Transcript

00:00:00.000 Officer Frenone, you know, it's obviously been shocking to a lot of us, to a lot of Americans who agree the vast majority, we should point out, agree January 6th was a terrible day.
00:00:09.660 We believe what we saw with our eyes that day, either in person for many people or on television.
00:00:15.480 But also this narrative that's taken hold in certain quarters among Trump supporters in particular, that it actually wasn't what we saw that day.
00:00:23.520 That's the one side of it.
00:00:24.680 The other side of it is you've had more than 1,200 people arrested, the head of the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers.
00:00:30.000 Going to jail for a very long time, more convictions to come.
00:00:33.980 Prosecutors say they're only about halfway done with the people they want to find.
00:00:37.740 So how do you feel three years on after January 6th, 2021?
00:00:43.140 I mean, when you mention all those investigations, you know, the Department of Justice undertaking and, you know, prosecuting more than 1,200 Americans for their actions on January 6th.
00:00:54.680 It's states now starting to debate and make an effort to remove Donald Trump from the ballot.
00:01:04.840 You know, all of those things, I think, are a good start and necessary.
00:01:12.020 I don't want to put too much stock into any one institution.
00:01:17.700 I think it's an all-hands-on-deck effort to make sure that Donald Trump doesn't assume the presidency in 2024.
00:01:24.940 We all know what that's going to look like.
00:01:26.880 He's told us as much.
00:01:28.000 But I also, you know, I've got to point out some of the disappointments that I've had over the past three years.
00:01:37.280 And that's where is the outrage on behalf of the current administration?
00:01:43.320 You know, I give credit.
00:01:46.280 Joe Biden has given some fiery speeches with regards to MAGA and its effort to overturn a free and fair election.
00:01:57.040 But that's something that this country needs to hear every single day, specifically younger people, young voters.
00:02:03.340 When I go out and talk to them, they seem completely disillusioned with the political process.
00:02:10.820 And I think a lot of the problems that President Biden is dealing with now, the image problems, stem from being too soft.
00:02:21.560 You know, I feel like Biden can be outraged.
00:02:25.800 He can express anger without coming across as unhinged like Donald Trump.
00:02:31.280 And I would like to see him fight for our democracy with the same tenacity that Donald Trump fights to destroy it.
00:02:41.820 And you may hear some of that from the president today in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, as he kind of launches that side of the campaign, which is this idea of defending our democracy.
00:02:51.260 And I know you started off by saying you're surprised to call yourself a former Capitol police officer.
00:02:58.300 You're also author of Standing My Ground book.
00:03:02.520 And we're keeping you on for a few more minutes because you have an announcement to make right here on Morning Joe.
00:03:08.240 What is it?
00:03:08.800 Yeah, you know, so it's so interesting, like this whole process that where January 6th has taken this country and has taken me personally.
00:03:19.800 And one of the things that I've always said and tried to live by is a saying that says until there's nothing that can be done, there's always something that can be done.
00:03:30.240 And I feel like I've run my race with the Capitol police and the last 15 plus years of public service in that capacity.
00:03:38.180 So here right now, I'm here to announce my candidacy for Congress in Maryland's third district.
00:03:44.060 And, you know, I just want to continue what a better what better way than a continued fighting for the people of Maryland,
00:03:52.840 for the people of the United States and to continue to defend democracy, because I think on January 6th it exposed, one, how weak and fragile that it is.
00:04:03.520 And I don't think it's an exaggeration to say it may sound scary, but we are one election away from the extinction of democracy as we know it.
00:04:12.500 I mean, Donald Trump said it himself that he is ready to be a dictator.
00:04:16.880 And, you know, a lot of his supporters will sit there and say, oh, he's just joking.
00:04:20.560 But how many times has he said the things that we thought were jokes that he actually did and took him seriously?
00:04:26.480 So right now I'm here to announce my candidacy to fight back and be able to push back against the people in Congress right now that I spent the last 15 years of my life protecting.
00:04:37.460 And I want to serve as their equal, as their colleague.
00:04:40.280 I want a voice at the table and I'm ready to for that challenge.
00:04:44.800 I have a quarter of Americans believing the following.
00:04:47.120 This is Richard Baum.
00:04:47.920 He's 61 year old.
00:04:48.880 He's an independent voter from Texas.
00:04:49.980 We know where he's going to go.
00:04:52.320 The people who went there to express their views to support Trump were peaceful.
00:04:55.620 The government implants were the violent ones, the FBI, the police people who were put in there, the Antifa and BLM hired by George Soros.
00:05:01.940 Everybody knows that blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:05:04.540 I mean, the thing is, is that that sounds mad like madness to most people.
00:05:08.740 But that is the sign of a coalition that is absolutely solid behind Donald Trump, no matter what.
00:05:14.680 Yeah, Biden's coalition isn't solid.
00:05:16.560 You don't have anyone out there making mad statements like that on his behalf.
00:05:19.480 How does he keep his very fractured coalition together?
00:05:23.040 Well, look, I think Stuart raised a really good point, which is and you did, too, which is that Trump has got this, you know, 35 to 40 percent of the electorate that is with him, which means that, you know, President Biden has to work even that much harder to garner independence.
00:05:35.000 It is to really rebuild the coalition or even like build a new coalition compared to what we had in 2020.
00:05:39.940 I mean, Hillary's coalition was different in 16 than Biden's.
00:05:42.840 And so we'll see what it shapes out to be this this time around.
00:05:45.260 But, again, I think when you look at the fact that, you know, Molly just said the economy is getting better, inflation is going down, you know, the job numbers have been outstanding.
00:05:54.100 You combine that with the abortion issue and, again, with the fact that democracy is truly at stake in this election, it's truly under threat.
00:06:00.840 But all of those issues, I do believe, as we get closer to the election, will start to really gel in the minds of voters.
00:06:08.120 You haven't even really started a general election yet.
00:06:10.500 Yes, President Biden's going to be a Democratic nominee.
00:06:12.740 More than likely, Trump's going to be the Republican nominee.
00:06:14.920 But it's not definitive yet.
00:06:16.060 And you are seeing this in polling, too, where a lot of voters are saying, I'm not really tuned in yet.
00:06:20.320 You know, I'm going to see who the Republican nominee is going to be.
00:06:23.400 I mean, once that actually is a head-to-head with Biden-Trump, I think the contrast is going to become more clear.
00:06:28.840 And I think the minds of voters are going to be more made up to, you know, start to lean more into the good side of things, the pro-democracy, the pro-economy.
00:06:37.220 And as long as inflation keeps going down and interest rates go down, I think that's going to make a big difference.
00:06:41.540 I love your optimism.
00:06:42.440 The Valley Forge, P. Stewart, is significant because, of course, George Washington could have been a dictator.
00:06:48.640 The American public at that time revered him and would have allowed him to serve as many terms as he wanted.
00:06:54.060 We actually did have a president who served for life, FDR.
00:06:56.680 He served four terms until he literally was deceased.
00:06:59.440 And it was only after that that you had an amendment to the Constitution that limited the president to two terms.
00:07:03.920 It was always a tradition.
00:07:05.200 But it's a tradition that every president after, between George Washington and FDR, followed.
00:07:11.320 Donald Trump is the first president to refuse to leave office, right?
00:07:14.440 That's just a thing we haven't had before.
00:07:15.860 But here's another thing we haven't had before.
00:07:18.740 People who literally see something, well, maybe we have, and just actually say they didn't see it.
00:07:23.920 Here's the percentage of Democrats who say that those who entered the Capitol were mostly violent.
00:07:29.320 77% of Democrats.
00:07:30.520 I don't know about the other nearly quarter of them.
00:07:33.900 18% of Republicans.
00:07:35.840 Only 54% of independents.
00:07:38.000 We're in an age of unreality, Stuart.
00:07:40.740 That's also what's different.
00:07:42.140 What do you expect President Biden should do about it?
00:07:45.780 And is there something he can say that might change that?
00:07:49.400 Look, I don't think there's anything you can say to those people.
00:07:51.900 They don't believe that Joe Biden is a legal president.
00:07:54.720 You kind of have to wrap your mind around that construct.
00:07:57.220 So if you don't believe your president is a legal president, what can you say?
00:08:03.340 Well, you know, I did a good job on inflation, but I'm illegal.
00:08:06.520 These voters are unreachable.
00:08:08.260 And I think it's really skewing the polls.
00:08:10.380 If I was polling in this race, I would ask a screening question.
00:08:13.280 Do you believe that Joe Biden won a free and fair election?
00:08:15.760 And if you didn't, I would just toss you out of the poll, because why test these people?
00:08:19.740 There's nothing they can say to them.
00:08:22.300 You know, I think one of the great truths of campaigns is that if you want voters to
00:08:26.100 care about an issue, the campaign has to care about it.
00:08:29.740 So I think it is tremendous that he's sort of kicking off this campaign.
00:08:33.420 There'll be a lot of kickoffs to this campaign, but this is going to be one.
00:08:36.520 Talking about democracy, the higher the stakes are in this race, I think the better Biden does.
00:08:41.660 The majority of Americans agree with Joe Biden on actually, you know, not just democracy,
00:08:47.920 but on most of these issues from abortion to gun control to Ukraine.
00:08:52.840 Republicans are needing a minority vote to win.
00:08:57.400 And that's certainly a possibility with our electoral college.
00:09:01.420 Yeah.
00:09:01.780 Biden is going to have to win this thing by about four points in a popular vote, probably,
00:09:05.660 to win the electoral college.
00:09:06.960 So, you know, I never was involved in a campaign where I sat around an election night waiting
00:09:11.860 for the results and thought we started too soon.
00:09:14.160 So I'm glad they're getting about the business of drawing this contrast.
00:09:20.580 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:09:25.460 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:09:30.760 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:09:35.020 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:09:36.540 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:09:38.440 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:09:41.060 It's going to happen.
00:09:42.340 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:09:45.720 Mega media.
00:09:47.120 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:09:52.480 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:09:56.260 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:10:02.540 War Room.
00:10:03.460 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:10:05.780 It's Saturday, 6 January in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:10:15.840 It's the third anniversary of one of the seminal events in American political history.
00:10:22.280 That was the events around January 6th, but really the stolen election.
00:10:28.080 Remember, elections have consequences.
00:10:31.220 Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
00:10:35.580 We welcome you here today.
00:10:36.800 We're going to have a special.
00:10:37.780 Julie Kelly is going to be my wingman.
00:10:41.900 But we've got Joe Hoff is also on.
00:10:43.660 I think Joe Hoff is actually available now.
00:10:46.180 Let's get Joe in here.
00:10:47.100 Joe, I asked, I asked, or Jim, I'm sorry, Jim.
00:10:51.500 I keep saying Joe is the brilliant one.
00:10:54.620 Jim is the handsome one.
00:10:55.700 The identical twins are the Hoffs.
00:10:58.440 But Hoff, here's the thing.
00:11:00.620 It gets back to the railhead of the stolen election and then really the summer of love in 2020.
00:11:05.300 You, your site, Gateway Pundit, and Julie Kelly as an individual and what she's been putting up across the board have really been the two people.
00:11:16.560 I would put Raheem Kassam in there.
00:11:18.240 I would put Darren Beattie in there at Revolver.
00:11:20.620 But in a very small group of people have really spent and dedicated a big part of their professional careers over the last couple of years of telling the stories of what happened on J6 and really setting and resetting the narrative with this onslaught.
00:11:35.420 And that's why we had the cold open at MSNBC.
00:11:37.780 So we had the Valley Forge speech yesterday.
00:11:40.740 Biden's determined that, you know, 60 percent of the country are domestic extremists.
00:11:45.220 That would be this audience.
00:11:46.500 Give me your perspective on J6 on the third anniversary.
00:11:51.400 You've done more, like I said, than virtually anybody to work this, to support the families, the individuals, but particularly to make sure that the American people knew the narrative.
00:12:02.380 Thanks, Steve.
00:12:03.540 And Happy New Year to you and Julie.
00:12:06.240 I'm so glad that you're doing this today on January 6th.
00:12:09.760 It's hard to believe this was three years ago.
00:12:12.080 You know, Steve, I can tell you, as far as with Gateway Pundit, I know when we put up articles about January 6th, even to this day, we still have an amazing amount of traffic.
00:12:26.160 People are very interested in this story.
00:12:28.780 They're very interested in the truth.
00:12:30.500 And I loved, in your cold open, listening to these people talk, Joy Reid talking about some poll that said 77 percent of Democrats believe or they believe that 77 percent of the people who went inside the U.S. Capitol were violent that day.
00:12:48.340 Obviously, that's not true.
00:12:50.800 We've seen the video.
00:12:52.160 These same people probably think that the QAnon shaman was violent.
00:12:55.940 And we just put up new posts, new video of the QAnon shaman outside, reading Trump's tweet about being peaceful and then telling people to go home.
00:13:07.540 We saw him praying inside the Senate room.
00:13:10.300 We saw him being escorted around the Capitol.
00:13:12.480 There was no violence from the QAnon shaman, along with, you know, I would say probably 80, 90 percent of those people who walked in the building.
00:13:21.200 So it's just they're just convoluted.
00:13:24.300 It's a fantasy they're living in.
00:13:26.140 And, Steve, we have helped a lot of these protesters, these political prisoners, and that's exactly what they are.
00:13:33.020 I'm very proud to say that we have raised at least $2.6 million for the families through our readership, and I'm very proud of that.
00:13:44.600 We still get calls.
00:13:45.480 I get calls from the D.C. Gulag a couple, two, three times a week still.
00:13:50.000 And I'm very, you know, I feel honored that we can help them because no one's telling their story, Steve.
00:13:56.400 You, Julie, Lara Logan came out with an exceptional piece.
00:13:59.900 Catherine Engelbrecht came out this week with a timeline of January 6th, the events that happened that day.
00:14:07.500 It's just an amazing film that just goes through the minutes of that day and what was happening.
00:14:14.820 So not a lot of people have researched this like you have, like we have, like Julie has, and others.
00:14:22.580 The Epoch Times have been incredible.
00:14:24.060 But there's an interest for this, and there's a thirst and a hunger for this news because, Steve, we're telling the truth, and we all know that.
00:14:35.860 Jim, just hang on for a second.
00:14:37.460 Jim Hoffs is going to stick with us.
00:14:39.460 We have the Julie Kelly is going to join us, who's done, dedicated her life over the last three years.
00:14:43.740 This is the commemorations, the third anniversary of January 6th, an event, the full political implications, cultural implications we have not felt yet in the United States of America.
00:14:56.540 Short commercial break.
00:14:57.420 Be back in a warm in a moment.
00:14:59.480 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of, 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.
00:15:08.640 How will your hard-earned savings fare during this year?
00:15:11.360 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store.
00:15:16.320 The dollar continues to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase.
00:15:21.160 How are you protecting your savings?
00:15:24.220 Consider diversifying with gold from Birch Gold Group.

00:16:17.360 Action.
00:16:18.120 Action.
00:16:19.480 War Room.
00:16:20.600 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:22.660 Bannon.
00:16:23.000 Okay, Julie Kelly's going to join us here in a second.
00:16:28.280 I want to go back to Hoff.
00:16:29.940 Hoff, is today Insurrectionist Day or is it Patriot's Day in the mind of you and the Gateway Pundits, sir?
00:16:38.060 Oh, I would call it Patriot's Day, Steve.
00:16:40.680 And we put up a piece this morning for Mickey Wittoff at the Gateway Pundit.
00:16:45.000 Actually, it was on Friday.
00:16:46.080 And she calls it Patriot's Day.
00:16:48.840 This is the mother of Ashley Babbitt, who was shot and killed that day.
00:16:52.680 The officer, of course, still has his job.
00:16:55.700 I don't think they even did an interview with him, actually.
00:16:57.860 I'm sure Julie has much more details on that.
00:17:00.860 But she still goes out there every day.
00:17:03.320 And they go out there in the evening by the D.C. Gulag.
00:17:07.540 The prison for a lot of these prisoners are still held three years later.
00:17:11.740 It's unbelievable.
00:17:12.580 And they sing the national anthem with these guys and, you know, talk about a Patriot.
00:17:18.360 That would be Mickey Wittoff and Nicole Reffitt, who goes with her and their band of Patriots who go out there every night.
00:17:28.940 You mentioned that the individual who shot her in cold blood still has a job.
00:17:35.680 Last time I looked, it's been over a year since the ALS turned to Republican and we've controlled it.
00:17:42.600 Why has that individual not been investigated?
00:17:45.400 Why have they not the investigation of this happened?
00:17:48.420 Why does he still have a job?
00:17:50.660 Yeah, it's unbelievable.
00:17:51.600 He was actually promoted after this.
00:17:53.320 And they actually held him in a nice hotel for a couple of months, I guess, after the Patriot's Day, January 6th of 2021.
00:18:05.280 But he's not the only one.
00:18:07.420 We know some other individuals, some other police officers who were involved in very violent actions that day.
00:18:15.800 They still have their jobs.
00:18:17.120 We know the woman who was beating Roseanne Boylan as she laid on the Capitol's steps.
00:18:22.100 This never got any major news, has never carried this except to lie about this story.
00:18:28.300 And this officer, Morris, was beating her with a stick 20, 30 times.
00:18:35.100 This woman who's unconscious ended up dying that day, Roseanne Boylan.
00:18:38.380 We've talked about it on your show, of course.
00:18:41.740 Nothing's happened to her.
00:18:42.840 She went to Disneyland afterwards.
00:18:44.640 She was pictured with Michael Fanone, who you just played earlier, who suddenly lost his hillbilly accent.
00:18:51.860 You know, he sounds like a distinguished, you know, a member of the D.C. elites now.
00:18:58.040 But, yeah, nothing has happened to any of these officers.
00:19:01.580 I was glad to see this week, though, Steve, when we put this up at Gateway Pundit,
00:19:05.300 Victoria White, who had the crap beat out of her, smashed in the face by this officer, Bagshaw, you know,
00:19:12.720 over and over and over that day.
00:19:14.340 She got pushed in this west tunnel of the Capitol and got beaten up and dragged through the Capitol in her socks.
00:19:20.400 She's pressing charges, and she's demanding that Mike Johnson, Speaker Mike Johnson,
00:19:26.020 investigate what happened with the police abuse that day.
00:19:31.000 And then we also know that this Derek Vargo, who was pushed off a two-story, 25-foot ledge, was lucky to be alive.
00:19:40.700 He's pressing charges against the officer who pushed him off the ledge that day.
00:19:45.380 The officer didn't pull him over and arrest him.
00:19:47.540 No, he pushed him off the ledge.
00:19:49.800 This man could have died.
00:19:51.460 He broke his ankle in a couple spots.
00:19:53.480 He still has spine injuries.
00:19:55.860 He's suing now, and he's also going after Mike Johnson, the speaker, to start an investigation of the police abuse.
00:20:03.380 So it's been three years.
00:20:04.880 It's about time.
00:20:06.100 And good for these people to continue to fight for the truth.
00:20:09.680 And, you know, Julie has, of course, led the charge on this, along with Epoch Times and others, as we've mentioned.
00:20:17.840 But this is still—this is an over, Steve.
00:20:21.480 And we also know, through some documents that Donald Trump released this week, that there was a reason that everyone was out there.
00:20:30.420 There's a reason that a million people, you know, went out that day to support Donald Trump,
00:20:35.180 and that is because of all the irregularities of the 2020 election.
00:20:41.340 No, no.
00:20:42.040 So elections have consequences.
00:20:43.540 Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
00:20:45.440 We've seen that in our country, in what, 40 percent of the American people think Biden's illegitimate.
00:20:51.540 That's—MSNBC was whining about that at the top, including 70 percent of Republicans, which I think is incredibly low.
00:20:57.080 But it's the independence number, which I think is in the 30s.
00:20:59.520 So over a third of the proxy of the American people, that's independent voters, thinks Biden's illegitimate.
00:21:05.800 That's never happened before in American history.
00:21:08.460 Real quickly, Jim, because I know you've got to go.
00:21:10.980 I want to go back to the committee.
00:21:12.580 Why—since they're going around the country using the J6 committee, and it wasn't a real committee.
00:21:17.480 You didn't have a ranking member.
00:21:18.800 You didn't have minority counsel.
00:21:20.080 They didn't get the information.
00:21:21.960 They couldn't cross-examine the witnesses.
00:21:24.380 This was a complete farce.
00:21:26.840 It's a reason that, you know, people like Cassie Hutchinson can sit up there and just perjure herself constantly and just lie about President Trump.
00:21:35.480 Why has not Mike Johnson—we've been a huge advocate of this.
00:21:38.780 They've got to go in and just totally take down the J6 committee and start over again.
00:21:44.240 The nation needs to get to the bottom of what happened on 3 November of 2020.
00:21:52.380 It must get to the bottom of it, and it must get to the bottom of January 6th.
00:21:56.840 We're not going to really be able to go forward and close these divisions until we get the facts and the truth out.
00:22:03.520 So why has Johnson, who by stroke of a pen, can totally take away the January 6th committee, all these issues through the 14th Amendment, and really reconstitute the committee, and let the Democrats have a ranking member.
00:22:16.060 Let the Democrats have a minority counsel.
00:22:18.380 Let them get all the evidence.
00:22:20.840 Let them cross-examine witnesses.
00:22:22.500 And we do this like every major committee, from the Pearl Harbor Committee to the 9-11 Committee to Watergate to all of it, the Church Committee.
00:22:32.520 So it can actually act like the Congress is supposed to set up to do, sir.
00:22:36.360 Yeah, that needs to happen, Steve, and it needs to happen soon.
00:22:41.200 And, again, I'm glad that these individuals who were brutalized that day now have lawsuits against Mike Johnson to push him to do this.
00:22:49.840 Something needs to happen.
00:22:51.280 I'm not sure why he's hesitated.
00:22:53.440 I think that's where a lot of Republicans and Trump supporters continue to be just disappointed.
00:22:59.040 That would be an easy way to say that we're actually furious with the fact that these Republicans go there and they don't represent us.
00:23:08.280 And they need to get this going because we need this done this year.
00:23:14.080 It can't be something that continues on to next year or the year after.
00:23:17.940 There's no guarantees that Republicans will have to fill in the House there.
00:23:21.100 Jim, Jim, you know, there's so many things they won't touch until we force them to, like the border securing, the border cutting the spending.
00:23:27.680 On this one, they're adamant.
00:23:29.460 I mean, McCarthy told people, never mention January 6th.
00:23:32.520 Never mention January 6th.
00:23:33.980 He wouldn't give you money.
00:23:35.160 He wouldn't support you.
00:23:36.600 It's omerta up there, is it not, with elected officials to talk about.
00:23:41.740 And we've got to get to the bottom of it.
00:23:43.060 We need to find out the federal law enforcement involvement in this.
00:23:46.600 We've got to know the intelligence community.
00:23:48.420 We have to go back and find out how it actually happened.
00:23:51.340 And with Donald Trump, we have Kash Patel and others that will give testimony and have given testimony that Trump did everything he could.
00:23:58.500 I had, was it Chris Miller, who was the acting Department of Defense, off of his book.
00:24:05.060 And I compared it to other books.
00:24:06.380 And I said, hey, if what you're saying is true in your book, and I grilled him, I said, you've exonerated Donald J. Trump.
00:24:13.740 This needs to come up.
00:24:15.320 The country needs this.
00:24:17.000 You want to start talking about healing, bringing the country together, reconciliation, and accountability.
00:24:23.020 We need to do this, sir.
00:24:24.320 What say you?
00:24:24.880 Oh, absolutely, Steve.
00:24:27.280 And you can tell from the clips that you played to open the show today just how desperate and frightened these leftists are because they know that they're losing the narrative now.
00:24:36.460 As more and more of the truth comes out, they're acting very desperate and angry, just rageful at the American public like they always do because we're not believing the BS that they keep shoveling out day after day.
00:24:51.240 And so I think we're on the right trajectory right now.
00:24:57.280 I think it's finally acceptable for Republicans to start talking about what actually happened that day.
00:25:04.420 I know that ourselves, Gateway Pundit, we've been brutalized for this over the years, and yourself, Steve, and others, because we immediately came out and started asking questions and starting out putting out video and interviews from people who were there
00:25:19.620 that contradicted everything the mainstream media was saying.
00:25:22.980 But now I do believe it's safe for Republicans to come out.
00:25:26.260 I see a lot of Republican reporters and different news organizations that are conservative are finally starting to talk about some of this, and I think that's a good sign.
00:25:35.880 I think now's the time to do it, and we have to get to the truth, as you have always said, Steve, and you've led the charge on this.
00:25:41.700 So thank you.
00:25:44.460 Well, no, hey, trust me, I've got Julie Kelly, Jim Hofton, the Gateway Pundit, Darren Beattie, Raheem Kassam, so many, just a handful.
00:25:54.880 But you guys, and it's quite amazing, given the entire apparatus, and I want to add the Fox News apparatus, and 90% of conservative media either would not touch it or drove the false narrative.
00:26:06.460 What you guys did is heroic, and this is going to be looked at in years to come, just like the committees of correspondence before the revolution, of people that actually told the truth and got the truth out there.
00:26:20.140 And the American people, remember, the one thing the American people have besides grit and amazing determination is common sense.
00:26:27.440 And they understand when they, you know, they can weigh and measure when they're being spun, whether it's by the British aristocracy or it's by the new aristocracy of the media aristocracy in the Uniparty in this country.
00:26:41.140 Where do people go for your coverage, Jim Hofton?
00:26:44.900 Yes, Steve, I think you go to the Gateway Pundit.
00:26:48.260 On our website, of course, we're censored and blacklisted still in a number of places, as you know.
00:26:53.780 But you know what, Steve, our numbers continue to grow.
00:26:55.760 We had our best year ever.
00:26:57.440 In 2023, we had 929 million page visits on our site, almost a billion.
00:27:03.720 So we continue to grow despite all of this because we want to report the truth and get the truth out to the American public.
00:27:12.000 You can also get us at GetterX and Truth Social and Telegram.
00:27:22.360 You're amazing.
00:27:23.120 By the way, every night at 8 o'clock, you have a great wrap-up news show.
00:27:25.880 You go right to your site.
00:27:26.620 It's just incredible.
00:27:27.980 And it's not just Steve Bannon, who for years has said, Hoft is the direct descendant of Andrew Breitbart.
00:27:33.760 Now the Washington Post, the Jeff Bezos Amazon Washington Post backs me up and they say he's the modern Andrew Breitbart.
00:27:41.240 They didn't quite mean it as the compliment that the war room does, Jim.
00:27:44.920 No.
00:27:45.100 She'll take it anyway, brother.
00:27:46.360 You're fantastic.
00:27:47.220 We'll wear it with the badger.
00:27:47.580 I may have to change this.
00:27:50.140 Oh, the badger.
00:27:50.840 I don't know.
00:27:51.580 I'm kind of torn now.
00:27:52.940 Is Jim the smart one and Joe the handsome one?
00:27:55.480 I've got to figure this out.
00:27:56.920 The Hoff Brothers, Gateway Pundit.
00:27:58.580 Thank you, brother.
00:27:59.160 Appreciate it.
00:28:01.640 Julie Kelly.

00:30:03.820 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:08.300 Okay.
00:30:08.880 I really want to thank Birch Gold.
00:30:11.100 Normally we have Philip Patrick on, as you know, for a couple of segments on Saturday so we can go through things.
00:30:16.020 Philip is tied up and can't make it.
00:30:18.320 I'm going to walk through some of the capital markets things later in the show.
00:30:22.660 But I want to thank Birch Gold for being our sponsors here at the War Room.
00:30:27.420 For the folks out there that are watching today, when you get a little downtime, you know, we've done it.
00:30:33.460 Here's – remember, at the War Room, we have sponsors, and they help us build the show and grow the show and add more and more things to it.
00:30:39.800 We make a commitment here.
00:30:42.740 We want all of our content to be free, and we want it to be ubiquitous, and we want to meet you where we are.
00:30:48.060 So we're on all kind of different – R.A.V. has got us on all kind of different streaming platforms.
00:30:52.080 They got us on some satellites and cables, some – you know, the old-fashioned, I think, low-watt television, but all over the country.
00:31:00.340 John Fredericks has got us up on radio.
00:31:01.860 Other people come to radio.
00:31:02.860 We've got the podcast.
00:31:03.940 We're always a number – I don't know, two or three podcasts in the nation in politics and basically in the back of Pod Save America, the Obama guys.
00:31:11.280 But we try to meet you everywhere.
00:31:12.620 We try to do it free, and our sponsors are – we owe it to our sponsors.
00:31:16.120 We'll never have a paywall because we're a populace, and it's most important to get this information out and get it broadly.
00:31:22.740 So make sure you go and check out – we never ask you to go actually buy something.
00:31:27.660 We just send you to the site because we believe with our sponsors, it's compelling enough that you'll make the decision when that time is correct.
00:31:33.600 But make sure you go to birchgold.com.
00:31:35.860 Gold is up, I think, 13%.
00:31:37.520 Remember, we don't give personal financial advice.
00:31:39.440 We try to set the macro table so you can understand how hedge funds work when they go through macro and then they make their own decisions.
00:31:46.600 You've got to make your own.
00:31:47.920 Gold was up, though, 13%.
00:31:49.340 I think it's up 20% since we first started with Birch Gold years ago.
00:31:53.920 Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon today.
00:31:56.600 Also, Warpath Coffee, we've got to get you jacked up early in the morning.
00:32:00.260 This Dark Roast Coffee is my favorite, but, of course, they've got a whole – they've got mild roast breakfast blends, all of it.
00:32:06.220 Warpath.coffee slash War Room.
00:32:09.100 Make sure you get War Room in there and you get your discounts.
00:32:12.700 I love my Dark Roast.
00:32:13.980 You can check that out.
00:32:14.800 We've taken the acid out to the degree it can be taken out.
00:32:17.160 I think you will love – if you've never tried Dark Roast because it's too bitter, try the Mariner's Blend.
00:32:22.300 It's very subtle.
00:32:23.140 It's got the Scalmop Cosburns on the front.
00:32:24.840 Also, yesterday, the beef liver.
00:32:27.600 Remember, most of my production team here is very – and the distribution folks in business are quite young.
00:32:33.000 You've seen Natalie and Moe and Grace and others, but we've got a very young staff here.
00:32:37.500 Sacred Human, the grass-fed beef liver.
00:32:41.040 Toss away those synthetic multivitums.
00:32:43.540 This is the greatest concentration of, really, nutrients out there.
00:32:47.020 You've got vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin D, all of it.
00:32:51.980 And it's – what this does is it really helps your body's metabolic rate for your immune system, for your brain, for your brain.
00:33:00.540 Yes, your brain and your heart.
00:33:02.080 Go check it out today.
00:33:03.140 That is Sacred Human Health, new website.
00:33:07.900 Put the promo code WARM in.
00:33:09.460 You get a big discount.
00:33:10.400 Make sure you go to Sacred Human Health for the Sacred Human product line.
00:33:14.760 Beef liver.
00:33:15.240 Start with that.
00:33:16.840 Julie Kelly, I've got a question to ask you.
00:33:18.560 I've gotten to know you over the last couple of years.
00:33:20.140 It's been extraordinary.
00:33:20.840 Have you ever dedicated – because I don't think a lot of people know the dedication you've had to this.
00:33:26.960 You've been – if it had not been for you in your reporting and sitting through court cases and in courtrooms and tracking down the people that actually were involved in all this over the last three years,
00:33:38.240 we would not be here where we are today with people having a full understanding and having a tectonic plate shift, which is why we did the cold open.
00:33:46.040 The mainstream media, with all their resources, billions and billions of dollars, have not done the job you have.
00:33:51.720 Just for our audience's sake, have you ever dedicated anything for three – because I've known you now for over three years, and you are on this story 24-7.
00:34:02.700 Have you ever in your life dedicated three years of your life just to one topic?
00:34:08.580 No, not to one topic.
00:34:10.800 Nothing close to this.
00:34:11.900 I mean, the only thing I've dedicated my life to, obviously, if moms out there can relate, is raising my two daughters and stepping away from my career in politics to raise my two daughters, be a full-time stay-at-home mom,
00:34:26.040 which leads me to – it's just – to hear you say that and, you know, to consider this is three years already, you know, it's just amazing how life works.
00:34:35.820 And I was blessed and lucky to have the flexibility and the resources and the time and the support, especially from my family, my husband and my daughters and a lot of friends to be able to do what I did and really dedicate, you know, nonstop to telling the stories of what was happening to these people and covering what was happening in the courts when no one else really was.
00:35:00.460 So, I know it sounds weird, but I feel really lucky and blessed to have had this point in my life and the availability and the ability to do so to get the facts and the truth out to the American people.
00:35:16.020 And I want to thank you, Steve, because you've been such a huge part of this.
00:35:19.460 You know, I talked to a Washington Post reporter yesterday who's writing a story about how the J6 narrative has so dramatically shifted in the public.
00:35:28.500 And, of course, I credited you and others for helping bring my work to a broader – to the broader public.
00:35:34.940 And so, you know, they never thought this was going to happen, Steve.
00:35:38.680 I was talking to my friend Lee Smith a couple weeks ago.
00:35:40.980 They really thought they had the insurrection narrative nailed down.
00:35:43.680 They really didn't think that anyone would come forward and challenge the lies that they were telling, the narrative that they were shaping, and most importantly, this abusive, retaliatory criminal prosecution of Americans.
00:35:58.140 They really thought no one would do it.
00:36:00.080 And I'm not patting myself on the back because I didn't do it by myself.
00:36:04.120 If it wasn't for platforms like you, and certainly Tucker was instrumental, Darren Beatty, and the others that you mentioned.
00:36:11.980 And, you know, we would still be suffering under the idea that this was an insurrection if we tried to overthrow the government.
00:36:21.500 The reason we just have – you know, we had Jim to kind of tee it up, but we only have – we're not even going to guess she's a co-host today as Julie Kelly.
00:36:29.740 I'm going to have other people associate with J6, some of the families raising money, some of the actual participants throughout the week because we're going to do this because this is –
00:36:38.380 sort of – but we needed to really dedicate this show to you because, yeah, Tucker and I have easy jobs.
00:36:44.820 We basically cut the mic on.
00:36:46.140 We have great production teams, and we put Julie Kelly on who does all the work, right?
00:36:49.960 This is the point.
00:36:50.900 When you started this, why did you – we're going to get into details about it later, but this first segment.
00:36:56.120 When you started, did you understand this would be historical of what you're doing, or what drove you to it?
00:37:02.580 Was there something odd at the beginning?
00:37:04.320 You realized that this is not right, and in delving into it, you found out it wasn't more right?
00:37:09.820 I mean, what was that motive force that actually got you to do it?
00:37:12.700 Because now we're here three years later.
00:37:14.620 The narrative is shifting radically.
00:37:16.760 The Washington Post is even covering – you saw the long faces on MSNBC.
00:37:20.260 But when you first started, everybody ran for the hills.
00:37:23.540 They did.
00:37:26.320 I just go back to that day three years ago.
00:37:28.540 I was in my place in Florida.
00:37:29.840 My two best friends were there.
00:37:31.820 We were watching what was happening, and I just didn't have the same reaction that people were having.
00:37:36.360 Even on our side, they were going nuts that, how dare they do this?
00:37:40.620 This is like war.
00:37:41.560 This is horrible, blah, blah, blah.
00:37:43.020 And I was like, well, come on.
00:37:44.680 I mean, when Jacob Chansley was photographed in the Senate, I tweeted out I'd rather have him running the country than basically anybody else who's in Washington right now.
00:37:53.100 So I just didn't have the same reaction, and it felt off to me.
00:37:56.980 It just felt so off.
00:37:59.400 So then really I go back to the first article that I wrote about a political prisoner was Cooey Griffin, the founder for Cowboys for Trump.
00:38:08.580 And I was reading about him and how a judge in Washington had denied his release, denied bond for him.
00:38:16.780 He was charged with two misdemeanors.
00:38:19.140 So my very first article about a political prisoner, and that was the headline, was February 4th of 2021.
00:38:25.040 Also at the same time, Steve, I was following the lies about the death of Brian Sicknick, and the New York Times posting that story on January 8th, 2021, where they said Brian Sicknick was bludgeoned to death by a fire extinguisher.
00:38:41.600 And I thought, well, there's videos and photographs plastered all over social media.
00:38:46.580 I haven't seen anything.
00:38:47.560 Certainly, if a Capitol Police officer was bludgeoned to death, we would have seen it.
00:38:53.440 So I started tracking that as well.
00:38:56.120 And then, of course, they ended up retracting that story a couple weeks after his heroic burial.
00:39:04.120 So that really got it.
00:39:05.720 But I think I'll skip to March of 2021.
00:39:08.360 I opened what's called a pacer.
00:39:10.020 But hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:39:13.140 I want to just start with Sicknick.
00:39:14.480 Maybe we'll talk about this later.
00:39:16.100 Yes.
00:39:16.500 When you say they retracted it, only slightly.
00:39:18.720 I mean, you watch him.
00:39:19.560 We monitor, remember, CNN, MSNBC, BBC all the time.
00:39:23.180 If you watch them, they're slipping in it all the time.
00:39:25.180 I mean, you'll have guests on that said, you know, Brian Sicknick, who was bludgeoned to death.
00:39:29.120 So you've proved him wrong.
00:39:30.940 And that has shifted, right?
00:39:32.400 And Darren Beattie and Raheem, et cetera.
00:39:34.760 So we know the facts.
00:39:35.760 And it's definitely stopped.
00:39:37.080 But they on this because this is a psyop for them.
00:39:40.940 This is a psyop where they're never really going to ever admit they had it wrong.
00:39:45.040 They're not going to admit it.
00:39:45.980 And that's why I keep saying J6 is going to be thrown out.
00:39:49.440 We need a platform to adjudicate this, both the stealing of the election and J6.
00:39:54.020 And let the Democrats have minority counsel.
00:39:56.880 Let Democrats be able to look at the evidence.
00:39:59.540 Let Democrats cross-examine witnesses.
00:40:01.460 I have no problem with any of that because I know what the truth is.
00:40:05.180 And I know what the evidence that you've turned up, what it's going to show.
00:40:08.720 And that's why the Democrats are going to fight this tooth and nail, ma'am.
00:40:12.680 That's exactly right.
00:40:14.000 Because, again, with the Sicknick story, they thought everybody would buy that hook, line, and sinker.
00:40:18.440 And they didn't.
00:40:19.420 And you had a couple of journalists.
00:40:20.620 I was one of them.
00:40:22.120 Tucker helped cover it at the time.
00:40:24.100 I know Darren covered it as well.
00:40:26.140 That this story just didn't add up.
00:40:28.160 But they had to shift because they knew that four people died on January 6th, right?
00:40:33.820 They knew that four Trump supporters died.
00:40:36.620 It was already getting some coverage, especially the shooting of Ashley Babbitt.
00:40:40.440 The media was desperate to change that storyline quickly.
00:40:44.560 And so they did.
00:40:45.260 And Capitol Police at the time, including former Chief Steve Sund, helped them do that by peddling this lie that Brian Sicknick had died as a result of injuries.
00:40:54.520 Well, the New York Times was the one who accelerated that by saying he was bludgeoned to death.
00:41:00.480 So this quickly shifted away from how did four Trump supporters die on January 6th?
00:41:06.300 What were the circumstances?
00:41:08.680 The fatal shooting, of course, of Ashley Babbitt.
00:41:11.140 Then that sucked all the media attention away from the death, really murder of at least three Trump supporters at the hands of police that day.
00:41:20.400 So then it flipped the script.
00:41:22.040 Trump supporters killed a police officer.
00:41:25.040 Well, of course, none of it was true.
00:41:27.340 So I think those were the things, looking back now, what caught my attention and propelled my reporting at that early stage was these lies.
00:41:37.640 When was the moment, excuse me, over the last three years, when was the moment that you realized that, hey, I can actually, if I keep at this, I can actually turn this thing around and get the American people to really understand what's going on?
00:41:53.920 Was there a moment over the last three years?
00:41:55.820 I know you started and you could see it, but because it was so overwhelming.
00:41:59.360 People have to remember, it was so overwhelming.
00:42:01.720 Night after night after night, this is what they were going to bludgeon Trump, the Trump movement, MAGA.
00:42:06.480 They were never to, we were never returned to the nation's capital.
00:42:09.320 At the war room, everybody left.
00:42:12.480 We had, we had right there at the Breitbart Emerson City, they had for the, for two months or three months, they had, you know, a hundred up-armored National Guard guys, a couple of up-armored Humvees.
00:42:21.680 The whole place was barbed wire, the Supreme Court, the Capitol.
00:42:24.480 It looked like a city under siege, just the optics to show you.
00:42:28.460 What was the moment, as we go to break, when you knew, hey, I can do this?
00:42:32.540 I wish I could point to a moment, but I think I have to say, also, we should talk about what happened in the Whitmer Fed Knapp and covering that at the same time.
00:42:43.940 I think that really put my mind around the fact that there's really something sinister that happened here, and we are going to get the truth.
00:42:51.500 And that's what I would tell J6 defendants, who had no one else to really turn to except me and my editor at the time, American Greatness, flooded with outreach from J6 defendants, people being arrested.
00:43:03.080 And I remember just telling them, we are going to get the truth out.
00:43:06.540 It's going to happen quicker than what happened in Russiagate, which also, the truth that eventually came out.
00:43:11.460 But we are going to make sure that the truth is revealed.
00:43:16.340 And so I'm glad at least that wasn't an empty promise to those people.
00:43:23.500 Okay, Julie Kelly, today's your day.
00:43:25.900 We're going to take a short break.

00:46:03.620 War Room.
00:46:05.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:46:07.420 Okay, welcome back.
00:46:11.060 It's the commemoration of J6.
00:46:13.040 Julie, is this Insurrectionist Day or is it Patriot Day?
00:46:19.000 Definitely there.
00:46:20.160 I mean, I would go along a little bit with Patriot Day, but I think I'll refer to it as Inside Job Day.
00:46:27.020 And that's why I see the media melting down.
00:46:29.020 Because they know that the clothes are coming off the J6 emperor very quickly.
00:46:37.160 So I'm going to call it Inside Job Day.
00:46:40.600 Let's talk.
00:46:41.220 I want to get to the inside job, and I want to start in Michigan.
00:46:44.300 I know this upsets you.
00:46:45.720 When you first briefed me on the story before we had you on the first time, as I normally do, I go, I said, Julie, no, that's impossible.
00:46:52.260 That couldn't happen.
00:46:53.000 No, Julie, that's impossible.
00:46:54.120 That couldn't happen.
00:46:54.780 No, Julie, that's impossible.
00:46:55.880 It couldn't happen.
00:46:56.840 It turned out it all happened.
00:46:58.220 Walk people through the predicate, the preamble to J6.
00:47:03.480 So I think I always go back to the Whitmer Fednapping hoax.
00:47:07.620 And I need to credit BuzzFeed because their investigative report that dropped in July of 2021 exposed this huge FBI entrapment operation, at least as many FBI informants as defendants or targets, as I call them.
00:47:21.740 In addition to that, you had handling agents, you had supervising agents, you had FBI undercover agents all run into this sting operation to make it look like white supremacist militiamen loyal to Donald Trump had planned to kidnap and kill Gretchen Whitmer.
00:47:37.760 So after BuzzFeed dropped that report, I started following it.
00:47:41.880 I know others did, including Darren Beatty.
00:47:44.660 So I also, in addition to covering the J6 trials at the time, not trials hearings, I, as I said, I had that, that legal website account where I could pull up the filings.
00:47:55.320 But because it was COVID, I could also listen in to all the J6 hearings in Washington.
00:48:01.080 I also then started covering Whitmer.
00:48:03.120 So as I'm pulling up the defense motion filings, just blown away at what these defense attorneys are finding out about all the FBI assets who stitched this group together, organized all of the events, captured all of the evidence as these guys are drunk and stoned, whatever, and concocted this plot.
00:48:24.420 So you have these two things happening at the same time.
00:48:27.580 Well, there's no way the FBI is conducting this huge operation for Whitmer that involved multiple FBI field offices.
00:48:35.980 Christopher Ray certainly knew about it, but had nothing to do with January 6th.
00:48:40.340 And I will credit Darren Beatty because he is the one that reported, first discovered, that Stephen DeAntuano, the head of the Detroit FBI field office during the Whitmer caper, was promoted by Chris Ray three months before January 6th to take over the Washington FBI field office.
00:48:58.480 That, to me and others, was the huge linchpin that sort of tied the two and the very real possibility of FBI and other government assets provoking and then engaged in inciting the events of January 6th.
00:49:13.720 So I've got a big piece up on Real Clear Investigations for people who want sort of an overview of what happened.
00:49:21.360 And this just truly just scratches the surface of this, what happened there.
00:49:27.240 But also those are on appeal in the federal and state courts.
00:49:30.920 So the Whitmer caper is not over.
00:49:33.960 The FBI entrapment scheme is not over.
00:49:36.260 And I expect those appeals to move forward this year as well.
00:49:39.660 OK, here's one thing I have to have you explain to people, because, you know, MAGA is a ton of veterans or parents of active duty service members.
00:49:49.940 We're a big law and order crowd.
00:49:51.660 All of us were raised to respect the police of many, many law enforcement and first responders and veterans of those in our audience are people that have been parents of it or had their parents.
00:50:02.900 Be it what is most difficult about this story is what institutions that used to be considered the good guys.
00:50:11.160 How did this so quickly go to the to to be not just bad guys, but demonic?
00:50:16.720 The one thing that struck me in this entire thing, they are demonic when they come to this topic of J6 about what they do.
00:50:24.500 They tear up the law.
00:50:25.680 They will they will do anything to prosecute and persecute people.
00:50:29.560 How did that happen?
00:50:30.560 I'm not really sure how that happened.
00:50:35.420 It's an interesting question because I ask myself that, you know, I'm not from a law enforcement family.
00:50:41.960 I respect law enforcement, but I've always sort of had a skeptical eye towards them and also prosecutors for things that I covered when I worked in politics decades ago and not in Illinois.
00:50:52.880 But aside from that, I think because they got away with so much during the first war on terror.
00:50:59.280 And then you've got to go back to crossfire hurricane, Steve, when no one was punished for what happened there.
00:51:06.200 It was a big green light to Chris Ray and the FBI and agents and offices across the country that this is the way that this agency should and could be weaponized.
00:51:15.260 And look, I've explained to people, and it's in my book, when the first war on terror started to fall apart and dissipate, you had this huge apparatus, very costly employees, you know, tens of thousands of people involved in the military.
00:51:28.320 You can't just all of a sudden say, well, we won, so we're going to shut this down.
00:51:33.540 They needed a way to redirect all of that authority, all of those resources, the money, the people involved.
00:51:40.260 So then what happens, Christopher Wray makes up this story in 2019 that domestic violent extremists, i.e. Trump supporters, pose as big of a threat as foreign terror cells like ISIS and al-Qaeda.
00:51:56.260 So that was completely fabricated.
00:51:59.180 So what did the FBI then do?
00:52:01.420 They made up the Whitmer Fednapping hoax.
00:52:03.800 They made up elements of January 6th.
00:52:06.000 They ran informants into the Proud Boys.
00:52:07.880 They ran informants into the Oath Keepers.
00:52:10.260 In the Whitmer case, keep in mind, the FBI made up a militia group, the 3% Patriot group.
00:52:16.660 They made it up.
00:52:18.020 Their lead FBI informant, Dan Chappell, swore in the guy from the vacuum repair shop, Adam Fox, as the head of the FBI made-up militia.
00:52:29.160 Dan Chappell, the FBI informant, took an oath as a commanding officer in the FBI's made-up militia.
00:52:35.260 So these are all the little stitches that tie this together.
00:52:38.220 What also happened in Whitmer, April 2020, the storming of the Lansing Capitol in Michigan.
00:52:45.680 Same optics.
00:52:46.800 You know what I learned when I was covering the trial, the federal trial for the Whitmer Fednapping hoax?
00:52:51.700 Dan Chappell told his FBI handler that all these armed protesters were outside the building.
00:52:58.020 The FBI told the Michigan State Police to stand down, let the protesters, some of whom were armed, because that's allowed in Michigan, into the building.
00:53:07.700 Photographers and reporters inside capturing the very same images and optics we would see eight months later.
00:53:14.020 So in many regard, in many aspects, and Darren Beattie has covered this too, was a dress rehearsal for January 6th.
00:53:21.480 Same players, same playbook, same pattern.
00:53:25.000 So I think without Whitmer as the backdrop, it would be hard to really believe, to your point, and the right to believe that the law enforcement community was capable of doing it.
00:53:37.180 Let's take a short break.
00:53:40.440 Julie Kelly is going to be outside.
00:53:41.640 We've got a very disturbing press conference the other day.
