions and millions of americans in seven swing states i mean i could go on called the

00:04:00.760 republican a secretary of state in georgia and said steal enough votes for me find enough votes

00:04:06.820 so i can steal georgia 46 percent of americans are voting for the guy who said he would terminate the

00:04:14.220 constitution to get back into power yeah this is uh those numbers are unbelievable but yet there they

00:04:22.300 are i mean the wall street journal does good polling and you know any one poll uh can be an outlier but

00:04:28.500 but there have been a lot of polls that indicate that this uh if it's a trump biden rematch this is

00:04:35.240 going to be a close election um and again that that stupefies me it should not be a close election

00:04:43.940 there is no way that any substantial portion of the electorate should support donald trump after we saw

00:04:53.100 during what we saw during the four years of donald trump's presidency after what we have seen uh in

00:05:00.340 the the the years since donald trump's presidency after all the the the felony criminal charges

00:05:08.420 uh filed against him in four cases with what is basically open and shut evidence um i you know

00:05:16.880 the man is is is an accused felon um uh what 91 times or something like that and the total number

00:05:24.320 of counts against him yet uh i i for potentially 46 percent of americans are willing to return him

00:05:32.580 to the white house uh i it certainly lays out what what this this poll i think does it should

00:05:39.820 lay out to democrats that this this is going to be a close election they can't take anything

00:05:45.960 for granted um if they should assume it's going to be decided by perhaps tens of thousands of voters

00:05:53.180 uh in the swing states that we all know about uh and uh and they better get cracking now because um

00:06:01.960 uh there's a real risk and i can't believe i'm saying this there's a risk that donald trump could

00:06:07.540 return to the white house well a key part of speaker mcgovern carthy's strategy has been trying to

00:06:12.380 convince hardline conservatives to back down as you and i reported mccarthy held a conference call

00:06:17.560 with his members last week and he argued that they should save these funding fights for later in

00:06:22.100 the year when they actually do their long-term spending bills and essentially said now is not

00:06:26.260 the time or place to make these demands about the border department of justice other things that

00:06:30.620 conservatives have been digging in over but kevin mccarthy is going to have to make a decision

00:06:35.080 pretty soon here about what to do with supplemental funding and whether and how that's going to hitch a

00:06:40.100 ride potentially on a short-term spending bill the white house requested 40 billion dollars for both

00:06:44.660 ukraine aid and disaster relief but hardliners want to see those issues delinked because they don't want

00:06:50.820 to support any more money for ukraine so that really sets up a potential showdown with both senate

00:06:55.940 democrats and senate republicans who mostly do support more money for ukraine and i think republican

00:07:01.420 congressman mike simpson who serves on the appropriations panel summed it up best when he told me

00:07:07.120 i tell people to buckle up it's going to be crazy for september october november december the next

00:07:13.760 four months are going to be wild and hanging over all of this is the motion to vacate the speaker's chair

00:07:19.660 that is a procedural tool that would force a vote on ousting the sitting speaker it's something 0.63

00:07:24.940 conservatives are threatening to use if they don't get their way in funding fights so just a very

00:07:29.920 complicated dynamic for kevin mccarthy and not a lot of time to figure it out there's an argument

00:07:34.800 argument circulating about whether the 14th amendment that prohibits anyone in quote engaged

00:07:40.880 in insurrection or rebellion from holding public office bars trump from running for president now

00:07:46.220 this hasn't been tested in our system before uh do you think what is your thought on whether that's a

00:07:52.140 valid argument i think it is a valid argument uh you know the 14th amendment section three is pretty

00:07:59.200 clear if you engage in acts of insurrection or rebellion against the government or you give aid and

00:08:04.720 comfort to those who do you are disqualified from running it doesn't require that you be convicted of

00:08:10.860 insurrection uh it just requires that uh you have engaged in these acts it's a disqualification

00:08:16.960 from holding office again uh and it fits donald trump to a t i think this will be tested when a secretary of

00:08:23.680 state either refuses to put him on the ballot or puts him on the ballot and is challenged by a litigant 0.71

00:08:29.240 um i would imagine it will go up to the supreme court and that's the big question mark through all

00:08:34.460 of this which is what will the supreme court do there are prominent constitutional scholars as well as

00:08:41.000 prominent progressive scholars uh who believe that he should be disqualified but will the court take

00:08:47.380 that step ultimately uh only time will tell but i do think uh it is a very legitimate issue by the

00:08:54.240 clear terms of the 14th amendment he should be disqualified from holding office my view the attack

00:09:01.100 on the capitol that day was designed for a particular purpose at a particular moment and that was to

00:09:06.920 disrupt the peaceful transfer of power as is laid out in the constitution so i think there is a powerful

00:09:12.820 argument to be made my my sense is it's probably going to get resolved in the courts but um you know

00:09:19.500 i think what we have to focus on on our side is is we just got to win in 2024 it is tuesday 5 september

00:09:27.660 the year of our lord 2023 it's the first day back summer is over um school is back i know a lot of people

00:09:36.020 started in august but the traditional start of school today everybody's back to work or should be back to

00:09:41.660 except for the house of representatives um associated press just put out a huge story

00:09:48.760 by steve peoples laying out the 2024 campaign because remember one year from today will be the

00:09:54.660 traditional start of when the nation focuses of course we know that's kind of the old school

00:09:59.980 politics now a big part of the nation including this audience focuses on what's happening politically

00:10:05.940 24 7 let me just lay out what's in front of us because it is quite intense g20 uh totally meltdown 0.99

00:10:15.800 in ukraine uh zelinski uh firing uh his defense minister uh big questions about where the money is

00:10:22.860 uh she not going to the g20 biggest story in the last 24 hours the signal not the noise is guess what

00:10:31.000 as war room told you on the day that mccarthy cratered to biden on this horrible two-year uh this 0.64

00:10:38.080 horrible two-year um debt deal two trillion dollars we told you the deficit was going to be two

00:10:44.280 trillion dollars they said it was going to be a trillion we said two trillion uh this thing is

00:10:49.120 exploding the phony business press and by that i mean the wall street journal the financial times of

00:10:56.200 london the new york times business section the washington post they're all like wow how can

00:11:01.080 this be happening with a growing economy how can this deficit they have never called out joe biden

00:11:06.000 for any of the lies he's ever said that he's decreasing the deficit that is all uh propaganda not data

00:11:12.040 uh before us the stark realization by midnight on september 30th we will have a two trillion dollar

00:11:20.200 deficit we told you this back in the spring when they cut this deal this is going to happen everybody

00:11:26.500 said oh no this is overreaction two trillion dollars it's and as we told you then now it's structural

00:11:33.180 because of increased interest rates no matter what kind of voodoo they try to put on this this is a

00:11:39.080 financial meltdown in the country and any type of phony faux prosperity is not prosperity all it is

00:11:46.580 is massive government spending and government spending is not a benefit to you government

00:11:51.640 spending is nothing more than a tax to you and kevin mccarthy's caught right in the middle of his

00:11:56.220 lies now his new lie is no no no no no no no just we just need a cr and then get to an omnibus and we

00:12:02.880 need we can take care of this on long-term spending no the game is over the game is over i've talked to

00:12:08.560 enough uh uh rational uh members and their advisors over the last couple of days mccarthy is going to be

00:12:16.540 put to the wall on this okay he's going to be put to the wall on this no more happy talk no more spin

00:12:22.300 you cut this deal you allowed this to happen all the people that came and said we're going to take

00:12:27.300 this through the appropriations process we're going to get this all out through the appropriations

00:12:30.540 process that was all lies and spin nothing has happened there's no appropriations bills have been

00:12:36.120 approved they have nothing and now all they're going to do is do smoke embarrassing i'll throw you a

00:12:40.340 shiny toy that oh you can't you can't force the biden regime to shut down their own regime

00:12:45.480 because to do that's going to slow down impeachment they're nowhere in impeachment they don't want to

00:12:50.560 do impeachment they're just holding that out as a as a shiny toy you've seen the democrats are in total

00:12:56.480 complete meltdown because the polling the internal polling is much worse than they're even putting out

00:13:00.760 the wall street journals poll has trump in a dead heat we know that those always underweight the trump

00:13:06.040 movement and donna brazil says right there at the top of the show it is a movement a movement unlike

00:13:11.280 any that she's ever seen before and you see morning joe and these people are just aghast that how can

00:13:15.940 possibly be people be supporting this because donald trump put the people of this country in the room

00:13:22.580 and allowed them to be decision makers and that's what they hate him the polling internally is even

00:13:27.440 better than what is out there publicly and they're in full meltdown now they're in total complete meltdown

00:13:32.280 they've got two lines of attack and this is what i want people to keep in mind the one line is all the

00:13:37.560 phony uh all the phony uh lawfare that they're coming after him with to to opportunity cost to

00:13:44.000 tie him down to game to focus on that the other is the um the other is um this uh attack on the 14th

00:13:52.640 amendment the 14th amendment's revving up they know they have no constitutional basis whatsoever for the

00:13:57.940 14th amendment none but they're going to try to kick in the state legislatures and make that a whole 0.99

00:14:02.340 political warfare a psyop that he's not uh eligible because of some uh art that what section three of

00:14:09.740 the of our article or section three of the 14th amendment it's complete total nonsense but as we

00:14:14.840 told you they're going to try to kick up a firestorm in this but the ticking clock the house of

00:14:20.160 representatives going to get back and strip away all the phoniness to what joe biden's been doing to pump

00:14:25.820 the economy up with fiat currency that fiat currency be the federal reserve note you've got in your

00:14:32.320 pocket printed by the fed okay there's obviously a lot going on we're gonna go from texas to georgia

00:14:38.500 to are there are the nazis uh down in uh in florida are they actually government uh workers

00:14:44.780 fbi cia we'll find that all out short break back in a minute in the war room

00:18:48.000 and just keep that keep that rolling. Let me just have the let me just have the audio right there. 0.96

00:18:53.240 Over a hundred years ago. I think it was in 1917. A populist governor governor of Texas

00:18:59.740 was impeached. This is the first time since then. Remember this impeachment as we said on the

00:19:05.960 Saturday special is not really about Ken Paxton. This is a once again in our 30 front war.

00:19:15.720 This is a massive front. And that is because the ascendancy of the Trump movement, the populist

00:19:23.820 movement in Texas versus the old Bush junta. Ken Paxton, remember, beat the golden child,

00:19:33.400 George P. Bush, the grandson of 41, who was going to be the next president, going to be a president

00:19:39.520 here in the future. That will not happen because of the populist grassroots movement.

00:19:44.920 The deplorables, MAGA, all of it tied together down in Texas. And this is why the Bush junta has 0.57

00:19:53.260 teamed with Democrats. This is the exact same thing is going around the country in Texas. It's the

00:19:58.920 impeachment trial of Ken Paxton. Now, we are calling on all MAGA to light the phones up of those senators

00:20:07.720 and tell them, let's wrap this thing up. And also, also, the lieutenant governor, Patrick,

00:20:13.180 Dan Patrick, just go ahead and make sure you get to the lieutenant governor today. Make sure you get

00:20:18.700 to the senators today and say, we want this thing wrapped up quickly. These charges are ridiculous. 0.97

00:20:22.920 This is political. But what you're seeing here in a small scale is exactly what's going on in Georgia. 0.96

00:20:31.300 In Georgia, you have, once again, a radical Democrats working with Kemp, who's a part of

00:20:37.180 the Bush junta, right? He's the Georgia branch of that. That's the donor class, the establishment,

00:20:43.500 the uniparty, working with radical Democrats, working with Fannie Willis. And of course,

00:20:48.440 I don't know if you saw the footage that came out on this film that's been out over the weekend.

00:20:54.060 I think we're going to have that either this afternoon or tomorrow because I just want to make sure

00:20:58.140 we go through and do some checkings. But that is, in Georgia, you've got the exact same thing.

00:21:05.160 What's happening in Texas is the exact same thing that's happening. It's a difference in degree,

00:21:10.740 but not in kind. It is the establishment working with radical Democrats to destroy the Trump movement.

00:21:20.620 In Georgia, of course, they're going after the innocent electors. They're going after President Trump.

00:21:25.940 In Georgia, in Texas, they're going after Ken Paxton, using him as their instrumentality to get to all

00:21:32.620 this. But it's the same fight, the same fight on the on the federal level, the same fight on the

00:21:38.160 national level, where you have radical Democrats partnering with the likes of Chris Christie and

00:21:44.440 the Uniparty, this entire crowd, Sununu, whether it's in New Hampshire, all across the country to

00:21:50.620 thwart President Trump. They're coming at him with all this phony lawfare. Right. And they're trying

00:21:57.000 and trying, trying. They understand it's not it's not sticking. In fact, the Financial Times of London

00:22:02.200 today has a has a piece that now an incredible piece out there that now Trump is kind of a folk hero.

00:22:08.980 And you're seeing Biden. There's a big poll out today that Biden is is losing Hispanic and

00:22:15.520 African-American men. And obviously he can't win without that coalition. The Democrats are actually

00:22:21.820 in panic mode because the lawfare aspect of this is not getting any traction on President Trump.

00:22:28.220 That's where they're coming out on the second line of the second their second vertical. Right.

00:22:33.140 Their second line of work is this 14th Amendment. We told you in the very day that the two federal

00:22:38.620 society member federal society by Leonard Leo, the biggest funder in the conservative movement

00:22:42.660 with his billions of dollars, the Federalist Society comes out with this bogus paper making some

00:22:48.540 ridiculous claim about the Constitution on the 14th Amendment. And there you've got an all sudden I

00:22:54.400 told you legally it means nothing. Constitutionally means nothing. We had Professor Dershowitz on here

00:22:59.500 immediately. We had Mike Davis. We've had other people. But it's not about the Constitution.

00:23:04.120 They want to use as political warfare. They're going to get into the state legislatures. You're

00:23:07.880 going to have this whole firestorm that Trump's not eligible. Why? As they said at the beginning

00:23:12.440 on Morning Joe, this is going to come down. This is going to come down to this very close election

00:23:16.640 that they're going to try to steal again, that they're going to try to steal again. They understand

00:23:21.540 their backs up against the wall. The American people are rejecting this. Why? Because two thirds of the

00:23:26.560 American people believe in MAGA. Two thirds of the American people believe in America first.

00:23:31.360 And they understand that everything the mainstream media has been telling them

00:23:34.820 are bald faced lies. Let me go back to the importance of the two trillion dollar deficit.

00:23:39.920 The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times of London, the business section of the New York Times,

00:23:43.900 the business section of the Washington Post, all of your bettors told you over and over and over again,

00:23:50.460 they repeated. They repeated Biden's lies about how he's cut the deficits. Biden's lies about how

00:23:57.220 he's growing the economy. They've repeated Biden's lies. They've taken a face value and they've provided

00:24:01.820 a massive platform. And now that the hard, cold math is in, and that's by an independent group that

00:24:08.980 does that looks at the budget deficits, two trillion dollars. And it's going to get worse because now

00:24:14.760 it's structural. So McCarthy has nothing to hide behind. Biden has nothing to hide behind.

00:24:19.620 Their moment of truth is here. This is why MAGA, you need to step up. Have Ken Paxton's back in

00:24:28.200 Texas. Have Colton Moore's back in Georgia. Have Donald Trump's back nationwide. If we continue,

00:24:38.040 by the way, have the back of the House Freedom Caucus and the other budget hawks and deficit hawks

00:24:44.380 that are going to come up on this firefight that's going to take place when McCarthy gets back. No more

00:24:49.200 games, normal lies. Where are the cuts? How do you get this thing balanced over time? Where are all

00:24:55.540 these plans that we had? Why did you look the other way? And the messenger, this independent newspaper

00:25:01.680 that's funded by a bunch of big wigs, but occasionally has some pretty good news, has a 0.99

00:25:07.500 huge lead story this morning about why the motion to vacate on McCarthy is real. All they're going to

00:25:13.580 try to do is throw shiny toys out there, shiny toys out there for you to see all the time. And it's not

00:25:18.560 about supplementals. The supplemental should be dead in the water. There should be not even a discussion

00:25:23.200 of any more money for Ukraine. If the Europeans want to put money into the charnel house of Ukraine

00:25:27.800 and allow more Ukrainian young men to get slaughtered, that's their choice. But here in 0.99

00:25:33.000 the United States, no more. The entire festering sore that is the Zelensky regime over there is now 1.00

00:25:41.380 coming to full light. The New York Times even has a story of the weekend. Where is the money? Where did

00:25:46.620 the money go? Why is the defense minister cashiered? Okay, we got Luke Messiahs from Defend Texas,

00:25:53.520 the deputy. He's with us. We're going to keep the split screen. Let's get Luke up. Luke,

00:25:59.440 tell us what's going on. They're swearing in the jurors, the jurors of the senators,

00:26:04.080 the state senators from the state of Texas. What's the state of play down there in Texas on this,

00:26:08.420 on the basically a Moscow show trial of Ken Paxton, sir?

00:26:14.700 It's always important to remember. And Steve, thank you so much for what you've done. I will tell you

00:26:18.500 that we have received far more feedback from Texans who were not that engaged in state politics. So many

00:26:24.140 people follow national politics and your show is what has brought them into this process. This

00:26:29.260 process that you know is really, really important for the future of not only our state, but also our

00:26:34.460 nation. I will say this. It's important to remember that the Texas Senate has always been more responsive

00:26:40.420 to the grassroots. They're more responsive to pressure. Also, they believe. They align with us

00:26:46.480 far more than the Texas House of Representatives does. And so there are many grassroots people that

00:26:50.700 are looking at today and tomorrow with some anticipation that we are going to see something different

00:26:54.820 from the Senate. Every single power broker in Austin, except for the handful of us that actually

00:27:01.400 work with conservatives, are pressuring these senators to draw this trial out, to give it five

00:27:07.400 or six weeks. They're so upset that they might even decide to conclude this within the next week.

00:27:13.020 But the grassroots are putting the pressure on them right now to say, hey, this should have never

00:27:17.940 happened. You were given a sham impeachment. It's time to shut it down.

00:27:20.940 Luke, hang on for one second. I'll hold you through the break. Okay, we're going to take

00:27:25.360 off. We're going to go to break with Billy Joe Shaver. Get thee behind me, Satan. Kind of dig this song.

00:27:31.060 Get thee behind me, Satan. We'll be back. We're going to Texas. We're going to Georgia. We're going to

00:27:35.520 Florida. All of it. Stick around and strap in.

00:27:37.940 Jesus Christ of Nazareth here. Get thee behind me, Satan. Oh, I command it in the name of the Lord, 0.83

00:27:51.500 Jesus Christ. I looked into the mirror and I couldn't see myself. The demons that were in me

00:28:03.640 had turned me wrong, Satan. I knew inside my soul. I was headed straight for hell. But I couldn't

00:28:14.320 for my life figure how to help myself. And I said, get thee behind me, Satan. Oh, I command it in the name of the Lord.

00:28:26.360 Do you ever get the feeling that something bad is about to happen soon? Well, I do. Between the

00:28:32.600 distractions and the shiny toys and the smoke screens put up in the media, you probably won't

00:28:38.660 see it coming. That's why it's smart to invest in emergency food right away. And by right away,

00:28:44.720 I mean now. As they say, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

00:29:34.420 Any motion that could result in dismissal of an article of impeachment to be voted on by the members

00:29:42.420 of the jury, the senators. There are 16 such motions that could result in dismissal of articles

00:29:49.840 of impeachment. Unlike regular session, where members speak and debate on the floor, the members

00:29:58.160 pass rules which do not allow questions, discussions, or debate from the floor. As you know, in a regular

00:30:06.040 trial, a jury does not make public comments during a trial. And neither will this jury. After the members

00:30:12.580 of the court vote on the 16 dispositive motions, I will rule on the remaining eight motions,

00:30:20.460 which the rules require the presiding officer to do. It is possible...

00:30:25.780 Historic in the great state of Texas. And remember, Texas, like California and New York, if they were

00:30:34.420 entities unto their own, would be one of the most powerful economies in the world.

00:30:38.680 It's a state of some of the proudest people in this republic. And the reason is they've earned it.

00:30:44.620 It is a great state with great people. And what is happening there today is power politics,

00:30:49.360 raw power politics, up in your grill. This is about

00:30:53.300 the Trump movement, the populist movement, but the reason

00:30:57.080 it signifies so much, because the last

00:31:01.020 gasp of this Bush

00:31:03.440 junta, the same group that had the back of the Chinese 1.00

00:31:07.440 Communist Party after Tiananmen Square, when General Scowcroft

00:31:11.360 went down at the... He was the national security advisor for Bush 41

00:31:15.740 to tell Deng Xiaoping and the Chinese Communist Party, we got your back.

00:31:19.360 In fact, we'll make sure you get into the World Trade Organization. We'll make sure you get most

00:31:23.020 favored nation status. You just have to kind of clean up your house a little bit

00:31:26.620 for optics, while the blood was still in the pavement, still

00:31:30.740 wet on the pavement of Tiananmen Square, of those patriots that stood up 0.71

00:31:34.780 with the goddess of democracy

00:31:36.660 and said, we want to be free men and women.

00:31:40.660 Think about it for a second. That's what you're up against.

00:31:44.420 Luke Messias,

00:31:46.540 help us out here. Put it in perspective.

00:31:48.600 What's going on in Texas? Why is this important? We had the Saturday special.

00:31:52.260 People's heads were blown up.

00:31:54.160 Why is this historic trial

00:31:55.820 more than just

00:31:57.220 a simple trial about

00:31:59.980 going after an attorney general in Texas?

00:32:02.560 It speaks to bigger issues

00:32:04.300 in this nation today, sir.

00:32:07.100 One of the people

00:32:07.980 on your special was Chairman Matt

00:32:10.080 Rinaldi, who's the chairman of the Republican Party

00:32:11.980 of Texas. And one thing I think we can all

00:32:13.980 say is refreshing is to hear a

00:32:16.080 leader of the Republican Party actually

00:32:18.000 standing up for the grassroots and not just

00:32:19.920 kowtowing, cheerleading for the political

00:32:22.060 class, which is what we usually get.

00:32:23.800 And that is a sign of what

00:32:25.900 we've had building here in Texas,

00:32:27.960 which is that the grassroots are

00:32:29.520 continually taking over.

00:32:31.700 We have more power over

00:32:33.980 the Republican Party than ever before.

00:32:35.520 We have more power in the Republican

00:32:37.760 primary process than ever before.

00:32:39.840 And these politicians are getting sick

00:32:41.920 and tired of it. And in the Texas House

00:32:43.700 specifically, their grasp to power

00:32:46.140 is done, is literally

00:32:47.760 built on this alliance between the

00:32:49.580 61 Democrats and about

00:32:51.320 20, 25 Republicans.

00:32:52.760 And they realize that they can hold

00:32:54.420 a majority in any given time.

00:32:56.100 And so as they felt their power slipping,

00:32:58.060 they realized that they

00:32:59.620 had to shut this down, that this was

00:33:01.340 time to take the head off the snake. 0.94

00:33:02.880 And they saw Ken Paxson as that, as a way

00:33:04.840 to deal a massive blow

00:33:06.520 to the America First movement.

00:33:08.520 And I don't know if you saw

00:33:10.380 this, Steve, literally

00:33:11.440 while we were gone for commercial break, Donald

00:33:13.420 Trump Jr. tweeted out,

00:33:15.220 today marks another milestone

00:33:16.680 in Ken Paxson's career of fighting

00:33:18.500 the Austin Swamp and establishment.

00:33:20.540 Ken will survive and will continue

00:33:22.340 to combat the swamp in Texas

00:33:23.700 to put America first.

00:33:25.300 I'm looking forward to the upcoming

00:33:26.620 2024 primary season.

00:33:28.640 Rhino hunting season starts

00:33:30.520 soon.

00:33:31.700 And that's what we're doing.

00:33:33.080 I mean, we're literally,

00:33:33.920 I've been fielding calls

00:33:34.980 from people that three months ago

00:33:37.320 had no intention of running for office.

00:33:38.860 And now saying, hey,

00:33:40.260 my incumbent Republican

00:33:41.580 is a sellout

00:33:42.580 and we need somebody better.

00:33:43.760 I'm going to stand up.

00:33:44.620 And then they're calling friends of theirs

00:33:45.840 who are upset about this.

00:33:47.260 But more people need to know

00:33:48.540 I was at a Labor Day gathering

00:33:49.920 with family

00:33:51.060 and one of my good family members

00:33:52.440 who's very conservative

00:33:53.480 did not know about the impeachment.

00:33:55.560 The vast majority of Republicans do,

00:33:56.940 but some of these patriots don't.

00:33:59.020 And so

00:33:59.460 if you don't know about this,

00:34:01.520 you need to take action.

00:34:02.620 Reach out to your state senator's office

00:34:03.960 right now

00:34:04.720 and call them.

00:34:06.060 Look, the senators can't tell you

00:34:07.500 how they're going to vote

00:34:08.240 because they're a jury, right?

00:34:10.500 But the reality is

00:34:11.700 that their staff

00:34:12.780 are still communicating to them

00:34:14.500 what their constituents are saying.

00:34:17.020 So these senators, 0.80

00:34:17.940 when they finish up today,

00:34:18.940 they will walk back.

00:34:19.900 And if this isn't concluded today,

00:34:21.340 these senators are going to walk back in 0.95

00:34:22.660 and their staff

00:34:23.720 are going to sit down and tell them.

00:34:24.960 And I've been in Capitol offices

00:34:26.600 every single session

00:34:27.440 since I was 17 years old.

00:34:28.920 Their staff is going to sit down

00:34:30.080 with them and tell them,

00:34:31.500 sir,

00:34:32.500 we got,

00:34:33.120 you know,

00:34:34.040 a thousand phone calls today

00:34:35.340 and 900 of them told you

00:34:36.880 to vote against this impeachment.

00:34:38.360 You decide what you're going to do,

00:34:39.940 but that's the feedback we're getting.

00:34:41.900 And so

00:34:42.280 I will just say that

00:34:43.180 the patriots on your show

00:34:44.780 and others have been,

00:34:45.520 you know,

00:34:46.540 shutting down the phone lines,

00:34:47.600 but we can't stop.

00:34:48.700 We have to literally

00:34:49.500 keep this barrage up

00:34:50.580 because every bit of pressure

00:34:52.140 is to tell these guys to sell out.

00:34:53.620 There was a text message

00:34:54.560 that went statewide

00:34:55.220 to millions of Republicans

00:34:56.440 set up by this group

00:34:58.020 that was created

00:34:58.540 just a couple days ago.

00:34:59.840 And they were freaking out

00:35:00.860 because the grassroots

00:35:01.520 are just completely bombarding them.

00:35:03.380 So they text out

00:35:04.420 chapter one

00:35:05.280 of the Paxton saga,

00:35:06.260 all these attacks

00:35:06.940 on Ken Paxton.

00:35:08.040 And we realized

00:35:08.700 that the guy who started it

00:35:09.880 is a guy named Chad Wilbanks,

00:35:11.460 who's a former executive director

00:35:12.940 of the Republican Party of Texas,

00:35:14.480 is mad that Matt Rinaldi

00:35:15.640 and others

00:35:16.060 are actually running the party

00:35:17.360 in a conservative direction.

00:35:18.640 The last thing this guy

00:35:19.540 did in Texas politics

00:35:20.680 was try to

00:35:21.320 defeat Rick Perry

00:35:22.920 for re-election

00:35:23.520 with Kay Bailey Hutchinson.

00:35:24.940 I mean,

00:35:25.160 literally,

00:35:25.540 he has represented

00:35:26.500 the worst of the worst

00:35:27.400 of the worst

00:35:27.960 in Texas politics.

00:35:29.840 Now he's a registered lobbyist

00:35:31.300 and he's starting up

00:35:32.300 shady groups

00:35:33.080 to try to see

00:35:33.800 if he can't help

00:35:34.600 take down Ken Paxton.

00:35:35.760 That's what we're up against.

00:35:36.780 John Cornyn,

00:35:37.860 George P. Bush,

00:35:38.720 the rest of the Bush family,

00:35:39.980 Texans for Lawsuit Reform,

00:35:41.200 all of these moderate groups.

00:35:42.600 Texans for Lawsuit Reform

00:35:43.480 is the number one donor

00:35:45.020 to six, seven,

00:35:47.000 eight of the Republican senators

00:35:48.280 that are sitting there right now.

00:35:49.820 And they have specifically told them,

00:35:52.240 you need to vote

00:35:54.000 against dismissing these charges.

00:35:56.000 You have to sit there

00:35:57.080 for six weeks

00:35:57.840 and run Ken through

00:35:58.800 because Texans for Lawsuit Reform

00:36:00.500 want to end

00:36:00.980 Ken's political career.

00:36:02.020 So they're like,

00:36:03.220 look,

00:36:03.400 I don't care

00:36:04.080 even if you ultimately

00:36:05.200 vote against impeaching him,

00:36:06.520 just make him suffer

00:36:07.780 for six weeks

00:36:08.480 because hopefully

00:36:09.040 that will put us

00:36:10.560 as moderates

00:36:11.220 in a better position

00:36:12.020 to get our own statewide elected

00:36:13.680 when Ken Paxton leaves.

00:36:15.300 That's what we're up against.

00:36:18.300 Luke,

00:36:18.780 where should people go today?

00:36:19.880 What's your website?

00:36:21.040 How do they get

00:36:21.600 to the lieutenant governor's office?

00:36:23.340 Where do they go

00:36:24.100 to make these calls?

00:36:25.400 Because I know people

00:36:26.020 are going to want to load in on this.

00:36:27.460 We can always tell by the chat

00:36:28.400 people are fired up.

00:36:29.500 Yep.

00:36:29.700 So what do folks do today?

00:36:31.180 So if they want to go

00:36:32.860 to what we're doing,

00:36:33.620 which is kind of building

00:36:34.440 this entire movement in Texas,

00:36:36.260 that's defendtexasliberty.com.

00:36:37.920 That's what you've sent

00:36:38.580 multiple people to.

00:36:39.620 Really appreciate that.

00:36:40.680 If they want to

00:36:41.940 contact their senator,

00:36:43.520 I actually represent,

00:36:44.640 I actually recommend

00:36:45.460 just going to

00:36:45.980 Who Represents Me Texas.

00:36:47.800 You can just Google that in.

00:36:48.920 There's a Senate website.

00:36:50.000 There's other places

00:36:50.600 just Who Represents Me.

00:36:52.060 And they can

00:36:52.780 type in their address,

00:36:54.320 click enter,

00:36:54.800 and it will pull up

00:36:55.580 their state senator.

00:36:56.380 They click right there

00:36:57.100 and his office phone number,

00:36:58.240 direct office line,

00:36:59.100 is right there.

00:36:59.580 That's the easy way

00:37:00.640 if they don't know

00:37:01.280 the senator that represents them.

00:37:02.620 If they know

00:37:02.980 who their state senator is,

00:37:04.320 they just need to go

00:37:05.260 to his office website

00:37:06.180 and call that number.

00:37:07.300 I'm telling you,

00:37:08.260 your followers know this

00:37:10.520 more than most people,

00:37:11.460 but the staff actually listen.

00:37:13.940 They tally all of this up.

00:37:16.080 And so that's why

00:37:16.720 we continue to tell people

00:37:17.880 to reach out

00:37:18.380 to their senators directly.

00:37:19.860 If they know somebody

00:37:20.800 in the state

00:37:21.460 that has more political influence,

00:37:22.860 they should call them

00:37:23.580 and say,

00:37:24.180 have you reached out

00:37:25.000 to the political people

00:37:25.880 you know,

00:37:26.320 the power brokers you know?

00:37:27.340 If they're a donor

00:37:28.340 who's donated to people

00:37:29.500 in the past,

00:37:30.160 they need to text the people

00:37:31.360 they've donated to

00:37:32.200 and said,

00:37:33.000 hey,

00:37:33.240 I have worked hard

00:37:34.560 and fought for you

00:37:35.620 because I believe

00:37:36.940 that you've represented me.

00:37:38.600 Why is this happening?

00:37:39.860 So all of that

00:37:40.800 direct communication,

00:37:42.020 communication in the offices,

00:37:43.080 this is all important.

00:37:44.640 And that's how people

00:37:45.180 have their voices heard.

00:37:46.620 Ultimately,

00:37:46.940 the senators are going to decide,

00:37:48.280 but hearing from their people

00:37:50.080 is going to have

00:37:50.480 a massive influence.

00:37:53.360 Luke,

00:37:53.820 thank you very much.

00:37:54.560 One more time,

00:37:55.040 where do people go

00:37:55.580 for your site?

00:37:56.180 DefendTexasLiberty.com

00:37:58.900 And can you give us

00:38:01.460 your social media

00:38:02.080 because people

00:38:02.540 are going to want

00:38:04.000 to follow this

00:38:04.700 blow by blow.

00:38:06.100 And I will be updating

00:38:07.160 on my Twitter

00:38:08.360 or X,

00:38:09.240 whatever you call it,

00:38:09.860 but I'll be up there

00:38:10.660 like literally

00:38:11.460 giving out

00:38:12.420 multiple updates.

00:38:13.600 It's at LukeMassiasTX,

00:38:15.860 at LukeMassiasTX

00:38:17.860 and I will make sure

00:38:18.780 to keep everyone

00:38:19.860 updated on everything

00:38:21.580 happening on the Senate floor

00:38:22.640 and I know you will too.

00:38:23.440 Luke,

00:38:25.740 great job.

00:38:26.480 Thank you.

00:38:28.620 We're going to pivot

00:38:29.400 now to Georgia.

00:38:30.500 It's the same fight,

00:38:32.220 different people

00:38:34.060 in the drama.

00:38:35.300 Just like on Capitol Hill,

00:38:36.960 remember,

00:38:37.820 this is

00:38:38.340 establishment Republicans

00:38:40.220 working with

00:38:41.160 radical Democrats

00:38:42.100 to try to thwart

00:38:43.120 the Trump movement,

00:38:44.580 President Trump,

00:38:45.380 the populist movement.

00:38:46.280 In Texas,

00:38:47.360 it's the trial

00:38:48.240 of Ken Paxton.

00:38:49.720 In Georgia,

00:38:50.300 it's Fonnie Willis

00:38:51.720 working with Kemp,

00:38:53.140 right?

00:38:53.800 The Bush, 0.85

00:38:54.720 the Bush representative

00:38:57.440 in Georgia,

00:38:58.520 Brian Kemp,

00:38:59.440 the governor,

00:39:00.240 working with a radical

00:39:01.300 Fonnie Willis

00:39:02.260 and of course

00:39:02.680 this disastrous sheriff

00:39:03.880 they got down there.

00:39:05.120 In Washington, D.C.,

00:39:07.260 it's Kevin McCarthy

00:39:08.220 basically hugging

00:39:10.180 Hakeem Jeffries

00:39:11.520 to get, what,

00:39:12.700 80 votes

00:39:13.240 to pass the death ceiling bill

00:39:14.400 when 70 Republicans

00:39:16.420 said no

00:39:17.740 and you're going to see

00:39:18.300 more of that.

00:39:18.780 It's always the same.

00:39:20.540 It's the uniparty

00:39:21.500 and now they're exposed.

00:39:22.620 Let's go to

00:39:23.380 Colton Moore,

00:39:24.580 Senator Colton Moore

00:39:25.540 in the great state

00:39:26.700 of Georgia.

00:39:27.680 Senator,

00:39:28.340 thank you for sitting

00:39:29.720 through the Texas part of it.

00:39:30.900 You see the fight

00:39:31.560 our brothers and sisters

00:39:32.560 in Texas have

00:39:33.500 very similar to yours, sir?

00:39:35.980 Absolutely.

00:39:36.680 Very similar.

00:39:38.640 You know,

00:39:38.960 what's crazy about it

00:39:40.320 is how hard

00:39:41.200 they come after you

00:39:42.380 when you start

00:39:43.000 exposing these rhinos

00:39:44.460 and, you know,

00:39:45.660 there's going to be

00:39:46.080 no different in my case.

00:39:47.460 I mean,

00:39:48.320 like we've talked about

00:39:49.220 on your show before,

00:39:50.220 I mean,

00:39:50.540 my fellow caucus members

00:39:51.860 are considering voting me out

00:39:53.620 apparently, 0.79

00:39:54.780 which is absolutely ridiculous, 0.93

00:39:56.160 right? 0.69

00:39:57.140 We've got

00:39:57.820 the chairman of ethics

00:39:59.580 who signed on,

00:40:01.100 the chairman of our ethics

00:40:02.000 committee in the Senate,

00:40:02.740 he signed on

00:40:03.760 saying that Georgia

00:40:04.940 was the number one state

00:40:06.140 for election integrity

00:40:07.360 and that we

00:40:08.480 calling a special session

00:40:10.420 would be a waste

00:40:11.360 of taxpayer dollars.

00:40:13.100 Stephen,

00:40:13.380 this is the guy

00:40:14.180 who chairs the committee

00:40:15.400 that under Georgia law

00:40:17.280 would have full subpoena power

00:40:19.560 against Fonnie Willis,

00:40:21.280 would have the ability

00:40:22.260 to bring her in,

00:40:23.200 subpoena documents,

00:40:24.360 and could do

00:40:25.220 all the questioning,

00:40:26.320 but he's saying

00:40:27.200 that a special session

00:40:28.200 would be too costly.

00:40:30.020 You know,

00:40:30.320 I mean,

00:40:30.780 I'm exposing

00:40:32.300 these rhinos, Steve,

00:40:33.680 and that's why

00:40:34.480 I need your audience

00:40:35.940 to go to

00:40:36.880 coltonmoore.com

00:40:38.580 and get involved

00:40:39.360 because I need more ammo

00:40:40.620 to expose

00:40:41.380 more of these rhinos.

00:40:44.620 Now,

00:40:45.060 you're going to have

00:40:45.420 a press conference,

00:40:46.460 correct me if I'm wrong,

00:40:47.140 I think the way

00:40:47.580 this plays out this week,

00:40:48.520 you're going to have

00:40:48.880 a press conference

00:40:49.660 on Thursday.

00:40:51.140 Of course,

00:40:51.500 some very explosive material

00:40:52.760 came out over the weekend.

00:40:54.260 We're trying to vet it.

00:40:55.320 We either have it

00:40:55.880 this afternoon or tomorrow

00:40:56.840 about Fulton County,

00:40:58.480 which is kind of mind-blowing

00:40:59.600 from what I've seen

00:41:00.820 of these films

00:41:01.560 that are out there

00:41:02.320 and this other material

00:41:03.660 which we're still trying to vet.

00:41:05.380 But where do we stand

00:41:06.600 with members of your caucus

00:41:08.280 having your back?

00:41:09.460 I mean,

00:41:09.680 has anybody really

00:41:10.540 stepped up here?

00:41:11.720 It's bad enough count,

00:41:12.820 but what about

00:41:13.400 these people

00:41:14.560 that are supposed

00:41:15.220 to be

00:41:16.100 accountable

00:41:17.460 to the citizens?

00:41:19.980 Georgia is a MAGA state.

00:41:22.360 Why are these senators

00:41:23.440 not coming to your

00:41:24.360 cause right now

00:41:26.000 just to get into

00:41:26.940 the Fawney-Willis

00:41:27.720 of it all?

00:41:28.980 You know,

00:41:29.540 anytime one of these senators 0.98

00:41:30.680 texts me or say,

00:41:32.060 you know,

00:41:32.320 Colton,

00:41:32.700 you're going too far on this,

00:41:34.320 I send them back

00:41:35.220 a study, Steve,

00:41:36.460 by the University of Georgia

00:41:37.880 and the AJC,

00:41:39.140 which is an extremely

00:41:40.180 liberal newspaper,

00:41:41.160 the Atlanta Journal-Constitution,

00:41:42.800 and they say 83%,

00:41:45.160 83% of Georgians

00:41:46.920 agree that what

00:41:48.060 Fawney-Willis is doing

00:41:49.280 is being,

00:41:50.140 it's all on politicization,

00:41:51.960 right?

00:41:53.500 Her constitutional role 0.99

00:41:55.440 is not to politicize

00:41:57.380 her role.

00:41:58.480 Her role is to bring justice 0.77

00:42:00.080 to the citizens

00:42:00.840 of Fulton County

00:42:01.720 and instead,

00:42:02.700 she's taking on

00:42:03.320 political prisoners

00:42:04.060 and 83% of Georgians

00:42:05.640 recognize that.

00:42:06.600 Colton,

00:42:09.980 can you hang with us

00:42:10.780 for a second?

00:42:11.500 We'll just take a short

00:42:12.140 commercial break.

00:42:12.860 I know you're jammed,

00:42:13.940 but we just,

00:42:14.400 I got a couple more questions

00:42:15.420 I want to go through

00:42:16.260 with you.

00:42:18.000 This is why we,

00:42:18.880 this is why we started

00:42:19.700 the show.

00:42:20.200 Remember,

00:42:20.720 a year from now,

00:42:21.820 this is going to be

00:42:22.720 the most intense

00:42:23.680 run-up to the 2024 election.

00:42:26.360 This is the first day back,

00:42:28.340 first day back to school,

00:42:29.400 first day back to work,

00:42:30.380 summer is over.

00:42:31.180 And what you see

00:42:32.240 is the Democrats

00:42:33.160 with establishment Republicans,

00:42:35.200 whether it's in New Hampshire,

00:42:37.000 whether it's in Georgia,

00:42:38.340 whether it's in Texas,

00:42:39.680 whether it's at the national level,

00:42:41.000 and the game is up

00:42:42.040 because they no longer

00:42:43.920 can hide behind

00:42:44.880 just a pliant media

00:42:46.160 because we're going

00:42:46.960 to be all over this.

00:42:48.420 And the biggest lie

00:42:49.200 they've told

00:42:49.620 in this entire situation,

00:42:51.500 the lie that has

00:42:52.240 the biggest impact

00:42:53.060 on you immediately,

00:42:54.440 is this lie

00:42:55.180 of what they've done

00:42:56.100 about spending.

00:42:57.620 Bald face lie,

00:42:59.060 and they knew it

00:42:59.740 at the time,

00:43:00.660 and the business media

00:43:01.760 covered it up,

00:43:03.360 and nobody else

00:43:04.060 dug down on it.

00:43:05.180 And that is why

00:43:06.100 the days of Kevin McCarthy

00:43:08.040 have to be numbered

00:43:09.100 unless he gets

00:43:10.260 with the program,

00:43:11.020 not his program,

00:43:12.460 the program.

00:43:13.800 Short break.

00:43:15.040 Going to go back

00:43:15.880 to Georgia,

00:43:16.500 Senator Colton Moore

00:43:17.360 in a minute

00:43:18.540 in the war room.

00:43:20.280 Because we're taking

00:43:21.380 down the CCP.

00:43:24.400 Spread the word

00:43:25.080 all through Hong Kong.

00:43:26.700 We will fight 0.98

00:43:27.560 till they're all gone. 0.98

00:43:28.700 We rejoice

00:43:30.080 when there's no more.

00:43:31.100 Let's take down

00:43:32.100 the CCP.

00:43:33.860 There's a lot

00:43:34.500 to be nervous about

00:43:35.280 out there.

00:43:35.780 Open social media

00:43:37.040 or turn on the news

00:43:38.060 and all you see

00:43:38.820 is crime

00:43:39.520 and societal decay.

00:43:41.800 A lot of people

00:43:42.640 just run out

00:43:43.220 and buy a gun

00:43:43.940 and then it sits

00:43:44.680 in a safe.

00:43:46.000 If there's ever

00:43:46.580 an emergency,

00:43:47.720 they're not going

00:43:48.320 to be prepared

00:43:49.360 and run the risk

00:43:50.720 of hurting themselves

00:43:51.880 or others.

00:43:53.520 There's no way

00:43:54.180 around it.

00:43:54.960 You need to train

00:43:56.120 and you need

00:43:57.160 to train often.

00:43:58.840 Unfortunately,

00:43:59.560 it's time consuming

00:44:00.420 to go to the range.

00:44:01.540 Assuming there's

00:44:02.480 even one nearby

00:44:03.200 and ammo prices

00:44:04.220 are through the roof.

00:44:05.940 iTarget was invented

00:44:07.180 so you could practice

00:44:08.040 anytime in the safety

00:44:09.240 and convenience

00:44:09.860 of your own home.

00:44:11.660 Simply download

00:44:12.840 the iTarget Pro app,

00:44:15.260 load your caliber

00:44:16.040 specific laser bullet

00:44:17.520 into your firearm

00:44:18.580 and start training.

00:44:20.720 Practice alone,

00:44:22.020 compete with friends

00:44:22.980 or use it

00:44:23.980 to safely train

00:44:25.100 friends and family

00:44:26.320 who are new

00:44:27.020 to firearms.

00:44:38.100 competitive shooters

00:44:56.920 Your host,

00:44:58.040 Stephen K. Bannon.

00:45:02.620 Colton Moore,

00:45:04.180 what is it going to take

00:45:05.360 what is it going to take

00:45:06.620 to rattle some cages

00:45:07.660 down there

00:45:08.240 in Georgia

00:45:09.520 with Kemp

00:45:10.040 and with these senators

00:45:10.940 because just like in Texas

00:45:12.660 it's really the center

00:45:14.060 of gravity down there

00:45:15.000 is going to be the Senate

00:45:16.160 about calling a special session

00:45:17.380 forcing the governor to

00:45:18.680 what is it going to take?

00:45:21.000 What's your recommendation?

00:45:21.880 What does this audience

00:45:22.560 need to do?

00:45:24.520 Steve,

00:45:25.040 I love it

00:45:25.720 every time

00:45:26.380 the governor of Georgia

00:45:27.360 or one of my fellow senators

00:45:28.840 goes to a microphone

00:45:30.080 because right now

00:45:31.040 they continue

00:45:31.800 to expose themselves

00:45:33.460 as rhinos, right?

00:45:34.840 They say that

00:45:35.380 a special session

00:45:36.260 is too expensive

00:45:37.260 $50,000 a day

00:45:39.240 but yet they're willing

00:45:40.300 to spend billions

00:45:41.140 of dollars

00:45:41.680 on film tax credits. 0.51

00:45:43.160 Absolutely ridiculous. 0.79

00:45:44.080 They keep saying 0.79

00:45:45.160 that we're the number one

00:45:46.040 state for election integrity

00:45:47.480 completely ignoring the fact

00:45:49.100 that 40,000 affidavits

00:45:51.460 you know

00:45:52.160 showed up

00:45:52.620 that showcased election fraud.

00:45:54.560 So I love it

00:45:55.300 when they go to the microphone

00:45:56.260 and they expose themselves

00:45:57.540 but it's going to

00:45:58.900 take the constituencies

00:46:00.780 of these senators

00:46:01.820 and these representatives

00:46:02.860 to remind them

00:46:04.680 that they need

00:46:05.940 to take action

00:46:06.740 that pointing the finger

00:46:07.980 at a prosecutorial commission

00:46:09.340 or pointing the finger

00:46:10.420 at the bar association

00:46:11.460 or whatever they're

00:46:12.340 pointing the finger at

00:46:13.280 is not doing their job.

00:46:15.460 You know the governor said

00:46:16.440 calling for a special session

00:46:17.820 may not be constitutional

00:46:19.100 but a prosecutorial commission was.

00:46:22.120 Think about that

00:46:22.820 for a second.

00:46:24.000 We as a legislature

00:46:25.180 created a prosecutorial commission.

00:46:27.300 Now how did we give

00:46:28.160 something the authority

00:46:29.320 to investigate and impeach

00:46:31.220 if we didn't already

00:46:32.240 have that authority ourselves?

00:46:34.180 You know he continues

00:46:35.000 to say that this is all

00:46:36.100 about separation of powers

00:46:37.620 but any high school kid

00:46:39.260 coming out of government class

00:46:40.560 knows that we have

00:46:42.280 checks and balances

00:46:43.280 and the legislative's

00:46:44.340 great check and balance

00:46:45.560 is you can pull away the funds

00:46:47.680 when you see a judicial officer

00:46:50.060 not doing her constitutional duty.

00:46:52.440 So I encourage

00:46:53.360 all of your listeners in Georgia

00:46:55.020 call up triple down

00:46:57.260 call up these senators

00:46:58.400 call up these representatives

00:46:59.940 go to your local GOP meeting

00:47:01.740 the Chatham County GOP

00:47:03.540 just put a letter out

00:47:04.860 their members voted unanimously

00:47:07.180 to support a special session

00:47:09.280 even though their senator

00:47:10.780 thinks that it would be

00:47:12.100 a waste of money.

00:47:13.500 So that's where we are today.

00:47:14.780 If you live outside of the state

00:47:16.120 listen I'm exposing these rhinos

00:47:18.600 each and every day.

00:47:20.240 I just need to ammo up.

00:47:21.920 So if you can go to

00:47:22.780 coltonmoore.com

00:47:24.140 and send over some more money

00:47:26.460 that we can send

00:47:27.700 and translate into text messages

00:47:29.660 into these senators' districts

00:47:31.260 reminding them that it is

00:47:32.940 their Republican senator

00:47:34.620 who is standing in the way

00:47:36.300 of justice today.

00:47:39.380 Colton what's your

00:47:40.180 what's your social media?

00:47:41.240 How do people follow you

00:47:41.960 on social media

00:47:42.520 for momentarily

00:47:43.900 moment by moment updates?

00:47:46.120 That's right.

00:47:46.540 If you're on X

00:47:47.300 it's real Colton Moore

00:47:48.740 just like real Donald Trump.

00:47:52.820 Colton, Senator Moore

00:47:53.780 thank you very much.

00:47:54.760 I look forward to your

00:47:55.460 press conference.

00:47:56.220 I guess it's right now

00:47:56.900 targeted for Thursday.

00:47:59.140 We'll be

00:47:59.480 hopefully be there live.

00:48:00.620 That's right.

00:48:01.740 All right.

00:48:02.140 Hope you can come out too.

00:48:03.140 We're going to have a

00:48:03.600 Freedom Caucus event

00:48:04.480 at noon just following.

00:48:05.420 Oh perfect.

00:48:08.500 Yeah we'll definitely

00:48:09.460 pick that up.

00:48:10.060 Thank you sir.

00:48:11.060 Thanks.

00:48:12.080 The fact that local

00:48:13.220 the state Freedom Caucuses

00:48:14.800 are on fire

00:48:15.520 this afternoon

00:48:16.260 we're going to try

00:48:16.780 to get Montana on here.

00:48:18.000 We're going to try

00:48:18.320 to go around the states

00:48:19.180 and see what's going on

00:48:20.160 at the state Freedom Caucuses

00:48:21.980 as the grassroots

00:48:22.740 powers up.

00:48:23.520 Remember

00:48:23.760 all of these fights

00:48:25.040 because you have

00:48:25.560 too much power right now

00:48:26.580 that you're starting

00:48:27.380 to get too much power

00:48:28.140 they want to stop

00:48:29.240 this in its tracks.

00:48:30.980 This movement is growing

00:48:32.020 it's growing in every community

00:48:33.460 it's growing in every precinct

00:48:34.880 it's growing in every state

00:48:36.460 and the powers that be

00:48:37.940 the Uniparty

00:48:38.600 don't want it.

00:48:39.700 That's why

00:48:40.220 this house fight

00:48:41.520 is going to be so monumental.

00:48:43.560 This house fight

00:48:44.320 the Uniparty

00:48:45.220 is going to sit there

00:48:46.000 and lie to you

00:48:46.880 going to look at you

00:48:47.680 in the eye

00:48:48.000 with a straight face

00:48:48.880 and lie to you

00:48:49.640 about everything

00:48:50.100 with the budget

00:48:50.620 the numbers are out.

00:48:51.900 It's a two trillion dollar

00:48:53.120 deficit

00:48:53.480 just like we told you

00:48:55.000 here in the war room

00:48:55.660 on the day

00:48:56.200 that thing was signed

00:48:57.500 and now these deficits

00:48:58.640 are going to be in perpetuity

00:48:59.620 and they can't lie

00:49:00.260 any more about it.

00:49:01.700 Go to birchgold.com

00:49:03.240 right now

00:49:03.800 we've got a whole

00:49:04.580 we have a whole

00:49:05.880 chapter

00:49:07.680 on the debt trap

00:49:09.240 you've got a whole chapter

00:49:10.680 on de-dollarization

00:49:12.300 you've got a whole chapter

00:49:13.400 on the politics of money

00:49:14.600 we've got three installments

00:49:15.760 we're coming out

00:49:16.320 with a fourth installment

00:49:17.320 you can find out

00:49:18.340 everything about

00:49:18.940 what happened in Durban

00:49:19.840 everything about

00:49:20.460 what happened

00:49:20.760 with alternative currencies

00:49:21.980 they're trying to get up

00:49:23.160 against the U.S. dollar

00:49:24.180 because the Uniparty

00:49:26.160 is burying people

00:49:27.080 throughout the world

00:49:27.780 and taking their purchasing power

00:49:29.020 make sure you go to

00:49:29.700 birchgold.com

00:49:30.720 slash Bannon right now

00:49:32.020 and ask the all-important question

00:49:33.860 why is the Federal Reserve

00:49:35.280 focused on a central bank

00:49:36.760 digital currency

00:49:37.580 while the rest of the central banks

00:49:38.960 of the global south

00:49:40.580 that have the resources

00:49:41.880 are buying gold

00:49:43.120 at a record

00:49:43.680 a record rate

00:49:44.780 just ask that question

00:49:45.780 ask Philip Patrick

00:49:46.860 and his team over at Birch Gold

00:49:47.860 just ask that question

00:49:48.820 wait for the response

00:49:49.980 then I want you to think about it

00:49:51.560 this show

00:49:52.780 The War Room

00:49:53.300 is about human agency

00:49:54.300 it's about free men and women

00:49:55.520 making decisions

00:49:56.360 coming together

00:49:57.180 as teammates

00:49:58.360 to thwart

00:49:59.080 the uniparty

00:50:00.420 to thwart the globalists

00:50:01.640 and they don't like it

00:50:02.700 in fact they hate it

00:50:03.620 they want to put

00:50:04.200 President Trump

00:50:05.260 in prison

00:50:06.180 for what is it

00:50:06.940 six or seven hundred years

00:50:08.060 think about that for a second

00:50:09.040 understanding that's failing

00:50:10.980 now they've got a bogus

00:50:11.980 political warfare

00:50:12.880 psyop

00:50:13.560 on the 14th amendment

00:50:15.480 that's going to roll hard

00:50:16.580 everywhere

00:50:17.600 it's the same

00:50:18.680 it's radical democrats

00:50:20.420 with Reiner Bush

00:50:21.900 type republicans

00:50:23.000 working against

00:50:24.020 the populist movement

00:50:24.940 working against

00:50:25.640 the nationalists

00:50:26.300 working against

00:50:26.880 the populist

00:50:27.520 working against

00:50:28.160 the Trump movement

00:50:28.860 working against

00:50:29.460 President Trump

00:50:30.120 whether it's in

00:50:30.940 Capitol Hill

00:50:31.540 whether it's the

00:50:32.420 Sununus in New Hampshire

00:50:33.420 whether it's Kemp

00:50:34.380 down in Georgia

00:50:35.040 which the Bush

00:50:36.100 Hunter

00:50:36.660 down in Texas

00:50:37.720 it's the same battle

00:50:39.460 on a different

00:50:40.400 battlefield

00:50:40.840 okay

00:50:41.620 we're going to take you

00:50:42.940 out with a song

00:50:43.740 that kind of revs us up

00:50:44.720 here on a kickoff

00:50:46.040 not just the work week

00:50:47.040 but the first day back

00:50:48.480 because summer is over

00:50:50.700 short commercial break

00:50:52.320 we have Laura Loomer

00:50:53.160 we have Jim Hoff

00:50:55.180 I hope

00:50:55.860 and a lot more

00:50:57.080 in the second hour

00:50:57.900 stick around

00:50:58.560 Jesus Christ

00:51:00.200 of Nazareth

00:51:02.040 here

00:51:02.580 get deep behind

00:51:04.360 these signals

00:51:05.380 oh I command

00:51:07.520 in the name

00:51:09.320 of the Lord

00:51:10.740 Jesus Christ

00:51:12.520 I looked into

00:51:15.860 the mirror

00:51:16.780 and I couldn't

00:51:18.580 see myself

00:51:20.040 the demons

00:51:21.800 that were in me

00:51:23.320 had turned me

00:51:24.860 wrong side out

00:51:26.280 I knew inside

00:51:28.380 my soul

00:51:29.280 I was headed

00:51:30.640 straight for hell

00:51:32.200 but I couldn't

00:51:34.000 for my life

00:51:35.440 figure how

00:51:36.880 to help

00:51:37.580 myself

00:51:38.520 and I said

00:51:39.600 get deep behind

00:51:41.540 these signals

00:51:42.440 for I commanded

00:51:44.680 in the name

00:51:46.320 of the Lord

00:51:47.760 Jesus Christ

00:51:49.540 of Nazareth

00:51:51.240 here

00:51:51.940 get deep behind

00:51:53.820 these signals

00:51:54.740 for I commanded

00:51:57.060 in the name

00:51:58.640 of the Lord

00:52:00.140 Jesus Christ

00:52:01.900 the moon

00:52:04.580 and stars

00:52:05.540 were hidden

00:52:06.360 by the shroud

00:52:07.860 that clouded round

00:52:09.440 I could see

00:52:10.920 my loved ones

00:52:12.140 weeping

00:52:12.800 as they lowered

00:52:14.060 me in the ground

00:52:15.740 no word

00:52:17.180 was spoken

00:52:17.980 over me

00:52:19.280 I almost

00:52:20.560 thought I'd

00:52:21.260 die

00:52:21.740 then I knew

00:52:23.120 I wasn't

00:52:24.280 dead

00:52:24.860 I had been

00:52:26.060 buried

00:52:26.960 alive

00:52:28.000 and I said

00:52:29.000 get deep behind

00:52:30.900 these signals

00:52:31.740 for I commanded

00:52:34.080 in the name

00:52:35.700 of the Lord

00:52:37.140 Jesus Christ

00:52:38.940 of Nazareth

00:52:40.780 here

00:52:41.340 get deep behind

00:52:43.180 these signals

00:52:44.060 for I commanded

00:52:46.420 in the name

00:52:48.060 of the Lord

00:52:49.440 Jesus Christ

00:52:51.220 I couldn't

00:52:54.160 see my hand

00:52:55.640 for war room

00:52:56.620 veterans

00:52:57.540 you know

00:52:58.100 we have been
