Bannon's War Room - Episode 3062： Who Really Is Governing You

00:00:00.000 convincing and persuasive way it's not me you have to persuade it's the American

00:00:04.020 people whose trust you deserve and whose trust you have to maintain a third

00:00:09.720 principle is judicial review and here I would just remind the committee about

00:00:16.200 the Supreme Court's decision in Trump versus Mazars the court said about this

00:00:20.880 committee that in fact it has to conduct an investigation for a legitimate

00:00:27.060 purpose a fishing expedition is not a legitimate purpose moreover the court in

00:00:34.020 Trump versus Mazars said that it is not a legitimate purpose for the House or

00:00:39.360 House committee to be conducting the function of law enforcement and I heard

00:00:45.960 many references here to criminal misbehavior to whether or not somebody

00:00:50.700 should be thrown in jail criticisms of a prosecutor mr. Weiss that sounds to me

00:00:56.640 like an attempt to really substitute for the proper legitimate proceedings of the

00:01:04.180 House to other safeguards real quickly one is that these proceedings should be based

00:01:10.320 on principle not partisanship and I fear that what we're hearing today which can

00:01:16.260 trace all the way back to 2019 and accusations made against mr. Biden as far

00:01:21.000 back as then are really driven by partisan animus more than they are by principle

00:01:26.100 and a final safeguard is for the house the full house to authorize an impeachment

00:01:32.100 inquiry that does not come from me that comes from speaker McCarthy he said there

00:01:37.860 should be the full house's approval it also comes from mr. Trump's Justice

00:01:42.060 Department who said there must be a committee must be authorized by the full

00:01:47.880 house that has not happened here my concern is with the Constitution that's

00:01:53.100 what my devotion is to and I hope all of us understand that there's nothing more

00:01:58.560 serious than honoring our Constitution and following the design the framers gave

00:02:04.000 us thank you gentlemen side is expired I do want to state the fact in 2019 the DC

00:02:11.160 district court judge ruled a vote of the full house was not required to commence an

00:02:15.680 impeachment inquiry now we're going to begin the the question and answer phase

00:02:20.120 we have 47 members here today that are going to ask questions so we're going to

00:02:24.940 abide by the five minutes I will begin followed by ranking member Raskins this

00:02:30.780 week the Oversight Committee issued another bank subpoena targeting specific

00:02:34.280 wires originating from Beijing most of our bank subpoenas have been for Biden

00:02:38.600 family associates accounts resulting in thousands of pages of bank records we've

00:02:42.520 identified these bank accounts based on suspicious activity reports filed with

00:02:47.400 the Treasury Department after being flagged by the banks the bank records

00:02:51.820 obtained this week showed that on August 2nd 2019 Jonathan Lee and Miss Tang Ling in

00:02:58.600 Beijing sent Hunter Biden $250,000 listing Joe Biden's home address in

00:03:04.900 Wilmington Delaware the wire stated it was for a personal investment a second wire

00:03:11.200 the 10,000 wire said it was a loan to beneficiary now let's talk about the

00:03:28.600 $250,000 personal investment sure looks like Jonathan Lee was making a

00:03:32.460 substantial investment in the Bidens months after Joe Biden announced his run

00:03:38.260 for the presidency in April 2019 now who is Jonathan Lee during Devin Archer's

00:03:44.040 interview with the Oversight Committee explained how Vice President Biden

00:03:47.680 developed a relationship with Jonathan Lee Vice President Biden had coffee with

00:03:53.140 Jonathan Lee in Beijing he talked with him on the phone and even wrote a

00:03:58.480 college recommendation letter for mr. Lee's children Hunter Biden even met with

00:04:03.760 Jonathan Lee after flying on Air Force 2 to Beijing with Joe Biden the Beijing

00:04:10.540 Bidens cultivated a relationship with Jonathan Lee and other Chinese nationals

00:04:15.040 for one reason and one reason only to access their wealth as we all know the

00:04:20.380 Bidens had nothing to sell except the brand which was Joe Biden Hunter Biden

00:04:25.960 sold the brand well making the Biden family millions from China and elsewhere while

00:04:30.820 Joe Biden was vice-president Hunter Biden became an investor in a Chinese

00:04:34.580 investment fund with Jonathan Lee and owned a percentage of BH our partners

00:04:39.100 through one of his many LLC's this was a political problem for his dad the big guy

00:04:43.960 who was running for president in October 2019 two months after the Beijing wires

00:04:49.420 Hunter Biden's lawyer claimed he served only as a member of the board of

00:04:53.020 directors in an unpaid position this was under Biden's lawyers he was in an

00:04:56.540 unpaid position Abby law now claims the money is a documented loan from a private 0.99

00:05:02.600 individual now these wire statements are very concerning the Biden's

00:05:06.080 defenders justification for the money isn't consistent with what we know from

00:05:11.180 the suspicious activity reports from Treasury mr. Dubinsky I'm very skeptical of

00:05:15.720 Abby law statement that the quarter million dollar payment from Jonathan Lee

00:05:19.100 and another woman was a loan because the wire states it was a personal

00:05:22.860 investment we've also reviewed documents at Treasury that don't support mr. Lowell's

00:05:27.300 theory in your experience our international loans of this amount

00:05:31.260 supported by documentation such as loan terms interest rates and repayment

00:05:35.160 schedule yes mr. chairman they typically would be you would see that you would see

00:05:39.840 documents setting forth the interest rates terms of repayments all of those

00:05:44.820 absolutely so so would it be important to review hunter Biden's bank records and see if

00:05:50.020 hunter Biden paid back the money to Jonathan Lee or if he sent the money to

00:05:53.620 someone else I don't know using a cashier's check for example as somebody

00:05:58.420 mentioned earlier it's very important to follow the money absolutely and that's

00:06:01.360 very important in this situation thank you professor Turley we all know what

00:06:05.020 this payments really for it's for influence peddling and selling the Biden

00:06:08.140 brand now today we've shown that the Biden family and their companies

00:06:11.440 received more than 15 million dollars without providing any known legitimate

00:06:15.140 services between 2014 and 2019 if you include the business associates in their

00:06:20.300 companies they've received over 24 million dollars based on evidence we've

00:06:24.980 developed so far what are some of the potential laws we should be analyzing during

00:06:28.940 our impeachment inquiry thank you mr. chairman I actually lay out what are the

00:06:33.540 most obvious potential articles of impeachment without saying that those have

00:06:37.380 been established but the ones that I recommend for the committee to focus on and

00:06:42.020 one things I recommend is that the committee actually start by looking at

00:06:45.920 potential crimes because I've said that in the past two impeachments that it's a

00:06:52.280 an important thing to front-load criminal acts for the reasons I laid out it gives

00:06:57.560 you a very high standard for impeachment quite frankly higher than it's binding I

00:07:02.420 said in last two impeachments you can't impeach for non-criminal conduct so I

00:07:07.760 suggest starting there but as I talk about in my testimony bribery obstruction

00:07:14.360 conspiracy abuse of power those have all been raised in past impeachments abuse of

00:07:21.440 power is is the article that is very very common it has to be a catch-all and it is

00:07:27.680 the one that I've always been a little bit uncomfortable with which why I

00:07:30.560 suggest you end there rather than start there because that's the article that

00:07:35.240 brings in a lot of non-criminal conduct and frankly I think that you need to

00:07:39.380 focus as much as you can on the evidence and whether you can establish these

00:07:43.640 connections very good thank you chair now recognize mr. Raskin to Maryland for five

00:07:48.440 minutes thank you mr. chairman professor Gearhart has ever been an impeachment

00:07:52.520 process launched in the middle of a government shutdown no but why did the

00:07:57.900 office of legal counsel opine that there must be a vote of the full house before a

00:08:05.000 committee launches into an impeachment investigation why did speaker McCarthy

00:08:10.780 insist on it and in fact say that there would be one in this case I think the

00:08:15.800 office of legal counsel said that at least in part because an impeachment

00:08:23.180 inquiry is deadly serious it is again just about the most serious thing any house

00:08:31.700 committee ever undertakes and one safeguard against a committee acting on the

00:08:39.260 basis of just let's say the party membership is to ensure that the full

00:08:42.980 house is behind the impeachment inquiry a dozen of our colleagues on the

00:08:50.360 Republican side have already called for impeachment I'm struck by the fact that of

00:08:55.460 the four expert witnesses brought together today not a single one of them

00:09:00.140 argued that a sufficient quantum of evidence exists today to justify the

00:09:05.780 impeachment of President Biden is there any precedent in our country for

00:09:09.860 launching an impeachment inquiry absent evidence of wrongdoing by the

00:09:16.680 president no and in fact I would just point out that with Richard Nixon and Bill

00:09:21.960 Clinton and President Trump in 2019 the full house authorized those impeachment

00:09:26.340 inquiries Lev Parnas sent us a letter in which he said it was addressed to

00:09:32.040 Chairman Comer in which he said the narrative you are seeking for this

00:09:35.880 investigation has been proven false many times over by a wide array of

00:09:41.340 respected sources there is simply no merit to investigating this matter any further

00:09:46.860 and he says please abandon this effort to investigate the Bidens which is

00:09:51.560 nothing more than a wild goose chase and he was Rudy Giuliani's right-hand man

00:09:55.880 gallivanting all over the world to try to put together a case back in 2019 that

00:10:01.460 Joe Biden had done something wrong do you agree that given that the evidence

00:10:09.920 we've looked at over the eight months comes down to this discredited Burisma 0.99

00:10:15.320 conspiracy theory we should hear from those responsible for concocting the

00:10:20.240 story in the first case in the first place specifically Lev Parnas and Rudy

00:10:24.860 Giuliani absolutely what did you think about the fact that the very first act of

00:10:30.740 the committee in its impeachment investigation was to reject the idea of

00:10:34.940 subpoenaing Lev Parnas and Rudy Giuliani who are at the heart of the story

00:10:40.640 that's the basis for impeachment I think if there's going to be an investigation into

00:10:45.920 the president all the evidence that is to say all the participants anyone that has

00:10:50.720 knowledge should be spoken to we have lots of colleagues on this committee and

00:10:56.480 off the call off the committee who've called for the impeachment of Joe Biden

00:11:00.440 who also voted against impeaching Donald Trump for inciting a violent

00:11:06.860 insurrection against the Union and hundreds of people have gone to jail as in

00:11:12.920 subsidiary acts under the umbrella of that insurrectionary process now can you

00:11:20.360 come up with a theory that it would allow someone to say I am going to vote to

00:11:25.580 impeach Joe Biden for offenses unstated and evidence unknown but I will oppose

00:11:33.160 and vote against the impeachment of Donald Trump for inciting a violent

00:11:37.820 insurrection against the Union which is something that concurrent bipartisan

00:11:43.160 majorities voted for in the House and the Senate I cannot and I might just add as a

00:11:47.240 as a law professor that one of the things I suggest to my students in trying to

00:11:54.320 assess the constitutionality of any governmental action is to take the names

00:11:57.980 out switch the names or switch the political parties and see if the outcome is the

00:12:02.040 same so if Joe Biden had incited a violent insurrection against the Union and said you

00:12:06.140 go and fight and fight like hell and if you don't you won't have a country anymore 0.83

00:12:09.500 would you consider that in the ensuing mayhem and chaos absolutely be an

00:12:14.960 impeachable event or not it to your mind in applying the law to the facts have you

00:12:21.200 seen any evidence that Joe Biden has done anything remotely comparable to what

00:12:26.000 Donald Trump did which earned him his impeachment in the bipartisan vote of the

00:12:30.260 house I have not I also just might add you know with all due respect I heard the

00:12:34.400 phrase Biden family many many times but that's just I don't know who the Biden

00:12:39.980 family is I don't know who's where who's being referenced when people talk

00:12:44.160 about the Biden family thank you professor Gearhart mr. chairman I'd like to move

00:12:48.260 for unanimous consent to introduce Lev Parnas's July 18th 2023 letter to you

00:12:53.960 and to me and the rest of the committee into the official record of this

00:12:57.440 proceeding without objection to order chair now recognizes the chairman of the

00:13:01.320 house ways and means committee Jason Smith from Missouri for five minutes thank

00:13:05.280 you thank you mr. chairman it's it's it's amazing to be setting in your

00:13:09.880 committee I'm it's a pleasure to be here yesterday we had a committee to release

00:13:14.640 over 700 pages of documents that came from the two IRS whistleblowers based on

00:13:21.280 the last oversight hearing when they presented before this committee where

00:13:27.140 members both Republican and Democrat asked for additional information and they

00:13:31.260 provided it and we brought it forward what was interesting is the other side

00:13:35.300 of the aisle actually mentioned Trump a whole lot more than they ever mentioned

00:13:40.880 Biden and it's happening over here too so I think it's kind of consistent both in

00:13:45.340 the ways and means committee and in the oversight committee but miss Connor my

00:13:49.420 question is is yesterday the ways and means committee voted to release

00:13:54.220 additional information provided like I said by Gary Shapley and mr. Ziegler one of

00:13:59.340 the documents shows that assistant US attorney Leslie wolf ordered

00:14:05.300 investigators not to pursue leads into possible campaign finance violations we

00:14:13.740 know that over 2 million dollars of hunter Biden's tax liabilities were paid off by a big

00:14:23.600 Democrat party donor and Hollywood lawyer who's named Kevin Morris James

00:14:30.940 Biden the president's brother told investigators he did not know how

00:14:36.860 hunter Biden even knew this individual but was later asked to thank him for the

00:14:43.600 payment quote on behalf of the family the Biden family the family so how would such

00:14:53.400 payments that essentially pushed under the rug the president son's tax problems at

00:14:59.720 least for one year be considered a campaign finance violation on part of the

00:15:06.360 Biden campaign thank you for the question I have no idea I thought you were going to

00:15:14.520 ask me why would Leslie wolf say don't look into that and I think the answer to that

00:15:19.280 probably is that if it's a campaign contribution that it implicates political

00:15:25.520 person number one and that apparently is a big barrier that had been created

00:15:31.280 throughout this entire investigation and as far as it being a campaign

00:15:36.980 contribution that two million dollars actually was intended to satisfy the

00:15:40.720 liabilities for two years of hundred Biden's late filed and unpaid taxes

00:15:45.600 is it unusual for an assistant prosecutor to say don't don't look at this

00:15:55.840 individual this person's off-limits as I mentioned in my opening statement that is

00:16:00.040 how investigations develop the agent's father leads wherever they take them and

00:16:04.480 and in this case the a legitimate investigation was being done of money

00:16:09.760 that was being paid and for the assistant US attorney who is who is

00:16:15.040 orchestrating the investigation to say don't look at that anymore I think the

00:16:19.980 reason is related to another instruction of hers that she didn't want to get

00:16:25.840 public integrity involved and that tells us that she was looking beyond hunter

00:16:29.320 Biden and into a person whose activities would be subject to public

00:16:33.040 integrity it so Jay one thing that I want to ask since she worked tax division 0.77

00:16:38.620 for DOJ if Kevin Morris gave a gift of two million dollars to help pay off

00:16:44.560 hunter Biden's debts who has to report that on their taxes does mr. Morris have

00:16:50.500 to report it or does hunter Biden well as I understand it the parties are

00:16:55.540 claiming that it's a loan and that hunter Biden will pay it back between 2025 and

00:17:00.160 would that have to be reported on any tax records if

00:17:03.020 if it's if it's a loan no but I I don't I haven't seen any of the

00:17:09.020 documentation of that loan and that is what I'm sure mr. Dubinsky can tell you

00:17:13.040 that calling something alone is one way to claim that it's not taxable income so

00:17:18.680 one quick question you know we we uncovered yesterday that the Biden family and

00:17:26.000 associates received over twenty million dollars from twenty three different

00:17:32.000 countries that they had business ties to or communications with and they also had

00:17:37.520 over twenty shell LLC's where they would transfer money in and out if you were

00:17:44.940 still sitting in your office in DOJ's tax division would this web of entities and

00:17:49.880 activities concern you I would make sure that my prosecutors were concerned

00:17:55.880 about it thank you thank you chair now recognize miss Norton from the District of

00:18:01.880 Columbia thank you mr. chairman professor Gerhardt pleased to have you with us

00:18:10.880 today in your testimony you referenced Alexander Hamilton's warning about the

00:18:18.880 dangers of trivializing impeachment through petty partisanship I can tell you

00:18:26.880 mr. Gerhardt one of my one of my fears of this we're gonna cut back to this

00:18:33.880 we're in an existential fight for our country right now we have a financial and economic crisis that has

00:18:45.880 to be dealt with the centerpiece of doing that is get taking on the federal is taking on the

00:18:49.880 Leviathan and making sure I'm taking on the Leviathan that we are understand that is

00:18:56.880 just not to take it down and scale but it's to take it down in its direction anybody

00:19:02.880 that believes in limited government and it gives you the happy talk in limited

00:19:05.880 government that's not in for this fight right now is just a BS artist because

00:19:11.880 it's the only way you're gonna get it you're not gonna sit there with all your

00:19:14.880 speeches and you saw the guess you didn't see and we didn't either but the

00:19:18.880 Keebler elves last night just more nonsense more irrelevant nonsense coming out of coming 1.00

00:19:23.880 out of the Reagan library with the Keebler elves this is the fight now and this shows you I

00:19:32.880 think the overall incompetence of McCarthy because the case for bribery and treason by

00:19:44.880 Biden is about as straightforward as you can get but you have to first off so many more

00:19:51.880 subpoenas should have gone out so many more information if you gotten ready for

00:19:58.880 this and had the will to see it through to the end been coordinated tougher more focused on point

00:20:07.880 because they're just not going to sit there remember the Democratic Party assassins are not the

00:20:13.880 whiff and poofs of the Republican Party why are we here right now and why do you have the Dan Forrest and

00:20:19.880 you got that you got the Wall Street Journal editorial on Trump going off on Trump yesterday

00:20:23.880 that these populist nationalists are too mean too divisive too tough you know you don't want to go have a cocktail

00:20:34.880 with them later and and we the you know the conservative Dan for the constitutional conservatives if you believe

00:20:42.880 if you believe in limited government and you believe in fiscal responsibility as an underpinning of limited

00:20:47.880 government in this in this constitutional Republic you have to believe in fighting for it

00:20:54.880 you know the Democrats are just not going to sit there and and have you have high flowing speeches and in you know the

00:21:09.880 professor Turley's of the world and others these concerts unless you have thought this thing through in

00:21:15.880 nine or ten moves because those are the clips are going to be playing you have to have muzzle velocity

00:21:22.880 on something like this you have to have you have to have a maniacal focus in hitting it and like I said

00:21:31.880 we've been juggling a lot of balls here today we are and now they're announcing they're going to probably try

00:21:36.880 try to vote on the appropriations bills four of them this afternoon in the Senate right now in the

00:21:42.880 Senate right now they are meeting with with Hagerty and Katie Britt and some others to maybe attach a

00:21:50.880 border resolution or part of HR part of HR part of HR the HR bill in there right in there it's some sort of

00:22:01.880 sop to trick people in so that's going on simultaneously and we're trying to cover that because that is a

00:22:07.880 thing of the moment and here you're seeing and I don't I don't want to be down on the hard work that's

00:22:16.880 been done the hard work that's been done by Jim Jordan and been done by Smith over at ways and means

00:22:23.880 and been done by Jamie Comer but this was put out as a shiny toy remember why are we here today on this

00:22:35.880 Thursday why are we here today and in the middle of this essential metaphorical gunfight to get control

00:22:45.880 get control of Leviathan and to get control of the beast why are we then launching what's only been

00:22:53.880 done a couple times in the history of this Republican impeachment hearing on a sitting president for

00:22:59.880 bribery and treason but you couldn't get any more serious and I know we're the look the facts are there

00:23:07.880 the information but also just to last night even dump the emails 700 pages of emails that shows now

00:23:17.880 to bring up which I've advocated from the beginning is much more important even than the Ukraine aspect of it

00:23:25.880 when the Ukraine aspect of it is very important but to show their involvement with CEFC and remember

00:23:31.880 that's just not a Chinese energy company that is the that company was a capital markets allocator for

00:23:37.880 one belt one road which is their physical infrastructure program to unite the Eurasian landmass and become a

00:23:45.880 hegemon and drive the United States from the Pacific and also to to not just the Eurasian landmass also to to to 0.94

00:23:55.880 uh Italian sub-Saharan Africa and the oil fields of the Middle East and you see them actually taking

00:24:03.880 money which I said from the beginning is most important why does that get dumped on on the last

00:24:07.880 night so I'm not certainly down on doing this this must be done Joe Biden took bribes from foreign countries

00:24:19.880 and our enemies our mortal enemies and he did that to deliver certain aspects for them like shutdown that

00:24:27.880 even though it was a program to just go roll up a bunch of professors at colleges at least it was

00:24:33.880 something the China initiative the DOJ and in the FBI had but if you're going to bring it you got to bring it

00:24:43.880 the right Jamie Raskin and Goldman are not these are assassins the Democratic Party remember they had Nancy

00:24:52.880 Pelosi and I realized when I mentioned her name of my a lot of the audience spits on the floor I'm sorry

00:24:58.880 but Nancy Pelosi when she rolled she rolled hard that you didn't have Kevin McCarthy you didn't have Paul

00:25:04.880 Ryan Paul Ryan's given interviews right now a sitting board member on the foreigners at Fox that run the country that

00:25:12.880 run the country that did that uh the flop last night at the Reagan library to smear the the the the

00:25:19.880 the legacy of Ronald Reagan and he's a sitting board member show me any sitting board member on any media

00:25:26.880 company that's ever given an interview and saying the number one objective we have to do is to stop Trump

00:25:31.880 this is what Paul Ryan's a fire breather now he wasn't a fire breather when he was uh speaker of the

00:25:38.880 uh speaker of the house or John Boehner they're on the pocket of the of the uh of the of the lobbyists

00:25:44.880 why why are we sitting here right now and if you've watched our live stream we've been playing all night

00:25:50.880 the heroic efforts of these uh congressmen to sit there all night and to fight on budgets that

00:25:57.880 already come out of committees stacked with these rhino republicans that are not tough enough they have too much 1.00

00:26:01.880 spending and they're too woke and they're sitting there all night long and these fights on the

00:26:06.880 amendments and why why are Garrett Graves the great genius that gave us the the debt ceiling deal and

00:26:13.880 the uh and McHenry with the little bow tie why are they not up there why is McCarthy not leading this

00:26:19.880 I told you the next 48 to 72 hours the next 42 we're gonna hit a break here we got this we gotta we gotta

00:26:29.880 we're a commercial operation we I want to thank real America's voice by the way for letting us blow the

00:26:33.880 brakes in the first uh in the first hour okay and for our sponsors it's it's we'll get to that hopefully

00:26:41.880 in the last 30 minutes but it's a day of historic import as we start an impeachment hearing at the same time

00:26:47.880 we have a historic fight to get control of the leviathan I don't want to hear any more republicans

00:26:54.880 ever say again unless you're in this fight now don't let the phrase limited government cross your 0.99

00:26:59.880 lips and don't let the phrase fiscal responsibility cross your lips because you're a liar and you're a 0.80

00:27:04.880 con artist you're seeing it here in the nitty-gritty tough in the trenches of how that has to happen 0.98

00:27:10.880 how did we possibly get a federal budget of seven trillion dollars and and we look at the

00:27:17.880 discretionary I think a third of it's not even authorized you're exposing all the games have

00:27:22.880 been played here for who for the benefit of the wealthy the benefit of the lobbyist the benefits of

00:27:28.880 the oligarchs on wall street and now because they held it out as a shiny toy they wanted to divert you

00:27:39.880 this old fox trick oh the MAGA they're all going to run because they're all foaming at the mouth 1.00

00:27:45.880 over hunter biden there are such a bunch of idiots that breathe through their mouths oh let's give 1.00

00:27:49.880 him the impeachment remember he came back and Maria Bartiromo the first sunday back he said 1.00

00:27:53.880 well you know you really I'm going to need more time because if the government shuts down on midnight

00:27:58.880 on the 30th then gosh gee whiz gee willikers we can't we can't really go forward with the impeachment

00:28:04.880 screw you and by the way if this is the performance you're going to give us today because I didn't feel 0.94

00:28:13.880 any heat and like I said we're juggling 10 balls we had Rosendale here we got other congressmen 0.99

00:28:17.880 congressmen they're blowing us up on things that are happening is a lot of negotiating on midnight

00:28:23.880 in the 30th we've told you about this since the debt ceiling was the the debt ceiling cave by the

00:28:31.880 republican establishment the bought and paid for republican establishment caved back in the spring

00:28:37.880 that midnight in the 30th is what it's going to come down to this is not shutting down the government

00:28:43.880 okay this is not defunding the government this is not the fun this is about the de-financing of

00:28:51.880 leviathan this is about the de-financing and starting at midnight that night they got to play on our rules

00:28:59.880 that's why Rosendale and Boebert and Gates and these heroes and you got about eight or ten of them

00:29:05.880 there's about another ten that's saying hey I got to do it two zero two two two five three one two one

00:29:11.880 now's the time to get to the ramparts because there's deals being cut the threats being made

00:29:17.880 in the imperial capital if you want a deep if you want it if you believe in limited government

00:29:22.880 if you want your liberty and you want your freedom back now is the time to act

00:29:27.880 and no more performance theater this is where the rubber meets the road so let your voice be heard

00:29:35.880 hey finally after an hour and a half we're going to take a short commercial break i want to thank

00:29:39.880 real america's voice for doing this letting this blow the brakes really appreciate it short commercial

00:29:43.880 break we're streaming everywhere the streams are going to stay up i need people on the ramparts on

00:29:48.880 the house side we need them on the impeachment side short break back in a minute

00:29:52.880 do you get the feeling that the unthinkable is going to happen soon well i do but between the

00:30:06.680 distractions and smoke screens in the media we probably won't see it coming that's why it's smart

00:32:54.840 your host stephen k bann let me give a very specific example and i want to make a caveat here

00:33:03.640 for this audience we got a long this could be a long tough road in this impeachment and this is

00:33:09.240 another line of work you're going to have to be able to do two things at one time which is try to

00:33:15.880 take down the leviathan or confront the leviathan at the same time you're trying to impeach someone

00:33:24.280 for bribery and for uh treason this is not a small thing and i agree with mccarthy you can never make

00:33:31.160 this political this has to be the facts themselves but in proving the biden case you also prove how the

00:33:37.720 apparatus works remember i said yesterday in the next 72 hours you are going to see who governs you

00:33:46.440 it's all going to be revealed who governs you

00:33:50.920 and if you think you are governed by yourselves through your representatives and what a constitutional

00:33:57.400 republic is supposed to be established for and deliver you are going to be i think quite shocked

00:34:08.440 they're cutting deals left and right and back here they got the knives out and they're cutting people

00:34:12.600 up and they're cutting deals non-stop in the imperial capital right now in the moneyed interest

00:34:17.880 of going crazy right remember last night chris hayes you had bobert you had mdg you had others

00:34:25.000 bravely sitting on the dod and the dod bill is is is over bloated i consider myself a hawk it's 800 it can't

00:34:33.240 we cannot continue on with the defense budget that's big the defense budget has to be cut and one of the

00:34:38.040 the reasons has to be cut we had to bring the defense department the 21st century warfare

00:34:43.160 fifth generation warfare economic warfare using your capital markets

00:34:50.040 this is one of the reasons they're trying to de-dollarize us trying to get us off the swift system

00:34:53.880 but in the other line of attack in the other line to save this republic you can't diminish this

00:35:05.560 when we say mayorkas has to be impeached look at the invasion on the southern border we say merrick

00:35:09.560 garland has to be impeached and chris ray has to be impeached chris ray by the way appointed by donald

00:35:14.120 j trump have to be impeached is because of their activities and their actions when you say a guy like

00:35:20.520 biden has to be impeached we have to have a standard of how serious this is and let me and

00:35:26.840 i haven't been able to follow the entire thing but when the professor one of the professors there it

00:35:32.520 gives the opening dialogue and he's got some nice things he's laying out and he's impeachable

00:35:37.640 and then raskin right on his cross right on his cross gets and i think i heard this correctly well

00:35:45.560 have you seen any impeachable offenses no have is this worse than trump on january 6th no that's

00:35:51.480 maybe not a witness i call initially to lay out the case maybe my staff should have gone through

00:36:01.000 and asked questions like that in making sure in the traditional preparation of the witnesses

00:36:08.200 and if that was the professor's thought and that's what he believes maybe we sit around a conference

00:36:12.520 table and say hey when we have on the whiteboard that professor's name why don't we put him on the

00:36:16.920 maybe category why don't we maybe we bring him in in a couple weeks maybe we don't start with him

00:36:23.560 it's just an idea

00:36:27.240 remember the phony and p with this this show started on the impeachment why did i start this show why did

00:36:33.640 this why am i even sitting here remember nobody i'd when john frederickson started talking about yeah

00:36:38.840 nancy pelosi's name this thing she's going to roll and by thanksgiving this is in 2019 when she's at

00:36:44.920 the u.n i said yeah bye and they're going to have a vote in the house impeaching by uh thanksgiving

00:36:49.960 they'll toss it to the senate and the senate will have the trial by christmas he won't be removed from

00:36:54.040 office but he'll be impeached and he'll have that to kick off the the election year 2020 now i was off

00:37:00.520 by six weeks right but everybody the time says steve that's fake news what are we talking about fake

00:37:06.680 no no no no we started war room impeachment but if you look at the demo as a bigger joke and this is

00:37:13.400 why this impeachment could reveal why we're in the ukraine because i still can't figure it out

00:37:20.520 it's not in the vital national security geopolitically of the united states of america

00:37:25.800 right and it keeps saying the sovereignty the territorial integrity uh the self-determination of

00:37:30.680 the ukrainian people well that's interesting for the ukrainian people and god bless them and

00:37:34.840 the front-line nations of nato go for it but that's not in the vital national security interest

00:37:38.920 in the united states so maybe we find out why we shoveled as i told you and everybody's been lying

00:37:44.120 to you but they finally admitted 113 to 115 billion dollars already 60 minutes and they got another

00:37:51.560 one 80 bay in this year starting with the six but you go back to the phony first impeachment

00:37:58.440 and you see how they rolled and and until we got elise stefanik what they call her impeachment barbie 1.00

00:38:06.440 until elise stefanik stepped up to a microphone i think on the second or third day and was able to

00:38:11.160 put order into it we were back on our heels on that we had no organized effort and no thought and by

00:38:18.920 the way jim jordan and other of these guys who are nice men and good men but we're talking about

00:38:23.960 information warfare we're talking about the way to present a narrative so people can understand it

00:38:30.120 and maybe i'm going to get off here because we're juggling balls and maybe it's all been great this

00:38:33.960 morning but it didn't feel great and this is at a very high level we have to set standards what did

00:38:42.920 chris hayes just in the the can i play i want to play the clip before in this thing can we just play

00:38:49.080 the clip and can i take out bobert and mtg i just want to play the chris i want to play the

00:38:53.480 confederate army clip because this last night uh on the opening segment of chris hayes and chris hayes

00:38:59.160 is a smart guy he's kind of rachel maddow's you know her understudy right hang on for one second

00:39:04.520 so when chris hayes opens with the a block about mtg and bobert and what we're doing to the defense

00:39:09.800 budget to actually get some control of this thing and and symbolically at least for now because the

00:39:14.360 senate's not going to approve it take austin's salary down to a buck it's important they blew

00:39:19.800 up last night we are the confederate army they're saying this is the second wave of the insurgency

00:39:26.040 this is the stakes and they make it in a clear thing that their audience and why do i think i

00:39:31.320 play so much msnbc and cnn people are on there oh he's playing msnbc against too much come on dude

00:39:37.480 you need to see how it's being crafted that's the war we're in man up it's no time for whining and 0.97

00:39:46.280 it's no time to curl up in a fetal position and no time to suck your thumb by the way if this is too 0.92

00:39:50.520 hard for you then that's what call the sunshine patriot go go someplace else they're gonna throw 0.95

00:39:55.000 you shiny toys all day because here you're going to do work and you're going to man the ramparts as

00:40:01.160 you've done because we're in this because of you right now you have gotten us to this point and they

00:40:05.720 hate it let's play i want to play quickly this is what they think of you behind closed doors in

00:40:10.920 this city and this is just not the msnbc crowd this is what the rhinos this is what the lobbyists this

00:40:16.520 is what the republican establishment this is what romney and mcconnell and all their guys and their

00:40:21.000 staff this is what they think of you let's play it overthrowing our government and it has lead

00:40:26.520 elements including trump including folks like uh like like the former national security advisor mike 0.72

00:40:31.720 flynn and the lead soldier in this in congress is tommy tuberville who is ridiculous radical 0.89

00:40:37.080 reckless and racist and i've called him senator redneck because that's what he is you want someone 0.99

00:40:41.720 to lead this ridiculous racist uh thing that undermines our national security tuberville is 0.99

00:40:46.200 like me i'll be your guy and he is now doing that he's got 10 minions who followed him to vote against 0.89

00:40:50.840 cq brown and every day it's something new that undermines our national security it hurts our troops 0.67

00:40:56.040 it hurts our morale our enemies are celebrating but vladimir putin loves this but there's also the

00:41:00.200 political side of this this is driving the gop further and further away from america and especially

00:41:04.760 from independents like me i've called this the confederate wing of the gop they don't want to

00:41:08.600 preserve the military of 2023 they want to create the confederate army they want to take us back to

00:41:13.560 the 1800s they don't understand this modern world and they're fighting it and we've got to fight back

00:41:20.760 no as a native of richmond virginia i can honestly say given my hometown was burned to the ground no

00:41:27.000 we're not interested in rebuilding the confederate army and to have a guy like that's a left winger

00:41:31.640 has been running these veterans groups forever right to sit there and go oh i'm an independent is

00:41:36.440 a is a joke however this is what they say behind this is what the rhinos and these guys saying behind

00:41:42.040 closed doors you're the most radical element well here's a radical thing we have undertaken here's

00:41:47.240 why you're radical remember since 1967 this process we've seen in the last couple days has not

00:41:53.640 happened they had these bills done in july and they never brought them forward why they don't

00:42:00.360 want to see the unpleasantness of bringing these things forward the unpleasantness of bringing these

00:42:05.960 things forward and people actually debating how much money is spent the scale is spent and where it's

00:42:11.720 spent they don't want to do any of that and i realize on this show we're going to have to juggle two

00:42:19.880 things i want the odds we're going to have to juggle uh going back in fact can we cut back in let's see

00:42:24.520 what's happening at the impeachment i've been rant and about they there are some very powerful things

00:42:29.720 coming forward some very powerful things we said we will comprise in the evening show but let's go back

00:42:34.120 to it um i think it was professor turley talking about you know because he's not prejudging of course

00:42:41.480 but he's just suggesting that maybe we want to look into criminal activity like obstruction fraud and abuse of

00:42:48.600 power so let's let's take fraud so shouldn't we be concerned that a new york judge just found

00:42:55.640 president biden's organization committed fraud every year for last 10 or 15 years and that under the

00:43:04.200 martin law in new york that biden organization is now subject to dismemberment and dismantlement

00:43:11.400 because of the fraudulent activity shouldn't shouldn't that be a concern to us that should be of concern

00:43:16.440 with respect to mr trump mr trump again and and in this case we're not speculating a judge actually

00:43:24.520 made that ruling yes sir okay um should we be concerned about the personal i mean while we're at

00:43:33.880 it since we're loading be be be be ready these are all the clips are going to play in ms and 70c

00:43:39.480 these are the clips are going to play on cnn when you go about to do this it is quite complex and

00:43:47.320 quite complicated it has to be very thought through you have to be three or four moves ahead to understand

00:43:53.080 how things are going to be crafted to to understand what's going to be asked who's going to be brought

00:43:57.640 forward the facts themselves are damning remember on the laptop from hell that initial thing and

00:44:10.520 and they get the 51 uh intel officers to sign it and he denied he lied in front of the american people

00:44:15.800 thing they understood the radioactivity of what hunter had in that in that computer the the interconnections

00:44:22.920 and the money going crossing hands from the chinese communist parties from the highest levels of the

00:44:29.320 chinese communist party including patrick ho who hunter biden not steve bannon who hunter biden told

00:44:35.960 uh said the new york times was going to announce that he was the one of china's number one spies now

00:44:40.920 i don't know if he's china's number one spy but he was definitely an intelligent asset as was the

00:44:46.280 chairman and now you've got these emails that have come out to talk about where they're actively working

00:44:51.160 for them and taking money from them uh jim biden and hunter to actively uh buy uh energy assets in

00:44:58.120 louisiana but this has to be it's called muzzle velocity it has to boom it has to come forward with

00:45:06.520 a motive power with force and it has to be clarity and clarifying i think and it's not perfect because

00:45:14.440 we're being chop blocked all around on the other line of work on taking on the leviathan on taking on

00:45:20.600 the administrative state of taking on something and people the constitution conservatives go

00:45:24.920 why are you populist so divisive why are you so mean why is it everything's your hair is on fire and

00:45:29.960 everything's apocalyptic because the country is in a post-constitutional uh existence

00:45:39.080 don't believe me look at this budget right here we're going through of what's happening at doj and

00:45:43.800 what's happening to the fbi and what's happening on the southern border they admit in these discussion

00:45:48.280 the last couple days there's six million illegal aliens here on biden's watch i think the numbers

00:45:53.880 actually will be 10 at the end president trump's saying 15 but by the time it's all over it's 10

00:45:59.800 and we've had reporters down from the durian gap years ago and now cnn's down there and top of chula

00:46:05.560 and this is amazing see you know aaron burnett it's a cnn exclusive this is huge the 6 000

00:46:10.680 the reporter on weeks ago it's all a big reveal to them

00:46:18.920 lace them up tight and lace them up high because the next 72 hours gonna be quite brutal and you're

00:46:25.320 gonna have a lot of revelations here who's prepared to fight who is going to fight who is going to have

00:46:32.040 your back take a short commercial break be back in a moment

00:46:55.640 there's a lot to be nervous about out there open

00:46:58.040 social media or turn on the news and all you see is crime and societal decay a lot of people just

00:47:04.520 run out and buy a gun and then it sits in a safe there's ever an emergency they're not going to be

00:47:10.360 prepared and run the risk of hurting themselves or others there's no way around it you need to train

00:48:17.560 and naomi biting and this was a famous one everybody knows this one this is a famous one that says i hope

00:48:25.560 you all do what i did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years it's really hard but

00:48:32.920 don't worry unlike pop i won't make you i won't make you give me half your salary mr dubinsky if you saw a

00:48:41.480 text message like this in a potential money laundering operation or a potential pay-for-play operation

00:48:48.200 would you be looking for information related to money going from son to father absolutely without

00:48:55.400 a doubt thank you next slide oh this is a fun one ladies and gentlemen this one is from 2018.

00:49:04.600 this is about four months before joe biden launched his campaign for president of the united states

00:49:09.480 december 2018. the highlight is this is a text message between jim biden and hunter biden hunter

00:49:16.280 biden was in a bad way by the way he was he was really strung out he lost a bunch of money he needed

00:49:21.720 help jim biden says this can work you need a safe harbor i can work with your father alone it'll probably

00:49:31.160 take several months and everybody can read the text miss o'connor mr dubinsky if you saw text messages

00:49:35.800 like this between the president's brother and the president's son wouldn't you be concerned about

00:49:40.600 them trying to give plausible deniability for the president of the united states to not have any

00:49:46.680 knowledge of said business dealings it's where the time's expired but please answer the question

00:49:51.400 it's worth investigating mr dubinsky i would agree i would i would investigate this i yield back thank

00:49:57.160 you mr chairman gentlemen yields back before i recognize that was uh byron donnell so you've got

00:50:01.800 hammers and the question's going to be but remember you're going to get crossed this is

00:50:06.120 one of the issues i never talk about my case here but one of the issues on appeal is that um what i

00:50:11.880 said is that in the j6 when nancy pelosi threw out um uh the folks that uh that mccarthy put on it

00:50:20.920 led by jim jordan nancy pelosi just assigned it you didn't have a ranking you didn't have a ranking member

00:50:26.280 and you didn't have a minority council you couldn't cross exactly we wouldn't have the cassidy 1.00

00:50:31.080 cassie hutchinson wouldn't be sitting over the two million dollar book deal and we have a special 0.99

00:50:35.640 thing the team at real america's voice and our own cracks who i put together that will play this

00:50:39.960 afternoon it's amazing on that but she never got crossed this is why i had all this crazy stuff

00:50:46.680 about trump and all this other stuff you know it had no crosses that's the way these committees

00:50:49.720 supposed to work this impeachment committee is structured the right way you got a ranking member and

00:50:53.400 you got a council and you got those what every witness is going to get crossed and this is where

00:50:58.440 you got to make the case this is where this thing has to be orchestrated choreographed narrative we're
