Bannon's War Room - Episode 3495： Obama Is All In On Propping Up Joe Biden

00:00:00.000 So, how much has the whole 2020 election and everything that has flowed from it pissed you off?

00:00:11.060 I mean, you can't go a day without thinking about what he's done to this country because

00:00:18.940 he's such a little baby that he's thrown 250 years of democracy out the window

00:00:26.880 by not accepting the results of it. I mean, it's so crazy. He's such a sociopath. He's so insane.

00:00:33.920 He just couldn't admit to losing. And we know he lost. He knows he lost. And look how he's fooled 0.95

00:00:41.880 everybody. He's convinced all these people that he didn't lose. He's such a sick man. He's so sick.

00:00:51.100 Anyway, no, it hasn't impacted me at all. Former Presidents Obama and Clinton will join

00:00:59.080 Biden in New York City for an hours-long fundraiser, including moderated conversations with Stephen

00:01:06.460 Colbert and a lineup of musical performances that include Queen Latifah Lizzo and Ben Platt.

00:01:12.680 I've been Jordan Roth.

00:01:14.020 I love Queen Latifah.

00:01:14.880 Help put that together.

00:01:15.600 Jordan did that?

00:01:16.420 Jordan did.

00:01:16.940 I love it. It means it's going to be amazing. The massive effort, which is expected to host

00:01:22.900 over 5,000 people, has already raised over $25 million for Biden, according to his re-election

00:01:30.760 campaign. In addition to the main event, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will be hosting an after-party

00:01:37.140 at Radio City Music Hall with an additional 500 guests.

00:01:40.860 Trusted allies. And Barack Obama, and I think every Democrat can really be grateful for this,

00:01:47.820 Barack Obama is all in. He is focused on helping Joe Biden win this election.

00:01:54.680 No doubt about it. And even those that are close to a former President Obama will tell you he's all

00:02:01.640 in. I was able, in the eight years that President Obama was in the White House,

00:02:06.540 to have a lot of access when we would talk about criminal justice issues, civil rights issues.

00:02:12.060 And I can tell you that I watched both then-Vice President Biden and President Obama really come

00:02:21.560 together on issues. Joe Biden was one of the first to advocate dealing with LGBTQ rights and same-sex

00:02:29.280 marriage. I was in meetings where he was advocating, yes, we need to deal with police reform. And this is

00:02:35.900 before George Floyd. This was around other issues. And they had a meeting of the minds and developed

00:02:43.300 a synergy that moved the country forward. And I think when you look at the Affordable Care Act,

00:02:49.860 what we call Obamacare, you have to deal with the fingerprints of Joe Biden there,

00:02:55.080 pushing all the way and working the hill for President Obama.

00:02:58.540 So I think tonight is a culmination of a bond and a friendship that didn't start with them always

00:03:05.460 agreeing on things, but they learned how to work together for the good of the country. 0.94

00:03:09.480 One of my favorite moments, usually, I just, outside of this, damn, we talk politics for four hours. 0.93

00:03:17.500 Outside of this, I get off the air and I just don't talk politics. But if I'm walking through an 0.97

00:03:24.520 airport and somebody makes the mistake of saying, I used to like you when you were a conservative.

00:03:29.720 Oh, don't please.

00:03:30.660 Oh, it's not. I'm like, you know, really, really. All right. And then I go down the list of issues.

00:03:36.160 Where are you on this? Where are you on this? Well, I'll tell you what, you're a liberal on spending.

00:03:41.640 If you support Donald Trump, you're a liberal. And then you just go down the list of things.

00:03:45.680 It is so funny, George. You and I were conservatives and are conservatives, but we

00:03:52.520 were conservatives when some of these women on Fox News who call us liberals were still playing with 1.00

00:03:58.400 their their Barbies. Of course, Ava Braun edition. We were fighting for for conservative values. 0.50

00:04:05.960 We were fighting to balance the budget. We were fighting to reform welfare.

00:04:11.220 We were fighting to hold Democratic administrations accountable when they were in grade school and

00:04:19.640 have done it our entire life. What's the difference when an anti-democratic, fascist leaning guy

00:04:28.480 wants to be president of the United States? You know what? We're Americans first.

00:04:34.160 Let's work with other people who support democracy.

00:04:36.540 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:04:44.840 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.

00:04:50.040 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly

00:04:55.340 full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world

00:04:58.900 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:05:01.400 And where do people like that go to share the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul,

00:05:08.160 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my

00:05:14.520 purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:05:21.760 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:05:25.160 It is Holy Thursday or Monday, Thursday, 28th March, year of our Lord, 2024. We start the day

00:05:37.440 with a follow on from yesterday's massive story in the New York Times. It says Obama, it's really

00:05:42.800 Obama's deal. And tonight, the largest fundraiser in the history of this country, $25 million.

00:05:48.520 He just heard Obama's all in, bringing all the musical guests. Of course, Bill Clinton's going

00:05:53.240 to grift off it, all for the hapless Joe Biden. And we're really glad that Morning Mika, she's not

00:06:00.220 sad anymore. She was cooing this morning. She's cooing, right? She's cooing. And they talked about

00:06:06.560 the, what is it? What is it? The insult to conservative women that Joe Scarborough was a conservative

00:06:11.660 when y'all were playing with your Barbies, the Eva Braun edition. And Morning Mika, she's sitting 0.87

00:06:19.540 there giggling and laughing. Her version was the Ilsa, the she-wolf of the SS edition. That's 0.86

00:06:24.960 what she reminds me of. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Congressman Greene. First off, your thoughts

00:06:29.580 on the open, on Obama now, New York Times, Wall Street Journal. He's calling the shots. He's actually

00:06:36.760 calling, and I was never part of this thing. There was Obama's deal. He did have his heavies

00:06:41.660 in there, right, with Susan Rice and others. But they've exposed it. He met with Biden a

00:06:47.020 couple of times. He said, hey, the country's way off track. You're not on top of things

00:06:50.200 twice. Obama, Biden didn't get it. He's then calling directly staff members and telling them

00:06:55.940 what to do and getting feedback. Tonight, he's headlining a $25 million fundraiser, the largest

00:07:02.980 in American history and really a kickoff because Biden is focused on getting $2 billion

00:07:06.460 to, as Larry David says, bury the sociopath who would be Donald J. Trump. Your thoughts,

00:07:14.120 ma'am?

00:07:15.200 Well, I think it's what we've all known all along. Obama is running the country. Obama

00:07:20.420 is having his third term, so to speak. And everyone's always known that. And of course,

00:07:26.380 he's coming out as the leader of the Democrat Party because he always has been the leader

00:07:30.580 of the Democrat Party. Joe Biden is just a puppet dangling on the strings doing what Obama

00:07:36.140 wants him to do. But I'd like to roll back to what Larry David said. Larry David said he

00:07:42.280 was offended. And he's so offended by Trump's words that Trump's election was stolen. But

00:07:48.960 yet think about it. Larry David is not offended by the inflation that is crippling America.

00:07:55.040 He's not offended by the wide open borders that is leading to the murder of Americans every single 0.98

00:08:01.620 day. Larry David isn't offended by any of those things. He's only offended by Trump's words. And

00:08:07.080 that's because Larry David is an elite, just like the elites that are going to be attending that

00:08:12.040 massive fundraiser in New York City, raising over $25 million for Joe Biden so that they can try to keep

00:08:20.400 this train on the rails that's leading to the destruction of America. The elites that are attending

00:08:26.480 this fundraiser are the same elites that are completely bought in for the climate agenda,

00:08:32.160 for the new world order, for globalism, and everything that is funding and lining their pockets.

00:08:39.540 But yet the middle class is being completely wiped out. And everyone is becoming poorer and poorer by the

00:08:45.500 day. So does it really surprise us? No, they're just admitting it and saying it out loud.

00:08:50.680 Also, it should not be lost. There's $25 million. They're supporting the illegitimate regime. So Larry

00:08:58.820 David is the illegitimate regime. And anytime you want us to walk you through the math, I understand

00:09:03.980 you're a comedic writer, probably don't understand math that well. But when you want to actually look

00:09:09.780 at the math of how and why it was stolen, we're always prepared to do that. But Larry David and his

00:09:16.420 ilk support a regime, an illegitimate regime that has thrown Israel under the bus. Am I incorrect on

00:09:22.020 that? That they're telling Israel, you can't go in and finish and take out the two or three brigades

00:09:29.100 of the Muslim Brotherhood's Hamas franchisee in Gaza terrorists? The same group, correct, ma'am?

00:09:36.900 That is the same group. It's pretty hard to support the Biden administration and the Democrats today

00:09:42.460 because they've basically turned their back on Israel. So that is kind of shocking that Larry David

00:09:47.660 would support them and all of these people would be raising and donating over $25 million to the

00:09:55.540 Democrats when they're basically doing the exact opposite of what you would think that they support.

00:10:03.420 But Steve, none of this surprises any of us. We're used to seeing it, but it is pretty shocking to see

00:10:09.040 them saying it out loud. Obama is the leader of the Democrat Party, and he's been running the White

00:10:13.660 House this entire time. Georgia is absolutely a linchpin state here, right? And we've got to win

00:10:21.040 Georgia or President Trump is not going to return to the White House. So we've got to win it like we

00:10:25.460 won it in 2020. Of course, they stole it, I don't know, 9,000 or 10,000 votes. How does this play,

00:10:30.640 do you believe, in the entire state of Georgia? How do you think this sets with people? You've got Larry

00:10:34.220 David, you've got the Laughing Hollywood Elite, you've got Al Sharpton, you've got Morning Mika, 0.77

00:10:41.260 they're all in. Obama's there, $25 million. How does this elite Radio City Music Hall, they're going

00:10:46.540 to do an after party, Dr. Jill's going to do an after party, right, hanging with her buddies. How does 1.00

00:10:51.540 that set down in Georgia? It doesn't set well. So basically how we see it is that's the elites

00:10:57.380 dancing and drinking and dining on the top part of the Titanic while the Titanic is sinking

00:11:05.100 and people are drowning and people are losing their homes and they're filing bankruptcy and

00:11:11.000 they've racked up more credit card debt than they ever thought was possible in their lifetimes.

00:11:15.780 But yet the Bidens and the Democrats and all of these elites in our country are pretending it's

00:11:22.520 not happening and celebrating and just continuing to drive our ship further to our, all of our

00:11:29.540 destruction. And no, people in Georgia are angry, Steve, and we have to win Georgia this election.

00:11:36.040 I'm working on a project right now tracking absentee ballots. We have a serious post office

00:11:42.520 issue, something I'd love to talk with you further on as I'm getting more details. But there's absentee

00:11:48.560 ballots still coming in past the presidential primary date here in Georgia at a shocking number.

00:11:56.400 And this happened in 2022 as well. And it happened in 2020 when absentee ballot voting was at its

00:12:02.160 highest. And so when President Trump got on the phone with our Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger,

00:12:08.140 and said, can you find the votes? Where are they? He was basically looking for ballots. And these

00:12:14.100 ballots have been lost in the mail. And so there was nothing wrong with Trump, with what President

00:12:20.420 Trump said. As a matter of fact, I think he'll be vindicated easily by a lot of the work that I'm

00:12:25.680 doing and the proof that I'll be showing pretty soon. Well, you've got a full-time job in Congress.

00:12:31.620 We're going to get to that. We're asking you to stay through the break because you're, once again,

00:12:34.780 the lead story in Politico this morning about some of the issues that you're tackling and some of the

00:12:40.060 things that people say you're too controversial on. But I want to go back to Georgia for a minute

00:12:43.660 before we go to break. Fonnie Willis, is this even going to be a case? I mean, Georgia's got the bad 0.99

00:12:48.480 voter, terrible voter rolls, the mail-in ballot problem. Fonnie Willis, I thought that thing

00:12:52.640 was going to blow up. Is Kemp and the Republican establishment in Georgia taking any action to shut

00:12:58.400 this circus down, ma'am? They're not taking enough action. And it should be shut down. Fonnie Willis is

00:13:04.540 not serious or credible to anyone. And after what we saw her say and how she behaved on the witness stand,

00:13:10.520 she actually should be disbarred. She should lose her law license. You know, while they're taking 0.99

00:13:16.000 away John Eastman's law license, which is outrageous, he's one of the best attorneys in

00:13:20.960 the United States, perhaps in history. Fonnie Willis is actually a joke. And she's no different

00:13:26.520 than Nathan Wade. Nathan Wade gets thrown off of the investigation. But they were the same.

00:13:33.440 They committed the same crimes. And you talk about RICO charges, those two should have RICO charges

00:13:39.640 filed against them. But no, we need Republicans in Georgia to be more serious about this. This is

00:13:45.360 bigger than a commission that they've set up that hasn't yet sunk its teeth into Fonnie Willis and

00:13:51.160 other DAs. We need to be more serious about this. She's an embarrassment to Georgia, and she should be 1.00

00:13:57.160 kicked out of office. Congressman Green, if you can just hang on for a second, we'll go to a short 0.96

00:14:03.240 commercial break. A couple of things. Joe Biden, you know, he puts his Catholicism out there up in

00:14:08.140 your face for everybody to see. It's very odd that you're having a big celebratory fundraiser and then

00:14:14.440 an after party on Holy Thursday, one of the most solemn days in the Catholic liturgy. I find that quite

00:14:21.380 odd for someone such a devout Catholic and so incredibly religious. And Dr. Joe Biden, I think

00:14:28.860 we can see by their children how deep their Catholicism runs, by the actions of their children,

00:14:35.600 both Hunter and, of course, their lovely daughter. I think that shows you everything you need to know

00:14:41.100 about their Catholicism. We're gonna take a short commercial break. We've got also a bunch of specials

00:14:46.040 tonight, Joe Allen, crucifixion and communion for two nights, tonight and on Good Friday. And then,

00:14:51.820 of course, our Saturday special we do every year on Holy Saturday, Descent into Hell, with Dr. Phillips

00:14:57.980 and Dr. Taylor. The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear. They were anticipating

00:15:03.740 around six rate cuts by the Fed this year, and then the inflation data came out higher than expected.

00:15:09.700 Friends, this isn't going away. It can't. The U.S. is $34 trillion plus in the hole, and yet we keep

00:15:18.180 printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even higher. So you can either bury your

00:15:25.460 head in the sand, or you can do something about it. Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with

00:15:31.400 Birch Gold Group. Gold is your hedge against inflation, and Birch Gold makes it easy to own.

00:15:36.740 They'll help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold, and you don't

00:15:44.260 pay a penny out of pocket. Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and get your free info kit on gold. Then talk

00:15:53.640 to a precious metals specialist on how to protect your savings from persistent inflation with gold.

00:16:00.800 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898. Do it today. Action, action, action.

00:16:09.140 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:13.400 It's Monday, Thursday, here in the War Room. We have MTG Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene. By the way,

00:16:21.040 it's Dr. Tom Williams and Dr. Taylor Marshall are with us on Saturday, our annual descent into hell on

00:16:27.640 Holy Saturday, so you don't want to miss that. Congressman Greene, I'm going to announce now

00:16:33.920 we're going to do a special. We're going to have you back on. We can take an hour and break maybe

00:16:37.860 the six-clock show and break down. Larry David actually mocks and ridicules Georgia a couple

00:16:43.080 episodes ago, as you pointed out, on his last season of Curb Your Enthusiasm. So I commit to

00:16:49.020 you. We'll have you on, and we'll do like a game film. We'll break it down. Does that work for you?

00:16:53.420 I would love it. That'd be great. I'd love to talk about that episode and George's election laws

00:16:58.320 and talk about elections. Yeah, that'd be fantastic, Steve. Let's do it.

00:17:02.200 Fine. I think we can school Larry David on the reality of Donald Trump. Donald Trump won. That's

00:17:08.600 obvious. It's an open secret. It's an open secret in foreign capitals, an open secret in the hedge

00:17:13.940 funding community. It's an open secret. I'm sorry the word hasn't gotten out to Hollywood because

00:17:17.300 they're kind of always the stupid kids in the class. I realize it's hard for them to pick up. 0.99

00:17:21.340 Larry David's also got a big bone to pick with me since I made a small fortune off of that show

00:17:26.540 when I sold it as an investment banker. But that's a tale for another day. We'll do that during the

00:17:30.620 special. You're the number one story on Politico. You're the number one story everywhere. I want

00:17:36.680 to get to that. But just one more time, because you're a driver of action, right? And you've got

00:17:41.640 some rough edges. You don't play nice all the time. What is it about Georgia? What is it about the

00:17:46.380 establishment in Georgia? Because if we have another fiasco like last time in only five or

00:17:52.740 six months from now, it's going to be another nightmare. Are you comfortable as one of President

00:17:57.520 Trump's strongest advocates that everything is being done now in the state of Georgia by

00:18:03.540 the local Republican Party, by the RNC, but most particularly by Kemp and this establishment

00:18:09.540 that we know hate Donald Trump and hate you, ma'am?

00:18:15.300 Oh, Steve, I'm completely confident in the grassroots all over Georgia. They fight harder

00:18:20.600 than most people do. I have all the confidence in the world and the people, people that are

00:18:27.180 really trying to volunteer and want to be poll watchers and are trying to get involved and

00:18:32.040 talking to their friends and family about how important it is to vote in 2024.

00:18:35.760 I'm also confident that we can rebuild the Georgia GOP. It needs to be rebuilt. And we have to have

00:18:43.100 a strong GOP in the state of Georgia because we're on the risk of losing it. Am I confident in our

00:18:48.120 elections in Georgia? Not entirely. No. And I'm extremely upset, especially since I've been learning

00:18:54.040 about the failures of the post office and how many absentee ballots do not get counted because they

00:19:01.340 come in late. And this is something that I'm working on very hard with some election offices

00:19:06.520 across the state. And it's more I've got to deliver to you at a later time when I have the number.

00:19:13.480 Hang on. But I know, I know, I know. You want to get the facts first. Are you telling this audience,

00:19:18.580 the most powerful audience in all MAGA, that there are issues with the primary that really haven't

00:19:23.260 been disclosed yet, that there are issues with mail-in ballots in the Georgia primary? Is that what

00:19:28.500 you're telling us? Yes. What I'm telling you is absentee ballots that people trust to be able to

00:19:38.800 vote on and to be able to mail in and trust that their vote will count are not coming in and being

00:19:46.620 counted on time. As a matter of fact, many of them are coming in late. And enough of them are coming in

00:19:52.780 late that could affect our election in 2024. And that's going based on the presidential primary in Georgia

00:20:01.080 that just happened just a month ago. That's also based on 2022 and 2020. These absentee ballots cannot be

00:20:12.000 trusted because the post office is not delivering them. Now, the question as to why the post office is not

00:20:17.780 delivering them is a whole nother issue. And I think one of great concern as well.

00:20:24.580 Let's leave aside Fannie Willis' part. Let's leave aside all the personal stuff. And I realize a lot

00:20:29.380 of people want to jump on that. It's how salacious, but let's just put a pin in that and leave it aside.

00:20:33.520 Just some pure competence. People are kind of stunned throughout the world. People I talked to in

00:20:38.460 Europe, the city of London, when they, because they watched what was going on. How are people supposed to

00:20:43.540 feel confident that there's competence? Because the Fulton County situation was the entire fiasco

00:20:49.420 in 2020. How are people supposed to feel comfortable that this is going to be free and fair and run

00:20:55.240 professionally when you see somebody like Fannie Willis that's clearly a clown when it comes to 0.90

00:21:00.880 just her professional obligations? Leave all the personal stuff aside. How are people supposed to feel 0.53

00:21:05.020 comfortable with that, Congressman?

00:21:07.280 They can't feel comfortable with it. None of us feel comfortable with it. It's the same political bias

00:21:12.720 that we see in Washington, D.C. President Trump couldn't get a fair trial in Washington, D.C.,

00:21:18.400 not on the best day. It's impossible. He can't get a fair trial in New York. It's impossible. And he

00:21:26.920 can't get a fair trial in Fulton County because these are political trials. These are political

00:21:33.260 operations. And it's all designed for election meddling, election interference. And it is lawfare,

00:21:40.540 which is weaponizing courtrooms against President Trump. And it's all in an effort to stop him from

00:21:46.940 being president in 2024, winning in November of 2024 and taking over in January of 2025.

00:21:54.180 This is who the Democrats are. This should not shock anyone. They are communist, full on. The mask is

00:22:02.000 off. And everyone should face it and realize this is not going to change. It is going to get worse.

00:22:10.220 Steve, if we're seeing this this election, imagine what we're going to see in the future.

00:22:17.900 John Eastman, by the way, speaking of lawyers, John Eastman is going to follow Congressman Green here

00:22:22.200 at the bottom of the hour. I want to go back because one people would say, well, hey, the Georgia

00:22:26.620 is run by Republicans and the state level should step in here. The establishment should step in here.

00:22:32.620 If they want to set things right, they could do it. I want to talk about in Congress. You're getting

00:22:36.780 blown up in the Politico and these other articles that by Republicans who mainly are nameless saying

00:22:43.160 you're playing with fire here in this Gallagher situation. Gallagher was a member in good standing

00:22:47.540 of the Paul Ryan school of the Republican Party. What exactly is he doing? Because I think people are

00:22:52.880 kind of freaked out. We can actually flip the house because of his activity and people like Ken

00:22:57.600 Buck and others. Can you give us just help us understand what's going on?

00:23:01.880 Well, let's break that down, Steve. Paul Gallagher was maybe a big, important member of the House

00:23:08.280 under Paul Ryan, our last so-called conservative speaker. I mean, if you're talking about that type

00:23:14.460 of conservatives, that's exactly the same as Joe Scarborough being a so-called conservative.

00:23:20.260 And Politico this morning called Mike Johnson a conservative when in fact he's not. He's the

00:23:27.220 uniparty speaker. And he has come out and proven that with this betrayal that he passed, this two-part

00:23:33.600 omnibus that is—it was no different than a Nancy Pelosi funding bill. It was no different than anything

00:23:40.080 we've seen under the Democrats. As a matter of fact, some of it was even worse than what we have seen

00:23:46.180 under the Democrats. But coming up with Mike Gallagher, this is outrageous. Mike Johnson has

00:23:53.140 a responsibility for the care and keeping of the majority. And by allowing Mike Gallagher to resign

00:23:59.900 and leave Congress at a date that is after his district in Wisconsin's deadline, where they can

00:24:07.320 hold a special election in order to elect another Republican to represent them in the House for the

00:24:12.720 remaining time left in this Congress, which is quite a long time. It's all the way until January

00:24:18.040 of 2025. What Mike Gallagher has done, he has done the work of the deep state. And if Johnson does not

00:24:25.000 hold him accountable and force him to resign and leave early, then Mike Johnson is responsible again,

00:24:32.200 again, for losing a Republican seat. Because George Santos was expelled under Mike Johnson.

00:24:39.200 And George Santos' seat was won by a Democrat. So that means Mike Johnson will be responsible

00:24:44.960 for losing a Republican seat and giving it to a Democrat, and then another seat staying empty,

00:24:50.720 and more members leaving under his speakership.

00:24:54.100 Is Johnson using the Gallagher ploy to back you off on your efforts to remove him as Speaker of the

00:25:00.720 House, ma'am?

00:25:02.060 I have no idea what he's doing. I think the problem is he's not doing anything to support our majority.

00:25:07.720 I think others are going to try to twist and spin that excuse against me. But it's not going to work

00:25:14.280 because here's the deal. No one is stupid, Steve. These articles written by people in Politico are 0.99

00:25:20.780 trying to act like I'm the one to blame here. I'm not the one to blame. It's simple math for anyone

00:25:26.620 paying attention. We only lose the majority in the House as more Republicans leave and as Mike Johnson

00:25:32.320 doesn't force them to stay. That's how you lose the majority in the House. It's a math game. Less

00:25:37.840 Republicans means that the Democrats will make—they would take over and take the majority. Not Marjorie

00:25:45.040 Taylor Greene holding Speaker Mike Johnson accountable and saying that we need new leadership,

00:25:50.720 everyone. We need a Speaker of the House that actually acts like a Republican. We need a Speaker

00:25:55.200 of the House that doesn't fund the open border invasion. We need a Speaker of the House that doesn't

00:25:59.600 fund full-term abortion clinics. We need a Speaker of the House that doesn't fund the trans agenda on 0.99

00:26:05.760 children in our country. These are not extreme statements that I'm making. These are statements

00:26:12.080 that the American people agree with. And any Republican member of the House that is attacking me

00:26:17.440 and defending Mike Johnson right now is finding out at home from their constituents they're wrong,

00:26:23.280 and they're on the wrong team. They're working for Chuck Schumer. They're working for the Democrat

00:26:28.080 agenda. And by protecting and defending Mike Johnson right now, you're actually offending every single

00:26:34.720 Republican voter and every single Republican that worked hard to hand us the majority. They didn't

00:26:40.400 hand us the majority to pass horrible omnibus bills like Mike Johnson just passed. They handed us the

00:26:46.640 majority to hold Democrats accountable like I've done when I impeached Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

00:26:54.000 Those are my articles of impeachment. They handed us the majority to hold Joe Biden accountable and

00:26:59.520 the Biden crime family. They handed us the majority to stop the Democrat agenda, which Mike Johnson just

00:27:06.240 passed in that two-part omnibus bill. And they are outraged at everything that is happening right now

00:27:12.000 under Speaker Mike Johnson. Congressman, I know you're busy. Can I just keep you for,

00:27:17.600 we got to go short commercial break, just a couple of minutes. I've got to ask you about Ukraine,

00:27:20.880 because Matt Gaetz and yourself, and particularly you, you were the one most about the accountability,

00:27:26.320 where the money went, what's it been used for, what's the accounting to the American people. And it

00:27:31.280 seems to me that Speaker Johnson and this neocon click are going to be up in your grill. So if you just

00:27:36.160 hang on for one second or take a short commercial break. Times of turbulence, I think we got them,

00:27:41.040 and as Marjorie Taylor Greene just said, it's going to get a lot more turbulent.

00:27:45.360 Birchgold.com slash bandit. Go talk to the professionals today, Philip Patrick and the team.

00:27:51.040 Find out what gold has been a hedge for, I don't know, 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:27:56.240 We'll leave you with Holy War as we go out back in a minute with Congressman MTG.

00:28:00.720 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts. First,

00:28:14.000 think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the

00:28:18.640 government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our

00:28:24.320 movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter,

00:28:29.840 Strategic Intelligence, and New York Times bestselling author is warning about a coming

00:28:34.880 event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:39.680 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon

00:28:44.000 expand their powers to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media,

00:28:50.000 donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us

00:28:56.160 out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire

00:29:03.280 warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission

00:29:07.760 to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of

00:29:14.560 programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:21.760 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:28.400 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:34.720 Congressman Green, by the way, John Eastman's on deck here. Congressman Green,

00:29:39.280 people forget you're in the process. As we say, you're six months into this,

00:29:43.040 we just approved a Nancy Pelosi plus 30 budget with all the woke in there, all the weaponized

00:29:48.080 in there. Everything was taken out last summer with all those great you guys all night long.

00:29:52.160 You be there three in the morning. Biggs will be there three in the morning. The audit,

00:29:55.760 we had 20 or 30,000 people watching all night with these great fights over the amendments,

00:29:59.600 the way a democracy, a republic should run. People forget we're doing another one. It's got

00:30:04.480 to be by September 30th, or we go through this whole exercise again. And people forget this is what

00:30:09.840 zero hedge has got as its lead story. I have it up on Getter as my lead. It's about the debt being

00:30:16.560 out of control. And they're saying now nobody can hide from this anymore. It's a trillion dollars

00:30:20.640 every hundred days. Now tell people, are you comfortable in the process we are now? That's

00:30:26.880 the quote unquote conservatives in the in the GOP controlled house are going to be able to get

00:30:32.080 control of spending and get the woke and weaponized out of the budget that we're coming up on. It has to be

00:30:37.120 approved by September 30th and will either set up the Trump administration. It's his second term

00:30:44.800 for victory or handcuffing ma'am. Thank you so much for asking that question, Steve. This is the

00:30:50.880 most important thing we can talk about that people need to fully understand. So what everyone just saw

00:30:56.800 happen under Mike Johnson is he passed a two part omnibus that suspended the rules, the precious rules

00:31:03.600 that you heard us talk about ever since we took the majority. He tied our hands behind our backs,

00:31:08.880 did not allow us to make amendments and vote on amendments, which we could have fought and took

00:31:14.000 out a lot of the horrible things in this bill. Mike Johnson took that power away from us, passed it under

00:31:20.320 suspension and only gave us one day to read 1012 pages. Steve, what you just brought up is we have

00:31:27.520 another funding deadline coming up in just over six months, which is September 30th, which means we

00:31:34.160 have to do this all over again. This is happening at the same time that our country is taking on $1

00:31:41.840 trillion in debt every 100 days. And that's because the debt is just rolling and rolling and rolling

00:31:49.920 because of the interest. We are seriously in big trouble. So coming up on September 30th,

00:31:55.600 does anyone trust Mike Johnson after he surrendered all his negotiating power to Chuck Schumer,

00:32:01.440 after he did not do anything about the border security while Americans are being murdered every 0.75

00:32:06.880 single day and human trafficking at all time highs into our country? Mike Johnson is not going to fight

00:32:15.520 hard on this on September 30th. Conservatives are not going to get the wins that we want, stopping the debt.

00:32:22.080 We should only be funding the government at emergency level, Steve, because what Zero Hedge pointed out

00:32:28.240 was, which is what they have been saying for years now, is that this debt is going to soon cripple our

00:32:34.880 country. It's going to destroy our dollar. It's going to take our bonds, our T-bills down to a value of

00:32:42.160 nothing. And it will completely wreck the stock market, which will destroy people's pensions,

00:32:47.440 their investments and completely destroy their retirement that they have worked so hard to save

00:32:53.040 for. This isn't something that's made up. It's not a conspiracy theory. And it's coming very soon.

00:32:58.560 And the CBO director is finally talking about it. Well, why didn't the conference who voted for the majority

00:33:07.040 of this? Why have they not penalized Johnson for using Democrats when the logical thing to to secure

00:33:13.200 the border was to force Biden to the table by cutting off his government, cutting off his regime

00:33:18.320 of money, shut down the border, shut down the government? Why was there not a bigger firestorm

00:33:23.280 in the conference to force Johnson to do this, ma'am? Because I would argue that our Republican

00:33:28.880 conference lacks the intestinal fortitude and the fight that it takes to make that happen. And so that's

00:33:35.680 why you're seeing members of Congress either anonymously or even under their own name attacking

00:33:43.120 me. They would rather attack me for filing a motion to vacate than do the hard and dirty work. And that

00:33:49.040 is force our speaker to use the leverage that he has to force the Biden administration to secure our

00:33:56.080 border. The speaker of the house is third in line to the president. They aren't equal in the four corners

00:34:01.280 discussions. The speaker of the house has all the leverage that he needs to force the Biden

00:34:07.120 administration to secure the border, to force anything we want to happen. He just has to be

00:34:12.400 willing to do it. But Mike Johnson surrendered all of that. It's over, Steve. Game over. Mike Johnson has

00:34:19.600 proven to everyone, and worse, he's proven to the other side that he stands for nothing and that he will

00:34:25.840 hand them everything. And listen, I want to tell you, this is what really makes me angry. What's up

00:34:31.760 next is two things, FISA and Ukraine. Those two things are coming next. And that's what America's

00:34:39.360 going to see in the news. That's what they're going to see on the House agenda in the coming weeks when

00:34:43.680 we go back into session. Ukraine should not get any more money. Ukraine has stolen money from the United 0.51

00:34:49.840 States. Funding that war has been a money laundering operation, and everyone knows it. There should be

00:34:56.400 no more funding for Ukraine. Ma'am, your district in Georgia is one of the most patriotic districts

00:35:02.480 in this country. What do your constituents tell you about Ukraine? Oh, they're fed up with it. 0.97

00:35:07.680 They're absolutely done. And it's not just my district, Steve. 70% of Americans, that shows in

00:35:14.880 polling. That's a statistic that no one can't ignore. No one can ignore that. 70% of Americans

00:35:22.000 do not want to send any more money to Ukraine. Americans across the political spectrum want our

00:35:29.280 money spent on our southern border. And Mike Johnson totally threw that away in these government funding

00:35:35.440 bills. And now he's being pressured to fund Ukraine. And we'll see if he's going to do that. And I'm going

00:35:41.120 to tell you right now, that would not be a good idea to fund Ukraine. And I'm going to say that as

00:35:47.200 strongly as possible. But also, don't forget, FISA is coming, Steve. Mike Johnson fully funded the FBI

00:35:53.920 and the Department of Justice that is weaponized against Donald Trump. And now he's going to go after

00:35:59.680 FISA funding and renewal. And I guarantee you, that'll be as clean and as simple as can be.

00:36:05.440 And the FBI spied on hundreds of thousands of Americans. So you're going to see, Steve, what you're

00:36:11.360 going to see is the attacks are going to increase on MTG. The attacks will increase on me, while the

00:36:18.000 deep state is going to do everything they can to protect Mike Johnson, because he is the best speaker

00:36:24.240 of the House they could ever ask for in this divided government. He fought for nothing for us. And at the

00:36:30.880 same time, they're going to come after and attack me. And I, you know, Steve, I'm going to ask,

00:36:35.680 please, people, if you will help support me, DefendMTG.com is the website I asked you to go to,

00:36:42.720 because they're going to come after me. And you already saw it start in Politico today.

00:36:46.320 And that will ratchet up after Easter.

00:36:50.480 You were the first one to step up. And I think you got a resolution passed about a full accounting,

00:36:54.960 that everything that went to Ukraine had to be fully accounted for. So we made sure that Zelensky

00:36:59.200 and his buddies weren't buying, you know, chateaus down in the south of France and in Monaco.

00:37:05.440 Has that been, have you had that implemented? Are people seeing every penny where it goes in

00:37:11.120 Ukraine, the money, the $125 billion we've already spent, are you comfortable that the accounting came

00:37:16.880 back and you've seen where it's all gone? No, I'm not comfortable. I haven't seen a spreadsheet yet,

00:37:23.040 Steve, and I'm looking for that spreadsheet. And at the same time, it's being reported in the news

00:37:27.520 today that somehow magically, and no one knows how, that Ukraine was able to buy Blackhawk helicopters.

00:37:35.440 Or maybe they didn't buy them. Maybe they were given to them. So how did Ukraine get Blackhawks 0.80

00:37:40.240 when that was something that we never voted to fund either? You see, there's so many things happening

00:37:45.440 in Ukraine. That should be one of the biggest issues that people are outraged over. But yet there's so

00:37:51.120 many fires that get thrown in the American people's face. You can't keep up. It's outrage overload day

00:37:57.920 after day after day. And while our country continues to accumulate $1 trillion in debt every 100 days,

00:38:06.480 and we have another government funding deadline coming September 30th, which we know will be

00:38:12.400 will be probably a CR of the garbage that was just funded, or perhaps another horrific omnibus and

00:38:19.360 one big package to get it over with, we are looking at one of the most disturbing funding operations in a 0.57

00:38:27.360 corrupt country, Ukraine, one of the most corrupt countries on Earth that is leading us closer and 1.00

00:38:33.280 closer to World War III. And I think that's what bothers most people, is that while our own border is

00:38:39.200 wide open, our government does nothing to secure us. Our government at the same time is funding a war

00:38:44.880 that most people do not support, in a country that no one can find on a map hardly, and is leading us

00:38:51.840 to completely destabilizing our entire world order, destabilizing peace throughout the world,

00:38:59.440 and could lead us into a war that no one can get us out of.

00:39:03.040 To finish, Joe Scarborough accused you and other some of the women on Fox News, but that when he was

00:39:11.440 fighting the good fights on his, you know, his 15 minutes as a Republican congressman representing

00:39:17.280 Pensacola, he's fighting these great battles. You were playing with your Ava Braun Barbie edition. Is

00:39:24.480 any truth of that, ma'am?

00:39:25.600 Well, first, I'd like to thank Joe. I'm not that young. But anyways, I actually was playing with

00:39:32.320 Barbie and Ken, not Ava and Joe. And, you know, my Barbies definitely knew that there were only

00:39:38.080 two genders. No one was confused over that at that time. So, you know, just confused about what

00:39:44.240 conservative really means, just like he's confused about what Barbie and Ken is all about.

00:39:49.120 Yeah, I think Mika had something to do with that. Congressman, where do people go to Defend MTG?

00:39:55.040 Where do they go for your social media? You're always coming in a little hot. Where do they go?

00:39:59.680 Please go to DefendMTG.com. That'll help me fight as the deep state is coming after me,

00:40:06.160 because I'm trying to hold them accountable. You can also follow me on all socials at Rep MTG.

00:40:11.360 Thank you so much, Steve.

00:40:14.560 Thank you, Congressman Green. Spend all the time. Appreciate it.

00:40:16.800 The great John Eastman. Let's play. We got a cold open for John. Yes, ma'am.

00:40:21.200 Great attorney. Yes, ma'am. Great attorney, John Eastman. Everybody fight for John Eastman.

00:40:26.240 What's happening to him should never happen. He's a great American. Thank you, Congressman.

00:40:32.400 Let's play the cold open for John Eastman.

00:40:37.040 Indictment, disbarment, public ridicule, professional disgrace, and yes, prison,

00:40:41.920 along with career-ending civil settlements, have become the norm.

00:40:45.440 Trump's level of brazen criminality is just that broad and deep.

00:40:49.840 Any moment now, the California State Bar is expected to issue its decision on whether to disbar

00:40:55.280 former Trump lawyer John Eastman. Eastman, you may recall, was one of the architects of the fake

00:41:00.720 elector scheme to try to steal the 2020 election. Earlier today, former Justice Department official

00:41:06.960 Jeffrey Clark, who Trump considered making attorney general just days before the January 6th attack on

00:41:13.040 our Capitol, asserted his Fifth Amendment rights during a disciplinary hearing over his attempts

00:41:18.720 to use the DOJ to try to boost Trump's baseless election fraud claims as part of the coup attempt.

00:41:25.600 He, too, could be disbarred. Add those men to the litany of Trump lawyers who have been sued or indicted

00:41:32.240 or implicated in his schemes to steal classified documents or who have spent time in jail,

00:41:37.680 from Rudy Giuliani to Michael Cohen, to the point where, as friend of the show Melissa Murray says,

00:41:43.440 MAGA might as well stand for making attorneys get attorneys. 1.00

00:41:47.280 Okay, John Eastman joins us. John, we're going to hold you through the break, but we've got about

00:41:54.480 a minute here. The judge actually, I think, ruled yesterday that you should be disbarred. Is that

00:41:59.680 the current state of play? Yeah, the recommendation came down about 4.30 Pacific time last night,

00:42:05.360 that recommendation that I be disbarred. And the result of that is within three days, I note this is

00:42:11.040 coming during Holy Week. Within three days, my license will be suspended unless the Appellate

00:42:16.800 Review Court issues a stay of that order. But it's 128 pages, and every page, almost every page,

00:42:24.880 has at least one blatant lie on it. And we're going to be challenging this vigorously all the way up

00:42:30.880 through the U.S. Supreme Court, if necessary. Hang on for one second. We're going to go to break,

00:42:37.520 come back. We've got Mike Davis has got something to say about John Eastman, also about Cary Lake.

00:42:42.480 We've got Cary Lake. We've got Abe Homaday. We're going to deal with a lot of this, the issues of

00:42:47.200 the law. And of course, this defamation situation out in Arizona. The great John Eastman, one of the

00:42:53.440 smartest, most brilliant constitutional lawyers in our nation, recommended for disbarment from the

00:45:26.000 Okay, John, the great John Eastman is with us. John, uh, you, I think you remember this, but we

00:45:39.680 streamed, uh, on our getter, our other getter channel, uh, what we didn't cover live on the

00:45:45.600 show your entire, I think it would, correct me if I'm wrong. Was it 35 days? Was this hearing 35

00:45:50.240 days longer about 30? It took about over a month. Am I correct in that? 30, 30, 32 days over 10 weeks.

00:45:55.700 The most expensive and longest bar disciplinary proceeding in history, as one commentator

00:46:00.920 speculated. It was an outrage. So, so our audience, you, you have tens of thousands of people that

00:46:08.780 were there the entire time. And of course there was tremendous commentary by Miss, was it Rachel

00:46:13.000 Alexander over at the Arizona, I think Sun-Times or Michael Patrick? Incredible. We would have them on,

00:46:18.600 people would watch it. We had lawyers watch it. It was pretty outrageous. The report to the judge,

00:46:23.940 you said the judge then issued. So we saw on there that this was a complete total witch hunt

00:46:28.880 and unbelievable stuff was done. But are you saying then the judge doubled down this report? Are you

00:46:34.880 saying this 128 page report has a lie on every page, sir? Just about. I've, you know, I mean,

00:46:40.660 I've, I've read it through quickly the first time, but, but I mean, it's just stunning, you know,

00:46:45.700 and she acknowledges that she blocked numerous of our witnesses and much of our evidence,

00:46:52.580 including a major post-election assessment that had been done by a professional CPA named Joseph

00:46:58.800 Freed, who said, there's no way this election should have been certified. She prohibited that 0.99

00:47:03.420 from coming in because he didn't publish it until January of 2023, even though it was based on the same

00:47:09.680 evidence that we had before us in December of 2020. Uh, and yet, uh, you know, shortly thereafter,

00:47:15.220 the, uh, the, the bar lawyers offered a report that had been done down in Arizona paid for by the

00:47:20.880 government that, you know, surprisingly said the government's running of the election was perfect.

00:47:25.620 And she let that in because it was a government report, uh, or paid government paid report. Um,

00:47:31.460 uh, one of the issues charges against me is that by filing a motion to intervene on behalf of

00:47:36.760 president Trump, um, that incorporated Texas's own complaint, uh, that I acted unreasonably as an

00:47:43.480 attorney by incorporating that complaint. We offered into evidence, the briefs of six state

00:47:48.700 attorney generals who did exactly the same thing. Cause the issue is whether any reasonable attorney

00:47:52.940 would have taken the actions I did. She said, their briefs are not relevant, even though they did

00:47:57.900 exactly the same thing I did, which demonstrated that reasonable attorneys were taking these actions.

00:48:03.040 Uh, she said it was not relevant to the case. These are the kinds of things that we dealt

00:48:06.700 with throughout the 10 weeks. And that will, will, will be a major focus of our, of our appeal.

00:48:12.100 But the other thing that will be a focus of our appeal is, I mean, one of the, several of the

00:48:16.960 counts against me, you know, include, uh, uh, claiming that I made false statements in public,

00:48:22.160 including on your show, Steve. Um, uh, this is such vintage protected first amendment rights stuff.

00:48:28.980 Uh, and she says, well, lawyers aren't allowed to make misrepresentations. Uh, of course the,

00:48:33.760 the, the, the claims of misrepresentations are themselves false. My, one, my favorite of them

00:48:38.180 was one of the charges against me said, uh, I claimed on January 6th at my speech before the

00:48:43.740 lips that dead people voted, which was true. And they acknowledge it in the paragraph, the

00:48:49.260 Michigan inspector general admitted 1100, 1500 dead people voted. And they said, my claim was false.

00:48:56.160 And the judge said it was false because what I really meant by that was more dead people voted

00:49:00.140 than were necessary to affect the outcome of the election. Of course, I never said any such thing.

00:49:04.600 Um, uh, uh, another example of the falsity that we called them on. Um, they, they falsely claimed

00:49:11.120 that the DC circuit court of appeals had upheld the, uh, constitutionality of the electoral count

00:49:17.020 act. That was not true. The issue never even got to the DC circuit court of appeals. The case they

00:49:23.200 were citing was the DC district court, which doesn't have any presidential force. And the, the case

00:49:28.060 didn't involve the electoral count act at all. It involved a completely different state election

00:49:33.000 laws. The quotation was doctored to make it appear as though the case said something that it didn't

00:49:38.880 say. Uh, we called them on that in a, in a responsive pleading. And yet the judge repeated

00:49:44.280 that doctored quotation as if it was true in her opinion. Um, can we hold you through the break?

00:49:53.260 Cause Mike Davis is going to join us. I want to make sure that we've got, uh, that we've got plenty of

00:49:57.120 time with you in this. Mike Davis, get commentary and get your back. Here's the question on a,

00:50:01.620 on a general basis. Starting in the 1930s, uh, first in, in Moscow with the Bolsheviks and then

00:50:07.740 later with the fascists, with the Nazis in Germany, the rule of law and judges, I mean, completely flipped

00:50:13.640 and was as used as probably the key instrument of state power and suppression of people's rights,

00:50:20.720 freedom. And you, we saw what happened there. You know, you had the, the Nazi judges and people 0.59

00:50:25.080 seen the black and white, uh, newsreels of what they did. And also the Moscow show trials.

00:50:29.880 When you, when we sat there for the 32 days and saw what happened live in court where they couldn't

00:50:34.920 hide. And now you have this report with all these lines and misrepresentations. How are we then to

00:50:40.020 see as citizens that the radical left is going down the same path where we see what's happening to

00:50:45.000 President Trump, but yours in particular, where there's such blatant, uh, misrepresentations,

00:50:50.100 lies, and then using procedure against you, sir? Well, it's a problem. And one only hopes that the,

00:50:57.140 uh, the upper courts that will consider this on appellate review will step in and fix this problem

00:51:02.540 because it's a travesty. I mean, what, what the, the essence of the ruling is that the government

00:51:08.860 has spoken and, you know, we said the election was the most secure in history, that there wasn't any

00:51:14.540 evidence of fraud. These are the things that they said. And because I, I kept offering evidence that

00:51:19.040 there was, I must be lying. This is, this is Orwellian. It's authoritarian. The government

00:51:24.660 has spoken and you better bow to our claims or we're going to destroy you. This, this is not the

00:51:30.960 America that we grew up in. This is not the America that our founders bequeathed to us. And by God,

00:51:35.940 I'm going to fight with everything I've got to make sure that we fix this problem before we pass

00:51:39.920 the baton to the next generation. Uh, John, if you can just hang on, uh, through the break,

00:51:46.540 um, John Eastman is going to return. I got Mike Davis coming up, Abe Hamaday about the situation

00:51:51.600 in Arizona. Carrie Lake's going to respond. Um, Chris Hayes last night literally had her accuser on 0.99

00:51:58.720 and, uh, and try to take her apart brick by brick. So we'll give Carrie an opportunity to respond to all

00:52:04.320 that. Uh, a couple of things. Number one, um, for those of you, I like the geopolitics and the
