Bannon's War Room - Episode 3356： Rooting Out The Enemies Of This Republic

00:00:00.000 don't actually talk about them. Those who do talk about them don't actually know.

00:00:04.000 But when it comes to impeachment, do you think your conference will be lined up

00:00:07.060 to move forward on that on the House floor?

00:00:09.520 Well, the process was pretty heavy last night. Personally, I believe it's appropriate. It's

00:00:16.520 been a year long process, very thoughtful and detailed. And you've got a you've got

00:00:23.340 the head of Homeland Security who is charged legally with securing our southern border.

00:00:28.600 And Phil, he's not only failed to do that, he's willfully disobeyed existing law, which

00:00:36.740 requires that you detain certain individuals. And instead, he's created this mass catch and

00:00:42.540 release program, which has resulted in things like in my home state. About a year ago, they

00:00:47.920 had a individual on the terrorist watch list come across the border. They had him and they

00:00:53.420 released him into the country. He was here for a year before he was picked up. He's a member

00:00:57.900 of Al-Shabaab, the terrorist group Al-Shabaab. He was picked up in Minneapolis recently.

00:01:03.300 So the process is moving forward. And I expect the articles will pass out of committee and

00:01:09.580 then we'll pass it off the floor.

00:01:10.840 When it comes to the process, the precedent here, there hasn't been a cabinet official

00:01:14.780 impeached in 148 years. And you've had several constitutional scholars weigh in, including

00:01:19.900 one who said, whatever else my work is may or may not have done, he has not committed bribery,

00:01:24.120 treason, or high crimes and misdemeanors. I urge principled Republicans who care about

00:01:27.800 the Constitution to oppose those in their party who are seeking to impeach and remove

00:01:31.700 Mayorkas. That's Alan Dershowitz, who was a defender of Donald Trump in the first impeachment.

00:01:35.540 And then there's also this. Take a listen.

00:01:36.860 I don't think they have established any of those bases for impeachment. The fact is impeachment

00:01:49.980 is not for being a bad cabinet member or even being a bad person. It is a very narrow standard.

00:01:58.940 That was Jonathan Turley, who also agreed with your assessment during the Trump impeachment

00:02:03.340 efforts, which they were political. There wasn't enough due process and lacked precedent. How do

00:02:07.760 you respond to that? Oh, I think there's been plenty of due process. You've got an individual

00:02:13.280 who's testified before every other committee in the Senate, in the House, perhaps more than any

00:02:18.680 other cabinet member. And yet he won't come in and testify in front of the Homeland Security Committee

00:02:24.140 to explain why it is he has literally been violating, willfully violating the Immigration and

00:02:31.420 Naturalization Act by failing to detain individuals who are coming across our southern border illegally.

00:02:37.800 And there are other legal violations. I have great respect for all of these constitutional

00:02:43.680 experts. But but the facts speak for themselves. And I think what you'll see coming out of committee

00:02:49.100 now, because I'm assuming those interviews have been taking place before all of the debate,

00:02:54.940 what you're seeing coming out of committee is I believe they will find that he has willfully

00:02:59.260 disobeyed existing laws. He's willfully violated or abused and ignored the parole law in this

00:03:08.300 country. And that's why I think ultimately he should have resigned a long ago. He you've got

00:03:14.660 8.3 million people that come up across the border under his watch. Right. 1.57 million gotaways.

00:03:21.360 This is outrageous. Remember when Jay Johnson, who was under the Obama administration,

00:03:25.520 said a thousand a day was was a crisis. There is no question. This is well beyond that.

00:03:30.060 The solution among some of your Republican House colleagues is to impeach Homeland Security

00:03:35.620 Secretary Mayorkas. They had that long 13 hour hearing yesterday. Perhaps it did come out of

00:03:40.580 that committee. We'll see if there's enough votes to get it done in the larger House. But what is your

00:03:45.020 reaction to that process, to that attempt when even the Wall Street Journal this morning saying

00:03:50.000 this does not qualify as high crimes and misdemeanors? You should not impeach someone

00:03:54.440 based on policy disputes. You have Republican senators saying this is a distraction, a waste of

00:03:59.520 time. Let's take this border deal that's being put in front of us. What's your response to that vote

00:04:04.280 out of that committee in the House yesterday to impeach Mayorkas? The House Republicans are engaged in

00:04:09.320 another partisan political stunt. They apparently have been ordered to do so by Donald Trump and Marjorie

00:04:15.900 Taylor Greene because these are the individuals who are basically running the House.

00:04:21.520 Yep. OK, thank you. Couldn't even get to the end to open the show because remember Willie Geist and

00:04:29.940 Morning Mika are telling you the Republican senators say take that just take the deal. Take take take

00:04:34.660 this border security deal. There's so much going on today. We're going to break it all down for you.

00:04:38.540 And here's why. Because you are the protagonist. You're the driver of action, this audience. And we got a lot

00:04:44.160 of work to do. I want to thank Parker Sig, Rob Sig, the entire team, Real America's Voice,

00:04:51.040 folks in Denver, everybody for making the last two days at the Republican, the precursor to the

00:04:56.900 Republican National Committee. A lot of updates on that. We're going to get to it. But we got to deal

00:05:01.600 with it. Remember, by the way, it's Wednesday, 31 January, year of our Lord, 2024. 150 years we have

00:05:11.940 not impeached. And they keep saying all the headlines is it moved forward. It approved. No, they voted to

00:05:18.300 impeach Mayorkas last night. 18 to 15, I think it was. A hat tip. And I realize she's quite controversial. 1.00

00:05:24.680 And I realize a lot of times the war room itself and the war room posse get sideways with her. But this is

00:05:32.560 100% the work of Marjorie Taylor Greene. Back a year ago, she said she was going to bring, she brought

00:05:39.080 the first impeachment effort up. And she said she was going to call a vote every day if she had to

00:05:44.720 to finally drive this. I can't tell you, and I've been the first to say, we can't chase shiny toys.

00:05:50.800 This is not a shiny toy because it cuts to the heart of what they're trying to do in the Senate.

00:05:55.180 So for the first time in 150 years since I think the Secretary of War Belknap

00:06:00.440 was impeached back after the Civil War, I think it was in 1876. Man, there was some wild stuff

00:06:07.380 happening back then, wasn't there? It doesn't get covered enough in American history. They had so

00:06:12.040 many contested presidential elections, they had to pass the Electoral Count Act of 18, was it 1887?

00:06:19.880 Of course, Mitt Romney, those guys, changed that law, tried to change it. It's unconstitutional what they

00:06:24.540 tried to change it in an omnibus, tuck it into an omnibus a couple of years ago, that showed

00:06:30.700 what everybody was doing on that day of January 6th to bring the Green Bay sweep to the floor of

00:06:37.240 the House and the Senate was absolutely 1,000% appropriate. And Judas Pence was the guy that

00:06:42.900 didn't understand the law. He and his team didn't understand it or just violated it. Once again, back to

00:06:47.640 that era, we have now impeached, the Homeland Security Committee has impeached

00:06:53.680 Mayorkas and sent it to the floor. Buried lead, here's the signal. The Senate is so freaked out

00:07:01.100 about this. Red State Democrats, Tester, Casey, the entire crowd are so panicked, so panicked,

00:07:11.680 the guys down in Georgia, they want to bury this thing. They're going to send it to a committee first.

00:07:16.240 They're not going to go up and put it on trial, which they're supposed to,

00:07:18.560 after the House vote. So this thing is getting heated. Here's the reason. It cuts to the heart

00:07:24.420 of this amnesty bill that the Senate, that Lankford and the traitors in the Senate have pushed forward

00:07:29.980 because here's where they messed up. Everything in that Senate bill is that is to be done. And right

00:07:36.040 now Biden could do all of it. Okay. He can do all of it if he wanted to. We know that he could do all

00:07:41.340 of it. Just listen to President Trump. Right now it all depends upon Mayorkas's desire to implement

00:07:49.500 it. So not just is it a phony codification. Is it a total codification of the invasion of the United

00:07:55.520 States of America? And any Republican that votes for that should be turfed out. And this is all driven

00:08:01.900 by Mitch McConnell. Mitch McConnell, the NRSC, deigns that entire crowd. Okay. They are not our allies.

00:08:09.180 They are not MAGA. In fact, I would respectfully submit that they are enemies of this Republic.

00:08:16.260 They kowtow to the big donors. And this is a big donor bill because it gives the work permits

00:08:21.340 immediately to, I don't know, six, seven, eight million illegal alien invaders. And that will crush 0.71

00:08:27.600 the black working class or crush the Hispanic working class in this country. So hat tip to her. 1.00

00:08:35.020 She drove this thing through. And this is what we're talking about. Action, action, action.

00:08:39.800 You just can't continually talk. Sometimes you have to get in there and plow through it.

00:08:43.420 And last night was not pretty. It was ugly. They won ugly, I think at midnight. The vote

00:08:47.880 finally went down after battling the Democrats the entire time. Vote was 18 to 15.

00:08:53.560 So this whole, we have three aspects that are moving forward on Capitol Hill that you're in the

00:08:59.200 middle of the fight. Let me break down this fight for a second so you can see the battle space.

00:09:03.180 We have the overall budget and the CR and they continue to tap that along, right? We're going

00:09:09.680 to get another CR, that battle right there with the $2 trillion deficit. At the same time,

00:09:14.720 you have the supplemental. That's another $100 billion. And that supplemental, they've held

00:09:19.240 our border hostage to get through your crane money. Well, guess what? As the world has predicted

00:09:26.260 for many years, there's now an active coup underway between the military and Zelensky. And Ben

00:09:32.340 Harner was going to be here in a minute to explain that to me. And Mayorkas is getting impeached here

00:09:38.320 at the same time that Texas is throwing down and other states are coming to their back,

00:09:43.980 are coming to their back on a constitutional crisis on the southern border. This is all merging

00:09:49.980 in together into one thing. We're going to get Ben on in a second. I want to go to Todd

00:09:54.480 Benzman, though. Todd, you've got another report up that's going to make people's head

00:09:58.940 blow up. But I want to kind of go through some pieces so the posse can understand what

00:10:03.680 our marching orders are today. I want to go to Mayorkas. I'll come back to your great

00:10:08.480 piece about how the American... Just understand something, folks. You are, and this is about

00:10:12.420 this budget and about not fighting and the woken and weaponized. Your tax dollars, the great

00:10:17.640 tragedy here is the American people are underwriting the destruction of their own country. The most

00:10:21.960 patriotic people in the country, the most patriotic, that pay their taxes, raise their family, send

00:10:28.440 their sons and daughters to volunteer to go into the military, and then they get transferred

00:10:32.920 out. They get sent all over hell's half acre and protecting other borders, like protecting

00:10:37.460 the border between Jordan and Syria, right, to die there from the Georgia soldiers who were

00:10:46.520 deployed there, to die protecting that border instead of our own border. But let's talk about

00:10:51.120 this impeachment for a second. Todd Bensman, the Democrats are flapping around. We started

00:10:55.820 that with Tom Emmer. Tom Emmer is not a fire breather. He is the whip. He's a guy that tried

00:11:01.540 to run for a speaker, and President Trump came out against him. He's not fully MAGA. He's

00:11:06.320 100% willfully violated, willfully violated, willfully violated. We have all the laws and the books

00:11:13.260 we need. And right now, while they're trying to push this phony bill, Todd Bensman, we have

00:11:17.980 for the first time in over 150 years, a cabinet secretary impeached at a committee level for

00:11:24.320 willfully violating the laws of the United States of America. Your thoughts, sir?

00:11:29.700 Well, all of this reminds me, you probably remember just a few years ago when Barack Obama

00:11:35.740 was in office. He was asked, why do you keep deporting and detaining people? Why won't you

00:11:42.500 stop doing that, illegal immigrants? And Obama turned around to him and said, because it's 1.00

00:11:49.100 the law. I have to do this because the law says I have to do this. And I am not a king.

00:11:56.140 And Joe Biden is not a king anymore than Barack Obama was on this issue. And he certainly doesn't

00:12:04.960 have any, you know, Mayorkas is certainly not one of the king's men who can just decide not to

00:12:12.060 follow the law. The president has it, well, you mentioned already, the president has it within his

00:12:19.960 authority to order his appointee DHS to do the same thing under INA 212F. Go look it up. The section 212F

00:12:33.960 says that the president can on a whim shut down the border 100 percent, returning 100 percent of all

00:12:42.320 illegally entering aliens into Mexico. This is not something that, you know, he can't do or has to,

00:12:53.260 you know, make a law about. It's already there. Like you mentioned, he's not a king who can just

00:12:58.560 decide what not to do and what what he wants to do. And that's what they're that's what's going on

00:13:03.460 here, really. I mean, that's what this is about. I don't think the impeachment. I mean, obviously,

00:13:09.480 the numbers aren't there to succeed. They can't get it. They'll never remove him in the higher

00:13:14.400 chamber. That's not. But hang on. But hang on. But hang on. But hang on. Hang on. This is a tough

00:13:20.280 vote. We now know and everybody on Capitol Hill is talking about it. The Democrats are not just going

00:13:25.360 to take this up and say, oh, they have no support. The red state Senate Democrats are panicked about

00:13:32.520 having to take this vote. This is how much the American people worked up right now about this guy

00:13:36.740 and about the border. So, hey, it's is it is he going to be removed in a trial at the Senate?

00:13:43.700 Highly unlikely. OK, but it doesn't mean that you're not going to have a ton of these red state 0.96

00:13:48.980 Democrats to save themselves because they understand how Biden has opened up the border to an invasion.

00:13:55.160 The purpose of the trial in the Senate is just like the purpose of the debate in the House, folks.

00:13:58.980 Don't don't lose the plot here. The purpose. And this is why we need platforms to adjudicate.

00:14:03.920 You're going to put through you're going to put in front of the nation in this debate in the House

00:14:08.580 over the impeachment of Mayorkas, not something that's on a committee that you're watching on

00:14:12.760 C-SPAN or you're seeing because you come to the signal, not the noise of the war room.

00:14:17.200 You're going to put before the nation to galvanize all the media. You're going to they're going to debate

00:14:21.900 exactly why Mayorkas willfully violated what you just said, the laws of this country,

00:14:27.560 what you just said, Todd, 0.0001 percent of the United States knows that this this vote in the House

00:14:36.360 does that end the trial in the Senate. And I'm telling you right now, the Democrats are going to

00:14:41.300 try to bury this. They're going to try to put it to a committee instead of coming up for a vote right

00:14:44.800 away. Ben's been hang on for a second. You've been all over this for years. And now it's it's culminating

00:14:50.780 in a in a massive fight on Capitol Hill. Also, Ben Harnwell from Rome on the coup in Ukraine.

00:16:19.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:22.200 Okay, we've got Richard Stern. We're gonna try to get Dave Brad up. He's on the road. We got

00:16:29.280 Philip Patrick. We got a lot to go through on the economy, tax cuts, all this deficit to make sure

00:16:34.660 that you're insiders. Harnwell's up. Harnwell's been all over this. I really want to give a hat tip

00:16:40.560 to Ben about how he's, you know, we've been talking about this for over a year, but it's happening in

00:16:45.840 real time in Ukraine right now. So the globalists and capital have a big problem. This whole thing

00:16:52.420 they've been pushing on to codify the opening of the border and to ship $60 billion of your money

00:16:59.720 over to Ukraine is falling apart in real time before our eyes because if we keep hammering and

00:17:07.220 hammering and hammering and hammering, all of the facade of their lives will crack and crumble. And you're

00:17:13.320 seeing this now. This thing in Ukraine and have prayers for the Ukrainian people because the hell 0.99

00:17:21.280 they've been put through, I don't think is anything like the hell they're about to be put through.

00:17:27.020 And this is 1 million percent on the doorstep of the Atlantis, Atlantic Magazine, Stavridis,

00:17:36.000 all these scumbags at MSNBC, all these people, consultants, all this, the Davos crowd, the city of 0.90

00:17:41.800 London, Brussels, Jake Sullivan, Blinken, Biden, the blood of the Ukrainian people are in your hands. 0.99

00:17:47.780 If this thing breaks out to a civil war between the Ukrainian people, which looks like it could 0.99

00:17:52.120 be happening, that's 1 million percent on you guys. President Trump said he could do this in 48 hours.

00:18:00.860 I think President Trump could do it in 12 hours. But this is Boris Johnson, Blinken, this entire crowd.

00:18:06.560 And you compare what we have told you on the show from the day of the invasion, you compare that what you

00:18:12.520 heard on CNN and Fox News and MSNBC, the incompetence, the malfeasance, the lies, all of it.

00:18:20.460 And you see where Ukraine is right now, where you essentially have a military coup. They can call it

00:18:26.900 anything they want. But when a guy is the president in a country that the military is supposed to report

00:18:31.980 to the president, and Zelensky's a world figure, right? They made him into this, you know, the mini

00:18:36.100 Churchill. And by the way, a lot of conservative fanboys were in back of that too, this little

00:18:42.020 scumbag. When the military says, when he says, hey, you're fired, call a meeting, fire a guy, and they go 0.99

00:18:47.260 in the room. No, I don't think so. I don't think we're going to do that. That's called a coup, okay?

00:18:53.420 Kind of what somewhat happened to President Trump with the scumbag military leaders and generals. 0.97

00:18:59.040 You've got leading the greatest troops in the world, the United States military. We're going to 0.98

00:19:02.820 come back to that in a second. Benzman, I want to go to the second historical, because folks,

00:19:08.380 we are living in historical times. Don't take it from me. Take it from the main actors in this.

00:19:14.460 There's a constitutional crisis brewing on the southern border about the concept of the sovereignty

00:19:20.480 of our nation. It gets down very simple. The sovereignty and the territorial integrity of the

00:19:25.740 United States of America, what they argue to put all that money in Ukraine, we said,

00:19:29.040 was the most important on the southern border. And now you have a major constitutional crisis.

00:19:34.080 Todd, you've spent your career, in fact, most of your career, you've been with Texas DPS,

00:19:39.180 and you've been in the intelligence operation down there. You know it better than anybody.

00:19:44.280 Texans are not going to back off this. Now we've got the lieutenant governor, other people,

00:19:48.200 and you've got other governors, Noam, Stitz, others, I think, DeSantis, others prepared to send,

00:19:54.380 and actually prepared to call their National Guard back from sub-Saharan Africa, right, or East Africa,

00:20:01.700 and to call them back and to send them to the Texas border. Right now, although the Supreme Court ruled,

00:20:08.720 it looks like the federal government hasn't gone and cut any wire. Give us an update. And do you agree

00:20:12.660 we have a constitutional crisis down there?

00:20:14.380 I wouldn't call it a crisis, but it's definitely a dispute. This is all about control of the dirt

00:20:22.580 down there along the riverbank. Who gets to do what with that dirt and on that dirt?

00:20:29.940 Texas Governor Greg Abbott is saying, that dirt is mine. I'm the state. That's state dirt. And I'm

00:20:38.040 going to put concertina wire and deploy my forces all along that. And he's right, really. But the

00:20:46.900 federal government is saying, well, you know, that's our dirt. And, you know, we're going to

00:20:51.180 do what we want with it. And to a certain extent, at least the Supreme Court has temporarily ruled that

00:21:00.200 they're right. So the question is, what's going to happen as a result of it? And I think,

00:21:05.140 ultimately, this will all be so...

00:21:07.520 Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho. Put a pin in it for a second. Hang on. We say it's not a crisis.

00:21:12.680 They did what Andrew Jackson did. When he says it's not a crisis, the Supreme Court has ruled,

00:21:17.400 and the state of Texas goes, yeah, I think we overrule you on that. And the government,

00:21:24.000 because Biden understands the optics here will look terrible when his federal authorities go down

00:21:29.400 and cut the razor wire to allow more processing. Because folks understand something. What Langford

00:21:36.480 has done, everything on this bill is about processing more illegal alien invaders into this 0.73

00:21:43.440 nation quicker and deeper. Don't let... Here's how much money Langford has allocated to President

00:21:49.800 Trump's wall. The wall that we know will at least be an interim barrier. We didn't say it was a final

00:21:54.760 solution, interim barrier, and this entire thing. Here's what Langford thinks of President Trump.

00:22:01.180 Here's what Langford and McConnell think of the MAGA movement. Here's what they think about the

00:22:05.200 sovereignty of this nation and the sovereignty of our citizens. Not one penny to the wall. That's

00:22:11.240 just in your grill. That's just to show you, hey, Trump, yeah, you had a couple years there, fine,

00:22:17.220 but we got our own way and we're going to codify an invasion for our donors. So Todd,

00:22:21.500 when you say it's not a crisis, you've had... I don't remember... And now they're talking about

00:22:26.740 on Morning MECA, they're going to nationalize the National Guard. They're going to federalize the

00:22:31.740 National Guard. They're actually going to sit there and go, well, Christy Noem, you want to send troops

00:22:36.020 and Stitch, you want to send troops and DeSantis, you want to send troops. The 25 governors have backed

00:22:41.520 up Babbitt. They're going to say, hey, tough guy, those are actually our troops. Not just is the dirt not

00:22:47.600 yours. Your people are not yours. They may be in the Texas National Guard, but they're going to be

00:22:53.520 cutting the wire on our side. How do you say that's not a crisis, sir? Yeah. Just, I mean, the way I

00:22:58.860 define crisis is if, you know, guys who have guns pull them or start having fisticuffs over,

00:23:07.800 you know, where there's use of force down. But that's my definition. I don't see that happening.

00:23:14.620 I think this is going to... But I do think that there are, you know, far-reaching implications

00:23:20.720 about having to do with what the Supreme Court ultimately rules here. Like who can do what on

00:23:30.100 the dirt and whose authority supersedes whose authority down there. And that's going to matter

00:23:36.140 a lot. Those matters are not settled right now, but I'm just not going to... I'm not... I have heard

00:23:42.660 people say, oh, yeah, they're... And actually, there have been cases of, you know, there have

00:23:47.800 been heated moments where they're like nose to nose, these guys saying, this is my... These are my

00:23:52.980 immigrants. No, they're not. You turn those immigrants over to me. You know, that sort of 1.00

00:23:57.460 thing has been going on there. But, you know, people kind of ultimately stand back. But I do think

00:24:03.940 that there will be long-term implications here, depending on what goes on.

00:24:07.160 Well, hang on. I did say... I love your Texas analysis of a crisis, and I agree. When they

00:24:13.620 start pulling out the guns and they start beating each other, that's a true crisis. But that...

00:24:18.020 You don't get to that until you get to the middle. I said constitutional crisis. And you

00:24:21.880 got one right now. Chip Roy. And I realize a lot of people have a problem with Chip because

00:24:28.380 of this situation, just like with the MTGO and Herb McCarthy thing. And I got that. I understand

00:24:33.060 that. And I understand the anger. I understand the mistrust. I got it. I fully understand

00:24:37.240 that. However, there are people that drive the action. And when you drive the action,

00:24:43.440 he's, you know, Chip's very admired in the House because he gets stuff done. Chip's saying

00:24:50.600 that the Supreme Court, that what's happening down on the border, that if it continues to

00:24:56.980 go forward and continues to rule not on an interim basis, he compares that, Benzman, to

00:25:01.900 the Dred Scott decision. Right? And he makes the case now, if Dred Scott was done now, would

00:25:08.300 people obey it? They understand that if they'd fought it back in, what, 1857, 1858, you might

00:25:15.100 not have gotten, to your point, to a shooting war amongst brothers. So do you think we're in

00:25:22.400 a constitutional crisis down there? I mean, tell me the way out right now.

00:25:28.360 I mean, I think the way out is that they're going to fight this out in court and the justices

00:25:33.360 are going to rule, the Supremes are going to rule. The fact that this is all happening

00:25:38.300 at the Supreme Court level, that these decisions all have to, they go quick. I mean, they're

00:25:43.100 like mainlined straight to the Supreme Court, these things. So that does indicate that this

00:25:48.360 is very legally serious. These questions are legally serious. And I guess you could call

00:25:53.820 that part of it a crisis.

00:25:56.460 But hang on. Okay. But hang on. Hang on for a second. If you're, this is what, this is

00:26:01.880 what Chip Roy's saying and kind of what Abbott's saying. If they take it all the way to the court

00:26:05.340 and the court goes, hey, we thought about this and, you know, we concluded with, you know,

00:26:09.200 Roberts and Comey Barrett and some others, it looks like they've been intimidated by the

00:26:13.420 mob up there saying, no, Texas got to let them cut. The feds got to come down and cut 0.95

00:26:17.600 the wire. According to everybody that's saying it right now, from Chip Roy to Lieutenant Governor

00:26:22.840 Patrick, to Attorney General Paxton, to the governor of the state Abbott, who's no fire

00:26:28.160 breather, they're going to say, hey, we hear you, but it ain't happening. So if that's the

00:26:35.300 case, what happens, sir?

00:26:37.380 Right. Well, then it gets interesting. I don't think there'll be violence still, but it does

00:26:41.680 get interesting because Abbott and his people, and I've talked to senior state leaders, so

00:26:48.700 I know what their thinking is right now, is that there is nothing in any of these rulings

00:26:54.760 that says that we can't put wire down. The rulings are just that the federal government

00:27:01.660 can take the wire down if they want. And so that's their loophole. That's their, so they're

00:27:09.160 going to keep building the, if the feds come in and tear it down, they're going to come

00:27:12.820 in and they're going to rebuild it. And it'll be like this. Right.

00:27:17.580 If, but here's, but here's the problem. I tell you, we're going to go to break. Todd, please

00:27:20.780 hang on. We've got Ben, we've got Stern, we've got Ben Smith. We have nothing but hitters

00:27:24.660 this morning. Here's the issue. If Biden allows that to happen and he allows MAGA and Patrick

00:27:32.380 and Paxton and Abbott and the great folks in the Republic of Texas to say, Hey, we can

00:27:39.360 put the, they, they interpreted it that way. He doesn't move. His approval among Democrats

00:27:44.300 will crater. He will show, and he will show the world. That's what I'm saying. He, he's

00:27:49.480 tried to be a wise guy. He got his bluff called. He got his bluff called and he's got his bluff

00:27:54.960 call. I believe by people that understand the sovereignty of the state of Texas, the territorial

00:28:00.380 integrity of the state of Texas is more important than what Joe Biden wants to do to get reelected.

00:28:06.720 Short commercial break back in a moment.

00:28:18.020 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.

00:28:23.640 First, think back to nine 11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:27.640 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and

00:28:33.720 tracking our movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial

00:28:39.260 newsletter, Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author is warning about a coming

00:28:44.840 event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact,

00:28:50.680 some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers

00:28:55.120 to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes,

00:29:01.720 buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:08.120 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately,

00:29:14.160 Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on

00:29:18.940 what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable

00:29:25.380 money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to

00:29:32.080 RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:37.280 Okay, Lou Murray's going to join us a little later, I think this morning. I'll try again. He's got a

00:29:48.640 great piece in the Boston Herald about every town of Bordertown, about what's happening to Boston,

00:29:53.760 right, because of this. I've got Todd Bensman. Ben Harnwell's going to join us about this coup

00:30:01.980 that's going on, but I got Richard Stern from Heritage. Let me get Richard in for a minute,

00:30:05.540 and then I'm going to come back to Harnwell and to Bensman. Richard, and I want to talk about this

00:30:12.160 tax, this other tax fiasco they got going, but I've got Harnwell in Rome who's going to be reporting

00:30:19.240 from the Times of London and the Guardian and all this. I mean, there's a coup going on right now

00:30:24.880 in Ukraine. Zelensky has had a fall now with his top field commander, the military head of the

00:30:31.540 uniformed services, told him in a meeting to his face, I'm calling for your resignation or the step

00:30:36.700 down. Guy goes, I got to think about that, but I don't think I'm going to do it. Zelensky talked

00:30:40.860 to a couple other guys and said, no, we're not going to, you can't do that. So the military has

00:30:44.420 actually stood up to him. So in the middle of trying to push this Ukraine $60 billion, as we've

00:30:49.060 said for a long time, the government over there is coming apart because they're not winning the war.

00:30:53.900 The spring offensive failed. At the same time, we've had Bensman on here about the

00:30:58.120 impeach Mayorkas who's central to this fiasco, this, this sellout on the border bill, which is 0.53

00:31:03.460 really an amnesty bill. You got Texas in a standoff. You got a constitutional crisis down

00:31:08.600 there. You got Mayorkas the first time in 150 years. Just tell me, you know, this city better 1.00

00:31:13.400 than anybody. How can they continue to go forward with these massive spending programs on these topics

00:31:19.180 where everything they've told the people about it are a lie and it's all collapsing around them,

00:31:24.320 sir? Well, you know, as you know, this wouldn't be the first tyrannical government that we funded

00:31:29.440 and then collapsed under its own weight. But you know, you hit the nail on the head, right? The

00:31:33.260 DC cartel does this. They steal your money through taxes and through inflation, and then they blow it

00:31:38.360 on their donors, right? We've known from the get-go on this, this money isn't really about Ukraine.

00:31:42.980 In fact, truth be told, most of the money doesn't physically go to Ukraine. It goes to US defense

00:31:47.140 contractors. So that it's money that doesn't go to the private sector, money that doesn't go to

00:31:51.480 producing goods and services that benefit Americans. Instead, it goes to companies whose

00:31:56.800 headquarters are in DC, whose lobbying arms are almost larger than what they actually produce,

00:32:01.320 who take this money and produce things and send it abroad. And that's part of how we've ended up

00:32:05.480 with $260,000 in debt per household. And you know, this tax bill we're looking at,

00:32:10.860 it's another one of these as well. Okay, I've got to get to this. And this is where I really

00:32:16.300 appreciate you change your schedule. Come on. I've mentioned a couple of times, but quite frankly,

00:32:21.140 I knew something was wrong, but I couldn't figure it out. The Hill newspaper today, which is people

00:32:26.320 understand, we quote the Hill a lot because it's kind of the tip sheet of what's going on up there,

00:32:30.340 but it ain't MAGA by a long shot. The Hill newspaper this morning, and I want to lay out,

00:32:35.460 you've got a child tax credit, an additional child tax credit, and you've got this then some

00:32:41.400 temporary relief for entrepreneurs. And we love entrepreneurs. We're the entrepreneur show.

00:32:46.180 We love the fact entrepreneurs out there, and we understand they need regulatory relief and tax relief.

00:32:50.060 But that's a fig leaf over what they want was this child tax credit. They're saying,

00:32:56.100 oh, well, we're just taking it from the COVID money, right? And we used to have some of the

00:32:59.940 COVID companies on here that get the tax relief. You know, if you've had employees go there and get

00:33:04.160 it, they got to pull that capital and they think it's tapped. They think all those claims are

00:33:08.280 basically gone. So it's about $50 billion. They're trying to use that. But this is a Keynesian

00:33:14.000 infusion. At the exact moment, we shouldn't be doing any more Keynesian infusions of more federal

00:33:19.660 stimulus. Number two, this is the most direct payoff for Biden's constituents that I've seen since

00:33:28.500 they try to get the working class people in this country to pay for the debt on colleges. 0.67

00:33:34.360 Now the Hill, and that's why I asked you, they've come up and said, yo, yo, guys, you're not really

00:33:38.720 counting this correctly. That because all these guys in the committee saying, oh, this thing kind

00:33:42.860 of pays for itself. You got the COVID tax release. It's $400 billion. Not me. I knew something was

00:33:50.520 wrong, but the Hill guys did it. Richard, $400 billion added to the deficit if you pass this bill

00:33:57.960 for the child tax credit. Is that directionally, are you guys at Heritage coming up with the same kind

00:34:03.020 directional number? We will be lucky if it is that low. So you hit the nail on the head on that one.

00:34:10.160 You know, this is the old thing that Milton Friedman talked about, that there's nothing so

00:34:13.640 permanent as a temporary government program. So you're absolutely right. This quote pay for

00:34:18.300 is a fixed pot of money. It is the $78 billion they're talking about, and there's not another dime

00:34:24.320 you can take out of that. So JCT, the formal scorekeepers within Congress, Tax Foundation,

00:34:30.100 the Hill, their numbers you talked about, they're looking at hundreds and hundreds of billions of

00:34:34.400 these things are made permanent, out all the way to $1.5 trillion of new deficits. And so that's

00:34:40.640 asking the Fed to print money. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:34:46.900 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hang on. Stop, stop, stop. Go back. The Hill's saying this child tax,

00:34:53.680 I'm going to explain it to people, that this is not going to be, they're just not going to be able to set

00:34:58.300 it off the side. And for, okay, for the COVID tax relief stuff, if programmatically there's nobody

00:35:04.140 else qualified, and that's what they're kind of saying, they've got to basically everybody,

00:35:08.460 the $70 billion shouldn't be an offset. The $70 billion should just be wiped out and say,

00:35:12.660 hey, guess what? We took our first thing in trying to get the deficit down, but $70 billion that we're

00:35:17.620 not going to spend. But even the offset, the Hill's saying $400 billion. You just said 1.5 trillion.

00:35:25.540 How do you get from something they're telling the people that it's offset, you don't have to worry

00:35:31.380 about this, we're not going to increase the deficit because it's an offset with the COVID tax money.

00:35:35.720 How do you get, they're at $400 billion. How did you get to $1.5 trillion?

00:35:41.520 Well, I will say, even in the Hill article, they say it's between $400 and $1.4 trillion,

00:35:47.320 depending on exactly what happens. And that speaks to the uncertainty of what's going on.

00:35:51.260 Tax foundations figures are $700 billion to $1.5 trillion. So everyone's kind of in the same

00:35:56.980 ballpark of that range. It's a huge range because of that uncertainty. So to the point you were

00:36:02.020 bringing up there, what this bill does is it provides really slight partial things through

00:36:07.520 the next 20 months. But we all know these are going to be permanent things. Now, I will say

00:36:12.600 the core of the business provisions, those are good for small businesses, for large businesses.

00:36:17.800 Here's the rub, though. The way they're actually written in this bill, most of that money is

00:36:22.780 retroactive payments, i.e. corporate welfare, to a handful of large companies. In fact, 57% of the

00:36:29.980 net benefits in the bill are going to go to companies that use the interest deduction. These are tech

00:36:36.720 startups. These are financial companies and Wall Street. These are not your ma and pa small business

00:36:41.080 firms, right? So the bill here is pretending as if it's giving permanent, long-term, broad-based

00:36:48.840 expensing provisions. It's really not. It's really written to mostly be this corporate welfare.

00:36:53.400 Then as you brought up on the child tax credit part of it, 91.5% of it isn't the actual child tax credit.

00:37:00.060 It's the additional part. That's all welfare money. And illegal aliens can get access to that 0.98

00:37:05.380 because you only need an IIT, an identification number, not a social security number as the tax

00:37:10.880 filer to claim that credit. So this is a massive expansion of welfare benefits that illegal aliens 0.95

00:37:17.000 get access to. And, you know, when Trump was in, he did a lot to close that, but he got as much as

00:37:22.020 he could. He couldn't close that loophole all the way. This bill is driving a Mack truck through it.

00:37:25.960 Richard, explain to our audience how this happens on Capitol Hill. You've got the hardest working

00:37:33.460 audience out here that's, you know, they want to be fair. They're decent, hardworking Americans.

00:37:38.860 But how do we get in a situation? We have two and a half, we have two to two and a half trillion

00:37:43.260 dollars deficits on this fiasco of the federal budget, and they're spending all their time

00:37:48.900 on this supplemental to get $160 billion to Ukraine, to put some more money to process illegal

00:37:55.840 aliens quicker, not one penny to the wall. And now they're coming up, oh, we're going to help

00:38:00.200 children, and it's going to be all set. It could be up to a trade and a half additional to the

00:38:05.280 deficit of money we don't have. And at the same time, you find that the tax thing's not really to

00:38:10.320 the mom and pop entrepreneurs that support this show. It's basically the Wall Street firms and

00:38:14.960 Silicon Valley tech startups. How does this happen? Tell us how the swamp works, because this is

00:38:21.180 the core of the problem in our nation right now.

00:38:24.540 It absolutely is. So the thing, the swamp, but I like to call them the DC cartel, but either works,

00:38:28.920 right? The thing they figured out decades ago is if you tax somebody, they're aware that you're

00:38:33.620 taxing them. But if you print money out of the Fed, if you run deficits, if you crowd out private

00:38:38.580 borrowing, it shows up as inflation. It shows up as mortgage rates that spike, but that doesn't feel

00:38:44.220 direct. In fact, if you poll most Americans right now, they don't think that's why mortgage rates are

00:38:49.080 unattainable for most people. They don't think that's what's causing inflation. They think it's

00:38:52.740 corporate price gouging more than anything else. So what's happening here is they figured out this

00:38:58.020 way where they can steal your money through inflation, through boxing out private firms

00:39:03.160 from growing, through boxing out people from buying homes in credit markets. And that's how they're

00:39:08.240 stealing. And it's not the money, it's your purchasing power. They're stealing the value in

00:39:12.620 the money and then spending it. So that way, it gives them this ability from a political standpoint

00:39:17.660 to give as much value as they want to their friends, their donors, their special interests,

00:39:22.640 and to not get blamed for having directly taxed somebody. And I'll give you one even better on

00:39:27.400 this. Taxes a lot of times are on the wealthy, they're on big corporations. Now, I believe that

00:39:33.080 trickles down the people, but it feels like it's on those people. Inflation, it's on the lower income

00:39:38.920 people. It's on the middle class, right? In fact, the middle class and lower income Americans 0.52

00:39:42.800 feel inflation spikes more than anybody else in the country. So they have managed to figure out a way

00:39:48.640 to tax the middle class and to tax the working poor in a way that no one had figured out how to 0.53

00:39:54.620 do politically before. And that's why we got to stop them. That's why we got to shine a floodlight

00:39:58.520 on this. Okay, Richard, what should our audience do today? How did they get out? First of all, I want

00:40:04.440 to get people smart in this and I want to do it quickly. This thing, Johnson said he's going to bring it to

00:40:08.340 the floor this week. And I mean, it's mind boggling because the illegal aliens get access 1.00

00:40:13.380 to this. Where do people go right now, either your social media, what you're working on heritage

00:40:17.600 to get smart about this? Well, you can go to my Twitter at Rich A. Stern. You'll find work there

00:40:23.580 done by my colleagues, Preston Beshears, Robert Rector, Joel Griffith. And we've done a lot of work,

00:40:28.740 put a report, a few op-eds out on this. I got some sad news for you though. So it's now formally,

00:40:33.880 I think about 20 minutes ago, formally on the suspension calendar for tonight in the House

00:40:39.300 of Representatives. For your audience, by the way, the suspension calendar is exactly what it

00:40:42.840 sounds like. It is a suspension of the rules of the House of Representatives, waiving all of the

00:40:48.640 things against it that would prohibit its consideration of the normal rules. This is where

00:40:52.860 they try to cram this through without a real vote on it, without real debate or consideration on it.

00:40:57.740 So tragic news, to be honest. Well, this is where, hold it, they suspend it because it's all

00:41:02.840 Democrat votes. Johnson swore an oath to heaven he wasn't going to use the suspension. He's used it

00:41:09.720 every time he's got to get something that's massive spending, he uses Democrat votes. Then he just gets

00:41:14.460 the weak, the worst of the worst in the Republican Party to back it. He swore he wasn't going to do

00:41:20.720 suspension. Anytime they're using the suspension rule, you understand something's up. They're trying

00:41:25.060 to, they're trying to jam you. So anyway, then we'll get to work here. People should go there.

00:41:29.760 Richard, thank you so much for making this clear. Always a pleasure. Thank you for having me on.

00:41:33.360 You guys do a fantastic job. Fantastic. This is the fight you got to have if you want to get to a

00:41:38.800 balanced budget, folks. 202-225-3121. I would strongly recommend you call your representatives,

00:41:46.220 and particularly Speaker Johnson's. And this may be any bill blaster from, from Grace. So Grace,

00:41:51.380 you're going to get in the chats and with Carly Bonet and our team over at Telegram,

00:41:54.280 all the chat rooms, and make sure people sign up for Bill Blaster because I'm sure Speaker Johnson's

00:42:00.620 going to have you on Muzak, right? Not going to want to hear the outrage. Remember, on this child

00:42:05.740 tax credit, which is giving Biden a gift in an election year, why would you do that? Tell me why.

00:42:12.640 One, giving him just a total freebie. Two, it's more Keynesian stimulus at the exact time you don't

00:42:20.740 need more Keynesian stimulus. You have fiscal irresponsibility, right? This is going to add

00:42:27.000 to that. You have monetary irresponsibility that the Fed can't even justify now why they're going

00:42:34.140 to cut rates additionally. And you've got Janet Yellen jamming the system in the most sophisticated 1.00

00:42:39.700 quantitative easing ever to put liquidity in the system. Why? Why do you ask this happening right

00:42:45.600 now? Let me think for a second. Let me cogitate on this. It's to stop Donald Trump. It's to give a

00:42:51.920 temporary high to the economy to stop Trump. And Republicans are now going to go along with this.

00:42:58.420 Johnson, and this shows you the big donors in back. I remember the mom and pop, and that's why I knew

00:43:02.300 something stunk about this. I said, I can't figure out the entrepreneur side of this tax bill, which

00:43:06.600 supposed to be the goodies for the conservatives and Republicans. It's really not there.

00:43:10.560 But the other illegal aliens are eligible for this. Benzman's going to hang on. I'm going to bring 0.93

00:43:18.360 him back at the next break. He's going to talk to you about more that you're paying for, folks,

00:43:22.660 your own destruction, the invasion of your country. You are the underwriters. Next in the war room. 0.92

00:43:29.900 True or false? Using your tax refund to pay off credit card debt is a smart thing. Actually, that's

00:43:43.460 false. DoneWithDebt.com published a brilliant strategy designed to let you keep your hard-earned

00:43:50.080 tax refund and reduce or eliminate credit card debt. Most Americans owe thousands in credit card debt.

00:43:56.760 In fact, Daily Mail's got a story that 56 million Americans carry credit card debt, and that debt

00:44:03.380 will take years to pay off, if you pay it off at all. DoneWithDebt found that filing bankruptcy is

00:44:09.480 usually not the answer, and taking out loans to pay off credit cards usually increases the debt.

00:44:16.000 When you engage DoneWithDebt, their legal experts and skilled negotiators take on the credit card

00:44:21.180 companies for you. Their winning strategies are designed with one goal. Solve your debt

00:44:26.600 situation quickly and permanently. First things first, chat with a DoneWithDebt strategist and

00:44:33.460 explore your solutions. Some debt-fighting strategies are time-sensitive, so you'll need

00:44:47.100 Take action.

00:44:49.360 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:44:54.600 Okay, we know from Grace that you call Johnson and it goes directly to voicemail, so they're

00:45:01.300 hiding from you. That's where you got to get Bill Blaster. Let's go directly to it.

00:45:05.300 Other updates. Cliff Bentz, who's not exactly a fire breather from out in Oregon, has really been

00:45:12.600 kind of opposed, on the fence, but opposed to the impeachment of Mayorkas, just said,

00:45:17.520 hey, seeing what he saw yesterday, he's kind of coming down the side and impeaching Mayorkas. So

00:45:23.180 this thing is historic and it may actually go through. And it ties. It's not a shiny toy because

00:45:28.960 it cuts to the heart of Biden doesn't need anything. He's had every tool he's needed. He

00:45:34.620 initiated this. They planned it. They executed it. They organized it. Also, Community Bank of New York,

00:45:40.760 a financial fiasco there. I'm going to get more to that in a second hour. Philip Patrick's going to

00:45:45.900 join me. I noticed yesterday, in the last couple of days, the people in Nevada, in Las Vegas, for the

00:45:52.360 RNC, for the Charlie Kirk term, couldn't have been a better crowd. Love you guys, the county heads.

00:45:58.960 The precinct strategy people, the precinct, all of it, just fantastic. I did notice

00:46:03.000 when I asked for a show of hands on my End of the Dollar Empire,

00:46:07.020 there were a lot of my dog ate the homework. So I need you guys

00:46:11.060 to go free. It's totally free. I signed a couple of copies yesterday, by the way,

00:46:15.040 because we need you as smart

00:46:18.420 as the guys who work on Wall Street, we just do, or the people that fund the DC cartel

00:46:23.100 or work as the political operatives, because you are the counterweight to that.

00:46:26.220 End of the Dollar Empire from Birch Gold slash Bannon. Just get it right now. Read it. If you

00:46:32.280 don't understand it at all, it's fine. Just get it. Get used to the nomenclature, the terms, all that.

00:46:37.540 That's how you get smart. This is a Socratic process to work you through.

00:46:43.120 Benzman, I need you to explain to the American people exactly what they're underwriting and how

00:46:50.580 it's being done off the books with these NGOs, and particularly the religious

00:46:53.880 organizations. Not just your taxes, your charity donations

00:46:57.480 are going to destroy your country, sir. 0.97

00:47:01.540 Right. Well, when I was in studio with you

00:47:03.940 a week or so ago, I told you

00:47:06.800 that I was working on a piece about

00:47:09.540 all the NGOs working under

00:47:11.920 the United Nations

00:47:13.800 in Latin America, 15 Latin American countries

00:47:17.780 to distribute just hundreds of millions

00:47:20.920 of dollars in aid

00:47:22.280 all along the migrant trails, sort of helping

00:47:25.020 to sustain their movement

00:47:27.020 through there. And now

00:47:28.640 I've kind of broken it out and

00:47:30.740 explained to you that

00:47:32.480 the State Department's

00:47:34.420 Population, Migration

00:47:37.220 and Refugee

00:47:38.520 Bureau

00:47:40.600 is the one

00:47:42.880 that is, and this is a Biden

00:47:44.800 controlled political appointees run

00:47:47.260 agency within the State Department

00:47:50.640 is shipping cash

00:47:53.200 directly to

00:47:55.000 a great many of these NGOs

00:47:57.000 which then turn around

00:47:58.800 and that's taxpayer money

00:48:00.080 which then are turning around

00:48:01.800 and dropping them

00:48:03.480 dropping all that aid as cash

00:48:05.860 and food and shelter and everything

00:48:07.220 to the immigrants down there.

00:48:09.000 My piece that just went up yesterday

00:48:11.160 names them

00:48:12.620 I just looked at the religious organizations

00:48:14.880 I've got 248

00:48:17.260 of the NGOs

00:48:19.020 listed in this piece

00:48:21.100 you can click on the link

00:48:22.760 pull them all up

00:48:24.540 and see who the NGOs are

00:48:27.760 and how much money that they

00:48:29.580 anticipate spending in 2024

00:48:31.400 well it turns out that a lot of them

00:48:34.000 are just pass-through

00:48:35.760 organizations for

00:48:38.000 Biden administration

00:48:40.100 cash diversions

00:48:41.700 the State Department

00:48:43.820 and the USAID

00:48:45.820 are sending cash through

00:48:49.040 I looked at about 30

00:48:50.400 of the 248

00:48:52.400 the religious organizations

00:48:54.400 that are affiliated with

00:48:56.960 you know the Catholics

00:48:58.020 the Jews

00:48:59.640 the Adventists

00:49:01.540 non-denominational

00:49:03.880 evangelical groups

00:49:05.380 etc.

00:49:07.140 and that those are the groups

00:49:08.680 that I just looked at

00:49:09.980 in the short time I had

00:49:12.200 showing exactly

00:49:14.020 how this works

00:49:15.040 and what's going on

00:49:16.000 down there

00:49:16.500 all of this is

00:49:18.220 part of a

00:49:19.060 1.6 billion dollar plan

00:49:21.480 for 2024

00:49:23.800 to aid

00:49:25.720 and abet

00:49:26.860 illegal immigration

00:49:28.880 and they know that

00:49:29.840 they're doing it

00:49:30.540 they're planning documents

00:49:32.220 say we know

00:49:33.940 that they're all headed

00:49:35.160 to the US

00:49:35.760 and they're providing

00:49:37.480 transportation for it

00:49:39.380 shelter for it

00:49:41.500 cash debit cards

00:49:43.280 for it

00:49:43.760 through all of these

00:49:44.500 different agencies

00:49:45.400 here's why they're doing

00:49:48.000 here's why they're doing it

00:49:49.220 because their synagogues 0.99

00:49:50.660 and their churches

00:49:51.480 are empty

00:49:52.380 right

00:49:53.800 they're empty

00:49:55.780 and they're using

00:49:56.540 these are their new recruits

00:49:57.660 I said this about

00:49:58.280 the Diocese of New York

00:49:59.280 years ago

00:50:00.260 when I was in the White House

00:50:01.560 and Dolan I think

00:50:02.660 went off on me

00:50:03.320 I said dude

00:50:03.900 you know I've lived there

00:50:05.100 I've seen it

00:50:06.160 this is their recruiting tool

00:50:07.900 they're not doing it

00:50:09.080 for some spiritual

00:50:10.220 because of the call of God

00:50:12.320 this is practical

00:50:13.600 they're using your cash

00:50:14.880 they're not explaining

00:50:16.200 to you where it's going

00:50:16.860 and this is how

00:50:17.620 they're recruiting folks

00:50:18.580 coming up

00:50:19.140 100% the evangelicals 0.55

00:50:21.100 do it 1.00

00:50:21.400 the Catholics are terrible 1.00

00:50:22.840 and I'm a Catholic 1.00

00:50:24.160 the Lutherans 0.98

00:50:24.940 are just as bad 0.98

00:50:25.900 you got the Adventists 0.81

00:50:26.780 and now you got

00:50:27.600 this Hebrew organization

00:50:29.360 and normally

00:50:30.020 they're not guys

00:50:30.940 that do a lot of

00:50:31.540 evangelize

00:50:31.980 they don't evangelize

00:50:33.400 but they're in this too

00:50:34.760 right

00:50:35.320 all of them

00:50:36.060 this is

00:50:36.860 multi-denominational

00:50:39.680 is it not

00:50:40.220 yes it is

00:50:41.840 I mean

00:50:42.160 you know

00:50:42.740 and I'm getting pushback

00:50:43.880 this morning

00:50:44.900 from the Adventists

00:50:46.020 their public information

00:50:47.920 officer

00:50:48.460 is like emailing me

00:50:49.820 saying

00:50:50.020 why are you attacking us

00:50:51.240 and targeting us

00:50:52.180 and I replied

00:50:53.980 I'm not targeting you

00:50:55.320 I mean

00:50:55.560 I'm an equal opportunity

00:50:56.980 I'm just dispassionately

00:50:58.380 reporting that

00:50:59.740 these religious groups

00:51:00.940 are

00:51:01.880 you know

00:51:02.620 in the mix

00:51:03.660 down there

00:51:04.280 providing aid

00:51:05.780 to

00:51:06.940 thousands and thousands

00:51:08.440 of immigrants

00:51:09.500 that they know

00:51:10.300 are heading to the U.S. border

00:51:11.880 because I suspect

00:51:13.680 that

00:51:14.160 the revelation

00:51:15.660 that they're involved

00:51:17.020 in this

00:51:17.580 is kicking up

00:51:19.180 some parishioner

00:51:20.120 dust

00:51:20.800 that people

00:51:22.560 that are not

00:51:23.060 that are mad

00:51:23.800 I had

00:51:24.860 should

00:51:25.140 yeah

00:51:26.480 and I'm guessing

00:51:27.240 that probably

00:51:28.000 that there are Catholics 0.96

00:51:29.080 that are mad

00:51:30.380 about some of the stuff

00:51:31.480 that I reported

00:51:32.160 in this

00:51:32.700 but whatever

00:51:33.560 it's all public record

00:51:34.740 and I'm not judging

00:51:36.500 I'm just saying

00:51:37.180 you're down there

00:51:38.320 you're helping

00:51:39.060 you're in the mix

00:51:39.880 and we're in the middle

00:51:41.680 of mass migration

00:51:42.780 you're dispassionately

00:51:44.620 you're dispassionately

00:51:45.860 that's the power of you

00:51:47.480 we're not

00:51:48.000 we're saying

00:51:48.480 hey Catholic charities

00:51:49.500 you guys are taking money

00:51:51.120 from the government

00:51:51.680 you're taking money

00:51:52.300 of false pretenses

00:51:53.100 from the parishioners

00:51:54.000 and you're down there

00:51:55.260 aiding and abetting

00:51:56.560 the invasion

00:51:57.260 of our country

00:51:58.460 full stop

00:51:59.340 invasion of our country 0.97

00:52:01.120 and I think

00:52:01.640 that's under treason
