Summary

On the eve of the first day of President Trump's first criminal trial, the New York City DA's office files a motion asking for a delay of the trial until after the mid-term elections in order to allow more time to prepare for the hearing. On the heels of that motion, the Supreme Court struck down the DA's request, and now the case is heading to the appeals court.

00:00:00.000 And now they're fighting over days because they want to try and do it during the election.
00:00:06.080 This is election interference.
00:00:07.620 That's all it is.
00:00:08.500 Election interference.
00:00:10.360 And it's a disgrace.
00:00:11.400 We'll obviously be appealing.
00:00:13.640 But this is a pure case of voter intimidation and election interference.
00:00:19.020 And it shouldn't be allowed to happen.
00:00:21.380 This case could have been brought by the DA.
00:00:23.480 And we're going to the former president is repeating what he has said often, that this is a case of election interference, which is arguably not the fact.
00:00:34.200 Mara Liason, let's let's jump in here as well.
00:00:38.220 There's talking about the way that he has been successfully spinning a lot of this spinning and delaying.
00:00:44.740 So so their tactics and their strategy, the tactic is to delay as long as possible, hopefully pass the election.
00:00:50.260 That's the strategy is to destroy Americans' faith in the justice system so that whatever result of these trials, Donald Trump can dismiss them or say that they're phony, just like he tried to do with the election.
00:01:02.140 And that's why you hear him saying election interference, voter intimidation.
00:01:06.120 You know, he's casting this as if the justice system itself is on trial, not him.
00:01:11.920 Honestly, this is so infuriating.
00:01:13.820 I don't even know what to do.
00:01:14.880 I don't even know if I care what the process is that these judges are arriving at.
00:01:19.900 Whatever it is, it's flawed.
00:01:21.440 I can tell you that much.
00:01:22.800 I mean, David put it well.
00:01:24.380 This is a different process for this person.
00:01:27.460 We have decided that he gets his own private court of justice.
00:01:31.700 He has a private plane.
00:01:33.520 He has private clubs that he lives in.
00:01:36.340 You know, apparently, you know, he basically fashioned himself his own private militia to try to take over the Capitol.
00:01:41.600 You know, now he's getting his own private system of justice.
00:01:45.680 This is an absolute travesty.
00:01:47.460 It would not happen for anybody else.
00:01:49.680 Anybody else would be like, sorry, buddy, you lost pay up for him.
00:01:53.720 He gets his own set of rules.
00:01:57.700 Legally, Tristan, how is that done?
00:02:03.000 We just saw it.
00:02:04.060 They just decided that they just, you know, the appellate court is now just decided they're going to swoop in and just change it.
00:02:11.080 And that's it.
00:02:12.240 And now the AG's office can now try to go up above them, I believe.
00:02:17.120 You know, I don't know what the details are because you just told us.
00:02:19.360 I'm guessing this is coming from the first department, Pell Division, first department.
00:02:23.260 That's the intermediate court here in New York that would be issuing a decision here.
00:02:27.880 I don't know if there is a remedy for the AG's office to go up to the Court of Appeals, which is our high court here in New York, and try to get them to basically countermand this order.
00:02:40.880 But in my view, this is, without knowing more, unless there's some sort of other extenuating circumstance that we're going to learn here, this appears to be an absolute gross miscarriage of justice.
00:02:52.580 Kevin, take me to law school.
00:02:54.640 Tell me how you assess his legal exposure today as we sit here on the precipice of this first criminal trial of Trump.
00:03:02.940 Worse today than it was yesterday.
00:03:05.420 The story all three of your guests have told is the right story.
00:03:09.480 And Mayor Chad has made a series of rulings that are going to permit the DA to tell exactly that story, starting with Access Hollywood and even ending with the 2020 election as part and parcel of an overall fraud, just as you've said.
00:03:26.080 And what is Trump going to do in response?
00:03:28.400 The one thing he tries to do, he's got a one-page playbook that Mayor Chad just basically shredded today.
00:03:35.320 It was a brutal hearing for Todd Blanche.
00:03:37.700 He tried, and I think Lisa is right.
00:03:40.160 It was partly to be a good showperson for his clients sitting there, but to take a pedestrian set of occurrences and make it seem sinister and nefarious on the DA's part and Merchan shut him down so hard.
00:03:55.580 Recall, Merchan was going to make this a two-day hearing at first.
00:03:58.800 He was intrigued by the notion that there was a whole there-there and there wasn't, and he was peeved by it.
00:04:05.500 So he pretty much, not only did Blanche have to give up a lot of his credibility, as Lisa says, but he also had to surrender a big part of his playbook.
00:04:16.120 What is left?
00:04:17.340 You know, Trump may try to say, oh, I just did this for Melania.
00:04:21.560 But to do that, he's probably going to have to testify, always precarious.
00:04:26.300 He's saying now, I'll be glad to, never credit that until the day comes.
00:04:30.520 So basically, the DA's ability to tell the story that is more compelling and more important as a country and more alienating to the population as a whole really was enhanced today.
00:04:43.900 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:54.220 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:59.440 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:05:03.700 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:05:05.680 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:05:07.100 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:05:09.720 It's going to happen.
00:05:10.780 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:05:14.400 MAGA Media.
00:05:15.740 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:05:21.160 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:05:24.920 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:05:31.120 War Room.
00:05:32.140 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:05:34.540 It's Monday, 25 March, Year of Our Lord, 2024, beginning of Holy Week.
00:05:43.240 I thought it was also going to be Passover, but I am incorrect.
00:05:47.380 I'll talk to Boris about that in a moment.
00:05:50.000 Boris, so I can't make head in or tails of this.
00:05:53.120 They're in meltdown over, and by the way, our guest is Boris Epstein,
00:05:56.920 who's obviously one of the top advisors of President Trump on all things legal and otherwise.
00:06:02.520 Boris, here's what I'm going to understand.
00:06:04.480 They're melting down about the appellate court knocking President Trump's fine or whatever it is from $500 million down to $175 million.
00:06:14.160 But then they're saying, although President Trump got a 30-day delay,
00:06:18.220 that Marchant essentially ripped Todd Blanche to shreds and that this is going to, you know,
00:06:24.800 now it's going to be about Billy Bush.
00:06:26.760 It's going to be about grab him by the whatever, all of that.
00:06:30.800 So explain, let's start with the fine first and then go to today's issue about the setting of the trial date
00:06:37.280 and what's actually going to be in the trial and who's going to testify and all that.
00:06:40.360 So I should add that Bloomberg today, I think, had Trump increase 500 spots in the world's richest people.
00:06:49.380 He's now worth $6.3 billion on the Bloomberg's list of wealthiest people.
00:06:54.800 So Boris Epstein, what the hell's going on here?
00:06:58.980 I'm going to be with you.
00:06:59.700 I'm going to be with the posse.
00:07:00.600 That's right.
00:07:00.920 Bloomberg putting President Trump on 500 wealthiest people in the world.
00:07:04.960 And that number is set to only keep growing because it is partially due to the closing of the transaction
00:07:12.580 between true social and the public stock.
00:07:15.020 So lots to follow there, lots to learn about.
00:07:20.260 And then in terms of the legal, you know, as I was listening to the cold open,
00:07:26.780 what I kept thinking about is how pathetic and really sad these, this is what they care about.
00:07:32.280 This is what they get.
00:07:33.440 I mean, how do they go to sleep at night?
00:07:37.520 This is a, oh, Tristan, what do you think?
00:07:40.300 I don't know.
00:07:40.800 Stop, stop.
00:07:41.520 I don't know.
00:07:42.140 Andrea Mitchell had a meltdown.
00:07:46.460 We're curating.
00:07:47.160 We're watching it.
00:07:48.100 She literally cuts off President Trump with the sticks and starts, you know, blah, blah.
00:07:51.760 He's repeating lies.
00:07:53.640 He's a liar.
00:07:54.520 I mean, it's extraordinary to watch.
00:07:56.760 Extraordinary.
00:07:57.520 But here's the reality.
00:07:59.280 The appellate division, the first department of the appellate division in New York,
00:08:04.000 reminded everybody that we do have a justice system in this country.
00:08:06.720 And by the way, whatever that loser on air was talking about, I believe that was Tristan
00:08:10.560 Spel, whatever you think is totally wrong.
00:08:12.560 There's literally, it's called Texaco v. Penzoil.
00:08:15.620 What Judge Nguyen did was completely un-American, unconstitutional, and illegal, right?
00:08:21.120 Because this was a taking.
00:08:22.540 What he did under the control of his puppet master, Tish James, what Judge Nguyen did was
00:08:29.060 completely illegal.
00:08:30.940 Remember, President Trump did no wrong in this case.
00:08:34.520 The banks are happy.
00:08:36.340 The insurance companies are happy.
00:08:38.040 Nobody lost any money.
00:08:39.740 There was an ironclad disclaimer.
00:08:41.920 The first department of the appellate division ruled that about 95% of the case should be
00:08:47.180 taken out because of the statute of limitations.
00:08:50.000 And Nguyen ignored all of that, again, under control of Tish James, who, in turn, is under
00:08:56.540 the control of crooked Joe Biden and his henchmen.
00:08:59.080 And he tried to come after President Trump, and what is a total violation, and the bond
00:09:03.600 that they tried to put forward and demand was a violation of the Eighth Amendment and
00:09:07.800 the 14th Amendment of the Constitution and the parallel amendments that are corresponding
00:09:12.080 in the New York state constitution.
00:09:13.440 So today, the Appellate Division, First Department, said that everything of the state except for
00:09:20.600 the monitor and the independent director of compliance, it's all state.
00:09:24.200 Yes, there's going to be a $175 million bond, which is still $175 million too many because,
00:09:30.840 again, President Trump did absolutely nothing wrong.
00:09:33.340 And now we're on to the merits appeal of this absolutely lawless, factless, absolutely un-American
00:09:41.160 case.
00:09:42.300 And I'm hearing from the people who know that this is one of the strongest appeals ever because,
00:09:49.420 again, Judge and Goran have gotten things wrong time and time and time again on constitutional
00:09:53.980 gag order, not allowing this issue to go to the commercial division.
00:09:57.360 And, of course, thinking that Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million, trying to actually convince
00:10:05.040 the American people that Mar-a-Lago, one of the most magnificent properties, not just
00:10:09.040 in America, but on God's green earth, Mar-a-Lago means from the ocean to the lake, is worth $18
00:10:14.540 million.
00:10:15.100 There's a parking spot in there that's worth $18 million, all right?
00:10:19.120 People, if that were worth $18 million, people would be lighting up from here to Timbuktu.
00:10:22.700 Let me, because as people are focused on this because of the size and scale of the fine,
00:10:28.900 I've had a lot of conversations with people.
00:10:31.020 Now, I came out of Harvard, went to Goldman Sachs, and then had my own phone for 25 years.
00:10:34.420 Boy, you went to Harvard?
00:10:36.420 Yeah, exactly.
00:10:38.100 I did.
00:10:38.480 And the trade school, the business school.
00:10:41.640 And I think you went to a trade school, too, kind of lowered down the food chain at the
00:10:45.900 Georgetown Law School.
00:10:46.640 Mine's for the Jesuits.
00:10:47.160 Mine's for the Jesuits.
00:10:49.620 Yeah, you did.
00:10:50.940 I got one of those, too.
00:10:51.900 But you did deals for 25 years, 20 years.
00:10:54.980 I have not met a person yet that looks into this, and I think Cernovich was just going
00:11:00.700 through it the other day, that is shocked about the fact that every financial institution
00:11:06.340 is required in their own fiduciary responsibility to their own sources, to do their own due diligence.
00:11:14.060 Have you, in your entire time, ever taken what management's given you and just fund off
00:11:18.320 that?
00:11:18.620 You do your own independent, build your own model.
00:11:20.780 You make your own assumptions.
00:11:23.220 Go ahead.
00:11:23.420 If there's any banker out there ever that would not do their own due diligence, that
00:11:26.980 would not conduct their own information process, that would not conduct their own proof of
00:11:31.700 earnings, they'd be fired in a heartbeat.
00:11:33.760 Just think about, even if it's a mortgage, if you go get a mortgage, and they just believe
00:11:37.640 you, if you go, okay, it's worth $500,000.
00:11:41.360 That's not how it works.
00:11:43.800 This case continues to be an absolute abomination, just like the Manhattan DA case.
00:11:50.640 And in that, you know, in that hearing today, okay, so Judge Moore, Sean.
00:11:55.980 Hang on, hang on, but I want to stay with the other one.
00:12:00.940 All the banks were paid back.
00:12:02.960 They all made the interest that they contractually set up after their due diligence.
00:12:06.620 Some of them actually got prepayment penalties, because the president paid them early.
00:12:10.880 Some received prepayment penalty payments.
00:12:14.740 Trump did not set the terms of the loan.
00:12:16.980 The issuer, the banks, set the terms of the loan, correct?
00:12:19.760 Of course.
00:12:20.500 This was a commercial decision, and that's why.
00:12:23.060 And they all got paid off.
00:12:26.680 No late payments, no late payments, no defaults.
00:12:29.620 They all got paid off.
00:12:30.940 Nothing.
00:12:31.740 What's the beef?
00:12:33.460 What's the beef?
00:12:34.640 This is what I know.
00:12:35.360 I go into this over the weekend with people, and they go, this is impossible.
00:12:38.360 A guy can't be charged for this.
00:12:40.120 The beef is get Trump.
00:12:41.540 That's what it is.
00:12:42.480 There's James running around saying she'll get Trump.
00:12:44.200 But today, I mean, put out a statement.
00:12:45.400 Whoa.
00:12:46.200 Oh, there's still justice.
00:12:48.440 There's still being done.
00:12:49.480 Be quiet.
00:12:50.400 Got embarrassed.
00:12:51.740 Okay?
00:12:52.260 The first department of the Pellet Division, first department, came in and said,
00:12:55.260 nope, this is not how it's going to go down.
00:12:58.160 It's all stable.
00:12:59.320 It's not just the bond, right?
00:13:00.500 It's the continuation of doing business in New York.
00:13:02.760 It's acting as offices and directors.
00:13:04.740 All of that is now stayed pending appeal in regular course.
00:13:08.480 And President Trump and his lawyers are going to continue to battle it out.
00:13:11.440 And yes, they will beat this Biden-driven witch hunt, just like we're beating all the
00:13:16.060 other Biden-driven witch hunts.
00:13:19.400 So that's what they melted down.
00:13:20.960 They're melting down.
00:13:21.700 People should know on MSNBC, you know, tonight, I'm sure it's going to be next level.
00:13:24.960 They're having a tough day.
00:13:25.740 Would you say they're having a tough day?
00:13:27.180 It's a very, very tough way to start Holy Week.
00:13:30.920 Very tough way.
00:13:31.520 Now, on the flip side, and I only got a minute, but I want to hold you through the break.
00:13:39.100 On the other side, walk me through, particularly Todd Blanch and Mershon got into it.
00:13:44.780 And why is all of a sudden Billy Bush back on the table?
00:13:47.280 I mean, what's going on?
00:13:48.020 Of course they got into it, because what's happening there is that it's just another
00:13:52.500 completely directed attack at the witch hunt.
00:13:54.980 Todd fought hard.
00:13:56.220 Todd Blanch is going to continue to fight hard.
00:13:58.480 And as the president said, the president of the legal field will be appealing decisions
00:14:02.740 and actions and fighting against another one of an American attacks.
00:14:07.400 Remember, this was a zombie case.
00:14:09.480 Mark Pomerantz even said it's a zombie case.
00:14:13.060 And he came out there, criticized him.
00:14:14.180 He wanted another case that also would have been a total failure.
00:14:18.440 Alvin Bragg never wanted any of this.
00:14:20.260 He didn't want to go and bring these cases.
00:14:22.020 He knows they're weak.
00:14:23.720 What their whole case boils down to is that they think that noting in a checkbook, effectively,
00:14:32.860 payments to a lawyer as legal fees is somehow criminal.
00:14:37.360 The problem is that there's no corresponding felony crime to that.
00:14:41.980 There's barely a corresponding misdemeanor crime to that.
00:14:45.560 And remember, this isn't a public company.
00:14:47.560 And it's a private company.
00:14:49.340 It's just an internal suspension.
00:14:53.940 We've got a commercial break.
00:14:55.480 Back with Boris Epstein.
00:14:57.160 The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear.
00:15:02.900 They were anticipating around six rate cuts by the Fed this year.
00:15:06.620 And then the inflation data came out higher than expected.
00:15:09.900 Friends, this isn't going away.
00:15:12.360 It can't.
00:15:13.280 The U.S. is $34 trillion plus in the hole.
00:15:17.480 And yet we keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even higher.
00:15:23.740 So you can either bury your head in the sand or you can do something about it.
00:15:27.660 Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with Birch Gold Group.
00:15:32.440 Gold is your hedge against inflation.
00:15:34.700 And Birch Gold makes it easy to own.
00:15:37.380 They'll help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold.
00:15:43.400 And you don't pay a penny out of pocket.
00:15:45.860 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989-8-9-8.
00:15:50.900 And get your free info kit on gold.
00:15:53.120 Then talk to a precious metals specialist on how to protect your savings from persistent inflation with gold.
00:16:01.060 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989-8-9-8.
00:16:05.960 Do it today.
00:16:06.840 Action, action, action.
00:16:09.340 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:14.520 Okay, Boris Upstine is with us.
00:16:16.160 Now, on the second one, Todd Blanch and the judge got into it.
00:16:19.940 Why are they talking about Billy Bush weekend?
00:16:22.660 I mean, MSNBC and CNN, that's all they're talking about.
00:16:25.320 I'm sure tonight it's all they're going to get into.
00:16:26.820 Why is that even a factor in this, sir?
00:16:29.440 It's not a factor.
00:16:30.420 And that's why President Trump and his counsel filed a robust motion of limonade on it.
00:16:34.220 And Judge Marshawn has expected, ruled, of course, with a DA.
00:16:38.960 It has nothing to do with this trial at all.
00:16:41.300 They're claiming it's sort of M.O.
00:16:43.060 Now they can't show the tape, but they can describe the tape.
00:16:46.080 This is all nonsense.
00:16:47.240 President Trump did nothing wrong.
00:16:49.040 This was always the weakest of the weak witch hunts.
00:16:52.480 And that's why the Democrats are freaking out.
00:16:54.060 They actually don't even want it to go first because they know it's so pathetic.
00:16:57.400 But President Trump has forced their hand because all of these witch hunts are falling apart,
00:17:02.120 like the rotten house of cards that they are.
00:17:04.080 Well, it looks like, Fannie Willis, I'll get to that in one second,
00:17:09.540 but is this now, is a trial date set on April 15th or jury selection?
00:17:13.860 Is this now a go or is this still up in the air?
00:17:17.180 Well, the judge has said it, but Judge Chuckkin in D.C.
00:17:20.140 also set a trial date there for March 4th.
00:17:22.740 And unless I'm living in a parallel universe, I don't think that that happened.
00:17:25.780 That case is now on appeal in front of the Supreme Court on robust, strong presidential immunity
00:17:31.200 from criminal prosecution for official acts.
00:17:34.260 So, again, the president and his team are going to continue to fight, continue to push,
00:17:37.740 and continue to ensure that the American people have an actual system of justice in this country
00:17:42.480 and not this absolute Frankenstein of weaponized lawfare that the left are trying to throw at President Trump
00:17:50.400 because they're, quote-unquote, trying to protect democracy, in quotes,
00:17:53.960 by absolutely annihilating and nuking our democracy.
00:17:57.540 But they will not be allowed to do so because President Trump will fight against it, win,
00:18:01.660 and walk back into the Oval Office, Gen 20, 2025.
00:18:06.720 One phrase they can't take is when President Trump starts talking about election interference.
00:18:11.000 You saw that.
00:18:11.780 Yeah, they don't like that.
00:18:12.660 They're upset.
00:18:14.540 No, no, no, no, no.
00:18:15.880 It's almost like they're interfering in an election.
00:18:21.180 They really don't like getting called out.
00:18:22.900 I'm just saying it's almost like that.
00:18:24.520 No, it's 1,000% like that.
00:18:26.380 This is all election interference.
00:18:27.800 They know they can't beat the president because the American people are with them,
00:18:30.580 and they're trying anything they can, but they're failing, and they're so sad about it.
00:18:34.440 I mean, I don't know how Tristan and Andrea, I don't know how they're going to get through the day.
00:18:37.980 I'm really worried about them.
00:18:39.800 I'm going to send them a care package.
00:18:40.840 Okay.
00:18:41.120 Hey, Fonnie Willis, I think, over the weekend said the train's rolling down the track.
00:18:47.440 Trump's not going to be able to hide for her.
00:18:48.700 She's going to prosecute the case.
00:18:49.960 Does she mean the train with her lover, Nathan Wade, to our house?
00:18:55.220 What do you anticipate?
00:18:57.360 Isn't that—I mean, how late can you start the Georgia trial in—I don't know if you can start it,
00:19:02.980 but say theoretically when it is absolutely direct election interference
00:19:07.000 because President Trump can't go campaign if he's in court.
00:19:11.120 Keep in mind, President Trump and his counsel and the counsel for eight other defendants
00:19:15.820 went and got the certificate of immediate review on Fonnie Willis' extreme wrongdoing.
00:19:23.540 So right now, all that's going to be heading up to the appellate court filings up there.
00:19:27.680 And, you know, no matter what Fonnie Willis says, everyone knows that this case should be dismissed,
00:19:32.340 she should be disqualified, and that which one should.
00:19:35.460 And President Trump and his counsel, having anything to do with it, will absolutely put to an end.
00:19:40.020 Okay, Boris, I want you to listen to something, please, for a minute about—
00:19:46.720 are we part of a political movement or are we part of a death cult?
00:19:51.260 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:19:52.920 Honey, we shrunk the GOP majority.
00:19:55.660 It says conservatives have long had a strong anti-Washington impulse,
00:19:59.720 which is useful given the federal government's relentless drive to expand its own power.
00:20:03.560 But breaking that drive and rolling back power requires calculation and often incremental gains,
00:20:10.520 all the more so in a divided government.
00:20:12.380 The posers of the House GOP remind us of a comment former Senator Jim DeMint said
00:20:17.620 that he'd rather have 30 senators who agreed with him than a Republican majority.
00:20:21.580 Congratulations to Mr. DeMint.
00:20:24.840 The current House GOP is close to realizing this ambition.
00:20:28.900 John, Republicans keep quitting.
00:20:30.780 They want no part of this.
00:20:32.620 The chaos continues.
00:20:34.600 It gets worse.
00:20:37.040 Republicans themselves are saying we've accomplished absolutely nothing this session.
00:20:41.700 And now they're talking about vacating the chair again.
00:20:46.680 I just—the incompetence, the political insanity is just—again, it's just beyond.
00:20:56.200 I can't imagine voter—and the Wall Street Journal editorial page agrees.
00:21:00.280 I can't imagine voters and contributors aren't looking at this going,
00:21:04.380 we didn't pay for this and we're not going to vote for this or support this for two more years.
00:21:12.560 Yeah, it's the distinction, isn't it, between a political party and the way we understand them
00:21:17.420 as governing elements within a constitutional structure and a cult, right?
00:21:25.860 I mean, if you're going to be ideologically—if you want to be so pure in your loyalty to the whims
00:21:32.460 and appetites of one person who tells you what to do, and then you do it no matter what,
00:21:38.660 versus a party that I think—let's go ahead and just do Edmund Burke here on Monday morning.
00:21:45.820 You know, a body of men united—you know, a body of men united for a kind of common purpose.
00:21:55.320 And what he meant was a governing purpose.
00:21:57.720 And the governing purpose here is not in many—all in all, this once noble party
00:22:05.860 has become a vehicle for the appetites of one person.
00:22:11.440 And it's these moderate Republicans who are just bailing.
00:22:16.360 And the great question, as we've talked about forever now, is at what point does the party itself begin to put
00:22:24.380 interests of ideas and governing above the slavish following of one person?
00:22:33.040 Boris, the once noble party, the controlled opposition, neoliberal, neocon, GOP, that was feckless, hapless, and ineffective.
00:22:45.960 Now MAGA and the deplorables, and America First is on the rise, and back up President Trump as our leader.
00:22:53.480 Are we in a cult?
00:22:55.480 Are we in the most powerful political movement in the history of this country?
00:22:59.500 Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
00:23:00.700 Tell him what he's won.
00:23:01.440 It's the latter.
00:23:02.940 Okay, first of all, didn't Republicans have a permanent minority in the House for about, what, was it 35, 40 years?
00:23:13.280 Between the end of World War II and the Gingrich Revolution?
00:23:17.880 Okay, these people—first of all, Steve, I'm going to have to send you a bill for having to listen to all these libs.
00:23:23.540 I don't know how you do it.
00:23:24.700 They are just completely and totally maniacal and deranged.
00:23:28.920 They have no idea what is actually going on in the real world.
00:23:32.800 They're just completely obsessed with trying to work President Trump into any conversation.
00:23:38.040 I mean, maybe they probably don't know about sports, but if they somehow were to talk about sports, they'd probably work him in there.
00:23:44.100 You know, they're mad that their favorite team lost because somebody on there is part of the MAGA movement.
00:23:49.240 But in all seriousness, you know, I guess the saying goes, cry more, lib.
00:23:54.040 These libs can keep crying.
00:23:55.720 President Trump and the American people are focused on putting America first, making America great again, which is not a slogan.
00:24:01.480 It is an action item, and continue to win.
00:24:04.200 And that's what we're going to do.
00:24:05.460 If the president said we're going to win so much, you're going to be tired of it, and that's what's going to keep happening.
00:24:09.900 Thank you.
00:24:39.900 Not a good start.
00:24:40.920 But also, why is Passover not this week?
00:24:44.360 I thought Holy Week was all tied around Passover.
00:24:48.380 I reached out to the rabbi.
00:24:51.860 It's all about the Jewish calendars, Steve.
00:24:56.900 There's a dissonance this year, but that's great because that means that the holy season is extending from now and through the end of April.
00:25:05.100 So we've got lots to celebrate, lots to fight for while the libs are going to be melting down on Morning Joe and Rachel Mann or whatever else that they're watching.
00:25:13.640 Where do people get you on social media, brother?
00:25:18.080 Because people need to follow you now more than ever.
00:25:20.560 Steve, thank you so much.
00:25:21.400 It's an honor to be with you.
00:25:22.500 Honor to be with the posse.

00:25:35.020 Stay strong.
00:25:35.820 God bless on all offense.
00:25:37.020 Boris, thank you so much for coming on.
00:25:42.400 If you look at this struggle for the direction of this republic and the salvation of this country, there's kind of three vectors they had to maintain their power.
00:25:52.620 One was to make the case, to govern and make the case of the American people, that they're not simply making people's lives better, but they're progressing or putting forward this republic to get better and better and better for more of our citizens.
00:26:08.220 That's number one.
00:26:09.420 They haven't done that.
00:26:10.480 In fact, all the numbers, all the polling is absolutely horrific when it comes to that.
00:26:14.680 The second was lawfare, to basically tie President Trump up in legal proceedings all throughout the country, both criminal, civil, to then come up, put him into bankruptcy, take all his assets, tie him up in court all the time, bring these criminal charges.
00:26:31.760 And the third, and this is one that I know is at top of mind with President Trump, is after we win with an overwhelming blowout victory, is to steal it.
00:26:39.920 And that has to be, and I know they go crazy, how can you possibly say that, to steal it?
00:26:46.020 Well, the first case, and you've seen the numbers, they're absolutely horrific.
00:26:50.460 James Carver, all these people, the numbers are horrific.
00:26:52.700 The power of this movement, the growth of this movement, and what President Trump has done as far as leadership is simply the biggest comeback in American political history.
00:27:02.100 Then you see the lawfare, and it's crumbling everywhere.
00:27:05.340 Now they've got the case they never wanted to bring, the Alvin Bragg case.
00:27:09.260 It looks like tentatively set for the 15th of April, and they're all jumping around.
00:27:13.480 At least they got a criminal trial because all the rest of them will probably just collapse.
00:27:18.060 And then we've got to think about the, and of course, on the bankruptcy and seizing his assets in appellate court, kind of put a stay on that.
00:27:24.960 And, you know, putting people into his business and monitoring his business, that's all a stay while this goes on appeal.
00:27:29.860 And he's got to come up with the 175, but he was very cocky today, said, hey, I'll pay cash or just write a check.
00:27:35.020 But Forbes put him up, I think, the biggest jump ever of someone on the Forbes 500 of wealthiest people.
00:27:41.820 We've got to worry about the big steal.
00:27:44.000 And, of course, you've got congressmen quitting.
00:27:46.400 Are they teeing us up for something?
00:27:48.780 We'll see.
00:27:49.500 Okay, short commercial break.

00:28:25.680 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.

00:29:33.020 The idea that the 2020 election was stolen.
00:29:37.520 You think that these companies should allow people to say that and individuals can make up their own mind and that there should be-
00:29:45.120 I think the American people are smart.
00:29:46.920 Look, I've not said that.
00:29:49.260 What I've said is there were concerns about the 2020 election.
00:29:51.700 I think Americans agree with that.
00:29:53.360 No, they don't.
00:29:54.320 You don't think they think there were concerns with the 2020 election?
00:29:57.000 Most people don't question the result.
00:30:00.400 That's all I'm saying.
00:30:01.320 They don't question whether Biden won or not.
00:30:06.160 Right?
00:30:08.160 Right.
00:30:09.940 Most people don't question the outcome.
00:30:12.820 Right.
00:30:13.340 Did Joe Biden win the election fair and square?
00:30:15.480 He won.
00:30:16.020 He's the legitimate president.
00:30:16.740 Did he win fair and square?
00:30:17.740 Fair and square he won.
00:30:19.100 It's certified.
00:30:19.960 It's done.
00:30:21.700 Fair.
00:30:22.900 Okay.
00:30:24.280 Wrong answer.
00:30:25.040 First off, she, for the longest time, raised money, ran around.
00:30:30.640 It was all performative.
00:30:32.720 They didn't really believe it.
00:30:33.960 But this is why Liz Harrington, who's now come back to us as a contributor after a couple of years working with President Trump,
00:30:42.500 to help get the media apparatus stood up that's working for President Trump that's driving this election.
00:30:49.760 And Liz left shortly, I think two weeks, ten days after the 2020 election.
00:30:55.340 Liz Harrington.
00:30:55.980 She was the senior communications person over there.
00:30:58.140 And she left.
00:30:59.000 Why'd she leave?
00:30:59.540 She said they didn't believe that it was stolen.
00:31:02.040 Right there, heard from Ronald Romney.
00:31:03.360 Do you think if she had told that to President Trump she'd ever be back at the RNC?
00:31:07.360 This is the kind of crap you've got to deal with these people.
00:31:10.340 They'll look you right in the eye and just say, oh, yeah, I believe it.
00:31:13.420 I believe it.
00:31:13.880 Just to keep their positions.
00:31:15.240 This is what we're dealing with.
00:31:16.520 We're going to drill down more this week.
00:31:19.020 It's going to be a lot on Speaker Johnson and this fiasco that we've got.
00:31:23.740 It's ongoing because right now they're setting up to bring back the Ukraine.
00:31:27.900 I'm not kidding you.
00:31:28.700 The $60 billion, although the parents in Ukraine don't want any more.
00:31:33.680 They don't want their sons and daughters.
00:31:35.160 I tell you what, why don't we make it contingent?
00:31:37.640 Why don't we make it contingent?
00:31:38.620 Don't make it alone.
00:31:39.360 Don't make it alone.
00:31:39.920 Don't make it contingent on 500,000 volunteers of young men.
00:31:44.400 And they don't have to be 25, just the 27 North, 500,000 volunteers.
00:31:48.100 Let's see how they do on that.
00:31:49.500 They won't get 100,000.
00:31:51.600 The parents over there don't want their kids in the slaughterhouse.
00:31:55.560 Don't want their kids chopped up.
00:31:58.120 This is the situation there.
00:32:00.340 Johnson's going to bring it back and he's going to attach.
00:32:02.640 I'm not making this up.
00:32:03.760 He's going to attach a couple of border things.
00:32:06.200 He couldn't do it and wouldn't do it on the spending bill.
00:32:10.580 To force the shutdown and force Biden to come to the table.
00:32:13.980 But now he's holding your border security hostage to the Ukraine money.
00:32:18.740 Does that make any sense?
00:32:21.080 But just look at Rana Ramey.
00:32:22.800 This is what you deal with these people.
00:32:26.600 This is why the Axios story today talking about alternative media.
00:32:30.980 The audience out there is hungry for actionable information.
00:32:34.780 Let me repeat that.
00:32:36.420 Audiences out there are hungry for actionable information.
00:32:40.920 Information that can make their, what they feel is their civic duty even more powerful.
00:32:48.080 That's what this audience is so powerful.
00:32:49.800 This audience is an activist audience.
00:32:51.580 You use your agency and your agency is bending the arc of history.
00:32:56.460 If it had not been for you in 16, then in 20 and now, and quite frankly, to have President Trump's back in the greatest political comeback in American history against all odds, not just against all odds, against every powerful institution in this country, including conservative media.
00:33:15.060 We didn't have Newsmax and we didn't have, we didn't have Fox, certainly didn't have Fox.
00:33:20.480 The Murdoch sat there and said he was a, we're going to make him a non-person.
00:33:25.300 Think about that.
00:33:26.280 Think about in those early months of 2021.
00:33:29.880 Going to make him a non-person.
00:33:32.160 Well, you disagreed with that, but Ronna McDaniel, now there's a firestorm over there about hiring her and she'll be like, she'll be like Lord Ha-Ha in World War II.
00:33:43.420 She'll be there like Michael Steele, you know, trash talking us every day.
00:33:47.180 It's a smart hire for her.
00:33:48.200 She doesn't know anything.
00:33:49.080 Just like Michael Steele, you listen to them, it's all goofball.
00:33:51.780 They don't know anything.
00:33:52.620 They talk about goofball stuff.
00:33:54.820 But they're Lord Ha-Ha's because they have the, down the Chiron, former chairman of the Republic of Congress, sit there and go, it's so terrible.
00:34:00.760 You have these crazies, these marginal people, these basket of deplorables that are taking over, following Trump in a cult.
00:34:07.900 Remember, it's always in a cult.
00:34:09.400 You're in a cult.
00:34:11.020 But she sits right there, first thing right out of her mouth, Trump didn't win.
00:34:15.280 Biden's legitimate.
00:34:17.480 And then Leslie Stahl, and this is to a Jordan staff.
00:34:22.500 This is a staff issue.
00:34:24.380 You need to get some information.
00:34:27.000 You need to brief Congressman Jordan.
00:34:31.640 When Leslie Stahl asked that question, then she's giggling.
00:34:33.960 Nobody believes that.
00:34:35.220 Well, first off, Leslie, just to give you some empirical evidence.
00:34:39.080 I understand 60 minutes is not a big deal on that.
00:34:40.920 Empirical evidence.
00:34:42.660 The exit polls from CNN show that 63% of registered Republican primary voters, which are the most high propensity voters, 63%, this is not the marginalia.
00:34:57.960 This is the most dedicated of the voters, believe Joe Biden's illegitimate.
00:35:03.500 Not that there was Jim Jordan.
00:35:04.820 Not there's some issues.
00:35:06.180 They're not issues.
00:35:07.160 There's no issues with the 2020 election.
00:35:09.180 They stole it.
00:35:10.060 Let me repeat that.
00:35:11.780 They stole it.
00:35:13.460 And they hate when we say this.
00:35:14.960 They stole it.
00:35:17.040 And they're on notice.
00:35:18.140 They're not going to be able to steal it again.
00:35:19.620 People are doing a ton of work on this.
00:35:21.460 And that's still not enough.
00:35:22.480 But it's going to get better.
00:35:23.340 The hairy eyeball is going to be on them.
00:35:27.100 The only way they defeat Trump is to steal it.
00:35:30.100 The only way they defeat Trump is they steal it.
00:35:34.360 The only way they defeat Trump is they steal it.
00:35:37.420 He is unstoppable.
00:35:39.820 The odds on this were incredible.
00:35:43.400 The lords of easy money on Wall Street, including all the Republican donors, all of them, all of them.
00:35:51.760 Trump had one or two guys have been with him.
00:35:54.680 But the Republican Party donors, including many that have been with him, all abandoned him.
00:36:00.300 All.
00:36:01.780 The corporate interest, the corporate interest, particularly buyer pharmaceutical, others, the defense industry that control the Republican Party, all abandoned him.
00:36:13.140 The sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley, all were against him and hate him.
00:36:19.280 Every media, all including conservative media, all of it, except for a handful, all of it, to make him a non-person or to jump in bed with robot Ron DeSantis or DeVest, Glenn Youngkin or Tricky Nicky or somebody like Pickham, you know, anybody.
00:36:38.460 They had a bunch of others.
00:36:39.840 And Rana and Dave Bossy go out and do these series of ridiculous debates, spend $400 million of donor money that not a penny went into get out to vote for the general.
00:36:53.000 Not a penny went into election integrity.
00:36:54.560 Not a penny on nothing but vanity projects.
00:36:59.000 OK.
00:36:59.480 Nothing but vanity projects.
00:37:00.880 And because and it started at CPAC Orlando, but it was also the show and people getting enthusiasm and letting people know you never backed off one, not for one second.
00:37:12.600 And Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan caught it in that article about three or four weeks ago that the central, the defining moment, the hinge of history here.
00:37:23.520 Was President Trump in that defining moment, not getting on his knees and genuflecting to Mitch McConnell and to Kevin McCarthy and all the donors and the Frank Luntzes and all the people are doing polls and Trump can't do this.
00:37:38.620 And all this.
00:37:39.020 Remember that all these polls and they're doing about about and focus groups and they're doing this.
00:37:44.380 Oh, Trump can't come back.
00:37:45.920 All of them.
00:37:48.740 All of them.
00:37:50.840 And you, this audience, stood in the breach.
00:37:56.060 And Trump.
00:37:58.100 Against even rationally.
00:38:00.740 That's why he's going to go down in American history as one of the most extraordinary men this country's ever produced.
00:38:10.660 Donald Trump.
00:38:11.720 With all his imperfections.
00:38:14.420 Yeah.
00:38:15.740 Because he had every opportunity and they begged him to do it.
00:38:18.540 Just genuflect.
00:38:19.740 And it'll all go away.
00:38:21.100 The pain will go away.
00:38:22.240 And just admit you're lost and Biden's legitimate.
00:38:25.180 Biden's.
00:38:25.500 We need you to say Biden's legitimate.
00:38:27.280 We must have you say Biden's legitimate.
00:38:29.140 We need to say that.
00:38:30.740 Hell, folks, we're banned on the show today.
00:38:34.180 Axios says we're a juggernaut.
00:38:36.380 Axios words, not ours.
00:38:38.280 War room's a juggernaut.
00:38:40.220 We're banned on, I think, 80 percent of meaningful social media banned in perpetuity.
00:38:47.560 Why we banned?
00:38:49.960 Election.
00:38:51.500 And the vaccine and the vaccine mandates.
00:38:54.180 And Fauci and that whole crowd, the Wuhan lab.
00:38:56.320 Everything they said.
00:38:57.080 Oh, these guys are conspiracy theorists.
00:38:59.420 Nothing came out of Wuhan.
00:39:00.640 It came out of a it came out of a mongoose or, you know, a muskrat in a wet market.
00:39:06.640 It keeps to stop.
00:39:08.500 We've been right on everything and we're banned.
00:39:10.580 And we don't go back to those guys on bands.
00:39:12.120 I get a lot.
00:39:12.680 Screw you.
00:39:13.200 We don't care.
00:39:14.740 Suck on that.
00:39:18.060 You're seeing it.
00:39:18.580 Look at Ronna.
00:39:19.200 She just coughed it right up.
00:39:20.640 Oh, Joe Biden's legitimate.
00:39:22.400 He won.
00:39:22.920 It's certified.
00:39:24.520 It's certified.
00:39:27.040 This is what you deal with in Washington, D.C.
00:39:29.400 This is the smoke and mirrors.
00:39:30.940 This is the hall of mirrors of President Trump.
00:39:33.620 They're always telling one thing and behind his back, they're doing another.
00:39:38.140 She showed yesterday what she actually believed.
00:39:41.160 And that's why they didn't do anything.
00:39:43.020 Listen, Liz Harrington's a good person, a good woman, a devout Christian, one of the
00:39:49.540 best and finest people I know and totally dedicated to the country, to MAGA, to the
00:39:54.940 deplorables and the President Trump.
00:39:56.720 And she saw in the couple of days after the election, they weren't fighting for it.
00:39:59.520 They were lying.
00:40:00.020 They were taking money under false pretenses.
00:40:02.220 Hello.
00:40:04.120 I wouldn't want that checked into.
00:40:06.200 Nope.
00:40:06.720 No, no, no.
00:40:07.380 Wouldn't want that checked into.
00:40:09.500 That's a good question for their forensic auditorium.
00:40:11.660 We're the billion dollar.
00:40:12.800 They've raised a billion dollars.
00:40:14.360 And according to their math, two thirds of that came from you.
00:40:17.380 They wonder why people are tapped out right now.
00:40:19.420 Two thirds of that came from you.
00:40:22.200 I'd like to see the I know the sources of proceeds.
00:40:25.300 That would be a handful of donors and, of course, the deplorables.
00:40:29.820 I'd like to see the uses of proceeds because I can't see where you got anything.
00:40:36.220 You have no state party.
00:40:37.260 You had another state.
00:40:37.900 Very few of the state parties are really functioning.
00:40:39.880 They have no money.
00:40:40.780 You have very little, almost no get out to vote.
00:40:43.600 Oh, you had five or six Hispanic community centers.
00:40:47.720 God knows where.
00:40:49.540 It's not like the Hispanics are going to come out.
00:40:50.800 They want to hang out with the Republicans.
00:40:52.620 Hey, this is about voting.
00:40:53.900 It's not about a lifestyle.
00:40:55.220 What's a community center?
00:40:57.200 Just do a get out to vote.
00:40:58.680 Start talking about issues.
00:41:00.120 Have their back on issues that are meaningful for them.
00:41:02.960 And trust me, they don't need a community center.
00:41:05.740 That's what they spend.
00:41:06.600 That's all performative.
00:41:07.740 That's all for Michael Steele to sit on MSNBC.
00:41:10.660 He says, yeah, I know there's Hispanic outreach.
00:41:13.780 There's Hispanic outreach.
00:41:14.920 Hey, outreach was standing in the breach on some policies.
00:41:17.740 How about this?
00:41:18.820 Shut the border.
00:41:19.680 Remember, not what the donor class in the Republican Party wants.
00:41:22.660 Remember, none of this would have happened last week unless the money wants it.
00:41:26.540 Now, you know, now it's an open secret.
00:41:28.340 The money wants it.
00:41:29.200 And they want it because it's good for them as far as money goes, as far as profits go.
00:41:35.340 So, cheaper labor, and they buy more consumer goods.
00:41:40.280 So, cheaper labor means higher margins, right?
00:41:43.400 And more consumer goods means, I don't know, higher GPAs.
00:41:46.200 Because you know that the 10 million illegal alien invaders are only buying the highest quality stuff, right?
00:41:55.860 This is why the consumers and the Cheetos and the Cokes and all that, they love it.
00:42:01.000 Who do you think pushes the EBIT cards?
00:42:04.160 Why is the agriculture bill always controversial?
00:42:07.600 It's the junk food companies that are always pushing it, pushing it hard.
00:42:11.840 This is what Trump was up against.
00:42:13.460 He's up an establishment that controls the most powerful nation in the history of mankind.
00:42:19.260 And you're in their way.
00:42:20.800 And they intend to run you over.
00:42:23.000 And if anybody steps up to say, hey, I'll be one of the leaders here.
00:42:26.000 Peter Navarro's in prison.
00:42:27.100 Think about that.
00:42:27.600 Peter Navarro is in prison.
00:42:30.380 Peter Navarro's in prison.
00:42:31.700 Because for a phony committee, a committee that we now know suppressed information, this is Miller, the acting secretary of defense, said they try to intimidate him to shut him up.
00:42:43.620 Peter Navarro is in prison.
00:42:45.560 They want to put President Trump in prison for 700 years.
00:42:50.600 You don't think it's turbulent?
00:42:51.940 It's going to, it's turbulent now.
00:42:53.340 It's going to get a lot more turbulent.
00:42:54.600 Wait till close to April 15th.
00:42:56.480 Wait till close to jury selection.
00:42:58.000 That's going to be a five-ring circus right there.
00:43:00.520 Because they're going to figure by that time, that's the only shot they got.
00:43:03.480 And I would tell you, as you go through that trial, every day the American people are going to get more, they're going to get a belly full of, they're going to get outraged of what's going on in that New York court and what they're trying to do to President Trump.
00:43:13.800 Even people that don't totally agree, people that don't like his house style.
00:43:18.760 Let's say that.
00:43:19.740 Birchgold.com slash bandit.
00:43:21.880 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:43:28.140 Broke 2,000.
00:43:28.900 Was that an all-time high?
00:43:29.680 Close.
00:43:30.760 Short break.
00:43:31.500 Back in a moment.
00:43:32.020 The apples in your holiday pie taste amazing, but it's not exactly the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables.

00:44:47.680 First off, it's the start of Holy Week.
00:44:49.280 We're going to have a lot of different programming this week.
00:44:51.080 It's going to be fantastic.
00:44:52.600 We're here every day.
00:44:54.120 You're going to get your fourth.
00:44:55.040 For those of you that hang in for four hours a day, you're going to get it, plus the Saturday.
00:44:59.480 We're going to be doing a lot of specials, but interweaving it into the current politics and current cultural things that are happening.
00:45:07.540 Because we have to now, more than ever.
00:45:09.480 Our country's in the balance.
00:45:12.060 And we're going to be profiling some of the companies that are with us that are part of that alternative economy.
00:45:16.820 Patriot Mobile, Glenn Story and the team.
00:45:19.660 Particularly Glenn Story, and that's totally separate from Patriot Mobile, but their political action group has been one of the leaders of this fight down in Texas.
00:45:27.720 And what they've done there is incredible.
00:45:29.040 Remember, also, they're the ones that helped put in to Texas School in God We Trust, that plaque in God We Trust.
00:45:34.920 So they're a company that believes in the Judeo-Christian West, and particularly the Christian values that you believe.
00:45:40.820 So I say this, you know, you get to vote once a year in, like, municipal elections or school board elections.
00:45:47.020 You get to vote every couple of years in congressional elections, the by-elections.
00:45:51.080 You get to vote every four years in presidential.
00:45:52.640 But you get to vote every day with your money.
00:45:56.240 And the products and services have to be at as good a quality or better.
00:46:01.900 But that's why Patriot Mobile, go check it out.

00:46:24.320 Tej was on the show on Saturday.
00:46:25.840 He was telling you.
00:46:26.580 And by the way, Tej agrees with me and agrees with Posobik.
00:46:29.780 That thing in Russia is sketchy.
00:46:31.180 Those are not your typical ISIS guys.
00:46:33.100 I mean, Tej fought Al-Qaeda and then ISIS later.
00:46:36.320 It's something quite sketchy about those characters, right?
00:46:40.040 I just, I'm not buying it.
00:46:41.080 I'm not buying their ISIS.
00:46:41.980 ISIS, I see, I got to find out actually who hired them.
00:46:45.400 I need more due diligence on that.
00:46:47.560 They got to convince me they're ISIS.
00:46:49.540 But Warpath Coffee, warpath.coffee slash war room and get your discount.
00:46:54.260 Make sure you get in.
00:46:54.900 By the way, it's just not dark roast.
00:46:56.120 I know I emphasize that because I love it.
00:46:58.760 It's my baby.
00:46:59.420 But you got all the mild blends and the seasonal blends and everything like that.
00:47:03.720 Mike Lindell, how you doing?
00:47:04.780 Mike, you know, you're the least, you sometimes you're a little gruff, but you're never grumpy.
00:47:09.500 You're one of the kindest hearted people I know.
00:47:12.780 This morning, you were a little grumpy.
00:47:14.340 I just want to make sure everything's okay.
00:47:16.100 Tomorrow, I want to get you on the factory floor if you're back at the, because I get the folks in there to cheer you up.
00:47:20.980 Are you okay, Mike Lindell?
00:47:22.320 We're worried about you.
00:47:24.120 I've had a tough week, tough day, but we're getting through.
00:47:28.200 My faith gets me through.
00:47:29.560 And that's, I've got a, I've got a, I did a lot of praying today.
00:47:34.340 So, and a lot of things going on.
00:47:39.420 But we, like I say, when I, I don't usually get down, but I'm getting up there again.
00:47:45.880 Uh, we've got, uh, and, uh, the war room, you know, we've got these pillows, the war room posse.
00:47:52.800 We've got the, we've got all things that are possible.
00:47:54.460 I was just looking at this as I was sitting here reflecting.
00:47:56.980 And, and, uh, by the way, all these pillows, these are my, my, my artist, Jim Hansel.
00:48:02.220 He's a blind painter, legally blind.
00:48:04.480 And we, a few years ago, he painted all these, uh, paintings.
00:48:08.760 Hold it, hold it.
00:48:09.600 Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:48:11.660 Stop, stop, stop right there.
00:48:13.240 Those things are so incredible.
00:48:16.100 And Jimmy Kimmel, I want to tell you the demons you got in Hollywood.
00:48:19.080 They specifically mocked Mike Lindell in The Blind Painter.
00:48:23.620 Did they not?
00:48:24.240 They specifically singled him out as a blind painter.
00:48:27.560 Yep, they did.
00:48:28.180 His name is Jim Hansel.
00:48:29.380 And we've been friends since grade school.
00:48:31.100 And he, he's legally blind.
00:48:32.680 He paints one little square at a time.
00:48:35.360 And it's, it's quite a story.
00:48:36.960 You can see his story over on mystore.com where all his paintings are, everybody.
00:48:41.520 And, uh, you can use the promo code war room there too.
00:48:44.860 All his paintings are over there.
00:48:46.620 And it's, uh, it's been amazing since we were kids.
00:48:49.160 And they told him, they told him in high school, you'll never be, you can't be a painter.
00:48:53.620 You'll never be a painter.
00:48:54.740 You're blind.
00:48:55.280 And, uh, and, uh, he, Jimmy didn't listen.
00:48:58.180 You know, he's, he's legally blind.
00:48:59.740 And, but like I say, one square at a time.
00:49:02.220 And they, and this is on a pillowcase.
00:49:04.320 I mean, it's just this, his paintings are the most amazing paint.
00:49:08.300 Then you realize he's blind.
00:49:09.480 You're going, what?
00:49:10.600 And, uh, um, but it's, uh, he's got an amazing story.
00:49:14.620 One of the most amazing stories I've ever heard in my life.
00:49:17.580 And, uh, uh, yeah.
00:49:19.040 And Jimmy Kimmel mocked him when we had him on my store on, on the war room here.
00:49:23.240 And, um, and, uh, but, but, you know, it, it did get him, it did give him an audience.
00:49:28.860 I guess a lot of people checked it out to see what do you mean?
00:49:31.320 How can you be a painter and be legally blind?
00:49:33.880 And, uh, but he did it now.
00:49:35.360 He's finally to the point though.
00:49:37.380 Uh, after, uh, 60, you know, he's 60 some years old now.
00:49:40.820 And, uh, he now is finally, he can't paint anymore.
00:49:43.940 But, uh, that was just as of last year, his last painting he did was of our country.
00:49:48.900 Uh, it's amazing.
00:49:50.180 The patriotic paintings he's done.
00:49:52.080 He's, uh, he's all in to save our country.
