00:14:23.600 Democrat party donor and Hollywood lawyer who's named Kevin Morris James

00:14:30.940 Biden the president's brother told investigators he did not know how

00:14:36.860 hunter Biden even knew this individual but was later asked to thank him for the

00:14:43.600 payment quote on behalf of the family the Biden family the family so how would such

00:14:53.400 payments that essentially pushed under the rug the president son's tax problems at

00:14:59.720 least for one year be considered a campaign finance violation on part of the

00:15:06.360 Biden campaign thank you for the question I have no idea I thought you were going to

00:15:14.520 ask me why would Leslie wolf say don't look into that and I think the answer to that

00:15:19.280 probably is that if it's a campaign contribution that it implicates political

00:15:25.520 person number one and that apparently is a big barrier that had been created

00:16:33.040 integrity it so Jay one thing that I want to ask since she worked tax division

00:16:38.620 for DOJ if Kevin Morris gave a gift of two million dollars to help pay off

00:16:44.560 hunter Biden's debts who has to report that on their taxes does mr. Morris have

00:16:50.500 to report it or does hunter Biden well as I understand it the parties are

00:16:55.540 claiming that it's a loan and that hunter Biden will pay it back between 2025 and

00:17:00.160 would that have to be reported on any tax records if

00:17:03.020 if it's if it's a loan no but I I don't I haven't seen any of the

00:17:09.020 documentation of that loan and that is what I'm sure mr. Dubinsky can tell you
