Transcript

00:00:00.000 I read all of the emails exchanged between the White House and other federal officials and Facebook in particular, but also some of the other platforms.
00:00:10.660 And I see that the White House and federal officials are repeatedly saying that Facebook and the federal government should be partners.
00:00:21.020 We're on the same team. Officials are demanding answers. I want an answer. I want it right away.
00:00:27.600 When they're unhappy, they curse them out.
00:00:31.360 There are regular meetings. There is constant pestering of Facebook and some of the other platforms, and they want to have regular meetings.
00:00:40.120 And they suggest rules that should be applied, and why don't you tell us everything that you're going to do so we can help you and we can look it over.
00:00:49.140 And I thought, wow, I cannot imagine federal officials taking that approach to the print media, our representatives over there.
00:01:00.780 If you did that to them, what do you think the reaction would be?
00:01:05.560 And so I thought, you know, the only reason why this is taking place is because the federal government has got Section 230 and antitrust in its pocket, and it's, to mix my metaphors, and it's got these big clubs available to it.
00:01:22.100 And so it's treating Facebook and these other platforms like they're subordinates.
00:01:28.880 Would you do that to the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal or the Associated Press or any other big newspaper or wire service?
00:01:38.480 So there's a lot packed in there.
00:01:40.020 I want to give you one very specific answer first and then step back out to the broader context.
00:01:45.020 So specifically, you mentioned demanding an answer right away and cursing them out.
00:01:48.260 The only time that happens is in an email that's about the president's own Instagram account.
00:01:53.100 It's not about moderating other people's content.
00:01:54.680 Okay, we'll put that aside.
00:01:55.820 There's all the rest.
00:01:57.200 It's constant meetings, constant emails.
00:01:59.520 We want answers.
00:02:00.780 We're partners.
00:02:01.580 We're on the same team.
00:02:02.740 Do you think that the print media regards themselves as being on the same team as the federal government, partners with the federal government?
00:02:11.860 So potentially in the context of an effort to get Americans vaccinated during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic.
00:02:17.120 And I really think that piece of context, it doesn't change the First Amendment principles, but it's relevant to how they apply here.
00:02:23.100 And I think it's important to understand that at this time, this was a time when thousands of Americans were still dying every week.
00:02:28.920 And there was a hope that getting everyone vaccinated could stop the pandemic.
00:02:32.580 And there was a concern that Americans were getting their news about the vaccine from these platforms.
00:02:36.340 And the platforms were promoting, not just posting, but promoting bad information.
00:02:40.080 I understand all that.
00:02:40.940 And I know the objectives were good.
00:02:42.500 But once again, they were also getting their news from the print media and the broadcast media and cable media.
00:02:49.080 And I just can't imagine the federal government doing that to them.
00:02:52.420 But maybe I'm naive.
00:02:53.500 Maybe that goes on behind the scenes.
00:02:55.260 But it struck me as, wow, this is not what I understand the relationship to be.
00:03:00.780 That's all.
00:03:01.660 But I do.
00:03:02.920 I think this is important because I have the same reaction that you do, that these emails look unusual.
00:03:07.500 I think the idea that there'd be back and forth between the government and the media isn't unusual at all.
00:03:11.600 When the White House Press Secretary on July 16th is asked about this by the press at the time, what she says is, of course we talk to the platforms just the way we talk to all of you.
00:03:19.920 When we have concerns about what you're doing, when we have information that you might find helpful.
00:03:23.720 Now, there's an intensity of the back and forth here.
00:03:26.420 And there's an anger that I think is unusual.
00:03:28.920 But the context for that, I think, is that these platforms were saying publicly, we want to help.
00:03:33.300 We think we have a responsibility to give people accurate information and not bad information.
00:03:37.600 And we're doing everything we can to meet that goal.
00:03:40.240 That's where this language of partnership comes from.
00:03:42.100 It's not just from the White House.
00:03:43.440 It's these platforms, which are powerful, sophisticated entities, saying we're doing the best we can.
00:03:47.500 And the anger, I think really most of the anger when you read the emails, and I appreciate that you have, because I think you have to look at them in context.
00:03:54.300 The anger is when the officials think that the platforms are not being transparent about the scope of the problem or aren't giving information.
00:04:02.660 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:07.560 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:11.440 The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:04:17.080 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:19.040 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:04:20.460 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:04:23.120 It's going to happen.
00:04:24.380 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:04:27.780 Mega media.
00:04:29.140 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:33.800 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:38.320 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:44.680 War Room.
00:04:45.560 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:04:47.600 Bannon.
00:04:53.340 It's Monday, 18th, March, year of our Lord, 2024.
00:04:56.420 Supreme Court today, one of the most important cases I believe they will hear.
00:05:00.700 Let's bring in Mike Davis.
00:05:01.780 Mike, I'm not a lawyer.
00:05:04.040 I'm certainly not a constitutional lawyer.
00:05:05.760 I'm not a First Amendment lawyer.
00:05:07.620 I'm not sure it went so well for the home team today, brother.
00:05:10.260 Tell me.
00:05:10.680 Give me your assessment.
00:05:13.760 Well, I mean, I don't think that would be surprising, because remember with this injunction,
00:05:17.720 the Supreme Court essentially six to three lifted the Fifth Circuit's injunction on this case,
00:05:23.880 where you had the state attorneys general sue because the Biden administration is colluding
00:05:32.260 with these big tech platforms with COVID and many other issues to deprioritize, to censor
00:05:41.840 post of Americans because the government doesn't like the message of the American who's posting
00:05:48.440 the message.
00:05:48.960 That seems like it's clear viewpoint discrimination.
00:05:52.740 That seems like it's a clear First Amendment violation.
00:05:56.680 So Judge Doughty down in Louisiana, who was appointed by President Trump, put an injunction
00:06:03.500 in place in place, preventing various federal government officials from communicating with these big
00:06:12.580 tech platforms to censor Americans.
00:06:15.840 The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals largely upheld Judge Doughty's decision, but limited the injunction
00:06:24.080 to fewer officials.
00:06:26.220 Then the Biden administration went to the Supreme Court to get that injunction vacated, which
00:06:33.500 they were successful in doing.
00:06:35.920 There were three dissents with Justice Clance Thomas, Justice Alito, and my former boss,
00:06:42.240 Justice Gorsuch, so only three dissents there to vacate that injunction that the Fifth Circuit
00:06:48.740 put in place, Judge Doughty and the Fifth Circuit put in place.
00:06:52.200 The issue before the Supreme Court is everyone acknowledges that if the government coerces these
00:07:00.980 big tech platforms to censor Americans based upon their political viewpoints, that's a clear
00:07:06.700 First Amendment violation.
00:07:09.480 But the disagreement is whether there's coercion here.
00:07:12.520 There's a difference they claim between jawboning, where these officials are encouraging or even
00:07:18.780 strongly encouraging these big tech platforms to censor Americans versus coercion.
00:07:25.160 I would say, and I think you would agree with this, Steve, that these big tech platforms are trillion-dollar
00:07:31.820 big tech monopolists.
00:07:34.660 You know, they control information and commerce in America.
00:07:38.140 They get antitrust amnesty from the governments.
00:07:41.520 They have Section 230 immunity from the governments.
00:07:44.660 They get these huge government contracts, so it's very easy for these government officials
00:07:51.760 to use that as a sort of Damocles over these big tech platforms next, that if they don't
00:07:59.300 do the government's censorship...
00:08:00.260 But ho, but ho, but ho, but ho, but ho, but ho, bidding.
00:08:03.480 But this is what I said this morning on the show.
00:08:05.940 They're willing conspirators here.
00:08:08.040 We don't live in capitalism.
00:08:09.720 We don't live in late-stage capitalism.
00:08:11.480 This is back to feudalism.
00:08:12.660 This is techno-feudalism with the sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley.
00:08:18.200 They're an active partner.
00:08:19.380 In fact, they're taking all the guys from the government.
00:08:21.760 They go over there for a while, make big paychecks, come back.
00:08:24.300 You know how the system...
00:08:25.220 Article 3 started with arguing this whole thing.
00:08:28.880 There's no coercion here.
00:08:31.340 They're active partners.
00:08:32.700 That's why I think this thing went so terrible today.
00:08:34.580 It was like the court was in an alternative reality.
00:08:37.960 Was I...
00:08:38.480 Am I mistaken on that, or at least from my hardcore perspective?
00:08:41.480 Well, look, because there were only three conservative justices who said that the Fifth Circuit's injunction was lawful,
00:08:51.540 and the other six justices apparently thought it was at least likely unlawful,
00:08:57.080 when they lifted that injunction, it kind of signaled to the rest of us where this case was going.
00:09:02.520 So it shouldn't surprise me.
00:09:04.620 Look, I think that if the justices don't side with these state AGs, if the justices side with the Biden administration
00:09:12.580 and these big tech platforms, they're clearly making the wrong decision.
00:09:17.860 And this is going to be very destructive to free speech in this country.
00:09:22.520 If the government can get away with censoring, silencing, deplatforming, and canceling, for example, doctors and scientists,
00:09:33.120 because they disagreed with the regime's doctors and scientists on COVID lockdowns,
00:09:39.380 that used to be called the scientific method.
00:09:42.140 That's how we got to better science in this country is when doctors and scientists disagreed on the science.
00:09:49.120 But that became heretical during COVID, and it was called misinformation and disinformation,
00:09:55.240 and these doctors were destroyed by the governments, by these big tech platforms.
00:10:01.120 If the Supreme Court thinks that that's okay, that that's permissible under the First Amendment,
00:10:06.880 we're going to go down a very slippery slope very fast,
00:10:12.080 and it's going to be very destructive to our free speech rights in this country.
00:10:17.500 But I want to remind everybody about this is about the vaccine hoax, which it was,
00:10:23.440 because that's an experimental gene therapy, and you shouldn't have had any mandates on it.
00:10:29.820 Good enough for the guys to try to do it, but it was experimental.
00:10:32.700 But also about election, look, we've been banned everywhere on all of these platforms because of this.
00:10:40.600 Not that we give a damn, but it should be people that go to these platforms
00:10:45.200 should have the ability to listen to War Room.
00:10:47.240 But I don't have a dog in this fight.
00:10:49.000 I've never come out and said, we've got to do this.
00:10:50.600 It is what it is, because I think these guys are worse.
00:10:53.220 I think the big tech guys are worse.
00:10:54.780 They are sociopaths.
00:10:55.820 They're worse than the government.
00:10:57.100 They're worse than the deep state, and the deep state is about as bad as it gets.
00:10:59.980 Remember, the principal thing here is about, it wasn't shutting up just a vaccine.
00:11:04.740 The principal thing was shutting up anybody that questioned Biden's legitimacy.
00:11:09.180 This is about the election hoax of Biden winning.
00:11:12.680 This was about the election crimes of the Biden regime stealing the election.
00:11:17.520 That was the central heart.
00:11:18.420 Yes, the vaccine and Dr. Corey, all those guys got crushed.
00:11:21.400 But the central way they started, the way these criminals started,
00:11:25.100 was they didn't want to have any dissent after they stole an election.
00:11:28.420 Today, I didn't hear any hardball question.
00:11:32.600 Maybe I missed it.
00:11:33.820 Okay, you're the guy.
00:11:35.020 Did, did, it will play, in fact, let's play, can we play Judge Brown, Justice Brown's right now?
00:11:41.200 Your favorite, Mike Davis will play this right now.
00:11:44.640 Justice Jackson.
00:11:45.540 So my biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods.
00:11:58.140 I mean, what would you have the government do?
00:12:00.580 I've heard you say a couple times that the government can post its own speech.
00:12:04.840 But in my hypothetical, you know, kids, this is not safe, don't do it, is not going to get it done.
00:12:12.000 And so I guess some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country.
00:12:22.160 And you seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.
00:12:33.960 So can you help me?
00:12:35.380 Because I'm really, I'm really worried about that.
00:12:37.800 Because you've got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances from the government's perspective.
00:12:46.300 And you're saying that the government can't interact with the source of those problems.
00:12:52.960 And, Your Honor, I understand that incident.
00:12:54.800 And I guess what I tell you is.
00:12:58.040 Somehow I think Justice Jackson is not a believer that our rights come directly from God.
00:13:04.420 She's a believer in the French Revolution, not maybe so much the American Revolution.
00:13:09.060 Mike Davis?
00:13:10.400 I mean, that was probably the dumbest and most shocking thing I've heard out of a Supreme Court justice in a very, very long time.
00:13:20.000 I mean, the fact that she thinks that the government should not be hamstrung by the First Amendment to the Constitution is, I mean, that's really just absolutely shocking.
00:13:33.040 And so I imagine because she's so intellectually honest that when President Trump is back in the White House after January 20th, 2025, and he has Mike Davis, his viceroy of D.C.
00:13:47.980 Because I can't be the attorney general, so I'm going to be his viceroy.
00:13:50.480 And I am calling Facebook and Google and Amazon and Apple and saying, you know what, I think these BLM messages are really dangerous for kids.
00:14:01.120 And I think these pro-immigrant messages are very dangerous to kids.
00:14:05.600 So I want you to take them down.
00:14:07.520 And Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson said that not only can I be persuasive, I can be a little bit coercive to do it because it's protecting kids.
00:14:15.180 And then I can use that to take down BLM's website and these pro-immigration websites.
00:14:20.340 I bet you she'd be perfectly fine with that.
00:14:24.060 First off, we're going to take a break.
00:14:26.520 I knew you were the viceroy.
00:14:27.640 You see, here's the thing.
00:14:29.080 Media Matters takes it seriously.
00:14:30.900 When you start doing the Irish ironic humor, they take it seriously.
00:14:33.920 So now we're going to have Mike Davis is saying on War Room, Bannon's talked to Trump, and he's too radical to get confirmed as attorney general.
00:14:42.500 They're going to appoint him viceroy of the District of Columbia.
00:14:46.480 We're going to take a short break.
00:14:47.820 Mary Holland from the Children's Defense Foundation is going to join us.
00:14:52.980 We'll be back in a second.
00:14:57.500 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of, 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.
00:15:08.760 How will your hard-earned savings fare during this year?
00:15:11.340 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store.
00:15:16.280 The dollar continues to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase.
00:15:21.160 How are you protecting your savings?

00:16:18.460 Action.
00:16:26.700 War Room.
00:16:34.780 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:36.840 Bannon.
00:16:38.940 Okay, the president of Children's Health Defense, not the Viceroy, joins us now from the War Room.
00:16:45.640 Ma'am, you've just left outside the Supreme Court.
00:16:48.100 But your assessment today, the two mix on the show, His Excellency Lord Davis and Stephen K.
00:16:54.640 Bannon are a little down the dumps.
00:16:56.080 So perk us up.
00:16:58.560 Well, I'm honored to be with the Viceroy and the other excellency.
00:17:02.120 It's my pleasure.
00:17:03.300 Yeah, I sat in on the oral argument this morning at the Supreme Court and then participated in a rally that Children's Health Defense sponsored outside the court.
00:17:12.740 So I want to give sort of the upside first.
00:17:15.580 So it's a triumph on a certain level, Steve, to be in the Supreme Court.
00:17:21.260 Most COVID cases have either been declared moot or they've been rejected on standing.
00:17:26.000 And this case started in the Western District of Louisiana Federal District Court.
00:17:31.060 And Judge Terry Doty on July 4th, Independence Day, issued a decision in 2023 saying this is a massive censorship industrial complex, effectively.
00:17:42.880 And we have to enjoin it.
00:17:44.040 We have to enjoin the Biden administration on this.
00:17:46.880 And he granted an injunction, which is a very high bar, meaning that it's likely that this party is going to win on the merits.
00:17:54.260 The petitioners were the states of Missouri and Louisiana and seven individual plaintiffs, that they would win on the merits.
00:18:01.980 And that then that there was irreparable harm if this activity continued.
00:18:05.980 And the Fifth Circuit paused that injunction and heard it themselves.
00:18:10.360 And then they sort of narrowed the scope of the agencies they would restrict.
00:18:15.120 But then they expanded it again.
00:18:16.440 And then the government, the Biden administration, appealed to the Supreme Court.
00:18:21.440 The Supreme Court stayed, paused the enforcement of the injunction, pending their own review.
00:18:28.780 And that happened today, March 18.
00:18:30.760 So the good news is that this case about this censorship industrial complex, which was documented in 20,000 pages of evidence from the district court, got to the Supreme Court.
00:18:44.460 And I'm reminded today of the saying that's attributed to Mahatma Gandhi is first they ignore you, then they mock you, then they fight you, and then you win.
00:18:54.780 And so I think what is the case today is they were battling so-called misinformation.
00:19:00.440 They were censoring information about the election, information about the Biden family, and information about COVID.
00:19:07.040 Children's Health Defense was deeply engaged in putting out truthful, well-sourced information about everything that was going on in COVID, about the shots, about the masks, about the lockdowns, about the testing.
00:19:19.180 And we were shut out.
00:19:20.760 We were deplatformed on Facebook.
00:19:22.340 We were deplatformed on Twitter.
00:19:23.640 We were deplatformed on Instagram.
00:19:26.160 We were deplatformed from just about anything you could be on a platform for.
00:19:29.620 So we had a direct interest in this, and we put in a friend of the court brief, and our case, the Kennedy versus Biden, which is directed specifically at these individuals in the Biden administration, that's been consolidated at the trial court.
00:19:46.540 What was disappointing today, Steve, was that the court wasn't outraged by the extent of this censorship industrial complex that has come to exist over the last four years.
00:19:57.140 I was hoping to see that kind of outrage, because the First Amendment is the First Amendment for a reason.
00:20:04.620 Free speech is the fount of all other rights, of assembly, of conscience, of everything.
00:20:11.760 And so I didn't feel the kind of outrage that I had hoped to feel.
00:20:15.480 But I can't read the tea leaves.
00:20:17.800 I don't think all hope is lost, but I didn't see the kind of the sentiment of free speech is the most important value that we have or one of the most important.
00:20:30.220 Yes, there are certain things the government can do in an emergency, and there are tests for what a government can do.
00:20:36.560 But our view, based on a Supreme Court decision that's called Norwood, is that the U.S. government cannot do by proxy what it cannot do on its own.
00:20:47.600 And it's very clear that they were outsourcing this censorship to the social media platforms, because they knew they couldn't do this directly.
00:20:55.520 And they did it in secret.
00:20:56.840 We had no idea.
00:20:58.240 We, the taxpayers, the citizens, would have had no idea but for the discovery in the federal district court.
00:21:04.960 So I'm incredibly grateful to the federal district court for allowing this case to move forward, for putting this discovery out there.
00:21:11.680 I'm grateful to the Twitter files and to all of the work that's been done by serious journalists.
00:21:16.940 But we're not done yet.
00:21:18.220 And no matter how the Supreme Court comes out on this, we know that the threat of a kind of totalitarian censorship is real worldwide at this point, being escalated even and outsourced further, potentially to the World Health Organization,
00:21:33.000 that has put misinformation at the forefront of this idea of health.
00:21:38.040 So we're in the midst of this.
00:21:40.460 And I think how this case comes out is very, very significant.
00:21:45.300 And we probably won't get a decision on this until June.
00:21:50.220 Yeah, great.
00:21:51.200 Mary, hang on for a second.
00:21:52.160 I'm going to come right back to you.
00:21:52.940 Mike, Mary articulated what my feelings are, is that this was all hidden.
00:21:58.980 And the social media companies, come on, man, they weren't coerced.
00:22:02.420 They can think of a hundred different better ways to do it.
00:22:05.060 They're almost the lead sled dogs in this.
00:22:08.400 And where's the outrage?
00:22:10.100 To Mary's point, this is the freedom of the American people.
00:22:14.340 And we got three justices, right, according to the great Gorsuch and, of course, Justice Thomas's court.
00:22:20.620 But where was the outrage?
00:22:22.840 And that's the problem.
00:22:23.960 Think about this.
00:22:24.660 How many people unnecessarily suffered and died during COVID because of scientists being censored by the regime?
00:22:34.580 How many people, whether it was the bogus six-foot rule that wasn't based upon science, the useless face masks that don't stop the spread of COVID?
00:22:46.720 But think about that.
00:22:47.340 If these face masks did not work, cloth face masks did not work for the first year of COVID before we got the vaccine, and the vaccine doesn't stop the spread of COVID?
00:23:00.280 How did they get the science right?
00:23:02.280 Hang on.
00:23:02.920 Well, today in the New York Times, they got a report that, oh, with the schools, the kids lost two years.
00:23:09.440 They'll never catch it up.
00:23:10.720 And, oh, by the way, everything we said in the teachers and the unions and the education poobahs in New York said was wrong about the spread of COVID.
00:23:18.660 I mean, Mary Holland, they torched the children's health defense for even bringing this up.
00:23:23.420 Naomi Wolf, they made her a leper for even talking about it.
00:23:26.400 Today, oh, upon further review and analysis, it's right, but it's years afterwards.
00:23:32.600 So I think what people are missing was some of the outrage of some of the superstar justices to light people up in that room and put big tech on notice that not only deep staters, but big tech is part of the problem.
00:23:45.780 This is the Mike Davis, the reason you started Article III and are living hand-to-mouth instead of being some $5 million-a-year lawyer at a white shoe law firm, sir.
00:23:54.900 Well, I'm too crazy to get hired by those law firms, but I would say this.
00:23:59.780 Where are all these Democrats who pretend to care about these disadvantaged kids, particularly these black kids, in these schools that were shut down, right?
00:24:09.760 So they couldn't go to school.
00:24:12.400 You didn't have teachers looking out for these kids to make sure that they weren't being neglected, to make sure that they weren't being abused.
00:24:19.160 And, you know, these black kids in these inner-city schools are already behind their counterparts in the white suburban schools.
00:24:28.120 They weren't getting some education.
00:24:29.460 Let me ask, hang on.
00:24:32.100 Today they said that, but I didn't hear that in the court.
00:24:34.580 Mary, you guys were vilified about the very thing the New York Times said today is because the issues at the court.
00:24:40.780 But I didn't see anybody really standing up for the fact – and that didn't even get to a stolen election.
00:24:45.820 That was just on the COVID part of it, ma'am.
00:24:48.300 So one of the things that was so disturbing today, Steve, was that none of the lawyers or the justices brought out that truthful information was knowingly being censored.
00:24:58.700 And that was at the behest of the government and with the knowledge of the social media platforms.
00:25:03.460 We were telling the truth about the emergency use authorization nature of these shots.
00:25:08.920 Nobody knew if they were going to be safe.
00:25:10.660 Nobody knew if they were going to be effective.
00:25:12.260 In fact, there were probably people who knew that they weren't safe or effective and that they wouldn't stop transmission before they ever even hit the marketplace.
00:25:18.880 That point wasn't really effectively made.
00:25:21.580 But exactly what – to Mike's point, these kids, so many people were so injured.
00:25:26.340 Businesses were lost.
00:25:27.400 Lives were lost.
00:25:28.440 People were injured.
00:25:29.780 Children were taught they were lepers.
00:25:32.060 Children were kept at home.
00:25:33.420 People were isolated.
00:25:34.420 There was no freedom of assembly.
00:25:35.900 There were no religious gatherings.
00:25:37.240 There was no free expression on the internet.
00:25:39.940 And none of the courts seemed to really, really, really get into that.
00:25:43.880 That is what happens when you restrict speech.
00:25:46.420 That is precisely why there has to be free speech.
00:25:49.520 And none of the justices really picked up that torch in a way that at least in oral argument we could see.
00:25:55.280 It doesn't mean that they won't come out with a ferocious decision.
00:25:58.620 And I hope they do because really our country is founded on free speech.
00:26:03.460 And there are – it is to protect individuals' speech.
00:26:07.980 And what the government did here in collusion with social media, as joint actors with social media, but the government on its own, they were suppressing third-party speech.
00:26:18.120 And they were restricting what we, the people, could learn about the truth, about hydroxychloroquine, about ivermectin, about the efficacy of masks.
00:26:27.320 All of that was suppressed in favor of this government orthodoxy.
00:26:31.760 And it took lives.
00:26:33.540 And today in the courtroom, they said twice, this was the pandemic, a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic.
00:26:38.800 Well, do these people not know that they're going to be creating a pandemic preparedness industry that is now moving into the White House?
00:26:46.740 It's moving into the World Health Organization.
00:26:48.980 This is the paradigm going forward so that governments will be able to shut things down at a moment's notice on their own say-so.
00:26:57.580 And fighting so-called misinformation is central to this new paradigm.
00:27:02.460 And, again, I didn't hear that urgency from the lawyers or, well, from the lawyer for Missouri who was arguing or from the justices that what is the future harm of what has happened in the last four years is portentous.
00:27:16.780 It's very, very real.
00:27:18.460 And so the fight is far from over.
00:27:23.740 Mike, I got 45 seconds, and I want to hold you through the break.
00:27:27.580 45 seconds.
00:27:28.520 What are you looking for when she says a righteous decision?
00:27:31.580 What would you look for to be the appropriate decision here we'll see in June?
00:27:37.020 Well, I'm not optimistic about this decision.
00:27:39.880 But what I would say is I think that the Supreme Court should hold that these big tech platforms control the online public square.
00:27:47.900 And that online public square is government-created, government-sponsored, and government-controlled through Section 230, through antitrust amnesty, through these big federal grants.
00:27:59.900 And when these big tech platforms censor Americans, I think it's a First Amendment violation on its own.
00:28:06.160 But certainly when the government pushes them to do it.
00:28:08.700 Mike, where can people go to get you to get more information about this?
00:28:13.860 Where do they go?
00:28:14.920 Article3project.org or Article3project.org.
00:28:19.760 Amazing.
00:28:20.380 Thanks, Mike.
00:28:21.160 Mary Holland's going to stick around for part of the next segment.
00:28:24.540 Stick around.
00:28:25.340 Maybe have some Warpath coffee.
00:28:27.140 Let's get jacked up.
00:28:29.220 Big afternoon here in the world.
00:28:30.480 Who can you trust?
00:28:34.920 Government leaders repeatedly fail us.
00:28:37.100 Self-appointed experts have led us astray.
00:28:39.520 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold.
00:28:44.380 We can't quite shake it.
00:28:46.880 But you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.
00:28:49.940 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.
00:28:55.480 Not sure where to start?
00:28:56.840 Well, try this.

00:29:58.980 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:04.020 You think there's turbulence?
00:30:05.620 Look what happened in the Supreme Court today.
00:30:07.300 And this is not going to stop.
00:30:08.420 I'm telling you, the tech overlords are going to come out of this more empowered than they've ever been.
00:30:13.740 That's just reality, folks.
00:30:15.640 We're going to have to deal with it.
00:30:17.520 Birchgold.com slash Bannon, the end of the dollar empire.
00:30:21.920 See why the sociopathic overlords continue to drive it because they control Washington, D.C.
00:30:26.380 Let's be blunt about it.
00:30:27.340 That's why the money keeps getting printed because they're in control and we're not.
00:30:31.460 But we're fighting for that control.
00:30:32.840 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:30:35.240 Find out why gold has been a hedge for 8,000 years.
00:30:38.720 Find out why every couple of days we're hitting an all-time or close to an all-time price in gold.
00:30:42.700 The convergent factors.
00:30:44.540 Go do that today.
00:30:45.620 Mary Holland, what would be the best outcome that you would hope for or anticipate in June on this ruling?
00:30:51.920 Well, I think the best outcome, Steve, is for the Supreme Court to uphold the injunction that the Fifth Circuit imposed.
00:31:01.380 They've done – the trial court did the fact-finding and the Fifth Circuit already reviewed this.
00:31:05.640 So the best outcome in my mind is they uphold the preliminary injunction.
00:31:09.440 The level of government censorship stops.
00:31:11.880 We actually get replatformed into some of these things.
00:31:14.840 And the case goes forward.
00:31:16.760 There's further discovery.
00:31:18.000 There's depositions.
00:31:19.080 There's interrogatories.
00:31:20.400 And there's a lot more information that's exchanged.
00:31:22.560 And then there's a trial.
00:31:24.300 That's the best outcome.
00:31:25.940 And one that I don't think is yet foreclosed.
00:31:28.120 I really don't know how this is going to come out based on the oral argument today, Steve.
00:31:32.560 Okay, perfect.
00:31:35.260 We'll keep – we're on this one 24-7.
00:31:38.020 Before I let you go, you had mentioned about our sovereignty and you had mentioned about World Health.
00:31:42.840 We had Frank Gaffney on today, the Sovereignty Coalition.
00:31:45.660 Give our audience just a quick heads up on how dangerous is what is happening in Geneva right now with that crowd.
00:31:53.540 Well, just like you pointed out, Steve, that this whole censorship industrial complex has been created in secret.
00:31:59.520 People would not know anything about it but for this case, Missouri v. Biden.
00:32:03.920 It's really similar.
00:32:05.060 What's happening at the World Health Organization with these international health regulations and treaty is way outside the scope of what normal Americans living their lives are looking at.
00:32:15.280 And yet this could have profound implications for our lives.
00:32:19.320 The reason that the whole COVID lockdown started was because of a public health emergency declaration by the Secretary General of the World Health Organization back in 2020, four years ago to the week.
00:32:31.480 That could happen again on a regular basis if, in fact, these international health regulations go through the World Health Assembly, which is meeting at the end of May.
00:32:41.220 So we at Children's Health Defense and other organizations like Sovereignty Coalition and other groups, Door to Freedom, we're all focused on what's happening right now in that sphere.
00:32:51.000 We've got to make sure that countries around the world say, no, we're democracies.
00:32:56.000 We decide what happens with our own health.
00:32:58.840 We decide what the measures are that we use in any kind of pandemic or any other health crisis.
00:33:05.580 It's not going to be some secretary general who's not even a doctor who's in Geneva.
00:33:09.860 It's going to be our citizens and the people that we elect and people who are accountable to us.
00:33:15.700 It's not going to be some faraway bureaucracy that has no accountability that's incredibly insulated with liability protection in some remote place.
00:33:25.860 That's just not just it just makes no sense in terms of human rights and in terms of health and in terms of democracy.
00:33:34.800 Mary, where do people get all the content from Children's Health?
00:33:37.700 Where do you go?
00:33:38.160 Yeah, please, people, tune in to CHD TV.
00:33:42.220 We broadcast every day and we have the full coverage of a rally in front of the Supreme Court today about free speech.
00:33:48.140 Some amazing speakers, doctors, lawyers, citizen activists, really interesting stuff.
00:33:53.860 And we're at Children'sHealthDefense.org.
00:33:55.940 We have a library.
00:33:57.060 We put out a newsletter every day.
00:33:59.900 We're on social media, Children'sHealthDefense.org.
00:34:02.820 I want to thank the young filmmaker, Claire Dooley, who was our camera operator today in the world room and one of the great young filmmakers.
00:34:11.600 Thank you.
00:34:11.860 I think she filmed.
00:34:13.580 I think she filmed.
00:34:14.520 And so we can see all the great rally today.
00:34:17.260 Mary, thank you so much.
00:34:18.300 And thanks for the whole world from the whole world.
00:34:20.880 Possibly about the great job you guys do over Children's Health.
00:34:23.060 So thank you so much.
00:34:23.960 Thank you, Steve.
00:34:24.600 Appreciate it.
00:34:27.100 Michael Patrick Leahy, your thoughts about all this before we transition to Haiti?
00:34:31.240 We've got a great group of individuals up in Chicago that I know are being crushed every day by this illegal alien invasion.
00:34:37.360 It's only getting worse.
00:34:38.500 Tell me about your thoughts on the Supreme Court.
00:34:40.300 I don't think there was enough outrage today.
00:34:42.880 Your thoughts?
00:34:44.200 Steve, I'm not a constitutional attorney, but I am a journalist.
00:34:47.340 And we at the Star News Network have been throttled by Facebook and Google and NewsGuard.
00:34:53.520 I didn't hear a lot of arguments, a lot of questioning from any of the Supreme Court justices to defend my right to publish the truth and not be throttled.
00:35:04.580 I'm pessimistic about how that's going to turn out.
00:35:08.480 Yeah, no, it's grim.
00:35:10.360 Mary, though, she makes a good case, so we'll stay on top of this one.
00:35:13.500 Haiti, you talked to some senior diplomats today.
00:35:16.100 Biden's in back of this.
00:35:17.160 We're going to talk to some folks in Chicago whose lives every day get worse because there's 9 million, 10 million illegal alien invaders in this country and more coming because of the Biden regime.
00:35:27.400 Your thoughts on Haiti, sir?
00:35:28.480 Yeah, on my radio show, the Michael Patrick Leahy Show, heard on the John Fredericks Radio Network, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 760 a.m. here in Nashville, I interviewed the former U.S. Special Envoy to Haiti, Dan Foote.
00:35:44.520 And Dan confirmed everything that Todd Benzman told you on Saturday, that indeed the United States scuttled the 2021 free and fair elections in Haiti.
00:35:58.000 And that scuttling was really the proximate cause of the current failed state in Haiti.
00:36:05.820 And it is I mean, it's interesting because you broke this and it became significant over the past week with the disasters in Haiti.
00:36:15.540 But look, everything Todd Benzman told you about the forced repatriation of 15,000 Haitian immigrants in 2021 from the Del Rio camp, migrant camp were true.
00:36:29.380 And a deal was cut with Ariel Henry.
00:36:33.780 And this fellow, Dan Foote, was sent down to Haiti after the assassination of Henry's predecessor.
00:36:41.760 And guess what? The predecessor cut a deal, took in about 7,000 of those Haitians in deportation plane rides from ice air.
00:36:54.580 And the elections never happened.
00:36:56.660 He resigned in protest and he's not gone back since.
00:37:03.500 Michael Patrick Leahy, where do people go to get to your news network? Where do they go to get your show?
00:37:07.640 The Tennessee Star dot com, the Tennessee Star dot com.
00:37:12.660 And you can follow me on social at Michael P. Leahy.
00:37:15.880 Michael P. Leahy, that's that's Twitter, Getter, True Social, all of the above.
00:37:23.600 Leahy, thank you so much. Thank you for the great work you're doing.
00:37:26.180 We're going to pull the clip from Foote, who who basically confirmed what Benzman said.
00:37:30.100 Matt Gaetz has just put out he's demanding the Biden call at the United States Navy to act as a shield to the state of Florida and return to repatriate.
00:37:40.320 Not to let folks go to Gitmo, not to let them go to Key West, but to repatriate them back to Port-au-Prince right now to get the Coast Guard out of the way or acting as escort vessels.
00:37:50.020 Ben Burquam, you're in Chicago.
00:37:53.340 These heart rendering videos you've been playing of the citizens of the United States in Chicago that are being abused by the Biden regime and the in the administrative state to bear the brunt of this illegal alien invasion.
00:38:06.540 What say you, sir?
00:38:08.980 Yeah, Steve, I'll let them say it themselves.
00:38:11.100 I'm going to start with Pastor Laurie.
00:38:13.400 First, first, give an honor to God and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for making possible me to be here.
00:38:18.180 This is a travesty of justice.
00:38:21.100 Federal laws have been broken.
00:38:23.260 We have illegal immigrants in our country.
00:38:26.140 We have veterans and we have homeless people in Chicago that are still sleeping under the viaducts.
00:38:31.340 They don't have food to eat.
00:38:32.980 And yet they're giving millions of dollars to illegal aliens who are here, who are not a part of this country, who have never spent one penny.
00:38:41.160 And to the American people and patriots across this country, it's time for us to be one America.
00:38:46.120 No longer can we sit back and say, I'm a white American, I'm a black American.
00:38:50.900 We have to be Americans right now and stand up to the tyranny that we see that the Democratic Party is doing in our community.
00:38:58.780 You're talking about our schools.
00:39:00.420 You're talking about pedophiles, drug cartels, drugs here.
00:39:04.580 You got immigrants killing people and shooting people and intimidating.
00:39:08.940 This is not the American way of life.
00:39:11.680 And I just think the American people need to stand up right now, push back and say no more to the Democrats.
00:39:18.220 Say no more to those who are stealing money and taking money, especially the black politicians and the black community across this country who will not stand up for the black community.
00:39:28.780 Because if the black politicians stood up and answered the call and asked questions why and said no, that we will not have the illegals here.
00:39:37.480 If the black politicians said no, we're not going to have homosexuals and transgenders in our schools.
00:39:43.560 It's up to the black politicians to stop this, but they haven't.
00:39:47.720 So I'm telling black people across this country, we can no longer vote for the Democratic Party.
00:39:52.880 We can no longer sit back and let them, allow them to destroy our community.
00:39:57.820 We must make that change.
00:39:59.400 And I'm suggesting that black people across the country watching this, that we stand up, stand up and put Donald Trump back into office.
00:40:07.500 Because when he was in office, we didn't see all of this.
00:40:10.600 There was no inflation.
00:40:11.860 There was no wars.
00:40:13.360 There was no illegal immigrants in our country.
00:40:16.320 Trump did what he needed to do to secure the borders.
00:40:18.840 And now that the Democrats are in office, our whole country has gone to hell in a handbasket.
00:40:24.760 And if the American people and patriots across this country, especially Christians, those who say they love God and Christ,
00:40:32.200 if we don't stand together and become the body of Christ to stop the evil that we see, then we're going to lose this country pretty much, Ben.
00:40:42.040 Pastor, let me ask your phone.
00:40:43.900 Hang on, Ben.
00:40:44.340 Hang on, Pastor, the black community has been the foundational element of the Democratic Party.
00:40:52.380 The Federal Reserve chairman has said that the central reason they allowed these 10 million illegal alien immigrants in was to drive down labor costs,
00:41:01.940 to basically drive down because the working class wages were the problem in inflation.
00:41:05.540 What say you to that, that this has been a well-thought-through, not chaotic, this has been a well-thought-through invasion of our country,
00:41:13.380 planned and exacerbated by the Democratic Party to destroy the wages of black African-American working-class families?
00:41:23.320 Well, that was part of the plan.
00:41:25.900 And I think it was a bigger plan, yes, to destroy the black community, to push wages down to zero of nothing, to take jobs out of our community.
00:41:36.440 But the biggest issue that I can see, this is a spiritual war, Mr. Banyan.
00:41:41.560 This war is being fought, and it's time for Christians to stand up.
00:41:45.220 It's time for pastors to come together and take their rightful place and say no to this government and what they're doing.
00:41:51.820 And if we don't understand where we're at right now, and the American people and patriots across this country don't come together and deal with this issue,
00:42:00.600 then we're losing.
00:42:01.480 We're losing our children in the schools to evil.
00:42:04.180 Half of them cannot even read or write.
00:42:06.260 They're graduating at 90 percent.
00:42:08.480 The math proficiency is in the low teens.
00:42:11.040 Reading, reading, all of these things are against what the American people and the American way of life that have been for us for so many years.
00:42:19.460 And I just think that it's time that all Americans get together.
00:42:23.240 We have to stand together and unify ourselves, and we have to get the Democrats out of office.
00:42:29.220 And that's why I'm telling black folks across the country, we need a checkup from the neck up.
00:42:34.680 We need to get them out of our community.
00:42:37.180 We need to stand together.
00:42:38.980 We need to put somebody in the community.
00:42:41.040 And make sure we change the leadership locally so that we can get all the things that we deserve opposed to our money going to all of these illegals
00:42:49.060 and nothing coming back to our communities here in America.
00:42:52.280 Yeah, and Steve, I think Bob Israel, I know you could jump in on that as well.
00:42:56.180 And I want to get Terrence in here as well.
00:42:57.800 Go ahead, Steve.
00:42:59.140 Yes, thanks for letting me participate.
00:43:02.040 By the way, Ben, hang on for one second.
00:43:04.720 I've got to go to break.
00:43:05.640 Just hold the guys.
00:43:07.080 I'm going to come back.
00:43:07.760 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:43:09.060 I want to make sure everybody goes, checks out.
00:43:11.920 See, right here, you're seeing people who are prepared to stand up and fight back.
00:43:15.840 The pastor is absolutely correct.
00:43:17.220 It's a spiritual war.
00:43:18.780 At its heart, it's a spiritual war.
00:43:20.400 And I hope and I pray that that message is starting to get some traction.
00:43:24.220 Make sure times of turbulence are with us.
00:43:26.720 They're going to be ahead of us.
00:43:27.860 And they're going to be even when Trump wins.
00:43:30.240 That's when the really hard work starts.
00:43:31.640 So that's not going to go away.

00:46:04.680 Okay, Ben Berquam is in Chicago.
00:46:07.440 Ben, let me turn it back to you.
00:46:08.580 I want to get as many voices into this conversation as possible.
00:46:12.000 We've got eight minutes before we wrap up.
00:46:14.320 Go ahead, Ben.
00:46:16.700 I'm going to hand it over to Bob Israel.
00:46:18.340 We're just going to go around the group here.
00:46:20.160 Bob, they were talking about taking the jobs away,
00:46:22.120 the representation in the community.
00:46:23.680 What's your message?
00:46:24.280 Well, thanks for letting me speak.
00:46:26.860 The illegal aliens, is it safe to say that?
00:46:29.020 Illegal?
00:46:29.460 Okay.
00:46:30.720 The illegal aliens are taking their jobs.
00:46:33.120 And I'm going to just leave it at this.
00:46:34.780 It's going to be a bloodbath.
00:46:37.000 And it already is.
00:46:38.160 Now, I want to say that.
00:46:40.600 He's being a little facetious there.
00:46:42.440 But it already is a bloodbath in Chicago.
00:46:44.540 I want to get you in on here, Terrence.
00:46:45.880 You're raising up these young guys, teaching them basketball.
00:46:48.780 But it's already a bloodbath in Chicago.
00:46:50.680 No one cares about that.
00:46:51.520 A real, literal bloodbath.
00:46:52.660 It's Chirac.
00:46:53.540 It's Chirac.
00:46:54.480 Chirac.
00:46:55.180 Chirac.
00:46:55.840 Chirac.
00:46:56.560 Well, it's a problem because those individuals who we deemed or voted in as aldermen,
00:47:02.380 you know, those leaders, they're not really representing the community.
00:47:05.600 And that's the biggest problem.
00:47:07.280 You know, I know myself.
00:47:08.920 I've been raising money, you know, of course, to go on a national tournament,
00:47:13.160 basketball tournament with my youngsters.
00:47:14.820 And we can't get the politicians to help.
00:47:17.100 We can't get the aldermen to help.
00:47:18.800 It's always coming from the parents.
00:47:20.880 And in this case, when you're doing something like this for the youngsters, that's a community thing.
00:47:26.540 It says it takes a village to raise those.
00:47:28.940 So I'm looking for them to put forth their hand, and they never do.
00:47:32.680 And what's the organization again?
00:47:34.380 This is the Chicago Stars basketball organization.
00:47:36.920 And so they're spending millions on illegals, but nothing for you?
00:47:39.980 Nothing for me.
00:47:40.900 And I've been doing this for almost 30 years.
00:47:42.760 Nothing for me.
00:47:43.640 Wow.
00:47:43.860 Nothing for me.
00:47:44.800 Unbelievable.
00:47:45.420 Sir?
00:47:46.080 Hey, Ben.
00:47:47.120 Ben, can I?
00:47:48.460 Yeah, Ben.
00:47:49.180 Go ahead, Steve.
00:47:50.880 Let me just ask a question.
00:47:52.200 As many veterans, as many people that live in Chicago in the community that have served the country for generation to generation,
00:48:00.580 many people have been here for 150, 200 years.
00:48:04.360 How can they possibly just turn their back on American citizens?
00:48:07.680 These are American citizens we're talking about.
00:48:09.260 How do they prioritize foreigners over American citizens?
00:48:13.940 What is their rationale for doing that?
00:48:17.420 Yeah, I'll let you guys jump in.
00:48:18.980 Anyone who wants to jump in on that?
00:48:19.920 Well, I want to say a little bit of something about that.
00:48:21.940 It's by design.
00:48:23.260 It's by design.
00:48:24.260 The first thing that I notice is when they put the illegal aliens in our community is the way we're treated in the black community.
00:48:31.280 They want to pent us against each other.
00:48:33.520 That's their objective.
00:48:34.780 There is no middle class.
00:48:36.160 They want to eliminate that completely, totally, eliminate the middle class and control the narrative.
00:48:41.120 They have the upper class and then the lower class.
00:48:43.760 The children are being educated in school.
00:48:46.400 We can't get anything, resources whatsoever.
00:48:49.420 I've been in this community.
00:48:50.620 I'm born and raised in the south side of Chicago.
00:48:53.140 I've lived in America all my life.
00:48:56.020 Do you know how it makes me feel as a man when they have these stereotypes that there are no strong black men in our community, no strong black women in our community?
00:49:04.200 This right here is a show that we are strong and we are caring about our community.
00:49:08.920 But when we lift our voices, no one is listening.
00:49:12.180 The politicians that we put in office, they're not doing their jobs.
00:49:15.260 So as we were speaking earlier today, what we're going to do is we're going to hold them responsible for their actions.
00:49:23.200 We're going to expose them for the corruption and things that they're not doing.
00:49:27.460 We should be able to get the same type of treatment that you're giving people that are not even American citizens.
00:49:33.900 And we've had enough of it.
00:49:35.200 This brother was absolutely correct.
00:49:37.220 What's going to happen is you're going to have a bloodbath in the communities.
00:49:40.480 And that's exactly what they want for us to eliminate one another.
00:49:45.820 Thank you, sir.
00:49:46.680 Come up over here, young man.
00:49:47.780 Help.
00:49:48.300 And Terry, I want to get you down here.
00:49:52.180 You were talking about that earlier, about the division.
00:49:55.520 Yes.
00:49:56.440 Come up closer so they can see you.
00:49:59.000 Immigrants being in the community, we have to understand that we don't own a community.
00:50:03.800 And we have to start holding local politicians accountable.
00:50:08.520 Once we do those things, start owning the community and hold politicians accountable, these type of things won't be thrust down our throat.
00:50:16.320 We have to understand and fight back on the local level.
00:50:19.500 Yes, I understand it's a political, I mean, not a political, a presidential election coming up.
00:50:25.060 But we need to understand, we need locally, locally we need to understand our mayors, our senators, our congressmen, our aldermen.
00:50:32.840 We need to understand that these are the people who's really allowing these things to happen.
00:50:37.060 And when we look at our community, we need to understand you can't complain about people coming and intruding on your community when you don't own a community.
00:50:45.460 They're going for the highest dollars.
00:50:47.200 It's the messed up thing to say, but that's just what it is.
00:50:51.020 When you could put a person out who was paying you $600 rent and the government telling you, I would pay you $2,000 rent for this illegal, that's just what it is.
00:50:59.700 They take more money.
00:51:00.540 We need to take back our community on the ownership level.
00:51:03.240 So many homes has been passed down.
00:51:05.560 We've wrecked our own communities when we look at the violence, the drugs, and things of that nature.
00:51:10.460 This is how they were able to come in and just drop them in our community and say, you got to take it.
00:51:15.700 So we have to understand we got to fight back ourselves.
00:51:18.540 It's enough complaining.
00:51:20.000 We have to move forward and unite.
00:51:22.180 I'm talking about American people and especially poor Americans in these ghettos and these communities where they are dropping them off.
00:51:29.180 They're not dropping them off in the foreign communities.
00:51:31.200 They're dropping them off on us.
00:51:33.000 So we have to come together and understand ownership and holding our politicians accountable.
00:51:38.440 That's all.
00:51:38.920 And I want to give Terry just a quick second here.
00:51:42.100 Terry's one of the guys who got me here to Chicago and introduced me to all these guys.
00:51:46.320 So it's not just the black community.
00:51:47.720 It's the Italian community.
00:51:48.660 It's everybody.
00:51:49.660 Yeah.
00:51:49.880 Ex-Democrat, Italian-American, union family, southwest side of Chicago.
00:51:54.220 My family's all Republicans now and fed up with what's been going on with the Democratic Party.
00:52:00.880 A lot of union, I have lots of friends that are union leaders.
00:52:03.340 I don't understand why they're not upset with what's going on.
00:52:06.560 They're pumping all these illegals.
00:52:07.680 They're going to be going after.
00:52:08.820 As a matter of fact, I saw at Home Depot, they're trying to get jobs.
00:52:11.280 They're standing outside Home Depot asking people to pick them up and give them jobs, paying cash, while they're being paid by us, while they're living in a housing that we're paying for.
00:52:19.860 And we've got to all come together.
00:52:21.020 They don't want us talking like this.
00:52:22.740 They don't want us to see us come together as one people fighting for the United States of America.
00:52:27.740 It doesn't matter if you're a black, white, Democrat, or Republican.
00:52:31.020 If we don't have a country, it doesn't matter what you do for a living or what your color is.
00:52:35.720 We have to come together and not let them win.
00:52:38.400 Steve?
00:52:39.800 Hey, Ben, just ask the pastor, how do we avoid, somebody said a bloodbath or bloodshed.
00:52:44.620 How do we avoid that?
00:52:45.580 I've got a minute left.
00:52:46.980 Tell me, how do we avoid this?
00:52:48.400 Because we don't want it to devolve to that stage.
00:52:50.760 How is that to be avoided?
00:52:51.680 We can avoid this by, first of all, black folks, white folks, and all of us need to come together.
00:53:00.540 The black community has been inundated.
00:53:03.120 We all need to rally around the black community as Americans and stop it.
00:53:07.500 We need to get the politicians out of office who continue to perpetrate these crimes.
00:53:12.840 It's going to take us as one America to be able to make this change.
00:53:17.180 And I do see the change in 2024 when we all go to the polls and we put Donald Trump back into office to get this country great again.
00:53:27.640 And real quick, Steve, how can people follow you?
