Today, the Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump is immune from prosecution for his role in the January 6th, 2019, protests that took place in Washington, D.C. on the floor of the U.S. Capitol.
00:00:00.40025 minutes into the hour, it might be time to put away the legalistic things, which is part of our job.
00:00:06.600We've reported it out and I explained what the cert is and I read it and we talked about the calendar.
00:00:11.660But we invited you on tonight as someone who knows the law but is not necessarily limited by some of the, shall we say, B.S.
00:00:21.820And so I was curious what you think the Supreme Court is actually doing, not what it's saying it's doing, not what might feature elegant pros at the end of the day in the ruling.
00:00:32.560But what do you think it's actually doing?
00:00:38.480The whole point of this ruling is for Trump to win.
00:00:42.260Ari, remember how, let's say, all of 2022, I came on your program and I screamed and I tore my hair out over how Merrick Garland was moving too slowly to hold Trump accountable before the next election?
00:00:55.380This is why, because you have to understand what the Supreme Court is really about.
00:01:00.720I know you like to give your viewers context, so have this on for some context about what the Supreme Court is really up to.
00:01:07.840The Trump was kicked off of the Colorado ballot, all right, and around December 20th last year, the Supreme Court spooled up that case and heard that hearing within 45 days on February 8th, all right?
00:01:22.560Trump was appealed his immunity, Judge Chuckkin's immunity ruling also in the middle of December.
00:01:28.820Andrew Weissman just pointed out, Jack Smith asked the Supreme Court to hear the case on December 14th.
00:01:35.200By the time we get to April 22nd, it will be 130 days since they were asked to hear the appeal.
00:01:43.700So it's 45 days when a ruling could hurt Trump, but 130 days when a ruling, when the delay can help Trump.
00:01:52.000That is the essence of this Supreme Court.
00:01:55.760And every single Democrat who is not on board for expanding the Supreme Court and reducing the power of these Republican theocrats in robes is in some way complicit in today's failure.
00:02:13.060Today, the right-wing dominated Supreme Court gave Donald Trump a gift.
00:02:17.960The biggest possible gift anyone could give him.
00:02:21.220The biggest possible gift they have given him yet.
00:02:24.540Remember, Donald Trump, of course, participated in a violent coup to overthrow democracy.
00:02:28.960The first president to set himself squarely against the constitutional order in history.
00:02:34.380He rallied his supporters to storm the Capitol and steal an election he lost.
00:02:37.920And he was indicted by our Justice Department, representative of us, the people, on four federal felony counts by a grand jury for his role in that insurrection.
00:02:49.500Well, today, in a single-page order released at 5 o'clock, the court agreed to consider Trump's manifestly weak claim that he is immune from prosecution for the January 6th insurrection.
00:03:01.180Because he was acting in some senses in his official capacity as president.
00:03:06.740But the order itself is not the story here.
00:03:15.260The court case, the trial of Donald Trump over his effort to subvert the Constitutional Republic, was originally set to begin days from now in March.
00:03:24.140All that is on hold, because the Supreme Court wants to hear oral arguments for Trump's immunity claims.
00:03:37.200April 22nd, 2024, making it a real possibility, a likelihood, in fact, that Donald Trump will not face a trial for the crime of attempting to overthrow the American Republic.
00:03:51.880Will not face a jury of his peers until after the next election in which he is the likely Republican candidate.
00:04:01.740I want to be crystal clear here about the important significance of today's news, because I think a lot of the reporting has missed this.
00:04:10.300This one-page order looks anodyne, right?
00:04:14.480It is an unmistakable sign from the MAGA majority of the Trump-created court that they are with him, that they are going to use their power to make sure he does not face trial in an election year for attempting to end American democracy.
00:04:33.100The court could have just affirmed the U.S. district court's ruling that, no, a president does not have absolute immunity.
00:04:41.800But that was not the decision tonight.
00:04:44.000And while hearing the case does not mean that ultimately they will rule in Trump's favor,
00:04:48.780the highest court in the land just gave Trump something that he has been aggressively fighting for, time.
00:04:54.500The oral arguments in the case have been set for the week of April 22nd, nearly two months from now.
00:05:03.860And after that, even in a best case scenario, it will be a few weeks before a decision comes down.
00:05:10.560That is the best case, considering we know that there are at least some of the Supreme Court justices who don't agree with the earlier rulings.
00:05:19.660Otherwise, they would not be hearing the case.
00:05:22.040And if the court does decide to affirm the earlier ruling, as they should, and hand the case back to District Court Judge Tanya Chutkin,
00:05:30.420she would need a few months to get the case back on track and reach a trial.
00:05:34.300And that would take us through the summer and easily past July when the Republican National Convention is scheduled,
00:05:40.680when Donald Trump is expected to become the party's nominee.
00:05:45.560And at that point, what will the DOJ and Attorney General Merrick Garland decide to do?
00:05:50.800Will they move forward with the trial that would have to get underway during the heat of the general election?
00:05:57.480Or would they allow Trump to yet again evade accountability before the presidential election?
00:06:04.240And then on February 6th, they came out with a unanimous decision against Trump.
00:09:35.400It must be something special about this day, because I've never seen this more jam for time.
00:09:40.300Of course, the immunity issue, what you just saw right there.
00:09:44.740Complete total meltdown because of lawfare, but we have people.
00:09:47.160We have assets deployed all over the place.
00:09:50.680Ben Burquam, Real America's Voice, great investigative reporter, is on the Colombian border, the Panama-Columbia border on the other side of the Darien Gap.
00:10:00.820Jane Zirkle's down in Texas awaiting the president.
00:10:03.100She's actually there with Glenn and the great right-side broadcasting team.
00:10:08.360There's a live press conference at 1030 in New York City with Andrew Giuliani, Vish Burr, the whole Gavin Wax, the whole New York Young Republicans on the collapse of New York City because of the Biden's issues on the border.
00:11:08.360Maybe a couple of things in the margin, a work requirement here, something to pat you on the head and show you it was worth your time and effort.
00:12:22.400Because we were the flip side of the coin of Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes and the others over at MSNBC that really were in total and full meltdown.
00:12:35.740We were kind of the reverse of their camp that this was a great victory.
00:25:29.080Not only is it beyond the right thing that has to happen for the country to shut this border down and start doing it now.
00:25:37.500This is also where, because of this audience, we've awakened the nation to this, that the polling is on our side massively.
00:25:45.520The American people, and I mean working class Democrats, modern Democrats, and independents overwhelmingly support Republicans and MAG on this.
00:25:57.720I mean, right now we've got Burquam at the Darien Gap on the Colombian side.
00:26:02.680We've got Jane down in Texas where the president is going to be at the Razor Wire.
00:26:08.640We're about to go live and we can pull it off to a press conference in New York where prominent members of the Republican Party, led by Andrew Giuliani and others, Gavin Wax and the team up there, are about to go on and put Adams on full blast for making a sanctuary city.
00:26:25.180The mayor of Athens, Georgia, got absolutely lit up last night by his constituents because he made it a sanctuary city and he was trying to lie and spin about how he didn't cause or didn't give the opportunity for the young nursing student to get murdered in cold blood by another illegal alien criminal.
00:26:45.700This is on our side, and yet the gutless, what they're doing now is, it's not as bad as the dead deal that was done, but it's in that, it's in the, it's in the same time zone.
00:26:58.540This is a full gutless collapse, and it shows that Johnson, and by the way, they reached out to me, hey, can we come on war room, can we start coming on war room?
00:27:06.700When you grow a set, then you can come on war room.
00:27:09.280But when you go over to the White House and you come out and talk, oh, we're going to do the security of the American border before security of other people, and you agree to this abomination, this is why people hate politicians.
00:27:23.980They're going to sit there and come back in your districts and give you all the happy talk.
00:27:29.100No, this is a moment of decision right now.
00:27:34.180Tell them, under no circumstances can you agree to this deal.
00:27:36.860And tell them, very simple, no more CRs, no nothing, shut the border down, force Biden to the table, force Johnson into a room, into the cabinet room, or the Roosevelt room, over at the White House, in the West Wing, with Biden across the table.
00:27:53.760And give a list of demands, the five things that have, like, remain in Mexico.
00:28:25.660Shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:28:28.140This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:28:37.000Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:28:50.220In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:28:57.600If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:29:08.640I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:29:14.160Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:29:26.480Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:30:37.780But we've got the team for the border.
00:30:40.940And we go all the way from the Daring Gap.
00:30:43.000Oscar Blue Ramirez, Ben Burquam are on the other side between Panama and Colombia on the border.
00:30:49.180And we go all the way up to Midtown Manhattan where there's going to be a press conference here momentarily with some of the most prominent voices in the MAGA right in New York City calling out Eric Adams for trying to, you know, trying to, oh, I'm not really a sanctuary city.
00:31:03.440This is not a problem, but I need, you know, every, every, every illegal alien is going to get $10,000 and live in great housing.
00:31:10.060We're citizens of the United States and living on the streets and living hand to mouth.
00:31:15.120We've also got Jane on the Texas border where the president's going to go right by the razor wire.
00:31:18.800I want to thank Brian Glenn and the team at Rayside Broadcasting for helping us out there.
00:31:44.040Put in perspective what's happening today, particularly the fact that the, on Capitol Hill, we had every opportunity at midnight tomorrow to stop this madness.
00:31:52.840And this is in the hands of the Republicans, this is in the hands of the people you put, not we put in office.
00:31:58.180This is the hands they could shut this government down and force Biden to the table to use the executive powers to start to get the ball rolling.
00:32:54.980But that is probably the case anywhere they go.
00:32:58.080I would have preferred if Trump had gone to Arizona, which is an absolute hemorrhage nightmare of people from all over the Middle East and Africa pouring through the gap there.
00:33:11.120But they probably would have hermetically sealed that too.
00:33:13.880You're going to hear Biden talk about how this is all Trump's fault and a broken border and that the Republicans didn't cut the deal.
00:36:47.200These new safe mobility offices that are being set up across the Darien Gap that we uncovered just a few months ago, along with Michael Yon.
00:36:56.360They can hold 12,000 plus, probably 20,000 people.
00:36:59.580And what we're being told is that the State Department is actually going to use these facilities to fast track illegal economic migrants into refugee status so that you won't even be able to see them.
00:37:12.180They'll be able to fly them directly into the United States before they even get to the southern border.
00:37:16.480So not only is Joe Biden not doing anything to stop this invasion that he's caused, he is doing more to incentivize it.
00:37:24.500So now we have the CBP-1 route that people can take, and then now you're going to be having this direct refugee through these safe mobility offices, as Todd has mentioned, that they're going to be taking.
00:38:46.480Secretary Blinken and the State Department, who just announced a couple months ago all of these welcoming centers across America,
00:38:52.020that will then be receiving these refugees that we are applying for at these safe mobility offices.
00:38:58.900So they're going to be applying for these economic migrants that wouldn't qualify for asylum or refugee status.
00:39:04.300They're going to be aiding them through that process to get them qualified as refugees,
00:39:08.820to be able to fly them directly into our country, to basically bypass our immigration law.
00:39:13.540It's it's you think it's bad now, guys.
00:39:16.480It is going to get a hell of a lot worse.
00:39:20.220Oscar Oscar Blue Ramirez, I want to bring you I have up The Guardian.
00:39:23.880One of their lead stories today is about this conference they're having conference.
00:39:28.440They're having the same that all of this is being driven because because of climate change, because of climate change.
00:39:35.200These migrants are all because of climate change.
00:39:37.240And that's got to supersede political repression.
00:39:40.660And of course, their economics because climate change is causing this.
00:39:43.980But they go back and they use something that you've gotten this audience up to speed on, which is the United Nations Compact on Global Migration.
00:39:51.920Connect those two dots from what you've seen down there, Oscar, of this whole issue.
00:39:56.480They're saying climate change is causing this.
00:39:58.900This is why, by the way, folks, you should understand this is just the first wave.
00:40:02.960They're coming and more of them are coming.
00:40:05.020And they're tied to this agreement that we've signed up for with Biden and these guys, the compact for global migration, sir.
00:40:12.020Yes, Steve, the insurgency of weaponized migration continues in South America and Central America.
00:40:18.160And this is because of the global compact of migration that it was agreed upon back with Barack Obama.
00:40:29.860It's already on paper, you know, without authorization of the people.
00:40:33.020It was an international treaty, not even consent of the Congress, not even consent of the Senate.
00:40:37.380And a lot of the countries down here, they are in this global compact of migration.
00:40:40.980A lot of the countries in Europe, they have completely banished this global compact because it's unsustainable.
00:40:46.040It's a complete disaster to sovereign nations.
00:40:48.800And it has, you know, grown the organized crime in the cartel.
00:40:52.260Another of the things that is aggravated right now, Steve, that is happening down here is that as an actual fact,
00:40:57.580the intelligence department has led us to information that the Clan del Golfo, the cartel that it operates,
00:41:02.540thanks to Joe Biden and his open border policies, it is now clearly in cahoots working in Turkey where there are migrants of China arriving.
00:41:10.160And clearly they have a vast investigation that they're possibly in cahoots 100 percent with the CCP.
00:41:15.840This is big because this is the market.
00:41:26.660They're weaponizing this for their own agenda.
00:41:28.560And it is because all of this, the first thing that they need to do when Republicans gain power, again, of the White House,
00:41:35.980is to get out of the global compact on migration, cut the funding of the U.N., cut the funding of the NGOs, and secure the border, and that will be it.
00:41:43.360We can force that right now in the CR.
00:42:00.180How important are the NGOs that are financed by both charitable donations, the Hebrew group, the Catholics, the Lutherans, the Adventists, and more,
00:42:09.500that are funded by the kindness of the hearts of Americans, plus your tax dollars?
00:42:34.320These are three entrances to the Derry and Gap.
00:42:37.140This is an NGO that is profiting out of the American taxpaying money.
00:42:41.180A lot of these NGOs, they're coming out of your American taxpayers, and you guys are paying for basically these guys to sustain an insurgency through the jungle like HIAS.
00:42:52.220It's a three-legged stool of this invasion.
00:42:54.400It is these cartel organizations, the CCP working with the cartels.
00:42:59.940It is our corrupt, fraudulent government, and the United Nations, and the NGOs.
00:43:05.160Those three groups of traitors, of evil, of demons, are working together.
00:43:10.820Think of it as a three-legged stool to push all of this.
00:43:14.040They are directly, they are one part of that three-legged stool, the NGOs along with the United Nations, directly aiding and abetting the cartels.
00:46:12.720Your theory of the case, brother, I think, and we've seen this from the Darien Gap to Eagle Pass, Texas, where our own Jane Zirkle is, up and down the Rio Grande Valley, Lukeville, Arizona.
00:46:24.380Your theory of the case, and as Ben Burquam and Oscar Blue Ramirez and, of course, Laura Luma the night before laid out the three-legged stool, you said from the very beginning, don't believe the lie that it's anarchy and chaos.
00:46:57.440Before I get to that, I just want to point out, riff on one aspect of what those guys were saying down there in the Darien.
00:47:03.680And the new welcoming centers that are converting economic migrants into a legal refugee, also those refugees have access to a State Department-funded free travel loan program so that they can borrow the money from the U.S. taxpayers and fly their whole families internationally into the United States.
00:48:11.140You're aiding and abetting the invasion of the country, and we don't hear any more crap from you.
00:48:16.340Listen to what Todd Benson is about to tell you.
00:48:18.100What you're paying for with your hard-earned dollars, your hard-earned money, not going to your kids, not going to your community, not going to your church or your charity, something you make a decision to do, going to your government to pay for this.
00:48:42.840It's a State Department-sponsored loan program for people that have whole families that need cash to buy their air tickets.
00:48:52.100But in this case, it's interest-free, and there's no collection penalties if you blow it off when you're back in the States, supposed to pay this thing off.
00:49:04.900And the State Department has turned over management of the travel loan program to the UN's IOM, International Office for Migration.
00:49:19.040So that's how they're flying a lot of them in.
00:49:22.720Now, I have a FOIA request in for every aspect of this thing.
00:49:28.000They're going to fight me on it, I'm sure.
00:49:29.900But getting back to your original question, that program is part of a vast infrastructure that the United Nations has built over the last three years to accommodate, aid, and abet the mass migration from the Darien Gap all the way to the U.S. border.
00:49:50.740It's had three years to grow and thrive and establish itself as waste stations all the way through.
00:50:00.700My theory has always been that this is about money, that 248 NGOs that are participating in just the Southern Approaches trails are getting direct grant money from the U.S. State Department,
00:50:17.900and they convert that. First, they take their cut, of course, which is what this is all about, and then convert the rest of it to cash and other kind of material aid for the aliens that are coming through.
00:50:31.640And Eisenhower warned us in his last days in office about something called the military-industrial complex.
00:50:40.640Watch out that it doesn't get control of U.S. foreign policy because if the military-industrial complex did that, we would be at war nonstop because who gets to build the tanks and bombs and planes and aircraft carriers but them?
00:50:56.640And in the same way, the NGO industrial complex, migrant advocacy industrial complex, we're seeing this unfold, have seized control of U.S. immigration policy and are absolutely becoming bloated on massive profits, government contracts, grant money.
00:51:23.100This is about money. In the end, this is about money. The day that the immigration stops at the border is the day that their money spigot turns off.
00:51:34.240Todd, where do people go to get more of your writings? We've got more to go. In fact, the engine room is telling me about the policy we had that you have to be able to show or have a sponsor shows that you're not going to be a burden to the state to even get in here.
00:51:50.020But we'll do all that at another time. Where do people get your books, your writings? You've got a bunch of stuff on the New York Post. Where do they go?
00:51:55.380Yeah. First of all, I'm going to be in Boston on Tuesday the 5th to speak about this immigration problem, and they've got 200,000 of them there in Boston.
00:52:06.780And the event organizers are telling me that the rhino Republicans in that Boston area refuse to support this event.
00:52:16.040They're working against it. They're trying to – I mean, these are the Republicans.
00:52:22.120So the event organizer would really appreciate it, and I would too, if the MAGA people could just get the word out and in-run these Republicans.
00:52:32.620We're going to push it. We're going to push it. They've taken the fee off it right now.
00:52:37.420Todd, we've got to bounce. I'll put up all your spots where they get you.
00:52:42.340We'll take 90 seconds. Todd Benson speaks in Roxbury, West Roxbury.
00:52:46.720We're actually going to take the $20 fee off, make sure it's free ones.
00:52:50.020Many people from Roxbury actually there. Of course, the rhino's going to fight it.
00:52:54.940Don't want to address the issue, just like on Congress, Capitol Hill.
00:53:02.560For War Room veterans, you know we have been all over this supply chain issue with China and medications
00:53:09.940and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:53:14.060China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that.
00:53:18.240Jace Medical. I got an emergency medication kit from them.
00:53:22.800The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics are in extreme short supply across the United States.
00:53:30.080But you know that because you're a viewer or listener of this show.
00:53:34.280Now, here's the action you can take to correct.
00:53:38.020Do yourself and your family a favor and get your Jace case right now.
00:53:42.300It's a pack of five prescription antibiotics you'll have on hand for common emergencies.
