Bannon's War Room - Episode 3298： WarRoom J6 Special： The Truth Will Be Told cont

00:00:00.000 and relatively few in number, the mob quickly and brutally overwhelmed the dozen or so officers guarding this first fence line.

00:00:30.000 The attack is unlike anything we have ever seen.

00:00:46.940 The Capitol was taken by force and the government could not conduct business that was required by the Constitution to conduct.

00:00:54.360 Members of Congress and their staff were forced to flee, and those who could not flee had to hide.

00:01:02.500 Officers were assaulted on a scale we have never seen, and many of those officers continue to suffer from the injuries they sustained that day.

00:01:12.060 There was a range of criminal conduct among those who were in the mob.

00:01:16.580 At a high level, though, members of the mob who knowingly trespassed onto Capitol grounds can be divided into two categories.

00:01:25.020 Those who used violence and those who rode the coattails of others who used violence, using the access they were provided to commit their own crimes.

00:01:36.060 As with all criminal matters, those charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until the government has proven their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

00:01:43.660 This unprovoked and relentless attack overall has been proven in court again and again, in trial after trial, with evidence like the evidence I have shared with you today.

00:01:55.820 The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, along with many Department of Justice colleagues and law enforcement partners from around the country,

00:02:04.380 have been working tirelessly to bring to justice individuals responsible for the siege of the Capitol.

00:02:08.800 We have worked closely with law enforcement to review thousands upon thousands of hours of video and an enormous number of digital and social media to determine who committed these crimes

00:02:19.520 and the appropriate charges to bring against each defendant charged.

00:02:23.600 This process is arduous, painstaking, and thorough.

00:02:29.580 It is also done appreciating that while the mission is important, protecting the rights of witnesses, victims, and defendants is paramount.

00:02:38.180 The Department's work is not to win at all costs.

00:02:42.120 It is to do justice for all.

00:02:44.520 And relatively few in number, the mob quickly and brutally overwhelmed the dozen or so officers guarding this first fence line.

00:02:52.040 Land 1,000.

00:03:03.420 A beautiful man.

00:03:13.420 A beautiful man!

00:03:18.060 A beautiful man.

00:03:21.500 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:03:33.780 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:03:40.340 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:03:44.520 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:03:47.860 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:03:55.700 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:04:02.800 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:04:11.300 it's saturday the 6th of january the year of our lord 2024 it's the third anniversary as we

00:04:18.520 commemorate uh j6 what drove it what happened uh how the nerves have shifted and what we're going

00:04:25.120 to do to get to the bottom of what really happened julie kelly joins us uh announcement tom finton who

00:04:30.660 yesterday the judicial watch dropped a a wrongful death um lawsuit uh in washington dc tom finton will

00:04:40.080 uh join us as you know we had ashley babbitt's uh husband on the other night um julie kelly tell us

00:04:46.920 who was that and what was that and why did it just happen i'm totally confused why on the eve of j6

00:04:54.000 would this take place who was that speaking what was he talking about and what's the timing of this ma'am 0.94

00:04:59.680 so that is the u.s attorney for the district of columbia matthew graves a biden campaign advisor

00:05:07.220 who was appointed by joe biden to take over arguably the most powerful attorney's office in

00:05:14.000 the country so that is matthew graves he took over that office in november of 2021

00:05:19.200 he then proceeded to accelerate the criminal prosecution of j6ers uh you should know him 0.99

00:05:26.380 well steve because a week after he took off the over the office guess who his very first indictment was

00:05:31.820 against you so after that i think i remember some it was some talk show host some talk show host

00:05:38.700 who said to hell with the uh with the nancy pelosi yes so you were his first indictment and after that 0.79

00:05:47.180 he accelerated the prosecution criminal by ranging unprecedented criminal prosecution of january 6th

00:05:52.960 he is the one who started bringing seditious conspiracy indictments against members of the proud

00:05:58.740 boys and oath keepers so that's sort of what he was tasked to do he continues to round up he told

00:06:07.120 the washington post that he planned to charge at least 2 000 individuals for their involvement in

00:06:12.120 january 6th what matthew graves did so egregiously on january 4th of this week the same day that joe biden

00:06:21.220 released his campaign ad that talks about showed clips of january 6th and how he's running for

00:06:27.260 president to stop re-election to stop extremism matthew graves spent one hour in front of a handful

00:06:35.520 of reporters in washington i didn't get the invite by the way going through the events of january 6th

00:06:41.880 once again reiterating regurgitating what we already know from the january 6th select committee

00:06:48.540 talking about how this was a plan to thwart the peaceful transfer of power regurgitating the oath

00:06:56.420 keepers and the proud boys cases what this resulted in and you saw there is an example of jury tamp tampering

00:07:04.600 this is 60 days this happened 60 days from the march 4th scheduled trial date for donald trump on january 6th

00:07:14.020 matters now that trial date very likely is not going to happen um but to stand there for an hour

00:07:20.800 with this video montage talking points bringing up donald trump's name by the way um this is brazen

00:07:28.740 politicization of an office we already know is politicized talking about an ongoing investigation

00:07:34.460 ongoing prosecution and threatening that matthew graves is going to charge thousands of more people

00:07:40.960 because they were on government public property on wednesday afternoon after all the signage had been removed

00:07:47.760 after undercut there's law enforcement everywhere he is still rounding up people they announced on

00:07:53.560 friday january 5th the arrest of two other men from florida on charges this is not stopping

00:07:59.280 and this is why this is such a political partisan selective prosecution i don't know why republicans have

00:08:07.080 not shut down this office defunded it i don't know why they're not impeaching matthew graves um but

00:08:12.900 this is why he can get away with performances like that a solid hour but hold it but hold it but

00:08:18.440 hang on but hang on but hang on but you you know have you gotten any has capital with all your amazing

00:08:24.780 reporting have people from capitol hill in power have they called you up to be briefed have members of

00:08:30.680 congress say hey can you come over and talk to me or just come by have a cup of coffee and tell me what's

00:08:34.580 going on that is it not true that the republican party stemmed the stern stuff for a few uh brave

00:08:40.700 individuals are absolutely petrified their consultants tell me you can't touch it it's the third rail of

00:08:45.720 modern american politics and therefore they cower at the very phrase j6 ma'am i definitely have been in

00:08:54.000 contact with members of congress over the past few years and recently about january 6th in the

00:08:59.040 investigation but why they're not taking more aggressive steps not only this but capitol police who

00:09:04.920 have been in on this since the beginning you now have harry dunn this lying who's lying under oath

00:09:10.560 he should be charged with perjury i'll tell you what i i'll tell you when i can if we have time

00:09:16.160 my confrontation with harry dunn at the court dc courthouse a few months ago he is taking paid time

00:09:23.220 off to give victim impact statements uh during these trials in these sentences he is lying about his

00:09:30.320 involvement of january 6th not only under oath before the january 6th select committee but also in

00:09:35.860 these sentencing hearings where he goes and tells his phony sob story about what happened so he can

00:09:41.420 make sure that judges over sentence january 6th defendants based on this cop getting up there

00:09:47.800 capitol police officer pretending to cry pretending he was so traumatized when actually he was the

00:09:54.620 agitator as we know from other reporting on january 6th steve i can't tell you how much video i have

00:10:01.400 watched in scenic especially body worn camera footage surveillance video has no audio um the

00:10:07.000 body worn camera i have not heard one person use a racial slur at officer dunn or anyone he has told

00:10:16.000 the american people and he's running for congress now based on this that he was called racial slurs

00:10:21.220 by so many trump supporters it's a lie it's another lie but he doesn't care he's been propped up

00:10:27.740 he's gotten book deals just like the other j6 celebrity cops i call them they've all lied under

00:10:34.040 oath they've all misrepresented what happened to them and now you've got this guy running for congress

00:10:39.440 actually he'll be a perfect democratic congressman um as a known liar and uh and drama queen

00:10:46.160 why why have we um why why has no one like louder milk talk to me about the destruction of the j6 0.97

00:10:56.020 committee the destruction of evidence well louder milk and louder makes a nice guy but he's kind of

00:11:00.060 wandering around as a subcommittee head he knew about this with benny thompson back in march of last

00:11:04.560 year almost a year ago why is none of this come forward why are none of these staffs pushing it why

00:11:08.980 are none of these congressmen they may be talking to you behind the scenes but nobody's stepping up to

00:11:13.260 the sticks nobody's demanding to go on fox murdoch news and talk about this ma'am are they well look fox is

00:11:19.360 not going to have anyone on i have been completely blacklisted from fox since they let go of tucker

00:11:24.600 no one on the right can cover this or explain this like i do i haven't been on fox since when

00:11:30.360 was tucker taken off the air april of may or may they won't have me on to discuss this um so they

00:11:36.280 won't cover certainly very louder milk or anyone else talking about it i do know that his house

00:11:42.280 subcommittee is accelerating and ratcheting up the investigation not only into j6 but also the

00:11:48.340 committee so i do believe that that is going to happen i do think that kevin mccarthy was part of

00:11:53.340 obviously putting a brick on moving forward on any of this including the release of of the video

00:11:59.820 which representative louder milk is doing what's interesting represent representative louder milk

00:12:05.920 gave an interview last month he suggested that they have j6 committee investigators staffers coming

00:12:14.180 forward to his office to express deep concern about how that committee was organized and conducted its work

00:12:21.940 so it will be very interesting to see if we get more revelations from you know quasi whistleblowers

00:12:29.560 who said look we tried to investigate certain areas of this and we were told no we were shut down

00:12:35.560 we wanted more evidence we didn't we couldn't get it because as we know liz cheney made the entire 0.97

00:12:41.040 report about donald trump they never interviewed fbi director christopher ray they never interviewed

00:12:46.660 washington field office uh director steven d'antuano the fbi refused to turn over hold it hold it hang on

00:12:53.740 hang on hang on hang on hang on ray was never ever interviewed in this entire process they had the fbi

00:13:00.660 no that was the first name i searched when that um report came out christopher ray i think his name is

00:13:07.720 mentioned four times there's no transcript of him he was never interviewed there's no reference to him

00:13:12.340 except a few passing ones then i looked up steven d'antuano head of the washington fbi field office

00:13:17.700 that we now know because republicans interviewed him he was collecting intelligence he was really the

00:13:23.660 guy on the ground who knew about the informants who knew about undercover uh officers from other

00:13:30.380 agencies who were there he was in constant communication with michael sherwin the u.s attorney for dc at the time

00:13:36.420 who by the way was walking around in an undercover capacity himself at the ellipse with street clothes

00:13:43.380 on why is the prosecutor out acting like a detective or investigator they were in constant communication

00:13:49.140 the j6 committee never interviewed steven d'antuano so they intentionally covered up the role of the fbi

00:13:56.200 either their culpability for getting intelligence and not sharing it with their law enforcement partners

00:14:01.440 or certainly not asking them what did you guys do what other informants what other assets did you have

00:14:07.920 so no they did not interview the top two fbi officials who would have been in charge of

00:14:14.020 overseeing what happened january 6th before and on that day

00:14:17.540 okay we're gonna take a short break by the way you've got three great films epic times we'll get

00:16:22.720 mike lindell joins us mike uh elections have consequences stolen elections have

00:16:29.960 catastrophic consequences you've been at the tip of the spear to sort this mess out

00:16:34.760 about three uh november of 2020 do you believe the country can go forward until we adjudicate and

00:16:41.400 really get a real true accounting of what happened on that day sir well we already know what happened on

00:16:47.560 that day we just uh no judges ever looked at any any cases based on merit and uh but we have that

00:16:54.560 we have a great plan going forward and to uh and that's at lyndaleplan.com everybody um everything

00:17:01.300 we've learned over the last two and a half three years now is all in one location what we're going

00:17:06.340 to be doing and we need to get our our great real president back in and then completely dismantle

00:17:13.360 these election uh platforms and put in what we need paper ballots hand counted same day voting

00:17:19.040 precinct level signature required and redo the whole system we need to have it secure enough to

00:17:25.440 get him in and uh steve i believe i believe then people will maybe finally go back and look at all

00:17:31.360 the corruption and what's done in 2020 um we've tried we've tried we've tried through the courts the 0.88

00:17:37.380 judges have all been cowards or they they've either been cowards or they're part of the problem 0.99

00:17:42.340 uh when you learn words like sanction our standing nobody knew these words before oh you don't have

00:17:48.500 standing really um we're going to sanction you even for asking so but things are changing i do say that

00:17:55.640 we've had some great ruling with judges of late uh where they're saying hey you're not a conspiracy

00:18:00.060 theorist if you question these computers and and our election platforms um i think um it's uh it's been

00:18:07.940 the biggest cover up to the biggest crime in history that's it the biggest cover up to the

00:18:12.840 biggest crime in history but with everything that's been revealed i believe the 2020 election

00:18:18.260 will go down as the most important election in history because of everything that's the that's

00:18:24.040 been opened up the eyes that have been opened the things the platforms are the uh that we learned

00:18:29.660 what a uniparty is now we learned what the uh um so much of the corruption in our whole system

00:18:35.880 and um i think it'll end up being when we get through it and have all this bad stuff happen

00:18:41.140 in order to uh to get to this great place we're going to get to um you know steve one of the things

00:18:47.080 all the bad things that are going on i told our great real president the other day i said you got

00:18:52.420 a bucket here and people are jumping in from both sides to they they remember december of 2019 where

00:18:59.540 great decisions manifested to a great um a physical everybody's lives that went up and proved

00:19:05.760 highest consumer confidence in history things like this well we um they also know as things are

00:19:12.900 getting destroyed in our country more and more people are jumping in this bucket i told our great

00:19:18.420 real president the other day i said you know you keep uh they keep attacking you and attacking you

00:19:23.940 and doing these these things that don't even make sense i said you're going to end up having more

00:19:28.680 votes than voters like pennsylvania i mean everybody's pouring into this bucket from both sides

00:19:33.780 and um so you know they uh it might have been you know back then if they would have uncovered

00:19:39.200 everything right away or flipped it back to donald trump we wouldn't know what we know now and i believe

00:19:44.360 we would have lost our country forever so the way it's it's all been on god's timing and i think

00:19:49.000 everybody doing what we can do i believe it's going to be if things are going to happen just the way

00:19:54.040 it's supposed to uh mike you great uh out in mason city we thank you for inviting us in there um

00:20:01.240 yesterday uh what do you people are raving every day about the specials you're giving

00:22:08.660 when you take three november and combine it with j6 because it's of a piece is this the biggest cover

00:22:15.740 up of the biggest crime in the history of the nation ma'am i mean i guess so i'm trying to think

00:22:25.420 back to what would be more egregious and more um unconstitutional and more rights depriving than

00:22:34.980 what happened this this dwarf this door this door this door hang on this dwarfs watergate right 0.61

00:22:41.460 i mean they drove nixon from office on this in your opinion is this dwarf watergate of course right

00:22:48.600 and i mean this is at the same time we're we're finally uncovering voter fraud i mean look look what's

00:22:54.780 happening on tuesday you've got a bench trial in georgia by a democratic judge amy totenberg who is

00:23:01.420 going to be vetting finally the vulnerable uh and unreliable electronic voting systems that were

00:23:08.400 working there and and what happened with secretary state brad raffensperger who hasn't shut his trap

00:23:14.460 in the past three years what did he do he ran to the court and said he did not want to testify

00:23:20.260 in that trial the plaintiffs who are voters in georgia suing raffensperger and others for allowing

00:23:27.780 this very unstable vulnerable voting system to be used in this predated 2020 but certainly during 2020

00:23:35.740 and now all of a sudden the guy wrote a book he's on cable news testified to j6 committee etc etc

00:23:41.780 now he wants to clam up finally when he's under oath very interesting

00:23:45.500 where is your where is your reporting going right now i mean is it the individual stories is the 1 000

00:23:53.940 people still charged the the hunters that are in prison right now is it the families is it is it

00:24:00.520 still the fed's direction what we don't know when you look at this entire thing and you plan out your

00:24:04.620 your battle map where's julie kelly putting her time so aside from the trump trials both in florida

00:24:11.300 and washington i am very focused on the supreme court and what is happening there um especially

00:24:17.340 the 1512 c2 obstruction of an official proceeding matter that is before the supreme court and could

00:24:24.740 be overturned the doj and this federal courts every single judge except one carl nichols who refused

00:24:32.680 to dismiss the weaponization bastardization bastardization sorry a 1512 c2 the post enron

00:24:40.500 uh tampering with evidence statute that has been slapped against not just trump represents two of

00:24:45.900 the four counts in jackson's indictment but more than 320 january 6 defendants people sentenced to

00:24:52.840 years in prison steve if the supreme court comes back and rules that this statute should never have been

00:25:01.000 applied to these defendants that the doj and the courts erred in allowing this this count to stand

00:25:09.180 this is going to be a massive scandal this will be an irreparable black eye against doj

00:25:16.860 matthew graves who you just saw there all of these dc court judges including trump trump appointed judges

00:25:24.300 if the supreme court comes back with that we need to call for mass resignations and retirements from

00:25:31.680 every judge matthew graves his line prosecutors who fought for to keep this count that they knew

00:25:38.720 they were using erroneously that they were abusing this vague language you had the uh appellate court

00:25:45.280 judge florence pan a democrat obama a biden appointee actually and she admitted in her appellate court ruling

00:25:51.820 that this was a novel use of 1512 c2 it had never been used this way so i'm watching the supreme court for

00:25:59.060 that more importantly also a lot of these other appeals of j6 convictions are finally making

00:26:04.900 their way to the appellate court and then hopefully some of them to the supreme court so i should say

00:26:09.540 i'm watching the appellate court and also um supreme court of course on tuesday we have the oral arguments

00:26:15.380 for judge chutkin another obama appointee for her unprecedented ruling that denied um president trump

00:26:23.380 uh presidential immunity protections in this criminal matter oral arguments will begin there on tuesday

00:26:29.840 i'll be covering that uh and then whatever ruling comes down after that um i get tired just listening

00:26:39.980 to what you're covering i mean this because it's all highly technical you're also not a lawyer right

00:26:44.480 i mean this is so technical i because here's before we go to break i remember julie you came to me the

00:26:50.080 first time about the the procedure right of the official use and you said this is completely bogus

00:26:56.360 and i go what is it again and you explained it to me and i go are they actually going to try to charge

00:27:01.100 guys with that and you said the time this is what they're going to try to use as as basically a drag

00:27:06.340 net to throw over but it's totally illegal and that was at the very first how did you know that give

00:27:10.860 me 30 seconds you're not a lawyer how did how have you been so right on so many things when you're not

00:27:15.760 a lawyer i don't know i tell my husband all the time i'm always right just remember so i'm glad

00:27:21.580 to hear you say that um i don't know i my first article on 1512 c2 is march of 2021 because it was

00:27:27.640 very clear how doj and keep in mind that was the charge they had in the muller report that's the

00:27:32.680 count that robert muller and andrew weissman wanted to go after trump for 1512 c2 they've been dying to

00:27:38.020 use this so i first started covering this in march of 2021 when they were uh charging people like

00:27:43.660 jacob chansley with the obstruction of an official proceeding just insane so this will be very

00:27:48.480 gratifying if uh and many people expect the supreme court to overturn our vojs it'd be very gratifying

00:27:54.620 not just for me for everyone who's been in prison on it oh it's historic mass resignation okay stick

00:28:01.340 around a short break we're going to try to get tom fitton to join us talk about a sergeant ashley babbitt

00:30:01.380 war room here's your host stephen k bannon

00:30:06.260 okay welcome back another one of the heroes another one of the patriots this has been tom fitno of judicial

00:30:12.760 watch tom uh i've had the honor of knowing you for years we made a movie about judicial watch almost a

00:30:18.300 decade ago i think it was the people's justice department you've done such an incredible job

00:30:22.680 um tell me about ashley babbitt you you've taken a particularly interest in things around j6 why is

00:30:29.940 that institutionally you guys have been so focused and talk to me about the filing you just made a

00:30:34.040 wrongful death filing i think lawsuit because fit and love's going on offense it's just not about

00:30:38.540 four-year requests it's about going offense tell me about the ashley sergeant ashley babbitt situation

00:30:42.740 yeah she was an air force veteran 14 years uh and she was shot dead in cold blood by uh u.s capitol

00:30:50.480 police uh lieutenant bird and uh no one who's looked at that video would uh consider it to be

00:30:59.160 a good shooting a lawful shooting uh so we represent her widower aaron babbitt her estate in a 30 million

00:31:08.300 dollar a 30 million dollar wrongful death lawsuit against the u.s government so this is the government

00:31:15.720 being responsible specifically congress the capitol police etc uh for uh this uh wrongful death uh this

00:31:25.400 improper shooting of ashley babbitt there was no uh there was no justification for the shooting

00:31:32.620 and uh as the lawsuit alleges they should have known the folks running the police uh that lieutenant

00:31:40.660 bird had issues indeed uh we disclose in this lawsuit i want to be specific here uh that um

00:31:48.020 this is the language we use knew or should have known that lieutenant bird was prone to behave

00:31:53.920 in a dangerous or otherwise incompetent manner and many of your listeners and viewers already know

00:32:00.060 about how lieutenant lieutenant bird's loaded glock was discovered during a routine security sweep

00:32:05.720 uh and because he left it in the bathroom at the capitol visitor center there where thousands of people

00:32:11.700 walked through but what people don't know and which we're disclosing as uh or alleging in our lawsuit

00:32:18.180 for the first time that bird's police powers were also revoked for a prior off-duty shooting into a

00:32:24.940 stolen moving vehicle in which the occupants were teenagers or juveniles the vehicle was lieutenant

00:32:31.140 bird's car he fired multiple shots at the fleeing vehicle in a suburban area stray bullets from lieutenant

00:32:37.980 bird's firearms struck the size of homes nearby an official investigation found that lieutenant bird's use of

00:32:43.880 force was not justified so you know i'm not aware of anything happening to lieutenant bird after that

00:32:49.480 and you know we have this shooting death i i i can't imagine any honest police officer

00:32:55.360 senior police official use of force expert or even honest politicians to the degree there are any in

00:33:02.780 congress who thinks that shooting death was appropriate but the left was desperate the biden justice

00:33:08.480 department uh the pelosi congress uh to uh roll over the the concerns about her shooting death

00:33:16.920 because to admit that a police officer improperly killed a trump supporter would blow up their narrative

00:33:24.620 on january 6 which is that it was an insurrection all all the misconduct was on the side of trump

00:33:31.960 supporters and therefore everything that we want to do against them censor them jail them

00:33:38.260 jail president trump for uh daring to dispute the election uh take the phones of a member of

00:33:45.900 congress who also objected to the election try to jail him for objecting to the election

00:33:51.160 in fulton county and obviously here in washington dc all that's justified but this shooting death we

00:33:58.080 should know that's the only homicide that happened that day this poor woman and we're honored to

00:34:04.180 represent aaron we've been working hard on this case investigating it to the hilt and uh i tell you

00:34:11.720 30 million dollars in my view that that should be just the beginning

00:34:15.320 tom um you said the pelosi congress look you've built judicial watch into a powerhouse you know my dad

00:34:26.120 just passed away uh about a year ago um and uh he was at 100 years old and he would always tell me

00:34:33.140 he wasn't a huge donor because he's just a blue collar guy but the check he liked writing the best

00:34:38.260 was to judicial watch and when he told me he says tom finton gets stuff done no he says tom finton's a

00:34:43.980 door he says there's so many people talk there on fox all this says this guy gets stuff done he says i

00:34:47.980 i love writing him a check finton why is it you always what i mean we've had a republican congress for a

00:34:54.160 year why is this stuff still not investigated why is the old committee not thrown at a new committee

00:34:59.320 why does it have to be tom finton the team of judicial watch your donors on offense where is

00:35:05.080 the republican house in this brother well the leadership obviously doesn't like any of these

00:35:10.540 issues they're generally anti-trump they've have been uh so anything that they see inuring to his

00:35:16.140 benefit or his supporters they don't like to pursue and then frankly too many of our friends on the hill

00:35:21.820 people who understand these issues are hapless they really they haven't figured out either

00:35:27.960 tactically or politically how to advance the ball i mean for instance one of the first things they

00:35:33.500 should have done was to retract the pelosi january 6 uh propaganda report you know that they didn't need

00:35:41.840 to do another commission or hearing or just retract it and you know you exercise the powers the american

00:35:48.460 people blessed you with to advance the cause of justice and to protect americans from this wild

00:35:54.260 abuse by the biden administration and they haven't done it and you know broadly i am exceedingly frustrated

00:36:00.220 that we have another speakership where you know they're talking a good game uh but where the rubber

00:36:07.840 meets the road they're not there and they're down on the border while fully funding what biden's doing

00:36:13.980 they're complaining about hunter biden uh uh uh being in contempt of congress uh but you were

00:36:22.520 refusing to arrest him for instance as they're able to do under under uh precedent and you know

00:36:28.600 there are all sorts of things they can be doing much more aggressively uh that they don't want to do and

00:36:33.040 i understand politically sometimes why they don't want to pick fights on everything i'd like them to

00:36:38.020 pick a fight on one thing but but but tom these are these are winners political let's go back and stay

00:36:43.920 on j6 for a second you've actually put together the resources you're at your at judicial watch

00:36:48.460 you've put in a wrongful death this is going to blow up not as it shattered their narrative

00:36:52.480 it's the right thing to do what are the two or three other things just related to the j6 because

00:36:57.200 as as as uh as mike lindell said this is the greatest cover-up of the greatest crime in the country

00:37:02.880 this makes a watergate it's doris watergate what what do you recommend should be done because if 0.81

00:37:09.280 people knows what fittings want to do they're going to get in back of that and say this must be done

00:37:12.980 well we have to recognize that january 6th is the end is the date uh that's been weaponized by the left

00:37:20.860 to just to try to uh accelerate the destruction of our country i mean right now we have democrats and

00:37:29.080 leftists urging essentially a one-party state using january 6th as the pretext and by one-party

00:37:37.480 state meaning when you go to vote on election day they want only one candidate on that ballot

00:37:41.920 for all intents and purposes right joe biden they want to remove trump from the ballot based on this

00:37:49.020 january 6th narrative they want to jail not only trump but republican party leaders throughout the nation

00:37:56.000 based on the january 6th narrative citizen activists who wanted to challenge the election

00:38:01.920 and participate in the processes they're able to do under their god-given rights under the first

00:38:07.080 amendment and the constitution federal law etc they want to jail them and obviously harassing

00:38:13.940 uh other americans as well i know i've been i've been harassed by this justice department and jack

00:38:20.300 smith's team as opposed to witness uh so you know january 6th is is the fulcrum that they're using

00:38:27.400 to undo the republic so you know my recommendation is maybe those who purport to be conservatives oppose

00:38:35.040 this purport to be opponents of this if when they call themselves republican and republicans in the

00:38:41.120 house that they focus on this and aggressively push back and in this case uh we have this shooting death

00:38:48.360 of a by a police officer that works for congress

00:38:51.260 and it's been met with virtual silence by most of the members

00:38:57.280 hang on in in a republican congress now with his second speaker for one year

00:39:03.580 correct me if i'm wrong you filed your suit on friday he's still an employee i don't think he's had

00:39:09.600 even a review of this situation he's employee in good standing with pay and bonuses and everything

00:39:16.200 or benefits and everything associated with that in a republican house sir

00:39:19.340 my understanding is he still works there uh my understanding is that uh well it's not my

00:39:27.140 understanding you know the question is who's going to be the who's going to be running this debate this

00:39:33.420 this lawsuit right is mike johnson the speaker is he going to say we should fight judicial watch here

00:39:39.340 i mean to me that's a test you know by the way congress um the the u.s capitol police foyer doesn't

00:39:48.360 apply to the u.s capitol police we're fighting this republican congress to gain access to all the

00:39:55.400 videos they don't want to give us any videos under law we appreciate that he's releasing videos

00:40:00.480 i'm not sure what he's doing or how quickly it's being released because there's no way of checking it

00:40:05.180 because it's being done you know just based on on uh what he's decided to do recently but they're

00:40:11.780 opposing in federal court working with the biden justice department to oppose us getting these

00:40:17.140 records there are emails showing their communications members of congress about january 6th we know they

00:40:23.900 have them over at the police board they don't want to release any of them to us it's it's not even a

00:40:29.300 you know what's frustrating steve you don't even have to do much you know just release the emails

00:40:36.160 just release the videos retract the january 6th um uh smear operation that report that was put out

00:40:46.680 there by the rump committee um bring in uh and just conduct a hearing or two about who knew what and

00:40:55.040 when about the january 6th disturbance i mean one of the big things that we uncovered is that they all

00:41:01.060 knew tens of thousands of people were going to be there and nothing was done

00:41:05.460 unbelievable tom where do people go to support this uh i know you guys have built a powerhouse

00:41:15.340 but there's a lot of our audience i want to support you so where do people go social media the website

00:41:20.520 and particularly to find out how they can participate and assist you guys in this ashley babbitt situation

00:41:25.460 well they can support judicial watch they can go to our website and click on the donate button at

00:41:29.880 judicial watch.org and of course we're all over the internet on twitter true social um rumble youtube

00:41:36.860 everywhere uh we we are not going to shrink from this and i tell you this is about as important a lawsuit

00:41:43.980 as anything we've ever done steve because as i said you know our republic may rise or fall based on

00:41:50.000 how this january 6th the consequences of january 6th play out and the left wants it to play out with the

00:41:56.820 end of the republic and those of us want who want the rule of law to prevail want a full understanding of

00:42:03.340 what happened and full accountability what happened full accountability and so when a cop shoots

00:42:09.920 a poor woman crawling through a window that he barely can see recognized as unarmed it looks like 1.00

00:42:18.080 well on what in what universe would that be seen as a proper shooting with no accountability

00:42:24.020 and i don't you know justice department didn't want to do a criminal investigation a criminal

00:42:28.880 prosecution uh the capitol police uh which is about as a political an organization as you can get

00:42:36.200 i gave him a get out of jail uh card there as well didn't do anything administratively

00:42:41.780 but we're going to get some accountability i hope through this federal lawsuit which we filed

00:42:47.060 out in the southern district of california in san diego so hopefully we get some fresh eyes here

00:42:53.020 tom fitney your hero and a patriot fight on brother we'll make sure we get some people to

00:42:59.460 the side today great work as usual thank you god bless you thank you steve um i gotta tell you

00:43:06.200 president trump would be pretty smart to select uh tom fitton for a very very senior position

00:43:10.760 in the next administration i've known tom now for over a decade and um that is one of the toughest

00:43:16.860 fighters in washington dc never backs down and gets tons of scalps and tons of wins you know why he's

00:46:54.900 where should people look of where your reporting is going now make us smart or what's going to

00:47:00.160 happen in the next couple weeks so people can get in front of this the j6 story and everything they're 1.00

00:47:04.940 trying to do with uh president trump you heard finton right there if they had just thrown out that

00:47:09.500 report at the beginning the 14th amendment all this crap wouldn't be happening right now of course

00:47:13.680 the hapless feckless republicans fail to do that ma'am right so steve thank you again for having me on

00:47:20.600 today and for covering all of my work my work can be found at my substack declassified with julie kelly

00:47:26.100 obviously i'm twitter x a lot posting julie underscore kelly too what i'm going to be working

00:47:31.480 on the next several months obviously following all the court proceedings that are now on hold for both

00:47:36.520 of trump's criminal trials in washington on january 6th for january 6th in southern florida for the

00:47:43.180 classified documents uh case so seeing you know monitoring all of that also the georgia bench trial

00:47:50.760 that starts on tuesday what's happening the appellate court and supreme court as i said also

00:47:56.480 what's happening in congress and continuing to push like you are for a separate january 6th select

00:48:02.140 committee i appreciate what representative louder milk has said he was going to do um but this needs

00:48:07.880 to get to the wider american public they need to know that the january 6th select committee has

00:48:13.400 destroyed evidence not just in a congressional investigation but part of a criminal prosecution

00:48:20.100 that would relate to jack smith's j6 indictment against trump i'm sure they're going to be finding

00:48:25.000 out a lot of other materials that have been buried or concealed or destroyed we're still waiting for

00:48:31.160 transcripts that the biden white house is holding on to for more than a year so i will be covering

00:48:36.980 that as well um releasing more footage interviewing more j6 defendants some of them believe it or not

00:48:43.700 are getting out of jail already from being sentenced especially in obstruction and so there's going to

00:48:48.840 be a lot happening i know i'll be talking with you a lot more uh but there's a lot that's going to

00:48:54.660 happen in 2024 which i anticipate in my new piece i said the great unraveling of january 6th that's what

00:49:01.160 2024 is going to be all about wow ma'am you are a patriot and a hero where do people go to get all

00:49:08.080 on substack every now and again real clear politics or somebody linked to it but i wanted to send them

00:49:12.620 to the source your social media website everything substack where they go thanks uh declassified with

00:49:18.720 julie kelly substack real clear investigations my twitter there uh julie underscore kelly too also

00:49:24.740 truth social julie underscore kelly by the way for the country uh and also for the uh the folks that

00:49:33.540 are in prison the political prisoners for the families for all of it but most importantly for

00:49:37.940 the truth because we've got to get to the truth wherever the truth wherever it falls we got to get

00:49:42.180 to the truth if julie kelly had not dedicate the last three years of her life to do this we would be

00:49:48.480 nowhere and i say that as somebody that keeps a pretty close eye on this and has an apparatus

00:49:53.260 a platform that we can get the word out of it hadn't been for you julie none of this narrative

00:49:58.180 shift none of this would happen none of it so thank you so much appreciate it thank you steve

00:50:03.220 and that's what this audience has done remember as your force multiplier just all you have to do and
