Bannon's War Room - Episode 3208： Massive Protest And Unrest In Ireland; What Was Covered Up In Wuhan

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:18.540 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:25.540 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:31.440 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:36.200 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:40.480 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground

00:00:46.780 here's your host stephen k bannon okay thank you and welcome back for the second hour of the war room

00:00:54.540 the late afternoon early evening edition it's thursday 28 november in the year of our lord

00:01:01.020 2023 okay we're going to do two things today number one as i told you on the morning show and at five

00:01:06.060 we're going to break down uh you know the election in 2024 we're going to end in november with the

00:01:12.140 election of president trump but we got to start in january with a massively important election in

00:01:18.060 taiwan the free people of taiwan the republic of china has an incredibly important um election and

00:01:25.120 we're gonna have a number of uh experts on uh later in the show colonel mills is going to be here talk

00:01:31.120 to us about the south china sea the defense of taiwan uh dr bradley thayer grant newsome are going to also

00:01:36.260 join us i've then got we're going to shift and talk about the rise of the populist right the financial

00:01:41.040 times of london a complete total meltdown about the global rise of the populist right

00:01:44.880 and our um international editor in rome ben harner was going to join us there but i want to start

00:01:51.660 with the new federal state uh the comms person spokesman she was out uh throwing shade on uh on

00:02:00.660 the dictator she on san francisco in the bay area when we last left her nicole site nicole thank you very 0.81

00:02:06.180 much honored to have you on here and we have chris chen is joining us from taiwan am i correct in

00:02:11.180 that ma'am yes absolutely mr bannon thank you so much for having us so nicole let me start with you

00:02:18.820 what's thank you uh chris we're gonna get to you in just one second nicole let me start with you uh

00:02:25.000 explain the new federal state you guys have been at the forefront of explaining to the american people

00:02:29.760 the brutal dictatorship of the chinese communist party why is this election in january in the

00:02:35.920 republic of china uh taiwan why is this so important for the not just for the taiwanese

00:02:41.480 people but for people throughout the world particularly the american people ma'am

00:02:45.520 so the 2024 presidential election in taiwan is one of the most consequential election not only for the

00:02:53.660 chinese people but taiwan and u.s it's because the ccp has already threatened to the taiwanese people 1.00

00:02:59.840 they say this election is about the taiwanese people to choose between peace or war prosperity

00:03:07.400 or decline i mean that is a blatant threat so that is the test of the political resolve of the u.s

00:03:14.180 defense of taiwan's you know military uh against the ccp's aggression and also a test of the taiwan 0.88

00:03:22.280 people's own determination to stay independent of the ccp's control and also a test on the u.s part 0.66

00:03:28.780 because we know that um the biden administration has been running short of the support for the

00:03:34.500 security assistance to taiwan even though verbally he has told the cbs 60 minutes last year that the

00:03:41.000 u.s will send troops to defend taiwan in the event of the ccp's invasion but actually in the 2023 uh you

00:03:48.600 know defense authorization uh act i mean the the funding remains uh undercut so i think that the u.s

00:03:57.080 should deliver a very powerful deterrence but right now this administration seems to have lost

00:04:02.140 the capacity for deterrence because once joe biden said don't don't don't the malign government or

00:04:08.800 or adversary will just do the opposite they will do it do do do

00:04:13.000 uh chris you're actually in taiwan can you tell us uh where you are i'm right now in uh taichung city

00:04:24.320 and hello everyone um my name is christian i'm from taiwan i'm 100 made in taiwan born in taiwan

00:04:32.260 and i'm a taiwan patriot and i'm the uh follower of the new state new federal state of china

00:04:41.400 chris let me ask you as a taiwanese citizen and patriot what are the stakes of this election

00:04:49.380 explain to the american people what's actually at stake in this election in early january

00:04:54.180 like the stake of this election is is uh one of the most important election in in history

00:05:04.200 i think because this election will uh will decide whether the chinese communist party will

00:05:14.680 breach the uh the first uh line of defense or not but i believe that some people will make the

00:05:23.560 right choice we won't let the chinese communist party breach the first uh line of defense 1.00

00:05:31.220 chris we're told here in the united states and particularly by the biden regime that

00:05:38.080 taiwan is simply a province i mean he reinforced this with this one chalk one china nonsense that uh

00:05:44.740 that that taiwan is nothing but a province a wayward province and that really most of the people 0.97

00:05:50.000 there want to be more uh integrated into the ccp and uh and really don't cherish their freedom 0.99

00:05:57.740 what say you sir i totally i totally disagree with that opinion the taiwan people and taiwan is not

00:06:07.120 part of the prc we are the republic republic of china it's a separate country it's an independent

00:06:16.780 independent independent country already and then i believe that only like a small amount of the

00:06:24.400 people who believes uh believes them like maybe five to ten percent so um i i don't agree with them

00:06:35.500 and i think the taiwan people will make the right choice

00:06:38.900 so chris i just want to make sure i understand this because we're hit with all the day and we've

00:06:46.040 got some of our own experts that come on all the time uh and and of course they they don't agree with

00:06:51.440 this but we're being told by the mainstream media all the time that it's 30 40 maybe 50 percent of the

00:06:56.820 taiwanese people want to be more vertically integrated into china don't have a problem with

00:07:02.120 the ccp running the place uh you you you disagree with that you're saying the the vast majority of 0.94

00:07:09.080 your countrymen are also patriots that want to remain independent as a free and independent nation

00:07:14.020 yes the taiwan people wants to be independent from the ccp we want our own uh country to have freedom 0.98

00:07:25.960 uh democracy uh democracy rule of law we don't want any control from the ccp it's and like the ccp they 1.00

00:07:34.520 they pay money to the um mainstream media then but people in taiwan we we will choose like which um

00:07:43.640 mainstream media or media we we watch so don't don't fully believe that what the mainstream media say

00:07:51.240 chris um do you and your fellow patriots of the 80 or 90 percent of the country that you say

00:08:01.360 uh is wants their independence is prepared to vote for independence uh how many what percentage of those

00:08:09.340 patriots what percentage that 80 90 percent uh believe that if they continue to vote for their

00:08:15.520 independence that china the ccp will eventually get tired of this nonsense and and and start to roll 0.97

00:08:21.820 on some sort of military either quarantine of of taiwan a blockade of taiwan to shut you off from food

00:08:28.420 sources energy sources commerce and or actually lead to an invasion what what what percentage of of do you

00:08:35.360 believe the patriots are prepared to vote for democracy are prepared to fight for democracy

00:08:39.960 well i think um okay if to to vote like for now the only pro taiwan choice is the dpp party i think the dpp

00:08:52.840 party will get like uh over like 35 to 40 of the vote but some people in the middle like um they are not pro ccp

00:09:06.360 but um but they are in like they are in the middle but i think these like 30 of the people and then the

00:09:14.760 40 of the pro dpp people we will be willing to stay in taiwan and to guard guard taiwan

00:09:26.440 you believe so you believe my calculation you believe 75 percent roughly uh minimum of the taiwanese

00:09:36.400 people would would if the voting kept voting for independence and the ccp said we're not having 0.96

00:09:42.500 this we don't care what you vote for you believe at least 75 percent of your fellow countrymen would

00:09:47.320 actually uh stand up to defend taiwan yes okay very powerful uh nicole um and i want to i want you 0.66

00:09:59.340 guys to hang on because i'm gonna go through some of our american uh analysis and then i want to bring

00:10:03.700 you guys back but nicole is that word when you're the new federal state has expatriate groups all over

00:10:10.860 the world but particularly in the united states quite strong do those the rest of the chinese community

00:10:15.580 in the united states that is anti-ccp do they put the same um importance on this taiwanese election

00:10:23.560 in january as as we do here at the war room absolutely because uh taiwan is a shiny beacon of hope

00:10:32.560 for the 1.3 billion chinese people who are unfortunately living under the ccp's control 0.99

00:10:38.040 so the free election in taiwan serves as a great example of the chinese people's dreams and hopes

00:10:45.300 and that's what the new federal state of china has been uh striving to do because eventually we want

00:10:51.840 to bring freedom and democracy and rule of law back to china so that's why uh that we place great

00:10:58.860 importance on this upcoming election but hold it nicole nicole nicole nicole we're told by all the

00:11:04.240 elites in the world that the ccp tells people that the reason that china is the only nation really only 1.00

00:11:09.520 great nation on earth that does not have democracy that people cannot vote is that you're too rambunctious 0.88

00:11:15.760 you're too childlike uh you're too immature that the chinese people would be too chaotic and breaking 1.00

00:11:21.460 the civil war it'd be it'd be terrible and that only the ccp has the fatherly parental strength 1.00

00:11:28.980 to manage the children that are allowed by jing you're telling me you don't agree with that

00:11:34.020 i mean the that's the ccp's propaganda they have been belittling the chinese people's intellect 0.99

00:11:41.440 just look at people in taiwan i mean they have been enjoining a free form of government for so many

00:11:47.400 years and people are doing just fine and look at people in singapore and look at the chinese american

00:11:53.140 patriots in the united states of america in europe from across the world once the chinese people are

00:11:58.620 granted the freedom a rule of law they will prosper so that's why the destruction of the ccp is the 1.00

00:12:04.380 only pathway forward to let the chinese people enjoy their true freedom so that's why the nfsc is not 1.00

00:12:11.440 calling for the independence of taiwan but also independence of the tibetan people of the uyghurs

00:12:17.360 and of all the people living in china uh nicole if you you and uh brother chen here could just hang 0.69

00:12:25.380 on for a second i want to bring in some of the american experts let's leave with dr bradley

00:12:28.600 thayer dr thayer uh now you're a uh we're about to announce you're a major contributor here to the war

00:12:34.280 room and to our website uh do you agree with the assessment of uh brother chen and uh in nicole about

00:12:41.280 the importance of this election well of course uh it is one of the most significant uh elections we're

00:12:49.420 going to have and steve as you noted of course 2024 is going to be a year uh with very significant

00:12:57.260 elections taiwan leading that off in january of course the u.s presidential election and you may

00:13:03.620 have an election in the united kingdom depending on when sunik um uh calls for it so it's a critical

00:13:10.680 year it's also a critical year as general minahan mentioned in his leaked memo in january of 23

00:13:17.660 where he said he anticipated uh that china may invade the prc may invade taiwan in 2025 after

00:13:27.680 uh the presidential elections in taiwan uh and in the u.s so it's a critically significant uh election

00:13:37.160 uh and as your guests have observed taiwan is absolutely essential i would add in addition to

00:13:44.640 what was mentioned about the political value of taiwan it shows that it's a democracy that the

00:13:49.760 chinese people can live under a democracy uh and a very advanced economy taiwan matters because of its

00:13:57.800 a very important military and intelligence okay but but hang on but hang on hang on how do we then buy

00:14:04.940 into and allow buy into the central argument of the ccp that the chinese are too rambunctious too 1.00

00:14:11.020 immature too rebellious too childlike to manage their own affairs is not taiwan one of the shiny 0.54

00:14:17.920 examples in the world of a country that has democracy and in a contested democracy they fight

00:14:23.280 all the time at the ballot box their their debates in their parliament are are unbelievable if you ever

00:14:28.940 get a chance to watch them this is heated democracy as democracy is supposed to be in an incredibly

00:14:34.360 well-run country the leader quite frankly the foundry of the world for advanced chip design which

00:14:40.540 which drives the entire modern economy it's it's not just an example of democracy i would actually

00:14:47.100 argue if you look at the entire world it may be the best example and it shows you the stick-to-it-ness

00:14:54.280 the grit of the chinese people and what they can do with their freedom well why why don't we buy in to

00:14:59.860 the to the mainstream narrative of the chinese commerce party which is proven to be a lie in taiwan sir

00:15:05.840 well i don't know that we do it it's a lie i mean that the ccp as your guests have said is uh essentially

00:15:13.780 uh advancing that line uh it's propaganda um and it's uh a malicious uh uh of course uh lie directed

00:15:23.600 against the taiwanese people as part of their political warfare campaign against taiwan and also

00:15:28.980 to shape perceptions in the united states and in the west so steve you're right i mean it's a very

00:15:35.300 advanced it's about an 800 billion dollar economy gross domestic product very high about 33 000

00:15:42.740 uh uh uh uh in uh gross domestic per capita so it's a very advanced economy it's making our chips

00:15:49.620 as you as you said uh very valuable uh otherwise it's occupies key geostrategic space as essentially

00:15:59.120 being part of the first island chain from japan uh through taiwan uh to uh the philippines so it plays

00:16:05.800 a critical role in ensuring that um the chinese threat is dealt with uh so it's essential for geostrategic 0.98

00:16:14.280 reasons it's essential for economic reasons and then also for uh political reasons and so the health

00:16:21.240 of its democracy also underscores your point where you have um a presidential election three major

00:16:29.000 parties are running each with viable candidates it's a very robust political system and shows in

00:16:35.720 direct contrast to china where the paranoid leader xi jinping is getting rid of his opponents throwing 0.79

00:16:42.040 out generals foreign ministers and defense ministers so in contrast between the two political systems

00:16:48.440 uh taipei looks far more preferable uh than beijing obviously despite the lies and the colonies of uh 0.99

00:16:56.040 of the uh communist party of china hang on for one second i'll bring in colonel grant newsroom in this

00:17:03.160 my favorite book of uh recently is the uh is when china attacks a warning to america and man is in your 0.97

00:17:10.200 grill book for those who have never uh read it or you know just think this thing is going to go away

00:17:16.120 this this challenge is going to go away this threat this crisis is going to go away just read the book

00:17:20.840 colonel anusham is is the first line of attack of the chinese communist party taking down the

00:17:27.240 democracy in in taiwan the freedom of the chinese the republic the people in the republic of china is

00:17:32.280 this is this election in early january the the the last big phase of their unrestricted warfare

00:17:39.160 before they go kinetic on us it just might be it's certainly from a chinese perspective 0.64

00:17:45.880 once you get taiwan everything else is possible it's just a really a launching pad to going after 0.99

00:17:52.520 the us and the rest of the world and you know keep in mind the the political psychological effect

00:17:59.640 if taiwan comes under chinese control uh one way or the other and it shows that america's implicit

00:18:06.600 guarantee of protection of taiwan didn't matter the u.s military couldn't prevent chinese takeover

00:18:12.840 u.s nuclear weapons couldn't do it the threat of them the u.s financial and economic power couldn't

00:18:19.400 stop the chinese they just submit to the inevitable and that is what is at stake here in taiwan and as 1.00

00:18:25.960 professor thayer mentioned uh and as you've talked about you know what the chinese are saying 0.93

00:18:32.040 uh the communists are saying about chinese just being uh children who need a boot on the neck it

00:18:37.240 reminds you exactly of what the south africans used to say about black africans and that was just 0.99

00:18:43.400 considered ridiculous stupid and here it is when china says it everyone goes oh yeah i guess you're 0.98

00:18:49.240 right uh well taiwan is an existential threat by its very existence and thus taiwan the chinese want to 1.00

00:18:55.800 uh stamp that out but that is how important this is and china is going to look at the

00:19:02.520 the outcome of this election in taiwan and then make a decision i think based on what they see as to

00:19:09.000 when they go kinetic when they actually use force to move against taiwan and as i said taiwan is just

00:19:15.640 the first uh the first step for them let me ask you about that because uh the they terry guo

00:19:23.960 of which miles guo and myself years ago led the effort when he first announced to run the primary

00:19:28.600 four years ago were all over about exposing him as nothing but a running dog for the ccp he was trying 1.00

00:19:34.600 to put together the coalition that would oust the dpp and actually put a pro beijing pro ccp government

00:19:41.640 in there these developments over the last 72 hours over the last week how important is that for the

00:19:47.000 american audience to understand that that essential coalition they tried to put together actually

00:19:52.440 collapsed how important is that about the run-up to this election well the fact it collapsed is a

00:19:58.280 good thing because this definitely was the chinese communist party trying to cobble together a unity

00:20:04.920 platform that would have worked to their advantage you can see how they put terry guo on ice when he

00:20:11.320 made a move to to run and he has by some accounts that i would listen to has been taking orders from the

00:20:18.120 chinese all they had to do this time was just threatened to investigate some of his mainland 0.98

00:20:23.480 businesses and now he's gone but he he and particularly former president ma were it certainly

00:20:32.440 appears circumstantial evidence which was very compelling suggests that ma in particular and some of his

00:20:39.320 friends were colluding directly with the chinese communist party to force this unity ticket

00:20:45.400 and it's a good thing that it didn't come to pass but it doesn't mean that the dpp is going to win

00:20:51.160 people like in any election people vote based on a lot of things and often it's

00:20:55.960 their personal circumstances they don't always vote on foreign affairs

00:21:02.120 is it do you think they view the ccp as a foreign affair there you think they view it as a domestic affair

00:21:07.000 well as i said people vote for strange reasons even in our country you know i you know i tend to live

00:21:15.400 and breathe foreign affairs and think it's very important and would certainly shape my uh my voting

00:21:21.320 but if you're you know if you don't have a very good job you can't find a job salaries are very low in

00:21:27.240 taiwan real estate is astronomical you think you're never going to you know have a apartment or place to

00:21:33.800 live or decent place to live well you just might say well this other candidate say tpp's uh ko you

00:21:40.200 know he looks like a normal guy you know and it's it's just a change i just want to try something

00:21:45.000 different but when you ask people if they want to be part of the mainland mainland china i have never seen

00:21:53.560 many people at all in fact i've never come across anyone who wasn't on the chinese payroll in one way

00:21:58.520 or the another or who who wanted to do that you know once in fact when i was in taiwan in 2019 living

00:22:04.520 there i was looking by a subway station i was studying the map to figure out where i was going

00:22:09.560 to go or how i was going to get there and a girl came up a young lady and asked you know if she could 0.92

00:22:14.360 you know what i you know she offered to help me get where i was going and we started walking along

00:22:18.920 and she must have been about 25 26 and she says to us she says where are you from i said oh the united

00:22:25.240 states and she says oh please don't let us be part of china and you know it's almost heartbreaking

00:22:32.360 when you think of just how wall street and our business class couldn't give two hoots if china 0.99

00:22:37.160 took over taiwan in fact they might even prefer it but i told her we'd do our best

00:22:43.640 uh before i let you go uh colonel because of the power of your book where do you think we stand on

00:22:48.120 the kinetic side of this uh the situation with the destroyers in the south china sea what's happened

00:22:53.560 with the philippine navy just give us a quick assessment of where do you think we stand with

00:22:57.800 the kinetic part of this war against the ccp i think china's ready to shoot and i think they 1.00

00:23:04.440 wouldn't you can see just by their behavior today they wouldn't mind killing somebody they you know

00:23:10.280 brought a fighter jet within 10 feet of a b-52 the other day i think they're ready as i said ready to

00:23:16.360 shoot xi jinping basically uh told president biden something along pretty much the same thing uh when

00:23:24.120 they met in san francisco he says yeah this talk of peace or is all well and good but at some time we

00:23:29.880 have to settle the taiwan uh issue in a general sense he used words to that extent to that effect

00:23:36.840 and there's been other chinese of note who've been saying similar things uh that america had better

00:23:42.920 support peaceful reunification or else now they're putting the onus on us and it seems that

00:23:49.960 xi jinping does value taiwan he wants taiwan more than he wants to have regional peace that's how close

00:23:56.360 i think we are uh and you know we'll find out soon enough why do you why is this given the financial

00:24:04.920 crisis they have given they need a bailout given that they came uh and obviously biden kowtowed to them

00:24:10.920 and the 400 traders that gave mustan innovation at that dinner in san francisco our business class

00:24:16.680 what with all the internal issues he's got why is the reunification of taiwan of such high importance

00:24:23.640 to a guy like xi who seems to be able to play his cards pretty smartly well he's going if he gets it

00:24:30.040 and of course he's taiwan has of course never been part of the prc or hardly at all with china so the

00:24:36.280 you reunification isn't quite the right word of course being pedantic here um but it's one it's

00:24:42.280 a distraction you know from the the problems you have uh in china it's a way to rally people around

00:24:49.240 the flag and also for him it is a way to establish his present his position as one of the greats of

00:24:56.040 chinese history who supposedly you know brought time brought china back to what it was was what it was

00:25:03.000 supposed to be and also as we've noted uh he just sees this as a start uh but it's you know dictators

00:25:10.600 do these sorts of things you know it often doesn't it's not quite it's not how we would do things

00:25:16.280 but to him it looks very right i think it could look like a rational uh move to get to move against taiwan

00:25:24.360 i like this and if you look at listen and read actually xi's speeches to chinese audiences

00:25:29.880 particularly internal ones and he talks very differently than he does when he's speaking to

00:25:35.720 a western audience and it's very much a sense that you know we'll suffer now but it will be for the

00:25:41.560 sort of ultimate chinese greatness and also for the ultimate victory of socialism communism over

00:25:48.440 capitalism so if you look at his domestic speeches he's telling us what he thinks and what he's going to do

00:25:53.960 and i think like that great guy jim lily used to say the chinese always telegraph their punches 0.94

00:26:00.360 we just refuse to listen to him uh colonel newsham how they get the book where they get to your site

00:26:07.320 to find out any more of your writings well the the book is of course available on wherever fine books

00:32:27.080 uh welcome back uh harnwell since this piece in the financial times and other pieces are so uh important

00:32:34.920 to our election here and uh also the movement of a populist national throughout the world and

00:32:41.240 particularly what's happening in ukraine i've rescheduled a ben is now going to join us uh

00:32:46.520 tomorrow morning on the morning show so we'll get to all that i want to go back to dr thayer i have

00:32:51.560 chris chen in taiwan we have nicole sai who's the uh the head of comms and the uh spokesperson for the new

00:32:58.200 federal state of china uh we're gonna get um our own colonel john mills up here in a moment dr thayer

00:33:05.480 um it is i want to make sure the american audience our our vast u.s audience here understands

00:33:13.240 the humiliation of the biden regime in the bay area at that meeting the complete kowtow 0.56

00:33:20.520 and also the business community put it in perspective exactly what happened there and the signal that

00:33:26.600 sends to both lao baijing in mainland china and how it what it sends to the freedom-loving people in

00:33:34.200 the republic of china in taiwan it's very worrying uh steve it's it's worrying because the biden

00:33:41.960 administration is touting successes the fentanyl agreement progress on climate change and the

00:33:49.400 restoration of military to military talks all three of those are bad ideas right the fentanyl agreement

00:33:55.560 is a pie crust agreement the prc is going to break it of course they'll find a way around it uh their

00:34:03.320 use of fentanyl is as a weapon to be to kill the american people which is what their intent and

00:34:09.240 nothing is going to stop them from doing that and certainly not hold on whoa whoa hang on hang

00:34:14.440 well i want to make sure people understand this the pandemic was a bioweapon attack now whether

00:34:20.760 inadvertently leaked from the lab or is let out but the exacerbation by the chinese communist party

00:34:25.000 put couldn't be clearer and what they did on ppe could not be clearer so the pandemic was a bioweapon

00:34:30.200 attack fentanyl is nothing more and this is why it's never crafted the right way by the american media

00:34:37.080 it is a chemical warfare attack upon the united states and the american people full stop am i incorrect

00:34:43.880 in saying that sir no it's to kill the american people and demoralize them to destroy american

00:34:49.960 communities it's it's a weapon uh that they're doing everything they can to get into the country so

00:34:56.440 the agreement is a pie crust they're going to break it anyway it's it's a trivial climate change is

00:35:01.080 is so it's just hokum and the mill to mill is a way to transfer u.s military knowledge to the the

00:35:08.440 people's republic of china the people's liberation army um what biden gave xi was very significant

00:35:15.320 right i mean it was uh in essence a promise not to exercise regime change uh against xi jinping which

00:35:24.600 is exactly what we should not do we should be pushing him all he's weak and he's in a very difficult

00:35:29.640 circumstances very vulnerable and this is the time to use our leverage against him and then on taiwan

00:35:36.760 again the promises that biden allegedly received from xi jinping not to pressure

00:35:43.880 taiwan is belied by this entire discussion of course the ccp is pressuring uh taiwan uh and is trying to

00:35:51.880 do its utmost interfere in this election on january 13th uh of uh 2024 but most of all the humiliation

00:36:00.680 was the biden administration was just a doormat uh where xi wiped his feet before he crossed the transom

00:36:08.040 to his uh meeting his base the 400 uh traders as you call them the business leaders including from

00:36:15.080 pfizer boeing companies that should uh certainly know better uh than meeting with this dictator this

00:36:21.480 meeting is not going to end it's not going to age well steve as you well know uh this is going to

00:36:26.440 come back to haunt uh everyone who was present uh at that meeting where xi needs to use their political

00:36:34.040 leverage to ensure that the engagement policy of the biden administration is not stopped those 400

00:36:41.000 have incredible political influence on the hill in the united states congress in media business

00:36:47.880 communities etc that xi wants to use to make sure the money still flows to him that the new york financial

00:36:54.360 markets and um uh wall street trade still continues uh to flow and despite the best efforts of ray dalio to

00:37:04.840 shift the new york the financial center to to uae of course you know the certain absurdity that you have

00:37:10.680 with uh howard's remarks and ray dalio's remarks in that respect but xi wants to ensure uh that essentially

00:37:18.040 the money keeps flowing the investment keeps flowing uh and those 400 are going to do their level

00:37:24.280 best to keep him in power and to keep in to ensure that that money does not change again weakening

00:37:31.400 american national security posing a direct threat to the american people our national security interests

00:37:38.120 and our allies and partners like taiwan so we're worried about the taiwanese election but also at the

00:37:45.400 end of the year with the u.s election that's the key piece uh of uh this puzzle and um essentially we

00:37:53.080 need to stand with taiwan to ensure that there's a chance of deterrence uh of um the prc's aggression

00:38:00.600 against it how bad how bad uh does she uh need a bailout by the 400 and and backing off by the u.s 1.00

00:38:09.720 government kind of a what they call de-risking is the new cute term but really a recoupling how bad is

00:38:15.560 she right now financially the ponzi scheme of their banks the shadow bank industry which the largest

00:38:22.200 company just went into receivership and now they're pursuing criminal uh charges excuse me investigation

00:38:29.080 against the head the old ccp method uh in commercial in uh commercial uh real estate the the regional banks

00:38:37.800 all upside down how badly does he need a uh bailout uh he needs one desperately because the economy is in a

00:38:47.640 downturn and it's a significant downturn uh and it's likely to only get worse uh if he's um if he's

00:38:55.800 he doesn't receive essentially the bailout uh from new york markets and from uh the biden administration

00:39:02.600 so this is precisely the time that we should be pressuring him uh and instead the biden administration

00:39:09.080 is continuing the policy of engagement to work with uh the people's republic of china and the communist

00:39:15.560 party of china to suppress the chinese people to serve its aggression and its hyper aggression against 0.98

00:39:22.280 the philippines against taiwan japan and the united states uh itself and to ensure that it remains in 0.63

00:39:30.440 power when we should doing our utmost working with people of goodwill around the world and the chinese

00:39:36.200 diaspora uh and other actors to ensure that we can eject it from power it's the center of gravity it's the 1.00

00:39:43.640 source of evil in the modern world to update reagan's remarks about the soviet union and we have a point

00:39:51.320 a leverage point to work to evict it from power and instead the biden administration is doing everything

00:39:58.280 it can in conjunction with those 400 and so many others to ensure that it remains in power its tyranny

00:40:05.960 remains uh and um as a consequence they're simply emboldening the aggression which colonel newsome

00:40:14.040 identified and your other guests and colonel mills i'm sure will touch on as well will ensure that it

00:40:19.640 can aggress against u.s national security interests including our partner taiwan let's bring in colonel

00:40:26.920 mills right now colonel give us an update you've done such a brilliant job of getting this audience up to

00:40:31.800 speed on the defense of taiwan and and the ability to to to basically fight back any quarantine we've

00:40:38.520 heard nothing but we you read the media about uh you know the destroyers in the south china sea uh

00:40:45.240 potential aircraft incidents where do we actually stand with the ccp's military aggression against the

00:40:51.960 forces of freedom uh in the south china scene around taiwan well thank you steve uh yeah it's all about

00:40:59.800 pressuring the election on january 13th and i'll show a map on the next page here but just for

00:41:05.720 everybody to calibrate here these are the four contenders uh william lie or lie ching t but

00:41:12.920 oftentimes known as william or bill lie he's the current vice president uh he he's an as a commanding

00:41:19.080 lead this these numbers actually a little bit dated uh so he has a commanding lead they do not want

00:41:24.520 him to be president uh he is definitely uh taiwan first uh so he is a good candidate and now

00:41:32.520 ciao by kim who was the ambassador is his running mate she was going to come to liberty university to 1.00

00:41:38.120 the dave bratt ceo conference but uh they were busy uh talking about things so that was probably working

00:41:44.120 her to be the vice president uh ko wen ji uh taiwan party left wing there's no way they're going to

00:41:50.040 make it legacy ko ming dong totally uh they are becoming more and more irrelevant and then the

00:41:57.000 mystery of terry guao who wanted in came in and then immediately tapped out uh owner of foxconn who

00:42:03.880 has a lot of business interests on the on the china so but this is the lineup and and a growing

00:42:09.560 commanding lead here with uh uh uh li ching t also known as william lie or bill lie uh commanding lead

00:42:18.680 so let's go to the the map and this is really really important uh to understand what's going on

00:42:26.200 uh dr thayer mentioned about what's the philippines and this is really all important and several years

00:42:32.600 ago uh with the center for security policy and committee on present danger in many ways this was

00:42:38.520 why would you land on taiwan when you had this beautiful undefended territory down here in

00:42:44.920 northern luzon so uh that you know now we have a different administration uh in in office in the

00:42:52.840 philippines that is very very wants to be with america wants to deter china and there is a developing

00:43:01.000 strong relationship with taiwan uh and uh japan and south korea working all very well together

00:43:09.240 down here just you know here's manila down at the very bottom and then right up here is the classic

00:43:14.680 subic bay naval base right over here is where there's a lot of shoving and pushing going on

00:43:21.240 literally right now at the scarborough shoals only 100 miles from here what's been developing over the

00:43:27.960 last couple of months is an agreement between hyundai heavy industries of south korea

00:43:34.520 uh huntington of america the american large shipbuilder also uh japan south korea uh the

00:43:42.120 ministries of defense here to potentially uh reopen this this dormant yard to be a major uh repair

00:43:49.720 facility for the u.s navy and maybe even creation of being involved in vertical integration of the

00:43:55.640 shipbuilding industry in america well the only problem is that's only 100 miles offshore from

00:44:01.000 where china wants to establish essentially new islands so this is this is getting very seriously

00:44:06.760 so the problem is to go in and out of subic bay you got you're gonna have to run the gauntlet if they 0.84

00:44:12.360 get their missiles there now what's this is we don't haven't talked about this a whole lot this gap

00:44:16.840 it's about a 500 mile gap between taiwan and the philippines and this is where uh the chinese navy

00:44:25.000 will have to get out to the deep open pacific through here well not well known is it's called botanese

00:44:32.600 province which is a string of filipino islands that go all the way up to about here

00:44:38.520 and uh it looks like they're being equipped and militarized by by joint uh american filipino

00:44:45.400 activity we've also established three new base camps here general flynn uh commander of army forces

00:44:51.720 pacific is intimated about missile long-range missile capabilities and it's very very possible that

00:44:59.240 our own club k equivalent of typhoon and sm6 in a container might already be in place here that's a

00:45:07.320 powerful missile combination that can really shut down this gap we put a few undersea cables right

00:45:14.120 here on some of these islands uh we essentially totally cut off the plan from breaking out into

00:45:21.160 the open ocean they're going to have to run this gauntlet it's going to be very difficult if we have

00:45:25.320 any kind of uh surveillance capabilities and even kinetic capabilities this also secures what for years

00:45:32.040 we've been concerned about the current left shoulder hang on for a second we're a little pressed for

00:45:37.640 time but i gotta ask you this is fascinating and you can see the chess moves being made but if we don't

00:45:43.720 have right now in the biden regime the political will to stand up to him in san francisco where we

00:45:49.320 cow town basically say we back down when she talks about the reunification really the takeover of

00:45:56.200 taiwan because it's never been part of china and uh the 400 cheer him and say hey the number one

00:46:02.200 priority we have is taking american pension fund uh savings and capital and get it back into mainland

00:46:08.040 and you have sequoia capital sitting there uh basically giving them advanced artificial intelligence

00:46:13.480 weaponry uh funded by the american pension funds how could we possibly uh have the political will

00:46:20.680 to enforce any of this militarily and that's uh we need congress to enforce this and uh uh make sure

00:46:29.960 that uh enforce the the executive branch take a stand on this and and you're right and also there's

00:46:35.560 only so much capacity of the national security staff to make decisions and and look at these topics and

00:46:41.960 that's the challenge because jake sullivan and much of his team are forward deployed in gutter right

00:46:46.840 now doing the negotiations with hamas uh so there's only so much bandwidth on the national

00:46:53.000 security council staff so that's a challenge so you know uh hopefully our three branches of government

00:46:58.520 uh the legislative branch is able to enforce the executive branch to do what they're supposed to do

00:47:03.400 yeah good good good luck with that when all we got is the gallagher committee which is okay but not

00:47:08.360 great colonel we gotta bounce how do people get to all your briefing material how they get to you on

00:47:13.240 social media and your new book uh yeah thank you steve it's war against the deep state dot com

00:47:19.720 war against the deep state dot com foundations of the surveillance state and the rise of the third

00:47:25.000 excuse me fourth fifth and sixth branches of government colonel rhett john colonel rhett john

00:47:30.120 substack getter and truth colonel thank you very much look forward to having you back on we can

00:47:36.120 drill down on this some more fascinating uh dr thayer how do people get to you

00:47:39.800 uh on x i'm at uh brad thayer and uh and getter and truth that uh bradley fair uh thanks very much steve

00:47:50.200 uh fantastic sir thank you so much uh look forward to having you back on

00:47:57.320 uh nicole given what you've heard from our experts uh how do you think this plays out right now we're

00:48:03.400 about a month out a little over a month out i don't know five or six weeks from this all-important uh

00:48:09.720 election uh how do you think this plays out well i fully agree with the colonel's assessment about

00:48:17.160 america's political will to defend taiwan um i just saw a most recent survey about the taiwanese

00:48:24.280 people's sentiment only 34 of the taiwanese people believe that uh us is a trustworthy partner when it

00:48:32.040 comes to uh providing security assistance for taiwan's self-defense against the ccp's invasion 0.98

00:48:38.520 so that number shows a lot about uh the the level of confidence that taiwanese people place

00:48:44.840 in the biden administration because we know that biden has been talking about sending troops to taiwan

00:48:49.800 but actually in the defense uh preparation you know funding taiwan did not get its fair share so i think

00:48:58.040 that um you know i urge this congress to pressure the biden administration to increase the military and

00:49:06.040 security assistance for taiwan because taiwan is a shining example of the chinese people's freedom

00:49:13.800 and also taiwan is an important partner in indo-pacific and we cannot afford to lose taiwan

00:49:21.000 and to the ccp's aggression so um so i fully agree that congress needs to take a bigger steps 0.90

00:49:27.560 to you know to force the executive branch to take a tougher stance against the ccp's aggression 0.99

00:49:33.880 and the military aggression in the south china sea eastern china sea and across the taiwan strait

00:49:41.160 nicole social media how do people get to you and all the great material and content you're putting

00:49:45.400 up at new federal state follow us on nfsc speaks on twitter and nfs speak on getter and also i want

00:49:52.920 to thank you uh mr steve k bannon uh in the last uh taiwan presidential election you together with

00:50:00.840 miles school exposed the ccp's plan uh to corrupt the the last presidential election that is the 0.99

00:50:07.640 installing the terror goal as ccp's proxy and so that failed and so that speaks to the volume about

00:50:14.520 how important uh the truth media is to deter the ccp's aggression and influence paddling 0.99

00:50:21.480 on taiwan's election thank you for all you do thank you well thank you and this is the why miles

00:50:28.440 guo was so important and miles trust me this terry guo thing didn't happen out of nowhere he's a
