00:00:00.000 Reading in the crosstabs, the most important part, as Phil reminds us, just all of those from women to Hispanic voters, black voters, 22 percent of black voters behind Trump.
00:00:10.680 That is not seen in the modern era for a Republican frontrunner, right?
00:00:16.580 I mean, wow, it's startling.
00:00:19.980 I looked at the Democratic response, Kevin Munoz, the spokesman for Biden, and this idea that, you know, we have a year, we can turn things around.
00:00:31.360 I think you have to look at this being a challenge from the very beginning, right?
00:00:34.720 Black voters from the very beginning were saying that we will help you get Joe Biden into office.
00:00:40.160 But, you know, this is not necessarily our preference.
00:00:43.280 This was about democracy and saving democracy.
00:00:46.860 And so here we are a year later, he has not been able to change their impression.
00:00:52.440 Black home ownership is down.
00:00:54.520 Going to the store, you know, even if jobs have improved in terms of numbers, the prices that people are paying just it doesn't resonate with them.
00:01:03.600 So Bidenomics, all of the things that Biden has done to try to connect, it's not connecting with this group.
00:01:08.420 And black unemployment was quite low during the Trump administration.
00:01:11.920 And low, but lower now.
00:01:13.380 Yeah, but it's it's that he said it all the time.
00:01:15.900 Right. He had a gift for messaging.
00:01:18.760 There's no question about that.
00:01:19.680 A cardiac case in need of a defibrillator, a slow march into the sea to drown.
00:01:24.740 That sounds very bad.
00:01:27.320 Yeah, Katie, choose your metaphor.
00:01:29.320 And there are others out there equally dire from the Democratic strategies we spoke to.
00:01:35.440 The cause of this freak out is this New York Times polling over the weekend that showed Biden down in all five of the swing states they polled.
00:01:43.140 And not by one or two points, but by as much as 10 in Nevada.
00:01:47.800 And it's not just that poll that's broadly consistent with lots of polling that we've seen.
00:01:52.720 And if you dive down into these polls, you see Biden weak on the economy, losing support with black voters, with Hispanic voters, with young voters.
00:02:02.180 These are key coalitions, key parts of the Democratic coalition.
00:02:05.280 And you see that there's the Democratic base is a problem.
00:02:09.840 Enthusiasm is a problem.
00:02:10.880 Concerns about Biden's age remain a problem.
00:02:13.400 So these have all been issues that have been going on for a long time with Biden.
00:02:17.020 But I think it's kind of reaching a point now where it's harder for Democrats to explain it away.
00:02:22.280 It's harder for the Biden camp to say, oh, this is an outlier.
00:02:24.620 And they're starting to vocalize their concerns a little bit more.
00:02:28.240 So the problem is that the Democratic Party is basically stuck with Biden.
00:02:33.760 The filing deadline in New Hampshire and Nevada have already passed.
00:02:37.260 The one in South Carolina passes on Friday.
00:02:40.200 So the primary window is dramatically closing.
00:02:43.580 And if Biden wants to be the nominee, he's the president.
00:02:46.400 He will very likely be the party's nominee.
00:02:48.240 The question I ask myself about what will happen in 2024 is who's the voter out there who did not vote for Donald Trump in 2020, but said, hey, I want to vote for him again in 2024.
00:02:57.600 What changed in that time?
00:02:59.000 What would convince them?
00:03:00.300 Is that about voters deciding to vote for Trump when they didn't vote for him in 2020?
00:03:05.560 Or is it more about voters just not showing up for Joe Biden and maybe not voting at all?
00:03:12.020 Yeah, I mean, it's both.
00:03:14.020 The immediate concern is voters not showing up, not voting.
00:03:18.240 You know, especially in presidential elections.
00:03:20.060 It's really who can get everybody on the field, everybody out to the polls.
00:03:23.960 It's all about turnout.
00:03:25.480 But if you can flip a vote, that's worth two votes.
00:03:27.980 You know, you're taking one vote from your opponent and you're giving to yourself.
00:03:31.980 So any dissatisfaction, anybody believing that Trump would have done better, that is also a problem for Joe Biden.
00:03:40.920 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:46.200 Pray for our enemies.
00:03:48.240 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:51.320 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:55.580 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:57.500 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:58.920 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:04:01.600 It's going to happen.
00:04:02.860 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:04:06.280 Mega media.
00:04:07.180 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:13.060 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:16.820 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:23.020 It's Tuesday, 7 November, the year of the Lord, 2023.
00:04:31.000 This is the late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room.
00:04:35.160 We are live from the Ahern Hotel in Las Vegas.
00:04:39.660 Yes, Nevada, the same state that has Biden down by 10.
00:04:44.080 You saw there in our cold open a complete and total meltdown of every, you know, MSNBC, CNN,
00:04:50.040 every operative.
00:04:50.800 We said this is happening now for over a year.
00:04:52.880 And of course, they've been in denial, denial, denial.
00:04:56.860 And then they've seen the math, this tectonic plate shift,
00:05:00.840 MAGA ascendant and President Trump on a roll.
00:05:05.220 The other thing to remember right there is very important.
00:05:07.640 Oh, not showing up for Biden.
00:05:09.180 Note to MSNBC and CNN.
00:05:11.960 Joe Biden did not get 81 million votes.
00:05:14.100 It's a lie.
00:05:14.720 We know it's a lie and you can't hide it anymore.
00:05:17.000 The numbers are right there, the math.
00:05:19.000 Trump got 74 million.
00:05:20.260 If he gets 74 million again, which is going to get much better,
00:05:24.700 he'll beat, he'll win 42 to 45 states.
00:05:28.240 So suck on that.
00:05:30.160 It's absolutely obscene.
00:05:31.600 These lies you tell about the 2020 election.
00:05:34.740 I want to bring in now Congressman Andy Biggs.
00:05:37.160 Congressman Biggs, you've seen the polling.
00:05:38.940 Tell me, do you feel in Arizona, which is one of the key swing states,
00:05:43.180 we had Carrie Lake on this morning for both hours as our co-host.
00:05:45.780 Do you see this tectonic plate shift in Arizona, sir?
00:05:51.720 Yeah, I do.
00:05:52.820 And I'll tell you why I do.
00:05:54.260 As I get around the state, I'm finding people who are getting more enthused
00:05:59.760 and more willing to come out again.
00:06:01.780 And not only that, the left that was melting down in your open,
00:06:08.660 that's what's melting down in Arizona.
00:06:11.660 The Democrats just don't have anything to appeal to anybody.
00:06:17.180 And so Joe Biden is not doing it.
00:06:19.800 The crazy Katie Hobbs, who's our governor, she's not doing it.
00:06:23.580 She took away the border task force.
00:06:25.680 We're now getting inundated yet again for another month for over two years in a row.
00:06:31.040 All of those things go into it.
00:06:32.680 But then our guess was the highest in the country except for California
00:06:37.000 for month after month after month.
00:06:39.660 The people around our state, they look at it and they say things like,
00:06:44.080 man, I take the tweets back.
00:06:47.060 I'll take the meanness back for better policy.
00:06:50.480 They get it.
00:06:51.140 They're starting to understand that policy drives the lifestyle you can live.
00:06:58.500 And strength, and strength, and personal character.
00:07:00.840 They'll take the mean tweets.
00:07:01.840 They'll take a few things he says that may not be socially acceptable
00:07:05.640 to the country club crowd.
00:07:07.140 I want to go, the Senate said today that no money for Ukraine
00:07:10.900 until they have policy changes, and I think even more spending,
00:07:14.460 policy changes on the border about asylum,
00:07:17.200 and they're prepared to filibuster the House you guys had this conference meeting today
00:07:21.780 about the ladder or CRs or just you're the one we look to about cutting the budget.
00:07:28.300 You're like Cato the Elder in the Punic War.
00:07:31.640 You know, Carthage must be destroyed.
00:07:33.000 You're always sitting there saying, hey, the budget's got to be cut.
00:07:35.360 We've got to get to a balanced budget.
00:07:36.800 Where are we, Congressman Andy Biggs?
00:07:38.880 Well, so if you're going to do something like either the ladder approach or CR approach,
00:07:46.300 I told them today, I said, then you also have to be prepared to do something.
00:07:50.660 You can't just go on business as usual.
00:07:52.520 You're going to have to get all the bills passed.
00:07:54.820 But not only that, Steve, you're going to have to put a cap on the IRA,
00:07:59.040 Green New Deal subsidies and tax credits that they were giving.
00:08:02.560 Remember this?
00:08:03.200 They said it would cost $360 billion.
00:08:07.620 And now the news story is it'll be well over $2 billion.
00:08:11.020 Why?
00:08:11.260 Because there's no cap on it.
00:08:13.260 No, no, no.
00:08:14.100 Hang on.
00:08:14.480 Hang on.
00:08:14.800 Hold it.
00:08:15.560 Not $2 billion.
00:08:16.240 $2 trillion.
00:08:17.380 Wall Street, these guys, it's $360 billion.
00:08:21.460 Wall Street, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley are telling people they're actually $2 trillion, sir.
00:08:28.640 That's right.
00:08:29.400 I'm sorry.
00:08:30.100 I misspoke.
00:08:31.080 So over $2 trillion.
00:08:32.000 So what I told them, I said, if you're going to do this, then you should do a ladder approach
00:08:36.540 and you should bundle it with the IRA caps.
00:08:39.900 Why?
00:08:40.760 Because even if somebody like me would say, we have a chance to save $1.7 to $1.8 trillion
00:08:47.080 by doing a three-week extension of current spending, I could eat that.
00:08:53.620 I might be able to eat that because the value would be so great.
00:08:57.960 The other thing about the ladder program is you have to get Washington off this methodology
00:09:04.380 of doing a single bill to monolithically pay for this monstrosity that we have.
00:09:10.440 So, but that's really it.
00:09:13.860 I struggle with it because I think you have to cut.
00:09:17.140 And then I'll just tell you, the other aspect of the border, if we're going to talk border,
00:09:21.260 I'll save it.
00:09:22.220 But the border will not be secured by this administration.
00:09:27.740 We have to come to grips with that.
00:09:29.440 The only way it would happen, and I actually just told this to a group of my Republican friends.
00:09:34.640 I just said, look, the only way this gets settled is if we had the courage, which we don't have,
00:09:40.180 if we had the courage to actually say, we are going to defund government in toto
00:09:46.140 until you secure the border.
00:09:50.100 We'll keep funding the same.
00:09:51.320 How many votes?
00:09:51.720 How many votes in the House do you have for that right now?
00:09:54.740 It's the only way it's got to do it.
00:09:55.660 You've got to defund the whole thing.
00:09:56.780 Shut the whole thing down.
00:09:57.980 Force Biden and his regime to shut down over the topic of sealing the border.
00:10:02.760 Let's have an up or down vote.
00:10:03.840 The American people will have your back.
00:10:05.180 How many votes in the House do you have for that proposal right now?
00:10:08.620 I haven't whipped it, but my guess is 35.
00:10:13.300 Oh, God.
00:10:14.640 Unbelievable.
00:10:15.420 Unbelievable.
00:10:16.140 Can we get you back on in the next couple?
00:10:18.220 But here's what we need, and I understand we're coming to the CR.
00:10:20.920 I need to have a couple of you guys on here to explain the latter and the latter approach.
00:10:25.280 Even if it's not what is accepted now, it is a different methodology for how to look at funding the government,
00:10:32.460 and I think it's a methodology we have to embrace.
00:10:34.680 But we need to have somebody that can explain it and people's eyes don't cross.
00:10:38.280 It's a tad complicated.
00:10:41.500 Steve, it's not complicated.
00:10:42.400 I can explain it in two minutes.
00:10:43.800 It's really very easy.
00:10:45.320 Go ahead.
00:10:45.860 So here's the way to think of it.
00:10:47.160 We're supposed to pass 12 bills.
00:10:48.760 We've passed eight.
00:10:51.000 The Senate's passed three.
00:10:52.820 So ladder one, you give the Senate three or four weeks to finish the conference committee to pass fully those three or four bills.
00:11:03.860 You only need until about December 7th.
00:11:06.340 Then all the other eight bills of the 12 that you have to do, you send them out to January 10th, and you finish passing those bills and conferencing those bills by January 10th.
00:11:16.920 It's merely a phased-in or two-tiered approach to a CR.
00:11:21.160 But if you – I would just say that – so it's real easy.
00:11:25.340 Did that make it easier to understand?
00:11:27.180 Yeah, but your point is you get single-subject appropriations bills.
00:11:31.540 You don't get these things thrown in minibuses, maxi-buses, omnibuses, whatever bus you want to call it, right, where they can hide what the lobbyists are paying them for.
00:11:40.580 They can hide in a stack of documents like this.
00:11:42.880 This way it's all single-subject.
00:11:44.520 You bring them to the floor.
00:11:45.980 You make them debate the amendments.
00:11:47.760 You unmask them because you see who's voting for what lobbyists.
00:11:50.280 Is that your point?
00:11:51.920 That's exactly the point, and that's how you change the nature of Washington because you change the system.
00:11:59.600 You see, Andy Biggs explained that to us in about 60 seconds, and Gates couldn't quite get aggressive.
00:12:04.520 I'm just kidding.
00:12:05.440 Congressman Biggs, how do people – we got a lot more.
00:12:09.760 That's because Biggs has been at this for a while.
00:12:11.800 Poor Gates is just a kid.
00:12:13.220 Andy, Congressman Biggs, what's your handle?
00:12:16.880 Where do people go and get you?
00:12:18.840 You go to biggs.house.gov.
00:12:20.600 That's my official site.
00:12:21.780 In there, you can get my newsletters, all my podcasts, everything, or you go to at Andy Biggs AZ – RepAndy Biggs AZ, at RepAndy Biggs AZ.
00:12:33.800 Carthago Delenda-Est, is that it?
00:12:35.840 Carthage must be destroyed, and Andy Biggs says the budget must be cut, the spending must be cut.
00:12:39.960 Congressman Biggs, thank you very much.
00:12:41.240 Honored to have you on here.
00:12:43.140 Hey, thanks.
00:12:43.780 Thanks, Steve.
00:12:44.380 We'll see you.
00:12:45.440 Thanks, bro.
00:12:47.020 Before we go to break, Cash Patel joins me now.
00:12:49.320 Cash is going to be here later.
00:12:50.620 I got Caroline Wren.
00:12:51.480 I got George Harris, the CEO of this fantastic hotel, and a real hero who was taken out of here in cuffs because he would not buckle to the administrative state.
00:12:59.520 Everybody up there is just talking authorization, spending.
00:13:04.440 The government is about to shut down again, thank God.
00:13:07.240 They're not talking 702 authorization.
00:13:09.380 Is that getting buried in all this?
00:13:11.320 I think it's getting buried in the media.
00:13:12.820 I think it's front and center down on Capitol Hill.
00:13:15.520 Look, 702 are what half these animals in Congress live off of because it's tied directly to big tech.
00:13:22.000 I mean, the way 702 works.
00:13:23.500 I thought 702 was supposed to protect the American people, but people then realize it may take our rights away.
00:13:28.380 Here's the problem, right?
00:13:29.140 As a former terrorism prosecutor, I used 702 to actually manhunt terrorists.
00:13:32.920 That's its single sole purpose.
00:13:34.460 But Garland and Ray uses it to manhunt Catholics and rosaries.
00:13:39.060 And this is the problem.
00:13:40.020 Just last year alone, Christopher Ray, as the director of the FBI, illegally queried 702 databases 250,000 times.
00:13:48.820 Stop.
00:13:48.880 Each one of those isn't.
00:13:50.160 That's not me saying it.
00:13:51.340 That's the DOJ Biden inspector general saying it.
00:13:54.760 It's in his report.
00:13:56.100 And Congress does nothing.
00:13:57.160 They don't take away any of his authorities.
00:13:58.720 He just says, oh, I'm sorry.
00:14:00.380 We are going to work internally to fix it.
00:14:02.880 Just like he, Christopher Ray, said he was going to work internally to fix it.
00:14:05.560 So Russiagate never happens again.
00:14:07.440 This is the problem.
00:14:08.400 We let the government gangsters govern themselves.
00:14:11.000 And then we get to this end road where 702 is on the pipe.
00:14:14.360 Is this a government gangster T-shirt?
00:14:16.080 You know, I work for it just for you.
00:14:17.540 Is that merch?
00:14:18.060 You know, the best-selling book.
00:14:18.940 Can you give me a flex?
00:14:20.460 You're in fabulous shape.
00:14:21.660 Is all you do here is work out?
00:14:23.600 You know, I come here and eat at the Ahern, so it's really good for my health.
00:14:26.880 Okay, short commercial break.
00:14:28.180 We'll be back with Cash in a moment.
00:14:29.600 Remember, birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:14:37.200 You must understand what the prime reserve currency is, what it means to you, and your life.
00:14:42.580 Check it out today.
00:14:43.460 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:14:45.220 Back with Cash Patel, Caroline Wren, George Harris, and more in the war room.
00:14:50.100 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:14:52.860 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:14:55.500 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:14:57.400 Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:59.280 I know this is hard to believe, but we're up against another government shutdown later
00:15:10.660 this month, and our wise leaders deal with it how they always do, with more spending.
00:15:16.660 While lawmakers are high-fiving, your savings account continues to lose value, because more

00:16:27.740 Action.
00:16:28.420 Action.
00:16:28.800 Action.
00:16:30.200 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:32.400 Bannon.
00:16:32.740 We have the third Hamas war.
00:16:37.980 A massive intel failure.
00:16:39.840 We need an investigation of that.
00:16:41.500 We haven't had that.
00:16:42.660 Nobody's come before the public and said, what's the problem with American intelligence?
00:16:47.140 Forget the Mossad, Shin Bet, IDF military intelligence.
00:16:52.120 You got the 702, which has a lot of positive attributes.
00:16:56.100 But that sunsets on December 31st?
00:16:58.300 Yeah.
00:16:58.600 After five years?
00:16:59.440 It was, what, from the early 2000s of the war?
00:17:01.340 Yeah, it was a continuation of the Patriarch reauthorization.
00:17:03.540 Okay.
00:17:03.760 So our audience's head is blowing up because when they hear this, they just hear they're
00:17:09.320 going to be, you know, you're going to have FBI agents listening to your phone calls.
00:17:12.840 But you're saying now in a time of war, we need this.
00:17:16.100 That was its original intent.
00:17:17.620 And the problem, like everything else, with government abuse about a good policy or a good
00:17:22.080 operational tool like 702, Steve, is that these guys like Ray and Rosenstein and Barr
00:17:28.240 and all these guys come in and they abuse it for a political agenda.
00:17:31.200 Okay.
00:17:31.480 Ray, Rosenstein, Barr, and I'm going to throw in Chris Krebs, all work for, let me, hang
00:17:36.940 on for a second, hang on for a second, Donald Trump.
00:17:39.300 At one point they didn't.
00:17:40.360 No, but this is the problem I think MAGA has with backing these things.
00:17:45.360 Is that even you get these guys in, even under a guy with the leadership of President
00:17:49.820 Trump and yourself and others, and this stuff still happens.
00:17:52.300 Let's go.
00:17:53.180 The Jordan has this report out today that Raheem and I, you know, eviscerated this report
00:17:59.540 on CISA, right?
00:18:01.140 On CISA.
00:18:02.180 And he's, this thing, I don't know why it's coming out now.
00:18:04.360 And it's very, it's very historical.
00:18:06.760 It's not talking about what should be done, but all the basic issues they're talking about
00:18:11.040 is the 2020 election.
00:18:12.480 Correct me if I'm wrong.
00:18:13.380 Was Trump not the President of the United States in the summer of 2020, these biggest
00:18:17.600 abuses?
00:18:18.380 And, and Wolf ran DHS and Krebs ran CISA.
00:18:21.660 Who's the one, Jen, what's her name, Jen?
00:18:23.540 Easterly.
00:18:24.120 Easterly.
00:18:24.640 The demon that runs it today wasn't there.
00:18:26.680 You had Krebs.
00:18:28.260 So how can, how can people feel comfortable?
00:18:30.640 Cash, I got you.
00:18:31.340 We got to catch the bad guys.
00:18:32.480 Got to catch the terrorists.
00:18:33.360 No, I'm with you.
00:18:33.720 But even the Republicans, the traditional Republicans are as bad as the Democrats.
00:18:39.540 That was part of the problem in the Trump administration.
00:18:41.440 That was the biggest problem was I tried to warn the White House that we need to remove
00:18:45.740 Chris Krebs.
00:18:46.600 You said that.
00:18:47.440 You said that.
00:18:48.280 Yeah.
00:18:48.660 Well, hold it.
00:18:49.060 Your word in the White House was pretty strong.
00:18:50.820 Why was that not done?
00:18:51.780 It was strong with the president.
00:18:53.160 You know who wasn't strong with?
00:18:54.240 Everybody between me and him.
00:18:55.760 White House counsel's office.
00:18:56.620 Okay, hold it.
00:18:57.160 You were blocked.
00:18:58.700 We're going to make some news here.
00:19:00.220 You try to remove, because Krebs, this report was all on his watch, essentially, I think
00:19:04.360 in 2020.
00:19:05.700 And he told me, he told us later, it's the most secure election in the history of the country.
00:19:09.440 Now we know he's using the government against Trump.
00:19:12.840 Yeah.
00:19:13.120 I was deputy director of national intelligence.
00:19:14.880 And I said, what is this doing to protect our elections?
00:19:17.740 This guy, Chris Krebs, was in charge.
00:19:19.120 We found out a lot of irregularities.
00:19:21.660 It wasn't our lane.
00:19:23.040 It was DHS's lane.
00:19:24.420 They weren't doing enough to expose.
00:19:25.340 Hold it.
00:19:25.600 Grinnell was at D&I, and you were the deputy?
00:19:27.380 Yeah.
00:19:28.560 That's two pretty heavy sticks.
00:19:30.220 You're telling me you and Grinnell couldn't get this done?
00:19:32.100 Remember, you have to kind of stay in your lane.
00:19:34.220 So election security is not a D&I thing.
00:19:36.020 It's Trump's White House.
00:19:36.920 There are no lanes.
00:19:37.840 Well, try barreling through one of them.
00:19:39.660 I could only get so much through.
00:19:40.720 So hold on.
00:19:41.120 Who defended Krebs?
00:19:43.040 The people in the White House and the people at DHS.
00:19:45.700 And why was Wolf around?
00:19:47.960 I don't know.
00:19:49.640 I have to ask the boss.
00:19:50.920 This is not a very strong argument.
00:19:52.220 You're saying this thing should be authorized, 702?
00:19:54.880 Today, weighing the good and the bad, you're saying this thing will be needed by President
00:20:00.340 Trump as a tool when he comes and returns to office?
00:20:02.960 Well, here's what we're looking at, right?
00:20:04.240 We're looking at a Biden administration that has allowed dozens and dozens of illegal immigrants
00:20:08.400 and terrorists to enter our border.
00:20:10.520 702 was a tool we could use to track these people around the world.
00:20:13.800 Now we won't have it next year.
00:20:15.100 And when this war carries into next year, which it will, we won't have this tool.
00:20:20.280 I get it.
00:20:20.980 The abuses are bad.
00:20:22.340 And there is no way for this government to stop the abuses.
00:20:24.860 So I don't know the answer.
00:20:26.920 702 on paper is one of the best tools we have.
00:20:29.480 What FBI Director Chris Wray and Rosenstein and Barr and those guys did to 702 is rob America
00:20:34.660 of its biggest national security tool to manhunt terrorists because they used it for political
00:20:38.840 interest.
00:20:39.240 Give me again, though, Ray's had 250,000, what is this he's done?
00:20:43.820 Biden's DOJ Inspector General, Christopher Ray's FBI, illegally querying 702 databases
00:20:50.420 250,000 times.
00:20:51.460 What does that mean?
00:20:52.280 It means he went in 250,000 separate times against 250,000 separate Americans and said,
00:20:58.140 hey, this database that's super jacked up and classified, I'm going to bust into it, use
00:21:02.520 the system to get data against them and illegally surveil and investigate people.
00:21:07.380 That is why people don't want 702 reauthorized.
00:21:09.660 And Congress did nothing to Christopher Ray.
00:21:11.520 To get 702 reauthorized, the Patriot reauthorized, who in the House would take the lead?
00:21:16.940 House Intel.
00:21:17.560 Okay, stop.
00:21:19.840 Stop.
00:21:21.720 We're going to have Ren on here in a second talking about Sequoia Capital.
00:21:25.180 I got Brian Costello coming back on tomorrow.
00:21:27.100 He's talking about Sequoia Capital.
00:21:28.500 First off, he shut down every investigation that you and Derek Harvey and these others had
00:21:33.580 that are high order of magnitude investigations, correct?
00:21:37.380 He will not go after Sequoia.
00:21:39.180 What's a festering sore of CCP influence peddling, right?
00:21:43.180 And funds the Democratic Party.
00:21:44.600 And oh yeah, by the way, Steve Scalise and Kevin McCarthy.
00:21:48.180 And this guy's going to lead.
00:21:49.360 And has he done, has Turner reached out to you about the Persian infiltration of the Biden
00:21:55.580 regime?
00:21:55.880 Give me the three names again.
00:21:57.020 These are not grundoons.
00:21:58.080 These are high level people.
00:21:59.560 Well, no, no one in the House Republican majority has reached out to me on any of these
00:22:02.600 Intel matters.
00:22:03.100 I've reached out to them and it's been crickets.
00:22:05.820 I wrote an op-ed and talked about it with you.
00:22:07.800 They don't want to address it?
00:22:09.320 I don't know.
00:22:09.940 I mean, you'd have to ask them.
00:22:11.160 They don't want to see him to investigate any of the things.
00:22:13.860 But it's not exactly their, they should be interested, but it's not their purview.
00:22:17.120 This is Turner's direct response.
00:22:19.380 Well, when Nunez, you and Derek Harvey ran House Intel, things happened, right?
00:22:27.000 You guys were on top of things?
00:22:28.300 We ran a different clip, but it became abundantly clear.
00:22:32.880 We're also, by the way, even though we're in unrestricted warfare there, the Chinese Communist
00:22:36.080 Party, now we're in the beginning of a kinetic war.
00:22:38.720 You just saw the most massive failure since 9-11 of American intelligence.
00:22:44.180 Heck with the Mossad.
00:22:45.140 And I'm talking American intelligence should be all over this, right, with the relationships
00:22:49.380 we have with the Saudis and the Egyptians.
00:22:50.760 How did we not know about a full-scale military operation from air, sea, and land hitting the
00:22:56.560 Israelis?
00:22:57.040 I don't want to hear about the Mossad.
00:22:58.380 It's simple.
00:22:58.960 No, no, it's simple.
00:22:59.540 And remember, I broke the op-ed that I wrote on Gateway Pundit about it.
00:23:02.340 We didn't miss this war.
00:23:04.080 We weren't looking for this.
00:23:05.560 When Biden came in and reprioritized national intelligence priority framework collection, not
00:23:10.180 for al-Qaeda, ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, but for climate change.
00:23:14.260 That's literally what he signed off on.
00:23:15.880 No, he doesn't do that.
00:23:16.440 It's impossible.
00:23:17.320 He does say it can't be.
00:23:18.300 It can't be.
00:23:18.880 He's literally a number one priority.
00:23:20.160 How do you take intel?
00:23:21.240 How does intel pivot to climate change?
00:23:23.880 Ask Joe Biden and Austin.
00:23:25.560 Look, I'll give you an example if you don't believe me.
00:23:27.660 The first move that Biden's Department of Defense made under Secretary of Defense Austin,
00:23:31.800 the first con-op, and you know what a concept of operation is.
00:23:34.180 It moves the machinery.
00:23:35.460 The first con-op was on climate change from the DOD.
00:23:39.100 I'm dead serious.
00:23:40.000 What did they do?
00:23:40.480 They wrote a thousand-page paper on how the Defense Department should attack climate change.
00:23:44.700 I've heard about that.
00:23:45.180 And when your DOD is focused on climate change and not war and not terrorists and not hostage
00:23:50.140 rescue operations, you know what happens?
00:23:52.340 Two world wars.
00:23:53.280 Ukraine and this thing in Europe.
00:23:55.100 Excuse me, this thing in Israel.
00:23:56.500 And the reason people are like, oh, how did IDF and SDF miss it over there?
00:23:59.540 They were subjected to the same woke policies on national security.
00:24:03.520 When you create your policies from the wet side of the playpen.
00:24:06.800 You're saying that the Israelis have copied what we have done and that's why they miss
00:24:11.200 it also?
00:24:11.760 Yeah.
00:24:12.040 They weren't looking.
00:24:13.100 Look at what Netanyahu is going through right now, right?
00:24:15.160 That country went through internal conflict, convicted this guy.
00:24:18.120 He's back to being prime minister again.
00:24:20.060 Well, they had a color revolution.
00:24:21.720 Same thing they did on Trump.
00:24:23.100 But when you have a national security policy that's literally drawn out of the playpen
00:24:27.300 instead of intelligence-based gathering efforts that are prioritized based on one thing, protecting
00:24:34.280 America and your allies, this is what happens.
00:24:37.060 And then you can't have those same people, a la Jake Sullivan, come in and say, oh, we're
00:24:41.800 going to fix it with a ceasefire.
00:24:43.720 You're going to get on your knees and genuflect to the Ayatollah and he's going to be like,
00:24:47.220 what, we're going to stop our attacks?
00:24:48.860 He's got to be waiting 20 years to do this.
00:24:50.500 They're going to do it for the next 20, and right now, they're all having a dance party
00:24:53.980 with the CCP, with the Russians, with the Ayatollah, Hamas and Hezbollah, and they are
00:24:58.820 not stopping.
00:24:59.760 What about Erdogan?
00:25:01.380 Erdogan's as bad.
00:25:01.940 He ain't helping.
00:25:03.040 He's not helping.
00:25:03.740 He's not helping.
00:25:04.280 He's sitting down, throwing down, saying he's going to get in the fight, right?
00:25:07.380 This is the return of the Ottoman.
00:25:08.400 You've got the KGB.
00:25:09.660 You've got the Ottoman Turks.
00:25:10.920 Yeah.
00:25:11.380 You've got the Egyptians.
00:25:12.420 I think you've got the Arabs.
00:25:13.900 You have the Persians.
00:25:15.740 Israel's surrounded, right?
00:25:17.060 How do you get out of this?
00:25:18.340 I like Donald Trump.
00:25:19.800 I like that.
00:25:20.780 What is President Trump going to do?
00:25:21.960 What would you recommend to him?
00:25:22.800 You're going to be a CIA.
00:25:24.300 You're going to be the CIA.
00:25:25.380 You're going to be the CIA director.
00:25:26.860 Look, it's really-
00:25:27.500 I've got TV rights to your confirmation hearing.
00:25:30.340 So you're going to be a CIA director.
00:25:32.620 Seriously, what are you going to tell Trump he's got to do on the first day in office?
00:25:35.280 Same five things he told me when I was running his national security platform.
00:25:38.540 Kill al-Qaeda senior leadership, wipe out the emirs of ISIS, secure our southern border,
00:25:42.140 kill the cartels, and bring home American hostages.
00:25:44.260 That's it.
00:25:45.000 That's your national security policy over and over and again.
00:25:48.480 This is why- you want to know why the polling is all shifting to Trump?
00:25:53.820 Yeah.
00:25:54.240 It's because of this.
00:25:55.040 Because he did it.
00:25:55.600 They want an individual of character, fortitude, grit, determination, focus, and somebody that
00:26:02.580 the world looks at as a badass, right?
00:26:04.520 We killed Baghdadi in his backyard.
00:26:07.040 We killed Soleimani in his backyard.
00:26:09.880 That is the definition of a guy who manhunts terrorists.
00:26:13.600 We brought home 54 hostages from two different countries.
00:26:15.400 By the way, and he waved off of Bolton's, you know, let's do the tick for tack, you know-
00:26:18.820 Bolton wants to go to war with Iran.
00:26:20.260 That's not the maneuver.
00:26:21.500 Yes, yes, yes.
00:26:22.700 Give me those five again.
00:26:24.140 Kill al-Qaeda senior leadership, wipe out the emirs of ISIS, bring home American hostages,
00:26:27.820 safeguard our border, and kill the cartels.
00:26:30.300 It's a pretty good election.
00:26:31.960 I mean, he did it.
00:26:32.980 We ran it hard.
00:26:34.680 Destroyed ISIS.
00:26:35.780 Talk to me about everything, government gangsters, everything else you're going on.
00:26:38.640 We got a huge announcement on government gangsters we're not prepared to make quite yet.
00:26:42.100 We're going to make it in a couple of weeks.
00:26:44.360 But walk me through everything else.
00:26:45.620 All your merch, your books, your writing, particularly your op-eds.
00:26:48.620 These things have been amazing.
00:26:49.420 Yeah, the op-eds, the mainstream media won't cover up with-
00:26:51.780 Are the Persians that you've named by name, have they sued you for defamation?
00:26:55.240 No.
00:26:55.480 They have not sued you for defamation?
00:26:56.760 Why would they not sue you for defamation?
00:26:58.380 Because it's true.
00:26:59.580 They don't want discovery?
00:27:00.940 Yeah.
00:27:01.680 It'll get bad for them, but we're going to keep it up.
00:27:02.940 You have called these guys, basically agents of a foreign power.
00:27:05.920 They have not sued you.
00:27:07.340 No.
00:27:07.500 They have not sent you a letter.
00:27:08.600 Maybe they will, but I'll go to court on it.
00:27:10.260 They have not said, hold your return.
00:27:12.320 I hope they do, because you know what happens?
00:27:13.840 I get discovery, and I get government emails, and I get all their history on their phone calls,
00:27:18.220 their personal emails, and how much contact they have had with foreign influencers.
00:27:22.220 So maybe I want that to happen.

00:28:00.160 Cash Patel live here in Vegas at Dayhorn Hotel.
00:28:03.800 Now I know why you live here.
00:28:05.340 The place has got energy.
00:28:06.240 It's got energy, right?
00:28:07.000 Why would you live out east?
00:28:10.000 Maybe we talk to President Trump making this a summer White House.
00:28:12.600 Well, he's got Trump building.
00:28:13.880 That's right down the street.
00:28:15.780 Okay, short commercial break.
00:28:16.880 Back in the world in a moment.
00:28:17.640 Back in the world in a moment.
00:28:30.120 When's the last time you checked the legal title to your home?
00:28:33.880 Why?
00:28:34.240 Because most victims of home title theft don't know they're a victim until it's too late.
00:28:41.500 Like this homeowner.
00:28:42.600 Check this out.
00:28:43.820 She was getting ready for a home remodel when everything got shut down.
00:28:47.840 She discovered her property wasn't in her name anymore.
00:28:50.880 She was a victim of a devastating crime called home title theft.
00:28:55.100 A criminal had forged the deed to her home and took over as the new owner.
00:29:00.220 Now she's fighting back to get her home back.
00:29:03.040 This is why I say if you own a home or a property, get home title lock.
00:29:09.800 Your home property and equity are the most valuable assets you have.
00:29:13.760 By the way, there's reported 80 to 90 percent of your net worth of average American's net worth is in their home.
00:29:21.260 And home title lock helps you protect them.
00:29:24.020 Home title lock puts a 24-7 shield around your home's title.
00:29:27.960 Let me repeat, a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, 365-day shield around your home's title.
00:29:37.180 The instant they detect activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.
00:29:42.800 First things first, you need to verify you aren't already a victim of home title theft.

00:30:19.800 Okay.
00:30:20.540 In turbulent times, gold has been a hedge for mankind for 5,000 years, our recorded history.
00:30:27.100 Find out why.
00:30:27.660 Go to BirchGold.com slash Bannon.
00:30:29.880 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:30:32.480 And find out, ask those questions, and ask why every central bank in the world is buying gold at record rates in 22 and 23,
00:30:38.540 except for the Federal Reserve, which is working on a central bank digital currency.
00:30:42.800 How does that make you feel?
00:30:44.140 Check it out.
00:30:44.840 BirchGold.com slash Bannon.

00:30:52.320 Get it all.
00:30:52.940 You've got to understand it.
00:30:54.120 Caroline Wren joins us now.
00:30:55.700 We're here at the Ahern Hotel.
00:30:57.800 You can go to CarrieLake.com forward slash Vegas and still get access.
00:31:04.220 It's 5 p.m. local, which is 8 p.m. East Coast time.
00:31:06.940 I think Grace and Moe, we're going to try to stream this if we can.
00:31:10.600 You guys do this event tonight, and then you're on a plane back to Florida?
00:31:15.660 Yep.
00:31:15.840 We go to Miami for not the RNC debate, believe it or not.
00:31:20.040 You're not there for the Keebler Elves?
00:31:22.400 You know, I know I'm not the most welcome guest at RNC events, but certainly I know they love to have Carrie at those.
00:31:27.960 But we actually went to the first two debates, and you couldn't convince me to go to a third.
00:31:32.740 There's no point to them.
00:31:33.700 It is a total waste of time.
00:31:34.860 And so all the action is going to be at the Trump rally tomorrow.
00:31:38.300 And then Carrie's going to work the spin room?
00:31:40.360 She is going to work the spin room.
00:31:41.500 It's going to be great.
00:31:41.980 And then we're doing some fundraising out there in Florida.
00:31:44.840 Did they even let you over there?
00:31:45.920 Did they bring out the crucifix to drive you away, the vampire that you are?
00:31:50.440 At least that's what Ronna says.
00:31:52.140 Well, she banned me from the first debate.
00:31:54.140 I remember that.
00:31:55.080 But I still found my way in, which is amazing.
00:31:57.240 So it's pretty tough to actually ban me from anywhere.
00:31:59.440 But the second one, I didn't hear as much if I was a personal ban or what.
00:32:03.260 But the third, I'm sure I'd sneak in, but I don't really want to be there.
00:32:06.920 Is this the last debate?
00:32:09.100 No, of course not.
00:32:10.180 There's money to be.
00:32:11.360 They've already announced the next one.
00:32:12.720 It's in Alabama.
00:32:13.800 This scam is going to continue on?
00:32:16.240 Yes, and it costs.
00:32:17.280 I know they keep saying that the networks are who are paying for it.
00:32:19.620 But no, you have hotel blocks and staff travel and all these things.
00:32:22.820 Opportunity costs.
00:32:23.300 It's a total waste of money.
00:32:24.240 And this is money that is not going to shore up our elections.
00:32:26.780 It's not going to register voters.
00:32:28.120 It's not going to win general elections.
00:32:29.460 Instead of focusing on taking the polls that came over the weekend
00:32:32.140 and making Trump win 40 or 45 states, pick up seven or eight seats in the Senate,
00:32:37.360 pick up another 20 in the House, and govern for a couple of decades, right?
00:32:41.500 They'd rather do the donors bidding with more Keebler elves?
00:32:46.060 I don't even know the point of these things.
00:32:47.860 And they're doing it on networks that no Republicans actually watch.
00:32:50.600 They're doing it with hosts that are in no world conservatives.
00:32:54.280 And they have a bunch of people on stage that are irrelevant.
00:32:56.980 So I have no idea what the purpose of these things are other than, I guess, some folks are making money off of it.
00:33:02.400 Talk about purpose.
00:33:03.240 I want to get to Sequoia Capitol quickly, McCarthy, Johnson's speakership, why there are no investigations,
00:33:09.840 why McCarthy was so tied to big tech.
00:33:12.420 And still you see the specter of McCarthy's guys all over Capitol Hill.
00:33:15.500 Well, you do, but we're 10 days out from the McCarthy speakership.
00:33:20.220 I think things are going very well.
00:33:21.420 I know that we're trying to hold Johnson's feet to the fire a little bit,
00:33:23.980 but I do think this is a very freeing time in the Conservative Party.
00:33:27.300 We had a huge win there.
00:33:28.500 But I just loved all this, you know, smack down from the press and from Republican establishment saying,
00:33:33.620 oh, my gosh, but Johnson can't raise money, so what are you going to do?
00:33:36.440 And I kept telling people, guys, McCarthy had $200 million in IOUs.
00:33:40.560 That was that money that he raised.
00:33:41.760 It was IOUs to different companies, and we saw that better else with Sequoia Capitol.
00:33:45.680 Sequoia Capitol had given well over a million.
00:33:48.140 And Neil Shen, who's the CEO of Sequoia Capitol, he is who allowed and orchestrated the infiltration of the CCP into Silicon Valley.
00:33:58.760 He's also best friends with Steve Schwarzman, which is an interesting dynamic to all of this.
00:34:02.280 And all these lobbying, all this money is tied.
00:34:04.920 And you know who is not tied to it?
00:34:06.400 It's Mike Johnson, because I've never heard of him,
00:34:08.020 and they're all in a fluster trying to figure out how to get in touch with him or his team.
00:34:12.160 And meanwhile, he's shedding staff.
00:34:14.020 He's adding rock stars like Ross Shaw.
00:34:16.000 I loved that.
00:34:16.580 That was a great addition there, too.
00:34:18.400 So, you know, I'm very excited.
00:34:19.820 I think this is a great time.
00:34:20.940 What does this audience have to do to have his back?
00:34:22.780 What do you recommend the Warren Posse do?
00:34:24.460 Well, I think that's twofold.
00:34:25.560 I think you have to hold his feet to the fire, which I think on a lot of this, too.
00:34:28.480 We have to be, you know, speaking out when we're frustrated about different things,
00:34:32.220 but also recognizing that he is coming into a new role and that we need to really support and back him in what he is doing.
00:34:36.900 And already separating out the Ukraine funding, even doing the offset of the Israel funding.
00:34:42.300 It was brilliant.
00:34:43.380 It was a brilliant move.
00:34:44.640 And these are all things that McCarthy absolutely could have done.
00:34:47.000 He actually promised us he would do, and he did not do.
00:34:49.460 So right now I am giving an A-plus rating to the Johnson term.
00:34:53.620 Wow.
00:34:53.880 And if we see him step out of line, we'll certainly be there to call him out on it.
00:34:57.580 But right now I think he's doing a really stellar job.
00:34:59.680 No, firestorm coming up on all this funding, but we'll get into all that tomorrow.
00:35:02.880 Now, I'm going to bring on George Harris.
00:35:04.500 He has a big role tonight.
00:35:05.940 He's going to interview Kerry.
00:35:07.500 Why is he such a big deal?
00:35:09.160 So a fun story.
00:35:09.940 In 2020, I was the national finance director for the Trump victory, and we could not figure out anywhere to do a fundraiser in Nevada.
00:35:17.940 And that's because the whole state was closed due to COVID.
00:35:20.920 And Governor Sislak, who was just awful, was being just crazy about it.
00:35:24.460 And I heard about this hotel that we're in right now hosting an Evangelicals for Trump event.
00:35:28.620 And, in fact, they sent a bunch of cops and different things to try and shut it down.
00:35:31.800 And the owner of this hotel, Don Ahern, held strong and said, no, no, no, you're not coming onto my property, and we're not shutting down.
00:35:37.640 And so I said, someone figure out a way to get me in touch with this man because we need to do some sort of fundraiser out here.
00:35:43.300 And the fundraiser then actually turned into a massive rally with Dana White, all of these.
00:35:47.140 And he hosted it at his manufacturing plant.
00:35:49.080 I think we had 5,000-plus people.
00:35:50.640 But the real killer behind all of that was George Harris, who has been the CEO of the company.
00:35:55.860 And these are people who are just so incredible.
00:35:58.060 They were never really that political prior to Trump.
00:36:00.660 Mr. Ahern is the most generous, wonderful man I've ever met.
00:36:03.500 He made his money off of manufacturing.
00:36:05.380 And all the money, the rest of it in Vegas is tied to the gaming community.
00:36:08.760 And so that's how they are able to control you.
00:36:10.720 They threaten your gambling license.
00:36:12.240 Well, he said, I don't care.
00:36:13.140 Sue me.
00:36:13.640 And, in fact, Sislak did.
00:36:14.780 And he countersued him.
00:36:16.300 And so that's why I love being – I've spent a lot of time in this hotel.
00:36:19.080 This is where we were bunkered down in 2020.
00:36:22.040 And then they were heavily involved.
00:36:23.280 And we came back and were fighting in the post-election fraud.
00:36:26.400 And so George Harris has just been a rock star who stepped up during this time.
00:36:29.960 And so has Don Ahern.
00:36:31.240 So I'm excited for him to come on your show.
00:36:32.660 I think your audience is going to love him.
00:36:33.940 Okay.
00:36:34.100 Let's get him over here.
00:36:35.460 George?
00:36:36.420 He just took off.
00:36:37.240 Where'd he go?
00:36:40.300 Well, he missed his big intro.
00:36:41.760 That makes sense.
00:36:42.520 George, you missed your mark here.
00:36:44.560 You only get one shot in the – hey, George, come on over.
00:36:47.240 Yeah.
00:36:48.520 Come on.
00:36:49.420 Thank you.
00:36:49.900 I just interviewed you.
00:36:50.900 Oh, well, thank you.
00:36:51.680 Great intro.
00:36:52.440 Thanks.
00:36:52.820 Good to see you, buddy.
00:36:53.960 I think George is back in the kitchen saying, can we be a little quieter?
00:36:56.220 I was.
00:36:56.300 Can we be a little louder?
00:36:57.200 That's exactly what I was doing.
00:36:58.040 A little louder.
00:36:58.900 Can we be a little louder?
00:36:59.840 Hey, you're in the war room.
00:37:00.700 You'd be loud as you want.
00:37:01.960 Tell us about why did you guys stand in the breach during the pandemic and did something
00:37:06.740 that other people in Nevada, and particularly Las Vegas, were not prepared to do?
00:37:10.760 Well, remember, we had just bought this hotel.
00:37:13.300 We sunk a couple of million bucks into it, and they had rules and regulations.
00:37:19.700 They sent us these rules and regulations, and we followed their rules and regulations.
00:37:23.960 We were allowed to have 425 people in the building, and the governor didn't like that.
00:37:32.780 Sislak just, you know, they want their narrative pushed.
00:37:36.160 If that was a rule, then what didn't he like about it?
00:37:38.600 Because he couldn't control us, and you can't control Don Ahern.
00:37:42.600 I've been trying for 40 years.
00:37:45.880 Unsuccessfully.
00:37:46.660 Unsuccessfully.
00:37:47.540 And Don, if he was here, he would say, well, you certainly can't control George.
00:37:52.420 And so we had the mayor of Las Vegas, what Carolyn didn't know, two days prior to that,
00:37:57.840 we had the mayor of Las Vegas, Carolyn Goodman, here with 355 people.
00:38:02.060 No one cared.
00:38:03.480 Okay?
00:38:04.560 No one cared.
00:38:05.140 Because she was the mayor.
00:38:07.300 No, it's not because of that.
00:38:08.780 Nobody cared, and then nobody would have cared if we had 600 or 800 or 900 people here for
00:38:14.400 this Evangelical for Trump event.
00:38:17.420 But then it was called Evangelicals for Trump.
00:38:22.020 If it would have just been Evangelicals, no one would have cared.
00:38:24.340 But the minute Trump's name came on it, the governor went berserk, and he came and shut
00:38:30.480 us down, and we had the city brought all their licensing department people.
00:38:35.820 They told me they were going to take our liquor license.
00:38:37.380 I said, you guys can do whatever you want.
00:38:39.300 But right now...
00:38:39.740 They actually do that kind of strong arm.
00:38:41.660 That's not in the movie Casino.
00:38:43.380 Oh, no.
00:38:44.080 That's real life.
00:38:44.700 So right next to me was our attorney, and I said, you can do what you want.
00:38:48.240 I said, but this is my attorney, and we're recording everything you're doing.
00:38:50.880 You're not taking my liquor license away, because we haven't done anything wrong.
00:38:54.720 Here's the rules you established.
00:38:55.920 We followed these rules.
00:38:56.780 So then they brought, like, 19 cops, and they brought one of the captains down, and they're
00:39:04.020 saying, you're going to be arrested, this and that.
00:39:05.580 Well, I knew the captain.
00:39:06.520 He goes, I'm not putting you in handcuffs, George.
00:39:07.920 I said, oh, please put me in handcuffs.
00:39:09.060 They were going to handcuff you?
00:39:10.000 Oh, yeah.
00:39:10.420 And I said, please handcuff me.
00:39:12.180 You know a good optic.
00:39:13.480 And he goes, no, it's not happening.
00:39:15.940 So all that took place, and then, like, five days later, OSHA came to the hotel.
00:39:24.880 So that's a random event.
00:39:27.440 Random event.
00:39:28.540 And they're talking to me, and they're literally this close next to you, and they show me these
00:39:33.380 pictures, and they say, we're here because none of these people were social distancing,
00:39:36.960 none of this.
00:39:37.420 And I said, oh, okay.
00:39:38.860 And I said, you guys, you know, I don't have the authority to do this.
00:39:41.280 I have to call the owner.
00:39:42.220 Let me call Don, right?
00:39:44.180 So I step back, and I'm pretending like I'm calling Don.
00:39:47.300 I'm taking pictures of these guys, because they're right next to each other.
00:39:51.080 And so we got sued.
00:39:53.960 We countersued.
00:39:54.880 And months and months and months.
00:39:57.220 To this day, the case is, I believe, still active.
00:39:59.780 But no judge will hear it.
00:40:01.220 We're never going to get our day in court.
00:40:02.240 What do you mean?
00:40:03.060 A judge will not take up your suit?
00:40:04.620 We've not.
00:40:05.260 We've tried to get our day in court.
00:40:06.880 They won't give us our day in court.
00:40:08.840 And then the other great thing about this is that I took these pictures and sent them
00:40:16.520 to the press and say, you know, they're saying we didn't social distance.
00:40:19.280 We didn't do this.
00:40:19.900 But that's not the great one.
00:40:21.580 The great one is we, they, the president flew in here to do, to try to do an event at
00:40:27.100 the airport.
00:40:27.980 And the lady who runs the airport is married to the largest Democrat lobbyist in the state
00:40:34.260 who is best friends with Sislak.
00:40:35.960 So they told the president of the United States that he couldn't do anything at the airport.
00:40:40.620 They said he could not hold a rally at the airport?
00:40:42.020 Could not hold a rally.
00:40:43.520 Outside.
00:40:44.900 Couldn't do anything.
00:40:45.880 That's not election interference.
00:40:47.000 So Carolyn called me and said, hey, we, I said, well, let me talk to Don.
00:40:52.240 Don said, yeah, we'll do it at the factory.
00:40:54.420 So we do it at the factory.
00:40:55.880 Carolyn's wrong.
00:40:56.520 There was, there was 15,700 people that showed up because, because we gave out nine pallets
00:41:03.440 of water because it's, and by the way, Steve, this is 115 degree weather that we couldn't
00:41:08.080 fit them inside.
00:41:08.640 We could only put 5,000 people inside.
00:41:10.280 All these other people were outside watching on a big screen.
00:41:12.960 Don was furious with me because he's going, you know, all these left-wing crazy people,
00:41:17.880 they're going to, they're going to put stuff in our gas tanks because we had a rental company
00:41:21.220 then.
00:41:21.780 And he goes, and he was like, if this happens, well, four days later, Don, Don's not a, you
00:41:29.060 know, unsafe driver.
00:41:29.840 He's just a fast driver.
00:41:31.160 He gets pulled over by the cop and the cop goes, you're Don Ahern.
00:41:36.660 And he goes, yes, I am.
00:41:37.420 He goes, I love you.
00:41:38.160 I love what you did.
00:41:39.340 He goes, you have a good day.
00:41:40.700 But ever since then, Don's not upset at me about what happened.
00:41:44.460 Did Trump win Nevada in 2020?
00:41:48.120 I mean, Trump won, but.
00:41:50.320 Trump won in Nevada, no doubt.
00:41:52.660 Yeah, well.
00:41:53.100 The same apparatus, the same apparatus around the country that stole it, stole it here too?
00:41:57.340 Well, no, I would say the Culinary Union, in my opinion, and you have to say that because
00:42:01.440 if not, they can sue you.
00:42:02.720 It's just my opinion.
00:42:04.200 But if someone sues me, I look forward to discovery.
00:42:09.080 But yes.
00:42:10.700 So Trump won Nevada in 2020.
00:42:12.440 No doubt in your mind.
00:42:13.160 There's no doubt in my mind.
00:42:15.160 I mean, look, the numbers are clear.
00:42:17.380 The Republicans, if you look at the balloting after the fact, if you go look at all the
00:42:22.520 evidence after of which ballots were cast, we cast like 38,000 more ballots than the Democrats.
00:42:29.660 And, you know, you can, people can call me conspiracy theorists, which they do.
00:42:35.300 I'm not.
00:42:35.780 It's just fact.
00:42:36.520 Oh, you got the receipts.
00:42:37.840 How do, you got about a minute.
00:42:39.140 How do people find out more about this hotel?
00:42:40.580 By the way, the place is fantastic.
00:42:42.260 You've been so gracious for us to film here.
00:42:45.080 Well, I got one thing real quick.
00:42:46.160 Can you hand me my phone, please?
00:42:47.460 I'm apologizing.
00:42:48.400 That's okay.
00:42:49.000 You can do anything you want in 90 seconds.
00:42:50.660 Thank you.
00:42:52.420 You took five minutes to come in from the kitchen.
00:42:54.460 But it's a lot quieter.
00:42:55.640 I appreciate it.
00:42:56.540 It's a lot quieter.
00:42:57.340 It's a lot quieter.

00:43:42.960 Thank you so much.
00:43:43.780 No, thank you for having me.
00:43:45.040 It's such a pleasure.
00:43:45.940 The War Room Posse, your new hangout in Vegas, only means trouble, right?
00:43:50.160 Thank you so much.
00:43:51.980 Thank you, buddy.
00:43:52.320 And thank you for laying out the facts of how Trump won in Nevada in 2020.
00:43:58.420 We know this because he's 10 points up on the New York Times poll today, folks.
00:44:02.840 And I was just told by a very reliable source friend of mine in Washington, D.C., that there
00:44:07.660 is a poll that's got him up 23 points.
00:44:10.400 23 points.
00:44:11.440 Back in a moment in the War Room.
00:44:13.560 Thank you.
00:44:15.220 Question, who protects the troops who protect us?
00:44:19.620 Well, we will.
00:44:21.900 Imagine you're serving halfway around the world and you learn the title to your home, that
00:44:27.580 legal document that proves it's actually yours, has been forged.
00:44:31.460 And it's not in your name anymore.
00:44:34.220 But we can't let that happen and we won't let it happen.
00:44:36.780 Home title theft is a clear and present danger for all homeowners.
00:44:41.720 And that's why I trust Home Title Lock.
00:44:44.560 And now, Home Title Lock is protecting those who protect us and giving back.
00:44:49.760 For every subscription you purchase from Home Title Lock, they'll donate one year of free
00:44:56.000 service to a military family in your name.
00:44:59.900 Our troops deserve the peace of mind in knowing that while they protect us, Home Title Lock protects
00:45:05.860 their most valuable asset.
00:45:07.320 We all need to protect the title to our homes.
00:45:11.940 I'll share updates, but for now, please join me.
00:45:14.340 Protect your home's title at HomeTitleLock.com slash Bannon and use promo code Bannon.
00:45:21.300 And when you do, they'll protect the home of a service member in your name.
00:45:25.500 That's HomeTitleLock.com slash Bannon code Bannon.
00:45:29.680 HomeTitleLock.com slash Bannon code Bannon.
00:45:32.520 And do this for the troops.
00:45:35.340 Do it today.
00:45:36.440 Use your agency.
00:45:38.360 And it's hard to deny that when you look at the numbers, Tim.
00:45:41.600 And you look at that stage, eight people last week that, yes, they had it out.
00:45:47.160 Yes, some people had good nights and we do our usual analysis of it.
00:45:50.480 But it's an odd conversation to be having when there's somebody not on the stage 30 points
00:45:54.720 ahead of anyone who is.
00:45:55.920 Yeah, for sure, Willie.
00:45:58.540 And that article that you referenced is about, I went to the Louisiana Republican Party convention
00:46:02.960 over the weekend and wrote about it.
00:46:05.180 And actually, the first speaker came to the stage and said that she had just come from
00:46:09.480 the debate and she knew who she thought won the debate, wanted to hear what the crowd
00:46:14.120 thought.
00:46:15.040 And people started yelling Trump.
00:46:17.520 And I was like listening to try to hear any other names.
00:46:20.420 I couldn't hear any other names.
00:46:21.400 Everyone yelled Trump.
00:46:22.260 And then the speaker responded, yeah, I thought so, too.
00:46:25.440 So, you know, that tells you the state of affairs among Republican Party regulars in red states.
00:46:32.620 You know, Trump is the dominant force.
00:46:35.780 There was not a sign there in Lafayette, Louisiana, that there are other candidates people are interested
00:46:39.980 in.
00:46:40.380 And this poll shows that.
00:46:41.700 Sure, he dropped six points, but he's still at 50.
00:46:44.120 He's still at 50 points.
00:46:46.420 You know, a pure majority within the field with Ron DeSantis next at 12.
00:46:51.140 The only person that seemed to me to do real good for themselves in that debate stage was
00:46:57.100 Nikki Haley.
00:46:58.020 And you saw her pop up five points.
00:46:59.980 And I think that she's slowly working to consolidate that mainstream old school Republican lane,
00:47:06.140 if you will.
00:47:07.040 The problem is, even if you add up Nikki and Pence and Christie and, you know, all those
00:47:12.920 candidates together, you really only get to about 20 percent.
00:47:16.020 And, you know, maybe she could consolidate that.
00:47:18.140 But then where do you go from there?
00:47:19.380 I don't know exactly how this gets any better moving forward.
00:47:23.080 It's not like Donald Trump's not been crazy enough to be punished by voters to be unfit
00:47:28.220 to be president of the United States.
00:47:33.040 Well, Kyle, like happy Monday.
00:47:34.680 Thanks, Joe.
00:47:35.120 This is a very, very cheerful way to wake up here on on a Monday morning after after.
00:47:41.040 I know.
00:47:44.740 Well, I think that's the point.
00:47:46.040 I think I'll tell you what the Biden White House is not worried about and what Democrats
00:47:51.120 out there shouldn't be worried about is one set of polls.
00:47:54.460 You just made this point.
00:47:55.420 It's not the fact that these polls say what they say.
00:47:58.480 It's one set of polls.
00:47:59.500 Don't worry about it.
00:48:00.700 It's also not that Trump is, quote, ahead in five of those six battleground states.
00:48:05.820 They are they are all those polls are are very close to or within the margin of error.
00:48:10.720 They are essentially statistical ties.
00:48:13.020 Those are not things to worry about.
00:48:14.220 Things the Biden White House worries about and that Democrats who support Joe Biden should
00:48:18.580 worry about is that these polls are part of a pattern.
00:48:21.140 They have shown they've been across a lot of polls, across a lot of weeks now, across a
00:48:25.700 lot of months.
00:48:26.340 To your point about perception being reality, it's not just the perceptions reality.
00:48:30.060 It's the perception that's that's sunken in in some quite deep way about things like
00:48:34.980 Joe Biden's age, about things like the relative strengths and weaknesses of Donald Trump
00:48:39.400 and Joe Biden on certain sets of issues and on certain sets of character, character
00:48:44.120 traits.
00:48:44.780 That's the thing that worries the White House.
00:48:46.240 And I'll tell you, the other thing that really worries the White House and should worry
00:48:48.720 the White House and should worry Democrats is this erosion of support with core Democratic
00:48:54.360 constituencies.
00:48:55.060 Again, not just in this poll, but in poll after poll after poll.
00:48:59.380 So you've got this in this poll right now.
00:49:00.980 Joe Biden among voters under 30.
00:49:03.740 Joe Biden is up by one point.
00:49:06.780 Just think about that for a second.
00:49:08.360 The Democrat running against Donald Trump.
00:49:10.500 He's up by one.
00:49:13.100 Donald Trump right now in these polls across the six states has 22 percent support among African
00:49:18.140 Americans.
00:49:21.100 Historically low support levels for Joe Biden among African-Americans, Hispanics and young
00:49:26.820 voters.
00:49:27.680 If Joe Biden doesn't fix those problems with his core constituencies, he will lose to Donald
00:49:32.320 Trump.
00:49:33.240 And that is the thing that the White House has been seeing erode over the course of the
00:49:36.720 last six months to a very worrying degree.
00:49:39.820 And this poll puts a very stark spotlight on those particular problems.
00:49:44.160 Those attribute problems and the parts of that talk about the erosion of core constituencies
00:49:49.480 in the Democratic coalition.
00:49:50.760 Those are the things to worry about.
00:49:52.120 The White House is worried about it.
00:49:53.400 And Democrats should not be panicking, but they should take those things really seriously.
00:49:57.320 But here's the key, Brendan.
00:49:58.920 And we talked about this last time.
00:50:00.900 They have successfully in their own conference imposed minority will on the conference.
00:50:05.960 They have a vanguardist vision of how to do this.
00:50:09.020 They tried to impose a minority president on the United States.
00:50:12.760 They then had a rumped faction of eight votes that broke the conference.
00:50:16.480 And when Steve Scalise won the internal vote, they said, no, we don't accept it.
00:50:19.820 They have gotten their way as a minoritarian vanguardist movement at many steps.
00:50:25.420 They think they could do it for the whole government.
00:50:29.020 Absolutely.
00:50:30.220 But they can't on the on the policy matters.
00:50:32.820 The thing is, all of the things that you talked about in your in your monologue about who
00:50:37.700 he is, Republicans don't bat an eye about that stuff.
00:50:40.680 All the things you listen to are pretty mainstream for the conference right now.
00:50:44.800 The reality is you just can't make those things policy.
00:50:47.560 Now, they can stop things.
00:50:48.700 And I think we need to be very concerned about the ability of the House to process funding
00:50:52.680 for Ukraine.
00:50:53.640 They can not do things.
00:50:55.740 Yeah.
00:50:55.880 But actually proactively bringing bills to the floor on abortion, they already did that.
00:51:00.240 It was the first thing the House did this Congress was a series of bills on abortion.
00:51:04.760 So, like, that's not changing, but it's not going anywhere.
00:51:07.280 Now, what what what happened potentially if Mike Johnson is speaker of the House when we
00:51:12.180 need to certify the next presidential election, keep a close eye on that in terms of, like,
00:51:17.140 imposing their will on Medicare and Social Security.
00:51:19.180 I don't think you need to lose much sleep about it, Chris.
00:51:22.740 OK, this Sunday we'll be on the circus.
00:51:24.640 The team is here.
00:51:25.300 Been filming us all throughout the day.
00:51:26.800 Want to thank them.
00:51:27.620 Done a great professional job.
00:51:28.920 Tim Miller and, of course, John Heilman over at MSNBC, two of the most astute political
00:51:35.200 analysts, I think, now coming to their senses on MAGA's ascendancy in the return of Donald
00:51:40.840 J. Trump to the White House.
00:51:42.460 We're going to leave you with one of our favorite theme songs, Billy Joe Shaver, the late Billy
00:51:48.240 Joe Shaver.
00:51:48.960 Get thee behind me, Satan, with John Anderson.
00:51:53.160 We'll see you.
00:51:54.380 Natalie picks up now to take you home in the six o'clock hour.
00:51:57.260 I'll be back here live from our remote studio tomorrow morning, 10 a.m.
00:52:01.680 Eastern Daylight Time, when you will be in the war room.
00:52:04.540 We'll see you then.
00:52:05.540 The demons that were in me
00:52:08.600 Had turned me wrong side how
00:52:11.500 I knew inside my soul
00:52:14.600 I was headed straight for hell
00:52:17.540 But I couldn't for my life figure how to help myself
00:52:23.820 And I said
00:52:24.900 Get thee behind me, Satan, for I commanded in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth
00:52:36.800 Yeah, get thee behind me, Satan, for I commanded in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ
00:52:47.300 The moon and stars were hidden
00:52:51.660 By the shroud that clouded round
00:52:54.780 I could see my loved ones weeping
00:52:58.100 As they lowered me in the ground
00:53:01.060 No words were spoken over me
00:53:04.600 I almost thought I'd die
00:53:07.100 Then I knew I wasn't dead
00:53:10.180 I had been buried alive
00:53:13.300 And I said
00:53:14.280 Get thee behind me, Satan, for I commanded in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth
00:53:26.120 Yeah, get thee behind me, Satan, for I commanded in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ
