Bannon's War Room - Episode 3377： Exclusive reporting Live From Mar A Largo

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.180 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.780 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.540 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.140 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.960 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.900 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.060 it's thursday 8 february in the year of the lord 2024 a historic day throughout this country a

00:00:59.020 monumental almost like dred scott type argument at the supreme court that level of seriousness

00:01:05.440 about removing president trump via the 14th amendment from the ballot i think now in 20 states plus the

00:01:12.760 immunity argument will be made looks like in the next couple weeks the supreme court's getting

00:01:17.040 involved in this on capitol hill just breaking news guess what they kept the vote of 58 41

00:01:22.540 it's been open for uh for uh 24 hours looks like they've twisted some arms looks like they're going

00:01:29.760 to get to cloture they're going to block out five days for a debate they're going to try to put some

00:01:34.380 amendments fig leaves on ukraine but ukraine's coming baby as mtg just told you it's coming

00:01:38.880 this afternoon the number is 202-224-3121 make sure that's the direct number to the senate the

00:01:46.300 united states senate that's a switchboard or go grace chung will help you get on bill blaster 0.76

00:01:50.640 totally free app download it you get all the information you need direct contact you don't

00:01:55.700 have to go through the switchboard because the switchboards will block you

00:01:58.140 you just heard mtg this ukraine situation stinks to high heaven there's something deeply wrong also

00:02:05.520 remember and i want to connect dots here for the audience for a second although i know you remember

00:02:09.820 this victoria newland the angel of death as our own ben harnwell calls her from rome the angel of death

00:02:15.240 who went over in the middle of this thing this military coup that tells zelinski stand down

00:02:19.800 because if you make a big deal about this start firing guys you ain't going to get the 60 billion

00:02:23.600 dollars we need the 60 billion dollars because you got to make the payoffs and keep everybody's mouth

00:02:28.140 shut her her uh husband robert kaplan remember they're the they're the husband and wife uh some of

00:02:36.780 the most destructive people in the history of this country in fact victoria newland ought to understand

00:02:41.120 something in a in a second trump term i strongly believe that when we go through the records of

00:02:48.120 the state department and and the deep state and what she has done to the world over the last 10 years i 0.81

00:02:53.320 believe there will be significant criminal referrals against her she is one of the worst people this 0.94

00:03:00.180 country's ever produced and her husband wrote that big piece about in the washington post i think 4 000

00:03:06.080 words on some huge piece of analysis that compared president trump not to general cincinnatus who came

00:03:12.060 back from the plow to save the republic like president trump has but to caesar and actually laid out the

00:03:18.400 moral justification for president trump's assassination relating him to caesar that's the husband of victoria

00:03:24.600 newland so this whole ukraine thing in the senate uh mitch mcconnell and as jd vance said this is a fetish

00:03:30.960 this is an obsession this whole thing the last four and a half months has been just a fig leaf to get

00:03:36.040 to ukraine and we're going to fight this two zero two two two four three one two one so let's get to

00:03:40.840 the ramparts because already they're going to start to cave under uh over our dead bodies will give a

00:03:46.860 penny to ukraine okay we got to do a forensic audit in the first 125 billion dollars we sent i want to

00:03:53.420 play a quick i'm going to bring in don jr i'll tell you what let me ask don jr about the lawfare

00:03:57.260 let's i tell you what let's play let's play a meet the press briefly i want to tee up don jr

00:04:02.100 with the polling about how bad it is let's go ahead and hit it let's just start with the bottom line

00:04:06.880 when you ask folks hey if it's the general election and it's trump versus biden our poll donald trump

00:04:11.480 now leads joe biden by five points compare that to the last time we polled back in november trump was

00:04:18.020 ahead then but it was only by two points it's even more significant when you look at it this way over

00:04:23.560 time we have been testing for five years now going back to 2019 a biden trump matchup remember

00:04:29.300 2019 2020 joe biden led he led big in every single one of our polls for the first time in november

00:04:36.740 donald trump pulled ahead in our poll and now at five points this is the biggest lead nbc has ever

00:04:41.720 had in 16 polls for donald trump over joe biden and of course undergirding all of this is this question

00:04:48.340 of he is the incumbent joe biden we ask voters what do you think of the job he's doing and look at that

00:04:52.600 kristin 37 percent approve and now 60 percent disapprove and we should say that is the lowest

00:04:59.000 approval rating since former president george w bush's second term yeah and it's put that in

00:05:05.100 further context to bush in his second term wasn't running for re-election here's the presidents who

00:05:09.640 were running for re-election in our poll starting their re-election year what was their approval rating

00:05:14.220 bush was over 50 in the last you heard it that was karnacki that's not rich barris of of uh of the

00:05:20.900 people's pundit that's not trafalgar that's not tony fabrizio that is karnacki and that is nbc news

00:05:26.940 okay and they don't even bring up the cross tabs the independents trump up by 19 because they're a

00:05:31.900 proxy for the american people approval by independents i think had a two handle for like 27

00:05:37.420 it's over they know it's over and trump is ascendant trump is powerful so don june the last 48 hours

00:05:44.300 because we have to monitor msnbc and cnn and bbc constantly here to curate it for the audience because

00:05:50.360 they don't want to waste their time it has been an obsession on lawfare that's all they're talking

00:05:54.560 about the immunity situation the supreme court and today because they understand it is mathematically

00:06:00.400 impossible for them to defeat donald trump at the ballot so now they've turned to the lawfare

00:06:06.140 it's it's the last readout they've got your thoughts sir well listen it's the lawfare it's

00:06:11.420 the cheating and you know make no mistake steve there's nothing that they won't do right they've

00:06:15.200 shown that over the last few years now people simply understand it you know joe biden was going

00:06:20.360 to be the genius elder statesman and all we've gotten is inflation and wars uh it's absolutely 0.98

00:06:26.800 ridiculous i actually want to know who the morons in the 30 percent who actually approve of joe biden 0.97

00:06:31.440 because you know even being an objective person because i'm still an american citizen i have five 0.99

00:06:35.780 young kids i want our country to be successful i cannot think think of a single metric a single metric

00:06:42.840 where we have improved in the last three and a half years under joe biden and you know the quote

00:06:48.620 unquote adults who are back in charge it's absolutely ridiculous what's going on so you see it the lawfare

00:06:54.380 the insanity the problem is they've lost their minds because you know they live in their little dc

00:07:00.180 and la world and the billionaire circle you know people are watching these things and they're laughing 0.92

00:07:05.840 about how ridiculous these lawsuits are whether it's eugene carroll whether it's you know fanny willis

00:07:11.100 and you know the boyfriend and the sleeping with i mean it's it's the perfect example of everything 0.93

00:07:15.740 we've known about the democrat party and so now that it's so egregious now that it's so ridiculous

00:07:20.860 people are actually watching and they understand they understand that if they can do it to trump and

00:07:27.220 more importantly if they will do it to trump they will do it to anyone they've shown it they're not

00:07:33.060 pretending anymore and so there is no lengths that they won't go so i'm not saying it's over because

00:07:38.240 there's again nothing that they won't try to do in the coming 10 months before the election

00:07:44.440 to salvage the absolute failures of joe biden but more importantly the democrat party because

00:07:50.800 we can't let them skate on this it's not joe biden joe biden's incapable of finding his way off of a

00:07:56.420 stage that he got on four minutes before it's the democrat party it's their radical policies it's the

00:08:03.040 you know china first america last it's open borders it's pro-war it never ends and people are absolutely 0.92

00:08:10.580 sick of it steve don jr talk a second about your father i mean they've got criminal charges against

00:08:18.340 him for 700 years in prison this is a guy i think about a second not a politician came beat the

00:08:24.500 clinton apparatus come from greatest come from behind victory ever um gives us three years of peace and

00:08:30.360 prosperity amazing prosperity amazing peace throughout the world then hit with a chinese 1.00

00:08:35.100 bioweapon still works through that uh his crime is coming back from the after they stole it to to say

00:08:41.560 again no we have to set this right that crime 700 years in prison a soviet trial a show trial in new

00:08:47.860 york city that the just just you know this judge is cooking up something because he had a deadline

00:08:52.580 self-imposed deadline 31st didn't hit it to take away the entire business empire of the trump family

00:08:58.840 and find you guys i don't know four or five hundred million dollars you've got now we're at the

00:09:02.640 supreme court today arguing and these these pro-democratic guys arguing to take him off the

00:09:07.360 ballot in 30 states and they're about to take away presidential immunity so a president can actually

00:09:13.240 take the actions he needs to defend the country take away immunity how is your father with everything

00:09:18.440 else going on like today he should be and he should be in nevada all day it's a caucus day this is

00:09:23.780 election interference how's your dad holding up on with this stress that no president including fdr

00:09:29.940 lincoln washington has ever had on them honestly he's holding up well and you know him i mean he's

00:09:35.600 sort of a game time player right he does better under pressure it's not ideal obviously it's not

00:09:39.540 something you want to deal with and it it's the entire purpose of what they're doing they want to

00:09:43.180 try to break you financially they want to try to put you in jail they'll they'll do anything they

00:09:47.020 can to distract from the job that you need to be doing which is campaigning which is being out

00:09:51.640 there which is explaining all of this to the american people but again people are understanding

00:09:56.300 it because you can't hide there's no amount of assistance from even the trillion dollar institution

00:10:01.680 that is mainstream media no amount of trillion dollar influence suppression of our side artificial

00:10:07.600 boosting of the other side from big tech that can cover up the facts if a guy like me walks into a

00:10:13.420 supermarket with their kids when we're getting something for super bowl weekend uh and i'm like man if i

00:10:18.640 have sticker shock steve imagine what every hard-working american family feels that's how

00:10:23.920 ridiculous it is and joe biden can't hide from it so i think my father understands that he understood

00:10:29.860 very easily that he could have just kept his mouth shut walked away after 2020 he would have been a 0.88

00:10:36.140 legend to half the country gone back to a really nice easy life he's not going to do that because he

00:10:43.340 understands where all of this is headed he understands what it means not just for me and my siblings

00:10:48.580 but for his grandchildren that's why he's fighting for my grandchildren for your grandchildren because

00:10:54.260 we're about to inherit a country that no one recognizes anymore a uni party marxist dystopia

00:11:01.200 that's where we're headed and if you don't believe me just look at all of the things that they're

00:11:06.100 trying to do the people who have been screaming fascist yada yada yada for the last seven years

00:11:10.800 are acting awfully a lot like the proper definition of fascist they are doing this and there's no amount of

00:11:17.700 air cover from the institutions that function as the marketing department of the radical left today

00:11:22.200 that can prevent real americans from finally understanding just how badly they've been manipulated

00:11:27.420 don jr with that apparatus they've got he's leading now i think with african-american men with hispanic

00:11:35.500 men he leads with latinos overall by one percent he's starting to draw close with people under 35 with

00:11:41.580 people under 30 i think it's virtually tied how are all these demographics that they've used against

00:11:47.160 us for decades and with no ability to get into the mainstream media how are those democratic those

00:11:53.080 demographics flipping against biden and starting to come to trump right now common sense you know they

00:11:58.720 saw it they see peace the peace deals in the middle east that was the holy grail of geopolitical

00:12:03.420 politics every uni party politician has promised us they would get something done over the last 50 years

00:12:10.260 only trump was actually able to deliver people see it in their wallets they see they pay their

00:12:15.180 mortgages they see it in the grocery stores they understand that life was better under trump perhaps

00:12:20.940 the only demographic that does it like suburban women uh because you know their entire currency 1.00

00:12:26.740 is just virtue signaling uh peddling their woke nonsense you know amongst each other at starbucks

00:12:32.980 because they don't actually face a lot of the hardship that real americans actually face

00:12:37.860 uh there's a reason there's that shift people can't hide it any from it anymore i actually saw it it

00:12:43.940 was interesting i saw it the other day i was going through an airport and it was actually the first

00:12:48.020 time i saw it a lot from african-american men but there was a group of flight attendants four

00:12:52.380 african-american ladies that saw me go through security and they started yelling trump 2024 and it was like

00:12:58.320 wait african-american women like this this is unusual there's a couple that come up and they talk to me 1.00

00:13:02.880 and they're curious or whatever this was the first time even they were like no we're voting for your

00:13:08.020 dad we got to stop this nonsense you know they're asking if i was flying on their flight because they

00:13:12.200 wanted to talk further it was sort of amazing there is a seismic shift i'm not saying four people is

00:13:18.060 indicative of anything but when you're out there in public and people are vocally doing it that that

00:13:23.880 was prior you know it was suppressed before if you were vocal about trump there was a social consequence

00:13:28.580 people don't care anymore because they understand that life under trump was better it was better for

00:13:34.820 them it was better for their children it was better for their grandchildren they see the decline of our

00:13:40.980 nation of our civilization and they understand that it's the radical leftist marxist democrat party

00:13:47.680 policies today that are leading us down this negative path uh i i think it's actually incredible what's

00:13:53.900 going on we're really uh it's a 1776 type of moment right now without question

00:13:58.900 this is why i think you're seeing this lawfare they understand one thing if people we curated it and we

00:14:06.980 can't don't have enough time to play it all today the last 48 hours ever since the immunity ruling this

00:14:11.580 at over the top immunity ruling that really tries to stop president trump going on bonk to the appeals

00:14:18.080 court forces him immediately to the supreme court msmbc and cnn have virtually turned

00:14:23.720 all their coverage over to how to stop trump through lawfare they've given up they've quite

00:14:28.980 frankly given up on trying to beat him on at the polls trying to beat him uh with the votes either

00:14:33.920 going to steal it or stop it by lawfare we're going to take a short commercial break here's the program

00:14:38.580 we got don jr is going to be back with us after the break we're then at the bottom of the hour going

00:14:43.120 to go to our own jane zirkle who's live at mar-a-lago the president's going to have hold a press 1.00

00:14:47.660 conference we also got mike davis at the supreme court he's going to update us

00:14:51.160 on all the arguments going on quite intense there short break back with don jr in the word

00:14:57.020 just a moment as we head toward a presidential election in november one thing you can be sure

00:16:25.720 going to move to to break cloture in the senate we're going to get on that this afternoon just hang

00:16:30.440 with us we got time to work that one it's going to be at least five days of debate we're going to kill

00:16:34.140 this thing out of the crib uh president trump's going to i think hit come out and hit the mark

00:16:38.800 at 11 30 we'll go to jane zirko dana martillago to hear his thoughts about this mike davis still

00:16:43.260 at the summary court we're carrying tucker tonight live at six o'clock off of his twitter uh feed or

00:16:49.520 his the feed over his company with putin we're going to be doing pre-game analysis on that at five

00:16:55.160 o'clock darren beady's going to join me so we got a lot going on don jr you know one of the reasons

00:16:59.520 these numbers i think where they are first off as you know don jr there's no way that

00:17:04.420 biden got 81 million votes but we'll put that aside zero zero trump was a below zero zero

00:17:11.280 let's just be clear about this right now okay like

00:17:13.620 come on no way we're not we're not election deniers we're election rationalists there's no

00:17:21.680 chance again i've talked to every hedge fund guy in the world half of them hate trump

00:17:24.960 every one of them says mathematically impossible for biden to have beaten him mathematically impossible

00:17:29.880 just did not happen there's no way but that's what we also still have to be prepared about the

00:17:34.240 next time though because you know whatever games they're going to play you know they got

00:17:37.180 30 mark elias's out there we we don't have you know we don't have anyone like that uh you know we

00:17:42.900 got to be prepared for all of that stuff because even if it's unrealistic even if it's insane even if

00:17:48.140 it defies literally the laws of statistics uh they will figure out a way to play whatever games

00:17:54.040 they can possibly get away with so we just have to overwhelm it and they know even more than 16

00:18:00.240 that all the chips are in the middle of the table they understand president trump knows exactly what

00:18:03.720 the deal is he knows exactly where the bodies are buried in the victorian newlands of the world and

00:18:08.180 all of her all of her praetorian guard colleagues in the deep state understand it's game over the

00:18:13.460 moment that president trump takes his hand off the the family bible at high noon on the 20th of january

00:18:18.540 2025 so the stakes could not be higher highest stakes in american history but he the reason

00:18:24.000 these numbers are where they are he was a beloved figure before he ran and before the media started

00:18:29.800 sparing and i think that's what you're starting to see and one of the reasons you know we did the

00:18:33.380 special i think back in may down at mar-a-lago with the president for an hour or so on the release

00:18:38.940 of the book tell me the book the your publishing company running we had mtg on earlier who has the big hit

00:18:44.140 out now with you guys walk me through the publishing company and particularly the book i know we're

00:18:49.600 putting a big effort on the letters uh to president trump which is very moving and shows him how beloved

00:18:55.380 he was by all of culture before he actually ran for president and uh and stood up to defend his country

00:19:02.820 yeah listen i actually started a publishing company because i saw all these sort of voices

00:19:07.480 on the conservative side that were going to the sort of usual suspects in publishing

00:19:11.420 and they'd be censored they'd be you can't write that uh or i mean they'd literally pay them there

00:19:16.560 up front and then all of a sudden yeah we're just not going to publish it you keep your money we're

00:19:19.700 not going to let that out in the ether the censorship isn't just happening online it was happening in

00:19:24.180 traditional publishing so uh with some friends started a group called winning team publishing to

00:19:28.680 do exactly that we published carrie lake's book we published uh a marjorie taylor green's book

00:19:33.320 uh we did books for my father that just wouldn't have gone anywhere else judge janine

00:19:37.500 uh myself charlie kirk you know people who are true you know leaders in the conservative movement

00:19:42.840 that just weren't able to get their voice out any other way so we did a fun book we found in my

00:19:48.040 father's you know literally his filings over the last 30 years uh all these letters to him you know

00:19:54.420 from princess diana from oprah from alec baldwin uh all these people who you know you know were either

00:20:01.700 historical figures or later became haters and it's sort of interesting to say you know these people

00:20:06.340 didn't dislike trump all that long ago they were actually they were big fans and so we made this

00:20:11.620 book put all these letters in there my father had sort of handwritten commentary and or regular

00:20:16.420 commentary on each one of these stories uh and it's sort of amazing yeah you can find it at

00:20:20.900 45books.com and i know there's a you get 20 bucks off if you use promo code bannon so you're all in on

00:20:26.860 this i uh i appreciate it but yeah check it out at 45books.com but it shows you um how contrived

00:20:33.260 the world we live in actually is how fake it all is all of these haters i mean the the alec baldwin

00:20:40.000 commentary is perhaps the the most extreme but leaders from all over the world people uh that all

00:20:46.220 of a sudden magically uh after you know a 30-year positive relationship you put that big r next to

00:20:51.560 your name as a republican and all of a sudden uh it's easier to do it but what we've really seen steve in

00:20:56.700 the last few weeks you see you know snoop dogg who did a video of like a drive-by shooting of my father

00:21:01.620 in 2017 because hey that would get you on tv that gets you some clicks that gets you uh you know some

00:21:08.660 love uh from your record label whatever it may be even he's now uh well you know listen trust never

00:21:14.520 done anything to me this is he understands where his people are going he understands where the community

00:21:21.560 uh who buys his music uh is going he understands the hardships that they're going through and so there

00:21:28.060 is a big cultural shift going on right now uh that even again big tech mainstream media can't hide

00:21:34.980 they can't suppress it because it's so flagrant and it's so obvious

00:21:38.480 by the way one of the powers of the book don june you know this probably better than anybody but it's

00:21:44.600 one of the things that being close to president trump it's it's one of the great gifts his sense of

00:21:49.080 humor is absolutely self-deprecating but it's incredible and you see that throughout this book and

00:21:54.140 some of the comments he makes in the writing that's where it's worth it's a treasure and this

00:21:58.380 is something you will keep on the uh it's the quality of it the photography of it the paper stock

00:22:03.360 this is something you put on the coffee table as a conversation item and get people to flip through

00:22:07.860 particularly haters if you get the haters you'll see all of a sudden they have a big change don june

00:22:12.440 one one more time where do people go you go to 45books.com and i know you get 20 bucks off with

00:22:18.820 promo code bannon so uh 45books.com uh you know we had a good time with it it's just it really is an

00:22:26.200 interesting sort of walk down memory lane it was very cool that he kind of kept those kind of records

00:22:30.600 and you see you see that seismic shift it's a it probably tells you so much of what you need to

00:22:35.520 know but you're right it's a it's a coffee table book very high quality print it's you know it's large

00:22:39.780 right it's uh you know 18 by 18 and plus uh and so uh yeah i think people will really enjoy it

00:22:46.800 large like the man's uh presence uh and you'll see i think this tectonic plate shift because people

00:22:55.020 understand whether african-american men whether hispanic men whether people under 35 youth that

00:23:00.680 donald j trump has got their back and has been a great guy for a long time don jr thank you so much

00:23:05.200 for joining us by the way don jr your social media i know you've been on occasion on occasion

00:23:09.960 you've put up something that's noteworthy how do people follow you sir uh you know donald j trump

00:23:15.440 jr uh you know on all the usual social channels i also got the my podcast twice a week on mondays

00:23:21.300 and thursdays at 6 p.m uh on rumble so you know download that check it out i go long form with a

00:23:26.700 lot of people i do a lot of q a sort of ask me anythings uh although tonight i'm going to go at

00:23:31.120 eight o'clock because i'm going to want to see what tucker's doing and uh comment on that so

00:23:34.380 tonight at eight o'clock i'll have ken paxton on talking about all the lawfare uh and the stuff

00:23:39.600 that he's one of the few attorney generals fighting back he's also one of the guys that's

00:23:43.820 uh that the rhinos uh in his home state in texas tried taking him out so you know a lot to talk

00:23:49.760 about there so i'll have ken paxton on tonight but yeah the podcast is sort of great and you can also

00:23:54.080 get it on spotify and apple uh podcasts any other time if you're not watching rumble or you're not on

00:23:59.800 there if you're driving and whatever so all the usual channels donald j trump uh junior jr and uh

00:24:06.040 yeah i guess i i probably talk a lot of crap there no your sense of humor is pretty good too

00:24:12.260 not too shabby don jr thank you so much man appreciate it thanks dude have a good one i want

00:24:17.480 everybody everybody go to check this book out it is a uh it is something incredible you'll see what

00:24:22.740 people thought of him before he came to save his country let's go to mar-a-lago jane zirkle the

00:24:27.720 president's going to be up momentarily jane what do you got for us that's right so we are waiting on

00:24:33.880 president trump who's expected to make remarks just momentarily now before he heads to nevada

00:24:38.580 you know nevada steve right you know the state that nikki haley lost 30 points to nobody in well

00:24:44.400 nevada is definitely mega country but today is a historic day because the supreme court has a

00:24:50.300 massive case in front of them this colorado 14th amendment case where the colorado supreme court

00:24:56.060 decreed that president trump is an insurrectionist despite never being charged or convicted of

00:25:01.060 insurrection how strange is that but president trump is facing ballot disqualification in 35

00:25:07.500 states the magnitude of this case and what it means for the future of our republic is absolutely huge

00:25:12.960 and it's going to be an exciting press conference to hear from president trump and see what he has to

00:25:18.100 say ahead of this uh jane hang on for one second right there we're gonna i just want to get an

00:25:25.680 update from mike davis i'm gonna come right back to you jane zirkle is live at mar-a-lago president's

00:25:30.620 going to come up about 11 30 have a press conference jane's question who protects the troops who protect us

00:25:36.600 well we will imagine you're serving halfway around the world and you learn the title to your home

00:25:44.820 that legal document that proves it's actually yours has been forged and it's not in your name anymore

00:25:51.380 but we can't let that happen and we won't let it happen home title theft is a clear and present

00:25:57.800 danger for all homeowners and that's why i trust home title lock and now home title lock is protecting

00:26:44.940 slash bannon code bannon home title lock dot com slash bannon code bannon do this for the troops do it

00:26:53.540 today use your agency got a couple of great questions for him lined up let's go back to the supreme court

00:27:00.000 mike davis can you give us an update sir well the more you listen to this oral argument i think the

00:27:07.420 uh the floodgates are opening for president trump it could be an eight to one decision for president

00:27:13.880 trump uh you know you can never predict how these justices are going to rule based upon oral argument

00:27:19.640 but it seems like kagan and even kataji brown jackson are leaning towards president trump's argument so

00:27:27.240 you may just have sonia sotomayor as the lonely emotive dissent on this very easy case

00:27:34.880 uh here's the question how much longer do you think this is going to go president trump had

00:27:41.280 scheduled a press conference 11 30 at the end of it do you think this so how long do you expect this

00:27:45.860 to continue i think i'm listening to jason murray a friend of mine who's the lawyer for the anti-trump

00:27:54.020 forces get decimated in there from justice kagan his former boss on the supreme court along with

00:28:00.600 justice gorsuch his former boss on the 10th circuit uh i think that he jason murray may just want to

00:28:06.700 throw in the towel and walk out of there as quickly as he can but who knows we could we we he's a good

00:28:13.640 guy like jason but he's just getting destroyed in there including by kagan so uh i you know maybe

00:28:18.380 15 minutes and this thing should they you know maybe the tko the the referee will come in and tko jason

00:28:26.460 murray you you would give jason a standing a count right now is that what i'm hearing

00:28:31.560 i mean he looks pretty dizzy right now i think it's time to just sit him down 0.93

00:28:36.560 in the corner because he's getting the crap kicked out of him including by kagan 0.94

00:28:41.680 to get the is that what you've seen is that some you at first you're saying some of the female 0.91

00:28:48.120 justices on the democratic side the radicals were all over this you believe you've seen kagan and

00:28:53.520 some others back off yeah i think that they saw jonathan mitchell who is a very effective supreme

00:29:01.140 court uh advocate just destroy all of the anti-trump arguments and so i think kagan and jackson are

00:29:09.740 cutting bait cutting their losses uh sotomayor she she'll go till the bloody end i think but this 0.98

00:29:16.860 could be eight to one what has been what has been the uh the angle of attack to try to from the

00:29:25.560 justice you think at least in the question the angle of attack they're using to try to make sure

00:29:30.800 they can make the case that trump uh should be removed well i think they're making a very emotional

00:29:38.240 arguments and it's a very dumb argument they're just arguing there's an insurrection section three of

00:29:44.220 the fourteenth amendment allows uh allows to just you you can disqualify insurrectionists and so

00:29:50.700 therefore he should be disqualified and we should just just defer to these states and kagan responded

00:29:56.880 to jason murray saying that this the the who's the president is a national issue and you can't just

00:30:02.720 have one state decide the presidency um and that was pretty surprising to hear that from kagan and i

00:30:10.460 imagine that jason murray was pretty surprised to hear that question from his former boss so

00:30:16.020 this case is done uh the question is whether it's going to be six to three or seven to two or eight

00:30:23.320 to one it looks like it's going to be eight to one

00:30:24.960 mike just hang on i'm a one last question i want you to hold because we're going to go to jane

00:30:31.620 zirka we're going to look at this press conference i'm sure president trump will wait till it's over but

00:30:35.100 i noticed the intensity this morning when you guys first got there the the star wars bar in back

00:30:41.000 of you were all jacked up dancing around you know this was the day trump was coming down

00:30:44.840 is it just me as it looked like a real lack of energy that energy's kind of left the room is that

00:30:50.400 because they're they're listening also to what's going on inside am i just perceiving that or is the

00:30:55.380 energy are they a little deflated well i mean maybe they were only paid for an hour so maybe you know

00:31:02.380 maybe they're they they had to go on to their next gig you know or maybe they went back to their

00:31:06.260 homeless camp i'm not sure but uh no maybe maybe they they realized that they put too much alcohol

00:31:12.940 in their drink in the star wars bar and uh time to go home is it more dangerous to have uh davis on

00:31:20.640 here from his uh from his uh from his uh article three headquarters or live just hang on for a second

00:31:25.940 mike davis i think we got a new gig for mike davis live reporting from outside these uh intense legal

00:31:31.320 arguments uh jane zirkle uh can you give us an update i assume president trump's going to wait

00:31:36.200 to the end of the oral arguments to come out and uh and make his case

00:31:39.400 well he does have a flight for nevada so we are expecting to hear from him any moment now but we

00:31:47.120 are definitely staying updated and anxiously awaiting his arrival but i'm wanting to really

00:31:52.880 talk to him about the polls that have come out because he is just absolutely dominating he has huge

00:31:58.200 leads in every major super tuesday state and he is just dominating the field and that's what this

00:32:04.760 these cases are trying to deter from they're trying to take away from the fact that president trump

00:32:09.320 cannot be beat at the ballot so they're trying to take him off it jane put us in the room there at

00:32:15.880 mar-a-lago how how how how much media showed up is it the first team uh is it pretty intense down

00:32:22.160 there you expect a lot of nasties holding a press conference only can do you expect a lot of nasty

00:32:27.500 a lot of one-sided edgy nasty questions well i'll say this i am in enemy seas right now but i do want

00:32:36.780 to say that is a rather intimate press conference so it'll be interesting to hear what everyone has

00:32:41.580 to say and if rather the questions are going to focus on the cases if they're going to be going into

00:32:47.740 the district case for example or the or the eugene carroll case um but my questions will of course be

00:32:54.940 focused on signal and not noise and that's what's important here staying on topic focusing on

00:32:59.500 winning in november and ultimately seeing president trump back in the white house in 2024

00:33:06.540 jane i know you got a reposition uh before you uh punch uh and i know you got some questions for

00:33:11.180 the president later what social media where do people go to uh to follow you

00:33:14.220 to follow you you can find me at jane zirkle on instagram twitter and of course getter

00:33:23.740 jane thank you i'll let you reposition now i want to thank the real america's voice team

00:33:27.660 you've got great coverage outside the supreme court is very difficult uh because of the because

00:33:32.860 just getting a signal so i really want to thank parker sig and rob sig for the great job there and

00:33:37.340 also on mar-a-lago jane zirkle thank you let jane reposition um i'm really proud of jane remember for

00:33:43.260 years we had jane on the bridge jane on the bridge out there in the baking heat of uh of palm beach

00:33:49.660 now she's inside mar-a-lago as our correspondent down there should probably get a question or two in

00:33:55.020 today uh i know the president thinks very highly of her because she always asks meaningful questions

00:34:00.220 not the kind of gotcha stuff see president trump if you ask him a tough question but it's a question of

00:34:06.380 substance president trump will take it and you know he'll run with he's not i mean he's he biden

00:34:11.020 you'll never you can't see biden up against a uh a group like this is absolutely impossible but you

00:34:15.820 get trump he'll do in a second okay i want to go to uh mike lindell before president trump said we're

00:34:20.540 going to go live as soon as president trump walks out we're going to go live back to mar-a-lago also

00:34:25.660 got a couple more questions from mike davis that could fit in mike lindell first off i had don jr on here

00:34:31.100 brother and don jr saying hey look there's two things lawfare and stealing the election

00:34:35.740 we still haven't solved the problems with a lot of the the issues with the uh stealing the elections

00:34:40.860 uh i want the feedback i haven't had a chance to get into the rnc today that's going to be a big

00:34:46.380 topic for us so everybody we got the fight on capitol hill with ukraine we got the spring

00:34:51.020 court you got the you've got uh today the uh caucus in um in nevada we got a lot to get to we're

00:34:57.420 going to get to the rnc but as people have been contacting you what's the number one because you

00:35:03.020 ran for rnc chair and they try to mollify you after and say hey mike if you're a good boy and

00:35:07.980 don't attack us we'll try to get a resolution although they're not going to do anything about

00:35:11.260 it where do you think the rnc stands right now as far as uh making sure that the democrats can't

00:35:19.180 steal the elections at least in these key battleground states i would say they're doing uh very little if

00:35:26.460 if not if not zero um um they uh they did pass a resolution in august but that just what that

00:35:33.100 resolution does to go and pay per balance and count it that does help our my group steve the

00:35:38.140 with that we are going to every county in the country we've got over 200 counties that committed

00:35:42.860 to pay per balance and count and we will get these selections secure in spite of the rnc they need to

00:35:49.420 jump on board they need new leadership right now we're in the home stretch here we've got to get

00:35:54.460 these elections secure and you're exactly right this is the only way that uh uh donald trump could

00:36:00.700 even think even potentially lose would be if they steal it again and if they uh if we don't have a

00:36:07.340 secure election platforms so i don't believe they're doing anything i think there's you got a lot of

00:36:12.620 innards within the rnc they want to do stuff but they need new leadership and that includes different

00:36:18.380 lawyers if you want my opinion steve they uh i know the lawyers over there hold them back on so many

00:36:23.420 different things well let's not do this with our election let's not talk about this because uh you

00:36:28.540 know we could get in lawfare and everything else that's rubbish we you know that's what they want

00:36:33.340 them to think and want them to do nothing they need to i want to i i want i want to go exactly to this

00:36:39.500 point the opposition has mark elias he's a beast okay and i realize people say why why do you say such

00:36:45.980 good things about i'm not saying the guy's pure evil but he's he's effective this is why president

00:36:51.020 trump is is got 700 years and you know they're trying to get him in seven years in prison take

00:36:55.580 him off the ballots because you've got these evil demons like mark elias out there what president 1.00

00:36:59.980 trump shows you president trump is not risk averse if he was risk averse he would have never come back

00:37:05.980 from mar-a-lago when they stole the election the first time he would just gone and bought more golf

00:37:09.740 courses and been a hero in pop culture and you know gotten his reputation back and everything they

00:37:14.860 stole from him but he's not risk averse he's about risk mitigation he's smart about that but he came

00:37:20.700 back to save his country this is one of the central the beating heart of the problem with the rnc

00:37:25.740 all the rnc has turned into and let me be blunt is a social club it's a group that hangs out goes

00:37:30.860 these big resorts and they talk a big game and they go on media it's all big talk talk talk talk talk

00:37:36.060 i've looked at this thing now for a decade and i'm telling you mike lindell and this is why they're

00:37:40.780 trying to bank you think it's random they're trying to break bankrupt mike lindell no they understand

00:37:45.180 as crazy as mike lindell is that energy gets people motivated and he gets focused on one thing

00:37:51.660 and let me repeat this media matters picked you up today and i'm saying this because it's burned into

00:37:56.140 my soul the democrats cannot beat trump they can only do one or two things steal this election at the

00:38:03.420 ballot box with all the machines and all the mail-in ballots i'm a mail-in ballot guy with with with

00:38:08.300 that steal it once again like they did in 2020 because it's a stolen election it's had catastrophic

00:38:14.140 consequences or somehow these machinations at the court either bleed him out with money or somehow

00:38:21.420 they get him like some random thing off the ballot this is the only thing they got they ain't got the

00:38:26.620 policies they don't have the personality they don't have the connection with working class people in

00:38:30.620 this country we are ascended his movement is ascended on everything they try to do to crush us

00:38:35.660 and this is why they're coming after that's right and this is why the rnc you know pats mike lindell

00:38:40.700 on the head and says mike you're a good boy here's a resolution we want to go to game day ballots now

00:38:45.180 get the hell out of here because you're bugging us sir that's right and steve i want to tell a little 0.88

00:38:49.420 more about the rnc what i noticed there is like all these states they're all going well we'll give you

00:38:55.340 money boy we have money coming so they won't make decisions and help out what they need to that

00:39:00.780 they know needs to be done the common sense things like secure our elections oh but we can't go we

00:39:06.460 can't vote on this because we've been promised money over here by rana um i heard this all the

00:39:11.820 time when i was running they were afraid to vote against her and afraid to to do these things they

00:39:17.420 know talk about about talk out about our election platforms because of they were promised money it's

00:39:23.020 disgusting we've got they've got to get on board right now and uh or we're gonna lose our country you're

00:39:28.700 exactly right the only way that they the democrats beat donald trump is if they steal it again and

00:39:34.140 we're doing everything we're doing what the rnc should be doing everybody can look at lindell

00:39:38.940 plan.com everything we're doing that's the that's the grassroots out there doing all this

00:39:44.540 well we need the rnc to do it we'll get to that when we get more time i got you prime time right here

00:39:49.340 uh um lindell so i don't want to hear any more whining from you okay actually prime time right for the

00:41:18.780 announced last week the my store platform actually showed up on jimmy kimball last night uh steve when

00:41:24.860 we when you had all my group on tv here and they were uh they were of course mocking it you know it's

00:41:29.980 like a mini amazon what a great concept for entrepreneurs and their usa made products you can

00:41:36.380 go to my store hang on stop hang on hang on my store got jimmy kimball of course they're gonna 0.95

00:41:42.380 mock it this is the global elites right jimmy jimmy kimball with abc that whole disney the whole crap 1.00

00:41:48.940 and the people come on his show all the celebrities they all kiss the ass of she they're in bed with 0.99

00:41:54.460 every dictator in the world they don't care about the people jimmy kimball mocking my store is exactly 0.99

00:41:59.660 my point stop giving your money to people that hate you you you've got uh you've got you know the

00:42:06.140 my patron supply people get you ready you got my store you're providing entrepreneurs and here's

00:42:10.700 the key to my store that i love so much if you're some just schmendrick right and you come up with

00:42:15.500 some idea and you're lucky enough to get onto amazon you convince them to take you whatever

00:42:20.780 understand immediately the ccp's got thousands of people that look and take that immediately 1.00

00:42:26.380 re-engineer it and amazon do you think jeff bezos cares about patriots in this country you think he

00:42:31.980 cares about american entrepreneurs you would be dead wrong you see that 9 000 foot yacht he's got that's

00:42:37.500 bigger than a u.s combatant a cruiser or my destroyer he's thinking about how he maximizes

00:42:43.660 every penny of profits and if he's got a source of china with slave labor he's going to source 0.65

00:42:48.620 that china with slave labor so what you do is you protect these folks when they come to you they

00:42:53.820 can't go get a reverse engineer right it's total protection i went through all this everybody i'd put

00:42:59.820 my products up i'd be copied with the one matter if it's the sheets the my pillow on my map it would

00:43:05.420 all be copied within like a a week or two you're going made in china they'd even call it they wouldn't

00:43:10.460 even copy the names up there and this happened by the way in walmart too at walmart it was just as bad

00:43:16.060 walmart.com these places that uh these entrepreneurs you beat you just get gobbled up either copied uh

00:43:23.260 either get copied or they'll infringe on your patent or they'll copy the name and i give these

00:43:28.540 entrepreneurs a safe haven they come to my store we've we've we've uploaded and vetted probably over

00:43:35.100 two thousand of them thousands of them and now they sit up there we don't let china products on 1.00

00:43:40.300 mystore.com and you know what if they have problems out there i have a representative of one of my

00:43:45.740 employees that each one of them is assigned so we can answer their questions and help them like i

00:43:51.340 needed help back in the day but i had to just plow through because i didn't have someone to look up to

00:43:56.140 as a mentor to get through and get my great product to market and i'll tell you it's been so amazing

00:44:01.580 steven by the way the last week all of them or a lot of them have texted me and called me and

00:44:06.380 thanking the war room posse for checking out my store it's uh the sales have just exploded on there

00:44:13.260 for these entrepreneurs and they're supporting their families and uh remember my my pillow and my store

00:44:19.420 these are these are uh employee-owned companies so it's like uh you're supporting it's a win win win

00:44:25.740 win win win and uh and uh you can't and all of them have a story there if you go to my store.com

00:44:31.420 their storage there too my store.com promo code worm you get the big discounts you go to my pillow.com 0.98

00:44:38.380 you get the one-time great offers although uh fox has blinked you're back up on fox so tv for stupid 0.80

00:44:46.060 people getting some of the good deals but you still you still got all the specials for worm uh my pillow.com 0.90

00:44:51.020 promo code worm and make sure you call 800-873-1062 and tell the operators hey heck with the irs we got

00:44:58.220 your back right we're not gonna we're not gonna we're not gonna fold uh we're always gonna have

00:45:02.380 your back mike lindell you're a patron and hero thank you so but and and can you please not call

00:45:07.260 me and whine that i don't get you the best times on worm i got you right before the president of the

00:45:11.340 united states comes to the sticks i got your prime time bro if you can't sell pellas here you can't

00:45:17.420 sell pellas right i mean this is the audience of once a good night let's get in my last commercial

00:45:25.660 fight back on jimmy kimmel folks don't like no no no but jim jimmy okay here's what they're trying

00:45:29.900 to do the big shots in hollywood they're my when they do that they're mocking these entrepreneurs

00:45:34.700 and they're mocking you they're saying you're the little people you don't matter you go to my store

00:45:39.340 we got amazon well amazon's just an apparatus to essentially steal from entrepreneurs and they'll

00:45:44.940 tell you steve he actually yeah go ahead he actually he actually mocked when i held up my blind

00:45:50.860 painter that i grew up with his name is jim hansel he's legally blind and he's the best painter you'll

00:45:55.900 ever see he he actually mocked him last night on his show and he goes a blind painter okay hang

00:46:02.860 on just decide this afternoon we're going to do that i'm gonna get that clip and then play it okay

00:46:07.980 thank you brother all right thank you okay here's what we got i want to warn you of a huge change

00:46:13.500 that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts first think back to 9-11 shortly after

00:46:19.260 the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government power to spy on innocent americans

00:46:24.700 by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet now jim rickards

00:46:31.100 editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence and new york times best-selling

00:46:36.220 author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a

00:46:41.580 terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the war room believe that the government

00:46:46.780 will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say the wrong things on social media

00:46:53.420 donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able to shut us

00:46:59.500 out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting

00:47:05.980 and dire warning fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his

00:47:10.860 mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of

00:47:17.900 programmable money watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the past go to

00:47:25.420 rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video here's we got war room posse um

00:47:34.860 because you guys are driving so much the action here momentarily we're going to go to if we put

00:47:41.260 up right now the shot in mar-a-lago thank you very much split screen ah there they go see that that's

00:47:46.860 amazing thank you denver thank you denver that's a great shot so president's going to come out and

00:47:51.900 he's going to have a press conference in a few minutes uh and i'm sure he's going to be off the

00:47:56.060 hook as he often is at these press conferences he takes all questions right he don't see biden you know

00:48:02.300 biden the other day forgot who the hamas guy you know hamas it's just embarrassing you see and

00:48:06.380 he sees dead people and i remember that movie uh years ago i see dead people uh biden's wandering

00:48:12.140 around telling these same stories with these stories are lies but he's he's he's putting in

00:48:16.140 people who've been dead for like 20 years into the stories it's um if you know the pressure that goes on

00:48:22.780 in the national security council down in the kennedy room right below the west wing i can't imagine uh

00:48:29.260 well first off you got think about it you got tony blinken you got janet yellen you got jake sullivan

00:48:34.300 you got general austin it's like that's like the couch at uh at animal house right that's like that's

00:48:41.420 like the couch at animal house uh i mean it's an odd collection like the adams family and then you got

00:48:47.660 biden oh i forgot kamala harris man so you got that group right and so biden's kind of wandering around

00:48:56.140 and he never has press conferences he can't take these questions he just canceled for the

00:48:59.660 second year in a row the um he just canceled the second year in a row uh the the uh super

00:49:05.740 bowl interview he can't do that he can't sit there and answer questions um but president trump can he's

00:49:11.580 gonna come out momentarily we got mike davis back to the supreme court i'll go back to mike davis i

00:49:15.820 think real america charlie kirk's following us but i'm sure real america's voice is going to take this

00:49:19.660 presser because you got to hear what the president has to say particularly in a day of uh such a historic

00:49:25.660 nature just to do a reset not a great reset we're just doing a reset here in the war room for the

00:49:30.700 for the posse and i would strongly recommend get bill blaster because your work over the next couple

00:49:36.380 weeks is going to be essential to what's going on here so the they took 24 and this is how rigged

00:49:42.300 the deal is they're supposed to vote and get a vote and get all the senators up there and vote

00:49:46.300 and then move on they lost a crushing defeat yesterday for the entire bill the border bill

00:49:51.580 coupled with the bailout of ukraine that lost uh historically 50 48 they got to get 60 votes

00:49:58.140 in the a they got 48 historic historic defeat i believe the end of the beginning of the end of

00:50:03.580 the of the mcconnell regime um then they open up just to come back and just do the bailout of ukraine

00:50:10.060 and toss israel in there and uh and uh and and a taste a taste to taiwan and remember we said never

00:50:20.220 can you bring this as a clean bill you got to have board you got to shut down the border as a minimum

00:50:25.820 to do it so then they said heck with that we can't get that we're not going to shut down the border so

00:50:30.220 we're going to come back with this not getting the votes they hung up yesterday at about they started

00:50:35.500 at three o'clock by about four four thirty it was 58 41 they knew they couldn't get to 60 41 already

00:50:42.060 gives you the win they they kept the vote open for an entire day they're going to come back here at

00:50:47.900 noon for an entire day they've twisted enough arms they're going to get to 60 what does that mean it

00:50:52.300 breaks the filibuster you get cloture and now because these guys want to get out of town they got boondoggle

00:50:57.980 set up uh to travel internationally in these congressional delegations because it's so necessary to get the

00:51:03.260 the wisdom of like ben cardin right or the guy from hawaii you know the have you seen about if you

00:51:09.340 want to get a sense of how your nation's governed whenever grace and moe put up on getter in a rumble

00:51:16.060 the c-span uh feed particularly in the senate uh that's the bar at star wars i mean it's the oddest

00:51:23.260 collection of people that you uh you know this is the leaders like i mean this is back what the

00:51:30.540 founders thought is a as a uh as a kind of a replica of the senate of rome remember the senate and

00:51:36.380 people of rome ran the roman republic for what four or five hundred years six hundred years this is

00:51:41.260 supposed to be a replica of that sis you know all the stories you read in history of of of all

00:51:46.780 everything that went on in the roman senate and this is supposed to be a replica you see those guys

00:51:51.580 you're not thinking mythology you're not thinking uh you know i maybe this is not what the founders had in

00:51:56.780 mine right i don't know if hamilton and jefferson and these guys thought that this crowd and this is

00:52:02.860 one of the reasons the country's in the shape it's in compare compare the presence of those folks to

00:52:08.620 the presence of donald trump i mean even if you hate trump he walks in a room he just takes he just

00:52:13.340 sucks the oxygen he's he's a commanding presence a commanding presence very few people have that that

00:52:18.780 is a that's called charisma that's a gift from the gods you either got it or you don't and of course 0.97

00:52:24.540 he's got it think about it for a second the man you're about to see come to these sticks okay he's

00:52:29.740 got and this is why i keep saying like the why am i so focused on the rnc people have to augment

00:52:36.060 what is going on here you can't put all of it on trump you can't think about it for a second in your

00:52:43.900 own life what guy in his 70s would be able to do what he does of go around these things and give these

00:52:50.220 speeches an hour and a half with no notes make them entertaining make them make them so you kind

00:52:54.620 of you're sucked into the to the moment as he explains things who who could do that at the

00:53:00.060 same time have the pressure of 700 years in prison on all these criminal charges to then have all the

00:53:06.300 stuff at the supreme court the immunity uh situation where they just came back with a with a gun decked

00:53:11.340 ruling by the appellate courts to try to force him to go to the supreme court to try to keep this trial

00:53:15.660 and maybe tonight at five if i can do it if not tomorrow i'll put up the calendar they had MSNBC

00:53:21.580 because they're freaking out they're going oh my god right now right you the trial is going to start

00:53:26.060 in august and it's going to go up the verdict could come back like two days before the election well i

00:53:30.540 don't think that's going to happen that is such obvious election interference that the american people

00:53:35.660 vote 90 10 to put him in because they're tired of the games and now these are not games these are deadly

00:53:42.140 games do i have mike davis can i go to mike davis one more time let's go to mike davis mike i want to

00:53:46.940 go to you for your summary uh we got a hard out here we're turning over charlie kirk but also

00:53:51.820 president trump are probably going to come to the sticks in mar-a-lago for his press conference

00:53:55.660 can you tell me what's what's the latest yeah i mean this case against trump is really falling apart

00:54:02.060 inside of that supreme court hearing room i think the democrats really really miscalculate

00:54:08.860 it's by bringing this case to the supreme court it undermines their lawfare effort they're losing

00:54:15.100 all credibility with the supreme court when it looks like you're going to lose elena kagan

00:54:20.380 and justice katanji brown jackson it could be an eight to one decision uh you have miscalculated badly

00:54:30.540 so uh are we still are they still are they still concluding the arguments they still asking

00:54:34.780 questions are we wrapped up i think it's pretty close to wrapped up by now uh like i said they

00:54:41.420 need to call an ambulance for jason murray my friend who is the lawyer for the anti-trump forces because

00:54:47.980 he just got gutted inside that courtroom including by his former boss only elena kagan who generally would

00:54:55.820 not gut him uh it was pretty bad um and so that's interesting you know guys on both sides of the of the

00:55:03.580 case here right you know you come from color you're from iowa but you live in colorado is that why you

00:55:08.060 know both both guys i do jason murray clerked for both just uh justice gorsuch when he was on the

00:55:15.020 tenth circuit and then justice kagan on the supreme court and i know him he's a really smart good young

00:55:21.100 attorney uh but he just got the crap kicked out of him today in the supreme court and how did president 0.51

00:55:28.620 trump's lawyer the performance this guy's supposed to be a superstar you know him well how did he do today

00:55:34.540 jonathan mitchell was exactly who president trump needed in the courtroom today because he easily

00:55:42.700 handled very tough questions and steered the court very quickly to president trump's position

00:55:52.460 mike davis uh where do people go for article three for your summaries today hopefully we'll get

00:55:56.700 you up here at five we're going to go to the president's press conference where do people follow

00:56:24.700 one thank you we got a better shot than msnbc or cnn i mean come on rob and uh rob and uh parker

00:56:30.940 sig just doing an incredible job the entire uh crew down there the dc crew getting on mike davis um

00:56:37.260 programming note charlie kirk's supposed to follow us but the president's going to come out for a press

00:56:41.180 conference i'm sure charlie will pick that up he got post so after that we're back at five o'clock

00:56:45.580 we're going to be covering all this the senate we're going to be taking that live there will be debate going

00:56:49.660 i'm sure they've gun decked this thing they're now going to move forward with the ukraine putting

00:56:53.180 a fig leaf on it uh so we'll be intensely all over that to get the war of room posse up on the uh on

00:56:58.940 the ramparts um then at six i think we're going to do i was going to have captain for now and others

00:57:04.380 back tonight to talk about other topics particularly it's been uh now exposed from yesterday that when

00:57:11.020 chris ray came and gave that testimony remember the testimony from wiko talked about the chinese

00:57:15.740 communist power it turns out for five years for five years and this is a government report coming

00:57:21.500 out for five years the chinese hackers have been embedded into certain of the infrastructure of the 0.97

00:57:27.660 united states of america and this is what i keep saying this is what i have a finale on here

00:57:31.020 and if you just do the math that's back to roughly may of 2019 and what have we said that's when they

00:57:35.820 declared the people that's when they tore up the lighthizer deal that president trump had worked on for

00:57:39.420 two years that's when they declared the people's war they said we're not going to be part of the

00:57:43.660 west we're not going to go into the american overall economic system we're going to stop it

00:57:47.900 for five years they've been embedded into our infrastructure this is one of the reasons for
