00:00:00.000 This is this is not rocket science. This is now a full MAGA house.
00:00:04.440 And whether it was exhaustion or a lack of courage or a lack of imagination, you know, you had the entire Republican Party basically now lining up behind a super uber Trumpy speaker, which seems to be the story of the last seven years.
00:00:23.260 Article one, section two of the Constitution itself expressly states that the sole power of impeachment belongs here to this house.
00:00:31.700 And then Article two, section four says, listen to the language carefully. It's expressly written in the Constitution.
00:00:37.540 This is not political talking points. We're not making this up.
00:00:40.020 But it says in Article two, section four, that the president shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
00:00:55.020 My friends, I just listed just a small sample, just the tip of the iceberg of of the credible allegations and the mounting evidence that shows that Joseph Biden has engaged in bribery schemes, pay to play schemes.
00:01:10.540 This is what the evidence shows. We have to follow it. We took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
00:01:15.800 The Constitution requires this action. The inquiry is the appropriate step.
00:01:20.660 We have no choice to pursue the facts wherever they lead and we will leave no stone.
00:01:29.680 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:01:34.620 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:01:39.940 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people.
00:01:44.100 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:01:46.180 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:01:50.240 It's going to happen.
00:01:51.520 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:01:54.900 MAGA media.
00:01:56.240 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:02:01.660 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:02:05.440 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:02:11.100 Save War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:02:21.560 Welcome to the War Room. It's not Stephen K. Bannon. It's Natalie Winters hosting, filling in for the one and only.
00:02:27.400 I'll be back in the 6 p.m. hour.
00:02:29.340 But don't go anywhere. We've got a full lineup of wonderful guests.
00:02:32.180 It is, of course, Thursday, October 26th in the year of our Lord, 2023.
00:02:36.960 And I know I may not be that old, but I am old enough to remember when Kevin McCarthy used to be speaker.
00:02:42.240 I'm also old enough to remember the media, of course, the lobbyists, freaking out about the fact that you guys, the Warren posse, helped to make what happened two days ago possible.
00:02:52.560 That is, Mike Johnson, speaker of the House.
00:02:56.060 It's a nice ring to that.
00:02:57.260 Don't think I'm going to get tired of saying that for a bit.
00:03:00.080 But I think maybe, you know, there was an article in Politico not too long ago, the headline,
00:03:03.940 and K Street scrambling to figure out who exactly this guy is.
00:03:08.680 Well, maybe they should watch that second video we played in the cold.
00:03:11.820 This is someone who actually wants to get to the bottom of impeaching Joe Biden, uncover all the evidence,
00:03:17.320 and not just use it as a political talking point like Kevin McCarthy,
00:03:22.100 and someone who I think knows and understands that very well and doesn't just want to impeach Joe Biden,
00:03:26.580 but wants to impeach probably a lot of other people who are very well deserving of it.
00:03:30.040 Maybe Mayorkas would be number two contender.
00:03:33.940 It was, of course, a good friend of the show, Congressman Matt Rosendale.
00:03:37.800 Now, you saw in the beginning of that clip, we had those MSNBC talking heads, of course, the founder of the Bulwark.
00:03:44.060 What do you expect from him?
00:03:45.720 Freaking out over the new speaker.
00:03:48.800 You got K Street, the lobbyist of special interests, freaking out because he is what you call an unknown quantity, right?
00:03:55.540 You don't know what he's going to do because he's not on their payroll.
00:03:57.980 I'm just curious, your reactions, you know, is that a valid response?
00:04:02.440 Do you think these people are right to be freaking out because he is sort of an unknown quantity in their eyes?
00:04:08.060 Oh, absolutely.
00:04:09.220 I mean, this explains or demonstrates, it's on full display, what just happened in Washington, D.C.
00:04:15.520 Natalie, we started this process back in January when we tried to keep Kevin from getting confirmed to be the speaker.
00:04:23.440 And then as the year, you know, rolled on, all of the different things that happened where he was garnering more votes from Democrats to get his agenda passed, this spending.
00:04:33.000 And guess where that spending was going?
00:04:35.720 That was going to all of these lobbyists.
00:04:38.480 And I don't mean in the forms of fees where they could actually come in here and just log hours for fees.
00:04:45.880 And that's how they were getting paid.
00:04:47.420 This is going to the industries that they represent.
00:04:50.820 And when they start seeing that that whole structure that they have built over the last many decades becoming a subject to unraveling, because now we're going to have someone at the helm who is not beholden to these lobbyists.
00:05:07.580 All you have to do is look at Mike Johnson's background, where he came from, what he did before he came to Washington, and then look at his FEC report and see that he does not have the thousands and millions, quite frankly, of dollars in his coffer from the special interest groups and from the lobbyists here in Washington, D.C.
00:05:29.600 And so, yeah, they really are concerned.
00:05:31.820 So the D.C. cartel was put on notice the other evening when we nominated Mike Johnson.
00:05:40.540 That's why we invited the press into the conference room.
00:05:45.240 And the exuberance and the enthusiasm that was shown by the Republican conference made it exceedingly clear that a new day had just dawned and the special interests were put on notice.
00:05:58.620 We know the cartel and these special interests love to sort of, I would say, weaponize the time frame, weaponize the schedule.
00:06:06.280 So they push you guys up between, you know, a rock and a hard place, a CR or an omnibus, whatever, a minibus, you name it.
00:06:12.740 But it seems like someone like Mike Johnson will hopefully allow you guys to kind of get off that bad habit, to kick it once and for all.
00:06:19.780 But, you know, I'd love to sit and talk about how wonderful he is.
00:06:23.080 And I'm sure we've been doing that on War Room a lot.
00:06:25.040 But, you know, the path forward, as we always say, no days off.
00:06:27.680 And the War Room got about, I think, two weeks until this first CR expires.
00:06:32.560 What exactly are you guys working on now?
00:06:34.840 I know you guys have passed some single spending or single subject appropriations bills.
00:06:39.240 I know some are still outstanding.
00:06:41.060 So what exactly is the path forward on that front?
00:06:45.380 So we passed energy and water literally about a half an hour ago.
00:06:49.560 We just left the floor.
00:06:50.800 So that's going to be ready to go over to the Senate.
00:06:53.220 We already have the Department of Defense.
00:06:55.560 We already have the state and foreign operations.
00:06:58.500 The, let me think, state and foreign operations, DOD.
00:07:02.600 We have the military construction and VA appropriations bill over there.
00:07:07.860 I'm missing one.
00:07:08.620 I can't remember.
00:07:09.320 Oh, Department of Homeland Security.
00:07:11.860 And so the remaining bills, now we're down to seven remaining bills that contain probably about $320 billion worth of spending.
00:07:23.940 The biggest thing that we can do is get those appropriation bills passed and over to the Senate so that two things happen.
00:07:31.160 One, they have the 12 individual bills to address the spending that federal government requests.
00:07:38.260 The second thing is it starts building that muscle memory back up.
00:07:42.540 Since 1974, the Budget Act of 1974, they've only delivered on time these appropriation bills to fund government four times, Natalie.
00:07:52.020 So we have to get back into the process.
00:07:54.420 So right now, while everyone is already starting to look towards January, February, March of next year to get the next budget and to get the next appropriation bills done, we're going to try and make sure that we get these appropriation bills cranked out for this year.
00:08:10.820 And I'm really pleased to see Mike Johnson is focused on doing just that.
00:08:17.280 Look, we are not going to begin to rein in government, the spending, the weaponization.
00:08:25.300 We're giving them more money so that they can attack us more ruthlessly.
00:08:29.480 That's what it boils down to.
00:08:30.740 It's not just that the government has gotten more money and it has gotten bigger.
00:08:34.640 It literally is what they do with that.
00:08:37.640 And they come after Americans, whether you're a Catholic attending Latin mass or a concerned parent attending a board meeting for your local school board or whether it's the gun store in Great Falls, Montana, that had 20 armed IRS agents come in there and raid the place.
00:08:58.120 It's not just how much we're spending, it's what they're doing with those funds.
00:09:02.920 And that's why we have to rein this in.
00:09:06.980 So looking down range, it seems like there probably is enough time.
00:09:10.900 I know you guys have been working into the late hours of the night to pass some of these bills, which I have to say is as a taxpayer, it's nice to see you guys finally actually working instead of taking your long weekends.
00:09:22.420 But do you think there is enough time before we run up against that 45 day mark?
00:09:29.260 And if that does come and not everything's in pass or the Senate doesn't take it up, you know, what do you think is going to unfold either from a messaging perspective or just from the functioning of government?
00:09:39.160 You know, what's the path from there?
00:09:40.740 So my recommendation is that we make sure absolutely regardless of how much time it takes, OK, we stay here and are able to deliver those 12 appropriation bills to the Senate prior to the November 17 deadline.
00:09:55.520 And then if they want to back that up with a continued resolution, it would be my recommendation that you send a continued resolution over with a 1%, 2% true reduction in spending, not a reduction in the increases.
00:10:10.480 And then you have the appropriation bills and a CR over there and you tell the Senate, there you go, figure it out, figure it out.
00:10:19.820 And if they try to send us an on the bus over, we just don't accept it.
00:10:23.520 It's pretty simple.
00:10:25.520 And just curious, you know, I'll never forget the tweet from former Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
00:10:32.080 I don't think he's changed his Twitter handle yet.
00:10:34.020 Maybe I'll have to check in on that.
00:10:35.860 But when he was listing his priorities, you know, securing the U.S. border was number four out of five.
00:10:42.060 I'm just curious if under the new speaker, you've sort of felt a, you know, sea change in terms of what the House's priorities are, at least in the Republican conference.
00:10:50.440 But also specifically on that issue, you know, the tying together of the Ukraine aid to Israel.
00:10:55.860 Where do you guys stand on that?
00:10:57.500 What do you think is going to unfold on that issue?
00:10:59.180 Well, I do not believe that there is support in the House of Representatives in the Republican conference to combine Ukraine spending, Israel spending, border security spending and disaster relief spending all in one big supplemental.
00:11:15.120 When the president came out and spoke about that a week and a half, two weeks ago, he literally was struggling to get through the speech.
00:11:22.140 I watched it, OK, and I was I was embarrassed to see him ask the American people for 60 billion dollars worth of additional spending in Ukraine and try to tie that somehow to the needs that we have right here in our country, both in Hawaii and on the southern border.
00:11:41.440 The only reason he wants to tie additional spending on the southern border to this to this supplemental is not to secure our southern border.
00:11:51.340 It's literally to build housing and to provide a social network down there so that illegal immigrants have a place to stay instead of being shipped all over the country to the sanctuary cities.
00:12:02.080 Because what he has discovered is even the folks that have sanctuary cities no longer can sustain the number of illegal aliens that are being brought into our country.
00:12:12.820 And so do not confuse spending on the southern border through this administration with securing our southern border.
00:12:21.360 There is a tremendous difference as we went through the conference and had all of these meetings over the last several weeks.
00:12:27.580 I can tell you that we must rein our spending in thirty three trillion dollars right now.
00:12:35.260 National debt accumulating an additional three trillion dollars a year in five years will consume 50 percent of the annual revenue that our nation produces just each year just to to pay the interest on that debt.
00:12:53.160 We can't do that.
00:12:54.400 There is absolutely no way we can do that.
00:12:56.900 So that is a very big priority and securing our southern border.
00:13:00.520 Those are the two top issues that that we are facing right now.
00:13:04.680 The conference recognizes that.
00:13:07.040 And so anything else is going to be way down the priority list.
00:13:13.440 Congressman, thank you so much for joining us.
00:13:15.640 If only more of your colleagues, a thought like you.
00:13:17.660 But if the war room posse, who I know agrees with me on that sentiment, wants to follow you, support you, do all those wonderful things.
00:13:23.040 Where can they go to make that happen?
00:13:24.960 Official side at Rep Rosendale.
00:13:27.900 We make it real easy at Rep Rosendale.
00:13:30.580 That gets all the official side.
00:13:32.280 If they want to go to the unofficial side, it is Matt for Montana dot com.
00:13:36.960 Matt F.O.R. Montana dot com.
00:13:41.580 Warren Posse, go there.
00:13:43.120 Check it out.
00:13:43.740 And Congressman, thank you so much for joining us.
00:13:45.440 And Warren Posse, hang with me.
00:13:51.000 We still got some great guests coming up.
00:13:52.820 We got Dr. Sebastian Gorka, Jenny Tayer with really an explosive scoop from the southern border.
00:13:58.440 No pun intended.
00:13:59.660 You'll see why I say that.
00:14:01.220 And of course, Dr. Noon, we will find all of the latest with COVID vaccines, how they lied to you.
00:14:06.060 Despite knowing that these vaccines had negative health side effects and complications, they still mandated them.
00:14:13.780 It's almost like our own government is weaponizing against us.
00:14:16.500 But in the meantime, you heard Congressman Rosendale say $33 trillion in debt.
00:14:20.740 The interest payments are even more absurd.
00:14:22.320 This way you got to go to Birchgold dot com slash Bannon.
00:14:24.720 And get the end of the dollar empire in the latest installment, the fourth one.
00:14:29.140 It's definitely a must read written by Steve.
00:14:31.820 You'll learn more than I ever learned studying economics at the University of Chicago, which maybe that used to hold more more clouds.
00:14:38.960 I'm not sure it does much anymore.
00:14:41.260 If you look at what's going on, the college campuses across the country of Warren Posse.
00:14:45.520 We'll be right back after this break with Dr. Sebastian Gorka getting into all things, maybe a little speaker.
00:14:50.700 I think we might talk about what's going on in Maine with the shooter and the predictable playbook of more gun control.
00:14:56.400 We don't think so.
00:14:57.420 We'll be right back after this break.
00:14:59.660 Last month, the G20 announced a plan to impose digital currencies and digital IDs on their respective populations.
00:15:08.560 No, I'm not making that up.
00:15:10.200 That is a fact.
00:15:11.780 Central bank digital currencies essentially allow the government to track every purchase you make.
00:15:16.920 They could even allow officials to prohibit you from purchasing certain products or easily freeze or seize part or all of your money.
00:15:28.180 Let that sink in for a second.
00:15:30.900 In essence, they enable the government to take more control over your personal finances.
00:15:36.200 Concerned Americans are diversifying their assets into physical gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.
00:15:42.360 If you want a physical asset held in a tax-sheltered retirement account, you should call Birch Gold 2.
00:15:50.580 But learn for yourself.
00:15:51.880 Text BANN, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898, and they'll send you a free info kit on gold.
00:15:57.680 The easiest way to become a Birch Gold customer, if you have an IRA or 401K from a previous employer just gathering dust,
00:16:05.400 Birch Gold can help you convert it into IRA, into gold.
00:16:10.620 And you don't pay a penny out of pocket.
00:16:13.720 Let me repeat that.
00:16:14.580 You don't pay a penny out of pocket.
00:16:17.160 Text BANN to 989898, claim your free info kit on gold, then call Birch.
00:16:22.840 Because if digital currency becomes a reality, and trust me, they're on the path to make it so,
00:16:29.240 it'll be nice to have some gold to fall back on.
00:16:33.160 It's only worked for 5,000 years of mankind's history.
00:16:37.380 Let Birch Gold work for you.
00:16:38.760 BANN, 989898, text it right now.
00:16:44.540 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:53.260 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:16:55.300 It's always nice when it's a Thursday in The War Room, because that means we have Dr. Sebastian Gorka joining us
00:17:00.640 to give us his latest analysis and updates on all things, basically everything.
00:17:05.460 It's always fun when I get to host on Thursdays, because I get to ask him what is on the top of my mind.
00:17:11.240 I know, Dr. Gorka, you want to get in to the tragic shooting that happened in Maine and the correct response,
00:17:16.740 not the left-wing mainstream media talking point-laden response.
00:17:21.280 But before we get into all of that, I would just love to get real quick your thoughts.
00:17:24.620 We were talking before the break with Congressman Matt Rosendale, about the new speaker,
00:17:29.260 your thoughts on what that means.
00:17:30.800 You know, the mainstream media says MAGA has taken over the House of Representatives.
00:17:34.780 That sounds pretty nice to me.
00:17:36.960 What are your thoughts?
00:17:38.900 Well, first things first, it's always great to see you on The War Room and join you on Thursdays,
00:17:43.580 except I just found out moments ago as I was trying to tag you on Truth Social
00:17:48.000 that Natalie Winters isn't on Truth Social, so shame on you.
00:17:52.380 Tsk, tsk.
00:17:53.560 The posse wants you on Truth Social, so register.
00:17:56.300 There are no Natalie Winters on Truth Social, so go now.
00:18:01.160 Look, I wasn't surprised by this guy.
00:18:05.020 I recognized his face when I saw it last night because he was really good during the fake impeachment,
00:18:11.600 and he has roasted people like Alejandro Mayorkas during some very tough questioning as well.
00:18:17.060 So he's got the right instincts.
00:18:19.480 Some fake conservatives are trying to undermine him with regards to some comments he made
00:18:24.260 the day after the George Floyd death concerning his black adopted son.
00:18:28.860 I don't think that's kind of a kill shot to his political career.
00:18:32.440 But at the end of the day, this is a guy, here's a couple of metrics.
00:18:35.780 Number one, he mentioned God four times in one sentence yesterday.
00:18:40.400 He opened the session with a prayer.
00:18:43.360 Look, yeah, God bless him for doing that.
00:18:46.100 Let's have more of that.
00:18:47.100 And then secondly, as you said, all the right people hate him.
00:18:51.660 He's being lambasted by the Washington Post, the New York Times, the CNN, all the people who hate America.
00:18:58.700 So as we said in the White House, you're only over the target.
00:19:02.180 You only take flack when you're over the target.
00:19:04.660 This guy is being hated by all the right people on the left and by some quasi-putative conservatives.
00:19:13.000 Now, I had Matt Gaetz on my show today, and Matt said, this guy isn't like you or me, Seb.
00:19:19.260 He's not a pugilist.
00:19:20.580 He's not a fighter like we are, but he is a good guy, and he said he has sat next to him on judiciary for six years, and he vouches for him.
00:19:29.240 If the guy that got us here, and we salute you, Matt Gaetz, if he says Johnson's a good guy, even if he's not maybe as forward-leaning as me, you, or Steve would be, that's good enough for me.
00:19:43.000 I always laugh when the mainstream media kept saying, no one knows who this guy is.
00:19:48.040 I was like, I know exactly who this guy is.
00:19:49.960 I was like, maybe I consume too much C-SPAN and political content.
00:19:54.040 But they kept saying, America doesn't know who this man is.
00:19:56.820 But no, you're so right, his defense of President Trump and even some of his recent clips from those hearings.
00:20:01.720 I pushed back on Matt Gaetz saying that he's not someone who's so fiery with his rhetoric because he really had an epic takedown of Mayorkas.
00:20:09.040 But Dr. Gorka, to a more serious note, you really had what I think was a wonderful letter, kind of op-ed.
00:20:17.200 I believe it was in Brightburn, maybe it was originally on your sub-stack, but it was a letter to my family to keep them safe, which had to do, of course, with the main shooting, but also everything that we saw unfold in Israel.
00:20:28.240 Hamas just, I don't even like the term terrorist attack because it was basically an invasion.
00:20:32.260 I'd love if you could walk the audience through the article, some of your recommendations, but, of course, tying it into, you know, what exactly is going on in Maine?
00:20:40.800 What do we know so far?
00:20:43.280 Yeah.
00:20:45.300 Right.
00:20:45.820 So I wrote this piece last week right after the attacks to my wife and my children.
00:20:49.500 I wrote it originally for AMAC, the amazing people there, Rebecca Weber and her AMAC team.
00:20:54.040 And then the great Alex Marlowe picked it up and republished it at Breitbart.
00:20:57.680 Now, it's basically the text of the letter I wrote to my grown children and my wife.
00:21:02.160 And I've said the following.
00:21:03.820 Look, I've done this for almost 30 years now.
00:21:06.180 Counterterrorism is why I was, you know, a deputy to the president in the White House.
00:21:10.400 Terrorists want you to be afraid.
00:21:13.760 Don't let them make you afraid, but be wise, be judicious and have a plan.
00:21:20.400 And I gave a threat analysis for those of us in my family who live and work in the capital, those of us who live in areas that have less attractive targets for terrorists.
00:21:30.520 But I just gave everybody some advice.
00:21:32.520 I am licensed to carry a weapon in Washington, in Virginia, in Maryland and elsewhere.
00:21:36.680 I do so every single day.
00:21:38.620 Every single day I carry a gun.
00:21:41.180 It is loaded.
00:21:42.000 I have told everybody in my family, I don't care where you're living right now, if you feel comfortable doing it, apply for a concealed carry permit.
00:21:51.160 Train, train, train, and carry a gun.
00:21:54.020 Even those of us who live in places like Massachusetts or California, there are things you can carry in those places where they don't let you easily carry a gun.
00:22:05.180 Use them.
00:22:05.920 The best, you know, CS spray, the best pepper spray, something like Saber Defense.
00:22:11.140 Carry it.
00:22:12.160 Likewise, body armor.
00:22:14.620 Body armor today, Kevlar, is very thin and light in comparison to what it was 20, 30 years ago.
00:22:21.060 Put at least one panel in your backpack, in your purse.
00:22:24.980 Make yourself a little bit safer.
00:22:27.360 You don't have to carry around a ceramic-plated body armor vest, but have something that gives you a little bit of a shield.
00:22:34.140 If it's a crazy person in Maine or if it's a jihadi attack.
00:22:38.280 And then lastly, be aware of your surroundings.
00:22:41.420 If you go into a restaurant, if you go into a shopping mall, be aware of the multiple exits.
00:22:47.060 When a bad guy comes into a shop, comes into a restaurant, most people, when the, you know, the effluent hits the fan, what do they do?
00:22:55.080 They run to the exit.
00:22:56.600 They run towards the killer.
00:22:58.160 They run towards the kill box.
00:23:00.500 Every shop, every restaurant has a re-exit.
00:23:03.440 It's where the supplies come in.
00:23:05.140 It's where the kitchen is.
00:23:06.560 Make sure you know all the exits and entrances to everywhere you go.
00:23:10.680 Understand the difference between concealment and cover.
00:23:13.660 Dan Bongino was explaining exactly this on his show today.
00:23:17.120 Concealment hides you.
00:23:18.700 Cover protects you from bullet fire, like concrete walls, steel, structural support members.
00:23:25.360 Understand the difference and be aware.
00:23:28.300 Make sure you know your surroundings.
00:23:30.420 Don't be afraid, but have a plan.
00:23:32.420 I have a plan.
00:23:33.700 I'm asking everybody listening to you in the war room.
00:23:36.420 Do you have a plan to protect your family?
00:23:38.340 If you don't, read the letter I wrote at breitbart.com and amac.org.
00:23:43.440 It really is a wonderful letter.
00:23:46.560 We just, I think a few days ago, had the San Diego field office of CBB put out a letter
00:23:51.720 saying that they think that what's going on in Israel is going to, of course, lead to more
00:23:55.740 people from Hamas and these other terrorist groups really exploiting, taking advantage
00:23:59.920 of this wide open southern border.
00:24:02.480 So I'm curious to bring this to sort of, you know, you're telling us what we as American
00:24:06.200 citizens, as the Warren Posse can do.
00:24:08.160 But I know you have always been, let me say, a tough critic.
00:24:11.800 Maybe I don't like that word because they're oftentimes deserving of the criticism.
00:24:15.220 But of the House, when it comes to the investigations, of course, they're just disastrous fail.
00:24:21.180 That was the impeachment hearing about Joe Biden.
00:24:24.000 But with new leadership, I'm just curious about where your hopefully optimism lies with
00:24:29.700 where some of these committees and these investigations can go.
00:24:32.120 But particularly on the intel front, what do you think we need to do to get to the bottom
00:24:37.720 of what happened in Israel, whether it was an intelligence failure, but specifically from
00:24:42.680 the lens of how we make sure, whether it was, you know, the Biden, DOJ, the FBI, these agencies
00:24:47.720 being distracted by wokeness and climate change and all those fancy things, or if you think
00:24:52.660 we just missed it or what exactly you think was going on there, what are sort of the next
00:24:55.880 steps that you would recommend?
00:24:57.860 We have been told for three years now that the primary threat to America is MAGA hat wearing
00:25:03.940 white extremists.
00:25:04.880 The chairman of the Joint Chiefs has been lecturing us on CRT and white rage.
00:25:10.100 Nobody should be surprised that the richest nation in the world with 17 intelligence agencies
00:25:14.600 couldn't predict the biggest terror attack in the Middle East since the end of World War
00:25:19.980 II and the Holocaust.
00:25:21.660 So no, you know, this won't be fixed by congressional hearings.
00:25:25.240 We have to do our part, God willing.
00:25:27.180 We have to get President Trump back in the White House.
00:25:29.520 We have to have real MAGA appointees, not traitors like Mark Milley, like
00:25:34.820 John Kelly.
00:25:36.280 We need people who care about America, who believe in America first at the DOJ, at the
00:25:42.960 CIA, at the FBI, and then dismantle the FBI, give its missions over to other agencies.
00:25:49.540 Until then, let's have some action on the floor of Congress.
00:25:53.760 I want to see, look, Hunter Biden's not the issue, but he should be subpoenaed because he's
00:25:57.400 the channel.
00:25:58.600 He's the drug-addled channel through which tens of millions of dollars were funneled into the
00:26:03.400 Biden cartel.
00:26:04.860 And on top of that, you know, why hasn't Obama been subpoenaed?
00:26:10.060 The deep state, you know, Biden is a nasty piece of work.
00:26:13.520 He's a thug.
00:26:14.440 He's a senile thug, but he's a thug.
00:26:16.700 But Operation Crossfire Hurricane starts when Obama is president.
00:26:21.040 The spying on a presidential campaign, the targeting of General Flynn, begins with what?
00:26:27.560 Obama telling the CIA, the FBI, and the NSA that they can do a tri-agency intelligence
00:26:33.740 operation against the Trump campaign.
00:26:35.800 So why don't we subpoena Obama?
00:26:39.820 Let's start with that, Speaker Johnson.
00:26:41.700 I'd throw in Eric Schwerin, too.
00:26:46.340 I know you and I have always seen eye to eye on that one.
00:26:49.300 Dr. Gorka, thank you so much for joining us.
00:26:51.820 If people want to stay up to date with everything you're working on, find you.
00:26:55.420 I know you're on more social media platforms than I am.
00:26:58.100 I'm a bit of a Luddite.
00:26:59.200 I know you don't believe me, but I actually am.
00:27:02.260 But where can people go to find that?
00:27:03.740 And more importantly, if they want to read that article, where should they go to go so they
00:27:08.200 can make their own plans?
00:27:09.160 I don't think somebody who's 23 or 22 can be a Luddite.
00:27:13.740 So 22, okay, 22.
00:27:16.460 That's an oxymoron, okay?
00:27:18.060 You can't have a 22-year-old Luddite.
00:27:20.020 So get your act together, young woman.
00:27:22.100 In the meantime, follow me everywhere.
00:27:24.000 Seb Gorka, Sebastian Gorka.

00:27:52.540 And I'm pretty sure my whole existence is an oxymoronic as a 22-year-old girl from California
00:27:58.000 who happens to be conservative.
00:28:00.580 It works for Steve Bannon.
00:28:01.980 And a 22-year-old expert on Wuhan.
00:28:04.940 That's pretty unusual, too.
00:28:07.360 There you go.
00:28:08.080 And I don't even speak Chinese.
00:28:09.700 So how's that?

00:30:16.120 Band.
00:30:16.360 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:30:20.080 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:30:24.860 You guys know a lot of my early investigative reporting had to do with, I would say, the biological weapon of mass destruction that was COVID-19 coming out of the Chinese Communist Party's Wuhan lab.
00:30:36.560 But I think we're also seeing right now immigration really be used as sort of a weapon of mass migration, dare I say.
00:30:45.100 And there's been a lot of reporting to confirm that.
00:30:48.260 But specifically with the onset of everything that's going on in Israel when Hamas, I don't like to use the term terrorist attack, invaded and acted like the brutal barbarians that they are.
00:30:59.240 We've, of course, seen an increase arise in the national security risk that that poses here in the United States.
00:31:04.200 And someone who has been doing a wonderful job, I think is new to the show, of chronicling that is a great investigative reporter at The Daily Caller, Jenny Tehr, who has just a mind-blowing exclusive, as well as some other great reporting that we have time to get into.
00:31:19.580 But I'll just read the headline and let you rip because I don't think the audience will believe it.
00:31:23.840 But exclusive border authorities are counting Palestinian migrants as other nationalities.
00:31:30.300 Can you walk us through the policies, the protocols that have sort of led to this and, of course, the evident national security risk that this poses?
00:31:38.180 Yeah, exactly.
00:31:38.940 I, you know, discovered this after we had obtained a memo that was sent internally to border authorities that are patrolling the southern border.
00:31:49.320 And what that memo warned was, because of the situation happening in the Middle East right now, that there may be Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah terrorists crossing the southern border.
00:32:01.260 And to look for certain signs in case you encounter them as federal authorities, that was really alarming and led me to look into the fact that, you know, how many Palestinians are coming across the border?
00:32:14.180 Do we know?
00:32:15.180 The answer is, after all of this, we really don't, because like you showed, our story is that they don't count them as Palestinian.
00:32:23.240 You know, the U.S. obviously does not recognize Palestine as a country.
00:32:27.300 And when border authorities have to process migrants, they take them in and they select a country of origin.
00:32:34.480 It's not on that list.
00:32:36.500 So a lot of times they actually put Israel.
00:32:41.280 So you have numbers saying there's all these Israelis possibly crossing, but it really may be Palestinians for some of those.
00:32:51.060 And I know a lot of your stories have focused on just the monumental, the unprecedented surge of people of all countries crossing into the United States.
00:33:03.300 And, you know, there's obviously been a lot of talk about the idea of sleeper cells or the fact that a lot of these people are already here.
00:33:09.740 Right. It's not even just the day that Hamas invaded, that they all started coming.
00:33:12.960 I'm just curious, in your reporting, if you have any indication, not even necessarily from a numeric perspective, but just if officials already think that that national security risk may already be within the United States.
00:33:26.920 It's not even if they're going to cross and how we classify them.
00:33:30.620 They may already be here.
00:33:32.720 Right. Well, it's always what what we know versus what we don't know.
00:33:37.520 And we know that there has been a surge in people who have been apprehended at the southern border who are on the terror watch list that have come illegally in fiscal year 2019.
00:33:48.200 For example, there were zero apprehensions of such individuals.
00:33:51.840 And then it shot up to roughly like over nearly 200 this fiscal year.
00:33:59.740 And so you have this surge that is just beyond anything we've ever seen.
00:34:04.620 And of course, you probably have talked about this before, but these gotaways, people who cross the southern border that don't get apprehended because federal authorities are overwhelmed by the current surge.
00:34:15.640 That's at a historic level. We've hit two million encounters this year.
00:34:19.580 We hit that last year, which was the highest year on record.
00:34:22.980 And we're continuing to see that surge.
00:34:25.400 And it's nonstop, despite what the Biden administration says, which is they have control over the situation and that they have these successful programs that let people come in legally.
00:34:36.220 I've seen a lot of migrants that have given up on those programs, even some that have taken that.
00:34:41.840 So you still see them crossing in droves illegally.
00:34:45.040 And you obviously have that national security risk as an element of that.
00:34:49.080 And of course, the national security risk doesn't just come from, you know, Gaza, Palestine, the West Bank, which none of those are listed, right?
00:34:57.520 Like, as you said, it's all categorized as Israel.
00:35:00.020 But of course, you know, here in the war room, the Chinese Communist Party, we view, is probably our greatest existential threat.
00:35:05.720 And you would also, I think, just recently put up a story showing that border crossings by illegal border crossings by Chinese nationals are up, what is it, 1100 percent?
00:35:17.140 That's just a staggering figure.
00:35:19.620 I'm curious if you could sort of walk us through those numbers, what time frame you're exactly talking about here.
00:35:25.720 Because like I said, I think the war room, the war room posse may have a hard time believing those figures, although actually under under this president, maybe not.
00:35:32.340 But the numbers, they don't lie.
00:35:34.660 They're just absolutely ridiculous.
00:35:37.480 Yeah, exactly.
00:35:38.420 So we went from about 1,000 in fiscal year 2022, and then that jumped to about 24,000 this year.
00:35:48.800 That's something that we just have never seen, just like every other category that's happening right now, like we talked about with the terror database, those on the terror watch list.
00:35:58.980 So this surge is manifesting with Chinese who are coming across illegally.
00:36:04.280 We've seen them traverse different areas of the globe to get here.
00:36:08.080 You know, obviously, it's a long journey.
00:36:10.520 I've talked to China expert Gordon Chang about this, who's raised concerns about the possible nefarious elements of this surge.
00:36:18.400 You know, not only is there some issue with young people being able to have opportunities in China due to the repression of the Communist Party, but there's also that element of, you know, is the Communist Party using some of their operatives to exploit the southern border and then to come into the U.S.
00:36:38.380 and possibly threaten our national security?
00:36:40.440 And that's a huge question when you have about 24,000 of them that you know of that have come across that border.
00:36:49.560 Probably unrestricted warfare at its finest, I'm sure.
00:36:53.460 Sun Tzu would be proud of that strategy.
00:36:55.300 Jenny, before we let you go, I'm just curious.
00:36:57.400 I know you've been covering, I believe you're an immigration-focused investigative reporter at The Daily Caller.
00:37:02.060 I think you used to work under Sarah Carter.
00:37:04.260 So you've been covering the border for a while.
00:37:06.580 You've seen a lot of this stuff firsthand.
00:37:08.300 And, you know, obviously we have a new speaker sworn in, and we hope that means that, you know, Congress, the House, will focus more on immigration on our open border, the national security risk and threat that that poses if it's not already here among us.
00:37:20.980 But in terms of, you know, you don't have to go on a scale of 1 to 10, though we do like numbers here in the war room, but how unprecedented right now is the level of, I would say, the level of exposure that the policies enacted by this White House have left Americans as a result of having this open border amidst the global chaos that we see unfolding?
00:37:43.040 Yeah, one of the biggest manifestations of this is the policies that the Biden administration has enacted within Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is the body of DHS that manages the entire interior of the country when it comes to illegal immigration as a law enforcement agency.
00:38:04.680 Right now, right now, the Biden administration is severely restricting its ability to be able to make arrests and deportations.
00:38:12.340 It's enacted a set of priorities that make those limits happen.
00:38:18.280 And so I hear from a lot of ICE officials that this is really letting a lot of criminal aliens go into the country and continue to commit crimes that we're aware of.
00:38:29.500 And so they're very concerned about this. One of the biggest of those is DUIs.
00:38:34.520 A lot of them are going free because in some cases that just doesn't fit the priorities for those arrests and deportations.
00:38:40.860 Very alarming.
00:38:43.280 Jenny, thank you so much for joining us. I'm sure the audience is going to want to follow you.
00:38:47.000 Stay up to date with all the articles you're working on.
00:38:49.800 If people want to follow you, support you, read your work, where can they go to do all that?
00:38:54.340 Yeah, you can follow me, Jenny S. Tehr, on Twitter. Thank you.
00:38:59.500 Awesome. She is a must follow, always ahead of the curve on immigration issues.
00:39:03.520 Jenny, thank you so much for joining us.
00:39:06.300 Thank you.
00:39:09.120 I don't know about you guys, but the correlation, I think, between these massive influxes of illegal immigrants,
00:39:15.660 and I think illegal immigrant is too nice a term because in some cases, I know Steve's like, Steve likes to call them visigoths, but they're invaders.
00:39:22.580 And when you see all the, you know, train derailments and the food plants catching on fire, stuff that certainly never happened under Donald Trump when we had a secure border.
00:39:32.140 But when you have Chinese Communist Party operatives, Hamas operatives, operatives from who knows what country that hates the United States flooding in, pouring in, really makes you think.
00:39:43.120 I know correlation doesn't equal causation and there are no conspiracies and no coincidences here in the war room, but just putting that out there.
00:39:51.120 And someone who I'm sure has been accused time and time again by the mainstream media of spreading these conspiracy theories and coincidences, I'm sure,
00:40:01.300 is, of course, a good friend of the show, Dr. Naomi Wolf, who I believe we sort of got into this story last time I was hosting,
00:40:08.720 but it's still very salient because it shows, I think, the nefarious malintent of those in the White House when it comes to our personal health,
00:40:18.620 our bodies, specifically on the issue of COVID vaccines.
00:40:22.280 So I'll keep you through the break, but if you could maybe tee us up the story a little bit,
00:40:26.900 get us into what exactly the FOIA docs that you guys received.
00:40:30.520 But more importantly, what they really show in terms of what the Biden regime lied to us about.
00:40:38.120 Yeah. So when we last spoke, Natalie, I was updating the Posse and you about these FOIAs that Ed Berkovich,
00:40:47.320 our lawyer at the War Room Daily Cloud Pfizer Documents Analysis team FOIAed.
00:40:53.580 And what we saw in the FOIAs in two tranches was at the highest levels, the White House communications team convening,
00:41:03.920 driving a kind of all hands on deck freak out with Dr. Fauci, Dr. Walensky, Dr. Collins to lie to the American people about massive evidence that they'd been confronted with
00:41:16.640 related to clotting, thrombotic thrombocytopenia and myocarditis.
00:41:22.680 The next tranche that we highlighted showed actually really interestingly, Rachel Levine, the physician, as the boss.
00:41:32.580 I mean, she she's not treated as the boss of the whole enterprise in the media, but she seemed to be kind of more senior than Dr. Walensky,
00:41:42.780 kind of really driving the train in disregarding warning from the American Association of Pediatricians that myocarditis in teens didn't resolve.
00:41:54.720 It wasn't mild. It takes a whole medical team and a whole family to manage it.
00:41:59.860 And what you saw in those emails was a cover up strategizing how to lie to the American people about the danger to teenagers before a gigantic push to inject teenagers.
00:42:12.140 And there's a template for POTUS, meaning the intel that emerges from their discussion is supposed to be surfaced to POTUS, president of the United States.
00:42:20.740 That's where we were at when I last spoke to you. Since then, there's been like a twist in this story that is virtually unimaginable,
00:42:30.220 which is that multiple independent labs, very credible ones, including Dr.
00:42:36.500 Burke Houts in South Carolina, who testified to the South Carolina legislature, and Kevin McKernan, who's a friend of ours.
00:42:46.360 And I went to his lab nearby in Marlboro, Massachusetts. I'm sorry, in Beverly, Massachusetts, called Medicinal Genomics.
00:42:55.100 Independent clinicians have found adulterants contamination in both Pfizer and Moderna injections.
00:43:04.360 And they're very concerning adulterants. They're fragments of DNA, plasmids that are cultivated in E. coli, which you all know is in feces, for example.
00:43:17.060 And that's in these injections in such a way that they can enter the nucleus and cause unknown damage there.
00:43:26.560 But to me, as alarmingly, is SV40. It has been identified in the injections.
00:43:34.320 And this is a, you know, I looked it up right before this, in addition to the research we've already seen.
00:43:41.860 And it's, you know, NIH classifies it as a carcinogen.
00:43:45.620 And Dr. Wolf, we got a jump to break. Sorry to interrupt you there, because I'm sure the audience wishes we could blow the break.
00:43:53.760 But I unfortunately don't have that authority. It's above my pay grade.
00:43:57.680 But you will stick with us through the break, I hope, and we can get into that and maybe the emoji use in some of these emails,
00:44:04.640 because that's equally concerning and weird to me, these people's flippant tone.
00:44:09.500 We'll be right back after the break with Dr. Naomi Wolf.
00:44:12.060 For War Room veterans, you know, we have been all over the supply chain issue with China and medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:44:24.620 China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that.
00:44:28.740 Jace Medical. I got an emergency medication kit from them.
00:44:33.300 The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics are in extreme short supply across the United States.
00:44:40.560 But you know that because you're a viewer or listener of this show.
00:44:45.920 Now, here's the action you can take to correct.
00:44:48.780 Do yourself and your family a favor and get your Jace case right now.

00:45:47.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:50.460 Welcome back to the War Room.
00:45:58.680 It's still Natalie Winters, but don't worry.
00:46:00.780 Stephen K. Bannon will be back for the 6 p.m. hour.
00:46:04.240 But in the meantime, Dr. Wolf, if what I am, if I'm hearing you correctly, you know, I was always under the impression that, you know, your work and what you would work to or help to expose with the COVID vaccines was assuming that they were working as intended, right?
00:46:20.100 I mean, nefarious or otherwise, but now if I'm hearing you correctly, that they're not even necessarily working as intended.
00:46:28.180 In other words, there are other, you know, whatever they are, viruses, pathogens, things that are affecting humans, the nucleus of your cell contained unintentionally or maybe intentionally in these vaccines.
00:46:40.940 Am I hearing you right?
00:46:42.500 And you can sort of pick up where you left off on the carcinogen aspect of all these wonderful substances.
00:46:47.160 Yeah, well, Natalie, I'm afraid it's much worse than that.
00:46:50.720 I mean, we reported a few months ago that the vaccines have never worked as intended, that Pfizer knew in November of 2020 that they didn't work to stop COVID.
00:47:01.760 But unfortunately, this is much more serious than even like something that's inadvertently gone wrong.
00:47:09.020 The story gets worse.
00:47:11.180 This was intentional and they've put a carcinogen in the injections.
00:47:15.940 I hate to be the bearer of this bad news.
00:47:18.680 NIH published a piece, a peer-reviewed paper, Emergent Human Pathogen, Simian Virus 40 and its role in cancer.
00:47:29.440 Simian Virus 40, SV40, which has been independently found in these injections by these multiple scientists,
00:47:36.060 is a known oncogenic, which means cancer-causing DNA virus, which induces primary brain and bone cancers, malignant mesothelioma and lymphomas in laboratory animals.
00:47:49.740 And it's defined by OSHA as a carcinogen.
00:47:52.380 So let me take a breath and tell you how we know that this was deliberate.
00:47:57.040 Also, Health Canada, which is their CDC, came forward and confirmed that there are these adulterants, these contaminants in the injections.
00:48:08.300 And they said they didn't know that the manufacturers had not disclosed it.
00:48:11.840 They were fooled, right?
00:48:13.300 They're throwing manufacturers under the bus.
00:48:15.300 The FDA has been confronted with this and gave a non-denial denial, basically.
00:48:21.760 But our team, the War Room Daily Cloud volunteers, building on work by other researchers,
00:48:27.960 found that the emergency use authorization was given for a set of ingredients that was called Process One.
00:48:36.020 Toward the very end of the production process, right before it was rolled out into people's arms,
00:48:42.940 Pfizer substituted Process Two, which is this contaminated, adulterated formula full of carcinogens and other problematic materials.
00:48:53.540 In their trials, 200-plus people were injected with the adulterated version,
00:48:59.920 and they had 2.4 times the adverse events as the ones injected with the unadulterated version.
00:49:08.600 And then it was Process Two, without the EUA, that was rolled out and put in people's arms.
00:49:15.440 This seems unbelievable, but it really happened.
00:49:18.740 So what we have to understand is that this changes everything.
00:49:23.740 A, I'm sure you're aware of turbo cancers, which wasn't even a word five years ago.
00:49:28.380 People are having horrific cancers that are baffling oncologists that, you know,
00:49:34.020 go from someone perfectly healthy to someone dead from cancer in four months.
00:49:38.120 They've never seen anything like it.
00:49:40.440 And people like Ryan Cole are raising the specter, and our own Chris Flowers, Dr. Flowers, who's an oncologist,
00:49:48.300 are raising the specter that these injections, these contaminated injections, could have a role in what we're seeing.
00:49:55.140 But also it changes everything because, as Dr. Malone said at a conference where we all were last weekend,
00:50:04.640 the regulatory reality is transformed by this because the FDA's whole mission is to keep adulterated, contaminated.
00:50:13.620 Adulterated means that things are mixed in that are not disclosed, and that's exactly what's happened here.
00:50:18.200 No one was told they were getting DNA fragments and plasmids grown in E. coli and a carcinogen called SV40 in their Pfizer or Moderna injection.
00:50:28.560 But that's what happened.
00:50:30.160 So in a regulatory and legal sense, the fact that all these injections had contaminants sneaked into them intentionally, right,
00:50:39.680 means that the PrEP Act should be obsolete.
00:50:43.920 They should be pulled off the market, of course, immediately.
00:50:46.340 The whole mission, again, of the FDA is to stop adulterants from getting in our food and drugs.
00:50:53.380 And I guess the last thing I would say is that there's a lot of important work being done right now
00:50:58.340 showing how we know that Pfizer intentionally allowed this to be distributed with these devastating adulterants and contaminants.
00:51:10.200 Moderna, too.
00:51:11.460 But we don't have the information about how they did it.
00:51:14.080 We have the information of how Pfizer did it.
00:51:16.340 And it's a bunch of ways.
00:51:18.560 Amy Kelly, the amazing Amy Kelly, just posted a piece showing that the FDA allowed Pfizer to redact hundreds of pages of its manufacturing process.
00:51:29.980 Of course, everyone's asking, let's see the manufacturing process.
00:51:32.880 How did this happen?
00:51:34.120 Pfizer redacted it in the tranches of documents that they're releasing now.
00:51:38.160 It's just redacted and they're using the B4 loophole to justify their redaction.
00:51:45.060 That's for trade secrets, but it's supposed to be used in an incredibly limited way.
00:51:49.160 But using this supposed to be tiny carve out of a FOIA, they're redacting everything from the manufacturing process to how quality control is maintained,
00:52:00.720 to how purification is maintained, how adulterants are kept out.
00:52:06.140 The FDA allowed them to blank all of that out.
00:52:09.680 And the other thing we know is that we've done a search of SV40, of all the documents using our tool that searches digitally.
00:52:16.740 And Pfizer never disclosed that there was SV40 to the FDA.
00:52:21.820 So those are two ways we know that certainly Pfizer and it looks like the FDA knew that there were these contaminants.
00:52:33.580 Of course they knew.
00:52:34.720 And Dr. Wolf, we got to jump because, like I said, I wish I could keep it.
00:52:39.100 We'll do an hour-long show with us.
00:52:40.740 But Warren wants to follow you, stay up to date with where the story goes real quick.
