Bannon's War Room - Episode 3186： Meltdown Over The 14th

00:00:00.000 What the the economist writes, knowing that America would abandon Europe, Mr. Putin would

00:00:05.240 have an incentive to fight on in Ukraine and to pick off former Soviet countries such as Moldova 0.64

00:00:09.840 or the Baltic states. Without American pressure, Israel is unlikely to generate an internal

00:00:14.320 consensus for peace talks with the Palestinians, calculating that Mr. Trump does not stand by his

00:00:19.180 allies. Japan and South Korea could acquire nuclear weapons by asserting that America has

00:00:23.880 no global responsibility to help deal with climate change. Mr. Trump would crush efforts to slow it.

00:00:29.160 And he is surrounded by China hawks who believe confrontation is the only way to preserve

00:00:33.260 American dominance. Caught between a deal making president and his warmongering officials,

00:00:38.140 China could easily miscalculate over Taiwan with catastrophic consequences. Talk to me

00:00:43.000 about how much less safe America is with that vision of the new global order.

00:00:48.020 America is much less safe right now. I think that this has always been shaped in the context

00:00:52.860 of a political story. What's going to happen if he wins? This is a national security story right now.

00:00:57.940 He is a threat right now. He is threatening people in America. He is validating our enemies. And he

00:01:03.640 is the leader of what I've called the American insurgency. It's a social movement that seeks

00:01:07.320 to reverse the election, overthrow the government and install him as the leader. That is happening right

00:01:12.560 now. Every day he's out in the streets. He's posting social media. He is disrupting our civilization.

00:01:18.700 He is an immediate national security threat that the national security apparatus is thinking about.

00:01:22.800 I think we look at this. What happens if he wins? What happens if he's out and doing this for the

00:01:26.800 next 11 months? I think that is the more immediate threat. We've got to move that bar closer back

00:01:31.660 because he's got, at the end of the day, millions of people who are angry with guns who will do what

00:01:36.100 he says. And I think we have to approach it in that kind of framework first and most of all.

00:01:40.620 And I think also if you if he does win and you think about what that means for sort of the

00:01:45.240 geopolitical order, Amy referenced the greatest generation, right? And in the greatest generation,

00:01:49.960 America was part of the allied powers that were for liberal democracy and freedom against the 0.64

00:01:55.280 axis powers that were for authoritarianism and dictatorship. There is a rising axis of

00:02:01.600 authoritarians out there in the world right now. It includes Russia. It includes China. It includes

00:02:06.380 countries like Turkey and Hungary who are trading ideas and working together. Whether there is a cold

00:02:13.000 war or God forbid, a hot war, the notion that America in the 21st century would be on the side of the

00:02:21.020 axis powers is a terrifying thought. We don't make America great again by putting us on the axis side

00:02:28.240 and not the allied side. Let me ask you, though, as someone who focuses a lot on elections, if every U.S.

00:02:34.180 election moving forward becomes this plea to voters, democracy is on the line. One, what does that do to the

00:02:40.580 nature of our elections and two, can you ever advance as a country as and as a society if democracy

00:02:47.560 itself always remains in peril? You can't. You can't have a sustainable democracy where one of the

00:02:53.780 two parties has been captured by an extremist authoritarian movement and is consistently

00:02:58.600 representing the potential end of free democracy. But I don't think that's where we necessarily need to

00:03:04.840 be. We have a significant anti-MAGA, anti-authoritarian majority in this country.

00:03:10.740 The challenge we have is some of our electoral system design choices actually make it so that a

00:03:16.160 plurality, not a majority, could end up the electoral college. And if you go back and look at the early

00:03:23.140 20th century, after the Great Depression, a loss of faith in institutions, you see a fracturing of

00:03:28.040 parties around the world in the United States, in Europe, a lot like we're seeing today where we're

00:03:32.260 seeing a fracturing of parties, third-party candidates rising. And the danger is when it

00:03:37.040 fractures like that, a plurality faction can sneak through and people who do not represent a majority

00:03:43.020 of views can take power. It's why some of these third-party candidates represent one of the greatest

00:03:47.680 threats right now, because they could create a situation in which a very unpopular authoritarian

00:03:52.880 leader could sneak through and take power again. And breaking in just the last hour, Speaker Mike

00:03:58.000 Johnson announcing that security footage of the January 6th attack will be made available to the

00:04:02.980 public. That includes footage that was given to then Fox News host Tucker Carlson by Speaker Kevin

00:04:08.340 McCarthy earlier this year. You poured through this footage. You took steps to make sure that the

00:04:13.160 footage didn't disclose sensitive security information. Your reaction to Speaker Johnson's move today?

00:04:18.720 Yeah, it's dangerous. You know, the Capitol Police gave it to us, Alicia, with really strict conditions

00:04:25.240 that we needed to clear with them before we publicly showed any of that footage. That's relevant because

00:04:31.540 it demonstrates some events in and around the Capitol. There are security cameras posted all over

00:04:37.280 the complex, but the specific location of those cameras is closely held, law enforcement-sensitive

00:04:43.280 information. And if they're all disclosed, then a map can essentially be recreated as to where

00:04:48.640 they are. That will make it easier for future rioters who are intent on disrupting another joint

00:04:56.680 session of Congress or official proceeding to circumvent those cameras. So it's really risky to just throw

00:05:01.820 the doors open and make them together without any protection. There's also the fact that just this week

00:05:06.040 you had a Republican congressman peddling conspiracy theories about what actually happened on January 6th,

00:05:11.780 trying to argue that the FBI was involved in January 6th. You take this footage and you put it in the

00:05:18.020 hands of bad actors. Who knows where it goes? Well, and I think it's a bit weird that Mike Johnson is doing

00:05:23.580 this. He's recently become the Speaker of the House, right? He was a sort of consensus candidate when they

00:05:29.320 kind of panicked after three weeks of Republicans not having a speaker. And also, he recently endorsed Donald

00:05:35.700 Trump. So you have to wonder, is he doing this as like a campaign stunt or is he doing this in his job as

00:05:43.400 Speaker of the House? Break it down a little bit more for our viewers so they have a better

00:05:46.940 understanding because I, too, am saying this is a head-scratcher.

00:05:51.660 It really is, Katie. And you were talking before about Congress and the budgetary crisis with

00:05:56.920 Congress kicking the can down the road. This is an example of a judge kicking the can up the road.

00:06:03.220 She's made this baseline finding that Trump participated in insurrection. But to be removed from the ballot

00:06:09.920 under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, you have to have taken an oath as an officer of the United

00:06:16.220 States. And she curiously found that the president is not an officer of the United States. There's some

00:06:22.440 technical legal jargoning going on here. Now this will go to the Colorado Supreme Court for a decision

00:06:29.240 as to whether they'll reverse and find that Trump. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:06:39.120 Pray for our enemies. Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:06:44.320 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.

00:06:50.500 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:06:53.700 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share

00:06:57.880 the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:06.080 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,

00:07:13.040 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:07:19.460 It's Saturday, 18 November, the year of our Lord, 2023. We're kicking off. This is the week of

00:07:30.640 Thanksgiving, our favorite show of the week, the Saturday morning show. A lot to get to in the,

00:07:35.960 what are we, the nerve center of the American insurgency? That's all that discussion at the front,

00:07:40.420 which is, it shows you the danger of this economist cover story for their year and looking forward to

00:07:48.580 2024, where it calls MAGA and Donald Trump the most dangerous forces in the entire world. I want you

00:07:56.140 to think about that for a second. We're going to go through that the entire show today. We got a lot

00:08:00.500 to get to. From Rome, we're going to be in Romania with the COVID conference. Ben Harnwell is going to

00:08:05.620 join us at Rome. We're going to go out to Tyler, Texas with Bishop Joseph Strickland. But I want to

00:08:10.720 start with Julie Kelly. In this J6 footage, Mike Davis is going to join us from Denver, so we're going

00:08:17.420 to cover everything today, including the southern border. So let's get to work. Julie Kelly, they're not

00:08:24.480 happy that the footage has finally been released. Folks, I want you to understand that after 11 months

00:08:31.060 and power, we finally, Mike Johnson finally gives us the footage. Julie, walk us through all of it,

00:08:36.160 ma'am. So let's take a little victory lap here. As I said on Twitter last night, we have to take the

00:08:42.060 small victories when we get them. And this certainly is a victory. You have been pressuring House

00:08:48.440 Republicans to do this. I certainly have my first article about releasing the tapes I wrote in May of

00:08:53.380 2021 when we found out that at least 14,000 hours of security footage had been put under protective

00:09:00.480 orders as court proceedings occurred for January 6th defendants. So this is a big win because to

00:09:08.120 your point, all the right people are melting down, not just the people that you see on MSNBC, but you

00:09:13.500 see Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger lashing out, Jamie Raskin lashing out. But look, this is just the start.

00:09:20.200 The American people have not seen this footage. We have seen some of it. I have access to some of

00:09:26.340 this footage. I've seen it. I've posted some of it, but the majority of the public has not seen this.

00:09:32.820 And that is why these people are freaking out. And this is just the beginning of the breaking of the

00:09:38.340 dam here, Steve. There's going to be more footage released that not just show police helping people

00:09:44.000 in, but the level of police brutality that day that prompted a lot of the clashes between protesters

00:09:51.340 and, uh, and police, there's going to be a lot more seen. And as I said, this is the beginning of

00:09:58.520 the breaking of the dam to the point that you have made. And I've made also, we need a January 6th select

00:10:05.360 committee run by Republicans, put these people like Tim Heafy, who was just interviewed. Why did

00:10:13.120 Tim Heafy cover up Heapy or whatever his name is? Why did the January 6th committee cover up parts of

00:10:19.820 their investigation related to the involvement of federal agencies and the FBI? Why didn't the

00:10:25.920 January 6th committee interview FBI director, Christopher Wray? How can you have an investigation

00:10:31.340 and not interview the head of the top law enforcement agency in the country? So there's a lot more

00:10:39.320 truth to be revealed about January 6th. And Steve, you could see the response on our side

00:10:45.300 on social media. This is a huge issue to the base and Republicans are getting to see that first and

00:10:53.000 foremost. This is a huge issue, not just the truth and the coverup, but of course the 1200 Americans and

00:11:00.600 counting who have been ensnared in this abusive retaliatory department of justice investigation.

00:11:06.300 I was just in Washington this week. I sat in jury selection for another January 6th defendant,

00:11:13.020 478 days between his arrest and his trial and watching this DC jury pool come through the comments

00:11:21.940 that they make about January 6th and their, and the protesters speaks to not just the unfair trials

00:11:28.300 that are going on. But how in the hell is Donald Trump going to get a fair jury seated for his March

00:11:34.980 4th trial in the nation's Capitol? There's so much happening with this, which is why House Republicans

00:11:40.500 now need to take the next step and create their own committee because the videos are just only one part

00:11:46.020 of this. I want to repeat this. It's imperative for Johnson to, when he gets back, I think on Tuesdays,

00:11:55.780 the first day back a week, he must reinstate the joint committee on, on, on J six, let them have a

00:12:02.780 ranking member, let them have minority council. Let's set it up the right way. Not, not the way 0.99

00:12:06.880 that was set up. It's one of the reasons, one of the, one of the key arguments I've made in my case,

00:12:12.380 which I don't talk much about, but this is, you can't do it the way Nancy Pelosi did it. You have

00:12:17.460 to do it by the rules, but Johnson must set this up. We must have the house go through and do a formal

00:12:24.620 event. This must be adjudicated with Democrats throwing in two things. We must adjudicate now

00:12:29.440 must be done is number one. We have to get to the bottom of J six and this footage is part of it.

00:12:34.800 We have to get to the bottom of it. Wherever it leads has to get to the bottom of it. All of it,

00:12:38.980 all of it. And you also have to investigate Nancy Pelosi's committee. Doesn't this committee,

00:12:44.860 this committee, I think, I think there's, I think there's brazen criminality and what they did.

00:12:50.000 And I think that will be proven criminality. Are you, do you agree with me? Julie, you follow this

00:12:53.880 closer than any person in the country. Do you agree with me? Absolutely. They have already buried

00:12:59.980 evidence. We are still waiting for the production of records from the secret service that have now

00:13:05.620 been buried at the department of justice, department of Homeland security and the Biden white

00:13:11.300 house. So there are still records that, uh, Barry Loudermilk, who is the head of the house

00:13:16.060 administrative committee who has been looking into this. He has sent letters to the Biden white

00:13:20.240 house and DHS and other authorities seeking these missing records. Get this, Steve, all of the video

00:13:26.780 interviews, you know, they, they offered the J six committee would offer clips of that during their

00:13:32.220 televised performances. None of those video, um, none of that footage has been archived or given over

00:13:40.360 to house Republicans. Why not? Because we know we're going to be able to compare what was really

00:13:46.140 said, or at least the context of some of these clips. Also, I want all of those, those four celebrity

00:13:53.180 January six committee, uh, January six cops, Mike Fanone, Dan Hodges, Ecclina Gunnell, and Harry Dunn.

00:13:59.960 They not only lied under oath to Congress in that hearing, they have lied under oath in court testimony

00:14:06.600 and victim impact statements that have prompted longer prison sentences because they've all lied

00:14:12.880 about what they endured on January six, what they saw allegations of racism. Michael Fanone was almost

00:14:19.980 killed. We also have footage that totally contradicts that those four need to be put back on the stand

00:14:26.960 under oath and explain their lies. Amen. Offense, offense, offense. Julie, where did we go to get you 0.97

00:14:34.560 social media, your site, your sub stack, all of it? Sub stack declassified with Julie Kelly,

00:14:39.760 Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly too, and true social, Julie underscore Kelly.

00:16:46.080 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:16:50.880 Okay, we got Mike Davis, Jeff Clark, and Cash Patel. We're going to get to the bottom,

00:16:55.040 and I wanted to tee it up first with the J6 footage because it's inextricably linked.

00:17:01.360 Look, why is the economists doing this? Why are they in melting? Why now are you part of an

00:17:06.620 American insurgency? MAGA is the worst thing in the world. This is all Biden runs against. You guys

00:17:12.020 are criminal in nature. You're the backbone of the nation, but you're the worst people ever born and 1.00

00:17:17.480 are set to destroy the United States of America. Why is that? Because we're getting stronger every day. 0.93

00:17:23.420 They know that. The MAGA tide is ascendant. They understand that. They understand we're much

00:17:29.700 more sophisticated and tougher than in 2016. That's why you have all these people working

00:17:34.260 on all these different efforts about deconstructing the administrative state when President Trump takes

00:17:40.020 office again. No more games, as President Trump would say. You can't go forward until you get to

00:17:47.900 the bottom of the 2020 steel, and you can't go forward until you get to the bottom of J6. Just

00:17:52.440 can't do it. These things will fester for decades. Always be questioned. We have to have the truth come

00:17:59.300 out. Whatever the truth leads us, wherever the facts lead, the facts have to come out on both those

00:18:05.460 events. They must come out. They must come out now. Speaker Johnson needs to re-initiate the J6 1.00

00:18:13.880 Committee and not a bogus like Benny Thompson and Pelosi. You have to have a ranking member,

00:18:19.540 a Democrat, and they have to have minority counsel. That's the American common law system. It has to.

00:18:25.920 They have to be able to see evidence. They have to be the cross-examined witnesses. If we had done

00:18:30.780 this the original way, it wouldn't be in this situation today. That must happen. And Speaker

00:18:36.260 Johnson can make it happen. And look, this is not a shiny toy. We don't jump on shiny toys here. The J6

00:18:42.220 footage is incredible. Some of the stuff has come out. If we can play that one thing that

00:18:47.600 Benny Johnson, and I think Dom Lucra, I think Dom Lucra put it up first, got over a million

00:18:52.860 hits. If we can play that. You see right here, this is a federal asset. Look at this

00:18:58.020 guy. He's all dressed up. He's got a helmet on, never takes the helmet off. He's handcuffed.

00:19:04.180 They take him off to the side. They undo the handcuffs. And then he fist bumps one of the

00:19:08.760 officers, one of the Capitol Hill officers, or one of the DHS guys. You're telling me

00:19:13.180 that's a J6? You're telling me that's a, first off, if that's a J6 guy, why are they doing 1.00

00:19:18.060 it? Doesn't feel like an insurrection. That's the type of question you have to get to. You

00:19:22.420 have to get to who is that guy? He has to come forward, testify. You got to get, you got

00:19:26.880 to get ready. You got to get all of them. This stinks to high heaven. People know that. And

00:19:31.960 now that we're in power, and it is obscene, and this is one of the McCarthy situations in

00:19:36.320 the establishment, because they don't want, the Republican establishment hates you as

00:19:43.780 much or even more than the radical left. I know that may be hard to believe, but it's

00:19:49.060 true. That's why they suppress this. It's November going into December of the first year

00:19:54.060 that we've taken the House, and we haven't done this yet, but it must happen immediately.

00:19:57.280 And we must, and people should start working seven days a week, 20-hour days. This is one

00:20:01.700 of the urgent tasks before us. It must happen. I want to make sure everybody, you got to

00:20:06.500 get jacked up for this. Warpath Coffee. Go to

00:20:09.160 warpath.coffee slash war room. Promo code war room. The dark roast, best in the world.

00:20:14.560 The mid roast, the middle roast, the mild roast, I guess we call them. Pretty, not too

00:20:18.860 shabby. I think you'll love them. And all the holiday blends. But the dark roast, if

00:20:23.160 you're a dark roast drinker, best ever made, best ever roasted in the United States of

00:20:27.280 America, Tej Gill and his team. Also, we're honored to have Birch Gold once again sponsor

00:20:31.760 our Saturday show, birchgold.com slash Bannon. Make sure you go there today and just ask the

00:20:37.520 simple question, why are the central banks of the nations in the world that control all

00:20:41.800 the natural resources, buying gold at record rates in the Federal Reserve with the other

00:20:47.660 central banks, the European Central Bank, Bank of England, Bank of Tokyo, why are they all

00:20:52.960 buying their own kind of phony bonds and putting more fiat currency? Thirty trillion dollars.

00:21:00.160 Ask Philip Patrick, ask that question. Just wait for the answer. Okay, Mike Davis. Denver is a lot

00:21:06.740 more complicated than people. She blanked. It's a huge win for the president. But this is set up

00:21:12.540 here. I want you to walk through it. I've got Clark here and I've got cash because we got to get to

00:21:17.620 the bottom of all this and they're going to use this as political warfare. There's no doubt. Walk us

00:21:21.360 through, walk us through where we are in Colorado, sir.

00:21:28.980 Who is legally biased. She donated last year, last, last October to an anti-Trump January 6th PAC

00:21:40.140 with its mission to chase Republicans out of office. The government, the Democrat governor named

00:21:45.200 Sarah Wallace as a judge in August, effective January 2023. Between when the governor named her

00:21:53.260 and when she took the bet, she made this donation to this anti-Trump January 6th PAC. So at the

00:21:59.220 beginning of the trial, Trump filed a motion to recuse and she said, oh, I don't remember making this

00:22:04.980 donation. Regardless, I can still be fair. Well, that's not the legal standard and it's not believable

00:22:09.900 that she doesn't remember making this donation. You would think that it was just a year ago. You

00:22:14.480 would remember the donations you made, particularly after you're a judge designee by the governor and

00:22:20.240 you're waiting to take the bench. So it's just not credible that she doesn't remember making this

00:22:24.740 anti-Trump January 6th donation in October of 2022, right before the midterm elections. And it

00:22:31.200 doesn't matter. Under the legal standard, she is objectively biased. It doesn't matter whether she 1.00

00:22:36.780 thinks subjectively she could be fair, objectively she's biased. And she delivered for the Democrats

00:22:42.680 despite the headlines, right? And here's how she delivered. She had this trial and during this trial 1.00

00:22:47.800 she let in this January 6th report, which is clearly inadmissible hearsay evidence. And her rationale

00:22:55.420 for doing this is, oh, well, this was a bipartisan commission. And I know that there was some trouble

00:23:01.200 with the Republicans and they boycotted this thing, but you, you know, and Speaker Pelosi

00:23:05.540 appointed Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger to this commission, but they're good Republicans. So it,

00:23:11.180 you know, it's, it's, it's reliable evidence, which is just complete nonsense to every war room

00:23:15.540 listener. They laugh if you think that Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are reliable Republicans,

00:23:20.700 right? We know they're not right there. They're Trump deranged and Trump fried their brain and

00:23:25.160 they're Democrats now effectively. But so the Sarah Wallace let this evidence in at this trial, 0.87

00:23:32.440 and then she used this evidence at trial to say that there was an insurrection,

00:23:37.960 right? Which is just nonsense as, as, as you saw from these videos that Speaker Mike Johnson

00:23:42.980 released, how the hell was that an insurrection? How many insurrectionists go into a nation's capital

00:23:49.640 unarmed, follow police direction, walk through velvet ropes, get to the Senate floor of the nation's

00:23:56.180 capital, take selfies, don't burn down the damn place, don't break every statue and they walk out, 0.78

00:24:02.020 right? January 6th was a lawful protest permitted by the national park service that got out of 0.91

00:24:08.400 control and turned into a riot. You know, we may find that it got out of control because federal

00:24:13.880 agents provoke people like you were talking about, Steve. And this, this video is so important because

00:24:18.760 it may prove that, but regardless, this is not an insurrection under any definition of insurrection.

00:24:24.140 It's just laughable to say that January 6th was an insurrection. It was a riot, right? And so,

00:24:30.040 but this, Sarah Wallace used this one-sided January 6th report. They brought in these performance

00:24:36.020 artists, Capitol police officers and others, and this goofball expert from Las Vegas who says when

00:24:43.620 Democrats say fight, they mean it in the political sense. But when Republicans like Trump say fight,

00:24:49.460 they mean go, go commit violence. It was just a head scratcher watching this thing. It was laughable,

00:24:54.180 right? And I sat through this trial. And so then Judge Wallace said, okay, there's an insurrection

00:24:59.100 and we're going to just ignore Supreme Court precedent for 50 years or 60 years, the Brandenburg

00:25:06.200 versus Ohio case, where it talks about the requirement for the incitement of violence.

00:25:11.600 We're just going to ignore that. And we're going to say that there's a different legal standard under

00:25:15.300 the 14th amendment that she just made up. And so Trump caused this insurrection, whether it's,

00:25:21.700 whether it's incited or whatever, he caused this insurrection somehow.

00:25:27.520 Okay. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, slow down one second.

00:25:31.540 In this trial, and correct me if I'm wrong, she had experts come on, on when they make in the 1.00

00:25:38.420 the prosecution's case or one prosecutor, but the, the against Trump case. And they had people

00:25:44.320 come in and talk about insurrection. The only evidence thereof she ever submitted was the complete,

00:25:51.280 uh, was the, I shouldn't say complete cause it's not a complete, the existing report of the JSEC

00:25:56.900 committee. She, they put in as evidence, correct? I just want to make sure that's the evidence they

00:26:02.820 brought forward for Trump as insurrectionists.

00:26:05.100 They brought in that report. They also brought in, uh, they also brought in police officers with

00:26:11.240 firsthand witness. So it's not just the report, but it was heavily based upon that hearsay report,

00:26:17.700 right? That biased hearsay report. And we see from the tapes that speaker Mike Johnson just released

00:26:24.060 that that report was bogus. It was biased because it only showed selective clips of January 6th,

00:26:31.880 the worst clips, and it didn't show all the clips and it didn't show any clips in context, right?

00:26:37.000 Because it's very clear that January 6th was a lawful protest that got out of control and turned

00:26:42.460 into a right. And we've said, as we've said all along, there are three categories of people who

00:26:46.880 were there that day. There were people who were there, uh, who showed up and they were peaceful and

00:26:51.620 they didn't trespass and they didn't commit any violence. They had an absolute right to be there,

00:26:56.160 right? The people who trespassed, if you could even say that many of them trespassed when the doors

00:27:00.880 are open for them, but the people who trespassed should be charged with trespass. And the people

00:27:05.000 who were violent should be charged with violence, right? And it may be different whether it's

00:27:09.020 provoked or not provoked by violence, but there are many categories of people there that day,

00:27:13.460 right? And what the Democrats have done is just lump them all together.

00:27:19.680 Yes, exactly. And we're going to take that report apart brick by brick in the following couple of

00:27:26.640 weeks because so important as it was put here as, as the basis for the claim that he's an

00:27:33.100 insurrectionist. We're going to take a short commercial break. Here's one thing I want to

00:27:36.840 put a pin in. I'm going to come back and ask you and Clark, she in this ruling has gone down a slippery

00:27:42.860 slope. Are you to tell me by putting in a congressional report that can be predicate, that can be a

00:27:49.680 predicate for action to take someone off a ballot? Can we therefore take the report on, um, that could

00:27:57.020 come out very quickly on Hunter Biden and, uh, and Joe Biden taking, uh, taking cash even before the

00:28:02.820 impeachment inquiry goes and not use that to take Joe Biden off the, uh, off ballots and stakes. Can we

00:28:09.900 not start moving forward on, on taking Biden off? If this is her standard, if the standard is a

00:28:16.720 congressional report that it was a committee that was not set up appropriately, there is no question

00:28:21.840 about it. There's no ranking member. There was no minority council. There was no ability to see the

00:28:27.140 evidence and cross-examine like Cassie Hutchinson. The judge has opened up Pandora's box. It's time for

00:28:35.800 MAGA maybe to jump in and use Pandora's box. Short break. Clark, Cash Patel, Mike Davis next in the

00:28:44.920 debt. You go to bed thinking about it. You wake up thinking about it. Now here's the truth.

00:29:53.560 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:58.200 We have a lot of stuff we have to juggle. We have Peter McIlvain. He's over in Romania. This annual

00:30:03.040 COVID conference is amazing. We're going to be streaming parts of it later today. McIlvain is

00:30:10.080 also doing interviews. We're going to try to get him here live in the second hour, but there's a ton

00:30:14.720 going on. It's just amazing information coming out of COVID that we know everybody, the whole,

00:30:19.320 the vaccine, the mandates, all of it, the origination of the, of the bioweapon, all of it. So we're going

00:30:24.360 to make sure we've got him over as our special correspondence, Hearts of Oak. We'll get to all that.

00:30:28.940 Um, also want to make sure that the rhetoric is one of the reasons I play this, uh, economist,

00:30:34.260 uh, these clips, and I'll play more on Monday. The, um, rhetoric against you against this audience

00:30:41.660 is, uh, is now reached beyond a level of danger. Just, just hear them in their own words.

00:30:48.860 You're the most dangerous element of, you know, your, your domestic extremist, um, violent

00:30:54.800 extremists. A million of you have millions of you have guns that Trump's working you folks up

00:30:59.540 every day. They hate the fact that you have power. They hate the fact that you're exerting

00:31:05.300 your power. They hate the fact that they see the rising tide of populist nationalism in this

00:31:10.560 country. They hate the fact that they're now people with years of experience. Uh, you saw the

00:31:16.440 MSNBC 22 minute hit piece on Mike Davis where they say, Hey, look, this guy is so qualified.

00:31:21.820 Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. They go through the qualifications. This is what you're seeing

00:31:25.560 about the attacks on the Jeff Clarks of the world and the Russ votes. People have had senior

00:31:29.600 jobs in administration before we'll come back in. They're in panic. Uh, and you must, uh,

00:31:35.100 we must take that into our calculations as we go forward. Uh, their fear and panic means

00:31:41.240 they're going to make more and more mistakes. And we're going to take advantage of every one

00:31:44.300 of those mistakes because our objective here is to free the American people of the administrative

00:31:50.200 state in its rogue national security and law enforcement element, the deep state. Uh, that

00:31:55.940 is our task and purpose. And in doing that, uh, make sure that we restore the peace and prosperity

00:32:01.180 of the Trump administration, the years of 2017, uh, to 2019 before the CCP hit us with a bioweapon.

00:32:08.440 And of course, uh, the forces of darkness, uh, presented the summer of love in 2020. You all remember

00:32:15.580 that, right? Uh, so the way we're going to do this is, uh, is to use the actual, uh, rules against

00:32:22.880 them. One of the reasons we must have the reinstatement of the J six committee immediately

00:32:28.500 is to use that as a platform to adjudicate what actually happened on the 2020 election,

00:32:33.940 the reality, the facts, and what happened on, uh, on January 6th. I think there's no doubt

00:32:41.060 you'll see that this is a fed surrection. I think that's why they're so panicked. Why have

00:32:44.920 they held this footage? It's the footage. It's just like the numbers in 2020. If it was on their

00:32:48.920 side, you, you would have your nose rubbed in it every day. You would have had your nose rubbed

00:32:53.580 in this footage every day. That's why they're so panicked. It's so dangerous. You can see the camera

00:32:58.000 angles. It's all more lies, spin and misrepresentation. Uh, in that mode, uh, Eric Prince, who is one of

00:33:05.500 the, you know, one of the foundational elements of our movement. Uh, Eric Prince has taken three

00:33:11.400 years of his time to, to make this phone, to build this phone called unplugged, unplugged.com

00:33:16.580 the government, foreign intelligence services. Nobody can listen to you when you have this phone,

00:33:22.840 they have worked on this thing to make sure that it is bulletproof in that regard for your security.

00:33:27.040 Also, nobody can get your data, sell your data, any, anything like that. And no unwanted impressions.

00:33:33.360 I think by the study is, uh, by the time someone's 13 or 14 years old, they've had a phone. I think

00:33:38.740 it's 72 million impressions that go to form their character. So none of that would happen. So go to

00:33:43.420 unplugged.com today and check it out. Mike Davis, where, where did the ruling yesterday leave us?

00:33:48.300 And what is, what is the path forward? So yeah, this Denver district court judge, Sarah Wallace,

00:33:54.020 just ignored the hearsay rules. She found that there was an insurrection, uh, which is laughable after

00:34:00.260 you watch these videos released by speaker Mike Johnson. And she held that Trump caused that

00:34:06.260 insurrection, which is laughable. If you look at Supreme court precedent precedent, like the

00:34:10.340 Brandenburg case. So now where we go, she, she got right to the edge. She pushed the ball as far as 0.92

00:34:15.820 she could, but I think she was starting to feel the heat and she blinked. And so there's a bit of a

00:34:20.500 tactical retreat. She's, she held, she ruled that, yeah, there was an insurrection. Trump caused it,

00:34:26.580 but under the 14th amendment, under section three of the 14th amendment, the disqualification clause,

00:34:31.820 she isn't sure whether the president is an officer under the 14th amendment. And so therefore she's

00:34:38.600 going to err on the side of caution. What this does is it allows these Democrat plaintiffs to take

00:34:43.920 this right to the Colorado Supreme court on that legal issue alone to, uh, to appeal directly to the

00:34:49.440 Supreme court under a, under the special election challenge out here. The Supreme court is stacked

00:34:54.400 by leftists because we stopped winning elections in Colorado when they legalized weed and went to all

00:34:59.900 mail ballots and all the New York and California dirt balls moved here. So the Supreme court's

00:35:04.600 probably going to reverse and hold that legally the president is, is included as an officer under

00:35:11.300 the 14th amendment. And therefore president Trump is disqualified. And then that puts the Supreme court

00:35:16.480 of the United States in a bad place from their perspective, because they're actually going to

00:35:20.580 have to put on their big boy pants, take a Trump case and do their jobs.

00:35:26.500 Mike Hanger for one second, I'm bringing Jeff Clark, Jeff, you came on the show.

00:35:29.340 We had Mike and Dershowitz on the first day of this broke with the, uh, with the Leonard

00:35:34.040 Leo's federal society getting back in. You came in, I think on the next day and you laid out exactly

00:35:38.400 why she wouldn't be able to take him off the ballot, uh, walk through that. And do you think

00:35:43.620 that'll be, uh, you think that this will hold, will hold over time because it looks like they're

00:35:48.240 going to try to worm their way around it. Walk us through why you said at the beginning,

00:35:51.580 they would lose that she would have to blink at this level.

00:35:54.140 Sure. Let me, let me just make one point, a finer point on the January 6th stuff. So the way that she 1.00

00:36:02.100 let in the January 6th report, which I think is truly ludicrous is she said, I'll admit it

00:36:07.280 conditionally subject to cross-examination of Tim Heafy, who was the top, uh, lawyer,

00:36:13.920 the investigative lawyer for the January 6th committee for, uh, Nancy Pelosi really,

00:36:18.480 and Benny Thompson and, uh, Troy Nell is the Republican representative, right? I mean,

00:36:24.100 this is ridiculous. The idea that there's someone who is not a witness, right? In, in Heafy, 0.87

00:36:29.400 he's just a lawyer and he somehow can sanitize all of the hearsay evidence, uh, because you can ask

00:36:36.300 him questions about what the witnesses said. That's like truly, uh, ridiculous. And, you know, 0.96

00:36:41.800 the idea that you could admit the January 6th report, I think, uh, you know, is something that

00:36:45.980 would be laughed out of 90% of courts in America. On your question about, uh, you know, what is the

00:36:52.120 substance of her ruling here? So that, you know, you've gone through the two bad elements of her

00:36:57.200 decision, her finding that Trump engaged in an insurrection, uh, that he incited, uh, to it with,

00:37:03.380 uh, with violence, right? And that that was not protected by the first amendment because she found

00:37:08.340 it met the Brandenburg test for, uh, imminence intention and tendency, uh, which I think that's a very

00:37:15.480 vulnerable ruling in and of itself, but it's 102 page ruling, Steve. She doesn't get to the bottom

00:37:21.420 line, which she could have reached because it's really a threshold question until page 100 to 101.

00:37:27.820 And on that page, she says, while the court agrees that there are persuasive, uh, arguments on both

00:37:34.120 sides, the court holds that the absence of the president from the list of positions to which, uh,

00:37:39.660 the amendment applies. And that's the argument I laid out in my, uh, paper on the citizens for

00:37:44.200 Renewing America site, uh, combines with the fact that section three, uh, specifies that the

00:37:50.220 disqualifying oath is one to support the constitution, whereas the presidential oath is to

00:37:55.360 preserve, protect, and defend the constitution. It appears that the court, for whatever reason,

00:38:00.500 I'm sorry, that the, uh, to the court, that for whatever reason, the drafters of section three

00:38:05.400 did not intend to include a person who had only taken the presidential oath. So I think that is a very

00:38:12.260 solid argument, but it's an argument I've already seen Judge Ludig attacking as, uh, uh, you know,

00:38:19.060 technical. And actually during the same time you're running your show, I think Ali Velshi was having,

00:38:24.260 uh, tribe and, uh, Ludig on to, you know, attack the decision. So given the nature of the Colorado

00:38:31.320 Supreme court, I would not be surprised if they reversed, but you know, then it's going to go to

00:38:36.640 the U S Supreme court as we've all been predicting for a long time. But, but let's go back to the

00:38:44.060 threshold question. His point, I was going to make it, but he brought it in so brilliantly in 102 page

00:38:50.660 opinion. It's the last page. It's essentially before you get to the, you know, it's on page 100.

00:38:57.640 She actually gets to the punchline. She knew this at the beginning was not this entire trial just to

00:39:05.700 get the J six report in as some sort of thing to designate Trump as an insurrectionist. Was that

00:39:11.460 her whole purpose the entire time? As you can tell by the 99 pages she wrote on this because you,

00:39:17.040 she knew this, there's nothing in this trial, not one piece that came up that is relevant to

00:39:23.280 actually the threshold question of does the oath you know, does the oath of the president

00:39:28.880 fall under this type of provision? Correct. Am I wrong in that? I'm not a lawyer, but it just

00:39:34.260 seemed to me that this was kind of a, she kind of, she did this on for a purpose.

00:39:39.940 It's a pure question of law. You don't need a trial to answer this question, right? You just need

00:39:44.060 to write briefs on both sides and then have the judge construe the provisions. So, you know,

00:39:48.360 what lawyers have this phrase, Latin, uh, obiter dicta, right? This is superfluous material things

00:39:54.820 you don't need to say things you don't say as a matter of judicial restraint. This entire opinion

00:40:00.360 is a dicta fest because it's a hundred pages of, you know, besmirching Trump and saying he loses this

00:40:06.960 argument. He loses that argument based on facts, but based on facts that come in from the January 6th

00:40:11.860 report, which is not, uh, evidence. It's just a report. It's an opinion of a bias set up by

00:40:18.040 Nancy Pelosi that excluded, uh, the, uh, Republicans who were selected by the Republican

00:40:23.460 conference. Um, and you know, that's just not the way you do analysis. Chief Justice Roberts has a

00:40:29.280 great quip where he said that if it's not necessary to decide, uh, more to a case, then in my view,

00:40:35.900 it is necessary not to decide more to a case. In other words, you only decide what you need to

00:40:41.520 decide and that's it. You could have just like written a five page opinion with this point up front.

00:40:46.240 And then it's, you know, then you don't need to reach anything. And you say, I don't need to reach

00:40:50.700 any of the other questions because, uh, you know, this answer is dispositive and it, you know, disposes

00:40:56.700 of this case. That's the way to judge what judicial restraint acts. So this judge was not doing that.

00:41:01.940 And we know that because she's biased, right? She's a Democrat. She, you know, Democratic, uh, 1.00

00:41:07.380 I'm sorry, donated to the Democrat organization that Mike Davis has really been dogging.

00:41:11.720 And so, you know, she's just trying to throw as much dirt as possible on Trump before she backs 0.99

00:41:17.320 away from the precipice. She did have a nice footnote. I will say Steve, where she says,

00:41:22.120 look, there are arguments on both sides, but if they're unclear, we have to quote air on the side

00:41:27.140 of democratic norms. In other words, let the people of the United States vote for who they want to have

00:41:32.920 as their president. And I think that's really the overarching point that many of us have been urging

00:41:38.000 for some time. Mike, does this now going to the color of Supreme court, is this really exposed as

00:41:45.160 kind of a psyop media war to basically put in the people's mind and local media as they cover these

00:41:51.400 different tribes, because they're going to go to every state again on this, uh, that Trump's an

00:41:55.440 insurrectionist and should be off the ballot in that the purpose of what the left is doing here.

00:42:00.380 Yeah. I mean, that's a, that's the political part of it, but I actually think the Democrats are

00:42:04.180 doing everything they can to disqualify president Trump from the ballot. And I think that this Denver

00:42:08.460 district court judge had every intention of doing this, but she felt the political pressure. And I

00:42:13.280 think she blinked at the last minute. So she got this case, got this opinion as far as she could,

00:42:19.340 she got as close to the edge of the cliff as she could. And then she backed off and then she's going

00:42:25.180 to wait for the Colorado Supreme court to reverse her on that narrow legal question of whether the 14th

00:42:30.940 amendment section three of the 14th amendment, the disqualification clause applies to president,

00:42:36.540 a president as an officer, or if it doesn't, and if it applies like the Colorado Supreme court will

00:42:41.180 likely hold that they disqualify Trump. And then they use that in other States right now,

00:42:46.140 they're in tactical retreat in key States like Minnesota, like Colorado, like New Hampshire,

00:42:52.440 uh, because they feel the political heat, right? They're, they're, they're not deciding this on,

00:42:57.300 on different grounds because it's a primary versus a general election on standing, whether

00:43:02.760 the president's an officer or not, they're going to come back at this. They're going to come back

00:43:06.340 at this again, especially when they see that president Trump is beating Biden, like a drum

00:43:11.560 on November 5th, 2024. They impeached him twice for nonsense. They indicted him four times for non-crimes.

00:43:17.600 They illegally gagged him. They're trying to bankrupt his business for non-fraud. This is legal.

00:43:23.900 Hail Mary. They're in tactical retreat. They're going to come back.

00:43:27.300 Mike, what is your, uh, where do they go to find out everything on article three? You guys

00:43:44.460 I'm going to put on our website, uh, at article three project.org, uh, on dinner, Twitter truth.

00:44:57.700 I want to thank Birch Gold, uh, for, uh, being our sponsors for the Saturday show. Make sure you go

00:45:02.200 to Birch Gold. Now it's time, I think, and they've got all these products, tax-free, uh, tax-deferred

00:45:07.500 products to look at. But now I think it's time for you to immerse yourself in information about

00:45:12.000 precious metals as part of your asset classes, right? I think it's time to check out, particularly

00:45:17.660 since a lot of you haven't had a great run on government bonds. You were told, uh, that they

00:45:22.960 were a bulletproof. And if you bought thirties, uh, they're trading at 50 cents with a dollar,

00:45:27.520 not your fault. It's kind of, that's Bidenomics, baby. Make sure you go to Birch Gold.com slash

00:45:33.180 Bannon today to get all the information, including the end of the dollar empire. Go check that out.

00:45:37.880 Also in doing that, you think about these rates, nobody can take out a second 30, 30 year mortgage

00:45:42.320 as high as it's been since, I don't know, 1990s. Nobody can take out a second, uh, legitimately

00:45:47.860 because it's just too expensive to redo the bathroom on a home equity loan or a second mortgage on the

00:45:53.640 house. That doesn't mean the cyber criminals now combined with AI can't do that. Go to

00:45:58.980 hometitlelock.com today and check it out. Make sure you take that worry off of your checklist

00:46:04.980 because your title insurance does not protect you. A lot of people think it does, does not make

00:46:09.180 sure you go to home title lock, immerse yourself in information of the professionals over there

00:46:13.080 that can take that worry that someone can, a hard money lender or some cyber bandit can come in and

00:46:18.680 take a hard money loan out on your title and you got to pay it off. Hometitlelock.com.

00:46:22.780 Uh, Cash Patel, you were the key witness. Your testimony was riveting. Uh, the judge, uh, did not agree

00:46:31.080 with that, but I want to, I want to go back. Why is your testimony? And this is why the, the, the J6 0.97

00:46:37.440 got to be reconstituted. You know, your testimony that laid out the facts of what president Trump

00:46:43.680 tried to do to thwart an insurrection is absolutely vital is the key part. I think of the trial, the

00:46:49.160 judge went out of her way to say, uh, she believed the J6 commission, which I don't even think released

00:46:54.600 your, or we can't find it, released your testimony versus your life testimony. Give us your assessment.

00:47:00.880 Yeah. Steve, the January 6th truth has finally entered the American bloodstream writ large,

00:47:08.340 coupled with Mike Johnson's releasing of the January 6th tapes. This judge's written order

00:47:13.960 will show their lies that they have been stacking up in the media for years against the January 6th,

00:47:20.460 not only defendants, but also what president Trump did in the days leading up to January 6th.

00:47:25.640 And I need the war room posse to go out there and put out my transcript, which we just sent you the

00:47:30.580 link to Steve Bannon from the January 6th committee. The first guy subpoenaed, the last transcript

00:47:35.620 released, and this judge had a problem finding the evidence that I gave under oath. Selective inclusion

00:47:42.620 of evidence is unconstitutional. This judge, a government gangster wearing a black robe, 0.81

00:47:49.520 I call her the female version of Adam Schiff. Mrs. Schiff goes to Washington, just released 1.00

00:47:55.760 her memo so that she could be lauded by the government grunge dunes and the radical left-wing 0.96

00:48:01.560 media. She set up the disinformation campaign on the narrative that Donald Trump committed a

00:48:06.880 quote unquote insurrection, even though special counsel Jack Smith has refused to charge Donald Trump

00:48:14.520 with the crime of insurrection. This judge went further than Jack Smith was even to go about with

00:48:21.300 her lies. And look, it's not about me. It's about getting the truth out on January 6th. And why does

00:48:27.160 she go out of her way to talk about my testimony? By the way, Steve, we also sent you the video

00:48:31.720 compilation of my testimony from the Colorado courtroom to blast that out to the posse. And for those not

00:48:38.140 listening and the war room posse, this is your call to America, call to action. It's our job to get the

00:48:43.720 January 6th truth out there. And yes, do you want to know the one place to get it out there? I am

00:48:48.740 holding up my copy of Government Gangsters. Do you know what chapter 18 is in charge entitled?

00:48:54.020 The insurrection that never was. Do you want the whole truth about January 6th in one place?

00:48:59.720 It's right here. Do you know what's in the back of this book? The Capitol Police timeline,

00:49:03.740 the DOD timeline, Mayor Bowser's letter where she declined the National Guard authorization from

00:49:10.400 President Trump. Why do you think Joe Biden didn't want this book out for 10 months? Why do you think

00:49:15.800 this judge selectively excluded those timelines given by the DOD, the DOJ, the Capitol Police,

00:49:23.860 Bowser and Pelosi themselves, their own written words, undo this judge's entire order? They don't want the

00:49:30.300 truth on January 6th. And I gave it to you guys in one place. Blast out GovernmentGangsters.com

00:49:35.420 right now. Everybody at the Thanksgiving table should be spilling gravy on government gangsters

00:49:40.600 and then slopping it up because that's where the truth lies, Steve. And this is what these people

00:49:45.500 want. I want to, I want to, yeah, I want to have it back on. We're going to push out your testimony,

00:49:50.880 J6, and we're going to push out all the video, video, everything else. And Cash, I need you back

00:49:55.580 on here on Monday. I know you're busy, but I got to work this out because I want to, I want to set it up,

00:49:59.400 I want to tee it up for the Thanksgiving dinner when people are in each, in, in, in, in your in-laws

00:50:04.140 face about what the facts are here. I just want to, there's one truth. Can I just say one truth

00:50:09.260 about Donald Trump's actions? Yeah, sure, sure. Donald Trump authorized 10 to 20,000 National Guard

00:50:15.560 days before January 6th. If we're to believe this judge's written word, how did I get 10,000

00:50:22.540 national troops there if he only had authority over 2,000 on January 6th, when Pelosi and Bowser finally

00:50:28.620 came in with the request? Cash, give us all your touch points. So over the weekend, we're going to

00:50:35.800 go to work on this big time because of the, the, the confluence convergence of the J6 tapes and what

00:50:41.580 Johnson's doing, what this trial showed, your testimony, we're now going to go on offense. So

00:50:46.580 where do people go? It's one place for me at Cash on Truth Social, at KS on Truth Social. I'm going to

00:50:52.260 put up the testimony. I'm going to put up the video. I'm going to put up the transcript, the link to the

00:50:56.220 book, and then just help out. It's the holiday season. So the Cash Foundation just gave away

00:51:01.300 $10,000 in holiday meals, and we're going to do more. Go to thecashfoundation.com. Yeah,

00:51:06.640 wear the Fight with Cash merch. Show your colors. Tell these government gangsters that the truth

00:51:12.520 matters more than anything else. And every time a government gangster mentions my name in their

00:51:17.880 lies, it is a gold medal of freedom. I am so happy and proud to have enlisted in the Donald Trump

00:51:24.140 MAGA Army of Truth, and we are just getting warmed up. Yeah. No, no, no. We're going on

00:51:29.960 offense now. We've turned the guns around, and now it's time to go on offense. Cash,

00:51:33.780 honored to have you on here. Look forward to having you back, working over the weekend,

00:51:36.660 having you back on Monday. Jeff Clark, where do people go? We got to bounce. We're going to have

00:51:41.160 you back to next week because you called this from the beginning. And there's a lot of implications

00:51:45.420 here about actually using this on Biden, a report on Biden to get Biden off the, off the,

00:51:50.980 off the ballot. But we'll fight that fight on Monday. Where do people go in the interim to

00:51:54.900 get more information about you and your great work? Sure. So I'm at Jeff Clark U.S. on Getter

00:52:01.760 and Twitter and at Real Jeff Clark on Truth Social. And the paper about this that anticipated the

00:52:07.820 judge's ruling here is on our citizen site, citizensrenewingamerica, all one word, dot com,

00:52:14.380 Steve. I think we're going to run a poll next week. Mike Davis was saying it was kind of

00:52:19.700 cut off at the end about is, is Mike Davis going to be White House counsel and Jeff Clark

00:52:23.780 AG or is Jeff Clark going to be White House counsel and, and, and Mike Davis AG. We'll run

00:52:30.100 that poll next week before Thanksgiving. The good thing to talk about over the Thanksgiving

00:52:33.380 table. Clark, never change, brother. You're the best, a real warrior. Okay, short commercial

00:52:40.000 break. We'll return after 90 seconds here in the war room.

00:52:44.080 Spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when 0.89

00:52:49.980 there's no more. Let's take down the CCD. Folks, let me tell you about Soul Tea. It's

00:52:55.180 a company that makes a soft gel supplement rich in antioxidants to help people like you and

00:53:00.660 me keep a healthy heart. While COVID gets all the headlines, it's important to realize that
