00:00:00.000 ...since that is needed. But yet, Democrats stood tall. We're going to fund this at FY23.
00:00:07.580 We're not going to have draconian take away, such as the taking away of reproductive rights.
00:00:15.240 You have 15...
00:00:16.520 Mr. Speaker, I yield an additional 30 seconds to the gentleman.
00:00:20.400 I thank the gentlewoman.
00:00:22.240 We will not have the denying of reproductive rights, discriminating against people because
00:00:27.260 they're LGBTQ+, or discriminating against them because of race, because of immigration,
00:00:32.080 immigrant status. We won't have any of those draconian provisions in there. And thank God,
00:00:38.220 we will not have the cuts that we have seen that would hurt the American people, hurt Texans,
00:00:45.320 hurt Houstonians. The CR is the right way right now, because we have no other door.
00:00:51.300 And it'll be Democrats that will save America, save our 50 states, save Texas, save our city,
00:00:56.760 save Houston. And I'm here today to ensure that we move forward so that we can do what is right
00:01:01.960 by the American people. With that, I yield back.
00:01:05.180 The gentlelady yields back.
00:01:09.340 I... I reserve...
00:01:11.220 I recognize...
00:01:12.440 I'm sorry, the gentlelady from Connecticut reserves.
00:01:17.260 The gentlelady from Texas is recognized.
00:01:19.720 I yield to the gentleman from Kentucky, the chairman of Commerce, Justice Science Subcommittee,
00:01:26.020 and the of the House of Representatives, Ms. Rogers, for three minutes.
00:01:29.880 The gentleman from Kentucky is recognized.
00:01:33.280 Mr. Speaker, I want to thank the gentlelady for yielding me this time.
00:01:38.640 I rise today in strong support of the continuing resolution, with government funding set to expire
00:01:47.060 on Friday.
00:01:47.940 This legislation is necessary to ensure we avoid a harmful government shutdown.
00:01:56.960 There is no other option.
00:01:59.680 The bill before us extends government funding until either January 19th or February 2nd, depending on the agency.
00:02:09.180 It also includes temporary extensions for critical expiring programs, such as community health centers,
00:02:19.300 the National Flood Insurance Program, and others that are important to rural regions like Kentucky's 5th District.
00:02:29.020 And on the heels of Veterans Day, it ensures that we continue providing critical resources to our military,
00:02:39.680 defending America around the world, and takes care of our country's heroic veterans.
00:02:46.840 While a CR is not my preferred method of conducting business, a government shutdown right before the holidays
00:02:57.460 does our nation's no good.
00:03:00.120 We need more time to complete our fiscal 24-year to give the House a better negotiating position with the Senate
00:03:11.460 government, so we can eventually pass full-year appropriations bills.
00:03:16.960 I strongly urge members to vote for this CR.
00:03:22.440 Thank you, and I yield back.
00:03:25.080 Okay, we're going to be covering this live.
00:03:44.400 It's Tuesday, 14 November, Year of Our Lord 2023.
00:03:47.960 You're seeing they're actually voting on a series of amendments.
00:03:50.420 They've put forward a, and I'll try to break this down for you, they've put forward a suspension of the rules.
00:04:00.200 Your calls in the Warren Posse and your effort in having people's back blocked, blocked the possibility of bringing this to the House in regular order.
00:04:13.620 Now, of course, you remember you were promised regular order.
00:04:16.900 Everybody, you know, this whole fight since January was regular order.
00:04:21.700 Well, the regular order here, you blocked.
00:04:27.760 What does that mean?
00:04:28.660 That means go back to the drawing board and figure out why it was blocked.
00:04:33.140 It's blocked because, and if the next person comes up, particularly if somebody, just tell me if somebody else is up, I want to hear it,
00:04:41.160 because they're bloviating on the floor right now.
00:04:43.780 You need to hear this.
00:04:44.580 The Democrats are 100 percent in back of the suspension of the rule.
00:04:50.880 Remember, in suspension of the rule, for those of you keeping your civics notebook at home, you've got, I think, two-thirds of the House has to vote for it.
00:04:57.340 It's an extraordinary measure.
00:05:00.580 Very rarely done.
00:05:01.720 And it's simple because of the party, the party that's in the majority can't get it out of the rules committee to set a rule, to have a debate, to vote on the rule on the floor.
00:05:13.860 How are you ever going to get it two-thirds?
00:05:16.420 How are you going to suspend and get two-thirds?
00:05:18.020 Well, guess what?
00:05:18.720 You've got to use the other party.
00:05:20.320 That doesn't happen often.
00:05:21.560 And why are we here?
00:05:25.040 Because, once again, we have said, unless there's a coming together and thinking like adults on this financial crisis of the $2 trillion of deficit from last year and going to be for this year again or more,
00:05:42.760 the $1 trillion that we're going to have to pay for interest or more, the $35, $36 trillion will be by next summer or September, by fall, when people are back, has to be addressed.
00:06:03.680 You just can't keep looking at the way.
00:06:04.900 The politics is totally disconnected from the reality of this republic.
00:06:12.760 We have three sets of crises, and I'll leave aside the administrative state and the deep state, three set of crises pressing on us.
00:06:21.900 An invasion of our country that's part of a global conflict and is being done consciously, number one, by people that are traitors to this country that have allowed it to happen and exacerbated it and thought it through to allow it to happen.
00:06:35.980 And then we'll dare you, oh, my gosh, Trump's talking about putting in camps as the interim stage to get people out.
00:06:43.260 You see that?
00:06:43.800 It's already started.
00:06:45.700 Number two is the fiscal crisis, which is inextricably linked to the first one.
00:06:49.320 Number three is this geopolitical crisis, which is coming to your front door tomorrow because it's going to be in Baghdad by the Bay, San Francisco, the Bay Area, for tomorrow.
00:07:01.400 Those three interlocking crises need to be addressed immediately, need to be addressed immediately.
00:07:10.960 And the invasion of the border and the funding in the CR and addressing massive cuts to discretionary spending.
00:07:23.240 Massive cuts to discretionary spending.
00:07:28.640 Everybody up here today, why are the Democrats going to vote?
00:07:32.960 You can get all Democrats.
00:07:34.520 Schumer loves it.
00:07:35.580 McConnell loves it.
00:07:36.940 Jeffries loves it.
00:07:38.240 That should be enough for you to say, I don't think I like it.
00:07:41.060 I don't know a lot about it, but I'm not sure I'm going to love it.
00:07:43.900 This is beyond Mike Johnson.
00:07:51.440 Because here's what you're going to see, I think, 70 or 80 or 90, somewhere in that, maybe as low as 50.
00:08:00.320 Republicans vote against us and are going to say, no, we can't do this.
00:08:03.220 This is madness.
00:08:03.820 The argument for the Republicans is going to vote for it and what Mike Johnson's team, who is still infested with McCarthyites, McCarthy staff, is I need more time.
00:08:14.340 I need more time.
00:08:15.040 No, brother, we're in a crisis.
00:08:16.420 You've been here a couple of weeks.
00:08:17.220 That's plenty enough.
00:08:18.180 And you were here for all the fights.
00:08:20.360 It's not like you just dropped in from Mars.
00:08:23.120 You've been part of this.
00:08:25.560 You know exactly what the details are.
00:08:27.220 You know exactly what the leverage points are.
00:08:28.760 I don't want to hear, oh, we need more time.
00:08:30.400 No, we don't need more time.
00:08:32.220 It's called leverage.
00:08:33.220 You have very few leverage points in this town, normally driven by some sort of calendar or timing.
00:08:40.860 We have one in front of us right now.
00:08:42.440 At midnight on Friday, the regime runs out of money.
00:08:48.040 This is not the end of the world.
00:08:50.280 This is an opportunity to surface, to do two things, surface the issues that must be addressed and to unmask who's on your side and who's not on your side.
00:09:00.320 And let's talk about that.
00:09:03.700 We have a deeper problem than Speaker Mike Johnson and maybe his naivete or lack of understanding of how to negotiate or getting bad information.
00:09:13.540 We now have in this audience has to address a central problem.
00:09:21.100 And that is engaging with, I don't want to say up in people's faces, but hey, you determine how you're going to do it.
00:09:27.980 Engage with the House members who many of you helped put there.
00:09:33.180 To inform them, because here's what they're telling behind the scenes.
00:09:37.460 This is what they're saying, that the moderates are right.
00:09:39.860 They know they got to.
00:09:40.680 We know we have a crisis.
00:09:42.880 We know we want to deal with it.
00:09:44.120 We have to deal with it.
00:09:45.140 But you have to give us time to be able to prepare the folks at home.
00:09:49.060 I don't buy that, but that's what they're saying.
00:09:51.220 And if we have enough time, if we have enough time, you just got to give us time.
00:09:55.400 If we have enough time, we'll be able to, when we come back to this two phased approach in January and February, we'll have enough to build a consensus within our districts that people will have our back.
00:10:06.860 And we can do both cuts and we can do both border security.
00:10:11.940 You notice they don't say massive cuts and they don't say seal the border.
00:10:17.040 Those two do not come out.
00:10:20.420 In the reservoir or what they're drawing from, and I'm going to connect some dots.
00:10:24.120 I don't want to play the videos because we got, we're going to go back live here for a second.
00:10:27.580 Are they debating again?
00:10:28.700 Am I having another speech?
00:10:29.700 Is this pure quiet?
00:10:31.640 Right now they're, they're going through this amendments, a series of amendments.
00:10:35.280 Then they're going to vote on this thing.
00:10:37.240 The vote will definitely take place, I think, during the two shows today.
00:10:40.580 So we'll make sure we get it.
00:10:44.720 The pool they draw from.
00:10:47.800 The other day, remember the vote on the funding, the FBI?
00:10:52.720 Remember the FBI building?
00:10:55.360 70 House Republicans voted for that.
00:10:58.680 70 Republicans.
00:11:00.280 That's the pool of votes they think that they can always get to kind of block anything that's got to be done because those people are completely bought into the system.
00:11:10.320 They're, they're completely bought into the system and don't want to disrupt anything.
00:11:13.560 They pay, they're going to build a FBI headquarters bigger than the Pentagon at tens of billions of dollars.
00:11:20.700 And the, I tell you what, let's go to the floor.
00:11:23.400 Let's hear what they got to say and we're going to come back.
00:11:24.900 We're going to do a little producing as we go.
00:11:26.500 Let's go to the floor and we'll come right back.
00:11:27.760 When we're ready to go, we'll go.
00:11:44.520 Just, I know, just.
00:11:45.400 Marjorie Taylor Greene, I understand MTG is on the watch list here at the War Room.
00:11:54.800 People, you know, because of the McCarthy support.
00:11:57.500 But she provided a service and that service was, and it connects to the 70 that voted for the FBI.
00:12:02.940 And that is they moved to impeach Mayorkas.
00:12:05.100 People may say, well, it wasn't thought through, it was half-baked.
00:12:07.240 But she, she showed something quite important is that there's not even the votes to impeach Mayorkas.
00:12:13.340 And, of course, they come up with all excuses.
00:12:14.760 I want to follow regular order.
00:12:15.880 I want to do it with the committees.
00:12:17.280 But they, she basically, I don't know, it was eight votes short.
00:12:20.840 Okay, at least eight votes short.
00:12:23.360 And what she's going to show, I think she's going to continue to do this to show that you're short there.
00:12:30.080 That all feeds into the problem of even these moderates in this situation.
00:12:35.880 You're going to have, I don't know, at least a hundred and maybe more Republicans vote with the Democrats.
00:12:43.340 That's right here.
00:12:44.720 This is not, and this is not a clean CR.
00:12:48.520 We don't have to blow the brakes.
00:12:50.040 We can do the brakes.
00:12:50.820 We did?
00:12:51.320 Okay, fine.
00:12:51.980 Thank you, RAV.
00:12:53.340 Rob Sig, Parker Sig.
00:12:55.680 I must like the sound of my voice today.
00:13:03.240 This is not a clean CR.
00:13:06.240 It's called a clean CR.
00:13:07.600 It's a dirty CR.
00:13:11.940 First off, it extends to next September.
00:13:15.840 It's just tucked in there.
00:13:17.180 Oh, we don't want to do an omnibus because the omnibus has got too many things tucked in there.
00:13:20.440 We're just going to do this clean CR and let's tuck a few things in.
00:13:23.940 We're tucking in.
00:13:24.560 I think the farm bill's an extension, a one-year extension.
00:13:28.420 It's got to be reauthorized or some technical thing.
00:13:30.860 They've set the farm bill until next September.
00:13:33.140 Let's put it right in the, let's come back from Labor Day when nobody's going to do anything
00:13:37.920 in the run-up to 2024.
00:13:40.140 It'll be a firestorm all over.
00:13:41.960 And I'm sure we're not going to extend it past that and dump it on President Trump's lap
00:13:45.940 after he wins.
00:13:49.620 These are just the amendments.
00:13:50.820 I'm not sure we need this.
00:13:51.860 I just keep a hot eye on this.
00:13:53.200 We're going to do a series of amendments.
00:13:55.220 They're going to vote and then they're going to get to the bigger.
00:13:57.160 I will also tell you that the cake is baked here.
00:14:01.080 The cake is baked.
00:14:01.800 They know they got the votes.
00:14:03.660 I know this is hard to believe, but we're up against another government shutdown later
00:14:07.300 this month and our wise leaders deal with it how they always do, with more spending.
00:14:13.980 While lawmakers are high-fiving, your savings account continues to lose value because more
00:14:19.620 spending weakens the dollar.
00:14:22.140 Now end the cycle.
00:14:23.400 Diversify into gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.
00:14:26.320 And listen, when you open a gold IRA for every $10,000 you spend by December 22nd, Birch Gold
00:14:33.400 will send you a free gold bar.
00:14:35.300 Let me repeat that.
00:14:36.220 For every $10,000 you spend by December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you a free gold bar.
00:14:42.800 Just text Bannon to 989898 to claim eligibility before Black Friday.
00:14:48.620 Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a gold IRA for no money out of pocket.
00:14:55.980 And you still get the free gold bar.
00:14:59.060 Don't let your savings become a victim of the further devaluation of the dollar.
00:15:04.140 Remember, the BRICS countries are focused 100% on de-dollarization.
00:15:10.980 Text Bannon to 989898 to receive a free gold information kit and claim your eligibility before
00:15:18.220 Black Friday to receive free gold bars on your qualified purchase.
00:15:22.740 Do it today.
00:15:24.000 Action.
00:15:24.760 Action.
00:15:25.460 Action.
00:15:26.700 For the dirty CR.
00:15:30.080 And here's the issue.
00:15:32.860 The theory of Mike Johnson and his team, and it landed like a thud, not just with how freedom
00:15:40.460 cars with many other people, is that, okay, I inherited this.
00:15:44.800 I didn't want to do this, but I need more time.
00:15:47.140 I need more time.
00:15:48.300 And today in the conference, they were saying, you've got to tell me, what hill are you going
00:15:53.360 to die on?
00:15:54.620 If we're going to do this, when are we going to do it?
00:15:57.080 Border security, the massive cuts, the cuts in spending, when are we going to do it?
00:16:01.540 Well, I need to January because I've got to build a consensus.
00:16:03.840 This is why it's quite important for the war room posse.
00:16:11.120 We have to now educate.
00:16:13.780 We have to educate because they still, many of the folks up there, particularly the country
00:16:18.140 lawyers, do not understand the mathematics behind the crisis we face.
00:16:22.540 To get the full impact of this, I want you to embrace the following, that this continuing
00:16:30.540 resolution that essentially gets you through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, because
00:16:36.960 it's so important for these guys to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas.
00:16:41.780 Remember the nation's in a crisis.
00:16:43.720 We have, did I ever mention that we have 8 million illegal aliens here in the country that
00:16:48.500 I've been fighting by Biden, and I have a Republican report that it's going to cost a half a trillion
00:16:55.260 dollars to house, feed, educate, health care of those.
00:17:00.400 How's your health care right now?
00:17:01.480 Your health care good?
00:17:03.060 Well, if it's not, understand the illegal alien invaders got a full ride here.
00:17:08.180 A half a trillion dollars.
00:17:10.340 I'm not sure, and the half a trillion dollars, I don't think is already baked into the numbers.
00:17:14.220 I don't think that that is done.
00:17:16.260 Okay.
00:17:18.500 He needs more time, and the more time is, they're telling people, we need to build consensus
00:17:24.020 in this conference, and the reason that we have representatives in our majority that are
00:17:31.300 exposed in California, in New York, other places where these Biden districts, well, the
00:17:37.460 Biden districts, ain't Biden districts now because Biden's trailing everywhere, including
00:17:43.360 the battleground states.
00:17:44.460 So the Biden districts aren't even Biden districts anymore.
00:17:49.620 It's also incumbent upon you, you have to go out and sell your vision of what's happening.
00:17:55.020 I don't hear any of that from anybody.
00:17:56.880 All I hear is this kind of naive nonsense.
00:18:01.900 And you see the Democrats, if the Democrats came out today to the microphones and everything,
00:18:06.240 we cannot, the CR we support because it doesn't have cuts.
00:18:09.180 We do not support cuts, and the American people can't take cuts.
00:18:13.500 The federal spending is what's enslaving the American people.
00:18:19.340 The theory of modern monetary theory didn't work out.
00:18:23.100 And what there is a failure to grasp by these folks up here is that the scale, the law of
00:18:33.960 large numbers.
00:18:37.140 By my calculation, fiscal year ends September 30th.
00:18:42.980 Everybody in the audience knows that.
00:18:44.100 That's why we always use September 30th as a leverage point, correct?
00:18:47.340 Leverage points.
00:18:47.620 We have to have leverage points.
00:18:48.800 We're October already in November, you know, mid-November right now, 45 days.
00:18:53.780 The CR kicks it into January 1st, into the middle of January, and then to February, right?
00:18:59.320 February 2nd.
00:19:01.740 We will be negotiating, and that's going to be a firestorm in a cluster, in the fifth month
00:19:10.360 of this fiscal year, still the spending of the budget and the appropriations process for
00:19:18.500 this.
00:19:18.800 Because the Senate hasn't done their job, they haven't lifted a finger so far.
00:19:22.800 At least the House did some of the work.
00:19:24.240 I think they've done seven of the 12 appropriations bill through regular order.
00:19:28.420 And there's no massive cuts.
00:19:30.000 There are cuts in, I think, three of those four bills.
00:19:34.360 Think about this for a second.
00:19:35.400 Three of the four bills, there's cuts.
00:19:37.480 Think four of the bills are no cuts.
00:19:39.900 And you've got Paul Rogers of Kentucky, and you've got these guys up there, the very deep
00:19:44.040 voices, and they, you know, we need to make cuts.
00:19:46.360 We need to make cuts.
00:19:48.400 You either face this crisis or you don't.
00:19:53.480 We need massive cuts.
00:19:55.800 So we're going to be, and this thing's going to last until March.
00:19:58.260 Write it down now in your number two pencil and hold me to it.
00:20:01.920 The last time I looked, that is halfway through the fiscal year.
00:20:09.040 Halfway through.
00:20:11.180 Halfway through.
00:20:12.380 We're going to be dealing with this year's budget.
00:20:14.520 Guess what?
00:20:15.520 Guess what?
00:20:16.220 Wait for it.
00:20:17.380 The process for the next year's should have already started.
00:20:22.120 We'll be in the middle of it.
00:20:22.840 And guess what that is going to be, ladies and gentlemen, with declining tax revenues
00:20:26.420 in this spending bolted in.
00:20:29.920 Guess what that deficit is going to be?
00:20:32.620 Two trillion dollars.
00:20:35.180 Guess what that interest is going to be?
00:20:36.640 A trillion.
00:20:36.940 You're like someone that's got a credit card problem that can barely make the minimum payment
00:20:46.360 every month.
00:20:47.380 And many of you know what that feels like, even from your younger days.
00:20:52.000 Let's say you worked out your way out of it.
00:20:53.640 But people remember, many people remember when they had these problems with credit cards,
00:20:57.700 you can only make the minimum payment.
00:20:59.900 Minimum payment, yet the face amount keeps going up because you're only making the minimum
00:21:04.200 payment.
00:21:05.820 Okay.
00:21:06.940 Embrace the following.
00:21:11.560 Every day when we're adding to this debt, okay, in the interest payments thereof, we will
00:21:19.840 never pay off one penny of the face amount of this debt the more we add to it.
00:21:27.500 It's now almost 34 trillion.
00:21:29.100 Remember, it was only 33 trillion when McCarthy approved the debt ceiling deal with no cap whatsoever
00:21:37.500 on the spending.
00:21:41.980 And Mike Johnson said, I need to kick the can down the road.
00:21:47.360 You've got to give me some negotiating leverage.
00:21:49.660 Brother, it doesn't work like that.
00:21:51.860 When you have these, when you have these nodes, when you have this ability to fight, when you
00:22:00.760 have this ability and you have a clock ticking, their minds would be totally focused.
00:22:05.160 This town is very unfocused right now.
00:22:08.080 It's very unfocused because they know that it's going to kick the game.
00:22:10.920 Government shutdown.
00:22:11.840 Government shutdown.
00:22:12.760 Government shutdown.
00:22:13.680 Government shutdown.
00:22:14.560 CNN, we've got the clock and how many hours.
00:22:17.580 Government shutdown.
00:22:18.660 Bring it.
00:22:19.120 You need to break the fever.
00:22:24.760 Mike Johnson, you're, you're, you're on the clock now.
00:22:27.640 I hate to say a brother with this debacle.
00:22:29.760 And this is, this is a debacle.
00:22:33.080 The righteous that have your back.
00:22:42.200 You went around and specifically went around.
00:22:44.720 You said, no, I don't think their judgment's right.
00:22:46.660 My judgment's better because the rule was blocked.
00:22:51.140 You were told essentially by your conference and by, therefore, by this audience that, no,
00:22:59.460 sir, we hear you, what you have to say, but we don't agree with that.
00:23:03.000 And we think you've got to, you're, we're going to block the rule.
00:23:05.420 It ain't going to come from both.
00:23:06.460 So you got to go back and retorque it.
00:23:07.980 And what you did was to say, no, I'll go fully embrace Hakeem Jeffries.
00:23:17.240 I'll go fully embrace Mitch McConnell.
00:23:19.200 I'll go fully embrace Chuck Schumer.
00:23:20.700 And I'll go fully embrace Biden.
00:23:23.420 You're being lauded.
00:23:24.960 You're being lauded on CNN and MSNBC of a man of vision and a man of discernment.
00:23:30.480 Brother, that is a negative sign.
00:23:33.120 That is not a positive.
00:23:34.040 I'm not trying to pile on you.
00:23:38.420 And they said, well, he's only been here a couple of weeks.
00:23:40.060 Okay.
00:23:40.260 I don't want to hear that.
00:23:41.100 So when you step in, you know, when you step into a command, Hey, you got to deal with
00:23:45.680 it as you got to deal with it.
00:23:46.640 You've been here for all these fights.
00:23:48.020 You're, you're in this position because of these fights.
00:23:50.760 It's not like you kind of dropped out, you know, you like, uh, the, um, the brother from
00:23:56.060 another planet where I remember the thing, the guide fell in from Mars or something.
00:23:59.040 You're not falling from Mars.
00:24:00.080 You've been part of this.
00:24:00.940 You know what the fight, you know, why McCarthy got turfed out.
00:24:04.020 Now it was because he was lying to everybody and did the debt deal, which is the original
00:24:09.240 sin in this.
00:24:13.000 And I understand you have a problem.
00:24:14.980 The reservoir, the reservoir they have to thwart us is those 70, that basket of 70 that
00:24:22.420 do not believe in disruption, that believe the system's working.
00:24:26.100 I would just sell it.
00:24:26.920 Okay.
00:24:27.180 Tell me you just paid for billions of dollars, tens of billions of dollars for an FBI headquarters.
00:24:33.620 Tell me how that's all going to get paid.
00:24:35.520 Tell me, tell me.
00:24:36.420 I want all those people to answer me.
00:24:38.380 Hey, on the $2 trillion deficit, you just can't be adding these marginal projects.
00:24:43.120 You can't add marginal projects or we can add marginal projects to get a $3 trillion deficit.
00:24:50.380 And that day's coming when you're going to scramble now to come up with a $1,000, a trillion
00:24:56.760 dollars, a trillion dollars of cash money just to pay the interest on this.
00:25:02.720 And I've told you, and I've told you, and I told you it's going to be more than a trillion
00:25:05.560 dollars.
00:25:05.980 And I haven't been wrong on any of these numbers yet because people want to look at the basic
00:25:11.520 simple math and also all this happy talk about, oh, well, we got to do this because we got
00:25:16.940 to get to entitlements.
00:25:19.460 The American people are never going to trust you to do any type of entitlement reform, tweaking,
00:25:27.800 anything, and they shouldn't until you prove that you can handle the discretionary spending.
00:25:34.320 Why should the American people getting a tiny Social Security check and some Medicare, why
00:25:42.020 should they look at $100 billion going to Ukraine?
00:25:48.140 And why should they take cuts when they see, you know, a half a trillion dollars, a Republican
00:25:54.340 report that a half a trillion dollars to house, feed, educate, and give medical care, full
00:26:00.500 medical care to illegal alien invaders?
00:26:03.500 Why would they then sit there and go, OK, fine, you want to take my measly little, you
00:26:08.880 know, Social Security check and make sure I'm 80 before I can get it?
00:26:13.240 Or you want to cut my Medicare?
00:26:14.560 It doesn't work like that.
00:26:16.120 And the American people are just going to sit there and go, no.
00:26:19.540 The American people are quite reasonable if you approach them and say, hey, these are the
00:26:24.320 actions we've taken.
00:26:25.360 This is what we've done.
00:26:27.140 And now we need to and we've taken care of our part that we could control.
00:26:31.900 We've taken care of that.
00:26:33.300 Now we have to have a adult conversation about how life is extended today and how people are
00:26:39.320 healthier to later in life.
00:26:41.500 And maybe and only maybe there's no lock guarantee on that because I think they distrust the political
00:26:47.620 class.
00:26:48.280 And one of the reasons they should distrust the political class is this situation, the invasion
00:26:52.840 of the country that we now find out is going to cost us a half a trillion dollars.
00:26:58.660 And they look around, they go, hang on, I'm underwriting everything.
00:27:02.200 I got the Muslim Brotherhood of Moskais in Qatar with $10 billion.
00:27:06.300 I got all the Gulf Emirates.
00:27:07.720 They're all sitting around there in London, in Belgravia, buying places for 50 million bucks.
00:27:12.620 I got guys.
00:27:13.460 I get the CCP, the richest families in the world control the CCP.
00:27:16.820 I'm underwriting all of it.
00:27:19.560 I'm underwriting all of them.
00:27:20.780 I'm underwriting all these potentates and dictators throughout the world that are living
00:27:25.640 high on the hog.
00:27:26.680 I got nothing.
00:27:27.500 I get a $2,000, I get a $1,500 check from Social Security and the Cokes and everybody
00:27:31.940 in the world, they're sitting there with that check.
00:27:33.660 We got to get that check because getting that check, it solves everything.
00:27:38.340 The entitlement thing we can't address.
00:27:40.100 Up on that stage, the Keebler Elves, oh, we really need to get to entitlement for Chris
00:27:45.600 Christie and Mike Pence with knitted brows, right, and neocon Nicky.
00:27:50.500 We got to get to entitlements.
00:27:52.040 Don't touch these entitlements.
00:27:55.080 Don't touch these entitlements until you don't have enough balls to go look at the massacres.
00:28:00.080 We need to have a debt commission.
00:28:01.420 Okay, look, the math is not that complicated.
00:28:04.240 We're not even going to get into calculus, okay, for all those that your palms get sweaty
00:28:11.020 when you talk about mathematics.
00:28:12.240 We're just going to keep it simple.
00:28:13.560 The math here is quite simple.
00:28:16.020 You got X amount of cash coming in, you got X amount of cash going out, and there's a gap.
00:28:20.780 That's called a deficit.
00:28:21.740 And the cash coming in keeps getting less and less.
00:28:24.480 Why is that?
00:28:26.000 Because the economy, although Biden and MSNBC and CNN tell me how great it is and how much
00:28:32.540 tailwind we have, right, the lived experience is the woman on CNN says, hey, I ain't voting
00:28:38.160 for Biden because I'm working three jobs and I'm not making it.
00:28:43.460 That's the reality.
00:28:46.020 And Mike Johnson, to sit here and think, I need more time.
00:28:50.940 So, okay, Mike, so what you're telling me is that 75 days from now, Mike Johnson's coming
00:28:57.480 back and it's going to be so hard on the budget cuts and it's going to be so hard on sealing
00:29:02.160 the border and stopping and defunding everything.
00:29:05.520 Don't even worry about the woke and weaponized.
00:29:07.200 I'm talking about the two central crises we face.
00:29:10.760 And you have, by the way, in the supplemental, no Ukraine money, not even any usual money,
00:29:14.900 not even dealing with the supplemental.
00:29:16.200 So you continue that.
00:29:17.420 So there'll be no Ukraine money.
00:29:19.100 You'll seal the southern border and you're going to have large cuts to discretionary spending.
00:29:24.120 That's what you're telling me you're going to come back in 75 days and do.
00:29:29.880 Count me as a skeptic right now.
00:29:33.840 Because the people that support you the most gave you the signal that with their representatives
00:29:41.460 that, hey, you couldn't even get it to the floor in a rule.
00:29:45.660 Normally you would say, okay, I hear my team.
00:29:48.680 I hear my people on my back.
00:29:50.620 Let me sit down and think about what are you saying?
00:29:53.160 Hey, Mike, here's what we're saying.
00:29:54.820 Cuts now.
00:29:56.480 Border sealed now.
00:29:59.940 Stick it to them.
00:30:01.600 Get up in Schumer's face.
00:30:02.920 Get in Hakeem Jeffries' face.
00:30:04.800 Get in Mitch McConnell's face and particularly get in the Biden regime's and say, no, it stops here.
00:30:11.100 That's leadership.
00:30:12.860 Not to go back and say, okay, I'm going to throw a long ball and you're not going to like it,
00:30:16.840 but you got to give me time.
00:30:17.860 No.
00:30:18.620 Now you're on the clock, brother.
00:30:21.020 Now you're on the clock.
00:30:21.920 And I know you have a biblical worldview and I'm not trying to be cute or a wise guy in saying this.
00:30:28.100 The book you ought to focus on, the part of the Bible you ought to focus right now is the last part, Revelations,
00:30:33.720 where it is revealed what an apocalypse looks like.
00:30:37.060 Come and see.
00:30:42.740 Come and see.
00:30:45.520 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:30:46.960 There's a lot going on.
00:30:47.860 There's a vote going on right now.
00:30:49.200 And hey, folks, not just we man the ramparts.
00:30:52.360 You're going to have to be teachers.
00:30:53.500 You're going to have to lead these House members to face reality.
00:30:57.100 Face reality or perish.
00:31:00.600 Face reality or move on to something else.
00:31:04.220 No more FBI headquarters.
00:31:05.860 No funding to Woken Weapon Eyes.
00:31:09.700 They swear in 75 days, just need a little time.
00:31:12.440 I just need to get Christmas under my belt.
00:31:14.160 I've got to look at my stock and got to see Santa.
00:31:17.020 Back in a moment.
00:31:22.060 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling
00:31:29.260 when you're simply trying to buy products?
00:31:33.180 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans
00:31:39.840 all while eroding the future of the American dream.
00:31:44.180 It's prominent all over the country.
00:31:46.200 Companies like Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion.
00:31:51.160 Financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.
00:31:55.620 Makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models.
00:32:00.580 And beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer.
00:32:08.660 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.

00:33:24.320 PublicSQ.com.
00:33:26.620 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:33:30.460 Remember, one of the reasons that this audience is so powerful
00:33:35.200 and has become one of the driving forces, if not just the MAGA movement,
00:33:39.600 but the entire political process in this country, and therefore the world.
00:33:43.240 It's the reason all these big shots, you know,
00:33:46.420 I'm invited to do interviews like on the Showtime thing the other night,
00:33:50.880 and they do clips all the time of what we say here,
00:33:53.420 and of course they're out interviewing people,
00:33:55.360 their books being written about the precinct strategy and the war on posse and all of it.
00:33:59.520 Why?
00:34:01.420 Because you're dedicated to save your country.
00:34:03.300 You've put your country ahead of yourself in saving it.
00:34:07.780 And this show is not entertainment.
00:34:09.320 I understand that.
00:34:09.960 It's a grind, and sometimes it's a real grind.
00:34:13.000 But he who grinds best and he who grinds longest
00:34:17.820 and he who refuses to quit wins.
00:34:23.020 And saving this country, remember, the fight is over when we say it's over,
00:34:26.760 and not until that moment.
00:34:29.180 It's one of the great lessons of Trump.
00:34:33.140 Trump went back to Mar-a-Lago,
00:34:34.740 and there's a bunch of stuff coming out in this Jonathan Karl book
00:34:39.360 about him starting a third party,
00:34:41.580 and President Trump's on tape with Karl saying,
00:34:43.500 I never did that with Rana.
00:34:45.540 We'll leave that for later.
00:34:47.320 Important, but not today.
00:34:49.640 Today we've got to focus on the country's finances.
00:34:53.380 In having a partner's discussion,
00:34:54.960 one of the things we tell you in the war room,
00:34:57.980 we want to make sure you understand nomenclature,
00:35:00.240 the language.
00:35:01.060 What do these terms mean?
00:35:02.300 We also want you to understand the statics and dynamics of process.
00:35:08.180 What are the static parts and what are the dynamic parts?
00:35:11.520 And critical path and process and procedure.
00:35:15.700 Your power.
00:35:18.580 The nation was galvanized in January,
00:35:20.880 and that was the most technical fight ever.
00:35:24.980 And every night on TV, it got huge ratings.
00:35:27.180 President Trump was talking about everybody.
00:35:28.500 Remember that fight of rules and regular order
00:35:31.540 and single-subject appropriations bills
00:35:33.740 because people knew, this audience knew,
00:35:36.480 to stop talking about limited government.
00:35:38.700 And I don't want to have any more politicians,
00:35:41.600 particularly the 70.
00:35:44.060 And we'll put up the thing, the 70.
00:35:45.460 I'm going to play one of the guys from Georgia,
00:35:46.980 McCormick, that talked about this
00:35:48.380 in some video he did for his constituents.
00:35:50.920 That I don't want to hear any more talk about limited government,
00:35:58.780 and I don't want to hear any more talk about fiscal responsibility.
00:36:01.220 Limited government and fiscal responsibility
00:36:02.880 are done in these trenches,
00:36:04.900 the trenches we fight in now.
00:36:09.280 And understanding process, procedure, critical paths,
00:36:12.460 statics and dynamics, the nomenclature,
00:36:14.440 the concepts, informs you to connect capital markets,
00:36:20.080 the economy, the way things are financed,
00:36:22.400 back to the raw power that you see up here on Capitol Hill
00:36:26.440 and over at the executive branch,
00:36:27.600 in the most powerful nation in mankind's history.
00:36:30.640 More powerful than the Roman Republic,
00:36:33.140 more powerful than the Roman Empire at the top of its game.
00:36:36.540 More powerful than the Dutch,
00:36:38.220 more powerful than the Spanish,
00:36:40.300 more powerful than the British.
00:36:41.820 the most powerful entity
00:36:45.400 in the history of mankind.
00:36:47.640 That's what you're fighting over.
00:36:51.540 And you know something,
00:36:53.360 and this is what you understand,
00:36:55.420 that the political class still does not understand.
00:36:59.400 This is one of the reasons I had the discussion
00:37:01.000 with Raheem and everybody about England the other day.
00:37:03.860 England and the Tories running around,
00:37:06.120 the little games they're playing
00:37:08.260 and 10 Downing and all this stuff,
00:37:10.500 and we read the papers,
00:37:11.620 is totally detached from the reality in the streets
00:37:14.480 and the reality of what is happening to the United Kingdom.
00:37:18.460 Totally detached.
00:37:20.620 Completely detached.
00:37:23.740 And here it's the same thing.
00:37:27.000 Mike Johnson, and we have to help Mike Johnson.
00:37:30.380 It's very easy to criticize now.
00:37:31.920 It's very easy to say,
00:37:32.860 this guy doesn't know what he's doing,
00:37:34.020 he's over his head,
00:37:34.980 he's a nice guy,
00:37:35.900 he's a Christian constitutional lawyer.
00:37:37.540 And Steve, you have said from day one,
00:37:39.500 these constitutional lawyers are interesting fellows,
00:37:42.600 right, like Barack Obama
00:37:43.740 and the Mike Johnsons of the world,
00:37:45.000 but in a dogfight to save your country
00:37:47.280 when it's about money and power,
00:37:49.220 quite frankly, they're not particularly relevant.
00:37:52.500 We have to help Mike Johnson.
00:37:54.020 Mike Johnson's a good man.
00:37:55.160 And Mike Johnson may be a little bit over his head.
00:38:00.520 And if that's the case,
00:38:02.880 you know, he's on the clock now.
00:38:04.620 Is his speakership going to last 100 days?
00:38:07.660 He's asked for,
00:38:08.360 he's been here a couple weeks,
00:38:09.260 he's asked for 75 to get into January,
00:38:11.340 and then he's going to,
00:38:12.100 that's the hill he's going to die on,
00:38:13.360 he's going to fight there.
00:38:14.220 I am not feeling it.
00:38:19.020 And we'll go through that aspect
00:38:20.300 of why I'm not feeling it.
00:38:21.260 Here's the principal reason
00:38:22.280 I'm not feeling it
00:38:23.040 from the Republican conference.
00:38:25.800 And people at home should,
00:38:27.680 and we'll post this in Grace and Moe,
00:38:29.120 if you can put it out right now,
00:38:30.120 the 70, and this is a tell.
00:38:32.800 With everything going on in the world
00:38:34.680 and what's happening to our economy,
00:38:38.280 these deficits, spending,
00:38:39.840 and people talking about limited government,
00:38:41.140 everything like that,
00:38:41.620 the 70 that voted for the FBI headquarters
00:38:45.860 is not a small thing,
00:38:47.820 because it's a small thing
00:38:50.500 that reveals a lot.
00:38:53.560 And it reveals that mentality
00:38:55.440 that they think it's just fine,
00:38:58.300 it's just about,
00:38:58.920 oh, the FBI,
00:38:59.800 and the FBI may be one or two bad apples.
00:39:01.420 No, we have a systemic problem.
00:39:03.560 The administrative state
00:39:04.980 and its national security
00:39:06.600 and law enforcement,
00:39:07.900 the deep state,
00:39:09.340 and how it's turned
00:39:10.060 against the American people,
00:39:11.120 and particularly it's turned
00:39:11.900 against MAGA and Donald Trump
00:39:13.600 and those people
00:39:14.220 that are trying to sort things out
00:39:16.500 in what used to be,
00:39:18.440 and was a bequeathed to us,
00:39:19.380 a republic.
00:39:21.500 That 70, once again,
00:39:23.020 is the well.
00:39:23.720 That's the well they can bring,
00:39:24.940 and that's why Marjorie Taylor Greene,
00:39:26.620 watch Marjorie Taylor Greene's fight.
00:39:30.480 And, hey,
00:39:31.280 maybe it was a little half-baked,
00:39:32.800 and maybe it wasn't
00:39:33.460 totally argued properly,
00:39:34.640 but that's not really the point.
00:39:35.880 The point is she's going to show you
00:39:37.660 that even Mayorkas,
00:39:39.600 Mayorkas,
00:39:42.000 we have,
00:39:42.480 he has allowed,
00:39:43.140 he sat there
00:39:43.720 and looked you in the eye
00:39:44.560 time and time and time again
00:39:46.560 and said,
00:39:47.160 the border is secured.
00:39:48.020 He gaslights you
00:39:48.900 with every breath he takes.
00:39:50.480 The border is secure.
00:39:51.920 We have eight million
00:39:53.100 minimum illegal alien invaders
00:39:55.220 in the country
00:39:56.080 that they purposely
00:39:57.300 gun-decked
00:39:58.460 the asylum regulations
00:40:00.040 to allow in here.
00:40:01.560 They have not deported anybody.
00:40:05.860 And until it became panic mode
00:40:07.220 into these sanctuary
00:40:08.340 democratic cities,
00:40:09.560 it was no big deal at all.
00:40:13.660 And in Mayorkas,
00:40:14.760 you can't even get
00:40:15.500 an impeachment on Mayorkas
00:40:16.780 to move it forward
00:40:17.540 in a formal process,
00:40:18.580 and then to have the hearings.
00:40:20.500 Oh, no, we need regular order.
00:40:21.980 We need to,
00:40:22.500 we need to go back
00:40:23.320 and do it with the committees.
00:40:24.420 If I believe that,
00:40:25.420 Daniel,
00:40:26.020 Issa,
00:40:27.620 Issa,
00:40:28.180 and these folks,
00:40:29.360 you guys would have done it
00:40:30.180 months ago.
00:40:30.620 It's been sitting there,
00:40:31.440 as she says,
00:40:31.980 it's been gathering dust.
00:40:33.200 What she's showing you,
00:40:34.360 and she's going to do it
00:40:35.160 time and time again,
00:40:36.080 is that they're not the votes
00:40:37.640 that are going to impeach
00:40:38.200 these guys
00:40:38.560 because the Republican conference
00:40:40.160 doesn't have the stones
00:40:41.800 to go forward.
00:40:45.780 Look at Merrick Garland.
00:40:48.140 How many of the 70,
00:40:50.280 how many of the 70
00:40:51.940 that voted for a new
00:40:53.600 FBI headquarters
00:40:54.420 are going to vote to impeach
00:40:56.520 Chris Wray or Merrick Garland?
00:40:57.820 Oh, yeah,
00:41:01.260 one or two bad apples.
00:41:02.440 Hey, maybe a couple,
00:41:03.480 maybe a couple of three,
00:41:04.540 but hey,
00:41:05.060 70 told you right there,
00:41:06.100 they support,
00:41:07.280 they support,
00:41:08.040 they're all in for the system.
00:41:09.120 They have no problem
00:41:09.820 with the system.
00:41:10.860 It's one or two bad apples.
00:41:12.020 No, we're not talking
00:41:12.720 about one or two bad apples.
00:41:13.640 It's not about bad apples.
00:41:15.120 This is about a systemic problem,
00:41:17.600 an issue
00:41:18.180 of the administrative state
00:41:19.680 and the deep state.
00:41:20.460 But let me go back
00:41:22.860 to process,
00:41:23.580 procedure,
00:41:24.020 and critical path.
00:41:25.680 At best case
00:41:26.860 of what Johnson
00:41:28.300 is setting up now,
00:41:30.300 and of course
00:41:31.320 Hakeem Jeffries loves this,
00:41:32.640 and of course
00:41:33.100 McConnell loves this
00:41:34.220 because he's saving us
00:41:35.360 from the end of the year omnibus.
00:41:39.040 We're going to get into this
00:41:40.400 and you're going to burn
00:41:41.540 the first half of the year
00:41:43.080 and you're still fighting
00:41:44.040 over the budget
00:41:45.200 for this year
00:41:45.780 and the other one's upon you.
00:41:47.100 And the other one's upon you,
00:41:48.400 guess what the deficit
00:41:49.080 is going to be?
00:41:50.700 Two trillion dollars.
00:41:53.420 And how are you going to finance it?
00:41:54.400 They had an auction last week
00:41:56.040 on bonds,
00:41:56.580 couldn't sell them.
00:41:57.680 Scrambling around.
00:42:01.040 Scrambling around.
00:42:02.080 Chinese Communist Party
00:42:02.920 said,
00:42:03.200 I think I've got enough.
00:42:05.920 Yet,
00:42:06.480 yet,
00:42:07.460 we can have,
00:42:08.180 we can beg,
00:42:08.900 we can send Merkel over,
00:42:10.560 I mean,
00:42:10.840 we send Yellen over,
00:42:12.980 we can send Blinken over,
00:42:15.680 we can send
00:42:16.180 the Commerce Secretary over,
00:42:17.820 we can send them
00:42:18.420 all over to China
00:42:19.540 just like the British
00:42:20.760 when they first went there
00:42:21.560 to kowtow,
00:42:22.280 to be supplicants,
00:42:23.980 to kowtow
00:42:24.820 at the Imperial,
00:42:26.500 at the Forbidden City,
00:42:27.540 get kowtowed a she,
00:42:29.980 and have him come over now,
00:42:32.000 a guy who is,
00:42:33.600 to bail him out,
00:42:34.420 he's looking for a bailout.
00:42:35.680 The article,
00:42:36.500 he's looking for a bailout.
00:42:37.300 The Ponzi scheme over there
00:42:38.600 is kind of running its course.
00:42:39.860 He needs,
00:42:40.340 he needs some gap financing.
00:42:42.940 He needs gap financing.
00:42:45.560 The outrageous thing
00:42:46.560 they put up,
00:42:47.240 this new TPP,
00:42:49.140 I got an article up today,
00:42:50.300 I put it up early this morning,
00:42:51.200 even that,
00:42:51.780 it's so outrageous
00:42:52.580 that we crushed
00:42:53.320 their new version of the TPP.
00:42:54.720 Oh,
00:42:54.800 it's just going to be about
00:42:55.760 getting standards
00:42:56.980 and making sure
00:42:57.860 all the sprockets
00:42:58.740 can fit in each other
00:42:59.780 and the widgets can fit.
00:43:01.200 They had to pull that off.
00:43:04.920 She,
00:43:05.540 who has,
00:43:06.100 not only surrounding us
00:43:07.020 and enveloping us
00:43:08.100 has hit us
00:43:10.320 with chemical warfare,
00:43:11.160 but you know
00:43:11.460 what he's prepared to do?
00:43:12.320 You know what he's prepared to do?
00:43:13.220 He's prepared to say,
00:43:14.040 hey,
00:43:14.600 I was just,
00:43:15.340 you know,
00:43:16.380 I was just kidding before,
00:43:17.840 but I really mean it.
00:43:18.440 I'm really going to help you
00:43:19.400 with fentanyl.
00:43:20.740 Really going to help you.
00:43:21.700 That's one of the top things.
00:43:22.820 Really going to help you with fentanyl.
00:43:24.040 You have to do two things.
00:43:25.180 You have to say,
00:43:25.860 we're going to continue to couple
00:43:27.060 and recouple the economy
00:43:29.020 and you're going to lead to,
00:43:30.280 that's going to get
00:43:30.880 some capital market pressure off me
00:43:32.600 so I can do some more financing
00:43:34.240 to stop the collapse
00:43:35.860 of my Ponzi scheme
00:43:37.000 real estate markets over there
00:43:38.860 and so my banks don't collapse.
00:43:42.140 You need to do that for me.
00:43:44.440 You need to give me some AI help.
00:43:45.960 I need some partnership in AI.
00:43:53.600 I need all this.
00:43:55.000 He has big needs.
00:43:57.380 He needs an embrace right now
00:43:59.220 for the United States.
00:43:59.860 He needs to recouple.
00:44:01.800 Oh,
00:44:01.960 and for that,
00:44:02.800 I'll take the,
00:44:04.180 and no discussion.
00:44:05.400 Oh,
00:44:05.560 and I need your re-absorption.
00:44:07.540 I need your reconfirm
00:44:08.740 of one China policy
00:44:09.840 that Taiwan's just a,
00:44:11.020 a province that is,
00:44:13.360 and it's got bad behavior,
00:44:14.640 but it's a province,
00:44:15.360 it's just a province,
00:44:16.120 one China.
00:44:17.700 And in one China,
00:44:18.460 I'm the emperor.
00:44:19.340 That's what you need to agree to.
00:44:21.500 No talk at all about reparations
00:44:23.680 on the bioweapon
00:44:24.580 that they put out.
00:44:25.400 No discussion about getting
00:44:26.340 to the bottom of,
00:44:27.160 of Wuhan
00:44:27.880 and what happened there.
00:44:28.860 No discussion of that.
00:44:29.800 None.
00:44:30.240 Zero.
00:44:31.900 And that's the biological weapon
00:44:33.440 they hit us with.
00:44:34.140 And now they hit us
00:44:35.160 with a chemical weapon.
00:44:36.060 That chemical weapon
00:44:36.840 would be fentanyl.
00:44:37.520 And I got more information
00:44:39.760 about the Chinese national,
00:44:40.900 the CCP national
00:44:41.720 is up in Maine
00:44:42.320 and other places
00:44:42.960 buying up more farmland
00:44:44.100 for what?
00:44:45.320 For marijuana
00:44:46.000 and who knows?
00:44:46.740 They think they're turning
00:44:47.360 the house potentially
00:44:48.080 into meth labs.
00:44:49.560 That's a chemical warfare attack.
00:44:51.580 Fentanyl is a chemical warfare attack.
00:44:53.940 It's a second opium war.
00:44:57.100 The CCP remembers
00:44:58.640 they got long memories.
00:45:00.200 They say,
00:45:00.960 hey,
00:45:01.040 it was the hundred years
00:45:01.800 of humiliation
00:45:02.600 by the British
00:45:04.860 and now the Americans
00:45:06.340 and it's payback.
00:45:09.980 And so we're a supplicant
00:45:11.700 and we're kowtowing to that.
00:45:15.500 I get,
00:45:16.060 we're going to be up at six too.
00:45:17.540 So this thing's going to go
00:45:18.340 for a while,
00:45:18.840 but we're going to report it.
00:45:19.560 But it's,
00:45:19.940 it's basically done.
00:45:20.940 It's already baked.
00:45:23.160 You're going to have,
00:45:24.000 they're going to have
00:45:24.580 all the Democrats support it
00:45:26.100 and we'll find out
00:45:27.700 how many Republicans don't.
00:45:30.180 And we had 70
00:45:31.100 on the first CR.
00:45:32.860 I think,
00:45:33.500 excuse me,
00:45:33.720 I think we had 70
00:45:34.520 on the death ceiling
00:45:35.260 and then we had 90
00:45:35.940 against the CR.
00:45:36.700 Look,
00:45:37.560 I would love to be able
00:45:38.780 to get over
00:45:39.240 the majority of the conference
00:45:40.620 and the question's got to be,
00:45:41.760 yo,
00:45:42.000 dude,
00:45:43.300 it was supposed to be
00:45:44.080 the Hassel rule.
00:45:44.760 What happened there?
00:45:47.280 We have to now
00:45:48.280 be in an education mode.
00:45:50.000 You have to be,
00:45:50.720 you have to be,
00:45:51.500 we have to be forward pressing
00:45:52.660 on these congressmen
00:45:54.100 to make sure they understand
00:45:55.500 the crisis.
00:45:56.160 They understand the scale of,
00:45:57.160 and you're not going to be
00:45:57.740 happy talked.
00:45:59.120 You're not going to sit there
00:45:59.980 with these RNC talking points
00:46:01.360 and put up on Fox all the time,
00:46:02.720 one after the other,
00:46:03.700 after the other.
00:46:04.220 Well,
00:46:04.320 we can't have a government
00:46:04.900 shutdown.
00:46:05.200 We've got to do the bang,
00:46:06.220 bang,
00:46:06.420 bang.
00:46:06.820 No,
00:46:07.640 I need to know
00:46:08.680 where the massive cuts are
00:46:10.160 in discretionary spending.
00:46:11.720 How do we get to a balanced budget
00:46:12.940 in a couple of years
00:46:13.620 through these cuts,
00:46:14.520 including defense,
00:46:15.940 and how are you going
00:46:16.540 to seal the border
00:46:17.240 and just wait on the deportation
00:46:19.480 and wait until Trump gets back.
00:46:20.580 Just seal the border.
00:46:21.440 How are you going to stop
00:46:22.060 at a date made
00:46:22.620 and not be the 14 million?
00:46:24.060 How are you going to do that?
00:46:25.280 You've got to answer
00:46:25.800 those two questions
00:46:26.700 at a minimum.
00:46:28.780 Oh,
00:46:29.000 and no money for Ukraine
00:46:30.100 and any money for Israel
00:46:31.040 has got to be paid for it,
00:46:32.000 like up front,
00:46:32.800 by cutting some other spending.
00:46:35.160 These are the basics.
00:46:36.360 This is just rudimentary
00:46:38.880 and this is not complicated.
00:46:41.400 Anytime you have
00:46:42.260 a timing device,
00:46:43.880 you must use it
00:46:44.640 to the max,
00:46:45.280 Mike Johnson.
00:46:45.920 You must use it
00:46:46.560 to the max.
00:46:47.140 You must squeeze
00:46:47.840 these people
00:46:49.080 until they say
00:46:49.900 I can't take anymore.
00:46:51.840 Jeffries is not your friend.
00:46:53.560 McConnell's not your friend.
00:46:55.940 Schumer's not your friend.
00:46:57.460 The Biden regime
00:46:58.220 is not your friend.
00:46:59.020 And tonight on CNN,
00:47:00.120 you're going to be called
00:47:00.580 a man of vision
00:47:01.400 and discernment.
00:47:02.800 And a potential statesman.
00:47:06.500 Mike Johnson realized
00:47:07.840 the gravity of the moment
00:47:08.960 and stepped into the decision.
00:47:12.320 That's all the serpent's tongue.
00:47:14.980 You're a man
00:47:15.420 with a biblical worldview.
00:47:18.140 Come and see
00:47:19.600 the destruction
00:47:22.220 of the American Republic.
00:47:26.900 Debt.
00:47:27.780 You go to bed
00:47:28.460 thinking about it,
00:47:29.320 you wake up
00:47:29.880 thinking about it.
00:47:30.560 Now here's the truth.
00:47:31.420 The system traps you
00:47:33.040 in debt.
00:47:33.740 High interest credit cards
00:47:34.840 and loans
00:47:35.240 make it nearly impossible
00:47:36.400 to pay off your debt.
00:47:38.260 And insane inflation
00:47:39.260 keeps you stuck
00:47:40.500 paycheck to paycheck.
00:47:43.040 Done with debt
00:47:43.940 is your lifeline.

00:47:47.120 new strategy
00:47:47.820 to help erase
00:47:48.680 your debt
00:47:49.040 faster and easier
00:47:50.280 than you thought possible.
00:47:52.460 Done with debt

00:47:58.180 how to reduce bills.
00:47:59.420 They know
00:47:59.980 how to cut
00:48:00.600 interest rates.
00:48:01.740 Their skilled
00:48:02.200 staff of negotiators
00:48:03.700 know how to get debt
00:48:05.040 out of your life
00:48:06.000 permanently
00:48:06.840 without bankruptcy
00:48:08.560 and without
00:48:09.900 additional loans.
00:48:12.400 Done with debt
00:48:12.940 are the experts
00:48:13.680 in brilliant strategies
00:48:14.720 for eliminating debt.
00:48:16.160 But you need
00:48:17.060 to hurry
00:48:17.460 because some debt
00:48:18.400 solutions
00:48:18.840 are time sensitive.
00:48:21.000 Now here's
00:48:21.460 how easy
00:48:22.120 they make it.
00:48:22.760 Go to
00:48:23.260 donewithdebt.com
00:48:25.200 That's

00:48:29.020 Go there today.
00:48:30.660 Action,
00:48:31.380 action,
00:48:31.920 action.
00:48:32.340 Stop the worrying.
00:48:33.340 Take action.
00:48:35.480 Stephen K.
00:48:36.540 Back.
00:48:38.880 Understand the complexity
00:48:40.100 of this
00:48:40.560 and to understand
00:48:41.420 the connection
00:48:43.920 between capital markets
00:48:45.180 and this current
00:48:46.760 fiasco
00:48:47.620 and that's what it is.
00:48:48.960 Here's why it's a fiasco.
00:48:51.160 People
00:48:51.760 we live in a representative
00:48:53.300 democracy.
00:48:53.940 We don't live in a pure democracy.
00:48:56.400 The founders understood
00:48:57.300 that the founders understood
00:48:58.480 the framers
00:48:59.600 being children
00:49:01.000 of the enlightenment
00:49:01.800 understood
00:49:04.200 the concept
00:49:05.600 of balance
00:49:06.240 from both
00:49:07.680 the Greeks
00:49:08.120 and the Romans
00:49:08.780 and they very much
00:49:10.560 focused on
00:49:12.400 the Roman Republic
00:49:13.480 and also
00:49:14.900 with the Greeks
00:49:15.740 and the sense
00:49:16.280 of balance.
00:49:19.520 We are out
00:49:20.540 of balance
00:49:21.060 now.
00:49:21.640 We don't have
00:49:22.080 harmony.
00:49:22.500 And we don't have
00:49:24.420 harmony.
00:49:25.020 This is Damocles'
00:49:25.960 sword that's overhead.
00:49:27.160 Every decision
00:49:27.860 going forward,
00:49:28.500 I've told you this,
00:49:29.220 every decision
00:49:29.820 going forward
00:49:30.380 is going to have
00:49:30.960 this sword
00:49:31.520 over our head
00:49:32.380 of this massive debt
00:49:35.080 that other
00:49:36.120 folks
00:49:38.080 before you came
00:49:39.120 on the scene
00:49:39.720 did and looked
00:49:41.680 the other way
00:49:42.100 and laughed
00:49:42.520 and had this theory
00:49:43.680 of modern monetary
00:49:44.520 theory and just kind of
00:49:45.700 oh this is great
00:49:47.260 we can pay for
00:49:47.920 all this stuff.
00:49:48.500 Well we can't.
00:49:49.940 We haven't.
00:49:50.420 We have this magic
00:49:51.920 money machine
00:49:52.580 called the Federal
00:49:53.520 Reserve that prints
00:49:54.620 out fiat money
00:49:55.560 that kind of pays
00:49:57.560 for this.
00:49:58.020 And as long as
00:49:58.920 every transaction
00:50:00.140 in the world
00:50:00.540 whether it's a drug
00:50:01.380 deal in Thailand
00:50:02.160 or giving to a
00:50:03.220 charity in France
00:50:04.880 has to be converted
00:50:06.480 into, if it's out
00:50:07.360 if it's traded
00:50:08.000 across the border
00:50:08.980 it has to be traded
00:50:10.380 out, you know
00:50:10.840 petroleum resource
00:50:12.600 all of it has to be
00:50:13.280 traded into dollars
00:50:14.160 turned into dollars
00:50:15.100 before you can
00:50:16.020 clear the trade.
00:50:17.280 it's the greatest
00:50:19.180 export we have
00:50:20.420 just like the
00:50:21.660 British pound
00:50:22.380 just like when
00:50:23.840 Spain controlled
00:50:25.160 the silver mines
00:50:26.320 in South America
00:50:27.900 when they were
00:50:30.060 the empires of
00:50:30.900 the world
00:50:31.320 their currency
00:50:32.120 was the currency
00:50:32.980 of the day
00:50:33.620 the currency
00:50:34.240 of commerce
00:50:34.860 that's what the
00:50:35.680 prime reserve
00:50:36.120 currency is
00:50:36.660 you have to
00:50:37.080 understand it
00:50:37.620 is the dollar
00:50:38.140 and it can go
00:50:38.820 away and it's
00:50:39.480 going away
00:50:40.000 as the world
00:50:40.620 rapidly tries
00:50:42.080 to de-dollarize
00:50:42.980 and it's not
00:50:45.400 going to happen
00:50:45.820 overnight but it's
00:50:46.680 happening and
00:50:47.260 happening quickly
00:50:47.860 because the
00:50:48.480 central banks
00:50:49.040 in the world
00:50:49.420 led by CCP
00:50:50.360 and Biden
00:50:50.940 are asking
00:50:51.360 why are you
00:50:51.820 buying gold
00:50:52.320 I'm working
00:50:52.700 on a central
00:50:53.240 bank digital
00:50:53.820 currency
00:50:54.300 why are you
00:50:55.600 buying gold
00:50:56.080 at record
00:50:56.480 rates
00:50:56.900 birchgold.com
00:50:58.480 slash Bannon
00:50:59.200 this vote's
00:51:00.720 going on now
00:51:01.240 for the rule
00:51:01.700 it may end
00:51:02.540 before the end
00:51:03.280 of five o'clock
00:51:04.060 hour
00:51:04.380 but we're going
00:51:05.200 to continue
00:51:05.580 on the six
00:51:06.040 o'clock hour
00:51:06.560 with the coverage
00:51:07.240 of all this
00:51:07.840 I want to
00:51:08.500 bring in
00:51:08.760 Mike Lindell
00:51:09.280 Mike
00:51:09.660 they're in
00:51:10.560 a courtroom
00:51:11.020 in New York
00:51:12.020 President Trump
00:51:13.300 is putting
00:51:13.540 on his defense
00:51:14.100 which I think
00:51:14.620 could take a
00:51:15.100 couple of weeks
00:51:15.560 my understanding
00:51:16.280 not that the
00:51:17.200 judge is paying
00:51:17.880 any attention
00:51:18.420 to it
00:51:18.840 but they're
00:51:19.740 trying to
00:51:20.020 bankrupt Trump
00:51:20.860 strip him
00:51:22.040 of his business
00:51:22.620 in Manhattan
00:51:23.120 and they're
00:51:23.480 trying to
00:51:23.760 strip you
00:51:24.100 of your
00:51:24.360 business
00:51:24.720 in Minnesota
00:51:25.240 tell us
00:51:26.180 how it's
00:51:26.460 going today
00:51:26.900 on our
00:51:27.280 counteraction
00:51:27.920 yeah and
00:51:29.680 I was just
00:51:30.780 with our
00:51:31.200 real president
00:51:31.840 yesterday
00:51:32.380 all day
00:51:32.860 and the media
00:51:34.420 has just
00:51:34.820 been hammering
00:51:35.680 today Steve
00:51:36.980 I hear you
00:51:38.060 were in
00:51:38.340 Mar-a-Lago
00:51:38.800 with the
00:51:39.260 president
00:51:39.580 I'm going
00:51:39.980 you know
00:51:40.540 like we had
00:51:41.020 some secret
00:51:41.620 meeting
00:51:42.060 you know
00:51:42.800 but everybody's
00:51:45.400 been
00:51:45.580 I just wanted
00:51:46.160 to get on
00:51:46.620 and tell
00:51:46.960 everyone
00:51:47.500 that War Room
00:51:48.800 Posse now
00:51:49.660 has become
00:51:50.360 our number
00:51:51.240 one supporter
00:51:52.540 in the country
00:51:53.340 Steve
00:51:53.800 we're so
00:51:54.660 grateful to
00:51:55.560 the War Room
00:51:56.680 Posse
00:51:57.080 and this time
00:51:57.880 they've attacked
00:51:58.600 my pillow
00:51:59.220 the media
00:52:00.040 doesn't let up
00:52:01.040 they just
00:52:01.500 you know
00:52:02.000 now they're
00:52:02.380 calling me
00:52:02.900 all day
00:52:03.260 about that
00:52:03.860 just because
00:52:04.400 I said
00:52:04.780 hello
00:52:05.020 to our
00:52:05.340 great

00:52:07.840 we're doing

00:52:09.180 these are
00:52:09.560 the
00:52:09.680 my pillows

00:54:07.020 tomorrow
00:54:07.300 and glad
00:54:08.580 you had a
00:54:08.980 good time
00:54:09.360 with the
00:54:09.620 real president
00:54:10.180 brother
00:54:10.620 it was
00:54:11.300 awesome
00:54:12.240 he's a
00:54:12.860 good spirit
00:54:13.680 he says
00:54:14.560 Mike my
00:54:15.040 poles are
00:54:15.540 up
00:54:15.720 every time
00:54:16.220 they attack
00:54:16.680 they keep
00:54:17.080 going up
00:54:17.500 I go
00:54:17.760 absolutely
00:54:18.380 it was a
00:54:21.040 great time
00:54:21.520 down there
00:54:21.980 and they
00:54:24.260 keep attacking
00:54:25.020 but everybody
00:54:25.620 out there
00:54:26.120 we're all
00:54:26.460 in this
00:54:26.740 together
00:54:27.140 and we're
00:54:27.800 going to
00:54:28.000 get through
00:54:28.500 and we're
00:54:29.480 going to
00:54:29.720 save our
00:54:30.120 country
00:54:30.500 thank you
00:54:32.880 brother
00:54:33.200 look forward
00:54:34.320 to tomorrow
00:54:34.740 okay the
00:54:35.200 vote is
00:54:35.620 in
00:54:36.120 it passed
00:54:37.040 336
00:54:38.300 to 95
00:54:39.080 the 209
00:54:41.560 Democrats
00:54:42.240 I think
00:54:43.420 they got
00:54:43.700 212
00:54:44.360 209
00:54:45.000 Democrats
00:54:45.600 95
00:54:47.380 Republicans
00:54:48.040 so the
00:54:48.400 first time
00:54:48.820 on the
00:54:49.080 debt ceiling
00:54:49.500 we had
00:54:49.780 70
00:54:50.280 that voted
00:54:50.920 no
00:54:51.260 on the
00:54:51.840 CR
00:54:52.420 the last
00:54:52.880 time we
00:54:53.120 had 90
00:54:53.560 we had
00:54:53.820 95
00:54:54.340 Republicans
00:54:54.900 so that's
00:54:55.720 a base
00:54:56.060 to start
00:54:56.420 with
00:54:56.720 127
00:54:58.820 127
00:54:59.700 Republicans
00:55:01.700 voted for
00:55:02.200 this
00:55:02.480 there's
00:55:04.360 simply
00:55:04.600 no
00:55:04.780 excuse
00:55:05.200 you can
00:55:06.640 see right
00:55:07.080 now
00:55:07.460 this is
00:55:08.860 why the
00:55:09.140 rule
00:55:09.300 couldn't
00:55:09.580 pass
00:55:09.900 he threw
00:55:11.980 the ball
00:55:12.320 downfield
00:55:12.960 to do
00:55:14.380 an extraordinary
00:55:14.980 effort
00:55:15.460 which was
00:55:15.920 to suspend
00:55:16.720 the rules
00:55:17.260 you need
00:55:17.520 two-thirds
00:55:18.120 and obviously
00:55:19.200 he got over
00:55:19.620 two-thirds
00:55:20.160 but 336
00:55:21.540 to 95
00:55:23.060 or once they
00:55:24.020 suspended the
00:55:24.600 rule
00:55:24.760 336 to 95
00:55:26.300 95 Republicans
00:55:27.540 voted no
00:55:29.020 for the
00:55:29.460 CR
00:55:29.780 and Mike
00:55:30.740 Johnson
00:55:31.040 says I
00:55:31.600 need 75
00:55:32.380 to 100
00:55:34.200 days to
00:55:35.320 get ready
00:55:35.660 for this
00:55:35.980 I don't
00:55:36.420 buy that
00:55:36.960 not for
00:55:37.900 one second
00:55:38.460 you got
00:55:40.320 to stand
00:55:40.900 and fight
00:55:41.400 when you
00:55:41.660 have the
00:55:41.980 opportunity
00:55:42.300 to stand
00:55:42.560 and fight
00:55:42.700 you cannot
00:55:43.340 allow these
00:55:44.720 leverage points
00:55:45.460 to get
00:55:46.180 away
00:55:46.420 this is how
00:55:46.980 we got
00:55:47.300 to the
00:55:47.580 situation
00:55:48.120 of 34
00:55:49.420 trillion
00:55:49.900 think about
00:55:50.580 it's not
00:55:50.920 34 trillion
00:55:51.720 and we're
00:55:52.040 at a balanced
00:55:52.480 budget
00:55:52.860 it's not
00:55:54.440 32 trillion
00:55:55.240 that we have
00:55:55.960 a budget
00:55:56.460 surplus
00:55:57.080 it's 34
00:55:59.660 trillion
00:56:00.340 we have
00:56:01.880 a 2 trillion
00:56:02.640 dollar
00:56:03.020 every 12
00:56:03.980 month deficit
00:56:04.940 and there's
00:56:05.460 no plan
00:56:06.140 and for all
00:56:07.100 the happy
00:56:07.520 talk
00:56:07.880 you know
00:56:09.120 Biden's
00:56:09.800 thing showed
00:56:10.280 he's going
00:56:10.620 to do
00:56:11.000 9 trillion
00:56:11.600 dollars
00:56:11.900 that's all
00:56:12.320 nonsense
00:56:13.140 it's all
00:56:13.700 out year
00:56:14.180 nonsense
00:56:14.820 short commercial
00:56:17.260 break
00:56:17.500 we're going to
00:56:17.800 come back
00:56:18.240 I'm going to
00:56:18.480 drill down
00:56:18.860 this even
00:56:19.540 more
00:56:20.060 on the
00:56:21.600 action plan
00:56:22.300 going forward
00:56:23.200 and today
00:56:24.900 which turned
00:56:25.460 into WWE
00:56:26.380 up on
00:56:26.860 Capitol Hill
00:56:27.580 we're getting
00:56:28.440 all of it
00:56:29.000 next in the
00:56:29.640 war room
00:56:29.920 for war room
00:56:34.440 veterans
00:56:35.360 you know
00:56:35.920 we have been
00:56:36.380 all over
00:56:36.820 this supply
00:56:37.340 chain issue
00:56:38.160 with China

00:56:55.360 shortage
00:56:56.100 of medication
