00:00:51.000 Gaza for the first time. This, as the territory's hospital system, is on the verge of collapse.

00:00:58.040 The border reopened this morning after Qatar helped broker a deal. Now hundreds of foreign 1.00

00:01:03.680 nationals who have been stuck in Gaza are waiting to enter. It's not clear how long the Rafa

00:01:09.300 Crossing will remain open. Meanwhile, in Gaza, Israeli defense forces are continuing their

00:01:15.540 ground offensive, pushing deeper into the territory. There have been reports of Israeli

00:01:20.220 troops clashing with Hamas. Israel has also acknowledged it carried out yesterday's

00:01:26.460 deadly attack at Gaza's largest refugee camp. A series of airstrikes caused widespread damage

00:01:34.740 in a densely populated neighborhood. Israel says it was targeting Hamas infrastructure and killed

00:01:41.160 dozens of terrorists, including a commander who they say was an architect of the October 7th attack.

00:01:48.500 Palestinian authorities say hundreds of civilians were injured or killed in the airstrikes,

00:01:53.860 but Israel has yet to confirm the number of casualties. NBC News also cannot independently

00:02:00.080 verify the numbers. And this is the chaos and the confusion that leads to a lot of the

00:02:05.780 fighting around the world about this as to who exactly is doing what to whom. But the understanding

00:02:12.560 is that a lot of Hamas terrorists use these people as human shields.

00:02:17.920 Well, they use Gaza civilians and long have used Gaza and civilians as in hospitals and you name it, 0.56

00:02:27.840 refugee camps. They've used it to shield themselves from attacks. And therein lies David Ignatius. Of

00:02:36.160 course, the the Democrat in the Senate or the top Republican in the House. I side with Israel and I

00:02:42.720 want to get them as much money as they need as quick as they can get it. So to the House. I understand

00:02:47.600 we need to start paying for things around here. I get that. But this is truly an emergency. And I

00:02:53.040 don't think we've ever offset an emergency aid before. When we have a disaster, when it's a hurricane,

00:02:58.800 it hits South Carolina. We don't have pay for us because it's an emergency. What I don't want to happen

00:03:05.680 is that the support for Israel become partisan, right? I think there's probably 400 votes in the

00:03:12.400 House to support Israel. Now, when you start putting things like pay for us on the table,

00:03:17.840 then you break that coalition apart. That's what I worry about.

00:03:20.640 It's Labour for Israel. 0.78

00:03:31.920 It came to be the king all day.

00:03:35.900 This is the history of the royal family

00:03:42.120 This is the family of H negóab le哦

00:03:47.720 It's his likeness.

00:03:52.840 I don't understand what he says. 0.91

00:04:17.660 I mean, the only people that would like this bill, other than Mike Johnson's, Mike Johnson's small group of people there, a bill that stops funding for Israel, stops funding for Ukraine, stops funding for the border, stops funding to protect Taiwan from China, would be anti-Semites who hate Israel and hate Jews, tax-cheat billionaires, illegal immigrants. 0.51

00:04:46.340 And Vladimir Putin, I'm serious.

00:04:50.180 I mean, how do you put that on a 30-second ad if you're a Republican?

00:04:54.760 I swear to God, those are the four categories of people who would be glad if this bill continued to languish.

00:05:04.340 And that's Mike Johnson's first move.

00:05:06.760 Yeah, it's his first move.

00:05:08.520 And also, as the IRS came out yesterday and suggested, we would actually lose money on this because you're collecting so much less in tax that it's not even an offset because you're losing money in the process.

00:05:20.020 It doesn't even make sense on that basis other than a stop to donors or to that small group of people who gave them the job.

00:05:26.420 So, David Ignatius, the president, has said, obviously, I'm not going to sign anything like that that comes to the bill.

00:05:31.720 It's not even going to get through the Senate.

00:05:32.920 Let's start there because it's not just Democrats but Mitch McConnell that opposed this as well.

00:05:38.540 What's your sense of how this will shake out and how it looks, frankly, to our ally, Israel?

00:05:42.820 Well, Willie, I've always thought that the bipartisan support for Ukraine aid would continue, but I get more and more dubious as I watch behavior like the new speakers.

00:05:57.300 I just was in Ukraine three weeks ago, the day before the Gaza war started is when I left.

00:06:03.780 And I'll tell you, Ukrainians say straight up, if the United States doesn't support us, we are in real trouble in continuing this war against Russia.

00:06:14.740 Here are these brave Ukrainians suffering terrible casualties.

00:06:18.140 They're doing the fighting.

00:06:19.520 They're asking for what, in terms of our total budget, is a relatively modest amount of military support to keep fighting.

00:06:27.560 And it is astonishing to me, as they head into winter and the difficulty of this battle, that they're being, in effect, nickeled and dimed by the Republicans in Congress.

00:06:40.580 I just wish those people could see a little of what you see when you visit Ukraine and see the bravery of these people.

00:06:47.700 I can't imagine they would continue to resist supporting this aid at a time when Ukraine needs it.

00:06:52.900 Welcome to Mega Mike's house, and in it, you write in part, quote, after more than three weeks of abject chaos, Republicans finally united behind relative newcomer Mike Johnson.

00:07:05.000 It was like so many things done in this Trumpified Republican Party, sloppy and strange and without much forethought.

00:07:13.160 Instead of picking a veteran House member who knew everyone in the caucus and was able to appeal to their particular political needs when it comes to whipping votes,

00:07:21.620 Republicans landed on someone who was so unknown that few disliked him.

00:07:27.080 Perhaps Mike Johnson's biggest problem will end up being his enormous catalog of comments showcasing his wildly out-of-the-mainstream religious views.

00:07:40.860 Johnson is also staunchly anti-LGBTQ plus rights.

00:07:45.180 He called being gay a dangerous lifestyle and inherently unnatural.

00:07:52.200 Also said it could lead to the collapse of the republic. 0.97

00:07:54.960 Interesting.

00:07:55.960 As Johnson's extremist views surfaced, the clock is ticking toward another shutdown with the government only funded until November 17th, along with other pressing matters.

00:08:06.040 Did I mention Johnson still hasn't changed the one-person motion to vacate?

00:08:11.200 That his speakership could be even shorter than McCarthy's.

00:08:15.560 But who knows at the rate he's going?

00:08:17.400 Yeah.

00:08:17.560 He's appealing to these.

00:08:18.980 Well, and on the mortal words of Melissa Manchester, even the simple things become rough.

00:08:26.500 And in this case, funding for Israel should be the easiest thing. 0.94

00:08:29.900 If he can't figure out how to fund Israel and can't figure out how to fund Ukraine's efforts to push back a Russian invasion,

00:08:37.800 how's he going to figure out how to fund the government?

00:08:39.880 Well, and I don't think he wants to, right?

00:08:42.340 The idea of doing paid pay-fors for emergency aid is unprecedented.

00:08:48.140 And I think there's a reason for that, right?

00:08:50.500 He hopes that he can put aid versus the government and, you know, make Democrat put Democrats in a tough position.

00:08:57.660 But he really he doesn't realize he doesn't have his party support.

00:09:00.920 I mean, Mitch McConnell wants to do this aid and it'll be interesting to see this show.

00:09:05.740 Chairman Mike McCall wants to do this aid.

00:09:07.560 A lot of Republicans want to do this aid.

00:09:09.860 The majority of Republicans want to do this.

00:09:11.800 Threshold for you.

00:09:13.240 And do you think there should be one for the United States government at which the U.S. would say, let's hold off for a second in terms of civilian casualties?

00:09:22.400 Is there is there a point at which you would start to question?

00:09:25.460 No, if somebody asked us after World War II, is there a limit what you would do to make sure that Japan and Germany don't conquer the world? 0.94

00:09:33.260 Is there any limit what Israel should do to the people who are trying to slaughter the Jews? 0.95

00:09:37.720 The answer is no, there is no limit.

00:09:39.540 But here's what you need to do.

00:09:40.540 Be smart.

00:09:41.660 Let's try to limit civilian casualties the best we can.

00:09:44.760 Let's put humanitarian aid in areas that protect the innocent.

00:09:48.300 I'm all for that.

00:09:49.420 But this idea that Israel has to apologize for attacking Hamas, who's embedded with their own population, needs to stop.

00:09:59.160 The goal is to destroy Hamas.

00:10:01.480 Hamas is creating these casualties, not Israel. 0.84

00:10:04.100 I don't think anyone's asking.

00:10:05.660 Well, some people may be asking Israel to apologize.

00:10:08.460 But that's not what I'm asking about it.

00:10:10.560 I think the question here is about how they carry out the war, and there are choices here.

00:10:16.940 But you mentioned, and the Israelis have described it this way, they want to eradicate Hamas.

00:10:22.820 And I think most people agree that that is a reasonable goal.

00:10:26.460 However, how long do you think that that will take?

00:10:29.020 How long is it reasonable for that?

00:10:32.560 I think we ought to be focusing on the day after Hamas is destroyed as well as destroying them. 0.95

00:10:37.800 Do you think that that is on the table, that the Israelis are thinking about what happens after Hamas?

00:10:43.140 So I'm going to have dinner with the Saudis tomorrow night.

00:10:46.600 This occupation of Gaza by Israel will not be long-lasting.

00:10:53.340 Israel is not going to go in and occupy Gaza.

00:10:56.720 That's a losing proposition.

00:10:58.300 They're going to go in and dismantle Hamas.

00:11:00.800 And when they've achieved that goal, the world needs to come up with a plan for Gaza and the West Bank to give the Palestinians something to live for. 0.92

00:11:08.960 How do you know when Hamas is just... 0.87

00:11:11.560 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:11:18.680 Pray for our enemies.

00:11:20.680 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:11:23.960 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:11:28.240 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:11:29.740 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:11:31.660 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that.

00:11:33.340 But you're not going to stop it.

00:11:34.280 It's going to happen.

00:11:35.560 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:11:38.960 Mega media.

00:11:40.360 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:11:45.720 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:11:49.500 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:11:55.680 War Room.

00:11:56.700 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:11:59.740 It's Wednesday, 1 November in the year of our Lord 2023.

00:12:06.120 It's All Saints Day.

00:12:07.420 And we wanted to start by showing you a lot of the absurd rhetoric.

00:12:12.340 And this is why we always go to MSNBC or CNN.

00:12:14.940 So you can see the absurd rhetoric around where our country is, our beloved country.

00:12:19.520 At 8.30 this morning, the Treasury Department put out signal.

00:12:24.980 Signal is $1.6 trillion of new financing that has been in the next five months that has to all take place between now and the end of the first quarter of 2024.

00:12:37.220 $1.6 trillion.

00:12:38.940 And in order to save themselves, they're making a bet they're going to try to do as much of that short term as possible instead of long term because they're making a massive bet that interest rates will decline.

00:12:50.060 We're going to have EJ and Tony on later today to go through that.

00:12:54.180 That is the important.

00:12:55.200 What happened this morning in the Treasury?

00:12:57.200 All this nonsense.

00:12:59.180 David Ignatius, the CIA mouthpiece. 0.62

00:13:01.480 Oh, Republicans are nickel and diming.

00:13:03.940 Mike Johnson right now is doing exactly what he should.

00:13:08.660 Except for the border.

00:13:09.760 We're going to go to our own Oscar Blue Ramirez.

00:13:13.440 What's important, the existential threat to this country is the exploding national debt.

00:13:20.340 And now it's exploding, as we told you it would explode, by the lies they're telling you and what the real deficit is and how they're financing this massive, massive gap.

00:13:30.000 The other is the invasion on the southern border.

00:13:33.400 The invasion on the southern border, it's a picking of steam.

00:13:36.460 Yesterday on the show, Todd Benjamin said he thinks at least 500,000 invaders, both officially tapped in here illegally by the illegitimate Biden regime and another couple hundred thousand just going to come across the border because they're saying, hey, I got to make my break.

00:13:52.660 How do we know that's a fact?

00:13:54.000 Well, because Oscar Blue Ramirez is heading north from Tapachula with one of the asylum seekers. 0.97

00:14:01.220 And, of course, as they said yesterday, there's 60,000 in Tapachula.

00:14:05.000 He's with one group of 6,000.

00:14:06.680 This is the end of your country.

00:14:09.060 This is why when Mike Johnson says, hey, if we're going to fund Israel for the $14 billion and no money for Gaza, we've got to have a pay for.

00:14:17.240 You've got to carve something out.

00:14:18.340 This is going to be a firefight starting tonight and tomorrow on Capitol Hill.

00:14:23.380 We're going to have it all for you and break it all down.

00:14:25.460 Also, all the geopolitics involved in this.

00:14:28.200 Secret negotiations.

00:14:29.300 Tony Blinken's on his way to Israel right now.

00:14:31.280 Secret negotiations have been leaked to the Daily Mail, Wall Street Journal of putting American combat troops in as peacekeepers in Gaza after Hamas is broken.

00:14:44.500 We're going to get to all of it.

00:14:45.500 We're going to go to Mexico.

00:14:47.020 We've got Mike Davis' massive story in The New York Times about how we're going to set things right when Trump takes over in January 2025.

00:14:53.860 Stick around.

00:14:56.360 It's hot today in the Warburg.

00:14:58.060 I know this is hard to believe, but we're up against another government shutdown later this month, and our wise leaders deal with it how they always do, with more spending.

00:15:10.780 While lawmakers are high-fiving, your savings account continues to lose value because more spending weakens the dollar.

00:15:19.200 Now, end the cycle.

00:15:20.440 Diversify into gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.

00:15:23.380 And listen, when you open a gold IRA, for every $10,000 you spend by December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you a free gold bar.

00:15:32.360 Let me repeat that.

00:15:33.280 For every $10,000 you spend by December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you a free gold bar.

00:15:39.960 Just text Bannon to 989898 to claim eligibility before Black Friday.

00:15:46.360 Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a gold IRA for no money out of pocket.

00:15:52.620 And you still get the free gold bar.

00:15:56.060 Don't let your savings become a victim of the further devaluation of the dollar.

00:16:01.400 Remember, the BRICS countries are focused 100% on de-dollarization. 0.92

00:16:08.540 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:10.660 Receive a free gold information kit and claim your eligibility before Black Friday to receive free gold bars on your qualified purchase.

00:16:19.600 Do it today.

00:16:21.060 Action.

00:16:21.820 Action.

00:16:22.520 Action.

00:16:24.160 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:16:26.400 Bannon.

00:16:28.740 Okay, folks.

00:16:30.000 You're in the Zen monastery that we call the War Room.

00:16:33.820 Without suffering, there's no growth.

00:16:35.480 I understand and I appreciate the fact that when we start with Morning Mika and Abby Phillips at CNN, this can be torturous.

00:16:43.380 Remember, growth only comes through pain.

00:16:47.940 Okay, you're growing.

00:16:48.860 Here's why.

00:16:49.760 You're seeing it's most important for you as the minoritarian vanguard to understand in the information war that we fight in fifth generation warfare, how the apparatus, the cartel presents their case. 0.99

00:17:05.760 Because they're really talking about it, and that's why we don't do much Fox, because Fox just repeats the stupid RNC talking points. 0.86

00:17:13.100 Here, you get a quite sophisticated information warfare breakdown. 0.96

00:17:16.860 I'm saying in MSNBC and somewhat in CNN about how they're coming after us.

00:17:21.720 You can only counterattack or you only go on offense once you understand the deployment of the enemy's assets.

00:17:28.660 Okay?

00:17:29.000 Understand it's painful.

00:17:30.440 We end the chats.

00:17:31.400 It's painful.

00:17:31.780 Remember, through pain comes growth.

00:17:34.660 Right?

00:17:35.800 Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

00:17:38.200 So we know you're going to be strong because you've got a lot of work to do.

00:17:41.740 Also remember, in all this happy talk and Lindsey Graham saying we don't care how many Palestinians we kill and you've got to get money tomorrow.

00:17:47.700 And, you know, David Ignatius from the CIA, Washington Post, saying you can't nickel and dime Ukraine.

00:17:56.500 You've been right on all these topics.

00:17:58.040 The key thing this morning, the key point this morning is what is happening at the Treasury with the $1.6 trillion of debt that's got to be financed.

00:18:08.420 $1.6 trillion between – and by the way, they ain't going to find buyers for all that, even if they jack rates up.

00:18:13.760 They're not going to find buyers for all that.

00:18:14.960 They know that.

00:18:15.500 Also, what's happening in the invasion on the southern border.

00:18:18.940 And in addition, the New York Times talk about the Sunlit Uplands, the great Jonathan Swan, Charlie Savage, and I think Maggie Haberman have a piece up on – about the work and effort going through and taking on the administrative state.

00:18:35.720 And this time, it's the lawyers.

00:18:37.300 So we're going to get Mike Davis here, break it all down, what's happening in Denver, what's happening in Michigan, what's happening in Minnesota with the 14th Amendment.

00:18:44.700 Also, what's happening with us going on offense and saying we're going to take apart the deep state with warriors, not with wimps.

00:18:52.600 Let's go to Oscar Blue Ramirez.

00:18:54.580 Oscar, your reporting over the last couple of days has been shocking for the simple reason is the mainstream media is just obsessed with the borders in Ukraine and in Gaza.

00:19:03.140 No mention of the invasion of our country.

00:19:05.300 Give us an update, sir.

00:19:06.340 You're on the march.

00:19:07.300 Yes, sir.

00:19:09.180 We woke up today at 4 o'clock in the morning.

00:19:10.980 We started walking.

00:19:11.700 We already walked 15 kilometers with a migrant caravan that is around 6,000.

00:19:15.580 There is still 6,000 that are arriving to this particular place that is called Wixla.

00:19:19.840 Right here is where they're going to stay to see if the authorities of Mexico are going to give them the permit to see if they can move to the northern borders.

00:19:26.660 One of the stories, Steve, that I want to tell you is that what the Biden administration has done has incentivized the cartel to be more aggressive, to be more relentless, and to be more brutal.

00:19:35.340 A migrant was telling us that as soon as he was coming in illegally from Guatemala to Mexico, he was kidnapped by the organized crime in Mexico.

00:19:43.460 And they told them that if they didn't pay $10,000 or an amount of a bribe, their organs were going to be extracted.

00:19:51.460 That is what they're doing at the borders.

00:19:53.800 And that has been openly incentivized.

00:19:55.560 The organized crime knows and the cartel knows about the open border policies of the Biden administration.

00:20:00.880 And this is the disaster that they have created and also the industry that they have created, Steve.

00:20:07.180 Hang on for a second.

00:20:08.200 Oscar, explain to our audience.

00:20:09.920 And if you're listening on radio, particularly our ever-expanding radio presence on the John Fredericks Radio Network, this footage is unbelievable.

00:20:18.380 What are we seeing right here?

00:20:21.440 Is this just a group you're with?

00:20:22.960 Yes, today in the morning, it was another caravan that left from the south border of Tapachula.

00:20:29.840 There's two small groups that they just left from Tapachula, one of them from 1,000, the other one from 1,500, and then this one that is 6,000.

00:20:39.140 So adding all of them, it is close to 8,000 people that are walking right now.

00:20:43.720 As they heard, the migrants heard from Tapachula, as I told you yesterday, there's thousands that are scattered waiting in Tapachula.

00:20:50.540 They heard that this migrant caravan is moving forward to Wixla, and now other groups are leaving Tapachula also as they're hearing that they are possibly going to get the access to move to the United States immediately.

00:21:03.720 Can you, how far from where you are right now or from where these caravans are starting, how far is it to the U.S. border?

00:21:11.340 How far do they have to walk?

00:21:13.720 It's a long way, and they're not going to walk.

00:21:16.420 They're going to start, you know, using buses and inevitably, you know, go smuggled through taxis and through different states and different cities.

00:21:24.520 But potentially, they're going to get to the voters that they have mentioned us.

00:21:28.500 One of the voters that is going to get hit by this caravan, it is Lukeville, Arizona.

00:21:32.980 Possibly, they're going to go to Juarez and also Eagle Pass.

00:21:35.400 But the first epicenter that they're going to get hit, that a lot of them, they already know, it is Lukeville, Arizona.

00:21:40.360 And it is going to get, this caravan potentially is going to be arriving between Sunday or Tuesday morning.

00:21:46.920 That is around the time that I estimate that they're going to be arriving, Steve, if they get the permits today.

00:21:52.080 Oscar, when you say buses, is that provided by the cartel?

00:21:58.080 Is it local officials?

00:21:59.320 How is it paid for?

00:22:00.240 Is NGOs paying for this?

00:22:02.020 What's the source-backed NGOs and the Catholic charities and the Lutheran charities, their hand in this?

00:22:09.060 Who's actually paying for all this?

00:22:11.760 Of course, everybody is involved.

00:22:13.280 And when you come to Mexico, it's a full-on corruption. 0.80

00:22:15.720 They know the authorities, if they get them this permit, getting out of the state, there will be buses that they are privately owned.

00:22:22.440 And, of course, everybody is involved.

00:22:23.940 NGOs are involved.

00:22:24.900 They're getting a percentage.

00:22:26.140 The government of Mexico, it is involved.

00:22:27.780 They're getting a percentage.

00:22:29.160 The cartel, inevitably, it is the one that is fully involved.

00:22:33.120 That they're getting a percentage, as it is when you go to the Darien Gap, there's more than 60 to 70 buses getting out from the Darien Gap and pulling them to Costa Rica.

00:22:42.720 These are private-owned companies that are in cahoots with corrupt governments, that they know that they're working also ultimately with the cartels, and it's all tied together, Steve.

00:22:53.260 I want our audience, and this is why for the podcast and for the radio, you must go to worm.org.

00:22:58.820 You must sign up for the newsletter.

00:23:00.020 We send out every day, totally free, Jane Circle, Grace, Moe, Natalie, everybody all over it.

00:23:06.120 You get to see the footage.

00:23:07.000 You must see the footage.

00:23:08.280 If you're just hearing the audio of the show, you must see the footage.

00:23:12.180 Give me a full shot there.

00:23:13.240 I don't need to see my lovely face.

00:23:14.920 Let's see the full shot.

00:23:15.960 I want that full shot.

00:23:16.620 Look at that right there.

00:23:19.000 Two-thirds, correct me, two-thirds are fighting-age males that are coming up.

00:23:24.520 What's your assessment when you see the 6,000 or the 60?

00:23:28.720 Because just by your footage, I'm seeing a lot of young men, and a lot of young men that look pretty healthy.

00:23:35.180 Sir?

00:23:36.880 Yes, the majority.

00:23:38.200 It is this caravan.

00:23:39.480 It's almost 70 to 75 percent military-age males, which all of them, they're saying that they're running away from Central America for economical reasons.

00:23:47.800 That is the obvious reasons.

00:23:50.600 And there's no case of credible fear.

00:23:52.780 These people do not apply for a political asylum or refugee.

00:23:56.420 They're only going for economical reasons.

00:23:58.720 And they know that the border is open, and they know that there are—you know, they have told us.

00:24:03.000 They know that they're giving us phones.

00:24:04.460 They know that they're flying us to our family members around the country.

00:24:08.540 They know about all these benefits, Steve, from Central America, even from Asia, from—we have encountered migrants from China inside of the Darien.

00:24:16.980 They know that they can be, you know, having free transportation as soon as they get into the United States of America, Steve.

00:24:22.720 Oscar, I just want to make sure one more time before we lose you, because you're going to get back on the march.

00:24:29.720 We're going to try to grab Oscar later—this morning, later in the second hour.

00:24:34.060 Oscar, we're also going to try to grab him on the afternoon shows.

00:24:37.000 Oscar, when you talk to these people, they're sitting there going, hey, you know, Biden's inviting us here.

00:24:42.920 Is that not the mantra that they believe that they're being invited by the United States government to enter the country?

00:24:49.940 That's absolutely it.

00:24:51.000 But they know that—we ask them, is the border closed or is the border open?

00:24:54.540 They say that the border is open.

00:24:56.160 And when you ask them, you know, what is your perception when you're going to get there?

00:24:59.660 They already told us that they're going to provide us jobs, that they're going to provide us a hotel, that we can stay like it was plastered all over the world.

00:25:06.940 In New York, they can stay in a five-star hotel.

00:25:09.220 They already know this.

00:25:10.240 So by them knowing this, if the process of—the legal process of immigration doesn't even come close to what they're expecting,

00:25:17.760 they know if they can deliver themselves to the authorities to a non-port of entry.

00:25:21.000 That is the perception, and that is what the Biden administration has done, not to the continent, Steve, to the whole world.

00:25:27.220 That is the perception of immigration.

00:25:29.240 Immigration, you know, it is—it's just in the feet of the migrants, basically, when it comes to doing it legally and the legal pathway, Steve.

00:25:36.960 Denver, just hold that shot right there on Oscar. 0.96

00:25:42.180 Just hold that shot, Dwight.

00:25:43.860 We could keep that camera there all day, and all you're going to see is they're heading north all day long, all day long.

00:25:52.360 Understand that this is what's going to destroy your country.

00:25:55.700 Oscar Blue Ramirez, where do people get your coverage, your live streams, all of it, because it's unique.

00:26:00.640 No one in the world is doing what you're doing, sir.

00:26:02.780 BBC is not doing it.

00:26:03.880 CNN is not doing it.

00:26:05.420 PBS is not doing it.

00:26:06.760 NHK is not doing it.

00:27:04.820 Glenn Story and his team are just fantastic.

00:27:07.540 And remember, they have value.

00:27:09.300 They don't hate your values.

00:27:10.320 They support your values.

00:27:11.840 Two other things.

00:27:12.380 Make sure 1.6.

00:27:13.920 So the two stories today, the signal, not the noise.

00:27:17.680 The signal is that Treasury announcement this morning coupled with the invasion of the southern border.

00:27:22.960 That's going to bring America to her knees. 1.00

00:27:25.280 It's going to bring America to her knees. 1.00

00:27:41.060 Remember, you voted for it.

00:27:42.560 You supported it.

00:27:44.120 Anybody that votes for these people, anybody that votes for it, anybody, quite frankly, that doesn't support the fight that this show has in the House of Representatives and backing Donald J. Trump, you're part of the problem.

00:28:21.260 Mike Davis next in the war room.

00:28:22.620 Question, who protects the troops who protect us?

00:28:28.160 Well, we will.

00:28:30.460 Imagine you're serving halfway around the world, and you learn the title to your home.

00:28:35.740 That legal document that proves it's actually yours has been forged, and it's not in your name anymore.

00:28:42.480 But we can't let that happen, and we won't let it happen.

00:28:46.220 Home title theft is a clear and present danger for all homeowners, and that's why I trust Home Title Lock.

00:28:52.620 And now, Home Title Lock is protecting those who protect us and giving back.

00:29:41.840 Do this for the troops.

00:29:43.860 Do it today.

00:29:44.960 Use your agency.

00:29:46.120 We assess that the actions of Hamas and its allies will serve as an inspiration the likes of which we haven't seen since ISIS launched its so-called caliphate several years ago. 0.99

00:29:58.720 In just the past few weeks, multiple foreign terrorist organizations have called for attacks against Americans and the West.

00:30:07.800 Al-Qaeda issued its most specific call to attack the United States in the last five years.

00:30:15.620 ISIS urged its followers to target Jewish communities in the United States and Europe.

00:30:22.980 Hezbollah has publicly expressed its support for Hamas and threatened to attack U.S. interests in the Middle East.

00:30:30.100 And we've seen an increase in attacks on U.S. military bases overseas carried out by militia groups backed by Iran.

00:30:40.140 Here in the United States, our most immediate concern is that violent extremists, individuals or small groups, will draw inspiration from the events in the Middle East to carry out attacks against Americans going about their daily lives.

00:30:54.080 That includes not just homegrown violent extremists inspired by a foreign terrorist organization, but also domestic violent extremists targeting Jewish or Muslim communities.

00:31:07.120 What has now increased is the greater possibility of one of these foreign terrorist organizations directing an attack in the United States.

00:31:16.440 We haven't seen evidence that it's actually happening yet, but what we have seen is, and I listed them off in my opening remarks, one terrorist organization after another calling for attacks.

00:31:29.420 We should wake up.

00:31:30.660 It is a time to be concerned.

00:31:32.940 We are in a dangerous period.

00:31:34.920 So is the FBI able to track all threats and prevent these individuals from conducting an attack on U.S. soil?

00:31:42.640 I couldn't say that we were able to detect all individuals.

00:31:48.040 The people that we know about, as Secretary Rumsfeld used to say, the known known, we're quite good at together with our partners.

00:31:56.220 But it is the unknown unknown that I worry about quite a bit.

00:32:00.340 So, Director, can you say that we do not have either individual foreign terrorists or terrorist sales affiliated with foreign groups currently operating in the United States?

00:32:06.980 Well, we're not tracking that, but, again, I come point back to what it is.

00:32:14.560 The gaps in our intelligence are real, and it's something that we have concerns about.

00:32:18.880 Okay.

00:32:20.120 You've got to understand the gobbledygook here.

00:32:22.380 I'm going to bring in Mike Davis.

00:32:23.060 I've got a lot to go through with Mike Davis, so we've got to get on with it.

00:32:26.100 But right there, you saw in his opening remarks, in his remarks, he gets back to – I want to make sure people understand this.

00:32:34.900 When they say the domestic extremism or domestic extremists or violent extremists, excuse me, the violent extremists, that would be you.

00:32:44.860 That would be you.

00:32:45.800 That's MAGA. 0.86

00:32:46.280 And then when Rick Scott asked him a basic question, it's not the unknown unknown, you doofus.

00:32:52.340 It's the known unknown.

00:32:54.720 The known unknown. 0.86

00:32:56.080 Get your nomenclature right, airhead. 0.53

00:32:58.900 This is unbelievable. 0.83

00:33:01.300 The FBI is not focused on what they should be focused on because they're focused on Trump supporters.

00:33:06.860 Still, Mike Davis.

00:33:07.980 Am I wrong in this?

00:33:08.780 The FBI just admitted, and Rick Scott at least had the brains to sit there and kind of parse and make sure you can parse.

00:33:14.840 Because if you don't parse what Ray says, everything out of his mouth is a lie.

00:33:21.120 If you don't nail him right there to the floor and say, hang on for a second, hang on for a second, what are you saying?

00:33:25.560 Their focus is still the largest investigations, J6, the focus, the focus – and we get hit with a mass casualty event.

00:33:33.680 Their focus is on Trump supporters.

00:33:36.200 Mike Davis.

00:33:38.240 You're absolutely right.

00:33:39.500 They have too many federal law enforcement resources, especially at the FBI, diverted to go after Trump, Trump's top aides like you, Steve, Trump supporters, Christians praying outside of abortion clinics, parents outraged at school board meetings.

00:33:55.780 And they're focused on Trump and Trump supporters saying that we're somehow violent extremists and a danger to the republic while they're letting the BLM and Hamas base of the Democrat Party harass, threaten, even commit violence against Jewish Americans all over the country, particularly on college campuses.

00:34:18.840 This is – we have – President Biden has let our southern border, our northern border too, but our southern border particularly go wide open.

00:34:29.900 And he's allowed unvetted, fighting-age men from third-world Marxist hellholes, including in the Middle East, flood into our country. 0.74

00:34:38.400 And we're going to have a catastrophe on our hands.

00:34:40.520 And they admit, he's focused on you.

00:34:44.500 He's focused on violent extremists.

00:34:46.660 That would be you.

00:34:48.560 The Jewish community in the state of Israel – write this down. 0.98

00:34:52.640 Take your number two pencil and write this down.

00:34:55.320 The people that have your back, the biggest anti-jihadists in this country that have fought this for years, is War Room and the War Room posse in MAGA, in the deplorables.

00:35:04.640 Full stop.

00:35:06.220 You're seeing this on College Cameras Day.

00:35:07.560 The people that have these Jewish students back for years and years and years, they could be safe on college campuses, is MAGA, is the deplorables, is War Room, and the Mike Davises of the world, okay?

00:35:20.340 And a guy named Donald J. Trump.

00:35:22.420 Full stop.

00:35:24.140 And the FBI is still targeting you.

00:35:26.460 And he just said, no, we can't track – you're not tracking these guys.

00:35:29.480 The FBI – first off, they're infiltrated, 100% infiltrated by the Muslim Brotherhood. 1.00

00:35:33.840 Write it down.

00:35:35.940 Infiltrated by the Muslim Brotherhood and the CCP. 1.00

00:35:39.440 And they've allowed this invasion of the southern border with no oversight whatsoever.

00:35:43.360 Specter General says that.

00:35:44.580 Not Steve Bannon, the Specter General of DHS.

00:35:48.080 We're going to have more of that.

00:35:49.220 Gaffney's going to join me at 6.

00:35:50.420 I'm going to break this down in detail with one of the top anti-jihadist guys going.

00:35:54.460 This is outrageous.

00:35:55.340 Just remember when we have – when Jewish kids are going to be tortured, if they had gotten in a Cooper Union in that library, those five kids have been dead.

00:36:03.940 They've been torn apart by that pack of dogs that was outside.

00:36:07.980 Let's go to – I want to go to Denver because, as I said and warned, this thing's going to metastasize and Trump's finally going on offense.

00:36:14.420 But you've got Michigan, Minnesota, you're going to have Arizona.

00:36:17.780 What do I hear for Arizona?

00:36:19.080 What's the over and under?

00:36:20.240 Arizona's coming.

00:36:21.020 Everybody in the Democratic Party, any governor who wants to be president sometime in the future has got to go get Trump off the ballot in their state.

00:36:29.220 That includes Pennsylvania.

00:36:31.040 It includes Arizona.

00:36:33.280 You've seen it in Colorado.

00:36:34.000 All right, give me an update on this sham show trial in Denver, Mike.

00:36:38.480 Then I want to talk about how it's metastasizing.

00:36:41.520 Yeah, we'll do one quick point about what's going on with the Biden Justice Department and with this anti-Semitic violence around the country.

00:36:48.560 The Biden Justice Department Civil Rights Division has put out 26 announcements since October 7th.

00:36:55.400 Not one of them deals with any investigation or arrest of this anti-Semitic violence all over the country.

00:37:02.260 That shows you that the Biden Justice Department does not care.

00:37:06.300 Kristen Clark, who runs the Civil Rights Division, has said some very troubling things in the past before she was confirmed that many would call anti-Semitic.

00:37:15.240 But she was confirmed anyway.

00:37:16.900 The Democrats need to decide whether they're going to keep coddling their Hamas and BLM base and cut loose their Jewish supporters or if they're actually going to do something about their Jewish supporters. 0.81

00:37:28.400 It looks like they're going with their BLM and Hamas base. 0.97

00:37:33.260 Give me that again.

00:37:34.480 How many – they put out how many notifications and not one about these – and by the way, it can't be that hard.

00:37:39.600 Students for Justice in Palestine, a complete BLM, Antifa, Marxist, anti-American group.

00:37:45.860 It can't be that hard to shut that down.

00:37:48.240 They put out 26 announcements and not one about anti-Semitism.

00:37:54.080 Not one.

00:37:55.080 26 since October 7th.

00:37:57.040 And let me give you an example.

00:37:58.480 The Eastern District of New York, the U.S. attorney there just made an arrest yesterday.

00:38:03.300 And usually when there's a civil rights issue, the attorney general or the deputy attorney general or the associate attorney general and or the – at least the assistant attorney general for civil rights joins the announcement.

00:38:15.180 Kristen Clark did not join the announcement of the arrest that was made by the FBI in the Eastern District of New York.

00:38:22.820 And you have to ask why.

00:38:24.040 Why doesn't Kristen Clark want her name on an arrest where you're – the FBI is arresting people who are harassing, threatening, terrorizing Jewish Americans around the country? 0.57

00:38:35.140 Mike, let's pivot.

00:38:38.900 And I tell you what, if we can put up now in the side block, we're going to have the trial as it's going on.

00:38:44.260 I think Grace – I think Grace may actually be live streaming it.

00:38:47.100 Mike, walk me through Denver first.

00:38:49.000 Then I want to talk about Michigan, Minnesota, these others that are popping up or you're going off.

00:38:54.180 Walk me through Denver, your assessment.

00:38:56.420 Yeah, let me go really fast.

00:38:57.640 Remember, they tried to impeach Trump twice for nonsense.

00:39:01.140 They've indicted him four times for non-crimes.

00:39:03.380 They're trying to bankrupt his family business for the non-fraud of a sophisticated – of a businessman paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks in full on time as agreed with interest.

00:39:13.720 That didn't work.

00:39:14.720 That backfired.

00:39:15.520 Trump's actually now leading President Biden.

00:39:17.560 He's going to beat him like a drum on November 5th, 2024.

00:39:21.120 So the Democrats are throwing a Hail Mary.

00:39:24.020 They're trying to just take Trump off the ballot, take that choice away from the American people through the 14th Amendment, which was passed.

00:39:31.760 It was ratified back in 1868 after the Civil War.

00:39:36.400 Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disqualifies Confederate sympathizers who engaged in insurrection or rebellion during the Civil War against the Union.

00:39:47.000 They're disqualified from running from state or federal office or having any judicial office in the country.

00:39:52.860 It's the way to get rid of Confederate sympathizers.

00:39:54.900 Hey, Mike, Trump's in four different, I guess, indictments, 91 charges, 700 years in a federal prison for criminal – these are all criminal charges.

00:40:08.180 Has he ever been indicted for insurrection?

00:40:11.240 That's the problem, Steve, and that's exactly the problem, is that the only controlling case on point is from 1869 with Chief Justice Samuel Chase, who held that if you want to disqualify someone from running for office or holding office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, the disqualification clause, Congress has to pass a federal criminal statute.

00:40:35.700 And then you have to charge that person under that federal criminal statute, a U.S. attorney charges, a federal jury finds him guilty unanimously with evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, the judge convicts, and it's upheld on appeal.

00:40:50.880 And at that point, if you get a conviction upheld on appeal under that specific federal criminal statute dealing with insurrection or rebellion, then you can disqualify that person from running for or holding office.

00:41:04.480 That is not happening here.

00:41:05.920 Jack Smith has spent tens of millions of dollars.

00:41:08.900 The January 6th Committee spent tens of millions of dollars.

00:41:11.840 They could not find any evidence of insurrection because it doesn't exist.

00:41:16.740 January 6th was a lawful protest permitted by the National Park Service that got out of control and turned into a riot.

00:41:24.680 It was not an insurrection at all.

00:41:27.060 Even Professor Michael McConnell, a former Tenth Circuit judge out here in Denver, Colorado, on the Denver-based Tenth Circuit, no fan of Trump whatsoever, says this same thing.

00:41:39.360 What happened on January 6th was a riot.

00:41:41.340 It was not an insurrection.

00:41:42.440 And if you want to get rid of Trump for insurrection, you have to charge him with insurrection under the federal criminal statutes.

00:41:49.600 Is Judge Wallace coming to – do you believe she's going to come or is coming to her senses given how shoddy this case is and may actually – well, do you think she's absorbing how shoddy their case is and may actually come to her senses?

00:42:06.540 I would not bank on that at all.

00:42:10.640 Judge, this is a new Denver District Court judge.

00:42:14.760 Sarah Wallace, that's a very quaint thought.

00:42:17.820 We're not dealing with liberals anymore, Steve.

00:42:20.420 We're dealing with leftists.

00:42:22.260 Judge Sarah Wallace was just appointed to the Denver District Court.

00:42:26.760 She's a Democrat donor.

00:42:28.280 She donated to a group called the Colorado Turnout Project.

00:42:33.120 The purpose of the Colorado Turnout Project is to chase out of office those who supported President Trump on January 6th.

00:42:42.040 And now this week, she's sitting – she's presiding over a trial to chase President Trump off the ballots for January 6th. 0.99

00:42:50.300 How the hell is that not a clear conflict of interest?

00:42:54.360 She – President Trump's lawyers filed a motion to recuse, and I was stunned.

00:42:59.940 She said at the hearing on Monday, sorry, yeah, I made that donation.

00:43:04.520 I don't remember it, but regardless, I can be fair.

00:43:06.680 Well, that's not the legal standard, right?

00:43:08.160 It's not whether she subjectively believes she can be fair.

00:43:11.400 It's whether the public objectively thinks she can be fair.

00:43:14.540 And if you donate to an anti-Trump January 6th group, you probably shouldn't be sitting on a trial with Trump on January 6th.

00:43:20.860 Hang on.

00:43:21.520 Hang on.

00:43:21.780 I've got a lot more to go through, and I know you've got limited time.

00:43:24.040 We're going to take a short break.

00:43:24.860 Mike Davis with us.

00:43:25.780 We've got New York Times talking about what's going on offense to tear down the administrative state.

00:43:30.780 More metastasizing 14th Amendment fiasco.

00:43:34.700 Jeff Clark calls out Fonnie Willis in a filing on that trial.

00:43:38.720 A lot going on.

00:43:39.740 Also, CBO, so much shots fired.

00:43:43.200 Metaphorically, in this budget battle up on Capitol Hill, we'll get –

00:43:46.500 There's a lot to be nervous about out there.

00:43:48.540 Open social media or turn on the news, and all you see is crime and societal decay.

00:43:54.560 A lot of people just run out and buy a gun, and then it sits in a safe.

00:43:58.720 If there's ever an emergency, they're not going to be prepared and run the risk of hurting themselves or others.

00:44:06.320 There's no way around it.

00:44:07.700 You need to train, and you need to train often.

00:44:10.740 Unfortunately, it's time-consuming to go to the range, assuming there's even one nearby, and ammo prices are through the roof.

00:45:07.460 Action.

00:45:08.180 Action.

00:45:08.740 Action.

00:45:09.020 Action.

00:45:09.080 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:45:15.120 Okay, HomeTitleLock.com.

00:45:16.900 This new 1.6 trillion has got to be financed at Treasury, and the Fed's going to talk today at 2 o'clock.

00:45:24.200 We'll cover this on the 5 o'clock show.

00:45:25.560 I'll be up on Getter, I think, as it happens at 2.

00:45:28.360 It means that the second mortgages to fix your kitchen are going to skyrocket, so you're not going to do that.

00:45:35.960 But bad guys will, the $6 trillion of equity in American homes, and they're licking their chops.

00:45:41.680 Go to HomeTitleLock.com today to make sure they're not taking out a hard-money second mortgage on your house that you have to pay off, because the hard-money lenders, they don't want to hear your tale of woe that you didn't know about it, okay?

00:45:53.440 Tough break for a swell guy and gal.

00:45:55.440 HomeTitleLock.com.

00:45:56.280 As I said, metaphorically, shots fired up on Capitol Hill, and what I mean by that is the Congressional Budget Office has just come out.

00:46:05.280 Wait for this, baby.

00:46:06.840 On the offset for Israel, the $14 billion, they're saying, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:46:11.780 That will actually increase the deficit by $12 billion, because theoretically they've got a projection that these IRS agents are going to bring in $26.7 billion.

00:46:21.360 And that's coming from you, by the way, people under $400,000 or $500,000 in joint income.

00:46:27.760 And so that means that this is a net offset.

00:46:31.220 Mike Johnson, don't back down.

00:46:32.780 Stick with the offsets.

00:46:34.220 We've got to pay for this.

00:46:35.020 We can't add one penny to the deficit, and you can't take projections.

00:46:38.820 Mike Davis, Denver's a farce.

00:46:41.100 You're covering that.

00:46:41.920 You're actually out in Denver.

00:46:43.440 You're covering that.

00:46:44.480 It is a farce, but it doesn't mean that Michigan – I keep saying anybody, any of these governors that want to be a presidential candidate, either in 24 or in the future for the Democratic Party, have got to lead an effort to get Trump off the ballot.

00:46:58.340 Legally, it's a sham.

00:46:59.780 Everybody knows that.

00:47:00.820 But politically, it's a winner for them in Michigan, in Arizona, in Pennsylvania, and maybe Minnesota and other states.

00:47:08.660 What's your thoughts?

00:47:10.980 Yeah, I mean, there's no question that this Denver District Court Judge, Sarah Wallace, is going to disqualify Trump from the Colorado ballots. 1.00

00:47:18.400 It's immediately appealable as an election challenge to the Colorado Supreme Court.

00:47:22.480 The Colorado Supreme Court is stacked by leftists because Republicans don't win elections out here anymore since they went to all-mail ballots and legalized weed,

00:47:32.220 and all these dirtbags from California and New York have moved to Colorado and destroyed the state like cultural COVID. 0.92

00:47:39.120 They escaped California and New York, and they brought their crappy political views to Colorado and destroyed it. 0.94

00:47:46.280 So what's going to have to happen is the Supreme Court of the United States that has discretionary reviews is going to have to put on their big boy pants.

00:47:53.420 You know, with their lifetime tenure and pay protection, they're going to actually have to take a Trump case because this is so much bigger than President Donald Trump.

00:48:01.320 These are Republican-ending tactics by the left.

00:48:04.580 If you can just take someone off the ballot who's going to win the White House, if you're going to take that choice away from the American people based upon a bogus legal theory with activist lawyers and activist judges, we're not going to have a country left, right?

00:48:19.140 And they're doing this right now in a deep blue state of Colorado to set the legal precedent, and then they're going to take the show on the road.

00:48:25.760 They're going to go to places like Michigan and maybe other states.

00:48:28.820 Yeah, but hang on.

00:48:31.000 But President Trump is listening to people.

00:48:32.660 I don't know, maybe the war room in Mike Davis, his team, they're going to go on offense, right?

00:48:36.960 Didn't they just file in Michigan to shut this whole thing down?

00:48:39.220 Don't you have to get ahead of this?

00:48:40.560 You've got to go on offense.

00:48:41.640 I think this thing in Denver, I'm not placing any blame.

00:48:44.520 President Trump's got the whole world coming against him.

00:48:46.660 But we need to be on offense on this because it's obviously a legal sham, but politically they're going to put it in people's minds, particularly independent voters.

00:48:55.080 Hey, Trump, should he even be on the ballot?

00:48:57.200 It's a – for them, it's a winner media-wise because it will flood the airways as it is out in Denver.

00:49:02.720 So shouldn't he go on offense?

00:49:04.440 He is going on offense.

00:49:05.860 President Trump just hired some outstanding lawyers who are doing a bunch of the briefings on all these different cases.

00:49:13.740 John Sauer, I think it's public.

00:49:15.040 John Sauer, a former Supreme Court clerk, a brilliant legal mind is leading this effort.

00:49:20.200 And so you have a really solid team that Trump has right now.

00:49:23.640 The legal team is really solid.

00:49:25.440 Boris is the Trump loyalist.

00:49:27.460 He has really good trial attorneys who know how to fight in the courtroom.

00:49:30.220 And he has these brilliant legal minds, this appellate team led by John Sauer, and they are going on offense.

00:49:36.140 This lawfare is backfiring like you and I have predicted since August of last year, Steve, when Biden went after Trump in Mar-a-Lago.

00:49:45.380 And this lawfare has continued.

00:49:46.660 And every time they indict Trump, they make him more popular.

00:49:49.640 Yeah.

00:49:51.020 More powerful.

00:49:51.820 I want to go to Jeff Clark and his lawyers.

00:49:54.800 Look, they took your advice also.

00:49:55.940 Tell me about this filing in Georgia on Fannie Willis, because I believe I heard this on the war room from a guy named Mike Davis, I don't know, maybe six months ago.

00:50:05.280 Talk to me about it.

00:50:07.200 I mean, it's just utter nonsense what they're doing to Jeff Clark and these other defendants down there.

00:50:13.320 Fannie Willis brought a racketeering RICO lawsuit against President Trump and 18 co-defendants for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election and the non-crime of twisting arms politically.

00:50:25.100 Both of which are permitted by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.

00:50:30.280 They have charged Jeff Clark for when he was a senior Justice Department official, he drafted a memo internally at the Justice Department about Georgia.

00:50:40.840 He circulated it internally at the Justice Department.

00:50:43.820 The Justice Department declined to go down that path.

00:50:47.600 But somehow, Fannie Willis is charging a senior Justice Department official for a draft memo that he wrote that was never executed on.

00:50:58.320 Jeff Clark never stepped foot in Georgia.

00:51:01.140 So how the hell does Georgia have personal jurisdiction over Jeff Clark when he did nothing in Georgia?

00:51:07.900 And what he did in his official capacity at the Justice Department is protected by immunity.

00:51:14.080 You have governmental immunity for these officials. 0.98

00:51:16.660 So you don't have to worry about the executive branch being grinded to a halt by these whack job local prosecutors and judges trying to indict federal officials for doing their damn jobs. 0.71

00:51:27.780 And so he filed a motion with the court to have them dismiss on that ground that there's no personal jurisdiction. 0.98

00:51:35.140 Alternatively, he filed a motion saying, look, I don't even know what your legal allegations are against me because your your criminal complaint against all 19 of us is garbage. 0.88

00:51:45.740 It's like you took spaghetti and threw it against the wall. 0.96

00:51:49.100 Mike, I know you're jammed.

00:51:53.160 Can you just hold with me for a short?

00:51:54.640 We have a 90 second break because I got to get to this New York Times story.

00:51:57.660 The most important thing of the day, the most important story that was written is is in the New York Times.

00:52:03.920 It talks about the deconstruction of the administrative state and how it's actually going to take place.

00:52:08.540 President Trump, there's a very well thought through plan of the convergence of forces here that will hit the beach at high noon on the 20th of January of 2025 after President Trump on all the ballots in all 50 states has a sweeping landslide.

00:52:26.160 And Mike Johnson increases seats in the House.

00:52:28.820 And of course, we take over the Senate and throw out Mitch McConnell.

00:52:32.140 This is going to be by the 3000 political appointees that immediately can take office and control the apparatus.

00:52:40.380 Every president gets 3000 political appointees that do not have to be confirmed by the Senate.

00:52:44.720 The article today is about the legal warriors.

00:52:48.140 No more wimps, no more pencil necks, no more.

00:52:51.660 I don't know.

00:52:52.300 Federalist society warriors.

00:52:55.420 Jonathan Swan, Maggie Haberman, Charlie Savage, break it down.

00:52:58.420 The New York Times.

00:52:59.180 Mike Davis is going to break it down for us.

00:53:00.980 Next hour is lit.

00:53:03.780 Stick around in the war room.

00:53:08.720 For war room veterans, you know, we have been all over the supply chain issue with China and medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.

00:53:20.280 China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that. 0.82
