00:01:19.680 I want to just make sure we continue to have that in the box. That's the reading of the names. They've been at this for hours and we're only at the M's.
00:01:30.620 also it's unexpected. I want to thank the audience. A lot of great comments about our coverage of this which we do every year. It but it speaks volumes that the media doesn't want to cover this right on the 20th anniversary when something like that occurs. They're forced to you never see the footage of 9-11. You never see the footage of the towers anymore. You never they don't cover this wall to wall which they should do all the the cable.
00:02:00.600 And quite frankly the broadcast networks. Remember they get essentially a free license. And part of that or the free license predicated upon being a public service to have news and specials. Think about that for a second. The broadcast news.
00:02:16.520 They should they should willingly and want to cover this. Why. Why don't they. Why does no one want to talk about this.
00:02:24.660 And like I said you know there's just more information out a couple of months ago about two of the hijackers being somehow somehow part of the CIA's recruitment program at Alec station. Right. There's another part of the report that wasn't in the 9-11 commission report. I'll get to that in a minute. But let's go back to the site.
00:02:47.860 We have David Zeer and Tara Dahl with fireman Ken Corrigan. David take it away. Let's let's get an update.
00:02:55.760 I just wanted to add that you know about 70 percent of these illegals in New York City right now are single-aged males.
00:03:04.680 You know they're not families. They're not refugees. And they're coming here from you know 160 countries.
00:03:10.980 It doesn't take a 9-11 scale attack to inflict damage. Most of the attacks in New York City have been what they call lone wolf attacks.
00:03:20.000 Inspire the Halloween driver running over eight people on the bicycle path just a block from here in 2017 the subway bomb.
00:03:27.900 All these guys you know even even the Palestinian shooter in the Empire State Building in the early night in 1987 I think it was.
00:03:36.260 He shot one killed one shot six. You know it doesn't take much to inflict a lot of damage here.
00:03:42.920 And that's the position that Mayor Adams has put New York City and Joe Biden has put this country in right.
00:03:49.180 Especially I talked to Todd Benzman and Ben Burkwam last few days about it.
00:03:54.460 Yeah hang on one second. I want to play. This is not David Zeer or Steve Bannon saying this.
00:03:59.680 Let's play the let's play the clip from Morning Joe this morning on exactly this topic.
00:04:03.040 The governor of New York. The governor of Illinois. The Democratic governor of one state after another.
00:04:13.720 Massachusetts. These are all pretty progressive people.
00:04:17.720 They're all begging the Biden administration to do something about illegal immigration.
00:04:26.240 About all the migrants that are showing up in New York about a and and yet this is this this is what's so maddening is first of all we need a controlled border.
00:04:36.700 I don't care if there's a Republican there or a Democrat there and again just to put it in perspective illegal crossings were at an all-time 50-year low when Barack Obama left the office.
00:04:48.720 They exploded under Donald Trump. They continue to go up under Joe Biden.
00:04:52.600 So let's just let's let's let's get that perspective right.
00:04:57.480 This isn't a Republican versus Democratic thing because Democrats have done a lot better job than Republicans at times.
00:05:04.780 But we need order at our southern border which we don't have and we haven't had for a long time.
00:05:13.020 And also when I talk to business people I talk to small business owners.
00:05:17.300 They're like I wish I could get some of those people I see in New York City to come to Omaha and work in my restaurant to come to Dallas and work in my business center.
00:05:33.820 I think this is this this is this is the this is the ridiculous madness you've got on morning Joe.
00:05:40.380 They admit it's illegal aliens but now they want all over the country to drive down wages of African-Americans and Hispanics.
00:05:46.820 David Zier what the people in New York City the citizens in New York City get the security issue that comes with one hundred and ten thousand illegal aliens in the city itself just from this wave of it.
00:06:03.800 None of them really checked the people understand the security risk not just the financial burden and what's happening at the Roosevelt Hotel what's happening with the schools.
00:06:12.340 That's all also a crisis. Did they understand another 9-11 could be we could be inviting it in right now.
00:06:23.620 Probably not enough the rich people step over the bodies on the way to Starbucks here they're hiding in the Hamptons again like they did with COVID.
00:06:32.060 So a lot of people are concerned here though I talk to people all the time in the city my children's live live in the Upper West Side and in Soho and my friends run restaurants here.
00:06:41.060 All day they're inundated all day with problems the scooters the illegal you know undocumented drivers going on here and the crimes that have taken place.
00:06:52.160 90,000 packages a day are stolen off the doorsteps here already in New York City.
00:06:57.040 The grand theft auto is up 45 percent in northern Queens 36 percent in the Bronx this year alone.
00:07:03.340 It's hard to differentiate what's a legal crime from illegals or not because they can't even keep track of the numbers.
00:07:08.700 It's in cops and a lot of these crimes don't even get reported but I think people are starting together because it's finally affecting their life.
00:07:17.000 You know before you know New York City was open 24 hours and everybody was partying you know.
00:07:23.660 Tara Dahl you've been you've done great coverage not just in Iraq and Afghanistan you've done great coverage in the border on this invasion.
00:07:31.980 Do the folks in New York City have any understanding of what's coming up to them?
00:07:38.760 I don't think so Steve.
00:07:40.500 Like having just covered the border and I just wanted to comment too on you know on MSNBC there where they were saying there's no difference between the Republican and the Democrat.
00:07:49.400 Let's just compare the numbers of the migrants that have been apprehended on the foreign terrorist watch list on the southern border under the Biden administration.
00:07:59.080 We're at 146 right now and that's in the last 11 months.
00:08:02.600 When you compare those numbers to the under the Trump administration you're at like zero you're at very low zero one two three the highest number was six.
00:08:13.080 So there is a vast difference between this administration and the Obama administration.
00:08:17.760 We're at 1.7 million known gotaways Steve since the Biden administration has took office and that doesn't include the unknown gotaways.
00:08:26.540 And right now the FBI is investigating an ISIS linked network that has been smuggling in Uzbekistanis and there is a 5100 percent increase of Uzbekistanis that are crossing over and other nationalities that are coming from these special interest countries which means that they have a nexus with terrorism.
00:08:50.140 And so we are at a very vulnerable position right now.
00:08:54.000 Osama bin Laden had attacked America because he perceived us to be weak.
00:08:59.340 He looked at our response when we withdrew from Lebanon after the Beirut bombings where we lost 241 Marines.
00:09:07.280 He looked at our withdrawal from Somalia when we lost the 18 service members there.
00:09:11.920 And so right now when you look at the Afghanistan withdrawal and where we are as a nation we are in a very vulnerable position.
00:09:18.080 Our borders are completely open especially here in New York City where crime is just off the rough right now.
00:09:26.500 And you can see it just walking down the streets.
00:09:28.640 You know I haven't been to New York in a long time but you can just see it just walking down the street here of the increase in crime.
00:09:34.340 And so we are in I would say a much more vulnerable less safe position than we were in 9-11 pre-9-11.
00:09:41.140 Back to you.
00:09:41.660 Tara thank you.
00:09:45.280 David I want to go to you because for many people in our audience what happened on 9-11 began a personal journey for them.
00:09:54.820 And that personal journey is to after you know five or ten years of seeing what happened in Iraq but seeing what happened in Afghanistan.
00:10:02.100 They started to question because they thought they were not being dealt straight with.
00:10:08.440 The 9-11 Commission report came out and how many pages were blank in that?
00:10:13.660 I think it was 17, 20 pages were blank in that about any Saudi involvement at the highest levels on the 9-11 Commission report?
00:10:22.100 Right, right.
00:10:26.240 Listen, we don't have all the answers on who knew what exactly in the CIA.
00:10:31.000 And remember these lines were blended too by our support for the Mujahideen.
00:10:34.960 The Al-Faruq Mosque was recruiting for the Mujahideen in New York which was, you know, CIA-backed funding.
00:10:40.360 We gave billions to Stinger missiles, change the direction of the war.
00:10:43.300 And I guess, you know, there's also, you know, areas where these relationships may have continued and in contact with our intelligence agencies.
00:10:52.100 But even guys who didn't like Bush, and I don't like the direction Bush has taken or Cheney has taken, but at the time I believe they were blindsided.
00:11:00.400 But even Richard Clark who hated them, you know, was saying that there were big holes in our intelligence.
00:11:05.300 Whether that was on purpose or not, I can't answer that.
00:11:10.080 But I think it's important to separate some facts from fiction on what actually did happen on that day.
00:11:15.360 And it helps us on the journey to piece it together, right, and hold those accountable who may, including the Saudis.
00:11:24.040 Let's talk about that.
00:11:25.300 What do you recommend now, particularly with a second Trump presidency in his administration?
00:11:32.400 David, like I said, and people should know, Zir is pretty unique in that he has the entire picture of what happened from decades beforehand.
00:11:41.360 What he was talking right there was about arming the Mujahideen was in the Soviet-Afghan war,
00:11:48.960 where obviously backing the certain elements of the Muslims came into really play to take down the Soviet Union.
00:11:59.740 But what would you like to see?
00:12:01.520 What do you think has to happen to get to the bottom of it so the American people, like I said,
00:12:05.500 the Pearl Harbor investigation still has many holes in it, okay?
00:12:09.420 And I've really spent time going through Pearl Harbor.
00:12:11.700 It has a lot of holes in Pearl Harbor.
00:12:14.260 The Warren Commission, even this weekend, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. completely eviscerates it
00:12:19.760 on this incredible interview by Jackie Kennedy's, one of her Secret Service agents, the Warren Commission.
00:12:26.960 The 9-11 Commission actually didn't even address, would not touch the royal family in Saudi Arabia
00:12:36.120 and other aspects of the Saudi involvement.
00:12:39.980 So what would you recommend needs to happen to get to the bottom of this so that the American people feel confident
00:12:47.840 that we actually know what happened, who was involved, who's responsible,
00:12:52.600 and quite frankly, who has to still be held accountable?
00:12:54.820 We haven't held the people accountable, really, that were in back of the folks that did this.
00:13:01.100 Well, we're not doing it now, and Biden's driven the Saudis away because they're uncomfortable.
00:13:08.220 They joined BRICS.
00:13:09.400 You know, Trump had four Middle East peace accords.
00:13:11.420 Saudi opened their airspace to Israeli possible strikes, and Israeli airliners could fly over Saudi space.
00:13:17.300 All that's been reversed.
00:13:18.800 So I don't know how you get to that level.
00:13:20.920 I think somebody like Trump, who understands the dynamics and doesn't want to commit us, you know, to 20-year wars,
00:13:27.740 you know, is probably a better answer to move forward and maybe get some honest assessment.
00:13:33.480 Remember, the Saudis, we had our, you know, were helping us kill Salafi terrorists in Egypt,
00:13:39.040 and they were because al-Qaeda was thrown out of Saudi Arabia, operating in northern Yemen.
00:13:43.820 They were against the royal family in Saudi.
00:13:45.440 So I think there's a lot of blurred lines.
00:13:48.280 How do you know who to trust?
00:13:50.240 But in a lot of ways, Saudi Arabia was an ally to the United States.
00:13:53.600 We made more progress under Trump.
00:13:55.660 I think that's been reversed.
00:13:58.020 I think unless we get an administration that's competent, it's never going to go anywhere.
00:14:03.480 Okay.
00:14:04.360 Can you guys hang on for a second?
00:14:06.300 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:07.720 We're going to return to ground zero in the continuing coverage of the commemoration of 22 years ago, 9-11.
00:14:14.360 Your legacy lives on through our family, your four beautiful children, Michael, Matthew, Madison, Kevin, and soon-to-be granddaughter.
00:14:23.940 Your extended family of friends, and of course, Team Shamrock with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
00:14:31.060 We choose to remember how you lived, so fearless and full of life, rather how sadly you left us.
00:14:41.340 And we vow, we vow to never forget.
00:14:46.100 God bless you, Donnie.
00:14:47.200 The former KGB colonel, Vladimir Putin, who, by the way, is no friend of the United States,
00:14:54.160 called the U.S. dollar's drop in dominance objective and irreversible during the recent BRICS conference in South Africa,
00:15:01.820 as Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa formally agreed to use local currencies instead of the U.S. dollar.
00:15:10.460 It's the first shoe to fall.
00:15:14.200 We call this the de-dollarization movement.
00:15:18.960 Now, as demand for the dollar weakens, the buying power of the dollar weakens.
00:15:23.440 That is why Birch Gold Group is busier than ever.
00:15:26.320 Investors and savers are looking to harness the power of physical gold held in a tax-sheltered IRA.

00:16:22.700 Isidro D. Ottenwalder, Michael Chung-U, Todd Joseph Ouida, Jesus Ovales, Peter J. Owens, Jr.,
00:16:40.640 Adiannis Oyela, Angel M. Pavon, Jr., Israel Paben, Jr., Roland Pacheco,
00:16:52.700 Michael Benjamin Packer, Diana B. Padro, Deepa Pakala, Jeffrey Matthew Palazzo, Thomas Palazzo,
00:17:07.280 Richard A. Palazzolo, Orio Joseph Harman, Frank Anthony Palombo, Alan N. Palombo,
00:17:19.900 Christopher Matthew Panettiere, Dominic Liza Pandolfo, Jonas Martin Panik, Paul J. Panettiere,
00:17:35.480 John M. Palazzo, John M. Palazzo, this lives on every day.
00:17:42.260 Here's why. Osama bin Laden, remember, his attack was on Wall Street, and not the traditional
00:17:49.500 Wall Street a couple of blocks away of Wall and Broad, where the New York Stock Exchange
00:17:53.060 is, but what's the symbol of the Twin Towers, because internationally that represented the
00:17:59.620 heart of Wall Street, and that's what he attacked.
00:18:01.900 His central thing was to bring down the American economy, to bring down the American capital
00:18:07.620 markets, to bring down basically the underpinnings of our civic society, not the spiritual side,
00:18:14.380 but on the materialist side.
00:18:18.700 And think about where we are 22 years later.
00:18:21.540 Think about that for a second.
00:18:22.540 If you had told people 22 years ago, in those days after, that in a couple of decades, you'd
00:18:31.040 have 110,000 illegal aliens in New York City, with very few checkings on them, just living
00:18:39.280 on the streets, living in hotels, put up by the city, running up a $15 billion bill, people
00:18:44.680 would think you were insane.
00:18:47.140 That's the reality.
00:18:47.960 If you had told people back then that we'd have $35 trillion in debt, and are facing a
00:18:54.060 financial crisis, they wouldn't have believed you.
00:18:59.080 That's the reality of today.
00:19:01.620 And remember, many things that we did are the law of unintended consequences.
00:19:05.540 One of those is the Patriot Act.
00:19:08.040 For this audience, because this audience is made up of patriots, this audience is made up
00:19:11.920 of veterans, this audience is made up of people that serve, are serving today, the backbone
00:19:16.800 of the country, this audience is the backbone of the country, the ones that come to the
00:19:21.140 defense of the country, the ones that are our first responders, the ones that go and volunteer
00:19:24.740 for the military, the Eli Cranes of the world, right?
00:19:30.080 But their journey of awakening, a lot of it started with 9-11.
00:19:35.540 And eventually, particularly in the quagmire of Iraq, of exactly what, what are we doing?
00:19:43.960 How does this all fit together?
00:19:47.420 I want to play this morning.
00:19:50.040 We're going to go, I'm going to go back to 9-11 in a second and get to David's ear.
00:19:53.700 But I want to play this clip for Morning Joe.
00:19:56.100 And then we're going to go to New Mexico, where the governor there took on dictatorial powers
00:20:01.400 this weekend on the Second Amendment.
00:20:04.180 Let's start with the Morning Joe about domestic terrorism.
00:20:06.780 Mr. Marcus, Al Sharpton.
00:20:10.200 One of the things that I think about on today, as I said earlier to the general, is how all
00:20:17.480 of us were attacked, despite our race, despite our religion, they saw us as Americans and
00:20:22.340 we all died in the Twin Towers and in the Pentagon.
00:20:25.360 You have crusaded probably more than anyone in the cabinet about the threat of internal
00:20:32.220 terrorism, domestic terrorists and hate crimes.
00:20:35.540 And you just were involved.
00:20:37.960 I did the eulogy in Florida on the hate crime.
00:20:40.620 How important is it for us to deal with on this day, remembering that there are those inside
00:20:48.720 the country that raised a threat to us and that we must remember that we can have our
00:20:54.120 differences, but unite as Americans.
00:20:56.460 And that is as much a message today as any other message that we would give today.
00:21:03.320 Reverend, I so very much appreciate your message of unity.
00:21:07.740 We all remember in the days immediately following the terrorist attack of 9-11, how everyone came
00:21:14.460 together.
00:21:14.980 We saw American flags being flown from cars, from buildings, everywhere.
00:21:23.500 We need that message of unity now just as much as we needed it then.
00:21:28.660 You and I spoke following the tragic killings in Jacksonville, Florida.
00:21:34.220 When one community is targeted in an act of hate, we all are impacted.
00:21:40.300 We all are targeted.
00:21:41.820 The threat of the domestic violent extremists is the most...
00:21:46.820 Okay, domestic.
00:21:49.640 I'm going to ask for that to be played.
00:21:51.280 If they can just cut it from when Mayorkas, when Sharpton tees up Mayorkas, the specific
00:21:58.700 tee-up.
00:21:59.140 I think we cut like 30 seconds out of that.
00:22:00.680 I want to play it again.
00:22:01.860 Mayorkas, more than anybody else in the illegitimate Biden regime, is responsible for the invasion
00:22:08.860 of the southern border, and he should be impeached on this, and you can't even get the rhinos
00:22:12.640 to agree on that.
00:22:13.880 They have the gall.
00:22:15.920 They have the gall on the commemoration of 9-11.
00:22:20.680 After they've already talked about the invasion, the 110,000 illegal aliens that Mayorkas has
00:22:26.840 exacerbated to make sure are in New York City.
00:22:28.860 They pivot to domestic terrorism.
00:22:33.140 That would be you, this audience.
00:22:35.760 If you're keeping score at home, take your number two pencil out right now, because that
00:22:39.920 would be you.
00:22:41.680 On 9-11, we talk about radical Islamic extremists and others.
00:22:47.360 They pivot back on the morning gesture of MSNBC to domestic terrorism, and that you're the
00:22:55.960 problem.
00:22:56.920 You're the threat today.
00:22:59.320 I just want to make sure everybody understands exactly the information war that they're running.
00:23:06.640 David Zier, the Patriot Act.
00:23:10.500 Many or most of the people in this audience supported it when it first came up because it
00:23:14.580 was, quote unquote, the right thing to do.
00:23:16.220 And has that turned out, do we have the law of unintended consequences on the Patriot Act
00:23:20.400 and people like the Ron Pauls of the world and those that try to warn us, turn that to
00:23:25.040 be right, sir?
00:23:28.560 100 percent.
00:23:29.720 I was in the Soviet Union at 16, watching the tanks in the street outside the Kremlin.
00:23:34.580 We have a KGB in the United States internally and probably illegally monitoring Americans,
00:23:41.380 violating the Fourth Amendment.
00:23:42.680 You know, it's become something where when I deposit money in the bank account, if it's
00:23:48.680 over $8,000 or $10,000, it gets monitored.
00:23:51.300 Bank of America turned over gun purchase records to the FBI.
00:23:55.500 So, you know, we're in this type of regime state.
00:24:00.020 It's, but it's worse.
00:24:02.040 It's like combined with a technocracy where every movement is, and look at the FISA warrants.
00:24:06.800 It's, I mean, what were there, 40,000 FISA warrants?
00:24:09.400 We know four of them were fake.
00:24:10.780 That was signed off on by Comey.
00:24:12.440 How many innocent Americans have been railroaded?
00:24:14.860 So I'm 100 percent against the Patriot Act.
00:24:17.000 David, hang on for one second.
00:24:21.380 I want to go to Idaho, to Brian Festa.
00:24:24.920 Brian, you filed, I think, late Saturday night in federal court about this situation in New
00:24:31.320 Mexico.
00:24:31.840 Can you walk through exactly, I want everybody in this audience to understand what is happening
00:24:35.700 in the great state of New Mexico right now with this radical, out-of-control governor,
00:24:40.180 sir?
00:24:41.860 So, yeah, I can't even believe what's happening here because this is directly flying in the
00:24:48.860 face, not only of our constitutional rights preserved under the Second Amendment, but also
00:24:53.820 the Supreme Court's decision in the Bruin case just last year.
00:24:58.620 You know, Steve, the Supreme Court emphatically stated that there is an individual right to
00:25:05.740 carry, to keep and bear arms inside the home and outside of the home.
00:25:10.320 And that was what was so important about the Bruin decision.
00:25:12.340 And what Governor Grisham did here was directly contradict the ruling in that decision, which
00:25:22.520 said that you cannot place a restriction on the right to bear arms, on the right to carry,
00:25:31.700 unless you provide an open carry option.
00:25:34.400 So, concealed carry, you can have a restriction, they said, but you must provide an open carry
00:25:39.140 restriction and that you can't classify entire cities as sensitive places in order to ban
00:25:46.280 the carrying of firearms in public.
00:25:48.500 Well, what did Governor Grisham do here?
00:25:50.840 Exactly that.
00:25:52.120 She said because of the rise in gun violence based on statistics of crime that are, we can
00:26:00.020 get into whether or not that's even accurate.
00:26:02.340 I don't think it is a lot of what she's presenting, but even if it is, they said, you can't do that.
00:26:08.300 You can't classify this as a sensitive place in order to ban the carrying of firearms.
00:26:13.140 That's exactly what she did.
00:26:14.120 She issued a temporary 30-day ban, which is probably going to become, if she has her way,
00:26:19.660 an extended permanent ban.
00:26:21.280 And she's doing this in the interest of a public health emergency.
00:26:25.860 This is what was so dangerous.
00:26:26.960 But what we saw in COVID during the pandemic is we saw so many governors and, you know,
00:26:35.100 other politicians saying that we need to be able to restrict, you know, movement, restrict
00:26:41.660 liberty, and we predicted here at WeThePatriotsUSA.org that they would, yes, in fact, be restricting
00:26:48.920 our right to protect ourselves.
00:26:51.160 Our plaintiff, Dennis Smith, he's lived in Albuquerque 40 years.
00:26:56.420 He's a retired citizen.
00:26:58.100 He's an older man.
00:26:59.220 He says, he admits himself, I can't defend myself.
00:27:02.180 I can't get away from an attacker.
00:27:04.160 I carry when I go into the city.
00:27:05.860 I need to be able to defend myself.
00:27:07.840 Governor Grisham says no.
00:27:10.780 Brian, just hang up for one second.
00:27:12.400 We're going to come back to Brian.
00:27:13.660 He's filed along with, I think, Gun Owners of America and a couple other groups in federal
00:27:18.180 court to get a stay on this.
00:27:19.960 We're going to go back to the reading of the names, take a short commercial break.
00:27:22.700 We'll be back to Ground Zero, back to Idaho to get to all of what happened in New Mexico
00:27:28.140 over the weekend.
00:27:29.980 Edward R. Picon.
00:27:32.460 Christopher Quackenbush.
00:27:34.620 Lars Peter Qualben.
00:27:35.960 Lincoln Quake.
00:27:38.880 Beth Ann Quigley.
00:27:41.400 Patrick J. Quigley IV.
00:27:44.360 Michael T. Quilty.
00:27:46.820 James Francis Quinn.
00:27:49.620 Ricardo J. Quinn.
00:27:52.020 Carol Millicent Rabales.
00:27:54.620 Christopher Peter Anthony Racanelio.
00:27:57.900 Leonard J. Regalia.
00:28:00.640 Eugene J. Roggio.
00:28:02.240 Laura Marie Ragnesi-Snek.
00:28:06.380 Michael Paul Ragusa.
00:28:08.780 Peter Frank Raimondi.
00:28:11.340 Harry A.
00:28:12.460 Raines.
00:28:13.660 Lisa J.
00:28:15.200 Raines.
00:28:16.340 Etisham Raja.
00:28:19.020 Vasul Raju.
00:28:20.840 When's the last time you checked the legal title to your home?
00:28:23.560 Why?
00:28:24.400 Because most victims of home title theft don't know they're a victim until it's too late.
00:28:30.560 Like this homeowner.
00:28:32.200 She pulled onto her street and saw a bulldozer demolishing her home.
00:28:36.620 Her lifelong home was being torn down right before her eyes.
00:28:39.880 She was the victim of a devastating crime called home title theft.
00:28:43.340 A criminal had forged his way onto the deed to her home and sold it.
00:28:48.320 Now the new owner was tearing it down for a rebuild.
00:28:51.960 This is why I say if you own a home or property, get home title lock.
00:28:56.780 Your home, your property and the equity in it are your most valuable assets.
00:29:01.600 It's estimated that 89% of the net worth of the average American is tied up in their home equity.
00:29:08.460 And home title lock helps you protect them.
00:29:10.500 Home title lock puts a 24-7, 365-day-a-year shield around your home's title.
00:29:17.680 The instant they detect activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.
00:29:22.240 First things first, you need to verify you aren't already the victim of home title theft.

00:30:21.120 Edjuvigas Reyes, Jr.
00:30:25.460 Bruce Albert Reynolds.
00:30:27.980 John Frederick Rhodes.
00:30:30.480 Francis Severo Ricardelli.
00:30:33.680 Rudolph N. Riccio.
00:30:36.580 Ann Marie Riccoboni.
00:30:37.840 David Harlow Rice.
00:30:42.260 Eileen Mary Rice.
00:30:44.920 Kenneth Frederick Rice III.
00:30:48.820 You see what's happening in New Mexico, this radical governor.
00:30:53.380 And remember, keep always in mind these public health emergencies.
00:30:56.200 This is what they're going to use going forward.
00:30:58.640 Climate emergencies and public health emergencies.
00:31:00.680 Public health emergency for taking away your ability to arm yourself in a state like New Mexico that is under assault from millions of illegal aliens.
00:31:15.060 What is 190,000, 200,000 a month coming through the southern border?
00:31:20.300 Okay.
00:31:20.540 That's at a minimum.
00:31:21.360 That's the touches.
00:31:22.160 Then you count the gotaways.
00:31:23.460 We have 10 million illegal aliens just on Biden.
00:31:27.100 By the time Biden's administration or his illegitimate regime is over, there will be 10 million.
00:31:35.380 And this radical governor in New Mexico has basically stripped away your ability to defend yourself.
00:31:44.740 Brian Festa, talk to me about who went to court.
00:31:47.820 How many lawsuits do we have?
00:31:49.580 And what are you guys arguing?
00:31:50.960 And how quickly can you get a stay on this?
00:31:53.180 How quickly can you get an injunction so that until the arguments are heard out, that people can go back to defending themselves in New Mexico?
00:32:02.580 Yeah.
00:32:03.440 So we filed, as you said, on Saturday evening, also gun owners of America filed and the National Association of NAGR.
00:32:15.740 I forget exactly what it stands for, NAGR, National Association of Gun Rights, filed.
00:32:25.600 And so there's three of us that have so far filed in district court, because obviously this is a violation of federal law of our Second Amendment rights.
00:32:34.140 We have all asked, each of us has asked for a temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction and a permanent injunction, as well as a declaratory judgment stating that what the governor has done is unconstitutional and that this cannot go into effect.
00:32:50.140 We don't even want it to go into effect.
00:32:51.520 I mean, it went into effect.
00:32:53.360 She issued this late Friday.
00:32:55.400 But we're hoping, honestly, within the next day or two to get a ruling.
00:32:59.680 We're going to ask for an emergency hearing.
00:33:02.020 Our legal counsel actually has already, I believe, contacted the clerk in the federal district court to request that this morning.
00:33:11.240 So I'd like to have a hearing, honestly, by the end of the day today and have a ruling by this afternoon or at the latest by tomorrow morning to get a stay put in place.
00:33:22.520 It's called a temporary restraining order, TRO, against the governor while this plays out in court.
00:33:27.840 But we're ultimately asking for a permanent injunction and joining the governor from doing this if the ruling is not in our favor, which I don't know how it couldn't be because the Supreme Court's decision in Bruin is so clear.
00:33:38.380 We will file for an emergency appeal to the United States Supreme Court, and we could be before them within the week as well.
00:33:45.500 And if they issue a ruling in our favor, that would prevent any governor anywhere in the United States from doing something like this.
00:33:52.020 I mean, it's just it's such foolishness, Steve, claiming that because of the rise in gun violence, we need to ban carrying of firearms by anyone but law enforcement personnel, basically.
00:34:04.400 Look what's happened in cities like Chicago, L.A., New York, D.C.
00:34:07.940 Has it stemmed the tide of gun violence to have the the especially in Chicago, where you have the strictest gun laws in the United States and they have the highest rate of violence perpetrated with with firearms?
00:34:21.780 Guns don't kill people. People kill people.
00:34:24.500 And this just takes the the right to defend ourselves out of the hands, firearms out of the hands of law abiding citizens.
00:34:33.640 It's not going to take them out of the hands of criminals.
00:34:35.640 You know that. I know that. And so that's why WeThePatriotsUSA.org is standing by.
00:34:41.540 We are ready to do this. We'll do this in every state where it happens, every blue state, anywhere else that it happens.
00:34:47.260 They try to do this in California. They try to do this in New Jersey.
00:34:51.160 We will be standing by, ready to file a lawsuit against any governor that does this.
00:34:56.680 That's why it's so important that people support our work.
00:34:59.260 We do have a Second Amendment legal fund at WeThePatriotsUSA.org.
00:35:03.300 You can find that on our homepage because we are we are trying to create a litigation machine, basically, to fight back against these tyrants.
00:35:11.320 This is I want people to understand there's a bigger issue here because it's just not New Mexico.
00:35:19.700 You're going to have every one of these radical governors try to do this.
00:35:24.540 How does she justify using I mean, what walk the audience?
00:35:27.580 What's her logic of trying to use a public health emergency?
00:35:31.220 Right. Given how definitive the Supreme Court just was a couple of a short time ago.
00:35:37.480 Yeah, I mean, we saw it actually specifically during the pandemic that when people in these governors like Newsom in California and, you know, in New York,
00:35:53.960 we had Cuomo and then Hochul issuing these unconstitutional orders and the Supreme Court and Justice Gorsuch in particular very clearly said that, you know, you don't the Constitution doesn't get set set aside during a public health emergency.
00:36:08.300 That was very clear from the United States Supreme Court.
00:36:12.420 She knows or presumably knows what the makeup of the Supreme Court is right now.
00:36:17.400 It's not on her side.
00:36:19.200 She's going to lose.
00:36:20.260 But I think these people are just so brazen, they're so arrogant that they think somehow they can defy the Supreme Court and be maybe she thinks she can be a state unto herself there in New Mexico and doesn't have to abide by the Constitution or by by the rulings of the Supreme Court.
00:36:37.260 You know, she actually said something that was very disturbing in public comments recently.
00:36:42.220 I think it might have been last week where she said, I think it was when she was issuing this this order, that no right is absolute.
00:36:50.340 And even my oath that I swore to the Constitution is not absolute.
00:36:53.620 There's exceptions to that.
00:36:54.720 Now, she may think that.
00:36:57.400 But when she was taking that oath, there were no exceptions in that, Governor Grisham.
00:37:02.080 It's very clear the rights of the American people to keep and bear arms to defend themselves shall not be infringed.
00:37:10.060 There are no exceptions.
00:37:10.880 So, yes, this is their playbook now because they did get away with a lot.
00:37:15.140 They got away with a lot of unconstitutional restrictions on our liberty during the pandemic when you have, for instance, lockdowns, masking, travel restrictions, people not being able to work without receiving a shot.
00:37:31.280 I mean, it was it was just ridiculous.
00:37:32.620 And they got away with it in the name of public health.
00:37:35.720 But that needs to stop now that we're looking back on this and seeing the devastation that it has caused in so many lives.
00:37:43.060 We we can't let the slippery slope go any further because they know that a disarmed population is a much easier population to control.
00:37:53.580 And we've known that, you know, we compare ourselves to other countries around the world.
00:37:59.180 And what sets the United States apart is that we have this right enshrined in our Constitution that the people have a right to defend themselves, to defend their families.
00:38:09.960 And we're not going to stand idly by while these communists try to take over our country and strip us of that very basic human right.
00:38:17.740 I want to just go back through for the audience.
00:38:22.400 How's this going to play out?
00:38:23.740 How's this going to play out today and tomorrow?
00:38:27.280 Well, like I said, we're asking for an emergency hearing.
00:38:29.780 So we're hoping to get before a judge as soon as this afternoon or at the latest tomorrow morning.
00:38:36.200 And we're hoping to get a ruling.
00:38:37.700 Can I say for sure that the judge will give us a ruling within the next 24 hours?
00:38:43.180 No, that's not.
00:38:44.300 It's at the discretion of the court.
00:38:45.800 So I don't you know, we only have so much control over this, but we're going to do everything we can to push to get an emergency ruling within the next 24 hours.
00:38:54.680 And then hopefully, you know, if it has to go to the Supreme Court, if I believe the ruling is going to be in our favor and then the state may appeal it.
00:39:04.020 And hopefully the Supreme Court would take it up on an emergency basis very quickly if that had to happen.
00:39:09.920 Hopefully we just get the ruling and she backs down.
00:39:12.640 That's what she should do if she's smart.
00:39:14.280 But I don't I don't dare try to predict what these people are going to do.
00:39:22.600 Have the share with the sheriffs, particularly constitutional sheriffs, what are the sheriffs in New Mexico said about because they've got to implement this, they have to execute it.
00:39:30.740 What kind of feedback have we gotten from the sheriff so far?
00:39:32.960 Yeah. So one sheriff in particular, I'm trying to pull up his name.
00:39:37.840 I got the I got a text about it yesterday and I'm sorry, I can't remember his name, but he said he's not enforcing it.
00:39:43.240 He said, nope, I'm not enforcing it.
00:39:44.820 It's unconstitutional.
00:39:45.960 I swore an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution.
00:39:49.380 And what you're ordering me to do flies in the face of that.
00:39:52.420 I am not going to I'm not going to obey the order.
00:39:57.240 I'm not going to enforce it in in in my jurisdiction.
00:40:00.820 So God bless him and God bless any sheriffs like my friend Richard Mack, who I know is pushing back against this as opposed to this.
00:40:08.300 And, yeah, absolutely.
00:40:10.720 It will not.
00:40:12.240 I believe most of the sheriffs disagree with this, if not all of them.
00:40:16.860 Will there be some that roll over and, you know, allow this to go into effect?
00:40:22.880 Sure. But I think in especially in places like New Mexico, in Arizona, in Texas, where you see people pouring over the border, you said 10 million people.
00:40:32.680 I didn't even know. I hadn't heard that statistic.
00:40:35.060 That's just that's absolutely insane.
00:40:37.240 10 million illegal immigrants coming to this country.
00:40:40.600 And, you know, not all of them, but within that, just like within any population.
00:40:44.760 Right. There are criminals.
00:40:46.860 And these people aren't being tracked.
00:40:49.160 And now the citizens, the residents of New Mexico aren't going to be able to defend themselves.
00:40:54.120 That you go out to Albuquerque, into the parks like Dennis does.
00:40:58.720 And this is this this is bigger than New Mexico, because every one of these woke left wing Newsom and this whole crowd are going to look at this.
00:41:08.220 They're all going to move on this.
00:41:09.800 It's just like this 14th Amendment nonsense with Trump.
00:41:12.240 They're all going to look at this.
00:41:13.580 And first of all, they're going to see how the sheriffs react.
00:41:16.040 Number two, they're going to then see how the courts and the media is all on their side already.
00:41:21.200 Brian, we're going to cover this closely.
00:41:23.620 How do people follow you, the lawsuit in your organization?
00:41:26.520 So the best way to follow us is right at WeThePatriotsUSA.org.

00:42:07.940 Thank you very much, Brian Festa.
00:42:11.960 Look forward to covering this with you guys closely.
00:42:14.720 Okay, we're going to go back.
00:42:15.940 Let's go back to Ground Zero and the reading of the names of the victims and the heroes on the attacker 9-11.
00:42:23.140 On September 11th, we remember our loved ones lost what occurred here at the World Trade Center, at the Pentagon, and a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
00:42:35.620 But I'd like to remember what happened on September 12th.
00:42:42.140 We got up and we continue to get up by coming here year after year.
00:42:51.960 You can't keep Americans down because getting up is what we do best.
00:42:57.920 On September 12th, I walked from Upper Manhattan to this site.
00:43:11.400 Nothing could have prepared me for the horror I witnessed standing on the West Side Highway amid the rubble of what was the Two Towers.
00:43:22.180 So with that in mind, I'd like to extend a very special thank you to all of our first responders who came from far and wide, but most especially the NYPD, the FDNY, the Port Authority Police Department,
00:43:42.520 and these special men and women who we often sometimes don't even think as first responders, the iron workers.
00:43:51.420 There's a lot to be nervous about out there.
00:43:53.200 Open social media or turn on the news and all you see is crime and societal decay.
00:43:59.160 A lot of people just run out and buy a gun and then it sits in a safe.
00:44:03.420 If there's ever an emergency, they're not going to be prepared and run the risk of hurting themselves or others.
00:44:10.600 There's no way around it.
00:44:12.440 You need to train and you need to train often.
00:44:16.160 Unfortunately, it's time consuming to go to the range, assuming there's even one nearby and ammo prices are through the roof.
00:44:23.360 iTarget was invented so you could practice any time in the safety and convenience of your own home.
00:44:29.160 Simply download the iTarget Pro app, load your caliber specific laser bullet into your firearm and start training.
00:44:37.400 Practice alone, compete with friends, or use it to safely train friends and family who are new to firearms.

00:45:41.760 Raphael Skorka.
00:45:44.700 And my soul sister and anee, Christina Sunga Yuk.
00:45:49.760 We grew up inseparable, and my heart weighs so heavy without you here with me today.
00:45:54.560 Every day, there are reminders all around me of you, and I often ask myself, what would Christina say about this?
00:46:04.080 Working for Cantor Fitzgerald on the 104th floor of the North Tower, you did not survive.
00:46:09.860 We have done our best to turn this tragedy into good by keeping your memory alive.
00:46:16.040 Since 9-11-2001, we have had 27 students receive your scholarship to follow in your footsteps from Westlake High School to the University of Michigan.
00:46:27.460 You would be so proud that your nephew, Colin, just graduated from U of M this past spring, and your niece, Evelyn, just graduated from Westlake, and my Mina started her freshman year there.
00:46:42.080 I have taken my six kids back to Michigan to see all the places we ate, where we hung out, and hear all the stories about their Aunt Christina.
00:46:52.960 Porter Library's Christina's Corner and the reading room at Westlake High School also keep your memory alive.
00:46:59.840 A big thank you to Andrew, Rob, and all of our Westlake family for their constant efforts to ensure that our future generations will never forget about you or 9-11.
00:47:10.500 Your legacy also continues on, as your nieces, Elise and Melanie, have your name as part of theirs.
00:47:19.640 Christina, you are an example of how one life, even in passing, continues to make such a difference.
00:47:27.340 Your aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, Cleveland sisters, and Michigan sisters miss you so much.
00:47:34.060 Above all else, your mom and dad miss you more than anything.
00:47:37.720 They truly live for the day that they will meet you again.
00:47:42.860 Your aunts and appa said this,
00:47:44.860 Keep in peace until we get there, Sangha.
00:47:49.100 Let this day be a reminder of the good that can come from such a tragedy.
00:47:53.940 The good that can come from one life, loved and lost.
00:47:58.300 A reminder of how our country came together as one to pick up the pieces and rebuild.
00:48:02.780 Let us not be divided today, but stay humbled and reminded of the everyday love, compassion, and gratitude that roots us as a nation.
00:48:14.280 We more than proved that we were capable of this on September 12th.
00:48:18.040 I am humbled and honored to stand before you today.
00:48:23.040 I am humbled and honored to hear the names of the many first responders who bravely marched up those tower stairs to try and save you and so many others.
00:48:34.240 I am humbled and honored to hear the names of so many victims.
00:48:38.620 Christina, we love you, and we will never forget you or 9-11.
00:48:43.460 God bless America. Thank you.
00:48:44.800 Okay, our continued coverage.
00:48:50.100 I want to go to Maureen Bannon.
00:48:51.640 As a young girl, we watched this live, did we not, Moe?
00:48:55.320 And not too long later, you would end up in Iraq with the 101st Airborne.
00:49:00.000 Tell us about it.
00:49:01.480 We did.
00:49:02.080 So I remember I was 13 years old on 9-11,
00:49:05.420 and I remember exactly where I was that morning when I was woken up by my mom.
00:49:10.680 And then you, mom, and I watched the events unfold that morning.
00:49:15.760 And I want to remind the audience that today is about the 2,977 victims that perished on 9-11.
00:49:26.420 But we also must remember those that have injuries and long-term effects from 9-11.
00:49:33.740 You know, not, there have been many more deaths since 9-11 that we need to remember from that day, from the effects of that day.
00:49:41.780 Moe, did you ever think you'd end up in, as we watched you that morning, that you would end up in Iraq, what, 2010, 11?
00:49:53.060 Did you ever think you'd end up in Iraq?
00:49:55.500 I was there 2011, and I was part of the withdrawal out of Iraq.
00:50:00.540 And on 9-11, like I said, I was 13 years old, and I knew on 9-11 that I wanted to be in the military.
00:50:10.220 I mean, you, one of my uncles, one of my cousins had all served in the Navy.
00:50:14.940 I knew that was something that I wanted to do prior to that.
00:50:17.380 But 9-11 just drove into me that I wanted to defend our country, especially the country that was attacked.
00:50:24.880 Our homeland was attacked.
00:50:26.400 And I knew that that was something that I wanted to do.
00:50:30.600 I didn't think, you know, years later that that would happen.
00:50:34.360 I wanted to enlist on 9-12, but you and Mom had to remind me I was 13 years old.
00:50:40.300 I couldn't convince anyone that I was 17 and that I could enlist, so I had to wait a little bit.
00:50:46.500 And, you know, going through high school, I realized that it was something I wanted to do.
00:50:51.440 I had to figure out the path in which I wanted to do it.
00:50:54.480 And I was fortunate enough to go to West Point.
00:50:57.340 And then in 2010 Commission, I knew entering West Point during a time of war that a deployment was a possibility.
00:51:06.860 I didn't know if it was going to be Afghanistan or Iraq.
00:51:09.960 And then in 2011, once I finished my officer basic course, I got to my unit at Fort Campbell.
00:51:15.500 And then I deployed to Iraq, and I was there.
00:51:18.360 And like I said, part of the withdrawal.
00:51:20.100 But back 22 years ago, I didn't imagine that I would be in Iraq, you know, 10 years after that.
00:51:30.220 Honey, how do people follow you on social media?
00:51:32.380 You can find me on Getter and Twitter at Maureen underscore Bannon, and also on Instagram at RealMaureenBannon.
