Transcript

00:00:00.000 Yeah, we heard messages from stakeholders today here in Texas.
00:00:04.280 They want to see us shut down the border or shut down the government.
00:00:07.600 These were the Property Rights Act activists and also the sheriffs and local law enforcement from here in Texas,
00:00:14.720 a group curated by Speaker Johnson to deliver that message to our Republican colleagues.
00:00:19.740 And we hope they heard that message because the power of the purse is the only leverage we have.
00:00:24.880 And if we aren't willing to use it to shut down the border, what use is it?
00:00:28.640 Because you're the ones in charge of asylum.
00:00:31.000 And yes, President Trump or President Biden could do X, Y, or Z, but it's really up to Congress.
00:00:37.840 When President Trump entered the Oval Office, he put in the Remain in Mexico policy.
00:00:43.600 He ended the catch and release policy.
00:00:45.520 He did the fundamental common sense things that stem the flow.
00:00:48.860 It was down to a tiny fraction of what it is right now.
00:00:51.740 Jake, 302,000 encounters at the border in December alone.
00:00:56.020 It's the highest number in history.
00:00:57.680 And it's going to continue because they're showing no inclination at all to change it.
00:01:03.260 They have rolled out the welcome mat.
00:01:05.000 By the way, this is costing American taxpayers billions and billions of dollars to house and feed and educate and give health care to all these illegals.
00:01:14.320 If you're from one of these poor countries, why would you not make the journey?
00:01:18.240 Why would you not submit your children to that dangerous journey?
00:01:20.740 We don't know what's happening to them on the way.
00:01:22.620 This is a humanitarian crisis.
00:01:24.420 We walked through the centers today, Jake.
00:01:26.220 It would make the average American citizen cry to see what's happening here.
00:01:29.500 And it must stop.
00:01:31.000 Right.
00:01:31.380 Which is why some people are saying, why not pass the $14 billion supplemental bill that President Biden has put before you to at least try to help with some of these issues?
00:01:40.800 That won't solve any of the problems I just articulated.
00:01:43.720 That won't do a darn thing.
00:01:44.800 Well, I'm sure the people, the Border Patrol agents that you're with think it might do something, at least in terms of making their job a little easier for the next month or so.
00:01:52.600 No, no.
00:01:52.920 Actually, they don't.
00:01:53.660 They don't want the $14 billion?
00:01:56.440 No, no.
00:01:57.040 I just quoted to you the deputy chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, and he said he doesn't need more buckets.
00:02:01.420 In other words, he doesn't need more personnel to handle the flow.
00:02:04.200 He needs to turn the flow off.
00:02:05.980 That's what we're talking about.
00:02:07.040 This is not about sending more money down here.
00:02:08.980 It's about changing the policy.
00:02:10.440 And the White House seems not to understand that.
00:02:12.880 Yeah, but I mean, even President Trump couldn't turn the faucet off, right?
00:02:16.560 I mean, I understand your point that he did more than Biden did.
00:02:19.840 He turned the flow down.
00:02:21.100 Yeah, but it's not, it's the presidency.
00:02:24.320 It's not a magician.
00:02:26.440 But let me just ask you.
00:02:27.080 Listen, we have applauded Governor Abbott and all the brave law enforcement officers here on the border in Texas.
00:02:32.580 They're doing their dead-level best to protect their citizens, and that's his number one job.
00:02:36.600 The federal government, the White House, the administration refuses to do it.
00:02:40.900 So if you're the governor of Texas or a border state or any governor, you have the responsibility, the right, the constitutional authority to do the right thing and secure your people.
00:02:49.380 So we have applauded him.
00:02:50.600 We stand with him in that resolve and any other governor who's willing to draw the line and take that measure.
00:02:55.180 And remember, everything they try to do, the White House has gone to court to stop.
00:02:59.780 Everything they're trying to do to protect Texans, the White House is going to take them to court and have it undone.
00:03:05.260 It's madness is the only word that we can think of to describe this.
00:03:09.120 And we hope it treason, I don't know.
00:03:10.920 It comes to an end soon, and we're here to make sure that happens.
00:03:13.620 Thank you all for being here.
00:03:14.680 No more money for this bureaucracy of his government until you've brought this border under control.
00:03:21.840 Shut the border down or shut the government down.
00:03:24.180 We are all committed to that.
00:03:26.180 There is a national security issue that is being taken place here on the southern border, and that's what it's going to take to hold this administration accountable.
00:03:37.460 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:45.180 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:50.380 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:54.660 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:56.560 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:58.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:04:00.680 It's going to happen.
00:04:01.720 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:04:05.260 MAGA Media.
00:04:06.780 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:12.200 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:15.960 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:22.340 War Room.
00:04:23.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:04:25.600 Wednesday, 3 January, Year of Our Lord, 2024.
00:04:33.000 Thank you for joining us for the late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room.
00:04:35.960 We've got a lot to go to today, a lot of work to do, and a lot of fights to talk about.
00:04:40.720 We have Katherine Engelbrecht on, victory in Georgia.
00:04:43.400 We've got Dr. Carol Swain trying to get her for either late first hour or second hour about this victory up at Harvard,
00:04:50.480 what it means, and where we really take it.
00:04:53.180 It's only the top of the first inning there.
00:04:55.600 Alex DeGrasse is going to join us.
00:04:57.620 The brilliant Alex DeGrasse is going to join us to go through victories on these redistricting maps
00:05:02.280 where the War Room posse has driven many positive results.
00:05:05.460 We're going to get into all of it.
00:05:06.820 I've got a lot to do on the board of Ben Burkwam's down there.
00:05:09.660 We're going to try to get a couple of congressmen by phone as they're traveling to other briefings.
00:05:14.020 We're going to deconstruct Speaker Johnson's talk.
00:05:18.140 Just remember, H.R. 2, it appears – I'll get into more on this a little later – that he has laid a marker down
00:05:25.620 that H.R. 2, the entire passage of the bill by the Senate and the White House,
00:05:30.580 is I think in listening to his talk today is the bottom line that he needs to have
00:05:38.300 and to continue government funding after the 19th.
00:05:41.440 Now there's some like Andy Biggs and others saying not just the passage, it's the implementation.
00:05:44.660 That's a pretty big ask.
00:05:47.220 If that's what he's talking about, we're on board because that's a fight worth having.
00:05:50.740 We're going to talk about that in a few minutes.
00:05:52.580 We're going to get some congressmen up here traveling around Burkwam.
00:05:56.200 But I want to start with one of my favorite people in the finest Surgeon General of any state in the union,
00:06:03.460 Dr. Joseph Latipo from Florida.
00:06:05.680 Kind of blockbuster news today, and I want to make sure this audience gets it first.
00:06:08.780 Dr. Latipo, you're kind of a revered figure among MAGA and Republicans,
00:06:15.700 and I know everybody down in Florida, you've done such a great job there,
00:06:19.520 even people that oppose maybe politically, you and Governor DeSantis.
00:06:25.200 But tell us – what did you say today about what you're going to do as Surgeon General in Florida
00:06:30.560 about vaccines that have mRNA in it?
00:06:34.380 Yeah, thanks. Thanks, Bannon.
00:06:35.600 Well, we've called for a halt to the use of these mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
00:06:41.520 And the reasoning is simple.
00:06:43.500 You don't have to have majored in biology or biochemistry.
00:06:47.540 These vaccines have DNA in them.
00:06:49.480 Everyone knows what DNA is.
00:06:51.320 They're contaminated with DNA, and that's not necessarily a big deal.
00:06:55.020 But it's a problem with these vaccines because the DNA hangs on with the mRNA
00:07:00.420 and goes into people's cells.
00:07:02.600 So this is a completely different risk analysis than other products that have had DNA.
00:07:08.740 And the FDA knows this, and they have actually specifically told pharmaceutical manufacturers
00:07:16.400 that they should check to make sure the DNA that's coming in is not integrating,
00:07:24.100 is not screwing up our human DNA.
00:07:26.760 You know, a concern that some people intuitively raised early.
00:07:29.880 And the FDA at this point has not provided a drop of evidence that this simple test for integration
00:07:37.860 into the human genome has been performed.
00:07:41.840 And that's crazy.
00:07:43.640 So we've called for a halt of the use of these products.
00:07:46.920 Dr., help me out here for a second.
00:07:51.720 When we've had other experts on or other people on from other streaming services or podcasts,
00:07:59.420 whatever, the mainstream media immediately, you know, the mediaites, the world, the media matters,
00:08:05.500 it's all of a sudden, you know, we're conspiracy theory guys.
00:08:08.440 We're kooks that we're talking about, you know, keeping people away from this tremendous vaccine
00:08:14.140 that saves so many lives.
00:08:15.260 What evidence do you point to?
00:08:18.460 Because I know you're a man of science.
00:08:19.760 That's where you came and took the Surgeon General.
00:08:21.640 I think you were at UCLA after Harvard.
00:08:24.360 You came and took the Surgeon General job under Governor DeSantis
00:08:27.360 because you actually wanted to get this out into the field.
00:08:30.280 What evidence do you point to that backs up your contention?
00:08:34.400 Yeah.
00:08:34.880 Well, the great news here is the evidence has been completely provided by the FDA.
00:08:40.640 So it's their evidence.
00:08:43.100 And the evidence is a combination of their guidance documents in the past that acknowledge the risk of DNA integration
00:08:51.100 and the need to test for it to make sure you're not fouling up the human genome.
00:08:56.400 Their evidence is their acknowledgement that there is DNA in there.
00:08:59.620 And that's been found to be billions of particles, small particles of DNA with each dose in at least one study.
00:09:06.100 And they've acknowledged, because we asked them specifically, whether they have tested for this.
00:09:14.660 And they gave a non-answer.
00:09:16.800 They talked about a bunch of other things, and they never answered the question,
00:09:20.240 which I refer to mean that they haven't tested for it.
00:09:22.900 So it's literally all their evidence.
00:09:25.720 And I'm not saying, frankly, I think it probably does have some integration at some levels with the human genome
00:09:32.180 because these vaccines are honestly, they're the antichrist of all products.
00:09:37.120 So I think it probably does.
00:09:38.860 But I'm not saying it does.
00:09:40.540 I'm saying that they themselves have said you should test for it, and it hasn't happened.
00:09:45.620 And they've provided no proof that it's happened.
00:09:48.140 And that's so wrong.
00:09:49.980 You know, it's just complete disrespect to the human genome and the importance of protecting it and preserving it.
00:09:57.500 And that is our connection to God.
00:10:02.920 Doctor, you're the Surgeon General of the great free state of Florida.
00:10:07.220 We have 49 other states.
00:10:09.080 We have territories, Puerto Rico, Guam.
00:10:11.060 We have other territories.
00:10:13.400 Isn't this something that should be done at the federal level?
00:10:16.760 Isn't this something that the FDA should come out?
00:10:19.580 I mean, why is it a Surgeon General of even one of our biggest and greatest and most prosperous states?
00:10:25.260 Why is it incumbent upon you to do this?
00:10:27.820 So what happens to the other people in the other 49 states and the territories?
00:10:31.800 You know, this is the looking glass.
00:10:33.720 I mean, you have to remember, we actually have a vaccine now that multiple studies that the federal government is pushing,
00:10:40.640 that multiple studies from different countries around the world have found that the people who take it become eventually at increased risk of contracting the disease that they took it against.
00:10:53.960 That this has been a finding multiple studies, great journals, not a word of this from the CDC and the FDA.
00:11:01.320 You know, we are living in an alternate dimension in terms of these COVID-19 vaccines and the relationship to reality that the CDC and the FDA have taken.
00:11:13.860 And I pinch myself, too, and many people, other people do, too.
00:11:18.160 How can, you know, it's one thing after the other, the changes in the menstrual cycles, the strokes, the myocarditis, the other cardiac issues.
00:11:26.940 It's just one thing after the other with these vaccines.
00:11:29.660 And it just does not matter to the CDC and the FDA.
00:11:33.440 And, of course, they work with other governments in terms of their similar, their analogous organizations.
00:11:39.120 And everyone's just decided that they're going to run one big lie and just say, no, no, no, no, no, I don't see it, to anything that they don't like to see.
00:11:46.680 So I agree, Steve.
00:11:48.420 It's crazy.
00:11:49.260 It's completely nuts.
00:11:50.560 But, you know, fortunately, I'm certainly not going to change.
00:11:53.580 And I came here to Florida with my family because there's a governor here, Governor DeSantis, who is willing to stick with whatever the truth is, however uncomfortable it gets.
00:12:02.160 So it's absolutely the right thing to do.
00:12:04.600 These should not be used and absolutely shouldn't be used anymore.
00:12:07.980 So you and Governor DeSantis are in a sink on this.
00:12:11.720 Now, does this mean that what does it technically mean in Florida?
00:12:15.220 Are you going to stop and ban the use of these vaccines?
00:12:17.800 Are you going to tell state-run facilities, schools, which has been so controversial?
00:12:22.980 What technically happens with your, I guess, proclamation?
00:12:27.400 Yeah, we're working on that.
00:12:28.420 We're going to do everything that we possibly can.
00:12:30.920 And, you know, certainly with our county health departments, we should not be offering them.
00:12:35.720 I mean, it's literally immoral to be offering these products.
00:12:39.340 And we're going to explore what else we can do because, frankly, it's so wrong for people to be, whether it's CVS or Walgreens or some other drugstore or hospital.
00:12:51.960 I mean, it's very wrong for people to be putting this in human beings when the proper testing hasn't been done to confirm that there's no integration of the DNA and the lipid nanoparticles into the human genome.
00:13:06.040 It's just, I mean, my kids can probably understand this.
00:13:09.080 My oldest is 10.
00:13:10.440 You know, it's just, it's W-R-O-N-G wrong.
00:13:13.720 So, Dr. Fauci does two days of closed door under oath depositions next week on the 8th and the 9th.
00:13:23.200 What would, what do you want Congress?
00:13:24.960 We do control, you know, obviously one of the most important branches, the House of Representatives.
00:13:30.840 What would you like to see the House actually do to either stop this or get involved in this?
00:13:35.860 I think two things.
00:13:38.860 I mean, Dr. Fauci is the most slippery scientist who has ever worked in the federal government, probably.
00:13:45.740 And unfortunately, because he has a scientific background that most people, members of Congress, don't have, he's able to slither his way around their questions.
00:13:54.400 So I would say two things.
00:13:55.620 First of all, they need some more expertise up there in terms of medical expertise and scientific expertise.
00:14:01.500 And second of all, he obviously misled the country in order to preserve his reputation and the reputation of NIH and everyone else who was involved with funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan.
00:14:15.560 I mean, that's just totally obvious.
00:14:18.060 So they need to pin him down in a way that, you know, that he can't slither out of.
00:14:24.940 Hey, Doc, can you hang on?
00:14:26.260 I just want to hold you through the break, a short commercial break and come back.
00:14:29.160 I've got a couple other questions.
00:14:30.340 It's a monumental news out of the state of Florida today by the Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Latipo, about the mRNA vaccines.
00:14:38.700 We're going to go to the border.
00:14:40.480 We're going to finish with Dr. Latipo.
00:14:41.860 We're going to go to the border.
00:14:42.960 We've got Alex Degrassi to talk about redistricting maps, the fight, the fight that you're winning.
00:14:47.900 We've got a lot going on today.
00:14:49.280 Fights were winning, and maybe fights were not quite winning yet.
00:14:53.640 You ready for a fight?
00:14:55.240 You're in the war room.
00:14:56.040 Man the ramparts.
00:14:57.080 Back in a moment.
00:14:57.620 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of, 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.
00:15:08.680 How will your hard-earned savings fare during this year?
00:15:11.900 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store.
00:15:16.300 The dollar continues to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase.
00:15:20.300 How are you protecting your savings?
00:15:24.200 Consider diversifying with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:27.660 For decades, gold has been the choice of investors and central banks to hedge against inflation.
00:15:34.320 Now, you can own it in a tax-sheltered IRA with the help of Birch Gold.

00:16:10.260 And secure your savings now.
00:16:12.320 Take action.
00:16:13.520 Text Bannon at 989898.
00:16:16.600 Action.
00:16:17.360 Action.
00:16:18.120 Action.
00:16:19.560 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:22.240 So, Dr. Ladipo, what do you think that the House, you are someone people look to for judgment and discernment.
00:16:36.380 Clearly, you would not have issued this, which is kind of shocked.
00:16:41.360 The reverberation of this is just starting in the pharmaceutical industry and, you know, how it's implemented.
00:16:45.980 And you're calling the FDA out for essentially being liars.
00:16:51.680 So, this has enormous implications and urgency.
00:16:55.240 What would you like to see the House?
00:16:56.920 We do control the funding.
00:16:58.740 I know the Speaker of the House has a hard time understanding this.
00:17:02.260 But we do control the funding for these organizations.
00:17:05.700 What are you calling upon?
00:17:07.160 Since it's obviously an emergency or you wouldn't have issued this, what would you like to see the House do about the relationship with CDC, FDA, and others that actually have the executive responsibility to do this?
00:17:19.320 Honestly, Bannon, it's a very tough and tall task for the House.
00:17:27.180 Because what we've seen over the last few years is scientists who have more expertise, you know, dance their way around and convince people that three-year-olds should wear something on their face.
00:17:41.680 And, you know, except for when they're sleeping next to each other in preschool and other completely silly and ridiculous things and say it with a straight face.
00:17:49.540 So, I think they really need to bring in individuals with scientific expertise, Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Harvey Reich.
00:17:58.420 There are others who are bona fide researchers with the background, with the expertise.
00:18:04.420 And I think you kind of need a sort of a committee-like discussion so that when, you know, when Dr. Fauci bobs and weaves or when Dr. Califf bobs and weaves in terms of answering questions relative to the FDA, you know, those questions, those responses can be parsed out because they have been totally dishonest.
00:18:25.660 I mean, you know, you said lies.
00:18:27.520 It's even worse than that because I don't even know who they're serving with the things that they've been saying.
00:18:33.180 You know, they're not serving us.
00:18:34.400 I guess they're serving pharma.
00:18:35.720 But, frankly, I think it's worse than that.
00:18:37.800 So, I really think you just need to have the right people in the room.
00:18:42.700 And the Congress folks who didn't go to medical school or, you know, didn't work in labs for years, they're going to get, unfortunately, circles run around them.
00:18:53.520 But, you know, I am sad to say that, but honestly, I think that's what's going to happen.
00:18:58.180 There's certain opportunities.
00:18:59.280 No, we don't have the professional training.
00:19:02.420 Would you volunteer, if it could be worked out, would you volunteer actually to sit in and be one of the people to review it and ask questions of Fauci when he's under oath next Monday and Tuesday?
00:19:14.120 Yeah, I mean, I would.
00:19:15.160 But, frankly, there are people who, you know, I have my job here in Florida.
00:19:19.220 There are people who know even more in terms of the details of these, just these misdeeds that he almost certainly, I mean, he has certainly committed them.
00:19:31.060 It's just a matter of, you know, putting the evidence together to make it just so compelling that even he can't weasel his way out of it.
00:19:40.040 So, yeah, I certainly would be happy to help.
00:19:42.780 And, you know, the country will be better off for it.
00:19:45.560 The world will be better off for it.
00:19:46.820 This has been just the worst assault on human everything in my lifetime for sure.
00:19:55.720 So you do recommend Dr. McCullough, Dr. Malone, and Dr. Harvey Reisch of Yale.
00:20:02.200 Those would be three pretty good starters we could put in there?
00:20:05.800 Absolutely.
00:20:06.340 Absolutely.
00:20:06.980 And there are others, too, who are, you know, very strong scientifically.
00:20:10.740 But you need people like that in the room because, you know, I mean, you are not going to get Dr. Fauci if you do not have sufficient expertise and knowledge of these, you know, I mean, clearly, clearly moved to cover up the connection between research his institute had funded at NIH and this virus from the Wuhan lab, from that Wuhan area.
00:20:38.660 So you need you need very good scientists who are not going to let him get away with all the things he's been getting away with.
00:20:48.500 Dr. Latipo, how do we get your book about the story of your life is incredible.
00:20:53.060 How do we find your writings?
00:20:54.460 People want to follow this closely.
00:20:55.740 So where do they go?
00:20:57.260 Thanks.
00:20:57.640 Thanks, Bannon.
00:20:58.500 They can get Transcend Fear.
00:20:59.900 They can find it on Amazon, all the major book, the book sites.
00:21:04.460 And honestly, if it weren't for what I describe in that book, the journey I've had spiritually, emotionally, I wouldn't be able to do what I do.
00:21:12.380 I wouldn't be able to live in truth irrespective of, you know, the noise and the consequences.
00:21:18.540 And so, you know, I invite, encourage people to check it out and encourage people to follow their own journeys.
00:21:24.860 Thank you, brother.
00:21:53.520 Well, they're appreciated.
00:21:54.160 Dr. Joseph Latipo, the Surgeon General of Florida and the Chief Medical, really, advisor to Governor Ron DeSantis.
00:22:01.860 Big deal.
00:22:02.520 We're going to have some of these, some of the ones he named over the next couple of days on here.
00:22:05.960 It's going to be quite fascinating what happens.
00:22:09.060 Do I have Burkwam?
00:22:10.160 Let's go.
00:22:10.620 I got Alex de Grassoff.
00:22:11.920 We're going to go through these maps.
00:22:13.140 Victories that the Warren Posse and MAGA have delivered under really smart guidance on the states were winning.
00:22:19.760 Ben, explain to me what happened at the border today.
00:22:23.520 I mean, Johnson gave about a 25-minute speech, and a lot of it was regurgitation, what we already know.
00:22:28.540 And I've been the biggest critic of that.
00:22:29.980 I admit this.
00:22:30.500 However, I did see, if I understand this correctly, about H.R. 2 as being really the thing that has to happen, it has to be passed and implemented before any government money.
00:22:46.440 I could buy off of that because that won't happen.
00:22:48.940 The Senate won't approve it.
00:22:50.720 The White House will reject it.
00:22:52.000 So we're going to shut down the government on the 19th.
00:22:54.020 Did you hear the same thing I heard?
00:22:55.300 Maybe I heard it differently.
00:22:59.040 Yeah, I heard it.
00:23:00.940 But, you know, just to give an idea of where we're heading into this, I asked the question directly.
00:23:08.180 I said to the group, do me a favor.
00:23:11.680 Can I get a show of hands?
00:23:13.340 Who is willing to shut down the government until we shut down the border?
00:23:17.400 And I could tell that question was a really uncomfortable question.
00:23:21.020 They changed direction.
00:23:22.420 They changed the topic.
00:23:23.380 They basically said, we're not there to talk about that yet.
00:23:26.740 And so ultimately, I sadly, I mean, I've interviewed several people here.
00:23:30.160 Many of the representatives said they will vote to shut down the government until the border shut down.
00:23:36.720 The problem is, and I think this is wisdom.
00:23:39.480 I spoke to Congressman Self.
00:23:41.220 I said, what do you think is going to happen over these next weeks?
00:23:43.480 He said, I think we're going to see a budget where we see more Democrats vote for it than Republicans.
00:23:49.260 And that's sad for America.
00:23:50.660 And sadly, unless you can get some of these rhino Republicans to stand with the rest of the Republicans, I sadly think he may be right.
00:24:01.300 And that's the death of our country.
00:24:03.080 You know, it ultimately comes back to 2025, the election of 2024 and 2025.
00:24:08.300 And it really comes down to rhino Republicans that aren't willing to stand up for this country.
00:24:15.600 Okay.
00:24:16.760 Give me that again real quickly, because when I play the clip, I've got about 30 seconds before I go to this clip.
00:24:21.560 Did you ask a show of hands of the congressmen of who was prepared to shut down the government or just other of the spectators that were down there?
00:24:27.420 No, I asked it directly to Speaker Johnson.
00:24:32.340 I was the first question asked, and that was the question I asked.
00:24:35.880 I said, can I see a show of hands who there is willing to shut down the government until the border is shut down?
00:24:44.140 Okay.
00:24:44.700 Hang on one second.
00:24:45.600 Let's go to CNN and watch the clip.
00:24:47.160 We're going to come back after the commercial break with Ben Burkwam.
00:24:49.360 But I guess my question is, if you don't get H.R. 2, that's it.
00:24:54.880 You're not willing to, let's say there was, I mean, I've seen the White House and the Democrats in the Senate go in your direction on this issue more than I've ever seen Democrats go in your direction.
00:25:08.260 And I've been in this town for a little longer than you.
00:25:11.560 I've seen President Bush try to do this.
00:25:13.560 I've seen President Obama try to do this.
00:25:15.920 And it always comes down to the House Republicans and what they're willing to accept.
00:25:19.360 You would turn down a compromise that was not 100 percent of H.R. 2?
00:25:28.440 Jake, I'm not going to answer hypotheticals because they've not sent us any suggestion yet.
00:25:33.680 There's no draft bill.
00:25:35.120 But I would tell you, I don't care if they call it H.R. 2.
00:25:38.000 I do care about the provisions that will seal the border.
00:25:40.540 I don't think now is the time to do comprehensive immigration reform because, to your point, it's very complicated.
00:25:45.740 It's very complex to do.
00:25:47.080 But we can seal the border.
00:25:48.500 We could do it overnight.
00:25:50.240 The president has the existing authority under existing federal law to do that.
00:25:55.340 And he refuses to do it.
00:25:56.940 Secretary Mayorkas has administered this.
00:25:59.220 He's in charge of operational control of the border.
00:26:01.260 And what we see here is absolute mayhem.
00:26:04.320 This is not a Republican or Democrat issue.
00:26:06.660 It affects every American and every citizen along here.
00:26:09.400 That's who they need to listen to.
00:26:11.500 The argument is that there's only so much a president can do.
00:26:15.360 Even Donald Trump could not seal the border.
00:26:18.540 Even when the Remain in Mexico policy was in place in 2019, there was still a migrant crisis.
00:26:25.420 There was still a crisis at the border.
00:26:27.860 You might remember all those TV ads that Donald Trump ran in 2018 about the caravan heading into the United States.
00:26:36.080 A lot of people say this needs to be solved by Congress.
00:26:39.620 You're the guys that write the laws.
00:26:41.160 You're the ones in charge of asylum.
00:26:42.920 And, yes, President Trump or President Biden could do X, Y, or Z.
00:26:46.340 But it's really up to Congress.
00:26:47.580 When President Trump entered the Oval Office, he put in the Remain in Mexico policy.
00:26:55.560 He ended the catch-and-release policy.
00:26:57.460 He did the fundamental common-sense things that stemmed the flow.
00:27:00.800 It was down to a tiny fraction of what it is right now.
00:27:03.680 Jake, 302,000 encounters at the border in December alone.
00:27:08.000 It's the highest number in history.
00:27:09.700 And it's going to continue because they're showing no inclination at all to change it.
00:27:15.180 They have rolled out the welcome mat.
00:27:16.700 By the way, this is costing American taxpayers billions and billions of dollars to house and feed and educate and give health care to all these illegals.
00:27:26.280 If you're from one of these poor countries, why would you not make the journey?
00:27:30.200 Why would you not submit your children to that dangerous journey?
00:27:32.680 We don't know what's happening to them on the way.
00:27:34.600 This is a humanitarian crisis.
00:27:36.480 We walked through the centers today, Jake.
00:27:38.160 It would make the average American citizen cry to see what's happening here.
00:27:41.440 And it must stop.
00:27:42.640 Right, which is why some people are saying why not pass the $14 billion supplemental bill that President Biden has put before you to at least try to help with some of these issues.
00:27:52.660 That won't solve any of the problems I just articulated.
00:27:55.620 Right, no, no.
00:27:56.100 That won't do a darn thing.
00:27:56.900 Well, I'm sure the people, the Border Patrol agents that you're with think it might do something, at least in terms of making their job a little easier for the next month or so.
00:28:04.520 No, no.
00:28:04.860 Actually, they don't.
00:28:05.600 They don't want the $14 billion?
00:28:06.620 No, no.
00:28:08.980 I just quoted to you the deputy chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, and he said he doesn't need more buckets.
00:28:13.360 In other words, he doesn't need more personnel to handle the flow.
00:28:16.160 He needs to turn the flow off.
00:28:17.960 That's what we're...

00:30:01.080 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:30:05.120 Bannon.
00:30:07.920 Okay.
00:30:08.660 I told you this morning, you want to fight, you're going to have a fight.
00:30:11.900 And this is going to be a big one.
00:30:13.360 So, uh, so, uh, lace them up, lace them high and lace them tight.
00:30:19.420 Uh, it's both the out of control spending $2.6 trillion of just deficit.
00:30:24.560 $2.6 trillion since they signed, uh, the, uh, basically the death warrant or Kevin McCarthy
00:30:30.460 signed his own death warrant with McHenry back in what, late May or June.
00:30:33.660 We passed $34 trillion last night, as we told you, war room, you heard it first back in,
00:30:39.080 I think November when we were just penciling out the math in early November that we would
00:30:43.480 pass this sometime in December.
00:30:44.540 Well, we did it.
00:30:45.740 We did it.
00:30:46.560 And now you've got this fiasco on the border that they refuse to address.
00:30:49.480 They refuse to address the spending.
00:30:50.900 They're giving you happy talk and spin.
00:30:52.540 They refuse to address the invasion on the Southern border.
00:30:56.020 And I don't think today I can tell you the live stream that the war and posse watched,
00:31:00.400 uh, they were very unimpressed, uh, make sure.
00:31:04.180 But we have to understand the other thing I want to put a pin in, I'm going to get to
00:31:07.780 it more probably in the next hour, Ukraine, they're plotting on Ukraine right now.
00:31:12.360 And they're going to hold your border.
00:31:13.720 They're going to hold your border, uh, hostage speaker Johnson.
00:31:17.200 Let me just give you a warning shot across the bow, bro.
00:31:20.700 Uh, you try to push Ukraine money before that border sealed.
00:31:24.680 We will count your speakership in days, not weeks.
00:31:28.700 Let me repeat that.
00:31:30.840 You try to, you, you crater to what I know what they're doing with you down in the national
00:31:36.140 security council and everything like that.
00:31:37.620 They're getting you in there with, you're not staffed up.
00:31:39.720 You really don't understand this.
00:31:40.980 You do not understand what's going on because you're not trained for it.
00:31:44.320 You didn't serve in the military.
00:31:45.800 You really don't have any background on this.
00:31:47.600 They got awesome.
00:31:48.380 These guys put in the fear of God knew about what's happening in Ukraine.
00:31:52.240 And if you're going to sit there and try to get any billions of dollars and say
00:31:55.400 it's some sort of national security, the vital national security interest of this nation
00:32:00.440 brother is on that border.
00:32:02.300 You were at today.
00:32:03.120 It is not on the Russian speaking Eastern border, Ukraine.
00:32:06.140 That is not in the vital national security security interest.
00:32:09.160 And if you're sitting there and telling me we just added a trillion dollars in 105 days
00:32:13.280 and $2.6 trillion of which no offense, brother, you voted for it.
00:32:18.300 I know you were in leadership, but you voted for it in, in under six months.
00:32:22.440 And you're going to sit there and start talking about hundreds of billions of dollars
00:32:25.340 in Ukraine.
00:32:26.180 Your speakership days will be numbered because we'll come as hard as we have to come.
00:32:31.200 We will not let this happen.
00:32:33.520 This audience won't let it happen.
00:32:35.000 This posse will not let it happen.
00:32:36.660 MAGA will not let it happen.
00:32:38.180 We're not getting bait and switch with any kind of happy talk in this.
00:32:41.320 These issues are pretty clear.
00:32:43.660 Make sure you go to birchgold.com right now and get the end of the dollar empire because
00:32:47.500 you're seeing it in real time.
00:32:49.180 We've been working on this for two years.
00:32:50.540 I put the first one out two years ago and it's accelerating at an accelerating rate.
00:32:55.840 Congressman Matt Rosendale from the great state of Montana joins us now by phone.
00:32:59.840 Congressman, I'll be brutally frank.
00:33:02.360 And we had the heroes, Crane, you, Gates, Biggs, Good down there that fought these tough
00:33:08.720 fights that even give us a little traction.
00:33:11.080 But the audience here was vastly overwhelmed, underwhelmed by the happy talk they heard.
00:33:17.240 And particularly this, this HR, if HR2 is going to be it and the implementation of HR2 and
00:33:22.540 no more money for the government, we can get in back of that.
00:33:25.240 But that's not really what we heard.
00:33:26.960 And we didn't hear it strongly enough, sir.
00:33:28.820 And you're spot on.
00:33:31.480 And that's why we took and went down a day early, Steve, so that we could see the unsanitized
00:33:38.380 version of what's going on.
00:33:39.660 All of us have had several trips down here.
00:33:41.920 What we're trying to do, we know what's going on.
00:33:44.300 We've seen it.
00:33:45.060 We saw the people coming across the river again last night.
00:33:47.880 We were down by the Rio Grande from 830 until about 10 o'clock last night.
00:33:52.380 It's all several dozen more people coming across the line, okay, coming across the river.
00:33:57.360 But the fact of the matter is, it doesn't matter how many people you send down to the
00:34:02.880 border, how many members of Congress you send down to the border, how many times they take
00:34:07.640 a look at it, how many times they put the images on television.
00:34:11.620 If you are not willing to take the tough votes in order to change the policy that must be implemented
00:34:19.020 in order for us to secure that border, then everything else doesn't matter.
00:34:24.560 That's why we were down there.
00:34:26.260 We are willing to stand up and say, shut the government down until our southern border is
00:34:32.660 secure.
00:34:33.380 It is a national security threat.
00:34:36.960 It is an imminent threat to our country.
00:34:40.400 There were law enforcement people down there that said, this isn't an immigration problem
00:34:45.820 any longer.
00:34:46.420 This is a slave trade problem.
00:34:50.060 They've got, in the Del Rio sector alone, Steve, the cartel is making $32 million a week
00:34:57.520 by the people that they are trafficking into our country.
00:35:02.620 And we don't know who is amongst them.
00:35:05.540 I assure you, the cartel, they're not being selected.
00:35:09.460 They're not vetting people to find out if they're going to be good citizens of the United States
00:35:15.120 at some time in the way distant future.
00:35:18.680 They just want to get their money.
00:35:20.480 It is a commodity.
00:35:21.660 And again, you can send as many members of Congress to the southern border that you want
00:35:27.220 to.
00:35:27.840 And if they aren't willing to take the vote to shut down Washington, D.C. until our border
00:35:34.020 is secure, then everything else is nothing but background noise.
00:35:38.220 Let me ask you, because you've got the Hassard rule.
00:35:42.500 You need about, I don't know the math, 112, 113.
00:35:45.420 You had today 60 members down there.
00:35:49.400 They at least had to have enough interest to go down.
00:35:51.640 Do you think anybody's mind was changed about the tough nature of the calls we have to make
00:35:56.300 to basically say, we can't have any more happy talk?
00:35:58.740 This is a national security crisis.
00:36:00.600 It's an urgent matter that must be addressed before all others.
00:36:04.080 Do you think you convinced people in your conference that would have, you know, the heart
00:36:09.300 AIDS back on this?
00:36:11.400 I'm not sure.
00:36:12.740 I'm just not sure.
00:36:14.300 When I see the terrible things that are taking place across our country, I mean, we sat down
00:36:20.500 with one law enforcement fellow and he said, this is like a bellowing jet going down every
00:36:25.420 day with 370 people on board and crashing because of the fentanyl deaths that are taking place
00:36:33.420 in our country every year, 370 deaths a day, a jet crashing every day.
00:36:40.040 And if Boeing had a jet that went down every single day, by the end of the week, the entire
00:36:46.780 fleet would be grounded.
00:36:50.280 And yet we have this taking place on our southern border that's allowing those very lives to
00:36:55.920 be taken.
00:36:56.540 And we don't have members of Congress up in arms to the extent that they're willing to
00:37:02.360 say, this is such a national security risk.
00:37:06.160 We need to shut down the government and make sure that this is the number one priority.
00:37:14.160 But I just don't know if it was impressed upon them.
00:37:20.820 Congressman, what is your what's your social media?
00:37:23.380 How do people follow you on this?
00:37:24.580 Because this is going to be a firestorm between now and the evening of the 19th.
00:37:29.720 Rosendale, all my social platforms, if they're going off on the unofficial side, it's Matt
00:37:34.740 for Montana dot com, Matt for Montana dot com.
00:37:39.420 The posse is the only people across this nation that are going to help us make a difference
00:37:45.600 to turn this around.
00:37:49.860 Congressman, thank you so much.
00:37:51.260 Honor to have you on here.
00:37:52.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:37:53.700 Let's go back to the board.
00:37:54.520 God bless you.
00:37:55.760 Thanks.
00:37:56.520 Thanks, brother.
00:37:57.340 Let's go back to the board of Ben Burkwams with one of the leading House members, Congressman
00:38:02.840 Mark Green.
00:38:03.940 Ben, is Congressman Green booted up?
00:38:06.260 I just want to ask him a question.
00:38:08.060 Congressman, is the sense of coming?
00:38:11.960 Hey, Congressman, you're obviously one of our favorites.
00:38:14.820 But is HR2, is that now, is what we're saying, it's either HR2 or we're shutting the government
00:38:22.140 down?
00:38:22.520 We don't need any more happy talk.
00:38:23.860 We need HR2 and the implementation of what you guys have worked on?
00:38:27.520 I think there are several people at that point.
00:38:30.280 I think there are also several people.
00:38:31.520 We know there are things in HR2 like cutting down the salt cedar trees, things like that
00:38:40.100 that, okay, if we don't do that, as long as we do remain in Mexico, we fix the asylum
00:38:45.460 definition back to what it is in the INA, we detain people, put them in detention, those
00:38:51.280 things that will actually be deterrents.
00:38:53.300 There are probably a few in this crowd and maybe others that didn't make the trip that
00:38:58.720 would be okay with cutting a deal to get those.
00:39:00.920 But I think the vast majority of Republicans have got to see remain in Mexico and all those
00:39:05.300 things that work and that are in HR2 actually stay.
00:39:10.520 You know, I'm also very concerned about the ability to recruit and retain these Border Patrol
00:39:16.880 agents.
00:39:17.360 So something we put in there is a retention bonus.
00:39:20.420 Um, I I'd like to see that stick, but you know, whether we cut some, uh, cedar trees
00:39:25.700 down, which is in HR2, I'd love to see it done.
00:39:28.500 Uh, Border Patrol wants it done, but I don't know that that's a game changer if I can get
00:39:32.680 the others.
00:39:34.080 Yeah.
00:39:34.740 Let me ask you, you're, you're people, look, people look up to you cause you're head of
00:39:37.720 Homeland security as head of Homeland security.
00:39:40.260 Just tell us what your perspective is.
00:39:41.980 What do we need to do to make sure?
00:39:44.080 Cause this is a national security issue anymore.
00:39:45.980 This is not an immigration issue.
00:39:47.180 What does Mark Green telling us right now that we have, we must do?
00:39:52.720 Yeah, definitely not an immigration issue.
00:39:54.860 This, this is a border policy issue.
00:39:57.160 Look under president Trump, we had a much tighter control on our border.
00:40:02.460 And what happened is, is, you know, Mayorkas and Biden came into office.
00:40:07.100 They did away with all those policies that worked.
00:40:09.980 They, they instituted catch and release alternatives to detention, all those things.
00:40:14.140 And the mass waves of people came and then the cartel said, Hey, we're going to take advantage
00:40:18.920 of this.
00:40:19.360 So they mass people at the crossing sites, make billions of dollars, by the way, doing
00:40:23.080 it.
00:40:23.480 And, and then that causes a CBP to have to be concentrated into one spot.
00:40:28.300 And then they flood the fentanyl across the Southern border.
00:40:30.980 So, uh, what, what we've got to do is take care of the guy who has put the nation at,
00:40:38.600 basically there are dead Americans because of these policies, hundreds of thousands of them.
00:40:44.140 And Mayorkas has to be held accountable.
00:40:46.280 We're, we're going to start an impeachment process on him on 10 January and, uh, try to
00:40:51.840 get rid of him.
00:40:52.580 He's got to go.
00:40:55.320 Is that your committee is going to do that?
00:40:58.960 Yeah, it's interesting, uh, Steve, the, the, when Marjorie Taylor Greene took her privileged
00:41:04.700 motion to the floor and eight Democrats voted, or I'm sorry, eight Republicans voted against
00:41:09.760 it.
00:41:10.000 Um, it was actually done through a motion made by the Democrats to put the impeachment
00:41:17.620 in my committee.
00:41:18.840 So it was actually the Democrats idea to have his impeachment apparently done in my committee.
00:41:24.200 And so we now are empowered by that house vote on the floor of the house.
00:41:28.960 And we're going to execute that.
00:41:30.580 We finished up our five phase investigation.
00:41:32.280 So the due process issues that were a problem for some of those eight that voted no have
00:41:38.140 been solved.
00:41:38.980 We finished the due process.
00:41:40.860 Now we're going to summarize that in the impeachment process, mark up a bill and go forward with
00:41:46.340 it.
00:41:48.220 Congressman, help me out here.
00:41:49.420 You're in the fight club in the war room.
00:41:50.760 You know, we'd love to fight more than anything.
00:41:52.580 I just got to ask you, how are we, we're impeaching Biden, right?
00:41:55.760 And obviously that's got to happen.
00:41:57.620 You're now going to start the impeachment of my Yorkers.
00:42:00.200 These are not small things.
00:42:01.620 These are historic things.
00:42:02.880 No, no DHS secretary has ever been impeached or in the process of impeachment.
00:42:07.380 How are you then going to negotiate?
00:42:09.200 Who are you supposed to negotiate with as the leading member of the house on, on Homeland
00:42:13.400 Security when we're talking about how we secure the border?
00:42:17.140 You have two guys you're saying basically should be removed from office.
00:42:20.760 And sent to trial in the Senate to be removed from office because they're not upholding
00:42:25.700 the law.
00:42:26.240 How then can you sit there and negotiate with those guys?
00:42:29.460 I'm not saying don't do the impeachment.
00:42:30.860 I'm just saying we're in a situation where you don't have the basic, you don't trust these
00:42:35.360 guys enough.
00:42:36.360 You want to send them to trial in the Senate to remove them from office.
00:42:39.520 So how do we actually negotiate?
00:42:40.660 Who are we supposed to negotiate with?
00:42:42.020 Well, we negotiate with the administration, right?
00:42:47.000 And they've got deputies.
00:42:48.800 So if we throw these guys out, someone will step in and be the deputy.
00:42:52.800 So there'll be somebody to talk to.
00:42:54.620 It's not like the job is going to be vacant.
00:42:57.640 There will be an appointed person to sit in that, in that job.
00:43:01.540 Um, so yeah, I, I, I have a duty to the people of Tennessee and the people of this country
00:43:07.500 to, to hold this guy accountable for what he's done.
00:43:10.940 And I intend to do that.
00:43:12.460 You know, I get the argument.
00:43:14.260 The devil, you know, is sometimes better than the devil.
00:43:17.360 You don't.
00:43:17.880 If you get rid of Mayerkes, then they send someone in who's worse.
00:43:21.040 That's very possible.
00:43:22.080 Oh no.
00:43:22.240 But, but this guy's killed Americans with his policies.
00:43:24.680 We want it.
00:43:25.340 He's, uh, you know, led to the human trafficking, aiding and abetting the drug cartels to make
00:43:30.220 tens of billions of dollars, creating criminal networks all across our country.
00:43:34.640 Great reporting, uh, about how the Honduran cartel has connected with the drug, uh, or the,
00:43:40.480 uh, gangs in San Francisco to create this crime nexus run by the cartels.
00:43:45.940 I mean, this is all happening under Mayerkes' watch.
00:43:49.060 I have a duty.
00:43:49.880 And that duty is to hold him accountable.
00:43:52.400 And I'm going to do that regardless.
00:43:54.060 That's what I'm saying.
00:43:54.880 We, uh, we, uh, we, uh, we a thousand, we a thousand percent, uh, support you.
00:43:58.620 We're going to give you social media.
00:43:59.920 Thank you very much.

00:46:20.140 We'll start breaking down.
00:46:21.220 I'm doing the fifth installment right now.
00:46:23.040 It's totally free, including talking to Birch Gold about the underlying forces that's driving gold to all-time highs.
00:46:29.200 We're not here to give you financial advice.
00:46:31.580 We're here to lay out the macro that drives finance and drives the economy.
00:46:36.960 So make sure you go check it out.
00:46:40.180 Ben Birchbaum.
00:46:41.100 I'm going to say Mark Green.
00:46:42.200 He cut to the chase.
00:46:43.700 Get the things in HR2 that you need to secure the border.
00:46:47.260 Get them passed.
00:46:48.140 Get them implemented.
00:46:49.280 Boom.
00:46:49.880 And then we can talk about money.
00:46:51.700 Folks, it is the 3rd of January, brother, Birchbaum 2024.
00:46:56.660 24, midnight on the 19th, folks.
00:47:00.060 Money runs out for the illegitimate Biden regime.
00:47:02.900 That looks to me like, I don't know, is it 16 days, 15 days?
00:47:06.500 But it's not a lot of time.
00:47:08.440 And they're not even back.
00:47:09.460 They're not even back until next Tuesday.
00:47:12.200 So, Ben Birchbaum, your assessment of the border, you've lived down there, brother.
00:47:16.020 Tell me what your thoughts were about Johnson's speech.
00:47:18.640 Yeah, I mean, ultimately, that is really what it is.
00:47:23.460 Do they have the wherewithal, the fortitude, the balls, the courage, whatever you want to call it, to do that?
00:47:31.620 Congressman Green is strong.
00:47:33.280 He's a veteran.
00:47:34.040 He loves this country.
00:47:35.000 He's 100% right.
00:47:35.800 And we have many fighters like him.
00:47:38.220 But the sad reality is there are a bunch of rhinos out there.
00:47:41.200 And so, as you mentioned, we've got 16, 15, 17 days, wherever we're at now.
00:47:44.920 It's all kind of blended together to stop this, to stop the invasion of our country, to save this nation.
00:47:50.280 And it really comes down.
00:47:51.380 This is why the posse is so important.
00:47:53.800 It is up to you guys.
00:47:55.000 If you're in one of these wishy-washy Republican districts, you need to let them know.
00:47:59.500 You need to make their lives miserable from now until then.
00:48:02.780 And even some of the Democrats, there are some Democrats who are starting to hear it from their constituents.
00:48:08.040 And I believe they could change.
00:48:10.360 I believe if you get some of these, I believe we could start seeing that.
00:48:14.180 But they have to hear it every single day from now until then and through 2024 that America comes first.
00:48:22.200 None of this ever happens again.
00:48:25.960 Ben Burquam, thank you for hanging out.
00:48:28.300 I want to thank the John Salamashro for allowing you to stick around.
00:48:30.700 I know you've got a big interview there.
00:48:31.820 Give me where can people get you, particularly tonight.
00:48:35.140 You're going to have great coverage and tomorrow.
00:48:37.240 Thank you, Brother Salamashro.
00:48:39.540 At Ben Burquam on social media.
00:48:42.620 I've got a great new video.
00:48:43.600 I've got so much content we haven't even had time to put together.
00:48:46.560 I've got some great interviews with Gates and Biggs and Eli Crane and all the rest, Rosendale and the rest of them.
00:48:54.040 So stay tuned for that.
00:48:54.940 And then americasvoice.news, of course, frontlineamerica.com.
00:48:57.640 So stay tuned.
00:48:58.240 Got a ton of stuff coming.
00:48:59.220 And the John Salamashro follows us right here in our 5 o'clock hour.
00:49:04.120 They follow us at 6 at REV.
00:49:05.840 Thank you very much, Ben.
00:49:06.860 Appreciate it.
00:49:08.900 Yes, sir.
00:49:09.480 Great work.
00:49:11.500 Thank you.
00:49:13.060 Congressman Green came in.
00:49:14.540 Came in hot.
00:49:15.180 I'm just saying, don't be getting weak on Ukraine.
00:49:20.960 We're not sending any money over there.
00:49:22.400 Let me repeat that.
00:49:23.100 We're not sending any money over to Ukraine.
00:49:25.300 The money laundering operation, the child trafficking, the organ harvesting, the bioweapons lab.
00:49:32.260 Who knows?
00:49:32.740 When we pick that scab, a lot of pus is going to run out of it.
00:49:36.020 Okay, Alice DeGrasse, one of the smartest, toughest young fighters out there.
00:49:39.240 DeGrasse, I needed to have you on tonight because people sometimes don't understand the victories that they're driving.
00:49:46.640 Now, this redistricting fight that you woke everybody up to, what, at the beginning of last year, was one of the central reasons.
00:49:53.140 Our guess is in 22 that we actually won in 22 because we had those big fights over the redistricting in early 22.
00:49:59.680 Where do we stand right now?
00:50:01.180 Are we winning?
00:50:02.360 And what does this war room posse need to do?
00:50:05.200 Yeah, so, Steve, thank you for that.
00:50:07.080 We have some major victories over the last 30 days, of course.
00:50:10.280 Not much has been written in the mainstream media.
00:50:12.340 If you remember, I was on the show months ago when there were some headlines about some challenges that sort of had us, you know, sort of talking and worried about it.
00:50:19.380 But if we go state by state, we've got five good victories across states.
00:50:23.260 And then, you know, New York is up in the air, but we feel confident that we will work with the map that we have, right, which there's nothing wrong with that map, of course.
00:50:31.400 So if we go Florida first, we talked about that on the show earlier.
00:50:34.940 We just had a higher court in Florida rule that the lower court ruling that was looking at the maps was invalid.
00:50:40.980 It's going to the Supreme Court.
00:50:42.600 We expect that they'll rule in our favor.
00:50:44.400 They have a federal challenge as well, which is waiting to be heard after the Supreme Court ruling if they take it up.
00:50:50.900 Go ahead.
00:50:51.820 Hang on.
00:50:52.460 Just so people understand, this is one that even DeSantis, the guys kind of took their eye off.
00:50:57.460 You and others alerted people to it.
00:50:59.960 The war and posse got all over it.
00:51:02.000 What is the base?
00:51:02.660 That's the map that went through 22, right?
00:51:05.180 And it had these redistricting and the people ran into those races.
00:51:08.500 Where does that map that was the map for 22, where does that map stand right now?
00:51:12.500 It's in good footing.
00:51:14.800 So there were challenges, of course.
00:51:16.060 You've got Mark Elias and these folks.
00:51:17.660 And I do want to say the National Redistricting Trust, which is our entity that Republicans have put forward to try to catch up, they're doing great work behind the scenes.
00:51:25.620 So in Florida, the map, we feel great.
00:51:27.460 So it's being challenged.
00:51:28.740 We just had the higher court rule that the map is fine.
00:51:32.160 It's going to go to the Supreme Court.
00:51:33.740 We don't know if they'll take it up or not.
00:51:36.080 The federal challenge is waiting to hear on where that stands at the state level.
00:51:40.000 And so right now we're in a holding pattern, but we feel great.
00:51:43.060 So that's handled.
00:51:43.920 Boom, right there.
00:51:45.020 Win as of right now.
00:51:48.060 And if I can go to Georgia.
00:51:49.560 Yeah, yeah.
00:51:51.380 Let's go to Georgia.
00:51:52.360 Let's go to Georgia.
00:51:53.040 Give me a minute on Georgia, and then we'll go to break for the 6 o'clock.
00:51:55.840 You're going to stick around.
00:51:56.440 Give me Georgia.
00:51:57.760 Okay, perfect.
00:51:58.380 So federal judge in Georgia ruled because they had challenged that the map that Kemp and the Republicans in Georgia had put up does fulfill the request on the, you know, four new, four majority black seats.
00:52:10.840 In Atlanta, the new map actually is nine to five and actually shores up Republicans.
00:52:15.080 So you don't see that written in Politico.
00:52:17.180 So we've strengthened our hand in Georgia due to their challenge, frankly, that we were able to relook at that.
00:52:22.180 So that's been handled.
00:52:23.700 That's a big one.
00:52:25.120 So that's done.
00:52:26.040 That was the – did that require – they had a special session on this.
00:52:30.480 Did the special session help strengthen that or did it just pass muster without that?
00:52:36.520 No, so they – that special – the special session is what put forward that new map.
00:52:40.220 That new map actually is stronger for Republicans, specifically north of the metro area.
00:52:46.520 So their challenge of the map that was previously been proposed that we ran on last time actually resulted in us having a stronger map.
00:52:54.800 Not bad.
00:52:56.000 Not bad.
00:52:57.780 Mark Elias, suck on that, bro.
00:53:00.780 By the way, before we go, give me 10 seconds, 15 seconds on Mark Elias.
00:53:04.400 You're going to stick with me at 6 o'clock.
00:53:06.000 Mark Elias is all over this, right?
00:53:08.420 All over it.
00:53:09.100 I mean, he's the guy and he's making a fortune and, you know, they're just challenging everywhere.
00:53:13.280 And, you know, you see with President Trump, sometimes they get through on this stuff.
00:53:16.480 It's brutal.
00:53:16.940 You're brutal.
00:53:18.680 You're brutal.
00:53:19.500 Okay.
00:53:20.060 Alex DeGrasse, the guy that's led the fight, been the tip of the tip of the spear in the redistricting.
00:53:25.640 He's going to stick around.
00:53:26.520 We've got Catherine Engelbrecht about Georgia.
