00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.780 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.020 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.280 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.240 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.640 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.380 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.300 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.580 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.980 Mega media.
00:00:27.880 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.780 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.520 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.900 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:49.980 Okay, welcome.
00:00:51.280 I hope you understand, and I know you do,
00:00:54.060 given there's so many veterans that listen to this show
00:00:56.120 our active duty military and also people of MAGA, the patriots,
00:01:01.600 that in this time and place for this republic,
00:01:05.960 the importance that you serve.
00:01:11.640 This is not about Trump.
00:01:13.100 It's not about Steve Bannon.
00:01:14.320 It's not about Tucker Carlson.
00:01:16.020 It's not about Alex Jones.
00:01:17.380 It's none of that.
00:01:18.540 It's not about Peter Navarro.
00:01:20.160 It's about you.
00:01:21.000 That was evident.
00:01:24.300 Because remember, part of what this exercise is,
00:01:27.400 is to unmask.
00:01:29.380 To unmask.
00:01:31.980 Now is, this is the time that we've seen,
00:01:34.440 the last couple of months you've seen,
00:01:35.840 to unmask really who is America first.
00:01:40.540 To unmask who is a populist,
00:01:45.060 who is a nationalist.
00:01:45.800 And that unmasking also becomes then the ability to teach and to teach,
00:01:54.180 and you have to be the instructors now.
00:01:58.360 You have to be the instructors.
00:02:00.960 Because quite frankly, you have a better understanding.
00:02:04.200 This is what I say, and now it's come time,
00:02:06.580 that if you had to choose between, you know,
00:02:10.860 a combination of the top 100 partners at McKinsey and Goldman Sachs,
00:02:16.120 I'll do a combo of the top consulting and investment bank, let's say,
00:02:20.540 versus the first,
00:02:22.400 the first 100 people in red ball caps that showed up at a Trump rally,
00:02:28.980 I take the 100 red ball caps every day.
00:02:32.540 Not even a question.
00:02:34.280 Not even close.
00:02:36.600 And that's the moment we're in now.
00:02:38.520 That more than ever,
00:02:41.400 you need to step up and take leadership.
00:02:44.420 Because it's just of these elected officials,
00:02:47.680 just not there.
00:02:48.520 The media has too intimidated them.
00:02:50.560 Think about what we gave this up because of a,
00:02:53.100 this thing of government shutdown.
00:02:54.600 It's a joke.
00:02:55.660 You know, it's a joke.
00:02:56.520 I know it's a joke.
00:02:57.860 It's a sigh up from the media.
00:02:59.920 And if you don't have the courage and understanding that you're going to sit
00:03:03.480 there and sell and say, no,
00:03:04.700 this is what we got to do.
00:03:05.820 Hey, if it shut down for a couple of days,
00:03:07.860 shut down for a week,
00:03:08.680 shut down for,
00:03:09.700 or not even shut down.
00:03:10.520 If we're not paying for the parks and recreation for a week,
00:03:14.680 you know,
00:03:14.940 Dana Bash can lose it all over CNN. 1.00
00:03:17.900 She wants joy and read can lose it all over.
00:03:20.140 She wants.
00:03:21.860 This is why look at the eight to 10 million.
00:03:24.220 You've seen this and we're going to play it again.
00:03:25.760 Hopefully a compilation by this afternoon,
00:03:27.120 even the mention of deportations and now,
00:03:31.700 Oh,
00:03:31.800 they're going to put them in camps. 0.98
00:03:33.000 They're going to camps like the,
00:03:34.480 we put the Japanese in 1930s or the camps and they imply it's camps like
00:03:38.800 Hitler put the Jews in right for these deportations. 0.96
00:03:42.380 This is now wait till it actually happens.
00:03:46.960 And like I said,
00:03:47.800 you look at what's,
00:03:48.900 you know,
00:03:49.120 look at the protests around Columbus circle.
00:03:50.780 You think they're just going to sit there and go,
00:03:53.160 that's lovely.
00:03:53.780 Where do I go?
00:03:54.400 What border do I leave?
00:03:56.720 Do I go to the Northern border?
00:03:57.660 I go to the Southern border.
00:03:59.520 You're going to give me a plane ticket.
00:04:00.600 Do I go back to East Africa?
00:04:01.980 Do I go back to Ukraine?
00:04:03.840 Do I go back to Russia?
00:04:06.120 Do I go back to,
00:04:07.100 you know,
00:04:07.340 where the CCP,
00:04:08.600 the,
00:04:08.720 the,
00:04:09.020 the combat troops they're sending over here,
00:04:11.300 which they are.
00:04:13.100 Where do I go?
00:04:13.840 You think,
00:04:14.080 you think,
00:04:14.540 you think Biden will bring that up today.
00:04:16.200 You think he'll bring up the couple of hundred thousand fighting age males,
00:04:20.040 CCP's nationals that have come across the board.
00:04:22.800 You think that'll be a topic.
00:04:23.820 You think they'll be high on his list?
00:04:26.680 No,
00:04:27.040 it will not.
00:04:27.740 I got Navarro,
00:04:28.480 but I got to play something.
00:04:29.360 Can I play,
00:04:29.840 can I play neoliberal neocon Nikki?
00:04:31.820 Because this is what you're dealing with.
00:04:33.800 She's surging.
00:04:35.100 She's,
00:04:35.520 you know,
00:04:35.680 all of a sudden it's Nikki.
00:04:36.760 She's all over Fox. 1.00
00:04:37.940 Murdoch news is getting,
00:04:38.980 now got the horse.
00:04:41.280 DeSantis and Casey had kind of been,
00:04:43.460 Oh,
00:04:44.040 sorry.
00:04:44.360 Didn't work out.
00:04:45.880 Back to tell a nasty.
00:04:47.820 Can we play,
00:04:48.620 let's play,
00:04:48.980 let's play neocon.
00:04:49.900 Let's play a neocon, 0.97
00:04:50.840 neoliberal neocon Nikki telling you what she really thinks.
00:04:54.520 When it comes to legal immigration,
00:04:56.500 it's a broken system.
00:04:57.880 It shouldn't take someone 10 years to become a citizen.
00:05:00.420 But what we need to do is reform it.
00:05:06.620 So for too long,
00:05:07.980 Republican and Democrat presidents dealt with immigration based on a quota.
00:05:12.160 We'll take X number this year.
00:05:13.740 We'll take X number next year.
00:05:15.120 The debate is on the number.
00:05:16.580 It's the wrong way to look at it.
00:05:18.320 We need to do it based on merit.
00:05:20.340 We need to go to our industries and say,
00:05:22.400 what do you need that you don't have?
00:05:24.940 So think agriculture,
00:05:26.420 think tourism,
00:05:27.460 think tech.
00:05:28.120 We want the talent that's going to make us better.
00:05:31.760 Then you bring people in that can fill those needs.
00:05:38.020 Peter Navarro,
00:05:39.320 right there.
00:05:39.740 You heard it.
00:05:40.180 We're going to let industries decide.
00:05:41.820 First off,
00:05:43.220 if we're trying to make America great again,
00:05:46.760 we want these nations to make their themselves great.
00:05:50.200 I've always been opposed to when kids come here for college,
00:05:52.740 just take off the cream and keep them here in the United States. 0.92
00:05:55.140 These countries aren't going to be great unless you let their best talent go back.
00:05:58.920 Their best talents should be to go back to their country and make their country great.
00:06:04.520 I'm a nationalist,
00:06:05.460 just not for the United States,
00:06:06.600 but for every country to be a nationalist country,
00:06:09.060 to put their people first,
00:06:10.520 to put their country first.
00:06:12.420 And here is,
00:06:13.300 you've got the worst of the whole world.
00:06:14.920 You got the corporatist donor class are going to pick.
00:06:18.380 And guess what?
00:06:19.140 They don't have your best interest in mind.
00:06:20.560 Dr.
00:06:21.120 Peter Navarro.
00:06:22.580 Yeah,
00:06:22.820 been there,
00:06:23.300 done that,
00:06:23.940 Steve.
00:06:24.400 You know,
00:06:24.620 when I was in the White House with Donald Trump,
00:06:28.760 for four years,
00:06:29.760 there was this ongoing battle
00:06:31.420 about how many of these visas to let in,
00:06:36.260 tremendous pressure from Silicon Valley.
00:06:38.540 But the abiding truth of the matter was that we have a system now that puts Americans out of work.
00:06:47.480 We have a system now that actually pushes Americans out of our PhD programs as well,
00:06:55.360 which in turn pushes them out of work.
00:06:57.280 I'm so done with Nikki Haley.
00:06:59.720 Look,
00:07:00.560 the piece yesterday in the Washington Times,
00:07:03.660 getting a lot of traffic,
00:07:07.440 it basically says it's time,
00:07:09.760 Steve,
00:07:10.040 it's past time for the RNC to get rid of Rana and to fold up these debates and to unify around Donald John Trump as the candidate.
00:07:20.800 And what Mike Johnson did yesterday,
00:07:23.900 I think,
00:07:24.780 just puts an exclamation point on the fact that it's going to be up to Donald John Trump to set this right.
00:07:31.440 I mean,
00:07:31.620 I'm just,
00:07:32.760 we all in the posse and war room were disappointed with Johnson.
00:07:37.240 But looking forward,
00:07:39.920 it's about getting this country back on track.
00:07:43.300 It's not going to,
00:07:43.960 look,
00:07:44.220 Nikki,
00:07:45.360 Tim Scott getting out of South Carolina was tactical.
00:07:49.600 You know,
00:07:50.220 the big money go to him and say,
00:07:52.180 look,
00:07:52.680 the South Carolina primary is the first shot we're going to be able to take at Donald John Trump.
00:07:58.580 Okay.
00:07:59.260 That's where we got to knock him out.
00:08:00.980 So,
00:08:01.200 Tim,
00:08:01.660 you slide to the sideline.
00:08:03.340 Let's load up on Nikki. 0.99
00:08:05.060 Let's embarrass Trump in South Carolina.
00:08:07.760 Let's show he has feet of clay and then we can take him down from there. 0.79
00:08:12.180 That's the game here.
00:08:13.540 Foot.
00:08:14.300 When I was in the administration, 1.00
00:08:15.880 Nikki Haley was nothing but a pain in the ass. 1.00
00:08:18.240 She would stab Trump in the back. 1.00
00:08:20.760 She'd sit up there in New York with her United Nations and the phone calls that would come in. 0.98
00:08:26.920 She's like,
00:08:27.760 she's like our worst nightmare. 1.00
00:08:29.600 She will stick you with a knife in the back. 1.00
00:08:33.280 She will stick you with a knife in the back. 1.00
00:08:34.640 Hang on. 1.00
00:08:34.940 Hang on.
00:08:35.880 No,
00:08:36.140 she's,
00:08:36.840 she's actually sticking a knife.
00:08:38.220 So I'm giving a talk at Bloomberg's world headquarters or the headquarters in London at that new sphere.
00:08:45.020 And for all these hedge fund guys laying out populism,
00:08:47.720 nationalism,
00:08:48.800 our economic plan,
00:08:49.940 et cetera.
00:08:51.380 And right before I go on,
00:08:53.260 it comes across,
00:08:53.900 this is October of 2018.
00:08:56.060 It comes across that Nikki Haley has just announced she's resigned.
00:08:59.900 And this is five weeks before the 18 midterm.
00:09:03.920 And I sat up there and go,
00:09:05.100 what do you think?
00:09:05.660 I said,
00:09:06.080 she's ambitious.
00:09:07.340 I said,
00:09:07.700 for you guys,
00:09:08.440 the English here that understand paradise loss and John Milton,
00:09:11.820 she's ambitious as Lucifer.
00:09:15.120 And here's the reason you're telling me,
00:09:18.040 yeah,
00:09:18.360 you're going to resign.
00:09:19.220 You can't wait for weeks.
00:09:20.560 You can't do this on the evening.
00:09:22.160 You know,
00:09:22.660 the hat,
00:09:23.060 let's have the midterm on that evening or the next day.
00:09:26.200 You can't put for you.
00:09:27.120 Right.
00:09:27.200 No,
00:09:27.720 she did it for one reason to show the world.
00:09:30.440 Hey,
00:09:30.560 I'm not with him.
00:09:32.060 I'm not with him.
00:09:33.240 That was her.
00:09:34.040 That was her message to the corporatist that I'm not with Trump.
00:09:36.960 And by the way,
00:09:37.480 this is one of the reasons Pelosi was able to,
00:09:40.420 uh,
00:09:41.140 to take over,
00:09:42.220 uh,
00:09:42.980 win the house and impeach Donald Trump.
00:09:45.160 She's part of it.
00:09:46.220 I've been part of it, 0.99
00:09:46.900 but I think she'll stab you in the front. 1.00
00:09:49.200 She'll stab you in the front. 1.00
00:09:50.740 I know you want to go biblical with Lucifer, 0.99
00:09:53.640 but I always like to go Shakespeare with her.
00:09:56.300 It's the Jan cashes has a lean and hungry.
00:09:58.780 Look,
00:09:59.160 it's like,
00:09:59.680 you could never trust her.
00:10:01.040 You just,
00:10:01.860 just could never trust Nikki Haley.
00:10:06.100 And I'm,
00:10:06.640 it's kind of fun to watch her and Vivek go at each other.
00:10:10.120 Cause there's,
00:10:11.020 they're both like ruthless people and meeting their match and stuff like that.
00:10:14.920 But look,
00:10:15.900 bottom line here for the good of the Republican party,
00:10:20.760 there's gotta be a come to Jesus moment here.
00:10:23.320 It's like, 0.99
00:10:23.780 it's time for these clowns to get out. 0.99
00:10:26.140 Okay. 1.00
00:10:26.700 It's time for them to get out.
00:10:28.660 And Nikki's going to hold it,
00:10:30.060 but hold it.
00:10:30.520 Hang on.
00:10:31.020 Yo,
00:10:31.200 yo,
00:10:31.360 don't,
00:10:31.780 don't bury the lead.
00:10:33.060 Don't,
00:10:33.520 don't bury,
00:10:34.100 don't bury the lead.
00:10:34.900 Don't bury the lead. 0.98
00:10:35.940 The RNC having spent all their money on these ridiculous Keebler elf, 0.97
00:10:41.680 uh, 0.96
00:10:42.540 you know,
00:10:42.860 Keebler elf,
00:10:43.700 um,
00:10:44.180 you know,
00:10:44.820 debates that nobody watches.
00:10:46.260 And the,
00:10:46.700 and the,
00:10:47.260 now they go,
00:10:48.320 they get Megan Kelly,
00:10:50.340 the original assassin of Donald Trump.
00:10:53.400 The original person tried to kneecap him in the very first question back in 2015,
00:10:58.480 they have the gall to go get Megan Kelly and to,
00:11:02.620 and to,
00:11:02.940 and to put it up on the Chris Cuomo news network.
00:11:06.840 Ronald McDaniels got to go.
00:11:08.920 There's not losing,
00:11:11.260 by the way,
00:11:11.640 losing,
00:11:12.120 losing is bad enough,
00:11:13.260 losing bad enough,
00:11:13.980 but she is actively trying to,
00:11:17.040 she is actively trying to undercut Trump and to build up the,
00:11:22.120 some corporatist,
00:11:24.120 uh,
00:11:24.880 um,
00:11:25.720 you know,
00:11:26.360 uh,
00:11:26.620 someone to take him on a challenger. 0.90
00:11:28.740 I chat.
00:11:29.040 They,
00:11:29.260 the RNC is doing nothing but working full time to make sure that they have some,
00:11:34.540 you know,
00:11:34.960 amalgamation of something that can compete with Donald Trump.
00:11:38.700 That's what this is all about.
00:11:39.740 And it's to take shots to weaken him for the general election.
00:11:42.940 Peter Navarro.
00:11:43.440 And we,
00:11:44.460 I write again,
00:11:45.680 the Washington times go there and look at it and try to Trump,
00:11:49.220 uh,
00:11:50.000 it has to be the nominee.
00:11:51.200 And it's like,
00:11:52.460 I think we shouldn't be having these debates,
00:11:56.080 but if you're going to have them,
00:11:57.600 let conservative media,
00:11:59.140 real conservative media,
00:12:00.500 hold them.
00:12:00.740 I thought I had the best idea a couple of months ago for this,
00:12:04.140 which is to go back to the future,
00:12:06.540 like in the 1960s,
00:12:08.040 where they had multiple people in the audience from different outlets.
00:12:11.580 I mean,
00:12:12.100 can you imagine a debate that you live streamed?
00:12:15.600 You didn't give it to Fox or MSNBC or any of that stuff.
00:12:19.220 You live streamed it from a venue you could control.
00:12:22.600 And the people who were the debate moderators were people from the war room,
00:12:28.260 real America's voice,
00:12:29.640 all the conservative media.
00:12:31.160 That would be at least interesting,
00:12:32.940 but we're past that.
00:12:33.960 Steve,
00:12:34.340 I can't emphasize all that.
00:12:37.060 What these debates are doing now.
00:12:38.680 And these primaries are doing is going to drain money from the mission,
00:12:43.220 which is to take out,
00:12:44.500 uh,
00:12:45.140 Biden and to basically,
00:12:47.700 uh,
00:12:48.280 that's okay.
00:12:48.920 You're missing the point.
00:12:50.400 You missed it.
00:12:51.380 You missed the point.
00:12:52.320 You,
00:12:52.600 you're missing the point.
00:12:54.540 That's not the don't know.
00:12:55.940 No,
00:12:56.160 the mission is the corporatists and donors.
00:12:59.440 If you gave them a choice right now between Trump or Biden or Trump or Newsom,
00:13:05.440 they'd pick Biden.
00:13:06.460 They pick Newsom.
00:13:07.880 No question.
00:13:08.960 They'll do anything.
00:13:11.060 George Conway.
00:13:12.220 No,
00:13:12.380 they'll do anything.
00:13:13.580 The mission,
00:13:14.860 the mission of the RNC right now and Ronna McDaniel is to cripple Trump.
00:13:21.400 That's it.
00:13:21.820 Otherwise there'd be no excuse given that the absolute debacle of your quote unquote
00:13:26.720 debates,
00:13:28.260 you know,
00:13:28.760 uh,
00:13:29.000 and I,
00:13:29.400 I'm going to steal this from a war room engine room,
00:13:32.740 engine room,
00:13:33.840 you know,
00:13:34.540 uh,
00:13:34.900 Tim Scott,
00:13:35.460 you got Keebler elf down,
00:13:36.920 right?
00:13:37.620 You're going to have more Keebler elves down, 0.99
00:13:39.240 you know,
00:13:39.920 going forward.
00:13:40.540 Chris Christie,
00:13:41.120 the,
00:13:41.460 the elf,
00:13:42.180 the elfiest of the elves is about to,
00:13:43.940 you're going to have Keebler elf down on that. 0.60
00:13:45.480 Cause he's not going to make the debate stage.
00:13:47.020 That would catch on.
00:13:47.900 And I thought that was like,
00:13:49.060 as good as any nickname Trump ever gave anybody.
00:13:52.180 Chris Christie is the pills,
00:13:53.480 boy, 0.99
00:13:54.060 very dead. 0.98
00:13:55.440 Dough boy of venom. 0.84
00:13:56.500 Okay. 0.86
00:13:57.520 He just,
00:13:58.860 yeah,
00:13:59.060 he's just out there.
00:14:00.180 He's paving his resume.
00:14:01.500 So he can get back on ABC and do that.
00:14:04.540 You know,
00:14:04.880 come to general.
00:14:06.420 Peter,
00:14:06.920 what's your,
00:14:07.320 what's your social media?
00:14:08.300 How do you get to your sub stack?
00:14:09.220 I'm going to get you back on here later in the week or next week,
00:14:11.900 or maybe over the weekend to talk economics,
00:14:14.300 something.
00:14:14.540 Peter Navarro dot sub stack.
00:14:17.760 Com Peter Navarro dot sub stack.
00:14:20.580 Com and be sure to go to Washington in my time,
00:14:22.960 support that paper.
00:14:23.880 I think it's got the best op-ed section of any major newspaper in the country
00:14:28.440 right now.
00:14:29.440 Uh,
00:14:29.680 Peter Navarro dot sub stack.
00:14:31.240 Com and Steve,
00:14:32.560 just keep hammering away.
00:14:34.280 We got to win baby.
00:14:35.700 When we got to win baby.
00:14:37.180 When we got it,
00:14:38.920 by the way,
00:14:40.140 glad to see the Peter Navarro gun show is still,
00:14:42.580 uh,
00:14:42.840 still active brother.
00:14:44.620 I always pump a few fully ripped here before I get fully ripped.
00:14:48.540 They're actually really,
00:14:49.640 really small unless I'm hitting it.
00:14:51.500 Give me a flex.
00:14:52.440 Okay.
00:14:52.840 We got about,
00:14:53.640 give me a flex.
00:14:54.420 We got to bounce.
00:14:55.300 Mike Davis next.
00:15:00.300 I know this is hard to believe,
00:15:02.120 but we're up against another government shutdown later this month.
00:15:05.000 And our wise leaders deal with it.
00:15:07.360 How they always do with more spending while lawmakers are high-fiving your
00:15:13.240 savings account continues to lose value because more spending weakens the
00:15:18.120 dollar.
00:15:18.720 Now end the cycle diversifying the gold with the help of Birch gold group.
00:15:23.400 And listen,
00:15:24.200 when you open a gold IRA for every $10,000,

00:16:01.320 Remember the BRICS countries are focused 100% on de-dollarization. 0.97
00:16:08.040 Text Bannon to 9 8 9 8 9 to receive a free gold information kit and claim your
00:16:14.080 eligibility before black Friday to receive free gold bars on your qualified
00:16:19.080 purchase.
00:16:19.760 Do it today.
00:16:21.000 Action,
00:16:21.820 action,
00:16:22.540 action.
00:16:23.760 And they look back at Trump's,
00:16:25.040 uh,
00:16:26.040 the president's saying,
00:16:26.900 Hey,
00:16:27.360 my wages were higher.
00:16:28.820 Inflation was lower.
00:16:29.740 We weren't at wars all over the place. 1.00
00:16:31.460 Maybe the guy's a jerk, 1.00
00:16:32.600 but the word he's a bad-ass in the world fears him. 1.00
00:16:35.680 And so he's a bad-ass. 0.54
00:16:37.280 All he does is complain about people. 0.99
00:16:39.200 A whiny, 0.98
00:16:39.940 vengeful, 0.99
00:16:40.580 backward-looking,
00:16:41.640 that's a billionaire.
00:16:42.500 That's forward-looking.
00:16:43.000 That is just not like a...
00:16:43.720 Right,
00:16:44.220 that's forward-looking.
00:16:45.060 I want to take on the administrative state that's driven this country into the ground.
00:16:48.560 He's not talking about taking on the administrative state to help people's lives.
00:16:51.660 He's talking about going after the people that were mean to him.
00:16:54.000 He says,
00:16:54.440 Oh,
00:16:54.760 I'm going to have the DOJ target Bill Barr because he was mean to me.
00:16:58.120 I'm going to have the DOJ target John Kelly because he turned on me.
00:17:01.200 I'm going to have the DOJ target Jack Smith.
00:17:03.280 That's not true.
00:17:04.220 That's all he talks about.
00:17:05.740 He doesn't talk about helping people.
00:17:07.320 That's not true.
00:17:07.760 That's not true.
00:17:09.280 But here's my question.
00:17:10.260 Do you have a MAGA lawyer who likes to come on your podcast, Mike Davis?
00:17:14.060 Here's what he has suggested with the top priorities for Trump's attorney general.
00:17:17.180 One,
00:17:17.820 fire the deep state executive branch.
00:17:19.820 Two,
00:17:20.180 indict the whole Biden family.
00:17:21.660 Three,
00:17:21.920 deport 10 million people,
00:17:23.180 kids in cages.
00:17:23.860 It will be glorious.
00:17:24.760 Four,
00:17:24.960 detain people at Gitmo.
00:17:26.220 Five,
00:17:26.960 pardon every January 6th defendant.
00:17:28.980 What do you think about that five step plan?
00:17:30.260 I think it's fantastic.
00:17:31.720 All five?
00:17:32.340 All five.
00:17:32.960 We're going to start the largest deportation program in history.
00:17:35.540 All 10 million must leave.
00:17:38.560 Wow.
00:17:39.480 Pardon an exchange with longtime Trump advisor.
00:17:42.660 Okay.
00:17:43.320 Let me have it.
00:17:43.960 Let me have it.
00:17:45.300 Right there.
00:17:46.360 Mike Davis.
00:17:46.820 We bring on the Mike Davis.
00:17:48.480 We're going to talk about the Denver closing argument today on the 14th amendment.
00:17:51.620 Mike,
00:17:52.800 I got to ask you about that because you lay out really reflectively,
00:17:58.260 kind of a opening salvo on what the program is going to be.
00:18:01.560 And it's not the entire program.
00:18:02.600 They go,
00:18:02.820 I said,
00:18:03.180 there's many other things too in defense,
00:18:05.860 in the,
00:18:06.160 on the economy,
00:18:08.020 on cutting federal spending.
00:18:10.540 But you've got a pretty good,
00:18:11.940 you know,
00:18:12.940 path.
00:18:13.360 And later,
00:18:13.980 I think in the original episode,
00:18:15.900 they give me a hard time.
00:18:17.100 And I said that,
00:18:17.680 you know,
00:18:17.840 Mike Davis is going to be a,
00:18:19.520 is going to be,
00:18:20.200 is on the shortlist to be attorney general.
00:18:21.920 And they didn't,
00:18:22.420 they didn't take that very well.
00:18:23.540 So what are your thoughts about the,
00:18:25.460 the,
00:18:25.900 the,
00:18:26.440 the tweet you put out with your action plan and the response you're seeing from the morning
00:18:30.200 joke crowd?
00:18:31.240 I think it's fantastic.
00:18:32.800 And they left off list number six,
00:18:35.680 which is to denaturalize naturalized citizens who lied on their application process and support
00:18:42.780 Hamas. 0.73
00:18:43.460 And those people are going to get denaturalized and thrown out of the country.
00:18:47.000 So we have a fire deport detain.
00:18:50.980 We have pardon.
00:18:52.400 And we have the Hamas people that are getting the hell out of our country. 1.00
00:18:55.540 I think it's wonderful.
00:18:56.640 And what's so good about this,
00:18:58.020 Steve,
00:18:58.360 is when we troll them about my three week reign of terror as Trump's acting attorney general,
00:19:03.400 what's so good about that is they're actually weaponizing,
00:19:08.060 politicizing and weaponizing the justice department to go after Trump,
00:19:11.480 Trump's top age,
00:19:12.460 Trump's supporters,
00:19:14.540 Christians praying outside of abortion clinics,
00:19:16.640 parents outraged by gender chaos and the resulting rapes in bathrooms.
00:19:21.760 So Democrats are actually doing it.
00:19:23.820 Biden's been doing it.
00:19:25.080 Garland's been doing it.
00:19:26.360 These Democrat puppet prosecutors like Tish James and Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith,
00:19:33.460 they've been doing this for the last three years. 0.93
00:19:36.260 We joke about it and their heads explode.
00:19:38.880 So this is good.
00:19:39.840 And I think that we need to start coming up with list number seven.
00:19:43.080 I'm going to play another clip for you before I do that.
00:19:48.720 Give me,
00:19:48.980 give me the closing because I'm going to come back to this administrative state and deep state and where Congress is right now on this.
00:19:56.700 Walk me through the closing argument today.
00:19:58.840 It's kind of bizarre to have.
00:20:01.960 I've never seen before.
00:20:02.980 Maybe it has happened.
00:20:03.820 I'm not a lawyer where you actually have the trial and you have both sides present their case.
00:20:09.080 So you kind of up on the the facts and you're also up on the momentum of witnesses,
00:20:14.720 because the Kash Patel testimony alone was such a blockbuster in this 14th Amendment trial.
00:20:22.180 But then they had a gap.
00:20:23.860 It seems like 10 days.
00:20:26.060 Closing arguments are going to be today.
00:20:27.440 Correct.
00:20:28.000 Give me give me a table setter for that.
00:20:30.480 So closing arguments are today.
00:20:32.820 The judge is going to rule by this Friday at five o'clock.
00:20:35.440 Remember, Democrats impeached Trump twice for nonsense.
00:20:40.580 They indicted him four times for non-crimes.
00:20:43.580 They've illegally, unconstitutionally gagged him in two of these cases.
00:20:48.460 They're trying to bankrupt his family business in New York for the non-fraud of a businessman paying back Wall Street banks in full on time as agreed with interest.
00:20:59.460 That's not working.
00:21:00.360 This Democrat lawfare, this Democrat election interference has backfired, and President Trump is beating President Biden like a drum for November 5th, 2024, according to all current polling.
00:21:11.740 So this is the Democrats' latest lawfare.
00:21:14.680 It's their Hail Mary.
00:21:15.700 If you can't beat Trump, we're just going to disqualify him.
00:21:18.880 They are dusting off a 155-year-old provision of the Constitution, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, that was enacted to get rid of Confederate sympathizers who engaged in insurrection or rebellion during the Civil War.
00:21:33.140 They were undermining the post-Civil War reconstruction effort.
00:21:37.060 They were undermining the Union because they were getting elected to places like the House of Representatives.
00:21:41.040 So you can disqualify him, right?
00:21:43.340 You can disqualify someone who did this.
00:21:45.220 There is an 1869 case that is controlling.
00:21:48.920 It's the only one that's on point.
00:21:50.240 It was by Chief Justice Samuel Chase, and it held that if you want to disqualify someone for insurrection or rebellion under the 13th Amendment, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, Congress has to pass a federal criminal statute for insurrection or rebellion under Section 5 of the 14th Amendment, which Congress did in 1870.
00:22:11.120 It's still in the books.
00:22:16.140 If you want to disqualify Trump for insurrection or rebellion, you have to have a federal prosecutor like Jack Smith charge him for insurrection or rebellion under this criminal statute.
00:22:25.060 The jury has to unanimously find him guilty with evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.
00:22:29.820 The judge has to convict, and that conviction must be upheld on appeal.
00:22:33.400 That's the only way you can disqualify.
00:22:36.040 But the Democrats are trying to use a bogus theory of insurrection or rebellion.
00:22:41.700 They're saying that January 6th was an insurrection.
00:22:44.220 How many insurrectionists come to an insurrection and don't come armed? 0.98
00:22:48.500 How many insurrectionists get to the Senate floor of a nation's capital and walk through velvet robes, follow police direction, and don't burn down the damn place?
00:22:56.840 How many insurrection leaders, like they think Trump was, tries to send in the National Guard to put down his own insurrection, but Nancy Pelosi and D.C. Mayor Mario Bowser objected to those National Guard troops, as Kash Patel clearly testified.
00:23:11.280 This January 6th was a protest, a lawful protest permitted by the National Park Service that got out of control and turned into a right.
00:23:20.160 It was not an insurrection. The Democrats have spent tens of millions of dollars with Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department and that goofball January 6th committee.
00:23:30.100 They couldn't find any evidence because it doesn't exist.
00:23:32.520 And if this Democrat judge in Colorado, Sarah Wallace, who was biased, she donated to an anti-Trump January 6th PAC last year before she became a judge in January. 0.96
00:23:45.200 And the Trump lawyer said, hey, you can't decide this case. You're biased. You need to recuse.
00:23:50.900 She said, no, I can sit on this anti-Trump January 6th case because I don't remember making this donation a year ago.
00:23:58.420 And, oh, by the way, I can be fair. Well, that's not the legal standard.
00:24:02.300 She's going to take him off the ballot here in Colorado. The Colorado Supreme Court will affirm that. 0.72
00:24:07.680 And so the Supreme Court of the United States is going to have to put on their big boy pants and actually do their job and follow the Constitution,
00:24:14.140 because what they're going to do, they have this deep blue state in Colorado that they're going to take him off the ballot.
00:24:19.040 They're going to use that as precedent out everywhere.
00:24:22.740 Yeah. And folks got to remember that this is now got to happen now because the primary, but it's a mail in state, 100 percent mail in.
00:24:30.780 Boy, you can't steal any votes that way, can you?
00:24:32.620 They print the ballot for the primary in the first week of January, I think the first couple of days.
00:24:37.780 So this has got to hope it happened like right now, Mike Davis.
00:24:41.380 Do you see do you see the ability to get a stay in a federal court until it gets argued to the Supreme Court?
00:24:47.600 Well, it would go from it's an election challenge in Colorado.
00:24:50.680 It goes from this Denver district judge, Judge Sarah Wallace, who's biased, this Democrat judge.
00:24:55.700 Then it goes to the Colorado Supreme Court, which is stacked by Democrat whack jobs because Republicans stopped winning elections out here in Colorado when they went to all mail ballots and legalized weed and all the dirtballs from California and New York moved here. 0.51
00:25:10.420 So the Colorado Supreme Court will uphold what she does. 0.97
00:25:13.820 And so the Supreme Court of the United States will have to issue a stay.
00:25:17.840 What she may do, what you're seeing these other states do is they're saying we're not going to decide this for the primary election.
00:25:24.320 This is only for the general election. Right.
00:25:26.360 So what she may do is say he can't be on the ballot for the general election.
00:25:30.500 She may say primary, too, because she's so biased.
00:25:32.820 I mean, she donated to an anti-Trump January 6th PAC to chase Republicans out of office for supporting Trump on January 6th.
00:25:42.060 And now she is presiding over a trial on the exact same issue.
00:25:47.320 This is where a lot of people get confused about Minnesota.
00:25:50.220 Minnesota didn't get Trump off the hook.
00:25:52.100 Minnesota just said, we'll see if he's the if he's the nominee.
00:25:55.280 We'll deal with this for the general election in the spring.
00:25:58.040 Correct.
00:25:58.960 Correct.
00:25:59.480 And that's it was a tactical retreat by Democrats.
00:26:02.440 There is look, if we are not raising hell and fighting back, they are going to take him off the ballot and President Biden will win by default.
00:26:10.800 This cannot happen.
00:26:11.880 That that is the way you destroy our country.
00:26:14.020 These are republic ending tactics.
00:26:16.060 They tried again within the two impeachments, the four indictments, the gag orders, the civil fraud for the non fraud of Trump paying back the Wall Street banks.
00:26:24.700 And now this is their Hail Mary.
00:26:26.640 They're just going to take him off the ballot because they know the American people want to put President Trump back in the White House because they know the American people know Biden is a disaster.
00:26:39.560 Real quick, you have about 90 seconds.
00:26:42.040 Your thoughts on the RNC, where we stand there?
00:26:44.520 Well, I would say this.
00:26:46.840 Ronna McDaniel is a pro at winning elections for Democrats.
00:26:52.080 She gets outraised, outspent, outorganized, outsmarted, outclassed every time.
00:26:59.360 She's been the RNC chair since 2017.
00:27:02.500 And what the hell has she accomplished?
00:27:04.740 She pretends like her only accomplishment is she raised Republican support among minorities.
00:27:09.840 She didn't do that. 0.99
00:27:11.400 This lawfare, these bogus indictments turned President Trump into Tupac.
00:27:15.920 Ronna McDaniel had nothing to do with that. 0.97
00:27:18.580 It's time for Ronna McDaniel to get the hell out of there. 1.00
00:27:21.620 We need someone in that office who understands that her job is to win elections, not participation trophies. 1.00
00:27:30.400 Mike, where do people you're going to join us in the afternoon show after this Denver situation?
00:27:35.380 Where do people get to you in the interim?
00:27:38.480 Thank you so much.

00:27:54.320 Thank you, Steve.
00:27:56.660 Mike Davis, thank you very much.
00:27:58.580 Mike Davis, on-scene commander for this situation in Colorado.
00:28:04.020 He's absolutely correct.
00:28:05.000 They're going to use everything possible to not let Trump back in the White House.
00:28:10.300 One of the ways they're going to try to do it is take him off the ballot.
00:28:12.720 They're big supporters of democracy, aren't they?
00:28:16.100 Lovely.
00:28:16.960 Short break.
00:28:17.620 Back in a moment.

00:29:36.520 Action, action, action.
00:29:39.780 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:29:46.000 Business Insider's got a story.
00:29:47.540 I'll put it up after the show, but bonds go bonkers as the U.S. government now pays more than Vietnam or Morocco to borrow.
00:29:55.360 You know, the total debt I think today is over $275 trillion.
00:30:01.480 I think it's actually close to $300 trillion when you add in all the, not just corporate debt, but all the private debt and the consumer individual debt.
00:30:09.280 So we're quite over leveraged, and we're going to have a margin call.
00:30:15.980 We're quite over leveraged and we're going to have a margin call.
00:30:19.060 This is what we're trying to avoid.
00:30:20.360 This is why this audience is so important.
00:30:22.100 So we're going to have a lot more.
00:30:23.120 Your calls and missives to Speaker Johnson, people on the Hill using the totally free app Bill Blaster from Grace and the development team, is getting through.
00:30:38.940 They just pulled another appropriations bill, just got voted down with big Republican support on the no.
00:30:46.300 So, and Johnson's on the floor, you know, Jake Sherman, Chad Program, and others are reporting.
00:30:54.120 He's over there huddled with Gosar and I think Biggs and Gates and Bobert and MTG and others of kind of the right,
00:31:03.980 in not a heated discussion, but in a discussion, they say he looks like he's trying to explain something to him.
00:31:08.580 I think they're explaining things to him.
00:31:10.560 So this is a very big humiliation coming right out after the CR, and I think it's sending a signal that you're going to have to man up here.
00:31:19.660 I think it was justice and science that got voted down.
00:31:23.560 So the next appropriations bill, we used to grind through these appropriations, but the last three have been defeated and or pulled.
00:31:30.660 So you're having an impact.
00:31:33.440 And people say, well, Steve, we want the appropriations bill.
00:31:35.480 No, now the appropriations bill's got to have real cuts.
00:31:37.700 We've got to know, we've got to go back to the pre-COVID.
00:31:42.400 The government was big enough under Trump.
00:31:46.040 We can go back to that.
00:31:47.180 That cuts a trillion dollars thinking it's spending right out of the box.
00:31:50.880 Also, in Business Insiders, like I said, the bond market's going crazy because they can't take the supply we're going to put forward,
00:31:57.720 and it's only going to get worse.
00:31:59.960 Just if you take nothing away from the show this morning at all, take away the following.
00:32:04.800 Every second of every day, you see that debt clock go up.
00:32:08.700 You know, the debt clock, it just boom, it continues, moves constantly.
00:32:13.040 Millions of dollars a day.
00:32:14.840 Hundreds of millions of dollars away in a second.
00:32:17.740 We're never going to pay off one penny of the principal.
00:32:20.860 Ever.
00:32:22.320 Ever.
00:32:22.700 We're going to struggle to pay the interest.
00:32:25.920 Not a trillion dollars.
00:32:27.020 We're going to struggle to pay the interest.
00:32:29.480 We're going to struggle just to pay the interest.
00:32:32.180 It's like a credit card where you can just barely make the minimum.
00:32:35.800 You can barely make the minimum, and as you know, the face amount goes up every month.
00:32:40.700 It's like a ticking time bomb.
00:32:41.940 That's why people can't sleep.
00:32:43.340 What am I going to do?
00:32:44.200 Every decision going forward is going to be a dogfight over the cost of it, the spending of it.
00:32:51.860 Their greatest, remember how the firestorm on Ukraine and Ukraine number one priority,
00:32:57.560 Ukraine number one priority.
00:32:58.860 These guys wanted to get the CR so badly, they just chucked Ukraine off to the side.
00:33:02.680 They understand that's unsellable right now because of this audience.
00:33:06.420 Anyway, much more of this later, but you've got to gird your loins here.
00:33:09.900 You're going to be at the ramparts, and the next 75 days, we're going to have to have a teaching moment for the speaker
00:33:17.120 and for the other folks who just avoided a major node of leverage to inform them of what 17 January stands for
00:33:28.400 because we could be on the ticking – it could be the glide path indicator for the end of the Johnson speakership.
00:33:39.900 I hate to be that blunt, but the country's in a crisis.
00:33:43.300 Next man up.
00:33:45.300 Next man up.
00:33:47.580 Mike Lindell, I've got a lot more to get to.
00:33:49.440 I'm going to get to him in a second.
00:33:50.100 Mike Lindell, though, the war room has come to the – I don't want to say the rescue.
00:33:54.900 We've come in and really had the back of the folks in the factory floor and working the phones to become, I guess,
00:34:01.480 your number one distributor right now, which we're very proud of.
00:34:03.940 Walk us through how not just assists, but you guys are coming out and giving us all kind of great first looks
00:34:09.520 at all these tremendous savings.
00:34:12.020 Walk us through that.
00:34:13.180 Right.
00:34:13.400 And I don't mind you saying coming to the rescue.
00:34:15.520 The war room posse did come to the rescue.
00:34:17.460 We've been under a major attack for about two months now.
00:34:20.780 And we had a – I had a big left-wing media outlet that shadowed me at our factory for three days, 0.83
00:34:27.860 and they were very disappointed that we were so busy and full on the factory floor.
00:34:32.880 It's like they were disappointed that they'd heard all this dirt about my pillow.
00:34:36.780 But the war room posse became the number one outlet for my pillow in the country.
00:34:41.420 And we're giving back to all them with the specials that are exclusive to war room.
00:34:47.120 And we're going to extend this through – all the way through past Thanksgiving now.
00:34:51.700 One of the things that you've all responded to is our Giza Dream bed sheets,
00:34:55.920 which are the best sheets in history.
00:34:57.900 And they're on sale on all over TV for $89.98 for the queen.
00:35:02.600 You guys get them.
00:35:03.560 We're extended for $59.98.

00:35:08.580 Now, these are $100-and-some-dollar sheets that are on sale for $99.98,
00:35:12.940 but you get an extra $30 off for the war room posse.
00:35:16.480 The best gifts ever, best Christmas gifts ever.
00:35:20.020 And, Steve, what we're going to do with all these specials –
00:35:22.700 by the way, everybody, call that 800-873-1062, promo code war room.
00:35:28.000 What I'm doing now, and we have all – you can go to the war room square on the website.

00:35:41.200 If they're – for any reason, of our 140-some products you can buy on sale,
00:35:47.540 you can get this – the warranty – or the guarantee goes all the way out to March.
00:35:51.560 So you can get them as Christmas gifts.
00:35:53.600 But you have the slippers still on sale, $49.98.
00:35:57.740 You've got the – you've got the MyPillow 2.0, 50% off.
00:36:04.000 You've got – you've seen it there, the war room special with this pillow right here,
00:36:07.920 the queen size for $19.98.
00:36:10.240 We're bringing that back exclusively for the war room.
00:36:13.040 This is what we're going to do for the Black Friday special in the country,
00:36:16.760 where you get it here first for $19.98.
00:36:19.660 So, Steve, we're very, very, very – my employees –
00:36:23.420 the home reps say to say hello to – I did a big call with all them.
00:36:27.460 They're well aware that the war room posse is the number one supporter of MyPillow in the country.
00:36:37.960 And the number is 800-873-1062.
00:36:40.900 I want to make sure everybody knows that to keep the phone operators fully employed.
00:36:47.140 One more time, Mike.
00:36:48.060 I just want to make sure everybody gets these specials because you're giving them to us at first.
00:36:51.660 Just walk me through, once again, where do they go?
00:36:54.740 What are the specials they should get on now that are not going to last?
00:36:57.280 Go to mypillow.com, everybody.
00:37:00.040 If we can put the website back up there.
00:37:01.860 You go to mypillow.com, scroll down until you see a picture.
00:37:05.700 You'll see a picture of Steve there, and you open that up,
00:37:09.520 and there you have the war room posse specials.
00:37:12.340 These are the MyPillow 2.0.

00:38:17.600 You need those great sleep cycles.

00:38:24.480 And so you're well-rested in this battle we have for our country.
00:38:27.660 And so, everybody, I just want to thank you all again.
00:38:31.780 We're going to keep helping you all out, and you keep helping us, and it's a win-win.
00:38:36.980 And my operators, those home operators that work from home, they love your support, too.
00:38:44.100 Yeah, we're going to continue to have their back.
00:38:46.180 I'm not going to let the IRS put decent folks out of business.
00:38:48.840 Mike, thank you so much.
00:38:49.820 Look forward to having you back on this afternoon.
00:38:51.900 All right.
00:38:52.300 Thank you all.
00:38:52.860 Thanks, Steve.
00:38:53.200 Charlie Kirk's up next at noon on Real America's Voice.
00:38:58.800 Also, Jack Posobiec at 2 o'clock, Human Events.
00:39:02.420 I know Jack will be covering this in quite a lot of detail.
00:39:04.720 We're going to be back 5 to 7.
00:39:06.520 Two things we're going to be covering today live, and we're going to go – we've already gone to Mike Davis.
00:39:12.240 We're going to be following this 14th Amendment. 0.87
00:39:16.480 Remember, the 14th Amendment was started by Republican billionaires.
00:39:20.540 Don't think for a second that this is just all source-driven and the guys in the progressive left.
00:39:28.880 The Republican establishment hates Trump probably more than even the left, and they are doing everything to make sure that he is removed.
00:39:40.480 And they figure out if it's not DeSantis and Yunkin didn't hack it because he lost, you know, Nikki Haley's new flavor of the week, it'll be somebody next.
00:39:50.320 It'll be Kemp.
00:39:51.020 They'll go to any lengths possible to make sure it's not Donald Trump.
00:39:55.980 And the reason is quite simple.
00:39:57.300 You.
00:39:58.920 They realize with Trump, Trump not only puts you in the room and not in the room, not in the deal.
00:40:05.560 Not only does he put you in the room, he puts you at the head of the table and empowers you.
00:40:08.540 That's why they hate the MAGA movement.
00:40:11.940 They want your votes and they want you to go ring doorbells and send the money like you did for years and years and years.
00:40:17.980 This is how we got to the financial mess because the Republicans rolled over on this all the time.
00:40:23.760 They want that, right?
00:40:25.700 They want that.
00:40:27.000 But they don't want your voice.
00:40:28.480 They don't want your ideas.
00:40:29.580 They don't want your opinions.
00:40:30.620 That they don't want.
00:40:31.660 So we're going to be covering Denver because it's going to be quite important.
00:40:36.720 They're looking.
00:40:37.240 They're looking for this to get traction somewhere.
00:40:39.740 They think they got this radical left judge at the same time.
00:40:42.900 Trump's in court in Manhattan.
00:40:44.200 They're trying to strip him there.
00:40:45.080 They got all kind of things are leaking out of Georgia.
00:40:47.280 And you've got that clearly coming out of out of Jack Smith's.
00:40:53.180 So Trump, they're trying to surround Trump legally.
00:40:55.720 This 14th Amendment is taking him off the ballot.
00:40:57.960 We're also going to go next segment.
00:40:59.540 We're going to go as a kind of a pregame to this, quite frankly, humiliating meeting with our mortal enemy, the gangsters and the Chinese Communist Party in the Bay Area with Biden, who's taking money from the CCP.
00:41:17.580 And this is a reflection on the on the lack of urgency and focus and professionalism of Comer and Jordan and these committees.
00:41:26.060 And you've got to call it out.
00:41:27.020 He wouldn't be able to have this meeting if the committees had done their jobs and stop going on Fox.

00:46:39.760 And Nicole and the other new federal state folks are there with a bunch of cameras. 1.00
00:46:44.380 And, of course, they're sitting there saying, take down the CCP.
00:46:47.300 Remember, they've been able to escape from the dictatorial rule of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:46:52.560 This is why we're so proud to have, like, the folks at Jace Medical.
00:46:57.940 Remember, Rosemary Gibson, when we first started doing Pandemic back in 2019, 2020, talked about the supply chains, talked about how the CCP controls active pharmaceutical ingredients, API, 100% of it.
00:47:10.560 Well, they took Rosemary's book and made a company out of it, jacemedical.com.
00:47:15.240 Don't let the CCP make you collateral damage in the unrestricted warfare against the United States.
00:47:21.660 Don't let them make sure they've got your medicines and you can't get them.

00:47:32.640 Nicole, is Nicole with us?
00:47:33.880 Nicole, new federal state.
00:47:35.900 What kind of reception are you going to have for the dictator she today? 1.00
00:47:40.560 Good morning, Mr. Bannon, and hello, Warren Posey.
00:47:44.880 Thank you so much for having us.
00:47:46.180 Today we have about 400 or 500 NFSE members traveling from around the world coming here to protest Xi Jinping.
00:47:54.660 And we have very strong demands for President Joe Biden.
00:47:58.340 We asked Joe Biden to press Xi Jinping to allow the Chinese people to be afraid from the CCP.
00:48:04.540 And so today our members are coming from all over the United States of America.
00:48:08.560 And so we also protest the American business elite who are paying $40,000 just to sit down with Xi Jinping.
00:48:16.900 And also today, Mr. Bannon, we're also seeing hundreds or probably thousands of the CCP paid spy operatives working in San Francisco.
00:48:26.940 They're being paid by the CCP consulates and embassies.
00:48:30.980 And they're here to be counter-protesting us.
00:48:35.300 And so I think that San Francisco is definitely very clean.
00:48:38.820 We haven't seen any homeless people's tents.
00:48:41.800 And the street is definitely very clean.
00:48:43.640 And this is part of Xi Jinping's demand for Gavin Newsom.
00:48:47.480 And apparently the city and Sacramento government are fully compliant with Xi Jinping's demands.
00:48:55.120 Nicole, two things.
00:48:56.400 Number one, we know from the former ambassador at the South China Morning Post this morning, he wrote a piece and was interviewed saying that if Biden kowtows and reconfirms the one-China policy and throws Taiwan under the bus, everything else can be worked out.
00:49:11.740 The other thing we know is that the business community, the Wall Street Journal of Financial Times, wants to recouple, wants decoupling stop that we fought for and wants to recouple to basically help bail out Xi on the real estate Ponzi scheme.
00:49:25.160 Your thoughts and the thoughts of the patriots in the new federal state of China.
00:49:30.280 Well, Mr. Bannon and Warren Posey, we definitely think that re-engagement with the CCP will mean further disaster and human rights atrocity for the Chinese people. 0.99
00:49:40.660 And the destruction of the American value.
00:49:43.820 But you know what?
00:49:44.600 According to American Chamber of Commerce's latest survey, among hundreds of American corporations doing business in China, 52 percent of the U.S. companies doing business in China are pessimistic about the CCP's environment.
00:49:59.460 Because a lot of the U.S. business offices have been raided by the CCP police.
00:50:04.580 And some U.S. business executives have been banned from leaving China.
00:50:08.860 And 40 percent of the U.S. businesses are indicating that they're going to redirect their investment from China to other parts of the southeast country.
00:50:18.180 So I don't think the headquarters business elites who will be dining with Xi Jinping are even representing their own business colleagues or business, you know, doing business in China.
00:50:30.820 Nicole, before we let you go, Lao Baixin, our compatriots still trapped in mainland China.
00:50:39.740 What message would they have for the American people in thinking about today this meeting with Joe Biden and the dictator Xi?
00:50:46.940 So, interestingly, I spoke with a number of the Chinese Lao Baixin who actually traveled all the way from Beijing or Shanghai or Wuhan to the city of San Francisco just to protest Xi Jinping.
00:51:02.440 There are people who have either their loved ones being murdered by Xi Jinping or have their home ransacked and seized by Xi Jinping.
00:51:10.720 And their message is very clear. I want my loved ones. I love my individual rights. And I love my homes to be restored.
00:51:18.620 So the Chinese Lao Baixin are 100 percent against Xi Jinping. And that's why they're very angry and upset about the American elites who are kowtowing to Xi Jinping.
00:51:31.000 And they're upset that the California governor Gavin Newsom and business elites who are giving Xi Jinping such a big welcome treatment.
00:51:40.720 How do we follow you? You're going to lead off the show at five o'clock today. There's going to be a huge press conference, so much going on.
00:51:48.780 How can people follow you in New Federal State between now and the time we come back on at five o'clock Eastern time?
00:51:55.600 People can follow us on NFSC Speaks on X, formerly known as Twitter, and NFSC Speak on Getter.
00:52:02.580 And visit us at NFSCofficial.com. And we'll be here today and tomorrow.
00:52:07.820 And so we have two protester sites. One is right here at the APEC in downtown San Francisco, right outside of St. Regis Hotel, where Xi Jinping and the CCP delegates are residing.
00:52:19.180 And the other group of people are heading toward the Filali Estate, where Joe Biden and Xi is going to have a four-hour meeting.
00:52:26.600 And before you let me go, I want my cameraman to give you an overview about our protesters.
00:52:33.320 These are the Chinese-American patriots who come all over this country to be here.
00:52:38.880 They stand with the war room posy, and they want to stand with American first value.
00:52:44.780 And these are the people who are risking their life to fight for the free China and also for the American first American dream.
00:52:51.600 Nicole, thank you very much. It couldn't be a better way to leave with Miles Guo's voice.
00:52:57.460 If Miles Guo was free and not in prison, this meeting would not take place.
00:53:01.040 That's the reason he's in prison. Free Miles Guo. 1.00
00:53:07.220 Thank you very much. And Yvette, too.
00:53:09.680 Okay, thank you very much. We'll see you back here at 5.
00:53:11.680 Charlie Kirk next, back here at 5.
