00:00:00.000This is this is not rocket science. This is now a full MAGA house.
00:00:04.440And whether it was exhaustion or a lack of courage or a lack of imagination, you know, you had the entire Republican Party basically now lining up behind a super uber Trumpy speaker, which seems to be the story of the last seven years.
00:00:23.260Article one, section two of the Constitution itself expressly states that the sole power of impeachment belongs here to this house.
00:00:31.700And then Article two, section four says, listen to the language carefully. It's expressly written in the Constitution.
00:00:37.540This is not political talking points. We're not making this up.
00:00:40.020But it says in Article two, section four, that the president shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
00:00:55.020My friends, I just listed just a small sample, just the tip of the iceberg of of the credible allegations and the mounting evidence that shows that Joseph Biden has engaged in bribery schemes, pay to play schemes.
00:01:10.540This is what the evidence shows. We have to follow it. We took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
00:01:15.800The Constitution requires this action. The inquiry is the appropriate step.
00:01:20.660We have no choice to pursue the facts wherever they lead and we will leave no stone.
00:01:29.680This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:01:34.620Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:01:39.940I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people.
00:01:44.100The people have had a belly full of it.
00:01:46.180I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:02:29.340But don't go anywhere. We've got a full lineup of wonderful guests.
00:02:32.180It is, of course, Thursday, October 26th in the year of our Lord, 2023.
00:02:36.960And I know I may not be that old, but I am old enough to remember when Kevin McCarthy used to be speaker.
00:02:42.240I'm also old enough to remember the media, of course, the lobbyists, freaking out about the fact that you guys, the Warren posse, helped to make what happened two days ago possible.
00:02:52.560That is, Mike Johnson, speaker of the House.
00:04:09.220I mean, this explains or demonstrates, it's on full display, what just happened in Washington, D.C.
00:04:15.520Natalie, we started this process back in January when we tried to keep Kevin from getting confirmed to be the speaker.
00:04:23.440And then as the year, you know, rolled on, all of the different things that happened where he was garnering more votes from Democrats to get his agenda passed, this spending.
00:04:33.000And guess where that spending was going?
00:04:35.720That was going to all of these lobbyists.
00:04:38.480And I don't mean in the forms of fees where they could actually come in here and just log hours for fees.
00:04:45.880And that's how they were getting paid.
00:04:47.420This is going to the industries that they represent.
00:04:50.820And when they start seeing that that whole structure that they have built over the last many decades becoming a subject to unraveling, because now we're going to have someone at the helm who is not beholden to these lobbyists.
00:05:07.580All you have to do is look at Mike Johnson's background, where he came from, what he did before he came to Washington, and then look at his FEC report and see that he does not have the thousands and millions, quite frankly, of dollars in his coffer from the special interest groups and from the lobbyists here in Washington, D.C.
00:05:29.600And so, yeah, they really are concerned.
00:05:31.820So the D.C. cartel was put on notice the other evening when we nominated Mike Johnson.
00:05:40.540That's why we invited the press into the conference room.
00:05:45.240And the exuberance and the enthusiasm that was shown by the Republican conference made it exceedingly clear that a new day had just dawned and the special interests were put on notice.
00:05:58.620We know the cartel and these special interests love to sort of, I would say, weaponize the time frame, weaponize the schedule.
00:06:06.280So they push you guys up between, you know, a rock and a hard place, a CR or an omnibus, whatever, a minibus, you name it.
00:06:12.740But it seems like someone like Mike Johnson will hopefully allow you guys to kind of get off that bad habit, to kick it once and for all.
00:06:19.780But, you know, I'd love to sit and talk about how wonderful he is.
00:06:23.080And I'm sure we've been doing that on War Room a lot.
00:06:25.040But, you know, the path forward, as we always say, no days off.
00:06:27.680And the War Room got about, I think, two weeks until this first CR expires.
00:06:32.560What exactly are you guys working on now?
00:06:34.840I know you guys have passed some single spending or single subject appropriations bills.
00:07:11.860And so the remaining bills, now we're down to seven remaining bills that contain probably about $320 billion worth of spending.
00:07:23.940The biggest thing that we can do is get those appropriation bills passed and over to the Senate so that two things happen.
00:07:31.160One, they have the 12 individual bills to address the spending that federal government requests.
00:07:38.260The second thing is it starts building that muscle memory back up.
00:07:42.540Since 1974, the Budget Act of 1974, they've only delivered on time these appropriation bills to fund government four times, Natalie.
00:07:52.020So we have to get back into the process.
00:07:54.420So right now, while everyone is already starting to look towards January, February, March of next year to get the next budget and to get the next appropriation bills done, we're going to try and make sure that we get these appropriation bills cranked out for this year.
00:08:10.820And I'm really pleased to see Mike Johnson is focused on doing just that.
00:08:17.280Look, we are not going to begin to rein in government, the spending, the weaponization.
00:08:25.300We're giving them more money so that they can attack us more ruthlessly.
00:08:30.740It's not just that the government has gotten more money and it has gotten bigger.
00:08:34.640It literally is what they do with that.
00:08:37.640And they come after Americans, whether you're a Catholic attending Latin mass or a concerned parent attending a board meeting for your local school board or whether it's the gun store in Great Falls, Montana, that had 20 armed IRS agents come in there and raid the place.
00:08:58.120It's not just how much we're spending, it's what they're doing with those funds.
00:09:02.920And that's why we have to rein this in.
00:09:06.980So looking down range, it seems like there probably is enough time.
00:09:10.900I know you guys have been working into the late hours of the night to pass some of these bills, which I have to say is as a taxpayer, it's nice to see you guys finally actually working instead of taking your long weekends.
00:09:22.420But do you think there is enough time before we run up against that 45 day mark?
00:09:29.260And if that does come and not everything's in pass or the Senate doesn't take it up, you know, what do you think is going to unfold either from a messaging perspective or just from the functioning of government?
00:09:40.740So my recommendation is that we make sure absolutely regardless of how much time it takes, OK, we stay here and are able to deliver those 12 appropriation bills to the Senate prior to the November 17 deadline.
00:09:55.520And then if they want to back that up with a continued resolution, it would be my recommendation that you send a continued resolution over with a 1%, 2% true reduction in spending, not a reduction in the increases.
00:10:10.480And then you have the appropriation bills and a CR over there and you tell the Senate, there you go, figure it out, figure it out.
00:10:19.820And if they try to send us an on the bus over, we just don't accept it.
00:10:35.860But when he was listing his priorities, you know, securing the U.S. border was number four out of five.
00:10:42.060I'm just curious if under the new speaker, you've sort of felt a, you know, sea change in terms of what the House's priorities are, at least in the Republican conference.
00:10:50.440But also specifically on that issue, you know, the tying together of the Ukraine aid to Israel.
00:10:57.500What do you think is going to unfold on that issue?
00:10:59.180Well, I do not believe that there is support in the House of Representatives in the Republican conference to combine Ukraine spending, Israel spending, border security spending and disaster relief spending all in one big supplemental.
00:11:15.120When the president came out and spoke about that a week and a half, two weeks ago, he literally was struggling to get through the speech.
00:11:22.140I watched it, OK, and I was I was embarrassed to see him ask the American people for 60 billion dollars worth of additional spending in Ukraine and try to tie that somehow to the needs that we have right here in our country, both in Hawaii and on the southern border.
00:11:41.440The only reason he wants to tie additional spending on the southern border to this to this supplemental is not to secure our southern border.
00:11:51.340It's literally to build housing and to provide a social network down there so that illegal immigrants have a place to stay instead of being shipped all over the country to the sanctuary cities.
00:12:02.080Because what he has discovered is even the folks that have sanctuary cities no longer can sustain the number of illegal aliens that are being brought into our country.
00:12:12.820And so do not confuse spending on the southern border through this administration with securing our southern border.
00:12:21.360There is a tremendous difference as we went through the conference and had all of these meetings over the last several weeks.
00:12:27.580I can tell you that we must rein our spending in thirty three trillion dollars right now.
00:12:35.260National debt accumulating an additional three trillion dollars a year in five years will consume 50 percent of the annual revenue that our nation produces just each year just to to pay the interest on that debt.
00:19:20.580He's not a fighter like we are, but he is a good guy, and he said he has sat next to him on judiciary for six years, and he vouches for him.
00:19:29.240If the guy that got us here, and we salute you, Matt Gaetz, if he says Johnson's a good guy, even if he's not maybe as forward-leaning as me, you, or Steve would be, that's good enough for me.
00:19:43.000I always laugh when the mainstream media kept saying, no one knows who this guy is.
00:19:48.040I was like, I know exactly who this guy is.
00:19:49.960I was like, maybe I consume too much C-SPAN and political content.
00:19:54.040But they kept saying, America doesn't know who this man is.
00:19:56.820But no, you're so right, his defense of President Trump and even some of his recent clips from those hearings.
00:20:01.720I pushed back on Matt Gaetz saying that he's not someone who's so fiery with his rhetoric because he really had an epic takedown of Mayorkas.
00:20:09.040But Dr. Gorka, to a more serious note, you really had what I think was a wonderful letter, kind of op-ed.
00:20:17.200I believe it was in Brightburn, maybe it was originally on your sub-stack, but it was a letter to my family to keep them safe, which had to do, of course, with the main shooting, but also everything that we saw unfold in Israel.
00:20:28.240Hamas just, I don't even like the term terrorist attack because it was basically an invasion.
00:20:32.260I'd love if you could walk the audience through the article, some of your recommendations, but, of course, tying it into, you know, what exactly is going on in Maine?
00:21:13.760Don't let them make you afraid, but be wise, be judicious and have a plan.
00:21:20.400And I gave a threat analysis for those of us in my family who live and work in the capital, those of us who live in areas that have less attractive targets for terrorists.
00:21:30.520But I just gave everybody some advice.
00:21:32.520I am licensed to carry a weapon in Washington, in Virginia, in Maryland and elsewhere.
00:21:42.000I have told everybody in my family, I don't care where you're living right now, if you feel comfortable doing it, apply for a concealed carry permit.
00:21:54.020Even those of us who live in places like Massachusetts or California, there are things you can carry in those places where they don't let you easily carry a gun.
00:30:24.860You guys know a lot of my early investigative reporting had to do with, I would say, the biological weapon of mass destruction that was COVID-19 coming out of the Chinese Communist Party's Wuhan lab.
00:30:36.560But I think we're also seeing right now immigration really be used as sort of a weapon of mass migration, dare I say.
00:30:45.100And there's been a lot of reporting to confirm that.
00:30:48.260But specifically with the onset of everything that's going on in Israel when Hamas, I don't like to use the term terrorist attack, invaded and acted like the brutal barbarians that they are.
00:30:59.240We've, of course, seen an increase arise in the national security risk that that poses here in the United States.
00:31:04.200And someone who has been doing a wonderful job, I think is new to the show, of chronicling that is a great investigative reporter at The Daily Caller, Jenny Tehr, who has just a mind-blowing exclusive, as well as some other great reporting that we have time to get into.
00:31:19.580But I'll just read the headline and let you rip because I don't think the audience will believe it.
00:31:23.840But exclusive border authorities are counting Palestinian migrants as other nationalities.
00:31:30.300Can you walk us through the policies, the protocols that have sort of led to this and, of course, the evident national security risk that this poses?
00:31:38.940I, you know, discovered this after we had obtained a memo that was sent internally to border authorities that are patrolling the southern border.
00:31:49.320And what that memo warned was, because of the situation happening in the Middle East right now, that there may be Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah terrorists crossing the southern border.
00:32:01.260And to look for certain signs in case you encounter them as federal authorities, that was really alarming and led me to look into the fact that, you know, how many Palestinians are coming across the border?
00:32:36.500So a lot of times they actually put Israel.
00:32:41.280So you have numbers saying there's all these Israelis possibly crossing, but it really may be Palestinians for some of those.
00:32:51.060And I know a lot of your stories have focused on just the monumental, the unprecedented surge of people of all countries crossing into the United States.
00:33:03.300And, you know, there's obviously been a lot of talk about the idea of sleeper cells or the fact that a lot of these people are already here.
00:33:09.740Right. It's not even just the day that Hamas invaded, that they all started coming.
00:33:12.960I'm just curious, in your reporting, if you have any indication, not even necessarily from a numeric perspective, but just if officials already think that that national security risk may already be within the United States.
00:33:26.920It's not even if they're going to cross and how we classify them.
00:33:32.720Right. Well, it's always what what we know versus what we don't know.
00:33:37.520And we know that there has been a surge in people who have been apprehended at the southern border who are on the terror watch list that have come illegally in fiscal year 2019.
00:33:48.200For example, there were zero apprehensions of such individuals.
00:33:51.840And then it shot up to roughly like over nearly 200 this fiscal year.
00:33:59.740And so you have this surge that is just beyond anything we've ever seen.
00:34:04.620And of course, you probably have talked about this before, but these gotaways, people who cross the southern border that don't get apprehended because federal authorities are overwhelmed by the current surge.
00:34:15.640That's at a historic level. We've hit two million encounters this year.
00:34:19.580We hit that last year, which was the highest year on record.
00:34:22.980And we're continuing to see that surge.
00:34:25.400And it's nonstop, despite what the Biden administration says, which is they have control over the situation and that they have these successful programs that let people come in legally.
00:34:36.220I've seen a lot of migrants that have given up on those programs, even some that have taken that.
00:34:41.840So you still see them crossing in droves illegally.
00:34:45.040And you obviously have that national security risk as an element of that.
00:34:49.080And of course, the national security risk doesn't just come from, you know, Gaza, Palestine, the West Bank, which none of those are listed, right?
00:34:57.520Like, as you said, it's all categorized as Israel.
00:35:00.020But of course, you know, here in the war room, the Chinese Communist Party, we view, is probably our greatest existential threat.
00:35:05.720And you would also, I think, just recently put up a story showing that border crossings by illegal border crossings by Chinese nationals are up, what is it, 1100 percent?
00:35:19.620I'm curious if you could sort of walk us through those numbers, what time frame you're exactly talking about here.
00:35:25.720Because like I said, I think the war room, the war room posse may have a hard time believing those figures, although actually under under this president, maybe not.
00:35:38.420So we went from about 1,000 in fiscal year 2022, and then that jumped to about 24,000 this year.
00:35:48.800That's something that we just have never seen, just like every other category that's happening right now, like we talked about with the terror database, those on the terror watch list.
00:35:58.980So this surge is manifesting with Chinese who are coming across illegally.
00:36:04.280We've seen them traverse different areas of the globe to get here.
00:36:08.080You know, obviously, it's a long journey.
00:36:10.520I've talked to China expert Gordon Chang about this, who's raised concerns about the possible nefarious elements of this surge.
00:36:18.400You know, not only is there some issue with young people being able to have opportunities in China due to the repression of the Communist Party, but there's also that element of, you know, is the Communist Party using some of their operatives to exploit the southern border and then to come into the U.S.
00:36:38.380and possibly threaten our national security?
00:36:40.440And that's a huge question when you have about 24,000 of them that you know of that have come across that border.
00:36:49.560Probably unrestricted warfare at its finest, I'm sure.
00:36:53.460Sun Tzu would be proud of that strategy.
00:36:55.300Jenny, before we let you go, I'm just curious.
00:36:57.400I know you've been covering, I believe you're an immigration-focused investigative reporter at The Daily Caller.
00:37:02.060I think you used to work under Sarah Carter.
00:37:04.260So you've been covering the border for a while.
00:37:06.580You've seen a lot of this stuff firsthand.
00:37:08.300And, you know, obviously we have a new speaker sworn in, and we hope that means that, you know, Congress, the House, will focus more on immigration on our open border, the national security risk and threat that that poses if it's not already here among us.
00:37:20.980But in terms of, you know, you don't have to go on a scale of 1 to 10, though we do like numbers here in the war room, but how unprecedented right now is the level of, I would say, the level of exposure that the policies enacted by this White House have left Americans as a result of having this open border amidst the global chaos that we see unfolding?
00:37:43.040Yeah, one of the biggest manifestations of this is the policies that the Biden administration has enacted within Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is the body of DHS that manages the entire interior of the country when it comes to illegal immigration as a law enforcement agency.
00:38:04.680Right now, right now, the Biden administration is severely restricting its ability to be able to make arrests and deportations.
00:38:12.340It's enacted a set of priorities that make those limits happen.
00:38:18.280And so I hear from a lot of ICE officials that this is really letting a lot of criminal aliens go into the country and continue to commit crimes that we're aware of.
00:38:29.500And so they're very concerned about this. One of the biggest of those is DUIs.
00:38:34.520A lot of them are going free because in some cases that just doesn't fit the priorities for those arrests and deportations.
00:39:09.120I don't know about you guys, but the correlation, I think, between these massive influxes of illegal immigrants,
00:39:15.660and I think illegal immigrant is too nice a term because in some cases, I know Steve's like, Steve likes to call them visigoths, but they're invaders.
00:39:22.580And when you see all the, you know, train derailments and the food plants catching on fire, stuff that certainly never happened under Donald Trump when we had a secure border.
00:39:32.140But when you have Chinese Communist Party operatives, Hamas operatives, operatives from who knows what country that hates the United States flooding in, pouring in, really makes you think.
00:39:43.120I know correlation doesn't equal causation and there are no conspiracies and no coincidences here in the war room, but just putting that out there.
00:39:51.120And someone who I'm sure has been accused time and time again by the mainstream media of spreading these conspiracy theories and coincidences, I'm sure,
00:40:01.300is, of course, a good friend of the show, Dr. Naomi Wolf, who I believe we sort of got into this story last time I was hosting,
00:40:08.720but it's still very salient because it shows, I think, the nefarious malintent of those in the White House when it comes to our personal health,
00:40:18.620our bodies, specifically on the issue of COVID vaccines.
00:40:22.280So I'll keep you through the break, but if you could maybe tee us up the story a little bit,
00:40:26.900get us into what exactly the FOIA docs that you guys received.
00:40:30.520But more importantly, what they really show in terms of what the Biden regime lied to us about.
00:40:38.120Yeah. So when we last spoke, Natalie, I was updating the Posse and you about these FOIAs that Ed Berkovich,
00:40:47.320our lawyer at the War Room Daily Cloud Pfizer Documents Analysis team FOIAed.
00:40:53.580And what we saw in the FOIAs in two tranches was at the highest levels, the White House communications team convening,
00:41:03.920driving a kind of all hands on deck freak out with Dr. Fauci, Dr. Walensky, Dr. Collins to lie to the American people about massive evidence that they'd been confronted with
00:41:16.640related to clotting, thrombotic thrombocytopenia and myocarditis.
00:41:22.680The next tranche that we highlighted showed actually really interestingly, Rachel Levine, the physician, as the boss.
00:41:32.580I mean, she she's not treated as the boss of the whole enterprise in the media, but she seemed to be kind of more senior than Dr. Walensky,
00:41:42.780kind of really driving the train in disregarding warning from the American Association of Pediatricians that myocarditis in teens didn't resolve.
00:41:54.720It wasn't mild. It takes a whole medical team and a whole family to manage it.
00:41:59.860And what you saw in those emails was a cover up strategizing how to lie to the American people about the danger to teenagers before a gigantic push to inject teenagers.
00:42:12.140And there's a template for POTUS, meaning the intel that emerges from their discussion is supposed to be surfaced to POTUS, president of the United States.
00:42:20.740That's where we were at when I last spoke to you. Since then, there's been like a twist in this story that is virtually unimaginable,
00:42:30.220which is that multiple independent labs, very credible ones, including Dr.
00:42:36.500Burke Houts in South Carolina, who testified to the South Carolina legislature, and Kevin McKernan, who's a friend of ours.
00:42:46.360And I went to his lab nearby in Marlboro, Massachusetts. I'm sorry, in Beverly, Massachusetts, called Medicinal Genomics.
00:42:55.100Independent clinicians have found adulterants contamination in both Pfizer and Moderna injections.
00:43:04.360And they're very concerning adulterants. They're fragments of DNA, plasmids that are cultivated in E. coli, which you all know is in feces, for example.
00:43:17.060And that's in these injections in such a way that they can enter the nucleus and cause unknown damage there.
00:43:26.560But to me, as alarmingly, is SV40. It has been identified in the injections.
00:43:34.320And this is a, you know, I looked it up right before this, in addition to the research we've already seen.
00:43:41.860And it's, you know, NIH classifies it as a carcinogen.
00:43:45.620And Dr. Wolf, we got a jump to break. Sorry to interrupt you there, because I'm sure the audience wishes we could blow the break.
00:43:53.760But I unfortunately don't have that authority. It's above my pay grade.
00:43:57.680But you will stick with us through the break, I hope, and we can get into that and maybe the emoji use in some of these emails,
00:44:04.640because that's equally concerning and weird to me, these people's flippant tone.
00:44:09.500We'll be right back after the break with Dr. Naomi Wolf.
00:44:12.060For War Room veterans, you know, we have been all over the supply chain issue with China and medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:44:24.620China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that.
00:44:28.740Jace Medical. I got an emergency medication kit from them.
00:44:33.300The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics are in extreme short supply across the United States.
00:44:40.560But you know that because you're a viewer or listener of this show.
00:44:45.920Now, here's the action you can take to correct.
00:44:48.780Do yourself and your family a favor and get your Jace case right now.
00:44:52.780It's a pack of five prescription antibiotics you'll have on hand for common emergencies.
00:45:04.660Take a few minutes and fill out the form.
00:45:06.420Your information will be reviewed by a board-certified physician and your medication will be dispensed by a licensed pharmacy at a fraction of the regular cost.
00:45:17.580You'll be glad you have the Jace case.
00:45:58.680It's still Natalie Winters, but don't worry.
00:46:00.780Stephen K. Bannon will be back for the 6 p.m. hour.
00:46:04.240But in the meantime, Dr. Wolf, if what I am, if I'm hearing you correctly, you know, I was always under the impression that, you know, your work and what you would work to or help to expose with the COVID vaccines was assuming that they were working as intended, right?
00:46:20.100I mean, nefarious or otherwise, but now if I'm hearing you correctly, that they're not even necessarily working as intended.
00:46:28.180In other words, there are other, you know, whatever they are, viruses, pathogens, things that are affecting humans, the nucleus of your cell contained unintentionally or maybe intentionally in these vaccines.
00:46:42.500And you can sort of pick up where you left off on the carcinogen aspect of all these wonderful substances.
00:46:47.160Yeah, well, Natalie, I'm afraid it's much worse than that.
00:46:50.720I mean, we reported a few months ago that the vaccines have never worked as intended, that Pfizer knew in November of 2020 that they didn't work to stop COVID.
00:47:01.760But unfortunately, this is much more serious than even like something that's inadvertently gone wrong.
00:47:11.180This was intentional and they've put a carcinogen in the injections.
00:47:15.940I hate to be the bearer of this bad news.
00:47:18.680NIH published a piece, a peer-reviewed paper, Emergent Human Pathogen, Simian Virus 40 and its role in cancer.
00:47:29.440Simian Virus 40, SV40, which has been independently found in these injections by these multiple scientists,
00:47:36.060is a known oncogenic, which means cancer-causing DNA virus, which induces primary brain and bone cancers, malignant mesothelioma and lymphomas in laboratory animals.
00:47:49.740And it's defined by OSHA as a carcinogen.
00:47:52.380So let me take a breath and tell you how we know that this was deliberate.
00:47:57.040Also, Health Canada, which is their CDC, came forward and confirmed that there are these adulterants, these contaminants in the injections.
00:48:08.300And they said they didn't know that the manufacturers had not disclosed it.
00:49:40.440And people like Ryan Cole are raising the specter, and our own Chris Flowers, Dr. Flowers, who's an oncologist,
00:49:48.300are raising the specter that these injections, these contaminated injections, could have a role in what we're seeing.
00:49:55.140But also it changes everything because, as Dr. Malone said at a conference where we all were last weekend,
00:50:04.640the regulatory reality is transformed by this because the FDA's whole mission is to keep adulterated, contaminated.
00:50:13.620Adulterated means that things are mixed in that are not disclosed, and that's exactly what's happened here.
00:50:18.200No one was told they were getting DNA fragments and plasmids grown in E. coli and a carcinogen called SV40 in their Pfizer or Moderna injection.
00:51:18.560Amy Kelly, the amazing Amy Kelly, just posted a piece showing that the FDA allowed Pfizer to redact hundreds of pages of its manufacturing process.
00:51:29.980Of course, everyone's asking, let's see the manufacturing process.
00:51:34.120Pfizer redacted it in the tranches of documents that they're releasing now.
00:51:38.160It's just redacted and they're using the B4 loophole to justify their redaction.
00:51:45.060That's for trade secrets, but it's supposed to be used in an incredibly limited way.
00:51:49.160But using this supposed to be tiny carve out of a FOIA, they're redacting everything from the manufacturing process to how quality control is maintained,
00:52:00.720to how purification is maintained, how adulterants are kept out.
00:52:06.140The FDA allowed them to blank all of that out.
00:52:09.680And the other thing we know is that we've done a search of SV40, of all the documents using our tool that searches digitally.
00:52:16.740And Pfizer never disclosed that there was SV40 to the FDA.
00:52:21.820So those are two ways we know that certainly Pfizer and it looks like the FDA knew that there were these contaminants.
