00:05:29.300It was discovered by accident by a citizen journalist who noticed a box on the floor of an office building in the election division in Pennsylvania that said non-citizen voting files and started asking questions and filing FOIA requests.
00:05:45.240We learned that for 20 years, between 10,000 and 100,000 people who were non-citizens were registered to vote.
00:05:52.320In a sample of those voters done by the Philadelphia Election Office, the Philadelphia Election Office, not exactly a MAGA headquarters, they found 41 percent of them had actually voted at least one election.
00:06:04.140Now, the Public Interest Legal Foundation has filed suit to try to get the whole story out and to try to stop it.
00:10:00.640And it's like they're coming at us, Steve.
00:10:03.360And I remember months before the 2020 election on the war room and you and I in private expressing our deep concern of all the different ways the Democrats were trying to use this lawfare and the election rigging and this and the other thing to steal.
00:11:34.580This piece, it's in The Washington Times.
00:11:38.360It's at my Substack, PeterNavarLotSubstack.com.
00:11:41.200It's probably one of the most fun and interesting pieces I've written because I found two things that absolutely blew me away that I didn't know and everybody in America should know.
00:11:53.820And we start with this guy, billionaire Ken Griffith.
00:11:59.540He's going to back, you know, he's out there.
00:12:04.260So what I found out, Steve, is like the reason why he got into bed with Ron DeSantis just on the surface is like he's the second richest guy in Florida.
00:12:15.100And he owns a lot of commercial real estate deals in that, makes a bunch of money.
00:12:21.200And DeSantis, in order to try to out-Trump on China, passed this law down in Florida, which would prevent the communist Chinese from buying property near our military bases or buying commercial and residential property.
00:12:37.500I mean, it's a tough bill on the surface.
00:12:39.700And then the next thing I find out is that DeSantis' own chief of staff has gone out and watered the whole damn thing down.
00:12:50.080And it's like, ooh, ah, it's Ken Griffin getting inside the DeSantis tent, lobbying DeSantis along with this other lobbying group who pops up there,
00:13:03.820this other Wall Street apex predator, Steve Schwarzman, also a China dove, a China collaborator.
00:13:13.620And what I learned was it's like maybe Griffin didn't go in there just to change DeSantis' mind on China.
00:13:22.820He might have went in there to scuttle the whole damn thing.
00:13:25.240Because, look, as soon as MAGA found out that people like Griffin and Schwarzman were behind DeSantis, any chance of him chipping off any of Trump's MAGA base was gone.
00:13:37.400And then Haley, I'm going, wait a minute.
00:13:40.280It's like, what's the deal with Haley on China?
00:13:43.100And I go back and I find out, this blew me away.
00:13:46.160When she was governor, Steve, she was the one who gave communist China millions and tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to bring in what would be the first communist Chinese auto assembly plant in the United States.
00:16:40.520They said, oh, Hitler said that in a much different way.
00:16:43.740They're destroying the fabric of our country.
00:16:47.420And we're going to have to get them out.
00:16:49.260Jason, I guess we don't have to be confused anymore about what he meant.
00:16:52.700Look, Alicia, I've never been confused.
00:16:58.340Remember, this is the guy who said there were decent people on both sides when it attacked, you know, Charlottesville, which was my alma mater, University of Virginia.
00:17:08.380It's not just the realization that we have at least 30 percent of the country that's OK with openly Nazi rhetoric.
00:17:13.960It's not just the fact that the man has spent the last seven years using this kind of terminology.
00:17:17.940Remember, back in November, we were talking about him referring to immigrants as vermin.
00:17:21.780It's the idea that we are now at a point in public discourse where a man who is going to be the nominee for one of the main political organizations in this country has to vocally say, and by the way, I didn't get this from Mein Kampf.
00:17:35.360Think about the fact that we're in that particular point of conversation.
00:17:38.300Like if you if you met someone who said, hey, hey, hey, I didn't get these from clubbing.
00:17:43.180I didn't get these mittens from clubbing baby seals over the course of the weekend.
00:17:46.140If you have to explain that, it suggests that we probably think you do club baby seals.
00:17:50.300So I think what's important strategically and from from a coverage standpoint is that we recognize that we're not just dealing with a racist.
00:17:58.040Lots of people in America are OK with racist.
00:18:01.640We're dealing with someone who does not fundamentally believe in the American project.
00:18:05.180And that's always how we have to have how we have to discuss it, because this isn't going to stop.
00:18:09.760I mean, if you can get away with just saying the N word in any other slur, he'd get away with it anytime soon.
00:18:14.100To the to the Republican candidate's argument that this should be the voters should have the say and not the courts.
00:18:22.260Why are you standing with Confederates who betrayed this country?
00:18:28.580And this is what they're standing with is the spirit of those Confederates rather than the Americans who came together after a long and brutal civil war that was fought to keep the union together and saw clearly saw a threat.
00:18:49.060In ex-confederates running for office, so much so that they amended the Constitution to prevent those traitors from running for office.
00:19:03.440That should send a message that our election system, our electoral system can be used for nefarious purposes against the democracy itself.
00:19:19.240Now, there are 14th Amendment cases pending across the country, if you want to take a look at that there.
00:19:25.000How will those other cases be affected if the Supreme Court upholds this ruling?
00:19:29.840Well, Donald Trump's strategy is always to delay every court case and court everything possible.
00:19:37.240So I think what he would try and do go to the United States Supreme Court and then if they agree to hear the case, then saying to all these other states, hey, you got to pause these state court challenges while the United States Supreme Court decides this.
00:19:53.320I think all of these should go forward.
00:19:55.260I think nothing else is a matter of history.
00:19:58.300And for the record, we should have as many states on the record as possible with their views on this really momentous question.
00:20:06.640And this goes to, Alicia, something you asked Judge Ludig a moment ago, which is Donald Trump's defense to this is, well, I haven't been convicted of a crime.
00:20:15.740And therefore, I haven't been convicted of insurrection in a criminal case.
00:20:20.160Therefore, I can't be disqualified from the ballot.
00:20:22.200But it's notable that at the very same time as he's saying that he's trying to delay the criminal cases that would adjudicate that very question in Georgia and Washington, D.C.
00:20:33.880And, you know, Justice Frankfurter once said you can't play ducks and drakes with the federal judiciary.
00:20:38.580And that's basically what Donald Trump is doing.
00:20:41.620I think the United States Supreme Court is going to see through those gambits.
00:20:45.340This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:20:53.520Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:21:33.820It's Wednesday, 20 December, the year of our Lord, 2023.
00:21:40.920Thank you very much for coming to the late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room.
00:21:48.160I would like to tell you that the Christmas season was going to be low key and we could spend time with the family.
00:21:55.460We're going to do that, but there's going to be immense amount of news and important things happening, I can tell you already.
00:22:01.580This Colorado situation is blowing up, as we warned you the very day that Leonard Leo and his team published, quite frankly, I think the phony initial documents on this, the thought piece about the constitutionality of all of this.
00:22:21.220Mark was the White House, was the VP's counsel and was absolutely critical with Don McGahn in forming a committee that really helped screen and actually helped President Trump select a couple of justices for the Supreme Court and actually got them through.
00:22:39.400So, Mark, thank you in that regard for your service to the country.
00:22:42.120Put it in perspective, what you're seeing on this, brother, and I know your firm, I think, filed an amicus brief on some of the Jack Smith stuff, but you've been the biggest offender outside surrogate for Justice Thomas.
00:22:56.700You wrote the book Created Equal, the conversations with Justice Thomas.
00:23:00.360I know you're personally very close to him.
00:23:01.840This whole, because I said this at the beginning, they're going to come hard, because this is political optics, they're going to come hard next to the Supreme Court on recusing, I think, the justices of President Trump selected to try to form a court opinion on this 14th Amendment.
00:23:18.340Yeah, we're seeing the attacks on the Supreme Court have been unprecedented.
00:23:26.140It's resulted in assassination attempts, all generated by the left, all generated by Chuck Schumer, right?
00:23:32.960Let's just make sure this is not some fringe part of the left or the Democrat Party.
00:23:37.520This is the Democrat Party that has precipitated this, the leaders of the Democrat Party, violence, protests outside justices' homes, violence.
00:25:10.840In fact, I actually think that it will be a 9-0 decision because it's so preposterous.
00:25:19.860So I think you will get some of the liberal justices because this is such an affront to the 14th Amendment, to our democracy, to the rule of law.
00:25:28.900You just mentioned that my law firm, Shere Jaffe, filed an amicus brief today that essentially says that Jack Smith is not a constitutional officer, is not a valid legal appointment under the Constitution, that to be a – only Congress can make the office of special counsel.
00:25:52.040This comes out of that whole mess that was the independent counsel, which was an abomination, right?
00:25:57.960And what you saw there, right, was that it was lawfare and criminalizing policy differences that the Democrats started with the independent counsel act, I think, in 1978, went after lots of Republicans.
00:26:08.620The minute it bit the Democrats, right, with Bill Clinton, they dropped it.
00:26:14.560What came in its place was the Office of Special Counsel, which was only regulations by Janet Reno, a horrible, right, attorney general under Bill Clinton.
00:26:22.320And it's those regulations that govern what's going on today, right?
00:26:26.440And the bottom line is there's no Office of Special Counsel.
00:26:31.900And two, you can't have the attorney general willy-nilly just appoint a private citizen to carry out criminal prosecution powers, right?
00:26:43.660If you had appointed a U.S. attorney, a presidentially appointed, Senate-confirmed appointee to do this, like they've done in the past with other special counsels, that would be legally sufficient.
00:26:56.040But here, I think this amicus brief that's filed by Ed Meese, my law firm is representing Ed Meese, and Steve Calabrese, who is a founder of the Federal Society, making that argument.
00:27:30.640It will show the American people that all of these states or all these efforts to go after President Trump are just off their rocker.
00:27:41.940And like I said, going back to Justice Thomas and the efforts to, as you've raised, sideline some of the Supreme Court justices on these cases, right?
00:31:07.160Maybe we'll get that for tomorrow or the next day.
00:31:09.220But when I was running Breitbart in January 16, about nine months or eight months, I guess, before I took over the campaign, one of the things we were covering, you had just come out, I think, with the book No Go Zones.
00:31:20.320But you went on Sean Hannity in one of the first shows, I think, when Sean was back, I think it was 8 January of 2016.
00:31:28.180And you were – it was pretty obvious that Bernie Sanders was not going to beat Hillary Clinton.
00:31:33.140You were already talking about Hillary as the nominee.
00:31:35.600But you predicted at the time she was going to allow in 20 million illegal alien inviters, call them migrants, however you want to refer to them.
00:31:46.140But you had predicted the number was 20 million, and that was in January 16, if she became president.
00:31:52.860Pretty prophetic that she did not become president, thank God, providentially, with the work of Divine Province, we were able to defeat her.
00:32:00.220But Biden eventually got in by stealing the 2020 election, and we're at 10 million right now.
00:32:06.960I think Todd Bensman says we're going to be 12 to 14 million before his reign of terror ends.
00:32:15.180You know, I think – I just came up with that clip.
00:32:20.160I just remembered about that a few moments ago before coming on here, and I thought to myself, well, okay.
00:32:26.440So I said 20 million back in 2016, we're halfway through a two-term – a potential two-term Democrat presidency.
00:32:36.260And so you can see that 20 million would absolutely play out were a Democrat to have two terms here.
00:32:42.400And that could have been Hillary Clinton, but it so far was avoided.
00:32:47.280And then you've got Joe Biden, and that's 10 million, almost 10 million in the blink of an eye.
00:32:52.520So I thought to myself, okay, so the migrant crisis in Germany in 2015 and 16, that was about, we were told, 1.7 million people over that period of time into a population of about 85 million.
00:33:12.360For the fast maths doers, that is about 2% of the population there.
00:33:19.100So let's say actually that America has taken in about 7 million over the course of Joe Biden's regime so far.
00:33:28.900Well, that is 2% of a 350 million base population there.
00:33:34.180So if you do that mathematics, you're already left with the fact that America is already undergoing a similar level, if not a greater level of migrant crisis than Germany did in 2015 and 16.
00:33:46.380The difference being, at the moment, one of the key differences at the moment being that that migrant crisis in Europe was on the front page of every European newspaper almost the entirety of that year.
00:34:00.380It was rolling news coverage on broadcast television.
00:34:04.920And it was just over and over again that people were trying to figure out, you know, what was going on, how to stop it.
00:34:26.900You have to establish a border first now, because right now what Rayna Jackson said just a minute ago has been happening to so many people, so many friends of mine flying all over America, by the way.
00:34:37.180They get on a plane and suddenly they're just surrounded by migrants, by invaders.
00:34:42.040And the pictures that we saw yesterday on a day that CBP says was one of the highest number of illegal migrants coming into America ever, ever seen in history are absolutely extraordinary.
00:34:55.760Eagle Pass, just absolutely flooded, 12,000 people just waved straight in.
00:35:10.560It is what Angela Merkel did in Germany.
00:35:13.020And these European countries that opened their borders have not been the same since.
00:35:17.960You are now proportionately at the same level.
00:35:20.980I want to go back a decade because you were covering for me as an editor and then when we launched Breitbart London, the two big stories you covered besides the beginning of Brexit.
00:35:34.780And that was driven by this, you know, the undertow was the Syrian civil war.
00:35:42.540And when Merkel in 14, the crisis came in 15 and 16, but she made these decisions in 14, the exact same year of the color revolution in Ukraine.
00:35:52.540Ten years later, this is what we're dealing with.
00:35:54.680Also, Macron yesterday cratered to Le Pen in the Front National in the French Parliament, now proposing, quite frankly, I think modest immigration laws.
00:36:07.660You wrote the book No Go Zones, what, five years ago, six years ago?
00:36:25.380These countries have basically surrendered.
00:36:27.860This has happened in less than 10 years.
00:36:30.180Now, there was migration before, Enoch Powell's River of Blood, all those great things.
00:36:34.140But really from 2014, the triggering event is less than a decade.
00:36:38.000And I'll be frank with you, brother, what you covered in Europe and what Todd Benzman, Todd Benzman said, hey, they're having $350,000 just for all of Europe.
00:36:49.040What's happening in the United States is unparalleled.
00:39:27.600Non-governmental organizations, pressure groups, corporate think tanks, so on and so forth.
00:39:31.860And that's really what we're living today is the whirlwind which we are reaping because of the wind that they sowed.
00:39:39.920And today, you talked about the Murdoch media there.
00:39:43.920It's not just the Murdoch media, by the way.
00:39:45.560The Project for a New American Economy was a Murdoch-Zuckerberg organization that they put together over 10 years ago with money from the U.S. hospitality industry because they were looking to get cheap migrant labor in to clean the hotel rooms, effectively, right, and work in the kitchens, effectively for nothing.
00:40:02.980People who wouldn't unionize would work for a buck an hour and who wouldn't complain about poor working conditions.
00:47:00.480A lot happening in these different states.
00:47:02.200We've got to stay on top of this situation in Colorado.
00:47:06.020Remember, right now, they're in the convergence phase of information warfare.
00:47:09.520I think most of the smart people on the other side understand that legally, they're on very tenuous grounds, and they're not going to win legally.
00:47:19.760But they're going to use it psychologically as psychological warfare.
00:47:22.500The other thing is I've continued to warn.
00:47:24.660All of the money, Fox News, everybody's going to be getting back at Nikki, Nikki, Nikki, Nikki, Nikki.
00:48:22.520I was actually, quite frankly, as adamantly opposed to it as I am, as adamantly opposed to it as Don Jr. is.
00:48:29.680I was even a little taken aback by Tucker who really threw down hard.
00:48:32.660Tucker said not only would he not support it, he would actually work against the ticket because he thinks Nikki Haley is that dangerous.
00:48:40.060And that big a sellout to the dark forces of corporate America.
00:48:44.820I want to make sure everybody goes to Birch Gold now more than ever over this holiday season.
00:48:49.480We want to start putting your mind to rest on certain things.
00:48:51.660One is you really got to talk to the folks at Birch Gold and start to understand what are the converging forces driving this run on gold and particularly when we're going into turbulent times.
00:49:02.940Understand why gold has been a hedge for 5,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:49:07.900Because if you think what we've gone through for the last couple of years is turbulent, you ain't seen nothing yet.
00:49:44.880It's very important for young people and for women to know how to use firearms safely, to be comfortable around firearms, to really understand it from the bases.
00:49:53.920Your product, iTarget, is the best product, I think, for making people safe around their own weapons in a very low-cost way.
00:50:00.760Walk us through what it is and how do people get it.
