Bannon's War Room - Episode 3029： The Smokescreen Of Hunter Indictments

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.640 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.220 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:00:20.400 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.740 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.580 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.680 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.180 i'm concerned for the speaker that he seems to be a little rattled and unhinged in a time when we

00:00:57.320 need focus and strong effort whether or not mccarthy faces a motion to vacate is within his own hands

00:01:04.260 all he has to do is come into compliance restat by the justice department earlier today federal

00:01:09.920 prosecutors have indicted president joe biden's sole surviving son hunter biden on three criminal counts

00:01:16.920 according to nbc's reporting quote two counts are tied to biden allegedly filing a form claiming

00:01:23.200 that he was not using illegal drugs at the time he purchased a colt cobra revolver in october of 2018

00:01:29.480 the third count alleges that he possessed a firearm while using a narcotic today's indictment is the

00:01:35.940 latest chapter in the legal saga filled with pretty dramatic and public twists and turns lately it is

00:01:43.100 one that comes with deep personal anguish for the president and his entire family the charges were

00:01:49.580 brought by special counsel david weiss who was granted special counsel status by attorney general

00:01:54.640 merrick garland that was after a plea deal for hunter biden collapsed at the last minute in court

00:02:01.040 according to the terms of that deal hunter biden would have pled guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges

00:02:07.660 and would have entered a diversion agreement which would have led to the gun charge being dropped in

00:02:12.560 two years now those tax charges were not brought against hunter biden today regarding the gun charges

00:02:19.460 new york times reports this that it is quote only sporadically brought against first-time offenders

00:02:25.060 particularly ones like mr biden who's not accused of using the weapon in another crime the nature of

00:02:31.760 the charge could ultimately play a major role in the case going forward new york times reports this quote

00:02:37.120 mr biden's lawyers have argued to the justice department officials that the charge will

00:02:41.540 ultimately be thrown out because the series of supreme court and appeals court decisions

00:02:46.000 have cast doubt on the constitutionality of the federal government putting certain conditions on

00:02:51.780 firearms purchases okay uh thursday 14 september year of our lord 2023 a lot going on matt gates a

00:03:02.480 continual meltdown over in the house uh i've got some inside baseball on that but i first want to go

00:03:08.120 to to the way particularly nicole no nicole wallace is our afternoon uh she's afternoon mika you have

00:03:15.160 morning miki have afternoon mika and the way she the way they present things at msnbc i do this just to

00:03:20.920 blow your head up mike davis uh make this make sense um what's going on here is this is these charges as 0.75

00:03:27.900 tough as they should be msnbc makes it seem like uh the justice department is now going out of its way

00:03:34.060 after the sweetheart deal he had they get the judge uh i think the uh the um the uh obama or the biden

00:03:41.280 judge blew it up in everybody's face what's what's going on here is this a big deal today

00:03:46.260 it's a big deal in the sense that it's continuing david weiss's years-long cover-up for the biden so

00:03:54.680 people should not be fooled at all by the these uh these gun charges against hunter biden remember

00:04:01.740 david weiss is they say he's a trump he's a trump u.s attorney i was the chief counsel for nominations

00:04:08.000 when his nomination went through the senate judiciary committee he has picked uh he was picked by both

00:04:13.900 democrat home state senators which has been the tradition under the blue slip process this bogus

00:04:19.900 process where the home state senators get a pick the u.s attorney who would investigate

00:04:24.780 corruption charges against them the district court judges who would oversee the corruption trial and

00:04:30.360 the u.s marshal who would escort them to prison this is a racket by senators to protect their own

00:04:36.280 the two democrat home state senators picked david weiss for this u.s attorney slot in delaware and he

00:04:42.600 has delivered for the biden's he he has more than delivered for the biden's he lets serious tax charges

00:04:49.360 the statute of limitations on serious tax tax charges expire he buried evidence deemed credible by the

00:04:57.800 pittsburgh u.s attorney about the 10 million dollar foreign bribe uh by burisma to the biden's he has

00:05:06.300 attempted to give hunter this sweetheart deal with this backdoor amnesty to protect joe biden and this

00:05:13.840 is this is a continuation of this scam that david weiss has been running here's the tell why aren't

00:05:20.280 they moving forward with charges related to tax evasion or wire fraud or foreign corruption or things

00:05:28.380 that could implicate president biden they're only moving forward with this gun charge knowing full will

00:05:35.060 that hunter biden will not spend a day in prison they're going to come up they're going to use the

00:05:39.500 these this charge to cover up for the biden's until november 5th 2024 when congress issues subpoenas

00:05:47.000 for the biden justice department's cover-up for their boss president biden they're going to point

00:05:52.380 to these charges charges and say there's an ongoing criminal uh there's an ongoing criminal process we

00:05:59.360 can't respond to congress we can't testify we can't provide documents and then uh

00:06:04.920 joe biden's not going to pardon hunter right now because that makes hunter available to congress

00:06:09.980 for testimony he can't plead the fifth amendment if they pardon him right now that he can't plead

00:06:15.380 the fifth amendment of david weiss cuts a sweetheart deal with immunity right now from further prosecution

00:06:20.760 so they're going to wait and they're going to wait until the very end and then they're going to

00:06:24.680 pardon him or david weiss is weiss is going to drop these charges with prejudice or he's going to come

00:06:30.340 up with the sweetheart deal with broad immunity this is a cover-up for president biden if what

00:06:37.420 action would need to be taken by david weiss for mike davis to give his blessing and say okay it's not

00:06:44.260 a cover-up anymore what what would need to happen on these other charges or in this charge well i mean

00:06:49.800 i think it's it's too late i mean he let the statute of limitations expire for tax evasion related to

00:06:57.100 foreign corruption where joe biden and his every family member it seems except for the five-year-old 0.98

00:07:02.920 granddaughter who they finally claimed after five years under political pressure every every scumbag 0.98

00:07:08.980 sleazeball biden was on the chinese ukrainian romanian payrolls and it it's not just this crackhead son 0.98

00:07:17.060 with a gun who gives a damn about this crackhead son with a gun with a gun that's why i'm saying 0.82

00:07:22.760 house republicans should think about giving hunter biden immunity to come in to say you know what 0.97

00:07:28.800 we're gonna we're gonna give you immunity for this bogus gun charge we want you to come in and testify

00:07:33.420 about the biden crime families rackets and if biden lies or if biden obstructs then when president

00:07:40.420 trump is back in office on january 20th 2025 his acting attorney general can indict hunter biden

00:07:47.120 for obstruction for lying to congress for refusing to cooperate it's time for the republicans to take

00:07:54.180 off the gloves here because this is an obvious cover-up for president biden and his foreign corruption

00:07:59.960 uh we're going to get into this a minute when seb joins us about comer today was supposed to be the

00:08:07.080 big reveal of the investigations with comer and jordan and it was such a fiasco they were so unprepared

00:08:14.120 and doing such an unprofessional job that the charges started going back and forth on mccarthy

00:08:18.800 finally he started using profanity about hey if you want to motion to vacate me i'd so much i dare

00:08:24.000 you um what do you need to see out of comer and jordan because this is serious if you're going to go down

00:08:29.520 this path on really bribery and treasons that that's what it is bribery and treason you got to be

00:08:35.220 very focused and very serious where do you think we are right now in in all of that i would say this to

00:08:41.940 house republicans if you don't think that we should move forward with an impeachment inquiry right now

00:08:49.220 when we have overwhelming evidence that the president of the united states is compromised

00:08:55.360 compromised by tens of millions of dollars in corrupt foreign payments from our worst enemy china 1.00

00:09:03.540 along with the biggest trouble spots in the world with china and ukraine or china and taiwan 1.00

00:09:09.160 and russia within ukraine if you don't think we should move forward now what the hell are you doing

00:09:14.500 as an elected member of the house of representatives you have a constitutional duty to look into foreign

00:09:21.300 bribery as an impeachable offense we can't have a compromised president of the united states where

00:09:27.840 putin almost certainly has blackmail on president biden because there are 17 audio recordings 15 with 0.96

00:09:35.360 hunter and two with then vice president joe biden where these two corrupt buffoons are shaking down 0.77

00:09:42.020 this burisma executive for this 10 million dollar foreign bribe 10 million dollars while he's the 0.95

00:09:47.560 vice president of the united states that if if if you the ukrainian president doesn't fire the ukrainian

00:09:54.360 prosecutor investigating burisma and the biden's ukraine's going to lose a billion dollars in u.s assistance

00:10:01.420 biden bragged about the fact that he threatened to pull the aid he left out the fact that he got 10

00:10:06.860 million dollars to do this being compromised with foreign bribes has devastating consequences

00:10:12.640 for a country we would not be in a war in ukraine twice twice with with russia taking crimea the first

00:10:21.580 time obama put biden in charge of ukraine as vice president four years of peace during the trump

00:10:27.320 presidency and here we have this corrupt compromised joe biden back as the president of the united

00:10:33.520 states putin has this blackmail on him and now he's trying to take the rest of ukraine that 10

00:10:38.200 million dollar bribe from burisma has 10 million dollars has cost american taxpayers 100 billion

00:10:44.640 dollars and running and is putting us in a dangerous proxy war with a nuclear superpower

00:10:50.820 mike davis how do people get to article three and how they follow you on social media i you your dance

00:11:16.800 donate there at article three project at article number three project on getter twitter and truth

00:11:23.140 and my personal is at mrd dmia mrd dmia thank you steve mike you're a patriot and a hero and i gotta

00:11:35.660 tell you i think in this time uh we need a little mike davis up in the capitol right now we need some

00:11:41.080 serious people who are fighters who know the law are decent people but will not back down

00:11:46.420 you got too many people just wandering around up there and this needs to be focused and professional

00:11:51.460 and intense it couldn't be a better or higher use of your time than that but thanks mike for coming

00:11:56.580 that's my own personal and professional opinion but thanks for coming on brother thank you steve

00:12:02.360 seb gorka um today was supposed to be the big presentation on impeachment in you know what the

00:12:09.680 process was comer couldn't answer what was going to happen if the if the government got shut down it was

00:12:15.460 like a question he never even thought of he couldn't give a timeline it's back to your mantra

00:12:19.720 of nothing's organized there was no you as you know you have to step into a decision you have to own

00:12:25.720 the room and you have to sit there go bang bang bang none of that this was so bad they started coming

00:12:31.100 after uh mccarthy and he starts throwing f-bombs out there to basically say come on bring it if you

00:12:37.000 want to if you want to if you want to do a motion of a.k. come on bring because it got right back to the

00:12:41.220 it got off the impeachment got back to the to the to the spending because jordan and comer how can you

00:12:47.900 screw up a presentation to the conference brother seb gorka so i'm kind of conflicted here steve maybe

00:12:54.160 you can help me out with your sources so it looks like kevin mccarthy watches the war room because we

00:13:01.080 brought the heat last week this time and then he decides monday to actually follow through because

00:13:08.380 we said the hobbits demand it but i guess coma doesn't watch the war room because how many months

00:13:14.680 have i been hammering him on your show every thursday saying dude get get the oxygen thieves 0.99

00:13:22.820 you know out of the way of the poster boards so we can actually read the stupid little diagrams you 0.97

00:13:30.720 think are going to explain a corruption that doesn't need explaining because i think one but 0.96

00:13:35.400 how can you have the first press conference oh um he he got uh 32 dollars from some romanian dude

00:13:42.980 1.4 billion from the national bank of communist china just just focus on that how about we talk about

00:13:51.380 that for just 30 minutes and then the question of what is the vice president doing with three

00:13:57.640 fake government email accounts not one not two but three of them that's what the press conference

00:14:04.720 should be like and why don't you put somebody who can actually speak on the platform to actually

00:14:11.840 deliver the information to the american people could you imagine it doesn't have to be matt gates but

00:14:17.020 matt gates knows how to do this imagine if byron donalds was the front man for all this yeah he just

00:14:23.080 talked talked talked about 1.4 billion from communist china after you flew back on daddy's air force too

00:14:28.840 and the multiple fake pseudonymous email accounts could you imagine the the fire byron would with and

00:14:35.940 you know coma could be mr chairman with a nice office with the fireplace but we could actually get

00:14:42.200 some information out there we're gonna go to a short break dr seb gorka is officially off the chain

00:14:50.060 here in the war room on a thursday short commercial break back in the war room in a moment

00:14:54.520 the former kgb colonel vladimir putin who by the way is no friend of the united states

00:15:04.700 called the u.s dollars drop in dominance objective and irreversible during the recent

00:15:10.600 brics conference in south africa as brazil russia india china and south africa formally agreed to use

00:15:18.580 local currencies instead of the u.s dollar it's the first shoe to fall we call this the de-dollarization

00:15:28.800 movement now as demand for the dollar weakens the buying power of the dollar weakens that is why

00:16:33.020 do it today see this is there a way well he could pass things with democratic votes probably

00:16:39.560 but that they've threatened him to fire him basically using that motion to vacate

00:16:44.520 if he uses democratic votes to get to 218 so can he take things to the floor without

00:16:50.120 passing a rule can can he get things right on the floor and just use democrats to avoid a government

00:16:55.640 shutdown well well the issue now that kevin has is because he reversed himself from calling a vote for

00:17:02.580 the impeachment inquiry on this on the president i don't think the democrats are in any mood is to

00:17:09.240 want to cooperate knowing that they're going after the presumptive nominee for the democratic party

00:17:14.180 i mean why should they play ball when you know 48 hours earlier the speaker came out and said you know

00:17:20.600 we're going to move forward on this inquiry probably does lead to a vote at some point down the line

00:17:27.280 maybe a month or two down the line so it is there is no cooperation over in the house and it's uh

00:17:34.060 you know it's like screw you and everyone that looks like you in terms of probably from the from 0.99

00:17:40.200 the democratic side in terms of trying to get any cooperation so even though they'd had six weeks off 0.76

00:17:45.700 i mean they had a six-week recess uh things aren't any better today than they were in july when they

00:17:52.660 adjourned for the six-week recess challenges that mccarthy now faces to avoid a government shutdown by

00:17:58.100 the end of this month remember that the they have to get a bill passed by september 30th in order to do

00:18:04.820 just that but there are sharp divisions within his conference about how to move forward and there are

00:18:10.100 threats on the far right from congressman matt gates in particular that if he does move forward with

00:18:15.720 that short-term bill that would be enough to force a vote to seek his ouster as speaker of the house

00:18:21.240 something that could happen if five republicans vote to oust him and all democrats do as well

00:18:26.140 kevin mccarthy said he was having none of it he said that we need to avoid a government shutdown to be

00:18:30.540 bad for them politically everyone would lose he kevin mccarthy's always got the capsule a couple of

00:18:36.940 seven bringing in here a couple of uh updates inside baseball at least stefanic there they reach out to

00:18:43.300 at least stefanic remember what she did in the first impeachment kind of brought order out of chaos

00:18:46.960 the messaging they've reached out to stefanic to step in here the impeachment process is so out of

00:18:53.120 control and seb to your part no messagings no strategic thinking uh not really getting to the

00:18:59.220 point they've asked stefanic and her staff to step in here and sort things out this morning they had

00:19:04.700 this presentation it was such a disaster right that people just said what are we doing here you're you're

00:19:09.680 you should never do a political impeachment uh although it is a political process it has to be

00:19:15.800 serious and here seb as you know it's not high crimes and misdemeanor we have bribery and treason

00:19:21.680 he sold us out to the existential threat of our nation for cash money seb gorka

00:19:27.320 so you know it doesn't have to be goldman sachs or on the deck of a destroyer in the pacific

00:19:36.200 but you know those are the kinds of environments you are very au fait with but but any organization

00:19:44.420 i i don't care it's you know the girl scouts selling cookies or whether it's planning operation

00:19:51.000 overlord what what grade would we give the gop and mccarthy and coma and basically all of the ones

00:20:01.360 in leadership position over the last eight months what have they actually put on the table let's be

00:20:10.460 clear here the evidence that is rife that is rampant i think two days ago jesse waters destroyed the

00:20:20.240 biden case in a four minute rant at the beginning of the five way i think it was extemporaneous where he

00:20:27.480 just listed off the most egregious corruption and treason these are exactly the things that

00:20:35.500 impeachment was invented for when you are in the thrall of when you are in the pocket of

00:20:41.340 the greatest enemy the republic currently has that is when impeachment must happen not when

00:20:48.920 we or you or i put pressure on the leadership from media or somebody whispers in kevin's ear at the last

00:20:59.180 moment and he decides to do it but you're screaming at each other effing and blinding behind closed doors

00:21:06.260 then you're a bunch of amateurs then really you don't care about the republic you're not serious

00:21:13.180 about your oath of office because you have one job now and one job only remove the threat to the nation

00:21:21.340 this is a national security threat this man must be politically removed from office nothing nothing

00:21:28.680 else matters i'm not interested in oh will there be a better candidate is gavin newsom got a near

00:21:34.100 nicer smile i couldn't give a damn steve you know what i'm talking about this is a threat 0.88

00:21:42.600 to our national security if your family i don't care whether it's your second cousin twice removed 0.97

00:21:50.280 or it's your actual son your second born son walks away with over a billion dollars from the national 0.93

00:21:59.400 bank of communist china i'm sorry that's it you're done you're done you you you are a threat to america 0.97

00:22:07.200 whether you're a postal worker or whether you're the president he's got to be removed he's got to be

00:22:15.000 impeached by the way seb you know the way the city works in the process david ignatius comes out

00:22:22.300 yesterday with that column in the washington post i mean he's the comms director for the cia you know

00:22:27.520 that tell me how big he didn't write that article he didn't write langley wrote that article steve

00:22:34.160 you know what does that mean if it came out of lang if it came out of langley what is langley telling

00:22:39.080 the nation uh that they're worried and the they can't shred the documents fast enough if you've got

00:22:47.840 whistleblowers talking about the reward money for the cia analysts that reversed their analysis on wuhan

00:22:54.640 it's just i'm sorry they've run out of bleach bit that's what it means because that man ignatius he's

00:23:00.480 never written an uh you know a column in his life he gets it handed to him he gets sent to him you know

00:23:07.400 either out of you know odni out of langley here here here's your article good boy there you go

00:23:14.460 because they're worried they know look the the nice thing about all this is steve and i'm not being 1.00

00:23:19.500 facetious here biden's biden's really stupid i mean he's a very stupid man and and hunter's an 1.00

00:23:26.700 addict who's stupid so so they know they know that this evidence is going to come even more evidence 1.00

00:23:32.220 they will be you know the facts hey gee send the money now i mean they literally will be um you know 1.00

00:23:40.900 i need another porsche can can you send it to my paypal account now it's out there they know it's

00:23:47.780 coming that's why they got to dump him now and we're just we're just having arguments behind

00:23:53.580 closed doors in the gop i mean steve if you don't laugh you gotta cry because this is a level of

00:24:01.980 incompetence that i mean this is monty python steve this is absurd remember for the for the audience

00:24:10.000 remember sub saying the ca and these guys they know what the evidence is this has been out there for

00:24:15.060 years this is no surprise to anybody in the apparatus that's why ignatius drops the letter

00:24:19.820 as soon as we get back and get rolling this thing seb you're a student of history and of leadership i

00:24:24.900 want to take we got a couple minutes left kevin mccarthy is he exuding the command presence you need

00:24:30.980 to see in in a time of constitutional crisis sir uh leading question counsel um look i'll say it one

00:24:40.260 more time not a subversive like mitch he's not actually batting for the other side like mcconnell

00:24:52.040 but he's not maga and he's not america first in his gene code in his marrow i'll say this one thing for

00:25:02.080 him that i hope to be true that i think is true he unlike mitch and others can be forced to do the

00:25:11.580 right thing forced do you hear me by us that's how monday happened he can be forced to do the right

00:25:22.600 thing but otherwise he will not do the right thing that's the strategic analysis and if you want

00:25:31.800 more of that kind of strategic analysis you were on my show for an hour yesterday it's on rumble

00:25:39.080 it's on my social media we went the whole gamut impeachment china the swamp the president after 24

00:25:46.700 so but he can we all right bottom line we have to force him to do the right thing thing we have to

00:25:53.100 force him it can be done

00:25:54.740 seb last question on on the impeachment if stefana gets involved uh is your recommendation we move

00:26:02.820 quickly i mean we start releasing documents it's not just opinion people but should the republican

00:26:07.780 party put out the wire transfer start to start to overwhelm people with the actual evidence that's

00:26:13.800 there that they've only talked about to start to show the receipts double track double track so you

00:26:19.260 can bring a lease or anybody else but but they can be the front people i don't care you've got to bring

00:26:23.840 in the pros you've got to bring the people in who can communicate okay my buddy chris plant says hey

00:26:28.240 hire me i can do comms i don't care whether it's chris whether it's you whether it's me it doesn't

00:26:33.040 have to be any of us people who do this for a living who communicate bring us in behind closed doors we

00:26:38.800 don't need the glory we will tell you to do two things and i think you'll agree you've got to send

00:26:44.220 all the information out now you've got to flood the zone so it's out there so americans can download it so

00:26:50.240 you know the three democrats who are decent can read it everything has to go out there now and then

00:26:55.560 you have to communicate two things just two things non-stop hammer the two biggest things china 1.4

00:27:03.560 billion fake email accounts while you're vice president pick the two that are the easiest to

00:27:08.960 understand are the key to a corrupt regime and hammer them non-stop that's how you communicate 0.98

00:27:15.240 keep it simple stupid at the top level and then flood the zone with everything else it's not rocket 0.98

00:27:22.700 science steve you know better than anyone chris plant's a great idea i'm going to run that that's 0.97

00:28:36.960 of the covid pandemic are of course the frontline workers but what about those business owners who

00:28:43.160 hung in there and paid their employees if you stayed open and paid your people you could be eligible for

00:28:49.980 up to 26 000 per employee at covidtaxrelief.org that's 26 000 per employee now this is not alone

00:29:00.260 these are government funds that were set aside under president president trump and you don't have to pay it

00:29:05.360 back now all types of business including non-profits and churches can be eligible but you need to apply

00:29:12.800 now because congress may pull these funds now it's very specific about w-2s and what you had had to do

00:29:20.840 to pay your employees and that's why you need to go to the people at covidtaxrelief.com they know all

00:29:27.000 the technical aspects of this now covidtaxrelief.org has helped just in the war room almost 1400 businesses

00:29:36.040 or not-for-profits just like yours and secured for our folks over 142 million dollars of returns

00:29:44.900 now unlike the other operations out there that do this covidtaxrelief.org they charge nothing zero up

00:29:53.960 front they do all the work and share a percentage of the cash that you get let me repeat nothing up

00:30:00.540 front they do all the work and then share a percentage of money that you were to receive

00:30:05.560 you did the tough thing for your employees during one of the toughest times in this country's history

00:30:10.760 now let covidtaxrelief.org help you get up to 26 grand per employee visit covidtaxrelief.org

00:30:19.400 that's covidtaxrelief.org do it today use your agency here's your host stephen k bann

00:30:28.260 the increase in yuma apprehensions had created pressures to quickly process migrants

00:30:38.940 and decrease the time available to review each file end quote expect those screening programs to be

00:30:46.160 degraded indefinitely because vast numbers of special interest aliens are currently pouring

00:30:51.660 through the darien gap between colombia and panama usually 10 000 migrants or less passed through the

00:30:58.020 gap in 2023 however 300 000 plus have gone through the gap and whereas only 3 000 or 4 000 special

00:31:07.200 interest aliens among them reached our southern border annually the daily caller just reported that 75 000

00:31:14.880 came in just the last nine months dhs cannot possibly vet or even interview a fraction of these numbers

00:31:23.380 raising the terrorism risk and whereas about 20 aliens on the terror watch list were caught at the

00:31:30.400 southwest border in prior years since this crisis began in 2021 through the end of july border patrol

00:31:37.580 apprehended an almost implausibly large number of them 258 as of now those watch listed 258 are just the

00:31:46.880 ones border patrol managed to catch border patrol failed to apprehend a record-breaking 1.8 million

00:31:53.160 migrants who slipped into the interior mass migration related system failure is indicated in mexico too

00:32:01.500 in july 2021 mexico released a watch listed yemeni to clear their overcrowded detention centers and that

00:32:09.280 set off another manhunt i don't know if he was ever found the case of a lebanese venezuela who crossed

00:32:15.920 from matamores to brownsville in to december 2021 the the the the the testimony was galvanizing and in the

00:32:24.060 war room uh in washington uh we have the one and only todd bensman todd it cut to the chair give us the

00:32:31.200 the the why are we even having more testimony we know what's going on why are we just down there

00:32:36.300 you know stopping the border what your stuff's always great but what more do they need to hear

00:32:41.120 you know i think that the reason they had this hearing was a cnn report believe it or not came from cnn

00:32:48.960 about a smuggler associated with isis moving a bunch of uzbekistanis in

00:32:55.880 and causing this huge nationwide manhunt everybody a five alarm fire in the biden administration and they

00:33:03.240 leaked this to i think cnn to show how on top of it they were but actually the story was that

00:33:11.820 they're not on top of it because they didn't interview these uzbekistanis the way they were supposed to

00:33:17.920 when they caught them at the border they had to chase them down all over the country to make sure

00:33:23.940 they weren't terrorists i don't know what they found they're not saying what they found and so

00:33:28.740 there was uh interest finally uh in uh the republican controlled house to have a a larger hearing to

00:33:38.240 to to take a a bigger broader look at what's actually going down going on down there with the

00:33:44.840 terrorism threat and i think it was a legitimate topic to finally have a hearing about uh they should

00:33:51.880 have more hearings i don't think you can have enough about the border to keep driving the uh the the

00:34:00.460 leadership and the politics to force something to happen hang on a second i want to put up in you

00:34:08.040 said they had to go they didn't do the proper screening we got terrorists coming in all the time

00:34:12.760 you're you've got a you have your earlier book on that you've reported on that ad nauseum then you

00:34:18.000 said they had to chase them down throughout the country go back to that to that article and document

00:34:22.180 you showed me the other day and i want to talk numbers when you say chase them down throughout the

00:34:26.620 country the united states a pretty vast country even the lower 48 do we this report you showed me

00:34:33.240 we have this whole thing's a joke we have no earthy idea where anybody is todd is am i not correct

00:34:40.580 walk me through that thing you showed me the other day they're they even admitted this is them

00:34:45.200 admitting that there's millions it's it's all phony it's all performative these people come to the

00:34:49.560 country we have no earthly idea where they are and now they're admitting it sir the inspector general

00:34:56.020 came out with a dhs came out with a stunning report investigative report uh last week i mean

00:35:04.880 really stunning i mean you cannot believe this that the biden administration has been taking in

00:35:10.700 all of these uh hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens over the border

00:35:16.380 and not getting their addresses to where they're going they're they're required to there's a mandate

00:35:21.760 you have to be able to uh track them down and stay in touch with them and be able to arrest them

00:35:27.600 uh when they need to be arrested but it turns out that the administration has just been blowing it off

00:35:33.700 so there are hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens in the country

00:35:38.600 uh who have just disappeared we have no way of of tracking them down they gave us fake addresses

00:35:44.480 no addresses the same addresses 800,000 900,000 uh you know fake addresses nobody's got a clue about

00:35:54.180 where anybody is so you can imagine how hard it would have been for them to track down those uzbekistanis 1.00

00:36:00.380 uh when they really needed to i'll bet you they still haven't tracked them all down

00:36:04.260 because they didn't require addresses they're sledding them all in and just forget it who cares what

00:36:09.660 happens to them by the way is this is this not there's millions of people here that give fox

00:36:15.440 addresses they don't even follow up is that not grounds enough to for the removal of mallorcas what do

00:36:21.260 people need this is the inspector general of dhs this is not gateway pundit or todd bensman or

00:36:28.240 matt ball over breitbart or was it the great uh uh uh uh young man they've got that does the uh

00:36:35.520 the the immigration reporting over breitbart this is not anybody like that this is the inspector

00:36:39.800 general of the department itself of the cabinet position itself his report you read it it's like

00:36:45.960 is this uh revolver news is this citizen is this kane wrote this up there's literally millions of just

00:36:52.960 and the and the illegal aliens coming through know that there's no penalty they just give you a phony 0.93

00:36:57.600 address isn't one of the addresses one they just take off a form and it's like hundreds of thousands

00:37:02.520 of the same address brother yeah i mean listen what happened here is the ig came up with four

00:37:11.160 recommendations very unusual that the administration has disputed all four of them they are just not

00:37:19.880 backing down they're not giving up on any of this uh we didn't do it none of that's true uh you know

00:37:26.000 and that's unusual uh that is uh running cover uh in my opinion that's just running cover they're trying

00:37:32.200 to just delay this until the until this thing moves off of the media cycle uh but the fact of the matter is

00:37:38.700 uh that they initiated a mass migration crisis bringing in millions and millions of people

00:37:47.280 and then i think probably in a deliberative way uh decided to just let them kind of disappear so

00:37:55.440 that we'd never be able to track them down we we will never be able to track any of these people down

00:38:01.320 because you have to have a a verified address before you release them but what they did instead was

00:38:10.580 they people were writing down you know um dairy queen you know an address to an an auto sales lot

00:38:19.340 addresses to churches addresses and it'd be the same address used hundreds and hundreds and hundreds

00:38:26.880 of times you're just passing the address from one to the other nobody is bothering i think on purpose

00:38:32.940 they're laughing at us they're laughing at us and they should laugh at us this is the invasion of 0.90

00:38:40.160 the country once they get in here they're saying well there's a process and we're going to you know

00:38:43.580 do the the the parole they're just coming to the country they don't even follow up they don't even

00:38:47.400 have the addresses the real reason i had you here for all the great testimony in this in this story

00:38:52.560 we're going to drill down more but a matter of consequence for the moment todd bensman and i need your

00:38:59.160 advice to the audience the cr and people should know their meetings today that they're trying to

00:39:04.680 cut a deal on the cr and as you know we're the hardliners no cr when it strikes midnight in the

00:39:11.560 30th tough break for a swell guy uh no more money to the government biden figures it out now people

00:39:18.540 are trying to do it todd one of the big linchpins they're offering up is to do a cr that had hr was it

00:39:25.240 hr one or two the the big border immigration bill now i think it's lovely in itself but it's it's

00:39:32.120 two hr two you can't we got enough laws just look at the one there just execute what you've got right

00:39:38.940 now is that worth it right now because it was kind of a messaging bill in your mind because you're the

00:39:45.440 professional if that's attached to a cr do you give them another 30 or 60 days because they've

00:39:51.500 attached that bill to the cr or is that just another shiny toy for people right now i mean look

00:39:58.060 i just don't i don't see oh i i think i think that there's no the only leverage that republicans have

00:40:06.620 are people that are interested i mean there are some democrats that are interested in border security i

00:40:10.380 don't know too many of them but but the only leverage is uh you know the purse strings in my opinion

00:40:16.380 i think the senate is coming out with a uh a version of that same bill uh we'll see if they

00:40:23.460 can reconcile but i think without democrats uh signing on and they will not they will absolutely not

00:40:30.100 touch this thing you have this this one point of leverage uh let's see if if anybody's going to use it

00:40:37.600 and you're saying so you're saying if they attach it no go you want to use the leverage now for

00:40:44.720 either defunding mayorkas or getting in there and putting money that they got to restart ice you're

00:40:50.280 saying use the money to get the response that we want to secure the border is that your point and

00:40:55.520 you don't need hr2 to do that right now yes yes how how given where we are in and you see we got the

00:41:06.340 team down in darien and in the in the footage and darien todd is the worst i've ever seen to the

00:41:11.440 point that the new york times is picking it up today then the new york the new york times is

00:41:15.920 finally saying you know they got this thing called the darien gap and there's and they've got some of

00:41:19.700 the pictures oh they pulled stills from from uh from uh from you and from burkwam and these other

00:41:24.500 guys but given everything's coming through and knowing that we don't have any addresses they just

00:41:29.360 put the dairy queen is it going to be possible to do the deportations we need to do to get these

00:41:37.000 people out of the country and to get the nation back on a steady footing like in new york city with

00:41:41.820 110 000 all go home and we can have new york city back again sir man i just don't see how i mean

00:41:50.620 logistically uh with with you know they have 6 000 ero uh officers ice does uh i i mean there's just so

00:41:59.280 many they they set this thing up in a way that seems almost deliberately impossible to fix later

00:42:07.840 in a republican administration there are so many millions uh that are here we don't know where they

00:42:13.920 are and so many many hundreds of thousands uh more coming through the darien gap i think the same

00:42:20.620 thing is going to happen they come in they disappear uh at some point you just have to you know

00:42:27.860 hire another 6 000 agents and go after it and i have to say though that um you know today in in

00:42:36.420 the hearing the democrats that were there they don't want to hear it they don't want to support it

00:42:42.400 they don't agree that there's something unusual happening if there is something unusual happening

00:42:48.020 and that all these people are coming in i watched them i listened to them uh then they think this is

00:42:53.020 great this is a great thing that's happening it's helping our country uh i mean we're on

00:42:57.820 just two different planets really they had a cato guy in there today uh as their main witness

00:43:04.220 they couldn't even find somebody from federal government service to come in and talk about this

00:43:09.800 threat uh they had a cato guy come in here and say the fbi watch list has like no real terrorists

00:43:17.380 on it they just throw people up there just to throw people up there and put names on there

00:43:21.900 of like families or somebody who phoned somebody uh so they're saying the fbi watch list all these

00:43:27.920 watch lists of people are not aren't even terrorists that's what we're dealing with and the democrat

00:43:33.640 that's the democrats uh you know witness and they loved what he was saying jerry nadler was up there

00:43:41.720 saying yeah yeah they're not even real terrorists i have to worry about this um that's kind of what

00:43:47.520 what we're dealing with this is like the jerry jerry anti jerry nadler the anti jerry nadler

00:43:53.780 jerry nadler after he's at the 9 11 ceremony you know crying the big crocodile tears there's 110 000

00:44:00.760 illegal aliens in new york at a minimum and terrorists you know up and down i'll tell you 0.64

00:46:31.860 um so we get that also o'keefe is james o'keefe has got uh footage from maui i haven't seen it yet

00:46:41.140 we're gonna try to get james on here tomorrow when everybody goes support and check out jace medical

00:46:46.020 dr rollin remember he was doing the arrow recoveries over there he's the guy that took action

00:46:57.920 jace medical dot com and just check it out see what they've come up with because hey you get these

00:47:02.380 emergencies like uh eva out of maui which we still don't have any answers to when they happen boom your

00:47:08.940 whole life changes make sure you've got access to the medicine you need go to jace medical dot com do

00:47:14.420 it today todd benson are the republicans i know there's a number of guys up there men and women up there

00:47:19.420 that get this is there going to be action and by action i mean what you've been advocating from day

00:47:24.980 one it's not hr2 right now not it's not the time or the place for that it's the time to get tough

00:47:31.480 about the money once again give me a minute because we're out of time what todd benson recommends if you

00:47:37.460 want to change this if you want to change the incentives here what do you do with the cat what do you

00:47:41.860 do with the money that dhs has well in my opinion i just came back from the border last week i was

00:47:49.600 down there for most of the week watching just hundreds of family units uh mostly central americans

00:47:56.280 cross in uh telling me that the reason they're coming is because they're letting us in so why not

00:48:01.820 uh and i think that the only leverage point that republicans really have is the power of the purse

00:48:08.060 uh they need to uh withhold cash withhold cash strategically uh and until with a demand that

00:48:19.360 they that the admin that the administration start detaining at the very least all of those family

00:48:25.460 units that are coming across build the soft-sided facility get the camps built and hold them and

00:48:31.840 detain them and start deporting them because really that's the only thing that's going to end this when

00:48:37.660 those migrants uh hear that they are not getting in that they're being detained and deported they'll

00:48:44.500 stop coming that's really what we don't need a new law right now we don't need us to two or any of that

00:48:51.060 we just need perfect a change in policy put put put put a pin in that right now you got to defund that

00:48:58.200 you got to defund the fbi get defund any of these cr first there should be no cr but even if they have

00:49:03.920 a discussion those defunding mechanisms have to be there then it's totally performative if they're

00:49:08.980 talking about attaching hr2 that's performance if they're talking about cutting off the money to

00:49:14.640 mayorkas until we secure the border then it's a different conversation and this is going to get

00:49:20.100 quite heated over the next week and this audience is going to be at the forefront ben's been how do

00:49:24.960 people get to you thank you for coming in today great testimony great i'm gonna i'm gonna have you back

00:49:29.800 the ig the ig report look the i the inspector generals are like caesar's wife in these cabinet

00:49:36.580 massive bureaucracies their reports are not to be questioned the ig is non-partisan they come out and

00:49:42.260 just lay out the facts as they are to have an administration go after all four points shows you

00:49:47.900 how radioactive this thing is this is one of the most explosive reports i've seen because it says

00:49:52.760 everything you've been told is a lie bensman how do they how do they get we'll have you back on to go

00:49:57.240 through in detail how they get you on social media your book your website all of it yeah uh todd

00:50:02.820 bensman at getter uh and i have bensman todd at x my book is overrun how joe biden unleashed the

00:50:11.380 greatest border crisis in u.s history the first book which really mattered today is america's covert

00:50:17.880 border war it's all about this jihadist uh the programs we put down there and the threat the people 0.75

00:50:23.800 we've caught etc and uh todd bensman.com i'm with center for immigration studies

00:50:30.520 bensman thank you for coming we're going to break down that that ig report because it tells you what

00:50:36.340 bensman's been telling you forever ice has been destroyed but now they don't have the addresses

00:50:40.540 they're laughing in your face this is to me is a crime this is criminal what they've done bensman thank

00:50:46.580 you we're gonna get to the bottom in in in the next hour we're gonna get it the defense budget

00:50:51.120 the defense budget came and get voted out in these behind the scenes deals are cutting right now part

00:50:56.240 of that is to get the defense budget at least approved and move forward and that's a huge uptake

00:51:00.080 it's almost a trillion dollars i think it's 880 billion dollars you can't get it because the whole

00:51:04.780 thing's so woke and all the field officers are so woke we're going to talk about tuberville what

00:51:08.960 coach tuberville is doing which is heroic we've got a great crew that's going to join me to go

00:51:14.300 through this the ccp's influence what's behind the impeachment of the bribery in the treason 0.97

00:51:19.420 this audience you're active members of this drama you're not passive you're just not sitting there

00:51:25.380 you are the driver of the action and that's one of the reasons that we try to get people on here

00:51:31.180 that immerse you with this inside baseball and right now they're trying to cut deals here's what

00:51:36.080 they're trying to do they're trying to and a lot of this they've cut mccarthy even out of this the

00:51:40.320 moderates are working with the freedom caucus and throwing up a couple proposals

00:51:43.580 give us a cr then of course the freedom caucus in particular is like 10 or 12 our guys they're

00:51:49.380 saying absolutely no way on anything but the discussions are let's have a cr let's have a

00:51:55.100 cut in budget let's attach the defense bill let's attach hr2 but it doesn't go after no defunding

00:52:01.660 a doj no defunding fbi no defunding of dhs so there's huge consternation but my point is even in

00:52:07.940 the discussion we want to make sure you have the information so that when you call your representative
