Bannon's War Room - Episode 3522： Fighting Back Against Liberal Lawfare

00:00:00.000 Welcome back to Eclipse Across America.

00:00:02.800 We are closely watching what is an amazing interstellar phenomenon.

00:00:06.860 We're not talking about what's happening here on set in Indianapolis.

00:00:09.680 We're talking about the show we're about to watch across the sky, Brianna.

00:00:13.260 It's going to be amazing.

00:00:14.620 And this is either the best idea or the worst idea that we've had.

00:00:18.100 Set aside all journalistic credibility.

00:00:19.920 Yes.

00:00:20.240 We're having fun today.

00:00:20.980 This is basically what's going to happen if I can reenact.

00:00:24.060 The moon will be going in front of the sun.

00:00:26.380 Horace Sanchez in this point.

00:00:27.880 And that's a partial, I think we've got a full eclipse there.

00:00:32.020 This is kind of where things are right now.

00:00:33.620 Yeah, right there.

00:00:34.960 There we go.

00:00:35.360 All right, just peeking out in Mazatlan.

00:00:37.120 In Mazatlan.

00:00:38.100 And eventually it'll be a total.

00:00:40.060 Let's get in that zone of totality, which is going to be amazing here in Indianapolis.

00:00:44.560 This is a celestial spectacle of epic proportions.

00:00:49.440 I'm finding myself getting a little overwhelmed by it.

00:00:53.460 It's really an amazing thing to see and to watch people.

00:00:56.980 I mean, it's suddenly gotten so quiet because it's nearing totality.

00:01:11.640 Katie, can I just say so many people have said to me that there's something about, in this particular time,

00:01:20.240 when there seems a lot of heaviness in the world, to the community, that families, that new friends.

00:01:27.200 People are making friends here come together and can all just pause for a moment and look to the sky in wonder.

00:01:35.880 In wonder, I want to talk to a few of the people who are witnessing.

00:01:41.900 And I don't know, Cesar, if you can look out to the water and look at just how beautiful the horizon is.

00:01:48.040 You can see the colors there.

00:01:50.800 And it would be completely dark here if the lights in the park had not gone on automatically.

00:01:58.520 Because I will admit, I was a little cynical that this would make me emotional, but here I am.

00:02:03.940 Tears in my eyes.

00:02:05.220 This is just absolutely amazing.

00:02:09.520 Oh, and there goes a queen! 1.00

00:02:11.240 Oh my God, again!

00:02:12.840 Oh my God, did you see that?

00:02:18.360 And the whole crowd here is freaking out just as much as I am.

00:02:21.080 That was so cool!

00:02:23.740 Imagine being on that plane right now, Maura.

00:02:27.960 I know.

00:02:28.700 I mean, looking at the flight paths that follow the eclipse, I'm so jealous of everyone in those windows sees, for sure.

00:02:34.700 I think Gotti Schwartz, our colleague, is on one of those flights.

00:02:37.060 Hopefully he got to see something.

00:02:39.020 Maura, it's been described as a full-body experience.

00:02:41.760 Are you feeling it like that?

00:02:45.320 It is, because, I mean, I am shaking.

00:02:48.840 I can feel my body just a little bit hesitant about what is going on right now.

00:02:53.740 And it's funny, because it's so dark around where we are, but you can almost see light peeking out on the edges,

00:02:58.760 where it's a little further past the horizon, past the stadium.

00:03:02.420 It's not full darkness, but it definitely feels like that moment before you're plunging into darkness.

00:03:07.740 That is going to do it for me.

00:03:08.900 Thank you so much for being with us throughout all of this coverage.

00:03:12.900 It has been such a privilege to bring it to you.

00:03:15.740 And maybe it's a moment in time where we use this, this shared experience that connects us to the past and propels us into the future to, I don't know, come together.

00:03:27.120 Then again, maybe we won't.

00:03:28.640 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:03:36.260 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:03:41.460 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:03:45.720 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:03:47.640 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:03:49.060 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:03:51.760 It's going to happen.

00:03:52.800 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:03:56.440 Mega Media.

00:03:57.760 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:04:03.220 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:04:06.960 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:04:13.300 War Room.

00:04:14.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:04:16.560 It's Monday, 8 April, Year of Our Lord, 2024.

00:04:25.520 Katie Tur, I'm going to take the under on are we going to come together for a big group hug?

00:04:30.980 Leave it to the mainstream media to beclown themselves when you have this amazing natural phenomenon.

00:04:36.400 Of course, we had, we live stream here Bishop Strickland, who did a mass, very solemn mass,

00:04:42.120 to make sure there were no satanic influences that came in during this time.

00:04:46.100 But it was tough to take the event very seriously when mainstream media just beclowned themselves.

00:04:52.140 I mean, really beclowned themselves.

00:04:53.480 They set a new low for juvenile coverage of what is obviously astronomically obviously a very important event.

00:05:03.760 But, Boris, I don't know.

00:05:04.880 Katie Tur, do you think, I mean, they're like a bunch of pagans.

00:05:08.480 It's like we're Aztecs.

00:05:09.680 And is this going to bring everybody together?

00:05:11.160 No, Katie, it's not going to bring everybody together.

00:05:12.920 We'll take the under on that.

00:05:14.040 Your thoughts, Boris Epstein?

00:05:17.100 Honor be with you, Stuart.

00:05:18.260 Honor be with the posse.

00:05:19.820 Maybe this might sort of, you know, based on my background and being originally from a very cold place.

00:05:26.240 But didn't this just seem like normal weather?

00:05:29.380 I mean, what did I miss?

00:05:30.660 You know, I've been working the whole day.

00:05:32.300 So maybe, you know, I'm sort of like not getting the point.

00:05:36.040 I mean, but I saw a bunch of people running around with sunglasses.

00:05:38.700 But from my perspective, it's just another day that we're fighting what's wrong in our country and what's wrong all around the world, right?

00:05:45.200 We're fighting against weaponization.

00:05:47.160 We're fighting against globalists.

00:05:49.200 We're fighting against the misuse of our law.

00:05:53.060 Boris, Boris, I understand.

00:05:54.820 Boris, Boris, I understand when you walk in a room, you block the sun.

00:05:58.380 But for most people, this is a very unusual phenomenon, right?

00:06:02.620 And they completely melted down.

00:06:04.220 It's like we're Aztecs again.

00:06:05.700 It's like you look like that.

00:06:07.540 Sorry.

00:06:08.900 Sunshine.

00:06:09.920 Sunshine.

00:06:10.620 I'm all sunshine.

00:06:11.860 I'm all sunshine.

00:06:13.080 I didn't.

00:06:13.660 I'm all sunshine.

00:06:15.260 You're a dark specter.

00:06:16.340 They call you the angel of sunshine, not the angel of death.

00:06:18.520 I forgot that.

00:06:21.260 So, Boris, President, we're one week away from this fiasco in New York.

00:06:26.360 I think you guys followed today.

00:06:28.300 There's so many things going on.

00:06:30.020 I mean, I get Mike Davis on one day and you on the next day.

00:06:32.800 Just set the battle plan here of exactly what's happening.

00:06:35.560 President Trump's suing the judge now.

00:06:37.620 I think it's an appeals court.

00:06:38.680 That's the nomenclature in New York State.

00:06:42.420 The New York State justice system is actually pretty arcane.

00:06:46.180 The process is not that dissimilar from what it was 200 years ago.

00:06:50.980 It's an Article 78 motion, and that is effectively an interlocutory appeal.

00:06:56.100 They say they're called suing the judge, but really, it's an appeal.

00:07:00.220 And that's an appeal.

00:07:01.060 These two issues are appeals by President Trump both on the wrongful and unconstitutional gag order

00:07:08.620 and on the fact that it is absolutely wrong to even consider having a trial against President Trump anywhere near Manhattan

00:07:17.240 because it is a completely biased jury poll.

00:07:20.920 And a large reason that it's biased is because of the wrongful actions both of the Manhattan DA of this judge

00:07:26.680 who's contributed to the pretrial publicity and the Democrats as a whole.

00:07:30.540 These are Biden trials.

00:07:32.200 It's clear as day to everybody.

00:07:33.640 This is law enforcement.

00:07:34.620 And so today, President Trump filing two powerhouse motions.

00:07:39.340 His lawyers, the legal team, are fighting it out as we speak and are going to continue to press the point

00:07:44.280 that these are A, Biden trials, Biden witch hunts, and B, there's no way that this case should go to trial anytime soon

00:07:53.240 and it really should be dismissed as a whole because just like all the other witch hunts,

00:07:56.780 the Manhattan DA case is lawless and sackcloth.

00:08:01.520 So, but as currently, unless the, I guess the court, senior court steps in, we go to trial,

00:08:08.240 President Trump has got to do this next Monday?

00:08:11.300 As it stands right now, the trial is set for next Monday.

00:08:13.900 President Trump and his legal team continuing to take serious and strong action.

00:08:18.940 The recusal motion was filed last week and there was a powerhouse motion.

00:08:23.500 The conflicts are on their face, as they say, right?

00:08:26.040 This judge is conflicted out because of his own donation,

00:08:29.160 conflicted out because of those relationships with those who have financial interests in this case,

00:08:34.440 conflicted out because of his own prejudicial pretrial statements.

00:08:38.980 And you actually had a Democrat appointed, Clinton appointed judge,

00:08:42.400 a very well-respected judge, a Second Circuit judge,

00:08:46.500 saying that these are real issues, that the recusal motion carries a lot of weight.

00:08:51.800 There was a judge on CNN late last week.

00:08:54.560 So that motion is still to be ruled on and to be adjudicated.

00:08:58.240 You've got the motion on venue, pretrial publicity.

00:09:00.400 You've got issues of immunity that have been raised.

00:09:02.620 So this is going to be an action-packed week for President Trump

00:09:06.180 as he continues to fight against the weaponization of law enforcement.

00:09:09.200 And it's as simple as this.

00:09:11.680 Crooked Joe Biden, knowing that he's going to get crushed in this election,

00:09:14.440 is trying to put his opponent on trial to prevent him from taking office,

00:09:18.100 from beating him in an election.

00:09:19.420 That is straight out of communist China, Stalinist Russia, Stalinist Soviet Union,

00:09:24.180 and or Venezuela.

00:09:25.420 You pick the third world nation you want to compare it to.

00:09:27.720 We've got to fight against it.

00:09:29.100 That's the only way we can save our country.

00:09:33.360 Boris, make us smart, because this audience is obviously very focused on all the law for against the president.

00:09:38.960 What should this audience be looking for this week?

00:09:40.960 What are the things, what are the signs of progress on us beating back lawfare?

00:09:47.700 Look at the key filings by President Trump and his legal team, both in New York.

00:09:53.000 There was actually one in Georgia today, a filing for a Certificate of Media Review in Georgia

00:10:00.360 on the First Amendment motion to dismiss.

00:10:03.120 So be looking out for any and all filings of President Trump's legal team,

00:10:06.220 rulings on those issues, and then from there, any and all appeals and or similar filings.

00:10:12.000 Again, by President Trump and his team, everything is, as much as allowed by the judges,

00:10:18.000 everything is public.

00:10:19.320 President Trump and his team are all for transparency.

00:10:21.560 So we're going to be fighting in the public eye and fighting for an end to weaponization,

00:10:28.160 an end to lawfare, and restoring the American people's faith in our justice system,

00:10:32.720 which is, again, the only way that our democracy could survive.

00:10:35.320 Boris, where do people follow you on social media?

00:10:40.200 Steve, thank you so much.

00:10:41.020 It's an honor to be with you on this huge day of the solar eclipse,

00:10:43.420 which obviously is all I've cared about all day long.

00:10:45.740 No, just kidding.

00:10:47.020 I've been working away while you're looking up at the sun.

00:10:51.980 It's an honor to be with you and an honor to be with the posse.

00:10:54.800 My website is boriscp.com.

00:10:56.540 It's hot at boriscp.com.

00:10:58.240 Hot on getter at boriscp.

00:10:59.540 Twitter at boriscp.

00:11:00.600 Hot on true social at Boris, my hottest on the gram.

00:11:02.740 Boris underscore Epstein.

00:11:03.680 Stay strong.

00:11:04.640 God bless on all offense.

00:11:07.800 The specter of Boris Epstein.

00:11:10.020 Thank you so much, Boris.

00:11:10.960 Great update.

00:11:12.100 God bless you.

00:11:12.600 Grace and Mo, if we can pull those filings, let's get them out to everybody.

00:11:16.460 Jack Posobiec joins us.

00:11:18.160 Jack, I want to do something in a second on the abortion issue, if you can stick around.

00:11:23.540 But Charlie is heading out.

00:11:25.280 We've got an update.

00:11:27.060 And Grace and Mo, I think you've got Captain Bannon and Grace, you've got where to go, an email.

00:11:31.580 Give me an update.

00:11:32.840 Charlie's going to join us later by phone.

00:11:34.680 He's heading to Nebraska.

00:11:36.480 What's the latest?

00:11:38.120 Look, Nebraska is in a very good place.

00:11:41.520 Nebraska is trending exactly the way that the country wants to see.

00:11:46.340 The Democrats are terrified of the way Nebraska is going.

00:11:49.260 But it's incumbent upon every member of the posse.

00:11:52.800 You must reach out to Governor Pillin.

00:11:55.460 And especially if you live in, reside in the state of Nebraska, you must reach out respectfully, peacefully and politely, peacefully and politely.

00:12:05.580 We're reaching out to Governor Pillin and we're asking him to hold this special session, governor.nebraska.gov, governor.nebraska.gov.

00:12:16.180 That's where you're going to go to, 402-471-2244.

00:12:20.800 That is the website.

00:12:22.980 He calls the special session.

00:12:24.960 Then they come in.

00:12:26.320 Then they vote on it.

00:12:27.660 It moves to winner take all.

00:12:29.260 And we can get to the actual election that we want.

00:12:33.460 The will of the people will be heard.

00:12:35.140 By the way, Steve, if I could just pick up what Boris was putting down there.

00:12:38.960 See, he's focused on another eclipse, if you will, because there is an eclipse that's going on that's far more important than the one the Democrats are talking about.

00:12:47.020 The real eclipse that's happening right now is Donald Trump.

00:12:51.420 Donald Trump is the eclipse.

00:12:53.780 He is eclipsing the Democrats.

00:12:55.600 He's eclipsing the media.

00:12:57.000 And more importantly, he's eclipsing the feckless neocons in the Republican establishment right now before our eyes.

00:13:03.980 And that's why he's lighting them up all over Truth Social right now.

00:13:07.440 He is eclipsing every single one of these.

00:13:09.840 I don't even call them neocons anymore. 0.98

00:13:11.620 I'm just going to call them loser cons. 0.98

00:13:13.640 These guys don't know how to win elections. 0.91

00:13:15.600 They're not focused on ultimate victory.

00:13:17.540 They're not focused on victory in November.

00:13:19.680 They want to whine.

00:13:20.780 They want to complain.

00:13:21.780 What they need to be doing is getting on board, because if you want to defeat the commies, if you want to defeat the unhumans, then it's time to get on board with Donald J. Trump. 0.89

00:13:35.340 What is specifically what is President Trump?

00:13:38.300 And we're asking you to stay through the break because I want to play part of his talk this morning on Truth Social about abortion.

00:13:45.280 But what is Trump in real time right now is popping off on Truth Social.

00:13:48.960 You've got to go pull these up, have the guys check this out in the engine room.

00:13:52.620 He's popping off on Lindsey Graham.

00:13:54.420 He said, I take responsibility for Lindsey Graham.

00:13:57.100 He never would have been in office had I not endorsed him.

00:14:00.000 He's going after these other loser cons out there saying that these guys never knew how to win.

00:14:05.740 They should be focused on actually doing something good for the country instead of getting people killed at the border or killed overseas in all these wars. 0.74

00:14:13.560 Lindsey Graham, sit down.

00:14:15.620 Sit down.

00:14:16.360 No more loser cons, only winner cons.

00:14:18.960 Jack Pessova, hang on for one second.

00:14:22.700 We also have Garrett Ziegler.

00:14:23.840 Garrett's at the XA and Expose, or I guess kind of a Facebook for the Justice Department.

00:14:31.680 Garrett's been doing these, not Exposes, but just kind of a walkthrough who's there.

00:14:35.720 We're going to take a short break.

00:14:40.760 We're going to be back in a moment.

00:14:42.380 Birchgold.com.

00:14:43.500 Make sure you go to Birchgold.com slash abandoned.

00:14:47.220 The end of the dollar empire.

00:14:49.100 Go check it out.

00:14:49.980 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:51.060 Be back in a moment.

00:14:51.740 The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear.

00:15:02.580 They were anticipating around six rate cuts by the Fed this year, and then the inflation data came out higher than expected.

00:15:09.700 Friends, this isn't going away.

00:15:12.640 It can't.

00:15:13.800 The U.S. is $34 trillion plus in the hole, and yet we keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even higher.

00:15:23.720 So you can either bury your head in the sand, or you can do something about it.

00:15:28.320 Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with Birchgold Group.

00:15:32.640 Gold is your hedge against inflation, and Birchgold makes it easy to own.

00:15:37.380 They'll help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in gold, and you don't pay a penny out of pocket.

00:15:45.820 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898, and get your free info kit on gold.

00:15:52.800 Then talk to a precious metals specialist on how to protect your savings from persistent inflation with gold.

00:16:01.060 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.

00:16:05.960 Do it today.

00:16:06.840 Action, action, action.

00:16:09.120 Thank you so much for being with us throughout all of this coverage.

00:16:13.080 It has been such a privilege to bring it to you, and maybe it's a moment in time where we use this,

00:16:19.680 this shared experience that connects us to the past and propels us into the future to, I don't know, come together.

00:16:27.300 Then again, maybe we won't.

00:16:30.980 Jack Posobiec, I take the under on that.

00:16:33.400 Your thoughts are, don't mean to pick on Katie, but your thoughts.

00:16:37.620 It's, no, it isn't even just Katie, but she's emblematic of this same.

00:16:42.220 Look, Steve, you've got to understand, these people are all pagans.

00:16:45.740 They're all neo-pagans, and they don't actually believe in the spiritual world in which we live. 0.99

00:16:52.660 They don't believe in God.

00:16:54.120 They don't believe that there is a creator being.

00:16:56.380 They don't believe in an almighty.

00:16:57.840 So they are wowed and woo-wooed by the natural world, by the creations of God.

00:17:05.420 And a singular solar eclipse is nothing.

00:17:08.640 It is an eye blink.

00:17:09.660 It's less than an eye blink to God.

00:17:11.480 It is a splinter to God.

00:17:13.380 It's nothing.

00:17:13.940 He could do that with two seconds, because our God is far more powerful than that.

00:17:18.100 But you have to understand that for these people who their God, if any, is, you know, like the government or people like Dr. Fauci, you know, they're going to sit down and pray to their Dr. Fauci pillows, not their MyPillows.

00:17:29.340 They've got Fauci pillows.

00:17:30.500 We've got MyPillows.

00:17:31.720 They will focus on these things as if it's some kind of spiritual moment because they are spiritually hollow people, Steve.

00:17:40.420 They're completely hollow inside.

00:17:42.180 They have nothing driving them other than general hatred of, like, the war room and the posse and Trump and Steve Bannon and Jack Posobiec and others.

00:17:50.660 And when they see things like that, they go, wow.

00:17:53.360 And they don't really know what else to say because they're completely devoid of any real connection with the transcendent.

00:18:01.140 Jack, I understand you've got to bounce back.

00:18:02.800 I've got to play President Trump.

00:18:03.760 By the way, when Jack talks about MyPillows, that's promo code war room, MyPillow.com, promo code war room.

00:18:08.280 Let's play President Trump on abortion.

00:18:11.000 I'm going to bring Jack in.

00:18:16.140 Let's hear President Trump.

00:18:17.020 Under my leadership, the Republican Party will always support the creation of strong, thriving and healthy American families.

00:18:25.700 We want to make it easier for mothers and families to have babies, not harder.

00:18:30.680 That includes supporting the availability of fertility treatments like IVF in every state in America, like the overwhelming majority of Americans, including the vast majority of Republicans, conservatives, Christians and pro-life Americans.

00:18:46.600 I strongly support the availability of IVF for couples who are trying to have a precious baby.

00:18:53.820 What could be more beautiful or better than that?

00:18:56.580 Today, I'm pleased that the Alabama legislature has acted very quickly and passed legislation that preserves the availability of IVF in Alabama.

00:19:07.440 They really did a great and fast job.

00:19:09.860 The Republican Party should always be on the side of the miracle of life and the side of mother's father.

00:19:15.880 They're beautiful babies, and that's what we are.

00:19:19.180 IVF is an important part of that, and our great Republican Party will always be with you in your quest for the ultimate joy in life.

00:19:28.000 Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides, wanted and, in fact, demanded be ended.

00:19:44.440 It must be remembered that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the ninth month.

00:19:58.120 The concept of having an abortion in the later months and even execution after birth, and that's exactly what it is. 0.65

00:20:06.660 The baby is born.

00:20:07.940 The baby is executed after birth is unacceptable.

00:20:12.220 And almost everyone agrees with that.

00:20:14.840 My view is now that we have abortion, where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both, and whatever they decide must be the law of the land.

00:20:28.420 In this case, the law of the state.

00:20:31.560 Many states will be different.

00:20:33.500 Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others.

00:20:39.240 Jack Prasovic, you're one of the thought leaders in this area specifically.

00:20:45.280 You're a devout Roman Catholic.

00:20:46.720 Your thoughts, sir?

00:20:48.240 Well, Steve, here's the situation.

00:20:50.460 The reality of this is we've seen these attempts.

00:20:53.320 And I'm just going to say it.

00:20:54.140 We're brutally honest because this is what we're here for, signal, not noise.

00:20:57.620 And the signal is that these widespread abortion bans in state after state after state that have gone up in the wake of the Dobbs decision have gone down in flames.

00:21:08.900 They've gone down in flames.

00:21:10.020 America is responding that this is something that, particularly on the state level, that they are not interested in these widespread bans.

00:21:16.980 President Trump kicking it to the states and saying, look, the states can vote as was intended under the Constitution, which, by the way, was the policy of the Republican Party for 50 years.

00:21:25.800 It was Reagan's policy, and it is the policy that's set up under our Constitution as well, by the way, as the decision of Dobbs.

00:21:33.460 The Dobbs found there is no federal right to this, which means it goes to the states.

00:21:39.400 It is not a power of the federal government.

00:21:41.600 That's number one.

00:21:42.380 That's number two.

00:21:43.420 Number three, Steve, when it comes to IVF, I'll just say it right now.

00:21:46.180 What Republicans and pro-lifers particularly should be supporting is embryonic adoption.

00:21:50.000 Embryonic adoption is available, and the main thing that religious believers have an issue with when it comes to embryonics, this IVF, is the idea that these embryo lines are destroyed.

00:22:02.920 Embryonic adoption means that those embryos are not destroyed.

00:22:06.040 They can go out.

00:22:06.700 Furthermore, let me put out the politics of this.

00:22:08.920 Joe Biden is a pro-life, supposedly, person in real life because he's supposed to be the devout Roman Catholic.

00:22:15.000 Yet Joe Biden will never release a statement condemning late-term abortion, which is the execution of a full-term child, because Joe Biden is absolutely beholden to the most radical elements of the most radical version of the Democrat Party that we've ever seen.

00:22:31.600 Trump will go out there and take the slings from the pro-life wing of his own side. 0.97

00:22:36.400 You will never see Joe Biden put out a statement like this, because at the end of the day, Joe Biden is a liar. 1.00

00:22:43.220 He is a fake Catholic. 0.99

00:22:44.860 He does not believe the tenets.

00:22:46.200 And look, you even had Pope Francis coming out today talking about the infinite dignity, and we'll have to do another talk when we have some more time, about Pope Francis' doctrinal statement today, about gender radiology, about embryos, about all of this, where he came in on the traditional side of the church, which with Francis is kind of a jump ball.

00:23:03.860 Pretty shocking.

00:23:06.560 Jack, where do people get you, particularly now?

00:23:09.460 Charlie's heading out to Nebraska, this big fight.

00:23:11.880 And remember, in the Hill newspaper today, the lead story was the Democrats have chosen to reverse our victories in 2016 by going off the blue wall, because remember, they stole them in 2020.

00:23:22.300 But they're going after Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

00:23:24.840 That means they need that one electoral vote in Nebraska to make the president. 0.91

00:23:31.220 The new Sun Belt strategy that Charlie Kirk has identified is absolutely brilliant.

00:23:36.620 The Sun Belt strategy, and particularly this is being driven on the back of this Hispanic demographic shift that we're seeing with a lot of Hispanic sorts swinging over to Trump.

00:23:44.280 This means if the Republicans and Trump win Nevada, that means that if you just get that one extra vote in Nebraska that Republicans have just been handing to Democrats on a silver platter every single year, that means you're at 269 without the blue wall, and you prevent the Democrats.

00:24:02.300 So you put them on prevent defense, because all Trump has to do at that point is just win one.

00:24:08.200 He only needs one, folks.

00:24:09.800 If you get Nebraska, that changes the entire political map, the Sun Belt strategy, that all Trump needs is one Rust Belt state, and he's president.

00:24:20.000 Winner take all.

00:24:21.200 Jack Posobiec, where do people get you, sir?

00:24:23.360 God bless.

00:24:24.820 Human Events, daily, 2 p.m. Eastern, every single day, even when there's not an eclipse.

00:24:28.500 The book is Unhumans, available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books a Million, Target, wherever books are sold, skyhorse.com.

00:24:36.560 They're all neo-pagans. 0.97

00:24:38.220 By the way, get Unhumans. 0.97

00:24:39.680 It's the counter to Freed Zakara's Age of Revolution. 0.81

00:24:43.340 It's brilliant.

00:24:44.060 Exactly.

00:24:44.340 Brilliant, Jack.

00:24:44.900 Can't wait.

00:24:45.340 July 4th till it comes out.

00:24:47.540 Garrett Ziegler, you've published today.

00:24:50.380 Garrett, walk us through what you put up.

00:24:52.520 But I want you to walk people through your concept of that.

00:24:56.660 I think this is your third volume.

00:24:58.360 So talk about what you're putting out, but also how it dovetails what else you're doing.

00:25:03.740 Yeah, so thank you for having me on.

00:25:05.420 I was watching an interview that you did a couple of weeks ago, and you mentioned a great phrase, the unfeeling uniparty.

00:25:12.500 And I love that.

00:25:14.440 We are mapping out that unfeeling uniparty that does not care about the American public, and especially Trump supporters.

00:25:22.060 They truly detest Middle America. 1.00

00:25:25.020 And so what we've done with these three directories of every single federal official involved in the Biden investigation is provide transparency that the public has never had before at this level of detail.

00:25:38.660 For example, in the crossfire hurricane investigation, we heard all of these names and all of these different entities.

00:25:46.120 But I think the Epoch Times was the only entity that tried to at least map out who these people are.

00:25:53.620 And I remember you and I had a discussion a little bit about doxing.

00:25:57.660 We don't reveal any of their addresses.

00:26:00.940 Anything that would be protected under federal law is not on these directories, but their public work email is.

00:26:07.760 And so before Hunter goes to trial in June, the American public will know every single federal official who is responsible for this travesty.

00:26:18.440 Because when he goes to trial for those nine tax charges, that is window dressing.

00:26:24.160 That is what they should hope for.

00:26:26.600 He really should be going on trial for money laundering, far violations, illegal lobbying.

00:26:32.940 And so what we have with these directors – by the way, I just have one right in front of me, Matt Colangelo, the guy who Merrick Garland picked, handpicked, to go straight to the DA's office to start this trial next Monday.

00:26:46.080 He was involved in the Biden investigation.

00:26:49.620 And this other guy, Anthony Coley – by the way, there's 59 people on the DOJ list.

00:26:54.700 It's all on our website, Marco Polo 501c3.

00:26:57.800 And as you said, it's the third one.

00:26:59.660 We're doing the U.S. Attorney's Office for Delaware in a couple of weeks.

00:27:03.780 And so by the time Hunter goes on trial, the public will not be able to say, we don't know who's involved with this.

00:27:10.380 So in an ideal world, if DJT gets back into power and is the second president ever to serve nonconcurrent terms, we will have a complete dossier on who is involved.

00:27:23.420 And that way, nobody will be able to say, we don't know who needs to go.

00:27:28.920 Marco Polo is the group basically saying, we are going to figure out who needs to go.

00:27:33.380 And by the time we get there, we will have a roadmap of who has to leave, apart from all the millions of illegals that I'd be willing to walk – happy to walk across the border back to Mexico. 0.99

00:27:44.380 All these feds have to go. 1.00

00:27:46.700 The fact that there weren't 15 whistleblowers, Steve, involved in this investigation is a travesty.

00:27:52.700 We got one, Gary Shapley.

00:27:55.440 And there should be many more.

00:27:57.740 Hang on for one second.

00:28:00.460 We'll take a short commercial break.

00:28:01.800 Garrett Ziegler on the other side.

00:28:06.500 Who can you trust?

00:28:10.240 Government leaders repeatedly fail us.

00:28:12.420 Self-appointed experts have led us astray.

00:28:14.860 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold.

00:28:19.700 We can't quite shake it.

00:28:22.200 But you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.

00:28:25.260 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.

00:28:30.800 Not sure where to start?

00:28:32.160 Well, try this.

00:28:32.880 Go to MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:29:29.980 Use your agency.

00:29:31.300 Action, action, action.

00:29:33.040 War Room.

00:29:35.960 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:29:37.960 Bank.

00:29:40.220 Okay.

00:29:40.500 Gold finished at $2,358.

00:29:42.320 I think it had an intraday high of like $2,370 or something.

00:29:46.220 We're coming out with the fifth installment of The End of the Dollar Empire, all free.

00:29:50.480 We don't give you financial advice here, but we give you access to people that know what they're talking about.

00:29:55.580 We've laid out a pretty good case for the macroeconomic drivers in back of gold.

00:30:00.140 Philip Patrick and the team can take it from there.

00:30:01.820 Go to BirchGold.com slash Bannon.

00:30:04.180 Get to Philip Patrick.

00:30:06.080 Make sure you talk to those guys.

00:30:08.000 They've got all kind of hedging techniques, all kind of tax-deferred techniques.

00:30:11.840 So talk to them.

00:30:13.040 But also, I commit to you by midweek, if I can get through publishing, we will have the fifth installment free.

00:30:19.000 This is the Central Bank Digital Currency where we talk about why is the de-dollarization process on fire,

00:30:25.060 and why are those central banks buying gold with both hands?

00:30:29.000 We're focused on a central bank digital currency.

00:30:31.240 Remember, Ron Paul wanted that audit.

00:30:32.920 They will not audit the Fed.

00:30:34.540 Why?

00:30:34.860 Because they don't want to tell you how much gold they own, the reality of how much gold they really own.

00:30:40.460 Garrett Ziegler, look, I understand you've got a directory.

00:30:44.020 This directory gives you basic public information that's out there on these individuals.

00:30:48.100 It should have been done by the government years ago.

00:30:50.720 You've done it.

00:30:51.900 But haven't you done it just for the case that you and Joanna Miller were the right hand and the left hand of Peter Navarro,

00:31:00.720 and Dr. Navarro is rotting in a federal prison right now.

00:31:04.020 So this is your warped idea to take vengeance for him?

00:31:10.340 No, it's not vengeance.

00:31:11.920 It's merely transparency.

00:31:13.260 If we pay these people $150,000, $200,000 a year, we at least ought to know who they are.

00:31:20.800 These are corrupt individuals.

00:31:23.020 They do not enforce the law equally.

00:31:25.480 And all we're doing, like you said, is putting out basic information about them.

00:31:30.040 If they hate the sunlight that Marco Polo provides, they're functionally equivalent to a termite.

00:31:36.640 And, you know, the termites burrow in to an organism, and that's really what we have right now in all these agencies.

00:31:45.760 We have people who are a part of it.

00:31:47.760 Have you gotten any blowback?

00:31:50.800 You're putting out the deep state administrators saying, have you gotten any blowback for this?

00:31:54.220 Because you've gotten blowback for other investigations you've done.

00:31:56.900 You're quite controversial.

00:31:58.420 Have you gotten any blowback for your directories?

00:32:00.440 Not the directories itself, because we're very careful to follow the parameters of there's a law governing what you can release.

00:32:07.300 It's 18 U.S.C. 119.

00:32:09.240 But the Secret Service has visited me at my house twice over the Biden laptop report for no good reason at all.

00:32:17.440 They just want to talk to me. 1.00

00:32:18.780 And, of course, I don't because that's stupid. 0.99

00:32:21.280 They'll try to get you in a situation where they have a false statements charge. 0.98

00:32:25.420 So Joe's agencies are completely gone, and all we're saying is that we have to know whose boot is on our neck.

00:32:36.160 That's all it is.

00:32:38.060 And, you know, our report is just laying out the facts.

00:32:43.100 There's hardly any commentary, Steve.

00:32:45.000 There's hardly any opinion.

00:32:47.060 And everybody can go.

00:32:48.360 And, by the way, Hunter is suing us.

00:32:49.720 We have a hearing in two weeks in Los Angeles.

00:32:52.260 Hunter Biden is suing us.

00:32:53.580 He thinks it's his data, even though he left it at a repair shop.

00:32:59.180 So, you know, everybody can follow our fight at fightbiden.org.

00:33:03.660 And, more importantly, read the report at bidenreport.com.

00:33:08.280 These directories are, again, about this investigation.

00:33:12.500 This is such a slam dunk.

00:33:13.840 You have somebody on tape, in the emails, doing crack, committing FARA violations, money laundering.

00:33:20.920 The feds have put people in the clink for much less than this, meaning that if there's ever a case where the federal government has a ton of paper on something, this is it.

00:33:31.800 But, of course, they don't want to go after the prince's son with the real crimes.

00:33:34.940 Hang on.

00:33:36.440 Okay.

00:33:36.900 But he's got this tax issues in L.A., which they're all shocked that the judge said, no way, you've got to stand trial for this.

00:33:43.380 But they had a federal judge, and I think it was a Biden appointee on Friday, saying, particularly about your former boss, Peter Navarro, they go, how can you not be all over these, you know, what Congress sent over to DOJ?

00:33:56.940 DOJ, when you've got Navarro riding in prison, and you're not even following up on Hunter Biden, thumbing his nose at it.

00:34:06.560 And in that regard, how do you – why are there not more charges on Hunter Biden?

00:34:11.280 If you've got all this evidence, this evidence is so compelling, why is he out for some tax issues, as serious as they are?

00:34:17.720 But it seems like everything else, there's nothing happening.

00:34:20.760 I think the tax issues are a way for the special counsel for corrupt David Weiss and his two prosecutors to try to assuage the public that, hey, Hunter's being held accountable, but it sweeps under the rug Joe's involvement, right?

00:34:38.660 Because that's who they're really protecting.

00:34:40.240 So they go after Hunter on their crimes that don't touch really Joe that much, which is the FAR violations and the money laundering.

00:34:48.340 Just a quick point about Judge Reyes, R-E-Y-E-S.

00:34:53.540 I told my guys on Friday that we should – and we have since done this.

00:34:58.680 We reached out to the U.S. attorneys who got spanked in open court on Friday because they won't even produce Jack Morgan and Mark Daly, who are both on our list, for interviews.

00:35:12.660 And they can plead the fifth and all this stuff, so they put Peter in the clink, and the DOJ's position now is that they don't even have to show up.

00:35:21.300 And Peter's in a much different staffer position.

00:35:24.280 They're at an agency.

00:35:25.780 Peter's directly in the White House.

00:35:27.160 So she might be my favorite Biden appointee because she's – this one judge in the District of Columbia is at least pointing out the hypocrisy. 0.83

00:35:36.760 Hopefully her relief is just in that she requires the DOJ to make these two feds who are on our list appear for a deposition. 1.00

00:35:44.860 But at least she's calling out the hypocrisy.

00:35:47.160 I was pleased.

00:35:47.760 Garrett, where do people go?

00:35:51.440 I want them to get into the details of everything you put out, your directories, your reports, all of it.

00:35:56.380 Like they said, they're suing you, and you're making the case of why is Congress not moving?

00:36:00.780 Why is DOJ not moving?

00:36:02.280 You've got ample evidence.

00:36:03.500 So where do people go?

00:36:04.300 I want to make sure people immerse themselves in your information.

00:36:07.880 Thank you.

00:36:08.760 Our main website is marcopolo501c3.org.

00:36:12.580 One of our missions is to be the digital repository for the data that was on the Biden laptop.

00:36:19.000 So you can go look at all the emails.

00:36:21.260 We put it in a searchable database.

00:36:23.140 It works like a charm.

00:36:24.620 It's free, bidenlaptopemails.com.

00:36:27.280 We put all the photos with genitalia redacted at bidenlaptopmedia.com.

00:36:31.860 And then we have, as you said, this report that has a free e-reader online at bidenreport.com.

00:36:38.080 And our legal defense fund is at fightbiden.org.

00:36:42.580 All right, Garrett, great work.

00:36:45.280 Look forward to having you back on.

00:36:46.620 I want everybody to go there.

00:36:47.420 Grace Moe.

00:36:48.000 Thank you very much.

00:36:48.700 Carly Bonet, everybody.

00:36:49.640 Thank you, brother.

00:36:50.400 Thank you.

00:36:51.080 Fantastic.

00:36:51.580 Charlie Kirk now joins us.

00:36:53.480 Charlie, you're heading to Nebraska.

00:36:55.340 Tell me what your task and purpose is, brother.

00:36:57.500 Yeah, so we're on the road here heading to Nebraska.

00:37:00.560 We have a big event tomorrow.

00:37:02.120 I want to say a shout out to the posse.

00:37:03.580 They've been amazing, and so have you, Steve.

00:37:05.520 So it's really simple.

00:37:06.360 Well, the current electoral math shows that it's possible for Biden to take the electoral

00:37:11.820 votes from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin.

00:37:14.040 Our plan is not to have that be the case.

00:37:15.800 But as you well know, in military strategy and in business, you have to have backup plans.

00:37:20.140 You have to have an insurance plan.

00:37:21.060 And there is no reason whatsoever why we would hand Joe Biden 270 electoral votes if he's

00:37:27.800 able, for whatever reason, to sneak by and get Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, which

00:37:32.140 we know they're crooked states.

00:37:33.600 If we are able to get Nebraska to become winner-take-all and no longer do this goofy system where they

00:37:40.240 have one electoral vote for the liberal city of Omaha, Joe Biden would then not be able to

00:37:45.600 get to 270 electoral votes.

00:37:47.320 It would end in a 269 tie, and it would go to the House of Representatives, and Donald

00:37:51.980 Trump would become president of the United States.

00:37:53.880 So this is a clear action item.

00:37:55.960 And you saw the article this morning, Steve.

00:37:57.780 You sent it to me, thehill.com.

00:37:59.780 Biden strategist believes that the entire path to victory for Biden is through the blue wall,

00:38:05.460 Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

00:38:07.800 That is not the case if we're able to get Nebraska to get this together and go to winner-take-all.

00:38:12.780 In fact, yeah, go ahead, Steve.

00:38:15.120 Yeah, hang on, hang on.

00:38:16.320 The reason I sent it to you is they assume, their assumption for their entire strategy

00:38:20.940 to defeat Trump right now is they assume they've got that electoral vote.

00:38:25.760 That's a working assumption of these guys.

00:38:28.160 This is why what you're doing is the Lord's work, brother.

00:38:31.280 Well, thank you.

00:38:31.920 It's one of the most important projects I've ever embarked on, and I've done some big stuff,

00:38:36.780 and we've worked together on some big things, Steve.

00:38:38.540 But just kind of looking at how they have reacted to this in the last week is confirmation.

00:38:43.760 They're spending ads now in Nebraska.

00:38:45.700 They're dispatching Democrat activists and loyalists.

00:38:48.860 MSNBC is in an outrage.

00:38:50.740 The New York Times and all that.

00:38:51.860 So here, what is my task, what is my purpose, is to get the governor of Nebraska, Governor Pillan,

00:38:57.420 who's been excellent on this, he sent out a great press release, to act and to call a special session.

00:39:03.500 For many reasons that I don't want to get into right now, the legislature was not able to get their act together last week.

00:39:09.160 Fine.

00:39:09.940 Special session.

00:39:10.720 We have the votes if a special session is called to get this done.

00:39:15.640 It'll take some work to get over the filibuster, but the same way that we had the will to win on Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, 0.54

00:39:23.400 when we got rid of the filibuster, President Trump said, get rid of that filibuster.

00:39:27.180 We got three excellent Supreme Court justices because of it.

00:39:30.500 We'll have to do that in Nebraska, but that is step two.

00:39:32.680 Phase one is the governor of Nebraska, who's been terrific on this, Governor Pillan, has to call a special session.

00:39:39.400 So this is a call to action for the entire war room posse, not just Nebraska activists, all across the country,

00:39:46.060 to contact the governor of Nebraska and say, call a special session to go to winner take all, that you could do that.

00:39:53.480 The easiest way to do that is not call.

00:39:56.760 Instead, unfortunately, they melted their phone lines.

00:39:59.540 I think they just had the phone off the hook.

00:40:00.980 I think they're tired of getting phone calls, but it is really simple.

00:40:04.340 Go to governor.nebraska.gov, that is governor.nebraska.gov, and you can fill out a form to email their office directly.

00:40:15.560 And I want to shout out your amazing Nevada patriots.

00:40:18.280 You have a huge following in Nevada, Steve, as you well know.

00:40:21.440 What this does is this makes Nevada an electoral swing state.

00:40:26.400 Without this, the mask for Nevada, it just makes it kind of a forgotten state.

00:40:29.940 I'm being honest.

00:40:31.500 Without this, this unlocks the West.

00:40:35.200 I know that might be hard for some people to understand.

00:40:37.020 They're like, what do you mean?

00:40:37.940 It's a math game.

00:40:39.000 You have to get to 270 electoral votes.

00:40:41.400 There's 538 total electoral votes.

00:40:43.600 We don't really get to choose the math.

00:40:45.400 You know, they do this goofy thing with the census or they count illegals.

00:40:48.380 Okay.

00:40:48.540 However, if you're able to get Nebraska fixed, the way the math, the way that God has put this in front of us is the deep-blooded red state of Nebraska can fix the map, open up the West, and deprive Joe Biden of another term if the worst-case scenario happens.

00:41:04.240 And I want to build this out.

00:41:05.260 In that article, Steve, they said that Biden is feeling bearish on Arizona and Georgia, and he should with the work that we've been putting in there, the work that the posse has been putting in there.

00:41:14.000 And they're feeling bearish on Nevada, so this is kind of battleground zero right now in Omaha.

00:41:19.080 We're going to be there tomorrow night.

00:41:20.580 We'd love to have the posse show up in big numbers.

00:41:23.200 It's tpaction.com slash rally.

00:41:25.600 This is manageable.

00:41:26.700 This is doable.

00:41:27.440 The governor is angling as if he wants to do this.

00:41:30.820 We just need to encourage him to be the hero, do the right thing, and help save the republic.

00:41:36.560 So there's a rally tomorrow night.

00:41:38.100 Walk me through the logistics.

00:41:39.120 Rally tomorrow night.

00:41:39.840 We've got the email, Carly Bonet, Mo, Grace are pushing, Jane Zirkel pushing it everywhere.

00:41:46.040 What about this rally?

00:41:47.000 Tell me, where are people supposed to go?

00:41:48.420 How do they get tickets?

00:41:49.380 How do they participate?

00:41:51.120 Yeah, so the website is tpaction.com slash rally, and it is at the Lord of Host Church.

00:41:59.560 We're doing it at a great church that has been terrific here.

00:42:02.240 It is Nebraska, after all, wonderful, faithful Christians out there.

00:42:05.640 And the call to action will be very encouraging because it's all in front of us.

00:42:09.100 This is what's important, Steve.

00:42:10.820 This is not an impossible task.

00:42:13.020 It'd be once our ask or our order would be tough if this was Massachusetts or if this

00:42:17.360 was Delaware or Washington.

00:42:18.920 This is Nebraska.

00:42:20.720 There is no reason why we should not be able to get this done.

00:42:23.580 The people of Nebraska have overwhelmingly supported this for some time.

00:42:27.500 And also, Senator Ricketts, to his great credit, former governor of Nebraska, has voiced

00:42:32.120 support for this.

00:42:33.220 I spoke to him over the weekend, and he said, I'm right behind this, Charlie.

00:42:36.300 I hope this gets done.

00:42:37.340 And so you have all the very powerful people of Nebraska that have said, we want to get

00:42:43.000 this done.

00:42:44.140 The media took a preemptive victory lap last week where they said, oh, it failed in session.

00:42:49.100 Okay, but a special session can be called.

00:42:51.820 And if we get enough grassroots push here, the governor can be a national hero.

00:42:56.920 So the event tomorrow is going to be critical.

00:42:59.660 We'd love to have you stream it, Steve.

00:43:00.820 I'll send your team the entire details.

00:43:02.460 We want to get the most eyeballs on it possible because the Democrat operatives are assuming

00:43:08.120 that Nebraska will not act.

00:43:10.800 They are assuming that the governor will not do this.

00:43:13.760 Let's prove them wrong.

00:43:15.440 The governor has already said he'll sign it.

00:43:17.260 That's the hard part.

00:43:17.980 The hard part of this whole thing is already done, Steve.

00:43:20.220 The hard part was whether or not the governor was even in a voice-to-voice support.

00:43:23.660 He has already said that.

00:43:24.860 Ricketts has said that.

00:43:26.200 Call the special session.

00:43:27.360 Let's get it done.

00:43:28.100 The posse can deliver.

00:43:29.000 We'll see you guys tomorrow in Omaha.

00:47:52.260 Thanks for having me on.

00:49:01.540 I was blown away.

00:49:02.360 Give me 60 seconds on why that meat is so good, how you guys go through and perfect it.

00:49:19.320 You know, a lot of companies source from different places.

00:49:21.760 They may package them elsewhere.

00:49:23.660 But we control the whole process.
