this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.400
these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:17.000
had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:20.760
the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:24.340
like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people
00:00:32.160
had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my
00:00:40.100
country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:47.320
it's monday 4 march year of our lord 2024 159 years ago today just a couple hundred yards from the war
00:00:57.240
room on the east steps of the east steps of the capital uh president abraham lincoln gave his
00:01:02.980
historic second inaugural address he would be dead what six weeks later to be assassinated um
00:01:09.720
a hundred yards from here this is supreme court historic day today nine to zilch and they're not
00:01:18.120
handling it well they're already melting down but we have other things we have to focus on because
00:01:23.060
as we told you it's either lawfare or steal it the numbers last week from morning consult slash bloomberg
00:01:30.700
from sienna slash new york times and from cbs news absolutely blow out numbers and they know it and this
00:01:38.660
thursday is going to be another fiasco with them with biden's hapless state of the union address
00:01:44.220
rahim kassam i want to go back because this is one of the reasons of the illegal alien invasion and get
00:01:50.060
them on the voter rolls all that but they they gun decked this years ago when they fought us tooth and
00:01:54.920
nail about getting counting of illegal aliens in the census that would apportion a congressional seat sir
00:02:03.180
yeah that's right and at the time you know like you said in the last hour um so many people on the on
00:02:10.080
the political right even on the mugger right um had their heads firmly well i will say because it's a
00:02:15.620
family show uh in the sand uh but they were certainly had their heads somewhere else uh on this issue and
00:02:21.400
did not understand fully the implications did not even perhaps understand uh minutely the implications of
00:02:28.240
allowing uh illegal immigrants to be counted in the census and therefore right it's not it doesn't
00:02:35.200
seem like a long jump but for some reason a lot of people can do this therefore diluting the power of
00:02:41.420
the ordinary americans vote in all of these redistricting places why do you think they were so
00:02:46.360
hot on it why do you think they're banging on it about it now and why do you think we're now starting
00:02:51.980
to hear by the way long-term listeners of this show will remember the warning siren that we put up
00:02:57.180
the transition integrity project we told you how they were going to steal it i am telling you right
00:03:02.140
now mark this down today mark this favorite this episode bookmark it send it to everybody clip this
00:03:09.140
i am telling you if they win the house they will refuse to certify donald j trump as the president of
00:03:16.720
the united states they are signaling that they are saying that we must take them at their word
00:03:21.340
and you want to talk about the pathology that is going on here let me read you keith
00:03:26.060
alderman's tweet this morning right when the supreme court decision came down he says the
00:03:31.480
supreme court has betrayed democracy its members including jackson kagan and sotomayor have proved
00:03:37.400
themselves inept at reading comprehension and collectively the court he writes has shown itself
00:03:43.800
to be corrupt and illegitimate it must be dissolved remember this is the side for years and years
00:03:50.320
who talked to you about the importance of institutions about how trump was going to bring all these
00:03:55.240
things down in the second the second the millisecond the split second after they don't get their way
00:04:00.360
in something they are willing to tear it all down these are the stakes these are the pathological
00:04:05.480
people you're dealing with and like i said in the last hour if john eastman gets sued for his novel
00:04:11.960
theory then these people who lost their case at the supreme court today need to face the same sanctions
00:04:17.660
the same disbarment and the same parading through the streets that they have foist upon the
00:04:22.800
margot right for the last several years that is a fact well remember what also oberman's signaling
00:04:29.280
we got to get mike leon about this they're they were adamant the other night on on on msnbc they're
00:04:34.320
talking about they got expand the court to like 30 people this is another aspect of this this is why
00:04:38.660
these house seats this fight in the house is only slightly less important than actually maybe equal
00:04:45.840
now to the presidency they're going to they've said this this was in politico last week they have
00:04:50.340
stated jamie raskin these guys they will not certify trump because their committee the j6 committee
00:04:56.820
considers trump an insurrectionist let's bring in jeff clark for a second i want to go back stephen
00:05:01.520
miller and stephen k bannon fought this one from day one in the census i mean this was another knife
00:05:07.220
fight behind the scenes that people don't realize and rahim you're actually you're 100 correct there
00:05:11.860
were so many voices in president trump's here oh don't do this this is nativist this is xenophobic this is
00:05:16.740
racist and president trump no this is we're not going to dilute uh we're not going to dilute american
00:05:21.780
citizens but jeff clark you you know the you know all the machinations about this and how basically we
00:05:28.000
we ended up in the northern district of california with a ruling against us and this is also why you
00:05:34.780
need mike davis and jeff clark uh and these other hammers uh in the uh whitaker and these other hammers
00:05:41.400
either the white house counsel's office or over at justice when this happens tell us tell us how
00:05:46.260
the the t up and this is what signal not noise means to you because there are things that happen
00:05:51.500
that don't come to fruition until years later walk us through what happened on this illegal aliens uh
00:06:00.400
sure steve so here's the quick story so in 2019 trump issued executive order 13 880
00:06:11.060
which basically excluded the illegal aliens from the census count
00:06:15.460
so then uh massive litigation was filed in the northern district of california against
00:06:22.060
that action and related actions and you know in the proximate term it was fought out in terms of a
00:06:29.800
deadline of when the census stopped because it had been temporarily extended due to covid so the issue
00:06:36.880
was assigned to this judge lucy co in the northern district of california in oakland uh now she's on
00:06:43.000
the ninth circuit i think is a reward for what she did she uh held us up massively you know i've never
00:06:50.040
seen such a result-oriented attempt to just keep kicking the can down the road extending uh tros and
00:06:56.820
the like we finally got it teed up to go to the ninth circuit and the ninth circuit refused to reverse
00:07:02.780
what she had done so then we went to the supreme court and it took until so she was very good at running
00:07:08.980
out the clock until january 18th 2021 to get that uh basically you know put on hold so that numbers could be
00:07:16.780
finalized and so you know wasn't enough time then biden comes in on january 20th signs an executive order
00:07:24.220
13 986 that reverses the trump executive order and the rest is history so we have a census that does
00:07:31.160
include the illegals this is why when we have alex degross on here as war room posse knows this why
00:07:38.520
these redistricting fights they're still before us are all important right another time to the ramparts
00:07:44.760
jeff give me your sense of uh nine to nothing i mean you and uh you know mike davis first and then you
00:07:51.860
said look if you look at the constitution look what's happening it should be nine to nothing but
00:07:56.600
i don't think even you i never thought it'd be nine to nothing i think you even had uh not on the law
00:08:01.120
but just on the makeup give us your sense of what they said this morning how important is it and how
00:08:06.480
do we get to nine to nothing so since i managed to get through uh the three opinions that were issued
00:08:14.140
here one per curiam for the full court uh one for uh justice amy coney barrett a concurrence and then
00:08:22.360
uh a concurrence in the judgment only by uh the three liberal justices i can tell you that story is
00:08:28.680
slightly more complicated so all of the justices agreed unanimously that the doctrine of federalism
00:08:35.580
barred uh colorado from interfering in who gets on the uh ballot for a federal presidential election
00:08:44.560
so that's tremendous and it's great that the chief managed to fight to a spot where we got nine votes
00:08:50.480
on that but from there things split basically into a conservative camp of five uh the liberal camp of
00:08:58.960
three so sotomayor kagan and ketanji brown jackson um and then amy coney barrett trying to stay above
00:09:06.320
the fray and so the latter four justices the liberals plus amy coney barrett they argued that
00:09:13.360
uh the only issue that should be decided is that issue of federalism doctrine and what they objected to
00:09:19.800
was that the majority went on to reach the question of section five of the 14th amendment and say
00:09:27.080
that unless there's specific litigation that meets legislation that meets specific tests
00:09:32.900
that you can't uh even do federal enforcement to prevent someone from holding federal office uh
00:09:41.080
under section three the so-called insurrection clause so you know uh that might be somewhat
00:09:46.340
technical for people but i think i can simplify it by saying so what's at stake there why are they
00:09:51.420
fighting about that and saying that the majority of five went too far in closing down
00:09:56.540
that theory and they did that essentially by enacting into supreme court law the salmon uh chase uh
00:10:04.540
circuit riding decision we talked about on several of your prior shows which the three uh liberal
00:10:10.260
justices you know strongly objected to they're very hopping mad about that why do they care they care
00:10:17.460
because they want to leave open the prospect not that states would keep trump off the ballot but that
00:10:23.500
if trump makes a return to the white house and he has officials who are also said to have participated
00:10:29.140
in the january 6th uh insurrection that then enforcement actions could be uh you know or defenses could be
00:10:37.700
brought by criminal defendants or maybe declaratory judgment actions saying that those officials or maybe
00:10:43.440
even the president himself doesn't have the authority to sit in office those would be filed in federal court
00:10:48.540
and they want to leave open the prospect that that could essentially i think hamstring a second trump
00:10:54.100
administration like they use russiagate to hamstring the first trump administration and the five justice
00:10:59.860
conservative majority was having none of that they shut all of that down so hold on i want to go back
00:11:07.620
to this again just hit rewind what are they what are the liberal justices arguing and trying to lay a
00:11:13.060
predicate for so think of it this way think about state enforcement of section three of the 14th
00:11:21.520
amendment and then contrast it with federal enforcement of section three of the 14th amendment okay
00:11:27.080
so all nine justices agreed that state enforcement of section three of the 14th amendment is essentially
00:11:34.220
contrary to our federalist system the the powers between the federal government and the state
00:11:39.020
government were rebalanced in the 14th amendment and additional powers were given to the federal
00:11:44.040
government to sort of make sure that the states couldn't run roughshod over constitutional rights
00:11:48.980
okay everybody's down with that but then the issue is what about federal enforcement of section three of
00:11:55.720
the 14th amendment and the five justice majority shuts that down and basically says look you have to have
00:12:01.840
specific litigation legislation under section five of the 14th amendment to enforce section three of
00:12:09.900
the 14th amendment it would have to meet the constitutional tasks for proportionality and congruence
00:12:14.740
it would have to allow you to ascertain particular people who were disqualified from office and they say you
00:12:22.180
know that's not been done ergo there can't be federal enforcement there would have to be a new targeted
00:12:27.200
statute like that and the three justice liberal majority says that that was going too far they
00:12:34.280
didn't need to say that they shouldn't have reached that question i think because they wanted to leave
00:12:38.720
those questions open so there could be a rash of federal litigation uh trying to hamstring the second
00:12:45.520
trump administration if that occurs what do you mean bring criminal charges against the president and his
00:12:52.720
staff how would that how would that work so it would work it would work much like in griffith's case so
00:12:58.980
that's why they were at great pains the sam to to uh you know say it was unnecessary to affirm sam and
00:13:04.760
chase's approach to uh the 14th amendment what happened in that case was there was a confederate former
00:13:10.520
confederate judge he presides over a criminal trial and the criminal defendant says well i you have to
00:13:16.380
vacate my conviction because i was convicted by a confederate and he was an insurrectionist and he can't
00:13:22.140
hold federal office so ergo my conviction is void so they want to see if that kind of litigation could
00:13:28.080
take off in 2025 plus if there's a new trump administration and the five justice conservative
00:13:33.900
majority to their credit they just slammed the door on that steve was the uh um was the 14th amendment uh
00:13:43.180
that was the reason because it came after the civil war that quote unquote you're you're rebalancing
00:13:49.640
is that the reason of one of the main reasons they felt they couldn't bring uh to trial for treason
00:13:56.240
rebellion or insurrection jefferson davis or the other high command of the confederate government
00:14:00.400
well i think there were some you know particular developments in connection with with him and and
00:14:08.940
you know there's a lot of history behind that but but i think the way for your uh the war room posse to
00:14:14.880
understand it is this the uh the federal government is supreme right that was the starting position in
00:14:21.160
the supremacy clause but after the 14th amendment its powers over the states to prevent violations of
00:14:26.780
equal protection and due process uh and and several other things especially along with the other
00:14:32.420
reconstruction amendments the 13th and the 15th you know gave more power to the federal government so to
00:14:38.140
have colorado one state you know potentially create a patchwork of who can be on the federal
00:14:44.940
presidential ballot the supreme court said none of that that's totally contrary to the 14th amendment
00:14:49.500
the 14th amendment is about federal power over state power it's not about state power
00:14:58.120

it's the law of the land we have to accept it whether it produces results that are pro-democracy
00:16:24.840
or that will ultimately be harmful to democracy is is almost beside the point it is the law of the
00:16:31.220
land an open question jose and i think one one will be discussing in the weeks to come is what
00:16:36.320
happens if donald trump is convicted of not insurrection because he's not charged with it but an
00:16:41.940
insurrection like charge that involved him trying to use force to overturn the results of a
00:16:47.700
presidential election does that equal congress acting because they passed the criminal laws
00:16:53.580
that donald trump was then um convicted under i think the answer is likely to be no so that means
00:17:00.040
we will have to await some new action some new legislation by congress to decide whether donald trump
00:17:06.720
in the event he wins the election should be permitted to hold office again after he's been adjudicated
00:17:13.120
as an insurrectionist none of this makes a lot of sense
00:17:16.720
wow they just said it right there buried lead well whether it's one thing folks for us to win it
00:17:25.040
it's another thing that they're saying for him to actually take the office
00:17:29.340
rahim you found a great buried lead here and it's going to be i think a lot of the talk over the next
00:17:35.220
until election day um jeff clark thoughts comments observations i want to just i'll make a
00:17:42.180
programming note here and i want to say this and i know we come back on five to seven
00:17:45.500
but for our audience if you want to bathe yourself in their fear anxiety angst from five o'clock you got
00:17:53.680
nicole wallace ari melbert six joy and reed at seven uh chris hayes at eight rachel maddow does her
00:18:00.440
monday show at nine you're going to see just unmitigated complete total meltdown throwing the toys out of
00:18:07.040
the pram on msnbc because already we can tell it's they're they're losing it because they
00:18:11.360
understand they got a body blow today jeff clark observations
00:18:14.320
yes steve absolutely in that lineup of shows you're going to need buckets and buckets maybe even uh
00:18:22.620
you know tubs and tubs full of tears from msnbc and cnn look here's the last comment i'll make about
00:18:28.940
this in terms of what the three liberal judges uh complained about you'll probably remember during the
00:18:35.180
period when we're behind the veil of ignorance of what the supreme court was going to say in this
00:18:38.760
case all we heard constantly was this refrain from judge ludig and lawrence tribe and and others of
00:18:46.460
the 14th amendment is self-executing the 14th amendment is self-executing anyone and his brother
00:18:51.440
can declare that president trump is an insurrectionist keep him off the ballot keep others off the ballot etc
00:18:57.140
well the five justice majority here rejected that theory soundly and uh they are saying that section
00:19:05.080
five of the 14th amendment actually requires a very specific action to enforce section three of the
00:19:10.560
14th amendment and it has to be true uh enforcement uh legislation that is proportional and congruent
00:19:17.820
and that you know led the three justice liberal majority here to shed a lot of tears steve and so i think
00:19:24.400
you're going to see that the judge ludig's of the world the tribes of the world they're going to be
00:19:28.440
on complaining about the fact that the supreme court has somehow made uh section three of the 14th
00:19:33.920
amendment you know as not self-executing and therefore you know that it shouldn't have been made uh you
00:19:40.320
know to require specific legislation it should have been just treated like the rest of the 14th amendment
00:19:44.780
that's what they're going to say well no here's the argument because they're not going to argue the law
00:19:49.600
now it's going to be the supreme court's illegitimate because you have these trump judges on it
00:19:53.920
justices on it it's gone full maga it's illegitimate they got to take the house one to stop trump from
00:19:59.480
actually taking office they can't beam at the polls but they can stop him as raheem's dug up the buried
00:20:05.640
lead from actually taking the office certifying the election right and uh and and and and that's the
00:20:13.680
way they're going to block him also they would then you know having the majority try to pass a bunch of
00:20:18.300
stuff to thwart trump this is their plan their plans now are going to shift to the house they have
00:20:24.240
no intention oh and also increase the court remember they want to take the court from nine to like 20
00:20:28.640
justices this fight's just on these people are never going to stop they are never going to stop
00:20:34.740
they're going to figure out every different angle kick up dust and try to go jeff clark
00:20:39.760
absolutely steve and and you know you're obviously uh far more adept at predicting what their themes are
00:20:48.180
going to be but we know they've teed up this whole idea of democracies on the ballot that's what we're
00:20:52.720
going to hear from you know the uh nicole wallaces of the world and uh ari melber etc although he is a
00:21:00.140
he is a lawyer he's going to do some of the law but then their guests their talking heads the so-called
00:21:05.160
uh journal law fair people trademarked as i've started to call them they're going to talk about
00:21:10.340
this issue they're going to say the 14th amendment should have been declared self-executing and there's
00:21:15.160
no need to reach that issue in this case and so the conservatives they purport to be uh fans of
00:21:21.520
judicial restraint and there's a lot of crying uh in the separate opinion by the liberal justices about
00:21:27.260
that but they don't really believe in it in reality they just want to uh want their side to win
00:21:32.060
that's we're also going to hear that from the lawyers they put on um jeff clark where do people
00:21:39.220
get you how they get to all your content sure at uh jeff clark us on uh getter and x and at real
00:21:48.740
jeff clark on true social and the center for renewing america is americarenewing.com
00:21:54.320
jeff thank you so much before i go back to rahim uh because rahim is the one that dug this up and
00:22:00.940
you now see their angle of attack here of not certifying president trump i want to go to our
00:22:04.440
own jane zirkle she's at mar-a-lago there's just been an announcement the president uh president
00:22:09.220
trump is going to address the nation at high noon from mar-a-lago what do you got for us jane
00:22:14.100
yeah so i'm currently in the living room in the beautiful mar-a-lago and president trump is
00:22:20.540
expected to make remarks very shortly regarding this historic unanimous scotus decision they didn't
00:22:26.940
even get jackson steve i mean this is the primal scream of a dying regime i just want to read to
00:22:33.080
you a little bit of what justice barrett wrote she wrote that the court has settled a politically
00:22:37.900
charged issue and this is what it was all about in the first place he was facing challenges in
00:22:42.740
30 states and this ruling is unanimous across all states of course going into super tuesday
00:22:48.340
it was imperative that the court settled this issue he is leading in every major super tuesday poll
00:22:54.160
and it's going to be a very exciting week and it's going to be very interesting to see what
00:22:58.740
president trump has to say going off of this tremendous victory against lawfare in this country
00:23:04.180
by the way real america's voice and jane have got media passes for tuesday it's going to be a huge
00:23:10.840
event on uh super tuesday night we'll get to all that jane's going to join us towards the end of the
00:23:14.480
show rahim kasam i think you've dug up something here brother that uh is every bit as important as the
00:23:21.120
transition integrity project take us back to now as you see how this has played out this morning
00:23:25.900
it's quite obvious jamie raskin these guys are are and they're working non-stop they intend to use the
00:23:32.300
house of representatives uh they the redistricting based upon illegal aliens counted in there in the
00:23:38.380
census and approved by liberal judges up in the uh northern california uh to have this fight for the
00:23:44.480
house to take the house and then after president trump wins because they lost the ability to keep him
00:23:50.080
off the ballot they then are knocking on january 6 of 2025 in the height of all irony not certify
00:23:58.040
donald j trump as the 47th president united states sir yeah that's right steve so we um i've just put
00:24:05.980
the story that we covered last week i've put it back up to the top uh at the national pulse.com so
00:24:12.980
if anybody missed this from last week can go and see it now but i also wonder if if it's worth
00:24:18.880
pointing the audience to i wonder if you can see it on the screen here there there is an atlantic
00:24:24.000
article as well that was published i think it was let's see february the 23rd i'm looking at it right
00:24:31.500
now on my screen which actually goes through some of the logic on this which is worth internalizing as
00:24:36.740
well it's called how democrats could disqualify trump if the supreme court doesn't so this is
00:24:43.180
specifically the contingency plan that they were forecasting last week on the back of the uh on the
00:24:50.220
back of the ruling that we've seen this morning they're inextricably linked and like in the last
00:24:55.040
couple of segments we also have to make sure we understand it is inextricably linked to the numbers
00:25:00.700
of people that are currently pouring into the united states and the way the census was performed last
00:25:06.880
time and the way house districts have been redistricted as a result of that there's a reason
00:25:11.960
there's a reason why on the nationalpulse.com right now the top three stories that you'll see
00:25:17.780
if you go there are that story that we pulled up back up from last week democrats say they won't
00:25:23.260
certify trump victory in congress are the latest numbers usc 167 increase in migrant population under
00:25:31.800
biden surpassing 8 million and of course supreme court unanimously rules trump must remain on the
00:25:38.320
ballot that is all of the signal that you have today and that is what people need to internalize
00:25:43.580
i will say this while i have the time because i know you're jammed as well here uh that if people
00:25:47.540
uh respect and uh use this work if they find it useful please come to the nationalpulse.com
00:25:54.440
forward slash war room please sign up please support us because we are 100 reader funded uh that means
00:26:02.380
ordinary people uh need need all right i'm not saying we want you there we need you there to support
00:26:08.560
this work to help us you know we study all of these things right after i get off here i've got printed
00:26:14.680
out the uh 14 000 page profile in the new yorker uh joe biden's last campaign that has been featured on
00:26:23.080
all so we we go through all of this stuff i hope it's a useful service to you ladies and gentlemen
00:26:27.760
thenationalpulse.com forward slash war room before i let you go and i know you're you're busy thanks
00:26:34.740
for taking the time this morning an information war because we're in we're in world war three and
00:26:40.440
we're in the information part of the war of war three although the kinetic started the importance of
00:26:45.720
like in july of 2020 of uh mark elias putting out the transition integrity project in the detail that
00:26:51.860
he did and now garland going to the church but after the week they had when they're actually with
00:26:58.020
the atlantic magazine and then themselves and politico saying we're not going to certify this
00:27:01.880
election why is it important information warfare for them always to put out and tell us exactly what
00:27:06.800
they're going to do yeah there are several reasons i mean number one uh they need to they need to
00:27:12.760
forerun a lot of this stuff for their knuckleheads in their media right a lot of these people need time to
00:27:19.020
internalize these arguments they don't get it they're not snappy they're not watching this stuff
00:27:22.780
on a day-to-day basis and so they have to kind of ramp this stuff i mean you see the visceral reaction
00:27:27.800
from keith alberman this morning you're watching of course the team are monitoring msnbc i understand
00:27:33.720
that you'll be taking a bath in their tears tonight as they as they screech at the television screens for
00:27:39.280
so long um but they but they have to do it that way um you've reminded me of something here as well
00:27:45.080
which is which is mark elias yesterday accidentally i think um tweets out that donald trump can't get
00:27:52.280
a fair trial in washington dc and that the that the primary results show us that anyway i promised
00:27:57.100
the national pulse posse in the discord i'd give him a shout out today so shout out to everybody there
00:28:00.580

00:29:41.060
mess with your home equity action action action it's the crime because according to my knowledge
00:29:48.540
of history um uh the enemies of israel who have been persecuted the israelis the the jewish people
00:29:55.600
of this world have been persecuted for 5 000 years but for the last 2 000 years most of the
00:30:01.520
persecution has come from white european centric christians that's been your enemy no palestinian
00:30:10.280
helped to build auschwitz no palestinian stood on the docks of new york city when boatloads of jewish
00:30:16.080
refugee refugees trying to escape the holocaust came here to be protected by this country and
00:30:21.800
were turned away at the docks in new york and sent back to germany to die no palestinian did that
00:30:27.480
no palestinian ran the spanish inquisition your enemy your enemy is not the palestinian people
00:30:34.920
it is white christian european uh people who have been slaughtering jews for the last 2 000 years
00:30:44.620
and let's just call it for what it is but why are they in an open air prison why are two million of
00:30:50.440
them in an open air prison white rural rage no the biggest threat the biggest threat to democracy
00:31:02.500
and the biggest threat to the united states of america are rural white christians
00:31:07.820
now i want you to think about that for a second that is the backbone of this nation
00:31:13.180
it's fought in one of our wars it's built this country and you know what it's asked for nothing
00:31:18.960
in return nothing and now you're demonized and they're coming after us so every time they say
00:31:27.780
white rural rage my answer is hey i'm a christian nationalist and i'm a proud christian nationalist
00:31:36.120
that was yesterday in uh in texas at marty b's uh just a fantastic location in denton texas a huge
00:31:46.620
crowd i think a thousand people this was all i want to thank everybody that was there it was
00:31:50.740
absolutely an incredible event a credible event mitch little is uh is running for the texas state
00:31:55.980
legislator he's the lawyer that represented paxton in the impeachment and it was incredible general
00:32:01.260
paxton was there and um i gotta tell you paxton at the appellate court level uh with these house
00:32:07.360
of representatives there's a massive fight down in texas between maga and uh the bush uh rove uh
00:32:14.100
establishment uh and it's playing out there tomorrow everybody's got to turn out to vote make sure
00:32:19.120
you're a force multiplier today to spread the word that the game is on the fight is on down in texas
00:32:25.300
you saw michael moore right there michael moore's from michigan so he knows what the situation is of
00:32:29.580
the flex of what the um of what muslims americans have have given in the state of michigan it's
00:32:35.600
going to happen tomorrow i think in minnesota uh the uh somalians somalians around minneapolis are
00:32:42.140
going to do another flex to vote uncommitted and they're sending a signal to the biden regime that
00:32:48.120
you got no shot of taking back the white house unless you go our way on israel kamala harris yesterday
00:32:54.420
kind of dropped a bomb immediate ceasefire that means uh like not going after if you have a ceasefire
00:32:59.900
you're not going to get back to the fighting so that means you're going to have what two to four
00:33:03.020
battalions of amas fighters and rafa uh are not going to uh leave the premises so right now you're
00:33:10.560
seeing the full uh the full impact of this geopolitically uh of what's happening with the
00:33:16.460
biden regime michael moore's making the case that hey the jewish people your enemies the christian
00:33:21.620
right that's what's made in this book right here and this is the one that they're all talking about
00:33:25.260
on msnbc in the new york times it's by uh schaller i think in waldman white rural rage the threat to
00:33:34.180
american democracy and this makes a pretty straightforward case that is white uh and particularly white male
00:33:39.940
christians uh rurally not not in urban areas or suburban uh non-college educated i might add
00:33:47.780
that are the greatest threat to american democracy um and if you read this nonsense the way they go
00:33:54.220
through it it's actually it's actually laughable but it's getting it's in it's it's taking over
00:34:00.440
the mindset of the left because they understand they're losing so they're going to start striking
00:34:04.960
out at people the interesting thing about the book it's actually a road map if you read it
00:34:11.620
i think the right way and if you look at the data they give the right way i believe they've given us
00:34:19.440
a tremendous gift it's like the book uh by i think it was tom franks what's the matter with kansas that
00:34:25.600
talked about the cultural issues of why people uh in working class people voted uh on cultural issues
00:34:32.060
with uh the republicans at the time it kind of gave a road map about the economics it's one of the books
00:34:37.580
that we use to to work through the rise of the populist nationalist movement the trump movement
00:34:42.440
the maga movement in this country in this book right here the irony is that they've actually given
00:34:47.720
us a road map to consolidate power even more remember in um in europe right now and we're gonna have more
00:34:55.220
of this with ben harnwell later in the week as we get through our elections here but in europe they're
00:35:00.380
going after the farmers like nobody's business from greece to spain uh to denmark to holland
00:35:07.280
uh now to britain they're going after the farmers germany it's it's insane of how they're trying to
00:35:14.000
shut down the farmers i had a moment to talk to people in texas associated with the uh agriculture
00:35:20.860
secretary sid miller the same thing's happening in texas they're coming at the biden regime is coming
00:35:26.220
after under the auspices of climate change they're coming down in the cult of climate change the pagan
00:35:31.600
theology medieval theology of gaia right this pagan uh the pagan religion the cult of climate change
00:35:40.320
you know the cult of climate change is about as wacky as uh in the french revolution towards the uh
00:35:47.120
the end of the terror um i shouldn't say the end of the terror at the time they didn't know it was
00:35:51.540
going to end but during the terror as it was ramping up rope spear realized that they were so that the
00:35:57.540
revolution was so atheistic and had taken away religion from the people and and it made such an
00:36:02.620
absurd case that he needed to come up with something to as a sop to the people so they came up with a
00:36:07.700
cult of the supreme being and he actually on the uh right there next to the river in in paris they had
00:36:14.660
this field and on the field i think they called the field of mars they had a uh they had a celebration
00:36:20.140
that he came up with and they built a mountain i don't know it was 100 feet high and they had like
00:36:25.020
100 vestal virgins it was called the cult of the supreme being and that's when people that were
00:36:29.940
on the committee of the of public safety uh which was the the where the terror was run from
00:36:35.180
they kind of looked at each other and said this guy has lost his mind i mean this this guy is going
00:36:39.380
to be quite dangerous and it wasn't too long i think it was a week later he was uh shot and then
00:36:43.900
guillotined uh and so ended the uh the terror the uh uh think thermidor uh ended at that time because of
00:36:51.240
how crazy he had gotten how off track he had gotten that's what's happening to the cult of
00:36:55.820
climate change it's all throughout this book too the cult of climate change these people that are
00:37:01.200
and they are our enemies they've identified us as the enemy so therefore they must be enemies right
00:37:06.080
they are they've left the rational world you're going to see tonight on msmc we will curate it for
00:37:12.160
you if you don't feel like watching five hours of it we will curate for you it's not rational
00:37:16.920
think back of all the arguments they made all the arguments you've heard from these people on this
00:37:22.800
14th amendment hours and hours of andrew weissman and neil katia and they got ludic and everybody
00:37:30.440
hours and hours and hours and hours you know what they got nine nothing they're not rational
00:37:39.740
it's not about the rule of law it's about the uh the reign of the lawless
00:37:43.780
they are quite dangerous because they're irrational they are emotional they're getting
00:37:51.800
more emotional and here's why they're getting more emotional it was inconceivable to them
00:37:57.880
on the afternoon of january 20th of 2021 they would ever have to deal with trump again
00:38:03.800
and they would never have to deal with maga again and they had some pretty good backup they had mitch
00:38:08.920
mcconnell and they had uh they had kevin mccarthy but they had a whole republican establishment in the
00:38:15.060
house and they had almost all the senators except for a small handful and most importantly they had
00:38:19.900
the foreigner they had murdoch who sent an email out to his team we're going to make trump a non-person
00:38:24.560
that was people on the right center right and right the left was all in and none of them none of them
00:38:32.560
none of them could ever imagine what's going to happen on tuesday night it was inconceivable
00:38:37.100
not in the like the cartesian universe and it's happened for one simple reason your spirit and
00:38:50.740
gave president trump i think the understanding that the people were with him
00:38:57.840
he knew that he had won 2020 and he knew that it had been stolen those are incontrovertible facts
00:39:05.300
but it's one thing to know it and one thing to think through what am i going to do about that
00:39:11.220
and another to think are people with me and this audience and john fredericks and real america's voice
00:39:20.480
and those that stood up and stood in the breach then and particularly when we went to cpac
00:39:25.100
about 60 days later and saw that overwhelming crowd and that supported cpac in orlando understood
00:39:32.140
that not only were we with him but that we would go to the ends of the earth to make sure that he
00:39:40.180
returned to the white house to set things right that's what this is about it's the greatest tragedy
00:39:49.560
that's ever happened in this country and look what's look what's happening in the in the four
00:39:54.500
years of the elections have consequences stolen elections have catastrophic consequences
00:39:59.680
and you know who realizes this it's obviously this audience you've been there from the beginning you
00:40:05.180
have been believers from the beginning you understand what empirical fact is what is most stunning about
00:40:11.420
those three polls when you look at the cross tabs is that a broad section of the american people who
00:40:18.760
have not been with us before are now doing what we started the show with with president lincoln
00:40:26.440
the most important thing is to see it right what's that great quote the most important thing is to see it
00:40:33.120
the most important thing is to see it and president lincoln uh knew that the most important thing is to
00:40:39.540
see it and to understand it see the here and now see the here and now and that is the hardest thing
00:40:46.860
see the here and now that is the hardest thing your fellow countrymen are coming your way you're not
00:40:55.080
compromising you haven't compromised at all president trump hasn't compromised president trump stood in the
00:41:04.720
he didn't have to do this he could have gone along and played the game and just been a good little boy
00:41:11.600
and taken the loss and they would have made him feel better they would have the stories wouldn't have
00:41:18.260
been so bad he'd been kind of called a statesman later gotten a big book deal all that he didn't go
00:41:24.180
that route he did not go that route that was so important about this incredibly powerful speech in
00:41:30.700
richmond my hometown the other night at uh the six o'clock in particular the last 15 minutes think
00:41:36.500
people have clipped it we're going to try to play it at the six o'clock show maybe if not tonight maybe
00:41:41.220
the next couple of nights because in that in where he gave that speech is not that far away is not that
00:41:48.520
far away from where general washington the great stature of general washington is there at the capital
00:41:52.620
uh in richmond right there magnificent magnificent uh statue of uh of general washington commemorating
00:42:01.220
general washington his impact on the on the commonwealth of virginia and it's not too far where
00:42:05.700
lincoln where lincoln came and walked lincoln had to see it lincoln had to see richmond very dangerous but
00:42:14.020
he went down and saw richmond after it had burned he he needed to see it and it had the great this was the
00:42:20.240
great uh he was surrounded by slaves who were coming up to him father abraham near that near that point
00:42:27.780
where both the statue and lincoln walked president trump in richmond gave that magnificent speech on
00:42:35.320
on saturday and that is what president trump it's general washington president lincoln and president trump
00:42:43.200
the reason msmec is going to be tearing their hair out tonight and gnashing of teeth and the
00:42:48.760
conch shells on the forehead and the bleeding and all that their hair on fire is that they think
00:42:54.600
they're better than trump they think they're better than you they think you're just trash you're you're
00:42:59.560
just white rural rage you are a threat to american democracy they couldn't there's not subtle anymore
00:43:04.340
it's not so you read the book if you're a white christian particularly white christian male
00:43:08.920
you are dangerous you should be locked up forget being othered you're a danger you're a threat to american
00:43:16.120
democracy and president trump what they hate the most is that this era is going to be known as the age of
00:43:25.600
trump and that's what they hate they hate the fact that he's coming back to power in the last part of
00:43:34.000
last week then into this week more history is going to be made take a short commercial break and return
00:43:39.620

00:50:03.640
election platforms by supporting my pillow eight 800-873-1062 two things real quickly what did you
00:50:10.180
think of the 9-0 decision about keeping president trump on the ballot yeah what's that well you know
00:50:15.140
i've been telling people we're going to get a lot of 9-0 decisions from that supreme court we've got
00:50:19.580
some big news coming up on and i'll tell you it's gonna be you see it's swung so far one way
00:50:25.260
i mean this is just common sense everybody finally we're getting judges and the justices ruling like
00:50:31.220
they should have ruled a long time ago on a lot of these things what do you think of the democrats you
00:50:35.240
know rahim gassam was able to get the buried leading political democrats said hey he may be on
00:50:40.120
the ballot doesn't mean we have to certify his election what what do you think give me 30 seconds
00:50:44.740
on the democrats saying we're not going to certify it in the house oh that's more just nonsensical
00:50:50.100
uh talk i mean they're going to do everything they can to not get our real president back in there
00:50:55.520
and they're gonna this is just part of the fight everybody but we're winning they're just coming
00:50:59.900
out with statements like that it's disgusting well uh we're going to keep fighting courage is
00:51:04.640
contagious everybody keep up the fight and we keep keep hearing this stuff it just means we're over
00:51:10.180
target they're going to keep trying things and uh we're making great successes and uh we're going
00:51:15.180
to have some big reports coming out this week steve they can say all they want the democrats i worry i
00:51:20.680
worry more about the uniparty republicans amen so do we that's what we've done in texas okay
00:51:27.180

00:51:48.060
about this mike lindell thank you so much 800-873-1062 jane zirkle is on the scene the president's going to
00:51:55.060
step up to the mic in about uh a couple of minutes uh at 12 noon and give us his assessment what's
00:52:02.640
yes so we're currently in the living room of mar-a-lago real america's voice is tracking the
00:52:09.160
speech we are giving you wall-to-wall coverage quite literally and i just want to talk a little
00:52:14.120
bit about the concurring judgment that sotomayor kagan and jackson put out they said that allowing
00:52:19.240
colorado to take president trump off the ballot would result in a chaotic state-by-state patchwork
00:52:24.800
at odds with our nation's federalism principles but i would argue that this unanimous decision
00:52:29.660
actually resulted in far more chaos with the legacy media the msnbc and cnn meltdowns have been
00:52:36.160
off the chain today and it's going to be only getting better throughout the day so make sure
00:52:42.040
