00:19:45.880 It still has a Thomas Massey, who is terrible on the debt limit, but he is very close to Jim Jordan and has an opportunity to make sure that the rules are in sync with where we're trying to go.

00:20:00.160 So I think, yes, the answer is we have the tools in place to be able to have those conversations that get to the best strategic and tactical decision, which is often where some of the disagreements have been.
