Bannon's War Room - Episode 3437： Meltdown Over SCOTUS Ruling

00:00:00.000 that nobody's ever seen anything like it.

00:00:03.500 And then you have deranged Jack Smith, who's a Trump-hater

00:00:06.500 and represents all the Trump-haters, and he's going wild. 0.86

00:00:11.140 He's just a wild man.

00:00:12.140 He's been overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court,

00:00:15.660 went after other people over the years. 0.97

00:00:17.260 He's had great failure, but he's mean, he's nasty, he's unfair. 0.94

00:00:21.460 And the judges on these cases, they're all Trump-haters,

00:00:24.640 other than we have maybe one or two that I think can be fair.

00:00:29.000 But you look at New York, what's happened.

00:00:31.160 I mean, these people have tremendous hatred.

00:00:34.180 You can't do this to a president.

00:00:35.840 And again, I'm not talking about me, I'm talking about in the future.

00:00:39.520 A president has to be free.

00:00:42.360 A president has to be, if the president does a good job, I did.

00:00:46.580 Some people would say a great job.

00:00:48.040 Okay, the White House has not had any coordination with the DOJ

00:00:51.860 on the prosecutions regarding Donald Trump.

00:00:54.800 This is totally separate.

00:00:56.020 It's a special counsel.

00:00:57.240 The special counsel decided to bring charges.

00:01:00.720 In terms of the Fannie Willis stuff, 0.75

00:01:02.720 I believe that Nathan Wade testified he was making more money

00:01:05.300 before he started to work for Fannie Willis down there.

00:01:08.640 In case now, where the former president is saying that he is immune,

00:01:14.380 and you can't look at this decision without knowing what they're doing in that case.

00:01:19.760 They have given him not one win and we're going to split the baby and give him a loss.

00:01:25.220 The stay that is in effect now, which they are slow walking,

00:01:29.700 and we're not even hearing the argument for two months on a case that is ready to be argued.

00:01:35.940 I mean, everyone knows this.

00:01:37.460 There is a stay that is delaying the case that was going to start today.

00:01:41.580 So these are two wins that are being given by this court.

00:01:45.640 There's no way that the three justices in the, you know, sort of the essentially the kind of dissent today,

00:01:52.940 the three liberal justices, think that that timing is appropriate.

00:01:56.440 There's no reason to have delayed it.

00:01:58.180 So you really end up with the Supreme Court, even if you want to think there's some merit to this case,

00:02:03.920 not to, it's hard to not, to disaggregate it and not see the court in its two cases saying,

00:02:10.140 what can we do to help Donald Trump?

00:02:12.920 We are going to make sure that this will only be decided, not in a court of law,

00:02:19.540 but in a, in the court of spin and disinformation where Donald Trump lives

00:02:25.080 and that there will actually not be sort of legal accountability

00:02:28.600 because the court is removing that either in this decision or in its immunity decision

00:02:33.640 because they basically are saying, we're not hearing that and we're not going to, we're sitting on that.

00:02:37.640 So the chances of it going to court could be zero.

00:02:40.840 When I've spoken to allies of the White House, they've said that let Donald Trump talk

00:02:45.280 and voters will be reminded of the chaos.

00:02:47.440 By the way, he's taking questions. We'll go if there's an interesting one.

00:02:50.380 And voters will be reminded of the chaos.

00:02:52.720 That's enough to put him front and center and let us, allow us to win again, just like in 2020.

00:02:59.280 Is that the strategy for this White House, for President Biden's White House regarding Donald Trump?

00:03:04.700 Well, I think that they think that Donald Trump is their best ally, in effect, in this race, right?

00:03:09.360 That the more people hear what Trump says, the more they will be reminded of why they voted against him in 2020.

00:03:14.480 Biden's problem right now is not that he is necessarily losing a lot of voters to Trump.

00:03:20.360 His problem is that he's just losing voters who are for him in 2020 but are kind of disappointed right now,

00:03:24.900 either because of inflation or the border or his age or what have you.

00:03:28.680 Some of them have gone to Trump, but for the most part, they're just not voting or thinking about third-party candidates.

00:03:32.820 And his path of victory is to win back that coalition that he had in 2020.

00:03:37.420 And the way to win them back is to remind them why they voted against former President Trump.

00:03:41.340 And every time Trump gets out there and says some of these things that are particularly radical or unfounded or wild-sounding,

00:03:49.740 the Biden people believe it helps them.

00:03:51.700 Are they confident those voters will come back to them in the last few weeks, maybe last couple months of this campaign, Peter?

00:03:58.860 That's the argument, right, is that people aren't really – most Americans aren't really paying attention to this right now.

00:04:04.780 And that therefore, you know, they haven't really been forced to make that choice, to make that decision and realize that, yeah,

00:04:10.680 whatever they're upset about Biden, in the end, not voting for him or voting against him or voting for a third-party candidate means that Trump comes back.

00:04:18.340 And they feel – the Biden people feel that come the fall, when the votes actually come in,

00:04:22.080 and when people have to actually make the decision, who are not paying attention now, they will remember what it was they didn't like about the four years of Trump.

00:04:28.880 Remember, he was the most unpopular president before we got to this one.

00:04:32.780 And we'll go back to Biden, however, reluctantly.

00:04:36.540 To their credit, they just slammed the door on that, Steve.

00:04:41.600 Was the 14th Amendment – that was the reason – because it came after the Civil War.

00:04:48.300 That, quote-unquote, you're rebalancing, is that the reason – or one of the main reasons they felt they couldn't bring to trial for treason, rebellion, or insurrection, Jefferson Davis, or the other high command of the Confederate government?

00:05:05.580 Well, I think there were some particular developments in connection with him, and there's a lot of history behind that.

00:05:13.080 But I think the way for your – the war room posse to understand it is this.

00:05:18.300 The federal government is supreme, right?

00:05:21.720 That was the starting position in the Supremacy Clause.

00:05:24.100 But after the 14th Amendment, its powers over the states to prevent violations of equal protection and due process and several other things,

00:05:32.980 especially along with the other Reconstruction Amendments, the 13th and the 15th, gave more power to the federal government.

00:05:39.720 So to have Colorado, one state, you know, potentially create a patchwork of who can be on the federal presidential ballot, the Supreme Court said, no, no, no.

00:05:49.780 That's totally contrary to the 14th Amendment.

00:05:51.700 The 14th Amendment is about federal power over state power.

00:05:54.720 It's not about state power over federal power.

00:05:56.640 Jeff, just hang on one second.

00:05:59.520 Back in a moment.

00:06:00.080 I keep thinking about the – I keep thinking about the historical parallels.

00:06:02.620 Yeah.

00:06:03.080 I'm thinking about the Civil War Amendments.

00:06:04.680 I'm thinking about Radical Reconstruction between 1863 and 1877, right?

00:06:08.340 And I'm thinking about the context of the 14th Amendment in response to Andrew Johnson's refusal to hold the South accountable.

00:06:19.400 Right.

00:06:19.940 To hold – I mean, we have literally traitors who are running for office, who are taking hold of the reins of power in the South after leaving over 600,000 people on the battlefield dead.

00:06:34.420 And people are like, no, we have to hold these folk accountable.

00:06:37.780 And so the Civil War Amendments emerge in a context that Section 3 emerges in the context to hold folk accountable.

00:06:46.100 And here we have in this context, right, a hesitance.

00:06:50.000 That's a reticence, a refusal to hold this man accountable and those folk who engaged in an insurrection.

00:06:57.160 It's a historical echo that has all – that screams with irony, for me at least.

00:07:02.140 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:09.820 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:07:14.940 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:07:19.220 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:07:21.120 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:07:22.560 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:07:25.360 It's going to happen.

00:07:26.420 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:07:30.060 MAGA Media.

00:07:31.400 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:36.840 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:40.600 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:46.780 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:07:49.860 Bannon.

00:07:54.240 Monday, 4th, March, Year of Our Lord, 2024, historic 159th anniversary of President Lincoln's second inaugural address,

00:08:03.320 the most important and powerful speech in American political history.

00:08:07.960 Today, like I said, we're going to curate all of the gnashing of teeth, the whining, but it's gone next level.

00:08:15.200 And it's gone to a dangerous place, which we'll get to a little later in the show.

00:08:19.980 But first, I want to bring you Boris Epstein.

00:08:22.060 Boris, you're one of the architects down there for the president of this, all the different strategies.

00:08:27.200 I know you guys are juggling a thousand balls.

00:08:29.780 The president was very forceful, and we started the cold open with him just coming right at it.

00:08:34.500 He's very forceful today in the press availability at Mar-a-Lago at noon that we covered with our own Jane Zirkle,

00:08:40.740 the Real America's Voice team.

00:08:41.820 Your thoughts and observations as the meltdown continues.

00:08:46.600 Steve, I want to be with you.

00:08:47.980 I want to be with a posse.

00:08:49.320 President with a powerhouse statement today on exactly what this fair and direct ruling by the Supreme Court means.

00:08:59.080 It means that these election interference efforts by the deranged Democrats, by Crooked Joe Biden, by Crow, 0.88

00:09:06.060 and all these radical left groups are failing.

00:09:09.780 And why are they failing? Because they are not lawful.

00:09:13.260 They're not legal.

00:09:14.080 And this was this beautiful baby of the left, of the Democrats.

00:09:19.640 They all started, you know, they were all in the echo chambers.

00:09:22.020 Oh, maybe this could work.

00:09:23.560 We can't beat the president any other way.

00:09:25.260 If maybe we can get them off the ballot.

00:09:26.920 Wrong.

00:09:27.720 No.

00:09:28.120 And the Supreme Court coming in powerfully and, again, fairly stating today that this canard that the Democrats tried to perpetrate was not going to work.

00:09:37.720 It failed.

00:09:38.380 And, again, in the spirit of unity, as the president so strongly said, so strongly said, this was a nine to nothing decision, nine to nothing.

00:09:45.780 And a total and absolute failure for the far left.

00:09:49.560 You saw Professor Eddie Glaude there from Princeton at the end.

00:09:57.840 But you also, through the day, you had Weissman.

00:10:00.100 Of course, we had Professor Neal, your professor at Georgetown Law.

00:10:04.840 They're basically making the case that the Supreme Court is like the Supreme Court both before and after the Civil War, that the fix is in.

00:10:13.520 And, I mean, actually, Professor Glaude is saying the South shall rise again.

00:10:18.440 He's equating the Trump movement and Trump to the Confederacy in that the fix is in with the Supreme Court.

00:10:24.720 Could you give any rational response to that?

00:10:28.240 I mean, this is the type of emotion, emotionality you're seeing right now.

00:10:32.740 Can't rationalize crazy people.

00:10:34.680 You know, they're in complete hysteria.

00:10:36.360 And they're in hysteria because, again, they know that the American people are all in with President Trump.

00:10:40.840 You saw the polling over the weekend from The New York Times.

00:10:43.520 The New York Times, Siena Polls, CBS, Fox Polls, all these polls are usually not exactly Trump-friendly, let's say it that way.

00:10:50.580 But all of them are stating very clearly that President Trump is dominating the race, crushing Joe Biden.

00:10:57.500 And with constituencies, the Democrats have had a lot of strength over the years, including Hispanic Americans, African Americans, so on and so forth.

00:11:06.860 Folks with college degrees, women, President Trump is absolutely crushing it. 1.00

00:11:11.920 Why? Because they see the contrast between this pathetic failure in the White House and President Donald J. Trump. 0.99

00:11:18.540 And, you know, these academics, they can whine and they can scream all they want, but no, they were not able to bastardize the Constitution. 0.94

00:11:26.800 They were not able to bastardize our system of justice on this Colorado case, and they will not be able to do it going forward, and they can cry all they want.

00:11:34.800 There's two moments this week of political, I wouldn't call it messaging, but really statements, power statements.

00:11:43.360 One is going to be tomorrow night, the actions of President Trump in winning the 19 states on Super Tuesday.

00:11:49.280 And then Joe Biden's going to have a rebuttal on Thursday.

00:11:52.520 Can you compare and contrast both of those, sir?

00:11:54.760 All you have to do is go back to last week on Thursday, compare and contrast President Trump at the border, an eagle path right there in the war zone, seeing it firsthand, experiencing it firsthand, living it.

00:12:08.620 And that Joe Biden just plodding around, not knowing where he is on some stage, asking where his mark is.

00:12:15.040 That's the compare and contrast.

00:12:16.360 Joe Biden has destroyed our country, has destroyed our border, has destroyed our economy.

00:12:21.300 And President Trump, he rebuilt it once, and he will rebuild it again.

00:12:25.420 And you will see that comparison, you will see that contrast again this week.

00:12:29.720 President Trump enjoying the backing of an unprecedented historic group of people of America of all walks of life, all backgrounds, all ethnicities, all across the spectrum. 0.95

00:12:40.000 And Joe Biden, a decrepit, illegitimate, powerless, pathetic excuse of a leader, giving a terrible State of the Union, 0.83

00:12:48.100 because our State of the Union is bad right now, and that's why Americans cannot wait to bring back President Donald J. Trump. 0.95

00:12:57.000 Boris, tomorrow night, after the last votes come in, and he'll be close, either blows through or come close to the delegate count,

00:13:04.720 will President Trump finally be able to pivot away from Nikki and the RNC and the phony debates, the phony primary,

00:13:12.360 you know, $400 million blown, a year and a half wasted, will he finally be able to pivot to a general election

00:13:18.980 and a maniacal sole focus on Joe Biden and his illegitimate regime?

00:13:24.560 Steve, he's been hitting Joe Biden continuously again, the trip on Thursday, the speeches over the weekend in North Carolina and in Virginia.

00:13:33.500 President Trump has been making the case, let's be honest, ever since crooked Joe Biden locked into the office,

00:13:38.820 as the case has been made by President Trump, has to be our president again, has to make America great again,

00:13:43.960 which is not a slogan, it is a mission statement, and it is exactly what President Trump is going to do,

00:13:49.080 and expect to hear all the specifics, all the presidents done, multiple interviews today on the taxes,

00:13:55.020 on national security, on the economy, on becoming energy dominant, not just independent, but dominant again.

00:14:01.480 You will absolutely hear all those messages loud and clear going forward,

00:14:04.940 and it will be wrong from the rooftops that President Trump has to be back in office on Gen 20, 2025.

00:14:12.920 Boris, how do people follow you on social media?

00:14:15.700 Steve, honored to be with you and the posse.

00:14:30.680 Boris, thank you very much. I know you're busy.

00:14:34.740 Thanks for jumping and sharing all this with the posse. I really appreciate it.

00:14:40.160 Also appreciate right-side broadcasting and Real America's Voice,

00:14:43.320 the great coverage down in Mar-a-Lago today.

00:15:04.380 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.

00:16:13.800 Text Bannon at 989898.

00:16:16.100 989898, action, action, action.

00:16:19.400 Consider two things.

00:16:20.520 That on the main issue, there was unanimity of opinion, as we've said, but then they diverged.

00:16:25.720 And Amy Coney Barrett sides with the liberal justices.

00:16:29.360 Should we read anything into that?

00:16:30.940 Could it be a signal we should take into account as we think about how the court might rule on other Trump-related cases?

00:16:38.440 No, I don't think so.

00:16:39.900 I think she's a more cautious jurist than some of the others

00:16:42.800 and is more likely to take a narrow view, at least so far, in cases that come before them.

00:16:47.380 I mean, I think what it may show a little bit is that they're not working together as well as they could be.

00:16:53.740 That is, you could easily have imagined they could have ironed out some of these issues,

00:16:57.720 maybe taking another week or two and gotten to a single unanimous opinion,

00:17:01.820 rather than this fractured opinion where Justice Barrett then sort of says about the liberal justices,

00:17:09.020 oh, why are you making such strident commentary?

00:17:11.880 Shouldn't we be turning the temperature down here?

00:17:14.360 So they have some issues to work out, especially as they get to the criminal cases that are going to be harder.

00:17:21.400 Well, that's my question.

00:17:22.400 I mean, so why, I don't want to say fast-track, but do this relatively quickly, right?

00:17:27.500 And to the point where Donald Trump said, yes, they did this quickly,

00:17:31.440 where they seem to be, in some people's minds, slow-walking the immunity case.

00:17:39.020 Well, I don't know, without knowing exactly what they're talking about behind the marble columns,

00:17:45.340 it's hard to know how that plays out.

00:17:47.680 I mean, they clearly thought they had to decide this case before Super Tuesday,

00:17:51.540 even though I don't know that that was really true.

00:17:53.380 If they had decided it next week, it wouldn't have made that much of a difference.

00:17:57.000 On the slow-walking, I suspect, actually, that one school of thought was that some of the justices

00:18:02.820 wanted to put off the case on his criminal immunity until October,

00:18:06.240 because they would have said, well, that's when the normal course of things would go,

00:18:11.460 and the compromise was to have it be heard in April.

00:18:15.000 So, actually, that's probably as fast as it could go, given how they may have thought about it, but who knows?

00:18:21.000 Mordecai.

00:18:21.520 Also, in the conversation, and I've got to pull that.

00:18:27.960 I must have had the wrong code.

00:18:28.780 That's very interesting right there, talking about pushing off to October.

00:18:31.380 This is the total meltdown where they don't think they've got anything to fall back on in lawfare.

00:18:36.680 There is a discussion, and there's been an active discussion today,

00:18:40.080 along the lines of what we talked about with Rahim this morning, what he had dug up last week.

00:18:45.860 There is a difference, and this is what they're arguing, that the justices have come to the conclusion

00:18:51.380 he can be on a ballot, but there's a lot of discussion now about January 6th of next year

00:18:59.300 with a new House of Representatives, and will the House, and they've said they're not going to certify.

00:19:05.380 They believe when they controlled the House, they did the J6 report, which is obviously a joke.

00:19:09.740 They think it's a holy writ.

00:19:12.400 This is what they used in the Denver situation.

00:19:15.200 All she did was refer to it, that that shows these insurrectionists, which is far from it.

00:19:20.260 Of course, it also was not a legitimate committee of the House.

00:19:24.180 It was not structured.

00:19:25.240 That had no ranking member, and it had no minority council,

00:19:28.660 because Nancy Pelosi deemed that the representatives that McCarthy at the time wanted to put on there,

00:19:35.240 she deemed that they were essentially insurrectionists.

00:19:38.160 So, you know, Jamie Raskin and these guys are going to make a bigger, bigger point of this.

00:19:44.380 This is why the House race and the House races are going to be so incredibly important,

00:19:51.240 because they're plotting and planning.

00:19:54.040 If they can't take Trump off the ballot, let me back up just a second.

00:19:59.560 The polling, and these people are quite smart about mathematics and numbers.

00:20:03.860 The polling in the last 72 hours from major polling institutions associated with the paragons of liberal media,

00:20:15.520 Bloomberg, The Times, The New York Times, CBS News.

00:20:19.320 I mean, that's CBS News and The New York Times is the old center of how the country was run.

00:20:25.820 They have categorically come out and said, if you look at the math,

00:20:31.040 and particularly what we call the cross tabs, is all the analytics by group, by age, by demographics,

00:20:38.840 all of it asking different questions that really are the basis and foundation for the top line numbers you see,

00:20:45.460 and they are brutal.

00:20:46.380 So, to wit, I don't know if we have that clip, but they actually showed the,

00:20:51.280 they put a chart up on MSNBC today, this afternoon, that talked about what I had mentioned this morning.

00:20:58.380 According to their, this is according to the Siena poll, the Siena poll, the New York Times,

00:21:07.040 that 97% of Trump's voters will vote for him.

00:21:10.160 97% of Trump's voters will vote for him.

00:21:12.040 Only 83% of Biden voters in, in 2020, 2020 will vote for him.

00:21:20.060 Of course, that's probably closer to what the real number was.

00:21:22.760 We'll vote for him.

00:21:24.000 But the 10%, 10% of Biden voters.

00:21:29.380 Now, according to their math, that was 81 million was the total number.

00:21:32.700 10% is 8 million voters.

00:21:34.720 8 million voters that voted for Biden will vote for Trump.

00:21:37.400 That, of all the other cross-tabbed numbers that are shocking, and there are many that are shocking,

00:21:43.200 whether it's about women, whether it's about Hispanics, whether it's about blacks,

00:21:45.920 whether it's about young people, whether it's about what people think of the economy or immigration.

00:21:50.480 You just, you pick it.

00:21:51.640 Pick category, topic, anything.

00:21:54.500 This is the one most, in fact, do we have it?

00:21:56.460 Can we go ahead and play it?

00:21:57.240 The Biden campaign, a New York Times poll shows the president is losing some of his 2020 backers

00:22:05.180 to former President Trump.

00:22:07.060 While Trump is winning 97% of those who say they voted for him in 2020,

00:22:12.460 Biden is down to 83%, with 10% of voters who jumped ship saying they now back Trump.

00:22:19.680 But in a new interview, President Biden remains defiantly confident of his re-election.

00:22:24.860 He told the New Yorker, quote,

00:22:26.420 I'm running again because I think two things.

00:22:29.380 Number one, I'm really proud of my record and I want to keep it going.

00:22:33.120 I'm optimistic about the future.

00:22:35.360 And secondly, I look out there and I say,

00:22:38.140 OK, we're just, most of what I've done is just kicking in now.

00:22:44.640 No, the invasion is kicking in.

00:22:47.000 It's already 10 million here.

00:22:49.280 Even the Daily Mail had an article that confirmed they're at 8 million.

00:22:52.620 We think it's 12 to 14, but we're settling on 10.

00:22:56.420 No, your work has had plenty of impact.

00:22:58.560 That's why people hate you and people are voting against you.

00:23:01.380 8 million, they never put in raw numbers.

00:23:04.300 If you believe their number, it's 8 million.

00:23:06.460 8 million people voted for Biden or vote for Trump.

00:23:09.440 Then you get down to likely voters, not just voters.

00:23:11.500 You get to likely voters.

00:23:12.280 Numbers even get worse.

00:23:14.340 My point.

00:23:14.940 They have two ways to beat him.

00:23:21.160 Number one is lawfare.

00:23:22.440 And that's crumbling as you speak.

00:23:24.380 And you're going to see a more of a meltdown tonight.

00:23:27.420 Of course, tomorrow.

00:23:28.300 Then he's going to blow out Super Tuesday.

00:23:30.760 And they're going to have to say it's the greatest political comeback in the history of America, not modern political history, all history.

00:23:38.200 Then we're going to go through a couple other days of, you know, angst by them.

00:23:43.760 And then Biden's going to have a disastrous State of the Union because he's got – he doesn't have charisma.

00:23:49.920 There's no emotive power there.

00:23:52.360 They're very nervous.

00:23:53.280 How long can the speech he goes is just going to be a recitation.

00:23:56.280 And the fact of he's, you know, he's throwing Israel under the bus.

00:24:02.240 Had Kamala Harris. 0.79

00:24:03.400 Kamala Harris to do it yesterday at the Edmund Pettus Bridge, and she got like a standing O. 1.00

00:24:08.100 So their party is – remember, we are anxious to go to the polls.

00:24:12.400 We want to go vote today.

00:24:14.540 We're ready to roll.

00:24:15.580 They're not ready at all.

00:24:17.240 In fact, they're at war with each other.

00:24:18.680 And they're at war with each other for a good reason.

00:24:21.480 Did I mention they stole the 2020 election?

00:24:24.680 It's all coming unraveled.

00:24:26.960 If Biden had legitimately beaten Trump, he would be the most revered figure in the history of the Democratic Party at least since FDR.

00:24:37.340 And maybe of all time.

00:24:39.680 But they know he was selected.

00:24:41.300 They know this.

00:24:42.360 They were in on it.

00:24:43.680 That's why they don't show him any respect.

00:24:46.240 If you gave him the question right now, remember, over half of the people that voted for him don't think he should be running again because of age and incompetence.

00:24:55.260 That's just extraordinary.

00:24:57.760 Let's go back to turbulence for a second.

00:24:59.600 You know, it's only going to get crazier here.

00:25:03.500 And I can tell you why.

00:25:04.440 Trump comes out, he's very staid, very boom, gets right to a bang, bang, bang, bang, bang.

00:25:09.800 They're over here and it's irrational.

00:25:12.680 They're crying.

00:25:13.520 They're whining.

00:25:14.120 Oh, the Supreme Court are insurrectionists.

00:25:16.180 The Supreme Court's like the Confederacy.

00:25:18.720 You know, this is the South shall rise again.

00:25:21.640 We're the battle flags.

00:25:23.240 Right?

00:25:23.800 That's all they're saying all afternoon.

00:25:26.600 Totally irrational.

00:25:27.400 They're only going to get more irrational.

00:25:30.480 The closer they get to absolute total defeat, the meaner they're going to get, the nastier they're going to get.

00:25:37.740 The more outside the rules of proper conduct are they going to get.

00:25:44.920 Look at Keith Overman.

00:25:46.040 Don't take it from me.

00:25:46.840 Look and read his Twitter account. 0.67

00:25:49.160 He wants, I think, to hang the Supreme Court justices.

00:25:51.140 He wants Biden to like arrest the justices, delay the election.

00:25:54.380 This is what passes for policy ideas on the left.

00:26:01.360 It's only going to get worse.

00:26:02.700 That means turbulence.

00:26:04.720 Gold closed at an all-time high today, I believe.

00:26:08.640 We're not here to give you specific financial advice.

00:26:12.060 But we are here to put you in touch with people that can explain things to you.

00:26:16.080 That's why we keep saying go to birchgold.com slash band.

00:26:19.200 You get all the free information we put out there.

00:26:21.160 And we're quite proud of the fact that we were on this situation at the end of the dollar empire before anybody.

00:26:27.960 You know, we started three years ago.

00:26:29.240 But talk to Birchgold.

00:26:31.620 Talk to Birchgold about gold as a hedge.

00:26:35.060 And here's what to do.

00:26:36.000 Forbes has now come out of a piece.

00:26:37.260 I have it on Getter.

00:26:38.480 If the great staff here can get it to Denver.

00:26:41.060 It's now a Forbes that come out with Fortune and CNBC the other day.

00:26:44.860 And Bank of America has done an analysis.

00:26:47.240 Bank of America has done an analysis that says,

00:26:49.380 Hey, hang on.

00:26:51.420 I know the War Room guys are talking about it.

00:26:53.000 But, yeah, you know, we've done the math and you're right.

00:26:54.760 Every hundred days we're going to add a trillion dollars, one trillion dollars to the national debt.

00:27:02.160 And we're going to have to finance that.

00:27:04.540 And maybe this, they just don't get it out there for a conversation.

00:27:07.500 Maybe this is not sustainable.

00:27:08.920 Hello, you think?

00:27:11.160 Remember, only because we're the prime reserve currency can we pull off the scam.

00:27:14.960 Because everybody needs dollars.

00:27:16.400 That's our greatest export.

00:27:17.380 So, the guys of the Fed, when they're not worried about getting together a central bank digital currency,

00:27:23.080 they just continue to print money, monetize the debt.

00:27:25.140 They can't sell the bonds.

00:27:26.080 Hell, they'll buy the bonds.

00:27:28.180 Of course, we caught them over the weekend.

00:27:29.800 I didn't even realize this.

00:27:31.140 They're buying state bonds.

00:27:32.580 I'll get into that probably Wednesday.

00:27:34.860 They're bailing out Newsom in these states.

00:27:36.980 They can't sell their own bonds.

00:27:38.140 They're buying them.

00:27:38.780 And guess what?

00:27:39.540 I don't think they'll be buying them at market interest.

00:27:42.660 Now's the time you need to find out.

00:27:46.120 You need to understand what the scam is.

00:27:47.860 You need to understand how to hedge yourself.

00:27:50.660 I don't know.

00:27:51.400 Since we've been birch golds up 40% or something.

00:27:54.080 I don't know.

00:27:54.460 45%.

00:27:55.220 That's just because of the macro.

00:27:59.480 The converging forces in all this.

00:28:04.080 Turbulence.

00:28:05.000 You don't think that the chaos and anarchy of the Biden regime is going to continue?

00:28:09.600 Well, I think you might be wrong.

00:28:13.740 We'll get into that next in the war room.

00:28:16.460 Who can you trust?

00:28:20.640 Government leaders repeatedly fail us.

00:28:22.820 Self-appointed experts have led us astray.

00:28:25.260 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold.

00:28:30.100 We can't quite shake it.

00:28:32.600 But you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.

00:28:36.320 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.

00:28:41.380 Not sure where to start?

00:28:42.540 Well, try this.

00:29:57.320 You can't – with the combination of cyber, because cyber is the rising crime in this country, and the tools of artificial intelligence, which are manifold,

00:30:06.300 you can't make yourself susceptible to a cyber – one of these cyber criminals coming after your title and taking out a hard-money second loan, second mortgage on your house of, let's say, $100,000.

00:30:19.740 I don't know.

00:30:20.940 At a 14 percent rate, how would that be?

00:30:23.300 Would that be a hello to you?

00:30:34.140 Go figure it out for yourself.

00:30:37.340 You're free men and free women. 0.99

00:30:38.520 An amazing service, quite inexpensive, given the headaches that this can entail.

00:30:43.100 And, hey, they see $6 trillion of net worth sitting there in homes, and they're going to come for it.

00:30:50.260 HomeTitleLock.com.

00:30:51.860 Mike Lindell, our friend and colleague Dave Clements has really made a masterpiece.

00:30:57.580 He's going around the country.

00:30:58.280 Talk to me about, in your efforts, the importance of this film in actually awakening people to the issue.

00:31:04.520 Because with the polling I just talked about, you see, they have only two ways they're going to do this, and they're up front.

00:31:11.220 Number one is lawfare.

00:31:12.680 And that's trying to stop Trump in one of these made-up things.

00:31:15.020 Or to get Congress to not certify it by Democrats for the new Congress on January 6th.

00:31:23.020 The other is to steal it.

00:31:24.700 Yep.

00:31:25.140 And it's not just to steal the presidential election.

00:31:27.920 It's to steal it also in House races so they have a House that then can deny it.

00:31:32.000 Remember, they're making the point, hey, the Supreme Court's terrible.

00:31:34.960 They should be thrown out.

00:31:35.860 But they only said he could be on a ballot.

00:31:37.700 They didn't say he could actually serve as president, and we're going to fight that tooth and nail.

00:31:41.760 They're never going to go away. 0.97

00:31:43.120 These people are awful. 1.00

00:31:44.620 They're demonic. 1.00

00:31:45.520 And they're going to be fought every step.

00:31:47.840 Your thoughts, sir?

00:31:48.620 Well, you know, when I came out with a plan to secure our elections in August of last year, about seven months ago,

00:31:58.240 one of the things I was praying that I would have would be an explanation, a better, like a movie that would explain all of our election platforms

00:32:07.880 and how compromised they are, from dirty voter rolls to, you know, the machines and dropout, all these different things.

00:32:15.960 And to be able to, in my mind, I wanted to tie them all together where anybody could understand what we're up against.

00:32:22.620 And then also something that would tie on November 3rd to January 6th and basically tie it all together.

00:32:29.600 And then my good friend David Clemens comes out with this movie.

00:32:34.080 I'm going, whoa, this is an answer to prayer because we needed this out there everywhere.

00:32:39.280 One of the things, Steve, is when he showed me the movie, I'm going, thank you, God, this is one of the last pieces we need.

00:32:48.340 When you watch this film, whoever watches it, you will come away with, what are we going to do?

00:32:54.160 We have to do something.

00:32:55.500 We're going to lose our country.

00:32:57.420 And we say, hey, calm down.

00:32:59.240 We have a plan.

00:33:01.180 And we can look at the plan, LyndalePlan.com.

00:33:03.560 But one of the things, Steve, and you're going to, David will tell you, is when we came out with this movie in, I believe it was December, it's been the most censored movie ever.

00:33:15.420 It was, he's been de-platformed, de-banked.

00:33:18.160 I mean, he'll tell you all that stuff.

00:33:19.840 And they wanted to stop this from coming out, period, and to prevent anything from happening with this movie.

00:33:27.180 Well, now we want to release it for free to the country.

00:33:30.260 So, you know, David can tell you all that, but this movie, everybody, is so key for everybody to watch it, for our plan to secure our elections.

00:33:39.300 Okay.

00:33:40.220 A couple of things about this movie.

00:33:41.920 I've had an opportunity to say, one, it's a masterpiece.

00:33:44.620 Two, it is very controversial, very controversial.

00:33:49.200 And I'll let Dave tell you about that.

00:33:51.180 It's been blocked everywhere.

00:33:52.740 You think war room's blocked, they're blocking Clements every chance they can get.

00:33:56.140 And you've got to figure out, why are they trying to block him?

00:33:58.180 If they think they can refute this, they should let it play and they should refute it, but it's blocked.

00:34:02.800 Now, as Mike knows, and Mike's got me there a little bit on the technology, but I'm not a machine guy.

00:34:08.040 I'm a mail-in ballot, bad voter roll, no signature verification, old type, old-fashioned type.

00:34:14.240 But I do understand and appreciate the arguments that the machine guys are making.

00:34:20.000 This movie's very controversial.

00:34:22.480 But, Dave, why haven't your opponents in this, and that's both Republican establishment, as Mike Lindell calls them, the blockers.

00:34:30.380 Why haven't the Republican establishment and the Democrats and the left-wing media, why have they not challenged you about the details in the movie instead of just trying to block you so it's not shown anywhere, sir?

00:34:42.960 Well, because it's easier for them to just ignore it.

00:34:46.920 And case in point, we've identified who the bad actors are.

00:34:50.980 It starts with the Department of Homeland Security and this entity by the name of CIS that has no congressional oversight.

00:34:59.660 They get all their policy guidance from the Atlantic Council.

00:35:02.140 And we've been proven right.

00:35:05.100 In fact, Mike Benz, who you've had on your program, also did a deep dive with Tucker Carlson.

00:35:09.940 Everything that he talks about is corroborated by what we have found and put forth in this film.

00:35:16.000 And so when you've got the entire election infrastructure created by DHS and entities that hate MAGA, you can understand why this is such a censored film.

00:35:26.900 We put out audit reports over the past three years.

00:35:30.360 Not one substantive point has been refuted.

00:35:33.660 And we're always willing and ready to negate.

00:35:37.260 I want to make the point.

00:35:38.200 The reason this movie is controversial is that this is a DHS and a CISA that was on President Trump's watch.

00:35:48.200 I mean, he had senior – he got to put the senior people in as we talk about Project 2025.

00:35:52.860 Of course, they had all the administrative and deep state, but this is people that were actually in the – the film makes the point that people in the administrative state at the time under a MAGA president, the leader of our movement, President Trump, did this.

00:36:10.220 That's how out of control it is.

00:36:11.600 I mean that's one of the most shocking things of all, is it not, Dave Clements?

00:36:14.280 It is, and I think once you get the clarity of the infrastructure – a lot of people like Representative Luna talked about the censorship regime between Twitter execs and the FBI going to this secret platform known as Jira.

00:36:31.140 Well, they have to extend that to the rest of the election architecture.

00:36:34.120 You know, when you look at the Atlantic Council, this is a globalist Marxist regime that basically provides policy guidance on all aspects, not just censorship of people that want to talk about elections, but they provide the policy guidance on the actual non-voting technology, quote-unquote.

00:36:51.960 Those are everything that doesn't have a ballot running through it, but it covers e-poll books, election management systems, you know, the networks that are out there, and this thing called Albert Sensors, which allows the DHS to monitor election data at real time.

00:37:05.920 We've secured agreements in all 50 states, so we're not making this up.

00:37:10.680 And it's clear to me that instead of engaging with us on the substantive merits of the film, they'd rather avoid it like the play.

00:37:21.960 Here's the thing. This is my point about challenging you.

00:37:24.800 The Atlantic Council, and people know as we go over there all the time, they're also the biggest policy about Ukraine in different situations throughout the world.

00:37:32.460 This is the globalist. This is the center, one of the Council on Foreign Relations and others.

00:37:38.280 But since you call out certain of these institutions by name, have any of those institutions come to you and say, look, Clements, you're a wingnut.

00:37:45.980 You wear a tinfoil hat. We will challenge you to a debate, or we will take those parts of the film that you say that we are bad elements in, and we will refute that.

00:37:56.160 Has anybody in the film, institutionally or other, come back to you and said, you're wrong here, Dave, and I can prove you wrong?

00:38:04.500 And if they did prove you wrong, would you change the film?

00:38:06.960 Oh, sure. We've had a standing invite for years now, Steve.

00:38:13.140 And the fact of the matter is, is that we have our own nation-state level experts that have examined the machines.

00:38:19.520 And one of the big deals that we're having to work with and work through is that there's been an absolute weaponization of attorneys and experts that got to the bottom of machine flipping the votes in Michigan.

00:38:30.960 So there's actually a trial set for next month against Matt DiPerno and Stephanie Lambert.

00:38:37.000 My client, Jeff Lambert, is such a nation-state vulnerability expert, and he has been pressured into turning states' witness against attorneys that were given legal authority by the townships and through court order to examine the machines after 7,000 votes were allocated to Biden through machine manipulation.

00:38:55.820 And instead of, you know, getting to the bottom of this, they basically turned a weaponized government to target him.

00:39:04.580 And so we're seeing different iterations of persecution where the investigators are being investigated.

00:39:12.720 So there's no good faith effort to get to the bottom of this one way or the other because we're just seeking out the truth.

00:39:24.260 And the truth has led us to this place.

00:39:28.800 This is why I'd say it's going to take our victory, and then we'll adjudicate it.

00:39:32.000 And that's why they can't lose.

00:39:33.140 They've got to figure out some way to keep control because they understand what we're going to do on day one is get to the bottom of it.

00:39:37.980 I want to talk about Gideon 300 and then where people can experience this.

00:39:42.140 This is best seen in a group in a theater on a big screen.

00:39:46.020 First of all, you've made a masterpiece.

00:39:47.420 You're a fabulous filmmaker, and I say that as someone that aspires to be a great filmmaker.

00:39:51.880 This thing is a masterpiece.

00:39:52.940 You'll be mesmerized the entire time.

00:39:54.760 Mike Lindell is absolutely correct.

00:39:56.720 The brilliant use of animation in certain parts actually make the whole thing understandable.

00:40:02.620 Where you might think it's confusing with Lindell and Bannon and other people coming in and out over the last couple of years.

00:40:07.000 This makes the whole thing understandable, and the animation adds to that.

00:40:10.560 In fact, there's a section of the film that's about 25 or 30 minutes long in the middle of the film that is almost like an industrial movie from the 1950s,

00:40:18.940 but so brilliantly done and so mesmerizing.

00:40:22.180 You will know everything that's going on if you follow that.

00:40:25.860 Where can people see it?

00:40:27.020 Where particularly can they see it or go to find out where they can see it in the theater with you?

00:40:31.820 And then what is Gideon 300?

00:40:33.260 Okay, so what we're hoping is that people will upload the film and saturate their own channels because we have so many vectors of attack to shut the film down.

00:40:43.820 So right now, Gateway Pundit has uploaded the film in its entirety on Rumble.

00:40:48.500 You can watch it there.

00:40:49.260 We're hoping War Room will do the same.

00:40:50.740 I've got my own channel on Rumble called The Professor's Record.

00:40:54.420 You've got Conservative Daily that's got the full film.

00:40:57.100 But if you want to get your own copy, go to frankspeech.com.

00:41:00.480 You can watch the film for free through a live stream or get the MP4.

00:41:05.880 Basically, what we're telling people is we want this to be the most pirated film in history.

00:41:11.100 We don't care about who gets the Vs.

00:41:13.280 We don't care about whether the movie makes any money.

00:41:16.140 We just want it to reach an audience because of the level of censorship.

00:41:22.020 So, you know, we're asking every major influencer out there, including the War Room Posse, to take the film that's no longer mine and upload it everywhere.

00:41:31.440 And we just need to have a guerrilla marketing campaign to get around it.

00:41:36.020 As far as the Gideon 300.

00:41:38.200 Now, Gideon 300.

00:41:40.300 What's Gideon 300?

00:41:41.140 So we are getting people to show up to watch this movie in theaters and then we do trainings on how to take back our local meetings, you know, for far too long, whether it's COVID restrictions or, you know, pornography in schools.

00:41:56.520 The entire local meeting has been turned against us where we have a couple minutes to talk.

00:42:02.420 And this necessarily includes talking about elections.

00:42:05.660 So we're trying to ensure that we can take back those meetings.

00:42:10.400 So we want to fill every local commissioner's meeting for the next eight months during this critical lead up to the election and fill these rooms to demand that the arbitrary time limits on our ability to talk about elections, to get it on the agenda, be taken back.

00:42:28.340 And we're asking for a clear demand, which is the election clerks and supervisors, as well as the folks that certify the vote.

00:42:36.420 They've got a choice to withhold certification, Steve.

00:42:39.340 When you fully realize that these products are defective, that they facilitate fraud, they're duty bound to not rubber stamp the results.

00:42:47.900 And we're seeing some courageous people, as they did in Arizona, that have courageously said, we're not certifying this.

00:42:55.440 That needs to be the start of thousands of counties joining us to make sure that we pour really a new foundation, something that's akin to what we used to do back in the 70s and 80s, where you cast a vote and you don't have to question whether or not your president is legitimate.

00:43:09.920 Dave, can you hang on one second? I'm going to hold you through the break with Mike, because I want to send people to the site where they can download, also get the schedule.

00:43:19.760 Jim Rickards, we're going to try to get Jim on this Friday to help us sum up both tomorrow night, Super Tuesday, and Biden's, I don't know, wandering over to the Capitol to give a State of the Union address, of which I will not personally be covering, I might add.

00:43:35.620 Jim Rickards trying to get him on Friday. Go to Paradigm Press, Rickards.WarRoom.org or .com. Go check it out right now.

00:43:43.460 The apples in your holiday pie taste amazing, but it's not exactly the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables.

00:43:51.300 The Mayo Clinic says if you want to help prevent heart disease, lower blood pressure, and your cholesterol, eat five servings of fruits and vegetables every day, which, as you know, is almost impossible.

00:44:02.560 That's why you need to check out Field of Greens. Every fruit and vegetable in Field of Greens was medically selected by doctors to support your vital organs, like your heart, your lungs, your kidneys, and your immune system.

00:44:15.740 Yo, folks, the holidays are here, and you need to stay healthy. Plus, you'll notice your skin, hair, and nails will look healthier.

00:44:47.600 Fieldofgreens.com. Promo code Bannon.

00:44:50.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:44:52.960 Dave, where can – once again, where can people go?

00:44:59.640 We're going to work and get it up on our Rumble and hopefully on our Getter, too, one of our Rumble channels.

00:45:04.380 Where can people go to get it, and where can they get online and see where you're going to be?

00:45:08.600 Because it's really great to see it in person with you.

00:45:12.440 Yeah, so the easiest thing right now, Gateway Pundit, Conservative Daily, and The Professor's Record all have channels on Rumble.

00:45:18.760 You can find a copy of it and watch it right now for free.

00:45:22.960 But if you want to upload your own link, go to frankspeech.com.

00:45:26.440 You can find an MP4 and upload it anywhere that you like.

00:45:30.280 And there's also a free stream now.

00:45:32.420 So it used to be something that we charged for.

00:45:34.700 The digital stream now is absolutely free at frankspeech.com.

00:45:39.020 Those are the places I'd start, but we want to extend it.

00:45:41.500 We look forward to promoting its distribution on places like War Room and as many influencers.

00:45:47.220 We want people to know that we want complete and absolute – we want this to be the most bootleg film, pirated film in history.

00:45:56.700 Dave, thanks so much.

00:45:57.620 Everybody, force multipliers, get ready.

00:45:59.540 We're going to get a copy, and we're going to shove it out to everybody.

00:46:01.760 Dave Clements, it's a masterpiece.

00:46:03.500 Thanks for doing it, brother.

00:46:05.060 Thank you, Steve.

00:46:07.300 This thing will make your head blow up, and it'll be a call to action for you.

00:46:11.740 Mike Lindell, how are we doing?

00:46:13.240 Everybody came up to me in Texas.

00:46:14.760 I was down in Texas.

00:46:15.540 John O'Shea, he's going to come up in a second, saw him again.

00:46:18.400 So many great folks down there have been supporting National Pulse, Mike Davis, War Room.

00:46:23.220 The Posse members are down there, about 1,000 at this event.

00:46:26.680 Absolutely incredible.

00:46:27.660 And people are coming up and thanking me for you giving the War and Posse special deals, sir.

00:46:33.120 Well, thanks.

00:46:33.860 And, Steve, I've seen your speech all over the Internet and all over social media.

00:46:37.960 It was awesome, by the way.

00:46:38.980 Yeah, and here we have a special we've never done before.

00:46:43.600 It's called an open-box special that we have in our outlet store in Minnesota.

00:46:48.160 You get to get it exclusive for the War Room.

00:46:50.860 And these are the slippers.

00:46:52.920 Remember, they're $139 that were originally.

00:46:57.260 $19.99.

00:46:58.820 First ever open-box special.

00:47:00.960 You guys, while they're last, they're going fast.

00:47:03.440 When they're gone, obviously they're gone.

00:47:05.040 They're not going to last out the week.

00:47:07.380 That's why we put it, we owe the War Room so much for you guys.

00:47:10.640 They've done so much for MyPillow.

00:47:12.760 Call the number, 873-1062.

00:47:17.700 But there is, go to the website.

00:47:20.020 You get all these specials, the open-box special, the robes, the percale bedsheets,

00:47:26.340 all of these things that are overstocked.

00:47:28.620 But we've combined it with that open-box special on these slippers.

00:47:32.580 And you guys have responded.

00:47:33.960 You get the best price in history.

00:47:36.960 We've never done this before.

00:47:38.740 My operators, you guys have filled up all the operators.

00:47:41.900 Their jobs feel secure now.

00:47:44.000 800-873-1062.

00:47:47.300 Tell them you want to get there.

00:47:48.420 You're from the War Room Posse.

00:47:50.020 And you're supporting their jobs.

00:47:52.060 And they love to hear from you, everybody.

00:47:54.360 And I can't thank you enough, everybody at the War Room Posse.

00:47:57.740 And this is how we thank you.

00:47:59.100 We've never done before.

00:48:00.180 Let's blow this thing at 800-873-1062.

00:48:04.880 Remember, whether it's MyStore, MyPillow, or go to the 800 number, it's always promo code War Room.

00:48:10.280 That's where you get the special deals.

00:48:11.500 Mike, thank you so much.

00:48:15.300 You're flying around the country.

00:48:16.660 We'll get up to date tomorrow on your travels and your execution of the plan, sir.

00:48:23.380 So thank you so much.

00:48:24.420 I'll be in Illinois tomorrow, everybody.

00:48:26.740 We'll be on the show from Illinois and executing the plan.

00:48:29.680 We've got to take Illinois.

00:48:33.200 Come on, man.

00:48:34.220 Outside Chicago is melting down.

00:48:36.640 Brother John O'Shea, you've been a great supporter behind the scenes of American Principles Project, of the War Room, of National Pulse, of so many.

00:48:43.140 You're known as a great guy.

00:48:45.140 Why in the hell are you now deciding to run for Congress, sir?

00:48:48.440 Well, honestly, I have to go meet my maker with a clear conscience, and right now the way that this ruling class of oligarchs have tried to ruin this country, I couldn't do that in good conscience.

00:49:01.740 This is not the country I intend to leave behind in my kids and my grandkids.

00:49:07.100 John, talk about the district.

00:49:08.600 Talk about this race.

00:49:09.660 Tomorrow is really Paxton and MAGA and the Trump movement versus the Bush establishment, the Karl Rove and this guy, and it's vicious, man.

00:49:16.080 It's as nasty and mean as this impeachment was.

00:49:19.780 Talk to us about it.

00:49:21.420 Yeah.

00:49:21.700 No, there's a real civil war going on in the party here in the state of Texas, and in fact, my main opponent, there are a couple of other people in the race, but it's really a two-horse race.

00:49:31.960 I'm endorsed by Ken Paxton.

00:49:33.380 I'm endorsed by Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, by our land commissioner, Sid Miller.

00:49:37.720 My opponent actually was tapped by Congresswoman King Drew because, as she put it, I was too conservative.

00:49:43.160 And, in fact, not only did he have a fundraiser thrown for him by Karl Rove, but he's now got Ken Griffin and Kevin McCarthy attacking me using their new PAC out of Las Vegas.

00:49:53.560 So it's been eye-opening to say the least, but at the end of the day, it's going to be the voters who decide this.

00:49:59.240 And as we all know here in the posse, there are more of us than there are of them.

00:50:05.260 John, if nobody gets to 50 percent, there's a runoff among the top two?

00:50:10.200 Correct. Yeah. In Texas, it's 50 plus one.

00:50:14.480 But I'll tell you right now, I mean, as much money as they're spending both attacking me and running commercials nonstop,

00:50:20.520 and interestingly enough, even though my opponent was a Ken Paxton impeachment voter,

00:50:24.720 he is showing advertisements where he's got Donald Trump in there as if President Trump would ever endorse him.

00:50:30.860 But as much as he's done that, I have yet to meet a single volunteer for him,

00:50:35.400 whereas we've got bridge brigades, we've got people door-knocking, block-walking, calling, texting, we've got electioneers.

00:50:42.660 I mean, the enthusiasm and the passion is clearly in one direction.

00:50:46.720 And, you know, at the end of the day, we're going to see if the grassroots can prevail over the establishment

00:50:50.600 or if it really is just about money.

00:50:52.700 John, where do people go to find out more about the campaign, social media, all of it,

00:50:58.640 because tomorrow is game day.

00:50:59.800 If they want to volunteer, if they want to get out to vote, where do they go?

00:51:03.520 Yeah, if they could, follow me at oshe4texas.org.

00:51:08.100 That is O-S-H-E-A, the number four, texas.org.

00:51:11.540 And I feel pretty good about tomorrow.

00:51:13.140 Sir, run through the tape.

00:51:17.640 Warren Posses got your back.

00:51:18.840 Great to see you yesterday, and thank you for the support.

00:51:20.720 You've given support to so many great organizations.

00:51:23.680 You've got a lot of fans and a lot of people pulling for you,

00:51:26.080 so we look forward to see what happens tomorrow.

00:51:28.000 Well, thank you.

00:51:28.620 I aim to serve, not to seek office, so my pleasure.

00:51:33.760 Thank you, brother, one of the servant leaders.

00:51:36.620 John O'Shea is right.

00:51:37.640 I mean, we were down there, saw the good folks in Texas.

00:51:39.760 It is a civil war in the Republican Party.

00:51:42.380 It came to fruition, came to kind of a head in the impeachment, which was outrageous.

00:51:47.020 Remember, General Paxton's the guy that stood up for so many people,

00:51:49.620 has fought the Biden regime, whether it's on the border, gone after Big Tech,

00:51:53.520 gone after Big Farmer.

00:51:54.460 It's been extraordinary.

00:51:55.580 The people around him, the quality of candidates we saw on the kind of Paxton side

00:52:00.620 of the football are just incredible.

00:52:02.260 I mean, the depth of talent and the intensity of folks down there was just incredible.

00:52:07.260 Sunday afternoon, I want to thank the team at Patriot Mobile,

00:52:10.320 Glenn Story and the team, just incredible.

00:52:12.420 It's about 1,000 people and just an amazing event with amazing people.

00:52:16.940 And the candidates, Mitch Little, John O'Shea, the folks we saw, the appellate court justices,

00:52:23.380 MAGA is rising.

00:52:24.840 MAGA is ascended.

00:52:25.840 Why is that?

00:52:26.500 It's because of you, because of this audience.

00:52:29.860 No doubt about it.

00:52:30.580 Make sure you check out Rickards at Strategic Intelligence, geopolitics, capital markets,

00:52:39.020 all of it.

00:52:39.660 You'll love it here in the War Room.

00:52:40.820 You'll like it in print.

00:52:41.920 Short commercial break.

00:52:42.800 We're back for the second hour.

00:52:44.480 Get some Warpath coffee and let's let it roll next in the War Room. 0.95
